        摘要：Objective: To optimize the matrix formulation of Aitong cataplasm. Methods: The initial viscosity, peel strength and appearance score were used as indexes. Uniform design U17(1716) was used to optimize the matrix cataplasm formulation. Results: the optimum matrix cataplasm ratio was as folloued:Sodium polyacrylate ∶ Gelatin ∶ kaolin ∶ Gan aluminum hydroxyl ∶ Castor oil ∶ Glycerol ∶ PVA = 6.46 ∶6.0 ∶4.1 ∶0.08 ∶0.1 ∶56 ∶0.05. Conclusion: The Aitong Cataplasm prepared in the optimum conditions has a good scalability, the smooth appearance, moderate viscosity, good moisture retention and good compatibility with Aitong Cataplasm powder.

        摘要：Objective: To investigate the effects of various coating parameters on release of a pH-dependent sustained release tablet of tegaserod maleate. Methods : Coating parameters, such as coating temperature, rotation speed of coating pan, spray pressure, spray rate, spray distance and coating solution temperature, were evaluated and the release was in vestigated by similarity factor. Results : Coating temperature significantly affected drug release while other parameters hed on obvious influence on drug release. Conclusion : Optimal coating parameters were as followed: coating temperature of 30 ℃, rotation speed of 25 rpm, spray pressure of 0.6 MPa, spray rate of 5 mL·min-1, spray distance of 17 cm and coating solution temperature of 30 ℃.

        摘要：Objective: To establish the dissolution determination method of Zhongjiefeng dispersible tablets. Methods: HPLC method was developed for the detennination of isofroxiti the dissolution of Herba Sarcandrae extract dispersible tablets. Results: The accumulation release percentage in 5 minutes is not lower than 70% of the indication quantity. Conclusion: The the differences of the accumulation release percentage were shown in identical batch and the different batches samples. This method can be used for the quality control of Herba Sarcandrae extract dispersible tablets.

        摘要：Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Tongsaimai pellet. Method :The separation was performed on Zorbax 80A Extend-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile water with 0.1% phosphoric acid by gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 0.7 mL·min-1. The detecti wavelength was at 276 nm.The column temperature was at 30 ℃,the data were processed by fingerprint similarity evaluation software. Results: A standard HPLC fingerprint for Tongsaimai pellet with 21 common peaks was established.The similarity of 10 batches of Tongsaimai pellet was not lower than 0.984,The adscription of 21 common peaks was by comparing single herb or negative preparation with Tongsaimai pellet. Conclusion : This method can be used for quality control of Tongsaimai pellet.

        摘要：Objective:To establish a method for determination of gallic acid in [WTBX]Saxifraga stolonifera Curt.Method: The analysis was performed on a Kromasil C18 column, with the mixture of methanol and water with 0.1% phosphoric acid(10[DK]∶90)as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 271 nm.Result: The linear range of gallic acid was 0.117 2~0.703 2 μg. The average recovery was 96.48%. Conclusion:The method is simple and repeatable, and it co uld be used for the quantitative analysis of gallic acid in Saxifraga stolonifera Curt.

        摘要：Objective: The essential oi1 from Murraya kwangsiensis (Huang) Huang in Guangxi was analyzed by GC-MS. Methods :The essential oi1 was extracted from Murraya kwangsiensis (Huang) Huang by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of essential oil were identified by GC-MS and their relative contents were calculated by area normalization method. Results: More than 50 compounds were separated by GC and 36 of them were identified, which accounted for over 90% of the peak areas of essential oil.The major components wore geranial(19.33%),neral(17.26%),geranyl acetate (11.27%), citronellal(11.12%) and etc. Conclusion :The volatile oils mainly consisted of terpenes,aldehydes,hydrocarbon.The present experiments provided a scientific basis for the further exploitation and utilization of this herb.

        摘要：Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in Compound Baifu Pellicles. Methods: Analysis was conducted on a XTerra RP18 radial compression column with a mobile phase of methanol-0.34％KH2PO4 solution-triethylamine (52 ∶48 ∶0.2). Results: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 8.032~80.32 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 99.25％(RSD=1.10％,n=6);The linear range of dexamethasone sodium phosphate was 3.984~39.84 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 98.10％(RSD=1.32％,n=6). Conclusion :This method was simple and feasible for the quality control of Compound Baifu Pellicles.

        摘要：Objective :To establish HPLC and Thiocyanate methods for the determination of Ester-alkaloids and HgS in Ershiwuweishanhu pills. Methods: Phenomenex Luna C18(2)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)column was used and the mixture of CH3OH—0.05 mol·L-1KH2PO4—CH3COOH—(CH3)2CHOH (67∶173∶4∶4) was used as the mobile phase: The flow rate was at 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 230 nm. The column temperature was at 35 ℃. Results: The calibration curvey of aconitine was Y=6.974×105X-28.1 and the linear range was from 0.096 to 0.480 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recoverys of aconitine was 93.1% with RSD=2.1%. Conclusion: The method is accurate reliable and reproducible. It be used to can control ester-alkaloids and limited HgS in Ershiwuweishanhu pills.

        摘要：Objective:To study chemical constituents of Mosla chinensis'jiangxiangru'.Method:Silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and MPLC were employed for the isolation and purification.The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical methods.'Result:'Twelve compounds were identified as follows:β-D-Glucopyranosyl indole-3-carboxylic acid (1),carvacrol(2),thymoquinol-2-O-β-glucopyranoside(3), thymoquinol-5-O-β-glucopyranoside(4), thymoquinol-2,5-O-β- diglucopyranoside(5),luteolin(6),negletein(7),syringic acid(8),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(9),dibutyl terephthalte(10),oleanolic acid(11),β-sitosterol(12). Conclusion:these compounds were isolated for the first time from Mosla chinensis[WTBZ] 'jiangxiangru'. Among them,3-carboxyindole-β-glucopyranosid , thymoquinol-2-O-β-glucopyranoside, thymoquinol-5-O-β-glucopyranoside, thymoquinol-2,5-O-β-diglucopyranoside have not been previously described in genus Mosla .

        摘要：Object: To screen the effective components of Maimendong Recipe and Qianjinweijing recipe with the efficacy evaluation. Methods: The effective parts which were extracted from these recipes by chemical methods, lung cancer H460 cell line and HFL-I cell line were cultured as model and assayed by MTT method respectively for the preliminary screen. Cell lines colony formation capacity was measured by monoclonality as well as cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry to estimate the screened components.Cell apoptosis was shown by Hoechst 33258 staining in cell morphology. Results: Extraction 6 can inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells significantly without influence on fibroblast cells’ activity(HFL-I). Conclusions: Extraction 6 of Maimendong recipe and Qianjinweijing recipe are the effective components against lung cancer cells, can be isolated and screened with further studies.

        摘要：Objective :Experimental Study of DanzhiJiangtang Capsule(DJC)’s Effect on diabetic rats induced by low-dose streptozotocin (STZ) and high-energy diet. Preadipocyte factor-1 mRNA’s expression was used for observation. Methods: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group and treatment groups(rosiglitazone maleate group and DJC group), Normal diet was used to feed the blank group. Model group and treatment groups were injected with STZ and fed high-calorie feed. Total RNA was extracted from omental adipose tissue using RT-PCR amplified pref-1 gene fragment to detect the level of its expression. Results: DJC lowered the FIns content of model rats, reducing the expression of pref-1mRNA to improve the ISI. Conclusion: DJC has the effect of significant improvement for experimental diabetes on rat adipose differentiation. It indicates pref-1 may be a target for the treatment of typeⅡ diabetes.

        摘要：Objective:To investigate the effect mechanism of Zhinao Capsule in treating Alzheimer disease and effect on brain-derived neurotrophic factors (BDNF) and tyrosine protein kinase receptors in the tissue of experimental rat model of Alzheimers disease. Methods:Male Wistar rats were divided randomly into 7 groups: (1)normal group; (2)Sodium Chloride group; (3)model group;(4) huperzine A group; (5)low dose group of Zhinao Capsule; (6)middle dose group of Zhinao Capsule; (7) high dose group of Zhinao Capsule. According to "Brain stereotaxic atlas of rats ",animal models of Alzheimer dementia were established by injecting IBO into Meynert basal nuclear. The content of BDNF and TrkB receptor in brain tissue (cortex and hippocampus) were detected by means of ELISA. Results:Compared with model group, Zhinao Capsule could significantly enhance the content of BDNF as well as its TrkB receptor in the cortex and hippocampus of the rats (P<0.05). The performance of high, middle dose of Zhinao Capsule, and huperzine A treated group in improving the content of BDNF and TrkB in brain tissue was higher than low dose group of Zhinao Capsule(P<0.05). The performance of high, middle dose group of Zhinao Capsule was not higher than that in huperzine A group(P(0.05). Conclusions: Zhinao Capsule has the function of improving the learing-memory ability in model rats, its function mechanism mainly is that Meynert basal neuclea synthesize acetylcholine, transporting more acetylcholine to cortex and hippocampus. Zhinao Capsule can improve the neurons who synthesize BDNF content and express more TrkB receptors.

        摘要：Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid concentrated in the serum of SD rats treated by Yangyin Tongnao Granules(YTG)decoction. Methods: SD rats serum containing Chinese herbal formula by intragastric administrating YTG was prepared. The determination was carried out with HPLC, using phenomenex GEMINI-C18 column, methanol, and3% acetic acid (32∶68) was used as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, and at the detection wave length of 323 nm. Results: The calibration curve showed a good linearity over the range of 0.33~10.56 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 2). and the average recovery for 96.41%, RSD=2.36% (n=6), RSD=2.04% was less within day and RSD=5.04% was less than 10% day-to-day. and the minimum detection amount was 2.6ng and the minimum detection concentrations in serum was 0.075 μg·mL-1, when the signal-to-noise ratio S/N=3. Conclusion: This method was rapid, sensitive, stable and exact, It was appropriate for the quantitative determination of ferulic acid in the rat serum.

        摘要：Objective: To observe the effects of Huoxue Xifeng recipe (HXR) on neuronal apoptosis and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in brain tissue after focal cerebral infarction(FCI) in rats. Methods: 40 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into five groups: sham group, model group, HXR group(20,10,5 g·kg-1 as high,moderate and low dose respectively). The model of FCI was established based on the principle of photo-chemical initiation of thrombosis. Intragastric administration of HXR continued 7 days before modeling and stoped the administration 24 h after the modeling. TUNEL technique was used to examine neuronal apoptosis, immunohistochemical and confocal laser scanning microscope methods to examine the expression level of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in brain tissue. Results: Compared with the model group, the apoptosis of neural cells and the expression of Bax protein significantly decreased in the HXR groups. However, the expression of Bcl-2 protein and Bcl-2/Bax ratio increased significantly ( P ＜0.01 or P ＜0.05). Conclusion: HXR has a action of resisting neuronal apoptosis for FCI in rats, the mechanism of neuroprotection may be related to increase in Bcl-2 expression, decrease in Bax expression and increase in Bcl-2/Bax expression ratio.

        摘要：Objective: To observe the long-term toxicity induced by Banfo Nanometer pellets in rats. Methods: The rats were orally given Banfo Nanometer pellets doses of 10.0 g·kg-1,5.0 g·kg-1,2.5 g·kg-1 (100, 50 and 25 times of clinic dose) for 90 days. And rats were observed for 14 days after drug withdrawal. The rat’s weights, organ coefficients, the indexes of hematology and biochemistry were determined. Pathological examinations were carried out. Results: The outer appearance and behavior, weights, organ coefficient, the indexes of hematology and biochemistry in drug groups had not shown significant difference by comparing with the control group. The pathological examination did not reveal significant pathological changes and delayed toxicity related to the drug. Conclusions: Banfo Nanometer pellets has no significant toxicity for long-term administration in rats. It infers that the clinical dose would be safe.

        摘要：Objective: To observe the effects of Feilongqianlieshuang Dropping Pill(FDP) on acute bacterial prostatitis(ABP)model in rat. Method :Animal model of ABP in rat was established through injecting E.coli into the prostate.Then the volume of the emiction, the count of bacteria, white blood cell in prostate fluid and the density of lecithin body were investigated. Results :FDP could inhibit the volume of the emiction and the count of bacteria, significantly restrain the increasing of white blood cell in prostate fluid and reducing the density of lecithin body.And to same extent,FDP is effective for bacteriostasis in vitro. Conclusion : FDP has some therapeutic effects on ABP model in rats.

        摘要：Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect and possible mechanism of total saponins of Psammosilene tunicoids (TSPT) for further reveal the mechanism of its antiarthritic effects. Methods: The method of hot plate was used to value the primary analgesic effect of TSPT and the c-fos gene expression was investigated by immunohistochemical method in tissues from adjuvant-induced arthritis(AA) rats. Results : TSPT showed obvious analgesic effects and when administration dose reaching 10 mg/kg, this effect approached alidine and surpassed the positive control of Fengshinin injection. Further more, TSPT could obviously suppress the c-fos gene expression both in center and periphery tissues in adjuvant-induced arthritis rats. Conclusion: TSPT has good analgesic effects and this effect might closely relate to c-fos gene expression both in center and periphery tissues in AA rats. This study would help to further investigate the possible mechanism of anti-rheumatoid arthritis for TSPT.

        摘要：Objective: To discuss effects of prescriptions for esophageal carcinoma in different concentrations on the proliferation of esophageal carcinoma cell line EC9706 stimulated by hEGF; to discuss inhibition mechanism of the prescriptions on esophageal carcinoma EC9706 cells stimulated by hEGF from the view of growth signal transduction. Methods: Human esophageal carcinoma cell line EC9706 cultured in vitro treated with hEGF and Qigesan(Q), Shashenmaidongtang(S), Tongyoutang(T) and Buqiyunpitang(B) , cells proliferation is assayed by MTT, cells proliferation and cells cycle are measured by FCM. Associated proteins within growth signal pathway mediated by PLC-γ1 were determined by western blot. Results: The half maximum inhibition rates(IC50) of Q, S and T are 849, 1 004, 1 615 μg·mL. These 3 prescrip- tions could inhibit associated proteins expression within signal pathway mediated by PLC-γ1, the effects of T and Q were better than S. Conclusion: Q S and T could inhibit cells proliferation stimulated by hEGF. The inhibition of B is very weak. The prescriptions influence EC9706 cells proliferation by inhibiting proteins expression associated with growth signal pathway mediated by PLC-γ1.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the relationship between different component compatibilities of Suanzaoren decoction(SZRD) and their effects of anti-anxiety, so as to discuss the material basis of the effect. Methods: 6 components of Suanzaoren decoction were formulated according to orthogonal meter and got SZRDⅠ~SZRDⅧ, adopting the international common-used anxiety animal model with the elevated plus-maze test(EPM), the effect of component compatibilities on behavior of mouse was observed. And the effects of all different components on percentage of open arm entries (OE%) and of times spent in the open arms (OT%) were analyzed. Results: OE% and OT% of SZRDⅠ and SZRDⅥ mice were both higher than that of control group(P<0.05),OE% of SZRDⅢ and SZRDV groups were higher than that of control group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between every group and control group about total number entries (OE+CE) (P>0.05). There was no significant difference about the index between SZRDⅥ and SZRDⅠ group. Components C only effected OE% significantly(negative,P<0.05),components E only effected OT% significantly(positive,P<0.05), others had no significant effect. Conclusions: SZRDⅥ had close relationship with anti-anxiety effect besides the recipe SZRDⅠ including all components, both of them have the effect of anti-anxiety. Different component compatibilities of Suanzaoren decoction are of certain pertinence to their anti-anxiety function, in which synergism and antagonism were affirmed. Components B and E had synergism in the respect of anti-anxiety. Polysaccharide and flavonoids of Suanzaoren decoction are probably the material basis of anti-anxiety.

        摘要：Objective: To observe and compare anti-tumor affects of different reinforcing spleen and stomach recipes and discuss its function mechanism. Methods :Human esophagus cancer cell line Eca 109 and liver cancer cell line HepG2 were in vitro cultured.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) were isoluted and cultured. MTT and Alamar Blue method were used to detect cell growth. Inhibitory effect of Liujunzi decoction (S), Sijunzi decoction (F), Erchen decoction (T) on Eca109 and the HepG2 cells growth and activation effect on the PBMC were observed and compared. PBMC activation by S, F, T to Eca109 and the HepG2 cell survival influence were compared simultaneously. Results :The three recipes all can inhibit Eca109 and the HepG2 cells growth to various degree and in a dose-dependent manner. T function is strongest, S the next best The inhibitory action of three recipes on Eca109 cell stronger than to HepG2 cell, but there was no statistical difference. The three recipes all have activation function to PBMC in various degree, F is the strongest, S the next best. PBMC activated has the obvious inhibitory action to Eca109 and the HepG2 growth.Conclusion:The reinforcing spleen and stomach recipes including Liujunzi decoction, Sijunzi decoction, Erchen decoction may play its anti-Eca109 and the HepG2 cell effect through two ways ,one is to suppress the tumour cell growth directly ,the other is to adjust the immunity . T suppresses the tumour cell growth strongly, F activates the PBMC function significantly.

        摘要：Objective: To establish a method for assay of homocysteine in rats plasma with High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Electrochemical Detector. Methods: Plasma homocysteine was reduced by dithiothreitol, separated on reverse phase ODS2 column with 10% methanol mobile phase and detected on ESA 5600 electrochemical detector. Results: The method showed excellent linearity over the concentration range 0.1~100 μmol·L-1 of Hcy (r=0.999 3,n=7). The recoveries of analytes were from 96.79 %~104.40 %. The precisions, and the stability of the analytes meet the requirements. Conclusion: The established method show high sensitivity and good reproducibility,which make it suitable to determine Hcy level in rats plasma.

        摘要：Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of the Biyan oral liquid in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: Fifty-six subjects in treatment group were treated with Biyan Oral Liquid and another 56 cases in control group were treated with Biyankang tablets, for two courses with fourteen days in each.A global evaluation with symptom scores before treatment and 7,14,28 d after treatment was made. Results :An improvement was shown each observation target record points obviously reduce after treatment with statistical significance (P＜0.05) in seven days,fourteen days,twenty-eight days. The 7,14,28 d after treatment, the total effective rates for clinical symptom and siqn were 76.79%,82.14%,85.71% in treatment group and they were 57.14%,62.50%, 66.07% in control group respectively with striking differences between the two groups(P＜0.05). No distinct adverse drug reaction was found in either group. Conclusion :Biyan Oral Liquid has excellent effects on allergic rhinitis.

        摘要：The literatures on medicine and herbs from ancient time to modern time were collected and studied,and the historical changes of methods processing Radix Angelicae sinensis and the survey of processed in different provinces were summarized.From Nanbeichao to Qing Dynasties,25 processing methods were recorded in the literatures,and processed with wine was applied widely;the traditional processing theoretic was grown up in the long history; in present days,the methods processed of fried and fried with wine were followed in the whole country,and others were not use more.
