      摘要:Objective: In order to improve the oral bioavailability of cantharidin and get in vivo sustained release effect,carbomer and chitosan were used as bioadhesive materials to prepare stomach bioadhesive sustained release tablets of cantharidin. Method: Cantharidin was firstly prepared into inclusion with β-cyclodextrin to increase its solubility.Adhesive materials were screened by single factor tests.Orthogonal test was used to optimize prescription of stomach bioadhesive sustained release tablets of cantharidin.Adhesive effect of this preparation in rats was evaluated,in vitro release properties and oral bioavailability in Beagle dogs of this preparation were investigated. Result: Carbomer 934 and chitosan were used as adhesive material.Prescription of each tablet was cantharidin of 5 mg,β-cyclodextrin of 175 mg,carbomer 934 of 50 mg,chitosan of 50 mg,crospovidone of 80 mg,magnesium stearate of 4 mg.In vitro release of cantharidin in stomach bioadhesive sustained release tablets was 25%-35% after 3 h,it was more than 85% after 12 h.The tablets could adhered on surface of the gastric mucosa in Wistar rats after 8 h.The relative bioavailability of cantharidin in Beagle dog was 172%. Conclusion: Adhesive tablets of cantharidin has good stomach bioadhesive properties and sustained release.Cantharidin from the tablets releases stable and durable in Beagle dogs,its bioavailability significantly improves.

      摘要:Objective: To compare quality control indexes and chemical compositions of crude Psoraleae Fructus and its three processed products. Method: Impurity,water content,total ash and acid insoluble ash of different processed products were performed in accordance with standards in the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.HPLC was established to compare contents of major ingredients in crude Psoraleae Fructus and its different processed products. Result: The impurity,water content,total ash and acid insoluble ash of crude Psoraleae Fructus and its three processed products met requirements of the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Twelve major constituents were identified. Conclusion: Bakuchiol has renal toxicity and liver toxicity.After processing,the content of bakuchiol decreases,indicating that wine and salt processed products can attenuate toxicity of crude products;psoralen and isopsoralen significantly increase,these two components can promote growth of osteoblasts,which was in consistent with theory that salt processing can enhance kidney-Yang effect.The content of 4'-O-methylbroussochalcone B significantly increases in processed products,whereas bavachinin A significantly reduces,which may be due to that bavachinin A degrades and turns into 4'-O-methylbroussochalcone B at high temperatures.Variations in contents of these constituents in Psoraleae Fructus may contribute to different clinical efficacy of its processed products.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the processing technology of stir-baked Leonuri Fructus with central composite design-response surface methodology,and provide the basis for its normalized production. Method: Stir-baking processing technology was optimized by taking processing temperature,processing time and stir-baking machine speed as independent variables,contents of total alkaloids,stachydrine hydrochloride,water soluble extract and alcohol soluble extract as evaluation indexes,each level of independent variables were fitted by multiple regression fitting.Response surface methodology was used to select optimum processing technology.UV was adopted to determine the content of total alkaloids in stir-baked Leonuri Fructus at 520 nm.HPLC-ELSD was employed to determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (60:40),the flow rate of 0.5 mL·min-1 and the drift tube temperature at 70℃. Result: Complex correlation coefficient of trinomial fitting was high.Optimum processing technology parameters were as follows:processing temperature at 219℃,processing time of 2 min,stir-baking machine speed of 14 r·min-1.Contents of total alkaloids,stachydrine hydrochloride,water soluble extract and alcohol soluble extract were 9.82,2.50,86.16,193.28 mg·g-1. Conclusion: Central composite design-response surface methodology can be used to optimize processing technology of stir-baked Leonuri Fructus,and it is simple with good prediction,which is suitable for standardized production of stir-baked Leonuri Fructus.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate impact of Jianchangbang honey-bran fried method on contents of atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma. Method: UPLC was employed to determine contents of atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water for gradient elution,a flow rate of 0.6 mL·min-1,column temperature at 35℃,detection wavelength of atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅲ at 220 nm,detection wavelength of atractylenolide Ⅱ at 276 nm,injection volume of 2 μL. Result: Linear ranges of atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were 2.63×10-3-6.575×10-2,1.972×10-3-4.93×10-2,2.424×10-3-6.06×10-2 μg,respectively.Total content of atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ in crude products,stir-fried products,wheat bran fried products,honey-bran fried products,bran fried products,honey-bran fried products were 0.663,0.901,1.184,0.885,1.228, 1.725 mg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion: Compared with crude products,processing can increase content of atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,their content in Jianchangbang honey-bran fried products is the highest.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize spray drying process of Equiseti Hiemalis Herba dispensing granule for preparing qualified intermediates. Method: Taking flour yield and particle size distribution as indicators to screen the auxiliary materials category.This research was studied based on the Plackett-Burman design in Minitab 16 software,taking flour yield as indicator,screening out three major factors (inlet air temperature,solid content ratio and feed rate) influenced the spray drying process,and determining the level of non-main factors.On this basis,with transfer rate of kaempferol,moisture absorption rate of fine powder and flour yield as indexes,Box-Behnken was employed to optimize process parameters. Result: Optimum spray drying process conditions were obtained as follows:adding 3%micro-silica into Equiseti Hiemalis Herba extract with solid content ratio of 20%,temperature of feed liquid 65℃,inlet air temperature at 151℃,intake air volume of 4 m3·min-1,feed rate of 33 mL·min-1.Under these conditions,transfer rate of kaempferol was 94.2%,moisture absorption rate of fine powder was 20.6%and flour yield was 85.0%. Conclusion: This optimized spray drying process is stable and feasible,which can provide basis for mass production of Equiseti Hiemalis Herba dispensing granule.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate difference of antitussive activity and treatment of pneumonia in mice between Xiao'er Baibu Zhike Tangjiang with raw or processed products of Stemonae Radix. Method: Cough model of guinea pigs induced by citric acid was established to investigate antitussive difference between raw products compound and processed products compound with different doses.Lipopolysaccharide was adopted to stimulate mice pneumonia model and syncytial virus mouse pneumonia model,raw products compound and processed products compound were orally asministrated,concentration of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-10 (IL-10),γ-interferon (IFN-γ) and IL-4 in rats bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were detected,lung tissues were sliced. Result: Compared with the same dose of raw products compound,middle and high dose of processed products compound showed distinctly stronger antitussive activity;compared with the high dose of raw products compound, high dose of processed products compound showed lower inflammatory cell infiltration and more regressive ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4. Conclusion: In order to play a better therapeutic effect,honey-processed Stemonae Radix should be used to prepare Xiao'er Baibu Zhike Tangjiang.

      摘要:Objective: To study on spectrum-activity relationship between chemical composition and anti-gastric cancer efficacy of Echinopsis Radix in Yuzhou. Method: Chemical composition in Echinopsis Radix from seven regions was analyzed by HPLC,and principal component analysis was carried out for its comom peak,according to correlation coefficient matrix,characteristic value and accumulated variance contribution rate,principal components of Echinopsis Radix were inferred.MTT was used to assay proliferation inhibition rate of Echinopsis Radix from seven regions for gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 and AGS,then for cluster analysis.Canonical correlation analysis was used to analyze relationship between chemical composition and anti-gastric cancer efficacy of Echinopsis Radix. Result: Principal components of Echinopsis Radix were rosmarinic acid,oleanolic acid and stigmasterol in seventeen common peaks.Proliferation inhibition rates of Echinopsis Radix from different region on SGC-7901 and AGS cell were in the order of Henan >Shandong >Liaoning >Shanxi >Anhui >Jiangsu >Gansu.Cluster analysis showed that Henan and Shandong classified the same species,Liaoning and Shanxi classified the same species,Anhui,Jiangsu and Gansu classified the same species. Conclusion: Echinopsis Radix from Henan has the strongest proliferation inhibition effect on gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 and AGS.Rosmarinic acid,oleanolic acid and stigmasterol in Echinopsis Radix may be these principal components for anti-gastric cancer.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the current conditions of material medica resources through the Fourth national survey of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) resources in Fengcheng, Liaoning Province, in order to provide a reasonable basis for the protection and development. Method: The survey was conducted according to the technical scheme of the Fourth National Survey on Chinese material medica resources. The survey method of representative area-sample area-quadrat set-quadrat was adopted for wild resources of medicinal plants. Six representative areas, namely grass, meadow, shrub, coniferous forest, broad-leaved forest and theropencedrymion, were selected in the survey. Result: Totally 36 sample plots, approximately 5 000 medicinal plants and 161 medicinal ancient trees were surveyed, including 7 species that had not been reported in Liaoning Province; Arisaema amurense was first found in Fengcheng, whose leaflets was covered with whitish marks, and which was recorded in the Flora of China; and an undetermined Pulsatilla was found at the top of Baiyun Mountain. Conclusion: The general surveywork of TCM in field was completed. We found that Baiyun Mountain in Fengcheng is a special mountain gathering both Changbai flora and North China flora, with a high vegetation coverage rate and large number of plant varieties. A natural reserve area is suggested to be established to better protect rare medicinal plant resources.

      摘要:Objective: To provide the scientific basis for the utilization and development of Lindernia ruellioides by formulating the quality control standards for it. Method: The characteristics and microscopic identification of L.ruellioides were studied. With verbascoside as the reference substance, TLC was applied in the qualitative identification of it. Moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash and extractives in L.ruellioides was determined based on the approaches in the appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in 2015, and the content of verbascoside was analyzed by HPLC. Result: The characteristics and microscopic identification of L.ruellioides were described, with stable and reliable identification characteristics. The spots in TLC were clear, with a good separation. The limits for moisture, total ash and acid insoluble ash in L.ruellioides shall be less than 13.00%, 21.00%and 10.00%, respectively, and the limits for the extractives and the content of verbascoside shall be more than 15.00%and 0.20%. Conclusion: The method established is simple, accurate and reliable, and the standard limit is reasonable, whic can be used to control the quality of L.ruellioides.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the correlation between sulfur dioxide residue and the content of sulfur-containing derivatives in Angelica Sinensis Radix after sulfur-fumigation. Method: The method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 version, the first supplement) was used to determine the dynamic change of sulfur dioxide residue; UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS method was used to quantify the sulfur-containing derivatives at different sulfur-fumigation time points. The determination results of sulfur dioxide residue and sulfur-containing derivatives were statistically analyzed. Result: With the increase of sulfur-fumigation duration, sulfur dioxide residue first increased, then reduced and became flat within 480 min. The content of sulfur-containing derivatives in decoction was obviously higher than that in methanol extract, and first increased and then slowly reduced with the increase of sulfur-fumigation duration. Conclusion: There is no clear correlation between sulfur dioxide residue and sulfur-containing derivatives in sulfur-fumigated Angelica Sinensis Radix. Therefore, sulfur dioxide residue alone might be inadequate to comprehensively evaluate the quality control of sulfur-fumigated Angelica Sinensis Radixs.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents in Fritillaria Ussuriensis Bulbus water solution, extract Fritillaria Ussuriensis Bulbus by the method of water solution, and establish LC-ESI-TRAP-MS (LC-MSn) method to analyze the chemical components in Fritillaria Ussuriensis Bulbus water solution. Method: LC-MSn method was used to determine the chemical components in Fritillaria Ussuriensis Bulbus on Agilent ZORBAX Extend-C18 column (2.1 mm×50 mm 1.8 μm), with acetonitrile-0.1%ammonia as the mobile phase for gradient elution. Data were collected with posi tive ESI source. Structures of the components were elucidated by comparing the total ion chromatogram, multi-stage mass spectrogram, and mass spectrometry fragment information between Fritillaria Ussuriensis Bulbus water solution and control products and by referring to the compound standard mass spectrometry fragmentation rules. Result: The 22 peaks were found in this study; 19 alkaloid components were identified; and 3 unknown alkaloid components were found from Fritillaria Ussuriensis Bulbus water solution. Conclusion: LC-MSn method is suitable for the routine analysis of alkaloid components in Fritillaria Ussuriensis Bulbus and also can help to improve the understanding of its pharmacodynamic action, providing experimental and theoretical basis for the study of chemical components and quality control of Fritillaria Ussuriensis Bulbus.

      摘要:Objective: To study the extraction, separation and preliminary structural characterization of the polysaccharide from the leaves of Panax notoginseng. Method: Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were adopted to optimize the extraction process of the polysaccharide from the leaves of P. notoginseng. Several methods such as resin method, ion exchange chromatography and gel permeation chromatography were used to purify and separate the polysaccharide. Paper chromatography and GC-MS were used to analyze the monosaccharide composition and the backbone structure of the polysaccharides. Result: The optimum extraction process was obtained as follows:extraction temperature of 80℃, extraction time of 1 h, solid to liquid ratio of 1:12, and extraction times of 3 times. Homogeneous polysaccharide A1 was obtained after purification and separation, mainly composed of arabinose, glucose and galactose with the molar ratio of 1.00:1.56:1.17.The backbone chain was mainly composed of glucose and galactose and the branched chain was composed of arabinose and galactose. Conclusion: Hot water extraction technology of the polysaccharides from the leaves of P. notoginseng was optimized. Resin method was used to replace the traditional decolorization and deproteinization methods of polysaccharide, with good effect. In addition, monosaccharide composition of the polysaccharide from the leaves of P. notoginseng was consistent with that of the polysaccharide from the roots of P. notoginseng. The present paper provided theoretical and experimental basis for comprehensive utilization of the polysaccharide from P. notoginseng.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the liposoluble compounds of Huaiyang Medicago polymorpha. Method: The liposoluble compounds of M. polymorpha were extracted by petroleum ether and qualitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrography (GC-MS) to identify its chemical components; the relative content of every compound was determined by normalization method. A sensitive and reliable quantitative analysis of α-linolenic acid and palmitic acid in M. polymorpha was carried out by using methyl heptadecanoate as internal standard. Result: The qualitative analysis showed that a total of 26 chromatographic peaks were detected and 17 components were identified. Among them, α-linolenic acid and palmitic acid accounted for 45%of the relative content. The quantitative analysis showed that the contents of α-linolenic acid and palmitic acid were 0.62%and 0.19%respectively. Conclusion: GC-MS method can be used to effectively analyze the liposoluble contents of M. polymorpha. In the liposoluble constituents, the content of beneficial fatty acids α-linolenic acid was almost 3 times of hexadecanoic acid. The nutritional value of Chinese ancient medicinal-edible plants was elucidated by modern research results of fatty acids, which provided a more powerful basis for the development and utilization of M. polymorpha.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents from rhizome of Athyrium multidentatum and their reducing capacity. Method: The chemical constituents were separated and purified by silica-gel column chromatography, and identified according to physicochemical properties and spectral data. The reducing capacity was detected by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. Result: Eleven compounds were obtained from A. multidentatum rhizome and identified as methyl linoleate (1), physcion (2), tetracosanoic acid (3), 1-hexacosanol (4), linoleic acid (5), β-sitosterol (6), daucosterol (7), striatisporolide A (8), protocatechuic acid methyl ester (9), protocatechuic acid (10) and D-glucose (11). Conclusion: Except for compounds 3 and 6, all of the remaining compounds were prepared from A. multidentatum for the first time, and compounds 9 and 10 showed a notable reducing capacity.

      摘要:Objective: To study the changes in the residues of paeoniflorin and sulfur dioxide in Paeoniae Radix Alba after storage for one year, in order to provide the scientific basis for solving the sulfur fumigation problem in guaranteeing the quality and safety of herbal medicine paeoniflorin. Method: The residues of sulfur dioxide and paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba and samples suffocated by sulfur after storage for one year under the same conditions were determined. Result: The contents of paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba decreased significantly after being fumigated by sulfur and in the process of being sliced and decocted. The minimum content of paeoniflorin in the prepared slices of paeoniae Radix Alba was 2.805%, which was consistent with the requirement in Chinese Pharmacopoeia for no less than 1.6%. Sulfur dioxide residues were detected, with the maximum residue of 284.239 mg·kg-1 in fumigated samples, which however was still lower than the requirement for no less than 400 mg·kg-1 of sulfur dioxide residue, and would mostly lost during slicing, decoction and storage. Conclusion: Content of Paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba decreased significantly after being fumigated by sulfur. Sulfur dioxide residues greatly reduced during softening, slicing and decoction, suggesting that the sulfur fumigation technique could be reserved at present.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a quantitative method for the free amino acids in Ziziphi Spinosae Semen. Method: Acquity UPLC BEH Amide column(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm)was used for chromatographic separation, temperature of the column was set at 35℃. The flow rate was 0.4 mL·min-1. Waters XevoTM TQ worked in multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM). Result: In 12 min, the investigated compounds were determined without derivatization. Our method was validated in terms of sensitivity, recovery, linearity as well as repeatability. Conclusion: The established method can be helpful for evaluation the quality control of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen.

      摘要:Objective: Studies on the chemical constituents of Guangxi characteristic medicine Murdannia nudiflora. Method: The slica column chromatography and recrystallization were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents of M. nudiflora. Result: Fifteen compounds have been isolated and identified as:n-nonatriacontane(1), n-octyl eicosenoate (2), cholest-7-en-3-one (3), 22,23-dihydrospinasterone (4), n-tetracosanoic acid (5), n-triaconatanoic acid (6), β-sitosterol (7), campesterol (8), stigmasterol (9), ergostenol (10), stigmast-7-en-3-ol (11), stigmasterol-3-O-glucopyranoside (12), daucosterol (13), (2S)-1-O-heptatriacontanoyl glycerol (14), bracteanolide A (15). Conclusion: Compounds 1-15 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To establish back-propagation artificial neural networks quantitative models by Raman spectroscopy technique,the model can get a rapid determination for the content of CaF2 in Fluoritum. Method: Raman spectra of 54 batches of samples including Fluoritum and the mixture which had different content of CaF2 were collected,and were preprocessed with Fourier self-deconvolution (FSD),first-order derivative (FD),vector normalization (VN) and 9 point smoothing by OPUS 7.0 software.Modeling spectrum interval was optimized by siPLS,the quantitative models were established by BP-ANN algorithm in MATLAB 2014a software.The content of CaF2 was determined by EDTA titration method,which was used as a reference. Result: Three-layer BP-ANN quantitative models were established,the characteristic modeling spectrum intervals were 1 675-1 625,1 525-1 475,850-800,750-700,650-600 cm-1,RMSEP was 2.73%with R2 of 85.64%.The maximum relative deviation of prediction result was 5.55%,the average relative deviation was 2.30% and the average recovery was 99.74%. Conclusion: The three-layer BP-ANN quantitative model established on the basis of siPLS can get a rapid and accurate determination for the content of CaF2 in Fluoritum.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze and identify the chemical components in plasma from Guizhi Fuling capsules by UPLC/Q-TOF-MS. Method: Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column (3 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm) was used for isolation and identification of chemical components in Guizhi Fuling capsules with a mobile phase of methanol-water containing 0.1%formic acid for gradient elution and the flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1.Electrospray ion (ESI) source were applied for the qualitative analysis under the negative ion mode. Result: Based on UPLC/Q-TOF-MS analysis,a total of 14 compounds (including 13 prototypes and 1 metabolites) were identified by compared with ion chromatograms and pyrolysis information of mass fragmentation of the blank biological samples and reference substances. Conclusion: This method is rapid,simple and credible for identification of ingredients in plasma from Guizhi Fuling capsules,and it can provide a foundation for the illumination of its pharmacodynamics material basis.

      摘要:Objective: To observe and the influence of bufadienolides on the immune-related cytokines in vivo, analyze the effect of drug on immune system regulation, and provide the pharmacological and pharmacodynamics evidences to clarify its immune mechanism. Method: After the AsPC-1 pancreatic cancer tumor cells were cultured in vitro, the animal models of AsPC-1 pancreatic cancer were established in nude mice. After administration for a certain time, flow cytometry with high throughput and multi-factor detection technology was used to detect the cytokines of granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interferon-γ(IFN-γ), interleukin-1α(IL-1α), interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-5 (IL-5), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in mice serum. Western blot assay was used to detect the protein content of corresponding cytokines in tissues, and its immune effect in vivo was evaluated. Result: In the observation of the drug's immune effect on pancreatic cancer tumor-bearing nude mice in vivo, as compared with gemictabine and cinobufotalin injection, bufadienolides can enhance more cytokine expression. The low dosage group had protective effect on spleen while high dosage group achieved the same effect on spleen as gemictabine and cinobufotalin injection. Conclusion: Bufadienolides can lead to secretion of various immune-related cytokines, enhance the body's immune function, but the specific mechanism of immune function still needs further research.

      摘要:Objective: To examine the effects and immunological mechanism of Shugan Jianpi method on diarrehae-irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D) brain-gut axis dysfunction. Method: SD rats were treated with mother-child separation, acetic acid stimulation combined with restraint stress method to establish the IBS-D model. Themodel rats were randomly divided into five groups:model control group, pinaverium bromide group (0.018 g·kg-1),Changji'an high, medium and low-dose groups(33.48, 16.74, 8.37 g·kg-1), with six in each group. They were continuously administered by gavage for two weeks. At the same time, six normal rats were given normal saline as a normal control group. After administration, average daily food intake, percentage of sugar preferences and automatic activity were observed. ELISA assay was used to detect content of interleukin-8(IL-8) and IL-10 in serum, real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and IL-1β mRNA expressions in colon, and determinate changes in thymus and spleen coefficients. Result: Compared with normal control group, average daily food intake, percentage of sugar preferences and automatic activity of rats in IBS-D model group were reduced, IL-8, TNF-α, IL-1β expressions were increased, IL-10 reduced, thymus and spleen coefficient significantly increased (P<0.05); and compared with model group, in each treatment group, average daily food intake, percentage of sugar preferences and automatic activity significantly rebounded, TNF-α level was reduced in colon, and IL-10 increased(P<0.05); IL-8 and IL-1β expressions of pinaverium ammonium group and Changji'an high and median-dose groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),while low-dose group showed no significant statistical difference;In each group, thymus coefficient was significantly lower(P<0.05), and spleen coefficient was decreased, but with no statistical significance. Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi method can improve stagnation of liver and deficiency spleen in IBS-D rats, regulate the expression of inflammatory cytokines and enhance the function of immune organs to a certain degree, which may contribute to the improvement of brain-gut axis dysfunction and the treatment of IBS-D.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effects of Zuogui Wan and Yougui Wan and their disassembled prescriptions on adipocyte-induced bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) of ovariectomized rat, and discuss their relevant action mechanism. Method: Ninety female rats were selected; 10 of them were randomly selected as the normal group; among the remaining 80 rats, 10 were randomly selected to excide a small amount of fat tissue around ovaries through bilateral lumbar incisions as the sham group, while the other 70 were selected to excide bilateral ovaries as the model group. They were divided into nine groups, namely control group, sham group, ovariectomized group, Zuogui Wan group (18.9 g·kg-1), Yougui Wan group (20.52 g·kg-1), common prescription group (15.12 g·kg-1), Yin prescription group (12.96 g·kg-1), Yang prescription group (8.1 g·kg-1) and progynova group, and simultaneously intervened the BMSCs. The BMSCs were identified by flow cytometry, and lipid droplets of BMSCs were assessed by oil red O staining. The mRNA expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ(PPARγ), lipoprotein (LPL) and fatty acid binding protein 4 (FABP4) were assayed by RT-PCR. The protein expression of CCAAT/enhancer binding protein β(C/EBPβ) was assayed by Western blot. Result: Compared with control group, ovariectomized group showed significant differentiation from BMSCs to adipocytes and increases in PPARγ, LPL, FABP4 mRNA expressions and C/EBPβ protein expression(P<0.05). Compared with ovariectomized group, both Zuogui Wan and Yougui Wan and their disassembled prescriptions can inhibit adipogenic differentiation. Especially, Yougui Wan can remarkablely down-regulate PPARγ, LPL, FABP4 mRNA, and reduce the expression of C/EBPβ protein (P<0.05). Conclusion: Zuogui Wan and Yougui Wan and their disassembled prescriptions can inhibit adipogenic differentiation. Yuogui Wan may have a better effect in inhibiting onadipogenic differentiation than Zuogui Wan, Yang prescription and common prescription.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effects of panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) in rats with early stage of cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity through serum metabonomic analysis. Method: The rats received intraperitoneal injection with a single dose of cisplatin, and a subset of rats were also intraperitoneally injected with PNS once a day. After 24 hours, the renal functions of the rats were evaluated; the pathological changes of renal tissues were observed by using hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE); and the serum metabolic profiles were analyzed by using nuclear magnetic resonance-based metabonomics technology. Result: PNS decreased the concentration of serum creatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and improved the renal histopathological damages. Additionally, principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) of the serum samples showed a clear difference for the normal control group from cisplatin-only group and the cisplatin-PNS group, and showed a part overlap between the cisplatin-only group and the cisplatin-PNS group. Moreover, acetone, n-acetyl glycoprotein signals, pyruvate, lipid and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) expression levels were lower, while glucose, valine and tyrosine expression levels were higher in the cisplatin-only group and the cisplatin-PNS group when compared with the normal control group. The expression level of lactate in the cisplatin-only group was higher than that in the cisplatin-PNS group. In addition, the expression level of phenylalanine in cisplatin-PNS group and normal control group was higher, while the expression level of tyrosine was lower than those in the cisplatin-only group. Metabolic pathways of different metabolites mainly included pentose-phosphate pathway, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis pathways, pyruvate pathways and other pathways related with energy metabolism. Conclusion: PNS had a protective effect on cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity, and its protective mechanism may be associated with reversing the disturbed metabolism induced by cisplatin, especially the disturbed energy metabolism.

      摘要:Objective: To research the anti-hepatic fibrosis effect of ammonium glycyrrhetate combined oxymatrine in hepatic fibrosis rat induced by CCl4 and its mechanism. Method: SD rats were randomly divided into six groups, namely normal group, model group, colchicine positive group (2 mg·kg-1), ammonium glycyrrhetate group (15 mg·kg-1), oxymatrine group (30 mg·kg-1),ammonium glycyrrhetate combined oxymatrine group (15 mg·kg-1+30 mg·kg-1), with 10 in each group. Except for normal group, in the remaining groups, the rat liver fibrosis model were induced by CCl4.Normal group and model group were given the saline, treatment groups were administered with the corresponding drugs of equal clinical doses. Their liver fibrosis were assessed by detecting serum alanine transaminase (ALT), aspertate aminotransferase (AST) and liver hydroxyproline (Hyp) and observing liver tissue pathology biopsy. Besides, serum interleukin-6(IL-6), acetylcholin esterase (AchE), high mobility group protein 1 (HMGB1), and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) were also detected. Result: Compared with model group,model group showed remarkable increases in ALT, AST, IL-6, AchE, LPS, HMGB1 and liver Hyp (P<0.01), significant liver tissue pathological changes, and notable expansion in collagen area. Compared with model group, ALT, AST and IL-6, AchE,LPS, HMGB1 levels and liver Hyp significantly decreased in treatment group (P<0.05), At the same time, compared with model group, oxymatrine group showed obvious decrease in the expression of AchE (P<0.05), and combination group showed a higher AchE expressions than oxymatrine group (P<0.05), and significant alleviation in liver tissue pathological changes and collagen area. Conclusion: Ammonium glycyrrhetate combined oxymatrine can inhibit CCl4-induced liver fibrosis in rats by reducing the levels of LPS and the expression of IL-6, HMGB1.The combined administration can improve the clinical effect in declining acetyl cholinesterase by using oxymatrine alone.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Angelicae Sinensis Radix (ASR) on asthmatic mice with Yin deficiency syndrome. Method: Totally 84 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into seven groups:normal group, model group, dexamethasone group (dexamethasone, 0.5 mg·kg-1), ASR high, middle and low-dose groups (ASR, 8, 4, 2 g·kg-1), and ASR + dexamethasone group (combination group, ASR 4 g·kg-1 and dexamethasone 0.5 mg·kg-1). Except for normal group, all of the remaining groups were included into the BALB/c model by injecting ovalbumin (OVA) for sensitization, inhaling OVA for stimulation. In the late stage of the experiment, the asthmatic mouse model with Yin deficiency syndrome was reproduced through gavage with thyroxine; rat body weight, pulmonary fluid clearance, autonomous activity, asthmatic behaviors, respiratory function, cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP), and lung histopathology were observed under the intervention of ASR. Result: Compared with normal group, model group showed significant decreases in water content in lung tissues, body weight, cGMP, tidal volume, and increases in autonomous activity, food and water intake, cAMP, cAMP/cGMP, respiratory frequency and comprehensive asthmatic behavior score, with obvious pathologic changes in lung tissues (P<0.05, P<0.01); compared with normal group, ASR high, middle and low-dose groups can improve Yin deficiency syndrome by maintaining pulmonary fluid clearance and body weight, depressing autonomous activity, food and water intake, cAMP and cAMP/cGMP, and increasing cGMP content, and relieving cAMP/cGMP imbalance status (P<0.05, P<0.01). And it can also alleviate asthma by increasing tidal volume, depressing breathing rate, asthmatic behaviors, bronchial wall epithelial cell exfoliation, and pathologic changes in lung tissues (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: ASR has a certain effect in treating asthma and asthma with Yin deficiency syndrome.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Tang (GT) on inflammatory signal expression of Toll-MyD88 in synovial tissues of joint of rats with monosodium urate crystal-induced gouty arthritis (GA). Method: Totally 180 male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 experiments, namely IHC, ELISA and Western blot experiments, with 60 rats in each experiment. In each experiment, 60 rats were included and divided into 6 groups, namely model group, normal group, high, medium and low-dose GD group (4, 8, 16 mg·kg-1) and colchicine group (3×10-4 g·kg-1), with 10 rats in each group according to weight. All of experimental groups were treated with medicine through gastric administration, normal and model groups were given equal volume of distilled water. Medicine or distilled water was given once daily for consecutively seven days throughout the experiments. On the fifth day, GA model was induced through injection with monosodium urate in the ankle joint cavity of rats. The synovial tissues of the rats were taken, expressions of Toll like receptor-2, 4 in synovial tissues of the joint of rats were detected with immunohistochemistry, IA was measured with Image-Pro Plus 6.0 analysis system. ELISA was used to determine expressions of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1).The expression levels of Myeloid differentiation factor-88 (MyD88), nuclear factor enzyme inhibitor (IκK-β), nuclear factor κB inhibitory protein (IκB-α) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPAR-γ) were detected by Western blot. Result: Compared with normal group after 72 hours, average IA of TLR-2, TLR-4 and the expression level of MyD88, IκK-β,COX-2 in synovial tissues of the GA rats significantly increased; compared with normal group, average IA of TLR-2, TLR-4 and the expression level of MyD88, IκK-β, COX-2 significantly decreased in medium and high-dose GT groups (P<0.05), whereas TGF-β1, IκB-α and PPAR-γ protein expressions significantly increased (P<0.05), with no significant change in IκK-β in all GT groups. Conclusion: The action mechanism of GT on gouty arthritis in rats may be related to decreases in the expression levels of TLR-2, TLR-4 and MyD88 protein expressions, and increases in the expression of PPAR-γ and IκB-α, and inhibition of the activation of NF-κB, and reduction of the expression of inflammatory factors in Toll-MyD88 signaling pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To investigated the effects of baicalein on proliferation activity and invasive ability of extravillous trophoblast derived HTR-8/SVneo cells, and explore the potential mechanism of Chinese medicine baicalein in treating trophoblast diseases such as recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Method: HTR-8/SVneo cells were cultured in vitro, and with baicalein 0 μmol·L-1 as the blank group, the effect of different concentrations of baicalein (0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1 μmol·L-1) on cell proliferation activity was evaluated by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assays. Transwell assay was proformed to evaluate the effect of baicalein on cell invasive ability. Total RNA and protein of HTR-8/SVneo cells exposured with baicalein (0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1 μmol·L-1) were isolated to assess the mRNA and protein levels of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2, MMP-9 by Real-time PCR and Western blot respectively. At the same time, cell supernatant was collected to observe the effect of baicalein on secretion and enzyme activities of MMP-9, MMP-2 by gelatin zymography. Result: As compared with balnk group, 0.01, 0.05, 0.1,0.5 μmol·L-1 baicalein could significantly increase the invasive ability of HTR-8/SVneo cells in a concentration-dependent manner (P<0.05).The 0.01, 0.05, 0.1,0.5 μmol·L-1 baicalein could significantly up-regulate the protein and mRNA expressions of MMP-9 and enhance its enzyme activities (P<0.05). Conclusion: Baicalein could induce to increase the invasive ability of trophoblast HTR-8/SVneo cells, probably by increasing the protein and mRNA expressions as well as enzyme activities of MMP-9.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of effective components of Qi-toads colon-specific oral tablets (ECOQCOT) combined with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) on CT26 colon carcinoma transplanted tumors, and investigate the T-lymphocyte levels in the peripheral blood and the protein expression of related apoptosis regulatory factors in tumour tissues. Method: Subcutaneous transplanted tumor models were established in CT26 tumour-bearing mice, and then were randomly divided into model group, early intervention group, synchronous intervention group, delayed intervention group, 5-FU group (20 mg·kg-1), and ECOQCOT group (22 g·kg-1). The growth curves of transplanted tumors were drawn and tumour inhibition rate was calculated in each group. the T-lymphocyte levels in the peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry, the protein expressions of Bax and Bcl-2 were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Result: The tumour inhibition rate was 43.63%, 34.35%, 31.12%, 26.91%and 18.67%respectively in early intervention group, synchronous intervention group, delayed intervention group, 5-FU group and ECOQCOT group. As compared with the model group, the percentage of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ T cells and CD4+/CD8+ were increased in all treatment groups, and the above indexes in early intervention group and synchronous intervention group were significantly increased (P<0.01). The results of immunohistochemical staining showed that the protein expressions of Bax in early intervention group and synchronous intervention group were significantly higher than those in model group (P<0.05, P<0.01), the protein expressions of Bcl-2 in early intervention group, synchronous intervention group, delayed intervention group and 5-FU group were significantly lower than those in model group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: ECOQCOT combined with 5-FU had stronger inhibiting effects on CT26 tumours than the single 5-FU group or single ECOQCOT group, and the early intervention group had the strongest inhibiting effects, the mechanism might be related with enhancing immune function and inducing the apoptosis of tumour cells.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Xinfukang pill in intervening pressure overload-induced myocardial hypertrophy and ventricular remodeling in rats, and the correlation between its pharmacological effect and the expression of miRNA-21 in cardiac tissue. Method: The abdominal aorta narrowing and contraction method was adopted in adult health male Wistar rats to establish the model of myocardial hypertrophy and ventricular remodeling. Four weeks after coarctation of abdominal aorta, the Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group, Enalapril group (1.04 mg·kg-1·d-1), Xinfukang low and high-dose groups (52, 208 mg·kg-1·d-1), and and sham group, with 20 in each group. After 8, 12 weeks, echocardiographic evaluation was conducted for cardiac indexes, LVPWs, LV Vols and LVEF. The expressions of Fas, FasL in cardiac tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the expression of miRNA-21 was also detected by Real-time PCR. Result: After eight weeks, compared with normal group, all model groups showed significant increases in LVPWs, cardiomegaly index, Fas and FasL protein contents, and miRNA-21 mRNA expression, and notable decreases in LV Vols, LVEF (P<0.01). Compared with normal group, Xinfukang low and high-dose groups and Enalapril group showed remarkable reductions in LVPWs, cardiomegaly index, and Fas and FasL protein contents, and notable increases in LV Vols, LVEF, and miRNA-21 mRNA expression, particularly in Xinfukang high-dose group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Twelve weeks later, compared with normal group, all of model groups showed significant increases in LVPWs, cardiomegaly index, Fas and FasL protein contents, and miRNA-21 mRNA expression, and notable decreases in LV Vols, LVEF (P<0.01). Compared with Enalapril group, Xinfukang high and low-dose groups showed remarkable reductions in LVPWs, cardiomegaly index, and Fas and FasL protein contents, and notable increases in LV Vols, LVEF, and miRNA-21 mRNA expression (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The effect of Xinfukang pill in improving the cardiac function of rats with pressure overload may be correlated with the promotion of the expression of miRNA-21, the regulation of Fas and FasL, and the inhibition of apoptosis.

      摘要:Objective: To protective and regulative effect Patchouli oil on intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier and immune barrier of rats with post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome(PI-IBS). Method: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, PI-IBS model group, Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid group (HXZQ group), low-dose of Patchouli oil, middle-dose of Patchouli oil and high-dose of Patchouli oil, with 8 rats in each group. The rat model of intracolonic instillation of acetic acid (4%)-induced colitis is set up. Control group and PI-IBS model group were treated with water, HXZQ group was treated with HXZQ(3.3 mL·kg-1). Low-dose of Patchouli oil, middle-dose of Patchouli oil and high-dose of Patchouli oil were treated with Patchouli oil (2,3,4 g·kg-1). After different treatment for 5 days, intestinal epithelial ultrastructure was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), the diamine oxidase (DAO) activity and SIgA content in serum was measured by ELISA assay. ICAM-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Result: Microvilli on the surface of the epithelial cells was sparse, uneven distribution and different length in PI-IBS model group. Recovery effect is obvious in high-dose group of Patchouli oil. Serum DAO content in model group was higher than it of the normal group (P<0.05). Compared with PI-IBS model group, serum DAO content in high-dose groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The difference between the normal group and high-dose groups was not statistically significant. Serum SIgA content in model group was lower than it of the normal group (P<0.01). The difference between the normal group and high-dose groups or HXZQ group was not statistically significant. ICAM-1 protein expression IA values in model group was higher than it of the normal group (P<0.01). Compared with PI-IBS model group, ICAM-1 protein expression IA values in high-dose groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The difference between the normal group and high-dose groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Patchouli oil can repair intestinal epithelial ultrastructure in rats with PI-IBS, reduce intestinal permeability, and then protect Intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier. Patchouli oil could promote SIgA, inhibit the expression of ICAM-1, thereby regulate immune barrier of rats with PI-IBS.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Lishi Zhuyu decoction in treating gouty arthritis, and investigate its action mechanism. Method: The 210 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to Orthopedic Department of Heibei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September, 2014 to September, 2015 were divided into treatment group and control group according to the digital random table method, with 105 cases in each group. Patients in control group received western medicines colchicine, dextral ketone ibuprofen tromethamine tablets, while patients in treatment group were treated with Qingre Lishi Zhuyu decoction. The improvement in scores of main symptoms and signs, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), uric acid (UA), C-reactive protein (CRP), and interleukin 1β (IL-1β) after treatment were compared between two groups, the relief time for main symptoms and signs, as well as the total effective rate were compared between two groups. Patients of two groups were followed up for 3 months, and the recurrence rate within three months were compared between two groups. Result: The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group after treatment (P<0.05), scores of main symptoms and signs, ESR, UA, CRP, IL-1β improvement in treatment group were better than those of control group (P<0.01), alleviate time of joint pain and swelling in treatment group was less than that of control group (P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate within 3 months were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Qingre Lishi Zhuyu decoction can effectively alleviate inflammation, improve clinical symptoms, and reduce the recurrence rate in treating gouty arthritis, with significant clinical efficacy and good safety.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoxianxiong Tang combined with Buyang Huanwu Tang in treating early diabetic nephropathy. Method: Totally 86 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (43 cases, treated with Xiaoxianxiong Tang combined with Buyang Huanwu Tang) and control group (43 cases, treated with telmisartan, 40 mg per day). All patients were treated for 6 months. The changes in therapeutic efficacy, Chinese medicine syndrome scores, urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), glycerol triester (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), high-density lipoprotein (HDL) were observed. Result: The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.8%, which was obviously higher than that in control group (62.7%) (P<0.05), with significant difference in efficacy improvement and symptom alleviation rates between the two groups (P<0.05, P<0.01). In treatment group, levels of UAER, SCr, BUN, FBG, TC, TG, LDL decreased significantly after treatment than before treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01), HDL increased significantly after treatment than before treatment (P<0.05). Compare with control group, levels of UAER, SCr, BUN, FBG decreased, and levels of TC, TG, LDL decreased, and levels of HDL increased (P<0.05) after treatment in treatment group. The aforesaid indexes were also improved in the control group after treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Xiaoxianxiong Tang combined with Buyang Huanwu Tang show a better therapeutic efficacy on early diabetic nephropathy.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) injection for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome of acute ischemic stroke with blood stasis syndrome, and investigate its effects on levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA). Method: A total of 71 eligible cases with acute ischemic stroke with blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases) and control group (36 cases). Patients in treatment group received HSYA injection, 50 mg/time, and patients in control group received Erigeron breviscapus injection, 30 mg/time. Both of the two kinds of medicines were dissolved into 250 mL 0.9%normal saline for intravenous drip, once per day for 14 days. Scores of blood stasis syndrome from three different time points (before drug medication, 30 days after drug medication and 90 days after drug medication) were regarded as the clinical outcome indexes to evaluate their efficacy for TCM syndrome between control group and treatment group in treatment of acute ischemic stroke (blood stasis syndrome). Levels of SOD and MDA were tested before and 30 days after treatment. Result: In comparison of efficacy for TCM syndrome, the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). The Covariance analysis of TCM syndrome showed that 30 days after treatment, the scores decrease in treatment group (0.69±2.48) points was higher than that in control group (0.28±1.16) points, and after correcting baseline, the efficacy in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05), while 90 days after treatment, the scores decrease in treatment group (1.17±2.68) points was higher than that in control group (0.42±1.40) points, and after correcting baseline, the efficacy in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.01). Levels of SOD in treatment group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.01),but the levels of MDA in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Both HSYA injection and Erigeron breviscapus injection could improve the clinical symptoms to different degrees in patients with blood stasis syndrome. Both of them showed certain efficacy for blood stasis syndrome, but the efficacy in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Its mechanism may be related to relieving oxidative stress injury.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang combined with Siwu Tang in promoting patients' neurological functional rehabilitation after outer membrane anastomosis. Method: One hundred and forty-three patients were randomly divided into control group (71 cases) and observation group (72 cases) by random number table. The patients in control group were treated with the comprehensive rehabilitation scheme of mecobalamin tablets+electrical acupuncture+rehabilitation training. In addition to the therapy of control group, the patients in observation group was also given Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang combined with Siwu Tang, 1 dose/day. The courses of treatment were 8 weeks. Recovery of sensory function and muscle function were evaluated according to the standards of British Medical Research Council. Before and after the treatment, electromyography was performed to detect motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) of median nerve, ulnar nerve, musculospiral nerve, nervus peroneus communis and tibial nerve. And Qi and blood deficiency and blood-stasis obstruction were also scored. Result: After the treatment, the total effective rate of electromyography in observation group was 95.83%, which was higher than 84.51%of in control group (P<0.05). According to Ridit analysis, recovery of sensory function and improvement in electromyography in observation group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, MCV and SCV of median nerve, ulnar nerve, musculospiral nerve and nervus peroneus communis of observation group were faster than those in control group (P<0.01). After the treatment, the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicinel(TCM) symptoms in observation group was 94.44%, which was higher than 77.46%in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang combined with Siwu Tang can ameliorate patients' nerve electrophysiology and TCM symptoms, and further promote the recovery of neurological function, sensory function and exercise function, with a remarkable clinical efficacy.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of Tongfengshu pian combined with Yibai Tongfeng Cataplasm in treating rheumatic arthritis (dampness-heat blockage syndrome) and the effect on levels of serum interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). Method: One hundred and fifty patients were randomly divided into control group (75 cases) and observation group (75 cases) according to the sequence of their hospitalization. The patients in control group received etoricoxib tablets, 120 mg/day, and Xueshan Jinluohan odynolysis plastics at affected part, 3 times/day. Those in the observation group were given the same dose of etoricoxib tablets as control group, Tongfengshu pian, 4 tablets/time, 3 times/day, and Yibai Tongfeng Cataplasm, 1 paste/day. The course of treatment for the two groups lasted for 14 days. Pain was scored by visual analgesia score (VAS). Before and after the treatment, pressing pain, swelling of joint and articular dyskinesia were scored. And levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), blood uric acid (UA), IL-1β, TNF-α, MMP-3 and COX-2 were detected. Result: The clinical effect of observation group was superior to that of control group by RIDIT analysis, with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). And at the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after the treatment, VAS in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.01). Scores of joint pressing pain, swelling, activity obstacle were all lower than those in control group (P<0.01), and levels of ESR, CRP, UA, IL-1β, TNF-α, MMP-3 and COX-2 were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Tongfengshu pian combined with Yibai Tongfeng Cataplasm can relieve patients' pain quickly, ameliorate clinical symptoms, and relieve inflammatory response, with obvious short-term effects.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect and immunologic regulation of sofren injection in breast cancer patients, and investigate its action mechanism. Method: The 141 patients with breast cancer between June 2013 to June 2015 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table. There were 69 cases in observetion group, including 9 drop-out cases, so only 60 cases completed this study. There were 72 cases in control group, including 10 drop-out cases, so only 62 cases completed this study. Both groups used paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy program for 6 cycles, and patients in observation group also received sofren injection for 10 days based on the chemotherapy. Cellular immunity indicators were observed in both groups, blood was collected on the mornings of 1 day before chemotherapy and 10th day after chemotherapy to detect T cell subsets CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ values of two groups by flow cytometry before and after chemotherapy. Humoral immunity indicators:blood was collected on the mornings of 1 day early before chemotherapy and 10th day after chemotherapy, the levels of immunoglobulin (Ig) G, IgA, IgM, and complement C3 were quantitatively determined by immunoturbidimetric assay. Drug toxicity reactions were observed in both groups:patients were observed for blood routine, liver and kidney functions during chemotherapy, and at the same time the drug toxicity reactions during chemotherapy were recorded by referring to WHO NCI-CTC3.0 Criteria for Determination of Acute and Subacute Toxicity of Anticancer Drugs. After chemotherapy, the changes of T cell subsets, humoral immunity indicators and drug toxicities were compared between the two groups. Result: After one cycle of chemotherapy, the levels of CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in T cell subsets were decreased obviously in control group (P<0.05), and the level of CD4+ in observation group was higher than that in control group after chemotherapy (P<0.05). Conclusion: Sofren injection combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy can improve the cellular immunity of breast cancer patients.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of Pushen capsule on patients with unstable carotid plaques and its influence on functions of vascular endothelium and platelet activation. Method: One hundred and fifty-eight patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group received pravastatin sodium tablet, 20 mg·d-1. In addition to the therapy of control group, patients in observation group were also administered with Pushen capsule, 4 granules/time,tid. The courses of treatment lasted for 16 weeks. Before and after the treatment, intima media thickness (IMT) was detected by color doppler ultrasound, and integral bilateral carotid plaque was calculated by crouse integral method. Levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 (ET-1), von willebrand factor (vWF), soluble endothelial protein C receptor (sEPCR), platelet membrane glycoproteins CD62p and CD63 were detected. The follow-up visit lasted for 6 months. And adverse cardio-cerebrovascular disease eventswere recorded. Result: After the treatment, thickness of IMT and total score in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Level of HDL-C in observation group was higher than that in control group, and levels of TG and TC were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Cases of abnormal TG, TC and HDL-C in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05). Level of NO was higher than that in control group, and levels of ET-1, vWF, sEPCR, CD62p and CD63 were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). The incidence of adversecardio-cerebrovascular disease eventsin observation group was 5.48%, which was higher than 16.67%in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pushen capsule can regulate dyslipidemia, thin plaques, stabilize and shrink carotid plaques, reduce the incidence of adverse cardio-cerebrovascular disease events, and itsmechanism of actionmay be correlated with decrease in platelet activationby regulating vascular endothelial function.

      摘要:Objective: To summarize the commonly used prescriptions and highly frequently used herbal pairs for functional dyspepsia (FD) from literatures. Method: A total of 4 055 literatures related to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of functional dyspepsia from 1995 to 2015 were retrieved, including 593 involving syndrome differentiation, which were taken as the research object. Through the analysis, eight common syndrome types of functional dyspepsia are liver-stomach disharmony syndrome, spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome, liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome, spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome, intermingled cold and heat syndrome, food stagnation syndrome, and spleen and stomach deficiency-cold syndrome. Information of prescriptions and common herbal pairs used for syndrome differentiation were extracted to establish a Microsoft Excel 2003 database. Efforts were made to enter in SPSS 11.5 software for statistics, make a frequency analysis by using Crosstabs methods, and conduct data mining for the literatures. Result: FD with liver and stomach syndrome was mainly treated with Chaihu Shugan San; spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome was mainly treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang; liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome was commonly treated with Xiaoyao San; liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome was principally treated with Chaihu Shugan San; spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome was principally treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang; intermingled cold and heat syndrome was mostly treated with Banxia Xiexin Tang; food stagnation syndrome was mainly treated with Baohewan; and spleen and stomach deficiency-cold syndrome was mostly treated with Fuzi Lizhong Tang. There were 17 high-frequency herbal pairs used in the literatures, including Poria-Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizama Bupleuri Radix-Paeoniae Radix Alba, Codonopsis Radix-Poria, and Poria- Aurantii Fructus. Conclusion: TCMs have unique advantages in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. With overall concept and syndrome differentiation as the basic characteristics, TCM doctors always make treatment based on overall syndrome differentiation, and combine herbs based on main prescriptions and medicines, so as to expand the range of treatment, play a complementary role, and prevent adverse effects of the main medicine.

      摘要:Objective: Adopt the frequency analysis and cluster analysis method to conduct the data mining, in order to explore the multi-dimensional inherent law for syndromes, prescriptions and Chinese herbs in ZHANG Zhongjing's famous prescription Xiaochaihu Tang and its related prescriptions. Method: Xiaochaihu Tang and its related prescriptions were collected from the Volume of Prescriptions of the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The golden section method was used to make a frequency analysis on high-frequency symptoms, disease names, Chinese herbs, Chinese herbs' efficacy, and cluster analysis on high-frequency Chinese herbs. Result: The 509 prescriptions collected involved 151 symptoms, which appeared for 3 243 times, including 11 high-frequency symptoms, with fever as the dominance. They involved 127 disease names, which appeared for 543 times, including 4 high-frequency disease names, with exogenous febrile disease as the dominance. They involved 178 herbs, which appeared for 4 283 times, including 15 high-frequency herbs, with Bupleuri Radix as the dominance. These prescriptions can be classified into 18 categories according to their efficiency, with those relieving exterior syndromes as the dominance. Two clustering prescriptions were obtained through the cluster analysis on high-frequency herbs. Conclusion: The frequency analysis and the cluster analysis can objectively reflect the compatibility law of prescriptions related to Xiaochaihu Tang.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the medication laws of Professer LI Dian-gui in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Inheritance System (V2.5). Method: The prescriptions from Professer Li in treating CAG were collected and recorded into TCM inheritance system (V2.5). Medication laws and combination regularities were explored and analyzed with the application of data mining methods such as association rules, and clustering algorithm. Result: The analysis showed that 120 prescriptions were involved in the study, and 40 herbs appeared for more than 15 times, mainly including Scutellariae Radix, Pinelliae Rhizoma, Bupleuri Radix, Bamboo Shavings. Most of them were bitter and pungent in flavor and cold in nature, mainly related to stomach, spleen and liver meridians. 22 key herbal combinations and 10 new prescriptions were discovered. Conclusion: With the help of TCM inheritance system, the main therapeutic principle of ‘Clearing Heat and Expelling Dampness, Resolving Turbidity and Removing Toxin’ was explored in the precriptions from Professer Li Dian-gui in treating CAG, and the comprehensive treatment network was established with the characteristics of eliminating dampness, blood stasis, stagnation, accumulation, heat and carbuncles. Drugs with characteristics of ‘acrid opening and bitter downbearing’ were preferred by Professer Li, and the thoughts of ‘resolving dampness by bland percolation’ and ‘transforming dampness with aroma’ were also highlighted, together with the application of insect, mineral and shell drugs. At last, what should not be forgotten was the principle of "creating exits for devils".

      摘要:With the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) chemistry, more and more studies have focused on the separation and identification of micro-components and new components. However, their biological activity and development value have been hard to be studied due to the difficulties in enrichment and purification. Although, great progresses had been achieved in chromatography technology, such as HPLC and preparative HPLC, it is still hard to prepare in a large scale in laboratory. In order to find a suitable technique, vacuum liquid chromatography (VLC), which is an effective, convenient and cheap traditional separation technique, was recommended according to our experiences in reference examples during the preparation of these target compounds. Although VLC has been widely used in pharmaceutical, food and somatic industries, it was still a great challenge for new researchers in the field of separation and purification of TCM due to the lack of systematic disclosure of the technique. The characteristics, principle and key operating points of VLC and the separation strategy in laboratory were introduced in this paper to help study the separation and purification of TCM.
