      摘要:Objective:To develop on IP-LC method for determination of three alkaloids:aconitine,mesaconitine,hypaconitine in the Chinese traditional medicine Radix Aconitilateralis Preparata(Baifupian).Methods:An Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used at room temperature.The mobile phase was CH3 CN-5 mmol·L-1 NaH2PO4(52∶50) containing 7 mmol·L-1 SDS at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL·min(-1).The detector was set at UV 235 nm.Result:These three alkaloids can be completely separated and determined quantitively.Conclusion:This method is accurate and suitable for the determination of three alkaloids in Baifupian.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Semen Oroxyli.Methods:The analysis was carried out on a Lichrospher C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) eluted with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(A) and water(B) all containing 1% acetic acid in gradient mode.The gradient program was as follows:0~30 min,A changed from 10%~25%;(30~50)min,A changed from 25% to 55%;then the column keeped for 5 min.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The wave length was 280 nm and temperature was 30 ℃.Result:The fingerpring of Semen Oroxyli was estabilished.Conclusion:The method is repeatable and can be used in quality control of Semen Oroxyli.

      摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of naringin in Pear Loquat Syrup.Methods: The chromatographic conditions included column Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase: acetonitrile-water-phosphate acid(22∶78∶0.2),flow rate at 1 mL·min-1,wavelength at 283 nm.Results: The linearity of naringin was in the range of(28.4~142.0)μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 96.09%,RSD=1.6%.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and available for control of Pear Loquat Syrup.

      摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of gastrodin in Qianglitianmaduzhong capsules.Methods: Analytical column was Agilent Extend C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% acetic acid solution(2∶98).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detector wavelength was set at 220 nm.Result: The calibration curve was linear over the range of(0.10~1.20)μg for gastrodin(r=0.999 9).The average recovery(n=5)was 97.26%,RSD was 2.10%.Conclusion: The developed method is convenient rapid and accurate with good reproducibility.It is suitable for the analysis of gastrodin in Qianglitianmaduzhong capsules.

      摘要:Objective:To study the optimized extraction process of total glucosides of Yu Ping Feng(TGYPF),one of the effective parts of Yupingfeng.Methods:By use of orthogonal experimental design L9(34),four factors that may effect the extraction had been studied,including alcoholic concentration,alcoholic volume,extracting time and times.And the content of astragloside IV had been developed as its quality standard,screening out the best method of extraction conditions.Results:The best extracting technical conditions were as follows: 8 times amount of 80%EtOH,extracting solvent to reflux for 3 hour and 2 times.Conclusion:The optimized process is simple,fast and feasible,with its stability and repeatability are good respectively.

      摘要:Objective:To prepare the Huangyangning osmotic pump controlled release tablet.Methods:Acidic dye spectrophotometry for their release,were studied under different prescription drug release.Results:Preparation of Huangyangning osmotic pump controlled release tablets in vitro release rate of more stable.Conclusions:The osmotic pump tablets conform to zero release order in 14 hours,and within the following dose reduction in osmotic pump,The release rate has declined.

      摘要:Objective:To explore the pharmacodynamical active substances of Gardenia jasminds ELLis,the comparative pharmacodynamic study was carried out on crocin-1 and crocetin.Methods:To observe the different pharmacological influence of crocin-1 and crocetin on anti-inflammatory,blood coagulation,hepatic injury and hemorheological changes.Results:Neither crocin-1 nor crocetin has shown obvious effects of anti-inflammaory or protective effect against hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.Crocin-1 and crocetin can decrease the blood viscosity under high shear stress,and curtail prothrombin time(PT).Both medium and high concentration groups of crocetin can curtail the thrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT).Conclusions:Neither Crocin-1 nor crocetin has shown obvious effects on anti-inflammatory,hepatic protection.Both components Can reduce the whole blood viscosity and PT significantly.Crocetin of high concentration showed strong effects on promoting coagulation than crocin-1.The results suggest that crocetin may be the substance matter of hemostasis action of fructus gardeniae.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Guizhi Tangju Granules on blood sugar,dermal ulcer in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats and effects on microcirculation in mouse.Methods:1.Wistar rats injected with streptozotocin(STZ)ip,at the same time,skin destruction made by surgical intervention.Healing ration and pathological change of dermal ulcer were observed.2.Microcirculation disturbance induced by injection of dextran intravenously was observed after mouse were fed with Guizhi Tangju Granules for 4 weeks.Results:Guizhi Tangju Granules could significently improve microcirculation disturbance in mouse and reduce blood sugar,increase healing ration of damaged skin in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats,as well as raise collagenous fibers cells and decrease inflammatory cells in pathology.Conclusion:Guizhi Tangju Granules could promote healing of damaged skin,decrease serum glucose and improve microcirculation disturbance.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Chaijing injection on in febrile rats induced by zymonsa and content of AVP as well as PGE2 in rat hypothalamus.Provide a scientific evidence for the antipyretic mechanism.Methods:Rats febrific model were made by 20% high-activity zymonsa,the effective mechanism of Chaijing Injection was probed in antipyretic action on temperature and cut off rat hypothalamus,the radioimmunoassay(RIA) was established for the determination of AVP and PGE2 in hypothalamus.Results:①The rat was injected by way of subcutaneous with 20% zymonsa that could cause rat febrific model.The Chaijing Injection had a obviously antipyretic effect on febrile rats,the effect in 3 mL·kg-1 group was remarkably better than that in 2 mL·kg-1 group.②The content of AVP and PGE2 in hypothalamus of rats in treated group with Chaijing Injection had a significant lowering compared with the model control group.Conclusions:The content of AVP and PGE2 in hypothalamus of rats could be reduced by treated group with Chaijing Injection.Both AVP and PGE2 were important endogenic mediums that were secreted in hypothalamus,through their inhibiting and release/action,which were quite effective for hypothermal.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhinao Capsule on behavior and the content of Ca2+ in brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia.Methods:After intraperitoneal injection of low dose of sodium nitroprusside,animal models of vascular dementia were established by clamping common carotid arteries repeatedly.Their learning and memory ability and the content of Ca2+ in brain tissue of rats were detected.Results:The learning and memory ability had been reduced obviously in the model group of rats with vascular dementia,and the content of Ca2+ in brain tissue had been increased.Compared with model group,three kinds of Zhinao Capsule treated group,nimodipine treated group and piracetam treated group could significantly decrease the content of Ca2+ in brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The content of Ca2+ in brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia could decrease more in high dose of Zhinao capsule treated group than in other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Zhinao Capsule could improve the learning and memory in rats with vascular dementia,which may be related to decreasing the content of Ca2+ in brain tissue of rats.

      摘要:Objective:To study the in vitro inhibitory of protoporphyrin disodium(PPN) on Hepatitis C virus.Methods:The different concentration of PPN and ribavirin water solution were respectively added into HCV Replicon cell medium.The cell toxicity of PPN was determined with MTT method.Real-time PCR was used for determining secrected HCV RNA in the culture medium.Results:PPN and ribavirin had no obvious cell toxicity at the concentration of 1 mg/mL.When the drug concentration of PPN was 1 mg/mL,inhibitive rates of HCV RNA was 73.44%.The experimental group and control group had striking difference(P<0.05),When the drug concentration of ribavirin was 1 mg/mL,inhibitive rates of HCV RNA was 40.78%.EC50 were 0.23 mg·mL-1 and 1.19 mg·mL-1 respectively.Conclusion:PPN can inhibit duplication of Hepatitis C Virus in Vitro and its effect was better than ribavirin.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of anti-implanted tumour of Xiaoliu Tang in mice.Methods:To make a mode of implanted tumor with injecting HepG2 cells in the axilla of mice.The inhibitory effect on tumor was observed for the mice after Xiaoliu Tang was given orally.The inhibitory effect in HepG2 by Xiaoliu Tang with the method of MTT was investigated.Telomerase activity of HepG2 cells was observed with the method of PCR,ELISA.Results:The tumor in the administration groups was smaller than that of the controls,especially for in the big-dosage group(the inhibitatory rate is 41.88%).The results of MTT showed that the inhibitory rate of HepG2 cells was in dose dependent fashion.The high-dosage treatment group have significant inhibitory effect on telomerase activity of hepatocarcinoma.Conclusions:Xiaoliu Tang can inhibit hepatocarcinoma;its mechanism may correlate to inhibiting telomerase activity.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on treating collageninduced arthritis,so as to find out its mechanism.Methods:Review relevant article about the effect which traditional Chinese medicine treat collagen-induced arthritis from Chinese Academic periodical Full-text Database from January 1987 to January 2007.Meanwhile,review many English articles related to collagen-induced arthritis.Results:The mechanism that rheumatoid arthritis treated with traditional Chinese medicine is a complex process,which may have therapeutic effects through many ways and poly-target:inhibiting immune responses,adjusting T-cell subgroup,regulating the cytokine of promoting or restraining inflammatory and the balance of enzymes-proteins and the level of genes expression.Conclusion:Comparing with single western medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine is full of bright prospect in treating RA and the mechanism need to be futher studied.

      摘要:Objective:To summarize the technologies on the extraction and purification of diterpenes compounds in recent ten years,the prospects of new technologies are discussed.Methods:Refer to the correlation literature about extraction and purification of diterpenes compounds.Results:At present,the commonly technology includes circumfiuence,maceration and percolation et.New technologies such as ultrasonic extraction technology,supercritical fluid extraction(CO2),microwave supercritical fluid extraction,sub-critical water extraction,extraction process with the aid of β-cyclodextrin(EPAC) are also used.The purification technologies have organic solvent extraction,adsorption chromatography,macroporous resin adsorption,high-speed counter current chromatography(HSCCC) et.Conclusion:The extraction and purification of diterpenes compounds will become higher efficient,saving energy and environmental protection with the new technologies are used in practice.
