摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Qianjin Baoyun Pills.Methods:The chromatographic column was Agilent Hypersil ODS(4.0 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(43∶57).The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results:The linear range of baicalin was within(7.23~115.68)μg·mL-1(r=(0.999 9)),the average recovery for baicalin was 100.6%,RSD was 0.58%.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and could be used for quality control of Qianjin Baoyun Pills.
摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of indirubin in Shengxuexiaoban Tablets.Methods:Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile-water(53∶47) as mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was set at 290 nm.Results: The linear range was(0.3028~3.028)μg for indirubin(r=(0.999 7)),the average recovery was 97.4% and RSD was 0.7%(n=6).Conclusions:The method is simple,reliable,and accurate for the determination of indirubin in this preparation.
摘要:Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of berberin in Kangpenyan Jiaonang.Methods:Berberin was separated completely on an C18 column,using a mixture of methanol,acetonitrile and water(40∶21∶39)(containing 0.8 g Sodium dodecyl sulphonate and 0.5 g tartaric acid)as mobile phase,with UV detection at 346 nm.Results:The linear range of berberin was in(0.083~0.747)μg,the recovery rate was 96.34%,RSD=0.98%.Conclusions:The method is very stable,accurate,and repeatable.It can be used for quality control of Kangpenyan Jiaonang.
摘要:Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of kaempferide in Fuyang Tablets.Methods:Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(58∶42)as the mobile phase,flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 367 nm.Results: The calibration curves were linear between(0.041~0.41)μg,The average recovery and the relative standard deviations were 99.1% and1.1%.Conclusions: The method is simple,accurate,repeatable and could be used for determination of kaempferide in the preparation.

摘要:Objective:To select the Pressure sensitive adhere used in the transdermal study of EBM.Methods:Transdermal speed,constant tackness,sustained adhesion and peeling strength were observed,the improved Franz cell and Skin of abdomen of SD mice were used to study the selection of pressure sensitive adhere.Results:The optimum PSA was DOW CORNING MD-0607.Coclusions:The result indicateed that the DOW CORNING MD-0607 was the optimum PSA used the transdermal study of EBM.
摘要:Objective:To study the preparation technology of Mosla chinensis Essential oil-β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)inclusion compound.Methods:It was studied with Orthogonal design on the extraction of Essential oil of Mosla chinensis and β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.The utilization ratio of Essential oil,and the content of carvacrol and thymol were used as criteria in the test.Results:The optimum preparation technology for the inclusion compound of Mosla chinensis Essential oil-β-CD was using the collid mill to grind instantaneously and inclusion rapidly.The best condition were as follows: The inclusion times was 3,the temperature for inclusion was 30℃,the ratio among the essential oils,β-CD and water was 1∶6∶18.Conclusions:This complex prepared on the condition aforementioned is simple and stable.It can be used for the production in industry.

摘要:Objective:To establish a revered phase HPLC method for the study of pharmacokinetics of loganin in Fructus Corni after a single oral administration.Methods:The Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used as the analytical column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(10∶5∶85) with the flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection was set at 236 nm.The pharmacokinetic parameters of loganin were recorded.Results:After orally taken Fructus Corni,the plasma concentration-time course in rats fitted well to one-compartment model with the 1’st order absorption and with the following pharmacokinetic parameters:Ka=0.06 min-1,Ke=0.013 min,T(peak)=33.90 min,t1/2ka=12.47 min,t1/2ke=52.45 min.Conclusions:The HPLC method to determine plasma concentration of loganin and pharamacokinetic parameters in rats is feasible.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhinao Capsule on behavior and the content of Nitric Oxide(NO),Endothelin(ET),Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia.Methods:After intraperitoneal injection of low dose of sodium nitroprusside,animal models of vascular dementia were established by clamping common carotid arteries repeatedly.Their learning and memory ability and the content of NO,ET,CGRP of brain tissue were detected.Results:Compared with model group,three doses of Zhinao Capsule treated group could improve the ability of learning and memory obviously;The middle and high dose of Zhinao Capsule treated group,piracetam treated group and nimodipine treated group could significantly decrease the content of NO;Zhinao Capsule treated group,piracetam treated group and nimodipine treated group could significantly decrease the content of ET and improve the content of CGRP.High dose of Zhinao Capsule could decrease the content of ET and the content of CGRP,which was more significant than the piracetam treated group and the middle and low dose of Zhinao Capsule treated group.Conclusions:Zhinao Capsule could improve the learning and memory ability in rats with vascular dementia,which may be related to decreasing the content of NO and ET and increasing the content of CGRP of brain tissue in rats with vascular dementia.

摘要:Objective:To study effects of Qingfeixiaoke granule on antitussive,expectorant,antiasthmatic and anti-bacteria,anti-virus,anti-inflammatory.Methods:The following experiments were carried out: cough induced by ammonia, removing phlegm with phenol red,in vivo and in vitro tests for relieving asthma.The effects of the drug on relieving cough,removing phlegm and relieving asthma were investigated;The in-vitro anti-bacteria,and the mouse model infected by pathogenic bacteria,The mouse model of ear edema caused by xylene and the nat midle of tampon granuloma were established to evaluate the anti-bacteria,anti-virus,anti-inflammatory effects.Results:The antitussive expectorant and antiasthmatic experiments of Qingfeixiaoke granule showed that it can restrain mice to cough by ammonia,increase phenol red secretion of mice in bronchus,release asthma induced by histamine phosphate-acetylcholine in guinea pigs,increased latent period of breathe with difficulty and induced asthma.the Anti-bacteria,anti-virus and anti-inflammatory experiments showed that Qingfeixiaoke granule had strong an effect on inhibiting or drowned activity pneumonia streptococcus、α/β-hemolytic streptococcus,staphylococcus aureus and had infirm an effect on inhibiting bacillus coli and bacillus pyocyaneus,the death rate of infected by pneumonia streptococcus in mice could reduce and could prolong the mean survival days.Qingfeixiaoke granule indicated no toxicity to MDCK cells at 12.5 mg·mL-1,and could effectively inhibit influenza A1 virus at 0.78 mg·mL-1,could markedly debase indexes of lung of mouse pneumonitis which was elicited by influenza virus;Qingfeixiaoke granule could significantly suppress ear swell induced by xylene in mice and granuloma proliferation.Conclusions:Qingfeixiaoke granule has significant effects on relieving cough,removing phlegm,relieving asthma,also shown effects on anti-bacteria,anti-virus,anti-inflammatory.
摘要:Objective:The protective effects of total flavones of Pollen Typhae on acute myocardial ischemia were investigated in dogs.Methods:Acute myocardial ischemia model was made by ligation of left anterior descending artery in the anesthetized open chest dogs.The effects of total flavones of Pollen Typhae on epicardium electrocardiogram(EECG)and myocardial infarction square(MIS) were measured,and effects on enzymology in serm were also determined.Results:Total flavones of Pollen Typhae can reduce the degree and scope of myocardial ischemia(∑-ST and N-ST),and decrease myocardial infarction square.Moreover,it also can reduce FFA and LPO content in serum,and improve SOD and GSH-Px activity in acute myocardial dogs.Conclusions:Total flavones of Pollen Typhae have the protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia dogs.

摘要:Objective: To observe the influences of Changan Granule on immune function in spleen deficiency mice and Methods: Using the model of spleen deficiency of mice induced by Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,effects of Changan Granule were studied through observing the influences on survival rate and spleen index of mice.Effects of Changan Granule on immune function were studied by analyzing the clearance rate of carbon particle(K) and the value of HC50.Results: The Changan Granule can increase the spleen index,decrease the death rate within 3 hours,and increase the clearance rate of carbon particle(K) and the value of HC50(P<0.05).Conclusions: Changan Granule is effective to cure splenic asthenia,and can promote the phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophage and reinforce humoral immunity.

摘要:Objective:To study the effection of Tangnai-Kang conction for insulin resistance and expression of Phosphatidylinositol 3 Kinase、Glucose Transport 4 messenger ribonucleic acid(mRNA).Methods:Specific pathogen free(SPF) KKAy mice 40 were divided randomly according to plasma glucose level into Models,TNK-low dosage,TNK-high dosage,Pioglitazone and normal C57BL/6J mice(normal control group).60 days later,all animals were tested Fasting plasma glucose(PFG),Fasting insulin level for caculating Insulin Sensitivity Index(ISI),Total Cholesterol(TC),Total triacylglycerol(TG),High-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C),Low-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(LDL-C),Floating fatty acid(FFA),Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and pathological examination for the islet.The muscle and adipose expressio of PI-3K and GluT4 mRNA by reverse transcriptase PCR(RT-PCR) were determined.Results:Compared with Model groups,FPG、TNF-α levels were decreased significantly for TNK-high dosage(P<0.05),the expression of PI-3K and GluT4 mRNA were all up-regulated(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the recipe could protect β-cells in some degree and postponting β-cells failure in islet,displayed decreasing tendency to plasma lipocy and FFA levels.Conclusions:One of the mechanism of Tangnai-Kang improving insulin resistance might be up-regulated the expression of PI-3K mRNA in post-receptor of insulin signal-transduction roads,thereby increased GluT4 translocation.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiawei Sini Powder on monoamine transmitters of Hypothalamus of rat chronic stress model.Methods:Male Sprague-Dauley rats were randomly allocated to five groups as follows:control,model,fluoxetine,Jiawei Sini Powder with small dose and largt dose.The model was produced by sepration and chronic unpredictable mild stress.The behavior was detected by open-field test.HPLC-EC was used to study the changes of monoamine transmitters of Hypothalamus.Results:The results showed that NE level of model group is higher,and 5-HIAA and 5-HT are lower.Fluoxetine and Jiawei Sini Powder decreased the NE level and increased 5-HIAA and 5-HT.Conclusions:The data suggested that dysfanction of monoamine nerve of hypothalamus in rat chronic stress model is related with increased NE and decreased 5-HT,regulation for which may explain the mechanism of Jiawei Sini Powder.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Gubisan on mouse experimental ostarthritis.Methods: The experimental ostarthritis model was made by cutting off medial collateral ligament and medial aponeurosis of two hind limbs of mice.Gubisan was given to mice to observe the histopathology of cartilage and synovium,and the content of nitric oxide(NO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in sera. Results: Gubisan(3.66,7.32 g·kg-1·d-1) can significantly inhibit cartilage damage,synovitis and synivium hyperplasia,suppress the lost of collagen Ⅱ in cartilage,reduce the activity of NO and MDA and increase the cevel of SOD in sera.Conclusions: Gubisan can prevent and cure experimental ostarthritis,which is related to the decrease of NO and MDA and activation of SOD.
摘要:Objective:To explore a new method for the study of compatibility attenuation in TCM, and to investigate the effect of Glycyrrhiza uralensis saponins(GS)on the reduction of the acute toxicity of platycodins.Methods:The death rate of the mice was used to evaluate the acute toxicity induced by platycodins in the condition of pre-treatment with GS and no GS.Furthermore,the attenuation effects of different concentrations of GS were investigated by LD50 method.Results:Pre-treatment of different concentrations of GS can reduce obviously the death rate of the mice,elevate the 95% confidence level of the LD50 value,prolong the survival time of the mice.Conclusions:Pre-oral administration of GS can partly alleviate the toxicity of platycodins and reduce the death induced by platycodins.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of lowering blood glucose on experimental animals by Lingzhijiangtang capsule.Methods and Resalts:The results showed that this capsule has obvious decresing effect on increased blood glucose induced by alloxan.Conclusions:Lingzhijiangtang capsule may be effective on type Ⅱ diabetes.

摘要:Objective:To summarize the recent research state on therapy of vascular dementia by traditional chinese medicine.Methods:Literature about clinical treatment research on vascular dementia by traditional chinese medicine in recent years was reviewed.Results:Based on differentiation of symptom-complex and using some prescriptions of traditional chinese medicine,traditional chinese medicine had good therapeutic effects in the aspects of improving the intellectual level and social adaptation ability for the patients with vascular dementia.Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine has its advantage in the treatment on vascular dementia.
摘要:Objective:To review advances of pharmacokinetics study of Semen Strychni and its dosage forms.Methods:Sum up the methods for contents determination of strychnine and brucine in biological samples.Review advances of pharmacokinetic study of Semen Strychni and its dosage forms.Results:The concentration in biological samples was detected by spectrophotometry,TLC,HPLC or HPLC-MS. The highest distribution of brucine is liver and kidney,and conformed to two compartment model.Strychnine distributes higher in heart,and it eliminated in linear dynamics,and conformed to one compartment model.Conclusions:It remains to be studied whether Strychnine cumulated when use chronically,and the pharmacokinetics properties with repeated does should be further studied.
