        摘要：Objective:To determine the contents of baicalin and baicalein in the callus of Scutellaria Baicalensis Cpeorgi.Methods: The HPLC was used.Results:The contents of baicalin and baicalein in the callus of Radix Scutellaria Baicalensis Cpeorgi were 0.39% and 0.051% respectively.Conclusion: The developed method can be used for determination of baicalin and baicalein in the callus of Scutellaria Baicalensis Cpeorgi.

        摘要：Objective:To set up a method for the determination of the total iridoid glycoside in herb medicine of Ajuga decumbens Thunb.Methods: Spectrophotometric method was developed to determine the total iridoid glycoside.8-acetylharpagide was used as the reference substance,the samples were hydrolyzed by acid,2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine ethanol test solution was used as color-developing agent,methanol-water solution of sodium hydroxide as solvent.The maximal absorption wavelength was 586 nm.Results: The absorbance color of 8acetylharpagide and herb sample solutions was stable after the development,there was a good linear relationship in the scope of 0.016 2～0.324 8 mg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of the added reference substance was 101.2% and RSD was 2.0%.Conclusions: The developed method is simple,accurate,reproducible and effective for the quality control of Ajuga decumbens Thunb.

        摘要：Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determiantion of sophoricoside in Diyuhuaijiao pills.Method:Zorbax C18(4.6×150 mm,5 μm) column was adopted with methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(1∶10∶79) as the mobile phase at 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wave length was 260 nm and column temperature was 40 ℃.Results:The average recovery was 99.21% and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.62%.Conclusion:The method is simple,fast,sensitive and can be used for the quality control of Diyuhuaijiao pills.

        摘要：Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of linarin in Jiangtang Mingmu Granule.Methods: Waters symmetry C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used asthe stationary phase,the mixture of acetonitrile-water-TFA(20∶80∶0.1)was served asmobile phase,and its flow rate was 1.2 mL·min-1.The wavelength for detection was 326 nm.Results: The linearity range was(0.050 3～2.012)μg(r=0.999 5.) The average recovery was99.40%(RSD=1.59%).Conclusions: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for determination of Jiangtang Mingmu Granule.

        摘要：Objective:To develop the qualitative and quantitative methods for quality control of Xiegan Anshen pills.Methods: Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Fructus Gardeniae,Radix Scutellariae and Radix Polygalae were identified by TLC.HPLC was used for determination of gentiopicrin.Result: The TLC methods for Xiegan Anshen pills identification were specific with good separation.The linear range for quantitication of gentiopicrin was from(0.010 2) to (0.204 0 mg·mL-1)(r=(0.999 9)) and the mean recovery of gentioporin was 98.2%(RSD=1.2%).Conclusion: These methods were found to be reliable,accurate and specific,they can be used for the quality control of Xiegan Anshen pills.

        摘要：Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of harpagoside in Xiaoerqingyan granule.Method:Samples were separated on a Dikma Diamonsil C18 colum with the mobile phase of methanol-water(45∶55～70∶30,0～40 min) and the detection wavelength was set at 278 nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.944～88.32 μg/ml(r=0.999 9) for harpagoside.The average recovery was 100.5%,RSD=2.78%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is accurate and has good reproducibility.It can be used for quality contral of Xiaoerqingyan Keli.

        摘要：Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Jindan Huoxue Mingmu pill.Methods:The determina-tion was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The column temperature was set at(25 ℃.) The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4(10∶90).The UV detection wavelength was 327 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results:The linear range of chlorogenic acid was within 0.009 2～0.092 mg·mL-1,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 0.97%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple,feasible,and can be used effectively for the quality control of Jindan Huoxue Mingmu pill.

        摘要：Objective:To study the gualitative and quantitative methods of identification and assay Huazhuqingsheng Granules.Methods: The major compounds in this preparation were identified by the thin layer chromatographic methods and the content of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results: Rhubarb、Fleecetlower root and milkvetch root were identified.The linear range of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-Ο-β-D-glucoside was within(0.164 8～3.2960 μg)(r=0.999 6.)The average recovey(n=6) was 99.0%(RSD=3.0%).Conclusion: The identification and determination methods established were specific,and repeatable.It could be used to control the quality of this preparation.

        摘要：Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the wild and cultivated Artemisia annua.Methods: The essential oil was extracted from the aerial part of Artemisia annua by steam distillation.The constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.Results: 24 components were separated and identified which accounted for 78.2% of total volatile oil for the wild species.28 components were separated and identified which accounted for 79.7% of total volatile oil for the cultured species.Conclusion: Both the main components were similar but their relative contents were different.

        摘要：Objective:To establish a method of quick extraction,preparation and identification for rosmarinic acid from Prunella vulgaris.Methods: Rosmarinic acid were prepared from the flower of Prunella vulgaris L.by silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC;The chemical structures were determined by the physical and chemical properties,MS and NMR methods.Results: Rosmarinic acid were prepared quickly and identified.Conclusion: The method is simple,feasible and repeatable,which is a basis for quality control of Prunella vulgaris L.and pharmaceutics of rosmarinic acid.

        摘要：The volatile oil was extracted from the seeds of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxin by steam distillation and its chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS technique.Forty-two compounds were separated and identified,which represented 79.434% of the total relative content of the volatile oil.The biological activity of the volatile oil was screened with A and MTT methods.The experiment results suggested that the volatile oil possessed antibacterial activity against Staphalococus aureus、Escherichia coli,and it could also obviously inhibit the growth of cultured Rhodotorula sp.with a inhibition rate of 90.91% at a concentration of 800 μg·mL-1 and stomach cancer cell line(SGC-7901) with a inhibition rate of 86.13% at a concentration of 50 μg·mL-1.

        摘要：Objective:To investigate the effect of TAN YU TON ZHI(TYTZ) prescription on PON-1 activity and inflammatory factor in atherosclerosis(AS) rabbits.Methods:Rabbits were divided randomly into six groups: normal control group,AS model group,simvastatin group,TYTZ 5,2.5,1.25 g·kg-1 group.The animal model of AS was established with a combined method of aortic balloon-injury and high cholesterol feeding.Rabbits were administrated the drugs 4 weeks after surgery.8 weeks after drug administration,the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,PON-1 activity,CRP and IL-6 were determined.Results:The levels of TC,LDL-C decreased significant in simvastatin and TYTZ 5 g·kg-1 group than those in model group.The PON-1 activity in TYTZ 5,2.5 g·kg-1 group were significant higher than model group.The levels of CRP and IL-6 significant decreased in TYTZ 5,2.5,1.25 g·kg-1 group than those in model group.Conclusions:TYTZ prescription suppresses the development of atherosclerosis by modulating blood lipid,anti-inflammation and protecting PON-1 activity.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the effect of benifying the kidney on the blood pressure and blood flow in spontaneous hypertension rat(SHR).Methods:Sixty SHRs were randomly divided in groups: model control,Qiju Dihuang Wan,Erxian Tang,prescription combination,small dose prescription combination,and benazepril.The dynamic changes in blood pressure and kidney blood flow were observed.Results:The systolic pressure of benazepril,Qiju Dihuang Wan,prescription combination and small dose prescription combination was dropped significantly(P<0.05),among which,the change in systolic pressure of the former three groups was more significant(P<0.01).The kidney blood flow of each treatment group was higher than that in the model control(P<0.01).Conclusions:Prescription combination and Qiju Dihuang Wan can decrease blood pressure in SHR.Qiju Dihuang Wan,Erxian Tang and prescription combination can promote the kidney blood flow.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the effect of essential oils of Atractylodes macrocephala koidz on gastrointestinal function of mice.Methods:The experiments of intestinal propelling and gastric emptying were carried out in normal mice and mice pretreated with atropine,the effects of essential oils of Atractylodes macrocephala koidz on gastrointestinal function were observed at the dosages of 25,50,100 mg/kg.Results:The essential oils had obviously promotion effects on enterokinesia and gastric emptying both in normal mice and the pretreated mice.Conclusions:The essential oils of Atractylodes macrocephala koidz can promote gastrointestinal function.

        摘要：Objective:To find a suitable way of discovering the connection between different combinations of danshensu protocatechualdehyde caffeic acid and their antioxidative capacity.Methods and Results: The Antioxidative capacity was tested by scavenging the free radical of DPPH.And the mathematical model was constructed to describe the connection between different combinations and their antioxidative capacity by the method of LARS regression.Conclusions:LARS regression is one of efficient way to describe the connection between combinations of compounds and pharmaceutical effect.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the effect of Neiyi Pills in rat of endometriosis.Methods:Experimental endometriosis was studied in the female rat.The influences of Neiyi Pills on the volume of endometrial explants and the levels of progestogen and the hemorheological influence were observed.We evaluated Neiyi Pills' action in respects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.Results:Neiyi Pills have the effect of inhibiting the growth of transplanted endometrium.The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in the pharmacodynamic experiment provide evidences for releasing clinical symptoms.Conclusions:Neiyi Pills have the therapeutical effect on endometriosis.

        摘要：Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the external traditional Chinese medicine to treat patients with pressure sore.Methods: relevant literatures were reviewed via database and assessed via randomized controlled trial(RCT) scale.A1l reviewed literatures were assessed via Jadad quality scale.Data statistical analyses were performed by RevMan4.1 software.Results:22 pieces of collected articles of RCT were evaluated(including 1243 patients),the test for heterogeneity:P=0.10,point to these 22 data have homogeneity,so we use the fixed effect model.OR=7.21,95%(5.74,9.05);Z=17.04,P<0.000 01.Conclusion: The outside administers traditional Chinese medicine,which can manifestly raise recovery rates is effective to cure patients with pressure sore,has superiority over the western medicine.

        摘要：Clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent six years was explained from aspects of pathogenesis,pattern classification of TCM and internal and external medication.The result showed a good therapeutic effect of TCM treatment on early stage of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.However,it mainly came from clinical reports in recent years,and was lack of experimental and fundamental studies.So we suggest that more work should be done in experimental and fundamental research area,which may bring better fundamental service for patients.

        摘要：Objective:To summarize the recent reseach state on toxic ingredients of Chinese Herbal medicine with reproductive toxicity.Methods:Literature about toxic ingredients of Chinese Herbal medicine with reproductive toxicity was reviewed.Results:The main ingredients with reproductive toxicity are alkaloids,glycosides,toxoprotein,animal toxins,phenols,heavy metals etc.Conclusions:We should publicize the reproductive toxicity of Chinese herbal medicine and avoid it in clinic as much as possible.
