      摘要:Objective:To develop a sensitive and specific HPLC method for controlling the quality of Rukuaixiao tablets.Methods:The fingerprinting analysis of Rukuaixiao tablets was carried out on an Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)with methanol and containing water solution as mobile phases in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,the column temperature was(30 ℃),and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Result: 28 characteristic peaks were found among 12 batches of samples and four peaks of them identified by being compared with the retention time and the UV spectra of reference substances.Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable with high specificity and can be used for the quality control of Rukuaixiao tablets.

      摘要:Objective:To Complement the quality control standards for Fufangxiaojingtong Capsule(FFXJTC).Methods: The TLC method was applied to identify Radix Astragali,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Cortex Cinnamomi and Rhizoma Cyperi;and the HPLC method was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in FFXJTC.Results: The TLC identification methods are specific.The linear range of paeoniflorin is 0.1~2.5 μg(r=(0.999 9)),and the recovery is 99.5%,and the RSD is 1.7%(n=6).Conclusion: The qualitative and quantitative methods are specific and repeatable,which could be applied for quality control of Fufangxiaojingtong Capsule.

      摘要:Objective:To determine the dissolutions of glycyrrhizic acid in Jiuganqing capsules in order to examine its inner qualitiy.Method:The content of glycyrrhizic acid was determined by HPLC as index to determine the dissolution of glycyrrhizic acid in Jiuganqing capsules by paddle method.Result:900 mL of 0.5% SDS solution was used as solvent.Paddle method was used with rotation rate at 100 r.min-1,after 45 min,dissolution is over 75% labelled amount.Conclusion: The determination of dissolution is a feasible method for controlling the inner quality of traditional Chinese medicinal preparations.

      摘要:Objective:To establish the quality specification of Zishen capsules.Methods: Emodin in Zishen Capsules was determined by TLC-Scanning.The samples were separated on a silica gel plate with a mixture of n-hexane-ethylacetateformic acid(30∶10∶0.5) as the developing system.The detection wavelength was 442 nm,the reference wavelength was 610 nm.Radix Paeoniae Alba,Caulis Polygoni Multiflori,Bulbus Lilii in the capsule were identified by TLC.Results:The calibraction curve was linear in the range of 0.04~0.20μg,r=0.995,the average recovery was 98.1%,RSD=2.26%;the chromatographic spots were clear,without interference and easy to recognize.Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple and reproducible.It could be used for the quality control of Zishen Capsules.

      摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of icariin in Qubi Shujian Pills.Method:The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column(4.0 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase acetonitrile-water(30∶70).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 at the room temperature and the UV detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results:The calibration curve was Livear at the range of((0.199 2)~3.984)μg for the icariin(r=(0.999 8),n=7).The average recovery rate was 98.2% and RSD was 2.1%(n=6).Conclusion:The method was rapid,sensitive and accurate,and could be used for the quality control of this preparation.

      摘要:Objective:To inspect the extracting technology for leech in Shenkang Micro-pellet.Methods:With anticoagulation bioactivity as main Index and extraction rate as secondary one,optimum extracting conditions for leech in Shenkang Micro-pellet were studied by the orthogonal design.Results:The order of the factors which affected extraction was: ethanol concentration>extraction time>solvent amount.And the ethanol concentration had significant influence. Conclusions:The optimum extracting conditions were six times quantity of 60% ethanol for 2 times at 60℃,and one hour for each time.

      摘要:Objective:To explore the impact of Xuefuzhuyv Decoction on serum proteome of rat with syndrome of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis and to investigate the molecular mechanism of Xuefuzhuyv Decoction.Methods:The rat models with syndrome of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis were established by combined methods.The rat serum was collected from normal group,model group and treated group.A simple method was employed to remove the high abundance albumin in serum.Proteomic protocol included proteome separation with two dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE),gel image analysis with Image Master 2D Elite 6.01 system,and identification of the different proteins between the three groups.Results:(354±20) proteins had been observed in normal group serum,(347±37) in model group serum,and(360±35) in treated group serum.Compared with normal group,seven changed proteins were determined: one protein decreased,five proteins increased and one protein lost in rat serum of model group,but these changes could be improved by treating Xuefuzhuyv Decoction.Conclusions:The molecular mechanism of Xuefuzhuyv Decoction which could treat the rat with syndrome of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis may associated with those different proteins,and it will provide a new idea for study of molecular mechanism of Xuefuzhuyv Decoction.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Lupus Recipe on the expression of PPARγ and TNFα with IFNγ induced CD40 mRNA and RANTES mRNA on renal tubular epithelial cells(HK-2).Methods:Rats weighted 180~230 g were randomly divided into control group and treated group.The treated group was treated with Lupus Recipe(10 g·kg-1·day-1) daily,and the control group was given the same volume of PBS.Rats were sacrificed at 7 days after treatment.Serum of rats were collected.HK-2 cells were cultured in DMEM/F12 with 10% fetal bovine serum in vitro and were divided into following groups: the DMEM medium control group.the normal rat serum group and the Lupus Recipe contained serum group,IFNγ(50 μg·mL-1)+TNFα(10 ng·mL-1) group,IFNγ(50 μg·mL-1)+TNFα(10 ng·mL-1) with 10% drug-contained serum groups and IFNγ(50 μg·mL-1)+TNFα(10 ng·mL-1) with 10% normal rat serum group,The expression of PPARγ protein was measured by Western-blotting analysis and the expression of CD40 mRNA and RANTES mRNA was measured by RT-PCR.Results:HK-2 cells expressed low levels of PPARγ,CD40 mRNA and RANTES mRNA.Drug-contained serum of Lupus Recipe can up-regulate the expression of PPARγ protein.Activation of HK-2 cells by TNFα and IFNγ resulted in an enhanced expression of CD40 mRNA and RANTES mRNA;The Drug-contained serum of Lupus Recipe can significantly blocked CD40 mRNA and RANTES mRNA expression in HK-2 cell line induced by IFNγ plus TNFα.Conclusions:Drug-contained serum of Lupus Recipe up-regulated the expression of PPARγ protein and decreased CD40 and RANTES mRNA expression induced by IFNγ plus TNFα in HK-2 cells.These immune modulation and anti-inflammation effects were partially mediated by PPARγ-dependent pathways and it could be one of the mechanisms of Lupus Recipe in preventing and treating LN.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effects of bee pollen on anti-oxidation function in hybrid broilers.Methods:272 one-day-old hybrid broilers(COBB 1500 ♂× HISEX ♀) were randomly divided into 4 groups,there were 68 broilers(34 cocks and 34 hens) every group.GroupⅠ was the contrast group;groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were treatment groups,with 0.5%,1.0%,1.5% bee pollen respectively.At 14,28, 42days old,8 broilers were randomly selected every group,blood serum were collected to determinate the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px,and the content of MDA.Results: Added bee pollen at different doses had significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01) increased the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px,and decreased the content of MDA in serum of hybrid broilers.Conclusions: By adding bee pollen,free radical was scarenged effectively,the production of lipid over oxide was decreased,and the activity of anti-oxidase was improved.

      摘要:Objective:To establish an analytical method of RP-HPLC-DAD to determinate simultaneously the chemical components of vanillic acid,caffeic acid,albiflorin,peoniflorin,ferulaic acid,isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside,isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside in Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction and to provide evidence for the control and elucidate the bioactive components of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction.Methods:The method of RP-HPLC-DAD was adapted to determinate the seven compounds in the sample simultaneously.A Waters SunFire-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile(A),0.05% phosphoric acid(B) and methanol(C) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min,sup>-1 in gradient elution(0 min:8∶87∶5,30 min:13∶82∶5,35 min:13∶82∶5,55 min:14∶81∶5,60 min:14∶81∶5,80 min:15∶80∶5).The detected wave were 260,230,254,and 320 nm respectively and the temperature of column was 30℃.Results:The linearity of the 7 compounds was good,and the average recovery was range of 97.8%~100.2%.Conclusions:The method of HPLC-DAD is accurate and sensitive with good repeatability for the determination of 7 compounds simultaneously in Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction.The results provide references to analyze the complicated components of TCMs.

      摘要:Objective:To explore effects of Zuo Gui Pill and You Gui Pill on remyelination and axonal regeneration in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE) model rat.Methods:The rats were injected antigen containing myelin basic protein(MBP) and Freund's Adjuvant Complete(CFA)in the same volume in both rat postpeds.Asa control of prednisone, the injury and regeneration of myelin and axon in rat brain and spinal cord were observed by using myelin staining and immunohistochemistry method after the rats model were made at 14 and 28 days.Results:The injury of myelin and axon were reduced by treated with Zuo Gui Pill and You Gui Pill in EAE rat,Both of MBP and neurofilament protein(NF200) expressions were increased significantly in the treatment groups of Zuo Gui Pill and You Gui Pill(P<0.05 or 0.01) compared with the model group.Conclusions:Zuo Gui Pill and You Gui Pill can restorate the nervous myelin and axonal injury which may be the mechanism of tonifying-kidney formulae in promoting rehabilitation in rats with EAE.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Panaxadiol Saponins(PDS) on the nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in serum in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) dogs.Methods:An AMI model was made by ligating left coronary artery in dogs.The content of NO and activity of NOS in serum were detected by spectrophotometric method.N-BT staining method was used to delermin the extent of myocardial infarction and the change in myocardial ultrastructure was observed by transmission electron microscope.Results: Compared with model group,PDS increase the content of NO and activity of NOS in serum.and decrease the extent of myocardial infarction significantly.PDS can alleviate the change induced by ischemia in myocardial ultrastructure markedly.Conclusions: PDS has apparently protective effects on myocardium in acute myocardial infarction dogs.Its mechanisms probably liein increasing NO and NOS level in serum.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Ganbikang Capsule on anti-experimental hepatic injury in mice.Methods:The protective liver action were tested using liver injured models induced by carbon tetrafluoride(CCl4),D-galactosamine(D-GlaN) and naphthyl isothiocyanate(ANIT),and the immune function was observed by the methods of haemolysin formation and phagocytosis of abdominal phagocyte in immune-lowering mice.Results:The Ganbikang Capsule could signifieantly inhibited the transaminase activities,lowered T-BIL content in the serums of acute liver injured models induced by CCl4,D-GlaN,ANIT in mice.It could promote the haemolysin formation,and increase the phagocytosis percentage and indexes of abdominal phagocyte in mice of immune function lowerring.Conclusions:The Ganbikang Capsule has the significantly actions of protectiving liver,inhibiting transaminase and eliminating jaundice,and improving immune function.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the dynamic interference in LBP mRNA,CD14 mRNA,NF-κBp65 on the cell endotoxin(ET) specific receptors of damp-heat syndrome model rats treated by Ganlu Xiaodu Dan,furthe to explore the therapy mechanism of Qingre Zaoshi Prescription.Methods: Animal were divided into normal group,model group(high fat diet+high temperature and high humidity+colon bacillus),Qingre Zaoshi group randomly,the expression of LBP mRNA,CD14 mRNA,in liver macrophage was semiquantitated by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),the activation of nuclear factor-kappa Bp65(NF-κBp65) in liver macrophage was detected by immuno-histochemical methods.Results:At 6 h,12 h and 24 h action spots,the expressions of LBP mRNA,CD14 mRNA,NF-κBp65 in model group was remarkably increased compared with those of normal group;And at 6 h,12 h and 24 h,the above indicators had significant difference compared with each other.The result indicated that during the development of the course of disease,the expression of LBP mRNA,CD14 mRNA,NF-κBp65 in model group was increased gradually.The expression of LBP mRNA,CD14 mRNA,in treatment group was decreased,and had significant difference between 6 h and 12 h and 12 h and 24 h.At 24 h,the expression of LBP mRNA,CD14 mRNA in treatment group was decreased,and had significant difference compared with model group.The results suggested that attenuation of LBP mRNA,CD14 mRNA,is a slow course. Conclusions:It was suggested that Ganlu Xiaodu Dan has interference in LBP mRNA,CD14 mRNA,NF-κBp65 in liver macrophage of damp-heat syndrome of seasonal febrile disease rats.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Qingdupian on the u-PA expression in HL-60 cells.Methods: 2 mL of Qingdupian was diluted with RPMI-1640 culture medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum to 12 diluted liquids from 1:10 to 1∶(1 600) concentrations. Ara-c was used as the positive control,and the culture medium as the negative control.MTT assay was performed.The supernatant was collected for ELISA essay to determine the activity of u-PA.Results: The results research showed that Qingdupian fluid has inhibiting effects on HL-60 cells.And the u-PA activity in the supernatant fluid dropped with the raise of medicine concentration.Conclusions: It suggests that the curative effect of Qingdupian is related to its effect of declining u-PA activity on leukemia cells.

      摘要:Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of Huanglianjiedutang(HLJDT) on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) in rats.Methods:Animal model was induced by intraperitoneal administration of zymosan.Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,HLJDT low-dosage and high-dosage groups.The content of aminotransferase and creatinine in plasma was examined,respiration rate and heart rate of every group were examined and the pathological change of the main organs in every period were examined.Results:Results showed that the content of aminotransferase and creatinine in plasma,respiration rate and heart rate of treatment Groups were significantly decrease compared with model group.The histopathological change of small intestine,liver,kidney and lung of treatment groups was significantly improved compared with model group.Conclusions:HLJDT has protective effects on MODS in rats.

      摘要:Objective:The main Pharmacological effects of Xinshenhua Granule were investigated.Methods:The drugs were given by mouth.The negative control group and the positive control group were saline solution and shenghuatang pill respectively.The influences of the weights of uterus of mice induced by estrogen,writhing test induced by acetic acid and the function of mononuclear cells of mice were observed at three different doses of Xinshenhua granule.Results:The high dose and middle dose of Xinshenhua granule can markedly inhibit the weights of uterus of sex mature mice induced by diethylstilbestrol(P<0.01),and can raised the phagocytic function of mice mononuclear cell(P<0.01).The high dose of Xinshenhua granule canmarkedly inhibit the number of writhing reaction compared with normal saline group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinshehua granule can inhibit the weights of uterus induced by diethylstilbestrol,has analgetic effect and can raise the immunity function.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the strategies for sustainable use of wild Chinese materia medica resources(WCMMR).Methods: analyzed the status quo,problems and the reasons for the sustainable use of the WCMMR,and give the strategies both according to the international convention and the status quo of sustainable use of the WCMMR.Results: This paper think sustainable use of WCMMR face challenge,both genetic resources and intellectual properties of Chinese materia medica are damaged.It think the causes which lead pressure of sustainable use of WCMMR are as follows,1) Population increase over fast which lead demand ever increasing;2) Imbalance of conservation and utilization during WCMMR are used;3) Habitat losing due to the natural environment are destroyed;4) Inefficient management can not take efficient control for conservation of WCMMR.Conclusions: It propose the following principle for sustainable use of WCMMR,1) Both conservation and utilization should be concern together;2) Stress the preserve of the habitat of WCMMR;3) Refer to the international law for conservation of WCMMR;4) Stress the IP protection;5)Encourage the cultivation and alternative products exploited;6) Encourage the basic research for sustainable use of WCMMR.

      摘要:The vascular stenosis induced by injury is the common pathological changes of many cardiovascular diseases,which remains the major barrier to the advancement of medical treatment.Recent studies show that the adventitial fibroblasts play an important role in vascular stenosis.This review summarizes the functional and structural behaviors of the cells in the progress,including cell proliferation,migration,matrix protein production,generation of cytokines and enzymes.
