      摘要:Objective: To optimize prescription of 20 (S)-protopanaxadiol self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (PPD-SMEDDS) and predict its expiration term. Method: Ratio of oleic acid in oil phase,ratio of oil phase and ratio of emulsifier to co-emulsifier were selected as independent variables.Drug loading,particle size,Zeta-potential and dissolution of PPD in 10 min were set as dependent variables.Central composite design-response surface methodology was applied to optimize prescription of PPD-SMEDDS,and then its preparation technology was investigated by single factor tests.Q10 method was adopted to predict the expiration term by the accelerated test at high temperature. Result: Optimal prescription was as following,ratio of oleic acid in oil phase was 84.09%,ratio of oil phase was 30%,ratio of emulsifier to co-emulsifier was 2.58:1.Under these conditions,drug loading was 102.22 mg·g-1,the particle size was 39.67 nm,the Zeta potential was -13.1 mV,dissolution of PPD in 10 min was 75.01%.The process parameters were determined as:magnetic stirring,the mixing speed of 400 r·min-1,the mixing time of 30 min,the mixing temperature of 45℃.The expiration term at room temperature of PPD-SMEDDS was about 1.51 years by Q10 method. Conclusion: These optimized processes are stable and feasible with good stability of samples,which can provide some research data for the new preparations exploration of PPD.

      摘要:Objective: To fit mathematical model for moisture adsorption process of Bupleuri Radix extract. Method: Moisture adsorption kinetics curve,adsorption and desorption isotherms of Bupleuri Radix extract were determined by gravimetric method,and the experimental data were fitted by 1stOpt statistical analysis software.Comparisons were evaluated with the coefficient of determination (R2),residual sum of squares (RSS) and root mean square error (RMSE) as indexes. Result: The double exponential model was suitable for fitting moisture adsorption kinetics curve,and Peleg model was the best fitted for adsorption and desorption isotherms.The adsorption and desorption isotherms were belong to type Ⅱ behavior, the hysteresis loop was type of H3 and it was elucidated by adsorption-desorption mechanism. Conclusion: The double exponential model and Peleg model are suitable for fitting the moisture adsorption kinetics curve,the adsorption and desorption isotherms,respectively;and the adsorption and desorption isotherms exhibit an obvious hysteresis effect.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the matrix formulation of Wumiao Shuixian cream gel and investigate its in vitro transdermal properties. Method: Taking composite score of viscosity and yield value at room temperature,viscosity and yield value at average temperature of skin and thixlotropy of gel matrix as index,orthogonal test was employed to optimize the formulation with amounts of propylene glycol,carbopol,triethanolamine and glycerol as factors.Modified Franz diffusion cell was adopted,HPLC was employed to simultaneous determine contents of gallic acid,berberine hydrochloride and β,β-dimethylacry lalkannin,effects of penetration enhancers on in vitro transdermal properties were investigated with the cumulative permeation amount of three active ingredients in 24 h as index. Result: Optimum formulation of gel matrix was made from 15 g of propylene glycol,4 g of carbopol-940,3 g of triethanolamine,20 g of glycerol and 6 g of menthol. Conclusion: The prepared Wumiao Shuixian cream gel has uniform and fine appearance,moderate viscosity and good spreadability with a favorable in vitro transdermal properties.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of processing on contents of hypaphorine and flavonoid glycosides in Vaccariae Semen. Method: Before and after processing,HPLC was employed to determined contents and dissolution rates of hypaphorine,vaccarin,saponarin,isovitexin-2"-O-arabinoside and vaccarin H in Vaccariae Semen with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water for gradient elution and detection wavelength at 280 nm. Result: Before processing,their contents were 0.13%,0.70%,0.018%,0.051%and 0.11%;after processing,their contents were 0.12%,0.52%,0.016%,0.098%and 0.091%,respectively.However,dissolution rates of these five ingredients were raised by 7.7%,10.2%,10.8%,11.4%and 17.8%,respectively. Conclusion: Processing has different influence on contents of hypaphorine and flavonoid glycosides in Vaccariae Semen,but their dissolution rates raise.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of different processing methods on nano-Realgar for screening the best processing methods,with processed products yield,weight of the residue,particle size distribution and the contents of As2S2 and As2O3 as indicators. Method: Raw products of nano-Realgar were prepared by high-energy ball milling technology and processed by water,acid water and alkali water,then calculated the yield of processed products and the weight of residue.The average size and the morphology of particles were determined by laser scattering analyzer and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).And the contents of As2S2 and As2O3 in different samples were detected by direct iodine titration method and silver diethyl dithiocarbamate (Ag-DDC) method,respectively. Result: Yields of processed products by water,acid water and alkali water were 96.71%,95.86% and 79.08%,the weights of residue were 0.328,0.891,2.208 g.The average sizes of raw products and processed products by water,acid water and alkali water were (157.3±4.8),(143.9±6.2),(137.7±4.5),(139.8±5.3) nm,contents of As2S2 of them were (94.26±1.33)%,(98.97±0.98)%,(99.58±1.45)% and (99.37±2.60)%,contents of As2O3 were (9.64±0.68),(3.44±0.29),(2.83±0.27),(18.17±1.70) mg·g-1. Conclusion: These three kinds of processing methods can reduce the average particle size of raw products of nano-Realgar and improve the content of As2S2.In addition,the water and acid water method can both reduce the content of As2O3 in raw products of nano-Realgar.The acid water processing is the best.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize alcohol and water extraction processes of Pingtang compound. Method: Taking extraction time,the amount and concentration of ethanol as factors,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize alcohol extraction process with composite score of dry extract yield,transfer rates of ligustilide,cinnamic aldehyde and methyl eugenol as index.Taking soaking time,the amount of water and extraction time as factors,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize water extraction process with composite score of dry extract yield,transfer rates of puerarin and ferulic acid as index. Result: Optimum alcohol extraction conditions of Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Cinnamomi Ramulus,Asari Radix et Rhizoma was reflux extracting twice with 8 and 6 times of 50% ethanol for 0.5 h of each time.Transfer rates of ligustilide,cinnamic aldehyde,methyl eugenol and dry extract yield was 72.8%,70.5%,82.3%,27.8%,respectively.Optimal water extraction process for residue after alcohol extraction with Puerariae Lobatae Radix was soaking 30 min and decocting thrice with 12 times of water for 0.5 h of each time.Transfer rates of puerarin and ferulic acid was 60.28% and 21.89%,dry extract yield was 18.43%. Conclusion: These optimized extraction processes are stable and reproducible with high extracting rates of active ingredients in Pingtang compound.

      摘要:Objective: To establish quality standard of bran. Method: A intuitive description method was adopted to describe appearance of bran.Moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and water-soluble extract were determined by methods in the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.UV spectrophotometry was employed to determine the content of total flavonoids in bran with detection wavelength at 510 nm. Result: Ten batches of bran were different in character,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,water-soluble extract and the content of total flavonoids.There was a good linear relationship of total flavonoids (as rutin) in 3.232-16.16 mg·L-1 with r of 0.999 5,the average recovery was 99.31%. Conclusion: This method is simple and reproducible for quality control of bran.Moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,water-soluble extract and the content of total flavonoids (as rutin) in bran should be ≤14.0%, ≤17.0%, ≤15.0%, ≥1.5% and ≥0.16%,respectively.

      摘要:Objective: To compare four different extraction methods for recycling wastes from traditional Chinese medicine production, in order to select the optimal method to extract polysaccharide from Mailuoning injection production waste Dendrobii Mobile dregs. Method: The four methods, namely wet ultrafine grinding method, enzyme method, ultrasonic method, heating reflux method, were adopted. The polysaccharide extraction rate was detected by phenol sulfuric acid colorimetry; the process with the highest extraction rate was determined by single factor and orthogonal test; the effect of Dendrobii Mobile dregs polysaccharide(DDP) on the proliferation and transformation of lymphocytes in mouse and the NO release of macrophage RAW264.7 were investigated. Result: The polysaccharide extraction rates of Dendrobii Mobile dregs by the above four different methods were 0.51%, 8.79%, 5.34%, 3.44%, respectively. The optimal extraction method was determined to be the enzymolysis; its optimal enzymolysis conditions were pH at 5.3, solid-liquid ratio at 55, temperature at 50℃, enzyme dosage of 4 000 U·g-1, extraction time of 300 minutes. Compared with control group, DDP significantly enhanced the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes at concentrations between 62.5-125 mg·L-1, with an obvious synergistic effect between DDP and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) (P<0.05, P<0.01); at the concentration of 62.5 mg·L-1, DDP showed a significant synergistic effect with ConA (P<0.05); at concentrations between 62.5-500 mg·L-1, DDP played a notable role in promoting NO release of mouse macrophage RAW264.7 (P<0.01). Conclusion: Enzyme extraction process of polysaccharide from Dendrobii Mobile dregs was simple and stable, with the effect in immune enhancement, and worth clinical promotion.

      摘要:Objective: To study the active components for antimicrobial activity in stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis. Method: The components were extracted by using 60%ethanol cold immersion method, isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography, polyamide chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column and HPLC, recrystallization and other methods. Their chemical structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV and MS). Result: Eight monomeric compounds were isolated from 60%ethanol extracts for stems and leaves of S. baicalensis, and their structures were identified as carthamidin-7-O-β-D-gluclronide (1), 5,4'-dihydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone (2), genkwanin (3), oroxylin-A-7-O-β-D-gluclronide(4), 7-methoxychrysin (5), chrysin (6), 3',4',5,5',7-pentamethoxyflavone (7), and carthamidin-7-O-β-D-gluclronide (8). Conclusion: Compound 3 was isolated from stems and leaves of the plant for the first time. Compounds 2, 5, 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from leaves of Chaenomeles sinensis. Method: The compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane portion of leaves of C. sinensis. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, such as NMR and EI-MS. Result: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 10-nonacosanol (1), trans-phytol (2), β-sitosterol (3), (24R)24-ethyl-7α-hydroperoxy-cholest-5-en-3β-ol (4), stearic acid (5), 3β, 27-dihydroxy-urs-12-ene (6), 3-epi-betulinic acid (7), eicosanol (8), ursolic acid (9), 2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyursol-12-alkene-28-acid (10) and 2α-hydroxy-betulinic acid (11). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2, 4, 6 and 8 were isolated from Chaenomeles genus for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative method which can simultaneously measure the main components of Liangfuwan, and provide a reference for its quality control. Method: Thin layer chromatography (TLC) method was used for qualitative determination of 5 characteristic components:galangin, kaempferol, cyperotundone, nootkatone and α-cyperone. In the TLC method, silica gel GF254 was used as thin layer plate and petroleum ether (60-90℃)-ethyl acetate (5:1) was used as the developing agent; the results were viewed under the wavelength of 254 nm and 365 nm. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determination method was established to simultaneously determine the contents of the above components. HPLC method was performed on Phenomenex C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), with methanol (A)-0.2%phosphoric acid aqueous solution (B) as mobile phase for gradient elution (0-30 min, 55%A; 30-45 min, 55%-70%A; 45-70 min, 70% A) at a flow of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 242 nm and column temperature was 30℃. Result: The method could be used to simultaneously determine five components in Liangfuwan under the same condition, and the mass fraction was 3.33-3.81, 1.13-1.29, 0.57-1.12, 0.02-0.09, 0.36-0.54 mg·g-1 respectively for galangin, kaempferol, cyperotundone, nootkatone and α-cyperone. Conclusion: This method is simple, feasible and reproducible, which can provide a good reference for further improvement of quality control of Liangfuwan.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical compositions of the liposoluble constituents from different parts of Averrhoa carambola. Method: The liposoluble constituents were extracted with petroleum ether as the solvent, and GC-MS method was used to analyze their chemical compositions. Result: The 11 compounds were identified from the leaves of A. carambola, and the relative contents of the terpenoids were highest (58.55%); 31 compounds were identified from the fruits, and the relative contents of aliphatics were highest (72.67%); 38 compounds were identified from the roots, and the relative contents of aromatics were highest (31.59%). Nonanal and dibutyl phthalate were both contained in the leaves and the fruits; 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid and mono(2-ethylhexyl) ester were both contained in the leaves and the roots; tetradecane, heptadecane, octadecane and docosane were both contained in fruits and roots. Conclusion: Chemical compositions of the liposoluble constituents from different parts of A. carambola were quite different, and the results could provide more chemical information to clarify the active ingredients of A. carambola.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the contents of the active compositions from Zhizi Bopi Tang extracted by three methods of semi-bionic extraction method (SBE method), alcohol extraction method (AE method), water extraction method (WE method) and provide experimental evidence for extracting Zhizi Bopi Tang. Method: Zhizi Bopi Tang was extracted by three methods of SBE method, AE method and WE method under the same conditions in the size of decoction pieces, amount of solvent, and the same extraction, filtration and concentration equipment. The contents of gardenoside, berberine and glycyrrhetinic acid in the extracts under the above 3 methods were determined by HPLC method and the content of total alkaloids was determined by ultraviolet spectropho-tometric method. The comprehensive evaluation value Y was based on the weighted sum of processed data of gardenoside content, berberine content, glycyrrhetinic acid content, total alkaloids content and the extracts with molecular weight ≤1 000 Da, the samples with larger Y value were better. Result: The order of the comprehensive evaluation Y of the three methods was as follows:SBE extracting solution > AE extracting solution > WE extracting solution. Conclusion: It can be concluded that SBE method was the best one among the three methods for Zhizi Bopi Tang.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze and identify the chemical constituents from Zhongtong film coating by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS. Method: The analysis was performed on an ACQUITY BEH C18 reverse phase column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol and 0.1% formic acid was used for gradient elution, the flow rate was 0.4 mL·min-1. Quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometry was applied for the qualitative analysis under positive and negative ion modes and ESI ion source was used for mass spectra. Result: The results indicated that 34 compounds from Zhongtong film coating had been identified, including 10 compounds of organic acids and tannins, 9 compounds of terpenoids, 8 compounds of flavonoids,3 compounds of anthraquinones, and 4 compounds of saponins. Conclusion: The efficient separation ability of UPLC and high sensitive detection of MS are used in this study, which will provide an identification of the chemical composition and provide a basis for the further study on its mechanism.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of 21 triazine pesticides in honey by using dispersive solid phase extraction (DSPE). Method: Honey samples were dissolved in 15% NaCl solution and extracted with 1% formic acid in acetonitrile by salting out method. The extracts were purified by DSPE procedure, and the quantitative analysis was operated by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS). Result: 21 traizine pesticides showed good linearity within their respective concentration range (r>0.999). The average recovery rates were 73.9%-110.4% (RSD 1.5%-9.6%) under low, middle and high concentrations, and the LOQs were from 1 to 10 μg·kg-1. Conclusion: The proposed method was sensitive and accurate, which was suitable for the rapid simultaneous determination of 21 triazine pesticide residues in honey.

      摘要:Objective: To compare pharmacokinetics of active constituents from Zhizi Dahuang Tang in normal and alcoholic liver injury (ALI) rats. Method: Rats were randomly divided into the normal group and the ALI group with 6 rats in each group.Rats were orally given Zhizi Dahuang Tang at a dose of 8 g·kg-1 (crude drug mass to body weight),plasma samples were collected from the fosse orbital at different time point,UHPLC-MS/MS was adopted for the simultaneous determination of two iridoid glycosides (geniposide and genipin gentiobioside),two anthraquinones (rhein and emodin) and four flavonoid glycosides (naringin,isonaringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin) in rat plasma with paeoniflorin as internal standard.After liquid-liquid extraction with ethyl acetate-isopropanol (1:1),separation was achieved on a Shim-pack XR-ODS C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of water (containing 0.1% formic acid) and acetonitrile for gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1.Mass spectrometric detection was performed on 4000 QTRAP mass spectrometry equipped with turbo ion spray source in the negative ionization and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode.The method was applied to compare the pharmacokinetic profiles of the analytes in normal and ALI rats after oral administration of Zhizi Dahuang Tang. Result: Compared with the normal group,a longer Tmax was observed for the eight analytes in the ALI group. In addition to rhein,t1/2 and MRT0-t extended in the ALI group; it was also found that Cmax, AUC0-t and AUC0-∞ of all analytes significantly increased, but clearance(CL) obviously decreased; however,rhein exhibited opposite results to the other seven analytes in all parameters excepted Tmax. Conclusion: There are remarkable differences in pharmacokinetic properties of the analytes from Zhizi Dahuang Tang between the normal and ALI group.

      摘要:Objective: To explore pharmacokinetic characteristics of total alkaloids from Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata with different dosage in rats,and discuss the relationship between the pharmacokinetics and the dosage. Method: Rats were randomly divided into the low,medium and high dosage groups by oral administration of total alkaloids from Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata with the dosage of 9.6,19.2,38.4 mg·kg-1,respectively.A series of blood samples were collected through orbital venae angularis at time points of 0,5,10,20,30,40,60,120,180,300,420,540,720,1 440 min into heparinized tubes.The plasma samples were centrifuged and separated.UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS was established to detect blood drug concentrations of aconitine,mesaconitine,hypaconitine,benzoylaconitine,benzoylmesaconine,benzoylhypacoitine and aconine at different time points.Several concentration-time curves were drawn and pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated. Result: Compared with the low dosage group,Cmax and AUC0-∞ of seven alkaloids in the middle and high dosage groups increased,most of them had significant difference;the majority of Vz/F,CL/F,t1/2 and Tmax did not have significant difference. Conclusion: The dosage has a significant impact on pharmacokinetic characteristics of total alkaloids from Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata in rats.In the range of low dosage to high dosage,the process in vivo of total alkaloids is basically in line with the linear dynamic characteristics.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Quanzhen Yiqi Tang on inflammatory cytokines and pulmonary ultrastructure of mice with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Method: COPD mouse model were built by cigarette smoking and lipopolysaccharides(LPS) instillation in airway. They were divided into five groups, namely control group, model group, Quanzhen Yiqi Tang low-dose and high-dose groups (4.3, 8.6 g·kg-1), and aminophylline group. After 16 weeks, lung function were tested, the total number of alveolar lavage inflammatory cells, expressions of lung tissue interleukin-6 (IL-6) and cutin chemotactic cytokines (KC) were counted. The immunohistochemistry method was used to detect extraeelluar regulated protein kinase(ERK), Nrf2 and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) protein expressions. The lung tissue ultrastructure changes were observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM). Result: Compared with normal control group, Quanzhen Yiqi Tang low-dose group and high-dose group showed recovery in mice state. Compared with model group, Quanzhen Yiqi Tang reduced COPD airway resistance in model mice (P<0.05), the static lung compliance (P<0.05), functional residual capacity, the number of alveolar inflammatory cells (P<0.05), inflammation medium IL-6 (P<0.05) and KC (P<0.05) expression, Nrf2 and ERK protein expressions, and increased HO-1 protein expression. The electron microscope results showed that Quanzhen Yiqi Tang can reduce the lung tissue ultrastructural damage. Conclusion: Quanzhen Yiqi Tang could improve the general state of mice with COPD, reduce inflammatory cytokines, protect lung function, reduce the lung tissue ultrastructural damage and the amount of Nrf2 and ERK protein expression, and up-regulate HO-1 protein expression.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the reversal effect of hyperin on vincristine (VCR)-resistant colon cancer HCT8/VCR cells, and its possible mechanism. Method: HCT8 cells and HCT8/VCR cells were cultured with hyperin at the concentrations of 2.5-80 mg·L-1 and vincristine at concentrations of 1.25-40 mg·L-1. The inhibitory rate of the cell growth was measured by Methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay. The 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) of hyperin and vincristine, as well as non-cytotoxic dose of hyperin were counted. HCT8/VCR cells were treated with hyperin at non-cytotoxic dose with different concentrations of vincristine (VCR, 1.25-40 mg·L-1) to determine IC50 and the reversal multiple in all groups. The apoptotic rate and the changes in mitochondrial membrane potential were evaluated by flow cytometry. The activities of Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 were detected by colorimetric assays. Result: Hyperin at the concentration of 0.82 mg·L-1 has no significant cytotoxicity to HCT8/VCR cells. Hyperin at the concentration of 0.82 mg·L-1 decreased the IC50 value of vincristine to HCT8/VCR cells from 65.97 mg·L-1 to 9.94 mg·L-1, with the reversal multiple of 6.63.The apoptotic rate and Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 activities in combination group were significantly increased compared with vincristine group(P<0.01). The data of mitochondrial membrane potential showed that the percentage of cells in low fluorescence in combination group was increased compared with vincristine group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Vincristine combined with hyperin could increase Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 protein activities, decrease the mitochondrial membrane potential, and enhance apoptosis rate, so as to reverse the multidrug resistance of HCT8/VCR cells.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of serum containing Banxia Xiexin Tang and its different combinations with other herbs on growth and proliferation of Bone Mesenchymal Stem Cells (BMSCs) in gastric carcinoma microenvironment. Method: To BMSCs were routinely cultured as blank group. In this study, a co-culture system of BMSCs and gastric carcinoma cell line BCG-823 was established by using transwell chamber as model group. Groups of serum containing of Banxia Xiexin Tang and its different combinations with other herbs (Quanfang group, Xinkai group, Kujiang group and Ganbu group) were added with the corresponding drug-containing serums at the concentration of 10%. The phase-contrast microscope was used to the morphology of BMSCs cell, methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide(MTT) method was adopted to observe the proliferation rate of BMSCs, flow cytometry (FCM) was applied to test BMSCs cell cycle, c-Myc and expression of telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) protein were detected by Western blot, fluorescence Real-time PCR test was used to detect c-Myc and TERT mRNA expressions. Result: Quanfang group, Xinkai group, Kujiang group and Ganbu group medicated serum at 4, 5, 6, 7 d had a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of BMSCs, Quanfang group was superior to Ganbu group (P<0.05), the detection results at the 7th day show that Quanfang group, Xinkai group, Kujiang group and Ganbu group medicated serum can decrease c-Myc and TERT expressions, elevate G1 phase cell proportion, and reduce the proportion of S phase cells, and Quanfang group was superior to Ganbu group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The serum containing Banxia Xiexin Tang and its different combinations with other herbs inhibit the abnormal proliferation of BMSCs in gastric carcinoma microenvironment, the overall prescription of Banxia Xiexin Tang shows the best compatibility.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of polysaccharide from Plantaginis Semen on the membranous nephropathy in rats. Method: Totally 40 Sprague-Dawley (SD) male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, polysaccharide from Plantaginis Semen group (800 mg·kg-1), and Tripterygium glycosides group (10 mg·kg-1). All the other groups except normal group received cation bovine serum albumin (C-BSA) to establish membranous nephropathy models. Before experiment, as well as at the end of week 3, week 5 and week 7 after experiment, 24 h urinary protein was detected. At the end of experiment, the serum was analyzed for blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(SCr), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) levels; kidney weight index was studied and renal pathological changes were observed by HE staining. Result: As compared with the normal group, the levels of urinary protein, BUN, SCr, TNF-α and IL-1β levels in serum and kidney weight index were significantly increased in model group (P<0.05, P<0.01). As compared with the model group, the polysaccharide from Plantaginis Semen was found to reduce BUN, SCr, TNF-α and IL-1β levels in serum and urinary protein (P<0.05, P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in the index of kidney weight. The optical microscopy results showed that polysaccharide from Plantaginis Semen could significantly improve renal pathological changes. Conclusion: The polysaccharide from Plantaginis Semen has certain therapeutic effect for rats with membranous nephropathy.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of modified Yupinfeng San (MYS) on the pathological morphology of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) airway remodeling, and its regulatory effect on relevant cytokines matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9), tissue inhibitors metalloproteinases-1(TIMP-1) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1). Method: Totally 60 SD rats were selected. Except for 10 rats in the normal group, all of the remaining rats were included in the COPD animal model by means of smoking and lipopolysaccharide dripping and overlaying method. After the successful modeling, the rats were randomly divided into the model group, MYS high, middle and low-dose groups, and the positive drug group (Roxithromycin capsules). After the administration for 30 days, rat lung tissues were collected to prepare pathological slices. HE staining was used to observe histopathological changes in lung tissues, and ELISA method was adopted to detect MMP-9, TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 in rat bronchalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). Result: Compared with the normal group, the model group showed significant changes in lung tissue pathology morphology (P<0.05), with mucosal hyperemia and edema on bronchial walls, significant inflammatory cell infiltration in alveolar macrophages(AM), neutrophil(NEU), lymphocyte(LYM) and eosnophils(EOS), and significant increases in MMP-9, TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 expression levels (P<0.05); compared with the model group, MYS groups showed lodging, adhesion and missing in lung cilia, epithelial cell necrosis and detachment, and alleviation in bronchial mucosal hyperemia and edema, and inflammatory cell infiltration in AM and NEU, which was evident in the high dose group (P<0.05). In MYS high and middle-dose groups, cytokines MMP-9, TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 expression levels decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: MYS may affect the pathological changes of COPD airway remodeling, one of its action mechanisms in intervening COPD airway remodeling may be the down-regulation of excessive MMP-9, TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 expressions, which is most obvious in the high-dose group.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect from total flavonoids of Oxytropis Falcate Bunge on blood glucose and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic KKAy mice. Method: Totally 40 SPF level male KKAy mice were randomly divided into model group, total flavonoids from Oxytropis Falcate Bunge low, medium and high dose groups, and positive control group, n=8 in each group. Another eight C57BL/6J mice were used as normal group. The mice in normal group and model group were given with normal saline; total flavonoids from Oxytropis Falcate Bunge low, medium and high dose groups respectively received 100, 200, 400 mg·kg-1·d-1 dose administration by ig, and the positive control group received 10 mg·kg-1·d-1 dose of pioglitazone. The treatment was four weeks for all the groups. The body weight, fasting plasma glucose and postprandial glucose were monitored weekly. After four weeks, orbital venous blood was taken and serum was taken centrifugally; pancreas tissues were taken. Fasting insulin levels were tested by ELISA assay, and insulin secretion index (ISI) was calculated; islet structure changes were observed under light microscope after HE staining of pancreatic tissues. Result: As compared with the normal group, fasting plasma glucose was significantly increased in model group mice, and 2 h plasma glucose was significantly increased; insulin level was significantly increased, and the insulin sensitivity index was significantly decreased (P<0.05), with more obvious pancreatic tissue lesions. Total flavonoids from Oxytropis Falcate Bunge had little effect on reducing body weight in diabetic mice. As compared with the model group, at ig 7 d and 28 d, fasting plasma glucose level was significantly reduced in total flavonoids from Oxytropis Falcate Bunge groups; at ig 14 d, the 2 h plasma glucose level was significantly reduced (P<0.05). After treatment for 28 d, as compared with the model group, the total flavonoids from Oxytropis Falcate Bunge high dose group could promote insulin secretion; middle dose group could enhance the insulin sensitivity (P<0.05); HE staining showed that each dose group could protect islet β cells and delay pancreatic failure. Conclusion: Total flavonoids from Oxytropis Falcate Bunge could reduce blood glucose, promote insulin secretion, and improve insulin resistance to a certain extent in type 2 diabetic KKAy mice.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect and relevant mechanisms of Danxi Tongfeng Fang(DXTFF) on the permeability of blood brain barrier (BBB) and β-amyloid1-40 (Aβ1-40) of hippocampus in Alzheimer's disease (AD) mice. Method: Mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, donepezil (0.001 g·kg-1) group, and DXTFF high-dose (52 g·kg-1),medial-dose (26 g·kg-1) and low-dose (13 g·kg-1) groups. Through injection with Aβ1-42 into bilateral hippocampus and intraperitoneal injection with D-galactose, the AD mice model was established. The mice were killed after continuous treatment for 35 days. Water content and EB level in brain tissue, electron microscopy of hippocampus and organ coefficients of AD mice were measured. Biochemical methods were used to determine the content of Aβ1-40 in hippocampus and serum, the content of receptor of advanced glycation and products(RAGE) and low-density lipoprotein receptor related protein 1(LRP1) in hippocampus. Real-time PCR methods were used to determine the expression of RAGE and LRP1 mRNA in hippocampus. Result: Compared with the normal group, the model group showed significant increases in water content and EB level in brain tissue, content of Aβ1-40 in hippocampus and content of RAGE in hippocampus (P<0.05), and significant decreases in Aβ1-40 in serum, LRP1 in hippocampus, spleen index and thymus index (P<0.05), regular neuronic morphology in hippocampus CA1, smaller neurons, round and atrophic nucleus, nuclear double karyotheca, insufficient cytoplasm and fewer organelle. Compared with the model group, in the DXTFF group, water content in brain, EB level in brain, Aβ1-40 and RAGE level in hippocampus significantly decreased (P<0.05), and Aβ1-40 level in serum, LRP1 level in hippocampus, organ coefficients of splenic and thymus significantly increased (P<0.05), with notable improvement in neuronal structure of hippocampus. Conclusion: DXTFF reduces the permeability of BBB and Aβ1-40 in hippocampus by down-regulating RAGE and up-regulating LRP1 in hippocampus.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus polysaccharide (SCFP) on 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) induced gastrointestinal mucositis and explore the underlying mechanism. Method: 5-FU was used to establish models and the mice were randomly divided into normal group, control group, low-dose polysaccharide (LDP) group, middle-dose polysaccharide (MDP) group and high-dose polysaccharide (HDP) group (5, 10, and 20 mg·kg-1 respectively). Body weight and scoring for diarrhoea index were recorded. After the mice were sacrificed, small intestinal villous height and crypt depth were measured for orphological evaluation; the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in the intestinal tissues were determined by ELISA. Result: On day 4 of treatment, as compared with the control group, the body weight loss in MDP group and HDP group was inhabited significantly (P<0.01); diarrhoea scores of mice in MDP group and HDP group were significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01). SCFP significantly inhibited the shortening of villus heights, enlarging of crypts depths and redecreasing of villus heights/crypts depths ratio in small intestine induced by 5-Fu (P<0.01). The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 in mice treated with SCFP were significantly decreased in comparison with the normal group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Our results suggest that SCFP could improve the symptoms of gastrointestinal mucositis induced by 5-FU, and the mechanism may beassociated with inhibiting the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect and mechanisms of Shenqi Yiliu decoction (Yi Liu decoction) medicated serum on proliferation and metastasis of gastric cancer cell line MKN-45. Method: Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) was employed to test the viability of gastric cancer cell lines MKN-45.Tran-swell test and scratch test were used to detect the invasion and metastasis abilities. Real-time PCR technique was used to detect the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN) mRNA. Immunocytochemical technique was used to test the protein expressions of COX-2 and PTEN. Result: After MKN-45 cell were treated by high-dose Shenqi Yiliu decoction medicated serum (2.8 g·mL-1) for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, the proliferation inhibition rates were 31.25%, 33.09% and 34.50%, respectively. After MKN-45 cell were treated by high-dose Shenqi Yiliu decoction medicated serum for 48 h, the abilities of invasion metastasis and migration decreased by 36.18%, 49.46% and 36.46%, respectively, the expressions of COX-2 mRNA decreased by 90%, and the expression of PTEN increased by 89.72%. Compared with blank group, COX-2 protein expression was weakened in Shenqi Yiliu decoction medicated serum. PTEN protein expression was increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Yiliu decoction medicated serum inhibits the proliferation of MKN-45 cells and weakens the ability of invasion and metastasis by affecting the mRNA and protein expressions of COX-2 and PTEN.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Gehua Jiejiu Dizhi decoction on the liver pregnane X receptor (PXR), constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) and their target genes CYP3A11, CYP3A25, CYP2B9 and CYP2B10 in mice with alcoholic fatty liver. Method: Twenty-nine C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into four groups, namely normal control group, model group, and Gehua Jiejiu Dizhi decoction high-dose and low-dose groups. At first, the alcoholic fatty liver model in mice was prepared by using National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) method. Then, Gehua Jiejiu Dizhi decoction was given orally at doses of 4.9, 2.45 g·kg-1·d-1 by gavage (once a day for up to 9 days). Serum and liver tissue samples were collected for biochemical and histopathological examination of liver injury. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was performed to detect free cholesterol(FCHOL) and triglyceride(TG) levels. HE staining was used to detect liver injury. Real-time PCR and Western blot were used to examine the expressions of PXR,CAR and their target genes CYP3A11, CYP3A25, CYP2B9 and CYP2B10 in mice liver. Result: Compared with model group, hepatic steatosis significantly reduced in Gehua Jiejiu Dizhi decoction-treated mice in a dose-dependent manner. Compared with model group and blank group, expressions of PXR and CYP3A25 significantly increased in Gehua Jiejiu Dizhi decoction-treated mice (P<0.01). CAR mRNA level significantly rose (P<0.05). Compared with normal group, FCHOL and TG levels significantly increased in model group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Gehua Jiejiu Dizhi decoction could significantly ameliorate AFLD in mice, which was possibly correlated with the activation of PXR and its regulatory genes CYP3A25.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of geraniin on the osteogenic gene expression of murine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) during osteogenic induction. Method: BMSCs were isolated from mice bones, and cultured with different concentration of geraniin (1×10-9, 1×10-8, 1×10-7 mol·L-1). The blank group was also set up. After 7, 14 days of osteogenic induction, the activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and osteocalcin (OCN) content were detected, and ALP staining was performed. Alizarin red staining was adopted to detect calcium deposits on 21 d. Real-time PCR and Western blot were applied to detect the changes in expressions of osteoblast differentiation marker genes OCN, ALP, bone sialoprotein(BSP), Runx2. Result: At 7, 14 d of osteogenic induction, geraniin groups showed significant increases in ALP activity, OCN content and ALP staining intensity, compared with control group (P<0.05). At 21 d of osteogenic induction, geraniin groups showed significant increases in the number of mineralized nodule, and the mRNA and protein expressions of OCN, ALP, BSP and Runx2 (P<0.05). Conclusion: Geraniin could induce osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs. Osteoblast differentiation marker genes OCN, ALP, BSP and Runx2 participate in this process.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of the water extract of Periplaneta americana on the wound healing of experimental scald model mice, and explore its mechanism. Method: Healthy female ICR mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, Kangfuxin group, P. americana water extract low-dose group (0.327 g·kg-1), middle-dose group (0.490 g·kg-1) and high-dose group (0.653 g·kg-1) group according to body weight, n=13 in each group. The scald mouse models were established by using (82±2)℃ weight burning in hair removal zone on their back. The effect of the topical medicines (0.1 mL/spray) on the scald wound was observed at 5 d and 10 d; the contents of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 and interleukin (IL)-6 in serum were detected, and histopathological examination of burn wound skin was conducted. Result: As compared with the normal group, the wound healing rate was significantly reduced at day 5 and day 10 in model group (P<0.01), the level of IL-6 was significantly increased at day 10 in model group (P<0.05), with obvious pathological injury in skin. As compared with the model group, he wound healing rate was significantly increased at day 5 and day 10 in P. americana water extract groups (P<0.05, P<0.01); the level of TGF-β1 was significantly increased at day 5 in P. americana water extract middle dose group (P<0.05); the levels of TGF-β1 and IL-6 were reduced at day 10 (P<0.05); TGF-β1 level was also reduced at day 10 in P.americana water extract low-dose group (P<0.05). Pathological test results showed that P.americana water extract can promote proliferation of skin fibroblasts, fibroblast, and capillary vessels in skin of scalded mice, and promote the repair of epidermis, dermis and muscular damages, as well as disorder of dermal collagen fibers, especially in the P.americana water extract middle-dose group. Conclusion: P.americana water extract has obvious promoting effect on would healing in scald mice, promoting repair of epidermal hyperplasia and proliferation of granulation tissue. Its mechanism may be associated with regulating TGF-β1 release (promotion at the early stage, inhibition at the late stage), inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors, so that P.americana water extract can both promote repair and avoid scarring.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of water extracts from the main component Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (SM) in Shenxiong glucose injection on subtypes (CYP1A2, CYP2D22, CYP3A11 and CYP2E1) of mice cytochrome P450(CYP450). Method: Malemice from Kunming were randomly divided into blank group, phenobarbital group, and SM water extract group (3.9 mg·kg-1·d-1), and SM low and high-dose groups (2.6, 5.2 mg·kg-1·d-1). Then the mice were killed after the animals were administered with medicines by gavageonce daily for consecutively 7 days. Liver RNAs were collected to prepare microsomes, in order to determine the enzyme activities of CYP2E1, CYP2D22, CYP1A2 and CYP3A, and quantitative real-time PCR and Western blot was employed to examine the mRNA and protein expressions of these four CYP450 enzymes in liver tissues of mice. Result: Compared with the normal group, CYP2E1 activity, and mRNA and protein expressions were decreased in the SM high-dose group (P<0.05). SM had no effect on the activities of CYP1A2, CYP3A and CYP2D22. Conclusion: SM in Shenxiong glucose injection has effects on CYP2E1 enzymatic activity, and mRNA and protein expressions.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Sijunzi Tang (SJZT)-containing serum on cell migration and proliferation, c-Myc mRNA and protein expression of injured intestinal epithelial (IEC-6) cell, so as to explore the mechanism of SJZT in promoting gastrointestinal mucosal injury repair. Method: Rats were selected to prepare SJZT-containing serum, and IEC-6 cell migration model was established by tips scratch method, so as to observe the effect of SJZT on cell migration. Real-time cell analyzer (RTCA) was used to determine the effect of SJZT-containing serum on IEC-6 cell proliferation, c-Myc mRNA and protein expressions were detected by Real-time PCR and Western blot analysis, respectively. Result: The 10% and 20% SJZT-containing serum stimulated IEC-6 cell migration 8 h after cell damage (P<0.01); 10% and 20% SJZT-containing serum increased IEC-6 cell proliferation 12 h after cell damage (P<0.01). 5%, 10%, and 20% SJZT-containing serum enhanced IEC-6 proliferation both at 24, 36 h after damage (P<0.05, P<0.01). Further studies showed that, 10% and 20% SJZT-containing serum increased c-Myc mRNA and protein expressions that were closely correlated with gastrointestinal mucosal injury repair (P<0.01). Conclusion: Sijunzi Tang-containing serum can repair the injury of gastrointestinal mucosal barrier, the mechanism may be related to its effect in improving mucosal c-Myc mRNA and protein expressions and promoting IEC-6 cell migration and proliferation.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Yanghetang in chemotherapeutic enhancement response among advanced gastric cancer with syndrome of Yang deficiency, and investigate its mechanism from the perspective of cancer-related inflammation micro-environment. Method: A total of 120 patients of advanced gastric cancer with syndrome of Yang deficiency were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (60 cases) that was treated with modified Yanghe Tang plus Doxorubicin (DOX) chemotherapy (3 weeks for a course), and the control group (60 cases) that was treated with the same chemotherapy alone. After three courses of chemotherapy, quality of life, short-term effectiveness of the two groups were valuated, and serum levels of inflammatory immune factors, and changes in ratio of peripheral Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), regulatory T cells (Treg) in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) between both groups were detected. Result: Improvement rate and effective rate of Karnofsky score in patients of the treatment group were 31.7% and 85.0%, respectively, which were higher than 13.3% and 55.0% of control group (P<0.05). Short-term effectiveness and disease control rate of treatment group were 45.0% and 85.0%, respectively, which were significantly better than 26.7% and 68.3% of control group (P<0.05). Compared with pre-treatment, treatment group showed significant decrease in serum hypoxia induced factor-1α (HIF-1α) (P<0.01), interlukin-10 (IL-10), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) and MDSCs, and percentage of Treg (P<0.05), and increases in serum IFN-γ (P<0.05), whereas control group only showed significant advantage of higher levels of IFN-γ and lower percentage of peripheral MDSCs than pre-treatment (P<0.05). In comparison between two groups after treatment, treatment group showed significantly lower serum levels of HIF-1α, IL-10, TGF-β, TNF-α, MCP-1, ratio of peripheral MDSCs, and Treg (P<0.05), and higher serum levels of IFN-γ than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yanghetang can significantly improve the efficacy and quality of life of gastric cancer patients with syndrome of Yang deficiency treated with chemotherapy. Its effect in chemotherapeutic enhancement response may be correlated with its important mechanisms in remodeling cancer immunity by improving the cancer-related inflammatory micro-environment.

      摘要:Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Yangyin Qingre Huayu decoction combined with thoracic radiotherapy on acute radioactive pneumonia (RP), and its effect on the levels of inflammatory cytokines. Method: The 132 cases of hospitalized patients treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy from July 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divided into Yangyin Qingre Huayu decoction treatment group (65 cases) and control group (67 cases). Treatment group was given Yangyin Qingre Huayu decoction in addition to concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy, one dose a daily, for three months since the start of radiotherapy. Control group was provided with pure chemotherapy or concurrent radiotherapy. Before the beginning of radiotherapy and after 40-50 Gy for radiotherapy, 3 mL fasting venous blood was collected to determined plasma interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β). The Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG)'s acute RP evaluation criteria was adopted to evaluate the acute radiation-induced pneumonia incidence and time of occurrence. And the SF-36 scale and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical symptom score table (self-prepared) were applied in evaluation of the quality of life of the patients and their clinical symptoms. Result: The incidence of acute RP in treatment group was 15.38%, and control group was 29.85%. The median times for RP appearance in treatment group and control group were the 57th day and the 81st day, respectively, indicating that treatment group showed a much later median time for RP appearance than control group (P<0.05). Before the treatment, treatment group and control group showed no statistical difference in IL-6, TNF-α, TGF-β content. After the radiotherapy, in treatment group showed decreases in content to varying degrees, which was significantly superior to control group (P<0.05). After the radiotherapy, the treatment group showed significant increases in physical role, mental health, body pain, and decrease in TCM clinical symptom score, which was much superior to control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangyin Qingre Huayu decoction can reduce the incidence of radiation pneumonitis, delay the time of occurrence of radiation pneumonitis, and improve patients' quality of life and their compliance to radiotherapy.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of Tiaojing Zhuyu decoction in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome with ovulation inhibition with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and its effect on levels of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and leptin (LP). Method: One hundred and forty-five patients were divided into western medicine group (72 cases) and observation group (73 cases) by random number table. Patients in western medicine group got metformin hydrochloride tablets and clomifene citrate. In addition to the therapy of western medicine group, patients in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was given Tiaojing Zhuyu decoction. The courses of treatment were six menstrual cycle or until the end of pregnancy. Pregnancy rate, ectopic pregnancy rate, multiple-gestation pregnancy rate, rates of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome (LUFS) and ovarian hyperstimulus syndrome (OHSS) were recorded during treatment period and 12-month follow-up period. And menstruation recovery to normal, ovulation recovery and rates of dominant follicle were also recorded. Before and after the treatment, levels of luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone (T), estradiol (E2), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and prolactin (PRL) were detected. Sizes of endometrial thickness were detected by B ultrasonic, and cervical mucus and kidney deficiency and blood stasis pattern were graded, and levels of IGF-1, TNF-α and LP were scored. Result: After treatment, pregnancy rate in observation was 56.16%, which was higher than 37.5% in western medicine group (P<0.05). And there were no statistical significant in the difference of ectopic pregnancy rate, multiple-gestation pregnancy rate, LUFS and OHSS in two groups. Menstruation recovery rate in observation group was 89.13%, which was higher than 80.59% in western medicine group (P<0.01), ovulation recovery rate was 70.77%, which was higher than 61.67% in western medicine group (P<0.01), and rate of dominant follicle was 73.04%, which was higher than 62.55% in western medicine group (P<0.01). Scores of endometrial thickness and cervical mucus in observation were superior to that in western medicine group, but scores of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was lower than that in western medicine group (P<0.01). Levels of PRL, T, LH, IGF-1, TNF-α and LP were lower than those in western medicine group, but levels of E2 and FSH were higher than those in western medicine group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Tiaojing Zhuyu decoctiocan can treat polycystic ovarian syndrome with ovulation inhibition with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, promote ovulation, improve the quality of ovulation, ameliorate Hypothalamic pituitary ovary axis(HPOA) axis, reduce levels of IGF-1, TNF-α and LP, regulate sex hormone, so as to increase the clinical pregnancy rate.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the curative effect and mechanism of action of modified Lianggesan combined with western therapy in treating erosive oral lichen planus (EOLP) with syndrome of accumulated heat in heart and spleen for adolescent patients. Method: Eighty patients were divided into western medicine group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) by random number table, with 20 cases for healthy control group. Patients in western medicine group were injected with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection and lidocaine hydrochloride injection mixed suspension, 1 time/week, for consecutively 4 weeks, and vitamin A and C tablets for consecutively 12 weeks. In addition to the therapy of western medicine group, patients in observation group took modified Lianggesan for consecutively 12 weeks, 1 dose/day. Before and after the treatment, scores of symptoms and signs were recorded. Levels of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), total antioxidant capacity (TAC), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) in serum and saliva and levels of thrombomodulin (TM), C-reactive protein (CRP) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) were detected. And adverse reactions were recorded. Result: Sores of symptoms and signs in observation group were lower than those in western medicine group (P<0.01). The total clinical effect rate in observation group was 95%, which was higher than 77.5% in western medicine group (P<0.05). Compared with the healthy group, before the treatment, the two groups showed significantly increases in levels of NF-κB, NO and MDA, but with remarkable decrease in TAC (P<0.01). After the treatment, observation group showed lower NF-κB, NO and MDA but higher TAC in serum and saliva than western medicine group (P<0.01), and higher NF-κB, NO and MDA but lower TAC in serum and saliva than healthy group (P<0.01). Compared with the healthy group, Before the treatment, the two groups showed significantly increases in levels of TM, CRP and ET-1 (P<0.01). After the treatment, observation group showed significantly lower levels of TM, CRP and ET-1 than western medicine group, but still higher than healthy group (P<0.01). And there was no adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion: Modified Lianggesan combined with western therapy shows a significant effect in treating erosive oral lichen planus (EOLP) with syndrome of accumulated heat in heart and spleen of adolescent patients. Its mechanism of action may be correlated with relieving inflammatory response, resisting oxidative stress and protecting vascular endothelial cell.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the therapeutic mechanism of Paeoniae Radix Alba-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma herbal pair(PG) in treating osteoarthritis. Method: Firstly, all of chemical components of peonyand licorice were retrieved in The Dictionary of Chinese Herbal Medicine (second edition). Secondly, ADME parameters in the traditional Chinese medicine database system pharmacology (TCMSP) were applied in selecting active ingredients; then, human target protein corresponding to active ingredients were searched in PubChem and TCMSP databases, and osteoarthritis-related genes were searched in Gene database; target proteins and genes were introduced in the molecular network analysis platform, the core analysis method was used to build molecular networks and biological pathways for drugs and diseases, and compare the map analysis. Result: The common biological pathways involved by the drugs and diseases included cell immunity and cell factors, and the common high-connection elements they involved mainly included interleukin 1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), nuclear factor kappa B1 predominate (NF-κB1) and extracellular regulating protein kinase (ERK1/2). Conclusion: PG may have a curative effect on osteoarthritis by impacting IL-1, TNF-α, NF-κB1 and ERK1/2, regulating cytokine signaling pathways, inhibiting inflammation and adjusting immune regulating cartilage cells.

Method: PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane Libraries, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases were retrieved from the date of establishment until September 2015.Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) evaluating the efficacy of BYHWT in preventing OIPN in cancer patients were collected. Statistical analysis was performed with RevMan 5.3. Result: ① Eight RCTs involving 489 patients were included. The results of Meta-analyses showed statistically significant differences in total incidence of OIPN, incidence of severe OIPN and peripheral nerve conduction velocity between BYHWT group and control group; ② All of the studies included showed no adverse reaction induced by BYHWT. Conclusion: BYHWT is safe and effective in preventing OIPN and reducing the incidence of OIPN. However, due to the restrictions in the quantity and quality of the included studies, more multicenter high-quality RCTs with large sample size are needed to verify the above conclusion.

      摘要:Objective: Medicinal plants of Ban-feng-he include 12 plants from six genus and five families, with the same morphological characters and clinical effects. Most of them have functions of expelling wind and removing damness, promoting blood circulation and removing meridian obstruction. Therefore, they have potential development value. Three commonly used medicinal plants of Ban-feng-he mainly include Semiliquidambar cathayensis, Dendropanax dentiger, and Pterospermum heterophyllum, and S. cathayensis has the best anti-rheumatism effect. These medicinal plants have a long history in clinical use as traditional ethnic medicines, such as Miao, Yao, She, and Zhuang nationalities, with clear efficacy in rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, and other inflammatory diseases. However, the active ingredients of the three medicinal plants for anti-inflammatory effect are still unclear, and mixed use and misuse are often present. Therefore, there is urgent need to systematically and deeply study on their active ingredients for anti-inflammatory effect. This review aims to provide comprehensive information on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of S. cathayensis, D. dentiger, and P. heterophyllum based on the scientific literature, hoping to provide scientific basis for the quality control, clinical application, and reasonable development of these plants.

      摘要:Phellinus igniarius is one of the large medicinal fungus with best internationally recognized anti-cancer effect. Researches indicate that its effective ingredients include polysaccharides, steroids, triterpenes, flavonoids, pyrones, polyphenols, coumarins, alkaloids, and amino acids, et al, with the antineoplastic, hepatoprotective, hypoglycemic, anti-diabetic, anti-angiogenesis, anti-oxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-mutagenic, anti-mutation, and anti-arthritis effects. It is mainly used to prevent or treat cancer, diabetes, gastroenteric dysfunction, diarrhea and hemorrhage, with a wide application in East Asia, especially in China, Japan and Korea. P. igniarius polysaccharides are one of its major bioactive constituents, present in the fruiting bodies, mycelia and fermentation broth, which could be divided into fruiting body polysaccharide, mycelial polysaccharide and extracellular polysaccharide (EPS, fermentation broth extract), with the effects of anti-tumor, enhancing immunity and reducing blood sugar, etc. Flavonoid compounds in P. igniarius are one of the important material bases for its antioxidation effect, and the pharmacological researches show that P. igniarius flavonoid compounds have the antitumor, antioxidant, anti-liver fibrosis effects, and can enhance the immune function. P. igniarius has a very significant inhibitory effect on many kinds of malignant tumors, and its anti-tumor effect is mainly achieved by enhancing the body immunity, activating macrophages, activating lymphocytes, enhancing the anti-tumor effect of the body, affecting the signal transduction of tumor cells, inhibiting the induced differentiation of tumor cells, inhibiting the tumor cells angiogenesis, inducing tumor cells apoptosis and other ways. Its drugs are developed for the prevention and treatment of tumor, fatty liver, liver fibrosis, and stubborn hyperglycemia, becoming a major focus following Ganoderma lucidum. This paper would review some of the recent researches on effective components and the efficacy of P. igniarius, and also discuss its development prospect.
