摘要:Ganoderma applanatum was extracted with fast magnetic sound generator. Response surface analysis(RSA) with orthogonal experimental design was successfully applied to determine the optimal conditions where the maximum extraction of the G. applanatum with fast magnetic sound generator occurred, which was at ultrasonic intensity 26.6 KHz, magnetic strength 1 252.5 GS, extraction time 40 min and the concentration of ethanol 70%. In this extraction conditions, the yield of extract can reach 11.86%. This study shows that traditional Chinese medicine fast magnetic sound generator is a very effective experimental device for rapid extraction of Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective: To establish the optimal extraction technology of forsythiaside by orthogonal test. Method: The amount of water, extraction time, extraction times and extraction temperature were set as index for orthogonal test. Result: The factors were: C > A> B> D . Extraction times ( C ) was as the main factor and the amount of water ( A ), extraction time ( B ), extraction temperature ( D ) as a secondary factor. The optimum conditions for extraction was as follows: 16 times of water, soaking extraction 3 times at 60 ℃, each time extracting for 1 hour. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process for forsythiaside was simple, stable and feasible.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the preparation process for Shaoshangling Film by alcohol.Method: The contents of emodin and berberine hydrochloride and the yield of extract were used as index of appraisal. Data processing was carried out with the multiple guidelines grading method for optimizing the extraction condition. The orthogonal experimental design was introduced to optimize the conditions of the alcohol extraction technology. The experiment were involved four factors, concentration of alcohol, amount of alcohol, refluxing time, times of refluxing.Result: The best extraction technology was that refluxing 3 times, refluxing 2 hours each time and in 6 times amount of 95% alcohol.Conclusion: The process is simple, reasonable and relialbe.

摘要:Objective: To establish an effective method for simultaneously determining the concentration of brucine and strychnine in rat plasma by HPLC. Method: The processed rat plasma samples were separated on a Kromasil C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.01 mol ·L-1 sodium heptane sulfonate and 0.02 mol ·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate,adjusted pH to 2.8 with 10% phosphonic acid (24 ∶76). The detection wavelength was set at 264 nm. Result: Chromatograms showed endogenous peaks not interfering with the analysis. The calibration curves of brucine and strychnine were both in good linearity within the range of 50-2 000 μg ·L-1. The mean extraction recoveries were more than 86% while the precisions were less than 8%. The results of stability experiment meet certain requirements for the biopharmaceutical analysis. Conclusion: The method with good sensitivity and precision is applicable to the pharmacokinetic studies of the main compounds in total alkaloids from seeds of Strychnou nux-vomica .

摘要:Objective:To study the absorption and accumulation of microelements among different strains of Pinellia ternate grown in Jingzhou.Method:Microelements in powders of leaves and tubers of four different strains were detected with the technique of wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence(WDXRF).Result:Eighteen microelements(K,Ca,Cl,S,P,Mg,Na,Si,Al,Fe,Zn,Mn,Sr,Cu,Cr,Ni,Se and Ti) have been detected,but Se was not found in leaves and Ti not in tuber.Conclusion:The absorption and accumulation of microelements were different among different strains of P.ternate grown in Jingzhou.And wether might this cause any differences in efficacy and compatibility needs to be further studied.

摘要:Objecive:To discuss the relationship between water-soluble sugar and cold-heat properties and further reveal correlations of four properties and material basis.Method:Water-soluble sugars were purified from 10 herbs with cold properties and 10 herbs with heat properties.After acetylation,GC /MS fingerprints of water-soluble sugars were determined and the results were analyzed by Fisher.Result:Discriminant function had been established by Fisher.The Fisher discriminant analysis could distinguish the cold and heat properties between 20 herbs that the back substitution in group was 100%.There was difference between the drugs with cold and heat properties in the GC /MS fingerprints,which corresponded to the different water-soluble sugars in the cold and heat herbs.Conclusion:The Fisher analysis could differentiate the herbs with cold and heat properties,and it was an effective statistical tool to study the relationship between the cold and heat properties by water-soluble sugar.It concludes that the water-soluble sugar is one of the material basis of four properties of herbs.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the technological conditions for effective compounds of Aucklandia lappa.by microwave-assisted extraction.Method:The microwave extract technology was chosen and optimized by an orthogonal test.The contents of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone were determined by HPLC.Each influence factor of effective component of A.lappa by the microwave-assisted extraction was observed.Result:The best extraction was obtained with 400 W as the microwave power.Four volume of ethyl alcohol(60%) extracted for four times and each extract last 20 minitues.Conclusion:The microwave extraction technique is bettev than backflow extraction method.with high efficiency and short extraction time.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method to determine the content and entrapment efficiency of vinorelbine encapsulated in liposomes.Method:The HPLC analysis was carried out on a ELITE C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.06 mol.L-1 KDP buffer(38∶ 62) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1.The detection wavelength was at 215 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The free drug was isolated by Gel-filtration for the entrapment efficiency determination.Result:The 1inear range of vinorelbine was 2.08 ~ 20.8 μg(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.64%(RSD 1.09%).The average entrapment efficiency was 86.83%.Conclusion:This method is simple,precise and replicable and it can be used to determine the content of total vinorelbine in liposomes and entrapment efficiency.

摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid in Qingre Xiaoyanning Capsules. Method: A HPLC method was used with a Waters XBridge C18 column(4.60 mm×250 mm,5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (21[DK1]∶79) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 340 nm. Result: The linear ranges of isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid were 0.32-3.2 μg(r=0.999 8) and 0.256 6-2.566 μg (r=0.999 9), respectively. The average recoveries (n =6) were 97.3% (RSD 1.6%) and 98.9% (RSD 1.3%), respectively. Conclusion: This HPLC method is simple, accurate and relilable, and can be used for the quality control of Qingre Xiaoyanning Capsules.

摘要:Objective: The essential oil was extracted from the seed of wild Perilla frutescens , and the constituent was analyzed to provide scientific proof for the search of biological activity compositions from P. frutescens to empolder the natural resource. Method : The essential oil from the seed of wild P. frutescens was extracted by steam distillation, and the components of the essential oil were separated and structurally identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The essential oil was investigated by anti-oxidation activities and antimicrobial activities. Result : Fifty-six components were identified and accounted for 92.77% of the all peak area. The essential oil had anti-oxidation activity and antimicrobial activity. Conclusion: The main chemical constituents of the essential oil were monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids compounds. The major components were perillaketone (10.32%), isoegomaketone (9.73%), caryophyllene(7.96%), α-linalool (6.32%), cinerone (5.28%). The essential oil had obvious anti-oxidation activities for scavenging of ·OH, killed and inhibited the growth of testing bacteria, especially against Staphylococcus aureus CMCC26112 and Candida albicans CMCC850216.

摘要:Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of euphol in slices of E.kansui and its preparation Kongxian Pills.Method:HPLC-ELSD was carried out on a Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)with methanol-water(99∶ 1) as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,and the detector was evaporative light-scattering detector(ELSD).The column temperature was set at 35 ℃.Result:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.04-20.80 μg(r = 0.999 6),the average recovery was 97.53% with RSD of 2.56%.The content of euphol in ten batches of slices of E.kansui and five batches of Kongxian Pills were determined.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used to determine the content of euphol in slices of E.kansui and Kongxian Pills.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method to determine quercetin in Heibai Baoganqing Granules of Mao ethnomedicine by HPLC. Method: HPLC was used. The column was Diamonsil (TM) C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (56 ∶44), with the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the wavelength was at 370 nm. Result: Quercetin was linear in the range of 0.020 6~0.133 μg. The average recovery was 98.2%. The average content of quercetin in five samples was 1.44 mg ·g-1. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of quercetin in Heibai Baoganqing Granules.  
摘要:Objective:To establish a method to determine quercetin in Heibai Baoganqing Granules of Mao ethnomedicine by HPLC.Method:HPLC was used.The column was Diamonsil(TM) C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid(56∶ 44),with the flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1and the wavelength was at 370 nm.Result:Quercetin was linear in the range of 0.020 6 ~ 0.133 μg.The average recovery was 98.2%.The average content of quercetin in five samples was 1.44 mg.g-1.Conclusion:This method is accurate,simple and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of quercetin in Heibai Baoganqing Granules.

摘要:Objective:To establish a new determination method for quercitrin from Platycladus orientalis leaves by capillary-zone electrophoresis(CZE).Method:Under the optimized CZE conditions:a running buffer composed of 30 mmol.L-1 borax-boric acid(volume 1∶ 3),separation voltage at 25 kV,temperature at 25 centigrade,injection time for 8 sec with 0.5 psi pressure,quercitrin from P.orientalis leaves was detected at 254 nm wavelength.Result:Quercitrin was linear in the range of 1-200 mg.L-1(r = 0.999 3).The RSD of exactitude,stability,and recovery of the method was 1.1346%,2.6046 % and 2.3315%,respectively.The contents of quercitrin in three batches of P.orientalis leaves were 2.551 3,2.546 7,2.478 0 mg.g-1.Conclusion:The method was simple,fast and accurate for determination of the drugs containing quercitrin.

摘要:Objective: To Analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from the leaves and flowers of Dimocarpus longan in Guangxi. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from the leaves and flowers of D. longan . by steam distillation. The constituents of volatile oil were identified by GC/MS technology. Result: The yield of the collected volatile oil of the leaves and flowers of D. longan was 0.35%, 0.20%, repectively. 39 compounds constituting 96.2% of the oil of leaves were identified. 32 compounds constituting 97.01% of the oil of flowers were identified. Conclusion: The GC/MS is a simple, rapid and sensitive method. It can provide a scientific basis for rational use of the leaves and flowers of D. longan in Guangxi.

摘要:Objective:The aim of the paper was to study the relationship between 18 kinds of amino acid contents and cold or hot nature of traditional Chinese material medica and establish discriminant function.Method:Extracting eighteen kinds of amino acid from thirty kinds of TCM.Seventeen kinds of amino acid contents were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with precolumn phenylisothiocyanate derivatization spectrophotometry.Tryptophan were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The Fisher discriminant analysis was used to analyze the relationship between amino acid and cold or hot nature of traditional Chinese material medica.Result:Form the determinantion of 18 kinds of amino acid contents,it showed that the average amino acid contents of the heat is 1.32 times than the one of the cold,the correct rate is ninety percent analyzed by Fisher discriminant analysis.Conclusion:Form the results of fisher discriminant of 18 variables,it revealed that there are many differences between the cold and hot property in 18 kinds of amino acid contents.Based on the analysis of the determined data,a discrimination function was established and it could distinguish cold and hot property of Chinese herbs.

Method: In situ single pass perfusion model was used and the concentration ofsalvianolic acid B and danshensu in perfusate were determined by HPLC in combinationwith ultraviolet detector. Result: The apparent penetration coefficient(Papp) and absorption percentage(Fa)of danshensu andsalvianolic acid B were all low at differentconcentrationin four different regions of intestine of rat (duodenum, jejunum,ileum,colon).The absorption rate of dashensu was faster than salvianolic acid B in this study. The values of the Fa a and the Papp were not significantly affected by concentration of perfusion solution and intestinal segments. Conclusion: The intestine absorption characteristics ofsalvianolic acid B and danhensu was poor at all segments of intestine in rats where there is no special ab sorption site and showed the passive diffusion process.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of aqueous extract of alcohol of the roots of Apium graveolens on blood pressure and underlying the mechanisms in renal hypertension rats.Method:Two-kidney one clip(2K1C) renal hypertension rats were randomly divided into negative control group,model group,the positive control(Captopril,CAP) group and the roots of A.graveolens extract high,medium low-dose group and,the daily perfusion for 16 week at any time adjust the dose according to weight capacity,periodic determination of rat tail artery systolic and diastolic blood pressure.After the last administration,after separation of the abdominal aorta blood,take heart,left ventricular weight(LVW) / body weight(BW) ratio,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,malondialdehyde(MDA),vascular tone factor Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ),endothelin(ET) content.Result:The roots of A.graveolens extract L treatment group was significantly higher SOD activity,lower MDA content and significantly decreased plasma ET levels.The roots of A.graveolens plasma high-dose group were significantly lower Ang Ⅱ levels.Conclusion:The roots of A.graveolens extract can depress blood pressure in rats with renal hypertension.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of VEGF-VEGFR pathway on EPCs function induced by Xuefu Zhuyu Tang. Method: After induced by serial concentrations of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction-contained serum (XZDCS) and blank serum, EPCs proliferation, migration, adhension ability and VEGF, VEGFR expression were detected by MTT, Boyden chamber, adhension test and RT-PCR respectively. Result: Compared to the control group, 10% XZDCS could elevate the cell regeneration and adhension ability. The EPCs migration ability was inhibited by 5% XZDCS and improved by 10%,15% XZDCS. The higher two concentrations could up-regulate VEGF and VEGFR transcription significantly. Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu Tang could induce EPCs into angiogenesis by up regulating VEGF-VEGFR pathway to promote its proliferation, migration and adhension function.

摘要:Objective : To expound the mechanism of nourishing kidney and reducing urine by investigating the regulative action for renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) by Suoquan Capsule. Method: The rat model of kidney deficiency and diuresis was established by adenine. The levels of ACE,PRA,AngⅡ and ALD in blood were determined for model group, Suoquan Capsule group,Jinsuo Gujin Wan group and control group with ELISA technology. Result : Compared with model group, Suoquan Capsule could remarkedly increase the levels of ACE,PRA,AngⅡ and ALD in blood of the rats with kidney deficiency and diuresis. 摘要:Objective: Proteomics approaches were performed to identify proteins that may be involved in dimethylnitrusamine(DMN)-induced cirrhosis/fibrosis and the effects of Huangqi Tang (HQT) intervention were observed in rats. Method: Differential protein spots that exhibited changes in HQT group in DMN-induced cirrhosis were selected by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight and peptide mass fingerprinting analysis. After that, these protein spots were recognized by bioinformatics information retrieval. Lastly, the results of this proteomic analysis were confirmed by immunoblotting and detection of enzyme activity. Result: Eighteen protein spots were found to be differentially expressed, including 7 spots involved in disorder of lipid metabolism and oxidative damage, 3 spots involved in protein metabolism, 2 spots involved in biotransformation and 3 spots involved in material synthesis and energy metabolism in liver. Among them, 3 spots for confirmation(Prdx6, Hsp70, CAT)were consistent with the results of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Conclusion: There are significant oxidative stresses occurred during hepatofibrogenesis of DMN-induced cirrhosis/fibrosis in rats and HQT can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of liver and protect peroxide damage of cells.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan on spontaneous breast carcinoma in mice. Method: The spontaneous breast carcinoma derived in kunming mice (clean class) was used as animal model. The mice were given Liuwei Dihuang Wan to their agonal stage. The cancer mass pathology was analyzed by HE staining. The mRNA and protein expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and cyclin D3 were assayed by RT-PCR and Western blotting. Result: In Liuwei Dihuang Wan group, the tumor weight and expression of VEGF and cyclin D3 gene were obviously lower than that in the control groups(P<0.05). The cell differentiation was also better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang Wan can retrain the growth of cancer and promote the cancer cell differentiation. The possible mechanism is related with the retrained expression of VEGF and cyclin D3 gene.

摘要:Objective:To analyze the chemical constitutes and effective components of Fufang Fuling Tang(FFFLT),a traditional Chinese medicine shown to be effective in treating eczema.Method:A rapid method incorporating of ultra fast liquid chromatography-photodiode array detector-electrospray ionization-mass spectra(UFLC-DAD-ESI-MS) profiling was developed for screening the chemical constitutes in FFFLT.Based on the different peaks from FFFLT samples,four herb groups(Ⅰ-Ⅳ) were established.Herb group I was composed of Poria cocos,Paeonia lactiflora Pall,Gardenia jasminoides,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Alisma orientalis,Phellodendron amurense,Angelica sinensis and Spirodela polyrrhiza;groupⅡwas composed of P.lactiflora Pall,G.jasminoides,G.uralensis;group Ⅲ was composed of P.cocos and A.sinensis;and group Ⅳ was composed of P.cocos,P.lactiflora Pall,G.jasminoides,G.uralensis and A.sinensis.Sixty mice with allergic contact dermatitis(ACD) induced by DNFB were randomly divided into 6 groups,including Ⅰ-Ⅳ herb treatment groups(HTG),positive control group(hydrocortisone treatment group,HCTG) and negative control group(physiological saline treatment group,PSTG).The thickness and weight of mouse ears,the pathological changes in ear tissue and the serum levels of interferon(IFN)-γ,interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-10 were observed.Result:11 chemicals were analyzed and the most abundant constitutes from FFFLT were genipingentiobioside,geniposide,paeoniflorin and liquiritin.Compared with PSTG,significant decrease in ear swelling and dermal inflammatory infiltration were seen inⅠ-Ⅳ HTG and the HCTG(P < 0.05).ⅠHTG,ⅣHTG and HCTG showed better effects(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The pharmacodynamics of FFFLT in treating eczema mostly come from Paeonia lactiflora Pall,Gardenia jasminoides,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Poria cocos and Angelica sinensis.

摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical constitutes and effective components of Fufang Fuling Tang (FFFLT), a traditional Chinese medicine shown to be effective in treating eczema. Method: A rapid method incorporating of ultra fast liquid chromatography-photodiode array detector-electrospray ionization-mass spectra (UFLC-DAD-ESI-MS) profiling was developed for screening the chemical constitutes in FFFLT. Based on the different peaks from FFFLT samples, four herb groups(Ⅰ-Ⅳ) were established. Herb group I was composed of Poria cocos, Paeonia lactiflora Pall, Gardenia jasminoides, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Alisma orientalis, Phellodendron amurense, Angelica sinensis and Spirodela polyrrhiza; group Ⅱ was composed of P. lactiflora Pall, G. jasminoides, G. uralensis; group Ⅲ was composed of P. cocos and A. sinensis; and group Ⅳ was composed of P. cocos, P. lactiflora Pall, G. jasminoides, G. uralensis and A. sinensis. Sixty mice with allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) induced by DNFB were randomly divided into 6 groups, including Ⅰ-Ⅳ herb treatment groups(HTG), positive control group (hydrocortisone treatment group, HCTG) and negative control group (physiological saline treatment group, PSTG). The thickness and weight of mouse ears, the pathological changes in ear tissue and the serum levels of interferon (IFN)-γ, interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-10 were observed. Result: 11 chemicals were analyzed and the most abundant constitutes from FFFLT were genipingentiobioside,geniposide, paeoniflorin and liquiritin. Compared with PSTG, significant decrease in ear swelling and dermal inflammatory infiltration were seen in Ⅰ-Ⅳ HTG and the HCTG (P<0.05).ⅠHTG,ⅣHTG and HCTG showed better effects (P<0.01). Conclusion: The pharmacodynamics of FFFLT in treating eczema mostly come from Paeonia lactiflora Pall, Gardenia jasminoides, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Poria cocos and Angelica sinensis.

摘要:Objective: To understand the correspondence between syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-yang and the prescriptions of Lingjiao Jiangya Prescription (LJP) and Tianma Gouteng Prescription (TMGTP). Method: Aconium carmichaeli Debx., ephedrine and salty water were used to establish the rat model of hypertension with syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-yang. Fifty SD rats were divided into five groups, including normal control, model, LJP, TMGTP and Jinkuishenqi Prescription (JKSQP). The medicines were given for 28 days, facial temperature, grip strength, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure were determined per 7 days, and rat temper and coat color were observed per 14 days. Result: On day14, LJP and TMGTP could decrease the facial temperature and the blood pressure. On day21, all three prescriptions could strengthen rat grip strength. On day28, the prescriptions could ameliorate rat coat color, and LJP and TMGTP could keep rats calm. Conclusion: LJP and TMGTP could restrain hyperactivity of liver-yang, ameliorate yin-deficiency, relieve hypertension, and decrease the systolic pressure. So the correspondence between the prescriptions of LJP and TMGTP and hypertension with syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-yang has been confirmed.

摘要:Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Boschniakia rossica extracts (BRE) on lipid peroxidation of plasma lipoproteins in rabbits with hyperlipidemia. Method: The hyperlipidemic model were established by feeding rabbits with high-fat diet. After 8 weeks of treatment, plasma lipoproteins were isolated, and then lipid peroxide (LPO) and susceptibility of low density lipoprotein (LDL) to oxidation was investigated. Result: After the administration with BRE, the levels of plasma total cholesterol (TC), very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-CH) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-CH) in hyperlipidemic rabbits were significantly reduced; LPO levels of plasma and lipoproteins were significantly decreased; and the lag phage of LDL oxidation curve in vitro was noticeably prolonged. Conclusion: BRE, which can reduce blood lipids, decrease the lipid peroxidizability of lipoproteins and promote resistance to LDL oxidation, may be useful in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.

摘要:Objective:To explore the protective mechanism of Xinjia Xiayuxue Tang on kidneys in diabetic rats by investigating the effect of Xinjia Xiayuxue Tang on bone morphogenetic protein 7(BMP7) and transforming growth factor β1(TGFβ1)in kidneys of diabetic rats.Method:SD rats were divided into control group and diabetes model group.The diabetes model was established by injection of alloxan through vena caudalis,and then were randomly divided into diabetes model(DM) group and Xinjia Xiayuxue Tang-treated group.After 12 weeks,The fast-ing blood glucose(FBG),serum creatinine(Scr),urine protein(Upro) were checked with biochemical methods.The morphological changes of renal tissue were examined under microscopy on sections stained with PAS.The mRNA expression of BMP7,TGFβ1 and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI1)were tested by RT-PCR.Result:Compared with DM model group,in Xinjia Xiayuxue Tang-treated group,FBG,Scr and Upro were markedly decreased(P < 0.01);renal damage were significantly reduced,the expression of TGFβ1 and PAI1 mRNA were significantly reduced,BMP7 mRNA expression was greatly increased.Conclusion:Xinjia Xiayuxue Tang exerted protective effect on diabet-ic nephropathy probably via elevation of BMP7 and reduction of TGFβ1,then reducing the expression of PAI1.

摘要:Objective:To investigate effects of Wutian Baogan Ye on alcohol hepatic fibrosis in rats.Meth-od:One hundred Wistar rats were divided randomly into six groups:a normal group(10),a model control group(18),Wutian Baogan Ye low dose group(18),middle dose group(18),high dose group(18),and Yishanfu group(18).Rat model of alcohol hepatic fibrosis was induced by perfusing stomach with the mixture of alcohol,pyrazol and corn oil.After 12 weeks intervention,the indexes of hepatic fiborsis and expression of α-SMA,PPARγ mRNA in liver tissue were investigated for rats in different groups.Result:Compared with model rats,Wutian Ban-gan Ye(especially the middle and the high dose) and Yishanfu could suppress the development of fibrosis,the lev-els of PⅢP,LN in serum and the expression of α-SMA,and increase the expression of PPAR-γ mRNA.The ex-pression of α-SMA and PPARγ was negatively correlated.Conclusion:Wutian Baogan Ye has an active effect on inhibition of alcohol hepatic fibrosis in rats,with a possible mechanism of promoting the expression of PPARγ.

摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of Wutian Baogan Ye on alcohol hepatic fibrosis in rats. Method: One hundred Wistar rats were divided randomly into six groups: a normal group (10),a model control group(18), Wutian Baogan Ye low dose group(18), middle dose group(18), high dose group(18), and Yishanfu group(18). Rat model of alcohol hepatic fibrosis was induced by perfusing stomach with the mixture of alcohol, pyrazol and corn oil. After 12 weeks intervention, the indexes of hepatic fiborsis and expression of α-SMA, PPARγ mRNA in liver tissue were investigated for rats in different groups. Result: Compared with model rats, Wutian Bangan Ye (especially the middle and the high dose) and Yishanfu could suppress the development of fibrosis, the levels of PⅢP, LN in serum and the expression of α-SMA, and increase the expression of PPAR-γ mRNA. The expression of α-SMA and PPARγ was negatively correlated. 摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Sulfur fumigated Dioscorea opposita on antioxidation,Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase,Na+K+-ATPase in liver of rats. Method: Wistar rats were divided randomLy into 4 groups, one control and three experimental groups administrated diets mixed with concentrated extractions from unfumigated, commercial and sulfur fumigated D. opposita respectively. The activities of Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase and Na+K+-ATPase and the level of MDA and activities of SOD and GSH-Px 14 weeks after treatment were measured and observe liver framework of organization change. Result: Results showed that activities of GSH-Px 14 weeks after treatment of unfumigated, commercial D. opposita were significantly increased compared with control group; commercial D. opposita enhanced the activities of Na+K+-ATPase. Conclusion: The long-term use of D. opposita has the possibility to cause lipid peroxidation and change the activities of Na+K+-ATPase in liver.

摘要:Objective:To observe the actute toxicity of volatile oil from Bupleurum chinense in mice and rats and evaluate its safety.Method:Ig volatile oil from B.chinense of different dosages to mice and rats;the acute toxi-cal symptoms,signs,death time and accumulated death rate were observed and the LD50 was calculated by Bliss method.Result:Restlessness,abnormal walking,accelerated heart rate,breathlessness,consecutive convulsion were the main acute toxical symptoms and signs caused by volatile oil from B.chinense;the LD50 and its 95% confident limit of volatile oil of B.chinense to rats and mice are 2.081(1.759 9-2.461 3) mL.kg-1 and 3.118(2.872 4-3.391 2)mL.kg-1 differently.Conclusion:Ig volatile oil from B.chinense to rats and mice can cause acute toxi-cal injury to them.The further study on toxical components,toxical cheminisms and toxical targets of volatile oil from B.chinense are need to do,so as to offer experimental basement for the safe and effective application of B.chinense and its preparation.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Modified Xionggui Decoction(MXD) on protection from cerebral ischemia injury and its influence on hemorheological parameters in rats. Method: Seventy of Wistar rats were undergone right middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) according the method of intraluminal thread,then were randomly divided into 5 groups. Four groups were administered MXD (0.38,0.76,1.52 g ·kg-1) and Tongmai Keli (2.7 g ·kg-1) respectively. MCAO model group and sham-operation control group of fifteen rats were administered with the same volume of water. The neurologic findings were scored,hemorheological parameters were measured,and the size of cerebral infarction was determined by TTC-stained method,and histopathologic changes were observed. Result: MXD and Tongmai Keli significantly improved neurologic function after administered drugs for 5 days. MXD and Tongmai Keli significantly reduced blood viscosity of high shear rate, reduced blood viscosity and plasma viscosity,and significantly lessened the size of cerebral infarction and lightened histopathologic changes after administered for 7 days. Conclusion: MXD may improve the obstruction of neurologic function,and protect brain from ischemia injury. The effect of MXD might be related with improvement in hemorheological parameters.

摘要:Objective:To study the immune protective mechanism of Qingying Jiebiao Heji on A/PR/8 / H1N1 virus infected mice.Method:The influenza model in mice was established through dropping A /PR /8 /H1N1 virus into the nose of Kunming mice.Ribavirin and Qingying Jiebiao Heji were given to the infected mice respective-ly,then death protection and life prolongation were determined;thymus index and spleen index were observed;Th1(IFN-γ) /Th2(IL-10) expression in peripheral blood was measured by flow cytometry.Result:After being infec-ted,the death protection rate and life prolongation rate of Qingying Jiebiao Heji were 52.94% and 37.64% accord-ingly,the thymus index and spleen index were improved apparently.Th1cytokine IFN-γ attenuated and Th2cytokine IL-10 dominantly expressed.The expression of Th1(IFN-γ) /Th2(IL-10) was remarkably depressed and adjusted,Th2 expression of Qingying Jiebiao Heji group was markedly strengthened and Th1 / Th2 drifted towards the normal level.Conclusion:Qingying Jiebiao Heji has the effect of death protection on the A /PR /8 /H1N1 virus infected mice,it also can reverse its peripheral blood cytokine Th1drifting to Th2,and prevent influenza through immune reg-ulation.

摘要:Objective: To study the immune protective mechanism of Qingying Jiebiao Heji on A/PR/8/H1N1 virus infected mice. 摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Pressure-sensitive Adhesives Shujin Paste(SJP) on activa-ting blood circulation and anti-inflammation.Method:The effects of SJP on blood viscosity and platelet aggregation of rats were observed.anti-inflammatory action was investigated through experimental granuloma in rats,the animal model was induced by injection of fresh egg white to the rats,model of ear swelling of mice was also used.Result:The SJP could reduce obviously the blood viscosity of the rabbit,could inhibit the weight gaining of granuloma in rats,and paw swelling induced by fresh egg white in rats,ear inflammation induced by xylene in mice.Conclu-sions:The SJP could promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and anti-inflammation.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Shenqi Bufei Tang on collagen deposition and fibronectin(FN) of COPD rat model with lung-qi deficiency syndrome.Method:COPD rat model with lung-qI deficiency syn-drome was established by quantitative stimulation with tobacco,SO2 and papain.Sixty male rats were randomly divid-ed into 6 groups:normal group,model group,low dose treatment group,medium dose treatment group,high dose treatment group,and glucocorticoid treatment group.Collagen deposition in Masson stained slides was observed un-der light microscope and expression of collagen was determined by computer image analyzer.The contents of FN in the BALF were tested by radioimmunoassay.Result:The expressions of collagen in small brouch and lung tissue and the contents of FN in the BALF of the model group were significanthly higher than those of the normol group(P < 0.01).After treatment,the expressions of collagen and the contents of FN in the BALF in the high and middle dose group were remarkably decreased than those in the modle group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Shenqi Bufei Tang may inhibit the deposition of collagen and fibronectin,influence airway remodeling of COPD rat model with lung-qi deficiency syndrome.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Supplemented Siwu Decoction(SSWD) on blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy of spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR).Method:Sixty SHR were randomly divided into six groups(n = 10,each):SSWD high dose group(31.52 g.kg-1.d-1),SSWD middle dose group(15.74 g.kg-1.d-1),SSWD low dose group(7.81 g.kg-1.d-1),model group(with normal saline),Niuhuang Jiangya Wan group(0.17 g.kg-1.d-1) and Captopril group(7.88 g.kg-1.d-1).SBP and left ventricular mass index(LVMI),the content of left ventricular myocardical interstitial collagen and the collagen ratio of typeⅠto type Ⅲ at each groups were measured.Result:SSWD of high dose reduced SBP significantly compared with the model group(P < 0.01),the antihypertensive effect was remaining and lasting during whole investigation.LVMI of high dose group reduced remarkly compared to that in the model group(P < 0.05),the content of left ventricular myocardical collagen was lower than that in the model group,the deposition of left ventricular myocardical interstitial collagen of high dose group decreased pronouncedly compared to the model group.The outcomes from the microscope and elec-tronic microscope indicated that the damages in SSWD group were much slighter than those of the model group.Conclusion:SSWD could effectively lower blood pressure and led to regression of left ventricular hypertrophy in SHR.

摘要:Objective:To study the antitumor mechanism of petroleum ether extract of pine needles.Meth-od:Antitumor activity of the petroleum ether extract was determined by means of transplantable tumor(S 180) in mice.Immunohistochemical methods were employed for detection of Bax,Bcl-2 in tumor tissues.Result:The inhi-bition rate of peftroleum ether extract2.0 g.(kg.d)-1 on S 180-bearing mice was 42.16%.As for 1.0 g.(kg.d)-1 and 0.5 g.(kg.d)-1 groups,the inhibition rates were 41.71% and 31.16%.Expression of Bax in tumors was obviously increased and Bcl-2 was obviously decreased in all the therapy groups compared with the tumor control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Petroleum ether extract from pinee needles possesses definite antitumor effect.Ap-optosis is one of its antitumor mechanisms.

摘要:The free radical scavenging capacity of different extracts and macroporous resin column chromatography gradient solutions from ethanol extract of Elsholtzia rugulosa were determined by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and improved 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS) assay, with Vit C and Vit E as the control. The free radical scavenging capacity on DPPH and ABTS of different extracts of E. rugulosa followed by ethyl acetate>Vit C > n -butanol>aqueous solution>petroleum ether>chloroform and ethyl acetate>Vit E > n -butanol>aqueous solution>chloroform>petroleum ether,respectively. The free radical scavenging capacity on DPPH and ABTS of macroporous resin column chromatography gradient solutions were Vit C>50% MeOH>70% MeOH>30% MeOH>100% MeOH and 50% MeOH>70% MeOH>30% MeOH > Vit E >100% MeOH. The ethyl acetate extracts and 30%, 50% and 70%MeOH solutions exhibited strong antioxidant activity. It indicated as a new source of natural antioxidants.

摘要:目的:探究中西药联合应用治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法:将我科自2005年6月—2008年5月收治的口腔扁平苔藓患者50例,随机分为两组,西药组:用3%硼酸溶液漱口,口服利君沙0.375 g,3次/d;灭滴灵0.2 g,3次/d;维生素B和C等,每日常用量。以此处方连用7 d为1个疗程,对于有糜烂型扁平苔藓患者,可于治疗时加用激素强的松龙混悬液1mL并与1 mL 2%的利多卡因在患处于基底部做封闭注射,每隔5 d 1次或9 d 2次,连用3次为1个疗程。中西药组:在西医治疗的基础上,针对每位患者症状体征予以不同的汤药治疗,随症加减。结果:西医治疗组25例,其中痊愈4例、显效4例、好转8例、无效3例、总有效率为64%,中西药组25例:其中痊愈8例、显效6例、好转10例、无效1例、总有效率为96%,两组比较有显著差异。结论:中西药联合应用可以有效的治疗口腔扁平苔藓。  
摘要:Objective:Observe the effect to treat herpes zoster of early stage accompanied of heat stagnation in liver meridian with the methods to cool blood,relieve toxin and dredge collaterals combined with western medicine.Method:Seventy-two cases are divided into the treatment group(36 cases) and the control group(36 cases) at random,the conventional therapy for the treatment group is to take Chinese medicinal combined with western medicine;the conventional therapy for the control group is to apply western medicine simply,the courses are 4 weeks.Result:The effective rate of two groups is 88.89% and 61.11% respectively;the treatment group is more better than that of the control group,P < 0.05.There are no obvious side effects during the treatment courses of two groups.Conclusion:The effect to treat herpes zoster of early stage with the methods to cool blood,relieve toxin and dredge collaterals combined with western medicine is sure.

摘要:Objective: To review the research progress in Baoji pills’ chemical compositions and pharmacological effects in recent years, to provide bases for the future studies of Baoji pills. Method: By investigating references on Baoji pills in recent decades, the pharmacological effects of antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-diarrhea and on gastrointestinal functions of Baoji pills, the main chemical components of the single herb in the pills and the drug-pairs based on Baoji pills are summarized. Result: More than nine kind ingredients with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory effects are found the Baoji pills. More than five kinds of components which have a moderate effect of analgesic and anti-diarrhea, and for disorders of the gastrointestinal tract are also found. The drug-pairs with pharmacological enhancing effects in Baoji pills are nine pairs. Conclusion: The Baoji pills’ pharmacological effects and chemical constituents corresponds its traditional clinical applications. The recent research progress in Baoji pills will benefit the further development and utilization of the pills.

摘要:Medical resources of mulberry include leave,fruit,stem,and root-bark and all of them have hypoglycemic effect.The mechanisms of hypoglycemic effect include inhibiting α-glucosidase activity,promoting insulin release,increasing peripheral tissue utilization of glucose,increasing glucose uptake in liver,and inhibiting protein glycosylation.The paper reviews the present researches on hypoglycemic mechanisms for medical resources of mulberry and provides the reference for further mechanism research and future development.
