      摘要:As one of the four traditional processing factions in China,Zhangshu faction of processing of Chinese materia medica used to be very famous and had important influence in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The history background of Zhangshu faction of processing of Chinese materia medica,the influence of Taoism culture,the technology,trade,custom and diet of Chinese medicine in Zhangshu were discussed here,in order to provide a good understanding of the historical development and main contents of medicine culture in Zhangshu faction,and to lay the foundation of study on development of Zhangshu faction medicinal culture and inheriting of processing of Chinese materia medica and culture of TCM.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate taste-masking effects of sucralose,β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and sodium ferulate used alone or in combination on Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction,and establish its the fingerprint for comparing chemical components before and after taste-masking. Method: Seven combinations (sucralose,β-CD and sodium ferulate used alone or in combination) was adopted to cover up the taste of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction,and change of its bitterness before and after taste-masking was investigated.HPLC was employed to collect the fingerprints of every sample before and after taste-masking,taking relative peak area and total area of the common peak as indexes,characteristics and degree of chemical components changes were analyzed. Result: Seven combinations showed good taste-masking effects on Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction. Taste-masking agents used in combination showed more significant effects than that used alone, the average bitterness belonged to grade Ⅰ (not bitter or almost not bitter).There were eight common peaks in the HPLC fingerprint of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex before and after taste-masking,7 groups had 56 peaks in total,the relative peak areas of three peaks had significant difference before and after taste-masking (the total variation rate was <10%),and there were no significant difference in other 53 peaks.There was no great difference in total peak area of common peaks before and after taste-masking. Conclusion: Sucralose,β-CD and sodium ferulate used alone or in combination all have taste-masking effects on Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction,and there are no significant difference about the total contents of its chemical components.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a classification method of evaluators based on traditional human taste panel method,which make evaluation of bitterness more efficient and convenient. Method: Taking 19 previous experimental data as the carrier,the assignment accuracy and the data efficient were evaluators preliminary classification indexes,a combination of them was adopted to establish a comprehensive classification.Weights were given based on subjective evaluation method,maximum degree of inhibition of bitterness of different concentrations of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD),β-CD,γ-CD,glycyrrhizin (GL),glycine (GLY) and soybean soluble polysaccharides (SSPS) on berberine hydrochloride solution was investigated,the relationship between ability to inhibition of bitterness and concentration of taste-masking agent was observed.Taking nearness among measured bitterness sort,measured score sort and known bitterness sort,the correlation coefficient between reduced bitterness value and taste-masking agent concentration as indicators,all evaluator data after weighting and graded evaluator data were used for verification. Result: Graded and given a weight of evaluators were available,there were no significant differences of sorting accuracies among the three results of six trials. Conclusion: Minority of evaluators after being graded and given weight can get the same evaluation result of majority of evaluators,in measured bitterness sort and measured score sort,minority of evaluators after being graded and given weight,or partial weight in evaluators,can get evaluation results close to the real.

      摘要:Objective: To study the dynamic change rules of fruit appearance and medicinal ingredients in Chaenomelis Fructus in different harvesting periods, and explore the optimal harvesting period of Chaenomelis Fructus. Method: The fruit appearance characteristics of Chaenomelis Fructus in different harvesting periods were studied, including the changes of fruit surface color, length, diameter and weight; the contents of chlorogenic acid, oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, tannin and total organic acid were determined by HPLC and UV, and principal component analysis (PCA) was used for comprehensive evaluation. Result: There were dynamic changes of fruit appearance characteristics and medicinal ingredients in Fructus Chaenomelis, and PCA results showed that the quality of samples collected in the end of August were better than others. Conclusion: Comprehensive analysis showed that the optimal harvesting period is mid-to-late August. At this time,the color of fruit surface was changing from green to yellow.The study results could provide certain scientific basis for harvesting and quality evaluation of Fructus Chaenomelis.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the contents of loganic acid and gentiopicroside during seed germination in Gentiana crassicaulis. Method: HPLC method for simultaneous determination of loganic acid and gentiopicroside during seed germination in G. crassicaulis. The separation was done on Cat C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 3.5 μm) column with eluted with acetonitrile (A)-0.04% acetic acid solution (B) as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. The detect wave length was set at 254 nm. The column temperature was kept at 30℃, and the sample volume was 5 μL to determine the contents of loganic acid and gentiopicroside during seed germination. Result: Loganic acid and gentiopicroside were well separated with ideal linear correlations within the range of 35.5~761.5 mg·L-1 (r1=1.000 0) and 4.8~103.1 mg·L-1 (r2=0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 98.30% (RSD 1.9%) and 99.85% (RSD 2.6%) respectively. During germination, the content of loganic acid rose and the content of gentiopicroside declined gradually. Conclusion: A negative correlation of loganic acid and gentiopicroside is present during seed germination of G. crassicaulis, and the correlation degree is related to seed germination percentage.

      摘要:Objective: To screen and identify endophytic fungi producing podophyllotoxin compounds from Sinopodophyllum hexandrum stems,and to provide the reference for protection of S. hexandrum plant resources and discovery of new natural active strains. Method: The endophytic fungi from S. hexandrum stems was isolated by tissue block method,the metabolites of podophyllotoxin compounds were detected by TLC and HPLC,combination of morphology and molecular biology was adopted to identify endophytic fungi producing podophyllotoxin compounds. Result: Nine strains of endophytic fungi were isolated,which J-1,J-2 and J-3 strains in the fermentation broth contained podophyllotoxin compounds,they were identified as Chaetomium globosum strain MF564,C. sp. 4RF3 and Pseudallescheria sp. T55. Conclusion: Three strains of endophytic fungi producing podophyllotoxin compounds are isolated from S. hexandrum stems,they are from different strains of 2 new genus.

      摘要:Objective: A monosaccharide derivative method with improved efficiency was developed through the addition of borax in the process of 1-penyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone(PMP) and p-aminobenzoic acid(PABA) derivatization. Method: The effect of borax on the derivative efficiency of 8 common aldoses with PMP, and ketose (fructose) with PABA was investigated. Derivative conditions such as the concentration of borax solution, temperature and time were optimized by capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE) method. The improved method was applied to the determination of monosaccharide composition of Adenophorae Radix polysaccharide. Result: The results showed that the addition of borax could enhance both the PMP and PABA derivative efficiencies during the monosaccharide derivatization, and the most significant improved efficiency belonged to glucose, which could be increased roughly 1.2-fold. The optimized conditions of aldoses derivatization with PMP were as follows:the concentration of borax solution was 6.86 mmol·L-1, the temperature was 70℃, and the time was 30 min; the optimized conditions of ketose derivatization with PABA were as follows:the concentration of borax solution was 20.43 mmol·L-1, the temperature was 70℃, and the time was 60 min. The application of the improved method to the determination of monosaccharide composition of Adenophorae Radix polysaccharide showed monosaccharide with lower content could be detected by the improved method while the original one failed. Conclusion: Therefore, it is an useful approach to improve the monosaccharide derivative efficiency and detection sensitivity by adding the borax to change the balance of conformations of monosaccharide, which makes the proportion of chain structure increased. The method is accurate, sensitive and simple, and provides technical support for the monosaccharide composition analysis and the evaluation of structure-activity relationship of polysaccharide from traditional Chinese medicines.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of magnoflorine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine in Berberidis Cortex and compare the differences of the four alkaloids among different parts. Method: The separation was performed on an InertSustain C18 column with a gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution, and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Result: There were significant differences in the contents of four alkaloids among different parts of Berberidis Cortex. The contents of four alkaloids in root endodermis and stem endodermis were obviously higher than stem xylem, stem phellem, root xylem, and root phellem. Moreover, compared with root endodermis, stem endodermis contained more magnoflorine but less berberine. However, there was no significant difference in total alkaloid contents between the two medicinal parts. Conclusion: The established method was simple, accurate and repeatable, which was suitable for quality evaluation and quality control of Berberidis Cortex. Based on these findings, we suggest that the stem endodermis of Berberidis Cortex may be considered as the only medicinal part in perspective of environmental protection and sustainable utilization.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the GC-MS analysis method for the identification of Xiaojin pills. Method: The volatile compounds in Xiaojin pills were extracted by ethanol, whose chemical constituents were then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrum (GC-MS) and AMDIS. Result: A total of 53 compounds were identified,30 compounds were identified from Xiaojin pills containing natural moschus, 23 compounds were identified from Xiaojin pills containing artificial musk. There are 7 characteristic compounds from Xiaojin pills containing natural musk, including palmitic acid ethyl ester,dehydroisoandrosterone 3-acetate, 3-ethyl-3-hydroxy-androstan-17-one, dehydroepiandrosterone, androsterone, androstan-3,17-dione, androstane-3,17-diol, their relative contents were 0.11%, 1.12%, 2.80%, 1.59%, 0.56%, 1.99%and 1.22%. The steroidal compounds in the characteristic compounds are derived from natural musk, and the ester compound may be a substance produced by the compatibility of some compounds of natural musk with other drugs. Conclusion: This method is characteristic, simple and reproducible, which provides a reference for the distinction Xiaojin pills containing natural-musk and artificial-musk.

      摘要:Objective: To provide a basis for the development, utilization and qualitycontrol of Phytolacca Radix through quality and fingerprint analysis of Phytolacca Radix from different sources in Henan. Method: Thin-layer chromatography was used for qualitative identification; HPLC-ELSD method was used for the determination of esculentoside A content with moble phase of methanol-4% acetic acid (30:70); the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 30℃, evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) was used for detection:gas flow rate of 2.0 L·min-1, drift tube temperature of 90℃, record time of 20 min and the sample size of 20 μL. Fingerprint analysis was conducted by using HPLC-ELSD and gradient elution, with a gas flow rate of 2.0 L·min-1, drift tube temperature of 105℃. Result: There was difference in content of esculentoside A of the samples from different areas, and the content was higher between 1.29%-3.52% in samples from Jiyuan, Xixia and Lushan; acid-insoluble ash content was qualified in all samples. There were 9 common peaks in the fingerprint, and peak 7 was the reference peak. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as the reference for the formulation of Phytolaccae Radix quality standard.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a GC chromatographic fingerprint analysis method for the quality evaluation of Dieda Huoxue powder. Method: The fingerprint chromatography was performed by GC. The similarity was evaluated with Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (version 2008). Common peaks were identified by GC-MS through the comparison with the references, literature, and/or NIST database. Meanwhile, their origins were determined through the comparison with reference drugs. Result: The precision, repeatability and stability of the established method can meet the requirements of fingerprint chromatography analysis. There were 20 common peaks in the GC fingerprint, among which 17 peaks were identified. The similarity of 14 batches of samples ranged from 0.564 to 0.986, indicating greater differences in the qualities among the samples. Conclusion: The developed method could provide the comprehensive information about the chemical components in Dieda Huoxue powder in a rapid and convenient manner. It could be used in quality evaluation of the drug.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the changes in chemical compositions of volatile components and their relative contents in Raphani Semen crude and stir-fried products. Method: Headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis technique was used to analyze the volatile components in Raphani Semen crude and stir-fried products; peak area normalization method was used to calculate the relative contents of each components. Result: The 26 and 27 compounds were separated and identified from Raphani Semen crude and stir-fried products respectively, involving a total of 11 common components, respectively accounting for 80.3%and 54.90%of total volatile components. The components with higher contents in crude Raphani Semen included dimethyl disulfide (23.26%), dimethyl trisulfide (13.74%), erucic acid (3.45%), and oleic acid (2.98%). The components with higher contents of stir-fried products included linolenic acid (9.43%), oleic acid (8.80%), palmitic acid (5.64%), dimethyl disulfide (5.21%), and dimethyl trisulfide (4.18%), etc. Conclusion: HS-SPME-GC-MS technology could be used to analyze the changes in chemical compositions of volatile components and their relative contents in Raphani Semen crude and stir-fried products, lay certain theoretical foundation for explaining the material basis of efficacy differences between Raphani Semen crude and stir-fried products, and provide scientific basis for further research and comprehensive utilization.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze and compare the difference in volatile components of different varieties and different parts of Artemisia argyi by using headspace solid phase microextraction, and provide scientific basis for comprehensive development and rational utilization of A. argyi. Method: First headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) was used to extract the volatile components from the leaves, seeds, and stems of seven-tips A. argyi, five-tips A. argyi, and golden A. argyi. Their chemical compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and their relative mass fraction of each component was determined by area normalization method. Result: For the same variety of A. argyi, the contents of volatile components in leaves were higher than those in seeds and stems except camphor, and the contents of volatile components in seven-tips A. argyi leaves were higher than those in five-tips A. argyi and golden A. argyi leaves. HS-SPME-GC-MS analysis showed that eucalyptol, camphor, thujone, α-pinene, 1-caryophyllene and caryophyllene oxide with higher contents were detected in different parts of the different varieties of A. argyi. Conclusion: Seven-tips A. argyi leaves are the best medicinal parts of the three varieties, followed by seven-tips A. argyi seeds.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze and compare the volatile components in crude and stir-fried products of Garden Balsam Seed, lay foundation for further study of pharmacological activity, investigate the effects of processing on the composition and relative content of volatile components in Garden Balsam Seed, and provide scientific basis for the clinical application of this herb. Method: Headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) (HS-SPME-GC-MS) was used to extract, analyze and identify the volatile components in crude and stir-fried products of Garden Balsam Seed. The mass fraction of each component was calculated by area normalization method. Result: A total of 49 chemical components were identified, mainly including aldehyde compounds, alcohol compounds and terpene compounds. 37 chromatographic peaks were isolated from the volatile compounds of crude Garden Balsam Seed, among which 30 chemical components were identified, accounting for 85.5% of the total volatile components; 30 chromatographic peaks were isolated from the volatile compounds of processed products, among which 24 chemical components were identified, accounting for 90.57% of the total volatile components. Conclusion: The compositions and contents of volatile compounds have great changes after the stir-frying of Garden Balsam Seed, and after stir-frying, the Garden Balsam Seed has higher application values in flavor and food industry. However, there is little change in pharmacological effects after stir-frying of Garden Balsam Seed. This study provides a material basis for the further study of pharmacological action and mechanism before and after stir-frying of Garden Balsam Seed, and provide reference for its clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: The aim of the article was to explore the compatibility connotation of Aconiti Radix and Pinelliae Rhizoma from cytochrome P450 enzyme system (CYP)3A1/2 mediating metabolic herb-herbs interaction in rats. Method: Incubation in vitro and probe method in vivo were used to detect the activity of CYP3A.The fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology and Western blot were applied to determine expression of mRNA and protein. Result: Compared with unprocessed Aconiti Radix (RAR)/Aconiti Radix Cocta (ARC)-unprocessed Pinelliae Rhizoma (UPR),the production rate of 6β-hydroxy-testosterone (6β-OH-Tes) and the expression of CYP3A protein were all decreased in RAR-Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum (PRP)/Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum Cum Zingibere et Alumine (PRPZA),but partial dose group of ARC-PRP/PRPZA was significantly decreased.The expression of CYP3A1 mRNA were increased in 0.6,1.2 g·kg-1 groups of RAR-PRP/PRPZA as well as decreased in 0.6 g·kg-1 group of ARC-PRP/PRPZA.Compared with the corresponding dose group of RAR-UPR/PRP/PRPZA,the production rates of 6β-OH-Tes were most significantly reduced and the expression of CYP3A protein of ARC-UPR/PRP were decreased,while the expression of CYP3A1 mRNA were increased in most groups of ARC-UPR/PRP/PRPZA.The rates of 6'-hydroxy-buspirone (6'-OH-BP)/buspirone (BP) (AUC0-t of 6'-OH-BP/AUC0-t of BP) and 1-(2-pyrimidinyl)-piperazine (1-PP)/BP (AUC0-t of 1-PP/AUC0-t of BP) were all increased in RAR-PRP as well as did not change in RAR-PRPZA by comparing with RAR-UPR.The rates of 6'-OH-BP/BP were all decreased and the rates of 1-PP/BP did not change in ARC-PRP/PRPZA by comparing with ARC-UPR. Conclusion: Inhibition of RAR/ARC on CYP3A activity can be reversed by compatibility with UPR/PRP/PRPZA,which may accelerate the metabolism of some components in RAR/ARC,then the toxicity or the pharmacological action of RAR/ARC is weakened.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Xingnao Yizhi prescription on mRNA expression levels of serum hormone and estrogen receptor(Erα and Erβ) for type 2 diabetic dementia mice. Method: Kunming mice were set as blank group. KK-AY mice with blood sugar ≥13.9 mmol·L-1 were randomly divided into model group, piracetam group, and Xingnao Yizhi prescription group. Piracetam tablets (150 mg·kg-1) were given by ig administration in piracetam group. Xingnao Yizhi prescription (7.2 g·kg-1) was given by ig administration in Xingnao Yizhi prescription group. Equal volume of saline was given in normal group and model group by ig administration. Morris water maze test was conducted before and after drug administration, and latent period was recorded. Plasma, hippocampus samples and frontal cortex were collected as soon as possible after anesthesia in mice. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to test plasma sex hormone level, such as follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), progesterone (P), estradiol (E2), and testost erone (T). Real-time PCR was used to test Erα, Erβ mRNA expression levels. Result: As compared with model group, the latent period was significantly shortened in blank group, piracetam group, and Xingnao Yizhi prescription group (P<0.05); LH and T levels were significantly reduced in blank group and Xingnao Yizhi prescription group (P<0.05), and E2 and P levels were significantly increased (P<0.05). As compared with piracetam group, LH level was significantly reduced in Xingnao Yizhi prescription group (P<0.05). As compared with the model group, Erβ mRNA expression level was significantly increased in piracetam group and Xingnao Yizhi prescription group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The emergence of diabetic dementia may be related to the sex hormone pathway. Xingnao Yizhi prescription can improve the mild cognitive impairment in patients with diabetes mellitus, and the mechanism may be associated with improving plasma E2, P levels and Erβ mRNA expression levels, and reducing LH and T levels.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the possible effect targets of Celastrus orbiculatus extract (COE) in gastric cancer cells. Method: SGC-7901 cells were treated with different concentrations of COE for 24 and 48 h. The 50% concentration of inhibition (IC50) of COE was measured by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Differentially expressed proteins were detected before and after COE treatment by using proteomic techniques. Partial protein expression was verified by Western blot. Result: COE inhibited the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner. The IC50 in 24 h was 70.14 mg·L-1. The protein expression profile showed 13 differentiated expression protein spots after COE (70 mg·L-1) treatment on SGC-7901 cells for 24 h. Among the 13 proteins, 9 proteins were down-regulated and 4 proteins were up-regulated. These proteins may be the action targets of COE in gastric cancer cells. Its effects on expression of heat shock protein 27 (HSP27), prohibitin, cofilin-1, and annexin A5 were verified by Western blot, which were consistent with the proteomic results. Conclusion: COE has significant inhibitory effect on gastric cancer cells. The differentially expressed proteins provide new insights into the mechanisms involved in COE treatment for gastric cancer.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Qingjin Huatan granule (QJHTG) on regulation of transcriptional activator and signal transducer STAT1 and STAT3 in lung tissues of rat models with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (phlegm-heat stagnating in lung). Method: COPD rat models with phlegm-heat stagnating in lung were established by smoking and intratracheal injection of LPS (except normal group). The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, roxithromycin (ROX) group (0.031 5 g·kg-1), QJHTG low dose group and high dose group (9.40, 37.6 g·kg-1), n=8 in each group. The medicines were given once a day by ig administration for 2 weeks. General activities and pathological change features were observed in all groups. The lung function indexes of rats were measured by using lung function tester:forced expiratory volume in 0.3 second (FEV0.3), force vital capacity (FVC), FEV0.3/FVC and vital capacity (VC). The mRNA expression levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), STAT1 and STAT3 in lung tissues were determined by Real-time PCR method and the protein expression levels of IL-6, STAT1 and STAT3 in lung tissues were determined by immunohistochemical method. Result: As compared with the normal group, the mRNA expression levels of IL-6, STAT1 and STAT3 in lung tissues of model group were significantly increased (P<0.01). As compared with the model group, the mRNA expression levels of IL-6, STAT1 and STAT3 in lung tissues were significantly decreased in ROX group, QJHTG low and high dose groups (P<0.01), and the decrease was more obvious in ROX group and QJHTG high dose group, with no significant difference between these two groups. The average optical density of IL-6, STAT1 and STAT3 protein expression in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P<0.01); the pulmonary function parameters of rats in model group, including FEV0.3, FVC, FEV0.3/FVC and VC were lower than those in normal group (P<0.01). As compared with the model group, FEV0.3, FVC, and VC values were increased in various treatment groups (P < 0.01, P < 0.05); the average optical density of IL-6,STAT1 and STAT3 was significantly decreased in ROX group, QJHTG low and high dose groups (P<0.01), and the decrease was more obvious in ROX group and QJHTG high dose group, with no statistical differences between these two groups. Conclusion: QJHTG can inhibit the increase of IL-6, reduce airway inflammation, and inhibit COPD acute attack and exacerbation by down-regulating excessive expression and sustained activation of STAT1 and STAT3 in the JAK/STAT signaling pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of baicalein on the proliferation, invasion and migration of A549 cells, and investigate its effects on vascularization of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC), as well as the antitumor effect of baicalein on A549 cell xenografts in vivo, and the antitumor mechanism of baicalein by the method of serum metabnomics. Method: In vitro, the thiazolyl blue terazolium bromide (MTT) assay was used to detect the effect of baicalein on A549 cells proliferation. The effect of baicalein on invasion and migration of A549 cells were detected by transwell assay. The anti-angiogenic effect of baicalein on HUVEC was detected by tubule formation experiment. In vivo:anti-tumor efficacy of baicalein was evaluated in nude mice models of human lung cancer xenograft. The nude mice were divided into model group, cisplatin group, and baicalein groups (50, 100 μmol·L-1). The serum samples from nude mice were subjected to metabolomics analysis after baicalein treatment by using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS), looking for the differential metabolites and related metabolic pathways. Result: The growth of A549 cells was significantly inhibited by different concentrations of baicalein, and the 50% concentration of inhibition(IC50) of baicalein were 43.02, 31.11,28.42 μmol·L-1 respectively at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. Different concentrations of baicalein (5, 10, 20 μmol·L-1) could inhibit the invasion and migration abilities of A549 cells. Baicalein (10, 20 μmol·L-1) could inhibit the tubule structure formation of HUVEC (P<0.05). The growth of A549 cell xenograft was inhibited by baicalein (50 mg·kg-1) in vivo. A total of 14 differential metabolites and 7 related metabolic pathways in the serum were found after intervention with baicalein. Conclusion: Baicalein could inhibit the proliferation, invasion and migration of A549 cells and the tubule formation of HUVEC in vitro, with inhibitory effect on the growth of A549 cell xenograft. The changed metabolic pathways in the baicalein group including amino acid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism and energy metabolism in the serum were found, and the antitumor mechanism of baicalein maybe relevant to these metabolic pathways.

      摘要:Objective: To study the inhibitory effect and mechanism of ethyl acetate fraction(EFA) extracted from Daibaijie on A549 human lung cancer cell line in nude mice. Method: Xenotransplanted tumor models of A549 tumor cells in nude mice were established, and were randomly divided into model group, EFA high-dose, middle-dose and low-dose (200, 100,50 mg·kg-1) groups, Xiaoaiping group and cyclophosphamide group. There were six mice in each group. Tumor weights were observed to calculate the inhibitory rate after three weeks of administration. The apoptosis rates were measured by terminal dexynucleotidyl transferase(TdT)-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining method and the protein expression levels of p53, B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) and Bcl-2 associated X protein (Bax) were detected by immunhistochemical staining (IHC). Result: As compared with the model group, EFA can significantly inhibit the growth of A549 xenografts in a dose manner (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). TUNEL assay results showed that the apoptosis rate of tumor cells increased significantly after treatment with EFA. The immunohistochemical results showed that, as compared with model group, the protein expression level of Bcl-2 was decreased, while the expression levels of p53 and Bax were increased in nude mice after treatment with EFA. Conclusion: EFA has a significant inhibitory effect on human lung cancer A549 in nude mice. The mechanism may be related to up-regulating the expression of p53 and Bax protein, decreasing the expression of Bcl-2 protein, and inducing apoptosis of lung cancer cells.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Yiqi Jiedufang (YQJDF) on the mitophagy in tubular epithelial cells of diabetic nephropathy (DN) rats and investigate the mechanism. Method: DN rat models were established in this study to observe the therapeutic effect of YQJDF on DN. The pathological changes in rat kidney were observed by using hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining after administration of YQJDF. Autophagic vacuoles in renal tubular epithelial cells of DN rats were tested by scanning electron microscopy. The protein expression levels of microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3Ⅱ(MAP1LC3-Ⅱ), sequestosome-1 (p62), and Bcl-2/E1B 19 kDa-interacting protein 3-like (Nix) were detected by western blot. The expression level of Nix mRNA was detected by using real-time PCR. Result: as compared with the model group, YQJDF could increase the body weight of DN rats, improve the biochemical indicators of blood and urine such as blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr), blood glucose (GLU), triglyceride (TG) and cholesterol (CHOL), albumin (Alb)(P<0.01). YQJDF can also inhibit the excessive mitophagy in renal tubular epithelial cells caused by DN, significantly decrease the protein expression levels of LC3-Ⅱ, P62, and Nix (P<0.01), and decrease the mRNA expression levels of Nix (P<0.01). Conclusion: YQJDF has a better therapeutic effect on DN, which may be related to the regulation of mitophagy disorders caused by DN in renal tubular epithelial cells.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protection effects of flavonoid from Diospyros kaki leaf (FDL) on expressions of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) in the diabetic retinopathy(DR) of KKAy mice. Method: Take 30 C57BL6/J mice as normal control group, one hundred and fifty male KKAy rats were randomly divided into five groups:KKAy model group, FDL high-dose group,FDL medium-dose group,FDL low-dose group and Calcium Dobesilate group consist of 30 mice per group, high-, medium-, low-dose groups were administrated with 200,100,50 mg·kg-1·d-1 dose of FDL, Calcium Dobesilate group was given 230 mg·kg-1·d-1 Calcium Dobesilate, normal control group and KKAy model group received equal volume of saline. After 16 weeks, fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(GHb),the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were detected. The expressions of CTGF,VEGF were examined by ELISA, HIF-1α were dected by Western blot and located by immunohistochemistry. Etinal apoptosis was detected by TUNEL staining. Result: Compared to normal control group, the FBG increased markedly,the GHb reduced obviously, the expression of CTGF,VEGF,HIF-1α and TUNEL-positive nuclei number in the DR were significantly higher increased obviously in the KKAy model group (P<0.01). Compared to the KKAy model group the GHb was markedly increased (P<0.01), the expression of CTGF,VEGF,HIF-1α and TUNEL-positive nuclei number in the FDL high-dose and medium-dose group reduced obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion: The FDL can significantly repair DR and its mechanism may be actualized by regulationg CTGF,VEGF,HIF-1α in retinopathy.

      摘要:Objective: To study the action mechanism of Xuanfei Pingchuan capsules in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Method: Totally 60 healthy SD rats were selected. Except for 10 rats in the normal group, all of the remaining rats were included in the COPD model by means of smoking mold and intratracheal injection with lipopolysaccharide. After the successful modeling, they were randomly divided into low-dose, middle-dose and high-dose Xuanfei Pingchuan capsules groups (0.38, 0.75, 1.5 g·kg-1), the model group, and the positive drug group (dexamethasone, 0.09 mg·kg-1). The normal group and the model group were given distilled water, ig, the positive drug group was given Dexamethasone suspension, ig, while the remaining treatment groups were given Xuanfei Pingchuan capsules suspension, ig, for 30 day, once a day. After the final ig, general conditions of the rats were observed. The content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), interleukin-8(IL-8) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in serum were detected by ELISA. Western blot was used to detect the expression of platelet deriwed growth factor-B(PDGF-B), and the leukocyte count and the category of leukocytes in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of rats. HE staining was adopted for the histopathological examination. Result: Compared with the normal group, in the model group, the content of TNF-α, IL-8 and IL-1β in serum was higher (P<0.01), the content of VEGF was lower (P<0.01), the PDGF-B content in lung tissues was higher, the total number of leukocytes in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was higher (P<0.01), the percentages of neutrogherphils, lymphocytes and alveolar macrophages were higher (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Compared to the model group, in the Xuanfei Pingchuan capsules groups, the content of TNF-α, IL-8, IL-1β were lower (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), the content of VEGF was significantly higher, PDGF-B in lung issues was remarkably lower (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), the percentages of neutrogherphils, lymphocytes and alveolar macrophages were notably lower (P<0.05); compared with the dexamethasone group and model group, Xuanfei Pingchuan capsules high-dose group showed significant decrease in the total number of leukocytes in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusion: Xuanfei Pingchuan capsules can lower the content of TNF-α, IL-8, IL-1β in the CORD rat serum and the PDGF-B in lung issues, and increase the VEGF in serum. In high-dose group, the number of BALF leukocytes was reduced. The action mechanism is probably related to reducing the generation and release of inflammatory mediators, exerting the anti-inflammatory effect, relieving airway mucus secretion epidermis, and inhibiting airway remodeling.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of modified Simiaosan on lipids, calcitonin, rsistin and pathological state of aortic arch of atherosclerosis rats. Method: Totally 60 male and female SPF-grade rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank group, positive group (atorvastatin, 0.83 mg·kg-1), model group, low dose, middle dose and high dose modified Simiaosan groups (0.325, 0.650, 1.300 g·kg-1). Except for the blank group, other groups were fed with 10 mL·kg-1 mash (18% lard, 7% cholesterol, 1% bovine bile salt, 74% peanut oil) once a day. After eight weeks of modeling, the rats were given drugs. After six weeks, the rats were fasted for 12 h before killed to detect blood content of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), glucose, low density lipoprotein cholesterin (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), calcitonin generelated peptide (CGRP) and resistin, and calculate rat liver index, Lee's liver index and fat index. Their heart and aorta were collected to make pathological sections. HE staining was performed to observe aortic pathological conditions of each group. Result: Compared with the blank control group, the levels of serum TC, TG, Glu, LDL-C and resistin content in the model group were elevated (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), rat liver index, Lee's liver index and fat index were significantly increased, and HDL-C and CGRP content were elevated (P < 0.05,P < 0.01). At the same time, pathology results showed early lesions of aortic atherosclerosis among hyperlipidemia rats. This proves that the experiment successfully replicated the early atherosclerosis model. Compared with the model group, the positive group and the modified Simiaosan high-dose group showed notable reduction in TC, TG, Glu, LDL-C and resistin content, modified Simiaosan medium and high-dose groups showed notable reduction in rat liver index, Lee's liver index and fat index (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) and remarkable increase in HDL-C and CGRP content (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). The pathological results also showed alleviation in pathological process compared with the model group. Conclusion: Modified Simiaosan may reduce cholesterol, LDL and alliviate atherosclerosis by regulating inflammatory cytokines, with a good effect in atherosclerosis prevention and treatment.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory effects of resveratrol (Res) on renal tissues in gestational diabetic rats. Method: Female rats were fed with high fat and high sugar diet for 8 weeks and then kept in the same cage with male rats to prepare pregnant rats. After 5 days, the pregnant rats were injected with STZ (35 mg·kg-1) by intraperitonal to make gestational diabetic models. 80 model rats were selected andrandomly devided into model group, Res (60, 120, 240 mg·kg-1) groups and Metformin hydrochloride (200 mg·kg-1) group. Another 16 gestational rats in the same batch were selected as normal gestational group, and 16 non-gestational female rats at the same age were selected as normal non-gestational group. After successful modeling, the medicines were given by intragastric administration for 2 weeks, once a day. Before and after treatment, the general status of rats in every group were observed. After treatment, the levels of blood sugar were determined; the level of 24 h urine protein (UPro) was determined; the levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (SCr), and uric acid (UA) in serum were determined; the renal tissue histopathological changes were observed by periodic acid-schiff staining (PAS) method; the renal cells apoptosis was observed by terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining method, and the apoptosis index was alculated; the levels of total antioxidative capacity (T-AOC) in serum and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT) as well as the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in renal tissues were determined; the levels of C-reactionprotein (CRP), tumor nerosis factor-α (TNF-α), interlukin-1β (IL-1β), interlukin-6 (IL-6), and intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in plasma were also determined. Result: There were no differences in various monitoring indexes between the normal gestation group and normal non-gestation group. As compared with the normal gestation group, the blood sugar level was significantly increased in model group (P<0.01); the 24 h urine volume, UPro and the contents of BUN, SCr, UA in serum were significantly increased (P<0.01); with obvious histopathological changes in renal tissues and renal cells apoptosis, and the apoptosis index was significantly increased (P<0.01); the level of T-AOC and the activities of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT in renal tissues were significantly decreased, and the content of MDA in renal tissue was significantly increased (P<0.01). As compared with the model group, the general status of the rats in Res groups were improved; the symptoms were relieved; the levels of blood sugar in Res 120 and 240 mg·kg-1 groups were significantly decreased; the 24 h urine volume and the UPro level were significantly decreased, and the contents of BUN, SCr, UA in serum were significantly decreased; the histopathological changes in renal tissues and renal cells apoptosis were significantly improved, and the apoptosis indexes were significantly decreased; the activities of SOD, CAT in renal tissues were significantly increased, and the content of MDA was significantly decreased; the levels of T-AOC and the activity of GSH-Px in renal tissues of Res 240 mg·kg-1 group were significantly increased (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusion: Res had anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory effects on renal tissues in diabetic rats.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Zhali Nusi Fang on macroscopic syndrome, hemorheological parameters and brain cell apoptosis in cerebral ischemia reperfusion of rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Method: Totally 170 rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, nimodipine group, high, medium and low-dose Zhali Nusi Fang groups (29.2,14.6,7.3 g·kg-1). Expect for normal group and sham operation group, all of the remaining groups were subdivided into 3-day and 7-day groups, with 15 in each group. Except for normal group, all of the remaining groups were included into the Qi deficiency and blood stasis mode by means of combined factors of hunger, tiredness, cold dampness, panic and high fat diet for 4 weeks. Drugs were given to the rats through intragastric administration for 4 days. The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model was duplicated to observe the rats' nerve mental status, changes in body weight, feeding, tongue and defecation. Blood was collected for hemorheology detection; Tunel method was used to detect apoptosis of brain cortex. Result: Compared with the normal group, according to macroscopic observation and detection of blood rheology indexes in the sham operation group, the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was observed successfully. Compared with the sham operation group, the model group showed obvious hemiplegia symptoms in addition Qi deficiency blood stasis symptoms, and neurological scores of rats in model group significantly increased (P<0.01), whole blood viscosity significantly rose (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), and changes in blood rheology indexes were significantly reduced (P<0.05), blood cell aggregation index and hematocrit significantly increased (P<0.01), and nerve cell apoptosis was obvious (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, Zhali Nusi Fang can significantly improve cerebral ischemia and reperfusion rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, and decrease whole blood viscosity, hematokrit, blood cell aggregation, improve the deformation of red blood cells, and inhibit the apoptosis of brain cells, especially in the high-dose 7d group. Conclusion: Zhali Nusi Fang has a good protective effect on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, its mechanism may be closely related to improvement of blood rheology and inhibition of brain nerve cell apoptosis of model rats.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of medicated serum of Hei Dihuangwan (MSHDW) on autophagy and paracrine secretion in bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) and explore the mechanism of Hei Dihuangwan (HDW) on renal anemia. Method: Rat models of renal anemia were established, and then normal and renal anemia BMSCs were separated by using gradient density centrifugation and adherent culture method. The third generation BMSCs were used and after starvation induction for 1 h, they were divided into normal group, model group, HDW high dose, middle dose and low dose groups. Cell survival rate was detected by MTT method; electron microscopy was used to observe the autophagosomes; the mRNA expression levels of LC3Ⅰ, LC3Ⅱ, and Becline-1 were determined by Real-time PCR. ELISA was used to detect stem cell factor (SCF), erythropoietin (EPO), and insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-1 in culture supernatant. Finally, the correlation between autophagy genes and hematopoietic factors were investigated by using canonical correlation analysis. Result: As compared with normal group, BMSCs survival rate was significantly decreased in model group (P<0.01); the cell survival rates in HDW high dose, middle dose and low dose groups were higher than that in model group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), and the effect was enhanced with the increase of dose. Under the electron microscope, the number of autophagosomes in model group was larger than that in normal group; and the number in HDW various groups was all smaller than that in model group; mRNA expression level of autophagy related genes in model group was higher than that in the normal group (P<0.01); mRNA expression levels of autophagy related genes in HDW high dose and middle dose groups were lower than those in model group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Hematopoietic factors in culture supernatant of model group BMSCs were less than those in normal group (P<0.01); the levels in HDW high dose and middle dose groups were higher than those in model group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), and the effect was enhanced with the increase of dose. Canonical correlation analysis showed that, autophagy genes of BMSCs were highly positively correlated to inhibition of paracrine secretion under MSHDW effect. Conclusion: The mechanism of HDW in treating renal anemia may be related to down-regulating the levels of autophagy in BMSCs and promoting paracrine secretion hematopoietic factors.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the regulative effect of Nada mixture on the gastrointestinal motility and gastric myoelecerical activity in normal mice, as well as atropine and ephedrine-induced gastrointestinal motility disorder mice. Method: The 50 male ICR mice were randomly divided into normal group, Nada mixture low dose group, medium dose group, high dose group and domperidone group. Then, another 120 male ICR mice were randomly divided into normal group and model group. After injected with atropine or ephedrine hydrochloride in model group, mice were treated with normal saline, Nadal mixture of low, medium and high doses and domperidone to observe the effects of Nada mixture on gastrointestinal propulsion rate, gastric residual rate and slow wave of antral myoelectric in normal mice and model mice. Result: As compared with the normal mice, the model mice induced by atropine or ephedrine hydrochloride can significantly decrease gastrointestinal propulsion rate, increase the gastric residual rate, and suppress the frequency and amplitude of slow wave of gastric antrum smooth muscles. As compared with the model group, Nada mixture of each dose can significantly increase the gastrointestinal propulsion rate, promote the frequency and amplitude of slow wave of gastric antrum smooth muscles and reduce the gastric residual rate in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Nada mixture can promote gastrointestinal motility and regulate gastric myoelecerical activity in mice.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Zhengan Xifengtang on interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction, and investigate its mechanism of action. Method: The 80 patients within 72 h of diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). Patients in treatment group orally took Zhengan Xifengtang on the basis of treatment in control group. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores and national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) scores were recorded and the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were detected at different stages of treatment (day 0, day 7 and day 14). Result: The improvement of TCM symptoms in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group after treatment (P<0.05). The NIHSS scores of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group after treatment (P<0.05). On day 7 after treatment, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased in both groups, and the levels in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of and TNF-α between two groups on day 14 after treatment. Conclusion: Zhengan Xifengtang can significantly improve TCM symptoms and neurological deficits of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction and reduce the inflammatory response.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Suhuang Zhike decoction for cough variant asthma(CVA) and investigate its effects on levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). Method: The 279 cases with cough variant asthma in the First People's Hospital of Lanzhou City from February 2014-January 2016 were selected and divided into observation group (Suhuang Zhike decoction) and control group (montelukast tablets), then the two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy, symptom scores, lung function, IL-6, TNF-α and adverse reactions. Result: To the end of the follow-up period, 253 cases were effective, with an effective rate of 90.68%, and the shedding rate was 9.32%. The total effective rate was 93.70% in observation group and 69.84% in the control group. After 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks, the symptom scores were continuously decreased in patients of both groups, and the changes in observation group were more obvious than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), and FEV1/FVC in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 4.72% in observation group with 1 case of recurrence (0.79%); the total incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67% in control group, with 10 cases of recurrence (7.94%). Conclusion: Suhuang Zhike decoction had remarkable results for cough variant asthma, which can significantly improve lung function and clinical symptoms, and effectively regulate IL-6 and TNF-α levels.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of Yangsheng Yishen decoction on delaying the disease for early staged diabetic nephropathy (DN) with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and observe its effects on levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Method: One hundred and seventy patients were randomly divided into western medicine group (85 cases) and integrated Chinese and western medicine group (85 cases) by random number table. Patients in western medicine group received lifestyle guidance; controlled their blood glucose and blood pressure, corrected lipid metabolism disorders; took Irbesartan tablets, 1 tablet/day. Based on the treatment in western medicine group, patients in integrated Chinese and western medicine group added Yangsheng Yishen decoction, 1 dose/day. The treatment course was 6 months for both groups, and the patients were followed up for 18 months. Outcome events during 24 months were recorded, such as development of DN stage Ⅲ into DN stage Ⅳ, and increase of creatinine (SCr) by 1 fold. Levels of urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), serum creatinine (SCr),fasting blood-glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), serum creatinine (SCr), fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), blood lipids Include cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and urinary albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) were detected. Scores of deficiency of both Qi and Yin were graded; the levels of TNF-α, TGF-β, PDGF and VEGF were detected. Result: Ridit analysis showed that the clinical efficacy in integrated Chinese and western medicine group was superior to that in western medicine group (P<0.05). Occurrence rate of outcome events in integrated Chinese and western medicine group was 7.41%, lower than 19.51% in western medicine group (χ2=5.113, P<0.05). At the 3th month after treatment, ACR in integrated Chinese and western medicine group was decreased and was lower than that in control group at the same period (P<0.05). At the 6th month after treatment, levels of UAER, SCr, ACR, HbAlc and LDL-C in integrated Chinese and western medicine group were all lower than those in western medicine group (P<0.05), but the level of HDL-C was higher than that in western medicine group (P<0.05). Scores of deficiency of both Qi and Yin in integrated Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those in western medicine group at the 3th and 6th month after treatment (P<0.05). Levels of TNF-α, TGF-β, PDGF and VEGF were lower than those in western medicine group after treatment. Conclusion: Yangsheng Yishen decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment can protect renal function and delay state of an illness, and reduce the incidence of outcome events in early staged DN, and its mechanism of action may be associated with reducing levels of TNF-α, TGF-β, PDGF and VEGF.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with auricular point sticking and acupoint massage on the quality of life and ischemia events in patients with stable angina pectoris (blood stasis syndrome). Method: One hundred and eighty patients were randomly divided into control group (90 cases) and observation group (90 cases) by visiting sequence according to random number table. Based on non-drug intervention, patients in control group took Bayaspirin enteric-coated tablets, 0.1 g/time, 1 time/day. Rosuvastatin calcium tablets, 5 mg/time, 1 time/day. Nifedipine tablets, 10 mg/time, 1 time/day; nitroglycerin tablets, sublingual buccal immunotherapy in necessity, 0.5 mg/time. Routine westem medicine on based the control group, patients in observation group added compound Danshen dripping pills, 10 pills/time, 3 times/day, sublingual buccal therapy. Combined with auricular point sticking and acupoint massage. The treatment course was 6 months for both groups, and 6 months of follow-up were recorded. Before and after treatment, scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) and blood stasis syndrome were graded. Stopping or reducing rate of the Nitroglycerin tablets and episode of angina were recorded. Electrocardiogram examination was taken and ischemia events in 12 months were recorded for safety evaluation. Result: The total clinical effective rate for angina pectoris was 87.78% in observation group, higher than 74.44% in control group (χ2=5.221, P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate for electrocardiogram examination was 88.89% in observation group, higher than 76.67% in control group (χ2=4.715, P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome was 90% in observation group, higher than 62.22% in control group (χ2=19.096, P<0.05). After treatment, the onset number of angina pectoris and dosage of nitroglycerin in observation group were lower than those in control group for every month (P<0.01). Scores of physical limitation, anginal stability, episode of angina, satisfaction degree with treatment, disease perception of SAQ and the total score in observation group were all higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Stopping or reducing rate of the Nitroglycerin tablets in observation group was higher than that in control group (χ2=4.357, P<0.05). The incidence of cardiac ischemic events in observation group was 6.67%, lower than 17.78% in control group (χ2=5.178, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion: Based on the treatment of western medicine routine treatment, compound Danshen dripping pills combined with auricular point sticking and acupoint massage can reduce occurrence of angina pectoris, decrease the dosage of nitroglycerin, ameliorate symptoms, improve quality of life, reduce incidence of ischemic events, and increase clinical efficacy with good safety in the patients with stable angina pectoris blood stasis syndrome.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the medication rules and clinical experience in treating psoriasis by professor ZHONG Yi-ze. Method: Professor ZHONG Yi-ze's 104 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescriptions for treating psoriasis were collected for building a database. The related software was used to analyze the correlation between these herbs in prescriptions. Result: These charts showed the ranking of single Chinese herbs with frequency ≥10, the ranking of herbal combinations of 2 kinds of herbs with frequency ≥30, the ranking of herbal combinations of 3 kinds of herbs with frequency ≥30, and the single use and combined use of the herbal medicine for nourishing Yin and the herbal medicine for activating blood circulation. Conclusion: The combination of 2 kinds or 3 kinds of herbs are useful for writing prescriptions. Herbs for removing heat evil, cooling blood and removing toxins are used as monarch drug in the prescriptions; the herbs for nourishing Yin, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are used as ministerial drug in the prescriptions; and the rest herbs are selected to use according to the symptoms.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the medication rule in herbal prescriptions for acute gout arthritis treated by contemporary famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (TCMISS). Method: The herbal prescriptions for acute gout arthritis treated by famous TCM doctors from papers were collected, and then the composition principles were analyzed by using data mining methods such as association rules analysis, revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Result: Based on the analysis of 228 herbs in 141 herbal prescriptions, the using frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were determined; 28 common herbal pairs, 18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: According to the analysis results, most of the prescriptions for treating acute gout arthritis followed the basic treatment principles of releasing heat and eliminating dampness, detoxifying and relieving swelling, invigorating blood circulation and relieving pain. The key pathogenesis of this disease is heat, damp, poison, and blood stasis.

      摘要:Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is a frequently-used traditional Chinese medicine. This study researched the name, original plant, geographical origin, properties, quality evaluation, processing method, medicinal properties and functions of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma by systematic carding of ancient literature. The results showed that Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma has more alias, and was most famous as ‘Guolao’. The name Ling and Daku revealed that the varieties of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were confusing before Han dynasty, and achieved unity after Han dynasty. The morphological description of original plant and the legend research showed that Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma recorded in the ancient herbal literature was Glysyrrhiza uralensis, but not included the other two species G. inflat and G. glabra which was included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Geographical origin research showed that the core producing district had changed from Shanxi to the northwest district in China (Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Gansu and Xinjiang). Characteristics and quality evaluation research results showed that those with purple red slick scarfskin, tight scarfskin, texture on fracture surface, solid quality, and rich powder were the best ones. The processing methods had experienced diversed periods, and only the method of ‘frying with honey’ was inherited after application practice. There was slight difference in drug properties, while the functions were consistent in ancient and modern ages illustrated by drug properties and functions research. This study revealed that G. uralensis was commonly used for Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma recorded in ancient literature; the core producing district had changed; the method of ‘frying with honey’ was the only inherited processing method, and the function was not changed significantly.       摘要:Astragali Radix is a Chinese herbal medicine which is used for both medicine and food. astragalus polysaccharide (APS) is the highest bioactive component. APS has multiple effects, especially in recent years, immune regulation as a research focus. A large number of studies have shown that APS in vivo and in vitro have significant immune regulation, not only on the immunosuppressed animal model has a significant role, but also enhance the immune function of normal animals. At present, the research on APS is mostly confined to its own structure. It is widely used as immune adjuvant and animal feed additive. Its application scope is narrow and lacks deep excavation and scientific research. In recent years, the research of APS immunoregulation has been broadened, and its structure has been modified by different modification methods. The effect mechanism and the dose-effect relationship of various modified products on immune function have been studied. Tumor immunity, anti-virus immunity and immune-related gene regulation and so made a useful exploration. The effects of APS on organ immunity, cellular immunity, cytokines and intracellular messengers, tumor immunity, antiviral immunity, APS immunoreactivity and APS regulation on immune-related genes were summarized. 7 areas of the latest research results. In the future, we should strengthen the separation and purification of low molecular weight APS and APS structure characteristics and immune regulation of the structure-activity relationship and the role of target research, combined with chemical modification of APS regulation of the body's immune mechanism, to enhance its effective intake of the body to enhance the effect of immunity, to strengthen the potential of APS as a human immune adjuvant to promote its clinical application, the application of astragalus polysaccharides from the present to the veterinary animal husbandry and gradually broaden to the medical treatment.

      摘要:Tinea manuum and pedis is a type of common fungal infectious disease with recurrence in dermatology department of hospital. Clinically, they can be classified into blister-scale type, keratotic type and impregnated erosive type. The main pathogenic fungi include Trichophyton rubrum and Candida albicans. Although tinea manuum and pedis has a high incidence rate in China, it has not currently attracted enough attention compared with other dermatological diseases, thus been included into fewer researches. Now, three commonly used therapies include western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and integrated western medicine and TCM. Western medicine therapy usually involves anti-fungal medicines for external use or oral administration; however, some of the medicines for external use can cause drug resistance, recurrence after discontinuance and adverse reactions, like hepatotoxicity. Compared with western medicines, TCM, with a long application history, are effective with limited side effects. The literatures about the treatment for tinea manuum and pedis with TCM in the past 10 years are systematically searched and collected. Based on the disease etiology and pathogenesis, the basic principles of ‘removing heat, eliminating dampness, sterilizing and relieve itching’ have been established for treating tinea manuum and pedis, and the formulations are summarized. The efficacy and pharmacological effect of single herb are analyzed through an analysis on formulation components and pharmacological research for modern Chinese medicines. Afterwards, the clinical values of TCM are further elaborated. Through the analysis of previous and recent researches on the treatment of tinea manuum and pedis by TCM, limitations are investigated in aspects of preparation process and quality control standard, pharmacological effect and toxicology, and evaluation of clinical efficacy, in the expectation of providing more ideas and methods for improving TCM therapies for tinea manuum and pedis.

      摘要:With the improvement of living condition and enhancement of health consciousness,Spirulina,as a high-protein and all-natural algae,is focused more and more people's attention.During the latest several years,these foods with Spirulina ingredient have become more popular in daily life.At the same time,abundant and various bioactivators in Spirulina existed and its nutrition or health care functions also have been be attached great importance to more researchers.In this paper,it discussed that the newest research progress of the main roles of Spirulina,such as antioxidant,enhance of immunity,prevention from cancer,hepatoprotective effect and so on.Meanwhile,it reported that these common methods of removing algae smell in Spirulina,included enzymolysis,covering,fermentation and so on,in order to understand the research development of methods of removing alage smell at present.Above all,it provided a guideline for the further studying and application of Spirulina.

      摘要:As a common tonic medicine in traditional Chinese medicine,especially on liver,but in recent years,there have been liver injury report in clinical caused by raw products and processed products of Polygoni Multiflori Radix,so this herb attracted the attention of researchers.This paper summarizes the relevant reports on raw products and processed products of Polygoni Multiflori Radix in recent ten years,including processing history,processing technology,effects of processing on the change of chemical constituents and pharmacological action.Chemical constituents and pharmacological action of raw products and processed products are different,taking into account the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication and the quality stability of Chinese patent medicine,in the course of using,we should be distinguished from application and pay attention to the rational use of drugs.This paper can provide scientific basis for the correct application of Polygoni Multiflori Radix.

      摘要:With the vigorous development of medical hygienic cause and the rapid advance of medical technology in China, modern application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has attracted attention from the world, and its good therapeutic effect has widely recognized at home and abroad. However, in practical clinical application, TCM's adverse reaction reports have gradually increased. Especially, some medicines that were known as non-toxic showed new adverse reactions or toxic reaction during administration; Accordingly, the safety of TCM became a concern. At present, medical workers and pharmaceutical researchers pay more attention to the known toxic herbs in clinical medicines, and could accurately and effectively control them; However, they pay less attention to potentially toxic herbs that have showed adverse reactions but been given no attention. This caused a drug security hole and would lead to major hidden troubles. Therefore, in this paper, a systematic summary was made on traditional Chinese medicines with potential toxicity discovered in recent years, and a comprehensive analysis was conducted for their causes of potential toxicity from perspectives of individual constitution differences, origin, medicinal parts, producing area, processing methods, preparation process, drug dose and course of treatment, with the aim to raise universal attention to application safety of TCM with potential toxicity, provide sufficient basis for in-depth scientific researches for drug toxicity and reference for safe and rational clinical application of TCM, and further improve the safety of TCM in addition to effective clinical application.
