摘要:Objective: To optimize ethanol precipitation process of Zhimahuang group in Shufeng Dingchuan granules by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and information entropy method. Method: With the transfer rates of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,amygdalin and solid-containing content as comprehensive evaluation index,AHP combined with entropy method was applied to determine the weight of each index,response surface test was used to optimize ethanol precipitation process with the concentration of ethanol after ethanol precipitation process,relative density of concentrated solution and temperature of ethanol precipitation process as factors. Result: Optimum ethanol precipitation process was as follows:the concentration of ethanol after ethanol precipitation process of 75%,relative density of concentrated solution of 1.10 g·mL-1 (25℃),temperature of ethanol precipitation process at 25℃.Under these conditions,transfer rates of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,amygdalin and solid-containing content were 95.31%,94.91%,96.02%and 50.29%. Conclusion: Comprehensive evaluation of AHP and entropy method can reflect the importance of different traditional Chinese medicine and the objective test data.It is suitable for optimizing ethanol precipitation process of Zhimahuang group in Shufeng Dingchuan granules.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of bile salts and lipids in the intestine on the solubility of artemether,a poorly water-soluble drug. Method: Equilibrium solubility of artemether in phosphate buffers with different pH,bile salts and bile salts/lipids mixed micelle solution were determined,bile salts in the intestine included taurocholate (TC),taurodeoxycholate (TDC),taurochenodeoxycholate (TCDC),glycocholate (GC),glycodeoxycholate (GDC) and glycochenodeoxycholate (GCDC).Fatty acids and monoglycerides,the main hydrolytic products of the exogenous fat,were used to evaluate effect of fat in food on the solubility of artemether. Result: Effect of pH on the solubility of artemether was not significant.The solubility of artemether in buffer phosphate (pH 2-12) 96.0-109.6 mg·L-1.Artemether was solubilized by mixed bile salts micelles,when the physiological concentration reached 15 mmol·L-1,the solubility of artemether increased by nearly four times.There was some difference in solubilization of various bile salts,TC and GC had slightly effect on the solubilization;however,TDC,TCDC,GDC and GCDC could significantly influence the solubility of artemether.Addition of fatty acid and monoglycerides to simulate fat in food resulted in significantly increase in solubilization. Conclusion: The solubility of artemether can be substantially increased by fat in food.Bile salts and exogenous lipids can significantly increase the solubility of artemether and promote its intestinal absorption.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize prescription and preparation technology of shortstalk monkshood root total alkaloids microemulsion gel,and investigation of its quality and stability. Method: Shortstalk monkshood root total alkaloids microemulsion was prepared,then shortstalk monkshood root total alkaloids microemulsion gel was prepared by gel matrix addition,the concentration of index components and pH value were evaluated,its stability was investigated by centrifugation test,cold and heat test.HPLC was adopted to determine the content of bullatine A with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer with pH of 7.3 (18:82) and detection wavelength at 199 nm. Result: Shortstalk monkshood root total alkaloids microemulsion gel (100 g) were consisted of 86 g of microemulsion, 4 g of Xanthan gum and 10 g of glycerin.Its average particle size was 18.72 nm and polydispersity index was 0.663 with pH of 6.4.There was no stratification after centrifugation,and after storaged at -4℃ and 40℃ conditions for 24 h,there were no significant difference in appearance,character,ductility by comparing with before.The content of bullatine A was 1.79 mg·g-1. Conclusion: The preparation process of shortstalk monkshood root total alkaloids microemulsion gel is simple,which is in line with requirements of gel topical preparation.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction process ranges of rosmarinic acid from Prunellae Spica. Method: Taking ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio and extraction time as factors,yield of rosmarinic acid as index,mathematical model was established by Box-Behnken response surface methodology.The model was optimized by micro-genetic algorithm in order to obtain the optimum ranges of extraction process parameters. Result: Optimal conditions of extraction process were as following:ultrasonic power of 200 W,ultrasonic frequency of 53 kHz,ethanol concentration of (50.03±1.21)%,liquid-solid ratio of (48.28±2.27) mL·g-1,extraction time of (47.34±1.43) min.Yield of rosmarinic acid was 0.301%. Conclusion: This optimized process has a high yield of rosmarinic acid,it can obtain a floated wide of process parameters.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of alcohol precipitation and compatibility on inhibition of water extract of Artemisia selengensis leaves for Candida albicans. Method: Inhibition of water extract after alcohol precipitation with different concentration for C.albicans was determined by broth microdilution assay,including the inhibition of biomass growth,biofilm formation and germ tube formation.And the effect of compatibility between water extract and other herbs on activity of C.albicans was investigated. Result: Alcohol precipitation significantly reduced the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of water extract to C. albicans,alcohol precipitation with 90%can let MIC80 (down 80%of drug concentration) down from 200 g·L-1 to 8 g·L-1.Besides,the inhibition of biofilm formation and germ tube formation of C. albicans were improved.Among these selected 18 kinds of herbs,Lavandula angustifolia,Scutellaria baicalensis and Curcuma phaeocaulis showed significant synergistic effect for inhibition of C. albicans(factional inhibitory concentration index was less than 0.5).MIC80 of water extract was reduced to 0.60 g·L-1 when combined with S. baicalensis. Conclusion: Alcohol precipitation and compatibility of water extract of A. selengensis leaves can improve its inhibitory activity for C. albicans.  
摘要:Objective: To study the relationship between soil nutrient elements and the content of geniposide. Method: The HPLC method and the correlation method of soil elements were used to determinate the content of geniposide and the 11 soil nutrient elements in 52 producing areas. The correlation analysis and the regression analysis were conducted to analyze the two test results. A path analysis was conducted to define direct effects, indirect effects and combined effects of nutrient elements on the content of geniposide. Result: The correlation analysis results showed extremely significant or significant relations among the nutritional elements. Three nutrient elements with statistical significance were selected by stepwise regression analysis, namely effective copper, effective manganese, and effective zinc. According to the path analysis, the order of the three nutrient elements in the comprehensive effect on the content of geniposide is effective copper, effective manganese and effective zinc, among them, effective zinc had an effect in negative correlation. Conclusion: Soil nutrient elements and the content of geniposide have a certain correlation. The results of this paper provide the relevant reference theory for guiding standardized cultivation and improving the quality of gardenia. However, as the growth process and quality of Gardeniae Fructus are affected by many factors, the comprehensive analysis on other factors shall be further studied.  
摘要:Objective: To predict the ecologically adaptable area of Scutellariae Radix in China, and study the effects of twenty environmental variables on the five main chemical components, in order to provide reference to introduction and cultivation of Scutellariae Radix. Method: Maxent model was used to study the ecological adaptability of Scutellariae Radix. The ultra-high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the five main chemical components, namely including baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin and oroxylin, and multiple linear regressions were adopted to study the effects of environmental variables on the chemical components. Result: The most adaptable area for Scutellariae Radix is located in the southern ridges of Greater Hinggan Mountains and Yanshan Mountain, with the adaptability declining towards both edges of the ridges. And the chemical components in the herbs were closely correlated with the environmental variables, especially the variation of temperature and precipitation. Conclusion: This study determines the ecologically adaptable area of Scutellariae Radix in China, and explores the effect of environmental variables on the chemical components in Scutellariae Radix.  
摘要:Objective: To analyze and identify six white crystal mineral Chinese medicines by using morphological identification and X-Ray diffraction(XRD) technique. Method: In the experiment, 15 batches of samples including Alumen,Borax,Halite,Natrii Sulfas,Autumn Mineral and Sal-Ammoniae were collected for XRD patterns. The phase identifying was conducted for the patterns; phase compositions of the samples were analyzed; the characteristics of the samples patterns were analyzed and compared with property characteristics. Result: Six Chinese medicines were similar in properties, because all of them were transparent or white translucent crystal, with glass like luster and a hard and brittle texture; but with little differences in shape, color and transparency. XRD patterns of these 6 mineral medicines showed intuitive differences, which could be reflected in number of peaks, strong peaks positions and peak shape, etc. Cluster analysis results of these 15 batches of herbs showed that 6 white crystal mineral Chinese medicines can be distinguished by cluster analysis. Conclusion: The combining method of X-ray diffraction analysis and morphological identification could be used for the quick and effective identification of six white crystal mineral Chinese medicines:Alumen, Borax, Halite, Natrii Sulfas, Autumn Mineral and Sal-Ammoniae.

摘要:Objective: To study the changes of three lactone components of Andrographis Herba during the production process of Chuanwang Xiaoyan capsules, and select the reasonable components as the detection indexes to strengthen the quality control. Method: The production process of Chuanwang Xiaoyan capsules was tracked, and the key process points were selected as monitoring points. Quality was monitored by using HPLC. The dynamic content changes of andrographolide, neoandrographolide and didehydroandrographolide were tracked; the losses amount was calculated and relative change trend of transfer rate was compared. Result: The losses amount of andrographolide, neoandrographolide and didehydroandrographolide in the whole production process was different, and it was also greatly different during different process stages. The losses amount was 410.65-619.79 mg for andrographolide, 375.97-381.12 mg for neoandrographolide, and 147.52-261.04 mg for didehydroandrographolide. Conclusion: By exploring the changes regularity of the three andrographolide contents in the process, it provides a reference for relevant enterprises to establish reasonable detection indexes. It lays a foundation for improving the quality controllability of the formulation containing Andrographis Herba, with more practical reference values.  
摘要:Objective: The common and variant peak ratio dual-index sequential analysis method could be used exactly in qualitative evaluation of more than two herb samples, to clarify the similarity level among the samples from different areas, and also provide foundation for authenticity identification and quality evaluation of herbs. Method: With the dual indexes of common peak ratio and variant peak ratio, mean value, smoothness and second differential methods were used for the treatment of UV spectrum data to investigate the stability and repeatability of various wave bands of three different polarity solvent extracts (methenyl trichloride, absolute ethanol and water) of Laggera pterodonta. The common peak ratio and variant peak ratio for the different extracts of L. pterodonta were calculated, and qualitative evaluation was performed for L. pterodonta from different areas. Result: The results showed that methenyl trichloride, absolute ethanol and water had the highest extraction ratios at the extraction time of 30, 50 and 40 min respectively, with good stability in 20 h. The different dual-index sequential methods of common peak ratio and variant peak ratio were established in the present study according to the size of common peak ratios. The fingerprint spectral data implicated that the highest common peak ratio was 78.57%, and the lowest common peak ratio was 11.11% among different areas of L. pterodonta.  
摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of four flavonoids components in flowers of Coreopsis tinctoria. Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on Cosmosil-5C18-AR-Ⅱ column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm (for flavanomarein, isookanin) and 378 nm (for marein, okanin) to determine the contents of flavanomarein, isookanin, marein and okanin in Coreopsis tinctoria. Result: 4 flavonoids components were well separated, with good linear relationship between 0.503 5-5.035 μg,0.502 5-5.025 μg,0.505 5-5.055 μg,0.506 5-5.065 μg, r>0.999, and average recovery rate was between 95.4%-98.4%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and selective, which could provide reference for the quality control of C. tinctoria.  
摘要:Objective: To study the chemical components of Daphniphyllum calycinum and their anti-cholinesterase activity. Method: The chemical constituents of D.calycinum were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, MCI column chromatography and preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified according to their physicochemical properties, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), mass-spectrography (MS) and literature analysis. Furthermore, the anti-acetylcholinesterase and anti-butyrylcholinesterase activities of compounds were measured by UPLC-MS/MS method. Result: Eight compounds were isolated from D. calycinum and their structures were identified as 5-oxymaltol (1), secodaphniphylline (2), 2,6-dimethyl-3-hydroxychromone (3), deoxycalyciphylline B (4), calyciphylline A (5), daphnezzomine M (6), and deoxyisocalyciphylline B (7). Compound 4 and 7 were showed anti-acetylcholinesterase activity, the IC50 values of compound 4 and 7 were (128.83±21.41) μmol·L-1 and (56.15±11.02) μmol·L-1, respectively. And compound 2, 4, 5 and 7 were showed anti-butyrylcholinesterase activity, the IC50 values of compound 2, 4, 5 and 7 were (0.31±0.15) μmol·L-1, (54.53±3.33) μmol·L-1, (811.17±22.49) μmol·L-1 and (8.13±0.78)μmol·L-1, respectively. Conclusion: Compound 1 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 2 and 7 were showed strong anti-butyrylcholinesterase activity, and were the potential of cholinesterase inhibitors.  
摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of sinomenine and psoralen in Longzuan Tongbi granule. Method: The contents were determined by HPLC method on Phenomenex Gemini C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); with methanol-0.1%triethylamine (47.5:52.5) as the mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; and the detection wavelength was set at 246 nm. Result: Sinomenine and psoralen showed good linear relationship within 1.01-12.12 μg (r=0.999 7) and 0.024 36-0.292 32 μg(r=0.999 8) respectively. The average recovery rate was 100.49%(RSD 3.0%) and 97.00%(RSD 1.9%). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, reliable, and accurate, and can be used as the quality evaluation method for Longzuan Tongbi granule.  
摘要:Objective: To screen out compounds with estrogen-like effects from Epimedii Folium by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry technology and molecular docking for breast cancer T47D cell. Method: The T47D cells were cultured by medium with Epimedii Folium extract, and the compounds with estrogen-like effects selectively bound with the cells. After culturing for a certain period of time, T47D cells were cleaned and broken to release the binding compounds. Then high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (HPLC-TOF/MS) technology was used to identify the binding compounds. After that, molecular docking was used to study the interactions between the identified binding compounds and estrogen receptors. Result: Seven compounds from Epimedii Folium were identified preliminarily, namely icariin, epimedin B, baohuoside-Ⅱ, icariin-I, baohuoside-I, korepimedoside A and anhydroicaritin. Among them, baohuoside-Ⅱ and anhydroicaritin can interact with estrogen receptor-α and estrogen receptor-β. Conclusion: Compounds baohuoside-Ⅱ, and anhydroicaritin can be bound with T47D cells and interact with estrogen receptor-α and estrogen receptor-β, which indicates that baohuoside-Ⅱ and anhydroicaritinmay have estrogen-like effects.  
摘要:Objective: To provide guidance for designing sodium/glucose co-transporters-2(SGLT-2)inhibitors. Method: We collected lots of active micro-molecules of sodium/glucose co-transporters-2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors from relevant literatures, and screened out 24 micro-molecules to build a training set, and obtained 3D-pharmacophore of SGLT-2 inhibitors by using HypoGen method with Discover Studio 3.0. Result: The best pharmacophore that we generated contained one hydrogen-bonding donor, one hydrogen-bonding acceptor, one hydrophobic grouping and five hydrophobic groups. The model was verified by Fischer' s randomization and decoy set for its eligibility. Conclusion: SGLT-2 protein played an important role in maintaining blood sugar balance. In recent years, more and more researchers have paid much attention to the protein as a target for treating diabetes. This method was used to successfully build the pharmacophore of SGLT-2 inhibitors, so as to provide guidance for subsequent studies.

摘要:Objective: To analyze three bioactive compounds from Shaozao capsules and their metabolites in depression model rats,and summarize their metabolic pathways. Method: After oral administration of Shaozao capsules extract,rat plasma,urine,feces and brain were collected,these samples were analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE,mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid for gradient elution,flow rate was 0.6 mL·min-1,metabolites of bioactive compounds were processed with Metabolynx software. Result: According to the mass information,7 metabolites were discovered,including 3 metabolites of peoniflorin,2 metabolites of spinosin and 2 metabolites of 3, 6'-disinapoyl sucrose. Conclusion: The metabolites mainly exist in rat plasma,urine and feces.The metabolic reactions of these active compounds form Shaozao capsules are methylation,decarbonylation and hydrolysis-desugar,et al.  
摘要:Objective: To estimate the pharmacokinetics of eugenol in rats after intragastric administration of Bawei Chenxiang San. Method: HPLC was employed to determine the plasma concentration of eugenol with 3,4-dimethoxystyrene as the internal standard,mobile phase of acetonitrile-water for gradient elution and detection wavelength at 280 nm.After intragastric administration of Bawei Chenxiang San,DAS 2.0 software conducted compartment model fitting of average plasma concentration-time data of eugenol. Result: After intragastric administration of Bawei Chenxiang San,two-compartment model (weight of 1/cc) calculated the plasma concentration of eugenol was completely consistent with the measured value,and was superior to other models.The distribution half-life (t1/2α) was 20.031 min and the elimination half-life (t1/2β) was 69.315 min. Conclusion: The established HPLC method is convenient,accurate and stable,which can be used for pharmacokinetics of eugenol in Bawei Chenxiang San.Eugenol distributes rapidly in rats,the main process of eugenol in rats is elimination with moderate metabolic rate.  
摘要:Objective: To compare the pharmacokinetics of total glucosides from Paeoniae Radix Alba in rats with adjuvant arthritis and normal rats. Method: Adjuvant arthritis rat model was established by a single intradermal injection of complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) into the rat right footpad.The plasma concentrations of paeoniflorin at different time after intragastric administration of total glucosides from Paeoniae Radix Alba were determined by RP-HPLC.The pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated by PKSolverV2.0 software. Result: when administration of high,medium and low dose (1.80,0.90,0.47 g·kg-1),Cmax of paeoniflorin in model group rats were (7.93±1.09),(4.81±1.06),(1.02±0.82) mg·L-1,respectively;Tmax were 180 min.In the normal group,t1/2 of paeoniflorin were (215.63±5.26),(213.16±4.18),(208.55±4.94) min;Cmaxwere (52.39±2.49),(24.52±1.69),(5.79±0.52) mg·L-1;AUC0-t were (12 564.08±467.37),(5 839.10±380.86),(1 439.95±144.39) mg·L-1·min,respectively;Tmax were 150 min. Conclusion: Absorption of paeoniflorin is slow under the state of rheumatoid arthritis,Cmax,AUC0-t and AUC0-∞ are significantly decreased.Rheumatoid arthritis can affect the pharmacokinetic behaviour of total glucosides from Paeoniae Radix Alba in vivo.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Qigui Yishen formula (QGYS) on delaying the renal fibrosis by regulating the expression of cell signaling pathway TGF-β/Smad/ILK in unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) nephropathy models. Method: The 32 Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, benazepril group, and QGYS group, n=8 in each group. All the mice except those in normal group were used to prepare UUO nephropathy models. Corresponding drugs were used in various groups then. Renal tissues were taken after sacrificing on day 10 and were used for HE staining to observe the pathological changes of renal tissues in mice; immunohistochemistry was used to observe transforming growth factor-1 (TGF-β1) of renal tissues, cell signal transduction molecules-2 (Smad2), type I collagen (Col-I) and integrin linked kinase (ILK) protein expressions; RT-PCR and Western blot were used to observe the mRNA and protein expression levels of TGF-β1, Col-I and ILK. Result: As compared with the normal group, immunohistochemistry results showed that the protein expression levels of TGF-β1, Smad2, Col-I and ILK were significantly increased in renal tissues of model group mice; RT-PCR and Western blot results showed that the mRNA and protein expression levels of TGF-β1, Col-I and ILK were significantly increased in renal tissues of model group mice (P<0.05), with more obvious renal fibrosis. As compared with the model group, renal fibrosis was relieved in benazepril group, and QGYS group; protein expression levels of TGF-β1, Smad2, Col-I and ILK were significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the effect in QGYS group was more obvious in that of benazepril group (P<0.05). Conclusion: QGYS could decrease the level of renal fibrosis in UUO nephropathy models, and the action mechanism may be associated with regulating the expression of the cell signaling pathway of TGF-β/Smad/ILK.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of different doses Kangxianling decoction on the expression of PI3K-AKT-mTOR mRNA in mice with chronic renal failure induced by 5/6 nephrectomized, and discuss its action mechanism. Method: Totally 50 C57BL/6J mice were selected in the chronic renal fibrosis model induced by 5/6 nephrectomy, with 10 rats in the sham-operated group. After the successful modeling, the rats were divided into the model group, the rapamycin group (0.8 mg·kg-1), Kangxianling decoction low, middle and high-dose groups (10, 20, 40 g·kg-1), ig, for eight weeks. After the rats were sacrificed, HE staining was used to observe the renal pathological changes and the score of Kidney damage was made, qPCR was made to detect PI3K-AKT-mTOR mRNA expression. Result: The renal tissue fibrosis, the score of kidney damage and the PI3K-AKT-mTOR mRNA expression in model group were higher than those in the sham group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01); compared with the model group, the renal tissue fibrosis, the score of kidney damage and the PI3K-AKT-mTOR mRNA expression decreased in RAP group and all of Kangxianling decoction groups significantly decreased (P<0.05,P<0.01); compared with the RAP group, the middle and high-dose groups had no significant difference and the low-dose group showed a lower efficacy (P<0.05); compared with the low-dose group, middle and high-dose groups had significant differences (P<0.05), but there were no significant difference between middle and high-dose groups. Conclusion: Kangxianling decoction could reduce the score of kidney damage and PI3K-AKT-mTOR mRNA expression, and the middle and high-dose Kangxianling decoctions have the same effect as RAP.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the regulating effects of Jiedu Huayu granules on cytokines of immune network and observe its effect on liver tissues in rats with acute hepatic failure from the perspective of inflammatory factors. Method: Totally 120 Wistar rats were selected; 20 of them were used as normal group, and the other rats were used to prepare acute hepatic failure models by using D-GalN+lipopolysaccharide(LPS). The successfully modeled rats were divide into model group, Jiedu Huayu granules low dose, middle dose and high dose groups (9.1, 28.76, 57.55 g·kg-1), E5531 group (endotoxin antagonist, 10 mg·kg-1), n=20 in each group. Corresponding drugs were given by ig 5 days before modeling, and the same volume of distilled water was given in normal group and model group, 2 times/day. The rats were sacrificed 48 h after modeling. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) and IL-10 in each group were detected by ELISA and the changes of pathological histology in liver tissues were observed by haematoxylin-eosin staining. Result: As compared with the normal group, the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of model group were significantly increased, and IL-10 level was significantly decreased (P<0.05); with various inflammatory cell infiltration and pathological injury in hepatic tissues of model group. As compared with the model group, the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly decreased in Jiedu Huayu granules low dose, middle dose and high dose groups, while the level of IL-10 was increased (P<0.05). The pathological results of liver tissues showed that the injured level in Jiedu Huayu granules low, middle and high dose groups was relieved as compared with that in model group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: By decreasing the level and inhibiting the expression of proinflammatory factors, and increasing the level and the expression of anti-inflammatory factors, Jiedu Huayu granules could improve patients' systemic inflammatory response and protect function of liver cells. 摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Qinling liquid on renal function and pathological changes of renal tissue in rats with uric acid nephropathy,and to discuss its protection mechanism for renal injury. Method: The rat model was induced by gavaging adenine and feeding yeast.Model rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group,the positive group (23.33 mg·kg-1·d-1 of allopurinol) and high-dose,medium-dose,low-dose groups of Qinling liquid (36.4,18.2,9.1 g·kg-1·d-1),the normal group and the model group were daily gavaged with distilled water.At the timepoint of 0,2,4,6,8 weeks,the levels of serum uric acid (sUA),serum creatinine (sCR),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and 24 h urine protein (uPRO/24 h) were detected.At the end of 6th and 8th week,half of rats in each group were sacrificed and the kidney was harvested for hematoxylin-eosin and periodic acid-schiff staining. Result: Compared with the normal group,the levels of uPRO/24 h,sUA,sCR and BUN in the model group were dramatically inceased,pathological changes of renal tissue were serious.Compared with the model group,the levels of uPRO/24 h,sUA,sCR and BUN in each group of Qinling liquid were deceased at different degrees,and the pathological changes of renal tissue were alleviated. Conclusion: In model rats of uric acid nephropathy,Qinling liquid can significantly improve renal function and relieve renal pathological damage for kidney protection.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effects of Danggui Buxue Tang (DBT) on peritoneal function failure induced by peritoneal dialysis in rats. Method: Peritoneal function failure model in rats were established by intraperitoneally injecting 4.25%of high-glucose peritoneal dialysate (100 mL·kg-1) for 40 d and administering lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 5 mg·kg-1) at 8, 10, 12 d. The rats were randomly divided into four groups, with 10 rats in each group. They were respectively model group, Benazepril Hydrochloride group (BH 2.1 mg·kg-1), DBT high-dose and low-dose groups (12, 6 g·kg-1). The other 10 rats were randomly chosen as normal control group. During modeling, rats in each group were given drugs, ig. During the experiment, body weights and general states of all rats were detected. At 40 d, the two hour later after intraperitoneal administration with dialysate, the peritoneal equilibration test was performed to detect the ultrafiltration volume (UF, PCr, PUN, DCr, DUN and DGlu), and calculate peritoneal transport function parameters (DCr/PCr, DUN/PUN, DGlu/D0Glu). Parietal peritoneum tissues of rats were stained with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) to observe the changes of peritoneal morphology, the transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) expression in parietal peritoneum of rats WAS observed by Immunohistochemical method. Result: Compared with normal group, in the model group, PCr, PUN, DUN were increased (P<0.01), the levels of DCr, DGlu, UF, DCr/PCr, DUN/PUN and DGlu/D0Glu were decreased (P<0.01), peritoneal mesothelioma cells were significantly impaired, and the expression of TGF-β1 was also increased (P<0.01). Compared with model group, in DBT high-dose and low-dose groups, PCr, PUN were decreased (P<0.05), the levels of DGlu were significantly increased (P<0.01), DCr/PCr, DUN/PUN and DGlu/D0Glu were significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), with obvious improvement in peritoneal histomorphology and decrease in TGF-β1 expression (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: DBT shows the protective effects on peritoneal function failure induced by peritoneal dialysis in rats.  
摘要:Objective: To study the anti-tumor effect of the extract from Corni Fructus and investigate its mechanism. Method: Lewis lung cancer C57BL cells were incubated for 10-14 days for preparing Lewis lung cancer cells. MTT method was used to detect the inhibition effect of the extract from Corni Fructus on cancer cells, and flow cytometry was used to detect the effect of the extract from Corni Fructus on cell cycle and cell apoptosis; laser scanning confocal microscope was used to detect the B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2), Bcl-2 associated X protein(Bax) and p53 protein expressions. Lewis lung cancer cell suspension was incubated at axillary in healthy C57BL mice, and after successful inoculation, the mice were administrated with the extract from Corni Fructus (100, 200, 400 mg·kg-1) for 2 weeks, and then the mass of lung transplantation tumor and number of pulmonary metastatic foci were detected; the content of serum carcinoembryonic antigen in mice was detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent experiment method (ELISA). Result: As compared with the normal group,the extract of Corni Fructus could significantly inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells (P<0.05); after Lewis lung cancer cells were treated with the extract for 48 h, cell cycle was arrested in G0/G1 phase(P<0.05,P<0.01). As compared with the normal group, Bcl-2 protein expression was significantly reduced in Corni Fructus group, and Bax and p53 protein expressions were significantly increased (P<0.05). As compared with the model group, the mass of the tumor in mice and number of pulmonary metastatic foci were significantly decreased, and the serum carcinoembryonic antigen levels of the mice were decreased significantly in Corni Fructus group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The extract of Corni Fructus has inhibitory effect on Lewis lung cancer cells in vivo and in vitro, and its mechanism may be related to inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells and interfering with the cell cycle distribution.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Fufang Lujiao Rutongning capsule in relieving hyperplasia of mammary gland and pain in rats with mammary gland hyperplasia, and discuss its relevant action mechanisms. Method: In the experiment of anti-hyperplasia of mammary glands, the model of mammary gland hyperplasia was induced by estradiol(E2) and progesterone, in order to evaluate the protein expression of sex hormone receptors in breast issues and the serum levels of sex hormone. In the analgesic experiment, glacial acetic acid was used to induce writhing response, and photothermal radiometry was adopted to cause tail flick, in order to evaluate the analgesic effect of Fufang Lujiao Rutongning capsule. Result: Compared with the model group, Fufang Lujiao Rutongning capsule could markedly reduce the protein expressions of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in mammary tissues of rats with mammary gland hyperplasia, and the percentage of positive expression cells in similar cells (P<0.01); high and middle-dose group markedly decrease E2 and increased corporin in rat serum (P<0.05, P<0.01). In addition, Fufang Lujiao Rutongning capsule high and middle-dose groups could significantly prolong the incubation period of body torsion reaction (P<0.01), reduce the body torsion reaction times (P<0.01), and significantly shorten the pain threshold in rats induced by photothermal radiometry at 60, 120, 180, 240 min after the treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion: Fufang Lujiao Rutongning capsule has the anti-mammary gland effect by regulating sex hormone levels, with a remarkable analgesic effect.

摘要:Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effect of Maxing Tiaofei Tang for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and explore its action mechanism. Method: The models of COPD rats were established by smoking exposure combined with intratracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide(0.1 mL). These SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, prednisone acetate group(3.3 mg·kg-1·d-1),Maxing Tiaofei Tang low-dose group(1.7 g·kg-1·d-1), mid-dose group(3.4 g·kg-1·d-1), and high-dose group(6.8 g·kg-1·d-1), n=10 in each group. The drugs were administered 7 days after wound healing for 5 weeks. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB), interleukin-1β(IL-1β), IL-8 and IL-10 in serum were detected by ELISA; pulmonary functions and pathological changes were observed. Result: As compared with the normal group, the levels of TNF-α, NF-κB, IL-1β and IL-8 were significantly increased in model group; the level of IL-10 was significantly decreased(P<0.01); the lesions in pulmonary tissues were obvious; pulmonary functions were significantly decreased. As compared with the model group, Maxing Tiaofei Tang high-dose group could reduce the levels of TNF-α, NF-κB, IL-1β and IL-8, and increase the level of IL-10 in serum of the COPD rats(P<0.05, P<0.01); reduce the degree of pathological changes in lung tissues and improve the pulmonary functions. Conclusion: The mechanism of Maxing Tiaofei Tang for the COPD rats may be associated with regulating the levels in TNF-α, NF-κB, IL-1β, IL-8 and IL-10 in inflammatory reaction, and it has a protective effect for lungs.  
摘要:Objective: To study of the effect and mechanism of Erdong Gao on gastric cancer rats through the analysis on cell apoptosis and bio-marker. Method: The rats was divided into normal group, model group, retinoic acid (12×10-3g·kg-1) group, and low-dose and high-dose Erdong Gao (6, 12 g·kg-1) groups. Except for normal group, the model was made through gavage with N-methy-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) 0.2 g·kg-1, once every 10 days, for a total of 9 times. Each group was given corresponding drugs through gavage, and the normal group was given isopyknic NS. After 3 months, rats ware sacrificed, the pathological changes were observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, the mRNA expression of Bcl-2 was detected by Real-time PCR, the cell apoptosis was detected by TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL), and the plasma metabonomics was performed to find differentiated metabolites. Result: Different does of Erdong Gao can improve the pathological changes of gastric cancer, mainly by targeting at the benign papillary hyperplasia and papilloma; low-dose Erdong Gao can significantly suppress the mRNA expression of Bcl-2 (P<0.01). According to TUNEL, high and low-dose Erdong Gao groups showed a higher rate of cell apoptosis than the model group. Plasma metabolites of low-dose Erdong Gao showed Sphingosine-1-phosphate, 20-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (20-HETE), and glycocholic acid, which were correlated with cell apoptosis. Conclusion: Erdong Gao could promote cell apoptosis in gastric cancer rats.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of formononetin on proliferation and apoptosis of human non-small cell lung cancer cells and its relevant mechanism. Method: The human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell line A549 was cultured, and added with formononetin with the concentrations of 10, 20, 40, 80 and 160 μmol·L-1. The blank group was only added PBS. After cultured for 48 h, the cell proliferations were detected by using methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay, the cell apoptosis were tested by using Annexin V-FITC/propidium iodide (PI) double staining, the cell cycles were detected by using flow cytometry, the expressions of cyclin E1, Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA and proteins were detected by using Real-time PCR and Western blot method. Result: The cell growth inhibition rates and the cell apoptosis rates at the concentrations of 40, 80 and 160 μmol·L-1 of formononetin were higher than the blank group (P<0.05). Compared with the blank group, the proportions of G0/G1 phase at the concentrations of 40, 80 and 160 μmol·L-1 of formononetin were increased, while the proportions of S phase were decreased, especially the concentrations of 80 and 160 μmol·L-1 of formononetin (P<0.05). The gene and protein expressions of cyclin E1 and Bcl-2 at the concentrations of 40, 80 and 160 μmol·L-1 were lower than the blank group, while the mRNA and protein expressions of Bax were increased; compared with 40 μmol·L-1 of formononetin, the expression levels of cyclin E1 and Bcl-2 mRNA and protein expressions were decreased at the concentrations of 80, 160 μmol·L-1 of formononetin, but with increase in Bax mRNA and protein expressions (P<0.05). Conclusion: Formononetin could inhibit the proliferation of NSCLC cells, and accelerate cell apoptosis. It might affect the cell cycle by down-regulating cyclin E1 expression, and promote cell apoptosis by regulating the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule on erythrogenin(EPO), CD34+ cells, interleukin-2(IL-2), IL-11 in aplastic anemia rats. Method: Totally 60 clean-grade Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group, model group, Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule low, middle and high-dose groups (5, 10, 20 g·kg-1) and positive drug group (stanozolol suspension, 0.004 g·kg-1). Except for the normal group, the other groups were given 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) combined with Maryland to establish aplastic anemia (AA) rats model. After successful modeling, Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule groups were given Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule, the positive drug group was given Stanozolol suspension, and the normal group and the model group were given the same volume of normal saline, ig, for 30 days in a row. Peripheral blood cells and bone marrow monouclear cells(BMNCs) were counted. EPO, IL-2, IL-11, and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were detected by ELISA, with CD34+ antigens and Fas antigens as the main index for the comprehensive evaluation on the intervention effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule. Result: Compared with the normal group, WBC, RBC, PLT, Hb, BMNC, IL-11, proportion of CD3+T cells, proportion of CD3+ CD4+T cells, CD34+ antigen fluorescent volume of the model group were significantly lower, IL-2, EPO, TNF-α, Fas antigen fluorescent quantity increased significantly (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, WBC, RBC, PLT, Hb and BMNC cell count in the Stanozolol group, and Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule middle-dose and high-dose groups were increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), IL-11, CD3+T cells, proportion of CD3+ CD4+T cells, CD34+ antigen fluorescent quantity in Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule middle-dose and high-dose groups increased, IL-2, EPO, TNF-α, Fas antigen fluorescence decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the Stanozolol group, WBC, proportion of CD3+T cells, CD3+, CD4+T cell percentage, IL-11, CD34+ antigen fluorescence quantity in Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule middle-dose and high-dose groups were higher (P<0.05), IL-2 and TNF-α, Fas antigen fluorescent quantity were lower (P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule can improve peripheral blood cells, hematopoietic function and immune function of AA rats. It may be closely related with regulatory factors EPO, IL-2, IL-11 levels and CD34+ cells.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Yangyin Tongluo decoction combined with tongue triple acupuncture in treating aphasia after ischemic stroke with syndrome of Yin deficiency and Wind stirring, and the impact on serum calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelins (ET). Method: Ninety-eight cases with aphasia after ischemic stroke were divided into control group (48 cases) and treatment group (50 cases) by table of random number method. The conventional therapy was given to all of the patients according to China Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention and Treatment Guidelines. Patients in control group were treated with Schuell's aphasic stimulation approach, 30 min/time, 3 times/week. In addition to the therapy of control group, treatment group was also given Yangyin Tongluo decoction (one dose/d, bid) combined with tongue triple acupuncture (qd,5 times/week). The treatment courses for all of the cases were 30 days. Speaking function, clinical efficacy and scores of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom were evaluated and compared between both groups. Serum CGRP and ET in both groups were evaluated. Result: After treatment, each index score in Chinese rehabilitation research center aphasia examination (CRRCAE) in treatment group was obviously higher those of control group, but with obviously lower TCM scores (P<0.01). The cured and markedly effective rate of treatment group was superior to that of control group (P<0.05). Treatment group showed a higher serum level of CGRP, but lower ET than that of control group at the same time points at 15 and 30 d after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion: In addition to the conventional western medicine therapy, Yangyin Tongluo decoction combined with tongue triple acupuncture in treating with aphasia after ischemic stroke with syndrome of Yin deficiency and wind stirring improves language function, TCM symptom scores and clinical efficacy. Up-regulation in levels of CGRP and inhibition of ET may be closely related with its therapeutic effect.

摘要:Objective: In previous studies, we had screened and verified the relevant genes of coronary heart disease(CHD) with syndrome of blood stasis (SBS). Relevant genes of CHD with SBS were studied to reveal the pathobiology, and discover effective targets of DSP (compound Danshen dropping pills) in interfering CHD with SBS. Method: Reverse transcription-PCR was used to study the effect of DSP in interfering relevant genes and its clinic effect on CHD with SBS. Result: After treatment with DSP, the mRNA expression of BCLF1 (Bcl-2 associated transcription factor 1) decreased obviously(P<0.01), and the mRNA expression of Bax (Bcl-2 assaciated X protein) showed a downward trend. But the mRNA expressions of Bcl-2 (B cell lymphoma/lewkmia-2) and Caspase-3 (cysteine asparate specific protease-3) had no difference before and after the treatment. Conclusion: The study proves that DSP can significantly reduce the mRNA expression of BCLF1 of relevant genes of CHD with SBS, and inhibit the mRNA expression of Bax. It treats CHD with SBS by regulating expressions of apoptosis-related genes of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome.  
摘要:Objective: To study the therapeutic efficacy and safety of blood stasis-removing Huoxue Quyu decoction fumigation combined with leflunomide (LEF) and prednisone (Pred) in treatment of systemic sclerosis with diffuse scleroderma (dsSSc). Method: Totally 149 patients of dsSSc were divided into two groups in random:control group (LEF and Pred, 71 cases) and observation group (Huoxue Quyu decoction fumigation combined with LEF and Pred, 78 cases), and treated for 6 months. Before and after treatment, efforts were made to observe Raynaud's Phenomenon (RP), hardness of skin, symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), quality of life of two groups, detect erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C reactive protein (CRP), and evaluate clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Result: Compared with control group, observation group showed increase in total effective rate (P<0.05). Compared with the same group before treatment, incidence of RP reduced in both groups (P<0.05). Compared with control group after treatment, incidence of RP reduced in observation group (P<0.01). Compared with the same group before treatment, control group showed no change in hardness of skin and symptoms of TCM after treatment, whereas observation group showed decreases in hardness of skin and symptoms of TCM after treatment, Compared with control group after treatment, observation group showed decreases in hardness of skin and symptoms of TCM (P<0.05). Compared with the same group before treatment, both groups showed increase in quality of life, and decreases in ESR and CRP (P<0.05). Compared with the control group after treatment, observation group showed increase in quality of life, and decreases in ESR and CRP (P<0.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in adverse reaction rate. Conclusion: The blood stasis-removing Huoxue Quyu fumigation combined with LEF and Pred has a better effect than the administration with single western medicine in treatment of dsSSc, and is worth promoting in clinic.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu decoction combined with endoscopic microcosmic syndrome differentiation in treating chronic atrophic gastritis, and discuss its action mechanism. Method: Totally 120 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 in each group. The control group was orally given Weifuchun table (4 pills/time, tid), Treatment group was orally given Yiqi Huayu Jiedu decoction and other traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) on the basis of endoscopic microcosmic syndrome differentiation. The treatment of both groups lasted for 16 weeks to observe clinical symptoms, score of symptoms, mucosal lesions and microscopic signs of both groups under gastroscope before and after treatment. Result: At the end of the treatment, the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 83.3%and 70%, respectively, their total effective rates of gastric mucosa were 73.3%and 60%, respectively. Treatment group was better than control group in the total score of symptoms and the TCM syndrome score (P<0.05). Treatment group can significantly improve gastric mucosal histopathology and microscopic signs under gastroscope, with a better effect in resisting helicobacter pylori (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huayu Jiedu decoction combined with endoscopic microcosmic syndrome differentiation has a definite efficacy in treating chronic atrophic gastritis, and so is worth promoting in clinic.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the efficacy of Jinwu Gutong capsules on degenerative knee osteoarthritis (KOA) with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis, and its effect on cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP), collagen type Ⅱ C-peptide (CTX-Ⅱ), collagen type I C-peptide (CTX-I) and matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3). Method: One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into control group (80 cases) and observation group (80 cases) by random number table. The patients in control group received glucosamine hydrochloride tablets, 480 mg/time, 3 times/day, and celebrex, 0.2 g·d-1. In addition to the therapy of control group, the patients in observation group received Jinwu Gutong capsules, 3 grains/day, 3 times/day. The courses of treatment were 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment, osteoarthritis index (WOMAC), kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, World Health Organization(WHO) quality of life measurement table(WHOQOL-BREF) score, and levels of COMP, CTX-Ⅱ, CTX-Ⅰ and MMP-3 were detected. Result: The clinical efficacy in observation group was superior to that in control group according to Ridit analysis (P<0.01). After the treatment, scores of pain, stiffness, joint function score, total scores, and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome score in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). And scores of subjective feelings of quality of life and health status, physiology and mental health in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Levels of COMP, CTX-Ⅱ, CTX-Ⅰand MMP-3 in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Levels of COMP, CTX-Ⅱ, CTX-Ⅰand MMP-3 in both groups were higher than those in healthy group. Conclusion: In addition to the therapy of conventional western medicine, Jinwu Gutong capsules can ameliorate bone metabolism indexes of patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis (KOA) with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type, reduce scores of WOMAC index, and improve patients' quality of life, with a better clinical effect than pure treatment with western medicine.

摘要:Objective: To discuss effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction on blood pressure variability and old patients with hypertension (kidney deficiency and blood stasis type), hemorheology, inflammatory response and function of vascular endothelium. Method: Totally 180 patients were divided into control group (90 cases) and combination group (90 cases) by random number table. The patients in control group took nifedipine controlled release tablets, 10 mg/time, 1 time/day, and captopril, 12.5 mg/time, 2 times/day. In addition to the therapy for control group, the patients in combination group were given Bushen Huoxue decoction, 1 dose/day. The course of treatment lasted for 12 weeks. Before and after the treatment, BPV indexes, such as standard deviation of 24-hour systolic blood pressure (24 h SSD), standard deviation of 24-hour diastolic blood pressure (24 h DSD), standard deviation of daytime systolic blood pressure (dSSD), standard deviation of daytime diastolic blood pressure (dDSD), standard deviation of night systolic blood pressure (nSSD) and standard deviation of night diastolic blood pressure (nDSD), were detected by dynamic blood pressure monitoring. And mean 24-hour systolic blood pressure (24 h SBP), mean 24-hour diastolic blood pressure (24 h DBP), mean daytime systolic blood pressure (dSBP), mean daytime diastolic blood pressure (dDSD), mean night systolic blood pressure (nSBP) and mean night diastolic blood pressure (nDSD) were also recorded. The quality of life was recorded by the short form 36 health survey scale (SF-36) and the kidney deficiency and blood stasis symptom were scored. Levels of nitric oxide (NO), endothelin 1 (ET-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosises factor-α (TNF-α) were detected. The above indexes were assessed once respectively before and after the treatment. Result: The total rate of effect of blood pressure in combination group was 92.94%, which was higher than 81.18%in control group (P<0.05). The total rate of effect of TCM symptoms in combination group was 89.41%, which was higher than 74.12%in control group (P<0.01). After the treatment, 24 h SSD, 24 h DSD, dSSD, dDSD, nSSD, nDSD, 24 h SBP, 24 h DBP, dSBP, dDBP, nSBP and nDBP in combination group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Indexes in SF-36 scale were higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Hemorheological indexes and levels of IL-6, TNF-α and ET-1 were lower than those in control group (P<0.01).And level of NO was higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on the routine western medicine therapy, Bushen Huoxue decoction can reduce blood pressure and BPV, improve quality of life, ameliorate hemorheological indexes and endothelium dysfunction, and relieve inflammatory response and risk of target-organ damage of old patients with hypertension.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for infantile CMV hepatitis. Method: Electronic databases of CNKI, VIP, CBM, Wanfang, Pubmed and Cochrane Library were searched to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of infantile CMV hepatitis. The literatures were screened out according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then put into a Meta-analysis. Result: In this study, totally 12 trials were included. According to the Meta-analysis, the treatment group was superior to the control group in evident increases in total effective rate, improvement rate of liver function, promotion of liver retraction to normal, and negative rate of CMV-IgM and CMV-DNA. Conclusion: Compared with western medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is superior in treating infantile CMV hepatitis. However, due to the low methodological quality of included trials, more high-quality RCT are required for further verification.

摘要:Objective: To analyze the prescription experience of professor LIU Chi-nian for treating chronic gastritis(CG) by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS). Method: The prescriptions for chronic gastritis(CG) were collected, and then the data was input into the TCMISS to analyze the prescription experience of professor LIU Chi-nian by using data mining methods, such as improved mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Result: Based on the analysis of 125 prescriptions, the frequency of herbs used in prescriptions and the association rules among the herbs were determined, and the frequently-used herbs, commonly-used herbs, 12 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: Professor LIU Chi-nian considered chronic gastritis(CG) mostly occurs with the weakness of the spleen and the stomach. Deficiency syndrome runs through the whole pathological process. The therapy shall focus on nourishing the stomach and spleen, supplementing Qi and nourishing yin. In addition, professor LIU Chi-nian laid emphasis on regulating the ascending and descending of Qi activity, and adopted clearing therapy and tonic therapy at the same time to regulate Qi and harmonizing the stomach. TCMISS is practical and objective to analyze the famous TCM doctor' clinical prescription experience, with great value in making a comprehensive summary of the clinical experience.

摘要:Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on Sanguisorbae Radix with a wide range of medicinal value. According to a large number of literatures and materials, Sanguisorbae Radix contains tannins, saponins, flavonoids and chemical composition, such as steroidal, and plays an important role in hemostasis, anti-tumor, anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory swelling, and improving blood system, with a wide antibiotic spectrum. Due to the in-depth study on chemical constituents of Sanguisorbae Radix, Sanguisorbae Radix has attracted great attention as a type of new drug treating chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression in recent years. Modern studies have found that Sanguisorbae Radix has also anti-oxidation, anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterium, antitumor and other effects. Although there have been in-depth studies on the pharmacological effects of chemical constituents of Sanguisorbae Radix, the correlations between its material basis of pharmacological activity remain to be further studied and explored. In this article, domestic and foreign literatures about chemical composition and pharmacology of Sanguisorbae Radix in recent 10 years were retrieved to summarize the chemical components and pharmacological activity of Sanguisorbae Radix. According to the results, Sanguisorbae Radix has such effects as hemostasis, anti-inflammation, anti-tumor, and improving blood system, suggesting a development value, and providing a reference for further development.  
摘要:Human immunodeficiency virus infection and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) are new infectious diseases, with no clear record of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Through nearly 30 years of clinical practices, TCM doctors have made remarkable clinical achievements, developed a lot of effective prescriptions, but still lagged behind in research and development of new TCM. Currently, the only new TCM for treating AIDS is Tangcao tablets, which restricts the role of TCM in prevention and control of AIDS to a certain extent. Through the analysis of the current research on TCMs in treatment of AIDS, the author explored the bottlenecks restricting new AIDS TCM research and development, such as the lack of ideal animal model, and the large number of confounding factors for AIDS TCM clinical research. Therefore, the author paid attention to the TCM compound mechanism research on the basis of in-depth research on animal models, especially screening of in vitro antivirus and immune regulating active ingredients, so as to provide the basis for better developing HIV/AIDS TCMs.
