摘要:Objective:To investigate Chinese medicine oil-bearing water bodies ultrafiltrate physical and chemical parameters associated with the process of reverse osmosis membrane.Methods: Looking on oil-bearing water bodies ultrafiltrate of Chinese medicine volatile oil as the research object,determinate the physical and chemical parameters,the process of reverse osmosis membrane flux with time,through data mining technology,explorate the relevance of physical and chemical parameters and membrane process.Results: For Chinese medicine oil-bearing water bodies,the main factors that affecting the stability of composite reverse osmosis membrane flux are Turbidity and pH;the main factors that affecting composite reverse osmosis membrane flux decline rate are Conductivity and pH.Conclusion: Chinese medicine oil-bearing water bodiesultrafiltrate physical and chemical properties,especially pH,is an important factor in the membrane process.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the stability of Tanreqing injection and its compatibility with Aminoglycosides.Methods: The insoluble particles of Tanreqing injection in five kinds of infusion solution were detected respectively by light-blockage method.The contents of Baicalin in two mixed solutions within 8h were determined by HPLC respectively.And the appearance and pH value of the mixtures were compared with those before mixing.The changes after Tanreqing injection mixed with isepamicin,etimicin or gentamycin were observed.Results: After Tanreqing injection was mixed with each one of the five kinds of infusion solution,the number of particles increased.And the contents of Baicalin and pH value had no obvious change in the solution mixed with 5% GS or 0.9% NS.There are visible substances in Tanreqing injection mixed with aminoglycosides.Conclusions: The insoluble particles of Tanreqing injection should be monitored in clinical application.There is incompatibility between Tanreqing injection and aminoglycosides.

摘要:Objective:To analyze and identify the chemical composition of Dachunxiong Fang by LC-MS.Method:The analysis was performed on an AQCUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm) column.The mobile phases were acetonitrile and water in gradient elution.ESI source was used and data were acquited in positive and negative mode.Result:The structures of 17 compounds of Dachunxiong Fang were identified by direct comparison with MS and MS2 of Q-TOF,the elemental compositions analysis,the standard substance and the data of the literature.Furthermore,the types of the compounds were phenols,organic acids,phthalides and compounds containg nitrogen.Addition,the mass spectrum characterization of the major chemical composition of Dachunxiong Fang are analyzed.Conclusion:It is a rapid and accurate method that the composition of compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine can be identified in terms of the separation of ultra high performance liquid chromatography,the accurate molecular weights measured by MS and other information,which can trace to the source of compounds in Dachuanxiong Fang.

摘要:Objective: To analyze and identify the chemical composition of Dachunxiong Fang by LC-MS. Method :The analysis was performed on an AQCUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm) column.The mobile phases were acetonitrile and water in gradient elution.ESI source was used and data were acquited in positive and negative mode. The voltage of electrode was-150 mv and 400 mv.Results:The minimum measurement limit of NE,E,DA,HVA and 5-HT were 2.0,3.0,5.4,5.2 and 11.1 ng·mL-1 respectively.The average recoveries were 99.72%,85.33%,83.15%,120.43% and 103.56%,respectively.The RSD of intra-day(n=6) and inter-day(n=3) were less than 9.12%.Conclusion:The method was easy to operate,rapid,accuracy and high in sensitivity,and could be applied in quantitative determination and study of monoamines neurotransmitters and their metabolites in rat plasma.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Sangjuyin drug serum on the expression of TLRs on RAW264.7. Methods: RAW264.7 cell line was stimulated with the drug serum containing Sangjuyin. Expressions of TLRs mRNA were detected with real-time PCR after 24 hours. Results: The serum contained Sangjuyin could upregulated the expression of TLR-3 mRNA and TLR-7 mRNA in RAW264.7 cells. Conclusion: Promoting the expression of Toll-like receptors mRNA may be the elementary basis of Sangjuyin to play the effect.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the difference in effect of components formula of Shengmai Powder and that of decoction of Shengmai Powder (SMP) on regulating glucocorticoid receptor (GR) in rats after thermal injury. Methods: A total of 32 male SD rats were randomly assigned into normal control group, thermal injury group, components of SMP group and decoction of SMP group, with 8 rats in each group. Rats in normal control and thermal injury groups were intragastrically administered with normal saline (NS) at room temperature once daily and rats in components and decoction of SMP groups were treated with mixture of aqueous extracts of Ophiopogonis Japonic, Fructus schizandrae Chinensis and ginsenosides or decoction of SMP respectively once daily for a week. After the last administration, rats except those in normal control underwent thermal injury for one hour, and then were sacrificed immediately by decapitation. Blood serum was collected, and serum corticosterone (CS) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) levels were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA) respectively. Cytosols from liver, lung and kidney were used to determine the GR binding capacity by radioligand receptor binding assay. The results were analyzed by one point analysis. Results: The simple point analysis showed that the binding capacities of GR in liver, lung and kidney cytosols after thermal injury were obviously lower than that of normal control (P<0.01). GR binding capacities in liver and lung cytosols of components and decoction of SMP groups were higher than that of thermal injury group. GR binding capacities in liver cytosol of components of SMP group was higher than that of decoction of SMP group, but no significant differences were detected in lung and kidney cytosols between the two groups. Both the Serum CS and ACTH levels of thermal injury group, components of SMP group and decoction of SMP group were higher than that of normal control group. But there was no significant difference between the three groups. Conclusion: The effect of component of SMP on up-regulating GR is better at least partly than that of decoction of SMP in rats after thermal injury.

摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effects of Baoligan capsule on acute alcohol induced liver injury in mice. Methods: After oral administration of Baoligan (300 and 600 mg·kg-1) for seven days, the mice were administrated alcohol(8 g·kg-1)to induce liver injury. Hepatic function was evaluated by assessing alanine aminotransferase (ALT) level in plasma. TBARS method was performed to detect the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver. Antioxidant capacity of liver was measured by oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) assay. The contents of glutathione (GSH) were detected in liver by HPLC method. Hepatic glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were detected by enzymology method. Results: Baoligan capsule decreased the levels of ALT in plasma and the content of MDA in liver. It also increased the levels of ORAC, GSH, GSH-Px and SOD in liver as compared with alcoholic control group. Conclusion : Baoligan capsule exerted protective effects on liver injury in mice loaded with alcohol.

摘要:Objective: To study the anti-bradycardic mechanism of Ganfu granule in rats. Methods: The bradycardic model in rats was induced by propranolol (Pro). the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of Malonydialdehyde (MDA) in heart tissue were detected; the content of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in heart tissue as well as the content of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP),endothelin (ET) in plasma were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: Ganfu granule (30,90,270 mg·kg-1) significantly inhibited the Pro-induced decrease of heart rate in rats, reduced the content of MDA,cGMP in heart tissue, markedly increased the content of CGRP in plasma and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP in heart tissue. Gan granule(90, 270 mg·kg-1) markedly increased the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in heart tissue; Compare with model group, the changes of the content of ET in plasma and cAMP in heart tissue were not obviouse. Conclusion: The anti-bradycardic mechanism of Ganfu granule may be related to anti-free radicals, increasing CGRP, regulating the balance between cAMP and cGMP.  
摘要:Objective:To study the anti-bradycardic mechanism of Ganfu granule in rats.Methods: The bradycardic model in rats was induced by propranolol(Pro). the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of Malonydialdehyde(MDA) in heart tissue were detected;the content of cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP),cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP) in heart tissue as well as the content of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),endothelin(ET) in plasma were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results: Ganfu granule(30,90,270 mg·kg-1) significantly inhibited the Pro-induced decrease of heart rate in rats,reduced the content of MDA,cGMP in heart tissue,markedly increased the content of CGRP in plasma and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP in heart tissue. Gan granule(90,270 mg·kg-1) markedly increased the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in heart tissue;Compare with model group,the changes of the content of ET in plasma and cAMP in heart tissue were not obviouse.Conclusion:The anti-bradycardic mechanism of Ganfu granule may be related to anti-free radicals,increasing CGRP,regulating the balance between cAMP and cGMP.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of the flavonoids of Sarcand glabrain(ZJF-HT) on the expansion of mature megakaryocytes and CFU-Meg in vitro. Methods: Megakaryocytes and megakaryocyte progenitor cells were cultured in liquid and semi-solid colony culture systems respectively. The effects of ZJF-HT and ZJF-HT serum on the expansion of mature megakaryocytes and CFU-Meg were observed. Results: ZJF-HT,up to 125 μg·mL-1,could increase the number of mature megakaryocytes and CFU-Meg compared with model group (P<0.05). ZJF-HT serum could significantly increase the number of mature megakaryocytes over the range of 0.39%~6.25% and also significantly promote the formation of CFU-Meg over the range of 0.20%~6.25%(compared with model group, P<0.01). Conclusions: Both ZJF-HT and ZJF-HT serum can promote the expansion of mature megakaryocytes and CFU-Meg.

摘要:目的:观察糖尿病肾病(DN)模型大鼠肾小管上皮细胞标志蛋白CK-18的表达,探讨通络益肾汤对DN模型大鼠肾脏保护作用的机理。方法:采用单侧肾脏切除+STZ诱导DN大鼠模型,大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、通络益肾汤组、西药治疗组。观察各组大鼠治疗后证候积分、空腹血糖(FBG)、肾功能(BUN、Cre)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upr)及肾小管上皮细胞标志蛋白CK-18的表达。结果:与模型组比较,通络益肾汤组大鼠的证候积分、FBG、BUN、Cre、24 h Upr均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),肾小管上皮细胞CK-18表达明显升高(P<0.05)。在改善证候积分、恢复肾小管上皮细胞CK-18表达方面,通络益肾汤组明显优于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:通络益肾汤对DN大鼠模型具有一定的治疗作用,其机理可能与提高DN模型大鼠肾小管上皮细胞CK-18表达,抗肾纤维化有关。  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction on chronic renal failure (CRF) in model rats and explore its action mechanism.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction group,the Western medicine enalapril maleate group,the model group and the sham group.The CRF model was induced by 5/6 subtotal nephrectomy in rats.The blood levels of urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cre),nitric oxide (NO),endothelin (ET),clacitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and pathological changes of residual kidney were detected.Results:Following treatment,the blood levels of BUN and Ser of both the TCM group and the Western medicine group significantly declined compared with those of the model group (P<0.01);moreover,the decline in the TCM group was more remarkable than in the western medicine group (P<0.05).Compared with the sham group,the blood levels of ET and CGRP of the model group significantly rose (P<0.01).Both the drugs studied could effectively lower the blood level of ET and the decreasing extents were significant in both the TCM group (P<0.O1) and the Western medicine group (P<0.05) when compared with the model group.The blood level of CGRP of the TCM group also declined(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the blood level of NO of each group.The most severe pathologic changes in renal tissue were observed in the model group and Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction could alleviate the changes more effectively than enalapfril maleate.Conclusion:Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction can protect renal functions of CRF rats more effectively than enalapril maleate.The action mechanism of the TCM might include the down-regulation of the blood ET level,and the alleviation of pathologic changes of renal tissues.

摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of Xingnaojing Emulsion (XNJE) on hemorrhagic shock and septic shock in rabbits. Methods: A rabbit model of hemorrhagic shock was established by bloodletting from femoral artery of rabbits; LPS of E.coli was injected to rabbits via vein to induce septic shock. The successful model rabbits were equally and randomly assigned into 5 groups: normal saline (NS) control group, low, middle and high dose of XNJE (25.7,51.4,102.75 mg·kg-1)group and positive control group (treated with Xingnaojing injection, 51.4 mg·kg-1) (n=8 for each group). The antishock effect of XNJE was then observed. Results: In the hemorrhagic shock model, XNJE could obviously heighten the blood pressure, quicken the heart rate, inhibit the abnormal increase of MDA and enhance the activity of SOD in serum.Besides, in the septic shock model, XNJE could lower the death rate of rabbits, extend the survival time, heighten the blood pressure, inhibit the abnormal increase of MDA, lower the content of NO and enhance the activity of SOD in serum. Conclusion: XNJE exerts a protective effect on hemorrhagic shock and septic shock in rabbits, which could be related with the improvement of microcirculation and antioxidation.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of different solvent extracts of Blumea riparia (BI) DC on bleeding time (BT),coagulation time (CT) and plasma recalcification time (RT).Methods:BT was determined by the cutting tail method in mice.CT was tested by the capillary method and the slice method in mice respectively,and RT was tested in vitro in rabbits.Results:BT,CT and RT were shortened by the different solvent extracts of Blnmea riparia (BI) DC.in some degree;The results also showed that 70% alcohol extract could significantly shorten BT (P<0.01),CT (P<0.01) in mice,and had very remarkable shortening RT (P<0.01) effect in rabbit.Conclusion:70% alcohol extract of Blumea riparia (B1.) DC.has stronger hemostasis effect than other extracts.

Methods: Relevant literatures were reviewed via database and assessed via randomized controlled trial (RCT) scale.A1l reviewed literatures were assessed via Jadad quality scale. Data statistical analyses were performed by RevMan4.1 software. Results: Clinical efficient: since test for heterogeneity: P=0.31,it indicates the data have homogeneity,so we use the fixed effect model. OR=3.99,95%(2.98,5.33);Z=9.34,P<0.000 01. It means that Chinese medicine treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis symptom in improving clinical has obvious advantages compared with western medicine. For Pathologic biopsy and endoscopy, the test for heterogeneity: P=0.000 1,it indicates the data have heterogeneity,so we use the random-effect models OR=4.67,95%(3.64,5.99);Z=12.13,P<0.000 01. It means that Chinese medicine treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis symptom in improving laboratory medicine has obvious advantages compared with western medicine. Conclusion: TCM treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis shows curative effect, and there are obvious advantages compared with western medicine.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of curcumin on anti-liver fibrosis and its mechanism. Methods: Model of liver fibrosis was induced by intraperitoneal injection of dimethylnitrosamine. Rats were divided into 5 groups after four weeks, each group of rats were treated with corresponding drug. The serum HA,PCIII and Hyp in liver tissue were determined.The changes of liver and expression of PDGF-BB,PDGFRβ,ERK1 of liver were observed by immunohistochemistry. The level and of PDGFRβ,ERK1 mRNA were observed by RT-PCR. Results: Curcumin could obviously decrease relevant index on liver fibrosis and the level of Hyp. Pathological results indicated curcumin could obviously improve the pathological lesion of rat liver fibrosis. The protein expression of PDGF-BB,PDGFRβ,ERK1 was inhibited,and the mRNA expression of PDGFRβ,ERK1 mRNA was down regulated by curcumin. Conclusion: Curcumin is effective in treatment of liver fibrosis, and its mechanism of anti-liver fibrosis is related to inhibiting the expression of PDGFRβ,ERK1 in liver.

摘要:The "Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments" has been the important contents of incompatibility of Chinese herbs since JIN and YUAN dynasty. With the raising of medical treatment for human health and scientific cognition level, the incompatibility of Chinese herbs is an increasing concern and becomes a burning and crucial scientific question.
