摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method of simultaneous determination of Icarrin,Epimedin A,Epimedin B,Epimedin C,Baohuoside I in Xianlingpi granules.Method:The samples were separated at 30℃ on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) eluted with acetonitrile and water in gradient mode.The ratio of acetonitrile increased from 10% to 25% in 15 min,and kept constant for 23 min,then from 25% to 71% during 23 min.The detection wavelength was 270 nm,and the flow rate was(1 mL·min-1).Result:Five compounds were baseline-isolated,the linear relationships of lcarrin,Epimedin A,Epimedin B,Epimedin C,Baohuosiede I were excellent.Conclusion:The method was rapid and precise,and can be use for controlling the quality of Xianlingpi granules.

摘要:Objective:To establish the chromatographic fingerprints of Fu Zhi San by RP-HPLC.Methods:By RP-HPLC,acetonitrile and water including 0.1% Phosphoric acid were mobile phase with gradient elution,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 335 nm,and the temperature was 30℃.The fingerprints of different samples were compared with similarity evaluation software published by committee codex.Results:The RSD of relative peak areas and relative retention time of common peak in the test of precision,repeatability,and stability has not reached 2%,respectively.19 peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints.Average similarity was 0.996.Conclusion:This method is precise,practicable,well-repeated and simple.It can be used as the method to judge the quality of Fu Zhi San.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Shenqiyixin Granule on hemodynamics parameters of pressure overload heart failure rat model.Methods:A model of heart failure induced by coarctation of abdominal aorta was treated in the study.The drugs were taken by oral for 4 weeks from 4 weeks to 8 weeks after operation.Results:To compere with model,Shenqiyixin Granule can decreased LVEDP、LVSP、dp/dtmax、SAP、cardiac index、high-level of plasma AⅡ and increased lower-level K+ in cardiac tissue.Conclusions:Shenqiyixin Granule may significantly improve hemodynemics and left ventricular function of heart failure rat.

摘要:Objective:To observe the function of decreasing blood-lipid by extract from Flos carthami in rat with hyperlipidemia and safety of water extract.Methods:Using hyperlipidemia animal model replicated by hyperlipidemia forage,the levels of TC,TG,HDL,LDL were assayed;actue toxicity test and thirty days feeding study were employed.Results:The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C in all groups treated with the water extract of Flos Carthami were significantly reduced.The alcohol extract of Flos carthami showed a decreased action for TC.For safety,water extract showed no death nor toxic symptom.All the observed index showed no relationship between postponing time and increasing doses during 30 d feeding period.And in teratogenicity tests,pregnant rats grew well;fetuses developed naturally,and the ratio of abnormal fetues was in the range of natural abnormal ratio.Conclusions:The extract of Flos carthami indicaterd the function of decreasing the blood-lipid,and no obvious toxic effects have been observed.

摘要:Objective:In order to provide the scientific evidence for clinical use of Fructus Gardeniae with different processing form,the comparative pharmacodynamical study was carried out on elution Parts of Fructus Gardeniae and Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus eluted by 50% or 95% alcohol separately.Methods:To observe the influence of elution parts of Fructus Gardeniae and Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus eluted by 50% or 95% alcohol on inflammatory,sedative,blood coagulation,and hepatic injury induced by CCl4.Results:The experimental eluted parts have shown significant effects of anti-inflammatory,while neither of them has shown sedative effects or protective effect against hepatic injury induced by CCl4.In addition,the elution part of Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus eluted by 95% alcohol,has effect of promoting blood coagulation.Conclusion:The experimental elution parts of Fructus Gardenia and Stir-baked Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus have show obvious effects of anti-inflammatory.Eluted part of Stir-baked Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus by 95% alcohol has shown better effect of promoting blood coagulation.None of the eluted parts showed obvious sedative or hepatic protective effects.

摘要:Objective:To observe the depressant effect of the Compound Qingre Granule-Serum(SQ)on extended-spectrum beta-lactamase(ESBLs).Methods:According to ultraviolet spectrophotometry,different concentration SQ's β-lactamase inhibiting effect was determined.The effect was tested by changes of optical density in ultraviolet light induced by ampicillin.Results:33.3% SQ can inhibit the β-lactamase effect of ATCC700603 more than 50%,and had significant difference to control group.The β-lactamase inhibiting effect of SQ also showed positive correlation with its concentration.Conclusion:SQ can inhibit the action of ESBLs significantly.It may be one of the mechanisms of the granule for curing drug-resistance bacteria infections.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Jichuanjian on gastrointestinal peristalsis of senile rats and study relevant mechanism.Methods:The effect of Jichuanjian on gastrointestinal peristalsis of senile rats was observed by small intestine charcoal powder propelling test.The levels of motilin,substance P and somatostain in small intestine of rats were determinated by radioimmunoassay.Results:Different dosage of Jichuanjian can improve gastrointestinal peristalasis of senile rats and increase the levels of motilin,substance P,with reduce the content of somatostatin in small intestine of senile rats significantly.Conclusions:Jichuanjian can enhance the function of gastrointestinal peristalsis of senile rats by a mechanism of promoting secretion of motilin,substance P and lowering the level of somatostatin in intestine.
摘要:Objective:To study excretion of ephedrines in human urine after oral administration of traditional chinese medicine Mahuang Tang decoction.Methods:After consuming a double clinical dose of Mahuang Tang decoction,urine samples from healthy volunteers were collected at different time.The urine sample and Mahuang Tang decoction were subjected to KOH(5 mol/L)alkalization and acetic ether extraction before gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis.Results:The amount of NMP,NME,E,PE and ME in Mahuang Tang decoction was 4.38,3.24,97.45,26.15 and 6.16 mg,respectively.At 24 h post-administration,the average accumulated excretion rate of ephedrines were 118.84,291.96,70.18,90.74 and 38.10%,respectively.Conclusions:As one of the main active components of Mahuang Tang decoction,E excreted most quickly.ME excreted most slowly.NMP,NME,E,PE and ME were metabolites of Mahuang Tang decoction in human body.NMP,NME,E and PE mainly metabolized as unchanged parent compounds,while a small amount for ME,and then excreted in urine with assistance of kidney.
