摘要:Objective:To study the qualitative and quantitative methods of Liangge Pills.Methods: TLC was used to identify Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Gardenia;HPLC was used to determine rheinic acid,emodin and chrysophanol in the preparation.The samples were separated on an Alltima ODS C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column with methanol-acetonitril-0.1% phosphoric(40:40:20) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results: Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Gardeniae could be indentified by TLC.The calibration curve was linear in the range of((0.055 86)~(0.558 6)) μg,r=(0.999 6),for rheinic acid,the average recovery was 100.94%,RSD=1.25%(n=6);The calibration curve was linear in the range of((0.079 8)~(0.798 0)) μg,r=(0.999 7),for emodin,the average recovery was 102.49%,RSD=1.42%(n=6);The calibration curve was linear in the range of((0.063 84)~(0.638 4)) μg,r=(0.999 8),for chrysophanol,the average recovery was 103.24%,RSD=0.85%(n=6).Conclusion: The methods are simple,reliable,and it can be used for quality control of Liangge Pills.  
摘要:Objective:To analyse the constituents and determine the biological activity of volatile oil from the tubers of Polygonatum cyrtonema.Methods:The volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation.And its chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.Biological activity of the volatile oil was screened with microbiological method and Alamar Blue method.Results:16 compounds were identified,making up 95.97% of the total contents;The volatile oil could inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli、Staphylococcus aureus and Rhodotorula glutinis The volatile oil could obviously inhibit the growth of cultured tumor cells,and the inhibitory rate was 98.08% at the volatile oil concentration of 100 μg·mL-1.Conclusion:The results indicated that the biological activity of volatile oil of Polygonatu cyrtonema was strong,and it provided the scientific basis for further develop ment of Polygonatum cyrtonema.

摘要:Objective:To study the stability of Xinshao freeze-dried powder for injection in 5% glucose solution and 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Methods: The stability of Xinshao freeze-dried powder for injection was examined by HPLC determining the contents of paeoniflorin and scutellarin,by observing changes in its appearance,pH value and fingerprint chromatogram in 10 h.Results: No changes in color,pH value,insoluble particles,the contents of paeoniflorin and scutellarin and the fingerprint chromatogram.Conclusion: 5% glucose solution and 0.9% sodium chloride solution are compatible with Xinshao freeze-dried powder for injection.

摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determin active components in Fufang Yemazhui Capsule.Methods: The mobile phase for chlorogenic acid determination consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer(pH 3.4 adjusted by Phosphoric acid)(5∶95).The mobile phase for baicalin determination consisted of methanol and 0.4%phosphoric acid(49∶51).The resolution is good enough.Results: A good linear relationship of chlorogenic acid was showed between(0.092~1.38) μg and the repeatability was fine(RSD=1.14%).The average recovery was 99.06%,(RSD=1.93%).The linear relationship of baicalin was also good between(0.084~2.52) μg.The repeatability was fine(RSD=0.63%).The average recovery was 99.22%,(RSD=0.97%).Conclusion: This method was accurate and simple.The Quality of Fufang Yemazhui Capsule cloud be controlled effectively.  
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of Schisandrin in Jiejiu Gankang Granules. Methods:The samples were extracted with methanol using altrasonic bath for 30 min.The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column eluted with acetonitrile water containing 0.1% phosphovic acid(42∶58)as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 250 nm.Results: The average recovery of schisandrin was 97.89%(RSD=0.95%).Conclusion: The method is convenient,repeatable and accurate and can be used for determination of Schisandrin in Jiejiu Gankang Granules.  
摘要:Objective:To analyse and compare the chemical components in the volatile oil of Herba Eupatorii and Herba Lycopi.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by steam-distilation and analyzed by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method.Results:44 and 45 peaks were isolated from Herba Eupatorii and Herba Lycopi,respectively.All of them were identified.Conclusion:The chemical components of the volatile oil of Herba Eupatorii and Herba Lycopi were reported,There are a lot of difference between them,so they should be used differently in clinical application.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the attenuation mechanism of Longdan Xiegan Decoction and other relevant prescriptions containing Aristolochia manshriensis Kom.Methods:To determine the content of aristolochiae acid A in Aristolochia manshriensis Kom and the relevant prescriptions of Longdan Xiegan Decoction with different components by the method of HPLC.Results:In the extract of Aristolochia manshriensis Kom by methanol,by water,Longdan Xiegan Decoction and Longdan Xiegan Decoction without Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch and Glycyrrhizae uralensis,the content of aristolochiae acid A is 0.193 6,0.062 7,0.032 4,0.045 4 mg·mL-1 accordingly.Conclusion:The content of aristolochiae acid A in Longdan Xiegan Decoction is significantly lower than that of the extract of Aristolochia manshriensis Kom and Longdan Xiegan Decoction without Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch and Glycyrrhizae uralensis.The results indicate that the lower nephrotoxicity of Longdan Xiegan Decoction is likely due to the decrease of aristolochiae acid A in the extract by water,and the compatibility of Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch and Glycyrrhizae uralensis in Longdan Xiegan Decoction might play an important role.  
摘要:Objective:To establish a qulity stsndard for Tiaojing Zimei Pills.Methods: Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride,Radix Et Rhizoma Salviae Miltirrhizae,Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Curcumae and Cortex Cinnamomi were identified by TLC,and the content of Hesperidin was determined by HPLC.Results: Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Vidide,Radixet Et Rhizoma Salviae Miltirrhizae,Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Curcumae and Cortex Cinnamomi could be detected by TLC,Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship in the range of(10.12~253) μg·mL-1,r=(0.999 7),The average recovery was 98.3%,and RSD was 2.7%.Conclusion: The methods are simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Tiaojing Zimei Pills.

摘要:Objective:To establish the methods of qualitative and quantitative for Fufangtianma Capsule.Methods: Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Radix Ophiopgonis were ieentified by TLC,and the content of Gastrodin in the preparation was determined by HPLC.Results:Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Radix Ophiopgonis could be identified well by TLC.The regression curve of gastrodin showed a good linear relationship in the range of(0.121~1.93) μg.The average recovery was 99.2%,RSD was 2.0%.Conclusion: The method is accurate,simple and has good repeatability.It can be used for quality control of Fufangtianma capsule.

摘要:Objective:To study on the technology of extraction and purification of flavonoids from Potentilla chinensis.Methods: The optimal extracting conditions of flavonoids from Potentilla chinensis were screened with a 4-factor-four-level orthogonal test and AB-8 macroporous resin was selected for purification conditions.Results:The best extracting conditions were as follows.The sauple was extracted at 70℃ with 40% ethanol(the solid-liquid ratio 1 g∶100 mL),for 3 times The concentration of the sample solution suitable for purification was 0.4 mg·mL-1.The portion eluted with 70% ethanol and 4 times volume of the resins was collected.The flavonoid content of crude flavonoid powder was 17.98%.After being purified with AB-8 macroporous resin,the flavonoid content could reach to 48.36%.  
摘要:Objective:To develop a quantitative method for determination of glycyrrhezic acid in decoctions prepared from various combinations of the recipe named Huangqin Decoction and to investigate the content changes of glycyrrhezic acid in different decoctions.Methods: Eight decoctions of Radix Et Rhizome Glycyrrhizae either alone or in combination with one or more of the other three components were prepared.The contents of glycyrrhezic acid in the eight decoctions were determined by RP-HPLC.Results: For Radix Scutellariae,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Fructus Jujubae,The difference of glycyrrhezic acid contents is insignificant statistically in 8 decoctions.Conclusion: Effect of other 3 herbal components on the contents of glycyrrhezic acid is not obvious.  
摘要:Objective:To observe whether Radix Astragali saponins and Astragali polysaccharides can effectively interfere with the cellular energy metabolism and its mechanism and to provide scientific evidence for the application of the Chinese herbs preventing and treating congestive heart failure.Methods:mRNA expression of isoenzyme creatine kinase(iso-CK) was investigated by means of RT-PCR,based on the study of the effect of Radix Astragali saponins and Astragali polysaccharides,through the cultured neonatal myocyte hypetrophy induced by AngⅡ.Results: 1.The expression of CK-B subunits was increased significantly while the expression of CK-M subunits was decreased by AngⅡ since the 24th hours,at 48th hours,the expression still stay the same level.2.The expression of iso-CK: Subunits in Radix Astragali saponins and Astragali polysaccharides influenced kept it at the normal level at 48th hours.Conclusion: The influence of AngⅡ on the mRNA expression of isoenzyme creatine kinase can be effectively inhibited by Radix Astragali saponins and Astragali polysaccharides.Radix Astragali can prevent the development of heart failure,the possible mechanism is Radix Astragali interferes the myocyte hypetrophy in terms of the cellular energy metabolism.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the preliminary pharmacological basis of treating different diseases with the same therapeutic principle with Danggui-Shaoyao San(DSS),and its effect on various behavior changes were observed in ovariectomized(OVX) mice.Methods: The effect of DSS on the motor activity, pain tolerance and sleep condition of OVX mice was observed through the open-field test,hot-plate test and the sleep test induced by pentobarbital at hypnoid dosage respectively.Meanwhile,the hypothalamus gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH) level was measured by radio immunoassay(RIA) and uterus index was calculated.Results: DSS at the dose of 500 mg·kg-1 could remarkably reduce the motor activity of OVX mice by decreasing its ambulation and rearing times,raise the pain threshold to alleviate the pain reaction,improve the sleep condition through shortening the sleep latent period and prolonging the sleep time of OVX mice.But it had no effects on GnRH level in hypothalamus and the uterus index,which was different from the estrogen control.Conclusion: DSS can improve the behavior changes of OVX mice.This might be the preliminary pharmacological basis of treating different diseases with the same therapeutic principle.

摘要:Objective:To identify pharmacokinetics and salivary distribution of Chlorogenic acid after high-dose administration of Shuanghuanglian Injection in rats.Methods:Each rat was given a 740 mg·kg-1 dose of Shuanghuanglian Injection via the vein.RP-HPLC method was used to determine the concentrations of Chlorogenic acid in plasma and saliva.Pharmacokinetic model and parameters were analyzed by program Multi97.Results:Chlorogenic acid showed two compartment model in rats and the main parameters of pharmacokinetics were as follows: t1/2=0.63 h,AUC=62.40 μg·h·mL-1,Vc=3.58 L,CL=4.03 L·h-1.The salivary level of Chlorogenic acid was within(0.42~9.88) μg·mL-1.Conclusion:These results suggested that Chlorogenic acid would present nonlinear pharmacokinetics,and Chlorogenic acid was excreted lowly into saliva.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe`s effect on serum PAI-1 level in insulin resistance(IR) rat induced by low dose of streptozotocin(STZ) and high calorie food to find out its functional target.Methods[WTBZ]:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,low dose of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe treating group and high dose of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe treating group.The rats of normal group were fed with common food while the others with high calorie food and injected with low dose of STZ.The weight,fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FIns),blood fat,PAI-1 level of all rats were measured,and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was calculated accordingly.Results:Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe could reduce body weight of IR rats.According to the results of biochemical detection,Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe could reduce FBG level and FIns level,improve blood fat condition,enhance ISI while reduce serum PAI-1 level effectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe can ameliorate IR condition of the model rat and its mechanism is probably related to the effect of reducing serum PAI-1 secretion.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the protective effects of Panax Notoginseng Saponins(PNS) on hypoxia /hypoglycemia and reoxygenation injury of rat hippocampal neurons.Methods: The damaging models of hypoxia /hypoglycemia and reoxygenation were established on cultured rat hippocampal neurons.Apoptosis were measured by flow cytometry.Morphological changes and neuronal necrosis were observed with fluorescence microscope.Nitric oxide(NO) contents and the leakage of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) were measured.Results: hypoxia/hypoglycemia cultures for 5 hours with reoxygenation afterwards induced neuronal apoptosis and necrosis,significantly increased NO contents and the leakage of LDH.The effect were increased with the extending time of reoxygenation.PNS showed significant decrease in the percentage of neuronal apoptosis and necrosis,and reduced NO contents and the leakage of LDH.Conclusion: PNS may play protectvie role on neuron injury induced by hypoxia /hypoglycemia and reoxygenation by decreasing neuron apoptosis and necrosis,and inhibiting the release of NO and LDH.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the influence of Zengye Decoction and Sini Decoction on ventricle remodeling.Methods:Ventricular remodeling models were induced by injection of isoproterenol in mice and constriction of abdominal aorta in rats.The effects of Zengye Decoction and Sini Decoction on the heart weight index,blood pressure,AngⅡ,ALD,ET and Hyp levels were assessed.Results:Compared with those of the normal or sham operated group,the heart weight index,blood pressure,the levels of AngⅡ,ET,Hyp in the myocardium and ALD in the blood serum were significantly increased in the model group.In group treated with Zengye Decoction,the heart weight index,blood pressure,the levels of AngⅡ,ET,Hyp in the myocardium and the serum level of ALD were decreased remarkably.Sini Decoction did not show such effects,except that it could decline the level of ET.Conclusions:Zengye Decoction has the effects on inhibiting ventricular remodeling.The mechanism may be related to decreasing the blood pressure and inhibiting neuroendocrine factors.Sini Decoction has no effects on inhibiting ventricular remodeling.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Bushen Jieyu Qinxin Decoction(BJQD) on the behavior and secretion of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal(HPA) axis of the perimenopausal depression model in rat.Methods:Perimenopausal depression modle was made by resecting the ovary of female SD rats combined with chronic unpredictable stress.40 rats were evenly randomized into control group,perimenopausal depression model group,Baiyoujie group and BJQD group,with 10 rats in each group.Open-field locomotors scores and sucrose intake were employed to observe the changes of the rats' behavior.The levels of corticotrophin releasing hormone(CRH),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) and costicosterone(CORT) in serum were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The open-field locomotors scores of Baiyoujie group and BJQD group were significantly higher than those in the model group(P<0.01);the sucrose intake of Baiyoujie group and BJQD group were significantly higher than those in the model group(P<0.01);the levels of CRH,ACTH and CORT in serum of Baiyoujie group and BJQD group were significantly lower than those of in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:BJQD can effectively promote the model rats' behavior and adjust the function of HPA axis.

摘要:Objective:To explore the effects of Xingyi Jiangtang Ling on the content of cAMP,cGMP in of diabetic rats.Methods:The model of diabetic rat was established with strephtozotocin 65 mg·kg-1 ip and then concomitant hypodenmic injection with thyroxine,once a day,lasting 7 days.After treated with Xingyi Jiangtang Ling for 21 days,the content of cAMP,cGMP in the ectogluteus of all experimental rats was detected by radioimmunoassay.Results:Compared to normal group,the content of cAMP,cGMP in the ectogluteus of diabetic rats was significantly declined(PP<0.01).However,that of treated group was significantly increased,compared with model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xingyi Jiangtang Ling could decrease the content of cAMP,cGMP in the ectogluteus of diabetic rat from decreasing.Its molecular mechanism might be related to regulate the signal transduction of insulin receptor.

摘要:Zuojinwan,as a famous prescription of Zhu Dan-xi,is composed of Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae.It has extensive pharmacological actions on the digestive system,together with the effects of bacteriostasis,relieving pain and anti-inflammatory activities.Also,it has wide clinical application and good therapeutic effect on the relative disease with dysfunctions of spleen and stomach,globus hysteritis,sleeplessness,pedo-stomatitis,etc.This work analyzes the prescription and its significance of Zuojinwan.The literatures on pharmacological actions and clinical application of Zuojinwan in recent twenty years are analyzed and discussed.
