摘要:Objective:To study the effect of gibberellins and its synthetic inhibitor on tanshinones. Methods: Different concentrations of gibberellins and paclobutrazol were added to the liquid medium, and hairy roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.were cultivated for 25 days. The concentration of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone ⅡA in the samples were assayed by HPLC. Results: The concentration of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone ⅡA increased in the samples treated with gibberellins, while the concentration of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone ⅡA decreased in the samples treated with paclobutrazol. Conclusions: Paclobutrazol could be synthetic inhibitor of tanshinone ⅡA, and gibberellins can be inducer for production of tanshinones.
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the content determination of calycosin-7-0-β-D-glucoside,prim-o-glucosyl cimifugin and 4′-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisammin in Yupingfeng Decoction and related drug pieces,and study the correlation of content in Radix Astragali,Radix Saposhnikovlae and Yupingfeng Decoction. Methods:A Hypersil ODS column was used with acetonitrile-water as a mobile phase(gradient elution) and detecting at 254 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 ,and column temperature was 30℃. Results:The extraction percentages of calycosin-7-0-β-D-glucoside in Radix Astragali, prim-o-glucosyl cimifugin and 4′-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisammin in Radix Saposhnikovlae were 45.58%~63.35%,45.01%~65.09%,53.62%~87.75%. Conclusions:There is a correlation between the contents of and Yupingfeng decoctions and related drug pieces, and the different sources of drug pieces cause a variable for extraction percentage,which provides a reference for the material base of Yupingfeng Decoction.
摘要:Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method to determine the contents of protocatechuic acid, protocatechuic aldehyde and tyrosol in Yanlixiao Capsules. Methods: The samples was separated on a YWG C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,10 μm), using methanol-0.125% glacial acetic acid solution(10∶90)as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL·min-1 and detection at 275 nm. Results:The regression equation of protocatechuic acid was Y= 85 117x -15 733 (r= 0.999 5 ),and the linear range was at 0.08 μg~0.56 μg. The regression equation of protocatechuic aldehyde was Y= 111 700x -37 980 (r= 0.999 8 ), and the linear range was at 0.01 μg~0.07 μg. The regression equation of tyrosol was Y= 139 386x -29 146 (r= 0.999 6 ), and the linear range was at 0.42 μg~2.94 μg. The average recovery of protocatechuic acid was 96.0%, RSD=2.37%(n=6). The average recovery of protocatechuic aldehyde was 98.4%, RSD=2.05%(n=6). The average recovery of tyrosol was 97.5%, RSD=1.93%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality evaluation of Yanlixiao Capsules.
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of ursolic acid in Hawthorn Leaves. Methods:The C18 column with methanol-water-phosphorous acid (90∶10∶0.03) as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results:The linear range of calibration curve was (0.982~9.82) μg·mL-1 for ursolic acid (r= 0.999 8 ). The average recovery was 98.16% and the RSD was 0.58% (n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Hawthorn Leaves.

Methods:By Using homogeneous-improvement method to evaluate the guideline of pharmacodynamics. And discuss best compatibility and the best dose of the prescription. Results:Dose match group 6 and theoretics group 1 have the best pharmacodynamic action. theoretics group 1 is recommended to explore new medicine because it has more simple configuration. Conclusion:It is fensible to use this method to optimise prescription, because it combines the method of reduce the complex prescription and the method of best dose match.
摘要:Objective:To observe the change of CGRP after radiation by 192 Ir irradiation on spinal cord and to detect the protective action of Jingui Shenqi Wan for spinal cord damnification. Method:120 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: model group, Jingui Shenqi Wan treatment group, prednisone positive group, and normal control group. Rats were given correspondence drug once a day for 14 days (normal control group and model group were given normal saline). Then Animal models of radiation damage in spinal cord was induced in rats by 192 Ir interstitial irradiation, which was successfully created through the tube inserted in T11 horizontal place in rat spinal cord by back-fixing technology. The dosage of model group, Jingiu Shenqi Wan treatment group and prednisone positive group was 22 Gy, the normal control group was free of irradiation. CGRP was tested by immunohistochemistry. Result: From the result of immunohistochemistry, we found the number and the brown substance in cells of spinal cord were significantly increased after irradiation. After treated with Jingui Shenqi Wan and prednisone, they were significantly decreased and weaked 8 h, 24 h after brachytherapy(P<0.01). However,there were no significantly difference compared with the model group 4 week after irradiation. Conclusion: It was found that CGRP regulated and controlled the process of rat spinal damnification. Jingui Shenqi Wan could relive the damnification spinal cord after brachytherapy in rats.
摘要:Objective:To verify the main pharmacological action of Yiqi Zhuyu granule. Methods:The acute syndrome of blood stasis models of rat were set up by injecting Adr and swimming in ice water in order to observe the hemorheology of rat. The acute myocardial ischemia models of rat were set up by injecting hypophysin. The electrocardiogram was recorded, CK and LDH-L was determined. Using ADP as inductor to measure the degree of platelet aggregation. Results: Yiqi Zhuyu granule could alleviate the damages caused by acute syndrome of blood stasis and acute myocardial ischemia, and it could cut down whole blood viscosity, but there was no significant influence about plasma viscosity. It could cut down the activity of LDH-L, and it could obviously hold back platelet aggregation of rat caused by ADP inductor. Conclusions: Yiqi Zhuyu granule could improve the changes of acute syndrome of blood stasis and alleviate the damages caused by acute myocardial ischemia, and it also could obviously hold back platelet aggregation. All these results prove that it could promoting blood flow.

摘要:Objective:To observe the anti-tumor activity of the polysaccharide of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua in vitro and vivo. Methods: In vitro, the inhibitory effects of polysaccharide on S180 tissue tumor and MCF-7 were examined by MTT colorimetric assay. The mouse tumor model was used to investigate the effects of polysaccharide on tumor growth. Results: The studies demonstrated that the polysaccharide could inhibit proliferation of S180 tumor and MCF-7, however, the IC50 value on the polysaccharide was above 30 μg·mL-1 .It could also increase the spleen index and thymus index in mice. With the dose of polysaccharide changed from low to high, the inhibitory effect of polysaccharide on the growth of S180 sarcoma-transplanted mice increased gradually, showing an excellent dose-response relation. Conclusions:The polysaccharide of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua has obvious anti-tumor activity and immunologic functions.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of sesamin on myocardial remodeling in renal hypertensive rats. Methods:The model of two kidneys with one clip (2K1C) of renal hypertensive rat was established, the rats were fed to their stomaches daily for 6 weeks with the different dosages of sesamin. LVWI, NO, ET-1 and HYD were measuered and radioimmunoassay was adopted to determine the levels of endothelin-1 (ET-1) in myocardium, immunohistochemistric assay was utilized to observe the expression of nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) protein of myocardium, the ultramicrostructures of myocardium was observed through electron-microscope. Results:Compared with the sham-operated group, the content of LVWI, HYD and ET-1 were obviously increased, vigor of SOD was drastically decreased, the expression of myocardium eNOS protein was distinctly weakened, and it was indicated that disorder of cardiac muscle fiber and hyperplasia of extracellular collagen fiber through the observation of ultramicrostructure in the 2K1C group. High dosage (100 mg·kg-1 ) sesamin tangibly ameliorated the pathologic changes such as disorder of cardiac muscle fiber,hyperplasia of extracellular collagen fiber and LVWI,and the content of HYD and ET-1 were obviously decreased, vigor of SOD was drastically increased, the expression of myocardium eNOS protein was clearly increased. Conclusion:The results showed that sesamin has an effect of against myocardial remodeling, its mechanisms were probably mediated through increasing the content of NO, inducing the expression of eNOS protein, decreasing the content of ET-1 and so on.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Tongmai(TMG) on experimental myocardial ischemia. Methods: By ranine vein injection pituitary creates rats myocardial ischemia(0.5 U·kg-1 ),to observe the effect of TMG on the J points’ change in rats ECG.; Choose the acute myocardial damage model in rats induced by Iso, to observe the J points’change in rats ECG. and the effect on lipid peroxidation after injecting Iso(sc 8 mg·kg-1 ); 0.8 mg·kg-1 adrenalin was administrated by subcutaneous injection to establish rat blood stasis model; the formation of thrombus in vitro and the tolerance experiment of mouse under normal pressure. Results: TMG(9、4.5、2.3 g·kg-1 ) remarkably restrained the change of J point in rat’s ECG after the injection of Pit,and obviously inhibited the state of J points’ descent in rats myocardial ischemia induced by Isoprenaline, reduce the level of MDA, advance the level of SOD; could inhibit the formation of thrombus in vitro; could reduce the blood viscosity in blood stasis model. TMG also can prolong the mouse’s survival time in hypoxia. Conclusions: TMG has protective action on acute experimental myocardial anoxia,and the effect is related to improve the hemorheology, inhibit the lipid peroxidation and the formation of thrombus, degrade oxygen consumption in cardiac muscle.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional chinese medicine Yikunning on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in rat ovaries during perimenopause period. Methods:The animal model of perimenopause rats was established by unforced aging.30 female Wistar rats of 12 months old were randomly divided into three groups:old controls,western medicine controls,chinese medicine experimental group.10 female rats of 5 months old served as young controls.The animals were given with corresponding drugs for 4 weeks. The site-specific expression of VEGF in ovaries of rats was detected by immunohistochemistry; the quantitative expression of VEGF in ovaries of rats was detected by Western Blot;the quantitative expression of VEGF mRNA in ovaries of rats were detected by RT-PCR. Results:Compared with young controls,the expressions of VEGF mRNA in ovaries of old controls increased significantly,while the expressions of VEGF in ovaries of chinese medicine experimental group decreased significantly.The expression of VEGF164 mRNA and VEGF120 mRNA of the young controls,chinese medicine experimental group and western medicine controls were lower than the expression of VEGF mRNA of old controls(P<0.05),which were consistent with the result of the expression of VEGF. Conclusions: Yikunning could down-regulate the expression of VEGF mRNA and protein in rat ovaries during perimenopause period,which may be one of the mechanisms of Yikunning to treat perimenopausal syndrome.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingyi Huaji(QYHJ) Formula on serum immunosuppressive factors and proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes of mice with pancreatic cancer Panc 02. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into NS group,interleukin-2(IL-2) group and QYHJ groups at low,medium and high dosages. After treatment, tumor growth was evaluated, the levels of serum immunosuppressive factors such as soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R),transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) were measured by ELISA, the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes cell were measured by CCK-8 colorimetry. Results: The tumors in all QYHJ groups were lighter than in NS group(P<0.05),the levels of serum sIL-2R,TGF-β1 and VEGF in all QYHJ groups were lower than in NS group, when the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes in all QYHJ groups was higher than in NS group(P<0.05).Conclusion: QYHJ Formula may inhibit the proliferation of pancreatic cancer in vivo, in addition it may inhibit the secretion of immunosuppressive factors and enhance lymphocytes’ immune function so as to improve the immunosuppressive state of the host.
摘要:Objective:By comparing the content of total flavones and chlorogenic acid and antibacterial activity between the artificial tetraploid and the wild plant of herba Taraxaci,it is aimed at providing the theoretical support for the tetraploid plant of herba Taraxaci application. Methods: The content of total flavones and chlorogenic acid was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Inhibitive effects about water-abstract by K-B scattering methods towards the Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus aeruginosus,Bacillus paratyphosus were evaluated. Results: Tetraploid plant showed higher level of flavonoid and chlorogenic acid than those of the wild plant. The tetraploid and the wild plant of herba Taraxaci had satisfactory antibacterial activity on four kinds of bacteria. Conclusion: The tetraploid plant of herba Taraxaci would be useful to take the place of medicine herba Taraxaci.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of baicalin in chronic alcoholic live injury rats,and to study the terapeutic effects and mechanisms of baicalin on alcoholic live injury rats. Methods:The rats were given 56°(v/v) alcohol 5 mL·kg-1 twice daily for 28 days by ig,from the 5th week once daily for 4 weeks.In the same time the rats were given test agents according to the protocol for 28 days. Results: The experiments indicated that baicalin could obviously degraded the content of ALT,AST,MDA in rats’serum and liver and increased the activity of SOD and GSH-Px. It also reduced the content of TNF-α in serum. Conclusions: Baicalin has obvious protective effect to alcoholic liver injury in rats. Down regulation of TNF-α and MDA might be involved in the mechanism.
摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of the cute soft tissue injury disease. Methods: Laosun Kangfu Tablets were given 3.0,10.0,30.0 g·kg-1 (mice) or 2.2,7.5,22.0 g·kg-1 (rats) daily by oral administration for 7 days. Analgesia was tested by scald-plate caused sole-ache, actic acid caused belly-ache. The anti-inflammtory was tested by auricle swelling and carrageenan caused foot-swelling. The Resistance to acute soft tissue injury was tested by damages caused by freely falling mass damages models. Results:The results showed that there were significant differences between the treatment groups and the control groups(P<0.05). Laosun Kangfu Tablets have obvious analgesia, anti-inflammtory, resisting the acute soft tissue injury. Conclusions: Laosun Kangfu Tablet is effective for the treatment of acute soft tissue injury.
摘要:Six monomers including ligustilide,imperatorin,ferulic acid,osthole,3-n-butylphthalide and praeruptorin C are the active components of main pungent herbs in Umbelliferae. Through the review, showed that six monomers all have the activity of vasodilation,deduced that six monomers have certain relevance with pungent herbs of Umbelliferae.

摘要:Objective:We sought to summarize frequently effective traditional Chinese drug and prescription for Ulcerative Colitis (UC) as well as to sum up clinical classification and regularity of compatibility though analysis of clinical data. Methods: Prescriptions for oral use were searched and screened from acquired papers. Cluster analysis was used to explored frequently effective traditional Chinese drug,prescription and regularity of compatibility. Conclusion: The main pathogenesis of UC is spleen-asthenia with excessive damp,cold-heat complex. The foundational prescription is Black plum pill uniting Decoction of Four Mild Drugs.
