摘要:Objective:To study the main components of volatile oil from Danggui Buxue decoction,and establish the GC-MS fingerprint of its volatile oil.Methods:The main components of volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS.The injector temperature was 250 ℃.The interface temperature was 230 ℃.The flow rate of the carrier gas was 1.3 mL·min-1.The programmed temperature rate was 3 ℃·min-1.Results:11 peaks were separated on GC-MS fingerprint.The main components were tested as trans-ligustilide,butylidene phthalide,n-butylphthalide,and cis-ligustilide.Conclusions:The fingerprint can be used as a referrence for monitoring the stability of volatile oil of Danggui Buxue decoction.

摘要:Objective:Elucidating the pharmacokinetic properties of Zhizhu Wan.Method:By using β-Glucuronidase,free hesperintin and naringenin were obtained from the hesperetin-glucronide naringenin-glucronaide in plasma,the contents of the two compounds in plasma was determined by HPLC.Results:T1/2(ka)/T1/2(ke)(h) for naringenin and hesperetin are 2.142±0.999/5.491±3.926 and 2.106±0.728/5.824±3.067 respectively,and the AUC(mg/L·h) value are 34.886±22.199 and 39.407±19.535 for naringenin and hesperetin respectively.Conclusion:The method for determinning naringenin and hesperetin in plasma has been established,and the pharmacokinetic parameters can be instructive for clinic apllication.

摘要:Objective:To compare Pharmacodynamics properties between the extracts of Hongcao,and determine an optimum technique to refine and purify.Methods:The acute myocardial infarction of rat was induced by ligating anterior branch of the left coronary artery.The change of ECG,and the level of CK,LDH were determined,the infarction area of myocardium was also observed.Results:N-butanol extracts of Hongcao could obviously decrease the elevated J of ECG,decrease the infarction area of myocardium,reduce the level of CK,LDH.Conclusion:Adopt n-butanol extraction can concentrate effective composition of Hongcao.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Panax notoginseng(SQ) and Gynostemma pentaphyllum(JGL) on vascular remodeling.Methods:A total of sixity-four male New Zealand rabbits was randomly divided into six groups:Normal,Model,SQ,JGL,FF(SQ+JGL) and Captopril.The rabbits in control group were fed with regular diet,others were injected with bovine serum albumin 250 mg/kg and fed with high cholesterol diet,meanwhile,durgs were administrated orally.Rabbits were sacrificed at the end of 12 week,aortas serial crosssections were stained with hematoxylin-eosin and elastic fibers.Immunohistochemistry were performed to label PCNA and TGF-β1.Results:(1)The pathological changes of all drug treated groups were alleviated.(2)Compound prescription decreased the quantity of aorta VSMC nucleus compared with model group(P<0.05).(3)The aorta PCNA immunostaining number and TGF-β1 immunostaining area of model group were significantly higher than normal group(P<0.01),all drug treated groups decreased.Conclusion:Reduced expression of TGFβ1,and cellular proliferation may be related with inhibition of VR.

摘要:Objective:To observe the inhibition of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) by Caulis Polygoni Multiflori.Methods:Decreased the degrade rate of substrate is associated with the inhibition of MMP.We studied the inhibitory activity of Caulis Polygoni Multiflori on MMP by observing the degrade rate of substrate.Results:Caulis Polygoni Multiflori inhibited the MMP-16 activity,and the IC50 was 21 μg/mL.Conclusion: The Caulis Polygoni Multiflori has the inhibitory activity of MMP-16.

摘要:Objective:To research the functionary mechanism and treating effect of Feixintong(FXT) on chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD).Methods:50 Wister rats were randomly separated into five groups:blank control group,model group,FXT groups of high,middle and low dosage,The rat model of corpulmonale was established by injecting 2% monocrotaline(60 mg/kg)i.p.At the same time,model group,FXT groups of high,middle and low dosage were separately administrated with physical saline or FXT for 21 days.NO,ET-1 and expression of VEGF in bronchi arterioles was measured.Lung tissue sections were examined to study the morphological alternations.Results:FXT could evidently improve the NO content of rat model of CPHD;reduce the ET-1 content;reduce the expression of VEGF in bronchi arterioles.Conclusions:FXT treatment is effective on rat model of CPHD.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the technique of improving the image quality of DSA(Digital substraction angiography) in animal experiment and enhance the veracity of the experiment and its persuasion.Methods:In the experiment of pulmonary embolism with 85 canines,the parameter was selected with six frames per second to increase the chance of acquiring the best image.The contrast media of 75% high concentration was used to increase the contrast and definition.Before the angiography,the pressure on abdomen of canine was enhanced and 1~3 mL Diprivan was used to weaken the respiration of canine and make preparation for the angiograph.The techniques of brim enhancing and pixel shift were used to improve the image quality after exam.Results: The artifact of the DSA image was reduced when the above methods were used.The experiments were accomplished successfully and the image quality was improved.Conclusions: In the angiograph of the animal experimental,the DSA image quality can be improved and satisfactory effect can be acquired through selecting the parameter of the DSA and controlling the move and respiration of the animal using the methods of medication and physics.

摘要:Objective:To study the effectiveness of Aikeqing Capsule to attenuate adverse effect and enhance curative effect of HAART by the clinical observation of 7 HIV/AIDS patients who have been taken HAART.Methods:7 HIV/AIDS patients on HAART treatment took Aikeqing Capsules orally.These patients were given plasma HIV viral load test,CD4,CD8 cell count,blood test and liver function test and their symptoms and signs were evaluated by the established evaluation criteria including scores of symptoms and signs(Score 1),scores of symptoms and tongue and pulse examination(Score 2).Body weight and the quality of life were valuated by Karnovsky Score before and after the treatment of three months and six months.Results:After the treatment of 6 months,the copy of HIV of the patients were controlled effectively.CD4 and CD8 counts and CD4/CD8 increased after the treatment of three months or six months,and CD4 counts and CD4/CD8 were signficantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).Score 1 and Score 2 significantly decreased,The abnormal indexes of the blood test and live function were also improved after the treatment.Conclusion:Aikeqing Capsule can attenuate adverse effects and enhance curative effects of HAART.It agrees with the results achieved from the animal experiments.
