摘要:Objective:To establish the quality control standard of Jiuweiqianghuo Concentrated Pills.Methods:Applying TLC to indentify Rhizoma atractylodis、Rhizoma Chuangxiong and Radix Scutellariae,Using HPLC to determine the content of baicalin of Radix Scutellariae.Results:Rhizoma atractylodis、Rhizoma Chuangxiong and Radix Scutellariae could be indentified by TLC;baicalin showed a good linear relationship at the rang of 0.0304~0.2128μg,r0.9999.The average recovery was 99.6%,and RSD was 3.7%.Conclusion:The methods are accurate and quick,and can be used for the quality control of Jiuweiqianghuo Concentrated Pills.
摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standard for Xiongzhizhentong Capsules.Methods:Thin layer chromatography was used for simultaneous of Rhizoma chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Bupleuri and Radix Ginseng.Ferulic acid was determined by HPLC.Results:The TLC sports developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.The linearity for ferulic acid was obtained over the range of 0^1025~0.5125μg and the average recovery of ferulic acid was 98^8%.with RSD 1.59%.Conclusion:The method is reliable.The results are stable with good reproducible.It can be used for quality control of the capsules.

摘要:Objective:To improve on the HPLC method for determination of Ginsenosid Rg1 and Ginsenoside Re in Hongshen (Red Ginsen).Method:A C 18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of CH-3CN-H-2O(20∶80) and the detection wavelength was 203nm.Results:The calibration curves were separately linear of Ginsenoside Rg1 and Ginsenoside Re between 0^6008~6^0080μg,0^4032~4.0320 μg;the average recoveries of Ginsenoside Rg1 and Ginsenoside Re were separately 98^5%(RSD1^3%,n6) and 99^2%(RSD1^1%,n6).Conclusion:This method is simple,quick,reproducible and is suitable for the quality control of Hongshen.
摘要:OBJECTIVE To study whether ZGP can prevent cerebellar granule neurons from apoptosis induced by glutamate and its possible molecular mechanisms. METHODS The neurons were stained with fluorescein diacetate to observe their survival rate or stained with Hoechst 33258 to analyze their nuclear morphology. Internucleosomal DNA fragmentation of neurons was analyzed with agarose gel electrophoresis. RESULTS ZGP could increase the survival rate of cultured CGNSs in the medium containing 300μmol·L -1 glutamate concentration-dependently, and could prevent the neuronal nuclei from shrinkage, condensation and cleavage and nuclear DNA fragmentation induced by glutamate. LY294002 suppressed the protective effect of ZGP, PD98059 was able to block the excitotoxin of glutamate. CONCLUTION ZGP protected rat CGNs from appoptosis induced by glutamate and this effect was postulated to dependent PI3-K/Akt signaling pathway.
摘要:Objective To observe the effect of Yang Shou Dan(YSD) on IL-1 β、AchE response elements of APP protein. Methods:Alzheimer’s disease (AD) combining Yang deficiency of Kidney rats model was established by intraperitoneral injection of D-galgctose and intramuscularly injection of prednisolone acetate combined with ibotenic acid injection into bilateral nucleus basalis of Meynert. IL-1 β and AchE were inspected in the brain of rats. Results IL-1 β in model rat was significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0.01). YSD and Piracetam tablet reduced IL-1 β notably (P<0.01,P<0.05) Compared with the model. However, there was no difference with control group (P>0.05). AchE in hippocampus and cerebral cortex was elevated in model rat brain (P<0.01). YSD lowered AchE and the function of high dose was prominence (P<0.01). Conclusion:It is indicated that YSD can regulate IL-1 β, AchE response elements of APP protein in brain of mdel rat towards the normal levels.

摘要:Model of repetitious cerebral ischemia reperfusion in mice induced by ligaturing biliateral carotid arteries was established to observe the protective effects and mechanisms of Tongqiao Huoxue Tang. The results show that Tongqiao Huoxue Tang can decrease the brain index, brain water content, enhance the activities cf SOD、 Na-K-ATP- ase 、Ca 2 -ATP- ase , and decrease the content of MDA.
摘要:Objective: To study the mechanism of Naoluoxintong in preventing and treating on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion damage.Methods: The cerebral ischemia and reperfusion model with Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was established to investigate the preventive and therapeutical effect. The expressions of Bcl-2 protein and Bax protein were observed by the method of immunohistochemistry; the apoptosis was observed by the method of TUNEL Results:Naoluoxintong can counteract neural cell apoptosis after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion;Naoluoxintong can increase the expression of Bcl-2 protein while reduce the expression of Bax protein. Conclusions: Naoluoxintong can counteract neural cell apoptosis after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion with the effection on apoptosis-related protein.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of kangxianling decoction on PDGF-mRNA,TNF α-mRNA expression of CRF Rat renal tissue. Methods:The expression of PDGF-mRNA, TNF α-mRNA level of CRF Rats renal tissue were determined by RT-PCR and the blood TNF-α content of CRF Rats was measured by ELISA method in all groups two months later. Results:There are high expression of PDGF-mRNA, TNF α-mRNA in renal tissue of the model group and there are slightly expression in false operation group. The kangxianling decoction could suppress significantly the expression of PDGF-mRNA, TNF α-mRNA level of CRF Rats renal tissue. The blood TNF-α content of model group was higher than those of the normal group (P<0.01). The kangxianling decoction could decrease significantly the blood TNF-α content of model group and its effect was better than those of Dan-shen root, Rhubarb and monopril groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:The kangxianling decoction could relieve the ECM deposition in renal glomerulus and interstitium, improve kidney fibrosis and retard the deterioration of renal function by suppressing the expression of PDGF-mRNA, TNF α-mRNA level of CRF Rat renal tissue, decreasing the blood TNF-α content and the effect of the PDGF, TNF α on cell proliferation of renal tissue.
摘要:Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Qingxiang Pill (concentrated Pill) on Mammary Gland Hyperplasia(MGH). Methods Injecting rabbits with estradiol benzoate induced the model of MGH, and rabbits in the normal control received saline injection only. Changes of breast diameter and length, mammary gland volume and weight were measured. The concentrations of sex hormones, SOD, and MDA in serum were estimated. The organ coefficients were measured, too. Pathologic changes in morphology due to MGH in rabbits were observed by microscopy. Results The medicine could improve hyperplasia of mammary glands in rabbits, reduce the enlargement value of breast diameter and length, mammary gland volume and weight, decrease the numbers of acinus and lobule of mammary glands. It could also decrease E-2 level in serum, and increase serum SOD activity and the coefficient of thymus. Conclusion Qingxiang Pill (concentrated Pill) can regulate sex hormone level, increase the ability to get rid of free radicals, and improve the pathologic changes in morphology due to MGH in rabbits.

摘要:Aim To study the nutritional status of the pneumonia patients in the aged and the effect of Dusuqing.Methods 19 normal young persons,20 normal aged persons and 30aged patients with pneumonia were enrolled to assess the nutritional status and the effect of Dusuqing.Results Anthropometrics measurements had an increase tendency after therpy in pneumonia groups. The contents of TRF,T 3,T 4,TSH,Co,IGF in aged group were lower than those in young group.The TRF,T 3,IGF-Ⅱlevel in pneumonia group were lower than those in normal aged group,but the Co and IL-β level in pneumonia group were high abviously compared with those in normal aged group. The TRF,T 3,IGF-Ⅱ level increased obviously,especially in Dusuqing group.The Co content decreased in both group after therapy,especially in Dusuqing group.The IL-Ⅰβ level decreased in Dusuqing group after therapy.Conclusion Malnutrition was one of the pathological characteristics of the aged pneumonia patients and Dusuqing could change this conditions.
