摘要:Objective:To evaluate the correlativity between volatile components of San-ao Decoction and its major constituting herbs.Methods: The chemical compositions of essential oils,obtained by hydrodistillation from San-ao Decoction and its major constituting herbs(Herba Ephedrae and Semen Armeniacae Amarum.), were analyzed by GC-MS.Results: The volatile components of San-ao Decoction were mostly derived from Herba Ephedrae and Semen Armeniacae Amarum.Conclusion: The method of GC-MS appears to bethe potential method to analyze the bioactive components of TCM and TCM formulae.
摘要:Objective:To study the species and relative contents of volatile oils in the well-known Banxiahoupu Decoction and its related combinations and to explore the connections between the different compatibility of Banxiahoupu Decoctions and changes of volatile oils.Method: GC-MS method was used to analyze seven kinds of Banxiahoupu combinations: Banxiahoupu Decoction,Magnolia officinalis,Perilla frutescens,Zingiber officinale,Magnolia officinalis with Perilla frutescens,Magnolia officinalis with Zingiber officinale,Perilla frutescens with Zingiber officinale.Result:Differences were found in volatile oils: 54 oil in Banxiahoupu Decoction,44 in Magnolia officinalis,15 in Perilla frutescens,53 in Zingiber officinale,26 in compatibility of Magnolia officinalis and Perilla frutescens,51 in compatibility of Magnolia officinalis and Zingiber officinale,75 in compatibility P.frutescens and Zingiber officinale.Magnolia officinalis and Zingiber officinale contributed mostly to components of compatibility of Magnolia officinalis and Perilla frutescens,Magnolia officinalis and Zingiber officinale,as well as Perilla frutescens and Zingiber officinale,respectively.The volatile oils of Banxiahoupu decoction were a summation of components of Magnolia officinalis,Perilla frutescens and Zingiber officinale,and of which most components were identical with those in Zingiber officinale.Conclusion:[WTBZ] There is a great difference in species and relative contents of volatile oils beforo and-after compatibility,indicating the deliquescent of volatile components changed or certain chemical reactions taken place in the decoction process.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of quantity of processing vinegar and processing methods on the components of Rhizoma Corydalis.Methods: HPLC was used to detect the content of tetrahydropalmatine and protopine in processing products of Rhizoma Corydalis.The column was Hypersil BDS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.For tetrahydropalmatine,mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(adjust PH 6.0 with triethylamine)(65∶35),The UV detector was set at 280 nm;For protopine,mobile phase was acetonitrile-triethylamine acetic acid,The UV detector was set at 289 nm.Results: The extraction solubility of tetrahydropalmatine and protopine in Rhizoma Corydalis processed with 30% vinegar(100 g Rhizoma Corydalis with 30 mL vinegar) is the hightest,vinegar-sauted has better effects than vinigar-boiled.Conclusion: The components of Rhizoma Corydalis by repetitive processed with high dose vinegar or boiled in vinegar for long time was decreased.

摘要:Objective:To determine the chlorogenic acid in stem bark and leaf of Acanthopanacis giraldii from different collection time. Methods: Chromatography parameter: kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);column temperature:30 ℃;the mobile phase: acetonitrile-(2 ‰) and phosphoric acid water(10∶90) aqueous solution;detection wavelength: 327 nm;flow rate:1 mL·min-1.Results: The method showed good linearity within the concentration ranges of 0.355~3.55 μg(r=(0.999 5)).The average recovery was 100.1%.The contents in the anthesis(from June to July)were lower,and the contents in the fructescence(from August to September) were higher and the content in leaf was higher than that in the bark.Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate,roducible and suitable for the determination of chlorogenic acid in stem bark and leaf of Acanthopanacis giraldii.Giving the consideration of chlorogenic acid,we suggested that the leaf of Acanthopanacis giraldii Harms can be used a new recourse of chlorogenic acid and the best collection time of Cortex Acanthopanacis giraldii were in the frutescence(August~Desember).

摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for quantitative determining of cinobufagin and resibufogenin in Bangqinmanyan Drop Pills.Methods: Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used as the stationary phase,the mixfure of acetonitrile-KH2PO4 (the pH of solution was adjusted to 3.2 by phosphate acid)(32∶68) was served as mobile phase.The wavelength for detection was 296 nm,the column temperature was 40 ℃.Results:The linearity range were 0.2~1.0 μg(r=(0.999 7)) and 0.224~1.12 μg(r=(0.999 6)).The average recovery were 99.91%(RSD=(0.796 0%)) and 99.84(RSD=(1.002 3%)).Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable.

摘要:Objective:To determine the concents of proanthocyanidins in Apocynum venetum L.of different habitats and compare the differences between the different samples.Methods: A spectrophotometry was used for the determination of cyanidin chloride,and the wavelength was 545 nm.Results: The content of proanthocyanidins in the leaves produced in Tianjin was highest in the five producing areas,and the content of proanthocyanidins in the leaves produced in Xingjiang was lowest in the five producing areas.The contents of proanthocyanidins in the leaves produced in Tianjin,Shandong,Shanxi,Shanxi and Xingjiang are 10.95%,7.96%,7.30%,6.56%,2.16% respectively.Conclusion: The contents of proanthocyanidins in the leaves of different habitats are markedly different.We should have a choice in use.
摘要:Objiective:To observe the effect of Gengnianchun Decoction(GNC) on the mRNA expression of osteoprotegerin(OPG),osteoclast differentiation factor(RANKL) and macrophage colony stimulating factor(M-CSF) in bone marrow microenvironment of ovariectomized rats,and investigate the possible pathway of GNC in preventing and treating postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:Forty-two healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(S group),saline group(N group),Different concentrations of GNC groups: high,moderate and low level groups(H,M,and L group)and nilestriol group(E group).All rats were ovariectomized except those in the sham operation group.After feding with medicines for three days,the total RNA was extracted from the lumbar vertebra to examine mRNA expression of RANKL,OPG and M-CSF by real-time PCR.Results:H group up-regulated the expression of OPG of the ovarietomized rat,whereas down-regulated the expression of M-CSF and decreased RANKL∶OPG ratio.Conclusion:The effect of GNC in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis is closely correlated with the regulation of OPG and M-CSF expressions and RANKL/OPG.
摘要:Objective: To establish rat gastric hot model for relevant Chinses medicine pharmacological study.Methods: The rat gastric hot model was established by oral administration with red pepper and alcohol mixture for two weeks and irritated for three days by clipping tails.The temperature,amount of food,water,urination and defecation of every rats were detected by the help of metabolism cage.The content of IL-8,IL2,INF-α,TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α in blood of rat was examined.Meanwhile,the injury extent of gastric mucosa and the histological characteristics of gastric mucosa were observed.Results: Two weeks after modeling,the model rats had the symptoms of temperature,weight and defecation decreecing and thirst for drinking.Congestion in gastric mucosa occurred and the blood level of IL8,IL-2,(INF-α,)TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α were higher than those in the control group.However,in model rats pretreated with Zuojin pills,the symptoms and signs of hot-syndrome and histological changes were relieved.Conclusion: Under the controlled condition,feeding rats with red pepper and alcohol mixture combined with clipping tails can be successfully used to establish rat gastric model of hot-syndrome.
摘要:Objective:To explore the effects of Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae on proliferation and differentiation of rat osteoblast cell in vitro.Methods:Serum pharmacology was applied to the investigation.Osteoblast cell was isolated from calvaria of newborn SD rats by means of modified sequential collagenase digestion and incubated in RPMI 1640 medium. The cell morphology was observed under a phase contrast inverted microscope.MTT assay,ALP activity,mineral node count were carried out to determine the status and activities of proliferation and differentiation.Results:In 10%,15% concentration groups after cultured 48 h and 5%,10% after cultured 72 h,95% ethanol extracts of Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae significantly stimulated the proliferation(P<0.01),In 10% concentration groups after cultured 72 h,and 15% after cultured 48h and 72 h increased ALP activity.(P<0.05,P<0.01).In 10% concentration group,95% ethanol extracts of Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae increased the number of mineral nodes after cultured 2w(P<0.01).Water extracts of Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae had no significantly effects on proliferation and differentiation of rat osteoblast cell in vitro.Conclusion: 95% ethanol extracts of Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae had the effects on proliferation and differentiation of rat osteoblast cell in vitro.
摘要:Objective:To compare effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injections prepared by two different crafts on the ability of reticuloendothelial system,the ability to restrain tumor and the protection to some important organs in S180-bearing mice.Methods: 42 tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into five groups:the model group,the high dose group(8 g·kg-1)and the clinical equivalent dose group(4 g·kg-1) of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on current craft,the high dose group(8 g·kg-1) and the clinical equivalent dose group(4 g·kg-1) of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on previous craft.The model group was given physiological saline by intraperitoneal injection once a day,while the other groups were given different Shenqi Fuzheng Injections in the same way.Twelve days later,blood samples were collected from the mice and phagocytic index K was determined,Then the mice were sacrificed,the weights of body,tumor,spleen,liver and thymus gland were collected.Results:The weights of tumors and tamor indexes in four Shenqi Fuzheng Injection groups were lower than the model group, and the difference between groups of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on current craft and the model group was significant(P<0.01~0.05).However the groups of the current craft and the previous one had no significant difference;phagocytic index K in four Shenqi Fuzheng Injection groups were higher than that in the model group,and the difference between groups of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on current craft and the model groups was significant(P<0.01~0.05);and in(4 g·kg-1) groups,the current group was better than the previous one(P<0.05).The spleen indexes in four Shenqi Fuzheng Injection groups were higher than that in the model group(P<0.05),the liver indexes and the thymus gland one have no significant difference.Conclusion:In clinical equivalent dose(4 g·kg-1),the ability of reticuloendothelial system in Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on current craft was better than the model group and the previous craft group;Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on current crafts could restrain tumors and protect spleens.However,there was no difference between the current and previous crafts in these aspects.

摘要:Objective: To study the role and mechanism of Qing-nao-xuanqiao Dropping pill(QNXQD) on acute cerebral ischemic injury.Methods:The middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model induced by inserting a monofilament suture was adopted.The content of NO,and the activity of cNOS,iNOS,total NOS in brain homogenate was determined.Results: QNXQD 45,90,180 mg·kg-1,can significantly reduce the content of NO in the rat brain homogenate of the troubled side;180 mg·kg-1 can significantly decrease the increased cNOS,iNOS;total NOS activity in the side of the brain surgery(P<0.05);90 mg·kg-1 can significantly decrease the increased total NOS activity(P<0.01);and 45 mg·kg-1 can significantly decrease the increased total NOS activity(P<0.01).Conclusion: QNXQD has protective effect on cerebral ischemia and the possible mechanism may be related to reducing content of NO,decreasing the activity of cNOS,iNOS,total NOS.
摘要:Aim:To investigate the effect of Musk with Borneol on brain damage in the rat model of cerebral focal ischemia with reperfusion.Methods:The model of MCAO-reperfusion was induced by the method of nylon monofilament via the internal carotid artery.Technique of image analysis was used to calculate the volume of cerebral infarction and evaluate the scores of nerves function;Method:of dry and wet weight was used to observe water content and Evans blue(EB) was used to observe the changes of BBB permeability.Results:After cerebral ischemia for 2 hours and reperfusion for 24 hours,the volume of cerebral infarction of the model group increased significantly(P<0.01),the scores of the function of nerves increased(P<0.01);the volume of cerebral infarction of the Musk with Borneol group was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05);the scores of the function of nerves of Musk with Borneol group,Musk group were significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05~0.01);the content of water and EB in the model group increased significantly compared with sham operation group(P<0.01),which indicated the BBB was damaged;The water content in Musk with Borneol group was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05) and the content of BBB in Musk with Borneol group and Borneol group was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Musk with Borneol can decrease the volume of cerebral infarction and improve the nervous symptom,decrease the water content and permeability of BBB after focal cerebral ischemia with reperfusion,therefore protect the brain after focal cerebral ischemia with reperfusion.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Chinese Medicine Suifukang(SFK) on the expression of Nogo-A mRNA and protein after spinal cord injury in rhesus monkeys.Methods: Ten out of fourteen adult rhesus monkeys received the left spinal cord hemisection on T12,and then was randomly divided into two groups: SFK groups(5) and control group(5).The other four monkeys were served as the normal controls.The expression of Nogo-A mRNA was detected by in-situ hybridization technique and the expression of Nogo-A protein was detected by immunohistochemistry technique.Results: The positive cells of Nogo-A mRNA and its OD value in the model group were more than those in other groups(P<0.05);The Nogo-A mRNA positive cells and its OD value in SFK group were less than those in the model group(P<0.05).The changes of Nogo-A protein positive cells number and its OD value was similar with that of Nogo-A mRNA.Conclusions:SFK can restrain the expression of Nogo-A obviously.It is possible to improve microenvironment in the injured spinal cord and to regenerate of nervous tissue.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of salidroside on hemorheology of rats,platelet aggregation rate in vitro in rats,coagulation time(CT) and platelet count(PC) in mice.Methods: The model of acute blood stasis was established with high-molecular weight dextran,the parameters were tested,such as blood viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit(Hct) etc;the effects of salidroside on platelet aggregation rate of rats,CT and PC of mice were rest after pretreatment with salidroside for 5 days.Results: Salidroside(6,12,24 mg·kg-1) could effectively prevent the ascending of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and Hct in the acute blood stasis model.Salidroside at all doses could effectively decrease platelet aggregation rate;Salidroside(48.0,24.0 mg·kg-1) could prolong CT and has no effect on PC.Conclusion: The results suggest that salidroside improves the hemorheological parameters of rats with acute blood stasis,and salidroside has some effects on anticoagulation,while it has no effect on PC.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of sesamin on lipidemia and the formation of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).Methods: Hyperlipidemia rats model were established by feeding high lipid diet.The liver index,total cholesterol(TC),triglyeeride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),lipoprotein lipase(LPL),hepatic lipase(HL),apoproteinA1(ApoA1),apoproteinB100(ApoB100),superoxidedismutase(SOD)and malonaldehyde(MDA) were measured after administration with sesamin for 8 weeks.As well as,livers were taken for histopathological examination.Results: Therapeutic groups were significantly decreased TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB100,MDA and liver index,increased HDL-C,HL,SOD(P<0.05).The fatty degeneration and steatosis in liver were ameliorated by sesamin.Conclusion: Sesamin can remarkably modulate lipidemia and cure the NASH.Its mechanism is probably mediated through regulating lipids metabolism and anti-oxidation.
摘要:Objective: Our purpose was to compare the antitussive,antiasthmatic and expectorant effects betwen aqueous extract of Wuhu Tang complex prescription and the crude product.Methods: Sulfur dioxide induced cough,citric acid induced cough,histamine-acetylcholine induced asthma attacks in guinea pig and excretion of phenol red in the airway of mouse were used.Results: They both markedly prolonged the latent period of cough induced by sulfur dioxide and citric acid;significantly prolonged the latent period of asthmatia attact by mixture of histamine-acetylcholine in guinea pigs,and had the tendency to increase the secretion of phenol red from the airway in mice.Conclusion: The effective components of Wuhu Tang can reach the same pharmacological effects of the crude product for antitussive,antiasthmatic and expectorant effects.
摘要:Objective: To analysis the correlation between bioactivity of inhibiting oxytocin-induced uterine contraction in vitro and volatile components of Danggui-Chuanxiong different ratio.Methods: The essential oil was extracted from Danggui-Chuanxiong by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS with the method of programmed temperature.Oxytocin induced female mice isolated uterine contraction model was adopted in the experiment to evaluate biological activity of Myrrh oil.Results: The experiments showed that the activities of volatile oils obtained from different ratio Danggui-Chuanxiong were different: Danggui-Chuanxiong(2∶1) > Danggui-Chuanxiong(3∶1) > Danggui-Chuanxiong(1∶1)>Danggui-Chuanxiong (3∶2);The results of GC-MS showed that the constituents of volatile oil obtained from Danggui-Chuanxiong(2∶1) were composed with the ratios of(Z)-ligustilide:(Z)-3-butylidene phthalide: 4,5-dihydro-3-butyl-phathalide:(E)-ligustilide: Unknown compound: 8,9-dehydro-Cycloisolongifolene: Neocnidilide:(E)-3-butylidene phthalide(80.75∶4.02∶2.07∶1.66∶0.81∶0.61∶0.53∶0.52).Conclusion: The different activities of volatile oils derived from different ratio of Danggui-Chuanxiong were resulted from the different composition of components in volatile oils.And the results suggested that the lactone-type components are possible bioactive compounds.
摘要:Objective:To research the preventive effects and mechanism of Fuganning(FGN) on rats with hepatic fibrosis.Methods:Adopting intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum to induce rat immuno hepatic fibrosis model,observed the effect of FGN onHA,LN,CIV and the pathological chages of hepatic tissue.Results:The level of HA,LN,CIV were low,the pathological chages and the collagen fibresis decreased significantly in FGN group,this groups has significanc difference compare to model group(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the experiment with hepatic fibresis rats,FGN can reduce the level of HA,LN,CIV.It can affect the collagen protein metabolism.Thus FGN prescription have effect on preventing hepatic fibresis.
摘要:Objective:To study the influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Shuganliangxue decoction to TAM and 4OHtam metabolism in patients.Method:All the blood samples were collected from a randomized double blind clinical trial.The serum concentration of TAM,4Ohtam between two groups,and that in one group before and after taking the decoction were compared.TAM and 4OHtam concentration in serum were determined by using HPLC-MS method.The data was analized with t-test and SPSS 13.0 statistics method.Results:Before taking TCM decoction,TAM and 4OHtam concentration were(215.63±95.36) ng·mL-1,(4.49±1.49) ng·mL-1 separately,and after taking TCM decoction,were(233.17±126.48) ng·mL-1,(5.34±2.78) ng·mL-1.In placebo group before taking"decoction" TAM and 4OHtam concentration were(209.80±75.05) ng·mL-1,(5.15±1.67) ng·mL-1,after taking"decoction",were(216.86±98.89) ng·mL-1,(4.21±1.41) ng·mL-1.There were no significant differences between the two groups and for the self control(P>0.05).Conclusions: TCM Shuganliangxue decoction did not influence the TAM and 4OHtam metabolism in serum of patients.It provides the evidence of safety for using Shuganliangxue decoction combining with TAM in clinical.
摘要:This paper gives an overview of recent research and developments about the compatibility of Radix Et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Et Rhizoma Notoginseng and their efficient components.Different compatibility of Radix Et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Et Rhizoma Notoginseng influencing on effective constituents,such as its extraction rate and stability,pharmacological and pharmacodynamic effects are analysised and concluded,and it is pointed out that there is a synergistic effect in the compatibility of the two herbs,but obvious discrepancy is existed in the interaction of different proportional compatibility.
