      摘要:Objective:Determine the content of hyperoside in the Wuzi Yanzong Pill.Method: The HPLC method was used to determine the content of hyperoside from Wuzi Yanzong Pill.The analysis was carried out on Lichrospher C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid(14∶86) as mobile phase,flow-rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and wave-length at 350 nm at 33 ℃.Results:The liner range of hyperoside was 0.22~1.63 μg with a correlation(r) of(0.999 9).The recovery was 101.4% with RSD of 1.56%.Conclusion:The method had good reproducibility and sensitivity to determine the content of hyperoside from Wuzi Yanzong pill.

      摘要:Objective:The volatile oil was extracted from the stem of Dioscorea hypoglauca Palibin firstly and the biological Activity was tested.Methods: Extract volatile oil from the stem of Dioscorea hypoglauca Palibin by steam distillation and the chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS method.The anti-tumor and antibacterial activities of the volatile oil were tested.Results: Seven constituents were identified.The main compounds include p-Xylene(7.601%), 1,2-Benzened-icarboxylic acid,bis(2-methylpropyl) ester(31.348%),1,2Benzenedicarbocylic acid,butyl octyl ester(1.712%),n-Hexadecanoic acid(4.618%), Dibutyl phthalate(5.891%),Phenol,2,4-bis(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-(3.471%),1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,mono(2-ethylhexyl) ester(43.875%).We found that the chemical components had activities of anti-tumor and anti-bacterial.Conclusion:The pharmacological effect of Dioscorea hypoglauca Palibin were related with volatile oil.

      摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determine the content of galangin in Liangfu oral microemulsion liquid.Method:The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm) column with methanol-0.5%H_3PO_4(58∶42)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃.Result:The linear range of galangin was 0.005~0.04 mg·mL-1,r=(0.999 4). The average recovery was 99.0% with RSD 2.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable and accurate for determination of galangin in Liangfu Oral Microemulsion Liquid.It can be used for quality control of this preparation.

      摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determine isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside in intermediate products of Hongtengfang.Methods: The separation was performed on an ACE C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(14∶79.4∶0.6)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the wavelength of UV detector was set at 254 nm and the column temperature was set at 20 ℃.Results: The linear relationship of Isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside was in the range of(0.040 4) μg~2.02 μg(r=(0.999 95)).The average recovery of isorhamnetin-3-o-neohesperidoside was 99.78%(n=6), RSD 1.09 %.Conclusion: The method was simple,rapid and accurate.

      摘要:Objective: To establish GC fingerprint for quality control of volatile oil in Bupleurum chinese DC.of Chaijing Injection.Methods: A sum of 10 batches of Bupleurum Chinese DC.samples were collected and identified.The GC equipped with FID detector,and a Varian CP-Sil 24 CB capillary column was used.The temperature program of column oven was as follows: 50 ℃,held for 3 min;increased at a rate of 2 ℃·min-1 to 110 ℃,then at 6 ℃·min-1 to 250 ℃,held for 5 min.Results: The method had good precision,repeatability and stability(RSD<3%,n=6).The fingerprints from the 10 samples were well-uniformized and the correlative coefficient was over 0.9.Conclution: The fingerprint is reliable and can be used for quality control of volatile oil in Chaijing Injection.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a sensitive HPLC fingerprint method for controlling the quality of Anshen Bunao Liquid.Methods: HPLC analysis was performed on Column Phenomenex Luna 5u C18(2) 100R(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with a mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in gradient mode.The wavelength was set at 320 nm,and column temperature was(25 ℃.) Samples of 18 batches,which was produced by two enterprises,were analyzed.Results: The HPLC fingerprint of Anshen Bunao Liquid showed 17 common peaks,which indicated that the components were originated primarily from Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata,Herba Epimedii,and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae.Good precision,stability and repetition were showed.Conclusions: The method provides an evidence to quality evaluation of Anshen Bunao Liquid.

      摘要:Objective:To study the isolation of the active in vitro cell membranes of pig intestines and adsorption of astragaloside IV and ferulic acid in Buyang Huanwu Decoction(BYHWD).Methods:The sucrose density gradient ultracentrifugection at different speeds was used to isolate pig intestinal membranes and determine it's total protein content.Normal column chromatography was used to isolate the astragaloside IV and ferulic acid,the content of which was determined by HPLC analysis.Results:The content of total protein in the cell membrane is 8.0%±0.45%,The peak time for astragaloside IV is 1 h,while the concentration is 123.6 μg·mL-1 and the transferring ratio is 94.46%;The peak time for ferulic acid is 9 h,while the concentration is 8.769 μg·mL-1 and the transferring ratio is 86.78%.Conclusions:There are significant difference in adsorbability and transporting capability between astragaloside IV and ferulic acid under cell membrane chromatography.The cell membrane could be used to separate the ingredients of the compound formulate of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective action of Guiling Pill(Fuling,Baizhu and Danggui,FBD) on ischemic-reperfusion induced brain injury.Methods: Mice were orally administered 37.5 mg·kg-1 supercritical fluid extract of FBD(FBD-CO2),150 mg·kg-1 aqueous extract(FBD-H2O),and 187.5 mg·kg-1 both(FBD) beforehand,twice daily for 3.5 d,and subjected to repetitive 10 min ischemia and 24 h reperfusion,then brain infarction was observed by 2,3,5-triphenyltertrazolium chloride(TTC) staining,the permeability of BBB was examined by Evans Blue dyeing,the total blood leukocytes and its three subpopulations were counted while cerebral myeloperoxidase(MPO) activity was detected,and levels in prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and nitric oxide(NO) were assayed by spectrophotometry.Results: Compared with the saline-pretreated mice,oral pretreatment with FBD or FBD-CO2 had not only obviously less Evans Blue influx,and brain infarction,but also recruitment of leukocytes,evidenced with maintained circulating neutrophils counts and low cerebral MPO activity;excessive cerebral prostaglandin E2(PGE2),and nitric oxide(NO) production were markedly also restrained by FBD-CO2,rather than FBD-H2O.Conclusion: FBD exerted an anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective action on cerebral I/R,partially via inhibition of neutrophils recruitment and generation of NO and PGE2.Its anti-inflammatory effect was mainly related with FBD-CO2.

      摘要:Objective:To elucidate bioactive constituents for invigorating the kidney in Liuwei Dihuang Wan based on study on protective effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan and its constituents absorbed into blood after oral administration on hydrocortisone inducing renal deficiency in rat.Method: Seventy rats were randomly divided into seven groups including control,model,total components,5-HMFA,mixture containing morroniside,sweroside and loganin,paeonol and LW group.For continous 9 days,every group rat was respectively orally administrated with distilled water,distilled water,total components,5-HMFA mixture containing morroniside,sweroside and loganin,paeonol and LW,from 5 day to 9 day,control group rat was subcutaneously injected with sodium chloride at a dose of 5 ml/kg body weight,the other groups rat was subcutaneously injected with hydrocortisone at a dose of 25 mg/kg body weight(5 ml/kg).On 10th day,collected samples for analyzing 10 batches of indexes.Result: Every group drugs all improved such 10 batches of indexs in a large,the effect of mixture containing morroniside,sweroside and loganin group is most significantly.Conclusion: It is found that determined constituents absorbed into blood after oral administration of Liuwei Dihuang Wan is mainly bioactive constituents for invigorating the kidney,and the bioactivities of morroniside,sweroside and loganin is most perferred.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Wanglaoji Liangcha(WLJ) on immune system and the antioxidation in restrained mice.Methods: The male C(57)BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal control group,stress control group,125 mg·kg-1 and(500 mg·kg-1) treated with WLJ.The spleen lymphocyte suspension of each group was prepared.The parameters of spleen T cells subsets,NK cell proportion,and NK cell activity were detected by Flow cytometry.The antioxidation states in immune cells were also detected.Results: WLJ regulated T cell subsets,increased the percent of NK cells,and moreover enhanced the cytotoxic activity of NK cell.It also led to significant reduction of the lipid peroxidationn MDA and increase of oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC) of splenocyte.Conclusion: Wanglaoji Liangcha can enhance immunologic function in restraint mice which is relevont with the amelioration of antioxidation in immune cells.

      摘要:Objective:To explore the effects and mechanisms of Si-miao Decoction on gouty arthritis induced by MSU in rabbits.Methods:Si-miao Decoction and colchicine were orally administrated for 7 or 4 days.Acute gouty arthritis model of rabbits was induced by MSU suspension intraarticular injection.After MSU injection for 5 hours,synovia of each rabbit was collected to do leukocyte count.Meanwhile,relevant cytokines levels in synovia of each group were measured.Histopathologic examination of knee joint and surrounding soft tissue of each rabbit was also performed.Results:Si-miao Decoction 12 g·kg-1 and 6 g·kg-1 could significantly decrease the leukocyte quantity and the levels of TNF-α,PGE2,IL-1β and IL-8 in synovia of model rabbits,as well as ameliorating edema and inflammatory cell and inflammatory cell infiltration in knee joint of model rabbits.Conclusions:Si-maio Decoction could obviously alleviate symptoms of acute gouty arthritis induced by MSU in rabbits.Mechanisms may lie in inhibiting leukocyte activation,chemotaxis,and decreasing cytokines levels in synovia.

      摘要:Objective:To study the synthesis,characterization and in vitro antibacterial activity of curcumin derivatives.Methods:Four target compounds were synthesized with phenylamine,phenylhydrazine,4-toluidine,2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine and curcumin based on the characteristics of curcumin molecule structure,containing two carbonyl groups.Their antibacterial activities in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudcomonas aeruginosa were examined respectively.Results:Four kinds of Schiff bases(three novel compounds,1~3) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,UV-vis,IR spectrum and 1H-NMR.Conclusions:The four compounds shows different antibacterial activity,Schiff bases(4) shows significant antibacterial activity in these compounds.

      摘要:Objective:To elucidate the anti-inflammatory,anti-titillation of skin,anti-anaphylaxis actions of the effective parts in Flos Daturae.Methods:The anti-inflammatory and anti-titillation action on swelling ear of mice induced by xylene and swelling toe of rat induced by 10% OVA;and on cavia cobaya skin induced by 0.35% histamine phosphate respectively.Antianaphylaxis action was observed on cavia cobaya according to the index of gasping twitch caused by the miscible liquids of acetylcholine and histamine.Results:The effective parts of Flos Daturae remarkably inhibited the ear swelling,increased histamine dosage which lead to skin itching of cavia cobaya,evidently extended delitescence of allergic asthma on cavia cobaya caused by the miscible liquids of acetylcholine and histamine.Conclusions:The effective parts of Flos Daturae have many obvious pharmacological actions,including anti-inflammatory,anti-titillation of skin and antianaphylaxis actions.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Qubai Tincture on experimental vitiligo of guinea pig.Methods:Animal model of vitiligo was established by chemical decolorization.The animal model of vitiligo is treated with Qubai Tincture 1.0 mL and Sicorten Plus 1.0 g 2 times a day respectively,observe the influence on the formation of skin melanin and cholinesterase after 50 days.Results:Compared with model group,Qubai Tincture has significant effect on the formation of skin melanin and cholinesterase(P<0.01).Conclusions:Qubai Tincture has showed therapeutic action on the experimental vitiligo of guinea pig,and provide experimental evidence for clinical application.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Qianlieshu Capsule on experimental prostatic hyperplasia.Methods: The animal model of prostatic hyperplasia was established by fetal urogenital sinus implanting in ventral prostates.Wistar Rats were administered testosterone propionate 2.5 mg·kg-1 subcutaneously for 40 days after orchiectomy,and Qianlieshu was given in different dosages for 30 days.The prostate weight,index,lumens areas and pathological changes were observed.Results: Qianlieshu Capsule can obviously decrease prostate weight and index in mice,reduce prostatic lumens areas were only found in middle and high dosages.Decrease prostate weight,index and prostatic lumens areas were observed in rat.The pathological changes were reduced.Conclusion: Qianlieshu Capsule has significant anti-benign prostatic hyperplasia actions.

      摘要:Objective:To explore the protective mechanism of Chinese Herb-Da Huang on the vascular disease in diabetes mellitus(DM) rats.Methods:The DM rat model was made.Da Huang was given to treatment group.8 weeks later,blood sample was taken to test nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin-1(ET-1).Thoracic aortic rings to observe the ratio of different concentration of Ach inhibite constraction caused by NE.Took down another part of aorta to make pathology slice,method of SP immunohistochemistry staining,observed the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.Result:Da Huang group obviously decreased plasma ET-1 and increased the level of NO comparied with Diabetes group(P<0.05),but could not reach the level of the normal control group(P<0.05).The expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 could be obviously inhibited in Da Huang group comparied with diabetes contrast group.But obviously stronger than normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinses medicine Da Huang could decrease the level of ET-1 and increase the level of NO in diabetes rats,they have the function of protect the endothelium of vessel,and could inhibte the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1,act as the role of anti-atherosclerosis.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of mild cognitive impairment(MCI)on Treatment by Modified Wuzi Yanzong Granule(MWYG) for 3 months and after drug withdrawal 1 year.Methods: According to the international accepted diagnostic criteria,36 MCI patients were selected and randomly assigned two groups equally,the treated group treated with MWYG(18 cases) and the control group with placebo(18 cases),with a course of 3 months for both groups and followed up for 1 year. Besides,20 healthy subjects were selected as the normal group.The changes of memory ability and safety before and after treating were observed.Results: Memory quotient(MQ) was significantly lower in MCI patients than in healthy subjects(P<0.01).After treatment it increased in the treated group as compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the inerement was higher the that in the control group(P<0.05).After drug withdrawal 1 year,there was still increase in MQ(P<0.01) than that before treatment in MWYG group,no adverse reaction was found in two groups,and there were two cases of the control group developed into dementia in the elderly.Conclusion: MWYG could improve MCI patients' memory ability and could prevent from MCI into dementia in the elderly.

      摘要:Objective:To view the research advanse of hepatolenticular degeneration treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: A lot of research literature from the etiopathogenisis,differentiation of symptoms and signs,exclusive formula and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine on hepatolenticular degeneration in recent years was reviewed.Results: The clinical symptom,life quality and prognosis were obviously improved by the Traditional Chinese Medicine.Its mechanism of action included increasing the excretion of copper,retroconversing hepatic fibrosis and protecting the brain,liver and kidney of patients with Wilson disease.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine has the curative effect significantly in the treatment of Wilson disease.

      摘要:Objective:To approach the future study and explore for expanding the clinic application of Huanglian Jiedu Tang,We synthesized the relevant data of Huanglian Jiedu Tang and its components on the effect of cholesterol lowing and anti-atherosclerosis.Methods: we review the reports for recent 10 years.Having referred to the latest achievement,we systemly studied the potential advantage and mechanism of Huanglian Jiedu Tang on lowing cholesterol and anti-atherosclerosis.Results: The data of clinic and research indicated that Huanglian Jiedu Tang can not only reduce the concentration of cholesterol in hepatocyte,but also have the effect for treating the risk factor of atherosclerosis.Conclusion: Huanglian Jiedu Tang and its components have some distinct or potential effects on cholesterol lowing and anti-atherosclerosis.The mechanism will be required to future study using modern technology and strategy in order to expand the extent of clinic application.

      摘要:Objective:To state the functions of Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction from theory of traditional Chinese medicine and research of pharmacology.Methods:The clinic and research literatures about this prescription were summarized and to state the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern research of pharmacology.Results:Both the traditional Chinese medicine theory and research literatures supported the functions about this prescription.Conclusion:The functions of Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction wide application,including treatment of internal diseases,surgical diseases,gynecologic diseases,paediatric diseases and psychoneurosis and so on.
