摘要:Objective:To establish the determination method of Tanshinone ⅡA in Radix Et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae microemulsion by HPLC.Methods:The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with a mobile phase of methanol-water(80∶20).The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 270 nm.The column temperature was 35 ℃.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of(7.59~303.44)ng,r=(1.000 0).The accuracy,repeatability,stability and recovery of this method were satisfied.Conclusions:The established method of determinating for the content of Tanshinone ⅡA in Radix Et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae microemulsion was convenient,accurate and reliable.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determination of protocatechuic acid and protocatechualdehyde in Feiyanping Capsule.Methods: The HPLC separation was performed on Diamonsil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with a mixture methanol-0.1% acetic acid solution(11∶89)as the mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Detection wavelength was at 281 nm,and column temperature at 40 ℃.Results: The linear responses of protocatechuic acid and protocatechualdehyde were at a range of(0.082 4~0.824)μg,r=(0.999 9) and((0.012 4)~0.124) μg,r=(0.999 7);the average recoveres were 97.67%,101.68%;RSD 1.31% and 2.04% respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,and suitable for quality control of Feiyanping Capsule.

摘要:Objective:The determination method of Ursolic acid in Jia Zhong Xiao preparation and blood serum of rat was established.Methods: The RP-HPLC/UV method was applied as follows: Agilent HC C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) and Easyguard column,methanol: 0.4% acetic acid solution(88∶12)as a mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,UV detection at 210 nm.Results: The mean recovery rates of Ursolic acid in preparation and serum were(100.54±0.24)% and(96.77±0.92)%,respectively.The linearity of Ursolic acid was shown in the range of(3.535~141.4) μg·mL-1.The Ursolic acid in preparation and serum were 80.87 μg.g-1 and 13.74 μg·mL-1.Conclusion:The method was simply,reliable and rapidness.It's quite suitable to be used in the analysis of Ursolic acid in Jia Zhong Xiao preparation and blood serum of rat.  
摘要:Objective:To set up the quality standard of Cortex Moutan dispensing granules.Methods: TLC experiments were performed on a plates of silica gel using two solvent systems by gradient development.The contents of paeonol and paeoniflorin in the dispensing granules were determined simultaneously by HPLC.Concentrations of heavy metals(Cu,Pb,Cd,As and Hg) in the samples were analyzed by AAS and AFS.Results: paeonol and paeoniflorin in the dispensing granules were identified and determined.The linear relationship were at the ranges of(24~120) μg·mL-1(r=(0.999 6)) for paeonol and(10.6~53.0) μg·mL-1(r=(0.999 8)) for paeoniflorin.The average recoveries were 98.1% for paeonol and 97.6% for paeoniflorin respectively.The quantity of 5 elements analyzed were below the limits.Conclusion: The methods were available with a good reproducibility and can be used to control the quality of Cortex Moutan.dispensing granules.

摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determining chlorogenic acid in Shuangguan Ganning Granule.Methods: Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used as the stationary phase,the mixture of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(13∶87) was served as mobile phase,and its flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The wavelength for detection was 327 nm.Results:The linearity range was(0.04~0.37) μg(r=(0.999 8).) The average recovery was 99.50%(RSD=0.84%).Conclusion: The method is simple,fast and reliable.  
摘要:Objective:To sdudy optimized technics of β-cyclodextrin(β-CYD) inclusion techniques for volatiles from Compound Liguoric Tablet.Method: The using rate of volatiles was used to evaluate the technologies based on orthogonal design.Result:The optimized experimental conditions are as follows: the method of inclusion was grinding,the ratio of volatile oil of Mastich and β-cyclodextrin was 1∶8.Conclusion:The technics was simple,and suitable for industrialization product.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the suitable methods used to evaluate the curative effects of TCM compound prescriptions.Methods:The observation and determination methods of signs and general behavior were established,30 SHR rats were divided into three experimental groups and normal Wistar rats as the control group.Results:The influence of SCD and MOX on signs and behavioral indexes of SHR is different.SCD showed hypotensive effect and improvement of the signs and behavioral indexes.Conclusion:Therapeutic efficacy for hypertension is different between traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions and chemical drug.The suitable methods and standards to evaluate should be set up according to features of TCM.  
摘要:Objective: To assay the inhibitive effect on seven kinds of human tumor cells of rhamnocitrin and rhamnazin flavonoids compounds obtained from Nervilia fordii(Hance) Schltr.Methods: Anticancer experiment in vitro was done by applying MTT method to iveatigation of rhamnocitrin and rhamnazin on human leukemia L1210 and P388D1,uterine carcinoma Hela,gastric adenocarcinoma SGC7901,inhibiting cell B16,neuromas NG108-15,Human hepatoma Hele7404.Results: Rhamnocitrin inhibited the growth of L1210,P388D1,Hela,B16,NG108-15 and Hele7404 human tumor cells.With the concentration elevated,inhibiting action increased.But rhamnocitrin had no effects on SGC7901,and rhamnazin had no effects on seven kinds of human tumor cells.Conclusion: Rhamnocitrin,one of the active principles of Nervilia fordii(Hance) Schltr,inhibited the growth of human tumor cells in vitro.However,rhamnazin had no effects.

摘要:Objective:To Provide a new method for the screening and research of anti-fatigue and anti-depressive drugs.Methods:The computer-aided automatic control system for measuring swimming in mice can complete the task of real-time monitoring,automatically obtaining data and saving,printing,compared with the manual group in swimming tests.Results:The computer-aided automatic control system is useful for measuring swimming in mice and data obtained is scientific and objective.Conclusion:The computer-aided automatic control system for measuring swimming in mice can be widely used in the research of anti-fatigue and anti-depressive drugs.

摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of danxiongfang on reducing serum lipid in experimental hyperlipidemic rat model induced by high-fat diet.Methods: The rats were fed with high-fat diet for 4 weeks to establish the hyperlipidemic model,then lovastatin,cholestyramine,danxiongfang high,medium,and low doses were given to the rats orally for 4 weeks.The serum TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,ALT,ALb were detected at the end of 4 weeks.The pathological changes of liver,heart,stomach tissues stained with HE were observed under light microscope.Results: The rats developed hyperlipidemia with high serum lipid levels,serum ALT and ALb concentration also increased significantly.Each drug showed significant inhibition for the increases in serum lipid,ALT,and serum ALb.Histopathological examination of liver,heart and stomach showed that pathologic injuries were ameliorated by each drugs.Conclusion: Danxiongfang showed powerful lipid regulating and liver protective effect.  
摘要:Objective:To study the anti-duck Hepatitis B virus(DHBV) action of protoporphyrin disodium(PPN).Methods: Longyan ducks with congenital infection of HBV were used as the animal model and the each group of ducks was given the drug with the doses 20 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 10 successive days.DHBV-DNA in serum was detected by dot-hybridization test before treatment,5 days and 10 days after treatment,the pathological changes of the duck liver were also examined by HE staining.Results: After giving medication with PPN for 5 days and for 10 days,the optic density value of DHBV-DNA in ducks serum were obviously lower than that before treated(1.36±0.26,1.05±0.28 VS 2.04±0.05,1.90±0.31),there were remarkable difference(P<0.01,P<0.05).Spotty hepatocyte necroses in treatment group was improved more obviously than that in model group.Conclusion: PPN can protect duck liver against inflammation by the inhibition of DHBV.

摘要:Objective:To explore the effects and mechanisms of Additional Si-miao Decoction on gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia in animal models.Methods:Mice were given uric acid ip or yeast extract ig to establish hyperuricemic model,serum uric acid levels were detected.Rat hyperuricemic models were made by orally administering yeast extract,uric acid in serum or urine was detected.Rat acute gouty arthritis model were established by MSU intraarticular injection,the joint swell degree,TNF-α and PGE_2 in synovia were also measured.Results:Additional Si-miao Decoction 24 g·kg-1 and 12 g·kg-1 ig could significantly reduce the serum uric acid level in hyperuricemic mice,meanwhile,12 g·kg-1 and 6 g·kg-1 ig could significantly reduce the serum uric acid level in hyperuricemic rat,together with increasing 24 hrs uric acid excretion.Additional Si-miao Decoction 12 g·kg~(-1) and,6 g·kg-1 ig could obviously restrain the joint swelling degree in the gouty arthritis model rat and improve their gait accordingly.TNF-α and PGE2 levels in the gouty arthritis model rat were also decreased significantly after administration.Conclusions:Additional Si-miao Decoction could obviously ameliorate symptoms of hyperuricacidemia and gouty arthritis.Mechanisms of its effects may consist in accelerating the uric acid excretion and restraining the synthesis of TNF-α,PGE2 in joint.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiuganqing capsule on alcoholic fatty liver.Methods:Alcoholic fatty liver of Wister rat was in duced by ig 56° alcohol liquid 5 mL·kg-1 twice a day for 4 week.The model is determined by histopathologic examination.The model group was given alcohol liquid as mentioned above.The masculine drug group was given Gypenosides ig 25 mg·kg-1 daily and alcohol as the model.Jiuganqing capsule high,middle and low dose-group was separately give ig 0.6,0.3,0.15 g·kg-1 and alcohol as the modes for 4 week.The content of ALT,AST,TG,T-CHO,SOD,MDA,TP,Alb and TNF-a in serum were detected.The hepatic index was calculated by weighing liver.The activity of TG,TC,MDA,ALT,AST and SOD in hepatic hemogenate were detected.Results:Jiuganqing capsule can obviously reduce activity of ALT,AST and the content of T-CHO、TG、MDA,TNF-α but increase the content of Alb and activity of SOD.Conclusion:Jiuganqing capsule has obviously therapeutic effect on alcoholic fatty liver in rat.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Xinguanxinsuhe Drop Pill(XDP)Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Guanxinsuhe capsule on isoprenaline(ISO)-induced acute myocardium ischemia.Methods:Acute myocardium ischemia rat model was established by i.p of ISO.The level of NO,malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in myocardial homogenate and the content of AST in serum were observed after ISO injection.Rat ECG was also recorded.Results:XDP Ⅰ and Ⅱ could significantly increase NO,SOD activity and decrease content of MDA,AST and improve the abnormity of ECG(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The result showed that compare with XDPⅡ and Guanxinsuhe capsule,XDP Ⅰ could prevent myocardial ischemia injure more effectively.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the anti-HBV effect of snail polysaccharide(SP).Methods:HepG2.2.15 cell strain was used in vitro,and we applied Lamivudine as positive control.ELISA was adopted to detect the level of HBsAg and HBeAg in supernatant.The quantity of HBV DNA was checked by RT-PCR.The inhibition ratio was calculated of SP on HBV.Results:SP had a inhibiting effect on the HBsAg and HBeAg with maximum inhibition ratio adding up to 42.8% and 52.1% respectively.There was certain inhibition on replication of HBV DNA(P<0.05).Conclusions:SP has a noticeable anti-HBV effect in vitro with low toxicity,which shows a fine applying prospect.  
摘要:Objective:To inductive the effects of Herbal Medicine processing with ginger juice,and the application history of ginger juice.Methods:By collecting and summarizing the informations of the processing excipient ginger juice in ancient Materia Medica.Results:There were more than 90 Herbal Medicine processed by Ginger juice before and in the Qing Dynasty.The processing methods were various,according to the properties of the specific of the herbs.And pressed juice of fresh ginger had been mainly used.But in modern times,the drug processed by ginger juice decreased significantly,only 7 drugs.There were three methods to get the ginger juice,the pressed juice of fresh ginger,the boiled juice of fresh ginger and the boiled juice of dry ginger.They were alternatively used.Besides,there was no definite preparation technology or quality standard.Conclusions:This article had provided useful information for the modern processing excipient ginger juice studied by summarizing the previous experiences.
