摘要:Objective:To establish a quqlity standard of Zhifukang Capsule.Methods:Zhifukang Capsule was identifyied by TLC;the rhrin in Zhifukang Capsule waws determined by HPLC.Results:The relevant spots in Rheum palmatem L.,Lycium barbarum L.and Cistanche deserticola T.C.Ma were identifyied by TLC;The content of rhein could be determined by HPLC.Conclusion:The quality standard is simple,feasible and repeatble,it can be used as quality superviseory control inhifukang Capsule.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the preparation of drug in adhesive transdermal patch.Methods:Taking SD mouse skin as protective screen of the experiment and tackness and transdermal speed constant of vitro as evaluation index to optimize the best matching of plasticizer,cross-linking agent and penetration enhancer in transdermal patch.Results:Second-order quadratic models of index are superior to the plural linear regress equation,plasticizer:cross-linking agent:penetration enhancer is 45%∶2.8%∶7.4%.Conclusions:In this experiment,the established model can describe the relation between factor and index and the outcome of prediction is good.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Guben Huatan Tongmai Recipe(GHTR) on the proliferation,cell cycle and eyclin D1 activity of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs) in rat in order to find out the mechanism of its action.Methods:In this study,cell culture technique was used in vitro.VSMCs stimulated by platelet derived growth factor BB(PDGF-BB) were treated by GHTR in different concentration for a certain period,then the inhibitory ratio of cell proliferation was measured by MTT,cell cycle distribution and cyclin D1 activity of the cells were observed by Flow-Cytometry respectively.Results:GHTR could obviously inhibit the proliferation of VSMCs stimulated by PDGF-BB,and it could also decrease S phase cells,increase G0/G1 phase cells and down-regulate cyclin D1 activity of VSMCs in concentration-dependent fashion,and the results were significant compared with the normal serum plus PDGF-BB-treated.Conclusion:GHTR could obviously inhibit the proliferation of VSMCs and may prevent atherosclerosis,which mechanism may be realized by regulating cyclin D1 activity of VSMC.

摘要:Objective:To research the effect and the mechanism of Feixintong on rat model of chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD).Methods:50 Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups.Rats were given a single injection of monocrotaline(MCT,60 μg/g)to induce the model of CPHD.The Feixintong groups were treated by suspension in 21 days,then total white cell counts and differential counts and interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were examined.Lung organism slices were observed with microscope.Results:The examined items of the Feixintong groups were lower than the model groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05),endotheliocytes were repaired by Feixintong.Conclusions:Feixintong has good efficacy for treatment of rat model of CPHD.

摘要:Objective:To study changes of several related subjects of neuro-endocrino-immune network(NEI) in asthma models,to study the effects of Epimedium Herb on NEI.Methods:54 BN rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,Group A,B,C,D and E.Group A was the normal group.Group B was the allergic asthma model.Group C,D and E were administered respectively with low,moderate and high dose Epimedium Herb.CRHmRNA,ACTH,CORT,IL-6,IL-4,IFN-γ were measured in all groups.Results:The expression of CRHmRNA in hypothalamic tissue and concentration of interferon gamma in blood both increased in controlled groups in comparison with group B.There were higher expression of CRHmRNA in group C or D than that in group B.There were higher concentration of IFN-γ in group D than that in group B.Conclusion:The rats troubled with repeated asthmatic attack for three weeks had disorders of NEI(mainly including HPA axis and several cytokines).Epimedium Herb could improve HPA axis and Th1/Th2 cytokines so as to alleviate the inflammation of asthma.

摘要:Objective:To study anti-allergy effects of Refined Huodan Recipe and its disassembled prescriptions.Methods:Extracorporeal ileum muscles' hypersensitive contractility reaction of Guinea pig sensitized by albumin,homogeneous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in rat,auricle cutaneous forme tardive supersensitivity action by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene in mouse were used to determine the anti-allergy effect of Refined Huodan Recipe and its disassembled prescriptions.Results:Refined Huodan Recipe and its disassembled prescriptions had obvious inhibitory action on extracorporeal ileum muscles' hypersensitive contractility reaction of Guinea pig sensitized by albumin,homogeneous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in rat,auricle cutaneous forme tardive supersensitivity action by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene in mouse.Oleum pogostemonis and Pulvis fellis suis showed remarkable interaciton.Conclusions:Refined Huodan Recipe and its disassembled prescriptions have remarkable anti-allergy effects.

摘要:Objective:To illuminate the theory of traditional chinese drug effects(TCDE)of Radix Scrophulariae’s function on cooling blood and nourishing yin from pharmacology.Method:Summarized the pharmacodynamics in cooling blood and nourishing yin of Scrophulariae through analyzing the related literatures in CNKI from 1994 to 2006.Result:The related pharmacodynamics of Scrophulariae’s function on cooling blood are mainly anti-tumor,anti-inflammation,relieving fever and so on,and that of nourishing yin are enhancing the immunity,lowering glycaemia,protecting the liver and so on.Conclusion:Scrophulariae’s function on cooling blood and nourishing yin has various pharmacological effects.It provides scientific basis for perfecting TCDE of scrophulariae.
