      摘要:Objective: To study smashing and reflux extraction of astragaloside. Method: The extraction process was investigated by smashing and reflux extraction with the extraction of astragalosideⅣ and the rate of extracts as criteria. The measurement conditions were used as follows: Welc C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile:water (40 ∶60) as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1 mL ·min-1; the temperature of drift tube was set at 80 ℃; gas flow was 50 psi. Result: The conent of astragalosideⅣ of smashing extraction were higher than reflux extraction. Conclusion: Smashing extraction method for astragaloside can save time, working and energy, and it is hoped to be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of syingopicroside self-sustained-release tablets in rabbits. Method: The blood concent ration of syingopicroside of 6 rabbits was determined by HPLC and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with statistical moment and confidence interval after administered random crossover with single dose of self-sustained-release syingopicroside tablets (test pharmaceutics,T) or the self-common tablets (reference pharmaceutics, R). Result: The relative bioavailability of self-sustained-release syingopicroside tablets was 132.6%. In comparison with self-common tablets, the Tmax extended significantly and the peak was prolonged gentle; the 90% confidence interval of AUC0-t was 115.25%-144.44%; the 90% confidence interval of Cmax was 51.33%-78.53%. Conclusion: A good slow-release effect was found when compared test formulation with the reference reagent.

      摘要:The essential oil from the fresh leaf of Panax japonicus var.major obtained from Daba mountain was extracted by steam distillation, and the components of the essential oil were separated and structurally identified by GC-MS for the first time, and the relative contents of the components by the peak-area normalization method was adopted in gas chromatography. Seventy-five peaks were separated from the essential oil of the fresh leaf, and 73 components were identified, the major components of the essential oil were β-cubebene (21.39%), hexadecanoic acid (17.19%), phytol (5.50%), phenanthrene (5.05%), nor-prist-2-one (4.22%), octadecatrienoic acid (3.35%), etc. The antimicrobial activities of the essential oil were also investigated. The results of the antimicrobial activities of the essential oil was found to inhibit the growth of testing bacteria and sterilized them especially against Staphylococcus aureus CMCC26112 and Candida albicans CMCC850216.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the ceramic membrane microfiltration purifying technology of the decoction of Yanshuning Compound. Method: Single factor test method was used to optimize the ceramic membrane aperture, according to indexes of the transfer rates of epigoitrin and harpagoside and removal ratio of impurity. And the ceramic membrane microfiltration refining effect was verified according to the vitro antibacterial activity. Result: The optimal ceramic membrane aperture was 200 nm. The import pressure was 0.2 MPa. When the liquid volume in the reservoir barrel was not enough to circulate, water with equal to the amount of the least circulation volume of the membrane filtration system was added once to the barrel. When the filtration volume was equivalent to the original, the filtration was ended. The transfer rates of epigoitrin, harpagoside and the removal ratio of impurity were 93.77%, 82.67% and 24.64% respectively. There were no significant differences between MIC and MBC of the five kinds of pharyngitis bacteria of the ceramic membrane microfiltration refining fluid and the original fluid. Conclusion: The 200 nm ceramic membrane microfiltration technology was reasonable and feasible. It can be used as the purifying technology of the decoction of Yanshuning Compound.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the technological condition of water extraction for Shangke Fumigant decoction. Method: The content of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 4'-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol extracted, which was determined by HPLC, and the content of the volatile oil extracted were regarded as the marker of detection to optimize the technological condition of water extraction by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Result: The optimum extraction condition was that the medicinal materials were extracted 3 times with 10 times amount of water and for 20 minutes per time. Conclusion: The optimum extraction condition will provide a reference for the clinical application of the Shangke fumigant decoction.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the formulations of vinorelbine intravenous emulsion by a central composite design methodology. Method: Independent variables were investigated which included the oil concentration, the soybean phospholipid concentration and the content of poloxamer with the parameter of stability and mean particle size. Linear or nonlinear mathematic models were used to estimate the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Response surfaces were delineated according to best-fit mathematic models, and optimum formulations were selected. Prediction was carried out through comparing the observed and predicted values. Result: Regression coefficients of the parameter of stability and mean particle size were as high as 0.987 6 and 0.983 7 respectively in nonlinear mathematic models. Optimum formulation was proposed to contain oil 9.0%, soybean phospholipid 2.2% and poloxamer 1.51%. Conclusion: The optimum mathematic model established was highly predictive.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of curcumin in rhizoma curcumae, and compare the outcome between decoction of curcumin in rhizoma curcumae alone and that of rhizoma curcumae together with rhizoma sparganii. Method: HPLC was performed on a eclipse plus C18 column,water- acetonitrile served as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 425 nm,the column temperature at 25 ℃ and the flow rate being 1.0 mL ·min-1,to determine the content of curcumin in different decoction. Result: Curcumin showed good linearity in the range of 0.67-13.40 ng with correlation coefficient of 0.999 7. The average recovery (n=9) was 99.76%, with RSD of 1.49%. The content of curcumin in the co-decoction of the two drugs was significantly higher than that in the decoction of rhizoma curcumae alone. Conclusion: The method used was handy, sensitive and accurate, and proves to be suitable for the content determination of Curcumin.and it is suggest that rhizoma sparganii play a protective effect on the curcumin when the two drugs being decocted.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate correlativity between the content of alkaloids in Cortex Phellodendri and Ermiao Wan categorized formulas. Method: The HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of berberine, palmatine and jatrorrhizine in Cortex Phellodendri and the categorized formulas of Ermiao Wan, Sanmiao Wan, Simiao Wan and Jiawei Simiao Wan. Chromatography parameters were A Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (50 ∶50) (adding SDS 0.17 g per 100 mL solution), flow rate 0.8 mL·min-1, column temperature at 30 ℃, detection wavelength at 345 nm. Result: The content of three kinds of alkaloids was almost not changed in Simiao Wan, but decreased in Ermiao Wan and Sanmiao Wan, especially in Jiawei Simiao Wan. The content of jatrorrhizine was decreased much more than berberine and palmatine after compatibility. Conclusion: The alkaloids content presents a rule in Ermiao Wan categorized formulas after compatibility.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize and establish a processing technology of Evodia rutaecarpa using stir-bake with liquorice by orthogonal test, providing technical index for standardization of stir-bake with liquorice on Evodia rutaecarpa. Method: The content of evodiamine, rutaecarpine and limonin was selected as index. L9(34) orthogonal test was employed to determine the effects of the four factors including quantities of glycyrrhiza, processing temperature and time. Result: Processing temperature had abviously effects on the contenct of rutaecarpine. The best preparing condition was as follows: the ratio of glycyrrhiza to raw material was 6/100, and stir-baked 10 min with the temperature 180 ℃ after moistening 5 h. Conclusion: The research provided a scientific basis for standardization of processing technology of stir-bake with liquorice on E. rutaecarpa.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cholic acid in the compound preparation Ganxianxiao Granules. Method: HPLC-ELSD was used in the quantitative analysis with the condition as follows. Alltima C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used as column; mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3%HAc (40∶60); the temperature of column was at 35 ℃; flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1, the temperature of evaporator tube was set at 100 ℃; carrier gas flow was 2.6 L ·min-1 and the injection volume was 20 μL, calculating the content with logarithmic equation of external standard. Result: Cholic acid was linear in the range of 2.052~32.832 μg (r=0.999 2). The average recovery of high, middle, low concentration in Ganxianxiao Granules was 97.1%, 99.4%, 97.4%, with RSD 0.7%, 0.4%, 1.1%(n=3) respectively. Conclusion: This method was simple,reliable,accurate,and could be used to control the quality of the compound preparation Ganxianxiao Granules.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Glechoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr. (GLK) grown in Chongqing. Method: The volatile oil was isolated from GLK by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Result: The relative content of each constituent of the volatile oil was calculated by peak area normalization. Forty five compounds were identified through computer retrieval. The ratio of identification of total compounds was 91.34%. Conclusion: The main constituents of volatile oils from G. longituba were solavetivone (16.4%), pinocamphone (15.58% ), (+)-ledene (7.63%), β -humulene(7.51%).

      摘要:Objective: The quantitative analysis model for determination of the content of catalpol in Radix Rehmanniae from genuine producing area was established using near-infrared spectroscopy. Method: The catalpol content was determined by HPLC. The near-infrared model was established combined the near-infrared spectroscopy with the value determined by HPLC. And then predict the model with verification. Result: The correlation coefficient of calibration (R2) was 0.993 83. Root mean square error of cross validation (RMSEC) was 0.087 5; Root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 0.032 0. Conclusion: It was feasible to determine the catalpol content in Radix Rehmanniae and it provided a rapid convenient method for quality control of Radix Rehmanniae.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method for determination of the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Diospyros kaki (Thunb) by HPLC. Method: The Hypersil ODS2 C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1%H3PO4 (85 ∶15). The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1; the detection wavelength was at 210 nm; the temperature was set at 25 ℃. Result: The linear range of oleanolic acid was 0.095-0.95 μg, the linear range of ursolic acid was 0.095-0.95 μg. The average recovery of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was 99.91% and 98.38%, with RSD 2.5% (n=6) and 2.2% (n=6) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate.It can be used for determination of the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Diospyros kaki (Thunb).

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in Xiaobanxia Tang. Method: A Lichrospher C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used with methanol-water (5 ∶95) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1, wavelength 283 nm, and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: The linear range of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was within 0.304-2.736 μg, r=0.999 9, the average recovery was 96.18% (n=5). Conclusion: This method has good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control in production of Xiaobanxia Tang.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method to determine and compare the content of polysaccharides in cucumber seed and its processed product. Method: The content of the polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry with a conversion factor for glucose from polysaccharides. Result: The contents of polysaccharides in crude and fried Cucumber seeds are 5.056 4 %, and 5.203 2%, respectively. Conclusion: The content of polysaccharides of cucumber seed was increased after processed.

      摘要:Objective: To estiblish an HPLC method for ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 in Naomai Shukang Capsule. Method: An Hypersil-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile (A) and 0.1%phosphoric acid (B) in gradient mode. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. Result: Ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.210-1.680 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 96),0.522-4.176 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 98),1.092-7.644 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 9)respectively. The average recoveries of ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 were 97.01%(RSD 2.42%, n=5), 97.88%(RSD 1.48%, n=5),96.19%(RSD 1.67%,n=5) respectively. Conclusion: The method was accurate reliable, and specific, can be used for the quality control of Naomai Shukang Capsule.

      摘要:Objective: Lignan ingredients from Mystica argentea were analyzed to provide the basis for the quality evaluation. Method: Aglient TC-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used in high performance liquid chromatograph, acetonitrile: triethylamine phosphate (55 ∶45) was used as mobile phase. The column temperature was set at 40 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm. Result: Meso-dihydro-nor dihyoguaiaretic acid was linear in the range of 0.286 0-1.716 0 μg(r=0.999 8), the average content of meso-dihydro-nordihyoguaiaretic acid from M. argentea was 0.833 7 mg ·g-1; erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4-(3,4-methylenedioxy phenyl)-2, 3-dimethy l butan was linear in the range of 0.320-1.920 μg (r=0.999 8), the average content of erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4-(3,4-methylenedioxy phenyl)-2, 3-dimethy l butan from M. argentea was 0.572 4 mg ·g-1. Conclution: The method for determination of lignan ingredients from M. argentea by HPLC was useful and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and acaciin from common cephalanoplos herb. Method: Samples were analyzed by Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) with methanol-water (1% glacial acetic acid) as mobile phase in gradient elution, 327 nm as detected wavelength, 1.0 mL ·min-1 as flow-rate, 35 ℃ as temperature of column, 20 μL as injected volume. Result: The linear range of chlorogenic acid and acaciin was 0.005-0.05 g ·L-1 ( r=0.999 6) and 0.018-0.18 g ·L-1 ( r=1 ), and the average recovery was 99.3% with RSD 1.1% and 99.6% with RSD 0.5% respectively. Conclusion: The method was rapid, convenient, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of contents of chlorogenic acid and acaciin in Cirsium setosum (willd.) MB.

      摘要:Objective: To develop quality standards of Tongbao Xiaojia mixture. Method: Thin layer chromatography (TLC) of Licorice root,Radix Scutellariae were identified according to high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) of the main drug of chlorogenic acid determination, chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBAX Eclispse SB-Aq C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column; mobile phase acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (7∶93); flow rate 1.0 mL ·min; column temperature 30 ℃; detection wavelength 327 nm. Result: Tongbao Xiaojia Mixture Licorice root,Radix Scutellariae TLC chromatography, chromatography with reference substance corresponding location on the same color of the spots. Determination of chlorogenic acid good linear relationship, the regression equation Y=1.06×105X-1.00×104,r=0.999 9, chlorogenic acid, the average recovery was 100.47%, RSD to 1.50%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, sensitive, reproducible and can be used as quality control Qingyan Liyan mixture

      摘要:Objective: To establish a determination method of the content of astragaloside in Qiling Yigan Granular formulation by HPLC-ELSD. Method: The content of astragaloside in Qiling Yigan Granular formulation was determined by HPLC-ELSD and Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water (35 ∶65), the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1, column temperature was of 25 ℃. The temperature of drift tube for ELSD was 110 ℃ and the flow rate of air was 1.6 L · min-1. Result: The calibration curve of astragaloside was linear over the range of 0.498-9.96 μg (r=0.999 8), the average recovery rate was 98.05%, RSD 0.89%. Conclusion: The method is convenient, sensitvive and accurate. It can be a method for quality control in production of Qiling Yigan Granular formulation.

      摘要:Objective: To establish quality standard for Suanzaoren Granules. Method: Smilax Sapogenin in Rhizoma anemarrhenae was determined by HPLC-ELSD.Senmen ziziphi spinosae, Rhizoma anemarrhenae were identified by TLC. Result: Smilax Sapogenin was linear in the range of 0.672-5.040 μg,r=0.999 38.The average recovery was 97.5%, RSD was 1.22%. Senmen ziziphi spinosae,Rhizoma anemarrhenae could be identified by TLC. Conclusion: The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Suanzaoren Granules.

      摘要:Objective: To determine saponin contents of different parts of Tribulus terrestris L. growing at different time, and so as to determine the best harvesting time and the possibility of the aerial parts for clinical use. Method: The absorption of the sample solution was measured at 310 nm and the saponin contents were calculated against sarsasapogenin by spectrophotometry. Result: From July to October the total saponin reaches the highest amount in July for stems and leaves, October for fruits and July for aerial whole parts. Conclusion: From the point of view of total sapoin contents, from July to October the stems and leaves or aerial parts of T. terrestris should be harvested in July while fruits in October. Furthermore, the feasibility of the aerial parts of T. terrestris for clinical use is also manifested.

      摘要:Objective: Near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy and chemometrics were used to identify the origins of Aceranthus sagittatus samples and to quantitatively analyze their active ingredients. Method: Nine different samples collected from different areas were analyzed, using vector normalization and/or first-order derivative processing methods. The active ingredients of these Aceranthus sagittatus samples were determined using HPLC method, and then they were used as the training data to generate the NIR quantitative analysis model using partial least square (PLS) method. Result: The results suggest that the vector normalization data processing gave us better qualitative identification model, the cluster analysis gave us satisfactory results. The classification error rate was 0. It can effectively identify the different origins of the samples thus this resulted qualitative analysis model can be used to quickly identify the origin of unknown samples. The PLS method indicated that the standard deviation of the prediction was 0.020 6, which means that it has very good accuracy of prediction. Conclusion: This analysis method is fast, simple and low-cost, which provides us a novel way for the qualitative identification of herbal medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the solubility and stability of honokiol in HBSS, Establish the basis of the drug metabolism research. Method: The concentration of honokiol was determined by RP-HPLC method, pH,temperatures and light were investigated on the solubility and stability of honokiol. Result: The linear calibration curve of Honokiol in methanol in the concentration range of 4-200 μmol·L-1 with a detection limit of 0.2 μmol/L, The equation was calculated to be Y=4 764.5X-10 955(r=0.999), The precision and stability accorded with the requirements of methodology. The solubility of honokiol is good in HBSS containing 1% methanol and 0.1% Tween -80,the stability of honokiol in HBSS of acidic is more better than HBSS of alkaline,.light on the stability of honokiol has no influence. Conclusion: Tthe solubility and stability of honokiol in HBSS of pH 7.4 is rather ideal, when it reached the dissolution equilibrium it should be storied at -20 ℃.

      摘要:Objective: To study on chemical constituents from the flower and leaves of Fagopyrum esculentum. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: Eight compounds were obtained and identified, awhich were quercetin(1), kaempferol(2), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3) quercitrin(4), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), rutin(6) daucosterol(7) and β-sitosterol(8), respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 3, 5 were obtained from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1,2,4,6 were obtained from the flower and leaves of F. esculentum for the first time.

      摘要:The contention of salidroside in the wild Rhodiola rosea of different harvesting period and palnted by manual work by HPLC.Result shows: ① The most contention of salidroside is the rhizome of R. rosea harvesting last of August with regard to wild Rhodiola rosea, that the contention was 1.7%.And the salidroside contention of rhizome was more than that of root. The salidroside contention of stipite and leaves was less. ②The salidroside contention of R. rosea planted on the different altitude was reduced. The most contention of R. rosea was planted on the altitude 894 m.That the salidroside contention of root and rhizome was respective 1.397% and 1.48%.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Epimedium sagittatum. Method: The compounds were repeatedly separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column. The chemical constituents of the plant were identified by means of MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, in some case by direct comparison with authentic samples. Result: Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as 1, 5-dihydroxy-3- methoxy-7-methylanthraquinone (1), 2, 2-dimethyl-2H-1-benzopyran-6-ol (2), icaritin (3), 5, 7, 4'-trihydroxy-8, 3'-diprenylflavone (4), emodin (5), tricin ( 6 ) and β-sitosterol (7), respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 2 were firstly isolated from the genus Epimedium.

      摘要:Objective: To studied the difference of the content of polysaccharide between asporogenous G and sporiparous G, ands in different parts of the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum. Method: Observed the structure of the fruiting body of G. with a microscope; Determinated the content G. polysaccharide by anthranone-sulfuric acid. Result: The fruiting body of G. lucidum is made up of different cells; the Ganoderma pores accounts for the largest proportion in thickness, above 70%; And Ganoderma pores involve the most part of the polysaccharide, the most is 3.88%. Conclusion: The content of polysaccharide is higher in asporogenous G than in sporiparous G; the Ganoderma pores is the main source of polysaccharide of the fruiting body of G. lucidum.

      摘要:Objective: To set up a method for the determination of 8-epideoxyloganic acid in Duyiwei soft capsule. Method: The quantitative analysis was performed on Diamond C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 59 μm)column and a mixture of methonal-0.025 mol ·L-1 phosphate solution (50 ∶50) was used as the mobile phrase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was at 40 ℃ and the detective wavelength was at 238 nm. Result: The linear range was 1.979 2~9.896 μg for 8-epideoxyloganic acid. The average recovery was 96.84% with RSD 2.07%. Conclusion: The method was accurate, reproducible, stable, and can be used as a quantitative standard for determination of iridoid glycosides in Duyiwei soft capsule.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Jinchai Antivirus Capsules on immunodeficiency mouse with influenza A H1N1 virus (Fort Monmouth/1/47) infection. Method: Mouse model of immunodeficiency was established by injection of cyclophosphamide. Infection of influenza virus FM1 was induced by nose dropping method. Prophylactic administration and therapeutic administration of the capsule were carried out respectively to observe the lung weight and calculate the lung index and virus load. Result: Jinchai Antivirus Capsules markedly decreased the lung index and virus load for the immunodeficiency mouse model with infuluenza virus. The antivirus efficacy was not statistically significant between the Capsules and Tamiflu. Conclusion: Jinchai Antivirus Capsules can distinctly improve the symptom of mouse with pneumonia caused by the infection of influenza virus and have a remarkable effect of prevention and therapy. The efficacy of Jinchai Antivirus Capsules is comparable to that of Tamiflu.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Guizhi Decoction on nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1), interleukin-1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and the prevention and treatment of myocardial damage in spontaneous diabetes rats(Goto-Kakizaki diabetes prone rat). Method: Thirty Gk rats were divided randomly into three groups, namely, Gk control group, Metformin group and Guizhi Decoction group. Ten normal rats were as the control. The four groups were administered separately for 12 weeks. HE staining was used for myocardial section. Myocardial homogenate was prepared, and the content of NF-κB, sICAM-1, IL-1, TNF-α and ET-1 was determined. Result: The blood glucose of Metformin group was decreased(P<0.01), while Guizhi Decoction group increased without significance. The content of NF-κB, sICAM-1, IL-1, TNF-α and ET-1 was increased significantly in Gk control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The content of IL-1,TNF-α of Metformin group was decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05). In group of Guizhi Decoction, NF-κB,IL-1,TNF-α and ET-1 were apparently decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05), and had a larger degree compared to Metformin group, with markedly difference in IL-1,TNF-α(P<0.01 or P<0.05). HE staining revealed the damage of myocardium was lightened significantly in Guizhi Decoction group. Conclusion: Guizhi Decoction could effectively prevent and treat myocardial damage in diabetes mellitus.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Shugan Lidan (SGLD) therapy for discharging lead and antagonizing the damage of hippocampus. Method: Lead poisoned model of rat was established by giving lead acetate ig for 5 weeks. All rats were randomly divided into seven groups:SGLD high-does group,SGLD middle-does group,SGLD low-does group,Zhiqi Granule group,EDTA-CaNa2group,plumbum dyed model group and normal control group. We measured the concentrations of lead, calcium, zinc in blood by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP); observed morphological changes in hippocampus by electronic microscope; and measured the concentrations of NO, TAOC in the hippocampus cortex by UV spectrophotometry. Result: ① The treatments with SGLD, Zhiqi and EDTA-CaNa2 lowered the level of blood lead significantly, without significant differences among the three groups. Meanwhile the treatments caused the level of calcium and zinc in blood to drop, among the groups medium dose and high dose of SGLD dropped the level of calcium as much as Zhiqi, and the effect was lower than that of EDTA-CaNa2.However, blood zinc was observably dropped less by SGLD than that of Zhiqi and EDTA-CaNa2.② The hippocampus of lead-poisoned rat was injured obviously, but the damage in SGLD groups was the lightest. ③ NO, TAOC in hippocampus of rat was explicitly lack in plumbum dyed model group. The high dose of SGLD could significantly increase the NO, TAOC in hippocampus. And It is better than those in the middle and low doses of SGLD, Zhiqi and EDTA-CaNa2. Conclusion: Shugan Lidan therapy can accelerate the elimination of lead, avoid loss of the endogenous essential elements calcium, zinc, meanwhile antagonize the damage of hippocampus, increase the level of NO, TAOC, and improve learning and memory ability.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory effects for a number of samples on RAW264 cell. The samples include: four kinds of origins of ash bark extract, five kinds of coumarin monomer, five kinds of monomer mixture, known coumarin fingerprint region sample and unknown component fingerprint region from Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance. Method: RAW264.7 cell line was treated by 10 mg ·L-1 lipopolysaccharide (LPS),24 hours later, the supernatant was collected and the inflammatory factors such as TNF-α and IL-1α were measured. Result: Four kinds of origins ash bark extract could significantly inhibited the LPS-induced macrophages to produce TNF-α (P<0.05). Five kinds of coumarin monomer could significantly inhibit the LPS-induced macrophages produced IL-1α. Except fraxin four kinds of monomers could significantly inhibit the LPS-induced macrophages to produce TNF-α, including aesculin and fraxetol with dose-effect relationship. Only five kinds of coumarin monomer mixtures could significantly inhibit the LPS-induced macrophages produced levels of IL-1α. Other samples was not significant. Conclusion: F. chinensis Roxb.var.acuminata Lingelsh. shows most powerful anti-inflammatory activity among 4 kinds of origins ash bark extract. The other 3 kinds of Origins ash bark extract is similar for anti-inflammatory activity. Aesculetion and 6,7-dichomethoxyl-8-hydroxycoumarin show most powerful anti-inflammatory activity in 5 kinds of coumarin monomer.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with sports training on the behavior and neurons synapse remodeling in rats with focal cerebral infarction. Method: Rats were subjected to embolic focal ischemia using homologous clots and treated with: saline, sports training, Buyang Huanwu Decoction, Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with sports training, the expression of P38 and growth associated protein-43(GAP-43) were detected by immunohistochemical approach at 7th, 14th and 21st day after each management. Result: The sports training group, Buyang Huanwu group and the combined group all can reduce the damage score of rats nerve function, and the recovery was most significant in the combined group.The expression of P38 and GAP-43 in the combined group was remarkably increased compared with the sports training group and the Buyang Huanwu group. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with sports training can improve the scores of cerebral ischemia nerve behavior and promote synapse building and new contact of synapse regeneration,the combination of the decoction and sports showed excellent performances and synergism.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of four different treatments of traditional Chinese medicine on the rat model of myocardial hypertrophy induced by isoproterenol (ISO). Method: The rats were injected subcutaneously by 20,10, 5 mg ·kg-1 ISO degressively and then 3 mg ·kg-1ISO as maintenance dose for 7 days to build the rat model of myocardial hypertrophy, Jinkui Shenqi Wan (JGSQ), Buyang Huanwu Tang (BYHW), Shengmai Yin(SMY) and Zhenwu Tang (ZWT) were given to the rats for 10 weeks as interventions and after that, the hemodynamics, cardiac output, heart mass index(HMI), left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and serum level of ANP, BNP were observed. Result: Comparing with the model group, JGSQ and BYHW groups increased the hemodynamics LVSP, +dp/dtmax greatly and made a significant promotion to cardiac output ( P <0.05). At the mean time, HMI and LVMI decreased in these two groups as well as ANP and BNP ( P <0.05). ZWT and SMY group had no significant difference in decreasing the levels of ANP and BNP as well as the levels of HMI and LVMI. It showed decreased cardiac output and myocardial systolic function after treatment with ZWT and SMY ( P <0.05). Conclusion: We can improve the hemodynamic status of the rats to increase their cardiac output, inhibit the myocardial hypertrophy and reduce the level of neurohumoral factor by using the TCM therapeusis of warming kidney yang and benefiting qi, activating blood.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of the herb decoction Gongai Duoming Tang(GADMT) on hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cell line HepG2. Method: MTT was used to detect the cytotoxicity of the decoction to HepG2 and RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF1α) and the apoptosis-related genes Bax and Bcl-2 in HCC cell line after treated by GADMT decoction. Result: MTT demonstrated that the GADMT decoction had a strong cytotoxicity to HepG2 as much as 80% after treating the cells with 6.375 g·L-1 of concentration; the treatment also increased the expression of HIF1α promptly at 3 h and as high as 3 times at 24 h later; but the change of the Bax as well as Bcl-2 were more sophisticated. Conclusion: The GADMT decoction has a strong cytotoxic effect on HCC cell line HepG2 and the mechenism might be related with interruptting or damaging the cell respiration since a prompt increase of the expression of HIF1α. The decoction may have also an influence on the cell apoptosis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect of Qingnao Xuanqiao Dropping Pill on acute cerebral ischemia in rats. Method: Intragastric gavage of Qingnao Xuanqiao Dropping Pill (high, medium and low dose), once a day for three days. The last day animal model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) induced by suture-occluded method was adopted. Scoring method of ischemia for 2 h and reperfusion for 22 h was used to evaluate the abnormal behaviour by nerve injury. Radioimmunoassay was used to evaluate NSE activity in serum. HE staining was employed to observe pathological morphology in brain tissue. Result: Each administrated group could improve the nerve defect symptoms of model rats at 6 h and 22 h to some extent. Compared with model group, 180 mg ·kg-1 group of Qingnao Xuanqiao Dropping Pill was significantly different (P<0.05); 45, 90, 180 mg ·kg-1 group of Qingnao Xuanqiao Dropping Pill could reduce NSE activity of the model rats. Pathological results showed the number of normal nerve cells in Qingnao Xuanqiao Dropping Pill group was increased significantly, the scope and the degree of necrotic tissue was reduced. Conclusion: Qingnao Xuanqiao Dropping Pill has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Phyllanthus emblica on survival rate and immunoregulation capability in main immune organs and erythrocyte of S180 tumour-burdened mice with serum pharmacology method for evaluation of Chinese herbs. Method: P. emblica fresh fruits were juiced and then stored after freeze-drying. Mice tumor model of S180 burdened was established. Mice were randomly grouped into model group and treatment groups with different doses of P. emblica. Erythrocytes and lymphocytes were separated from blood samples after the last administration of the herb. The mixed rosette test was carried out with tumor erythrocytes and lymphocytes. The effect of different dose of P. emblica was evaluated by inhibition rate of the tumor, spleen index and thymus index. Result: Compared with model group P. emblica of high dose group had significant elevated adherence of lymphocytes to tumor cells promoted by erythrocytes, inhibition for survival rate of tumor cells. The three dosage groups all showed significant regulative effect for immune organs, compared with positive control group. Conclusion: P. emblica inhibits proliferation of tumor and improves immunity function of the hosts.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the anti-senile action of aqueous extract of Scutellaria and Carthamus tinctorius by using senescence accelerated mouse (SAM- P/8). Method: SAM-P/8 were randomly divided into 8 groups: control group with saline only the positive treatment group(ig Vit E), low, moderate, and high dose groups of aqueous extract of Scutellaria and C. tinctorius. The treatment groups were consecutively received by intragastric administration for 4 weeks. Thymus and brain were collected to weigh and calculate organ indexes 1 h after last administration.The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), catalase(CAT) and the contents of malondi- aldehyde(MDA) in serum and brain tissue of all groups were determined by kit. Result: Aqueous extract of Scutellaria and C. tinctorius could elevate the brain and thymus indexes. They could also improve the activities of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px to different degree and decrease the contents of MDA. Moderate dosage of Scutellaria and high dosage of C. tinctorius were more distinguished. Conclusion: Aqueous extract of Scutellaria and C. tinctorius might have anti-senile action by improving antioxidant capacity of human body.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of flavonoid of Yulangsan (FYLS) on the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase and the apoptosis-correlated proteins of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (I/R) in isolated rat hearts. Method: Langendorff-perfusion Isolated rat hearts were prepared. I/R was induced by 30 minutes global ischemia followed by 30 minutes reperfusion. The activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in myocardial tissues were determined. The pathological changes of myocardium and the expressions of apoptosis-correlated protein Bcl-2 and Bax were analyzed. Result: High dose of FYLS(8×10-3g ·L-1)could increase the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase. Histopathological examination confirmed that the degree of myocardial injury in high dose of FYLS group was obviously lessened when compared with I/R group (P<0.05). FYLS could downregulate the expression of Bax (P<0.01) and significantly increase the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax (P<0.05). Conclusion: FYLS may offer myocardial protective effect against I/R, which may be related to its effects of reducing calcium overload, downregulating the expression of Bax protein, and increasing the Bcl-2/Bax ratio.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of total saponins extracted from leaves of rehmannia on C-BSA in rat. Method: Cationized bovine serum albumin(C-BSA) was prepared.For establishing nephritis in rat,C-BSA was given to rat by injection through tail venule.Total saponins extracted from leaves of rehmannia were orally given to the model rats as treatment for 28 days at doses of 20~40 mg ·kg-1.Blood biochemeical parameters,urine protein and pathological changes of nephritis were employed to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment. Result: Compared with the model rats, urinary protein,serum urea nitrogen, cholesterol and creatinine were significantly increased. The pathological changes of nephritis were alleviated. Conclusion: Total saponins extracted from leaves of rehamannia has therapeutic effect with a dose-response manner on C-BSA nephritis in rat.

      摘要:Objective: To research the effect of Weishu’an Capsule on animal experimental gastric ulcer. Method: The effect of Weishu’an Capsule on three kinds of modles of gastric ulcer was observed. The models included the model of pyloroligation gastric ucler in rats, the model of cautery gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid in rats and the model of reserpineinduced gastric ulcer in mice. Result: As to the pyloroligation gastric ucler, Weishu’an Capsule could restrain the secretion of gastric juice, decrease the total gastric acidity, and restrain the activity of pepsin; as to the cautery gastric ulcer, it could promote the ulcer to be healed; as to the reserpineinduced gastric ulcer, it could restrain the ulcer. Conclusion: Weishu’an Capsule has the obvious effect for preventing and treating the animal experimental gastric ulcer.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of Xingyi Jiangtang Ling on blood glucose and immunologic function in diabetic rats. Method: The model of diabetic rat was established by subabdominal injection with streptozotocin 65 mg ·kg-1 and then concomitant hypodemic injection with thyroxine,once a day,from 1th to 7th day. After treated with Xingyi Jiangtang ling for 60 days, the content of TNF-α,IL-4 in the serum of all experimental rats was detected. Result: Compared to normal group,the content of TNF-α in serum of diabetic rats was significantly increased(P<0.01).that of IL-4 was significantly declined. However,the content of TNF-α of treated group was significantly declined, compared with model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xingyi Jiangtang Ling can protect immunologic function to β cell in the pancreas by declining TNF-α and increasing of IL-4.It may be one of the mechanisms for antagonizing diabetes.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the distribution of resveratrol-loaded solid lipid nonoparticles (Res-SLN) in mice. Method :Res-SLN was prepared by heat-high pressure homogenization method. Distribution studies were accomplished in mice. At different time after tail iv administration at 115.50 mg ·kg-1 for Res-SLN group and at 119.25 mg ·kg-1 for Res-Sus group, the animals were sacrificed (n=5 animals for each time). Tissues were collected, washed, weighted and analyzed. Result: Distribution study in mice demonstrated that Res after administrated Res-SLN was mainly distributed in liver and kidney. Compared to the control group, the target efficiency of Res-SLN was 1.82 folds in kidney. On the other hands, the Res retention time after administrated Res-SLN was prolonged. Conclusion: Res-SLN is an effective preparation that can target Res to kidney in mice.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an LC-MS method to determine berberine and palmatin in rats plasma simultaneously. The method was employed to investigate pharmacokinetics of berberine and palmatin. Method: Blood samples were collected at different time after oral administration of extracts Rhizoma Coptidis,The plasma concentration of berberine and palmatin was determined by LC-MS.Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by WinNonlin 5.1 software. Result: The linear range of berberine and palmatin was 5~1 000 ng ·mL(r=9 989),2.5~500 ng ·mL-1(r=9 994) respectively.The average recovery of berberine and palmatin was exceeded 85%(n=5),the precision of inner-day and inter-day was less than 15%.The pharmacokinetics parameters calculated by noncompartment model,such as AUC,T1/2,Cmax of berberine were: 707.91 h ·ng ·mL-1,1 220.32 h ·ng-1 ·mL-1,2 424.62 h ·ng-1 ·mL-1; 1.89 h,2.29 h,4.79 h; 315.78 ng ·mL-1,501.58 ng-1 ·mL-1,584.57 ng ·mL-1;Tmax was all 1 h. The pharmacokinetics parameters AUC,T1/2.,Cmax of palmatin were: 130.29 h ·ng-1 ·mL-1、348.61 h ·ng-1 ·mL-1,872.76 h ·ng-1 ·mL-1; 1.71 h,2.64 h,5.89 h;Tmax was all 1 h.The relationship between dose and AUC showed good linearity. Conclusion: The method described in this report has high sensitivity and selectivity, and was suitable for pharmacokinetic studies of berberine and palmatin. The kinetic process of berberine in rats in vivo was fitted to a one-compartment model at low dosage,while it was fitted to two-compartment model at middle and high dosages; the kinetic process of palmatine was all fitted to a one-compartment model.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the content of saikosaponin and the acute toxicity on Radix Bupleuri and its processed products, and discuss the effect of processing on the content and toxicity of Bupleurum saikosaponin substances. Method: HPLC method and the classical method of acute toxicity were used to determine the content of saikosaponin a and the acute toxicity of the Radix Bupleuri and its processed products, and compare the content and the acute toxicity. Result: The content of saikosaponin a on the different processed products which included health products, fried products, vinegar products, wine products and honey roasted products was separately 0.60%,0.23%,0.56%,0.39%,0.35%. The health products, fried products, vinegar products, wine products and honey roasted products of Radix Bupleuri did not appear dead. Calculated by crude drug content, the MLD were respectively 26.4,31.2,27.6,28.8,32.4 g ·kg-1,which were respectively equal to 205,242,214,224,252 times of 70 kg people’s daily dried medicinal herb expenses. Making continuous observation of 14 days, mice were generally in good condition,and no one died. Conclusion: The content of saikosaponin a and the acute toxicity of the Radix Bupleuri and its processed products were different, and no death occurred in each sample,the MLD showed the basic security and low toxicity of the Radix Bupleuri and its processed products, suggesting that processing has some influence on the content of the saikosaponin substances and the safe dose range of Radix Bupleuri herbs.

      摘要:Objective: To screen the optimal dose of Xiaoyaosan in rats and to improve the anti-depression clinical effect. Method: In this research, two experiments were processed using the model of chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS). Amitriptyline and fluoxetine hydrochloride, venlafaxine hydrochloride were used as positive control, respectively. Behavioral changes, such as the weight, open-field, and sugar consumption, were measured. The urine was collected and analyzed by GC-MS, and the result was analyzed with SPSS and SIMCA-P. Result: The results of behavior changes and GC-MS suggested that the control group and model group were significantly different, which indicated that the model was successful. Comparing the treated group with the positive control group and the control group, the dose of 46.3 g ·kg-1 was closest to the control group, there was no significant difference. Conclusion: Xiaoyaosan has the obvious anti-depression effect, and 46.3 g·kg-1 was proved the optimal dose.

      摘要:Objective: To report the preliminary result of virtual screening small molecule inhibitors of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)based on the traditional Chinese medicine database. Method: Based on the optimized complex structure of TNF-α bound with specific inhibitor (compound 307, PDB code 2AZ5), computer-aided structure-based virtual screening against Chinese Natural Product Database(CNPD) was conducted to determine the occurrence of herb-based TNF-α inhibitors in the software package Discovery Studio (2.5) of Accerlrys company. The virtual screening results were further filtered by predictive ADME simulation and predictive toxic simulation. Result: According to the dockscore of original inhibitor (compound 307) and the receptor as threshold value, 12 drug-like molecules were predicted to have good interactions with TNF-α. Conclusion: It is expected that the TNF-α small molecule inhibitors identified at present study could be helpful for development of new drug to treat rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of agueous extracts of Cassia obtusifolia on blood pressure,blood lipids,and kidney structure in cold-induced hypertensive mice. Method: C. obtusifolia water extracts was made. Miec were divided into normal control group, cold-stress control group, and cold-stress feeding groups(5, 10, 20 mg ·kg-1 ·DW),The control groups were given physiological saline as the control. After 18 days, blood pressure was measured by carotid intubatton and the contents of serum trireactive glyceride(TG), total cholesterol(CHO), low density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL)were also detected. Mice’s kidney were observed by routine histology inspection. Result: The blood pressure of cold-stress control group increased significantly compared with normal control group (P<0.01). Cold-stress feeding groups’ systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure were not evident compared with normal control group. The content of TG in cold-stress control group increased than it in normal control group(P<0.01), and the content of TG,TC in cold-stress feeding groups decreased compared with cold-stress control group(P<0.05). The content of LDL and HDL in cold-stress feeding group(10 mg·kg-1) decreased compared with cold-stress control group(P<0.05), and the others had no statistical significance compared with cold-stress control group. Renal histologic changes caused by cold-stress show severely enlarged glomeruli, narrowed Bowman’s spaces, and renal tubule edema. Nephrons of the cold-stress feeding groups were similar to the control group. Conclusion: The C. obtusifolia water extracts possesses the effects of decreasing blood pressure and modulating blood lipid contents and improving pathological changes of renal structure.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the treatment upon syndrome differentiation. Method: relevant literatures were reviewed via database and assessed via randomized controlled trial (RCT) scale.A1l reviewed literatures were assessed via Jadad quality scale.Data statistical analyses were performed by RevMan 4.2 software. Result: Five pieces of collected articles of RCT were evaluated(including 349 patients). The test for heterogeneity: P=0.38,indicating these 5 data had homogeneity,so we applied the fixed effect model.OR=3.07,95%(2.14,4.43);Z=6.04,P<0.00001. Conclusion: The treatment upon syndrome differentiation is effective to cure patients with constipation,has superiority over the treatment without syndrome differentiation.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Ulinnstatin on the level of serum procalcitonin and IL-6 in patients with urological septic shock. Method: Thirty patients with urological septic shock were randomLy divided into 2 groups-the test group and the control group. The control group accepted the general treatment, such as anti-shock, anti-infection and ICU. The test group accepted Ulfnastandn injection in addition. The levels of serum PCT and IL-6 in 30 patients with urological septic shock were serially measured at different time points by ICA and ELISA. And 20 health controls were included as well. Result: PCT and IL-6 level were significantly higher in patient group than health controls. PCT and IL-6 level in acute phase were higher than in recovery phase andand higher in the death group than in survival group.The PCT and IL-6 level in the test group were significantly lower than in the control group at every selected time points. Conclusion: PCT and IL-6 play important roles in the pathogenesis of sepsis and are valuable for early diagnosis and prognosis. Ulinastatin has protective effect on patients with Urological septic shock.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate intranasal administration as one of the ways of brain-targeted drug delivery system. Method: Showing the advantages of nasal administration through building the in vitro model of blood-brain barrier and researching the evaluation methods of drug concentration in brain. Result: The intranasal administration can increase the concentration of drug in the brain so as to accomplish brain-targeted drug delivery. Conclusion: Lack of in-depth understanding of blood-brain barrier is still the major problem existing in the brain-targeted drug delivery system,but with further studies on the transport mechanism of blood-brain barrier,the structural connection between nasal cavity and brain, the pathogenesis in the brain and the pharmacokinetics of brain- targeting drug a breakthrough in the research on brain-targeted drug delivery system can be expected.

      摘要:Objective: According to reports, allergic response induced by Yuxingcao injection always correlates with drug combination, especially with antibiotics. The research of compatible safety of Yuxingcao Injection focuses on the injection mixed with conventional infusion fluids and antibiotics. The physico-chemical property of the mixture may be stabilizing or may has different changes in pH, particulate counter or content etc. The endotoxin detection does not show positive report. Yuxingcao Injection doesn’t affect in vitro the bacteriostasis for many antibiotics, but has a synergistic effect on in vivo antimicrobial activity.

      摘要:In addition to syndrome differentiation based treatment, the use of anti-cancer herbs has become an important principle for cancer treatment. However, combination of different anti-cancer herb or herb and anti-cancer durgs may elicite synergisic or antagonistic therapeutic effects. There is a growing significance to explore the compatibility rule of anti-cancer herbs. This review focuses on a number of reports of anti-cancer herb-herb or herb-drug interactions, such as TCM theory based combinations, pharmacological study based compatibilitiy, dissection of empirical formulae, or herb-drug combinations. Related studies may provide new clue and basis to improve clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Uniform design is an experimental design suitable for test of multi-factor and multiple levels.It helps to reduce the number of trials, to prevent accidents and to accelerate data analysis in modern statistics. Instead of a large number of tests in orthogonal test, the application of Uniform design in complex prescription of Chinese medicine can greatly reduce the number of tests, which makes research on prescription with complex Chinese medicine easier. Howevers, there are limitation on lndex evaluation, range of compound drugs choices, setting of factors and level and interaction of factors. There is still much room for development of the method.
