      摘要:Objective:To establish a quality evaluation method of hawthorn using HPLC fingerprint and multi-ingredient quantification.Method:High-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a ultraviolet detector was used and the samples were performed with a mobile phase composed of phosphoric buffer(adjust pH to 3.0) and acetonitrile.Result:The HPLC fingerprint was established,and five chiromatographic peaks,such as chlorogenic acid,epicatechin,procyanidin B2,isoquercitin,were found in all samples;the contents of chlorogenic acid and epicatechin were in the range of 0.03% to 0.06% and 0.09% to 0.43%,respectively.Conclusion:The method can provide some useful experimental data for quality evaluation of hawthorn.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of quercitrin and menthol in Shuangbaisan,and provide a reference for quality control and the chemical material foundation of Shuangbai preparations.Methods:The content of the quercitrin was determined by HPLC.Eclipse XDB C18 was used,with acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetic acid(16∶84∶2.1)as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 352nm,flow rate at 1mL·min-1,and column temperature at 40 ℃.With Borneolum syntheticum as the internal standard,GC with HP-5 column was used,sampling temperature at 210℃,FID detector temperature at 280℃,temperature programming started at 50 ℃,held for 2 min,increased at a rate of 60 ℃·min-1 to 120 ℃,held for 5 minites,increasd at a rate of 10 ℃·min-1 to 150 ℃,then increased at a rate of 60 ℃·min-1 to 235 ℃ and kept it for 10 minites,low rate at 1.1 mL·min-1,spilt ratio was 1∶1.Results: Good linearity for Quercitrin and Menthol were in the rang of 0.020 48~1.228 8 μg(r>=0.999 9) and 0.002 73~0.087 36 μg(r>=0.999 5),respectively.The average recoveries were 97.20%(RSD=1.75 %) for quercitrin and 99.97%(RSD=2.88%[0]) for menthol.The concents of quercitrin and menthol in Shuangbaisan were 0.851 9~1.286 3 mg·g-1、0.068 3~0.855 6 mg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion:This method is reliable and simple,which provides a reference for the quality control of Shuangbaisan.

      摘要:Objective:To develop a rapid HPLC method for determination of dl-tetrahydropalmatine and imperatorin in Yuanhuzhitong dispersible tablet.Method:dl-tetrahydropalmatine and imperatorin were extracted by reflux extraction method with methanol.A kromasil C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(pH was adjusted to 6.0 by triethylamine)(41∶13∶46)at the detection wavelength of 280 nm.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 at the column temperature of 40 ℃.Results:The dl-tetrahydropalmatine peak and imperatorin peak can be separated perfectly.The negative samples were not found interference in this condition.The method is accurate.Conclusion:The method is suitable for the determination of dl-tetrahydropalmatine and imperatorin in Yuanhuzhitong dispersible tablet.

      摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standard for chongshen xiaoyan capsule.Methods:Rhizoma Paridis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Sophorae Flavescentis were identified by TLC;The content of matrine was determined by HPLC in this preparation.NUCLEOSIL-NH2 column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of Acetonitrile-Ethanol-water wich 3% phosphoric acid(80∶10∶10).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was at 25 ℃.The detection wave length was at 220 nm.Results:The spots on TLC plates were clear without indeference in the blank reference.The linear range of matrine was 0.433 2~2.166 0 μg,r=0.999 45.The average recovery of matrine was 100.54% and RSD was 1.85%.Conclusion:The methods of identification and quantification is easy,accurate and reproducible.It can be used effectively for the quality control of this preparation.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a capillary gas chromatography(GC) method for the determination of patchouli alcohol in Huoxiangzhengqi Liquid.Methods: The samples was determined by capillary GC,the chromatographic system was as follows: A column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm) was used Column temperature was controlled by programming: the initial temperature 170 ℃,held for 3 min,and then rose at a rate of 1 ℃·min-1 up to 182 ℃ for 1 min,finally,rose at a rate of 60 ℃·min-1 up to 275 ℃,holding for 5 min.The inlet temperature and the detector temperature were 280 ℃.The flow rate of carrier gas(Nitrogen) was 0.6 mL·min-1 and n-octadecand was used as internal standard.Results: A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.041 1~0.411 2 mg·mL-1,Y=2.94X+0.012 8,r=0.999 2.The average recovery was 97.67% with a RSD of 1.48%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Huoxiangzhengqi Liquid.

      摘要:Objective: To study the main components of volatile oil from Artemisia argyi Lev1.et Vant.of Guangxi.Methods: The volatile oil were extracted by steam distillation.The main components of volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.Results: Sixtyseven components,96.5% of total content had been identified.Conclusions: The study can be provided a scientific basis for further development and utilization of volatile oil of Artemsia argyi from Guangxi.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize the preparation technique of Liuweidihuang Dropping Core Pills.Methods:The preparation procedure of Dropping Core Pills was divided into two steps.First,the dropping pills were prepared with the extracts of Cortex Moutan and Rhizoma Alismatis,meanwhile,the conditions were optimized using combination index by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.Second,the dropping pills as mother nucleus were enveloped in the mixed materials and adjuvants.Finally,Liuweidihuang Dropping Core Pills were produced after forming、poudrage、arescent,、selecting、coating.Results: The optimized preparation conditions are as follow: PEG10000+PEG6000(1∶10) is optimal bases and bases: drugs≥2∶1,(10 ℃) simethicone is condensate,Dropping temperature is(85 ℃) and dropping distance is 5 cm.The optimal adhesive is glycerin:95% ethanol=1∶9.Conclusion: The method of Liuweidihuang Dropping Core Pills preparation is reliable.The preparation procedure is controllable and easier to disintegrati.It is suitable for Traditional Chinese Medicine including liposoluble,evaporability components.It is a good method which can prevent loss of content.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the in vitro release and transdermal permeability between Zuojin micro-emulsive gel and Zuojin aqueous gel.Methods: Improved Franz diffusion cell was adopted to research the in vitro release and permeability difference between the two kinds of gels in mouse skin,and HPLC was used to determined the contents of evodiamine,rutaecarpine,palmatine and berberine in the receiving solutions.Result: The release rate of rutaecarpine in the aqueous gel was higher than that of micro-emulsive gel;and the release rate of evodiamine in micro-emulsive gel was higher than that of the aquous gel.The release of palmatine and berberine was no significant difference between two kind of gels.The permeation rate of evodiamine,palmatined and berberine in micro-emulsive gel was 10 times,36 times and 26 times higher than those in the aquous gel respectively.The permeation rate of rutaecarpine in the aqueous gel was 1.6 times higher than that in the micro-emulsive gel.The release and penetration process of four compounds in two kinds of Zuojin gels conformed to zero kinetic equation.Conclusion: Micro-emulsive gel could significantly enhance the transdermal permeability of compound.

      摘要:Objective: To study the optimal conditions of the water extracting and alcohol precipitation techniques for Eczema Spray.Methods: The content of Matrine were used as the assessment markers.The water extracting and alcohol precipitation techniques for Eczema Spray was optimized with orthogonal design experiment.Results: The optimal technological parameters of the alcohol precipitation techniques for Cynanchum paniculatum and Radix sophorae flavescentis were as follows: the ratio between medicinal materials and solvent is 1 to 0.57,the percentage of alcohol is 70%,and the time of alcohol precipitation is 12 hours.Conclusion: The optimized extract conditions are reasonable and feasible,and it provides foundation for pre-preparation of crude material of eczema spray's industrialize production.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the water extracting technology for Pingzhi capsule and establish a ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the determination of total anthraquinones in Pingzhi capsule.Method: The extracting technology of Pingzhi Capsule was optimized by orthogonal experiment with total anthraquinones and the yield of extrac as the markers.Color reaction(Borntragers reaction) occurs sensitively when anthraquinones are in the albaline solution,producing stably red or purple-red color.The absorption value of the colored sample solution was measured at 524 nm.Results: The optimum extracting condition was adding 10 times water and extracting 1.5h/time for 3 times.The calibration curve indicated that the absorptivity was linearly correlated with the concentration of 1,8-dihydroxy anthraquinone in the range of 3.2~16 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 6). The average recovery of 1,8-dihydroxy anthraquinone was 99.17% and RSD was 2.01%.Conclusion: The technology is stable and easy to be operated.The method of direct ultraviolet spectrophotometry is accurate,sensitive,quick and cost effective and it can be used to determine total anthraquinones in Pingzhi capsule.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects and mechanism of chromones from Saposhnikovia divaricata on collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) in rats.Method: Wistar rats were intradermally injected with type II bovine collagen at the base of the tail.Rats were treated daily with oral administration of different doses of chromones from Saposhnikovia divaricata from day 3 before the day of the induction of arthritis to day 35,Clinical symptoms as well as clinical scores and incidence were observed.All rats were sacrificed on day 35 after immunization to observe radiologic and histopathologic changes.Antibody to type II collagen was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,the serum levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and IL-6 were determined using radioimmunoassay.Result: Treatment with chromones resulted in significant delay of onset of arthritis,as well as significant decrease in arthritis incidence,clinical arthritis severity score,radiographic and histopathological arthritis severity scores,Histopathological examination demonstrated that chromones significantly reduced the inflammatory responses,cartilage damage and bone erosion in the joint tissues.Radiologic changes in the arthritic joints were also significantly reduced in the chromones-treated versus vehicle-treated rats.Chromones inhibited the serum levels of IgG and IgM,TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6.Conclusion:These results suggest that chromones from Saposhnikovia divaricata contribute to an amelioration of arthritis severity in CIA and the mechanisms of chromones on RA might be in part,related to the inhibited activities of the pro-inflammatory cytokines.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Shugan-liangxue prescription(SGLX) from traditional Chinese medicine combined with anastrozole(ANA) on the serum estradiol(E2) level and bone metabolism in ovariectomized(OVX) Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats.Methods:The postmenopausal animal model was established after OVX and testified by vaginal smear method.Six-month SD rats were randomly divided into model,SGLX,ANA,ANA+SGLX,alendronate sodium(AL) and sham groups.After 16 weeks intragastric administration,the bone mineral density(BMD) of lumbar vertebra and femur were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry.The serum E2,bone gla protein(BGP) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) were detected by radioimmunoassay and bone alkaline phosphatase(BAP),carboxyterminal propeptide of type Ⅰprocollagen(PICP),pyridinoline(PYD),tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP)and cross-linked carboxyterminal telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen(ICTP) were determined by ELISA.Results: Serum E2 level decreased in SGLX,ANA and ANA+ SGLX groups compared with the model group(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),BMD had no significant difference compared with the model.In ANA+SGLX group,serum BGP level increased,PYD and PGE2 declined significantly compared with ANA group(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01).PYD decreased greatly in SGLX and AL groups compared with the model(P<0.001,P<0.001).Conclusions: This study showed that SGLX combined with ANA decreased the serum E2 level,meanwhile had the effect to relieve the side reaction of bone induced by ANA.

      摘要:Objective:To identify chemical entity of antipyretic action in Herba Artemisiae Annuae.Method: Chemical fractions and compounds from leaves of Herba Artemisiae Annuae.were extracted and isolated systematically and tested on pyretic rats induced by yeast.Those antipyretic effects were determinated and analysed.Results: A fraction and some compounds(arteannuinic acid,artemisinin B,scopoletin) from Herba Artemisiae Annuae.were of antipyretic effect.Conclusion: Antipyretic action of Herba Artemisiae Annuae.depends on the integration effect of its active ingredient group.

      摘要:Objective:Study the protection of Radix Angelicae Sinensis on liver injury caused by the carbon tetrachloride.Methods: 50 mice were randomly divided into five groups,with were contrast group(Ⅰ),model group(Ⅱ),low dose of Radix Angelicae Sinensis group(Ⅲ),moderate dose(Ⅳ) and high dose(V).Group Ⅲ~Ⅴ were given water extracting-alcohol precipitating solution of Radix Angelicae Sinensis according to the dose of 5,10,20 g·kg-1 by subcutaneous injection respectively,and other two groups were given normal saline at the same volume dose for 6 days.At two hours after the last administration,group Ⅱ~Ⅴwere given the 0.1% paraffin oil solution of carbon tetrachloride by intraperitoneal injection,all the mice were sacrificed after 24 hours and to observe the change of liver tissue(especially mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum) with electron microscope.Results: Injury degree of mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum of liver intracellular in Radix Angelicae Sinensis groups were obviously alleviativer than that of the model group.Conclusion: Water extracting-alcohol precipitating solution of Radix Angelicae Sinensis has the function of protecting the mice's acute liver injury caused by carbon tetrachloride.

      摘要:Objective:To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Qingxianfang for anti-hepatic fibrosis.Method: Hepatic fibrosis of Wistar rat was established by injecting CCl4 and divided them into groups marked "model","Qingxianfang" and "colchicines".Another group of normal rat was used as "control".After eight weeks of treatment,an observation of hepatic fibrosis is carried on by using HE and Masson pigmentation,immunohistochemistry and detecting the expression of collagen type I,type Ⅲ.TGF-β1 mRNA expression in hepatic tissue was determined by RT-PCR.Result: The collagen type Ⅰ,type Ⅲ and the expression of TGF-β1 mRNA reduced significantly in treatment group.Conclusion: Qingxianfang is effective for easing the liver damage and hepatic fibrosis condition in rats.The mechanism may be relative to the restraining of TGF-β1 expression in the liver.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Taohongxiaozheng(THXZ)Powder on the expression of ER,PR and PCNA in the Rat Model of uterine leiomyoma.Methods: The rat model of uterine leiomyoma was established by the method of estrogen and progesterone load.The radioimmuno assay was used to detect the level of serum estrogen and progesterone,the pathological changes in the uterus were observated,and the expression of ER,PR and PCNA of smooth muscle cells were detected by immunohistochemistry technique.Results: The level of serum sex hormone and the expression of ER,PR and PCNA in the model group increased obviously compared with normal group.Comparing with the model group,THXZ Powder could decrease the level of serum sex hormone,improve the organizational structure of the uterus,inhibit the expression of ER,PR and PCNA of smooth muscle cells.Conclusion:The results suggest that THXZ Powder have therapeutic effects of uterine fibroids,which may be related to the regulation of sex hormone and the inhibition of the expression of ER,PR and PCNA of smooth muscle cells.

      摘要:Objective:To study the protective effects of Cyclovirobuxine D exposed to hypoxia-reoxygenation injury on the cultured myocardial cells and effect of intracellular free Ca2+ concentration on rat acute isolated cardiomyocytes.Methods: The hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R) injury model of cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes was develop.Myocardial cells beating rate,cell viability,CK were measured.Rat acute isolated cardiomyocytes was measure intracellular free Ca2+concentration by calcium fluorescent probe Fluo-3/AM and laser confocal microscope.Results: Compared with H/R group,beating rate,cell viability of H/R+CVB-D was significantly increased.Compared with H/R group,CK of H/R+CVB-D was significantly reduced.In Tyrode CVB-D can elevate [Ca2+]]i,its peak values which indicate that the level of [Ca2+]]i act in an dose-dependent.[Ca2+]iwas also signficantly higher in Tyrode than that in no calcium Tyrode(P<0.05).In no calcium Tyrode with ryanodine,CVB-D had no effect on level of [Ca2+]]i compared with group of no calcium Tyrode(P>0.05).Conclusion: CVB-D could protect cultured cardiomyocytes against H/R injury.CVB-D was found to increase rat acute isolated intracellular free Ca2+ concentration.The increasing of [Ca2+]]i was caused by releasing from intracellular stores and extracellular Ca2+ influx.

      摘要:Objective:To study the Anti-heat-stress activity and related mechanisms of total coumarins(TCs)from Artemisia annua.Methods: Heat stress rabbit model caused by high temperature and high humidity was used and rectal temperature(Tr) responses,PLA2 activity in blood and lung,circulating endothelial cells(CECs) were measured,moreover,Na+,K+-ATPase activity in brain,kedney and heart in rabbits was assayed,gasping time after decapitation in mice was observed after treatment of total coumarins(TCs) from Artemisia annua.Results: Administration of TCs reduced the rise of rectal temperature and CECs in heat stress rabbits,inhibited the activity of the PLA2 and Na+,K+-ATPase,increased the gasping time in mice.Conclusion: Coumarins are one of anti-heat-stress active fractions in Artemisia annua.

      摘要:Objective:To outlines the interaction between herbs metabolism and CYP450.Methods:Refer to more than 100 piece of literatures about CYP450 and sum up the article from conception of CYP450,study methods of CYP450,metabolism interaction and herbs metabolism.Results:study methods of CYP450 include methods in vitro and in vivo,and alteration in enzymic activity of CYP450 is reason of metabolism interaction.Conclusions:CYP450 plays an important role in drug metabolism;herbs have complicated ingredients and are reported to revoke some drug interaction often.The reason why drug interaction are caused by herbs is because these herbs affect activity or protein expression of CYP450 in organism and result in alteration of metabolism involved CYP450 of drugs thus to cause adverse drug reaction.

      摘要:The classification of sleep disorders in Parkinson disease has no international criterion at present.However,the foreign scholars incline to classify them into four types: insomnia,rapid eye movement behaviour disorder,excessive daytime sleepiness and sleep attacks.The sleep disorders in Parkinson disease are influenced by the disease's disturbance on the sleep central structures and transmitters,the Parkinson motor symptoms,the treatment-related and the psychiatric symptoms,the autonomic dysfunction and gene mutation and so on.To review types,the etiology,pathogenesis,the clinical major strategics of treatment of sleepiness in Parkinson disease,which is an To improve the recognition of clinicians for sleep disorders in Parkinson disease and the quality of life of the patients,the non-motor complications of Parkinson disease,including the types,the etiology,the pathogenesis and the clinical strategies of treatment,is reviewed.

      摘要:Golden Cabinet's Kidney Qi Pill is one of famous formulae still used widely in TCM clinic now,in recent years the papers about its clinical applications are over one hundred with enlarged indications.However, doctors always consider it as Yang-Supplementing formulae,even in the textbook of TCM universities now,and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata and Ramulus Cinnamomi are believed as the principal drugs.This paper analyses Golden Cabinet's Kidney Qi from the characteristics of Zang-Fu and reasonable combination.In fact,kidney Qi is transformed from Yin-essence,and should supply Yin-essence first in order to supply kidney Qi.The ingredients and combinations of the kidney Qi Pill can't complete the demands of kidney Yang-Supplement.Our Conclusion is that Golden Cabinet's Kidney Qi Pill is a representative formula of kidney Qi-Supplement,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata should be the principal drug.
