      摘要:Objective: To investigate change law of contents of gingerols(6-gingerol,8-gingerol and 6-shogaol) from Zingiberis Rhizoma in Sini Tang before and after compatibility with other herbs in this prescription. Method: Taking Sini Tang,single decoction of Zingiberis Rhizoma,Zingiberis Rhizoma-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata decoction and Zingiberis Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma decoction as test samples,contents of these three gingerols in samples were measured by HPLC. Result: Contents of 6-gingerol,8-gingerol and 6-shogaol increased after Zingiberis Rhizoma compatibility with different medicines,sequence was Zingiberis Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma decoction >Sini Tang >Zingiberis Rhizoma-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata decoction>single decoction of Zingiberis Rhizoma. Conclusion: Contents of gingerols increase after Zingiberis Rhizoma compatibility with Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata,which provides scientific basis for Zingiberis Rhizoma enhancing efficacy of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata.Contents of gingerols increase sharply after Zingiberis Rhizoma compatibility with Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,which provides a certain scientific data for Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma promoting Wenbu Yangqi effect of Zingiberis Rhizoma.Contents of gingerols increase obviously in Sini Tang,it indicates that these three medicines in Sini Tang are interplaying to play efficacy,which reflecting scientific connotation of formula establishment of Sini Tang.

      摘要:Objective: To study absorption and transport characteristics of effective components from Isatidis Radix in Caco-2 cell. Method: Safety of drug candidates from Isatidis Radix was evaluated by establishing absorption and transport model of Caco-2 cells,which were qualified beforehand with three indexes including trans-epithelial electrical resistance(TEER),alkaline phosphatase activity and permeability of sodium fluorescein.Several influential factors for absorption and transport process of effective components from Isatidis Radix had been investigated,such as concentration,time,temperature,pH value and inhibitors.HPLC was set up for determination of these compounds,their apparent permeability coefficients(Papp) and efflux rates were calculated. Result: Arginine and adenosine from Isatidis Radix could be absorbed well by absorptive cells of small intestine with Papp of 1.01×10-6-1.35×10-6 cm·s-1 and 0.40×10-6-0.71×10-6 cm·s-1,respectively.Two kinds of ingredients show good permeability in Caco-2 cell,following by absorbed degree of arginine with rate of>50%,better than that of adenosine.Efflux rates(ER) of arginine and adenosine from Isatidis Radix extract were between 1.0-2.0,indicating P-glycoprotein(P-gp) efflux effect existed in absorption and transport process of these two compounds.And other compounds from Isatidis Radix could enhance efflux effect of P-gp on absorption of arginine and adenosine. Conclusion: Arginine and adenosine from Isatidis Radix can be absorbed well by absorptive cells of small intestine,and directional differences of absorption and transport process in Caco-2 cells are found out with P-gp efflux effect.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare phloretin solid dispersions by improving solubility of phloretin in water and characterize physical properties of this preparation for providing a reference for industrial promotion of phloretin. Method: Taking povidone K-30(PVP K-30) as carrier material,drug-loading rate and solubility as indexes,phloretin solid dispersions were prepared by solvent method.Physical properties characterization of phloretin solid dispersions were analyzed by DSC,XRD and FT-IR. Result: When the mass ratio of phloretin to PVP K-30 was 1:9,drug-loading rate of phloretin solid dispersions was 95.99%;solubility of phloretin was 0.42 g·L-1,compared with reference substance of phloretin,solubility improved 14 times.Analysis result of DSC and XRD showed phloretin probably dispersed in PVP K-30 in the form of molecues or amorphous state.FT-IR result showed phloretin and PVP K-30 maybe associated in the form of hydrogen bond. Conclusion: After being prepared to solid dispersion,solubility of phloretin can significantly improve.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare andrographolide-loaded mesoporous silica nanoparticles modified by chitosan(CS/Ap-MSN) and investigate its quality and pH-responsive release behavior. Method: Mesoporous silica nanoparticles modified by amino(NH2-MSN) were synthesized by modified stober method in one step.Chitosan was covalently attached to exterior surface of NH2-MSN,morphology and structure of this product were characterized.In viro drug release behavior of CS/Ap-MSN in different pH was investigated. Result: Mean particle size of CS/Ap-MSN was(178.0±3.2) nm,PDI was 0.378±0.117 and Zeta potential was(34.04±0.22) mV,drug loading efficiency and encapsulation efficiency were(27.8±1.7)% and(63.6±3.2)%,respectively;modification amount of chitosan was 6.3%.Cumulative release amount of CS/Ap-MSN reached to 53.3% at pH of 5.0 after 8 days;while cumulative release amount of CS/Ap-MSN reached to 23.4% at pH of 7.4 after 8 days. Conclusion: In vitro release behavior of CS/Ap-MSN shows pH-responsive characteristic and sustained-release characteristic,cumulative release amount increases with decreasing of pH.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of lobetyolin and total polysaccharides from Miaoyu Codonopsis Radix. Method: On the basis of single factor experiments,with yields of lobetyolin and total polysaccharides as indexes,Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface methodology was adopted to optimize extraction conditions by taking extraction temperature,extracion time and solid-liquid ratio as factors.RP-HPLC and ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine contents of lobetyolin and total polysaccharides,respectively. Result: Optimal extraction technology was as following:extraction temperature of 52℃,extracion time of 32 min and solid-liquid ratio of 1:26.Extracting amount of lobetyolin and mass fraction of total polysaccharides from Miaoyu Codonopsis Radix was(78.18±0.21) μg·g-1 and(21.02±0.13)%,respectively;which was consistent with these predicted values. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process is reasonable and reliable with high yield of effective components.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Forsythia suspense. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by D101 macroporous absorptive resin, column chromatography and preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by MS, NMR and other methods. Result: Ten compounds were obtained and identified as rutin(1), phillyrin(2),(+) pinoresinol-β-D-glucoside(3), epipinoresinol-β-D-glucoside(4), epipinoresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucoside(5), forsythenside F(6),(+)-1-hydroxypinoresinol-4″-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7), forsythoside I(8), forsythoside H(9), forsythoside A(10). Conclusion: Compounds 4-7, 9 were isolated from the leaves of Forsythia suspense for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of 95% ethanol extract of Callicarpa nudiflora. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel, MCI, and C18 column chromatography, while their structures were identified by analyzing their spectral data and comparing with the previously reported literatures. Result: Eight compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of C. nudiflora and their structures were respectively identified as luteoloside(1), dracocephaloside(2), juncein(3), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide buthyl ester(4), luteolin-3'-O-(6″-E-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5), luteolin-4'-O-β-D-(6″-E-caffeoyl)-glucopyranoside(6), luteolin-7-O-(6″-E-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7), luteolin-7-O-(6″-E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8). Conclusion: Compound 4 was isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the monosaccharide compositions and their contents in polysaccharides from Pinus yunnanensis cone. Method: Trifluoroacetic acid was used to hydrolyze polysaccharide from P. yunnanensis cone and PMP derivatization was used to hydrolyze monosaccharide products. The monosaccharide compositions in polysaccharide from P. yunnanensis cone were determined by HPLC. Orthogonal test was conducted to investigate the hydrolyzing conditionsdesign;changes in size of the peak area of monosaccharide derivants derived from different reaction time and the amount of NaOH were compared to determine the optimum hydrolysis condition and the best derivatization condition. Result: The polysaccharides from P. yunnanensis cone were composed of mannose(Man), rhamnose(Rham), glucuronic acid(GlcUA), galacturonic acid(GalUA), glucose(Glc) and galactose(Gal), xylose(Xyl), arabian sugar(Arab), and fucose(Fuc), with content ratios of 1.10:0.04:0.63:0.14:1.00:1.11:1.80:0.60:0.09.The optimal hydrolysis condition:concentration of TFA 1 mol·L-1, hydrolysis temperature 100℃, hydrolysis time 6 h. The optimal derivatization condition:add 0.3 mol·L-1 NaOH in derivatization process, with a derivatization period of 40 min. Conclusion: The method is quick, simple with high sensitivity. It is a reliable method for the determination of the monosaccharide compositions in polysaccharides from P. yunnanensis.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the relative molecular weight and monosaccharide components in polysaccharides from Galla Chinensis(GCP). Method: Three fine compositions, GCP-1, GCP-2 and GCP-3 were obtained after extracting and purification of GCP. High performance gel permeation chromatography(HPGPC) was used to analyze the average molecular weight;high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) of trifluoroacetic acid(TFA) hydrolysis and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone(PMP) pre-column derivatization was used to analyze its monosaccharide components. Result: According to HPGPC, the molecule weights were 182, 2.1×104 and 6×104, respectively for GCP-1, GCP-2 and GCP-3.The test of monosaccharide components showed that monosaccharide components of GCP-2 and GCP-3 were basically the same, mainly as galactose, galacturonic acid and glucuronic acid, etc. Conclusion: The two methods of HPGPC and PMP pre-column derivatization to determine the fine compositions of GCP are simple and convenient and could be applied to analysis of the molecular weight and monosaccharide composition in GCP.

      摘要:Objective: To study the HPLC characteristic spectrum of flavonoids on leaves of Dendrobium officinale from different provenance sources and initially compare the characteristic spectrum among Danxia landform(Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang and Jiangxi), Tiepilan(Guangxi, Yunnan) and native species from Zhejiang. Method: HPLC was used with Kromasil 100-5 C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);with methanol-water(gradient elution) as a mobile phase, detection wavelength of 340 nm, column temperature of 25℃, and flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1. A common mode was generated with Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation software system(2004A version) by the State Pharmacopoeia Commission. Result: 14 common peaks were marked in 23 batches of leaves of D. officinale. Among them, 12 common peaks were marked in 10 batches of samples from Danxia landform and the similarity was 0.880-0.996.13 common peaks were marked in 6 batches of samples from Zhejiang landform and the similarity was 0.774-0.981.9 common peaks were marked in 7 batches of samples from Tiepilan landform(relative peak area was larger for peak 10 and peak 11) and the similarity was 0.922-0.974.The similarities of Danxia landform with 6 batches from Zhejiang and 7 batches from Tiepilan were 0.395 and 0.061, respectively. The similarity of Tiepilan landform with 6 batches from Zhejiang was 0.370 only. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, and has a better reproducibility. The main flavonoids components of the same provenance sources are basically the same, indicating internal stability of D. officinale, but significant difference was present in components and ratio for different regions and provenance sources, providing a reference to quickly discriminate the provincial characteristics among Danxia landform, Tiepilan and native species from Zhejiang.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical components and antioxidant activity of blackberry seed oil. Method: Solvent method was used to extract seeds oil from Blackberry seeds;GC-MS was used to analyze the chemical components of black berry seeds oil and determine its ability of ABTS radical scavenging and ferric ion recovering to assess its antioxidant activity. Result: Unsaturated fatty acid, alkanes, alkenes and aldehydes were detected in oil, but saturated fatty acid was not detected. The oil showed ABTS radical scavenging activity(IC50=214.64 mg·L-1) and ferric ion recovering ability[Trolox equivalent(22.53±2.92) μmol·g-1]. Conclusion: The blackberry seeds oil could be tapped and utilized as a kind of high quality health edible oil.

      摘要:Objective: To determine L-quebrachitol in nature rubber latex serum by establishing high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector(HPLC-DAD). Method: Fresh latex was coagulated by 18% acetic acid and unglued by filtration. 0.6% Ca(OH)2 filtration liquid was added and heated to boiling status for removing protein, then the mixture was filtered. Salt and lipid content in the filtrate was removed by anion and cation resin exchange, and the residue achieved adsorption through macroporous adsorption resins, then desorbed by 60% ethanol, and the raw quebrachitol was obtained by Vacuum condensation crystallization. The product was dissolved in ultrapure water with metered volume. L-quebrachitol was separated by Inertsil ODS-SP C18 column with acetonitrile-water(10:90) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature of 30℃. Result: A good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 0.04-4.0 g·L-1 for L-quebrachitol, with a linear correlation coefficient(R) of 0.9979.The RSD was 1.1%, and the average recovery rate was 96.69%. Conclusion: This method is simple with high sensitivity and precision, suitable for determination of L-quebrachitol in nature rubber latex serum.

      摘要:Objective: To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the volatile constituents of the rhizome of Polygonum cynanchoides. Method: The volatile constituents were extracted from the rhizome of P. cynanchoides by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrography(GC-MS). Result: A total of 99 compounds were separated and 60 of them were identified, which accounted for 68.598% of the total volatile oil. The major components were cedrol(7.001%), thymol(5.948%), hexanal(4.593%), dipentene(3.708%), ar-tumerone(3.438%) and 1-nonanal(3.256%). Conclusion: This paper has studied the volatile constituents of the rhizome of P. cynanchoides using GC-MS, and provides a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of P. cynanchoides.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprints of total saponins to control the quality of Panax notoginseng fermentation product(PnFP). Method: The 10 batches of PnFPs were collected, and HPLC method was developed to build the fingerprints of PnFP. Then an investigation on chemical changes of ginsenoside Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rg2, Rh1, Rd, Rg3 and CK was conducted according to relative retention value α and relative peak area Sr. Result:The common pattern of HPLC fingerprints was established after analyzing ten batches of PnFP, with a similarity >0.98.14 common peaks were marked, and corresponding saponins of 8 peaks of them were confirmed. Conclusion:The paper provides a rapid and adequate method for the components analysis of PnFP by which the chemical changes of major saponins were detected. Hence it will lay a solid foundation for the quality control of PnFP by establishing the fingerprints of PnFP.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for chlorogenic acid,geniposide, scutellarin, glycyrrhizic acid and schisandrin in Yinshanlian granules. Methods: The analysis was performed on a Wonda SilTM-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) with gradient elution(0-5 min,86%B;5-35 min,86%-20%B;35-45 min,20%B)by using the mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.4%phosphoric acid solution(B).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃,the detection wavelengths were set at 325 nm(for chlorogenic acid),240 nm(for geniposide),335 nm(for scutellarin),250 nm(for glycyrrhizic acid) and 220 nm(for schisandrin),respectively. Result:The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid,geniposide,scutellarin,glycyrrhizic acid and Schisandrinfell within the ranges of 0.0085-0.170μg(r=0.9995),0.0462-0.924μg(r=0.9990),0.0216-0.432μg(r=0.9992),0.0197-0.394μg(r=0.9993),0.0045-0.090μg(r=0.9999).The average recoveries of were 95.8%-98.4%.The contents of chlorogenic acid,geniposide,scutellarin,glycyrrhizic acid and schisandrin in three batches of samples were 1.105-1.134,5.139-5.204,2.546-2.603,2.208-2.231,0.352-0.361 mg·g-1. Conclusion:This method is consistent with the method validation requirements,and can simultaneously determine the above 5 index components of Yinshanlian granules.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of different continuous cropping conditions on inorganic elements absorption and content change of total saponins in Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma. Method: Seventeen kinds of inorganic elements in Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma and rhizosphere soil by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Determination of total saponins in Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma was ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Result: Contents of inorganic elements in herbs of Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma which was in rotation 2,3,4 years significantly correlated with soil.Continuous cropping stubble 1 years began to no significant correlation,and the content of total saponins showed downward trends. Conclusion: The content of total saponins in Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma is declining with increasing of continuous cropping time.These results show that continuous cropping affects the content of total saponins,but its content change has no obvious correlation with inorganic elements,which indicates that change of inorganic elements is just a factor for continuous cropping.

      摘要:Objective: To provide references for clinical medication safety of Calcitum by analyzing its pharmacgnosical properties. Method: Calcitum samples were collected and its species was classified and identified by macroscopic identification,and its ore stone mill piece was identified by microscopic identification.The content of CaCO3 in Calcitum were measured by ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt titration method.Main phase and mineral elements content were assayed and calculated by X-ray power diffraction(XRD) and inductively coupled plasma optical spectrometer(ICP-OES). Result: Though identification of morphology,samples were divided into 3 groups and rock types were identified as calcite marble.The mass fraction of CaCO3 was between 88.90%-97.08% in samples.It was found that there were three batches of samples with higher of heavy metals and harmful elements which mainly were As and Hg in nine batches of samples than limits.Among all samples,six batches of samples with higher of As,one batch of samples with higher of Cd and six batches of samples with higher of Hg than limits. Conclusion: According to these results,the content of CaCO3 in Calcitum shall not be less than 92%.Analysis of elements shows that only Calcitum Ⅰ reached the standard of Medicinal Plants and Preparations for the Green Trade Standard,it can lay foundation for safe use and quality evaluation of Calcitum.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate tissue distribution of auraptene in rats. Method: Rat intragastric administration method was used.The content of auraptene in tissue sample was calculated after determining four time points with intragastric administration and taking tissue samples successively by establish a standard curve for drugs in various tissues.Meanwhile,two sample quality control(QC) sample with high,medium and low concentrations were done for judging reliability of results of this batch of samples.Data were analyzed by Analyst 1.6 software. Result: With gastric administration by 100 mg·kg-1,auraptene was rapidly distributed in different tissues including heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach,small intestine and muscle after 30 min.The concentration of auraptene in small intestine significantly decreased by 120 min,while drug concentrations in fat and blood mainly increased.The concentration of drug for other issues beside brain by 6 h were dropped greatly and then drug concentration of all main issues decreased significantly at 8 h. Conclusion: Auraptene soft capsule can be rapidly distributed in main tissues of rats after gastric administration,drug concentration in gastrointestinal tract is always high,its concentrations in liver and lung are higher than other tissues.In addition,the concentration of auraptene in brain tissue remains at a high level,which may be related to active targeting of auraptene soft capsule on senile dementia.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Gehua Jiecheng Fang(GJF) on the hepatic protein expression level of telomerase in mice. Method: The totally 32 Balb/C mice were randomly divided into the normal group(normal saline), the model group(normal saline), the low-and high-dose GJF groups(20, 40 g·kg-1) of 8 mice each. The orthotopic allograft hepatic cellular cancer(HCC) model of H22 ascites tumor cells was established. The general observation including the general growth in mice, weight, liver index was conducted the pathological changes of the left hepatic lobe was observes by using HE staining. The changes of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), glutamyltransferase(GGT) were detected by using ELISA. The protein expression level of telomerase in hepatic tissues was detected by using Western blot. Result: Compared with the normal group, the weight decreased, liver index and the levels of ALT, AST, GGT and protein expression of telomerase increased in the model group(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the weight increased, liver index and the levels of ALT, AST, GGT and protein expression of telomerase decreased in the low-and high-dose GJF groups(P<0.05). Hepatic tissue and cellular heteromorphism were obvious in the model mice and the damages were reduced in the GJF groups. Conclusion: GJF has certain effect on HCC model by reducing the liver damage, protecting the liver function, regulating the protein expression level of telomerase in mice and restraining the cellular immortalization.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the influence of Niuhuang Jiedu tablet compatibility on realgar hepatotoxicity and its relationship with apoptosis regulation. Method: Forty ICR mice were randomly divided into realgar group, Niuhuang Jiedu tablet whole prescription group(7.8 g·kg-1), Niuhuang Jiedu tablet whole prescription excluding Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma group(3.8 g·kg-1), Niuhuang Jiedu tablet whole prescription excluding realgar group(7.3 g·kg-1), and normal group. The dose of realgar group was set to 0.5 g·kg-1, and doses of other groups were set(including the equivalent amount of realgar) according to the prescription ratio of Niuhuang Jiedu tablet in Chinese pharmacopoeia. Mice were administrated by oral for 9 weeks, then their pathological changes and oxidative damages in liver tissues were observed, and the terminal transferase labeling(TUNEL) and immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the hepatocyte apoptosis and the expression of apoptosis-related molecules in situ Bcl-2 and Bax. Result: Significant edema and local necrosis were found in liver tissue of realgar group mice, but the whole prescription group and other administration groups showed no significant abnormalities. Compared with the normal group, malondialdehyde(MDA) level was decreased was significantly increased in realgar group(P<0.05). TUNEL apoptosis index and the average optical density for expression of Bax were increased significantly, while the average optical density for expression of Bcl-2 was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the realgar group,MDA level(P<0.05),TUNEL apoptosis index and the average optical density for expression of Bax were significantly decreased in Niuhuang Jiedu tablet whole prescription group, while the average optical density for expression of Bcl-2 was significantly increased(P<0.05). TUNEL apoptosis index was increased in whole prescription excluding Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma compared with the whole prescription, Bax expression was also increased significantly, but Bcl-2 expression had no apparent changes. Conclusion: The compatibility for Niuhuang Jiedu tablet could decrease the hepatotoxicity induced by realgar, and inhibiting hepatocyte apoptosis may be one of its mechanisms, and such inhibition may be achieved by promoting Bcl-2 expression and inhibiting Bax expression. The inhibition drugs may be associated with Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma in the whole prescription.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of 2β, 3β, 23-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-olic acid(ursolic compound A) from the root of Actinidia chinensis on the proliferation of cervical cancer HeLa cells. Method: HeLa cells(2×103 cells/well) treated by ursolic compound A of different concentrations(0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0μmol·L-1) were cultured in 96-well plates for 24, 48 h after the cervical cancer HeLa cell lines in vitro culture system was established by Essential Medium-Eagle(E-MEM) medium;the viability of HeLa cells was detected by cell counting kit-8(CCK-8).The activity of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) was measured by methyl thiazolyltetrazolium(MTT)assay. Immune colorimetry was used to test the proliferation of HeLa cells. Result: Compared with the control group, for HeLa cells treated by ursolic compound A of different concentrations, the release rate of LDH was increased in a dosage and time dependent manner(P<0.05, P<0.01).Results of BrdU and CCK-8 showed that,the inhibitory effect of ursolic compound A to HeLa cell was stronger than control drugs, and its inhibitory effect was in a dosage and time dependent manner. The activity of cervical cancer cells would be decreased accordingly, and at the same time, the compound had significant inhibition effect on the proliferation of cervical cancer cells(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Ursolic compound A has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HeLa cells.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Pingchuanning on B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2), Bcl-2 associated X protein(Bax), epidermal growth factor(EGF) mRNA, platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) mRNA expressions, lung function and airway morphology in cold asthma model rats. Method: One hundred and five SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Guilong Kechuanning group, dexamethasone group, Pingchuanning high-dose group, medium-dose group and low-dose group with 15 in each group. The ovalbumin sensitization and cold stimulation were adopted to establish the rat asthma model. At the 21st day after the modeling, normal and model groups were given the same amount of distilled water every day, the dexamethasone group(0.4 mg·kg-1·d-1), Guilong Kechuanning group(10 g·kg-1·d-1) and Pingchuanning high, medium and low dose groups(19.6,9.8,4.9 g·kg-1·d-1) were given corresponding drugs for four weeks. And the changes in lung function of asthma rats were observed, then Bcl-2 and Bax protein expressions of the lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemical assay. The lung histopathological changes were observed by hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining. Expression of EGF mRNA and PDGF mRNA in the lungs were detected by RT-PCR. Result: Compared with the normal group, the model group showed obvious inflammatory cells invasion, stricture of bronchus, thickening of airway smooth muscle and declined lung function(P<0.01);increases in Bcl-2 protein, EGF mRNA, PDGF mRNA(P<0.01);and decrease in Bax expression(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, all treatment groups showed improvements in the lung function and pathological changes to varying degrees(P<0.01,P<0.05);decreases in Bcl-2 protein, EGF mRNA, PDGF mRNA(P<0.01,P<0.05);and increase in Bax expression(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: Pingchuanning could reduce the expression of Bcl-2 protein and improve Bax protein in lung of asthmatic rats, inhibit the activation of ERK pathway, alleviate inflammatory reaction, improve the lung function, reduce airway smooth muscle hyperplasia, delay the airway remodeling and treat asthma, by the inhibition of EGF mRNA and PDGF mRNA.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of modified Sini San(MSNS) on the behavior and concentration of plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) and serum corticosterone(CORT) in adolescent rats with stress. Method: The 32 male Wistar SPF rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, fluoxetine group(0.01 g·kg-1), MSNS group(16.9 g·kg-1). The rats received 28 days chronic mild unexpected stimulation for modeling and intragastric administration. During the experiment, weighting, sucrose preference test and open field test were performed every 7 days. Plasma ACTH and CORT changes in rats were detected using radio immunoassay. Result: Compared with the normal group, the rats in model group showed a slow increase of body weight, decreased sucrose preference index, and significantly higher ACTH and CORT levels(P<0.05), while in the open field test, the activity, total distance and average speed in rats were increased and the central activity time had been prolonged, but with no statistical difference. Compared with the model group, the sucrose preference index of fluoxetine group and MSNS group was significantly higher(P<0.05), while ACTH and serum CORT levels were significantly lower(P<0.05), and the body weight of rats in fluoxetine group was significantly increased on 28th day(P<0.05). Conclusion: MSNS can effectively improve behavior changes of stressed adolescent rats, lower plasma ACTH and serum CORT levels, so it may be an effective method to prevent and treat adolescent stress injuries.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of paeonol on myocardial pathological changes and expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and Collagen Ⅲ in rat models with acute myocardial infarction. Method: The left anterior descending coronary branch(LAD) ligation was used to produce in vivo acute myocardial infarction models in SPF male SD rats. Electrocardiogram changes were recorded before ligation, 10, 20, 40, 60, 120 minutes and 24 hours after ligation,the deviation of ST-segment was measured and analyzed and the successfully modeled rats were randomly divided into the model group, low-,medium-and high-dose paeonol groups, captopril control group, and threaded but not ligated sham group. Low-,medium-and high-dose paeonol groups received ip injection of paeonol at 8.0,12.0,16.0 mg·kg-1 respectively. Sham group and model group received ip injection of the same volume of saline daily. In captopril group, distilled water was used to dilute the crushed powder of captopril tablet and ig applied at 10.0 mg·kg-1.All interventions were done once a day, samples were collected after 28 d, and the pathophysiology changes of myocardial tissues were observed by HE staining, and TGF-β1 and CollagenⅢ protein expression were detected by immunohistochemical assay. Result: HE staining results showed that compared with the sham group, pathophysiological changes were significant in left ventricle of the model group, with cardiac hypertrophy and elongation in edge part of infarct lesions, and part coagulation necrosis in left ventricular wall,nucleus pycnosis of apoptotic cell, anachromasis for cytoplasmic eosin, and part tissues had loose edema. Compared with model group, pathological changes in rats myocardial cells were relieved to certain extents in various treatment groups. Immunohistochemical staining results showed that compared with the sham group, TGF-β1 and CollagenⅢ protein expression levels were significantly higher in the model group(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, TGF-β1 and CollagenⅢ protein expression levels were decreased in all dose paeonol and captopril groups(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Paeonol could reduce the myocardial lesion extent in rats with myocardial infarction, improve ventricular remodeling and cardiac function, and its mechanism maybe related to the decrease of the levels of TGF-β1 and CollagenⅢ.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of ginsenoside Rb1 on isoproterenol(ISO) induced myocardial ischemia in rats. Method: The 75 SPF SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, puerarin group, Rb1 low dose group, and Rb1 high dose group, n=15 in each group. The rats in normal group and model group received the same amount of saline and the treatment groups received intraperitoneal injection(0.01 mL·g-1 weight). With continuous administration for 5 d, 0.01 mL·g-1. On day 4 and day 5 after the treatment, all other groups except the normal group received two consecutive subcutaneous multi-point injections of ISO 30 mg·kg-1, and the normal group received the same amount of normal saline, at volume of 0.01 mL·mg-1 weight. The effect of ginsenoside Rb1 on rat ECG was observed, laser speckle was used to detect cardiac surface microcirculation, and ELISA was used to detect serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), creatine kinase(CK), glutathione synthetase(GSH), nitric oxide(NO), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) content. Result: Compared with the normal group,the heart rate of rats in model group was significantly increased. Electrocardiogram ST segment showed significant decrease. The blood microcirculation of heart surface was significantly decreased. The serum LDH, CK activity and MDA level were significantly increased, and serum SOD activity and GSH, NO levels were significantly decreased(P<0.01, P<0.05). Compared with the model group, Ginsenoside Rb1(10, 20 mg·kg-1) could effectively reduce the heart rate, with increase of electrocardiogram ST segment, significantly increase the blood microcirculation of heart surface, significantly decrease serum LDH, CK activity and MDA level, increase serum SOD activity and GSH, NO levels(P<0.01, P<0.05), and reduce the degree of myocardial injury. Conclusion: Ginsenoside Rb1 has a protective effect on ISO-induced acute myocardial ischemia, which may be related to inhibiting lipid peroxidation and damages repairing.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the antitumor effects and mechanisms of bisdemethoxycurcumin(BDMC) on K562 cells. Method: K562 cells were treated with 1, 10, 30, 50, 100μmol·L-1 of BDMC for 48 h or 72 h, then the anti-proliferative effect was assessed by MTT assay.K562 cells were treated with 10, 30, 50μmol·L-1 of BDMC for 24 h or 48 h, and another blank group was also established. The apoptosis morphology was observed by AO/EB staining using fluorescence microscope, mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP) was detected by Rhodamine 123 staining using flow cytometry instrument and apoptosis rate was detected by Annexin V/PI staining using flow cytometry instrument. The expression of Bcl-2, Bax was evaluated by Western blot method. Result: BDMC could inhibit the proliferation of K562 cells in a dose dependent manner when compared with the blank group. BDMC at the dose of 30, 50μmol·L-1 could induce cell apoptosis, decrease the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax and reduce mitochondrial membrane potential. Conclusion: BDMC could inhibit proliferation of K562 cells, and its mechanism may be related with the induction of cell apoptosis via mitochondria pathway.

Method: Rats with H9c2 cells were divided into:blank group,2μmol·L-1 DOX group, 0.1μmol·L-1 Ber group, 1μmol·L-1 Ber group, 10μmol·L-1 Ber group, 2μmol·L-1 DOX+0.1μmol·L-1 Ber group, 2μmol·L-1 DOX+1μmol·L-1 Ber group, 2μmol·L-1 DOX+10μmol·L-1 Ber group. Cell size and protein content were determined in various groups after different treatment time points. Expression of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) mRNA was detected by real-time PCR. Caspase-3 activity was used as the indicator to evaluate myocardial apoptosis level. DCFH fluorescent probe method was used to detect cellular ROS level, and at the same time determine malonaldehyde(MDA) in the cells, and evaluate oxidative damage level of myocardial cells. Result: Compared with blank group, the myocardial cell size and protein content in cells were increased in various treatment groups, with increase in ANP, BNP mRNA levels and enhancement of Caspase-3 activity, leading to cell apoptosis, decrease in intracellular ROS level, and has statistically significant differences(P<0.01). Conclusion: Ber protected H9c2 cells against the cardiotoxicity of DOX, and the reduction of oxygen free radicals in cardiac myocytes may be the underlying mechanism mediating the protective effect of Ber. Berberine reduces DOX-induced myocardial cell injury by antioxidant effect. Combination of Berberine and doxorubicin can inhibit DOX-induced myocardial hypertrophy, effectively reduce intracellular ROS level,remove lipid peroxides, and reverse DOX-induced myocardial cell apoptosis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effects of ethyl acetate extract of Alysicarpus vaginalis DC on CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis in mice. Method: The 90 Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Colchicine group(0.2 mg·kg-1), high-, mid-, and low-dose(the equivalent crude drug dosage were 40, 20, 10 g·kg-1) ethyl acetate extract of A. vaginalis groups. Except the normal group, mice in other groups received CCl4, once every 3 d for continuous 8 weeks to establish hepatic fibrosis models.The mice were also treated by the corresponding drug once everyday for 8 weeks through intragastric administration.At the end of week 8, levels of ALT, AST in serum and the content of MDA, Hyp, Col Ⅰ, Col Ⅲ, Col Ⅳ, TGF-β1, and PDGF were detected. HE staining in liver tissues and MASSON pathological sections were done to observe and evaluate the sections. Result: Compared with the normal group, ALT and AST in serum and the content of MDA, Hyp, Col Ⅰ, Col Ⅲ, Col Ⅳ, TGF-β1, and PDGF in liver tissues were significantly higher in model group(P<0.05, P<0.01), and liver tissue inflammation, necrosis, hepatic collagen were increased. Compared with the model group, the ethyl acetate extract of A. vaginalis decreased ALT and AST in serum and the content of MDA, Hyp, Col Ⅰ, Col Ⅲ, Col Ⅳ, TGF-β1, and PDGF in liver tissues in CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis mice(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The ethyl acetate extract of A. vaginalis has protective effect on CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis in mice.

      摘要:Objective: To explore anti-inflammatory mechanism in vitro of Shionone. Method: Cellular inflammatory reaction model of RAW264.7 macrophages was induced by lipopolysaccharide,this model was intervened by shionone,effect of shionone on proliferation of RAW264.7 macrophages was detected by SunBioTM Am-Blue cell proliferation and active detection reagent.The content of NO in cell culture supernatants was assessed by Griess reaction,levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) were measured by commercially available ELISA kit. Result: Compared with the blank group,proliferation inhibition rate of RAW264.7 macrophages in the 50μmol·L-1 shionone group significantly increased,but this parameter in other shionone groups had no obvious change.Compared with the lipopolysaccharide group,releases of NO in 10,30μmol·L-1 shionone group significantly decreased,levels of TNF-α,IL-β in 1,10,30μmol·L-1 shionone group significantly decreased. Conclusion: Inhibition of shionone on release of TNF-α,IL-1β and NO shows dose-dependent.Shionone has anti-inflammatory activity in vitro.

      摘要:Objective: To predict the effective components and potential targets of essential oil of Asari Radix et Rhizoma on allergic rhinitis based on serum pharmacochemistry-serum pharmacology and network pharmacology methods. Method: Thirty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, essential oil of Asari Radix et Rhizoma 0.5,1 h groups(3 g·kg-1 crude drug), cetirizine tablets 1 h group(10 mg·kg-1), prednisone tablets 1 h group(12 mg·kg-1) and Xinqin granules 1 h group(15 g·kg-1), n=6 in each group. Abdominal aortic blood samples were collected after ig. Sterile separation of serum was done at 3000 r·min-1 and centrifuged for 10 min, then cryopreservedat-20℃. The effect of drug-containing serum sampled at different time points(10% serum volume) on histamine release and hexosaminidase of RBL-2H3(cell density of 2.5×105/mL) was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)after 1.5 h of antigen stimulation(n=6). Components of drug-containing serum at different time points were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), and the transitional components of essential oil of Asari Radix et Rhizoma were determined by comparing the GC-MS fingerprints of essential oil of Asari Radix et Rhizoma, drug-containing serum after 0.5 h,1 h ig as well as blank serum. Then the potential targets of transitional components were predicted to construct and analyze compound-target network. Result: Compared with blank serum group, drug-containing serum sampled at different time points after 0.5, 1 h ig of essential oil of Asari Radix et Rhizoma can reduce the total release of histamine and degranulation from RBL-2H3 cells induced by antigen(P<0.05). 12 transitional components in drug-containing serum were detected, ie α-pinene,camphene,2-β-pinene,δ-3-carene,l-limonene,1,8-cineole,eucarvone, borneoll, 3,5-dimethoxytoluene, safrole, methyleugenol, and 2,3,5-toluene three oxygen radicals. They may have effects on allergic rhinitis by controlling the targets including prostaglandin G/H synthase 2,muscrinic acetylcholine receptor M3,alpha-1A adrenergic receptor,endothelial nitric-oxide synthase and so on. Conclusion: This method initially reveals the effective components and potential targets of essential oil of Asari Radix et Rhizoma on allergic rhinitis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect of Xinnaosu extract on myocardi ischemic injury induced by isoproterenol(ISO) in rats and discuss its mechanism of action. Method: SD rats were randomly divided into six groups, normal group, model group, positive control 0.135 g·kg-1 group(Heart-protecting musk pill 0.135 g·kg-1),Xinaosu extract low, medium and high dose groups(0.055, 0.276, 1.38 g·kg-1), n ≥ 10 in each group. Rats were injected with isoproterenol to induce myocardial infarction models. From the second day after modeling, rats were givenwith Xinaosu extract ig(0.055, 0.276, 1.38 g·kg-1)for consecutive 14 d.Abdominal aortic blood samples were collected to detect the level of creatine kinase(CK), lactic clehydrogense(LDH), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA). Hearts were collected for hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining and histomorphology changes were observed by light microscope.Immunohistochemical technique was done with CD34 monoclonal antibody to mark cardiac microvascular endothelial cells, and calculate microvascular density(MVD). Result: Compared with the normal group, the activity of CK,LDH and level of MDA in model group showed a significant increase(P<0.01). Compared with model group, the middle and high dose of Xinnaosu extracts both showed significant decrease in the activity of CK and LDH as well as the level of MDA(P<0.01), and significant increase in SOD activity(P<0.01), endothelial angiogenesis and MVD(P<0.01). Conclusion: Xinnaosu extract has protective effect on myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoproterenol in rats. Its mechanism may be related to upregulating the expression of angiogenesis and reducing oxidative damages.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Hugan tablets on chronic hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) in rat models of yin-deficiency syndrome of liver. Method: Forty-two Wistar rats were divided into five groups:dissolvent control group(n=10), model group(n=8), Yiguanjian decoction group(equivalent to crude drugs 6.75 g·kg-1, n=8), Hugan tablets high-dose group(0.81 g·kg-1, n=8) and low-dose group(0.27 g·kg-1, n=8). Except the dissolvent group, all the other groups were injected with 40%CCl4 peanut oil solution, twice per week and 3 mL·kg-1 each time, for 5 weeks, but one time per week in week 6.In week 5 and week 6, the rats were also orally taking interior warming drugs(crude drugs 18 g·kg-1)once per day. After modeling for 6 weeks,rat models of yin-deficiency syndrome of liver with chronic hepatic injury was induced.From week 6, the rates received corresponding drug lavage treatment, once a day and for 2 to 8 consecutive weeks. Rats were sacrificed after the last administration, and the serum and liver tissue were taken. Serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aldosterone(ALD), albumin(ALB), hydroxyproline(Hyp) in liver tissues, malondialdehyde(MDA), and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in liver tissues were determined. Pathological change of liver was determined and observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. The protein expression of reduced from of nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADPH) oxidase 2(NOX2) in liver was analyzed by westernblot. Result: Compared to dissolvent group, the model group increased significantly the serum ALT, ALD as well as Hyp in liver tissues, significantly increased MDA(P<0.01), and significantly reduced the level of serum ALB and SOD in liver tissues(P<0.01). Compared to model group, the level of serum ALT, MDA and Hyp in liver tissue in Hugan tablets high-dose and low-dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.01, P<0.05). Hugantablets high-dose group could significantly reduce ALD level(P<0.05), increase the level of ALB(P<0.05) and hepatic SOD activity(P<0.05), and reduce the protein expression of NOX2 in liver tissue(P<0.05). The pathological results showed that Hugan tablets high and low dose groups could significantly reduce chronic liver injury and to a certain extent reduce the level of fibrosis. Conclusion: Hugan tablets can protect liver and lower transaminase, showing significant protective effect on chronic liver injury.

      摘要:Objective: To study on the influence of 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid(GA) on rat kidney. Method: Totally Wistar rats were randomly and equally divided into four groups:normal group, low dose GA group, medium dose GA group, and high dose GA group(25, 50, 100 mg·kg-1). Blood collection from cardiac puncture was conducted at the 6th, 14th, 22nd, 30th week after GA intervention and at 4 weeks after GA withdrawal, to detect serum creatinine(SCr), and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) levels. HE staining was done for kidney histopathological observation. Result: With the progress of intervention until 4 weeks after drug withdrawal, low-does, medium-does and high-does GA groups had no significant difference in SCr and BUN levels compared with the normal group. Compared with the normal group, serum sodium and chloride ions were increased. However, 4 weeks after drug withdrawal, serum sodium and chloride ions in each group were decreased compared with the previous time points, getting close to the normal group. Serum potassium ions in these intervention groups were decreased as compared with the normal group. 4 weeks after drug withdrawal, serum potassium ions in each intervention group were increased, compared with the previous time points, getting close to the normal group. There was no statistical difference in above indicators at the same time points between the low-does, medium-dose and high-dose GA groups. Compared with the normal group, no abnormal change was found in kidney pathological morphology at each time point by HE staining method. Conclusion: 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid has no significant effect on rats' blood urea nitrogen, creatinine value and kidney pathological morphology. It can lead to mild elevation of serum sodium and chloride ions and the decrease of serum potassium ions. The influence can be eliminated after certain time of drug withdrawal.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zidan Yinxie granules combined with narrow-band ultraviolet in treating psoriasis vulgaris and its influence to serous interleukin-17(IL-17), interleukin-22(IL-22) and interleukin-23(IL-23). Method: One hundred and sixteen patients were randomly divided into control group(58 cases) and observation group(58 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group received narrow-band ultraviolet(NB-UVB). Based on the treatment of control group, patients in observation group added Zidan Yinxie granules, 4 g/time, 3 times/day. Courses of treatment in two groups were both 8 weeks. All the patient had a 3 mouths follow-up to record the relapse. Scores of skin injury area and psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) were graded before the treatment and at the first, second and third month after treatment. And recurrences were also recorded. Before and after treatment, scores of dermatology life quality index(DLQI) and itch degree for visual analogue scale(VAS) were graded. And levels of IL-17, IL-22 and IL-23 were detected. Result: After treatment, the PASI, DLQI and VAS scores in observation group were inferior to these in control group(P<0.05, P<0.01).The effective rate was 84.48% in control group, which was superior to that was 93.1% in observation group. There was no statistically significant difference in two groups. The recurrence rate was 40.74% in observation group, which was less than the data was 63.26% in control group(P<0.05) during 3 months follow-up period.The average recurrence time in observation group was more than that in control group(P<0.05). Levels of serum IL-17, IL-22, IL-23 in observation group were lower than these standards in control group after therapy(P<0.01). Conclusion: Zidan Yinxie granules combined with narrow-band ultraviolet can relieve skin injury and pruritus, improve quality of life, make disease to be stabilized and reduce recurrence rate, its mechanism of action may related to regulating helper T cell 17(TH17) factors.

      摘要:Objective: To observe influences of Buzhong Yiqi Tang on gastrointestinal function,growth hormone(GH) and nutriture status ofgastric carcinoma with qi-deficency and blood-stasis syndrome after operation. Method: Eighty two patients of gastric carcinoma with qi-deficency and blood-stasis syndrome were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group(forty-one cases for each).Patients of control group were treated with support therapy of enteral nutrition from day two to day nine after operation.Patients of treatment group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Tang based on the control groupfrom day two to day nine after operation.Patients of two groups were treated for twelve weeks.After operation,time of defecation,evacuation and bowelsound for the first time in two groups were recorded.After operation,occurrence rates of abdominal distension were compared in two groups.Levels of GH,prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB) and transferrin(TRF) were detected in two groups. Result: After operation,time of defecation,evacuation and bowelsound for the first time in research group were shorter than those of control one(P<0.01).The excellent and good rate of research group was 53.66%,which was higher than that of control one of 29.27% with statistical differences(P<0.05). Occurrence rates of abdominal distension in research group were evidently lower than those of control one 24, 48 h after operation(P<0.05,P<0.01).Serum levels of GH,PA,ALB and TRF in research group were remarkably higher than control one ten days after operation with statistical differences(P<0.01). Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Tang could accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,increase level of GH and improve nutriture status of gastric carcinoma after operation.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huazhi Rougan granule in treating damp-heat accumulation type non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) and its influence on serum β-arrestin and osteocalcin levels. Method: One hundred and eighty NAFLD patients were randomly divided into control group(90 cases) and treatment group(90 cases). Both groups received basic treatment without drug referring to Clinical Practice Guideline for Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. Patients of control group also received compound methionine and choline bitartrate tablets(3 tablets/time, tid). Patients in treatment group also received Huazhi Rougan granule(1 dose/d, tid, and resting for 1 d every 6 ds). Course of treatment was 12 weeks for both groups. Alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate transaminase(AST), total cholesterol(TC), and triglyceride(TG) levels were detected between both groups. Symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), body mass index(BMI), and waist-hip ratio(WHR) were observed between two groups. Serum β-arrestin-1, β-arrestin-2, and OCN levels were measured. Result: The total efficacy of treatment group was 92.22%, higher than 77.77% in control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Compared with control group, ALT, AST, TC, and TG levels in treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01). TCM scores and BMI of treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.01). After treatment, serum β-arrestin-1 level in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group, and OCN was higher in treatment group, with statistical difference(P<0.01), however β-arrestin-2 level for two groups was not obviously changed before and after treatment. Conclusion: Huazhi Rougan granule could improve clinical signs in treating damp-heat accumulation type NAFLD, protect liver function, promote blood lipid back to normal, decrease serum β-arrestin-1 level and increase OCN level.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with Buyang Huanwu Tang to blood viscosity and blood coagulation factor on acute cerebral infarction. Method: One hundred and ten patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group(55 cases) and observation group(55 cases) by random number table. Both groups received aspirin enteric-coated tablets, 100 mg/time, 1 time/day, dipyridamole tablets, 50 mg/time, 3 time/day. Based on the treatment of control group, patients in observation group added ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with Buyang Huanwu Tang. Courses of treatment in two groups were both 14 days. Scores of neurologic impairment were graded by national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS). Before and after treatment, levels of blood rheology target, D-dimer(D-D), maximum platelet aggregation rate(MPAR), von Willebrand factor(vWF), prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), thrombin time(TT), fibrinogen(FIB) were detected. Result: Total effective rate in observation group was 90.91% higher than that in control group(76.36%), with significant difference(P<0.05). At the fourteenth day after treatment, NHISS score in the observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Levels of D-D, MPAR and vWF were lower than those in control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Levels of whole blood viscosity(high and low shearing), plasmic viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were also lower than those in control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the data before treatment, levels of PT,APTT and TT in both groups increased(P<0.01), and they were more obvious in observation group(P<0.05). And FIB decreased in both groups compared with the data before therapy, it was more obvious in observation group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on the conventional western medicine treatment, ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with Buyang Huanwu Tang on can improve blood fluidity with acute cerebral infarction patients, enhance the neural function recovery of patients and increase the clinical curative effect.

Method: One hundred and twenty damp-heat arthralgia KOA patients were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(60 cases) by random number table for control group, patients receivedetoncoxib tablets by oral(1 tablet/time,qd).Based on the treatment of control group,patients in the treatment group were also treated with Qingre Qubi decoction(1 dose/2 days, swallow with boiled water every morning and evening). Courseof treatment was 6 weeks for both groups.Traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores, and the western ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC index) scores were compared between two groups.Clinical efficacy after treatment was analyzed in two groups.The knee joint fluid,serum levels of ADAMTS-7 and COMP in two groups were detected. Result: The traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.01).The clinical effective rate in treatment group was 98.33%,superior to 85% of control group(P<0.05).The scores of WOMAC scale in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,knee joint fluid,serum level of ADAMTS-7 in treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group,while serum level of COMP was significantly lower with statistical difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on Western medicine therapy,additional Qingre Qubi decoction in treating damp-heat arthralgia knee osteoarthritis(KOA) could significantly improve the clinical symptoms,decrease scores of WOMAC scale and improve the clinical effect.Its mechanism may be related with up-regulating knee joint fluid,serum level of ADAMTS-7 and decreasing level of COMP.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of Xiangsha Bazhen decoction combined with enteral nutrition on nutritional status, quality of life and immune functions in patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery. Method: One hundred and thirty patients with gastrointestinal tumors were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group received enteral nutrition. Based on the treatment of control group, patients in observation group received additional Xiangsha Bazhen decoction. Course of treatment was 14 days for both groups. Levels of serum immune globulin IgG, IgA and IgM, T-lymphocyte subpopulations in blood(CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+) and natural killer cell(NK) were measured. Before and after treatment, scores of SF-36 health survey scales were graded, and levels of serum albumin(Alb), prealbumin(PA), hemoglobin(Hb) and transferrin(TRF) were also detected. Result: Compared with the data before treatment, levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and NK in observation group were increased after treatment(P<0.01), higher than those in control group(P<0.01). After treatment, levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in observation group were increased(P<0.01), and higher than those in control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Levels of Alb and Hb after treatment were higher than those in control group, but there was no statistically significant difference in PA and TRF between two groups. Scores of pars trunci function(PF), social function(SF), role emotional(RE), vitality(VT), mental health(MH) and general health(GH) after treatment were higher than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Xiangsha Bazhen decoction combined with enteral nutrition can ameliorate nutritional status and immune function, improve quality of life and promote the recovery of disease in the treatment of patients after gastrointestinal tumors.

      摘要:Objective: To take technology of computer virtual screening for fast searching small molecule inhibitors for H7N9 subtype of influenza virus neuraminidase(NA) from traditional Chinese medicine database@Taiwan(TCM database@Taiwan). Method: Based on optimized complex structure of NA bound with specific inhibitor of Zanamivir,computer-aided structure-based virtual screening against TCMD database@taiwan was conducted to determine occurrence of herb-based NA inbitors in AutoDock Vina software package of Scripps institution.Virtual screening results were further filtered by predictive ADME simulation by traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform(TCMSP) and simultaneously filtered by predictive toxic simulation using TOPKAT module from Discovery Studio 2.5 software package. Result: Free binding energy of original ligand(Zanamivir) could be used as a threshold,then not only obtained three compounds having a higher binding affinity than Zanamivir,but also they had good drug-likeness.Their sources of traditonal Chinese medicine had been determined. Conclusion: This study provides an important reference and a theoretical basis for extraction of antiviral compounds from Chinese herbal medicine and design of anti-influenza drugs.

      摘要:Objective: To systematically evaluate the safety and efficacy of Xiaoqinglong Tang in treating cough variant asthma in children. Method: We searched Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang Data through computer for data as at June 2015.All of randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of Xiaoqinglong Tang in treating on cough variant asthma in Children were searched, and research literatures included in the RCTs were also traced. Two researchers independently conducted the strict quality evaluation and data extraction for the included studies and made a Meta-analysis by using RevMan 5.3 software. Result: Totally 10 RCTs involving 961 patients were included into the study. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the pure application of western medicine, Xiaoqinglong Tang can significantly improve the clinical effective rate[OR=2.49, 95%CI(1.12, 5.54), P=0.0002], with statistical significant differences. In terms of adverse reactions, only one study showed adverse reactions, including irritability, sleepiness and nausea reaction in children. The treatment group showed no such problem in the process of treatment(0). While the control group had 5 cases with similar adverse reactions(13.89%, P<0.05), with statistically significant differences in both groups. Conclusion: Xiaoqinglong Tang in treating cough variant asthma in children can effectively improve the clinical effective rate. However, due to the low methodology and quality and small sample size of included RCTs in this study, more randomized, double-blind trials with a large sample size are required to further verify the efficacy and safety of Xiaoqinglong Tang in treating cough variant asthma in children.

      摘要:Objective: To study the safety and efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection(SFI) combined with navelbline and cisplatin(NP) chemotherapy in treating non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Method: We searched Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang Data through computer for data as at June 2015.All of randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of SFI combine with NP chmemotherapy were searched, and research literatures included in the RCTs were also traced. Two researchers independently conducted the strict quality evaluation and data extraction for the included studies and made a Meta-analysis by using RevMan 5.3 software. Result: Totally 10 RCTs involving 688 patients were included into the study. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the pure application of NP chemotherapy regimens, Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with NP chemotherapy can significantly improve the patients quality of life[OR=3.23, 95% CI(2.09, 2.09), P<0.00001], but with no significant difference between the two groups in the short-term efficacy[OR=1.38, 95% CI(0.99, 0.99), P=0.06)]. In terms of adverse reactions, Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with NP chemotherapy can reduce bone marrow suppression caused by NP chemotherapy {white blood cells decline[OR=0.33, 95% CI(0.23, 0.23), P<0.00001], hemoglobin decline[OR=0.46, 95%CI(0.30, 0.30),P=0.0003], platelet decline[OR=0.45, 95% CI(0.31, 0.31), P<0.00001]}, but with no significant differences in the digestive tract reactions[OR=0.60, 95%CI(0.26, 0.26), P=0.24], and phlebitis[OR=0.98, 95%CI(0.57, 0.57), P=0.95], neurotoxic[OR=0.78, 95%CI(0.25, 0.25), P=0.67], liver function damage[OR=0.73, 95%CI(0.30, 0.30), P=0.50] and renal impairment[OR=1.48, 95% CI(0.28, 0.28), P=0.64)]. Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with NP chemotherapy in treating non-small cell lung cancer can effectively improve the quality of life, reduce severe bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy, but with no significant difference in the short-term efficacy, gastrointestinal adverse reactions, phlebitis, nerve toxicity, liver and kidney function damage from the simple NP chemotherapy. Therefore, more strict randomized, double-blind trials with a large sample size are required to further verify the efficacy and safety of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with NP chemotherapy in treating non-small cell lung cancer.

      摘要:Objective: To systematically evalate the safety and efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating cough variant asthma in children. Method: We searched The Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang Data from databasethrough computer for data as at June 8, 2015.All of randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on in treating cough variant asthma in children were searched, and research literatures included in the RCTs were also traced. Two researchers independently conducted the strict quality evaluation and data extraction for the included studies and made a Meta-analysis by using RevMan 5.3 software. Result: Totally 33 RCTs involving 3106 patients were included into the study. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with western medicine, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can significantly improve the clinical effective rate[OR=4.68, 95%CI(13.68, 5.95), P<0.00001], reduce recurrence rate[OR=0.34, 95%CI(0.25, 0.45), P<0.00001], improve forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1%)[OR=8.53, 95%CI(2.19, 14.86), P=0.008], increase peak expiratory flow(PEF%)[MD=7.01, 95%CI(6.07, 7.95), P<0.00001], shorten coughing time[MD=-4.39, 95%CI(-6.25,-2.54), P<0.00001], with statistically significant difference in both groups. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating cough variant asthma in children can effectively improve the clinical effective rate, reduce recurrence rate, improve lung function indexes(FEV1%, PEF%) and,shorten coughing time. However, due to the low methodology and quality and small sample size of included RCTs in this study, more RCTs with a large sample size are required to further verify the efficacy and safety of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating cough variant asthma in children.

Method: We searched Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang Data through computer for data as at June 13, 2015.All of randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of Gegen Qinlian Tang in treating infantile rotavirus enteritis were searched, and research literatures included in the RCTs were also traced. Two researchers independently conducted the strict quality evaluation and data extraction for the included studies and made a Meta-analysis by using RevMan 5.3 software. Result: Totally 10 RCTs involving 1092 patients were included into the study. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the control group, Gegen Qinlian Tang can significantly improve the clinical effective rate[OR=4.27, 95%CI(2.76,6.62), P<0.00001], and showed the combined test analysis result of Z=6.49, with statistically significant differencesin both groups. Conclusion: Gegen Qinlian Tang in treating infantile rotavirus enteritis can effectively improve the clinical effective rate. However, due to the low methodology and quality and small sample size of included RCTs in this study, more restrict high-quality multicenter RTCs are required to further verify the efficacy and safety of Gegen Qinlian Tang in treating infantile rotavirus enteritis.

      摘要:Objective: To systematically evaluate the safety and efficacy of modified Sijunzi Tang in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Method: We searched Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang Data through computer for data as at June 14, 2015.All of randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of modified Sijunzi Tang in treating chronic atrophic gastritis were searched, relevant core journals were manually searched, and research literatures included in the RCTs were also traced. Two researchers independently conducted the strict quality evaluation and data extraction for the included studies on the basis of the Cochrane system assessor handbook 5.1, and made a Meta-analysis by using RevMan 5.3 software. Result: Totally 7 RCTs involving 577 patients were included into the study. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with western medicine, modified Sijunzi Tang can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in treating patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, with the effect size and 95% confidence interval of[OR=4.10, 95%CI(2.57, 6.53), P<0.00001], merge test analysis result of Z=5.94, and statistically significant differences in both groups. In adverse reaction, only one study showed dry mouth in 1 case, dizziness in 2 cases, 1 case of diarrhea in the control group were recovered with no need of treatment. Observation group showed no adverse reactions, with a significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: According to the Meta-analysis on the seven included CRTs, modified Sijunzi Tang in treating chronic atrophic gastritis can effectively improve the clinical effective rate. However, due to the low quality and small sample size of included RCTs in this study, more multicenter, double-blind RCTs with a large sample size are required to further verify the efficacy and safety of modified Sijunzi Tang in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the safety and efficacy of modified Sijunzi Tang combined with Tongxie Yaofang in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D). Method: We searched Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Embase, CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang Data through computer for data as at June 16, 2015.All of randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of modified Sijunzi Tang combined with Tongxie Yaofang in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were searched, and research literatures included in the RCTs were also traced. Two researchers independently conducted the strict quality evaluation and data extraction for the included studies on the basis of the Cochrane system assessor handbook 5.1, and made a Meta-analysis by using RevMan 5.3 software. Result: Totally 9 RCTs involving 811 patients were included into the study. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the pure application of western medicine, Sijunzi Tang combined with Tongxie Yaofang can significantly improve the clinical effective rate[OR=3.75, 95%CI(2.43, 5.78), P<0.00001], with statistical significant differences. In the Adverse reactions, one study showed follow-up reports that during the medication treatment, both groups were not allergic or intolerant to the drug, with no obvious side effect. Sensitivity analysis results showed a stable efficacy evaluation, asymmetric 'Funnel Plot' analysis, with the potential publication bias. Conclusion: Modified Sijunzi Tang combined with Tongxie Yaofang in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome is superior to conventional western medicine therapy, without any severe adverse effect. However, due to the low methodology and quality and small sample size of included RCTs in this study as well as high bias risk, more high-quality multicenter, randomized, double-blind trials with a large sample size are required to further verify the efficacy and safety of modified Sijunzi Tang combined with Tongxie Yaofang in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.

      摘要:Objective: To systematically evaluate the safety and efficacy of Xiaochaihu Tang in treating apoplectic vertigo. Method: We searched the CochraneLibrary, Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang Data through computer for data as at June19, 2015.All of randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of Xiaochaihu Tang in treating apoplectic vertigo were searched, and research literatures included in the RCTs were also traced. Two researchers independently conducted the strict quality evaluation and data extraction for the included studies and made a Meta-analysis by using RevMan 5.3 software Result:Totally 12 RCTs involving 1181 patients were included into the study. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the pure application of western medicine, Xiaochaihu Tang can significantly improve the clinical effective rate[OR=7.53, 95%CI(5.08, 11.17), Z=10.05, P<0.00001], reduce plasma viscosity[MD=-0.49, 95%CI(-0.53,-0.45), Z=21.99, P<0.00001], with statistical significant differences. In the adverse reactions, only two study showed the adverse reactions in follow-up reports:the experiment group showed no serious adverse eventsduring treatment, whereas the control group showed 5 cases of dry mouth,5 cases of sleepiness and7 cases of intestines and stomach discomfort during treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.5). Conclusion: Xiaochaihu Tang in treating apoplectic vertigo can effectively improve the clinical effective rate and reduce plasma viscosity and is advantageous over the simple administration with western medicine. However, due to the low methodology and quality and small sample size of included RCTs in this study, more strict multicenter, randomized, double-blind trials with a large sample size are required to further verify the efficacy and safety of Xiaochaihu Tang in treating apoplectic vertigo.

Method: We searched Pubmed, The Cochrane Library, Embase, CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang Data through computer for data June 20,2015.All of Randomized Controlled Trials(RCTs) of modified Banxia Xiexin Tang in treating reflux esophagitis were searched, and research literatures included in the RCTs were also traced. Two researchers independently conducted the strict quality evaluation and data extraction for the included studies on the basis of the Cochrane system assessor handbook 5.1, and made a Meta-analysis by using RevMan 5.3 software. Result: Totally 12 RCTs involving 914 patients were included into the study. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the pure application of western medicine, modified Banxia Xiexin Tang in treating reflux esophagitis can significantly improve the comprehensive clinical efficacy[OR=3.41, 95%CI(2.22,5.23), P<0.00001], improve the efficacy under gastroscope[OR=1.58, 95%CI(1.04,2.41), P=0.03] and reduce the recurrence rate[OR=0.23, 95%CI(0.14, 0.40), P<0.00001], with statistical significant differences. In the Adverse reactions, one study showed follow-up reports that the treatment group showed no obvious adverse reaction, whereas the control group showed 14 different degree of adverse reactions, including 4 cases of nausea, 7 cases of headache, 2 cases of abdominal pain, 1 case of soreness of waist, but all of them were tolerant to the drug until the end of the treatment, and the above adverse reactions were relieved with the continuous medication.Sensitivity analysis results showed a stable efficacy evaluation, asymmetric 'Funnel Plot' analysis, with the potential publication bias. Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin Tang in treating reflux esophagitis shows a superior comprehensive clinical efficacy to conventional western medicine, without any severe adverse effect. Therefore, more multicenter, randomized, double-blind trials with a large sample size are required to further verifythe efficacy and safety of Banxia Xiexin Tang in treating reflux esophagitis.

      摘要:During the development of Chinese medicine industry in China,unscientific disposal of waste puts pressure on both environment and resources.However,enterprises are lack of drive to reuse waste as resources.In new normal state it is urgent to accelerate the strategic adjustment of the economic structure,while new structural economics provides a theory frame for restructuring and upgrading of economy and industry.From perspective of new structural economics,the authors analyze the production of waste in Chinese medicine industry,realistic significance of waste reuse as resources and the function of market and government on this matter.Chinese medicine industry belongs to strategic industry according to phase characteristics of industry development.The condition is put forward for enterprises to change waste into resources under market system.To encourage Chinese medicine enterprises to reuse waste as resources,the government should increase private return by financial subsidy and increase private cost by property right system to promote sustainable development of Chinese medicine industry.

      摘要:Most Dendropanax plants are used as traditional folk medicine and have functions of moisture and activating blood detumescence effects, which collected in Chinese Materia Medica, The Dictionary of Medicinal Plant, The National Assembly of Chinese Herbal Medicine, She-national Medicine, and others. Comprehensive analysis of the literatures on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities from genus Dendropanax, and they collected via piles of resources including CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu, Web of science, SciFinder, Pubmed, and others. Polyacetylenes, phenylpropanoids, flavonoids and triterpenoids considered as the main constituents of Dendropanax. Both the extracts and monomeric compounds from Dendropanax possess anti-inflammatory, anti-complement, cytotoxic, insecticidal and antioxidant activities. Furthermore, Dendropanax and Panax are closely related, is a potential development value of medicinal plants. However, only has carried on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities studies of Dendropanax dentiger, D. proteus, D. arboreus, D. morbifera, D. trifidus, and D. cf querceti, and with less clinical efficacy research. Therefore, has carried on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities systematic studies of Dendropanax, combined with clinical efficacy, in order to clarify its material basis and mechanism. This review aims to provide comprehensive information on the phytochemistry and pharmacological research of Dendropanax based on scientific literatures. It will build up a new foundation for the quality control, clinal application, and resasonable development of Dendropanax plants.
