摘要:Objective: Investigated the effects of different prescription of microemulsion on transdermal permeability on Zuojin microemulsion based gel. Method: Improved Franz diffusion cell was adopted to research the transdermal permeability difference between these kinds of gels in mouse skin in vitro, and HPLC was used to determine the content of hydrochloride palmatine, berberine, evodiamine and rutaecarpine in receiving solution. Result :The permeation rate and 24 h accumulation transmittance of hydrochloride palmatine, berberine, evodiamine and rutaecarpine in different Zuojin microemulsion based gel were distinct. Conclusion: The transdermal permeability of drugs is influenced by the composition of microemulsion prescription.  
摘要:Objective: To study the adsorption and desorption properties of macroporous resins to the active components of Shuxiong Tablets. Method: The relative adsorption ratio and desorption rate were used as the evaluating criteria, the static adsorption and desorption capability of 6 active ingredients 5 kinds of macroporous resins such as LSA-7,D101A,HPD-100 were compared. And on this basis, comprehensive properties of adsorption and desorption were compared. Result: Among 6 kinds of ingredients, ginsenoside Rb1 had the best comprehensive properties. And the worst was hydroxy safflower yellow A.A mong the 5 kinds of macroporous resins. HPD-100 and LSA-30 macroporous resins had relatively the optimum comprehensive properties of adsorption and desorption. Conclusion: The experimental results will provide an basis for establishing the feasible purification techrigque of Shuxiong Tablets.  
摘要:Objective: In order to regulate processing technology of stir-fried with honey bran for Zhang-Ban Fructus Aurantii to provide technical parameters, the orthogonal design was used to optimize and establish a technique of stir-fried with honey bran for Zhang-Ban Fructus Aurantii. Method: The orthogonal design with four factors (including temperature, time, bran amount and honey amout) and four levels was employed to determine the effects, and the contents of neohesperidin, naringin,hesperidin, and the color difference used as four indexes. Result: Temperature, time and bran amount had significant effects on experimental results. The processing technique of stir-frying with bran for Zhang-Ban Fructus Aurantii was that the amount of 10% bran and 15% honey were added and Zhang-Ban Fructus Aurantii was fried at 200 ℃ for 120 seconds. Conclusion: The optimum condition obtained through orthogonal experiments was reasonable, reliable and repeatable.  
摘要:To investigate the technological parameters of the enrichment process of total flavones from Hypericum perforatum. with macroreticular resins. The static capacity absorption and the static rate of desorption of six types macroreticular resins were studied and compared respectively in o rder to find the optimum macroreticular resin. The technical process for purification of total flavones with the optimum macroreticular resin was screened by total flavones product. The results indicated that the absorption capacity and elution ratio of HPD-600 type of macroporous resin were the best in these types of macroporous resin.The optimum extraction condition was the concentrationan and the flow velocity of the original solution were 3.81 g·L-1 and 1 BV·h-1. The eluant was 70% ethanol and the eluting velocity was 3 BV·h-1,The consumption of eluant was 3 BV.  
摘要:Objective: To determine the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from dewaxed propolis with ethanol by warm-immersion. Method: Removed bee wax with water from raw propolis before extraction. With total flavonoids yield as index, based on the single factors test, orthogonal experiment was performed so as to optimize the extraction parameters. Result: The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from dewaxed propolis with ethanol by warm-immersion was as follows: cold leaching for 1 h, ethanol concentration 80%, solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶12, extracting for 1 h, extracting temperature at 60 ℃, extracting for 2 times. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process was achieved, which is stable, feasible, energy-saving, short production cycle, high extraction efficiency, suitable for industrialization.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the optimal extraction technology of Geshen Pill, and investigate the different drying technology. Method: The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment taking the content of puerarin as index with the amount of solvent, the extraction time and extraction times as factors. And the drying method for water extracts was also optimized. Result: The best extraction condition was: extracting for 1.5 h with 10 folds water 3 times. The spray drying method was the best. Conclusion: The optimum technology is reasonable and effective.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the optimal extraction process of effective constituents from Schisandra sphenanthera by central composite design/response surface methodology. Method: Independent variables were ethanol concentration,reflux time and the volume ratio of material to solvent, dependent variable was extraction rate of schisandrin A. Linear and nolinear mathematic models were used to estimate the relationship between independent and dependent variables.Response surface methodology was used to optimize the process of extraction. Prediction was carried out through comparing the observed and predicted values. Result: It was showed that the regression coefficient of second-order quadratic model was as high as 0.956 5. The optimum conditions of extraction process were 62% ethanol, 2.5 hours for reflux, 11.20 fold solvent and 2 times for extraction.Bias between observed and predicted values was 1.22%. Conclusion: The observed values and predicted one are close to each other, which proved the optimum model is reasonable and predictive.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Xiaoyan Zhentong Cataplasm. Method: On the basis of single factor experiments on agglutinants, moistening agents and addition sequences, the optimal matrix proportion in the blank cataplasm had been obtained with orthogonal design. Result: The optimal matrix proportion: glutin: carbopol ∶PVA ∶CMC-Na ∶glycerin/PG 3 ∶0.4 ∶1.8 ∶0.8 ∶8. Conclusion: The qualified Xiaoyanzhentong Cataplasm was prepared under the optimal process.  
摘要:Objective: Explore ultrasound on the enhanced role of supercritical fluid extraction. Method: With stability parameters of supercritical fluid extraction on Rhubarb, total anthraquinone from rhubarb and extraction rate as a reference indicator, compared extraction effect between ultrasonic, supercritical fluid and ultrasound-enhanced supercritical fluid. Result: Ultrasound-enhanced supercritical fluid extraction is superior to the others. Conclusion: Ultrasound can strengthen supercritical fluid extraction to total anthraquinones from rhubarb.  
摘要:Objective: To determine the best extraction process of effective part of Prunus tomentosa Thunb by modern scientific methods. Method: Orthogonal design was used to screen and optimize the extraction conditions of P. tomentosa, and animal model of frostbite were used to observe the effect of the extractions. Result: The best extraction condition was: 8 times 95% ethanol was added and extracted 2 times (1.5 h/time) by Rope extractor. The extraction could significantly reduce the inflammation of swelling and prevent blisters and tissue necrosis at the rabbit’s ears. The extract had the significant therapeutic effect for the mild to moderate frostbite of rabbit’s ear. Conclusion: The optimized extraction method was established and the extract had moderate effect of anti-inflammation and anti-frostbite. The results also provide the scientific data for further studying on the new traditional medicine.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of acetylshikonin in the Hairy Roots of Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst. Method: The RP-HPLC system consisting of YMC-Pack ODS-A C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) and a mixture of acetonitrile solution and water solution and formic acid solution(700 ∶300 ∶0.5)as the mobile phase was adopted; the detection wavelength was 275 nm; the flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was at 35 ℃. Result: The linear range of acetylshikonin was 51.55-1 031.0 mg·L-1(r=0.9 999). The average recovery (n=9) was 99.81%. Conclusion: The method is quick,simple and reproducible for the determination of acetylshikonin in Hairy roots of A. euchroma.

摘要:To establish the method for determination of polysaccharide from Rhizoma of Osmunda japonica and the content of polysaccharide from Rhizoma of O. japonica in different locations and different harvest times was compared. Method: Sulfuric acid-phenol method was used and the sugar content was determined by the spectrophotometer at 490 nm. Result: The content of polysaccharide from Rhizoma of O. japonica in different locations was 1.22%-1.85% and in different harvest times was 0.91%-1.37%. Conclusion: The different locations and different harvest times would affect the content of polysaccharide from Rhizoma of O. japonica.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method based on the anti-oxidant biological effects, which could be used to evaluate and control the quality of the anti-oxidation effective fraction of Jiangzhining. Method: The IC50 value and anti-oxidation intensity were measured by DPPH free radical scan, and vitamin C served as a positive control. Result: The IC50 values were 7.43 mg·L-1 and 11.50 mg·L-1 for vitamin C and the effective fraction of Jiangzhining respectively. The anti-oxidation intensity of the effective fraction of Jiangzhining was 0.646. There was no significant difference among the different batches of samples prepared from different batches of herbs. Conclusion: The method was efficient and accurate, and could be used to determine the anti-oxidation intensity and evaluate the quality of Jiangzhining.

摘要:Objective: To determine and compare content of isofraxidin in wild and cultivation Sarcandrae glabra from different places. Method: A Kromasil C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of CH3CN-0.1%H3PO4 (20 ∶80). The detection wavelength was at 342 nm. Result: The calibration curves of isofraxidin ( r =0.999 9) was linear. The average recovery was 98.19 %. Conclusion: Isofraxidin content in S. grabra of wild and cultivation was different, chromatogram print was different.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the bacterial endotoxin test of Levocarnitine Injection. Method: The bacterial endotoxin test was carried out according to the method of bacterial endotoxin test in Appendix XI E of China Pharmacoppeia 2005 Edition. Result: After more than ten times of dilution, ie below the concentration of 20 g·L-1, the Injection was found no interference in the reaction of endotoxin with TAL. Conciusion: Bacterial endotoxin test is applicable to Levocarnitine.

摘要:Objective: To study the volatiles oils of Elaeagnus henryi . Method: The constituents of volatiles oils of E. henryi were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction,coupled with GC-MS. Result: 21 compounds were identified from the E.henryi and account for 50.95% of the total volatiles.Alcohols,acids,esters,alkenes and alkanes were dominant volatiles. Conclusion: The main compounds were campesterol (7.09%),4,6,6-trimethyl-2-(3-methylbuta-1,3-dienyl)-3-oxatricyclo octane (6.67%),heptadecane (4.86%),taraxasterol (4.55%),5-bromo-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzofurazan (3.94%),lupeol (3.15%),benzo naphtho furan (2.26%),2,6,10,14-tetramethyl-hexadecane (2.19%),octadecane (2.11%) and Z -5-nonadecene (2.06%).  
摘要:To develop a quantitative method for the determination of total flavonoids from different medicinal parts in Rosa davurica. Method: Using rutin as a standard substance,the content of total flavonoids in R. davurica was determined by spectrophotometer with absorption at 510 nm. Result: The linear range of rutin were 5~50 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8).The average recoveries(root,stem,fruit of Rosa Davurica) were 99.1%,99.5%,100.3%,with RSD of 1.86%,1.94%,1.57%. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used as a quality control method to determine the content of total flavonoids in different medicinal parts of R. davurica.

摘要:The content of total diterpenoids and total alkaloids were determined by UV spectrophotometry and triptolide and two main alkaloids contents were assayed by HPLC in order to study on the changes of chemical constituents in Tripterygium wilfordii during the process of fermenting.The results showed that after materials being fermented for 90 days,the content of total diterpene and total alkaloids decreased by 46% and 13%,respectively,at the same time,triptolide content decreased by 89.4%,while the contents of wilforgine and wilforine decreased by little.It were concluded that fungi have large influence on the content of total diterpene in T. wilfordii F and less influence on total alkaloid during bi-directional fermentation in this paper.  
摘要:Objective: To study the volatiles of Caragana sinica. Method: The volatiles were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction,coupled with GC-MS for the first time. Result: Ninteen compounds were identified from the C.sinicaand account for 99.98% of the total volatiles. Conclusion : Olefin(55.79%) and alkane(22.99%) were dominant volatiles.Z-5-nonadecene(31.65%),8-heptadecene(15.82%),octacosane(9.48%),heptadecane(7.66%),docosane(5.85%),6,9-heptadecadiene(5.15%) and nonadecane(5.02%) were the main compounds.

摘要:Objective: To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Ziziphora clinopodioides by setting up the quality control specification of Z. clinopodioides. Method: The pharmacognostical methods were applied,moisture and ash were determined. And the constituents were analyzed by TLC and HPLC. Result: The morphological,histological and TLC characters of Z. clinopodioides. were observed. Content of total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and moisture were determined. The content of acacetin was determined by HPLC,with good linearity between 1.168-12.848 mg·L-1. The average recovery of chrysophanol was 100.87%, and RSD was 2.19%,respectively. Concusion: The method developed can be used for the quality control of Z. clinopodioides.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of corilagin and gallic acid in Yiganjiedu oral liquid. Method: A HPLC method was developed. A Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm) was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphonic acid (12 ∶88), and flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was at 274 nm. Result: The linear range of corilagin was 0.274-1.918 μg(r=0.999 9), the mean recovery was 96.55% (n=6); that of gallic acid was 0.196-1.372 μg(r=0.999 9), the mean recovery was 97.91%(n=6). Conclusion: This method is quick, simple, accurate and specific, and can be used for determination of corilagin and gallic acid in Yiganjiedu oral liquid.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of toosendanin in Yiganning Granules. Method: The determination was performed on a Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).Acetonitrile - water (30 ∶70) was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detective wavelength was set at 210 nm.The column temperature was at 35 ℃. Result: The linear range of toosendanin was 0.5-5.0 μg ( r = 0.999 9) and the average recovery was 97.11% (RSD 1.91%, n =6). Conclusion: The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible.It may well be used for the quality control of this product.

摘要:Objective: To study the qualitative and quantitative methods for Sanqi Jiangzhitongmai Capsule. Method: The content of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC. Result: The linear range of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolic acid B was 0.051~0.255 mg·L-1 and 0.41~2.07 mg·L-1,respectively. Conclusion: The method set up by this study was accurate and easy to perform,and could effectively control the quality of Sanqi Jiangzhitongmai Capsule.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of benzyl acetone in Rhododendron anthopogonoides volatile oils pills. Method: The HPLC method was used.The Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) and the mobile phase composed of acetonitrile -water(45 ∶55) were adopted.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the wave length was 258 nm. Result: The impurity in samples did not interfere with the determination of benzyl acetone.The benzyl acetone showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.5~7.5 μg.the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 and the average recovery rate was 101.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and effective,which may be used for the quality control of Rhododendron anthopogonoides volatile oils pills.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in yixinkangtai capsules. Method: Hypersil-ODS2 C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column was used with methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid (80∶20) as mobile phase; the detection wavelength was at 254 nm,flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,column temperature 20 ℃,injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The linear range of emodin and chrysophanol was 0.04-0.80 mg·L-1 (r=1.000 0) and 0.110 2-2.204 mg·L-1 (r=1.000 0) respectively.The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD 1.81% and 99.1% with RSD 1.80% respectively. Conclusion: The sample preparation method is simple,sensitive and accurate.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the content determination method for cholic acid in Yansukang by HPLC-ELSD. Method: An HPLC method was applied with Kromasil-C18 column (4.6 mm×250mm,5 μm) by a gradient elution using A (methanol)-B (0.1% glacial acetic acid solution) as the mobile phase.The drift tube temperature was set at 75 ℃,and N2 pressure was 33 psi. Result: The linear range of cholic acid was 0.6542-16.355 μg;The correlation coefficient (r) was 0.999 8,and the average recovery was 100.27%,with RSD 2.13% ( n =6). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used to determine the content of cholic acid in Yansukang.  
摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Fufang Shiwei tablets. Method: Agilent C18 ( 4.6 mm ×150 mm,5 μm) column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water (35∶65) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; ELSD was used as the detector. Results:Astragaloside Ⅳ was linear in the range of 1.12-6.72 μg (r = 0.9999); The average recovery (n=9) was 98.94%. Conclusion: The method can be used for the quality control of Fufang Shiwei tablets.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the Hydroxynaphthoquinone of Arnebia euchroma(Royle) Johnst and their inhibitory activities on phosphodiesterase 4. Method: Hydroxynaphthoquinones were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods .Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data and their inhibitory activity on phosphodiesterase 4 were detected by HPLC. Result: 7 Hydroxynaphthoquinones were isolated and identified as: deoxyalkannin 1,alkannin 2,acetylalkannin 3,β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin 4,α-methybutyrylalkannin 5,isobutyrylalkannin 6,β-acetoxyisovalerylalkannin 7. Conclusion: Compounds 2,5,6 were isolated fromArnebia euchromafirst time.Their inhibitory activities on phosphodiester -ase 4 were evaluated by HPLC method for first time.

摘要:Objective: To investigate growth feature of human tubular epithelial cells(HK-2) through cell growth curve. Method: The HK-2 cells were cultured by DMEM / F12(1 ∶1) with 10 % fetal bovine serum.The cells morphology was observed through the microscope,and cells were counted per 24 hours.After observing 7 days the cell growth curve was drawed based on day and amount. Result: We found that HK-2 cells crawling like stone road on the bottle surface.The cell amount began increased on the second day,but the speed was slower during the first day to the third day.The amount increased rapidly from the third day to the sixth day,and the cells were in the exponential phase of growth.On the sixth day,the cells were in saturation density(100%).However,the amount decreased rapidly on the seventh day. Conclusion: The cells were in the incubation period from the first day to the third day,and in the exponential phase of growth from the third day to the sixth day,and in the decline phase on the seventh day.

摘要:Objective:To compare the different sensitivity passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) caused by OVA and TCS between Sprague Dawley(SD) and Wistar rats.Method: PCA was performed by using SD and Wistar rats,and xenogenic PCA by using KM mice.OVA and TCS were taken as allergens.The diameter of dermal evan’s blue spot and the positive reaction rate were measured to discriminate severity of PCA. Result: Homologous PCA revealed that after injecting with 0.9 mg/rat TCS with or without adjuvant,two rat strains showed positive reaction.According to the diameter evan’s blue spots,the degree of response was as follows: SD rat > Wistar rat.The allergic positive reaction rate of two rat strains would be improved by adding aluminium hydroxide into OVA(5 mg/rat),and the sensitivity of OVA of Wistar rat was more than SD rat.Xenogeneic PCA showed that after auricular intradermally injecting with OVA antiserum without aluminium hydroxide of two different rat strains,the mice demonstrated negative reaction.But the positive reaction was showed by injecting with TCS antiserum without adjuvant of SD rat.The mice showed positive reaction after auricular intradermally injecting with OVA or TCS with adjuvant of two rat strains. Conclusion: There are differences in sensitivity of OVA and TCS between SD and Wistar rat strains,and SD rat is the more sensitive of TCS than Wistar rat.Otherwise,Wistar rat is more sensitive of OVA.The allergic positive reaction rate will be improved by adding aluminium hydroxide into OVA.  
摘要:Objective: To condense the remedy and improve the therapeutic effect of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction experimentally, in order to provide reference for development of traditional Chinese medicine for hyperuricemia. Method: The mouse model of hyperuricemia was established by using hypoxanthine, then therapeutic effect of different compositions of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction on hyperuricemia was compared. Result: The uric acid in hyperuricemia mice was reduced significantly after treatment by Xiezhuo Chubi decoction. The high-dose group of two different compositions of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction could reduce the uric acid in normal mice. There was no significant difference between the two compositions. Conclusion: The different compositions of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction can reduce the uric acid on hyperuricemia in mice.

摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Yifei Huoxue Particles (YFHX) on pulmonary hypertension pathology in the chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD) in rabbits. Method: A total of 12 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups (normal group, model group, the captopril group, YFHX group), each group 3, the rabbits in model group, the captopril group and YFHX group were modeled using 0.7% FeCl3 by ear vein injection. A total of 42 days, the rabbits in the captopril group and YFHX group were given captopril and YFHX accordingly. Then, a total of 20 days, pulmonary vascular injury was observed and compared. Result: Compared with the normal group, the model group showed structural changes in the heart in pulmonary artery diameter, right ventricular outflow tract, right ventricular front wall thickness and right ventricular track. The modeled rabbits showed significant difference compared with their own situation at 0 d and 42 d (P<0.01), YPHX treatment group are different with the model group for the indicators: Right ventricular outflow tract and tricuspid velocity (P<0.05). Conclusion: YFHX can treat the model of CPHD caused by FeCl3 in rabbits, by reducing the right ventricular diameter and the right ventricular outflow tract and slowing down the tricuspid velocity.  
摘要:Objective: To study the inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus of 19 Chinese herbal drug Compound Prescriptions from《Treatise on Exogenous Febrile》. Method: Serum as obtained from the mice which were infected by Staphylococcus aureus inoculated in abdomen and those which were not infected.The inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus of the serum were tested and compared.Then 19 Chinese herbal drug compound prescriptions chosen from 《Treatise on Exogenous Febrile》 was fed to the mouse which were infected by Staphylococcus aureus and their serum was tested to verify the inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus. Result: Result shows that Staphylococcus aureus can consume lots of the anti-bacterial substances in the body,thus reduce the level of anti-bacterial capacity of those mice infected by Staphylococcus aureus,compared to those non-infected,and 19 Chinese herbal drug compound prescriptions can reverse the process. Conclusions: The listed Chinese herbal drug compound prescriptions can restore the inhibitory capacity of the body againt Staphylococcus aureus.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Qianlieshu Capsule on bacterial prostatitis in rat. Method: The animal model of bacterial prostatitis was established by injection of Escherichia coli in ventral prostates, and Qianlieshu was given in different dosages for 10 days. The count of white blood cell, the density of lecithin, and bacteria colonies in prostatitis liquid, while the prostate weight, index, and pathological changes were observed. Result: Qianlieshu Capsule could obviously decrease white blood cells(P<0.01) and bacteria colonies(P<0.01), and increased lecithin(P<0.05) were only found for the high dosage, deduced prostate weight, index were observed in the middle and high dosages. The pathological of inflammmator changes were obviously inhibited in high dosage(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qianlieshu Capsule has significant anti- bacterial prostatitis actions.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yigan Zhuanyin San (YGZYS) on HBsAg and HBeAg of HepG2.2.15 cell. Method: The TC50 and TC0 of YGZYS to the HepG2.2.15 cell were determined by MTT assay. At non-toxic range of concentration, five different concentrations of YGZYS were added respectively to HepG2.2.15 cells. At 4d and 8d after treatment with drugs, the supernatant of HepG2.2.15 were collected for determining the levels of HBsAg and HBeAg by ELISA. Result: TC50 5.386 g ·L-1, TC0 0.736 g ·L-1. YGZYS had little cellulotoxicity. YGZYS at the largest non-cellulotoxic concentration could suppress HBsAg and HBeAg expression in HepG2.2.15 cell, and the therapeutic index (TI)>2, YGZYS appeared to be an effective and low toxic anti-HBV drug. Conclusion: YGZYS can suppress HBsAg and HBeAg expression in HepG2.2.15 cell, and is a lower toxic drug.

摘要:Objective: To establish an ultra-performance LC-quadrupole TOF MS (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) method of the crude and processed fruits of Ligustrum lucidum for metabolomic research, comparative study in their metabolite profiling was performed to explore the mechanism of processing the fruits of L. lucidum. Method: Metabolite profiling of crude and processed fruits of L. lucidum were performed using UPLC-Q-TOF-MS and multivariate statistical analysis technique. Results: There is significant difference of metabolite profiling among the crude and different processed fruits of L. lucidum. The chemical markers such as ligustaloside B for such variations was identified. And its contents in the crude L. lucidum was significantly higher that in the processed one. Conclusions: This study indicated that UPLC-Q-TOF-MS coupled with multivariate statistics is able to provide quality control of the crude and processed fruits of L. lucidum. While the results provide the basis for the mechanism of processing.

摘要:Objective: To observe the renal changes of aristolochic acid-induced nephrotoxicity by long-term using different dose of Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis Extract (CAME) in rats, and investigate the relationship between the changes and blood aristolochic acid-A concentration. Method: Male SD rats were randomized into 5 groups: normal diet control group, low-salt diet control group, Low-, Mid-, and High-dose groups. Renal function and morphological changes in renal tissue were observed at 4 and 6 weeks after treatment with CAME, respectively. The aristolochic acid-A concentration in blood was determined by LC-MS-MS method. Result: Compared with low-salt diet control group, the urine volumes in 3 groups were increased at the 2nd weeks. At the 4th weeks, the urine volumes were decreased; other renal changes in low- and mid-dose groups were not obvious; the levels of urine protein and BUN were remarkably increased in high-dose group. At the 6th weeks, the urine volume was decreased in high-dose group and the levels of urine protein, Crea and BUN were significantly increased. Morphologic changes consisted of vacuolization of renal tubular cells, hyalinization of small arterioles and the light renal interstitial fibrosis. All the injury changes in High-dose group were more severe than those in low- and mid-dose groups. The parameters in two control groups had no statistical significance. The plasma aristolochic acid-A concentration was very low. Conclusion: Long-term use of CAME in rats results in renal function and morphological changes, which correlated with time and dosage of used CAME and might be independence to plasma aristolochic acid-A concentration.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Guanxinping on myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoprenaline in rats. Method: Rat myocardial ischemia was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoprenaline(30 mg·kg-1). The effect of Guanxinping on the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), serum creatine kinase (CK), malondial dehyde (MDA)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)was observed. The descent of J point at different time after injection of isoprenaline was examined, and pathological investigation of myocardial injury in rats was carried out. Result: Guanxinping could obviously inhibit the activities of serum CK, LDH, and MDA , enhance serum SOD activity(P<0.01,P<0.05). Guanxinping could inhibit descent of J point in rat myocardial ischemia induced by isoprenaline(P<0.05,P<0.01), and significantly reduce the extent of myocardial pathological damage. Conclusion: Guanxinping can obviously ameliorate myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoprenaline in rat.

摘要:Objective: To study anti-lipid peroxidation effects of the water extract from H. angustifolia(HA) on liver damage induced by carbon tetrachlorile (CCl4) in mice. Method: After acute liver injury model was induced by CCl4, mice were administrated intragastrically with water extract of H. angustifolia, the content of alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), malondialdehyde (MDA) and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), ability of total antioxidation capacity (T-AOC) were measured respectively in serum. The levels of MDA, SOD, NO, T-AOC were evaluated respectively in liver. Result: H. angustifolia could markedly decrease ALT, AST, MDA content, increase SOD activity and ability of T-AOC respectively in serum, also could increase the content of SOD and T-AOC, decrease the levels of MDA and NO respectively in liver. Conclusion: H. angustifolia has the effect of anti-lipid peroxidation.

摘要:Objective: To study the acute toxicity of total flavonoid from Scutellaria amoena in mice and its effect on experimental arrhythmia induced by aconitine in rats. Method: The acute toxicity of the flavonoid was investigated by Blisss method. The anti-arrhythmia efftect of the flavonoid was determined by ECG of rats and of guinea pigs. Result: The flavonoid showed some toxicity on mice, but its median lethal dose (LD50 4.438 8 g ·kg-1) keeps away from effective median dose(20 mg ·kg-1) of anti-arrhythmia activity experiment. It could obviously increase the threshold dose of ventricular premature beats(VP), ventricular fibrillation(VF) and cardia ventricular arrest(CA) induced by aconitine in rats and shorten the duration of ventricular arrhythmia induced by adrenaline in guinea pigs with dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: The flavonoid from S. amoena has very little toxicity in mice, but obvious protective effect on arrhythmia models in animals.

摘要:Objective: We have observed the effect of Aloe Gel to the second degree of the scalding rats on the appearing time of epithelium and the healing time and the content of fibronectin in tissue of skin , it has been proved Aloe Gel has the contribution on promoting the growth of granulation tissue and accelerating the wound to accrete. Method: We had taken the experiment into two groups , that is the control group (CG) and the experimental group (EG). We had adopted the immersion method to make rat’s naked back the superficial second degree scalding. We had used Aloe Gel to spread on the wound surface of the experimental group with four times per day , and had used Isotonic Na chloride to handle the wound surface of the control group. Then we had recorded the appearing time of epithelium , the average healing time and the healing ratio on the 2nd to 24th day. And we also had determined the contents of fibronectin in tissue fluid of the healed skin on the 14th and 24th day after the treatment. Result: To contrast with the control group, we had found the the appearing time of epithelium in the experimental group was earlier, the healing time was shorter obviously, and the healing ratio was higher, the content of fibronectin in tissue of skin had increaed obviously. Conclusion: The polysaccharide and amino acid in Aloe Gel could promote the granulation tissue to growth and contribute the wound to increase healing according to effecting the formation of fibrous tissue in inflammation, the composition and maturation of fibronectin, the contraction and alteration of wounds.

摘要:Objective: to observe the impact of neferine on contents of CYP450 in rat liver and expression of CYP2D1,CYP3A1,CYP2E1 mRNA. Method: neferine was gived orally to Wistar rats for 6 days.Liver microsomes were separated with calcium carbonate precipitation and CYP450 enzyme content was measured with ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The expression of CYP2D1,CYP3A1,CYP2E1 mRNA was detected with Real-time quantitative RT-PCR. Result: ①The result of Neferine on CYP450 total enzyme in rats indicated Neferine had inducing effect on drug-metabolizing enzyme at high dose; ②The expression levels of CYP3A1 and CYP2D1 were both increased significantly in the Neferine 50 mg ·kg-1 group compared with the control group (P<0.05); ③The expression of CYP2D1 was also increased significantly in the Nef 20 mg ·kg-1 group(P<0.05); ④There is no significant differences on expression of CYP2D1 in the all dosing Nef groups and the control group. These results indicated that Nef can raise the expression of CYP2D1 at 50 mg ·kg-1 or 20 mg ·kg-1, and raise the expression of CYP3A1 at 50 mg ·kg-1. It inferred that Nef could accelerate its own metabolism. Conclusion: Neferine had effect on inducing CYP450 tatal enzyme at 20 or 50 mg ·kg-1, and can raise the expression of CYP2D1. Neferine can also raise the expression of CYP3A1 at 50 mg ·kg-1. It inferred that Neferine could accelerate its own metabolism at relative high doses in body.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of polygona-polysaccharose (PP) upon the synapse structure in hippocampuss region of APP transgenic mice and the related mechanism. Method: Different concentrations of PP solution were Ig given to APP transgenic mice daily for 45 consecutive days, then tissues of hippocampuss CAI region were observed through transmission electron microscope (TEM), and stereology was adopted to analyze the quantity, sectional area and degeneration of its synapse and the alteration of the quantity of the synapse vesicles involved. Result: The PP treated groups exhibited an obvious increase in synapse quantity (P<0.01), a decrease in synapse sectional area and degeneration degree, and an increase in synapse vesicles quantity, and the improvement of its synapse had dose-effect relation to some extent. Conclusion: PP is beneficial for the improvement of the synapse structure in hippocampuss CAI region of APP transgenic mice.  
摘要:Objective: To study the antidepressant mechanism of Jieyuwan on animal models. Method: In order to elucidate the mechanism, the antidepressant effect of Jieyuwan was evaluated with antagonism of high dose of apomorphine and 5-HTP induced head-twitches in mice; the effects of Jieyuwan on the levels of monomine and its metabolites in normal and reserpinized-mice were also studied with HPLC-ECD methods. Result: Jieyuwan greatly decreased the range of hypothermia induced by apomorphine in mice; increased the times of 5-HTP induced head-twitches in mice. Acute administration of Jieyuwan could significantly enhance the levels of NE, DA concentration and the ratio of DA to DOPAC in the hypothalamus of mice . Also, an increase in 5-HT, NE, 5-HIAA, DOPAC concentration, a decrease in value of 5-HT/5-HIAA , DA/DOPAC in cortex; an increase in value of 5-HT/5-HIAA, DA/DOPAC in hippocampus have been observed. Chronic administration (two weeks) of Jieyuwan increased the levels of 5-HT, DOPAC concentration and the ratio of 5-HT to 5-HIAA in hypothalamus of mice. Meanwhile, an increase in NE, 5-HIAA, DOPAC, a decrease in value of 5-HT/5-HIAA, DA/DOPAC in cortex of mice; an increase in 5-HT, NE, DA, 5-HIAA concentration and value of DA/DOPAC in hippocampus were shown. Jieyuwan could enhance the levels of 5-HT, 5-HIAA concentration and value of DA/DOPAC in hippocampus and NE, 5-HIAA concentration in hypothalamus of reserpinized mice. Conclusion: The results indicate that Jieyuwan could enhance the levels of 5-HT, NE and DA in brains with the acute and chronic administration (two weeks). Jieyuwan could also reverse the NE, DA and 5-HT depletion induced by reserpine in brains of mice.

摘要:Objective: Compared with cisplatin, study on the inhibitory effect of shuganyishen on Ishikawa cells on mouse model. Method: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of ERα, ERβ and PR in the transplantable endometrial carcinoma of mice in control group, shuganyishen group, cisplatin group and shuganyishen-cisplatin group. Result: ERα protein expressed highest in control group, and in cisplatin group, shuganyishen group and shuganyishen-cisplatin group in order. ERβ protein expressed highest in shuganyishen group, and in shuganyishen-cisplatin group, control group and cisplatin group in order. PR protein expressed highest in shuganyishen-cisplatin group, and in shuganyishen group, cisplatin group and control group in order. Conclusion: Shuganyishen has a certain effect on inhibiting endometrial carcinoma. Furthermore, shuganyishen combined with conventional chemotherapy is good to inhibit tumor and ERα and improve the expression of PR, without affecting ERβ. So the combined prescription can solve the problem of estrogen inhibition caused by using chemotherapy alone.

摘要:Objective: To explore the 'hoodwinks nature’ of dampness evil by detecting the expression of TCRVβ subfamilies in peripheral blood mononuclear cell of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with dampness syndrome and healthy people by F-Q PCR technique. Method: Three patients with dampness syndrome and one healthy person were included,Three patients with dampness syndrome were treated by clearing dampness method (modified Huopuxialing decotion).The symptoms,signs and TCRVβ subfamilies expresssion were determined before and after being treated. Result : The liver function of three CHB patients with dampness syndrome recovered to normal levels after treatment,and the symptoms were improved in the same time.The levels of TCRVβ1,TCRVβ6.1,TCRVβ7,TCRVβ8 were increased while the levels of TCRVβ12,TCRVβ14 were decreased after treatment. Conclusion :The expression quantities of TCRVβ subfamilies of CHB patients with dampness syndrome were disordered,and the expression quantities of these subfamilies could be adjusted to a certain extent after clearing dampness treatment,which hinted that the abnormal expression of TCRVβ subfamilies’ might be the cause of decreased immunity of CHB patients with dampness syndrome.  
摘要:Objective: To research efficacy and safety of Follow-up of laser treatment lotion with Quyou lotion four weeks to reduce recurrence of condyloma. Method: To study the condyloma acuminatum prospectively with 94 women patients,In which only 47 cases of laser treatment and another 47cases treated with Quyou lotion for 4 weeks after the laser wound healing.To study condyloma recurrence ratio and safety evaluation in 4,8,12 and 16 weeks with unified evaluation standard. Result :In raser treating group,the recurrence ratios are 6.38%,2.13%,0 and 0 in 4,8,12 and 16 weeks respectively.In combined treatment group the recurrence ratios are 24.44%,9.09%,4.55% and 2.27%,the Total recurrence ratio is 40.91%,there is significant difference between the two groups( P <0.01). Conclusion : Quyou lotion combined laser treatment is a safe treatment method and can reduces the recurrence rate of condyloma.  
摘要:Objective: To summarize the recent development on the utilization of enzyme engineering technology in obtaining active ingredients from traditional Chinese medicines. Method : The published articles on extracting active ingredients from traditional Chinese medicines by enzyme engineering technology were reviewed and analyzed. Result : The enzymatic lysis of cell wall for the extraction of substances,the directional extraction of active substances,and the enzymatic transformation of substances with low or no activity to highly active substances have been carried out with various traditional Chinese medicines,indicating that the enzymatic method is economically efficient and convenient in the production of highly active substances from traditional Chinese medicines. Conclusion :This study will provide a reference for the further research and development of enzymatic extraction and transformation of active substances from traditional Chinese medicines.

摘要:Objective: To review the progress of sensitization reaction experiment research with Traditional Chinese medicine injections (TCMI). Method : The experimental studies on sensitization reactions of TCMI were summed up. Result :The result shows that the studies lack systematicness.The researches on allergic sensitization factors and sensitization model are still in the stage of exploration. Conclusion : To provide new ideas,the research on chlorogenic acid and additives antigen should be strengthened,the animal models of allergen and the techniques of immune-chemistry and immune-chip should be fully utilized for the development and application of TCMI.

摘要:Objective: This paper reviews the characteristics of the new adjuvant commonly used in the dispersible tablets of traditional Chinese medicine and its impacts on the quality, hence to provide reference for the development and study of new adjuvant. Method: Accessing to domestic and foreign literature, we analyze and give a brief review about the new adjuvant. Result: In the tablet formulation, disintegrants, adhesives and other new adjuvant can affect the dispersible and dissolution performance of the dispersible tablets. Conclusion: The nature, ratio and amount of adjuvant all have a great impact on the quality of dispersible tablets of the Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective: To introduce the application of excipients for oral colon-targeting drugs,and to provide the reference for future research . Method: Through studying a great number of relevant literatures home and abroad,the authors analyses and outlines several kinds of commonly used excipients and their corresponding delivery systems. Result: Excipient is an important component and the basic material of pharmaceutical preparations.It plays a key role in the development and production of oral colon-targeting drugs. Conclusion: The choice of excipients plays a vital role for colon-targeting.

摘要:Eliminating exercise-induced fatigue is a hot spot in sport medicine in the world.External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is attracting attention.External treatment of TCM includes moxibustion,acupuncture,massage,external application,herbal fumigation and herbal injection,etc.The effectiveness of external treatment of TCM for eliminating exercise-induced fatigue appears to be the same as medicine taking,and can avoid the risk of mistaking of dopes.A multiple treatment is generally better than a single one.The focus of future research is to research comprehensive use of various external treatments with differentiation of syndromes,utilizing the development in science and technology.

摘要:Objective :To summarize the experiences of Professor Deng Zhongjia and to introduce his frequently used traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal-pairs for treating cancer. Method : Professor Deng’s experiences and the treatment principles on herbal-pairs were summarized by attending the process of his diagnosis and treatment for cancer patients. Result : The effect and principles of TCM herbs matching by Professor Deng are verified in clinics. Conclusion : Professor Deng’s application of herbal-pairs is smart and precise,and his experience is a valuable reference for clinical practice.  
摘要:The polymer micelles as drug carriers have many excellent properties, such as the high stability in vivo, good biocompatibility, the solubilization of insoluble drugs role. This paper reviews the research and development of Polymeric micelles from three aspects, including their types, drug loading methods and applications, especially in solubilization, passive targeting, active targeting and gene therapy drug carrier.
