        摘要：Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Andrographolide and Dehyandrographolide in Fukeqianjin Capsules.Methods:Using the method of HPLC,the XTerra RP18 radial compression column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water(45∶55).Results:The linear range of andrographolide was (16～160)μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 98.4%(RSD=3.8%,n=5);the dehydroandrographolide was(8～80)μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 98.7%(RSD=3.7%,n=5).Conclusion:This method was simple and feasible for the quality control of Fukeqianjin Capsules.

        摘要：Objective:To prepare glycyrrhizae extracts coated sustained release pellets and study the drug release in vitro under different coating conditions.Methods:A single factor design experiment was applied to optimize the formulation of coated sustained release pellets.Results:A satisfactory 12 h sustained release curve can be obtained when the pellets is coated with Eudragit RS100 5%(w·w-1) and PEG6000 10%(w·w-1) under the optimized formulation.Conclusions:The increased weight and proportion of Eudragits RS100 and PEG6000 are the main factors which influence the drug release.

        摘要：Objective:Improve the technological parameters of the extraction process of Pseudostellariae heteropphylla saponins with macroreticular resin.Methods:Pseudostellariae heteropphylla was extracted and purified with D101 Macroreticular resin.Results:This process can obviously improve the gaining rate and purification of Pseudostellariae heteropphylla saponins.Conclusion:The process of applying macroreticular resin to extract Pseudostellariae heteropphylla saponins is feasible.

        摘要：Objective:To optimize the extraction technique of Qinggongxiaoyan Suppository.Methods:The extraction technique was optimized by orthogonal experimental design and the contents of matrine and oxymatrine were used as the inspecting marks.Results:The optimal extraction technique was that the material was extracted with water whose volume was 8 times than that of the material for 3 times and lasting 1.5 h for each time.Conclusion:The times for extraction is the main parameter affecting the contents of matrine and oxymatrine.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the influence of the Compound Qingre Granule-Serum(SQ) on bacteria-resistance under antibiotics of low concentration.Methods:According to serum pharmacology methods.SQ with the strongest bacteriostatic effect was used for the following experiment.E.coli cells ATCC25922 were incubated under the culture media with low concentration of Neomycin and SQ,compared with blank serum,blank culture media and low concentration of Neomycin.The bacteriostasis diameter(mm) of Neomycin,Kanamycin,Gentamicin,Stmycin and Ampicill was tested for culture cells to determine the induced germ's drug resistance.Results:SQ has bacteriostatic action to ATCC25922,its bacteriostasis diameter reached to 10 mm;After being induced for 30 generations,increased resistance of ATCC25922 to Neomycin happened easily,as well as multi-resistance to Kanamycin and Ampicill at the same time.When SQ was put in the inducing system,the bacteria only appeared simple-resistance to Neomycin in the 40th generation,and it always keep sensitive to Kanamycin,Gentamicin,Stmycin and Ampicill.Conclusion:SQ has the effect of delaying and controlling the bacteria multiple-drug resistance with low concentration of antibiotics.

        摘要：Objective:To study the anti-tumor effects of Duhuojisheng Decoction on mice bearing sarcoma 180 and its possible mechanism.Methods:S180 bearing mice as model,effects of Duhuojisheng Decoction on tumor weight and the pathological diagnosis of tumor tissue were investigated.Modified MTT assay was used to determine immunological function in bearing mice.Results:Duhuojisheng Decoction could markedly inhibit the tumor weight of S180,the rate of inhibition ranged from 32.45～43.75 percent.Duhuojisheng Decoction could prompt tumor tissue large area necrosis and inflammation cell infiltration,activate proliferating ability of T cells,markedly increase activity of natural killers(NK) and secretion of interleukin-2(IL-2).Conclusion:Duhuojisheng Decoction had anti-tumor effects by regulating immune system.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the long-term toxicity induced by Weihe Ⅰ powder preparation in rats.Methods:The rats were orally given Weihe Ⅰ powder preparation with doses of 16.65 g·kg-1、8.35 g·kg-1、4.17 g·kg-1(50,25 and 12.5 times of clinic dose) for 90 days.And rats were observed for 15 days after drug withdrawal.The rat's weights,organ coefficients,the indexes of hematology and biochemistry were determined.Pathological examinations were carried out.Results:The outer appearance and behavior,weights,organ coefficient,the indexes of hematology and biochemistry in drug groups had not shown significant difference by comparing with control group.The pathological examination did not reveal significant pathological changes and delayed toxicity related to drugs.Conclusions:Weihe Ⅰ powder preparation has no significant toxicity for long-term administration in rats.It infers that the clinical dose would be safe.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the influence of Xuefuzhuyu Granule(XFZHYG) on coronary circulation and serum enzymes of acute myocardial ischemia in anesthetized dogs.Methods:Twenty-four dogs were devided at random into four groups:(1) model group(2)XFZHYG 5.0 g·kg-1 group(3)XFZHYG 2.5 g·kg-1 group(4)XFZHYG 5.0 g·kg-1 group.The parameters of the coronary circulation and the changes of the enzymes in serum were determined by using the acute myocardial ischemia model of left anterior descending branch(LAD) in the anaesthetized dogs.Results:The coronary resistance(P<0.05) was decreased,the myocardial blood flow was increased(P<0.05) in dogs treated with XFZHYG of 2.5,5.0 g·kg-1.The activities of serum LA,FFA and MDA were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),the SOD and GSH-Px were increased(P<0.05) in acute myocardial ischemia dogs treated with of XFZHYG 2.5,5.0 g·kg-1.Conclusion:XFZHYG has protective effect on myocardial ischemia through the changes in serum enzymes,decreasing coronary vascular resistance and increasing the myocardial blood flow in dogs.

        摘要：Objective:To investigate the cholagogic effect and hepatoprotective effect of Longdan Xiegan Pill on the Cholestasis model in mice.Methods:The cholestasis model was induced by percutaneous 100 mg·kg-1 α-Naphthyl isothiocyanate(ANIT).Bile flow,the levels of AST,ALT,ALP,TBIL,DBIL,CHO,SOD,MDA,GSH inserum and TBIL,DBIL,CHO in the bile were measured.Pathological changes of the liver tissue were observed under opticmicroscope.Results:Longdan Xiegan Pill(with Caulis Akebiale Australis) significantly highered Bile flow and markedly ameliorated the liver damage(P<0.05).Conclusion:Longdan Xiegan Pill(with Caulis Akebial Australis) can protect against cholestasis induced by ANIT in mice.

        摘要：Objective:To investigate pharmacological effects of Yiganfuzheng Capsule on liver.Method:The acute liver injury model,the immunological liver injury model,the chronic liver injury model were caused by D-galactosamine,BCG+LPS and carbon tetrachloride,respectively.The ducklings were infected by hepatitis B virus.The dot-hybridization test was used to evaluate the duck hepatitis B virus's DNA level in serum.The haemolysin test was used to investigate the effect on the immunosuppressive model caused by the cycophosphamide.Result:The Yiganfuzheng Capsule can markedly decrease the content of the ALT and AST in the serum of the acute liver injury model caused by D-galactosamine and by BCG+LPS.Levels of ALT,AST in serum and hydroxyproline in liver were decreased,and the TP,ALB were increased,compared with the model group(P<0.01,P<0.05).It had inhibitory effect on the level of DHBV-DNA in the serum of duckling infected by hepatitis B.It could antagonize the humoral immunity inhibition caused by cyclophophamide,increased the level of serum haemolysin in mouse.Conclusion:Yiganfuzheng Capsule has effects of protecting liver,decreasing enzyme,inhibiting copy of duck hepatitis B virus,and enhancing the body immune function.

        摘要：Objective:To study the effect of Abnormal Savda Munziq and Mushil on H2O2-induced lymphocyte DNA and cell damage,and Bcl-2 protein expression.Method:The DNA damage of lymphocytes was detected by Comet Assay and after treatment of Abnormal Savda Munziq and Mushil on H2O2 induced lymphocyte cultures.Western blot was employed to determine the expression of Bcl-2 proteins in different treatment lymphocyte groups.Results:Abnormal Savda Munziq has protective effect against H2O2-induced DNA damage.By comparison the activity and toxicity of Abnormal Savada Munziq with Mushil,these two medicine are obviously different.The Abnormal Savda Munziq also shows obviously up-regulation upon lymphocyte Bcl-2 protein expression.Contrast to Abnormal Savda Munziq,the Abnormal Savada Munshil shows the opposite effect that can inhibit the lymphocyte Bcl-2 protein expression.Conclusion:The effects of Abnormal Savda Munziq and Mushil the Bcl-2 protein expression and apoptosis induced by oxidative stress in lymphocyte are distinct.

        摘要：Objective:To study anti-allergic effects of Biyan oral liquid.Methods:The models of rat homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA),rat's skull periost mast cell(MC)degranulation as well as guinea-pig anaphylaxis of nasal mucosa caused by antiserum,guinea-pig anaphylaxis induced of histamine-phosphate,the delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH)of mice due to 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzol(DNCB)were employed to study the anti-hypersensitivity effects of Biyan oral liquid.Results:Compared with the control group,Biyan oral liquid could inhibit rat homologous passive skin anaphylaxis and guinea-pig nasal mucosa anaphylaxis,suppress the degranulation of MC in rats,raise allergy threshold induced by histamine-phosphate and curtail continuance of allergic effects.Biyan oral liquid could inhibit delayed-type hypersensitivity of DTH mice.Conclusions:Biyan oral liquid has the effects of anti-anaphylaxis.

        摘要：Objective:To study depressant efects of the extract of Radix Tetrastigma Hemsleyani on lung carcinoma cell line A549 in vitro.Methods:The time-effect and quality-effect of the extract of Radix Tetrastigma Hemsleyani on lung carcinoma cell line A549 were observed by cell culturein vitro using the method of MTT.Agarose gel electrophoresis was used to detect the apoptosis.RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of BcL2 gene,which was related to apoptosis.Results:48 hours after co-culturing A549 and Radix Tetrastigma Hemsleyani with a concentration of 1×10-3 g·L-1.the cell activity decreased significantly compared to control.When culturing A549 and the extract with different concentrations,it had a significant depressant effect on cell activity with concentrations of 1×10-2,1×10-3,1×10-4 g·L-1.There was an obvious apoptotic ladder in agarose gel electrophoresis.Culturing A549 and the extract with different concentrations,the expression of BcL-2 gene was low following the density raise of Radix Tetrastigma Hemsleyani.Conclusions:the extract of Radix Tetrastigma Hemsleyani has a significant depressant effect on lung carcinoma cell line A549,which positively relates with its concentration and efect-time.

        摘要：Objective:To study the effects of the Qing Xin KaiqiaoFang(QXKQF) on contents of free radicals metabolism in brain and shape hippocampal nerve cells in Alzheimer disease(AD) mice.Methods:One handred fifty mice were divid into five groups:blank group,model group,two groups of treatment by QXKQF(14.82 g·kg-1),7.41 g·kg-1),Piracetan comparison group(0.42 g·kg-1).The model group was orally given AlCl3(200 mg·kg-1)every day.For QXKQF and Piracetan groups,AlCl3 treatment was given 6 days at the begining,followed by giving orally AlCl3 in the morning and drug in the afternoon for 8 weeks.Then,learning and memory ability,free radicals metabolism in brain(SOD、MDA、LF) and morphology of hippocampal nerve cells were investigated.Results:QXKQF can prevent hippocampal nerve cells from damage obviously.The SOD increased,the contents of MAD and LF were lowered compared with model group(P<0.01).Learning and memory ability of QXKQF groups is improved,compared with model group(P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion:QXKQF can improve learning and memory ability of AD mice,protect hippocampal nerve cells,resist oxidation and reduce free radicals injure for AD mice.

        摘要：Objective:To offer the references for selecting and preparing animal models of perimenopause.Methods:We summarized the studies on animal models of perimenopause in the last 10 years with analyzing and comparing the characteristics of these models.Results:In the main animal models,Ovariectomy rats or mice are freguently used.Old rat model is more similar with human being of perimenopause. According to the symptom,the multiplex models of ovariectomy rats or mice are used mostly.Conclusions:Female rat of perimenopause has been used in the study of perimenopause successfully.However,endocrine levels should be standardized for the animal models.
