摘要:Objective: To explore the optimum extracting technique of astragalus polysaccharides with Taguchi design.Method: The extraction process was investigated by L9(33) orthogonal design with the S /N of the content of astragalus polysaccharides as criteria,and three factors were chosen,including water addition,extraction time and extraction times.Result: The exacting process was optimized as follows: the drug was extracted 3 times for 1.5 hours with 6 times of water.Conclusion: This process is reliable and suitable for industrialized production.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the extracting technology of Xuefu-Chuanping gel patch.Method: Orthogonal Design was used to optimize extracting technology of Xuefu-Chuanping gel patch with the concrete yield and the content of ephedrina hydrochloridum as judgement criterias.Three factors were investigated including the alcoholic concentration,alcoholic volume and extracting time.Result: The order of the factors which affected extracting was: concentration of ethanol > dosage of solvent > extraction time.And the concentration of ethanol had significant effect.Conclusion: The optimal extracting technology was to reflux the herb for two times,one hour each time with 8 times amount of 70% alcohol.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction process of tannins from Geranium wilfordii under the condition of ultrasonic and circulation.Method: The casein method was used to determine the content of tannins.Dissolvent,extraction time,ultrasonic power and other factors were chosen to analyze their effects on the extraction efficiency and then to define the best extraction method.Result: The optimal parameters were obtained as follows: 12 times of 40% alcohol was added to extract 1 hour;the interval time of the extraction time was 0.6∶ 0.5 s;the ultrasound power was 500 W.Conclusion: The ultrasonic and circulated extraction was an effective extraction process that less solvent and shorter extraction time were needed.

摘要:Objective: The optimum proportioning ratio of borneol and Tween-80 was studied.Method: Directly add the different amount of borneol into the same concentration of Tween-80 to get the optimum proportioning ratio of borneol and Tween-80(index of clarity).Result and Conclusion: The best ratio of solubilization of borneol in Tween-80 was 15∶ 1.
摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Apocynum delayed pulse-release tablet.Method: With the indicators of hyperin,flavonoids and extract yield,orthogonal test was carried out to achieve the best extraction technology of Apocynum delayed pulse-release tablet by the multiple guidelines grading method.Result: The best extraction technology was to extract for two times,the first time was to extract for 1.5 h with 10 fold water and the second time was to extract for 1.0 h with 8 fold water.Conclusion: The multiple guidelines grading method can be used to optimize the extraction technology for Apocynum delayed pulse-release tablet,and it provides a theoretical basis for its preparation.

摘要:Objective: To study the parameters of extraction of Rhodobryum giganteum by orthogonal design.Method: With L9(34) orthogonal experiment,the ethanol concentration(A),alcohol consumption(B),extraction time(C) as three factors,each select three levels to determine the optimum process conditions by the transfer rate of ursolic acid.Result: B and A were the main factors to effect the extraction.Conclusion: The optimal extraction was as follows: 60% of ethanol concentration,16 times of alcohol consumption,2 hours of extraction time and extract 2 times.
摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Fukang tablets.Method: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extracting process of six herb medicines with the extract yield,the content of berberine hydrochloride and osthole as index;to optimize the extracting process of gallic and other two herb medicines with the extract yield and the content of gallic acid as index.Result: The optimum extraction progress was as follows:six herb medicines were extract 2 times for 1 hour with 10 times of 70% alcohol;gallic and other three herb medicines were extract 3 times for 1 hour with 10 times of water.Conclusion: The optimum extraction process was stable and feasible.
摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and arctiin in Huxitong Oral Solution.Method: Analysis was carried out at room temperature on a platisil ODS column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.02% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase,detecting at 208 nm·Result: The average recovery of baicalin was 99.0%,RSD 0.94% and the linear range was 10-100 mg·L-1,r = 0.999 5;The average recovery of arctiin was 100.5%,RSD 1.29% and the linear range was 5-50 mg·L-1,r = 0.999 7.Conclusion: The method is simple and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Huxitong Oral Solution.
摘要:Objective: The residues of BHC(α-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC,δ-BHC),DDT(op′-DDD,pp′-DDD,op′-DDT,pp′-DDT) and PCNB in Radix Rehmanniae were determined by GC /ECD.Method: The samples were extracted by the SFDA method.The capillary column was SPB-608(30 mm × 0.25 mm,0.25 μm);carrier gas N2(99.999%,1 mL·min-1);The injector temperature was 230 ℃;The column temperature program: the initial temperature was 100 ℃,up to 220 ℃ with the rate of 10 ℃·min-1 rate of 8 ℃·min-1 to 250 ℃(hold 10 min).Result: The average recovery was 89.8%-101.3%.The lowest detection concentration was 1.0-10.0 ng·g-1.The relative standard deviation was 4.7%-8.4%.The method was rapid and accurate.

摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint for the identification of Musa basjoo.Method: The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile0.05% phosphoric acid,gradient eluent,the flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1.The wave length was 310 nm,data were analyzed by fingerprint similarity evalution software to compare the similarity of samples.Result: The mutual mode to HPLC-UV fingerprints was estabilished,and the 20 mutual peaks were indicated.The similarities among the of Musa basjoo,Musa nana and Canna indica collected from different sources were obtained.There were apparent difference in fingerprint.Conclusion: HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable and feasible and can be suitable for identifying Musa basjoo.
摘要:Objective: Study on the chemical constituents of Dichrocephala integrifolia.Method: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties.Result: Sven compounds were obtained and identified as docosane(1),N-octacosanoic acid(2),eicosanoic acid(3),henicosanoic acid methyl ester(4),methyl phaeophorbide-a(5),pectolinarigenin(6) and pectolinarigenin-7-glucoside(7).Conclusion: All these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
摘要:Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis of Curcuma wenyujin by HPLC.Method: HPLC was performed on a kromasil ODS C18 analytical column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution(0-45 min,45% A→95% A;45-55 min,95% A) of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and UV detection wavelength was set at 216 nm.Result: Thirteen peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of C.wenyujin and the fingerprints profiles of the 10 samples from the same species C.wenyujin presented high similarities.The similarities of different species of Curcuma were low.The fingerprint profile was able to identify different species of Curcuma.Conclusion: This method is rapid,precise and replicable,which is helpful to control the quality of Curcumae.
摘要:Objective: To establish the method of fingerprint analysis on essential oil from linalool type of C.camphorastem in Guangxi province by GC-MS to provide reference for quality control of them.Method: GC-MS analysis was performed for 14 samples of genuine producing areas in Guangxi from linalool type of Cinnamomum camphorastem,and similarity is calculated by data processing function of Excel.Result: The 14 feature peaks in fingerprints of essential oil from linalool type of C.camphorastem in Guangxi province were sepanted and identified over 95% of total area of the peaks.The similarity was higher among 14 samples(> 90%).RSD of precision,repeatability and stability is less than 3%.Conclusion: The method is precise and reliable,which can be used for quality control and identification of essential oil from linalool type of C.camphorastem in Guangxi province.

摘要:Objective: To determine the content of germacrone from different processed products of Curcuma kwangsiensis before and after the superfine comminution.Method: With the ball milling technology at low temperatures(-30 ± 2) ℃,the size of the superfine powder was between 1.0-2.0 μm.The HPLC analysis was performed on Hypersil ODS2 C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(65∶ 35),the detection wavelength was at 210 nm.Result: The germacrone content of commom powder(75-53 μm) was higher than the content of the superfine powder(1.0-2.0 μm).Conclusion: The size of superfine powder influenced the content of germacrone of the four different processed products of C.kwangsiensis evidently,and this offered referenced data for the different processed products of C.kwangsiensis.
摘要:Objective: To establish UPLC fingerprint profile for the fast assessment on the similarity of Xiangdan injection.Method: Xiangdan injection was separated on an Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of formic acid-water and acetonitrile was used for separation by gradient elution.The detection wavelength was set at 288 nm.The fingerprint profile was then established for analysis of Xiangdan injection from 9 corporations and 10 batches of one corporation on the base of the above chromatogarphy condition.It was pretreated by the methods such as baseline correction and peak matching and then the similarity of fingerprint profile was studied by the comparison of Xiangdan injection from different batches.Result: The fingerprint profile was able to reflect the message of quality change to some extent and it has little differences from the method of peak area.Conclusion: UPLC fingerprint profile can be used for the rapid assessment on the similarity of Xiangdan injection and it provided a good approach to evaluate rapidly the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and control the production process.

摘要:Objective: Research the effects of respective and mixed extraction on active ingredient content in Furong Ointment.Method: Berberine hydrochloride,baicalin and hydroxy anthraquinone derivatives of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were determined by HPLC.Result: By mixed extraction,the effect on baicalin was little,and the contents of berberine hydrochloride and hydroxy anthraquinone derivatives of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were reduced 23.96% and 20.16% respectively.Conclusion: Herbs in Furong Ointment should be extracted by alcohol respectively.

摘要:Objective: To establish a quantitative method for determination of ergosterol in Lingzhi Dispensing Granule.Method: A RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content of ergosterol with methanol-water(99∶ 1) as the mobile phase and detection wavelength was 281 nm,The flow rate was 1.2 mL.min-1 and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Result: The linearity of ergosterol were good in range of 0.223 7~1.342 μg,and the regression equation was Y=1 104.468 X + 1.168(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 103.1% and the RSD value of repeatability was 0.48%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple and reproducible,and it can be used for quality control of Lingzhi Dispensing Granule.
摘要:Objective: To compare the contents of baicalin of growing in Daqing in the different nutrition of soil of Radix Scutellariae.Method: The contents of baicalin determined by HPLC.Chromatographic condition included INERTSIL ODS-SP(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol-H3PO3-water(47∶53∶0.2).baicalin was detected at 280 nm.The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.28~2.8 μg with correlation coefficient 0.9991.The average recovery of baicalin was 98.82% with RSD 2.36%.Result: The contents of baicalin were 10.14%,12.65%,15.02%,13.46%,13.38%,16.38%,18.02%,12.49%,16.23%,17.84%,16.40%,14.45%,14.79% in the different nutrition of soil respectively.Conclusion: The method of distill is simple,The method of determine quick,nicety and good reappearance,it can general control the quality of Radix Scutellariae growing in Daqing.

摘要:Objective: RP-HPLC method was established for determination of berberine hy-dro chloride in Smilax glabra Roxby capsules.Method: With acetonitrile-phosphate as the buffer [0.43% natrium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.17% sodium dodecylsulphate,consisting of pH was adjusted to 7.5 with diethylamide](47∶ 53) as the mobile,determination wavelength was 265 nm.Result: The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.042 2-0.527 5 μg(r=0.999 1) for the ber-berine hydrochloride.The average recovery of the berberine hydrochloride was 101.35% with RSD of 1.06%.Conclusion: The method was simple,rapid,and accurate as the quality standard.
摘要:Objective: To determine the content of kaempferol in Fuyang capsule by HPLC.Method: A simple HPLC method was established for the determination of Kaempferol.The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(50∶ 50).UV detecting wavelength was at 367 nm.Result: Kaempferol showed a linear relationship in the range of 27.0 ~ 135.0 ng(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery was 104.3% and RSD 2.6%(n = 6).Conclusion: The method can be used for quantitative determination of kaempferol in Fuyang capsule and crude material.
摘要:Objective: The content determination was established for analysis of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisamminoside to control the quanlity of Shujin Huoluo Wine.Method: Kromasil C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm × 250 mm) was used with a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.05% solution of phosphoric acid as the mobile phase,gradient elution was performed.The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,detection wavelength was set at 254 nm,column temperature was set at 35 ℃,the quantity of injection was 10 μL.Result: The linear range of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisamminoside was 0.030 1-1.504 5 μg and 0.040 8-2.040 0 μg respectively.The average recovery of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisamminoside was 99.46% and 100.45% with RSD 2.64% and 2.54%,respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and with good reproducibility on the content determination in Shujin Huoluo Wine.
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of 8 kinds of organ-phosphorus pesticide residues in Chinese herbs.Method: The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and the acetonitrile extraction was concentrated.HP-17 /HP-1 double columns gas chromatograph was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the samples,which was verified by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer.Result: Eight kinds of organ-phosphorus in the extract were well separated by this method.Linearities of the 8 kinds of organ-phosphorus pesticides were good(r=0.997 0-0.999 9) in ranges of 0.5-2.0 μg.The minimum determination limited range is 0.007-0.126 mg·kg-1.In the recovery test,the average recoveries ranged from 81.1% to 113.7%(RSD 2.4%-14.1%,n = 5) and from 86.8% to 116.0%(RSD 4.5%-11.7%,n = 5) in the levels of 0.5 mg.kg-1 and 5.0 mg·kg-1 of organ-phosphorus reference substances,respectively.Conclusion: This method was sensitive,accurate and precise and can be used as a reference for the national standard.
摘要:Objective: To determine the content of total flavonoids and robinin-7-o-β-D-xylosylglucoside fron Dracoephalum mololarie.Method: The content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV).The content of robinin-7-o-β-D-xylosylglucoside was determined by HPLC.The analysis was performed on a RP-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with aceconitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(26∶ 74) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.1 mL.min-1,and at room temperature.The detection of wave length was set at 326 nm.Result: The content of robinin-7-o-β-D-xylosylglucoside was 0.33%,and recovery rate was 98.62%.The content of total flavonoids was 1.90%,and recovery rate was 97.59%.Conclusion: The method is suitable for the determination of flavonoids components from D.mololariea.
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of matrine and stilbene glucoside in Renzao Zhiyang Capsule.Method: SPE-HPLC was conducted on a XTerra RP18 column(3.9 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-water(20∶80),flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,detecting at 320 nm.Result: Matrine was linear in the range of 0.302 6-1.513 g·L-1(r=0.999 7),the average recovery was 98.65%,RSD 1.90%(n=6).Stilbene glucoside was linear in the range of 1.048-8.384 mg·L-1(r = 0.999 5),the average recovery was 97.45%,RSD 1.89%(n=6).Conclusion: The method was simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the determination of matrine and stilbene glucoside in Renzao Zhiyang Capsule.

The detective wavelength was at 280 nm;The column temperature was at 35 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result: The linear range of danshensu-sodiun was 0.087-1.092 μg, r=0.999 98. The average recovery was 100.6%, RSD 1.1%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid which can be used for the quality control of Guanxin Shengmai Mixture.

摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Qishenyizhi Capsule.Method: TLC were used to distinguish Dangshen,Pugongying,Zhizi and Chishao.HPLC were used for the deterimination of Astragaloside Ⅳ.The column was PHENOMENEX ODS C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm);the acetonitrile-water(35∶65) was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the temperature of drift tube was 45 ℃ and the flow rate of N2 was 1.5 L·min-1.Result: The thin-layer chromatography spots were clear and the negative samples have no interferences;and astragaloside Ⅳ was linear in the range of 0.506~4.554 μg,and the average recovery was 103.05% with RSD 1.43%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate,reliable and can be used as a quality control method for Qishenyizhi Capsule.
摘要:Objective: To study on microscopical identification and determination of chemical constituents in the essential oil from Pilea peltata.Method: Character identification and microscopic identification;the essential oils from P.peltata was extracted by steam stilling and analyed by GC /MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.Result: The study detailed described the morphological character,the microstructure characteristics of P.peltata;And also showed the main chemical constituents of essential oils in P.peltata.Conclusion: It has provided scientific foundation for clinical application and utilization of P.peltata.
摘要:Objective: To determine the content of Gardenoside in Fushenning Tablets by high performance liquid chromatography.Method: The determination was carried out on a Shim-pack-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)eluted with and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(10∶90).The detection wavelength was of 238 nm.Result: Gardenoside was linear within the range of 0.136-0.680 μg,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9.The average recovery of gardenoside was 98.04%,with RSD 0.46%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
摘要:ISSR molecular markers were used to detect genetic diversity of licorice including 155 individuals from 4 Geo-Authentic Product Areas.Fifty-six polymorphic bands were obtained by 8 primers,accounting for 75.68% of the total,the percentage of polymorphic bands(PPB) of each primer was from 44.44% to 100%.Groups cluster analysis indicated that the wild licorice from each area could be clustered into one group,the individuals from Neimenggu,Ningxia and Gansu had apparent genetic characters,while the ones from Shaanxi had a genetic variation in regional pattern.The genetic variation of licorice from different Geo-Authentic Product Areas was regional,which laid the foundation for the formation of genuine medicinal herbs.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the objectivity and validity of animal model for deficiency of kidney yin /yang in traditional Chinese medicine by means of zoogenic thermal activity.Method: Deficiency of kidney yin model and deficiency of kidney yang model in mice were duplicated by subcutaneous injection of hydrocortisone at the dose of 50 mg.kg-1 for 5 d or 25 mg.kg-1 for 10 d,respectively.The remaining rate of animals in different temperature zone were recorded by the hot & cold plate instrument;simultaneously,the drink and food taking,the oxygen consumption and activities of adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase) and SOD,and cAMP /cGMP were detected,so as to investigate the relationship of physical status with energy metabolism /compensation from environment.Result: The remaining rate in hot plate of kidney-yin deficiency model was decreased notably(P < 0.05) in the first 5 days,and then return to normal condition in the last 5 days,and their capability of energy metabolism was decreased significantly(P < 0.05);while the remaining rate in hot plate of kidney-yang deficiency model mice was decreased in the first 3 days and then increased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),and their capability of energy metabolism was increased significantly(P < 0.05).The result was consistent with the previous reports in literatures.Conclusion: The method of animal differential distribution on hold & cold plate could show the difference among cold /heat physical model animals,could be used as a novel mean for evaluation animal models of symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine and the nature of traditional Chinese drugs.

摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of Zuogui Jiangtang Yishen Recipe(ZGJTYS) on regulating glucose-lipid metabolism and inflammatory cytokines in MKR mice with high-fat diet.Method: Intervention of ZGJTYS was executed in MKR mice with high-fat diet.Fasting blood-glucose(FBG),insulin(INS),blood-lipid,hs-CRP and TNF-α levels in serum were examined.Result: Compared with MKR mice,FBG level in the mice with high-fat diet elevated(but P > 0.05);INS,total cholesterol(TCHO),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),LDL-C /HDL-C,hs-CRP and TNF-α in the mice with high-fat diet were higher than those in control MKR mice.(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),but TG level reduced(P < 0.01).After intervention of ZGJTYS,FBG,INS,TG,TCHO,LDL-C,LDL-C /HDL-C,hs-CRP,TNF-α in the mice with high-fat diet decreased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),while HDL-C level significantly increased(P < 0.05).Conclusion: ZGJTYS could significantly improve insulin resistance,regulate glucose-lipid metabolism,and reduce inflammatory cytokines.
摘要:Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of Qianlieshu Capsule for treating prostatitis in animal models.Method: By using nonbacteral prostatitis(NBP) anti-inflammatory,analagesia,and diuresis experiments,the pharmacological effects of Qianlieshu Capsule were investigated.Result: Qianlieshu Capsule significantly inhibited pathophysiologic change of NBP in rats,alleviating effect on mice’s auricle swelling induced by xyleve and restraining effect on mice’s capillary vessel permeability,inhibited granulomatous hyperplasia in rats,significantly reduced the acetic acid-induced writhing and extended the latend period of licking hind foot in the hotplate test in mice,and increased urine volume in rats.Conclusion: Qianlieshu Capsule demonstrates the effects of anti-NBP,anti-inflammatory,analagesia and diuresis.
摘要:Objective: This paper aims to identify the relation of the dose-effect and time-effect of freezingdried powder of Sinisan for sleep improvement.Method: We selected the 7-day-old wild-type Canton S Drosophila melanogaster,and used an Infrared Drosophila Activity Monitor System(DAMS;Trikinetics Inc.USA) to record sleep state of them.We observed and analyzed the recording data for continuous 24 hr.Then we studied the doseeffect and time-effect of Freezing dried powder of Sinisan in Drosophila sleep improvement.Result: 24 hour total sleep time of Drosophila increased as dose increased,it had a definite dose-effect.4% drug substratum for dose,4 days for delivery time is best for female,and 2% drug substratum for dose,7 days for delivery time is best for male.Conclusion: Freezing dried powder of Sinisan can promote the Drosophila sleep,but there are different influence degree in male and female Drosophila.Administration of high concentrations and short-term is best fo female,and low concentrations and long-term is best for male.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of protein active composition of Scorpio on inhibition of proliferation and on apoptosis in Bel7402 cells,and to supply the data on establishing the quality evaluation method of biological effect guided by the clinical effect of Scorpio.Method: Bel7402 cells were examined by trypan blue exclusion.The proliferation of cells was determined by improving MTT assay.Flow cytometry was performed to analyze cell apoptosis with propidium iodide(PI).Result: When the concentration of protein active composition of Scorpio exceeded or equaled 37 g.L-1,the coefficient correlation of the growth inhibiting curve to Bel7402 cells was 0.912 5,and IC50is 241 g.L-1.The excellence time was 0 to 48 hours.When the concentration of protein active composition of Scorpio exceeded or equaled 9.25 g.L-1,the apoptosis ratio of Bel7402 cells was raised significantly.Conclusion: The protein active composition of Scorpio might promote the apoptosis of Bel7402 cells and restrain the proliferation of them.The antitumor biological effect of the protein active composition of Scorpio was 9.25-175 g.L-1.The protein active composition may be one of the indexes for quality evaluation of biological effect of Scorpio.

摘要:Objective: To study the change of the content of polysaccharides and hemostatic effect in Shengdihuang decoction with different preparation methods.Method: Anthrone-sulfuri acid colorinetric methods were used;the mice were administered with different proportion methods in Shengdihuang decoction,ig.Breaking tail hemostasia and capillary coagulation in mice were used to evaluate the hemostatic effect.Compared with the control group,and statistically analyzed.Result: The hemostatic effect of separated group was similar to the group of powder’s,but their effect was better than integrated group’s.The content of polysaccharides in the separated group was similar to the group of powder’s,but their content of polysaccharides was higher than the integrated group’s.Conclusion: The hemostatic effect is proportionate to the content of polysaccharides.
摘要:Objective: To study the mechanisms of Tongxie Yaofang to treat irritable bowel syndrome from point of view of interaction between brain and intestine.Method: 50 Wister rats were divided randomly into normal group,model group,the large dose of Tongxie Yaofang group,the lower dose of Tongxie Yaofang group and the dicetel group.The rat model of irritable bowel syndrome was made by moving-restriction combined with taking senna decoction,The protein expressions of c-fos were detected by immunohistochemistry in different brain areas and nucleus in brain,the functions of colonic and small intestine were also evaluated by observing the counts of feces,the discharging times of the glass beads and the ink movement in the small intestine in rats.Result: The counts of feces in rats were decreased(P < 0.05),the discharging times of the glass beads were reduced and the ink movement in the small intestine were markedly decreased(P < 0.01),the gray values of c-fos protein in different brain areas and nucleus were significantly higher(P < 0.05) in large dose Tongxie Yaofang group in comparison with model group,the protein expressions of c-fos in different brain areas in Tongxie Yaofang group were markedly decreased.Conclusions:Tongxie Yaofang has the effect of regulating the functions of the axis of brain and intestine.

摘要:Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Centella total glucosides on acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer in rats.Method: Rats were divided into control group,ulcer control group,Hedgehog Fungus extract group,Rabeprazole Sodium,and Centella total glucosides(1.62,0.81,0.405 g·kg-1) groups at random,10 rats in each group.After administered for 2 weeks consecutively,all the rats were sacrificed.The area of ulcer and pathological section in gastric mucosa were measured and observed.Result: Compared with ulcer control group and Hedgehog Fungus extract group,in Centella total glucosides(1.62,0.81 g.kg-1) groups,the area of ulcer was decreased significantly(P < 0.05).But compared with Rabeprazole Sodium groups,there was no significance.The level of IgM(P < 0.05),IgG(P < 0.05),IgA(P < 0.01) and IL-2(P < 0.01) were also significantly promoted in Centella total glucosides(1.62 g.kg-1) groups.Conclusion: Centella total glucosides(1.62,0.81 g·kg-1) has good therapeutic effect on acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer in rats,and it presents certain dose-effect relationship.
摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Shenxiong Huayu Capsule on ultrastructures of hippocampal CA1 area in rats with vascular dementia(VD).Method: The vascular dementia model of rat was established by clamping and releasing the common carotid arteries of both sides repeatly and intraperitoneal injection of sodium nitroprusside(SNP).The SD rats were evenly randomized into 4 groups: sham-operation group,VD model group,Hydergine group and Shenxiong Huayu Capsule intervention group.Cognitive ability of rats was studied with the Morris water maze.The changes in ultra-microstructure of neural cells were observed by transmission electron microscope.Result: VD model demonstrated decrease in cognitive ability(P < 0.01),Shenxiong Huayu Capsule and Hydergine group alleviated cognitive ability significantly(P < 0.01).In the model group,most of the neurons in CA1 region showed pyknosis,chromatin agglutination,heterochromatin margination,mitochondria swelling.In the Hydergine group,the neurons showed small amounts chromatin agglutination and mitochondria swelling.In the Shenxiong Huayu Capsule group,the distribution of chromatin was well-proportioned,and normal mitochondrion and other organelle were observed.Conclusion Shenxiong Huayu Capsule may protect neural cell through improving ultra-microstructure of hippocampal CA1 area in VD Rats.Shenxiong Huayu Capsuleimproves cognitive ability in VD rats.
摘要:Objective: To study the effect and the mechanism of Weihe Ⅱ Powder on rats with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Method: Chronic atrophic gastritis of rat was established through a synthesized method.The rats were treated with Weihe Ⅱ Powder after the model was made successfully.The influences of the powder on morphology of gastric mucosa and anti-oxidative enzyme activities in serum of the rats with CAG were investigated.Result: Weihe Ⅱ Powder could reduce the injuries in CAG rats,increase the thickness of mucosa glandular(P < 0.01) to restore the gastric mucosa,reduce inflammatory reactions,enhance activities of SOD and GSH-Px,decrease content of MDA(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Weihe Ⅱ Powder could improve pathomorphological changes in CAG rats.It might be related with enhancement of anti-oxidative enzyme activities to avoid injuries induced by free radicals.
摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Fuzheng Xiaozheng Formula(pharmaceutic serum) in mice with transplanted liver cancer(H22) on inhibiting angiogenesis and metastasis.Method: mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,to prepare 4 kinds of serums,including pharmaceutic serum of normal mice,control serum of normal mice,pharmaceutic serum of tumor-bearing mice,control serum of tumor-bearing mice.Model with transplanted liver cancer(H22) in mice was made by double-grafted tumor system.We injected the serum to each group on the 4,5,6 day except the normal group,and observed the tumors changes of each side and calculated the inhibitory of tumor(IR).Concentration of IL-12 was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),immune histochemistry and graphical analysis were used to detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)of tumor tissues.Result: The serum of Fuzheng Xiaozheng Formula had positive effects in inhibiting the growth of the double flank tumor,it showed differences from the control serum group(P < 0.01).The serum of tumor-bearing mice as no differences from the serum of normal mice.The group of Fuzheng Xiaozheng Formula had positive effects in raising the expression of IL-12 and inhibiting the expression of MMP-9 in tissue.It showed differences from the control serum group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: One of mechanisms responsible for Fuzheng Xiaozheng Formula’s effect on angiogenesis and metastasis of tumor might be related to regulating the expression of IL-12 and inhibiting the expression of MMP-9.
摘要:Objective:To observe the protective effect of Qifu Yin on the apoptosis in hippocampal neurons in Alzheimer’s disease(AD) rats induced by amyloid-β1-42 injection.Method: Eighty-four SD rats were equally randomly divided into blank control group,sham controls group,model control group,donepezil control group and Qifu yin groups(2.15,4.3,8.6 mg.kg-1).The AD model was established by amyloid-β1-42 injection into the bilateral hippocampus.Expression of Bax and Bcl-2 protein in rat brain was estimated by western blotting method.Change of hippocampus is observed by electron microscope.Result:The expression of protein Bax was up-regulated in model group compared with the sham group and Bcl-2 was down-regulated.In Qifu Yin group,the Bax expression was down-regulated and Bcl-2 up-regulated compared with the model group(P < 0.05).Qifu Yin can alleviate the damage of hippocampus neurons.Conclusion:Amyloid-β1-42 injection into the bilateral hippocampus can up-regulate expression of protein Bax and down-regulate expression of Bcl-2 in brain tissue.Qifu Yin inhibits apoptosis through regulating the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in hippocampal.may provide some protective effects on cerebral neurons damage of AD model in rats.

摘要:Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of total flavonoids from stem/leaf of Scutellaria baiculensis(SSTF) on apoptosis induced by myocardial ischemia /reperfusion in rats.Method: 40 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,ischemia /reperfusion(I /R) group and SSTF group.Rats in SSTF group were perfused with SSTF 17.5,35,70 mg·kg-1·d-1 respectively prior to ischemia /reperfusion.Other two groups were given saline instead of SSTF at the same volume from a week before the operation.Myocardial ischemia /reperfusion injury model was established by ligating the left descend coronary artery(LDA) for 30 min and followed by reperfusion for 2 hours.Apoptosis of myocytes was detected after operation in all groups by flow cytometry with Annexin Ⅴ-EGFP and Propidium Iodiode(PI) staining.The mRNA and protein expression of caspase-3 gene were determined by RT-PCR and western blotting.Result: Compared with the sham group,the occurrence rate of myocardial apoptosis in I /R group was increased obviously(P < 0.01);The expression of mRNA and protein expression of caspase-3 gene were up-regulated in IR group(P < 0.01).Compared with IR group,the occurrence rate of myocardial apoptosis in SSTF group was decreased obviously(P < 0.05,P < 0.01);the expression mRNA and protein of caspase-3 gene was higher in SSTF group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion: SSTF may inhibite myocyte apoptosis during ischemia /reperfusion injury by down-regulating the expression of mRNA and protein of caspase-3 gene.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Tonglou Shenggu Capsule for restoring the full-thickness articular cartilage defect in rabbit.Method: The model was established by drilling an articular cartilage defect of 5 mm in depth and 4 mm in diameter in the trochlea groove of the right femoral of New Zealand rabbits.Fifty rabbits were divided into five groups: model group,positive treatment group(Compound Danshen Tablet group) and three dosage groups of Tonglou Shenggu Capsule(low dose,middle dose and high dose).Postoperativelly,the positive treatment group was lavaged with Compound Danshen Tablet,0.36 g.kg-1.d-1;the low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group were lavaged with Tonglou Shenggu Capsule of 2,4 and 8 g.kg-1 respectively;the model group was not given any medicine.All rabbits were sacrificed at twelve weeks after operation.The distal femoral portion was studied histologically using hematoxylin and eosin,toluidine blue,picric acid-Sirius red staining,and ultra-structure was investigated by scanning electron microscopy.Repairing tissues were analyzed using Wakitani’ grading scale.Result: The full-thickness defects in rabbits could not restore by itself.The Compound Danshen Tablet could help the defects to restore,there were fibrocartilage cells and hyaline cartilage cells in the repairing tissues.Type I and type II collagens were found in the repairing tissues.Tonglou Shenggu Capsule could prompt the restoration of the defects.The major components are hyaline cartilage cells and type Ⅱ collagen.The quality of restoring was related with dosage.The restoring in high dose group was the best,but still different from the normal hyaline cartilage.Conclusion: Tonglou Shenggu Capsule could promote bone marrow mesenchymal cell to restore articular cartilage defect.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Silybin meglumine on rat model of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).Method:After one week of a standard diet 39 male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal control group(n = 9) and the experimental group(n = 30).The normal control group rats were fed with a standard diet,while those of the experimental group with a high-fat diet.After 10 weeks 9 rats were sacrificed to verify whether the model was established successfully.Then the experimental group was randomly subdivided into five groups: Group Z(n = 5) with a high-fat diet and gastric with saline,Group Y(n = 5) with a standard diet and gastric with saline,Group A(n = 5),Group B(n = 5) and Group C(n = 5) with a standard diet and gastrically infused with the S.meglumine solution of high-dosage(100 mg.kg-1.d-1),middle-dosage(50 mg.kg-1.d-1) and low-dosage(25 mg.kg-1.d-1),respectively.Four weeks later,all rats were sacrificed.Blood samples were collected to measure serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartic acid aminotransferase(AST),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDLC),glucose(GLU),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA).Tissue samples were duly taken for histopathological examination and measurement of tissue TC,TG,LDLC and MDA levels.Result:At the end of the week 11 there was a significant difference in the hepatic index,the levels of serum AST,TC,TG,LDLC,GLU,SOD,MDA,the levels of liver tissue TC,TG,MDA,and the histological changes of liver injury between the experimental group and the normal control group(P < 0.05).At the end of the week 16,the visceral adiposity ratio,serum AST and TC levels were higher in Group Y than that in Group A(P < 0.05).Significant decreases were found in the visceral adiposity ratio,serum MDA levels,and liver tissue TC and LDLC levels in Group B compared to Group Y(P < 0.05).A significant reduction was observed in Group A,B and C in the hepatic steatosis,the grade of inflammation and the stage of fibrosis compared to Group Y and Group Z(P < 0.05).Conclusion:S.meglumine seem to be effective in attenuating hepatic damage in the NASH model induced by a high-fat diet,which may become a potential drug for NASH treatment in the future.
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of total saponins of flos Notoginseng on blood lipid and hemorheology in atherosclerosis rats.Method: The AS model of rat was made by freeing high grease food,and the level of serum lipid and blood rheology were teste.Result: Total Saponins of Flos Notoginseng could obviously lower TG,TC,LDL and blood viscosity,and increased HDL.It could improve the degree of hepaticsteatosis and hepatocellular necrosis of rat.Conclusion: Total Saponins of Flos Notoginseng can adjust fatty substance metabolism and lower blood lipid and improve hemorrheology of atherosclerosis rats,and has therapentic effect for atherosclerosis.

摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of nucifefine in rat plasma and to investigate the pharmacokinetics of nucifefine in rats after oral administration of alkaloidal extract of Nelumbo nucifera.Method: The analysis was performed on an Agilent Zorbax-SB C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃ with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-triethylamine-glacial acetic acid(27∶ 70.6∶ 1.6∶ 0.78) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detecting wavelength was set at 270 nm.The plasma samples were collected after oral administration of the alkaloidal extract of Nelumbo nucifera in Wistar rat.The concentrations of nuciferine in plasma were measured by using HPLC method and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by WinNonlin 5.0.1.Result: The calibration curve of nuciferine was linear in the range of 20 ~ 1 000 μg.L-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.998 3.The intra-day and inter-day precision of this method were 2.24%-3.20%,5.54%-6.95% respectively,and accuracy was 4.25%-7.00%.The extraction recoveries were 87.2%-103.7%.The main pharmacokinetic parameters of nuciferine after adiministration of the alkaloidal etract of N.nuifera to rats were:t1/2(4.18 ± 2.50),(4.32 ± 1.01),(6.05 ± 3.72) h,tmax(1.50 ± 0.41),(2.25 ± 1.19),(1.88 ± 0.25) h,Cmax(278.75 ± 38.98),(621.75 ± 137.81),(1 146.50 ± 249.44) μg.L-1,AUC0→t(1 796.10 ± 680.87),(4 463.49 ± 1 892.42),(7 452.08 ± 3 594.24) h.μg-1.L-1.The form of nuciferine in Wistar rat can be described as first-order kinetic model.Conclusion: The method is proved to be sensitive,selective and simple and have been successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of nucifefine.

摘要:Objective: To comparative research puerarin of Shange lipid-lowering dispersible tablets and Gegen dispersible tablets in rats in vivo pharmacokinetics.Method: With vanillin as internal standard,HPLC was used to determine the contents of puerarin in rat plasma.Result: The main pharmacokinetic parameters of Shange lipid-lowering dispersible tablets: Tmax(3.000 ± 0.371) h,Cmax(3.159 ± 0.415) mg·L-1,AUC0→∞(19.593 ± 3.168) mg·L-1.h-1,MRT0→∞(11.370 ± 2.358) h;The main pharmacokinetic parameters of Gegen dispersible tablets: Tmax(4.000 ± 0.313) h,Cmax(2.784 ± 0.398) mg·L-1,AUC0→∞(17.605 ± 3.993) mg·L-1·h-1,MRT0→∞(8.678 ± 1.625) h.Conclusions:The extract of Hawthorn leaves and Pueraria combination can speed up the absorption of puerarin,the concentration increases and elimination of slow down.By the analysis of compartment model,it is two compartment model.
摘要:Objective: To study the pharmacokinetic and bioavailability of 23-acetyl alisol B from Rhizoma Alismatis by different administration.Method: 23-acetyl alisol B was given by oral administration and intravenous injection to rats respectively and blood sample were withdrawn at different time.23-acetyl alisol B in plasma samples were determined by HPLC-UV method.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water(80∶20).The detection wavelength was at 210 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The model of pharmacokinetic was built by the drug-time curve and the parameters and absolute bioavailability were calculated.Result: The main pharmacokinetic parameters of 23-acetyl alisol B in rats were Tmax =(122.15 ± 15.23) min,Cmax =(9.89 ± 0.87) mg·L-1,t1/2 =(58.72 ± 6.23) min,AUC0-t =(1 854.970 ± 142.31) mg.min·L-1,AUC0-∞ =(1 875.81 ±144.27) mg.min·L-1,CL /F =(2.89 ± 0.13) mL·min-1 for oral administration and are Tmax =(10.04 ± 0.78)min,Cmax =(42.59 ± 3.47) mg·L-1,t1/2 =(32.05 ± 2.53) min,AUC0-t =(2 810.08 ± 178.70) mg.min·L-1,AUC0-∞ =(2 812.41 ± 224.63) mg.min·L-1,CL /F =(1.74 ± 0.54) mL.min-1 for intravenous injection.Mean bioavailability(F) was 44.46%.Conclustion: The absorption of 23-acetyl alisol B in rats is slow but complete comparing with the quick elimination.It implied that 23-acetyl alisol B has good pharmacokinetic characteristics,and can be easy to develop into a clinical drug which can be convenient to use.
摘要:Objective: To survey the relationship between herbs,therapeutic methods and syndrome of coronary artery disease(CAD).Method: Using cross-sectional survey,we collected hospitalized CAD patients of 3 018 cases through individualized information acquisition platform of CAD.The relationship between syndrome and treatment was analyized by means of complex networks based on theory of correspondence between prescription and syndrome.Result: The main syndromes of CAD were blood stasis,Qi deficiency,phlegm-turbid,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi stagnant and blood deficiency.The distribution of syndrome combination lied mainly in two syndromes,three syndromes,single syndrome and four syndromes.Major clinical therapeutic methods were activating blood,tonifying Qi,resolving turbid and phlegm,nourishing Yin,clearing heat,detoxifying,diffusing impediment and freeing Yang,diffusing the lung,suppressing cough and calming panting.The most common therapy combination was four therapies combination,three therapies combination,two therapies combination,five therapies combination and six therapies combination.The first traditional Chinese medicine prescription afteradmission mainly contained Danshen,Fuling,Chuanxiong,Chishao,Taoren,Honghua,Danggui,Gancao,Banxia,Zhiqiao,Chenpi,Gualou,Maidong,Dihuang,Chaihu,Huangqi.The main function of above mentioned medicines was resolving turbid and phlegm,alleviating pain,clearing heat,activating blood,inducing diuresis,resolving stasis,detoxifying,tonifying Qi,tranquilizing,enriching blood,cooling blood,detoxifying,regularing Qi and tonifying spleen.Conclusion: The therapeutic methods for treating CAD are corresponded with the consistency existing in theory,method,formula and medicines.Clear heat and detoxicating method deserve further study.

摘要:Objective: To observe clinic effect and safety of Qianliean on benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method: A total of 80 patients with renal deficiency humid heat and stagnation of blood type were divided randomLy into two groups:The treatment group(giving Qianliean concentrated pills for oral treatment,each 10 g,3 times a day) and the control group(giving Longbishu capsules,3 capsules each time,3 times a day).A treatment course is composed of 12-weeks and related observation forms are designed.Clinic effect and safety of Qianliean will be accessed after a treatment course.Result: The total effect of the two groups showed no significant difference,but treatment group were significantly better than control group on improving symptoms such as frequency of nocturia,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,Urine line situation,MFR and lowering the score of the distress of Urinary symptom,obviously toxic and adverse reaction of Qianliean was not found.Conclusion: There is good effect and safe of Qianliean on patients with BPH of renal deficiency humid heat and stagnation of blood type.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of nourishing Blood and strengthening qi,a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) therapy,combined with anti-hestamine drugs for the treatment of chronic idiopathic uticaria(CIU).Method: Seventy five cases were allocated randomly into a experiment group and a control one.Yuping Fengsan and Taohong Siwu Tang,two famous TCM decoctions representing the therapy,combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets were given to the experiment group.Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets were solely issued to the control group.The duration of administration for both groups was 30 days.The symptom grades at the point of the 0,5th,10th,15th,20th,25th,and 30th day and the efficacy rate after the 30 days administration were calculated.In addition,a 2-month follow-up towards the recovered cases was carried out.Result: The experiment group had better improvement on symptom grades than that of the controls along with the administration duration.For recovery rate,experiment group also had evident preponderance to controlled(P < 0.05).The difference of general efficacy rate between two groups had no statistical significance.Combining TCM therapy also had a lower recurrence rate than that of applying sole western medicine(P < 0.05).Both group showed no severe adverse effect during the trial.Conclusion: The nourishing blood and strengthening qi therapy in TCM combined with anti-hestamine drugs can help improving and stabilizing the efficacy when treating CIU.

摘要:A large number of studies have found that some single Chinese herb effective components of traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese herbal compound can improve the micro-environment of axonal injury with lack of neurotrophin factors(NTFs),enhance the expression of regeneration-related protein,promote neural stem cells(NSC) to differentiate into neurons,which contributes to the regeneration of axons.However,currently the researches on traditional Chinese medicine for improving central neural regeneration focus mainly on neurological damage induced by cerebral hypoxia-ischemia,and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on central neural regeneration is not extensively studied yet.So,the mechanisms concerning traditional Chinese medicine on central neural regeneration should be studied systematically in the future,to provide an objective basis for its clinical application.

摘要:Nitric Oxide(NO)is a vital signal messenger intracelluarly and intercellularly and generated by nitric oxide synthase including endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) and neuropathic nitric oxide synthase(nNOS).In various physiological processes,eNOS and nNOS in the organization continue the low level expression to maintenance normal physiology function.When eNOS activity declines to reduce NO in the pathology situation,Chinese medicinal herbs regulate eNOS activity through protein phosphorylation to restore the NO physiology concentration and improve NO bioavailability through antioxidation effects.In the physiological situation iNOS does not express,iNOS is activated and generate massive NO that damage organization and aggravate inflammation advance under inflammation condition.Chinese herbs down regulate iNOS through nuclear factor-κB and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase to reduce NO and treat inflammation.Many blood-activating and stasis-removing Chinese medicines regulate inducible nitric oxide synthase with antiinflammatory effect,to provide experimental base to treat inflammation.
摘要:Based on the recent domestic and international studies on stem cell of bone marrow,the origin and characteristic of markers for stem cell are discussed.The mobilization of circulating stem cells,homing and differentiation status in clinical and experimental applications are also discussed.Identification and distinguishing for the specific cell surface markers of stem cells will effectively promote the research of biological characteristics of stem cell and clinical applications of them.
摘要:Chinese medicine bio-adhesion preparation is modern preparations of Chinese medicine using bioadhesive polymers.The methods of adhesion mechanism of biological,bioadhesive materials and advantages in Chinese bio-adhesion preparation,as well as evaluations are summaried,providing new ideas for bioadhesive preparation of drug-delivery system of Traditional Chinese Medicine in development and application.

摘要:With increasing of the patients of type 2 diabetes,research on type 2 diabetes has become a major medical issues.Among many animal models for type 2 diabetes,the rat model is the most widely used.In this paper,we briefly summarized the current status of rat model of type 2 diabetic.To select the ideal and practical animal model for pathogenesis research and drug development for type 2 diabetes,comparisons were made.
摘要:Angong Niuhuang wan was a famous prescription for critical cases in traditional Chinese medicine,which was known as one of the three treasures for infectious febrile disease in clinic.Qingkailing injection and Xingnaojing injection are derivative prescriptions of Angong Niuhuangwan.It was made progress in recent five years that Angong Niuhuangwan and its derivative prescriptions were used to treat the diseases of apoplexy,craniocerebral injury,coma,hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,pulmonary encephalopathy,viral encephalitis and so on.The results also suggest that Angong Niuhuangwan and its derivative prescriptions show better therapeutic effect for those diseases and those prescriptions have great value in clinical application.
摘要:The researches on the genetic level of HBV and related treatment are reviewed.The relationships between genetype and region,serologic factors,clinical type,genovariation and drug actions are included.The problems of a variety of treatment methods such as ant-virus drugs,gene vaccine,immunomodulation and traditional Chinese medicine are analyzed.We confirm a good prospect for the Chinese medicine treatment for hepatitis B.
