      摘要:Objective: To study on the change of five chemical components (ferulic acid,calycosin-7-O-β-D-glycoside,calycosin,formononetin and astragaloside Ⅳ) in solution and small intestine absorption liquid of Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix with different compatibility. Method: Decoction of Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix with different compatibility was prepared by water extraction method,the small intestinal absorption liquid was prepared by drug absorption experiment which was carried out with isolated everted intestinal method.The contents of five components in solution and small intestine absorption liquid were determined by UPLC-MS. Result: The dissolution of five components were mostly close to the theoretical values while Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix at 10:1 and 5:1,but most of them were larger than the theoretical values while Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix at 1:1 and 1:5 ratio.When Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix (10:1),most of the absorption rate of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glycoside,calycosin,astragaloside Ⅳ and ferulic acid in small intestinal absorption liquid with the same concentration were higher than that of the single use of Astragali Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix.When Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix 5:1,most of the absorption rate of five components in small intestinal absorption liquid with the same concentration were higher than that of the single use of Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix. Conclusion: The dissolution of five components can be improved when Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix at 1:1 and 1:5,different compatibility of Astragali Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix can promote the absorption of five components in varying degrees.

      摘要:Objective: To set up the hierarchical cluster analysis of quality evaluation index of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex with different grades,and standardize its quality standard. Method: Contents of water soluble extract,alcohol soluble rxtract,volatile oil,magnolol and honokiol in Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex from different origin and different ages with the same origin were determined,then them were investigated by cluster analysis. Result: Contents of water soluble extract,alcohol soluble extract,volatile oil and total phenol were positively correlated with the level of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex.By the analysis of hierarchical cluster,the three hierarchies were be proposed,such as premium grade with thickness of 4-6 mm,volatile oil content >0.7%,water soluble extract >10%,alcohol soluble extract >20%,total content of magnolol and honokiol >15%;the second grade with thickness of 2-4 mm,volatile oil content >0.35%,water soluble extract >5%,alcohol soluble extract >8%,total content of magnolol and honokiol >7%;the third grade with every index was less than the above. Conclusion: There is a certain correlation with traditional grading and quality index evaluation for Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprints of different extract parts of Suoquanwan constituted with salt-processed Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus,to clarify the contribution of fingerprints peaks in different extract parts of Suoquanwan to reduce urination,and to reveal the pharmacodynamic material basis. Method: The influence of different extract parts on arresting polyuria of water-load mice was observed,HPLC fingerprints of different extract parts of Suoquanwan was established,grey relational analysis was adopted to establish spectrum-effect relationship. Result: Contribution of different peaks to reduce urination was ranked as No. 8 > No. 9 > No. 7 > No. 11 > No. 17 > No. 5 > No. 19 > No. 29 > No. 18 > No. 10 > No. 6 > No. 12 > No. 23. Conclusion: This HPLC fingerprints of different extract parts is simple with good reproducibility,it can be taken as a reference for quality evaluation of Suoquanwan.The pharmacodynamic substances are the low polar components,which concentrate in petroleum ether part,the effect of reducing urination is the result of synergistic action of those components.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of entrapment efficiency of glucose-modified paclitaxel-loaded brain targeting liposomes. Method: The liposomes were prepared by film dispersion method.The content of paclitaxel was detected by RP-HPLC with mobile phase of methanol-water (70:30),detection wavelength at 228 nm and flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The content of cholesterol was determined by RP-HPLC with mobile phase of methanol,detection wavelength at 210 nm and flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The separation of free paclitaxel and liposomes was performed with gel column chromatography,protamine precipitation,filter membrane method and dialysis method to compare their feasibility for determination of entrapment efficiency. Result: The specificity,RSD of precision,stability and recovery test of both chromatographic methods for paclitaxel and cholesterol all met the demand of determination.Linear ranges of paclitaxel and cholesterol were 0.4-100,1-500 mg·L-1,respectively.Recoveries of paclitaxel and liposomes from four methods were all 95%-105%,which met the requirement of determination of entrapment efficiency.Entrapment efficiencies in gel column chromatography,protamine precipitation,filter membrane method and dialysis method were 74.68%,92.91%,95.14% and 95.08%. Conclusion: Protamine precipitation method is hardly affected by particle size of the liposomes,it is suitable for determination of entrapment efficiency of paclitaxel liposomes.

      摘要:Objective: Taking total polyphenols as index,to study on the quality of Rose roxburghii fruit with different sources and different drying methods. Method: UV was used to determine the content of total polyphenols in 26 batches of samples with gallic acid as index component,single factor tests were adopted to optimize detecting conditions.Three kinds of drying ways were evaluated,cluster analysis was used to process and analyze the data. Result: Gallic acid had good linearity in the range of 2.5-5.4 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 7),the average recovery rate was 102.93% with RSD of 3.3%.The average value of total polyphenols content in 26 batches of samples was 10.06%,22 batches of samples,which collected by us,had the average value of total polyphenols content at 10.77%; the rest 4 batches samples,which brought from market,had the average value of total polyphenols content at 6.14%.Compared with raw products,total polyphenols content in samples under oven drying at 60℃,decompression drying at 40℃ and freeze drying decreased by 33.57%, 24.38% and 23.96%, respectively. Conclusion: This determination is simple and reprocucible.Drying ways have different effect on total polyphenols content in R. roxburghii fruit,decompression drying at 40℃ and freeze drying have small effect on the loss of total polyphenols.

      摘要:Objective: Viscoelasticity is one of the fundamental properties of gel plaster matrix,it can be determined by measuring the rheological properties of gel plaster matrix.To investigate effects of various fillers on the rheological characteristics of gel plaster matrix. Method: Rotary rheometer was employed to determine rheological properties of matrix containing various fillers,including the complex modulus (G*),the elastic modulus (G') and the viscous modulus (G″).The influence of fillers on rheological properties of matrix was investigated,the adhesion performances of matrix were considered,and a method for screening fillers with the rheological properties of matrix was established. Result: Both of G' and G″ increased with increasing of fillers concent,especially for micropowder silica gel.When the concent of micropowder silica gel increased from 1% to 5%,G' and G″ increased 99% and 130%,respectively. Conclusion: Rheological properties of gel plaster matrix can serve as guidelines for optimization of formulations of gel plaster.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of total alkaloids from Derris eriocarpa by response surface method, and detect their antibacterial activity. Method: Microwave extraction was used for one-single factor experiment of D. eriocarpa to investigate the effects of solid-liquid ratio, ethanol volume fraction, extraction time, microwave power, and number of extraction times on the extraction of total alkaloids from D. eriocarpa. Response surface method (RSM) was employed to optimize the extraction process, improve the extraction efficiency of total alkaloids, and investigate the in vitro antibacterial effect of total alkaloids. Result: The optimal extraction parameters were as follows:microwave extraction power of 400 W, extraction temperature of 70℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1:23, extraction time of 23 min and ethanol volume fraction of 70%. The experiment extraction yield of the total alkaloids was 0.107 7 mg·g-1 under these optimal conditions measured by berberine hydrochloride. The antibacterial activity data suggested that the total alkaloids had a certain inhibitory effect on the Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion: The microwave extraction method for total alkaloids from D. eriocarpa was efficient and stable, and the total alkaloids showed good antibacterial effect.

      摘要:Objective: To clarify the pathogenic species of Gardenia jasminoides brown spot, and provide the basis for disease prevention and control. Method: The diseased leaf with G. jasminoides brown spot were collected from different regions of Jiangxi province. Pathogens were separated and purified by tissue culture method, and identified by using pathogenic test, pathological observation and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis according the Koch's postulates. Pathogenicity of the leaf from different species plants was identified by using isolated leaf inoculation method to determine the host range. Result: The pathogens separated from sample leaves showed white villiform aerial hyphae at the initial stage in medium, so that the color of colony was white at first, and then turned to dark brown. Observation under microscope showed that the hyphae had septum and branch, with gray to brown spheroidal fruiting body. The separated pathogen would make the healthy G. jasminoides leaves produce brown spot after tie-back. Blast analysis of the amplificated rDNA-ITS sequence confirmed that the disease was caused by Botryosphaeria dothidea. The pathogen had a wide host range, and the test results of 10 kinds of plants showed strongest pathogenicity in Peucedanum praeruptorum, but showed no pathogenicity in Gomphrena globosa. Conclusion: The pathogens and host range for G. jasminoides brown spot were clarified in this paper.

      摘要:Objective: Compare and evaluate the quality of Scutellaria barbata from different habitats. Method: The content of scutellarin, cosmosiin, total flavonoids and polysaccharides were determined by RP-HPLC and ultra-violet spectrolhotometry.Through the content of 4 indicated ingredients as the index, the quality of S. barbata was assessed by principal componentanalysis and cluster analysis method. Result: The difference of the content of scutellarin, cosmosiin, total flavonoids and polysaccharides of S. barbata which from different habitats were quite large. The total flavonoids and polysaccharides were abundance in S. barbata, which were 18.56-74.67 mg·g-1 and 19.67-47.3 mg·g-1 respectively. All the samples are up to the medical requirements. PCA concluded that two factors(F1,F2) could be used to evaluate the quality of S. barbata. The function is following F=0.581 28F1+0.278 82F2, the scores of different habitats of S. barbata were from-0.66-1.68.The quality of S. barbata in the Jinping of Guizhou,Yunnan and Zhenyuan of Guizhou is the best respectively. Conclusion: The habitats and growing environment have some effect on the quality of S. barbata,this research can provide some reference for the germplasm resources and quality evaluation of S. barbata.

      摘要:Objective: In the previous study, 278 strains of endophytic fungi were separated from Rumex gmelini in different origins. These endophytic fungi were taken as the research object to screen out endophytic fungi that could produce nepodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and polydatin through fermentation. Method: HPLC was used to detect secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi, nepodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and polydatin were used as reference to screen out endophytic fungi that could produce nepodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and polydatin, and determine their content. Result: Eleven strains of endophytic fungi whose secondary metabolites containing nepodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside were found, meanwhile 5 strains could produce polydatin. Among them, fungi tq-s1 had the highest mass fraction of nepodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (530 μg·g-1) and polydatin (224 μg·g-1) in its secondary metabolites. Conclusion: Endogenous fungal species and formation of their secondary metabolites were affected by geographical location. Further studies shall be conducted on the development and utilization of high-yield strain tq-s1 of both nepodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and polydatin.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the roots of Daphne genkwa, and screen their biological activity. Method: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephandex LH-20, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. Result: Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as dihydrodaphnodorin B (1), wikstrol A (2), stelleranol (3), daphnodorin D2 (4), daphnodorin D1 (5), daphnodorin A (6), O-methyledgeworin (7), clemaphenol A (8), 1β-hydroxy-10βH-guaia-4,11-dien-3-one (9), 1αH,10αH,7αH-guaia-4,11-dien-3-one (10), 1,5-diphenylpentan-1-hydroxy-3-one (11), oleodaphnone (12), S-(+)-1,5-diphenylpentan-3-hydroxy-1-one (13), 8-hydroxypluviatolide (14), epifriedelanol (15), and 5α-stigmast-9(11)-en-3β-ol (16). The screening results of biological activity showed that compounds 1, 2, 6 had inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion: Compounds 1-6, 10, 12, 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 11, 15 were isolated from the plants of this genus for the first time. Compounds 7-9, 14, 16 were first obtained from the plants of Thymelaeaceae.

      摘要:Objective: To study on chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate extraction of the twigs and leaves of Clinacanthus nutans. Method: The compounds were isolated by chromatographic techniques, such as silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.The structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of organic spetra (1H-NMR,13 C-NMR). Result: Ten compounds were isolated from C.nutans and identified asindazole(1), loliolide (2), (3S,5R,6S,7E)-5,6-epoxy-3-hydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one (3), phytol (4), (-)-α-tocospirone (5), α-nigerose (6), clerspide A (7), (2R)-1-O-glyceryl-β-D-galactoside(8), stigmasterol (9), daucosterol (10), respectively. Conclusion: The compounds 2-8 were obtained from the twigs and leaves of C.nutans for the first time. This research could provide powerful therapeutic material basis for C.nutans and provide a scientific basis for further research and development on the resourse of C.nutans in Hainan.

      摘要:Objective: To establish liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method for content determination of amino acid and nucleoside in Semen Sojae Praeparatum from different origins. Method: The contents of 22 amino acids and 16 nucleosides in 8 bathes of Semen Sojae Praeparatum (collected from Anhui, Jiangsu and Henan provinces) were determined by an ultra fast liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. Waters XBridge Amide column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 3.5 μm) was used with 0.2% formic acid acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.6 mL·min-1. In addition, electrospray ionization and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode were used. The results were used for PCA-DA cluster analysis and t test. Result: The 22 amino acids and 16 nucleosides in Semen Sojae Praeparatum were well separated, and showed good linear relationship between concentration and peak area. The average recovery rate was between 93.74% and 104.32%, RSD 0.6%-3.5%. There were significant differences in the amino acids and nucleosides contents among different batches. The total contents of amino acids were at 7.241-34.21 mg·g-1, and the total contents of nucleosides were at 14.21-82.53 mg·g-1. The contents of amino acids were in the following order from high level to low level:Anhui > Jiangsu > Henan, and nucleosides were in the following order from high level to low level:Jiangsu, Anhui > Henan. The total contents of amino acids and total contents of nucleosides in samples with shorter storage time were higher than those with longer storage time in the same region. Conclusion: This method is applicable for the simultaneous determination of contents of 38 kinds of amino acids and nucleosides. The differences in the study can fill up the blank in Semen Sojae Praeparatum from different origins reflect the quality of samples from different origins, and provide references for the further pharmacodynamic research.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC gradient elution method for simultaneous determination of stibene glucoside, physcione, calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside, ononin, calycosin and fermlononetin in Ejiao Yishou Jing. Method: An Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), with acetonitrile-methanol(9:1)(A) and 0.1% phosphate acid solution (B) as the mobile phases for gradient elution. The column temperature was 30℃, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, with an injection volume of 20 μL. Stibene glucoside and physcione were detected at 280 nm; calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside, ononin, calycosin and fermlononetin were detected at 254 nm. Result: Stibene glucoside, physcione, calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside, ononin, calycosin and fermlononetin showed good linearity within the concentration range of 5.23-104.60 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 5), 5.05-101.00 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 1), 5.92-118.40 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 3), 4.74-94.80 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8), 4.85-97.00 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 7), and 6.91-138.20 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 7) respectively. Their average recovery rate (n=6) and RSD were 98.52%(1.6%), 97.95%(1.4%), 99.47%(1.6%), 96.99%(1.0%), 99.24%(1.1%), and 98.13%(1.4%) respectively. Conclusion: This HPLC gradient elution method could be used to simultaneously determine the contents of stibene glucoside, physcione, calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside, ononin, calycosin and fermlononetin in Ejiao Yishou Jing. This method is accurate, highly sensitive and repeatable, providing a reliable method for the quality control of Ejiao Yishou Jing.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) method and realize quality control of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus. Method: HPLC method was used in this paper for determining the contents of specnuezhenide, nuezhenoside, oleuropein, salidroside and oleonuezhenide. With specnuezhenide as a reference, the relative correction factors (fi,s) of other four constituents were used as a quantitative parameter and the values of relative retention time (γi,s) were used as a qualitative parameter. Result: All five components were well separated. The results of system suitability test and methodology met the requirement of content determination. All the calibration curves showed good linearity in corresponding concentration ranges, with the correlation coefficients ≥0.999 5.The recoveries of these target compounds were in the range of 96.8%-105.0% (RSD≤3%). RSD of fi,s and γi,s were respectively less than 5% and 2% within the determination range. The results calculated with the proposed single marker method were consistent with those obtained by the external standard method, showing no significant differences between these two methods. Conclusion: The proposed QAMS method was proven to be operable and rapid with reliable results, which can be used for quality control of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus with multi-target ingredients.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC-ELSD fingerprint and UV spectral analysis method for Bruceae Fructus oil, and compare with a variety of other cooking oils. Method: SSI HPLC and Alltech 2000 ESLD were used to establish the fingerprint on Waters C18 analytical column (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm), with acetonitrile-dichloromethane (60:40) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.2 mL·min-1. The detection temperature was 85℃; column temperature was 40℃, and injection volume was 15 μL. PERSEE UV-VIS spectrophotometer TU-1950 was used for UV full-wavelength scanning. Result: The results showed good precision, repeatability and stability for this method, and RSD of the relative retention time and relative peak area were less than 3.0%. Various peaks were well separated and the fingerprint information was complete. Conclusion: On the basis of this method, HPLC-ELSD fingerprints of Bruceae Fructus oil and 11 kinds of cooking oil and UV spectral analysis method were established, providing important basis for the quality control and market supervision of Bruceae Fructus oil.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Shenlingcao oral liquid, evaluate the quality status of Shenlingcao oral liquid. Method: The HPLC separation was preformed on a DIKMA SpursilTM C18-EP column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), gradient eluted with mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric(B) at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 260 nm.Through the fingerprint, the effective components and principal component of the raw medicine were identified, with the raw medicine and the effective components of Shenlingcao oral liquid in the prescription for the contrast. The quality of the Shenlingcao oral was judged by the similarity of the fingerprints. Result: The average RSD of retention time were all less than 0.5%, and the average RSD of peak area was less than 4% for precision, repeatability and stability of the fingerprints. The main component of the Shenlingcao oral liquid prescription herbs, as well as the active ingredient can find in the Shenlingcao oral liquid fingerprint. The oral liquid washing samples' similarity of 54 batches Shenlingcao is greater than 0.95, the alcohol washing samples' similarity is greater than 0.98. Conclusion: The oral liquid contains the main effective components of the medicinal herbs. Shenlingcao oral liquid was stable safe and effective. Fingerprint method can provide more comprehensive information for the the Shenlingcao oral solution quality evaluation.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Euodiae Fructus on tissue distribution kinetics of berberine hydrochloride,palmatine hydrochloride and jatrorrhizine hydrochloride from Coptidis Rhizoma in rats. Method: Rats were administered respectively by Coptidis Rhizoma and codecoction of Coptidis Rhizoma and Euodiae Fructus.Tissue samples were collected at diferent time after administration.The variation of berberine hydrochloride,palmatine hydrochloride and jatrorrhizine hydrochloride with time was determined by UPLC-MS/MS.The kinetic parameters,relative uptake rate (Re) and peak concentration ratio (Ce) were calculated by DAS 2.0 software. Result: In group of codecoction of Coptidis Rhizoma and Euodiae Fructus,AUC0-∞ of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride distributed in the liver tissues were (7 051.268±518.354),(2 179.139±195.617) ng·g-1·h,Cmax were (1 645.961±129.862),(383.889±19.526) ng·g-1;compared with the Coptidis Rhizoma group,they were increased significantly.Re of these three alkaloids in liver were 1.338,1.475 and 1.065,Ce of them in liver were 1.548,1.751 and 1.369,Re of them in lung were 0.985,0.780 and 0.930,Ce of them in lung were 0.834,1.051 and 0.905. Conclusion: Euodiae Fructus has properties of reducing the distribution of alkaloids from Coptidis Rhizoma in the lung and increasing their distribution in the liver.

      摘要:Objective: To study on pharmacokinetics in rabbits and tissue distribution in rats of Cang'ai volatile oil after nasal absorption. Method: After intranasal administration of Cang'ai volatile oil,the concent of eugenol in rabbit plasma was detected by UPLC,mobile phase was methanol-1% glacial acetic acid (45:55),flow rate was 0.4 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 280 nm and sample volume was 1 μL.The data were fitted by DAS 3.0 software (non-compartment model) and pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated.The contents of eugenol in rats' brain,heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney were determinated by HPLC after intranasal administration of Cang'ai volatile oil. Result: Primary pharmacokinetic parameters of Cang'ai volatile oil were as follows:Tmax of (0.083±0) h,Cmax of (1.150±0.141) mg·L-1,AUC0-∞ of (0.376±0.085) h·mg·L-1,MRT0-∞ of (0.505±0.039) h.Cang'ai volatile oil was rapidly distributed into all tissues after intranasal absorption,the content of eugenol in the lung was the highest,followed by the heart and brain,its distribution in liver,spleen and kidney was small. Conclusion: In vivo retention time of Cang'ai volatile oil is short with brain targeting trend.

      摘要:Objective: LC-MS/MS was employed to determine blood concentration after intravenous,intragastric administration of tetrandrine powder and subcutaneous injection of tetrandrine gel,and calculated the bioavailability of tetrandrine gel. Method: Determination of tetrandrine in plasma was established.After intravenous,intragastric administration of tetrandrine powder and subcutaneous injection of tetrandrine gel,LC-MS/MS was adopted to determine blood concentration of tetrandrine,detection ion for tetrandrine was m/z 623.1-176.0,detection ion for dauricine (the internal standard) was m/z 625.1-206.0,DAS 3.0 software was used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters and the absolute bioavailability. Result: This established LC-MS/MS had good stability and precision,extraction recovery was 81.36%-97.14%.Absolute bioavailabilities of intragastric administration of tetrandrine powder and subcutaneous injection of tetrandrine gel were 42.76% and 85.44%,respectively. Conclusion: The absolute bioavailability of tetrandrine gel is improved greatly by compared with intragastric administration of tetrandrine powder,tetrandrine gel has a sustained-release effect.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of chemical splitting fractions of Mori Cortex on water sodium retention in rats with Adriamycin-induced nephrotic syndrome and explore its mechanism. Method: The adriamycin nephropathy models were established by single tranvenous injection of adriamycin (dosage 6.5 mg·kg-1). The drugs were used continuously for 21 days from the 7th day. On days 7, 14, 21 and 28, urine output, 24 h urine protein, urinary sodium and urinary osmolality of these rats were detected. After 3 weeks of drug administration, plasma osmolality, plasma electrolyte, total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), albumin(ALB), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Cr), and antidiuretic hormone (AVP) levels were detected, and the kidney index was calculated, antidiuretic hormone receptor 2 (AVPV2R), aquaporin-2 (AQP2) levels in kidney and Na+-K+-ATPase activity were detected as well. At last, the expression level of AQP2 in kidney was detected by Western bolt. Result: Mori Cortex water decoction could down-regulate the level of 24 h urinary protein, improve hypoalbuminemia and hyperlipidemia, and the low dose (476 mg·kg-1) showed the best effect, 30% ethanol fraction of Mori Cortex could significantly down-regulate 24 h urinary protein, TC, TG, AVP, AVPV2R, and AQP2 levels, decrease Na+-K+-ATPase activity and kidney index (P<0.05, P<0.01), and significantly up-regulate the levels of ALB, urine output, urinary sodium and urinary osmolality (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Mori Cortex water decoction could significantly improve the pathological symptoms of rats with adriamycin-induced nephropathy, and 30% ethanol fraction is the most effective part. Its mechanism for improving water sodium retention in Adriamycin-induced nephropathy may be associated with regulating the expression levels of plasma AVP, renal AVPV2, AQP2 and Na+-K+-ATPase activity.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Fuxiong cream on expressions of c-Jun n-terminal kinase (JNK) and mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 4(MKK4) in lung tissue of rats with influenza A virus(IV) pneumonia. Method: Fifty young rats were randomly divided in the control group, the model group, the high, medium and low-dose Fuxiong cream groups (21.0, 10.5, 5.25 g·kg-1), with 10 rats in each group. Except for the control group, the IV pneumonia model was induced by nose dripping with 0.1 mL rat lung adapted strain of influenza virus A/FM/47 (H1N1) in the remaining groups. After the successful modeling, the rats received Fuxiong cream for 5 days. HE staining was used to observe lung pathological histology. The expressions of JNK and MKK4 in rat lung tissue were detected by using immunohistochemical method. The mRNA expression levels of JNK and MKK4 in lung tissue were further detected by using Real-time PCR. Result: HE staining showed that the high, medium and low-dose Fuxiong cream groups could significantly improve the acute lung tissue injury degree in rats compared with the model group, and the curative effect gradually enhanced with the increase of the dose. Immunohistochemical and Real-time PCR results showed that compared with the control group, in the model group, expressions of JNK and MKK4 were obviously increased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, in high, medium and low-dose Fuxiong cream groups, expressions of JNK and MKK4 were obviously decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The protective effect of Fuxiong cream against IV pneumonia in rats may be associated with down-regulation of JNK and MKK4.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Meicha protein on blood pressure and blood vessels of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) rats after continuous administration, and explore its mechanism. Method: Totally 40 male SHR were randomly divided into model (equal volume of distilled water), positive control group (compound Kendir leaves tablets, 50 mg·kg-1), and low and high-dose Meicha protein groups (70, 140 mg·kg-1). Each group was intragastrically administrated with drugs (10 mL·kg-1) once in the morning and afternoon for 7 weeks. The blood pressure at rat tail artery was measured before administration, and after administration once a week. The blood and thoracic aorta were collected after the last administration to detect the content of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in the serum, and the mRNA expressions of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS), angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE), angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ), c-Myc, p27 and B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) gene in the blood vessels. Result: Compared with model group, low and high-dose Meicha protein groups can significantly decrease the blood pressure of SHR since the second week, increase the content of NO, reduce the content of ET-1, inhibite the expressions of gene c-Myc, Bcl-2 and ACE, and enhance the mRNA expression of eNOS (P<0.05, P<0.01), but with no effect on p27 mRNA. Conclusion: Meicha protein has significant antihypertensive and vascular-protective effects on SHR. The mechanism may be correlated with the changes in the level of NO and ET-1 in the serum, and the expressions of gene c-Myc, Bcl-2, ACE, Ang Ⅱ and eNOS in the blood vessel.

      摘要:Objective: To investigated the effects and mechanism of salvianolic acid B (Sal B) on vasorelaxation of isolated thoracic aorta in rats. Method: SD rats were used to establish isolated thoracic aorta perfusion models, and the cumulative dosing method was used to add Sal B to make final concentrations of 1×10-8, 1×10-7, 1×10-6, 1×10-5, 1×10-4 mol·L-1. The vascular tension changes were observed, and the effects 1×10-5, 1×10-4 mol·L-1 Sal B on the constriction of norepinephrine (NE) and KCl preconstricted thoracic aorta were observed in rats. Result: The effect of Sal B on the basal tonus in isolated aortic rings in rats with endothelial integrity or endothelial injury was not so significant. Sal B dependently caused relaxation in vessels precontracted with NE but had no effect on KCl precontracted vessels. However, the relaxation effect of Sal B was not significantly inhibited by NG-nitro-L-arginine methylester (L-NAME) and Indomethacin (Indo). Also, the relaxation effect of Sal B was not significantly inhibited by tetraethylammonium (TEA), 4-aminopyridine (4-AP) and glibenclamide (Glib). The relaxation effect of Sal B was also not significantly inhibited by beta-blocker propranolol. But Sal B can inhibit the contraction vessels induced by extracellular calcium and intracellular calcium and its effect on latter is stronger than that on the former. Conclusion: The mechanisms may involve the reduction in Ca2+ influx through the receptor-dependent pathway, voltage-dependent pathway and blocking the IP3 receptor-induced Ca2+ release, but not correlated with NO-guanylyl cyclase pathway, COX pathway, K+ channels or β receptor.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of puerarin on renal cell apoptosis in rats with renal ischemic-reperfusion injury. Method: One hundred and twenty experimental rats were randomly divided into six groups:sham operation group, model control group, ginkgo biloba extract (EGb, 100 mg·kg-1) treated group and puerarin 25, 50, 100 mg·kg-1 treated groups; the model was established by gripping bilateral renal pedicle vessels for 45 min, the drugs were given immediately after reperfusion once a day for 2 weeks. Two weeks later, the weights were measured, and the renal index (RI) was calculated; the content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(SCr), uric acid(UA) in serum were determined; the histopathological changes in renal tissues was observed by PAS staining; the apoptosis of renal cells was observed by TUNEL staining, and the apoptosis index (AI) was calculated; the expression levels of AKT, B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2),Bcl-2 associated X protein(Bax) mRNA were detected by Real-time PCR, and the Bax/Bcl-2 was calculated; the expression of Caspase-3 in kidney tissues was detected by Western blot, and a semi-quantitative analysis was performed; the levels of C-reactionprotein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1β(IL-1β), IL-6, intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in plasma were determined. Result: Compared with model control group, the RI in puerarin (100, 50 mg·kg-1) treated groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05, P<0.01); the content of BUN, SCr, UA were significantly decreased(P<0.05, P<0.01); the histopathological changes and the apoptosis in puerarin treated groups were significantly alleviated, especially the puerarin (100 mg·kg-1) treated group, and the AI in puerarin (50, 100 mg·kg-1) treated groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05, P<0.01); the expression level of Bax mRNA in puerarin (50, 100 mg·kg-1) treated groups was significantly decreased, the Bcl-2 mRNA was significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), the Bax/Bcl-2 was significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the expression level of AKT mRNA in puerarin (100 mg·kg-1) treated group was significantly increased (P<0.01); the expression of Caspase-3 in puerarin (50, 100 mg·kg-1) treated groups was significantly decreased; the level of CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 in plasma of puerarin (50, 100 mg·kg-1) treated groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the IL-1β, ICAM-1 in puerarin (100 mg·kg-1) treated group was significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Puerarin had effects in depressing renal cell apoptosis and improving renal function of rats with renal ischemic-reperfusion injury, which may be related to up-regulation of the expression of AKT and Bcl-2 gene, inhibition of the expression of caspase-3 protein, down-regulation of the expression of Bcl-2 gene and reduction of Bax/Bcl-2 and inflammatory reaction.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Huangjin capsule on protein expressions of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinasem(PI-3K),glucose transporter 4(GLUT4) in liver and skeletal muscle tissue of diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance rats. Method: Totally 65 SPF male Wistar rats with the blood glucose ranging between 4.77-7.77 mmol·L-1.Except the 12 rats in normal group, all of the remaining rats were given high-fat diet and 1%streptozotocin 50 mg·kg-1 to build the rat model of diabetes mellitus. The diabetic rats were randomly divided into Huangjin capsule group(Huangjin capsule suspension, 2.025 g·kg-1), rosiglitazone (rosiglitazone suspension, 0.36 mg·kg-1). Model group was continuously fed with high-fat diet, andtreated by the corresponding drugs together with normal group for 10 weeks. Both model group and normal group were given normal saline. The general state of the rats, body weight and food intake were observed. 10 weeks later after the intervention,10%chloral hydrate was injected to anesthetize the rats totest fasting blood-glucose(FBG), fasting insulin(FINS), and insulin sensitivity index(ISI). The immunochemical method was used to detect the pathological changes in rat liver and skeletal muscle tissue, and HE was applied to detect PI-3K and GLUT4 protein expressions. Result: Compared with normal group, model group showed significant increases in FBG, FINS levels, and decreases in ISI, PI-3K and GLUT4 protein expressions in rat liver and skeletal muscle tissue (P<0.05), and the pathological detection showed obvious lesions in rat liver and skeletal tissue.After drug intervention, compared with model group, both Huangjin capsule group and rosiglitazone group can reduce the level of FBG and FINS of diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance rats, increase the level of ISI,PI-3K and GLUT4 protein expressions in rat liver and skeletal muscle tissue(P<0.05), with obvious alleviation in lesions in rat liver and skeletal tissue. Conclusion: Huangjin capsule has the effect in improving insulin sensitivity, the mechanism is correlated with the activation of PI-3K and GLUT4 protein expression in insulin signal pathway of skeletal muscle tissue.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protection effect of total flavones from the hemerocallis fulva (TFHF) on alcohol-induced liver injury in mice and explore their possible pharmacological mechanisms. Method: A total of 60 mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, bifendate group and TFHF low dose, middle dose, and high dose groups. Acute hepatic injury models were established by once gavage administration of alcohol. Levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum, as well as sup eroxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GPX) and glutathione (GSH) levels in liver tissues were assayed and compared. The pathological changes in liver tissues were observed, and the expression levels of Bcl-2 and Bax were detected by Western blot. Result: As compared with the model group, TFHF could significantly reduce serum ALT and AST levels (P<0.05), decrease the MDA content in liver tissues and increase the activities of SOD, GSH and GPX(P<0.05,P<0.01). Pathological examination showed that as compared with the model group, TFHF middle dose group and high dose group could significantly alleviate the liver cell degeneration and necrosis, and improve the pathological changes of hepatic tissues. Western blot results showed that the protein expression level of Bcl-2 was significantly increased in TFHF groups (P<0.05,P<0.01), whereas the protein expression of Bax was decreased and Bax/Bcl-2 was also decreased (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: TFHF may have a significant protection effect on alcohol-induced liver injury in mice, and the mechanism may be associated with its antioxidation effect and regulating the expression levels of Bcl-2 and Bax.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect and mechanism of Shenling Baizhu granule (SLBZ) on ulcerative colitis in mice induced by dextran sulfate sodium (DSS). Method: Clean-grade Balb/c mice were randomly divided into control group, 3 d model group, 3 d SLBZ group, 7 d model group and 7 d SLBZ group. 3 d and 7 d SLBZ groups were given SLBZ (9 g·kg-1·d-1) by gavage for 8 days, while control group and two model groups were given the same volume of saline. In all groups except the control group, animal models were established with 4% DSS water in the last 3 days. 3 d model group and 3 d SLBZ group were observed and tested on 3 d after modeling, while control group, 7 d model group and 7 d SLBZ group were observed and tested on 7 d after modeling. The changes in body weight, stool index (diarrhea and bloody stool), pathological score, apoptosis index, mucus expression and occludin protein were observed. Result: Compared with the normal group, the amount of apoptotic epithelial cells in colonic mucosa of 3 d model group increased significantly, the expression of occludin was significantly reduced (P<0.05). In 7 d model group, body weight decreased significantly, stool index increased significantly, the pathological score increased, the amount of apoptotic cells increased, and occludin protein expression was significantly reduced (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, after preventive gavage of SLBZ suspension for 8 days, the amount of apoptotic epithelial cells in 3 d SLBZ group decreased, occludin protein expression increased significantly (P<0.05), body weight of mice in 7 d SLBZ group increased, diarrhea and bloody stool symptoms improved obviously, pathological score decreased, the amount of mucus secretion increased, apoptotic cells decreased, and the expression of occludin increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The preventive administration with SLBZ could relieve the symptoms of colitis induced by DSS, which may be closely related to protection of SLBZ on colonic mucosal barrier.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang on immunology and blood stasis state of osteoarthritis rats with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation symptoms. Method: Totally 50 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, celecoxib group (20.82 mg·kg-1), Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang 7 d group and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang 14 d group (30 g·kg-1). Except for the normal group, all of the other groups were included in the osteoarthritis model with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation symptoms through cold fix method plus swimming, feeding every two days and cool environment. During the last two weeks before successful modeling, all groups were administered with drugs at dose of 6 mL·kg-1. Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang 14 d group was administered with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang for 14 days, other groups were given respective drugs for 7 days; meanwhile, normal group and model group were given insaline for 7 days. After intragastric administration, the general state of all of the groups was observed. Efforts were made to calculate the perimeter and swollen of knees. HE was performed to observed pathological changes in knee joint. Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukins-1β(IL-1β), plasma prostaglandin E2(PGE2), thromboxane B2(TXB2), 6-keto-PGF1α were tested by ELISA, and superoxide dismutase(SOD) was tested by biochemical method. Result: Compared with normal group, model group showed significant increase in joint swelling, PGE2, TXB2, TXB2/6-PGF1α content in serum, obvious enlargement of collagen fibers, pannus and inflammatory cell infiltration, and significant decrease in TNF-α,IL-1β, SOD and 6-keto-PGF1α(P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with model group, Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang made the fur smooth and the reduction in tail bruise. Limbers were slightly limited, claudication, swelling of knee joints, collagen fiber, pannus and inflammatory cells in Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang groups were lower than model group. Meanwhile, Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang can significantly increase the content of TNF-α, IL-1β, SOD and 6-keto-PGF1α(P<0.05), and decrease the content of PGE2, SOD, TXB2, TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α(P<0.05). Conclusion: Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang has an obvious effect in treating osteoarthritis with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation symptoms, which is correlated with the medication time. Its mechanism is correlated with anti-inflammation and relieve of blood stasis state by regulating anti-inflammatory cytokines.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of polysaccharides from Rehmanniae Radix(PRR) on oxidative stress and apoptosis of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes impaired by hypoxia-reoxygenation (H/R), and its potential mechanism. Method: Cardiomyocytes of neonate rat were isolated, cultured for 72 hours, and then randomly divided into six groups:normal control group, model control group, PRR (10, 20, 40 mg·L-1) treatment groups and SXN (100 mg·L-1)treatment group (n=10). Six hours after the drugs were given, the survival rate was detected by MTT; the activities of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), creatine kinase(CK) and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) in culture medium were detected; the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in cardiomyocytes were determined; the apoptosis was observed by flow cytometry, and the apoptosis rate was calculated; the mRNA expressions of B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) and Bcl-2 associated X protein(Bax) were detected by Real-time PCR, and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax was calculated; the protein expression of Caspase-3 was detected by Western blot. Result: Compared with the model control group, the survival rate of H/R model group was significantly decreased (P<0.01), the activities of AST, CK, LDH in culture medium were significantly increased (P<0.01), the activities of SOD and CAT were significantly decreased (P<0.01), the apoptosis rate was significantly increased (P<0.01), Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA expressions were significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), Bcl-2/Bax expression was significantly decreased (P<0.01), and Caspase-3 protein expression was significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with the H/R model group, the survival rate of PRR (20, 40 mg·L-1) treatment group was significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01); the activities of CK, AST, LDH in culture medium were significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01); the activities of SOD, CAT in cardiomyocytes were significantly increased, and the content of MDA was significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01); the apoptosis rate was significantly decreased (P<0.01); the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA was significantly up-regulated, whereas the expression of Bax mRNA and caspase-3 protein were significantly down-regulated, and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax was significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: PRR had an inhibitive effect on oxidative stress and apoptosis of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes impaired by H/R, which may be related to PRR' capacities of improving the activity of antioxidase, raising the oxygen radical scavenging effect, up-regulating the expression of Bcl-2, down-regulating the expression of Bax, increasing the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax, and inhibiting the expression of Caspase-3 protein.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Xiangsha Zhizhu granules on the clinical symptoms of gastrointestinal hormones, gastric emptying time, and symptom scores of patients with spleen and stomach deficiency type functional dyspepsia (FD), and explore its therapeutic effect. Method: The 120 FD patients with spleen and stomach deficiency were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). Patients in treatment group received Xiangsha Zhizhu granules treatment, and patients in control group received domperidone treatment, with a treatment course of 2 weeks for both groups. The indicators of gastrointestinal hormone (acetylcholinesterase and motilin) and symptom scores were evaluated to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups and compare the difference between two groups. Result: The levels of acetylcholinesterase and motilin were significantly improved in two groups of FD patients after treatment (P<0.05), and the levels in treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), the gastric emptying time was significantly shortened in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), the symptom index scores were decreased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), and some indexes in treatment group achieved better effect than those in control group (P<0.05), the overall efficacy was obvious in both groups, and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiangsha Zhizhu granules have obvious effect on the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen and stomach deficiency type FD, and the mechanism may be associated with promoting stomach power of FD patients by regulating gastrointestinal hormone, so it can be used widely in clinical treatment.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingyi decoction with naso-jejunal instillation therapy in treating moderate acute pancreatitis (MSAP) and investigate its effects on inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal barrier function. Method: One hundred and fifty patients with MSAP were randomly divided into control group (75 cases) and observation group (75 cases) by random number table. Basic treatment, Esomeprazole sodium injection, 40 mg, intravenous injection, 1 time/12 hours, ulinastatin injection, 300 thousand units, continuous venous pump, 1 time/12 hours, meropenem injection, 1 g/time, with slow venous pump for 4 hours, 1 time/8 hours. Patients in both groups received Qingyi decoction, 1 dose/day. It was injected in 2-3 times by conventional gastric tube in control group, while in observation group, it was used by naso-jejunal instillation method, 100-150 mL/time, at 50-100 mL·h-1, 4-6 times/day. The treatment course was 10 days for both groups. Time of bellyache, abdominal distension, recovery of bowel sound and ventilation defecation were recorded. Before and after treatment, the blood routine examination, amylase in blood and urine, blood glucose and blood calcium were monitored. Levels of interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in serum were detected both before and after treatment, and the levels of D-lactic acid, endotoxin and urinary lactulose/mannitol (L/M) in plasma were detected both before and after treatment. Result: The clinical efficacy in observation group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05) by Ridit analysis. After treatment, the enteroplegia related indexes (time of bellyache, abdominal distension, recovery of bowel sound and ventilation defecation) in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). After treatment, the levels of leukocyte, amylase in blood and urine, and fasting blood-glucose in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01), and the level of serum calcium was higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment (P<0.01), levels of D-lactic acid and urinary lactulose/mannitol (L/M) in observation group were also lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Qingyi decoction with naso-jejunal instillation therapy combined with conventional western medicine can more effectively improve the enteroplegia indexes, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, relieve inflammatory reaction, and promote intestinal mucosal barrier function in treating moderate acute pancreatitis.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Jiangya capsule combined with Jiangzhuo Quyu granule in treating hypertension (EH) with metabolic syndrome (MS), and its effect on inflammatory response and vascular endothelial function. Method: One hundred and sixteen-nigh patients were divided into control group (84 cases) and observation group (85 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group got Telmisartan tablets, 80 mg/time, qd. Patients whose blood pressure cannot be controlled were additionally given with nifedipine sustained release tablets, 0.1-0.2 g/time, qd. Patients with dyslipidemia were additionally given with atorvastatin calcium tablets, 10 mg/time, qd. And their blood glucose was controlled by hypoglycemic agent or insulin. In addition to the therapy of control group, patients in observation group were additionally given with Yangyin Jiangya capsule, 4 grains/time, tid Jiangzhuo Quyu granule, 6 g/time, bid, the courses of treatment were 12 weeks. Before and after treatment, levels of blood pressure, weight (WT) and waist circumference (WC) were detected, Waist-hip ratio (WHR) and body mass index (BNI) were calculated. And levels of triacylglycerol (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HLD), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), fasting blood-glucose (FBG), blood glucose after 2 hours of meal (2 h PG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), and fasting insulin (FINS) were detected, and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) were calculated. And traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms were scored, and levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), rabbit high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), von Willebrand factor (vWF), Adiponectin (APN) and Leptin (LP) were detected. Result: The total rate of effect of blood pressure in observation group was 95.29%, which was higher than 84.52% in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, levels of SBP, DBP, WC and WHR in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). And FBG, 2 h PG, HbA1c, HOMA-IR, TG, LDL-C, LP, hs-CRP, IL-6 and vWF were lower than those in control group, and levels of ISI, HDL-C and APN were higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: In addition to the therapy of routine western medicine treatment, Yangyin Jiangya capsule combined with Jiangzhuo Quyu granule can further control blood pressure, ameliorate symptoms and insulin resistance, regulate sugar and lipid metabolism and vascular endothelial function, relieve nflammatory response, reduce cardiovascular diseases(CVD) hazards.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified prescription of Danggui Shaoyao San combined with Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang San in treating moderate or severe acne with damp-heat blood stasis syndrome, and its effect on levels of interleukin-1α (IL-1α), interleukin-8 (IL-8),itumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). Method: One hundred and fifty-two patients were randomly divided into control group (75 cases) and combination group (77 cases) by random number table, with the other 20 subjects in healthy control group. The grade Ⅱ patients in control group took Tazarotene and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream, 2 times/day. The grade Ⅲ patients were additionally administered with Doxycycline Hyclate tablets, 100 mg/time, 2 times/day. The grade Ⅳ patients were additionally given Acitretin capsules, 20 mg/time, 2 times/day, for 4 weeks. In addition to the therapy of control group, the patients in combination group was additionally administered with modified prescription of Danggui Shaoyao San combined with Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang San. The courses of treatment were 8 months. Before and after the treatment, Global Acne Grading System (GAGS), traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes and Acne-quality of life (QOL) were scored. And levels of IL-1α, IL-8, TNF-α and IGF-1 were detected. Result: The total clinical effective rate in combination group was 90.91%, which was higher than 78.67% in control group (P<0.05). Scores of GAGS and TCM symptoms in combination group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Scores of Acne-QOL scale (self-perception, emotional function, symptoms of acne and social function) and the total scores in combination group were higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Combined with health control group, levels of IL-1α, IL-8, TNF-α and IGF-1 increased in the two groups (P<0.01). After the treatment, levels of IL-1α, IL-8, TNF-α and IGF-1 decreased in the two groups (P<0.01). And levels of IL-1α, IL-8, TNF-α and IGF-1 in combination group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). But still higher than the healthy control group. Conclusion: In addition to the therapy of western medicine, modified prescription of Danggui Shaoyao San combined with Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang San can relieve injuries on the face, ameliorate TCM symptoms, improve clinical efficacy and quality of life, and the action mechanism may be correlated with down-regulation of levels of IL-1α, IL-8, TNF-α and IGF-1.

      摘要:Objective: To analysis and summarize medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for treating rheumatoid arthritis from literatures in CNKI database, Wanfang database and VIP database based on the TCM Inheritance Support System V2.5. Method: We collected literatures related to TCM formulas treating rheumatoid arthritis from the above databases, and screened out the formulas from the literatures to establish a formula database. Then the medication rules were figured out through the TCM Inheritance Support System V2.5. Result: Totally 216 articles were screened out, involving 277 prescriptions for treating rheumatoid arthritis. Through the analysis, the top three herbs with the highest occurrence frequency in the prescriptions were Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Cinnamomi Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba. The main association was modified Juanbi Tang. There were 16 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions extracted. Conclusion: The literatures related to Chinese formula treating rheumatoid arthritis from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database were analyzed through the TCM Inheritance Support System V2.5 to define warming channels and dredging collaterals are the main methods for rheumatoid arthritis, and provide new reference for clinical treatment.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the medication experience of Professor LIU Chi-nian for treating young people with hypertension by using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Inheritance Support System. Method: The prescriptions for treating young people with hypertension were collected, and input into TCM Inheritance Support System. The composing principles were analyzed by using data mining methods, such as revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Result: Based on the analysis on 60 prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were determined, 16 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: Professor LIU Chi-nian focused on the different-stage treatment for young people with hypertension. There are more excess syndromes and less deficiency syndromes in the early stage, which turned into the combination of both with the pathologic changes. According to the stages of the disease, we should distinguish Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome. Professor LIU Chi-nian made prescriptions on the basis of clearing liver and clearing liver fire, soothing the liver and regulating Qi, and suppressing hyperactive liver and subsiding Yang. At the same time, professor LIU Chi-nian attached great importance to nourishing and smoothing the liver, and protecting liver Yin. The TCM Inheritance Support System is practical and objective to analyze the TCM doctor' medication experience, and has important value to summarize his clinical experience in a scientific and all-round manner.

      摘要:Objective: To screen the sub-health traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome indexes, and establish the corresponding relationship between sub-health syndromes-symptoms. Method: Expert questionnaire survey was used to test the authority coefficient and the coordination coefficient of experts, with use of means, sum of ranks, ratio of full marks to screen 63 symptoms included in the 6 TCM syndromes of spleen-Qi deficiency, heart-Qi deficiency, lung-Qi deficiency, liver stagnation, fire syndrome and dampness syndrome. A total of 40 experts were involved in the questionnaire survey. Result: The questionnaire recovery rate was 87.5%, and 34 valid questionnaires were involved in statistical analysis. The overall and individual questionnaire authority coefficient was 0.8 or higher, with statistical significance in overall and individual questionnaire coordination coefficient(P<0.01). The overall experts coordination coefficient was 0.479. After screening, finally 43 symptoms in 6 sub-health syndromes were selected. Conclusion: Under the condition of a high degree of authority and coordination for the experts group, it is effective and feasible to screen the sub-health TCM syndrome indexes by using expert questionnaire survey combined with the relevant mathematical evaluation indexes.

      摘要:Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is a severe progressive disease mediated by abnormal autoimmune reactions. Its etiology and pathogenesis are not yet clear. Epidemiological survey shows that AIH is a recurrent disease and the incidence rate is increasing year by year. Patients can quickly progress to cirrhosis and liver failure, or fulminant or sub-fulminant liver disease. In western medicine, the immunosuppressive agents have been used as the first choice for AIH. Prednisone (and/or prednisolone) monotherapy or combined with azathioprine therapy is recognized as the basic treatment for AIH, and widely used in clinical application. The majority of patients with AIH have a good response to hormones and immunosuppressive agents, but the side effects are obvious in long-term application, and the risk of recurrence is higher after stopping treatment. Therefore, it is still an important research topic to explore new AIH therapy. In clinical practice, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and integrative Chinese and western medicine have achieved a better efficacy in the treatment of AIH, so the treatment conditions for AIH with TCM and integrative Chinese and western medicine would be reviewed and analyzed in this paper, hoping to provide a new perspective for the treatment of AIH.
