      摘要:Objective: To observe effect of different processed products of Cimicifugae Rhizoma in gastrointestinal function of spleen-qi deficiency animals. Method: Spleen-qi deficiency syndrome was induced in animals by compound methods which including rhubarb,exhaust and hunger.Spleen-qi deficiency animals were randomly divided into the blank group,model group and drug delivery group.After 14 days of administration,gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsion rate of mice,gastrin and motilin content of rats were determined. Result: Processed products of Cimicifugae Rhizoma can significantly reduce gastric residual rate and a significant increase in intestinal propulsion rate by comparing with the model group.After administration intervention of the model group,contents of serum gastrin were significantly improved and contents of plasma motilin were significantly increased.Each index of the group of Cimicifugae Rhizoma processed with honey bran was the closest to the blank group. Conclusion: Processed products of Rhizoma Cimicifugae can promote recovery gastrointestinal function of spleen-qi deficiency animals.Treatment effect of processing of stir-frying with honey bran for Cimicifugae Rhizoma is the best.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize excipients combination of suspending agent for Sanqi Yishen granules. Method: Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na)-dextrin,CMC-Na-starch,gum arabic-dextrin,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)-starch,gum tragacanth powder-starch,sodium carboxymethyl starch(CMS-Na)-mannitol,PVP-S630-mannitol were chosen as suspending agents,regarded sedimentation time,sedimentation volume ratio,preparation feasibility and texture of liquid as indexes,fuzzy mathematics method was adopted to optimize excipient combination of suspending agents to make the raw powder of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma suspend and float well in liquid for ensuring accurate medication. Result: The best excipient combination of suspending agents for Sanqi Yishen granules was a mixture of 5%CMC-Na and 45% starch,and there are 40.5% of people who think it was‘very good’. Conclusion: Using CMC-Na-Starch as excipient combination of suspending agent for Sanqi Yishen granules can make sedimentation volume ratio of the raw powder achieve optimum with the best texture of liquid,when the preparation process is feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To study on anti-tumor activity of Armillariella tabescens polysaccharides Ⅱ-2(ATPSⅡ-2) and investigate its effect on immune functions of tumor-bearing mice. Method: Taking four kinds of human tumor cell lines as models,MTT method was adopted to detect anti-tumor activity in vitro.S180 tumor-bearing model of mice was established,anti-tumor function in vivo of ATPS Ⅱ-2 was detected with inhibition rate as index.Effect of ATPS Ⅱ-2 on immune functions of mice were evaluated based on effects on spleen index and thymus index of tumor-bearing mice.Effects of ATPS Ⅱ-2 on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-2(IL-2) levels in serum of tumor-bearing mice were detected by ELISA method. Result: ATPS Ⅱ-2 had inhibitory effect on growth of humans lung cancer cell lines,but without significant inhibition on proliferation of Hela,K562 and HepG2 cells.Tumor inhibition rates of ATPS Ⅱ-2 with high,middle and low doses on S180 were 52.7%,45.9% and 12.8%,respectively;and spleen and thymus index of tumor-bearing mice can be improved.Compared with the negative group,ATPS Ⅱ-2 with high and middle doses can significantly increase levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in serum of tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion: ATPS Ⅱ-2 has some cytotoxic activity and obvious anti-tumor activity in vivo,whose mechanism is associated with regulation of serum cytokine levels and enhancement of immune function.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize conditions for formation of gastrodin phospholipid complex. Method: The complex was prepared by solvent evaporation method.Taking binding rate of gastrodin and soybean phospholipid as index,effects of reaction solvent type,ratio of gastrodin to phospholipid,reactive temperature,reactive time and the concentration of reactant on preparation technology were studied by single factor tests and orthogonal design. Result: Optimum preparation conditions of gastrodin phospholipid complex were obtained as follows:tetrahydrofuran as reaction solvent,gastrodin-soybean phospholipid (1: 2),reaction temperature at 40 ℃,reaction time of 0.5 h,the concentration of gastrodin 20 g·L-1,speed of 100 r·min-1.Binding rate of the complex was up to 98.3%. Conclusion: Optimized preparation technology in this research is stable and feasible,it can provide conditions for further study of gastrodin.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus with honey at high pressure and provide a reference for quality standard of this decoction pieces. Method: With the content of deoxyschizandrin as index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize processing technology by taking immersing time,honey amount,steaming pressure and time as factors.HPLC was employed to determine the content of deoxyschizandrin with mobile phase of methanol-water (78: 22) and detection wavelength of 235 nm. Result: Optimum processing technology was as follows:immersed with 25% honey for 1 h,then steamed at 0.15 MPa for 1 h.The content of deoxyschizandrin in Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus after processing was 1.553 mg·g-1. Conclusion: This optimized processing technology is simple and controllable,it can replace traditional honey processing technology.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate content change of main ingredients in Periplaneta americana by mechanical pressing,and investigate protective effect of pressed P. americana on liver injury in mice induced by CCl4. Method: Oil in P. americana was removed by mechanical pressing,ninhydrin colorimetry and phenol-sulfuric acid method were used to measure contents of total amino acids and total polysaccharides in P. americana,respectively.Efficacy of pressed P. americana was investigated by acute liver injury model of mice induced with CCl4. Result: Content of oil in pressed P. americana was 8.5%,contents of total amino acids and total polysaccharides were 13.334,21.06 mg·g-1,respectively.Pressed P. americana can significantly reduce liver weight coefficient of mice with liver injury and significantly decrease contents of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in serum of mice. Conclusion: After processing attenuated,processed product of P. americana has efficacy of anti-liver injury.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize and standardize processing technology of processed Aconitum carmichaelii in Lingnan for improving production efficiency and quality of this herb. Method: Taking contents of diester-type alkaloids and mono-ester aconitum alkaloids as index,based on single factor tests,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of soaking time,steaming time and frying temperature on processing technology of processed A. carmichaelii. Result: The best processing technology was as follows:soaked 5 d with 8% ginger juice,steamed 1.5 h with high pressure,frying temperature at 210-230 ℃ with sand.Contents of diester-type alkaloids and mono-ester aconitum alkaloids were 0.031 1,0.120 5 mg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized processing technology is sable and feasible.It will be benefit for providing foundation for large production of processed A. carmichaelii with improving product quality and production efficiency.

      摘要:Objective: To elucidate the processing mechanisms of Corni Fructus from the viewpoint of Maillard reaction. Method: Corni Fructus was processed in several different methods and the changes of physicochemical parameters in reaction system were analyzed. pH values were measured in different time points in processing to show acid-base variables. Determination of browning degree was carried out by UV spectrophotometry. The content changes of 5-HMF, one of the products of Maillard reaction, was determined by HPLC. Result: The 12 h before Corni Fructus processing, the pH values were decreased, A284 and A420 values were increased and contents of 5-HMF were increased significantly. All the changes slowed down and became stable after 24 h. Conclusion: Study on processing of Corni Fructus from the viewpoint of Maillard reaction could not only reveal the mechanism of processing from a new perspective, but also provide the scientific basis for the optimization of processing technology.

      摘要:Objective: To establish grey relational analysis for quality evaluation of merchandise Baitiao Codonopsis Radix. Method: Fifty-two samples of Baitiao Codonopsis Radix were collected from six main producing areas in Gansu province,grade division was adopted by traditional shape description combined market situation,conents of lobetyolin,atractylenoide Ⅲ,alcohol soluble extract and total polysaccharides in Baitiao Codonopsis Radix were determined.Quality evaluation of Baitiao Codonopsis Radix grey relational degree model was established by grey relational analysis. Result: Relative relation grades of all evaluation unit sequence were between 0.322-0.551,relative relation grades from 25 batches of samples were less than 0.450,which had high quality evaluation,many of them from main producing areas,such as Lintao county and Weiyuan county.Relative relation grade among the top 43 of samples,included 10 batches from Lintao county,9 batches from Weiyuan county,4 batches from Zhang county,accounting for 100.0%,100.0% and 44.4% of the total number of their samples in this area,indicating that quality of Baitiao Codonopsis Radix from Lintao county and Weiyuan county was excellent.It was consistent with the field survey. Conclusion: This method and model can be extended to quality evaluation of other estate medicinal materials.Current commodity grade division of Baitiao Codonopsis Radix can not match the actual needs.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of (2R)-2-(p-hydroxybenzyl) malic acid, gymnosideⅠ and militarine contents in Bletillae Rhizoma. Method: The chromatographic conditions were follows:Waters Symmetry ShieldTM RP18column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile (A)-0.05% phosphoric acid water (B) as mobile phases for gradient elution (0-10 min, 5%-20%A;10-35 min, 20%-35%A;35-50 min, 35%-100%A). The flow rate was of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 225 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: All of the three components achieved baseline separation and showed good linearity. The average recoveries were between 95%-105%. Conclusion: This is a specific, sensitive, repeatable and simple method for simultaneous determination of (2R)-2-(p-hydroxybenzyl) malic acid, gymnosideⅠand militarine contents in Bletillae Rhizoma. This method can provide basis for the quality control of Bletillae Rhizoma.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a UPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of adenosine, cytidine, guanosine, mannitol, adenine and cordycepin in Chinese Caterpillar Fungus. Method: Isocratic elution was carried out with methanol-0.1% formic acid as the mobile phase using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology. The separation was performed on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18, and the mass spectrometer was operated in the positive ionization electrospray (ESI) mode using multiple monitoring (MRM) for analysis of six components. Result: The linear ranges of adenosine, cytidine, guanosine, mannitol, adenine and cordycepin were 37.5-1 200 μg·L-1(r=0.998 5), 20-640 μg·L-1(r=0.996 4), 40-1 280 μg·L-1(r=0.999 1), 77.5-2 480 μg·L-1(r=0.993 5), 27.5-880 μg·L-1(r=0.992 4),90-2 880 μg·L-1(r=0.993 7) respectively. The recoveries of six analytes ranged from 92.1% to 102.6% and the relative standard deviations were all below 8.1%. The average contents of adenosine, cytidine, guanosine, mannitol, adenine and cordycepin were 268.33, 11.28, 185.66, 1 421.44, 10.67, 812.21 μg·g-1, respectively. Conclusion: A sensitive, accuracy and suitable UPLC-MS/MS method has been developed, and the method could be applied for the determination of adenosine, cytidine, guanosine, mannitol, adenine and cordycepin in Chinese Caterpillar Fungus.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical components of the volatile oil from Aster ageratoides and determine their contents. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from A.ageratoides by steam distillation. Its chemical components were analyzed and identified by GC-MS, and the relative percentage content of each component was calculated by area normalization method. Result: One hundred and twenty-four compounds were isolated from the volatile oil of A. ageratoides and 72 of them were identified, accounting for 67.52% of volatile oil. The major components were caryophyllene oxide (18.38%), 12-oxabicyclo [9.1.0]dodeca-3,7-diene,1,5,5,8-tetramethyl-,[1R-(1R,3E,7E,11R)]-(8.01%), caryophyllene (3.57%), n-hexadecanoic acid(4.59%), humulene (3.16%), 2-pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl (2.51%), cedrol(2.35%), cyclohexane,1-ethenyl-1-methyl-2,4-bis(1-methylethenyl)- ,[1S-(1(,2β,4β)]-cyclohexane(2.28%), apiol(1.85%), (-)-spathulenol (1.32%). Conclusion: The volatile oil from A. ageratoides is mainly consisted of terpenoids, esters, alcohols, aldehydes, hydrocarbons and other chemical components. The analytic results can provided scientific basis for quality control and further exploitation of A.ageratoides.

      摘要:Objective: To compare and analyze the difference in content and chemical components of essential oil from Artemisia argyi, providing scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of A. argyi. Method: The essential oil from A. argyi leaves, flowers and stems as well as from different growing periods from May to October was extracted by steam distillation (SD) and chemical components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technique (GC-MS). Result: The essential oil content from A. argyi leaves was significantly higher than those from flowers and stems, and the types and relative contents of the essential oil from A. argyi leaves were higher than those from flowers and stems. There was great difference in essential oil content from A. argyi among different harvesting periods, and the content was highest in June. SD-GC-MS analysis showed that the essential oil from A. argyi during different harvest periods had high content of eucalyptol, alcanfor, orneol and α-pinene. Conclusion: Leaves are the best medicinal parts of A. argyi, and June is the optimum harvest time for A. argyi.

      摘要:Objective: To develop the fingerprints of blueberry anthocyanins by high performance liquid chromatography, and provide basis for quality control and scientific evaluation. Method: HPLC fingerprint was performed on Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with mixture of acetonitrile-10% formic acid as mobile phase in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. In addition, the detection wavelength and column temperature were set at 520 nm and 25 ℃, respectively. Result: Fingerprints of blueberry anthocyanins were established and there were 13 common peaks. Among them, 7 common peaks were identified. The similarities of 10 batches of samples were greater than 0.92. Conclusion: The proposed method is accurate, repeatable, stable and can be used as quality control method for blueberry anthocyanins extract and its related products.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidant activity part and chemical components from Rosa roxburghii fruit. Method: The free radical scavenging capacity in different parts of R. roxburghii fruit was tested and evaluated by DPPH method. The chemical components in antioxidant activity parts were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column choromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Their structures were identified by analysis of physical and spectral data. Result: The results showed that the ethyl acetate extracts had better DPPH radical-scavenging capacity than positive control ascorbic acid. Five compounds were isolated from this antioxidant activity part:kaji-ichigoside (1), euscaphic acid (2), rosamultin (3), arjunetin (4), 1-β hydroxyl euscaphic acid (5), respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from the plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To establish and compare the UPLC and HPLC fingerprints of Longjia Tongluo capsules (LTC), and provide basis for quickly assessing the quality of Longjia Tongluo capsules and improving their quality control. Method: UPLC separation was performed on a Agilent Poroshell 120 Bonus-RP column (3.0 mm×50 mm, 2.7 μm) at 25 ℃ through gradient elution with acetonitrile-water mixture and detection at a wavelength of 203 nm. HPLC separation was performed on a Agilent Zorbox ODS column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at 35 ℃ through gradient elution with acetonitrile-water mixture and detection at a wavelength of 203 nm. HPLC and UPLC methods were used respectively to analyze the fingerprint of 10 batches of Longjia Tongluo capsules. Result: The common mode of UPLC and HPLC was established for Longjia Tongluo capsules. Taken Dioscin as the reference peak, 17 common peaks were identified in UPLC chromatography and 13 common peaks were identified in HPLC chromatography. The similarity of 10 batches of samples was over 0.9. Conclusion: Both the UPLC and HPLC methods could be used for the quality control of Longjia Tongluo capsule, with good separation effect, reproducibility and stability.Compared to HPLC, the UPLC method is more efficient, rapid, and sensitive.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Yiqi Gutuo granules. Method: Qualitative identification of Astragalus, Angelica and Citrus Aurantium in the formula was carried out by thin-layer chromatography (TLC). HPLC method was used for the determination of astragaloside and ferulic acid contents. Result: TLC spots were clear and well-separated without negative interference. The linear range of calycosin glucoside, ferulic acid were 0.012 0-0.120 and 0.112 0-1.120 g·L-1, respectively, with good linear relationship with the peak area integral value. The average recoveries were 98.54% and 97.79%, respectively. RSD were 2.2% and 1.9%, respectively. Conclusion: The qualitative and quantitative method is simple, convenient, accurate and reliable with good precision. It can be used for the quality control of Yiqi Gutuo granules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of anti-liver fibrosis active peptides in Trionycis Carapax, reflect the chemical information comprehensively and provide evidence for quality control. Method: HPLC was used on ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.03% trifluoroacetic acid the mobile phase of gradient elution,detection wavelength was set at 220 nm, with the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,the column temperature was of 25 ℃. Result: HPLC fingerprint of anti-liver fibrosis active peptides in Trionycis Carapax was established, which showed 13 comon peaks. The similarity was evaluated on the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine. The similarities of 10 batches were over 0.9, which indicated that the quality of Trionycis Carapax active peptides was relatively stable. Conclusion: The method is simple and has good precision, reproducibility and stability, effective in quality control of Trionycis Carapax active peptides, and provide quality assurance for further pharmacological studies and preparation research.

      摘要:Objective: To make a preliminary study on serum pharmacochemistry of Gushuling and investigate medicinal mechanism by a blood component analysis. Method: In vitro,in vivo HPLC of Gushuling,Gushuling without a certain receipt and every single receipt were established according to pharmacochemistry research method. And by comparing those HPLC,constituents absorbed into blood and components metabolized in blood were determined. Result: A total of 21 components in serum were determined after intragastric administration of Gushuling in rats,11 of them were prototype compound of preparation,4 of them were constituents generated by receipts interaction in vivo and the rest were metabolites. Conclusion: Components of Gushuling in rat serum are generated by interaction of all receipts,and the greatest contribution come from Epimedii Folium.This pharamcochemisty study of Gushuling provides a substance foundation for further pharmacodynamic mechanism of compound.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the intestinal flora changes during the construction of antibiotic associated diarrhea(AAD) model and the effect of Lizhong Tang on intestinal flora changes in AAD model. Method: Eighty-one male BALB/c mice were selected forpreliminary experiment. High, medium and low dose (5, 1, 0.5 g·kg-1) ampicillin was used to construct intestinal flora disorder model, then the mice were fed with Clostridium difficile (1.6×108 CFU, colony-forming units) to construct the AAD model, and finally were treated with high, medium and low dose (7.5, 5.5, 3.5 g·kg-1) Lizhong Tang respectively. According to the animal phenotype and optimum treatment conditions during preliminary experiment, 20 male BALB/c mice were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups (n=5 in each group):blank group, intestinal flora disorder group, AAD group, Lizhong Tang treatment group (7.5 g·kg-1). Modeling and treatment were conducted according to optimization steps. Fecal samples in four groups were respectively mixed as XL1, XL2, XL3, XL4, and then were subjected to flora changes analysis using 16 S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology. Result: The phenotypic changes during AAD model building were consistent with clinical AAD symptom. The intestinal flora changes at OTUs level were 860, 282, 385, and 394, respectively;the abundance changes at phylum level were as follows:Proteobacteria (6.94%,41.77%,1.99%,2.89%), Firmicutes (44.34%,34.89%,36.82%,32.11%), Bacteroidetes (46.6%, 22.74%, 60.8%, 64.49%) respectively;the number changes at genus level were 88, 58, 52, and 59 respectively. There were significant flora changesin all groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The intestinal flora structures were changed drastically with decreased diversity and abundance during the construction of AAD model;Lizhong Tang could change the structure of intestinal flora in AAD model, and increase the diversity of flora.

      摘要:Objective: To observe whether Jianpi Bushen Qingchang Huashi decoction(JBQHD) can promote the migration of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) intravenously transplanted in rat's bone to the colon of ulcerative colitis (UC) rat model. Method: MSCs were isolated and cultured in vitro, then spread to the third generation to prepare cell suspension, and 0.78 mg·L-1 JBQHD was added into it for co-culture. Fluorescent pre-labeling by 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) was carried out in vitro. The rats were divided into blank group, model group, MSCs group, intervened MSCs group and combined group. UC rats models were established by TNBS method. The rats of blank group and model group received intravenous injection with 1 mL normal saline respectively through tail veins. The rats of MSCs group received intravenous injection with 1 mL MSCs through tail veins(1×106 CFU).The rats of intervened MSCs group and combined group received intravenous injection with MSCs that had been intervened in vitro with the decoction(1×106 CFU), and the combined group also received 13.6 g·kg-1JBQHD by ig for 10 days. Five rats were killed respectively in each group on Day 5 and Day 10.Gross morphological and histological evaluation was taken for the colon specimens, and confocal microscope was used to observe the migration of MSCs labeled by DAPI in the colon tissues;immunohistochemical staining was conducted to detect the expression of Musashi-1(a marker of intestinal stem cells). Result: Compared with the normal group, the rats in model group had extensive hyperemia and edema in colon tissues, accompanied by erosion and visible ulceration, indicating successful modeling. Except model group and normal group, MSCs labeled by DAPI can be detected in colon tissues in all other groups, and the quantity increased gradually with time.The all treatment groups could improve gross morphology and histopathology in colon tissues of rats, and the result in combined group was superior to that in MSCs group (P<0.05) on Day 10,and various transplantgroups could increase the expression of Musashi-1, and the result in combined group and intervened MSCs group was superior to that in MSCs group (P<0.05) on Day 10. Conclusion: JBQHD could not only promote the migration and differentiation of MSCs to the colon ulcers, but also repair the damaged colon mucosa.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of New Bitongling compound(NBTL). Method: The 30 SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups:the model group, Bloven sustained release capsules positive control group(0.054 g·kg-1), New Bitongling high-dose group and low-dose group(NBTLH, NBTLL, 11,2.75 g·kg-1). Rats were gave ig administered for 5 days, once a day. After 1 h of the last administration,models of increased capillary permeability (induced by histamine) were established, then dye in the skin was extracted after intravenous injection with Evans blue (EB)in tails, and the absorbance of the skins supernatant fluid at 590 nm was determined to react the permeability of skin capillaries indirectly.The pedal swelling model induced by carrageenan were established,and the swelling degree of the paw in various groups was observed using method of volume measurement. Inflammation model in vitro was established using RAW264.7 cells secrete inflammatory factors induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS), and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) content in cell supernatant of various groups was determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay(ELISA) method. Result: Compared with model group, the level of EB was decreased in Bloven sustained release capsules group, NBTLH and NBTLL groups(P<0.01), indicating that they can inhibit the increase of blood capillary permeability in rats. Compared with model group, the swelling of foot plantar in NBTLH group rats was relieved at the same time points (each time point, P<0.05).While the NBTLL group showed tendency of inhibition at various time points, but with out statistical significance.Compared with normal group,the expressions of PGE2 were elevated in the model group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the expressions of PGE2 were significantly reduced in NBTLH and NBTLL groups(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: NBTL has an anti-inflammatory effect, which may be associated with suppressing synthesis or secretion of PGE2 in inflammatory tissues.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Tongxinluo on expression of hypoxia inducible factor 1a (HIF-1a), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) in retina tissues of KK/Upj-Ay mice with spontaneous diabetes, and explore the protective mechanism of Tongxinluo on diabetic retinopathy. Method: Forty KK/Upj-Ay mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:model group (n=10), Tongxinluo low-dose group (n=10, 1 g·kg-1), median-dose group (n=10, 2 g·kg-1) and high-dose group (n=10, 4 g·kg-1) group. The mice were given Tongxinluo intragastrically for 12 weeks. C57BL/6 mice were chosen as normal group (n=10). The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were measured by blood viscometer and red blood cell aggregation index was measured by ektacytometer. The expression levels of VEGF and VEGFR-2 genes in retina tissues of mice were detected with real time fluorescence quantitative PCR method. Western-blot method was used to detect the expression levels of HIF-1a, VEGF, VEGFR2 in retina tissues. Result: Compared with C57BL/6 mice in the normal group, the whole blood viscosity, the plasma viscosity and the red blood cell aggregation index were all increased in model group (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, red blood cell aggregation index was significantly decreased in KK/Upj-Ay mice after treatment by middle dose and high dose Tongxinluo (P<0.05,P<0.01), and the whole blood viscosity at low shear rate, and plasma viscosity were also significantly decreased in high-dose Tongxinluo group (P<0.01). HIF-1a/VEGF/VEGFR-2 proteins and VEGF/VEGFR-2 mRNA expressions in retina tissues of model group mice were significantly higher than those in normal group (P<0.01), while after treatment with Tongxinluo, HIF-1a/VEGF/VEGFR-2 mRNA and protein expressions were significantly lower in low-dose, median-dose and high-dose groups than those in model group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Tongxinluo may inhibit HIF-1a/VEGF/VEGFR-2 signal pathways in retina tissues of diabetic mice, which may be related to it's improvement of hemorrheology.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antiviral activity against influenza virus and mucosal immunoregulation mechanism of preventive herbs. Method: Fifty-six female SPF BALB/C mice were randomly divided into modeled group (48) and normal group (8). Mice influenza virus (H1N1/FM/1) infection models were established. The mice after successfully modeling were randomly divided into model group, Virazole group (oral administration,100 mg·kg-1), Yinqiao powder group (oral administration, 40 g·kg-1), Yupingfeng powder group (oral administration, 60 g·kg-1), Bingxiang powder atomization group (0.6 g·kg-1) and nasal drops group (0.03 g·kg-1), ig administration, and sacrificed after 5 days. Viral load was determined, and lung tissue pathology examination was simultaneously done. Its influence on tracheal mucosal dendritic cells (DC) count (OX-62), maturity CD80, chemokine receptor 7(CCR7) positive expression area, Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and TLR4 (pathogen recognition receptors) was detected. Corresponding tests of lymphoid tissue cells CD4+ and CD8+ in nasal cavity were conducted. Result: Compared with the model group, preventive herbs had significant inhibitory effect on viral load and pulmonary histopathology. Tracheal mucous OX-62 in mice infected with influenza virus was increased. Bingxiang powder atomization group could decrease DC count in mice infected with influenza virus, significantly decrease CD80 and CCR7. While virazole and Yinqiao powder Preparation could increase CCR7 positive expression area, increase mucous TLR2 and TLR4 expressions in mice infected with influenza virus. Bing xiang powder preparation was able to inhibit the expressions of TLR2 in mice infected with influenza virus. Bing xiang powder nasal drops could increase CD4+, CD8+ levels, with statistically significant differences (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: Three preventive herbs for influenza virus have good effect against influenza virus, whose mechanism may be associated with regulating mucosal immunity in respiratory tract.

      摘要:Objective: To establish kidney-yang deficiency and hyperlipidemia rat models through high dose of hydrocortisone injection, with intervention by Yougui Wan, observe the effects of Yougui Wan on janus activated kinase signaltransducer 2 (JAK2), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and liver X receptor α (LXRα) protein and gene expression in model rats, and to study the relationship between JAK2/STAT3 signal transduction pathway and blood lipid abnormality of kidney-yang deficiency rats. Method: Sixty SD rats were divided into normal group, model group, Yougui Wan group (2.43 g·kg-1). Kidney-yang deficiency rat models were made using high dose hydrocortisone injections. Normal control rats were not modeled. The rats in model group were modeled and received normal saline. Rats in Yougui Wan group were modeled and received Yougui Wan suspension ig. Triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) contents were detected. Immunohistochemitry was done to detect LXRα protein expression in liver tissues, and RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of JAK2, STAT3 and LXRα in rat liver tissues. Result: Compared with the normal control group, the contents of TG, TC, LDL-C in serum of model group and Yougui Wan group rats were increased significantly (P<0.01), HDL-C content was significantly decreased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the contents of TG, TC, LDL-C in serum of Yougui Wan group were decreased significantly (P<0.01), and HDL-C content was significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with normal control group, the expression of LXRα protein in kidney-yang deficiency rats of model group was significantly increased (P<0.05) in the liver, and JAK2, STAT3 and LXRα gene expressions were increased (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the expression of LXRα protein in rat liver of Yougui Wan group was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and JAK2, STAT3 and LXRα gene expressions were decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The kidney-yang deficiency and hyperlipidemia rat models made by hydrocortisone intramuscular injections may affect blood triglycerides and cholesterol metabolism through up-regulating JAK2, STAT3 and LXRα proteins and genes in pathways transduced by JAK2/STAT3 signals. Yougui Wan may reduce the content of lipid in model rats by inhibiting expression of related cytokines proteins and genes in pathways transduced by JAK2/STAT3 signals.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of different extracts from Amygdalus mongolica on blood lipid, lipid peroxidation and liver function of hyperlipidemia rats. Method: A. mongolica kernel was extracted by ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water in sequence. A total of 60 male Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group (10) and model control groups (50), including positive drug group (Xuezhikang, 0.061 7 g·kg-1), ethyl acetate extract group (2.0 g·kg-1), n-butanol extract group (2.0 g·kg-1) and water extract group (2.0 g·kg-1). The hyperlipidemia model was induced by method of high lipid feed. After seven weeks of intervention of with drugs, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), aspartate transaminase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), catalase(CAT), glutathione (GSH) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in serum were tested, and the atherosclerosis index(AI) and the ratio of LDL-C/HDL-C were analysedcalculated. Result: As compared with the normal group, the model group showed significantly higher TC, LDL-C,AST,ALT, AI, LDL-C/HDL-C and MDA (P<0.01). Compared with the high-lipid model group, the n-butanol extract group revealed significantly lower TC, LDL-C, AST, AI, LDL-C/HDL-C, MDA(P<0.05) but remarkably higher SOD, POD, GSH-Px(P<0.05). POD was significantly higher (P<0.05) in water extracts group. Conclusion: n-butanol extracts of A. mongolica could significantly decrease the blood lipid level, resist lipid peroxidation level in rats, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease,protect liver function of rats. n-butanol extracts of A. mongolica could also decrease oxidative stress and lipid peroxidase accumulation in liver, which may be one of effective mechanisms to reduce blood lipid.

      摘要:Objective: To research Jiedu Quyu decoction effects on human breast cancer cell of invasion ability and mechanism. Method: Respectively, 0.625, 1.25, 2.50 g·L-1 Jiedu Quyu decoction were treated with human breast cancer MCF-7 cell, adhesion assay and transwell assay was performed to test the adhesion ability and invasion ability. RT-PCR and Western blot were used to analyze the expression changes of genes and proteins, including E-cadherin, N-cadherin, CD44, extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK), protein kinase B(Akt). Result: Compared with the blank group, treated with 0.625, 1.25, 2.50 g·L-1 Jiedu Quyu decoction, the adhesion and invasion ability of MCF-7 can be inhibited obviously. The expression of CD44 and E-cadherin were up-regulated, while the N-cadherin were down-regulated. And the signaling pathway of PI3K/Akt and MEK/ERK were inhibited(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Jiedu Quyu decoction could inhibit the invasion of MCF-7.Its mechanism may be correlated with inhibition of heterogeneous adhesion protein expression, and inhibition of epithelial-mesenchymal transition and regulation of signaling pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of compound aloe vera gel on radioactive dermatitis in rats by establishing the animal model of Ⅱ degree radioactive dermatitis rats. Method: SD rat models of Ⅱ degree radioactive dermatitis were established by changing radiation modes, with rats as the experimental animals and on the basis of collecting and concluding all relevant literatures. These rats were divided into model group, normal group (matrix), positive drug group (triethanolamine cream, 400 g·kg-1), compound aloe vera gel high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group (600, 400, 200 g·kg-1). After 2 weeks, the pharmacodynamics study of compound aloe vera gel was done with wound healing rate, wound morphological observation and wound histological observation as the outcome measures. Result: Compared with the normal group, the model group had larger wound redness and swelling area, more wound discharges, no scars and lower healing rate (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the wound healing rate in triethanolamine cream group, compound aloe vera gel high and middle dose groups was significantly increased (P<0.01), and these groups could accelerate wound healing and reduce wound discharges. Histopathology examination showed that the wound injury was obvious in model group, but triethanolamine cream group, compound aloe gel high, middle dose groups can reduce the damage of wound. Conclusion: High and middle dose compound aloe vera gel and triethanolamine cream have equivalent therapeutic effect in rats with radiation dermatitis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the regulatory effects of deoxyschizandrin on the function of intestinal smooth muscle in mice and rats, and provide pharmacological basis for revealing the mechanism of ‘astringent efficacy’ of deoxyschizandrin and its effective substance. Method: The 50 Kunming mice were divided into 5 groups according to the balanced random group, normal group, deoxyschizandrin high, medium and low dose groups (20, 40, 80 mg·kg-1), and belladonna positive group (20 mg·kg-1). Another 60 Kunming mice were taken and divided into 6 groups according to the balanced random group, normal group, model group (ip, neostigmine), deoxyschizandrin high, medium, and low dose groups (80, 40, 20 mg·kg-1), belladonna positive group (20 mg·kg-1). Corresponding drugs were given by ig, while the normal group and model group were given with distilled water at the same volume, 1 time a day, for 5 days. Charcoal propulsion method was respectively used to observe the effect of deoxyschizandrin on intestine propulsion in normal mice and mice models with neostigmine. With the isolated small intestine of rats incubated in cuhk's fluid as the model, the effect of deoxyschizandrin on contractility of isolated intestine smooth muscles in rats was observed. 30 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, deoxyschizandrin high, medium and low dose groups (80, 40, 20 mg·kg-1). All the other groups except normal group used folium sennae to prepare diarrhea rat models. After successful modeling, corresponding drugs were given by ig, 1 time a day, for 7 days. The effect of deoxyschizandrin on myosin light-chain kinase (MLCK) expressions in intestinal smooth muscles of diarrhea model rats was observed. Result: Compared with normal group and neostigmine group, deoxyschizandrin high dose group and middle dose group could significantly decrease the percentage of carbon powder propulsion in small intestine (P<0.05,P<0.01). 10-80 μmol·L-1 deoxyschizandrin inhibited the contraction of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle in vitro of rats. Compared with senna model group, deoxyschizandrin high, middle and low dose groups could significantly inhibit MLCK expressions in intestinal smooth muscles of diarrhea model rats (P<0.01). Conclusion: Deoxyschizandrin shows the inhibitory effects on the small intestinal movement in vivo mice and in vitro rats, and the mechanism may be associated with inhibiting the expression of MLCK related to intestinal contraction.

      摘要:Objective: To establish three types of parkinsonian mice models, observe the effect of Qianzheng San extract on mice behavior and explore possible mechanisms of its actions. Method: ①The Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups:model group, Qianzheng San low dose group and high dose group (1.7, 5.0 g·kg-1), positive drug group (benzhexol hydrochloride, 3.35 mg·kg-1). The mice in the treatment groups received the corresponding medicines by intragastric administration for 4 days. 1 hour after the last administration, all mice were injected with arecoline hydrobromide (25 mg·kg-1) or oxotremorine (0.15 mg·kg-1). The incubation period and duration time of tremor were recorded. ②C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into five groups:normal group, model group, Qianzheng San low dose group and high dose group (1.7, 5.0 g·kg-1), positive drug group (madopar, 50 mg·kg-1). All mice except normal group were injected with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropy-ridine(MPTP, 30 mg·kg-1) for 5 consecutive days. From 6th day, the mice in treatment group received Qianzheng San extract or madopar by intragastric administration for 7 days. After the last treatment, behavior changes of the mice were detected and ultrastructure changes of substantia nigra neurons were observed by electron microscope. Result: ①After injection of arecoline hydrobromide or oxotremorine, the mice exhibited obvious tremor. Compared with the model group, Qianzheng San extract high-dose group significantly prolonged the incubation period of tremor (P<0.05), and Qianzheng San low dose group and high dose group significantly shortened the duration time of tremor (P<0.01). ②Compared with the model group, the MPTP-treated mice displayed a significant decrease in spontaneous motor activity and ultrastructure of substantia nigra neuron was obviously damaged. However, Qianzheng San extract treatment significantly increased autonomic activities, prolonged incubation period and shortened the pole-climbing time (P<0.05), and reduced the damage of ultrastructure of substantia nigra neurons. Conclusion: Qianzheng San extract could effectively suppress tremor and improve motor dysfunction in PD mice models, whose mechanism may be associated with reducing mitochondrial damages and protecting neurons.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of modified Wendan Tang formulas respectively without expectorant, qi replenishing medicine, spleen tonifying medicine, qi regulating medicine and blood activation medicine, as well as modified Wendan Tang and Wendan Tang original formula on various indexes of rats with nutritional obesity. Method: Ninety SD male rats were randomly divided into 9 groups:normal group, model group, modified Wendan Tang group (8.775 g·kg-1), Wendan Tang original formula group (5.175 g·kg-1), A-expectorant group (6.075 g·kg-1), A-qi replenishing medicine group (6.525 g·kg-1), A-spleen tonifying medicine group (8.10 g·kg-1), A-qi regulating medicine group (6.525 g·kg-1), and A-blood activation medicine group (7.875 g·kg-1), with 10 rats in each group. Mixed feeding of high fat emulsion, carbonated beverage plus general feed is used to copy the model of rats with nutritional obesity in all other rats except normal group, ig medication for 4 weeks. After the last drug administration for animals in each group, the rats were paunched and blood-sampled. Their serum was separated. The adipose tissue around the kidney and genital was stripped to detect the content of glucose (GLU), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), leptin(LEP), adiponectin(ADP), and insulin(INS), and calculate the fat index. Result: Compared with the model group, modified Wendan Tang group could significantly decrease the levels of LDL-C, LEP and INS. Wendan Tang original formula group could significantly decrease the levels of TG, LEP, ADP, body weight and fat index in obese rats. A-expectorant group could reduce the level of TG. A-qitonifying medicine group could decrease the levels of TG, LEP, body weight and fat index and increase the levels of TC, LDL-C and HDL-C. A-spleen-tonifying medicine group could decrease the levels of GLU, TG and body weight. A-qiregulating medicine group could decrease the levels of TG, LEP, INS, body weight and fat index and increase the levels of LDL-C and HDL-C respectively. All these medication groups could significantly raise the rats' food intake. All the above results were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: All the medication groups could intervene the nutritional obesity of rats from the aspects of body weight, fat index, blood sugar, blood lipids, LEP, ADP, and INS, etc. Their roles were found to have nothing to do with the reduced feeding of rats. When observing the other indexes except TC and LDL-C, and we found that the medicine groups of Qi tonifying or Qi regulating can often be removed, while in the observation of other indexes except TG, the expectorant group should not be removed in all groups. In clinical practice, corresponding addition and subtraction of medicine compatibility should be done according to different examining indexes.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides (DOP) on cardiac function and ability of myocardial contraction in the rabbits with coronary heart disease and discuss its therapeutic mechanisms. Method: Thirty clean grade healthy rabbits were randomly divided into control group, model group, DOP low-dose, middle-dose, and high-dose groups, with six rabbits in each group. Constriction rings were placed in left coronary artery to establish the model of coronary heart disease.DOP low-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group were respectively intragastrically administrated with 100,200,400 mg·kg-1DOP,once a day for continuous 21 days, while the control group and model group received the same volume of normal saline. Then left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP),maximal rates of increase/decline of left ventricular pressure (±dp/dtmax), systolic blood pressure(BPs), diastolic blood pressure(BPd)and ventricular mass index were recorded;alpha myosin (α-MHC)mRNA and beta myosin (β-MHC) mRNA expressions were measured by RT-PCR, and the expression of actin was measured by immunohistochemistry technology. Result: Compared with the control group, LVEDP, LVMI, and RVMI were increased in the model group (P<0.01,P<0.05), while LVSP,±dp/dtmax, and BPs were reduced (P<0.01,P<0.05), and the expression of α-MHC mRNA was reduced significantly (P<0.01) while the expression of β-MHC mRNA was increased (P<0.05),and there were more myocardial cells of positive actin expression than those in control group. Compared with the model group, LVEDP was reduced in DOP low-dose group and middle-dose group(P<0.01,P<0.05),LVSP,±dp/dtmax, and BPs were increased (P<0.01,P<0.05), and the expression of α-MHC mRNA was increased significantly (P<0.01) while the expression of β-MHC mRNA was reduced (P<0.05), there were fewer myocardial cells of positive actin expression than those in model group. Conclusion: DOP could restore ability of myocardial contraction and improve cardiac function to some degree.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of Curcuma kwangsiensis polysaccharide (CKP) on type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Method: T2DM models were induced through high-sucrose and high-fat diet combined with low-dose abdominal injection of streptozotocin(STZ, 45 mg·kg-1).The successfully modeled rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:T2DM model group,CKP low dosage group (CKP-LG), CKP middle dosage group (CKP-MG) and CKP high dosage group (CKP-HG). Another 10 normal rats were selected as normal group. CKP groups with different dosages (0.5, 1.0, 2.5 g·kg-1·d-1) were ig administered continuously for 6 weeks, once a day. The model group and normal group received ig normal saline of the same volume. After 6 weeks of administration, fasting blood glucose(FBG), insulin (INS), total cholesterol (TC), and triglyceride (TG) levels were detected in rats, and pathological change of pancreas was evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining and immunohistochemistry, Fas protein expressions of pancreatic β cells were detected. Result: Compared with the normal rats, FBG, TG, and TC levels were increased significantly in rats of model group, and pancreas Fas protein expressions were increased, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05,P<0.01), Compared with the model group, CKP groups could reduce FBG, TC and TG levels of T2DM rats, and reduce pancreas Fas protein expressions and reduce apoptosis of pancreatic β cells, with significant difference (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: The hypoglycemic effect of CKP on T2DM rats may be achieved by protecting pancreatic β cells and reducing their apoptosis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Busheng Liaogeng extract on β-endorphin(β-EP) in the hypothalamus and free radicals of rat model in menopause, and explore the mechanism of action. Method: Climacteric syndrome models were established by surgical removal of the bilateral ovaries of female SD rats. After successful modeling by vaginal smears test, the rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, estradiol valerate tablets group (0.18 mg·kg-1), Kuntai capsule group (1.08 g·kg-1), Busheng Liaogeng extract low, medium and high dose groups (4.5, 9, 18 g·kg-1), n=10 in each group. The rats in various treatment groups received ig administration according to corresponding doses, once daily for 4 weeks, and the rats in control group, sham operation group and model group were ig administered with the same volume of distilled water. 24 h after the last administration, abdominal aortic blood was taken to measure serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA)content using enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay(ELISA) method, and hypothalamus was taken to measure β-EP content. Result: Compared with the normal group, serum SOD, and GSH-Px activity were significantly lower in model group (P<0.01), MDA content was significantly higher (P<0.01), and hypothalamus β-EP content was significantly lower(P<0.01).Compared with the model group, serum SOD and GSH-Px activity in Busheng Liaogeng extract high-dose and middle-dose group were significantly higher (P<0.01), MDA content was significantly lower (P<0.01,P<0.05), hypothalamus β-EP content was significantly higher (P<0.05), and serum GSH-Px in Busheng Liaogeng extract low dose group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Busheng Liaogeng extract can regulate hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis functions by adjusting the level of hypothalamus β-EP in ovariectomized rats;and increase antioxidant capacity by adjusting SOD, MDA, and GSH-Px levels in blood, with a delayed menopause role for oxidative aging process.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the hemostatic effect and hemostatic mechanism of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma in treating dysfunctional metrorrhagia. Method: Dysfunctional metrorrhagia models were established by drug abortion in early pregnancy and removal of the ovaries. The rats were divided into normal group, model group, Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma low dose group (1.35 g·kg-1), middle dose group (2.7 g·kg-1), high dose group (5.4 g·kg-1) and Gongxuening group (positive drug, 0.07 g·kg-1). After treatment for 14 days, the rats were killed to observe the effect on the amount of bleeding in dysfunctional metrorrhagia rats by UV, detect the level of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-PGF1α contents in blood of rats by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, and detect the effect on microvessel density (MVD) expressions of the endometrium in ovariectomized rats by immunohistochemistry. Result: Compared with normal group, the amount of bleeding in model group rats was significantly increased, TXB2 level significantly reduced, 6-keto-PGF1α level significantly increased, and endometrial MVD protein expression in ovariectomized rats was significantly reduced (P<0.01). The each dose group of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma could significantly reduce the amount of bleeding in dysfunctional metrorrhagia rats, significantly increase TXB2 level and significantly reduce 6-keto-PGF1α level (P<0.05). High dose group and middle dose group of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma could significantly increase endometrial microvascular density level in ovariectomized rats (P<0.05). Conclusion: Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma has a good hemostatic effect, and promotes endometrial repair and blood vessel growth in ovariectomized rats, thus to treat dysfunctional metrorrhagia.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Huazhuo Tongmai decoction in patients with hypertension combined with carotid plaque and its influence to inflammatory response and vascular endothelial function. Method: The 120 eligible patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to method of random digits table, 60 cases for each group. Levels of blood pressure were controlled strictly in both groups. Patients in control group received atorvastatin calcium tablets at night, 20 mg/time, 1 time/day. Based on the treatment of control group, patients in observation group received additional Huazhuo Tongmai decoction, 1dose/day. Course of treatment lasted for 4 months in both groups. Intima-media thickness (IMT), quantity and area of plaque were detected by color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. Before and after treatment, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein-C (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein-C (LDL-C), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), adiponectin (APN), nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and patients' blood pressure were detected. Result: IMT became thinner in both groups after treatment, and the number and area of plaques became less and small than the data before treatment (P<0.01). Those data in observation group changed more obviously than those in control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). After treatment, the number of cases with abnormal data on TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C were decreased than before in both groups (P<0.01), and the number of cases with abnormal data on TG and HDL-C in observation group was less than that in control group (P<0.05). Levels of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) after treatment were decreased in both groups (P<0.05), but there was no statistical significant difference between two groups. Levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and ET-1 after treatment in observation group were lower than those in control group, and levels of APN and NO were higher than those in control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Huazhuo Tongmai decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets can relieve inflammatory reaction, ameliorate vascular endothelial function, regulate lipid metabolism, reduce quantity and area of plaques in patients with hypertension combined with carotid plaque, and it can help to reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of modified Qili San and its effects on inflammatory factors and D-dimmer in stoke patients complicated with deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of the lower extremities. Method: One hundred and forty stroke patients complicated with DVT of the lower extremities were randomly divided into control group (n=70) and observation group (n=70) equally according to random number table. On the basis of conventional treatments, the control group was given with urokinase, while the observation group was also given with Qili San on the basis of control group treatment. After treatment for 2 weeks, curative efficacy, level of inflammatory factors [tumor necrasis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), IL-8 levels], D-dimmer and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Result: The observation group had a total effective rate of 92.8%, which was statistically higher than that of 80.0% in the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, inflammatory factors of TNF-α(1.31±0.06) μg·L-1, IL-6 (113.14±9.08) ng·L-1, IL-8 (0.18±0.03) μg·L-1 in the observation group were respectively significantly lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). One week and two weeks after the treatment, level of D-dimmer (252.8±21.3) μg·L-1 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (both P<0.05). During the treatment, there was no case of severe adverse reaction. And the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.4%, without significant difference with that of 10.0% in the control groups. Conclusion: Qili San in combination with urokinase is effective for treating stoke patients complicated with DVT of the lower extremities, which can significantly increase curative efficacy, alleviate inflammatory reaction and decrease level of D-dimmer with minor adverse reactions. It is worthy of further study in clinical cases.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenyan Kangfu tablet combined with standard hormone scheme in the treatment of nephrotic syndrom (NS) with syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin and its influece on platelet count (PLT) and plasma level of pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP). Method: One hundred and fifty-two patients with NS were divided into treatment group (80 cases) and control group (72 cases) according to stratified random method. Both groups were given with supportive treatment and symptomatic treatment. The patients in control group were treated with prednisone at initial dose of 1 mg·kg-1 once a day, with maximum dose not more than 60 mg·d-1, orally for 8 to 12 weeks. Then the dose of prednisone was decreased by 10 percent every 2 weeks, and finally the dose was used with 10 mg·d-1 for 6 to 12 months. At the same time, symptomatic treatment was allocated. Patients in treatment group were added with Shenyan Kangfu tablet for 12 months, 5 pills/time and tid. Urine protein quantitation for 24 hours, level of albumin (ALB), total cholesterol (TC), and triglyceride (TG) before and after treatment were measured in both groups. Liver function was monitored and incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process was recorded. Scores of single symptoms in traditional Chinese medical (TCM) before and after treatment were compared for both groups. PLT and plasma PACAP levels were detected for both groups. Result: The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.5%, significantly higher than 79.17% in control group (P<0.01). After treatment, levels of urine protein quantitation for 24 hours, TC, and TG in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group, and ALB level was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01). After treatment, the incidence of central obesity and overall incidence of adverse reactions were in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group, (P<0.05). After treatment, scores of TCM single indexes in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01). After treatment, PLT in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group, while plasma PACAP level was significantly higher than that in control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: Shenyan Kangfu tablet combined with standard hormone scheme could remarkably improve therapeutic efficacy of NS with syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin, reduce adverse reactions, and reduce PLT and increase plasma PACAP level.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Danggui Zhantong Tang combined with Sanmiao Wan to treat damp-heat accumulation type gouty arthritis and its influence on Dickkopf-1 (DKK-1) and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5 b (TRAP5 b) contents. Method: One hundred and twenty-two cases with damp-heat accumulation type gouty arthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group according to method of random digits table 61 patients. Conventional treatment was given to all patients in both groups. Control group was orally given with colchicines tablets (with 1 mg dose at the initial and 0.5 mg·h-1 until symptoms relieved, and then 0.5 mg/time, tid) and meloxicam dispersible tablets (7.5 mg/time, bid). Treatment group was added with Danggui Zhantong decoction (1 dose/d, bid) combined with Sanmiao pills (9 g/time,tid) based on the treatment in control group. Course of treatment lasted for 1 week for both groups. Clinical symptoms and signs, blood uric acid (BUA) levels, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine (STCM) scores were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Serum DKK-1 and TRAP5 b levels were detected in two groups before and after treatment. Result: The total effective rate was 95.08% in treatment group, higher than 80.33% in control group (P<0.05). Symptoms and signs scores in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.01). After treatment, BUA leves, VAS score, and STCM score in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01). After treatment, DKK-1 and TRAP5 b levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on conventional processing and treatment with western medicine, Danggui Zhantong decoction combined with Sanmiao pills can effectively control the clinical symptoms and signs of acute gouty arthritis (damp-heat accumulation type), relieve pain, reduce BUA level, improve STCM, and its mechanisms may be associated with reducing DKK-1 and TRAP5 b levels in serum.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effect of neoadjuvant radio-chemotherapy of Sanyang Xuedai mixture on myelosuppression in patients with squamous carcinoma. Method: One hundred and thirty-two eligible patients were randomly divided into control group (65 cases) and observation group (67 cases) by random number table. Patients in both groups received treatment of radiotherapy and chemotherapy (TP scheme). At the same time, patients in control group also received leucogen tablets, 2 tablets/time, 3 times/day. Based on the treatment of control group, patients in observation group also received Sanyang Xuedai mixture, 20 mL/time, 3 times/day. At the end of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, patients still with myelosuppression used Sanyang Xuedai mixture for another 4 to 8 weeks. During radiotherapy and chemotherapy, patients with Ⅲ degree myelosuppression received recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor injections (rhG-CSF) by subcutaneous injection, 2-5 μg·kg-1·d-1. At the beginning of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, blood routine examination was made once a week, emerging and recovering time of myelosuppression was recorded to evaluate the degree of myelosuppression. Karnofsky performance status (KPS) and size of solid tumor were also evaluated. And application amount of rhG-CSF was recorded. Result: Rate of myelosuppression in observation group was 88.06%, lower than 96.92% in control group, but there was no statistical difference between two groups. The degree of myelosuppression in observation group was lighter than that in control group (P<0.05). Average response time of myelosuppression in observation group was later than that in control group (P<0.05). After radiotherapy and chemotherapy, average recovery time of myelosuppression in observation group was shorter than that in control group (P<0.05). And the application amount of rhG-CSF was also less than that in control group (P<0.01). At the end of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, levels of leukocyte, neutrophil and hemoglobin were higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Scores of KPS were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate for solid tumor in observation group was 88.06%, higher than 76.92% in control group, but there was no statistical difference between two groups. Conclusion: Neoadjuvant radio-chemotherapy of Sanyang Xuedai mixture can relieve degree of myelosuppression, delay the emergence of myelosuppression and stabilize patients' quality of life.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xianfang Xiaodu decoction combined with warming moxibustion on wounds healing after anal fistula and its influence on epidermal growth factors (EGF) and rectal secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA). Method: One hundred and thirty-four patients with anal fistula were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the method of random digits table, 67 patients for each group. All patients received basic treatment, including postoperative intravenous drip of levofloxacin for three days (0.4 g/time, qd) and orally taking Zhining pill (4 piece/time, tid). Control group received sitz bath of potassium permanganate liquid on the second day after operation (20 mins/time and 1 time/d), and then with conventional dressing. Patients in treatment group orally took Xianfang Xiaodu decoction (1 dose/d and 2 times for conventional boiling water), combined with warming moxibustion on wound and Changqiang point (20 mins/time, qd), and then with conventional dressing. All cases received treatment for 2 weeks. Scores of postoperative pain, wound exudation, and wound swelling were recorded for two groups. Wound healing time, wound area, and wound longitudinal diameter were recorded. Serum EGF and SIgA were detected for both groups. Result: The total efficacy for treatment group (97.01%) was higher than that of control group (83.58%), with statistical difference after 2 weeks (P<0.05). Scores for wound pain, exudation, and swelling at 7 d and 14 d after operation in treatment group were lower than those of control group (P<0.01). After treatment, wound area, wound longitudinal diameter, and wound healing time were less than those in control group (P<0.01). At 14 d after treatment, serum EGF and SIgA levels of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Xianfang Xiaodu decoction combined with warming moxibustion may significantly decrease wound pain, wound exudation and swelling, promote wound healing after anal fistula, and its mechanism may associated with increasing serum EGF and SIgA levels.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate clinical effects of Sijunzi Tang, Astragalus Radix assisted with diet exercise therapy in treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin type. Method: Two hundred and forty patients with gestational diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin type were chosen in recent years in our hospital and randomly divided into both group including control group (120 patients) with routine diet exercise therapy and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) group (120 patients) with Sijunzi Tang combined with astragalus on the basis of control group; and the clinical efficacy, levels of blood glucose, blood lipids and renal function index before and after treatment and pregnancy outcome of both groups were compared. Result: The clinical efficacy of control group and TCM group were separately 78.33%, 91.67%; the clinical efficacy of TCM group was significantly better than control group (P<0.05). The value of fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2 h plasma glucose(2 hPG) and glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) of control group after treatment were separately (9.77±1.03)mmol·L-1, (11.30±1.64)mmol·L-1, (9.84±1.10)%. The value of FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1c of TCM group after treatment were separately (5.48±0.62)mmol·L-1, (8.62±1.27)mmol·L-1, (7.03±0.64)%; the levels of blood glucose, blood lipids and renal function index after treatment of TCM group was significantly better than control group and before treatment(P<0.05). The incidence of preterm birth, preeclampsia, polyhydramnios, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia of TCM group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in incidence of cesarean section and pregnancy induced hypertension between 2 groups. Conclusion: Sijunzi Tang, astragalus assisted with diet exercise therapy in treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin type can efficiently relieve the diabetes symptoms, control the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid, improve the renal function and have the positive effect on the pregnancy outcome.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Xuezhikang capsule on insulin resistance in overweight patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Method: Sixty cases of patients both with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and overweight were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received therapy with metformin 0.5 g once, three times daily. The observation group received Xuezhikang capsule, 0.6 g once, two times daily based on the treatment in control group. Both groups were given continuous medication for 3 months. Fasting blood-glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), interleukin-1(IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were tested both before and after treatment, and body mass index (BMI) and insulin resistance index (HMOA-IR) were calculated. Taking HbA1c<6.5% as the successful control level of blood glucose, glucose-target-rate was calculated after treatment in both groups. Result: After 3 months of treatment, the levels of BMI, FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR, HbA1c, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α of both groups were decreased than before (P<0.05), and the levels of FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α of observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.0 5), but the levels of HbA1c and BMI had no significant difference between two groups, and the difference values of FBG, FINS, HbA1c, HOMA-IR, IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α before and after treatment in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.0 5), and the difference value of BMI before and after treatment showed no significant difference between two groups. Glucose-target-rate was 80.0% (24/30) for the patients in observation group and it was higher than 66.7%(20/30) in control group, but there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Xuezhikang capsule can improve insulin resistance in obese patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and reduce the inflammation reaction.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Guirong decoction combined with integration scheme for treating stage 3-4 chronic kidney disease and the impact on cellular immunity. Method: Ninety-two patients with stage 3-4 chronic kidney disease hospitalized in our hospital from March 2010 to April 2013 were selected. All cases were randomly divided into Guirong decoction group (n=46) and conventional group (n=46). Patients in conventional group were given chronic renal failure integration treatment. Patients in Guirong decoction group were given Guirong decoction combined with integration scheme on the basis of conventional treatment measures. Respectively before treatment and after two months treatment, serum creatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were tested, and corresponding eGFR values were calculated after follow-up. T cell subsets of CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ were detected by flow cytometry. The cytokines interleukin-2 (IL-2) and IL-6 were detected by radioimmunoassay. Result: The 39 cases (84.8%) in Guirong decoction group and 41 (89.1%) cases in conventional group completed this treatment. The total efficiency of Guirong decoction group was 53.8%, significantly higher than 17.1% of the conventional group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After 2 months treatment, the blood concentrations of SCr and BUN of Guirong decoction group were (240.5±49.8) μmol·L-1 and (9.8±3.9) mmol·L-1, lower than those in conventional group, while eGFR was (47.6±10.5) mL·(min·73 m2)-1, higher than that in conventional group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ of Guirong decoction group were (34.2±6.7)% and (1.6±0.2), higher than those in conventional group, while CD8+ was (21.5±4.7)%, lower than that in the conventional group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The level of IL-2 in Guirong decoction group was (19.6±6.3) mg·L-1, higher than that in the conventional group, while IL-6 was (115.3±22.4)mg·L-1, lower than that in conventional group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Guirong decoction combined with integration scheme for treating stage 3-4 chronic kidney disease was exact. It could effectively improve renal function and cellular immunity, thus helpful to improve the life quality of patients.

      摘要:Objective: To systematically assess the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuanbi Tang in treating gouty arthritis. Method: Retrieving relative randomized controlled trial studies applying Xuanbi Tang in treating gout arthritis published before July 2015 from several online databases of CNKI, VIP and Wanfang. Literature were retrieved and extracted, and evaluated with Jadad score by two reviewers respectively. Software Review Manager 5.3 was used for statistics. Analyzing drug reactions. Result: A total of 11 randomized control trials studies were included. One gets high score, the others get low score. The clinical efficacy of the experimental group is better than the control group's(P<0.01). Funnel figure is asymmetric. Furthermore, less adverse reactions were found in experimental group. Conclusion: The Xuanbi Tang has a good clinical curative effect and less adverse reactions.

      摘要:Objective: Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (TCMISS) (V2.0) software to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for stroke collected in the disk of The Chinese Medical, including drug law, commonly used drugs, couplet medicines and new drug combination and so on, in order to provide new ideas and methods for treatment of stroke. Method: Collect and sift the oral prescriptions used for stroke in the disk of The Chinese Medical, then enter into the TCMISS, by using the excavation method from the integration of the software, through looking for the high frequency of drugs, drug properties, and couplet medicines in order to investigate stroke medicine compatibility rule, which can summarize etiology and pathogenesis of the ancient treatment of stroke. Result: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, we get a total of 617 prescriptions, involving 320 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine. The statistical results of the data shows us that wind medicine is most frequently used and the top ten high frequency drugs are Radix Sileris, Ligusticum Wallichii, Liquorice, Cinnamon, Chinese Angelica, Gastrodia Elata, Monkshood, Herba Ephedrae, Rhizoma Arisaematis, Notopterygium Incisum. The most frequently used medicine match are Ligusticum Wallichii and Radix Sileris. In the last, 13 new prescriptions are discovered from the study. Conclusion: According to the analysis of prescriptions, we reach a conclusion that ancient physicians attach great importance to the use of wind medicine when they treat stroke. Furthermore, under the guidance of syndrome differentiation, treatment is supplemented by inducing resuscitation, invigorate the circulation of blood and reduce phlegm,which can provide a reference for clinical treatment.

      摘要:Objective: To assess and compare the efficacy and safety of Ganmai Dazao Tang(GMDZD) and antidepressants for depression. Method: The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about GMDZD for depression were searched in the databases of EMBASE, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, and VIP Information. Two reviewers independently screened the literatures, extracted the data, and evaluated the methodological quality. Meta-analyses were performed by using RevMan 5.2 software. Result: A total of 14 RCTs involving 1 105 cases were included. Meta-analyses suggested that compared with simple administration with antidepressants, GMDZD combined with antidepressants showed a significantly greater reduction in HAMD scores [MD=-3.46, 95%CI(-4.66,-2.26), P<0.000 01]. There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the simple administration with GMDZD and antidepressants [MD=-0.98,95%CI(-2.59,0.63), P=0.23]. GMDZD group was comparable with antidepressants group in the total effective rate. No serious adverse events were reported in all of the included trials. Pooled analyses of adverse events in 7 trials [RR=0.16, 95%CI(0.09, 0.30), P<0.000 01] and TESS scores of 2 trials [MD=-8.2, 95%CI(-9.69,-7.74), P<0.000 01] suggested that GMDZD group had less adverse effects compared with antidepressants group. Conclusion: The present evidence suggests that GMDZD was effective and safe for patients with depression. However, due to the low quality of trials included, more high-quality RCTs are required to verify the results.

      摘要:Objective: To assess the efficacy of the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for Treatment of hyperthyroidism using systematic review. Method: Randomized controlled trialsonthe integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine as well as western medicine alone for treatment of hyperthyroidism were searched in electronic databases;all relevant literatures were screened according to inclusion criteria and data was extracted, then analyzed with Stata10.1 software. Result: The 21 randomized controlled trials met the inclusion criteria, including 1 394 patients. Compared with western medicine alone, the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine significantly improved clinical effect [OR=3.26, 95%CI (2.30, 4.64), P<0.01], and the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine had significantly better effects than western medicine alone in improving free triiodothyronine(FT3), free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), thyroid microsomal antibody(TMA), and thyroglobulin antibody(TGA), but there was no difference in thyromegaly improvement between two groups. Conclusion: The integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has significantly better effects than western medicine alone in treatment of hyperthyroidism, especially in improving FT3, FT4, TSH, TMA and TGA levels.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the pair medication rules of Professor SHAN Zhao-wei in treating bile reflux gastritis (BRG). Method: Medcase V 3.2 data mining system was used to record all clinical cases that were diagnosed and treated by Prof. SHAN Zhao-wei in 2011-2013 in a real-time manner, and build a database of Professor SHAN's clinical cases. The database was searched in multiple dimensions by taking ‘BRG’ as the key word, with the related data retrieved as a secondary disease database;pair medication for BRG was then analyzed according to the secondary database. Result: In the operational environment, if setting the standard for the listed parameters [Support=0.40, Confidence=0.87], then 12 rule sets of items would be produced totally. According to binomial distribution of item sets content, they were divided into 6 groups. The pair medications whose support rate was more than 0.50 included Coicis Semen-Agrimoniae Herba, Coicis Semen-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Agrimoniae Herba-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Pseudostellariae Radix-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Pseudostellariae Radix-Agrimonia pilosa, Pseudostellariae Radix-Coicis Semen. Conclusion: Prof. SHAN Zhao-wei commonly uses 6 groups of pair herbals in treating BRG. The treatment methods are mainly to invigorate spleen and supplement qi or invigorate spleen to eliminate dampness, reflecting the academic idea of Menghe Medicine to protect middle burner, spleen and stomach.

      摘要:Objective: Shenfu injection is a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine,which is comprised of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata.Its main clinical indications of congestive heart failure,ischemic stroke had been widely accepted bymedical community.Based on ischemic stroke,system biology and experimental research was adopted to explain functional mechanisms of Shenfu injection regulating biological network. Method: Departure of 28 compounds in Shenfu injection,Research used combined methods of TCMGeneDIT database and Agilent literature search (ALS) system addition to Pharmmapper reverse docking to dig the protein information of Shenfu injection to biuld multi-compounds protein network.Protein interaction network was built based on protein-protein interaction extracted from Genecards,BIND,BioGRID,IntAct,Mint database.Extracted significant difference subnetwrok from the netwrok and subjected it to Western blot verification. Result: The whole 28 compounds had connections with 55 proteins,while protein interaction network was built with none-isolated nodes of 53 proteins,from which one subnetwork was extracted with significant difference.Fifteen key proteins in subnetwork were mapped on Biocart signaling pathway,which had relationship with NF-κB signaling pathway,AKT signaling pathway,Toll signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway,etc.Western blot confirmed Shenfu injection could attenuate phosphorylation expression of NF-κB p65,IκB-α on ischemia 1 h reperfusion 24 h MCAO model. Conclusion: Computational system biology and experimental study approach preliminary explores molecular mechanism of Shenfu injection for preventing and curing diseases,it can provide references for researches on Chinese medicines.

      摘要:Combined with relevant literature data,According to his own research and practical production experience of more than 20 years,this article discusses production process of adhesive plaster with hot-pressing method and key production operation points,emphasizes on three preparation methods for mixing process of hot-pressing method and problems frequently occurred duringapplication of adhesive and solutions,puts forward factors affecting and solving development of adhesive plaster.Compared with the solvent process,hot-pressing method has advantages of without solvents,low cost,production safety and environmental protection,reducing factory area of 150 m2,menthol and other volatile drug loss reduced by 1.7 times,viscosity fit,aging slow,shorten period of production cycle half,production efficiency 2 times higher.Adhesive plaster with hot-pressing method has obvious advantages,it is worth popularization and application.This study can provide valuable reference data for people engaged in research and production of adhesive plaster.

      摘要:Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors that seriously influence human survival. Its mortality rate has been among the top of the global malignant tumors. Comprehensive treatment scheme mainly with chemotherapy is generally adopted, but the curative effect is not ideal. The main reason is that the lung cancer cells produce multi-drug resistance (MDR) to chemotherapy drugs. The drug resistance incidence of lung adenocarcinoma in recent years is higher than that of squamous cell carcinomas. Multi-drug resistant cell line A549/DDP of lung adenocarcinoma induced by cis-Dichlorodiamineplatinum (DDP) is very representative. Therefore, further study of lung adenocarcinoma A549/DDP cells MDR mechanisms and looking for safe and effective reversal agents have become the urgent matter. Literature retrieval research has shown that lung adenocarcinoma A549/DDP cells multi-drug resistance mechanism mainly involves membrane transport protein-mediated drug efflux pump mechanism, enzyme-mediated tumor cells detoxification and repair enhancements, abnormal apoptosis regulation genes, antiapoptotic mechanism of signal transduction factors and immune escape caused by Epithelial-Mesenchymal transit (EMT). Reversal agents of traditional Chinese medicines aiming at lung adenocarcinoma A549/DDP cells multi-drug resistance are mainly related to traditional Chinese medicine monomer, traditional Chinese medicine compound, single Chinese medicine and its effective components, and extraction of compounds. Here we will further review lung adenocarcinoma A549/DDP cells multi-drug resistant mechanism and research progress of reversal agents in traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:To understand the current research status and existing problems of pesticide residues in Chinese traditional medicines (CTM), collect and analyze the literatures on the types of pesticides commonly used in CTM, detection and analysis technologies of pesticide residues and removing technologies for pesticide residues, and provide scientific foundations and theoretical basis for removing pesticide residues in CTM in condition of keeping the material shape and effective components. On the basis of checking out recent published literatures on pesticide residues in CTM both home and abroad, we reviewed the current types of pesticides commonly used in CTM as well as the detection and analysis technologies of pesticide residues, with emphasis on existing removing technologies for pesticide residues, and introduced the new removal technique, subcritical dry-cleaning technology in detail, which can remove the pesticide residues without destroying the shape of the material. Currently, the organochlorine, organophosphor and pyrethroid were the main pesticide residues in CTM. The detection and analysis methods primarily included gas chromatography (GC) testing, liquid chromatography (LC) testing or one of them combined with mass spectrometry (MS). The removing technologies for pesticide residues in CTM mainly relied on physical removing methods-water washing method, processing method, chemical oxidation method and supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) method which was popular recently. Up to now, the research on subcritical fluid extraction method for removing pesticide residues has made some progress, but subcritical dry-cleaning technology which can remove pesticide residues attached to the surface of CTM in the condition of keeping the material shape and active ingredient is still lacking of deep research because it is a relative new technique. The further study of pesticide residues in CTM, especially on subcritical dry-cleaning on removing pesticide residues of CTM will be conducive to the development of new removing technologies and solving the problems of pesticide residues in CTM.
