摘要:Objective:To determine of hesperidin in pericarpium citri reticulatae from the different producing area to estimate the quality of Pericarpium Citri Rcti culatae.Methods: The HPLC was adopted,the separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),methanol-acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61) was used as the mobile phase,the detective wavelength was at 283 nm,the flow rate was at 1.0 mL·min-1,and the column temperature was at room temperature.Results: The hesperidin showed a good linearity at the range of 0.4~3.6 μg,r=(0.999 8,) the average recovery was 99.28%,RSD=1.09%(n=6).The contents of hesperidin in the samples collected from different producing area were varied.Conclusion: The method can be used to estimate the quality of pericarpium citri reticulatae.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of different concentration of macroelement,microelement and organic element on the growth and accumulation of tanshinones in hairy root of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Method: Hairy root of Salvia miltiorrhiza were cultured by liquid 6,7-V mediums with default,1/8,1/4,normal and 4,8 times of macroelement、microelement and organic element.We determined the growth and the contents of dihydrotanshinone、cryptotanshinone、tanshinoneⅠ、tanshinoneⅡA by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method at the same cultivation period.Result: Macroelement affect the growth and concentration of tanshinones significantly.Default macroelement can promote the accumulation of tanshinones significantly,but hold-back the growth of hairy hoot significantly.High concentration of macroelement can promote the growth of hairy root but reduced the accumulation of tanshinones significantly.Microelement and organic element can not affect the growth and accumulation of tanshinones significantly.Conclusion: Macroelement is the main factor to affect the growth and the accumulation of tanshinones in Salvia miltiorrhiza.Low concentration of macroelement can promote the accumulation of tanshinones,which can supply some foundations to study the cultivation of hairy roots and formation mechanism of the quality of different Salvia miltiorrhiza.

摘要:Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprint of General Ginsenoside in extract of Ginseng radix.Methods: HPLC with Hypersil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column was used,was consistea of acetonitril and water with 0.1% H3PO4.The moblie phase and detection wavelength was at 203 nm.The flow rate was 1.3 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results:10 peaks were obsened on the HPLC fingerprint of General Ginsenoside in extract of Ginseng radix.Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of General Ginsenoside in the extract of Ginseng radix.
摘要:Objective:To develop a headspace gas chromatography method for the residual organic solvents in butorphanol tartrate.Methods: The sample was injected into ZB-1 capillary column by headspace sampler and analysed with FID detector using ethylacetate as the internal standard and H2O as the solvent.Results: Methanol,acetone,dichloromethane,ether,chloroform,tetrahydrofuran were linear at the ranges of 1.811~394.6 μg·mL-1,1.015~389.41,0.130~407.2,0.447~198.3.776~100.6,0.341~201.8 μg·mL-1,respectively;The recoveries were 97.2%,98.8%,102.5%,102.3%,100.3%,96.4% respectively.Each of the relative standard deviations was no more than 5.0%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in butorphanol tartrate.

摘要:Objective:To develop a method for the determination of harpagide and 8-O-acetylharpagide in Herbal Ajugae.Methods:The determination was performed on Kromasil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)and detected at 202 nm,the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and water,gradient elution,the flow-rate was at 1.0 mL·min-1.Results:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.44 μg to 4.40 μg(r=(0.999 4)) for harpagide and 0.1 μg to 10 μg(r=(0.999 8)) for.The average recovery of harpagide was 100.93% with RSD 1.93%,and 8-O-acetylharpagide was 99.81% with RSD 1.62%.Conclusions: The method is simple,accurate,reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Ajuga decumbens Thunb.
摘要:Objective:To study the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids and quercitrin from cacumen platycladi.Methods: The extract conditions,such as concentration of ethanol,extraction times,extraction time and ratio of solvent to material were investigated by the orthonogal design with the content of tiliroside as the chemical reference.Results: The optimum extraction condition was established as follows: ethanol concentration 70%,extracting 1.5 hours for three times and the ratio of solvent to material 1∶8.Conclusion: The present investigation provided the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids and quercitrin from the Platycladus orientalis Franco.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of carbonized cortex moutan on platelet aggregation and TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α in rats.Methods:SD rats were used for the research.The effects of carbonized cortex moutan and the main hemostasia active fractions of carbonized cortex moutan on platelet aggregation induced by ADP and collagen,TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in rats were obserred.Results:Carbonized cortex moutan and the main hemostasia active fractions of carbonized cortex moutan increased platelet aggregation induced by ADP and collagen,then increased the level of TXB2 and decreased the level of 6-keto-PGF1α.Conclusion:The main hemostasia mechanism of carbonized cortex moutan and the main hemostasia active fractions of carbonized cortex moutan is to increase platelet aggregation by affecting the level of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α.
摘要:Objective: Using the method of statistical analysis to explore the relationship between the TCM formulae of different proportions and the treatment for diseases.Methods:We retrieved database containing(1 242) formulae of Radix Angelica and Rhizoma Ligusticum from the "Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulae",and then built the database to analyze the relationship among its ratio,corresponding major disease and its department.Results: The ratio "1∶1" appears to be the most(68.06%)in the(1 242) formulae containing Radix Angelica and Rhizoma Ligusticum;which were most-frequently used for the treatment of the diseases in internal medicine and gynecology.Conclusion:Using the method of the statistical frequency analysis We can find the applied pattern of the TCM formulae and provide a theoretical basis for using herbs effectively in clinic.
摘要:Objective:Changes of protein expression of MMP-9/13 and TIMP1/2 in fibrotic liver tissue induced by porcine serum and effect of Xiayuxue Decoction on it are investigated in this study to explore mechanism of Xiayuxue Decotion in reversing it.Methods:Liver fibrosis in rats was induced by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum.After 8wk of modeling,rats were given Xiayuxue Decoction for 4 weeks.Rats were sacrificed and sample was obtained for determination at 1 wk,2 wk,4 wk,8 wk and the end of 12 wk of modeling for determination.Results:High activity of MMP-2/9 and high expression TIMP-1 characterizes this liver fibrosis model from beginning to the end.Decreased protein expression of MMP-9/13 in early stage and increased protein expression of MMP-9/13 in early stage and increased protein expression of MMP-9/13 affect by protein expression TIMP-1/2.Xiayuxue Decoction can increase activity of MMP-9,promote expression of MMP-9/13,inhibit expression of TIMP-1/2.Conclusions:Imbalanced MMP-9/13 and TIMP-1/2 expression is seen in this model.The anti-liver fibrosis mechanism of Xiayuxue Decoction is regulating MMP-9/13 and TIMP-1/2 expression to degrade excessive deposition of extracellular matrix.

摘要:Objective:To observe influence of White Prepared Lateral Root of Aconite on cardiac enzymes in normal and KidneyYang insufficiency rats and explore the difference of both.Method:Eighty Sprague-Dawley(SD)male rats were divided randomly into normal group and Kidney-Yang insufficiency model group,forty rats in each group.After producing Kidney-Yang insufficiency model by injecting hydrocortisoni natrii succinas in intramuscular,normal and model rats were respectively and randomly divided into little,low,medium,great dose group and blank group,eight rats in each group.Those rats were administered orally with different concentrations of white prepared lateral root of aconite every day for two weeks.After twenty-four hour the last oral administration,blood serum and cardiac muscle tissue homogenate were prepared and used for testing creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),cardiac muscle succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),Na+-k+ ATPase,adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH),hydrocortisone(COR),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP).Results:Hydrogenation cortisone caused cAMP and COR descend,but cGMP increase.With adding dose,all rats LDH squinted towards going up,normal rats’LDH going up was quicker than model rats’,which indicated mainly abnormal influence on surrounding cardiac muscle enzyme.However,all rats SDH and Na+-K+-ATPase had a trend of descending.Normal rats’ SDH descending was quicker than model rats’,which showed white prepared lateral root of aconite also impacted rats’cardiac muscle mitochondrion enzyme.Conclusion: White prepared lateral root of aconite had less cardiac toxicity on Kidney-Yang insufficiency rats.This study provided objective evidence for the theory of evaluating traditional Chinese herbal toxicity based on animal model with a specific TCM syndrome.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the pharmacological effects of Huanglianjiedu decoction(HLJD) on infectious diseases.Methods:The rabbits febris model was induced by typhoid-paratyphoid A-paratyphoid B triple vaccine,and the effects of HLJD on rabbits’ body temperature was observed;The influence of HLJD to death rate of mice infected by staphylococcus aureus was observed.We also studied the influence of HLJD to dimethyl benzene-induced ear-swelling of mice.Results:HLJD degraded the rabbits’ body temperature obviously,it could protect the staphylococcus aureus-infected mice,decreased the death rate of mice,at the same time,it obviously inhibited the mice ear-swelling.Conclusions:HLJD showed significant relieve fever,antibiosis and anti-inflammatory effects,these provided certain experimental evidence for HLJD in dealing with infectious diseases.
摘要:Objective:To observe and evaluate the anti-tumor effect of MC002,the semi synthesis derivative of triptolide,on human colonic tumor in HCT-8 mice.Methods: BALB/c nude mice of human colonic tumor model was made through HCT-8 cells inoculation.Anti-tumor activity of MC002 was evaluated in terms of relative tumor growth rate,tumor weight and tumor inhibitory ratio in mice transplanted.Results: Tumor volume and weight in every MC002 dosage group were obviously smaller than that in the control group.after ten times of administration,the values of T/C% in the groups of 1.5 mg·kg-1 and 1.0 mg·kg-1 were less than 40% with dose-effect relation ship.Conclusion:MC002 has significant restraining effect on the growth of HCT-8 tumor in mice.It may be developed into a new promising anticancer drug through further studies.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of drugs of invigorating spleen,heat-clearing,eliminating stasis on QOUH in rat model of gastric ulcer.Methods:The rat model of gastric ulcer was constructed by injection of acetic acid.The rats were randomly divided into model group,ranitidine group,invigorating spleen group,heating-clearing group,eliminating stasis group,complex prescription group and normal control group.The ulcer index(UI),regenerated mucosal thickness,lamina muscularis mucosal width and capsular broaden glandular organ quantity were observed by HE,and the levels of EGF and 6-keto-PGF1α were detected by ELISA.The expression of EGFR in the mucosa around the ulcer was detected by SABC kit immunohistochemical method.Results:Compared with Model group,the regenerated mucosal thickness,lamina muscularis mucosae defect extent,UI and capsular broaden glandular organ quantity in invigoraing spleen,heat-clearing,elimianting stasis and complex prescription treating groups were different significantly(P<0.01).And the effect of complex prescription was better than ranitidine in different degree(P<0.05,or P<0.01).Compared with ranitidine,invigorating spleen group,heating-clearing group,eliminating stasis increased the levels of 6-keto-PGF1α closed to the normal.Compared with model group and normal control group,the levels of EGF in serum in treating groups were increased significantly(P<0.01).Positive expression of EGFR around ulcerative tissues in treating groups were strengthened obviously(P<0.05,or P<0.01),and the effect of complex prescription was the best(P<0.01).Conclusion:Drugs of invigorating spleen,heat-clearing and eliminating stasis can improve the QOUH and prevent from recurring by improving histological maturation and functional maturation of regenerative mucosa in GU rats.

摘要:Objective:Objective:To observe the effects and dose-effect relationship of "ethanol extract from Polygonatum Odoratum" on Hemodynamics in Rats of Heart Failure Following Myocardial Infarction.Methods:Seventy healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were divived randomly into sham group,model group,large dosage of "ethanol extract from Polygonatum Odoratum" group,moderate dosage of "ethanol extract from Polygonatum Odoratum" group,small dosage of "ethanol extract from Polygonatum Odoratum" group.After successful model duplication,rats in different dosage of "ethanol extract from Polygonatum Odoratum" groups were treated with intravenous injection of 6 g/kg,3 g/kg,0.3 g/kg distinctly,while rats in sham group or model group received 6 ml/kg saline.The heart rate(HR),left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP),left ventricular diastolic pressure(LVDP),maximum rise speed of left ventricular pressure(+dp/dtmax),maximum drop speed of left ventricular pressure(-dp/dtmax)were measured at different time points(before injection and 5,10,20,30 minutes after injection)and comparatively analyed.Result:The HR decreased at 5 minutes in large dosage group and model group,the LVSP was lower,the +dp/dtmax and-dp/dtmax were slower,the LVDP increased at the same time,all these parameter went back to normal at 20 and 30 minutes points,the small dosage group was found changes in these parameters at 10 minutes point except HR.Conclusion:"ethanol extract from Polygonatum Odoratum" has negative inotropic and negative chronotropic action in CHF rats.These two actions have dose-effect relationship.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Hanshibi Pellet(HSB) on synovial membrane hyperplasia and expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 mRNA in rheumatiod arthritis induced by heat-killed mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra(Mtb) in SD rats.Methods: The adjuvant-induced rheumatoid arthritis(AA) in SD rats was established by sc immunization with the heat-killed mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra(Mtb).The expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 mRNA in synovial membrane was measured by using nucleic acid hybridization in situ.Results:HSB could significantly inhibit the injury in ankle joint and decrease the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 mRNA in synovial membrane of AA model rats.Conclusions: HSB can inhibit the injury in ankle joint,which is concerned with the decrease of MMP-1 and MMP-3 mRNA expression in synovial membrane of AA model rats.
摘要:Objective:Methods:Results:Conclusions:To study the effect of parenteral injection of milkvetch root saponin on myocardial contraction in experimental heart failure dogs.Methods:Acute heart failure model in anesthetic dogs was induced by using pentobarbital sodium,the central depressant.Parenteral injection of milkvetch root saponin was injected through vein.Then the heart function parameters,e.g.left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP),left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP),contractive pressure maximum upstroke velocity(+dp/dtmax),diastolic pressure maximum descent velocity(-dp/dtmax),and heart rate(HR) were determined.Results: Milkvetch root saponin could obviously increase heart failure dogs’ LVSP,+dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax while it had no significant effect on LVEDP and HR.Conclusion: The injection of milkvetch root saponin can enhance myocardial contractility,improve the functions of myocardial contraction and relaxation,and it has obvious effect in treating acute heart failure.

摘要:Objective:To explore the effects of Baoqingkang,a prescription for replenishing kidney,invigorating Qi and activating blood,on anti-stress ability,the learning and memory and the related enzyme activities in the aged mice.Methods:The various stress including fatigue resistance,normal hypoxia tolerance and heat resistance abilities assay was employed to evaluate the anti-stress ability of Baoqingkang;The baiting method was employed to measure the learning and memory of the aged mice;McEwen method was employed to measure cerebral MAOB activities of the middle age and the old age mice.TBA method,pyrogallol autoxidation method and DNBT method were employed to determine the liver MDA,SOD activities and GSH-Px activities in brain,liver,heart and whole blood of the aged mice,respectively.Results:Baoqingkang could prolonge the mouse swimming time,the survival time of hypobaric hypoxic mice,decrease the mortality in the heat resistance assay,increase the anti-stress ability of the mice.Baoqingkang could improve the learning and memory of the middle age and the aged mice,and decrease the liver MDA content for the aged mice,increase SOD and GSH-Px activities in brain,liver,heart and whole blood for the aged mice.Conclusion:Baoqingkang has anti-stress and anti-aging effect.
摘要:Objective:To research the Colour of tonge for HIV/AIDS patients by clinical epidemiology way.Method: Zonation,crowd method,and random parallel control were adopted for collecting and investigating the coated tongue feature of 1323 HIV/AIDS patients and 778 uninfected HIV control group.Result: The incidence rate of red tongue(42.6%) was highest,the second was carmoisine tongue(37.7%) in the patient group and the incidence rate of carmoisine tongue(54.2%) was highest,the second was red tongue(20.7%) in the control group.The incidence rate of replump tongue(19.8%) was highest for the tongue shape in the patient group.The changes in sublingual vessel was thick(13.8%) and thin(10.7%) in the patient group.The changes were statistically significant compared with the control group.Conclusion: Characteres of pathogenic factor HIV are turbid damp pyretic toxicity and stasis crientated.

摘要:Objective:To observe the pulmonary protective effect and impacts of local chest radiotherapy in corpore levels of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)and platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) after Qingzaojiufei soup treatment in patients with advanced and mediate chest tumor.Methods: The patients with advanced-mediate chest tumors who were ready to local radiotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Qinzaojiufei soup was taken for 6 months in the treatment group from the beginning of radiotherapy.The levels of plasma CTGF and PDGF were detected before and after radiotherapy.Clinical symptoms,high-resolution CT and pulmonary diffusing capacity were observed from 15th days after the beginning of radiotherapy.Results: There were significantly difference in the concentration of plasma CTGF and plasma PDGF(P<0.001)in control group compared with the treatment group after radiation therapy. There was statistically significant difference in CO diffusing capacity,acute radiation pneumonia and the incidence of pulmonary fibrosis in treament group compared with control group after the 5 months and 10 months radiotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qinzaojiufei soup can inhibit over-liberation of plasma CTGF and PDGF induced by radiotherapy to reduce the deterioration of pulmonary diffusing capacity.

摘要:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is a sort of parenchymal lesion not caused by excessive consumption of alcohol.It includes simplex fatty liver,steatohepatitis,greasy hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis.NAFLD encompasses a spectrum of common hepatic disorders in contemporary society with multiple pathologic consequences and is incidence is paralleling the increasing numbers of overweight and obese individuals worldwide.The pathogenesis of NAFLD is thought to be related mainly with insulin resistance syndrome and oxidative stress,and no effective drug can be obtained in the market for treatment of NAFLD.Large experimental studies on NAFLD are in progress recently.This review outlines the experimental studies about NAFLD and the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of NAFLD.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the pathogenetic role of poison in wilson’s disease.Methods: The understandings of poison from both Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine were collected,Damages to organism by poison,especially the pathogenetic role of poison in wilson’s disease,were discussed.Results: Poison is a common pathogenetic factor clinically and may cause damage to many organs.Wilson’s disease is a systemic disease which refers to multi-systems and organs,the accumulation of copper poison in the body is its pathophysiologic basis,and also the foundation of therapeutical method for disintoxicating.Conclusion: Poison plays a very important role in the pathogenetic factors for Wilson’s disease.The key pathogenesis of Wilson’s disease is the accumulation of copper poison in the body,and it cause the damage to the collaterals of liver,the collaterals of brain and the whole body’s collaterals.The direct disintoxication is an important method of treating Wilson’s disease.
