摘要:Objective: To study compatibility of active ingredients from Cyperi Rhizoma with Jianchangbang and examine interaction for increasing dysmenorrheal effects. Method: Compatible programs of active ingredients from Cyperi Rhizoma with Jianchangbang was developed by uniform design of experiments with mixtures.Uterine smooth muscle activity was recorded by Powerlab biological signal acquisition system in mice.Average tension changes were observed.Correlation between active ingredients and inhibition rates was explored to optimize relationship between ratios of these three components. Result: When ratio of cyperotundone,α-cyperone and sugeonol was 43: 41: 16,optimal integrated solution was obtained by establishing regression equation,contraction inhibition rate was highest by oxytocin-induced uterine spasmodic in mice. Conclusion: Cyperotundone,α-cyperone and sugeonol has significant interaction,dysmenorrheal effects of samples are increased significantly after compatibility of three components.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determining dissolution of total composition and individual material in components capsules of Hedyotis diffusa by combination of area under absorbance-wavelength curve (AUAWC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Method: Dissolution medium was pH 6.8 phosphate buffer containing 0.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) with a rotation speed of 100 r · min-1.Total composition and individual material was respectively analyzed by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and HPLC for content determination,data were compared scientifically. Result: Cumulative dissolution of total composition at 120 min by AUAWC was 74.72%,cumulative dissolution of quercetin,oleanolic acid and stigmasterol by HPLC at the same time was 77.16%,82.78% and 71.70%,respectively.Final dissolution quantity of total composition by AUAWC and total quantity of three individual drugs by HPLC were 104.61 mg and 102.25 mg,respectively. Conclusion: Data under two methods have a good consistency.Combination of AUAWC and HPLC can be used for dissolution test of total composition and individual ingredient from components capsule,which will provide a good instruction for dissolution of different components from other preparations.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of total polysaccharides from Artemisiae Annuae Herba residue and investigate its antioxidant activity. Method: Response surface methodology was employed to optimize extraction process of total polysaccharides from Artemisiae Annuae Herba residue by taking liquid-solid ratio,extracting temperature and time as factors.Antioxidant activity of total polysaccharides was evaluated through several in vitro antioxidant assays,such as 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity,hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and anti-lipid peroxidation with vitamin C as a reference. Result: Optimum extraction conditions of total polysaccharides were as follows:liquid-solid ratio of 30: 1,extraction time of 30 min and extraction temperature of 70 ℃.Under these conditions,yield of total polysaccharides could be up to 1.773 3%.Antioxidant capacity of total polysaccharides increased with the concentration of total polysaccharides increased,its scavenging ability towards hydroxyl free radical was stronger than vitamin C. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process is stable and reliable,total polysaccharides from Artemisiae Annuae Herba residue has antioxidant capacity,which can provide a reference for comprehensive utilization of Artemisiae Annuae Herba.

摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology of Moutan Cortex carbon. Method: With the content of gallic acid,5-hydroxymethyl furfural,catechin,paeonol as comprehensive evaluation index,based on single factor tests,herb-to-sand ratio,processing time and temperature were selected as independent variables,sand-scorch method was adopted,processing technology of Moutan Cortex carbon was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology. Result: Optimum processing conditions were as follows:processing time of 9.0 min,processing temperature at 180.0 ℃,herb-to-sand ratio of 25.5: 1.The content of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural,gallic acid,catechin and paeonol were 0.022 1%,0.023 3%,0.175 7% and 0.042 0%,respectively.The measured value of composite score was 95.01,which was close to the predicted value of 97.67. Conclusion: This optimized processing technology of Moutan Cortex carbon is simple and feasible with good predictability,which fully embodies function characteristics of this herb.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction and purification procedure of Chuanxiong Rhizoma in compound Shenxiong dropping pills. Method: Ethonal extraction of Chuanxiong Rhizoma was conducted through orthogonal design with contents of ferulic acid and ligustilide as indexes,solvent extraction method was used to purify Chuanxiong Rhizoma extract on the basis of single factor experiments,effects of different concentration,solvent volume and extraction times were studied.Contents of ferulic acid and ligustilide were determine by HPLC,methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase in a gradient elution,detection wavelength was 320 nm. Result: Optimum extraction procedure was that medicinal materials were extracted 2 times with 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol,2 hours for each time.Contents of ferulic acid and ligustilide in extract were 1.46,13.84 mg · g-1.Diversion rate of ferulic acid and ligustilide were 94.68% and 85.86%.Purification procedure was carried out by extracted 3 times with 2 times the amount of ethyl acetate for each time. Conclusion: Extraction rate of active components is high by optimized extraction and purification procedure,which can provide experimental basis for industrial production of compound Shenxiong dropping pills.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total tannin from Galla Chinensis. Method: On the basis of single factor tests,water heating extraction process of total tannin from Galla Chinensis was optimized by Box-Behnken design by taking yields of gallic acid and extract as indexes. Result: Optimum extraction technology of total tannin was extracted twice with 10.4 times the amount of water at 62 ℃,125 minutes of each time,yields of gallic acid and extract were 55.67% and 65.11%,compared with theoretical prediction values,their relative deviations were 3.30% and 0.35%,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology of total tannin from Galla Chinensis is simple with high extraction efficiency and good predictability.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 17 amino acids in raw and processed Bupleuri Radix. Method: HPLC analysis was performed after derivatization by using phenyl isothiocyanate (PITC) as a derivative reagent.Samples were analyzed on Prevail C18 column with gradient elution of acetonitrile-water (4: 1) and sodium acetate buffer solution (adjusted to pH 6.5)-acetonitrile (97: 3),detection wavelength was 254 nm. Result: Seventeen amino acids in Bupleuri Radix could be separated well in 32 min.The average recovery was between 93.4%-107.1% with RSD of 1.8%-3.9%. Conclusion: Compared with other pre-column derivatization method for determination of the content of amino acid,this method is reliable with good accuracy and repeatability,which is useful for determination of amino acids in raw and processed Bupleuri Radix.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of C-25 epimers of ruscogenin1-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 2)] [β-D-xylopyranosyl (1 →3)]-β-D-fucopyranoside in the tuberous roots of Liriope muscari at different harvest time. Method: A Waters XBridge C18 column(4.6 mm× 250 mm, 3.5 μm)was used for separation at 40 ℃ with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The wavelength of detector was set at 203 nm and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (42: 58). Result: The linear ranges of 25R-and 25S-epimer were 20.40-408.00 mg · L-1(R2=0.999 9) and 20.09-401.80 mg · L-1 (R2=0.999 9). The average recoveries were 99.85% and 101.40%, and RSD were 2.1% and 1.8%, respectively. 8 batches of L. muscari at different harvest time were analyzed by HPLC, the contents of 25R-, 25S-epimer and were 0.081%-0.136%, 0.012%-0.150%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, it can be used for determination of C-25 epimers of ruscogenin1-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 2)] [β-D-xylopyranosyl (1 →3)]-β-D-fucopyranoside. The contents of 25R-and 25S-epimer in the tuberous roots of L.muscari at different harvest time were significantly different, especially 25S-epimer, which indicate that the harvest time of L. muscari should be controlled strictly.

摘要:Objective: To verify the promoting gastrointestinal motility activity of Cyperi Rhizoma volatile oil using semi-solid paste method (in vivo) and MTT assay (in vitro). The chemical components of volatile oil were analyzed. Method: Stomach and small intestine propulsion rate of residual semi-solid paste of carbon propelling was used to determine the promoting gastrointestinal motility activity. MTT method was used to investigate the proliferation rate of small intestine smooth muscle cells in vitro. At the same time GC-MS method was used to analyze the components of volatile oil. Result: The rate of stomach and small intestine propulsion were significant differences between high concentration group and control group.Cyperi Rhizoma volatile oil with different concentration presents certain promoting effect to small intestine smooth muscle cells, and showed some concentration-response relationship. 17 ingredients were identified, containing α-cyperone, caryophylene oxide, 2(1H)-naphthalenone,3,5,6,7,8,8α-hexahydro-4,8α-dimethyl-6-(1-methylethenyl), and so on. Conclusion: This study reveals the material base of Cyperi Rhizoma volatile oil promoting gastrointestinal motility is mainly terpenoids, which provide reasonable basis for its clinical application and further research and development.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Aurantii Fructus. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, sephadex LH-20 and ODS columns. Their physicochemical properties and spectral data were used to elucidate the structures. Result: Nine compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Aurantii Fructus and their structures were identified as umbelliferone (1), marmin (2), 6',7'-dihydroxybergamottin (3), bergaptol (4), meranzin hydrate (5), ferulic acid (6), limonin (7), daucosterolpalmitate (8), and daucosterol (9). Conclusion: Compounds 3-4,6, and 8-9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: Quantitative determination of total polysaccharides (TP) and water-soluble polysaccharides (WP) in Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma with red or white transverse section from 26 collection sites. The antioxidant activities of TP and WP were determined. Method: The content of TP and WP were determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method;DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging method was used for evaluation the antioxidant capacity of TP and WP with ascorbic acid as positive contrast. Result: In red transverse section, the content of TP and WP were 1.897 3%-11.680 9% and 0.048 0%-1.863 4%, while in white transverse section were 7.957 5%-81.681 0% and 0.413 2%-7.963 9%. TP and WP showed some scavenging activities on DPPH radical. The IC50 values were in order of ascorbic acid (0.033 4 g · L-1)-1)-1)-1)-1). Conclusion: The contents of TP and WP were significantly different between red and white transverse section of Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, but the contents of TP and WP were not positively related with antioxidant effect. It laid a foundation for the rational exploration and utilization of Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma medicinal resources.

摘要:Objective: To separate and purificate homogeneous polysaccharides from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex and study the effect on proliferation function of mice spleen lymphocyte transformation. Method: The DEAE Cellulose 52, DEAE-Sepharose F.F and Sephacryl S-400 columns were used to separate and purificate homogeneous polysaccharides and the monosaccharide composition and structure were preliminarily identificated by periodate oxidation, smith degradation, methylation, IR, HPLC and GC-MS, and their effects on proliferation function of mice spleen lymphocyte transformation were determinated by MTT. Result: The yield of crude polysaccharide was 4%. Three homogeneous polysaccharides were separated and purificated (G1-G3), the yields of purified polysaccharides were 6%, 9%, and 10%, espectively, which were identified as homogeneous polysaccharides by HPLC. They mainly contained arabinose, rhamnose, galactose and galacturonic acid, the mole ratios were 1: 1.06: 1.04: 1.14 (G1), 1: 1.27: 1.10: 1.09 (G2) and 1: 1.23: 0.99: 1.55 (G3), and the homogeneous polysaccharides were able to inhibit the proliferation of lymphocytes induced by ConA. Conclusion: The homogeneous polysaccharides contained arabinose, rhamnose, galactose and galacturonic acid, and showed inhibit effect of cellular immunity, which established the experimental basis for the further study of the polysaccharides.

摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination ofrutin,hyperin,isoquercitrinand quercetinin Mone Flose dispensing granule. Method: HPLC method was performed on a Phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with Acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B) as mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min, column temperature was 30 ℃and detection wavelength was 360 nm. Result: Rutin,hyperin,isoquercitrinand quercetin showed good linearity in the ranges of 0.230 2-2.877 5 μg(r=0.999 2),0.134 8-1.685 0 μg(r=0.999 5), 0.195 4-2.442 5 μg(r=0.999 1) and 0.033 8-0.422 5 μg(r=0.999 9) with average recoveries of 98.39%,98.71%,100.00% and 100.57%, with RSD 1.7%,1.4%,1.8% and 2.0%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and repeatable, which can provide a reliable way for evaluating the quality of Mone Flose dispensing granule.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a UPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of 18 constituents in Zishen Qinggan Daiping formula. Method: The samples were separated on a Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm) by a gradient elution with the mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid-water and acetonitrileas at a flow rate of 0.3 mL · min-1. The column temperature was 50 ℃. The sample size was 5 μL. The electrospray ion source was adopted to monitor in the polarity in positive and negative mode. The multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) was applied in the quantitative analysis. Result: Within 16 min, the 18 constituents (malic acid, citrate acid,gallic acid, oleanolicacid, ursolic acid, 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, l-deoxynojirimycin, cassiaside, rubrofusarin gentiobioside, cassiaside B, resveratrol, physcion-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, aurantio-obtusin, chryso-obtusin, obtusinfolin, emodin, chrysophanol, icaritin) in Zishen Qinggan Daiping formula were completed separated. The regression equations showed a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of each compound. The average recoveries ranged from 98.81% to 100.80%, and the precision ranged between 0.09% and 2.9%. Conclusion: The methodology validation shows that the method can be used for the content determination and quality control of 18 constituents in Zishen Qinggan Daiping formula.  
摘要:Objective: To identify the structure of picroside-Ⅱ and establish an HPLC method for determining the content of picroside-Ⅱ. Method: The structure was elucidated by its physiochemical characteristics and spectral analysis. The content of picroside-Ⅱwas determined by HPLC. Result: The structure was elucidated as 6-vani11oyl catalpol (picroside-Ⅱ). The linear range of picroside-Ⅱwas within 0.315-5.05 μg. The average recovery was 98.09%, with RSD 1.6%. The three batches of active pharmaceutical ingredient picroside-Ⅱ were 101.53%, 101.50%, and 102.25%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and specific, and can be used for control of picroside-Ⅱ.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard for Houerhuan anti-inflammation granule. Method: The gallic acid was qualitative identified by TLC, the contents of gallic acid and quercetin were determined by HPLC. HPLC was performed on Odyssil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), gradiently eluting with acetonitrile as mobile phase A, and 0.2%H3PO4 as mobile phase B at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was at 254 nm. The injection volume was 5 μL. Result: TLC spots were clear, separation effect was good. The linearity of gallic acid was good in the range of 0.060 2-1.806 μg (r=0.999 5), and the average recovery was 99.88% (RSD 1.8%). The linearity of quercetin was good in the range of 0.016 9-0.507 6 μg(r=0.999 6), and the average recovery was 100.24%(RSD 1.9%). Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate and provides reference for quality control of Houerhuan anti-inflammation granule.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint method of Curcuma aromatica, for its quality control. Method: Agela Promosil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used and eluted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid solution in a gradient mode, the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1,column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was at 250 nm, the analytical time was 65 min. 10 batches of Curcumae Aromatica Radix were detected, the similarity evaluation and system cluster analysis were conducted for the Curcumae Aromatica Radix different origin. Result: The HPLC fingerprint of Curcumae Aromatica Radix was established. 12 common peaks were indentified in the fingerprint. The similarity comparison indicated that the similarities were all over 0.90. The 10 batches of Curcumae Aromatica Radix from different regions can be divided into 3 categories by the hierarchical cluster analysis. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for quality control of Curcumae Aromatica Radix.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a sensitive and acurate automatic blood sampling system and HPLC-QQQ-MS method for determining the content of sinomenine and its pharmacokinetic characteristics in rat plasma. Method: SD rats were jugular vein cannula and intraperitoneal injected with 40 mg · kg-1 sinomenine after sober,blood samples were collected in rats at freely moving state by automatic blood sampling system.Codeine phosphate was used as the internal standard calibration in 20 μL sample,acetonitrile for protein precipitation.Gradient elution was performed on a Zorbax XBD-C18 column,mobile phase was consisted of 0.1% ammonium formate and acetonitrile.The analyte was detected using electrospray ionization (ESI) in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) modes.Reaction selected ions were m/z 330.0 for sinomenine and m/z 300.0 for internal standard.Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by Phoenix WinNonlin software. Result: Linear ranges of sinomenine was 5.0-500.0 μg · L-1,extract recovery of this method was more than 88%,the lower limit of quantification was 1 μg · L-1,intra-day and inter-batch accuracy was 101.08%~111.08% with RSD were less than 10%.Stability was well.Main pharmacokinetic parameters of tmax,Cmax,AUC0-24 h,Vz/F,CL/F and MRT0-24 hwere (1.65±1.48) h,(210.43±96.35) μg · L-1,(1 053.80±427.69) h · μg · L-1,(252.65±57.36) L · kg-1,(30.37±11.85) L · h-1 · kg-1and (5.15±2.47) h,respectively. Conclusion: It is first time to establish a method using automatic blood sampler and HPLC-QQQ-MS to collect blood sample and determine the concentration of sinomenine in rat plasma.This method needs less sample quantity.It is so easy,acurate and sensitive for using in in vivo quantitative analysis of sinomenine.  
摘要:Objective: To evaluate effect of different doses of compound Danshen injection on rat liver microsomal cytochrome P450 metabolic activity by Cocktail probe drugs. Method: Male rats were randomly divided into four groups,including Danshen injection high,middle,low dosage groups and the control group.Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RT-HPLC) is adopted to determine plasma concentration and 3P97 Pharmacokinetic software was employed to compare pharmacokinetic parameters of four specific probe drugs. Result: Compared with the control group,elimination half-time (t1/2β)of caffeine increased from 50.492 min to 54.456 min and the area under concentration-time curve (AUC) was significantly increased,clearance rate (CL) was significantly reduced in compound Danshen injection high-dose group;t1/2β of chlorzoxazone can be shortened,AUC was reduced and CL was significantly increased in high-dose group;t1/2β and AUC of tolbutamide were gradually increased and CL was gradually decreased as the dose.Pharmacokinetic parameters of midazolam were no significant differences of compound Danshen injection of three dose group. Conclusion: Compound Danshen injection on the overall level of rat liver micro-body CYP2C9 has a certain extent inhibition,and there is a dose-dependent.There are weak inhibitory effect on CYP1A2 and weak induction on CYP2E1 of high doses of compound Danshen injection,there is not effect on CYP1A2 and CYP2E1 of low and middle dosage of compound Danshen injection.There is not any effect on activity of CYP3A4.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Tiaoganshen Qutanyu-formula (TQF) on blood pressure and kidney tissue injury index on the early stage of spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) administered before blood pressure peak. Method: A total of 30 12-week male SHR were randomly divided into 3 groups:the TQF group (4 g · kg-1), the losartan group (30 mg · kg-1) and the model group. Another healthy 10 SD rats were taken as the normal group. The blood pressure was observed. Microalbuminuria (mALb) and β2-urinary microglobulin (β2-MG) were detected by ELISA after 12 weeks of treatment. The serum contents of creatinine (SCr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) were observed. Moreover, collagen I and collagen IV in kidney tissues were detected by using immunohistochemical method. Result: Compared with the normal group, the blood pressure elevated, the levels of mAlb, β2-MG, BUN and SCr increased, the collagen I and collagen IV in kidney tissues increased in the model group (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the blood pressure declined, the levels of mMALb, β2-MG, BUN and SCr decreased, the collagen I and collagen IV in kidney tissues decreased in the TQF group (P<0.05, P<0.01). There was no statistical difference between the TQF group and the losartan group. Conclusion: TQF taken before blood pressure peak could reduce blood pressure and decrease kidney tissue injury in SHR. The mechanism might be the synergistic effect of Yin-yang theory of inhibiting the expressions of mALb, β2-MG, SCr and collagen I, collagen IV in the kidney.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Tiaoganshen Qutanyu-formula (TQF) on histomorphology of kidney tissue injury index on the early stage of spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) administered before blood pressure peak. Method: A total of 30 12-week male SHR were randomly divided into 3 groups:the TQF group (4 g · kg-1), the losartan group (30 mg · kg-1) and the model group. Another healthy 10 SD rats were taken as the normal group. The kidney and heart ultrastructure and protein expression of angiotensin Ⅱ were observed after 12 weeks of treatment. Result: Compared with the normal group, the kidney and heart ultrastructure had varying degrees of injuries, the protein expression of angiotensin Ⅱ increased in the model group (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the kidney and heart ultrastructure had good improvement, the protein expression of angiotensin Ⅱ decreased in the TQF group (P<0.01). Conclusion: TQF taken before blood pressure peak could reduce the pathological injury of kidney and heart. The mechanism might be the synergistic effect of Yin-yang theory of preventing the aggregation of extra cellular matrix by reducing the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Tiaoganshen Qutanyu-formula (TQF) on transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) and fibronectin (FN) in kidney tissue in spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) administered before blood pressure peak. Method: A total of 30 12-week male SHR were randomly divided into 3 groups:the TQF group (4 g · kg-1), the losartan group (30 mg · kg-1) and the model group. Another healthy 10 SD rats were taken as the normal group. The mRNA and protein expressions of TGF-β1, CTGF and FN were detected by using RT-PCR and Western Blot after 12 weeks of treatment. Result: Compared with the normal group, the mRNA expressions of TGF-β1, CTGF and FN were obviously up-regulated, protein expressions of CTGF and FN were also up-regulated in the model group (P<0.01).Compared with the model group, mRNA and protein expressions of TGF-β1, CTGF and FN were down-regulated in TQF and losartan groups (P<0.05, P<0.01). Moreover, the results were lower in the TQF group (P<0.05). Conclusion: TQF taken before blood pressure peak could reduce the aggregation of extra celluar matrix and prevent kidney tissue injury in SHR. The mechanism might be the synergistic effect of Yin-yang theory of the expression inhibition of TGF-β1, CTGF and FN in kidney tissue.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Tiaoganshen Qutanyu-formula (TQF) on the pathway of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)-Smad2/3/7 in the kidney of spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) administered before blood pressure peak. Method: A total of 30 12-week male SHR were randomly divided into 3 groups:the TQF group (4 g · kg-1), the losartan group (30 mg · kg-1) and the normal group. Another healthy 10 SD rats were taken as the normal group. The mRNA expressions of Smad2, Smad3 and Smad7 in the heart and kidney were detected by RT-PCR, and the protein expressions of Smad2, Smad3 and Smad7 in the kidney were determined by munohistochemical method after 12 weeks of treatment. Result: Compared with the normal group, the mRNA expressions of Smad2, Smad3 in the kidney and TGF-β1, Smad2, Smad3 in the heart increased, the mRNA expression of Smad7 in both kidney and heart decreased, the protein expressions of Smad2, Smad3 in the kidney increased, the protein expression of Smad7 decreased in the model group (P<0.01). Compared with model group, the mRNA expressions of Smad2, Smad3 in the kidney and TGF-β1, Smad2, Smad3 in the heart decreased, the mRNA expression of Smad7 in both kidney and heart increased, the protein expressions of Smad2, Smad3 in the kidney decreased in the TQF group (P<0.05, P<0.01). There was no statistical difference for protein expression of Smad7 between the TQF group and the normal group. Conclusion: TQF taken before blood pressure peak could reduce the hypertensive heart and kidney fibrosis by decreasing the aggregation of extra cellular matrix. The mechanism might be the synergistic effect of Yin-yang theory of the TGF-β1-Smads signal pathway interruption by regulating the Smad2, Smad3 and Smad7 in the heart and kidney tissue.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Celastrus orbiculatus extract (COE) on apoptosis in human gastric carcinoma MGC-803 cells in which the tumor suppressor gene, maspin, is overexpressed. Method: The growth rates of maspin-overexpressed human gastric carcinoma MGC-803 cells treated with different concentrations of COE (20, 40, 80, 160, 320 mg · L-1) for 24 and 48 h were measured by MTT assay. The apoptosis of MGC-803 cells treated with different concentrations of COE (0, 20, 40, 80 mg · L-1) and 5-FU (32 mg · L-1) for 24 h was examined according to the Tunel Apoptosis Assay Kit. The protein expressions of maspin, Bcl-2, Bcl-2L12 and Bax were detected by using Western blot. Result: COE (20, 40, 80, 160, 320 mg · L-1) suppressed the proliferation of maspin-overexpressed human gastric cancer MGC-803 cells in a concentration-and time-dependent manner. After being treated with COE (20, 40, 80 mg · L-1) for 24 h, reduction of cell number, morphology being round, cytoplasmic concentration and apoptotic bodies were observed gradually with the growing of the concentration. Tunel assay showed that COE (20, 40, 80 mg · L-1) could promote apoptosis of cells. Western blot showed that COE (20, 40, 80, 160 mg · L-1) increased the expression of maspin and decreased expressions of Bcl-2 and Bcl-2L12 in a concertration-dependent manner. Conclusion: COE could induce the apoptosis of human gastric cancer MGC-803 cells in which maspin gene is overexpressed, the mechanisms may be related to regulating the expressions of Bcl-2, Bcl-2L12 and maspin.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of epoxyauraptene from Aurantii Fructus Immaturus on ulcerative colitis (UC) in BALB/C mice. Method: BALB/C mice were divided into 6 groups:the normal group (normal saline), the model group (normal saline), the sulfasalazine group (520 mg · kg-1), the low-, medium-and high-dose epoxyaurapten groups (80, 160, 320 μmol · L-1). The UC model was induced in mice by receiving 4% dextran sulphate sodium salt solution for 10 days. All mice received 0.01 mL · g-1 of the corresponding medicines. Disease activity index of BALB/C mice was observed. Colonic mucosa damage repair in mice was evaluated by Colon injury scoring method. The contents of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in BALB/C mice colon tissue were determined by using ELISA. Colon smooth muscle myosin light chain kinase expression level was determined by Western blot. Result: Compared with the model group, the disease activity index decreased in the medium-and high-dose epoxyaurapten groups (P<0.05), colonic injury index decreased, the content of TNF-α in mice tissue decreased in the high-dose epoxyaurapten group (P<0.05), the level of IL-10 increased, the damaged colon smooth muscle myosin light chain kinase expression decreased in the medium-and high-dose epoxyaurapten groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Epoxyaurapten has a good effect in treating UC by various kinds of mechanisms in mice.  
摘要:Objective: To study the antiviral effects of components from Reduning injection against coxsachievirus A16 (CoxA16) and enterovirus 71 (EV71) in vitro. Method: African green monkey cell(Vero cells), infected with 50 times 50% tissue cuture infective dose(TCID50) CoxA16 and EV71, were treated with components (15.625-500 mg · L-1) for 3 days (n=3), median toxic concentration(TC50) values were clarified. The antiviral activity of components against CoxA16 and EV71 was assessed. Viral load was detected after active components application with optium concentration for 8 h. Result: Firstly, the toxic effects (TC50) of the components (RDN1-19) on Vero cells were investigated, which was from more than 1 000 to 221 mg · L-1. Furthermore, the antivirus and dose-response relationship studies of components showed that RDN7 and RDN18 revealed antiviral activity against CoxA16 with concentration for 50% of maximum effect(EC50) 460, 92 mg · L-1, therapeutic index(TI) 1.44, 2.40.Meanwhile, RDN6 and RDN17 revealed antiviral activity against EV71 with EC50 395, 378 mg · L-1, TI 2.22, 1.10.Finally, investigation on viral load indicated that RDN7 reduced CoxA16 copies very significantly in Vero cell (P<0.01). And RDN6,RDN 17 depressed EV71 copies very obviously in Vero cells (P<0.01). However, RDN18 failed to change CoxA16 and EV71 load clearly. Conclusion: The exogenous antiviral activity of components from Reduning injection against CoxA16 and EV71 could be clarified.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of the different Mori Folium extracts on lipid metabolism in sodium hydrogen glutamate (MSG) obese rats. Method: Subcutaneous injection of 4 g · kg-1 · d-1 L-glutamate in new born SD rats for seven days was used to establish the MSG obese rat model, the modeling rats were randomly divided into model group, rosiglitazone group(5 mg · kg-1 · d-1), fenofibrate group(100 mg · kg-1 · d-1), Mori Folium polysaccharide groups at dose of 625,312.5 mg · kg-1 · d-1, Mori Folium flavonoids groups at dose of 80,40 mg · kg-1 · d-1,and Mori Folium alkaloid groups at dose of 5 000, 2 500 mg · kg-1 · d-1. Another 8 normal rats were as the normal group. The levels of lipid in serum and liver and the level of nonestesterified fatty acid(NEFA) in serum were measured after administration for 8 weeks. Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression level of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α(PPARα), carnitine palmitoyl transferaseⅠ (CPTⅠ) and acyl-CoA oxidase 1(ACOX1). Result: Compared with the normal group, the model group increased the level of lipid in serum, liver and skeletal muscle significantly (P<0.01), and inhibited the expression of PPARα, CPTⅠ and ACOX1 (P<0.01,P<0.05). Compared with the model group, each of treatment groups has some improvements in the level of lipid in serum, liver and skeletal muscle and the level of NEFA in serum and the level of genes expression. Conclusion: Mori Folium can improve the lipid metabolism in MSG rats by activating the PPARα receptor and regulating the process of fatty acid oxidation.  
摘要:Objective: To compare Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus prepared with different processing methods on splenic lymphocyte proliferation in mice of. Method: The splenic lymphocyte cells were cultured with different concentrations(400,200,100,50 mg · L-1) of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructu extraction in 96-well plate, each concentration was repeated for six times. After 48 hours, the cell proliferation rate of spleen cells and T/B lymphocytes were measured by the CCK-8 colorimetric method.The T lymphocyte was induced by concanavalin A (Con A)and B lymphocyte was induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Result: Compared with the blank group,Con A, LPS could induce T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte. Compared with blank group in terms of other corresponding indicators, different concentrations of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus extraction could increase proliferation rate, especially in wine steaming Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus group with the same dosage, wine steaming Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus was better than crude Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and vinegar steaming Schisandrae Chinensis Fructs. Conclusion: Wine steaming Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus could obviously increase the cell proliferation rate, the result is accordance with TCM theory of processed Schisandra Chinensis Fruits as Tonic.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba on pancreatic islet beta cells on oxidative stress and apoptosis in diabetic mice. Method: Alloxan solution (80 mg · kg-1) was injected into mice's caudal vein to establish the model of diabetic mice. The diabetic mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:model group, positive controlled group (metformin group), low-dose Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba group (59 mg · kg-1 · d-1), medium-dose Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba group (118 mg · kg-1 · d-1)and high-dose Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba group (236 mg · kg-1 · d-1). After successive administration for 14 days, the changes of blood glucose, pancreatic superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malonaldehyde(MDA) were observed. TUNEL method was used to determine pancreatic islet beta cells apoptosis. Result: Compared with model group, the body weight in Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba groups was not obviously decreased(P<0.05). The blood glucose in high-dose group and metformin group was lower than that of model group and before medication(P<0.05). Compared with model group, SOD and GSH-Px level in high-dose group and metformin group were increased(P<0.05), MDA level was decreased (P<0.05), the cell apoptosis index was decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba humifusae can obviously decrease blood glucose in diabetic mice, its mechanism is probably related to increasing antioxidant capacity of diabetic mice, reducing the pancreatic islet beta cells damage caused by oxidative stress, inhibiting pancreatic islet beta cells apoptosis.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Fuzi Lizhong Tang on expression of colonic mucosal nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β) of the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis(UC) rats. Method: Fourty-eight Wistar rats of SPF class were randomly divided into six groups: normal group,model group,low,middle and high dose groups of Fuzi Lizhong Tang and salicylazosulfapyridine(SASP) group(n=8 each,male and female in half).The normal group and model group were given physiological saline intragastrically;while Fuzi Lizhong Tang groups were administrated with Fuzi Lizhong Tang at dose of 3.51, 7.03,14.06 g · kg-1 respectively and SASP group was given SASP of 0.46 g · kg-1. Investigation started from 3 days after modeling and continued for 15 successive days to observe the effect of Fuzi Lizhong Tang on expression of colonic mucosal NF-κB and serum TNF-α,IL-1β of UC rats. Result: Compared with normal group,model group significantly increased the level of mucosal inflammation and damage score. Compared with model group,Fuzi Lizhong Tang significantly improve the level of mucosal inflammation and damage score and reduce the expression of colonic mucosal NF-κB and serum TNF-α,IL-1β of the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type UC rats(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fuzi Lizhong Tang can play a significant role in the anti-inflammatory and repair action in UC mice, its therapeutic mechanism may be related to inhibiting the activation of NF-κB and reducing the expression of TNF-α and IL-1β.  
摘要:Objective: To study effect of oleanolic acid on apoptosis related proteins expression in H22 mice tumor. Method: Mice H22 tumor-burdened tumor model was used in vivo 50 mice inoculated H22 cell lines were randomly divided into model group, cyclophosphamide group, oleanolic acid low, medium and high dose groups(1.25, 2.50, 5.00 mg · kg-1). The detection of liver, body weight ratio and spleen index was performed. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of survivin and B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 (Bcl-2) protein, in situ end labeling method was used to detect apoptosis index, and analyzes its relevance. Result: Oleanolic acid could improve H22 tumor-burdened mice liver and body ratio and spleen index,the survivin protein expression was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.01);oleanolic acid high dose group decreased significantly Bcl-2 protein expression compared with model group(P<0.01);apoptosis index was significantly increased compared with model group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Oleanolic acid can inhibit H22 mice tumor-burdened tumor cells, increase the rate of apoptosis, thus promotes apoptosis. Survivin and Bcl-2 abnormal expression is closely related to the occurrence of tumor, play a role of anti-tumor by regulating apoptosis together.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of Achyranths Bidentatae Radix(AB) extracts on monosodium iodoacetate (MIA)-induced injury in rat chondrocytes. Method: Chondrocytes were isolated from the knee joints of Sprague-Dawley rats by using enzymatic digestion. The experiment was divided into 5 groups:the normal group, the model group (4 μmol · L-1 MIA), the low-, medium-and high-dose AB extract groups (10, 30,100 mg · L-1). The viability of chondrocytes was detected by MTT assay. The morphology change of chondrocytes was detected by Hoechst 33258 method. The activity of Caspase-3 chondrocytes was measured by spectrophotometry. The activation of AKT and down-stream molecules including Bax, Bcl-2 was assayed by Western Blot. Result: Compared with the normal group, the viability of chondrocytes declined, chondrocytes nucleus shrivel or cracking occurred, the activity of Caspase-3 and the level of Bax protein raised, the level of Bcl-2 protein and phosphorylation of AKT declined in the model group (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the viability and morphology of chondrocytes were restored, the expression of Bax was inhibited in the medium-and high-dose AB extract groups (P<0.01). Moreover, the activity of Caspase-3 was inhibited, the expression of Bcl-2 and the phosphorylation of AKT were promoted in the low-, medium-and high-dose AB extract groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: These results suggested AB extract exerted anti-apoptosis effect on MIA-induced rat chondrocytes, which might be related to PI3K/AKT signal pathway.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Bushen Shugan formula (BSSGF) on human lung cancer A549 cells and related stem genes. Method: SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:the normal group (normal saline), the cisplatin group (8 g · kg-1), the low-and high-dose BSSGF groups (15, 30 g · kg-1), the low-dose BSSGF plus cisplatin group and the high-dose BSSGF plus cisplatin group of 10 rats each. The rats received the corresponding medicines and the serum containing drugs were prepared. A549 cells were cultured in the drug serum with different concentrations. The cell proliferation was detected by CCK8 assay.The cell cycle was tested by the flow cytometry. The cell apoptosis was detected by using Annexin V/PI staining with flow cytometry. The related gene expression was detected by using quantitative PCR. The protein expression of CD133 was tested by using flow cytometry. Result: BSSGF could inhibit the proliferation of A549 in a time-and dose-dependent manner and had synergies when combined with cisplatin. The inhibition rate was 45.39%, 54.76% and 59.94%, respectively, after 24, 48 and 72 h incubation BSSGF could induce the cell apoptosis, the cell percentage in G2/M increased with the increasing of concentration. BSSGF combined with cisplatin could reduce the gene expressions of CD133, SOX-2, OCT-4, and lowered the protein expression of CD133. Conclusion: BSSGF could inhibit the cell proliferation and promote the cell apoptosis of A549 cells. Combined with cisplatin, BSSGF could reduce the expression of stem factors, such as CD133, SOX-2 and OCT-4.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the inhibition of pancreatic lipase and antioxidation of different extracts from Platycladus orientalis leaves in vitro. Method: The inhibitory activities of pancreatic lipase of ethanol extract, petroleum aether extract, ethyl acetate extract, n-butyl alcohol extract and water extract were assayed in vitro. The antioxidant activities of these extracts were assessed by two complementary test systems, namely 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) assay. Result: The ethyl acetate extract showed strong activity in the inhibitory activities of pancreatic lipase (IC50 26.09 mg · L-1). The n-butanol extract (IC50 39.02 mg · L-1) and ethanol extract (IC50 98.20 mg · L-1) displayed lower activity. Petroleum ether extract (C50 188.27 mg · L-1) and water fraction (IC50 325.28 mg · L-1) have a little activity. The antioxidant activities:ethanol extract (DPPH IC50 7.59 mg · L-1, FRAP 4.40 mmol ·g-1) >ethyl acetate extract (DPPH IC50 8.28 mg · L-1, FRAP 3.82 mmol · g-1)>n-butanol extract (DPPH IC50 24.21 mg · L-1, FRAP 1.77 mmol · g-1)>water extract (DPPH IC50 27.53 mg · L-1, FRAP 1.38 mmol · g-1)>petroleum ether extract. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract were the components of inhibition pancreatic lipase. The ethyl acetate extract was the antioxidative components.

摘要:Objective: To observe clinical effect of Yigan San in treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) combined with hyperactivity syndrome. Method: Ninety-four patients with ADHD were randomly divided into control group (47 cases) and observation group(47 cases) by random number table. Both group received methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets for a continued 12 weeks, 5 mg/time, 2 times/day. Patients in control group received Jingling oral liquid, 10 mL/time, 2 times/day, patients in observation group received of Yigan San,1 dose/day. Treatment courses were continuing for 12 weeks. Before and after treatment,score the Swanson, Nolan, and Pelham, Version IV(SNAP-IV) scale (parent version), Conner behavior assessment scale,Wechsler intelligence and syndrome of hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency. Result: By Ridit analysis, clinical curative effect in observation group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).The SNAP-Ⅳ scale and syndrome of hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency scores in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.01). Factor scores as Conner scale learning, moral, physical and mental disabilities, impulse and hyperactivity, anxiety and more dynamic index in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). Wechsler intelligence such as Verbal comprehension index (VCI), index (PRI) perception reasoning, working memory (WMI), processing speed index (PSI), general ability index (GAI), cognitive skill index (CPI), the general intelligence (FSIQ) scores in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Yigan San can reduce each factor score as syndrome of hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency, SNAP-IV rating scale and Conner behavior assessment scale with ADHD children, enhance Wechsler intelligence each factor scores. It can promote ADHD symptoms and patient's level of intelligence.The clinical curative effect was better than the Jingyouling oral liquid.  
摘要:Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with low-molecular-weight heparin in treating muscle recovery of patients with limb dysfunction and effect to Neuropeptide Y (NPY) and dynorphin (Dyn) after stroke. Method: One hundred ten patients were average divided into the control group and treatment group according to the order of admission. The control group was taken to abdominal subcutaneous injection of low-molecular-weight heparin,2 times/d. The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with low-molecular-weight heparin. Both of the treatment lasted 8 weeks. Compared with activities of daily living (ADL), balanced capacity, limb function and walking ability, Evaluating nerve function damage degree and clinical efficacy. Dyn and NPY level in blood plasma was detected. Result: The two groups could significantly increase the Basel index(BI), Berg balance sheer(BBS), Fuge-mehls(Fugl-Meyer), and Functional walking scale(FAC) score, and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The score of nerve function damage degree and muscle recovery in the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The two groups could significantly decrease the level of Dyn and NPY in plasma, and comparison between both groups was significant difference after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with low-molecular-weight heparin can improve limb dysfunction after stroke, and its mechanism may be related with inhibiting levels of Dyn and NPY.  
摘要:Objective: To discuss the influence of treatment of Xuefu Zhuyu tang to hypercoagulable state of patients with hemodialysis in treating end-stage renal disease(ESRD). Method: Ninety patients were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases) by random number table. Both group's patients received hemodialysis of western medicine symptomatic treatment. Patients in control group received Shenyan Siwei capsules, 6 grains/time, 3 times/day. Patients in observation received treatment of Xuefu Zhuyu tang, 1 dose/day. Course of treatment in two groups lasted 12 weeks. Before and after treatment, the change of fibrinogen(FIB), D-dimer(D-D), von willebrand factor(vWF), homocysteine(Hcy),thrombus precursor protein(TpP), hemorheology, tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) were observed. Result: After treatment, levels of D-D, FIB, vWF, Hcy and TpP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). Compared with before treatment, amelioration of whole blood viscosity(low shear and high shear), plasma viscosity, hematokrit, platelet aggregation rate were obviously(P<0.01), and it was superior to those in control group(P<0.01). Both group's levels of t-PA increased, and it was more obviously in observation group(P<0.01). Level of PAI in observation group decreased and lower than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Treatment of Xuefu Zhuyu tang can reduce levels of prothrombin factors of patients with hemodialysis in treating ESRD, restrain platelet aggregation, ameliorate microcirculation and hypercoagulable state, and it can prevent the development of thrombus and reduce the happening of thrombosis disease.  
摘要:Objective: Discuss protection effect of Niaoduqing particles combined conventional western medicine therapy treat gouty nephropathy renal function. Method: Ninety-nine patients were randomly divided into control group(49 cases) and observation group(50 cases). Patients in control group took allopurinol tablets on the basis of adjusting the diet habit, 100 mg/time, 2 does/day. Sodium bicarbonate tablets, 1 g/time, 3 does/day. Based on the therapy in control group, patients in observation group added Niaoduqing particles, 5 g/time, 3 does/day, taken with boiled water. Treatment courses in two groups were both 12 weeks. Observe indicators changes as 24 h urine protein quantitative (Upro), urine routine, creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), uric acid (UA), urinary inhibition-C(Cys-C), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), urinary n-acetyl-β-amino glycosidase enzymes (NAG) and xanthine oxidase (XOD) before and after treatment. Score the lienal kidney deficient empty and wet muddy resistance card symptoms before and after therapy. Result: By Ridit analysis, the disease curative effect and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05). Levels of Upro, Cr, BUN and UA in observation group were inferior to the standards in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). XOD, Cys-C, β2-MG and NAG in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on lifestyle intervention and conventional western medicine treatment, Niaoduqing particles can reduce Upro, Cr, BUN, UA, XOD, Cys-C, β2-MG and NAG levels with gouty nephropathy disease. It has certain protective effect for renal function. Its disease curative effect and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect are superior to using western medicine therapy alone.  
摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical effect and its mechanism action oncombining treatment in diabetic foot of traditional chinese medicine internal and external combination therapy. Method: One hundred and eighteen patients were randomly divided into control group (57 cases) and treatment group (59 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group received combining therapy of Western medicine, patients in treatment group added traditional Chinese medicine for oral administration, herbal fumigation and hydropathic compress. The treatment lasted 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, scores of area of wound surface, depth of burn, morphology of granulation tissue, pus, red and swollen, pain and temperature were recorded. Motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) of limb of common peroneal nerve and sural nerve were detected. Levels of fibrinogen(FIB),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), nitric oxide(NO), endothelin(ET) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) were detected. Wound closing index was calculated. Result: Analyzed by Ridit, the clinical efficient in treatment group was superior to which in control group(P<0.05). After treatment, scores of area of wound surface, depth of burn, morphology of granulation tissue, pus, red and swollen, pain and temperature in treatment group were lower than those in control group. MNCV and SNCV were faster than those in control group(P<0.01). At the eighth week after treatment, healing rate and wound closing index were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Levels of FIB, HbA1c and ET were lower than those in control group(P<0.01), and levels of NO and VEGF were higher than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on the therapy of Western medicine, combining therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for oral administration combined with external treatment can promote wound healing, nerve conduction velocity, and improve clinical efficacy. Its mechanism of action may be associated with declining levels of FIB and HbA1c, regulating NO/ET, and raising level of VEGF.  
摘要:Objective: Explore the Clinical efficacy of combined Soothing liver and Kidney decoction with Clomiphene in the treatment of anovulatory infertility and theeffect of sex hormonesetc. Method: Ninety cases of anovulalory infertility were divided into treatment group and control group by using random number method. The treatment group received the treatment of Shugan Yishen recipe combined with clomiphene;the control group was treated with clomiphene treatment only. The period of the two groups was 3 menstrual cycles. Use B-ultrasonic wave to monitor the development of ovarian follicles, count the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and miscarriage rate. Enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) measured the levels of testosterone (T), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). Result: The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of treatment group were higher than control group, while abnormal menstruation cases and miscarriage rate were lower than control group after treatment. Endometrial thickness were significantly improved in the treatment group. The levels of LH, FSH, T and PRL in treatment group were lower than control group'. Two estradiol levels were reduced, there were no significant difference between the groups. Conclusion: Shugan Yishen recipe can responsiveness of the penis in kidney, regulate the liver and the menstrual function to increase the pregnancy rate and it was better than clomipheneclinically.  
摘要:Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of treatment of Tongqiao Biyan particles in combination with acupuncture in allergic rhinitis (AR), and its effects on levels of serum interleukin(IL) -4, IL-6, IL-10. Method: One hundred and ten cases of AR meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups equally. Besides conventional treatments, the control group was treated with Tongqiao Biyan particles, while the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Biyan particles and acupuncture. Then, the curative efficacy, clinical symptoms scores and inflammatory factors of IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and recurrence rate were observed and compared. Result: The observation group had a total therapeutic efficiency of 96.4%, which was significantly higher than that 85.4% in the control group (P<0.05). In comparison with the control group, scores of sneeze, nasal mucus, nasal congestion and nasal itching in the observation were all statistically lower (all P<0.05). As to inflammatory factors, levels of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were statistically lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). After the six-month follow-up, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.4%, which was statistically lower than 18.2% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined treatment of Tongqiao Biyan particles with acupuncture for AR is effective, which can significantly increase curative efficacy, improve clinical symptoms and alleviate inflammatory reaction with low recurrence rate.  
摘要:Objective: The aim of this study was to siscuss the influence of Tangmaikang particles on glucose fluctuation and impact on oxidative stress, and the function of vascular endothelium in treating type-two diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Method: Two hundred and thirty patients with T2DM were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table.Patients in control group received repaglinide tablets.Based on the treatment of control group,patients in observation group were added Tangmaikang particles.Before and after treatment,continuous glucoses including standard deviation of blood glucose level (SDBG),mean amplitude of glycemic excursions (MAGE),mean of daily differences (MODD),and mean postprandial glucose excursion (MPPGE)were monitored;and fasting blood-glucose (FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),two hours' postprandial blood glucose (2 hPBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)were detected,and indexes of homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR),secretion function of pancreas islet B cell and insulin sensitivity(ISI) were calculated.The serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were measured. Result: After treatment,indexes of SDBG,MAGE,MODD,MPPGE,HOMA-IR FBG,2 hPBG,HbA1c,TG,TC and LDL-C in observation group were all lower than those in control group, but the indexes of HOMA-IS and ISl were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tangmaikang particles can reduce blood glucose of patients with T2DM,keep the stability of blood glucose, regulate the intraday glucose fluctuation, and improve blood lipid metabolism, which is worthy of clinical application.  
摘要:Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of Danhong injection combined with western medicine treatment in patients with respiratory failure. Method: Eighty patients admitted to our hospital with respiratory failure were analyzed, according to the different treatment regimens, divided into control group and experiment group. The control group was given western medicine, while the experiment group was given Danhong injection combined with western medicine treatment, and the efficacy were compared. Result: In experiment group, the efficacy was 95%, higher than control group (85%) (P<0.05);95% patients of the experiment group were satisfied with the therapy, which was higher than control group (65%) (P<0.01);in experiment group erythrocyte aggregation index was (1.35±0.10), plasma viscosity was (4.18±0.25) mPa · s, hematocrit was (0.41±0.07), fibrinogen was (3.14±1.20) g · L-1, which were all lower than in the control group (P<0.05);in experiment group, pH indicators(7.47± 0.07) and PaO2 indicators (75.77±8.32) mmHg were both higher than the control group (P<0.05);in experiment group PaCO2 indicators (46.49±4.54) mmHg was lower than the control group (P<0.05);in the experiment group, 6-min walking distance after treatment was (372.5±57.3) m, longer than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The respiratory failure has high incidence, and the use of Danhong injection combined with western medicine clinically should be introduced.  
摘要:Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Cinobufacini injection on esophageal cancer. Method: We searched the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CCTR), PubMed, CBM, CNKI, VIP databases before Dec. 2013.The methodological quality assessment and data extraction of the included studies were conducted by two reviewers independently according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meta-analyses were performed for homogeneous studies using RevMan 4.2.10 software. Result: A total of 7 studies involving 566 patients met the inclusion criteria. None of the studies enforced allocation concealment and performed blinding. Conclusion: On the basis of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, dripping Cinobufacini injection can improve the clinical curative effect, which had advantage than radiotherapy and chemotherapy alone;based on radiation, dripping Cinobufacini injection can improve the one-year and two-year survival rate, which had advantage than radiotherapy alone;based on chemotherapy, dripping Cinobufacini injection can improve the life quality of patients, which was better than chemotherapy alone. What's more, the one-year survival rate has been increased, and the improvement of leukopenia decrease caused by chemotherapy also presented a better trend. However, because the overall effects cannot be pooled for analysis, more evidence is needed to support this conclusion.  
摘要:Objective: We analyze the composing experience from professor WANG Qing-guo in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance support system. Method: The prescriptions for ulcerative colitis were collected, then the data was input into TCM inheritance support system,and the composing principles were analyzed by using data mining methods such as revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Result: Based on the analyses of 115 prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed, 26 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: Professor WANG Qing-guo is good at clearing the liver and warming spleen, clearing damp-heat, nourishing and activating blood to relieve ulcerative colitis, and the TCM inheritance support system could be used to analyze the TCM doctor' clinical experience.

摘要:Objective: The aim of this investigation was to systematically study and reveal the clinical medication regulations of phlegm and blood stasis and coronary heart disease. Method: We collected the clinical research literatures published from 1995 to 2014 about the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD), and analyzed the commonly used clinical prescriptions, the frequency of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the classification of the commonly used TCM, the addition and subtraction of clinical medicines, the combination with western medicines and the comparison of curative effect between the intervention groups. Result: A total of 42 qualified literatures were referred, including 36 prescriptions with a complete prescription name (including traditional classical name), eight prescriptions without name as experience prescriptions, involving 104 related drugs, in a sum of 1 587 patients. The most commonly used ten Chinese herb for phlegm and blood stasis of coronary heart disease, by frequency from high to low, are as follows:Rhizome Pinelliae, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Trichosanthis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Bulbus Allii Macrostemonis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Poria, Flos Carthami, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Angelicae Sinensis. According to the efficacy and the classification of TCM, the most frequently used medicines are ranking as promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, eliminating phlegm, qi, tonify deficiency. Conclusion: Treating both phlegm and blood stagnation together is one of the most important differentiation and treatment solutions for coronary heart disease.

摘要:Objective: The aim of this study was to perform economic evaluation and network Meta-analysis of three Chinese herb injections combined with NP chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Method: CNKI, CBM and Wanfang Databases were searched to include clinical trials about Chinese herb injections combined with NP chemotherapy for elderly NSCLC. Two evaluators independently selected the trials, performed the data extraction and evaluated the quality of included studies. Network Meta-analysis and pharmacoeconomics analysis were conducted. Result: A total of 14 randomized clinical trials (RCTs) involving 1 118 patients were included. Kanglaite injection+NP chemotherapy ranked first and had the highest probability in the outcome of near-term curative effect (71%). Shenqi Fuzheng injection+NP chemotherapy ranked first and had the highest probability in the outcome of quality of life (56%). The economic evaluation showed that, the cost-effectiveness ratios and incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of four therapy strategies were as follows:Aidi injection+NP 425.88/425.88 yuan, Kanglaite injection+NP 385.23/213.05 yuan, Shenqi Fuzheng injection+NP 389.77/118.97 yuan, and NP chemotherapy 477.18/0 yuan, respectively. Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng injection+NP chemotherapy is considered as an optimum treatment. But we need more strictly-designed and RCTs of large-scale sample to support our conclusion.

摘要:Objective: The aim of this study was to systematically assess the effect and safety of salvianolate on chronic renal failure(CRF). Method: The reports about randomized controlled trials of Salvianolate were comprehensively search, and the quality was evaluated. Then the Meta analysis of those reports meeting the criteria was carried out. Result: In this study, 8 randomized controlled trials were included for the systematic review. A Meta-analysis showed that the combination of salvianolate and conventional treatment had better efficacy on both overall clinical manifestations and GRF than the conventional monotherapy. The odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (95%CI) from the comparison of the improvement on overall clinical manifestations were 3.22 and (1.61,6.38) respectively. The level of GRF was [WMD=11.36,95%CI(6.64,16.08)], the level of SCR and BUN were as following:[WMD=38.35,95%CI(1.47,75.24)] and [WMD=1.84,95%CI(0.97,2.70)] respectively, and the microalbuminuria level was [WMD=6.52,95%CI(-1.86,14.90)], the β2-microglobulin level was [WMD=1.41,95%CI(1.04,1.79)], and the levels of cystatin C, UCR and HGB were as the following:[WMD=0.56,95%CI(0.11,1.01)],[WMD=0.56,95%CI(0.11,1.01)] and [WMD=12.60,95%CI(7.44,17.77)], respectively. Conclusion: The combination of salvianolate and conventional treatment may have better effectiveness and safety for CRF than the regular conventional treatment, however, well designed randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial are needed for further confirmation.  
摘要:Objective: To system atically review the effective ness and safety of Yanhuning for curing the hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD). Method: Methods included a structured search strategy on The Cochrane Library,EBSCO,EMbase,PubMed,CBM,VIP,CNKI and Wanfang Data data bases;randomized controlled trial (RCT) of HFMD relevant Yanhuning treatment of search,were searched from inception to 2014 October;according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria in dependent screening literature,data extraction and quality assessment,Meta-analysis was carried out using Rev Man 5.3 software. Result: 51 RCT were included, 7 718 cases. Results showed that:Yanhuning or Yanhuning combined Ribavirin group's efficiency in patients with fever,total time,ulcers resolve time have more advantages than single Ribavirin,with statistical difference. In the aspec to fsafety,Yanhuning injection group,the incidence rate of adversea ction was 2.48%,slightly lower than the Ribavirin group 2.57%. Conclusion: Yanhuning injection in the treatment of HFMD has good curative effect and low incidence rate of adverse action.But because of the overall poor quality into literature, RCT is needed to design multi center, large sample of more rigorous further confirmed the conclusion.  
摘要:Ardipusilloside is a triterpenoid saponin isolated from Ardisia pusilla. Most saponins have anti-tumor, anti-bacterial and other biological activities, and their anti-tumor effects have important research value and attractive developing prospects. This article investigates the literatures on ardipusilloside, and analyzes its anti-tumor mechanism. Researches show that ardipusilloside has anti-tumor activity, especially in glioma cells. it induced tumor cells apoptosis via promoting Fas/FasL expression and Caspase-3/Caspase-8 activation, promoting Bax expression, inhibiting Bcl-2 expression, and BAD dephosphorylation pathways and nuclear Ca2+ concentration. It induced tumor cells autophagy via promoting Beclin-1 and LC-3 expression;it induced tumor cells invasion and metastasis via inhibiting MMP-2/MMP-9 expression and activity of E-cadherin. At the same time, in vivo pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic study also confirmed its anti-tumor activity. This review summarized the in vitro anti-tumor mechanism and in vivo anti-tumor research progress on ardipusilloside, in order to provide a reference for tumor treatment of pre-clinical studies.  
摘要:This article briefly introduces the latest research progress on preparation technology,quality standard and clinical application of Yinhuang preparation which is widespreadly clinical used Chinese patent medicine.It summarizes preparation technology of Yinhuang traditional preparation including oral liquid,granules,capsules,injection and new preparation including mouth dissolve tablets,dripping pills,dispersible tablets,aerosol,soft capsules,effervescent tablets,liquid capsules.This article also demonstrates related advanced technology of research on Yinhuang preparation's quality standard,such as infrared spectroscopy,capillary electrophoresis,fingerprint,LC-MS and quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker.Besides,it introduces Yinhuang preparation's clinical application on throat disease,upper respiratory tract infection,neuralgia and herpes.Yinhuang preparation is a kind of Chinese patent medicine with two simple herbs,good quality controlled standard and clinical efficacy.We should strengthen further research on preparation technology,quality standard and metabolic mechanism to search for breakthrough of modernization of Chinese materia medica and internationalization.  
摘要:Objective: Currently,studies on the pharmacological effect of polysaccharides in traditional Chinese medicines are active, but with fewer studies polysaccharide molecular weight.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the determination of the molecular weight of TCM polysaccharides and its pharmacological activity, researchers summarized the determination methods of molecular weight of TCM polysaccharide, analyzed and compared their advantages and disadvantages, screened out more simple and practical method. Method: A lot of literatures of determination of the molecular weight of TCM polysaccharide were consulted to summarize and analyze the determination methods. Result :The methods for determining the molecular weight of polysaccharides included viscosity method, ultracentrifuge method, light scattering method, osmostic pressure method,gel chromatography,high-performance-gel-permeation-chromatography(HPGPC) and united usage. Conclusion: In recent years, the most common measurement method is HPGPC. This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and highly reproducible and requires a small sample size. HPGPC can be used as the preferred method for determining molecular weight and molecular distribution of polysaccharide.

摘要:This article is in order to expound problems of the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia about water extraction process of Chinese traditional medicines and provide a reference for revision of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and study of water extraction process.This review is classified by main affecting factors of water extraction process,systemic summarizations and analysis are given about problems of the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia about water extraction process of Chinese traditional medicines by form of tables.There are 516 prescriptions without specifying soaking processing,523 prescriptions without specifying menstruum dosage,126 prescriptions without specifying extracting time,8 prescriptions without specifying extraction times in the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia about water extraction process of Chinese traditional medicines.These problems will stunt industrial progress of Chinese traditional medicines.All insiders can pay real attention to these problem,give effective and workable advice to study of water extraction process and industrial progress of Chinese traditional medicines.
