摘要:Objective:To devekop a capillary GC for fingerprint analysis of the volatile oil from Radix Linderae Reflexae.Method: The analysis was carried out on a HP-5.capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm).The temperature of FID detector was set to 240 ℃;The temperature programm was as follows: 65 ℃ for three minutes,the 3 ℃·min-1 to 85 ℃,1 ℃·min-1 to 90 ℃,3 ℃·min-1 to 99 ℃;the 0.2 ℃·min-1 to 100 ℃;5.0 ℃·min-1 to 200 ℃, and then retained the temperature at 200 ℃ for three minutes.Result: The GC fingerprints of the volatile oil from Radix Linderae Reflexae was established.Conclusion: This method is simple and reliable,and it can be used for quality control of Radix Linderae Reflexae.  
摘要:Objective:To evaluate the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.by testing the antioxidative activity.Method: The antioxidative activity of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.collected in ten areas was tested by scavenging the free radical of DPPH.And the results of evaluation were compared with the contents of total phenolic acids in the medicinal materials.Result: Antioxidative activities of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.from different areas were not the same.And the more content of the total phenolic acids was,the stronger antioxidative activity was.Conclusion: The method of scavenging DPPH radical was a simple and efficient way to evaluate the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.  
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of rutin in Motherwort Herb and herbs with the same action.Methods: Analyses were carried out on an Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)column at 30℃ eluted with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.5%phosphoric acid(33∶67)and detected at 254 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results: The linear range of rutin was 0.075~0.375 μg·mL-1.The average recovery was 96.62%(RSD=0.99%).Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Motherwort herb and the herbs with the same action.

摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of pulchinenoside B_4 in Qingre Jiedu extract.The analysis was carried out on a Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column eluted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile watercantaining 0.1% phosphoric acid(V∶V=28∶72).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 205 nm.Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.294~1.47 μg for pulchinenoside B4.The average recovery was 99.6% and the RSD was 1.37%.Conclusion:This method is convenient,accurate and repeatable for determination of pulchinenoside B4 in Qingre Jiedu extract.  
摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standard for Qianbai Biyan Tablets for better product quality control.Methods: Climbing groundsel,Semen cassiae,Herba ephedrae were identified by TLC.The content of chrysophanol was determined by HPLC.Results: Climbing groundsel,Semen cassiae,Herba ephedrae were identified by TLC,the spots were clear without interference.The content of chrysophanol was detected by HPLC,with good linearity between 0.054~0.54 μg.The average recovery of chrysophanol was 97.54%,and RSD was 1.57%,respectively.Conclusion:The method developed is accurate and the reproducibility is good.The method can be used to control the quality of Qianbai Biyan Tablets.  
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Chenxiang Huazhi Pills.Methods:The separation was performed on a Shim-Pack CLC-ODS colum(4.6 mm×250 m,5 μm)with acetonitrile-water(21∶79,v/v)as the mobile phase.The wavelength for detection was 283 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result:The results showed a good linearity with the concentration range of(0.024 2)~(0.483 2 mg·mL-1,) and the average recovery was 102.5% with relatively standard deviations of 2.0%.Conclusion:This method was found to be simple,accurate and stable.It can be used for the quality control of Chenxiang Huazhi Pills.  
摘要:Objective: Effects of soil inorganic elements on the contents of inorganic elements and paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra were examined.Methods: The contents of paeoniflorin and inorganic elements of soil and the medicinal material were determined,and the data obtained was analysed by SPSS 13.0.Results: Compared with that grown in Weichang,the Radix Paeoniae Rubra grown in Chicheng contained significantly lower contents of paeoniflorin,Sr and Ca,and higher that of Ni,Cr,Cd and Pb,and it's rhizosphere soil also contained significantly higher contents of Cd,Pb,Cr,Ni,Fe,Co,Cu,As,Zn and Hg.In the medicinal material, the content of paeoniflorin had significantly negative correlation with the contents of three elements(Cd,Pb,Ni),and the contents of four elements(Cd,Pb,Cr,Ni) that had significant correlations every two were negatively correlated with that of Sr.Moreover,for Cd,Pb,Cr,Ni,Se,there were significant correlations between their soil contents and medicinal material contents.Conclusions: Sr could inhibit the uptake of Cd,Pb,Cr and Ni from soil by Radix Paeoniae Rubra,and Ca may have the same action to Cr and Ni.The contents of Cd,Pb,Ni,Cr and Se in the medicine material may be greatly effected by their contents in soil,and the content of paeoniflorin may be effected by the contents of Cd,Pb and Ni in the soil.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the advantages of three kinds of experiment design methods in optimizing the preparation of dispersible tablet.Method:The disintegration time was chosen as the evaluation index of dispersible tablet.The optimal formulation of Yuanhuzhitong Dispersible Table including the extract powder,fillers and disintegrants were established by the mixture design,the central composite design and orthogonal design.Results:The dispersible tablet optimized by the three experiment design methods met the requirements of dispersible tablet.The three experiment design methods have their owner's advantages,but the mixture design is more suitable for optimizing the formulation than other experiment design methods.Conclusion:The mixture design can decrease the times of experiment in optimizing formulation of dispersible tablet,and the result is intuitive and reliable.The mixure design deserves promotion in the research of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective: To establish the optimized preparation of Qitian Dropping Pills.Methods: The preparation conditions,such as the proportion of the extracts and auxiliary material,the temperature of mixture,dripping speed and dripping distance etc.were studied by the orthogonal design and one-way ANOVA with three evaluation parameters including the limit of melting and dispersing time,quality of appearance and discrepancy of pill weight.Results: The optmium dripping condition was as follows: the temperature of mixture was(85 ℃,) the temperature of coolant liquid in canal orifice and at bottom was(25 ℃) and from 5 to(10 ℃,)dripping speed was 50~60 drops per minute,and dripping distance was 8 cm.Conclusion: It has been proved that the procedure is available.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of Shi-re-bi Tablet on T lymphocyte and cytokine network in the adjuvant-induced arthritis SD rats.Methods: Induce the model of adjuvant arthritis in SD rats through the immunization of heat-killed Mycobacterium Tuberculosis H37RA(Mtb).Measure the level of TNF-α and T lymphocyte subsets in the experimental animal's peripheral blood by ELISA.At the same time,measure the level of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10 and VEGF in the synovial tissues of ankle joint in the rheumatoid arthritis rats.Results: Compared with the model group,Shi-re-bi Tablet could raise the level of CD8+ T lymphocyte(P<0.05) and reduce the ratio of CD4+/CD8+(P<0.05),proinflammatory TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6(P<0.01),at the same time,the content of VEGF is reduced(P<0.01) and the level of anti-inflammatory IL-10 is raised(P<0.01).Conclusions: Shi-re-bi Tablet can regulate the balance of T lymphocyte and cytokine network,and thus may be its mechanism for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

摘要:Objective To observe the pharmacodynamic effect of Compound Qingre Granules(QRKL) on acute drug-resistance bacterial infection in rabbit model.Methods Applying abdominal injection of ATCC700603,we created the acute drug-resistance bacterial infection of rabbit model and divided them into five groups: normal(A),model(B),QRKL+ Cefdinir Capsules(C),Cefdinir Capsules(D) and QRKL(E).We observed and recorded rabbits' vital signs,hemogram,immune function and inflammatory mediators,etc.Patho-samples were obtained after being sacrificed.Results QRKL has the significantly pharmacodynamic effect of treating acute drug-resistance bacterial infection.There are more significant effect through integrating traditional Chinese medicine and antibiotic together.Conclusion QRKL can significantly improve the infected rabbits' general conditions,decrease plasma endotoxin level,and regulate cytokines of the acute drug-resistance bacteria infection,while raises nonspecific immunity so as to control the inflammatory reaction and tissue damage and lower the mortality.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of JQYXKL on the hematopoiesis and physical strength in Qi-Xue deficiency mice.Methods: Qi-Xue deficiency in mice was mimicked by directly drawing blood once and forced swimming consecutively for 7 days.Routine blood test was performed for the hematopoiesis analysis.Serum EPO was detected by ELISA methods.Results: After blood drawing and consecutively swimming for 7 days,the red blood cells and hemoglobin concentration decreased comparing with control animals.The same time serum EPO increased after insults.Treatment with JQYXKL enhances the red blood cell and hemoglobin in red blood cells.The swimming time was also increased after JQYXKL treatment.We also found that JQYXKL could further increase the serum EPO of insulted mice.Conclusion:JQYXKL could improve the physical strength of Qi-Xue deficiency mice.It also enhances the blood cells number and hemoglobin concentration,which might come from the effect of improved EPO level.  
摘要:Objective:To study the mechanism of anti-hepatitis B virus by flavonoids extract from milfiol herb,we observed the rate of NF-κB positive cells and activity of GSH-PX on HepG2.2.15 cells in vitro.Method:The rate of NF-κB positive cells and activity of GSH-PX were determined by SABC immunohistochemistry and colorimetry respectively.Result: The rate of NF-κB positive cells increased significantly by treatment of flavonoids extract from milfoil herb at both high and low doses,the activity of GSH-PX increased significantly by treatment of flavonoids extract from milfoil herb at high dose while it increased to some extent for the low dose treatment.Conclusion: The anti-hepatitis B virus effect of flavonoids extract from milfoil herb may be related to increasing of the rate of NF-κB positive cells and the activity of GSH-PX.HepG2.2.15 cells.

摘要:Objective:To explore the significance of expression of MMP-2 in the vertebral artery and the intervenient effects of Compound Chuanji Pills on it.Methods: Forty rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: the normal group,the model group,the Jingfukang(JFK) Group and the Chuanji Pills(CJP)group.The method of injecting sclerosing agent was used to induce the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis in rabbits.Four weeks later,the model group,JFK group and CJP group were treated with sodium chloride,suspension of JFK or suspension of CJP respectivily by intragastric administration.After four weeks of therapy,the pulsatility index of the vertebral artery,the plasma viscosity,the blood viscosity and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in the vertebral artery were detected.Results: The pulsatility index,plasma viscosity,blood viscosity and expression of MMP-2 were significantly higher in the model group than that of normal group(P<0.05);compared with the normal group and the model group,the pulsatility index of the vertebral artery,plasma viscosity,blood viscosity and expression of MMP-2 decreased remarkably in the CJP group(P<0.05).Conclusion: One of the mechanism of CJP in treating of cervical spondylosis might partially inhibit the expression of MMP-2 in the vertebral artery.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Capparis spinosa L.Ointment on treatment for animal models' psoriasis,and to observe its anti-inflammative and itch-relieving actions.Methods: The percentage of the granular cells appeared on squamouis slices of mice tails was analyzed,the mitosis index of vaginal bottom cell in mitosis metaphase chromosome was counted,and times and duration of mice's itching caused by dextran were observed.Auricle swelling caused by xylene and phlogistic exudation of celiac capillary vessel in mice were measured.Results: Capparis spinosa L.Ointment possessed significant promoting effect on the formation of granular layer in mouse tail scale epidermis,showed significant inhibiting effect on mice vaginal epithelial mitosis,marked itch-relieving effect,alleviating effect on mice's auricle swelling induced by xylene and restraining effect on mice's celiac capillary vessel permeability.Conclusion: These results indicate that Capparis spinosa L.Ointment has effect on treatment for psoriasis in mouse models,and it also has effects of anti-inflammation and analgesia on the experiment mice.  
摘要:Objective:To observe anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Chaihuang Compound Granule(CHCG) and its mechanism.Methods:Carrageenan-induced rat paw edema model in rat,acetic acid-induced capillary permeability increase in mouse and sodium carboxy-methylcellulose(CMC-Na)-induced leukocytes increase in mouse were used to study the anti-inflammatory effects.The analgesic effects of CHCG were tested by counting body twisting induced by acetic acid and measuring the latent period of licking hind foot with the hot plate method in mice. The content of IL-1,TNF-α,PGE2 and MDA were measured by ELISA,radio-immunity method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry respectively.Results:CHCG significantly suppressed the carrageenan-induced rat paw edema and leukocyte migration caused by CMC-Na;The content of IL-1,TNF-α,PGE2 and MDA in the inflammatory tissue extracts was significantly decreased,the capillary permeability of mice was also decreased.CHCG also improved the pain threshold of hot-plate test in mice and those injected with acetic acid.Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of CHCG are obvious and it might be associated with the decrease of IL-1,TNF-α,PGE2 and MDA.

摘要:Objective:To explore the protective mechanism of Chinese Herb-Androgrpahis paniculata Nees on the vascular disease of diabetes mellitus(DM) in rat.Methods: The DM rat model was made.Androgrpahis paniculata Nees was given to treatment group.8 weeks later,blood sample was taken to test nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1).Thoracic aortic ring was employed to observe the inhibition by different concentration of Ach to constraction caused by NE.Another part of aorta was used to make slices,SP immunohistochemicae staining was employed to observe the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.Result: Androgrpahis paniculata Nees group obviously decreased plasma ET-1 and increased the level of NO comparied with Diabetes group (P<0.05),but the parameters could not reach the level of the normal control group(P<0.05).The expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 could be obviously inhibited in Androgrpahis paniculata Nees group comparied with diabetes group.But the parameters were obviously higher than normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chinses medicine Androgrpahis paniculata Nees could decrease the level of ET-1 and increase the level of NO in diabetes rats,they have the function of protecting the endothelium of vessel,and could inhibte the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1,acting as the role of anti-atherosclerosis.  
摘要:Objective:Observing the influence of Ronggensheng Capsule on anti-inflammation,analgesic action and detumescence in the adjuvant-induced arthritis rat.Methods:Rat adjuvant arthritis model was established by Freund's complete adjuvant to observe the joint inflammation and swelling;and hot plate and writhing method to observe the Ronggensheng Capsule's analgesic effect in rat.Results: Ronggensheng Capsule could inhibit the rat secondary ankle swelling of arthritis,reduce inflammation index;extend the latent period of licking hind foot in the hot-plate test in mice and significantly reduce the acetic acid-induced writhing number in mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Experiments confirmed that high-dose group and meloxicam had no significant difference.Conclusion:Ronggensheng Capsule has a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect on swelling.

摘要:Objective:To study the pharmacological effects of extract from Andrographis paniculata Nees.Methods:By using antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,expectorant,antiviral,and immunomodulatory experiments,the pharmacological effects of extract from Andrographis paniculata Nees were investigated.Results:The extract from Andrographis paniculata Nees significantly inhibited yeast-induced fever in rats,and it lasted to 6 h.The extract significantly inhibited acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeanbilitly in abdominal cavity of mice, inhibited carrageenin-induced foot swelling and cotton ball granulomatous hyperplasia in rats,suppressed the cough induced by ammonia solution in mice and the cough induced by sodium citrate in guinea pig,decreased the times of cough and increased cough latent period respectively,reduced lung inflammation induced by influenza virus in mice,increased the hemolysin antibody secretion of splenic lymphocyte in mice against the antibody secretion decreasing induced by cyclophosphamide in mice,enhanced phagocyte function of macrophage.Conclusion:The extract from Andrographis paniculata Nees demonstrates the effects of antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,expectorant,antiviral,and immunomodulatory.

摘要:Objective:To research the influence of Jigucao Capsule to rat liver fibrosis,to provide a experimental basis for the expansion of clinical indications.Methods:Rat liver fibrosis model by 40% CCl4(v/v)subcutaneous injection was built up,and intervented with different concentrations of Jigucao Capsule suspensionorally.Results:Jigucao Capsule could improve the liver function of model rat,and increase serum TP,ALB.It could improve the rat serum antioxidant indicators,increase serum SOD content,and reduce the MDA content.It could reduce the pathological changes of the liver damage to show a lower value of liver fibrosis.Conclusion:Jigucao Capsule showed apparent protective effect to rat with liver fibrosis.It could significantly reduce the degree of liver fibrosis.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoyao San and it's splited prescription on the ability of learning and memory,SOD in blood serum,MDA in brain tissue of Alzheimer's Disease(AD) model mice made by D-gal and discuss the function and mechanism that Xiaoyao San defend AD.Methods:Using inject D-gal to make AD model mice while cured by Quanfang group,Shugan Jianpi group,Shugan Yangxue group,Jianpi Yangxue group of Xiaoyao San for 42 days.In the 41st day,make training of ability of learning and memory,in the 42nd day,test ability of learning and memory,then,collect blood and brain tissue to mensurate SOD in blood serum,MDA in brain tissue.Results: Quanfang group,Shugan Jianpi group,Shugan Yangxue group,Jianpi Yangxue group of Xiaoyao San could improve ability of learning and memory and reduce the latency,but Quanfang group was the most obvious.Quanfang group,Shugan Jianpi group,Shugan Yangxue group,Jianpi Yangxue group of Xiaoyao San could increase SOD in blood serum and reduce MDA in brain tissue,but Quanfang group is the most obvious too.Conclusions:Xiaoyao San can amend the behavioral index of AD model mice and that may be relate to antioxidation.
