      摘要:Objective: To analyze volatile oil in Curcumae Radix pieces from four different sources and find out the common and different components. Method: The volatile oil in Curcumae Radix pieces from four different sources were extracted by steam distillation and determined by GC-MS,carrier gas was helium,temperature was rose by program,ionization mode was electron bombardment ion source. Result: Fifty components were determined in volatile oil in Curcumae Radix pieces from four different sources and three common components were found in four Curcumae Radix pieces;thirteen common components were found in three Curcumae Radix pieces;fifteen common components were found in two Curcumae Radix pieces;thirty-one components were found in two or more Curcuma Radix pieces,and the proportion was 62%. Conclusion: Curcumae Radix pieces from four different sources have common and interactive components in volatile oil.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the compatibility regularity of components (emodin,aloe-emodin,magnolol and honokiol) in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex by uniform design and partial least squares regression combined with factor analysis. Method: SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups,including sham-operated group,model group and six compatibility groups.The rat model of acute pancreatitis was established by the retrograde injection of 3.5% sodium taurocholate.Abdominal aortic blood was drawn at 6 hour and 24 hour for determination of serum amylase(AMS),pancreatic lipase(PL),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).The partial least squares regression was adopted to explore the influence law of factors on efficacy index,and factor analysis was used to extract the public factors in indexes. Result: The influence degree of each component on acute pancreatitis was in the order of magnolol>honokiol>emodin>aloe-emodin.Factor analysis extracted two public factors,such as pancreatic injury factors(AMS,IL-6 and TNF-α) and inflammatory factors(PL and IL-10). Conclusion: This method,uniform design-partial least squares regression combined with factor analysis,can effectively clarify the correlation and regularity between many factors and many components,which can provide more suitable effect formulas for clinical symptoms.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of glass transition temperature (Tg) of material on granulating effect based on the theory of glass transition. Method: Taking Ju'anshen preparation extract powder as the model drug,Tg of the mixture of extract powder and excipients was determined,the effect of two mixing ways (direct mixing and co-solvent spray drying) on dry granulation was compared.The mechanism of sticking wall in spray drying and sticking wheel in dry granulation was analyzed by particle size and scanning electron microscopy. Result: When Tg values of spray powder was 58.8 ℃ and 68.5 ℃,which were higher than the roller temperature (42 ℃),it would not cause sticking wheel in the granulation process;while the Tg values of straight blend were less than 42 ℃,it would cause sticking wheel.Maltodextrin was chosen as the excipients of Ju'anshen granules with ratio of extract powder-maltodextrin (1:1). Conclusion: Tg values can be used as a evaluation index for dry granulation,which is a guidance for the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine granules.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the habitat processing methods of Polygoni Multiflori Radix (PMR) by determining the contents of stilbene glycoside and anthraquinones in PMR processed by different methods. Method: The fresh PMR was cut into slices of 5 mm,10 mm and 12 mm,or cubes of 8 mm3 and 12 mm3,then dried in the sun or stoved at 60 ℃,70 ℃ or 80 ℃.The contents of stilbene glycoside and anthraquinones in the processed PMR were determined by UPLC for investigating the influences of different processing methods on the quality of PMR. Result: Linearity ranges of stilbene glycoside,emodin 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,physcion 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,emodin and physcion were in 0.187 2-2.34,0.007 72-0.096 5,0.001 688-0.021 1,0.008 28-0.103 5,0.002 976-0.037 2 μg,The average recoveries of these five analytes were 99.99%,100.70%,98.22%,98.12% and 97.90% with RSDs of 1.7%,1.0%,1.8%,1.0% and 2.7%,respectively.The contents of analytes in different processed products of PMR presented a certain regularity.At the same drying temperature,the contents of analytes increased with the slices or cubes thickness increased.The contents of stilbene glycoside,emodin and physcion were the highest in PMR which was cut into 8 mm3 cubes dried at 80 ℃,the content of emodin 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside was highest in PMR which was cut into 12 mm thick pieces dried at 80 ℃,and the content of physcion 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside was the highest in PMR which was cut into 10 mm thick pieces dried at sunlight. Conclusion: The contents of analytes are affected by the habitat processing methods,and cutting methods and specifications have greater influence on the contents of ingredients in PMR than the drying methods and drying temperatures.This paper provides the basis for the selection of habitat processing methods of PMR.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate absorption characteristics of ferulic acid and ligustilide in Chuanxiong Rhizoma at different intestinal segment,and to explore the absorption changes of monomer and herbal extract,then to investigate the influence of P-glycoprotein(P-gp) and multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRP) on absorption of these two ingredients. Method: In situ single pass intestinal perfusion model was used and the change of concentration of ferulic acid and ligustilide were determined by UHPLC at various intestinal segments,different concentration of herbal extract,containing protein inhibitor,their absorption rate parameters (Ka) and effective permeability coefficients (Peff) were calculated. Result: Ferulic acid and ligustilide were absorbed in all intestinal segments,the absorption of ligustilide was better than ferulic acid.The Ka of ferulic acid in the duodenum was 1.23×10-3 s-1 and there was no significant difference in the jejunum and ileum.There was no significant difference about the absorption of ferulic acid in concentration of herbal extract with 12.5,20.0,40.0 g·L-1,but the absorption at 100 g·L-1 was significantly decreased compared with the former three mass concentration.Absorption of ferulic acid in herbal extract was significantly higher than monomer;compared with the extract group,its absorption in probenecid group was significantly increased.The Ka of ligustilide in the duodenum was 3.58×10-3 s-1,the order of absorption was ileum>duodenum≈jejunum>colon.The absorption of ligustilide decreased with increasing of mass concentration of herbal extract and significantly increased in groups containing verapamil and probenecid by comparing with the extract group,and the absorption of probenecid group was better than verapamil group. Conclusion: The absorption way of ferulic acid may be facilitated diffusion,existing carrier to participate in,ferulic acid is the substrate for MRP.Ligustilide mainly relies on the carrier of active transport,it may be substrates of P-gp and MRP,and it is greatly influenced by MRP.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the contents of index components in granule,dispensing granule and traditional decoction of Wuzhuyu Tang. Method: The contents of evodiamine,rutaecarpine,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 in these three forms of Wuzhuyu Tang were determined by HPLC. Result: The total contents of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in granule,dispensing granule and traditional decoction of Wuzhuyu Tang were 47.32,13.49,12.60 mg·L-1,the total contents of ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 in these three forms of Wuzhuyu Tang were 335.23,345.28,307.39 mg·L-1. Conclusion: The granule is obviously different from the traditional decoction in terms of the content of evodiamine and rutaecarpine,while other index component are basically identical.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze difference of chemical ingredients between Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata in Jiangyou and Anxian by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS. Method: UPLC-Q-TOF/MS was carried out to acquire chemical constituents informations from Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata samples in Jiangyou and Anxian.High precise mass data were filtered and standardized processed by MassHunter B. 05.00 software and MetaboAnalyst 3.0 software,then these data were processed by multivariate statistical analysis techniques by SIMCA-P 13.0 software to discover and identify the constituents with significant difference. Result: Sixteen chemical markers with significant difference were screened by partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA).During which,the contents of mesaconitine,aconitine,chasmanine,talatisamine,benzoylmesaconitine,benzoylhypaconitine,dehydrated benzoylmesaconitine and mesaconine were higher in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata from Anxian,while the contents of neoline,fuziline,hypaconitine,talatidine,carmichaeline,fuzitine and songorine were much higher in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata from Jiangyou.The formation of this difference is related to the difference in cultivation conditions between these two places. Conclusion: Comprehensive analysis for the toxicity and activity of chemical markers in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata from these two places,the toxicity,analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity of samples in Anxian are much stronger,while the cardiac activity of samples in Jiangyou may be stronger.

      摘要:Objective: To study the correlation between soil factors and contents of ingredient of Fritillariae Pallidiflorae Bulbus, to screen out the leading affecting factor. Method: Physicochemical analysis was used to detect soil factors, including pH, total salt, organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium. Principal component analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis were applied in a comprehensive analysis. Result: It shows that the content varies greatly in different producing areas in Xinjiang, the content of ingredient was different in the same producing areas. The content of total alkaloids was positively correlated with that of available potassium (P<0.01) and total salt (P<0.05). Sipeimine was not significantly correlated with the nine soil factors. The content of sipeimine was positively correlated with that of total salt (P<0.05). The content of water-soluble component adenosine was positively correlated with that of total salt, organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen and available potassium (P<0.01). The content of β-thymidine was positively correlated with that of total nitrogen (P<0.05). The results were consistent with the gray correlation analysis results. According to the best soil conditions for Fritillariae Pallidiflorae Bulbus, pH was 6.4-6.9, total salt was 2.3-5.6 g·kg-1, organic matter was 118-231 g·kg-1, total nitrogen was 5.8-11.9 g·kg-1, total phosphorus was 0.85-1.28 g·kg-1, total potassium was 10.4-29 g·kg-1, available nitrogen was 428-906 mg·kg-1, available phosphorus was 31-57 mg·kg-1, and available potassium was 424-494 mg·kg-1. Conclusion: Total salt, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, organic matter and available potassium in soil played the most important roles in synthesis and metabolism of effective ingredient in Fritillariae Pallidiflorae Bulbus. Therefore, special attentions should be paid to the effects of total salt, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, organic matter and available potassium on the quality of Fritillariae Pallidiflorae Bulbus in soil selection and fertilization.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method to determine the contents of nitrite and nitrate in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma of different origins and different boiling times, in order to explore the factors of nitrate accumulation in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. Method: Under ultrasonic conditions, nitrite and nitrate in samples were extracted with deionized water. The extracting solution was purified through C18 column and directly injected after centrifugal filtration. Anion exchange column was used to separate. Conductivity detector was used to detect, and the external standard method was used to quantify. Result: The linear relationship of nitrite and nitrate were good respectively, the recoveries rate was between 93.1% and 105.9%, and the precision and repeatability of the method were good. The content of nitrate in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma of different origin, different varieties and different cultivation measures was high and significantly different. The order of the content of nitrate in different organs of same variety was stem>root>leaf. Conclusion: Ion chromatography can simultaneously detect nitrite ions and nitrate ions in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, with a high sensitivity and accuracy. It provides a simple and rapid method for the quality control of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. At the same time, it is concluded that Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is a crop that is easy to enrich nitrate compared with the nitrate content in other ten kinds of commonly used Chinese herbal medicines, and the accumulation of nitrate is closely related to such internal factors as species, varieties and location and such external factors as fertilization and cultivation measures.

      摘要:Objective: To make clear the current situations of wild medicinal plant resources in Xinbin County, and put forward suggestions for the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) resources and the protection of medicinal resources in this area. Method: The survey was conducted through literature consulting and sample plot survey in the survey pattern of representative area-sample plot-sample set-quadrat. In addition, the reserves of medicinal materials were calculated by using the reserves function in relevant technical schemes. Result: A total of 36 plots were surveyed, including six representative areas, namely grasses, meadows, shrubs, coniferous forests, broad-leaved forests, and coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests, which covered the whole Xinbin County. The investigation involved 536 wild medicinal plants, which belonged to 100 families, including 76 species of asteraceae, 52 kinds of key medicinal herbs, and 31 kinds of special medicinal herbs. On the basis of the classification between key medicinal herbs and special medicinal herbs based on their efficacy, the results showed heat-clearing drugs and exterior-relieving drugs as the majority. According to the calculation of staple herbs, Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus, Dryopteris crassirhizoma, Asarum sieboldii radix and rhizoma and other key and special medicinal herbs had larger reserves. Six new herbs were found in Liaoning Province, in which Adiantum flabellulatum was originally produced in Taiwan and now found in Xinbin, Liaoning Province. And medicine bases within the county were also surveyed, including Ganoderma, A. sieboldii radix and rhizoma, Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and other authentic herbal medicine cultivation bases. Conclusion: Xinbin County has rich medicinal plant resources. Through the fourth census of TCM resources, Xinbin County's wild medicinal plant varieties and reserves were clear, which provides the basis for the further development of TCM cultivation industry and the promotion of Xinbin County's TCM economy.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative determination method by using ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, in order to determine aristolochic acid I in complex traditional Chinese medicine matrix. Method: Chinese medicinal materials of aristolochiaceae and other easily confused species were used as the research object. Chromatographic separation was performed with Agilent ZORBAX XDB-C18 column (2.1 mm×50 mm, 3.5 μm) by gradient elution with mobile phase of 0.2% formic acid in water-methanol. The flow rate was 0.2 mL·min-1, and the column temperature was 35 ℃. The target compounds were analyzed in the multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM) with positive electrospray ionization (ESI+). The concentration was calculated with indomethacin as the internal standard. Result: Aristolochic acid I showed a good linearity within the range of 21.65-1 732 μg·L-1 (r=0.997 2). The recovery was 82.87% -89.22%, the average recovery rate was 86.07% (n=6), and the RSD was 2.5%. Precision of the instrument and repeatability of the method were good. Based on this method, the content of aristolochic acid I in the Chinese herbal medicines collected nationwide was determined, and the results were accurate and reliable. Conclusion: This method is simple, quick, highly sensitive and specific, and can be used for the detection of Chinese medicinal materials containing or possibly containing aristolochic acid I component. The results of resource data showed that the contents of aristolochic acid I in different kinds of herbs were significantly different, especially in Aristolochia tuberosa, which had the highest content. The results can also provide an experimental basis and reference for content limit of aristolochic acidⅠin Aristolochiaceae plants and its reasonable use.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the contents of four index components in Gentiana rigescens from different sources, and establish a comprehensive method to evaluate the quality of G. rigescens based on grey relational analysis (GRA). Method: The contents of loganic acid, swertiamarin, gentiopicroside and sweroside in roots and rhizomes of fifty G. rigescens samples from ten different regions of Yunnan Province were detected by high performance liquid chromatography. The relative correlation degree between reference sequence and each evaluation unit sequence was calculated to evaluate the samples synthetically based on the data of index components. Result: The fingerprints of G. rigescens samples were established, and the contents of the four main components were determined. The relative correlation degree (ri) of all G. rigescens samples was between 0.306 and 0.600, and the ri was above 0.500 for 14 samples, and below 0.400 for 23 samples, indicating that there were great differences in quality of samples. The ri was 0.600 and 0.576 respectively for DH3 and DH5 from Dali Heqing, which showed optimal quality. The average values of ri for the samples from different regions were between 0.325 and 0.541, and the average value was maximum for Heqing samples, indicating that the overall quality of Heqing samples was highest, which could be used as excellent resources for further research and extension. The RSD values of ri for samples from different regions were between 4.4% And 11.9%. The RSD value of ri for Kunming Xundian samples was minimum, indicating that Xundian samples had the most stable quality. Conclusion: The evaluation method with combination of GRA method and multi-ingredient quantification was simple and comprehensive to evaluate the quality of G. rigescens, and could provide references for the development and utilization of resources as well as optimal resources screening.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the quality of Gardeniae Fructus based on grey incidence degree method. Method: Twenty samples of Gardeniae Fructus from different origins were collected to determine the contents of six main compositions. Then the quality evaluation models were set up by using grey incidence degree method. Result: The Gardeniae Fructus medicinal materials quality evaluation model was established, and an objective evaluation of the 20 samples from different origins was conducted, and the results showed that the relative correlation degree of all evaluation unit sequences was between 0.309 7-0.524 4.Seven batches of samples had a relative correlation degree above 0.450, which had high quality evaluation. Among them, batches 1, 2, 7, 12 and 19 ranked top five in the quality, indicating that the samples produced in these areas had better quality. Meanwhile, the medicinal material texture was consistent with the current standards for the division of the product specification (maturity, fullness and color depth), fully illustrating that grey incidence analysis results were consistent with the actual situation of medicinal materials. Conclusion: This study could provide a new method for comprehensive quality evaluation of Gardeniae Fructus medicinal materials.

      摘要:Objective: To provide a scientific evidence for studying overall quality control and evaluation, pharmacodynamic material basis and compatibility regularity of Coptidis Rhizoma-Scutellariae Radix herbal pair by establishing an analytical method of UPLC-MS/MS fingerprint. Method: The chromatograms of twelve batches of Coptidis Rhizoma-Scutellariae Radix herbal medicine pairs were acquired by the method of UPLC-MS/MS. ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm) was adopted and eluted with the mobile phase of water (0.2% formic acid)-acetonitrile in a gradient mode for 80 min at the speed of 0.3 mL·min-1, and the column temperature was 40 ℃. The similarity was evaluated on the basis of the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (version 2004A) issued by Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission. Result: The common pattern of fingerprint of Coptidis Rhizoma-Scutellariae Radix herbal pair was established, and totally 16 common peaks were identified. Compared with control substances and references, seven common peaks were identified as coptisine, epiberberine, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride, baicalin, berberine hydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride and wogonoside. The similarities of Coptidis Rhizoma-Scutellariae Radix herbal pairs of 12 batches of different origins and species were investigated, all of which reached 0.9. Conclusion: The analytical method of UPLC-MS/MS fingerprint of Coptidis Rhizoma-Scutellariae Radix herbal pair has a good accuracy, repeatability and stability (RSD<3%). It has a certain reference value for studying overall quality control and evaluation, pharmacodynamic material basis and compatibility regularity of Coptidis Rhizoma-Scutellariae Radix herbal pair.

      摘要:Objective: To find out the impacting factors on uncertainty by establishing a HPLC method for a quantitative analysis of agarotetrol, in order to provide the evidence for quality control of traditional Chinese medicinal materials of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum. Method: Agarotetrol in Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum was determined by HPLC, and the uncertainty was evaluated according to JJF1059.01-2012.The uncertainty components were quantified through a statistical analysis, and extended uncertainty and confidence level were finally determined. Result: The uncertainty evaluation results for the content determination of agarotetrol from five samples was (2.80±0.45), (5.13±0.82), (13.86±2.21), (74.86±11.87),(125.71±19.94)g·L-1. Sample homogeneity, weighing, compound concentration and HPLC property were the major factors to measure the uncertainty. The error of sample trace analysis could be reduced by quartering samples, drying weighing medium and correctly or regularly using glassware and precision instruments. Conclusion: The method can be used for uncertainty analysis of content of agarotetrol in Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, which makes the standard trace amount more rational and significant to establish uncertainty analysis methods and quality standard for Chinese medicinal materials of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of changes of characteristic components before and after the compatibility of Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix-Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma,Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix-Taxilli Herba, and Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix-Stephaniae Teerandrae Radix. Method: The chromatographic column was Agilent A3000250×046 Pursuit 5 C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), with 0.04% phosphoricacid solution (A)-acetonitrile (B) as the mobile phase for gradient elution (0-15 min,5% -15% B;15-25 min,15% -25% B;25-35 min,25% -35% B;35-40 min,35% -70% B;40-55 min,70% -95% B) at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm,and the column temperature was set at 25 ℃. Result: The 16 characteristic peaks (w1-w16) were isolated from Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix-Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma herbal pair;18 characteristic peaks (s1-s18) were isolated from Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix-Taxilli Herba herbal pair;and 21 characteristic peaks (f1-f21) were isolated from Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix-Stephaniae Teerandrae Radix herbal pair. Among them,the peak areas of w1,w3,w4,w5,w6,w7,w8,w10,w11,w13,w16,s3,s4,s5,s7,s9,s10,s11,s12,s13,s14,f1,f4,f6,f8,f12,f14,f15,f16 and f21 were increased;peak areas of w2,w9,s1,s2,s6,s8,f2,f3,f5,f10,f11,f13,f17 and f19 were decreased;and the peak areas of w14,w15,s16,s17,s18,f9 and f20 were not changed. w8,s7 and f9 were swertiamarin;w10,s8 and f11 were gentiamarin;s13,f16 and f17 were quercitin,fangchinoline and tetrandrine. w12,s15,f7 and f18 were the new components produced in the herbal pairs. Conclusion: After Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix compatibility,the contents of characteristic ingredient were changed and new components were generated. The established HPLC method was simple,accurate and repeatable to analyze the changes of characteristic components before and after different Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix drug combinations.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of deslagging and then decocting in Xiao Chaihutang. Method: HPLC was performed on Welch Ultimate XB-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution; the column temperature was 26 ℃ and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; and the detection wavelength was set at 203, 252 and 280 nm. Result: The content of saikosaponin a in the decoction with deslagging and then decocting was 62.41% and 49.01% higher than the other two kinds of decoction; the content of saikosaponin d was 59.47% and 28.71% higher than the other two kinds of decoction; and the content of saikosaponin b1 was 41.93% and 16.14% higher than the other two kinds of decoction. The content of Ginsenoside Re in the decoction with deslagging and then decocting was 33.96% and 0.20% higher than the other two kinds of decoction. In the method of deslagging and then decocting, the contents of baicalin, ginsenoside Rb1, ammonium glycyrrhetate and liquiritinwere slightly less than those in twice decocting method, but higher than those in no-deslagging and then decocting method. The contents of various constituents in no-deslagging and then decocting method was the lowest in three kinds of decoction method (except 6-gingerol). Conclusion: Results in this paper can effectively reflect the quality of the different decocting methods.In the three decocting methods, deslagging and then decocting method could significantly improve the effective components of bupleurum decoction in the dissolution, enhance the clinical efficacy of Xiao Chaihutang to a certain extent, and provide a good experiment basis for quality evaluation of deslagging and then decocting for Xiao Chaihutang from Shanghanlun.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Qingjin Huatan Tang in treatment of airway injury and mucus hypersecretion in acute airway inflammation model of rats. Method: The model of acute airway inflammation in rats was induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and randomly divided into 6 groups, namely blank group, model group, Dexamethasone group, high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose Qingjin Huatan Tang (7.44, 3.72, 1.86 g·kg-1) groups. Each group of rats was put to death in batches on the 4th day and 7th day after administration. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), trachea and lung tissues were collected to count the number of white blood cells and other types of cells in BALF of each group of rats. Cell factor of interleukin(IL)-1β, IL-8, tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and MUC5AC in BALF were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Pathological changes of trachea and lung tissues were observed under light microscope. p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38MAPK), nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) inhibition protein(IκBα), and NF-κB p65 in lung tissues were determined with Western blot. Result: Qingjin Huatan Tang can inhibit the increasing number of leukocyte, neutrophil, and lymphocyte in BALF, relieve pathological inflammation scores of trachea and lung tissues, reduce the level of cell factors IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-α and the expression of mucin MUC5AC, down-regulate the expressions of p38MAPK and NF-κB p65, and up-regulate the expression of IκBα in lung tissues. Conclusion: Qingjin Huatan Tang has effects in inhibiting infiltration of inflammatory cells and airway inflammatory response, reducing the expressions of cells and mucin MUC5AC, inhibiting inflammatory reaction of airway. Qingjin Huatan Tang can inhibit mucin secretion and release of cytokines by regulating signaling pathways of p38MAPK/NF-κB in lung tissues, so as to improve the state of mucus hypersecretion and inflammatory injury in airway.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of serum containing Juglans mandshurica (SCJM) pericarp on proliferation and apoptosis of gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, low (25 g·kg-1·d-1), medium (50 g·kg-1·d-1) and high (100 g·kg-1·d-1) dose J.mandshurica treatment groups and cisplatin group (5 g·kg-1·d-1). The rats in treatment groups received lavage administration for 7 d, and the rats in blank control group received the equivalent volume of normal saline. 2 h after the last treatment, SCJM was prepared by carotid blood serum; cell proliferation, apoptosis rates, apoptosis index, levels of apoptosis related gene and protein expression were evaluated by methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) colorimetry, flow cytometry, Hoechst staining, Real-time PCR and Western blot respectively. Result: SCJM could inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells (P<0.05) as compared with blank group, and 48 h after treatment by SCJM, early-and late-apoptosis rates, apoptosis index and mRNA levels of Bax and Bak were increased, but mRNA level of B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) was decreased (P<0.05); the protein levels of β-catenin, Cyclin D1 and C-myc in SCJM-treatment groups were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: SCJM had inhibitory effect on proliferation of gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells, and the effect may be related to the induction of apoptosis and inhibition of Wnt/β-catenin pathway activation.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the anti-gastric tumor effect and mechanism of Ganoderma polysaccharides based on in vitro and in vivo experiments. Method: In the in vitro experiment, MKN45 and AGS cells were used and randomly divided into blank control, cis-platinum, high, middle and low-dose Ganoderma polysaccharides (20, 10, 5 g·L-1) groups. Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) and flow cytometry methods were used to detect cell proliferation, and flow cytometry was used to detect apoptosis and cycle change, after incubation for 24 and 48 h. In the in vitro experiment, 60 BALB/c naked mice were randomly divided into blank control, model, adriamycin, high, middle and low-dose Ganoderma polysaccharides (200, 100, 50 mg·kg-1) groups. The gastric tumor model was established by transplanting Walker-256 cell. One week later, each group was given the corresponding drugs. And 4 weeks later, the tumor size was measured, and Real-time PCR method was used to observe the changes in Bcl-2 assaciated X protein (Bax) and B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) gene expressions. Result: High, middle and low-dose Ganoderma polysaccharides groups showed inhibition in MKN45 and AGS proliferation in 24, 48 h (P<0.05). High and middle-dose Ganoderma polysaccharides could promote MKN45 and AGS cell apoptosis in 24 h(P<0.05), and inhibit AGS cell cycle in G1 stage (P<0.05). In vivo experiment showed that high and middle-dose Ganoderma polysaccharides could inhibit the growth of gastric tumor. Meanwhile, the increase on Bax gene expression, and inhibition on Bcl-2 gene expression were observed. Conclusion: Ganoderma polysaccharides could inhibit the growth of gastric tumor in vitro and in vivo. And the mechanism is correlated with improvement on Bax gene expression, inhibition on Bcl-2 gene expression and promotion in tumor cell apoptosis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of different subtypes of macrophages on the apoptosis of endothelial cells and the interventing effect of Tongxinluo (TXL). Method: THP-1 cells were taken as the study object. Cells were divided into five groups: control group, phorbol myristate acetate(PMA) group, M2 group, M1 group and TXL group. THP-1 cells were respectively induced by PMA (5 μg·L-1) combined with interleukin(IL) -4 (100 μg·L-1) or lipopolysaccharide(LPS) (200 μg·L-1) to M2 and M1 type polarized macrophages, and treated by TXL with 300 mg·L-1. The expressions of marker molecules IL-10, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), IL-6 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The culture supernatant was taken as conditioned medium to culture endothelial cells, and the apoptosis rate and the expression of apoptosis related proteins were detected by flow cytometry and Western blot, respectively. Result: Compared with control group, the level of IL-10 increased in M2 group (P<0.01), and the level of IL-10 decreased, and IL-6, TNF-α increased in M1 group (P<0.01). Compared with M1 group, the level of IL-10 increased, and IL-6, TNF-α decreased in TXL group (P<0.01). Compared with M2 group, the apoptosis rate and the expressiona of Caspase-3, Bax increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), the expression of Bcl-2 decreased in M1 group (P<0.01). And compared with M1 group, the apoptosis rate and the expressiona of Caspase-3, Bax decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the expression of Bcl-2 increased in TXL group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The polarization of macrophages to M1 type can be inhibited by TXL. The supernatant of M2 macrophages has not a significant effect on the apoptosis of endothelial cells. The apoptosis of endothelial cells increases in the cultured supernatant of M1 macrophages, and TXL can reduce the apoptosis of endothelial cells.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of salvianolic acid B (Sal-B) on proliferation and differentiation of cardiac fibroblasts (CFs) induced by angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) of neonatal Sprague Dawley rats, and clarify the anti-fibrotic mechanism of Sal-B in vitro. Method: Primary CFs were harvested from 1-3-day-old neonatal rats by 0.08% trypsin digesting, and then separated and purified by differential attachment. The CFs were identified by anti-vimentin immunocytochemistry. Proliferation and differentiation of the CFs model were reproduced by Ang Ⅱ. The CFs was randomly divided into 4 groups as follows: normal group (serum-free DMEM), model group (1×10-6 mol·L-1 Ang Ⅱ), Sal-B low-dose group (2.5×10-5 mol·L-1 Sal-B+1×10-6 mol·L-1 Ang Ⅱ) and high-dose group (5×10-5 mol·L-1 Sal-B + 1×10-6 mol·L-1 Ang Ⅱ). The CFs were pretreated with Sal-B for 1 h, and then co-cultured with Ang Ⅱ for 24 hours. The inhibition of Sal-B on CFs proliferation was measured by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The content of hydroxyproline was detected by commercial kit. The expressions of alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and collagen Ⅰ (Col Ⅰ) were detected by Western blot. Result: The results of MTT assay suggested that compared with the normal group, Ang Ⅱ in model group significantly induced abnormal CF proliferation (P<0.01); Compared with model group, both low and high-dose Sal-B significantly inhibited Ang Ⅱ-induced CFs proliferation (P<0.01). The content of hydroxyproline increased in model group (P<0.01) compared with the normal group, but decreased (P<0.01) after being co-cultured with Sal-B compared with model group. Western blot revealed that the expressions of α-SMA and Col Ⅰ significantly increased in the model group (P<0.01), low-dose and high-dose Sal-B suppressed Ang Ⅱ-induced up-regulation of α-SMA and Col Ⅰ(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Sal-B could significantly inhibit Ang Ⅱ-induced cardiac fibroblasts proliferation and expressions of α-SMA and Col Ⅰ, and plays an important role in the process of anti-fibrosis induced by Ang Ⅱ in vitro.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency, and explore the intervening mechanism of Sijunzi Tang. Method: Fifty-two male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Sijunzi Tang group and mosapride group. Iodoacetamide gavage method, small platform standing method and hunger disorder method were used to establish the functional dyspepsia rat model with spleen-deficiency. After modeling, Sijunzi Tang (6.3 g·kg-1) and mosapride (0.45 mg·kg-1) were given to each intervention group by gavage, once a day, for continuously 14 days. Gastric emptying rate, C-type natriuretic peptide(CNP) and cGMP content were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and natriuretic peptide receptor type B(NPR-B) was determined by Western blot. Result: Compared with normal group, weight and gastric emptying rate were lower (P<0.05,P<0.01), CNP content in serum, NPR-B protein expression in gastric antrum smooth muscle, and cGMP content of gastric smooth muscle were higher in model group (P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with model group, gastric emptying rate was higher (P<0.05), CNP content in serum, NPR-B protein expression in gastric antrum smooth muscle, cGMP content of gastric smooth muscle were lower in Sijunzi Tang group and mosapride group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Functional dyspepsia rats with spleen deficiency show CNP-NPRB-cGMP pathway disorder. Sijunzi Tang may improve gastrointestinal motility by regulating CNP-NPRB-cGMP pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To observe abnormal immune injury and expressions of high mobility group Box-1 protein(HMGB1) and receptor of advanced glycation end-product(RAGE) in rat pulmonary fibrosis, and the regulatory effect of Buyang Huanwu Tang on HMGB1-RAGE signaling pathway. Method: A total of 144 SD rats were randomly divided into six groups, namely the normal group, the bleomycin (BLM) group, the low, middle and high-dose Buyang Huanwu Tang groups (6.83, 13.66, 27.32 g·kg-1) and the positive drug group (prednisone, 4.2 mg·kg-1). In the animal experiment, the bleomycin trachea injection method was used to reproduce the pulmonary fibrosis animal model, and given high, medium and low-dose Buyang Huanwu Tang by gavage. Samples were extracted on the 7th, 14th, 28th days after modeling.Reverse transcription PCR(RT-PCR) method was adopted to detect the mRNA expressions of HMGB1 and RAGE in lung tissues, and Western blot method was used to detect the protein expressions of HMGB1 and alpha-smooth muscle action(α-SMA). In the cell experiment, the drug-containing serum pharmacological methodology was adopted. Buyang Huanwu Tang -containing serum with concentrations of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and blank serum were adopted to intervene normal lung fibroblasts (HFL1) stimulated by HMGB1.Western blot method was used to detect the expression of α-SMA protein. Result: Compared with the blank control group, the mRNA expression of HMGB1 in the BLM model group was obviously up-regulated on the 28th day (P<0.01), the mRNA expression of RAGE was visibly up-regulated on the 7th and the 14th days (P<0.01), and the protein expressions of HMGB1 and α-SMA was significantly up-regulated at all times points (P<0.01) in animal experiments. Compared with the BLM model group, in the high-dose Buyang Huanwu Tang group, the mRNA expression of HMGB1 was significantly decreased on the 14th and 28th days (P<0.01), the mRNA expression of RAGE was significantly down-regulated on the 7th and the 14th days (P<0.01), and the protein expressions of HMGB1 and α-SMA was clearly down-regulated on all time points (P<0.01) in animal experiments. Compared with blank control group, the 20% serum added HMGB1 group showed a significant rise in the protein expression of α-SMA (P<0.01). Compared with the 20% serum added with HMGB1 control group, different concentrations of Buyang Huanwu Tang-containing serum significantly reduced the protein expression of α-SMA (P<0.01) in the cell experiment. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Tang can inhibit the expressions of RAGE and alpha SMA caused by HMGB1 in the rat lung tissues. The results suggest that Buyang Huanwu Tang may prevent and treat pulmonary fibrosis by blocking HMGB1/RAGE signaling pathways and reducing the growth of myofibroblasts.

      摘要:Objective: To study gene expressions of farnesoid X receptor(FXR) and multidrug resistance associated protein3(MDR3) in human normal hepatocytes HL-7702 cell through the effect of Yinzhihuang injection (YZH), in order to explore the target and mechanism of YZH injection in regulating hepatic bile acid metabolism, and provide an experimental basis for the clinical application of YZH in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis. Method: HL-7702 was treated with different concentrations of YZH. The effect of YZH on the activity of HL-7702 was explored by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8). Real-time PCR was used to determine YZH's ideal intervention concentration and time. The gene expression of FXR was up-regulated by GW4064 (agonist of FXR), and divided into YZH group, GW4064 group, GW4064+YZH group, normal group and DMSO control group. The gene expression of FXR was silenced by small interfering RNA (siRNA) and divided into siRNA group, siRNA+YZH group, normal group and negative group. Relative mRNA and protein expressions of FXR and MDR3 were detected by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot, and the protein expression of FXR was detected by immunofluorescence(IF). Result: The ideal intervention concentration of YZH on HL-7702 was 1.08%, the ideal intervention time was 15.47 h, and YZH had an effect on the activity of HL-7702 in a dose-dependent manner. Compared with the normal group, GW4064 group promoted the mRNA and protein expressions of FXR and MDR3(P<0.01). Compared with the normal group, siRNA group inhibited FXR and MDR3 mRNA and protein expressions (P<0.01). Compared with GW4064 group, GW4064 group + YZH group promoted the mRNA and protein expressions of FXR and MDR3 (P<0.01). Compared with siRNA group, siRNA + YZH group promoted the mRNA and protein expressions of FXR and MDR3(P<0.01). Conclusion: YZH promotes FXR and MDR3 mRNA and protein expressions. YZH regulates hepatic bile acid metabolism by promoting the expression of MDR3 mRNA and protein with FXR. This study provides an experimental basis for its clinical application in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the activation of extracellular regulated protein kinase 1/2(ERK1/2) and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB) signaling pathway after stimulating normal lung fibroblasts (HFL1) by high mobility group Box-1 protein (HMGB1), which can induce immune damage in pulmonary fibrosis, as well as the intervening effect of Buyang Huanwu Tang-containing serum on above signal pathways. Method: The drug-containing serum pharmacological methodology was adopted. Buyang Huanwu Tang-containing serum with concentrations of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and blank serum were adopted to intervene normal lung fibroblasts (HFL1) stimulated by HMGB1.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was used to detect the expression of interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and the immune protein imprinting method (Western blot method) was applied to detect total protein expression of ERK1/2 and cell cytoplasm and nucleus protein expression of NF-κB p65. Result: Compared with blank control group, HMGB1 can promote the expressions of IL-1β, ERK1/2, NF-κB p65 in HFL1 cell (P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with the 20% serum control added with HMGB1 group, the expressions of IL-1β, ERK1/2, NF-κB p65 were increased in HMGB1 stimulation group. Compared with HMGB1 stimulation group, all of Buyang Huanwu Tang-containing serum groups could reduce the expressions of IL-1β, ERK1/2, NF-κB p65.Among them, 15% and 20% Buyang Huanwu Tang-containing serum could obviously reduce the expression of ERK1/2(P<0.05); 10% Buyang Huanwu Tang-containing serum in cell cytoplasm, and 20% Buyang Huanwu Tang containing-serum in cell nucleus could clearly decrease the expression of NF-κB p65 (P<0.05); And 15% Buyang Huanwu Tang-containing serum could visibly reduce the expression of IL-1β (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the in vitro experiment, Buyang Huanwu Tang-containing serum can inhibit the activation of ERK1/2-NF-κB signaling pathways caused by HMGB1 in HFL-1, and reduce the secretion of inflammatory factor IL-1β. The results suggest that Buyang Huanwu Tang may prevent and treat pulmonary fibrosis by regulating ERK1/2-NF-κB signaling pathways.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of serum containing Duhuo Jisheng Tang for rat knee osteoarthritis (KOA) on articular chondrocyte apoptosis, endoplasmic reticulum stress related proteins glucoseregulated protein 78(GRP78),CCAAT/enhace-binding protein homologous protein(CHOP) and anti-aging proteins HIRA, ASF1a. Method: Hulth method was adopted to establish the rat KOA model. After successful modeling, enzyme digestion method was applied in primary culture of normal chondrocytes and KOA cartilage cells; Forty rats were divided into for groups: low, middle and high-dose groups(0.85, 1.7, 3.4g·kg-1) and positive control group (glucosamine sulfate, 3 g·kg-1). After 14 days of intragastric administration, serum was collected. Cultured cells were divided into control group, model group, Duhuo Jisheng Tang-containing serum groups (high, middle and low-dose groups) and positive control group; cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)method was used to test the cell proliferation of each group; TUNEL method was used to measure the cell apoptosis of each group. The expressions of ASF1a, HIRA, GRP78 and CHOP in chondrocytes were detected by Western blot. Result: Compared with the control group, the inhibition rate of cell proliferation was significantly increased in the model group; compared with the model group, the proliferation inhibition rates of chondrocytes in the low, middle, high-dose Duhuo Jisheng Tang groups and the positive control group were significantly decreased (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the number of apoptotic cells in the model group was significantly increased; compared with the model group, the apoptotic rates of chondrocytes in the low, middle, high-dose Duhuo Jisheng Tang groups and the positive control group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the expressions of ASF1a, HIRA, GRP78 and CHOP in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group; and compared with the model group, the expressions of ASF1a, HIRA, GRP78 and CHOP in chondrocytes of the low, middle, high-dose Duhuo Jisheng Tang groups and the positive control group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The serum containing Duhuo Jisheng Tang could reduce the expressions of GRP78, CHOP and ASF1a, HIRA in KOA chondrocytes, inhibit the aging and apoptosis of KOA chondrocytes, and promote the regeneration of chondrocytes, so as to treat KOA.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on patients with diabetic kidney disease with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, in order to explore its mechanism from the perspective of micro-inflammatory. Method: A randomized, parallel-controlled clinical trial was conducted. A total of 70 patients of diabetic nephropathy with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into control group (34 cases) and treatment group (36 cases) according to the random number table. The two groups of patients were given basic treatment (including control diet, blood glucose, blood pressure, lipids) and traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment group was given Yiqi Huoxue decoction for 12 weeks, while the control group was given DM120 formula. Before and after treatment, the patients' serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, serum albumin, urinary albumin/creatinine ratio, serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) were detected. Result: In treatment group, patients' serum creatinine, urinary albumin/creatinine ratio, serum CRP and IL-8 decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01); serum albumin and glomerular filtration rate obviously increased (P<0.01) after 12 weeks. At the same time, treatment group was superior to control group in decrease of the urinary albumin /creatinine ratio, increase of serum albumin and inhibition of serum CRP and IL-8 (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue decoction can protect the renal function of diabetic kidney disease(DKD) patients, decrease proteinuria, and delay the progress of DKD in the early stage. And its mechanism may be related to inhibition of the levels of inflammatory cytokines, such as CRP and IL-8, which can improve the micro inflammatory state of DKD.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwutang on heart rate variability, blood lipids and C reactive protein (CRP) of patients of phlegm and blood stasis type diabetes mellitus with atherosclerosis. Method: A total of 120 patients of phlegm and blood stasis type diabetes mellitus with atherosclerosis were selected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group, with 60 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were given conventional therapy, namely metformin 0.25 g·d-1, and acarbose 50 mg·d-1 or injection with insulin. The control group was orally given isosorbide dinitrate and Danshen dripping pills, 10 pills each time, 1 times a day. In addition to the conventional therapy, experiment group was orally given with 200 mL warm Taohong Siwutang. One course of treatment was four weeks. The two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. Heart rate variability, blood lipids, blood glucose, CRP level and adverse reactions were compared between two groups after the treatment. Result: Compared with control group, the total clinical effective rate was higher in experimental group after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the normal 24 h normal R-R standard deviation of NN intervals (SDNN), the adjacent R-R root mean square successive difference (RMSSD), and the percentage of adjacent normal R-R difference >50 ms (PNN50) of two groups of patients were increased (P<0.05). Compared with control group, SDNN, RMSSD and PNN50 levels were higher in treatment group(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (PBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HBA1c) were decreased (P<0.05). Compared with control group, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were lower in experiment group (P<0.05). Total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), CRP, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were higher in two groups after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with control group, TC, LDL-C, TG and CRP levels were lower, while HDL-C level was higher in experiment group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Taohong Siwutang has a significant clinical efficacy on patients of phlegm and blood stasis type diabetes mellitus with atherosclerosis, and can regulate heart rate variability and down-regulate the level of CRP, with a high safety. Therefore, it is suitable for clinical application and promotion.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and security of Youguitang in treatment of kidney deficiency cold type ankylosing spondylitis, and investigate its possible mechanism. Method: A total 165 cases with kidney deficiency cold type ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and integrated Chinese and western medicine group. The patients in Chinese medicine group (52 case) were treated with Youguitang; the patients in western medicine group (53 case) were treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release tablets; and the patients in integrated Chinese and western medicine group (60 cases) received Youguitang and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release tablets, with a treatment course of 56 d in all groups. The bath ankylosing spondylitis metroloty index (BASMI), the bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index (BASFI), the bath ankylosing spondylitis irradiation index (BASRI), and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation scores for kidney deficiency cold type ankylosing spondylitis were observed in three groups before and after treatment. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP) and parathyroid hormone (PHI) were detected before and after treatment; and the effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in the 3 groups. Result: The total effective rate was 87.7% in integrated Chinese and western medicine group, better than 76.5% in Chinese medicine group and 73.5% in western medicine group (P<0.05), with no statistically significant difference between Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores in integrated Chinese and western medicine group and Chinese medicine group were better than those in western medicine group (P<0.05); the improvement in other clinical symptoms scores in integrated Chinese and western medicine group was better than that in Chinese medicine group and western medicine group (P<0.05), but with no statistically significant difference between Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. In addition, the incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group (1.9%)P<0.05). Conclusion: Youguitang treatment had no significant difference with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release tablets in the efficacy for kidney deficiency cold type ankylosing spondylitis, and the incidence of adverse reactions in Youguitang recipe treatment was lower than that of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release tablets; the combined use of Youoguitang and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release tablets had better efficacy than Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release tablets alone in the treatment of kidney deficiency cold type ankylosing spondylitis.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Gandouling tablet combined with Sodium Dimercaptopropane Sulfonate on the levels of propylene glycol and superoxide dismutase in serum of patients with phlegm and blood stasis type Wilson's disease (WD), and investigate its mechanism. Method: The 120 WD patients in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group received Sodium Dimercaptopropane Sulfonate routine treatment, and patients in treatment group added Gandouling tablets based on the treatment in control group for a total of 4 treatment courses. Before and after treatment, the serum propylene glycol (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), 24 h urine copper and other indicators such as neurological function scores were observed. Result: In the both groups after treatment, MDA content was decreased, SOD activity was increased (P<0.05), and the effect in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group (P<0.05); neurological function scores were decreased in both groups (P<0.05), and the effect in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group (P<0.01); 24 h urine copper was improved in both groups, and the effect in treatment group was more significant (P<0.01); the decoppering effect in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05); liver function indexes were decreased in both groups (P<0.05), and the effect in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group (P<0.01). However, ceruloplasmin and copper oxidase levels did not change much after treatment in both groups. The adverse reactions results showed that there were less side effects in treatment group. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can significantly reduce the content of serum MDA in WD patients, increase the activity of SOD, strengthen the decoppering effect, improve clinical symptoms, and to a certain extent, it can delay the progress of the disease and relieve pain for the patients. Moreover, it had less adverse reactions with high safety, so it should be widely used in clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Tongqiao Huoxuetang on serum neuro-biology markers, cerebrospinal fluid p73, p38 factor expressions and cognitive ability of patients of posttraumatic water-stasis stagnation type hydrocephalus. Method: A total of 74 cases of posttraumatic hydrocephalus treated at our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The 37 cases in control group were treated with conventional therapy, while the 37 cases in experiment group were treated with Tongqiao Huoxuetang in addition of the conventional therapy of control group. The levels of serum myelin basic protein (MBP), Protein S100β, Neuron-Specificenolase (NSE), p73 factor, p38 factors, Mini-mental State Examinatlon (MMSE), and Glasgow coma scale (GCS) were observed and recorded. Meanwhile, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared. Result: After 2 weeks of treatment, the total efficiency of experiment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, levels of serum MBP, S-100β and NSE in both of the 2 groups decreased. Compared with control group, the levels of serum MBP, S-100β and NSE in experiment group were lower (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, levels of p38, p73 factor in cerebrospinal fluid increased. Compared with control group, the levels of p38, p73 factor in cerebrospinal fluid in the experiment group were higher (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of serum MBP and NSE in both of the 2 groups increased. Compared with the control group, the levels of serum MBP and NSE in the experiment group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tongqiao Huoxuetang can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms of the patients, which may be correlated with decrease in serum MBP, S-100β, NSE of patients of posttraumatic water-stasis stagnation type hydrocephalus, and increase in CSF p73 factor and p38 factor.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the effect of modified Juanbitang for oral and bath therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) with wind phlegm stasis after stroke, and its impact on calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), substance P (SP), plasma bradykinin, nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 (ET-1). Method: One hundred and forty-six patients with SHS were divided into control group and observation group by random number table. All of their normal limbs were kept in a good position, and all of the patients got passive upper limb motion training and active upper limb motion training. Patients in control group got modified Juanbitang for oral, 1 dose/day. In addition to the therapy of control group, patients in observation group was also given Modified Juanbi decoction for bath therapy, 30 min/time, 2 times/day. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Shoulder-hand syndrome assessment scale (SHSS), edema degree, pain visual analogue scale (VAS), wind phlegm stasis, neurological deficit (NIHSS), functional Independence rating scale (FIM) and upper extremity Fugl-Meyer functional scale (U-FMA) were scaled once before and after treatment. And levels of CGRP, SP, plasma bradykinin, NO and ET-1 were detected before and after treatment. Result: The total efficiency in observation group was 91.3%, which was higher than 79.41% in control group (χ2=3.885, P<0.05). After treatment, SHS scores of feeling, autonomic nerve, movement and the total score were lower than those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Score of U-FMA was higher than that in control group (P<0.05), and VAS score was lower than that in control group (P<0.01). And score of FIM was higher than that in control group, scores of NIHSS and wind phlegm stasis were higher than those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Levels of CGRP and NO were higher than those in control group, and levels of SP, bradykinin and ET-1 were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). After treatment, whole blood viscosity (high, low), plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in observation group were superior to those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Modified Juanbitang for oral and bath therapy can relieve patients' pain, swelling and paresthesia, ameliorate neurological deficit, improve patients' upper limb motion ability and independent living ability, and regulate levels of CGRP, NO, SP, bradykinin and ET-1, with a significant clinical effect.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the efficacy of modified Wuzi Yanzongwan for female infertility caused by luteal phase defect (LPD) and investigate its effect on hormone levels and endometrial receptivity. Method: One hundred and thirty patients were randomly divided into control group (65 cases) and observation group (65 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group took Dydrogesterone tablets from the day of ovulation detected by vaginal B-ultrasound, 20 mg/day for continuous 10 days. If not pregnant, Dydrogesterone tablets were taken continuously at the next menstrual cycle. If pregnant, Dydrogesterone tablets can be taken at the early pregnancy stage and their dose shall be adjusted according to progesterone levels. Patients in observation group added modified Wuzi Yanzongwan, 1 dose/day. Pregnant women in both groups took vitamin E capsules, 0.1 g/time, 3 times/day. The treatment course was 3 menstrual cycles for both groups, and the follow-up period was also 3 menstrual cycles after treatment. The pregnancy was recorded for a total of 6 months (treatment and follow-up), and the live fetus rate was observed in follow-up. Basal body temperature (BBT) was detected, and the scores of high-temperature phase (HPS) of luteal basal body temperature were graded. Levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and progesterone were detected. Dominant follicle conditions, and endometrial thickness were recorded by colorful B-ultrasound. Endometrial spiral arteries pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI) and endometrial thickness were measured and recorded. Scores of Salle and kidney essence deficiency syndrome were graded. The above indexes were evaluated both before and after treatment. Result: The total effective rate for the disease was 93.65% in observation group, higher than 77.42% in control group (χ2=6.678, P<0.01). Clinical pregnancy rate was 52.38% in observation group, higher than 32.26% in control group (χ2=5.181, P<0.05) after treatment, but there was no statistically significant difference in live fetus rate between two groups. After treatment, levels of FSH, LH, E2 and P and scores of HPS and Salle were higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Diameter of dominant follicle was shorter than that in control group (P<0.01). And score of kidney essence deficiency syndrome was lower than that in control group (P<0.01). Endometrial thickening was less than that in control group (P<0.01). PI and RI were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Ratio of type A endometrium was larger than that in control group (P<0.01). There were no adverse reactions and serious adverse events during treatment. Conclusion: Modified Wuzi Yanzongwan can regulate HPOA axis, improve luteal function, ameliorate hormone and endometrial receptivity, reduce scores of kidney essence deficiency to improve pregnancy rate. Its clinical efficacy is superior to that of western medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Chinese medicine injection (CMI) combined with Oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy regimen in treating colorectal neoplasms. Method: CNKI, Wanfang, CBM, VIP, PubMed, Cochrane Library and other databases (as at November 20th 2016) were retrieved to collect relevant journals of RCTs. The quality of RCTs was assessed by Jadad scores, and network Meta-analysis was performed by ADDIS software. Result: A total of 64 articles (including 14 CMI) were included, involving 5 081 patients. Finally, four high-quality literatures were included. According to network Meta-analysis, ① compared with chemotherapy, three CMIs could improve the effective rate; seven CMIs could improve quality of life and reduce leukopenia; six CMIs could reduce the nausea and vomiting; four CMIs could reduce peripheral nerve toxicity, with statistically significant differences. ② In reduction of peripheral nerve toxicity, Huangqi injection was better than Aidi injection, Shenmai injection was better than compound Kushen injection or Kangai injection, with statistically significant differences. The other two showed no tatistically significant difference. Conclusion: Due to the limitation of the included studies, our findings also need to be further verified by large-scale and high-quality RCTs.

      摘要:Cannabis sativa is a plant of genus of Moraceae. It originated in India, and also grows in northeastern, northern, eastern and southern-central areas of China. It is cultivated and grows in Changbai Mountains. C. sativa has a long history of drug use; particularly, its seeds have effects in moisturizing dryness, laxation, treating stranguria, invigorating the circulation of blood, and the major effects in intestinal dryness and constipation, heat strangury, diabetes and irregular menstruation. Chemical components, pharmacological effects, and development and utilization of C. sativa were summarized by referring to relevant domestic and foreign literatures and patents. There are 62 compounds in the leaves, flowers and stems of Cannabis sativa. There are also flavonoids, glycosides, coumarin compounds, terpenoids and sterols, fatty acid compounds, phenanthrene compounds and other compounds. C. sativa and its active ingredients have analgesic, antihypertensive, anti-tumor, anti-vomiting, anti-fear memory, anti-blood pressure, anti-thrombosis, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and other pharmacological effects. In addition, C. sativa, as a folk medicine, is mostly applied in compound drugs, and found in many patents in healthcare products and feeds. According to domestic and foreign researches of C. sativa, this paper summarizes the findings of C. sativa in the aspects of chemical components, pharmacological effects, and development and utilization, in the hope of providing reference basis for further studies and rational utilization of medicinal resources of C. sativa.

      摘要:The research review on chemical compositions of Euphorbiae Semen was reviewed to provide a reference for its further research and development. Related literature in CNKI Database, VIP Database and Pubmed Database from 1960 to 2015 were searched, and the research conditions of Euphorbiae Semen were summarized according to its chemical compositions, pharmacological effects, toxicity, development and utilization. In terms of chemical compositions, Euphorbiae Semen mainly had diterpenoids, sterols, coumarins, flavonoids, volatile oil, fatty oil and other chemical components. It was reported that the main pharmacological activities of Euphorbiae Semen were anti-tumor, anti-pulmonary fibrosis and promoting intestinal peristalsis. The toxicity of Euphorbiae Semen was strong, and lathyrol and other fat-soluble components may be its toxic components, because its toxicity was significantly reduced by removing oil from Euphorbiae Semen. In the aspect of development and utilization of Euphorbiae Semen, its compound preparations were used to treat leukemia, hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and other diseases in China, and its chemical composition named euphorbia factor L5 had a significant anti-cancer effect. In foreign countries, the ingenol-20-palmitate, sucrose 2',3,4,6,6'-pentaisovalerate and euphobia factor L1, which were extracted from Euphorbiae Semen, have been applied for patent of skin whitening. The research results showed that Euphorbiae Semen was a promising medicine, with abundant chemical components and significant pharmacological effects. However, because of its toxicity and unclear mechanism of toxicity, the development and utilization of Euphorbiae Semen has been limited seriously. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the study on its toxic components, action site of toxic components and toxic mechanism.

      摘要:As medical records of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) carry academic thought and clinical experience of famous TCM doctors, their researches are important think-tank resources to promote the discipline development of TCM, and effectively improve the clinical efficacy. With the development of information science and technology, in the face of massive data in medical records of TCM, we shall dig out hidden knowledge, thought connotation and medication regularity by using the data. Through the study of medical records, we can constantly summarize previous experience and explore academic thought. The most traditional method for analyzing TCM records data is the comprehension-based analysis method. However, due to differences in individual level and research purpose, the conclusions were highly subjective and time-consuming, with a poor promotion. The general statistical method is to establish database, or make simple analysis of symptoms and drug frequency. To quickly find academic thoughts and clinical experience of physicians from massive medical records, we need to introduce new technologies and methods, and integrate them with databases, artificial intelligence, statistics, knowledge engineering, information retrieval, high-performance computer and data visualization. From the perspective of research method, this paper introduces the personal comprehensive-based analysis method, frequency analysis method, multivariate (factor) analysis and other research methods, so as to study the application of data mining in TCM researches, and provide research methods and ideas for further summarizing and inheriting clinical experience of famous TCM doctors. The laws hidden in medical records of TCM were dug out, and will applied in scientific and technological researches and clinical researches, in order to reflect the research value of medical records of TCM.

      摘要:Adhesive plaster has two kinds of preparation methods,such as solvent method and hot-pressing method.Products produced with solvent method have good viscosity and less skin residue.However,there are some potential dangers and the process will result in environmental pollution owing to using solvent.On the other hand,the adhesive plaster produced with hot-pressing method,because of no solvent,is secure and environmental with less land occupation,low cost and so on.In a word,adhesive plaster produced with hot-pressing method can be instead of solvent method.The coating technologies of adhesive plaster have direct coating and back-coating,direct coating has high demand for cloth,and surface of plaster will easily lead to some problems,like adhesion in the process of production;but back-coating is easy to operate,and the products have stable pas te content with high production efficiency.The key to achieving producing adhesive plaster with hot-pressing method and back-coating is to reduce the softening temperature of rubber matrix and keep the heat-resistant quality.Adjustment the dose of softener,tackifier and others in rubber matrix can make the products with hot-pressing method to be similar to those with solvent method in glossiness,initial adhesion,persistent adhesion and so on.
