摘要:Aim To determine the effect of Radix Saposhnikoviae (RS), Largehead Atractylodes Rh (LA) and White Paeony Root (WPR) on the colonic smooth muscle strips from rats in vitro and study the possible mechanisms. Methods The colonic longitudinal smooth muscle strips of rats were prepared. Sodium chloride (9g/L) was used as the control groups. We observed the effects of WPR, LA and RS on the spontaneous contraction in muscle strips. To further study its mechanisms, we also observed its effects on the strips fully influenced by three medicines (Naloxone, Propranolol and Phentolamine) in advance. Result Compared with the NS group, both LA and WPR had the promoting role on the contraction of colonic smooth muscle strips of rats in vitro. What’s more, the activity of LA was stronger than WPR. RS of different concentrations showed dose-dependent inhibitive effects on 10~40g/L in the spontaneous contraction of colonic muscle strips in vitro. Added acetylcholine, RS showed dose-dependent inhibitive effects in the contraction of muscle strips initiated by acetylcholine partly in vitro. Compared with the NS RS group, the area of NLT RS group had significant difference (P<0.05), so were the peak and area of FTLM RS group (P<0.01), while NS group was insignificant. Conclusion RS showed inhibitive effect on the spontaneous contraction of colonic smooth muscle strips of rats in vitro, while LA and WPR showed promoting effect. The mechanisms of inhibition are supposed to have close relations with the α-adrenoceptor and maybe also related with the M-cholinergic receptor.

摘要:Objective: To establish the best extraction method of Niuhuang Shangqing pellets. Method: L9 (34) orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimize the alcohol extraction process of rhubarb and baicalin with the yeild of emodin, chrysophanol and baicalin as evaluation target; L9 (34) orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimize the water extraction process of the rest herbs with the yeild of geniposide as evaluation target. Result :Optimum alcohol-extracting factors were 5 times of 70% alcohol, circum-fluence extracting for 1.5 h, for 3 times; Optimum water-extracting factors were 10 times of water, refluxing and extracting for 1h, for 2 times. Conclusion : The extraction method was designed reasonable and it was instructive to industrial production.  
摘要:Objective: A comprehensive evaluation on the quality of amomum villosum volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was carried out by taking the inclusion rate of bornyl acetate -β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound as the major quality index, and the yield of volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound as the supplementary quality index. Method: The content of bornyl acetate in amomum villosum volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was determined by GC. Result : In three batches amomum villosum volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound, inclusion rate of bornyl acetate was averaged 22.57%, RSD 1.752%; the yield of volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was 84.04%, RSD 0.157 4%. Conclusion : Amomum villosum volatile oil in three batches was successfully included by β-cyclodextrin, the major effective composition-bornyl acetate in amomum villosum volatile oil was constant, and the content of t amomum villosum volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound in three batches was very high. The quality standard of amomum villosum volatile oil -β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was established.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Bushen Yisui Granule. Method: An orthogonal test was adopted in this study. The content of loganin, psoralen and isopsoralen was used as index for optimizing the extraction condition with ethanol for Cornus officinalis and Salvia miltiorrhiza. The content of icaiin and the dried decocting rates was used as index for optimizing the extraction condition with water. Result: The best ethanol extraction technology was to extract for 1 h with 8 times of 60% ethanol 3 times. The best water extraction technology was to extract for 1 h with 10 times of water 3 times. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology was rational and can be used for the extraction process of Bushen Yisui Granule.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the best technics for preparing Rhizoma Coptidis with objective and quantitative indices by orthogonal experimental design. Method: The amount of ginger juice, baking temperature and baking time were selected as experiment actors and L9(34) orthogonal design was used. The best method was optimized with the relative peak area of common peaks in fingerprints of Rhizoma Coptidis and its bacteriostatic action as the investigate target. Results : The best preparative technic was as follows: Rhizoma Coptidis mixed with 20% ginger juice thoroughly decocted and moistened, baking at 100℃, for 90 min. Conclusion : The method is reasonable, simple, feasible and controllable comparing with the pharmacopeia method.

摘要:Objective: To study the optimum extraction process of alcohol-soluble components in cream with protecting skin against radiation. Method: By use of orthogonal experimental design L9(34),four factors that may effect the extraction had been studied,including volume and concentration of alcohol,extracting time and times.And the content of mollugin was determined by HPLC to screen out the best method of extraction conditions. Result :The best extracting technical conditions were as follows:12 times of 95% EtOH, extracting with reflux for 1.5 hours and 3 times. Conclusion :The optimized process was simple,fast and feasible with its stability and repeatability.  
摘要:Objective: To study the extraction and purification technology of total alkaloids in Folium Nelumbinis. Method: The total alkaloids were obtained by impregnation, concentration, Soxhlet extraction and alkaline separation. Acid dye colorimetry was used to determine total alkaloids in Folium Nelumbinis. Result: Folium Nelumbinis was soaked in 1% HCl/70% ethanol for 36 h 3 times. After neutralization and concentration, Soxhlet extraction was carried out for 3 hours with ethyl acetate. Then the concentrate was extracted successively by acidic water at pH 1 and ethyl acetate. 40% NaOH was used for alkaline separation. The content of total alkaloids was above 90%. Conclusion: This extraction and purification technology was convenient, feasible, and reproducible, that would provide basic for the research and development of Folium Nelumbinis.

摘要:Objective: The goal exploring optimal molding technology for Jingliukang cataplasmata, for demonstrated the feasibility and the Rationality of preparation technology. Method: Using the Tax shape sex,Sticky attach to nature,Softness,Residues of membrane,Extension,Uniformity,skin follow as the targets, Used single factor and Orthogonal design test method, the experimental results has been tested of grading consistency, choose the best molding Technology parameters. Result : In preparation formula mix the extract with the accessories by 1 ∶2 ratio, the Accessories of Ratio of each component is PVA ∶Sodium alginate ∶Glycerol ∶CMC-Na 0.5 ∶2 ∶1 ∶0.8 is appropriate ratio, the best condition of Molding Technology is ultrasound exhaust, adding 15mL water so that the water content of 30%. Conclusion : The molding technology test of Jingliukang cataplasmata is reasonable,feasible,applied to industrial production.

摘要:Objective: To acquire a technique with which the ginseng anti-wrinkle hairdressing additive extracts (GAHAE) can be decolored with macroporous resin. Method: The optimum technique of decoloring with the macroporous resin selected from three different types was gained in terms of the ratio of pigment removing and ginsenoside Rg1 acquiring. Result :The SA-2 macroporous resin was selected for decoloring GAHAE, the decoloration ratio was not less than 70%, and the pick-up ratio of ginsenoside Rg1 was about 90%. Conclusion :The effect of decoloring GAHAE by this method was distinct, the pick-up ratio of ginsenoside Rg1 was high; the method was changeless and easy, and could be scaled up to industrial production.  
摘要:Objective: To select the macroporous adsorption resins to separate and purify the total flavonoids(phenolic acids) from Herba Lycopi. Method: UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the total flavonoids(phenolic acids); HPLC was used to determin caffeic acid and analyze the characteristic peaks of Fingerprint. Result :S-8 was the best macroporous adsorption resin on the rate of static desorption and dynamic desorption. Conclusion :S-8 was fit for seperating and purifying total flavonoids(phenolic acids) from Herba Lycopi.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a simple,accurate method of HPLC to determine reduced and total vitamin C from Rosa roxburghii. Method: The method was developed with the condition as follows:DiamonsilTM C18 colum(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm), methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(5 ∶95)as the mobile phase with the speed of 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 225 nm. Reduced and total vitamin C was detected before and after DTT reduction respedively. Result : The linear range of determination for reduced vitamin C was 0.074 1~0.666 9 μg (r=0.999 9) with the average recovery of 102.64%, RSD 1.13%, and the linear range of determination for total vitamin C was 0.050 25~0.804 μg(r=0.999 9)with the average recovery of 98.32%, RSD 1.12%. Conclusion : The method was simple, specific, and suitable for the determination of reduced and total vitamin C in R. roxburghii. By using HPLC method to detect the vitamin C contents of R. roxburghii with the similar wildlife habitats and altitudes in Guizhou province, it was found they that the content of vitamin C had no difference, and their average content was 1 142.11 g ·L-1.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of bergenin in compound Fufangaidicha Tablet. Method: Bergenin was determined by HPLC. Agilent DB-Cl8 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (20 ∶80). The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. The column temperature was at 35 ℃; The detection wavelength was at 275 nm. Result : The linear ranges of Bergenin was in 0.050 72~0.760 8 μg (r=0.999 9), the average recovery (n=9) was 100.6% with RSD 1.8%. Conclusion : The method can be used for the quality control of Fufangaidicha Tablets.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of β-selinene in Laggera pterodonta(DC.)Benth Oil by GC. Method: The GC equipped with FID detector,and a HP-5MS capillary column was used. The temperature program of column oven was set as follows: 80 ℃ for 2 min, increased to 150 ℃ at a rate of 2 ℃ ·min-1, then at 10 ℃ ·min-1 to 200℃, held for 8 min. Result : β-selinene was linear (r=0.999 9, n=5) in the range of 0.014 76~0.590 4 μg; The average recovery was 99.38% (n=6), and RSD 1.26%. Conclusion: The method can be used to determine the content of β- selinene in L. pterodonta Oil.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a SPE-HPLC method for the determination of saikosaponin D in rat plasma after being administered Radix Bupleuri water extract intragastrically. Method: The blood was taken from rat orbital venous at different time points, and the plasma was purified by using the Waters Oasis solid-phase extraction column. The eluate was dried with nitrogen, and then dissolved with mobile phase. The saikosaponin D was analyzed by chromatographic system consisting of YMC-Pack ODS C18column and acetonitrile-water as mobile phase. Result : Saikosaponin D was linear in range of 1.28-81.60 μg ·mL-1 (r = 0.997 8). And the quantitative limit was 1.28 μg ·mL-1. Relative recovery was 94.6%-102.8%; And the within-day precision and between-day precision were less than 8% (RSD). Conclusion: This method is sensitive, accurate, and can be used for determination of saikosaponin D in rat plasma.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of tetrandrine and fangchinoline fram Stephania tetrandra. S. Moore. Method: The condition for HPLC was C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm,Agilent), the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-water-triethylamine (55 ∶25 ∶20 ∶0.05), the detection wavelength was 282 nm. Result : The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.386-3.86 μg and 0.366-3.66 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 and 0.999 9 respectively.The average recovery of total tetrandrine and fangchinoline was 100.1%,RSD 1.79%. Conclusion : The method can be used for the quality control of Stephania tetrandra. S. Moore.

摘要:Objective: To Analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from the leaves and flowers of Dimocarpus longan Lour. in Guangxi. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from the leaves and flowers of D. longan by steam distillation. The constituents of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS technology. Result :The yield of the collected volatile oil of the leaves and flowers of D. longan was 0.35%, 0.20% respectively. 39 compounds constituting 96.2% of the oil of leaves were identified. 32 compounds constituting 97.01% of the oil of flowers were identified. Conclusion :The GC-MS is a simple, rapid and sensitive method. It can provide a scientific basis for rational use of the leaves and flowers of D. longan in Guangxi.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a pre-column derivatization method for HPLC fingerprint analysis of Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum. Method: Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum was derivated by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene. HPLC analysis was performed on Column Phenomenex Luna 5u C18 (2) 100R (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), with a mixture of methanol and acetate buffer as mobile phase in gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1, wavelength was set at 360 nm, and column temperature was at 20 ℃. Result : Seventeen kinds of amino acids in Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum were detected, of which 10 kinds of essential amino acids showed a concordance with the content and market price. Conclusion : Good precision, stability and repetition were showed.The method provides ideas and guide in the quality control of the valuable Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC method for determining tanshinone ⅡA in danxiong dropping pills. Method: The analysis was carried out on a column of Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-water (88 ∶12) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 268 nm. Result: Tanshinone ⅡA was linear in range of 4.48~89.6 μg ·mL-1. The average recovery was 99.76% and RSD was 1.45%. Conclusion : The method can be used to determine tanshinone ⅡA in danxiong dropping pills.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the application of isolated heart perfusion technique to evaluate the bioactivity of antianginal Chinese medicine. Method: Isolated guinea pig heart perfusion was performed with Langendorff method to measure the change in perfusion volume of coronary pre and after administrating the 5 antianginal chinese medicines such as Danshen Injection, Guanxinnin Injection, Xiangdan Injection, Danhong Injection and Danshen for Injection. Result : All 5 injections above could dilate the coronary and increase the perfusion volume, but there was discrepancy in the increase of perfusion volume at the same dose of different lot number from same injection. Conclusion : It may be possible that Langendorff isolated heart perfusion technique would become a good method for evaluating the bioactivity of antianginal Chinese medicine and deserves further probe.

摘要:Objective: The RP-HPLC method for determination of Berberine HydrochLoride in mongoLian herbal drug Tufuling Qiwei Powder was established. Method: Xterra (3.9 mm×150 mm,4 μm) was used as chromatographic column, acetonitriLe-water (30 ∶70) as a mobile phase, The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 and detection wavelength was at 345 nm. Result: The linear range of Berberine Hydrochloride was 19~228 mg·L-1, r=0.999 8.The average recovery rate was 101.8%,RSD 1.87% (n=5). Conclusion: The method was simple accurate and rapid with good reproducibility.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of compatibility using glycyrrhiza and rhubarb on pharmacokinetics of rhein in rats. Method: Sprague Dawley rats were administrated with rhubarb and Dahuanggancao Decoction respectively. The rhein in plasma was measured by high performance liquid chromatography. An HPLC method was established with Zorbox SB C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid (77 ∶22 ∶1), the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min- 1 and a detection wavelength was at 428 nm. Pharmacokinetic parameters were determined from the plasma concentration-time data with the software 3P97. Result : Rhein was linear in the range of 0.1-15 mg ·L-1. The concentration-time curves of rhein fitted well into two-compartment models in rats. Significant difference was found between the two groups. There existed significant ( P<0.05) differences in AUC,Tmax,Cmax in plasma concentration of rhein between rhubarb and Dahuanggancao Decoction. Conclusion : The concentration of rhein was decrease and the hepatic injury was reduced when glycyrrhiza was compatible with rhubarb in rats.

摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Shexiang Niuhuang pill. Method: Angelica sinensis Diels, borneolum Syntheticum, Coptis chinensis Franch and Phellodendron chinense Cortex were identified by TLC, The content of emodin and chrysophanol in Shexiang Niuhuang pill was determined by HPLC, The separation was performed on Kromasil ODS column with methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid (75 ∶25) as mobile phase; The UV detector was set at 254 nm. Result :The spots in the TLC were clear and identified without the interference of negative control. The linear range of Emodin was 0.0418-0.2090 μg, and which of Chrysophanol was 0.0759-0.3792 μg(r=0.9999). Conclusion :The average recovery of Emodin was 99.63% with RSD of 2.94%(n=6), and which of Chrysophanol was 99.63% with RSD of 1.83%(n=6).  
摘要:Objective: To study the chemical components of the volatile oil from cultivated Asarum which collected from different places. Method: The volatile oil were obtained by steam distillation.The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents in the volatile oil were determined by area nomalization. Result: There are 59-66 chemical components were separated and identified. There are 33 common components in the cultivated Asarum collected from different places and the principle Component are Methyleugenol and Safrole. Conclusion: There are differences in the amount of volatile oil and the component of volatile oil of cultivated Asarum collected from different places.

摘要:Objective: To analyze and compare the volatile components which were extracted from entire plants of Orixa japonica . Method: The volatile components were extracted from entire plants of Orixa japonica Thunb. by the methods of SPME and the chemical components of them were identified by GC-MS. Result: Eighty-five compounds were extracted from entire plants of Orixa japonica ,eighty-three compounds were identified. The main volatile components of root are 1-methyl-5,6-divinyl-1-cyclohexene(80.70%) and 3-methyl-3,4-divinyl-1-cyclohexene (7.59%), the main volatile components of stem are α-pinene(36.12%), benzyl is onitrile(14.46%), Benzyl is ocyanide (12.57%) and 2-decanone (4.59%), the main volatile components of leaf are 2-Hexenal (21.11%), diktaminin(19.00%), sabinen(10.79%) and caryophyllene oxide (6.25%). Conclusion: Contain volatile components in the entire plants of Orixa japonica are quite different, eleven compounds were common in both of root,stem and leaf. The results of the studies can be referenced when the entire plants of Orixa japonica need to be further studied.

摘要:Objective: Discussion on interference problem of the content of bacterial endotoxin in six kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine injection by nonspecific and specific chromogenic technique of limulus test. Method: Yuxingcao, Shuanghuanglian, Qingkailing, Gegensu, Xiangdan injections and Shuanghuanglian Fenzhenji were detected by nonspecific and specific chromogenic technique. Result: The interference during detective process can be removed effectively by using specific chromogenic technique, such as Qingkailing, shuanghuanglian, Xiangdan injections. Conclusion: Using Specific chromogenic technique of limulus test as a substitute for nonspecific chromogenic technique is a effective method in removing the detection interference.

摘要:Objective: To compare the contents of flavonoids in radix astragali tap root and lateral root. Method: Use calycosin and fermononetin as the indicators, determination of the contents of their in radix astragali tap root and lateral root by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Result: The average contents of calycosin and fermononetin in lateral root higher than the tap root were 28.00%,29.84%. Conclusion: The research with positive significance to the astragalus quality evaluation, and worth to be further study.  
摘要:Objective: The research amied to provide the scientific basis for the sustainable utilization and reasonable utilization of medicinal plants resources for tangshan area. Method: Using the methods of field investigation, questionnaire survey, date collection,samples collection and indentification, investigation of medicinal herbs resources reserves,chemical composition test,the species composition and medical value of medicine herbs in the Mountain Yaodai were understood. Result: According to years of field investigation,most of medicinal herbs were wildspecies,78 families 196 genera and 237 species (not including variation,from and subspecies) of medicinal herbs were found.The vast majority of species composition was the angiosperms,total 225 species, 94.94% of the total number of species.Among it Rosaceae, Compositae, Leguminosae, Liliaceae were the dominant families and genera. 1/3 of the total number of species. The medicate part and curative effect of the medicinal herbs were statistical studied, the special local traditional Chinese medicine was mainly introduced,and the suggestions for rational development and utilization of medicinal plants resources were put forward. Conclusion: There were rich medicine herbs in Mountain Yaodai, species, families and genera were composed of rational type, ecological and environmental protection were good,it had great value for development.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the origin of different Solanum nigrum , habitat, at different growth stages and different medicinal parts of the dynamics of soluble sugars, for the development of standardization of S. nigrum cultivation measures provide a theoretical basis. Method: 80% ethanol 8 mL of ultrasonic extraction two times, each time 30 min, with phenol - sulfuric acid colorimetric determination of soluble sugar content. Result: Solanum nigrum soluble sugar content the comply with the following rules: root<stem and lea<fruit. Different growth cycle root and stem and leaf to meet: the early fruiting stage<bud Issue<mature<before maturity<seedling. Different growth cycle of fruit to meet: fruit<young fruit<ripe fruit. Conclusion: In the growth process of S. nigrum, S. nigrum soluble sugar content as its growth and development process of change. S. nigrum according to carbon metabolism at different times in its various organs in the development and changes in cultivation techniques to take reasonable and appropriate fertilizer measures to better co-ordinated control of a good growth of S. nigrum, S. nigrum in order to promote high yield, quality.  
摘要:Objective: Effects of soil inorganic elements on the content of inorganic elements and baicalin in Scutellaria were examined. Method: The content of baicalin and inorganic elements in medicinal material and inorganic elements in soil were determined, and the data obtained was analysed by SPSS 13.0. Result: Scutellaria accumulated phosphorus, zinc and selenium. The transfer ability of phosphorus, zinc and selenium was more strongly than other elements. Selenium had significantly positive correlation between its soil content and medicinal material content. In medicinal material, Baicalin had significantly positive correlation with phosphorus and negative correlation with zinc and selenium. Conclusion: The content of elements in Scutellaria used this experiment was low, especially microelement. The content of many elements in soil had less effect on their content in medicinal material. The content of baicalin may be affected by the inorganic elements content of medicinal material.  
摘要:Objective: To study the intestine absorption of andrographolide. Method: The isolated everted intestine model was used to study the absorption in different regions of rat intestine(duodenum, jejunum,ileum,colon). The samples were collected at different time and determined with HPLC in combination with ultraviolet detector. Result: The intestine absorption rate constant increased along with andrographolide concentration. The absorption rate had no significant difference between different regions of intestines and different andrographolide concentration. Conclusion: The absorption of andrographolide showed passive diffusion process and didn’t contain a special absorption window.

摘要:Objective: To study the pathological damage mechanism of rats,nephrotoxicity after taking a large dose of alcohol extracted components of herba leonuri for a long time. Method: According to 45-day toxicity by experimental methods, to carry out the histopathologic examination of nephridial tissue;to detect the content of MDA,total SH,GSH and activity of SOD,GSH-Px in serum. Result: Histopathological examination shows: the high, medium and low dose group of alcohol extracted components of herba leonuri can induce the different degrees of renal tubular injury,and the damage gradually aggravates with dose increasing; can induce the content of total-SH,MDA in serum increasing, GSH in serum decreasing and the activity of SOD,GSH-Px decreasing in serum, and the above-mentioned change gradually aggravates with dose increasing, and it is the obvious discrepancy compared with control group. Conclusion: The oxidative damage mechanism may be one of the pathological damage mechanisms caused by Herba Leonuri.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the function of taxol combining with cephalomannine on apoptosis of liver cancer cell HepG2. Method: The inhibitory rates of taxol and cephalomannine alone or different combinations of taxol and cephalomannine on HepG2 cells were examined by MTT assay.The HepG2 cells of control group, cephalomannine group, taxol group and the combination group were stained by PI and Annexin V-FITC/PI,the cell cycle distribution and the apoptosis rates were detected by flow cytometry. Result: MTT assay showed different combination schemes had different inhibitory effects. The synergistic effects was seen in Scheme2 (HepG2 cells were treated with cephalomannin firstly and successively treated with taxol) and Scheme3(HepG2 cells were treated with taxol firstly and successively treated with cephalomannin). Conclusion: Taxol combining with cephalomannine can definitely inhibit the growth of liver cancer cell HepG2 in vitro, and induce apoptosis for the cancer cell.

摘要:Objective: To compare depression effects of rhubarb aglycone associated thrombolysis using at different time windows through artery on neurocyte apoptosis and its correlated controlling gene in rats with thrombus-occluded cerebral ischemia. Method: Rats were randomly divided into sham-operated, model, urokinase thrombolysis, rhubarb aglycone and associated groups. Rat model of thrombus-occluded cerebral ischemic was duplicated through the occlusion of middle cerebral artery by using the embolus of rat autologous blood blot and being inserted with nylon thread. At the time of 3, 6, 9 h after the operation of cerebral ischemia, rats were underwent treatment of thrombolysis by using urokinase through the pipe in internal carotid artery. At 24 h after urokinase thrombolysis, rats brain were taken, and then brain pathological changes were observed. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the brain neurocyte apoptosis (TUNEL cell number), and then the expression of Bax, caspase-3 and Bcl-2 were measured in the study. Result: Compared with sham-operated group, pathological changes were obvious, TUNEL cell numbers and expression of Bax, Caspase-3 increased in model group, while expression of Bcl-2 decreased. TUNEL cell numbers in each administration group decreased and expression of Bax, caspase-3 in 6, 9 h groups of administration attenuated, while expression of Bcl-2 up regulated in 6 h groups, these changes appeared more significant in 3 h group than that in 9 h group. In comparison with each simple administration group, TUNEL cell numbers in association group reduced, and expression of Bax, caspase-3 in 6, 9 h group attenuated, and expression of Bcl-2 up regulated. Conclusion: Up regulation of expression in promoting apoptosis and down regulation of expression in inhibiting apoptosis could be caused by injury of cerebral ischemia and the changes became more obvious following the prolonging of ischemia time. Rhubarb aglycone and thrombolysis could inhibit apoptosis, but effects of their association appeared more significant. Association of rhubarb aglycone and thrombolysis could inhibit apoptosis by up regulating expression of Bax and caspase-3, as well as down regulating expression of Bcl-2.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti\|aging effect of Yishou Yin through experimental studies. Method: The subacute aging models were establishe by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose daily for consecutive 45 d in mice. Mice of normal group, model group, positive drug group (Vitamine E 20 mg \5kg-1) and three different doses of Yishou Yin (1, 2, 3 g crude drug \5kg-1) were intragastric administrated for 45 d. The level of superoxide dismutase (SOD), cholinesterase (CHE) in serum and monoamine oxidase (MAO) in brain were detected. Result: Compared with model group, three doses Yishou Yin and the positive drug improved the activities of SOD and CHE in serum remarkably( P <0.05, P <0.01), and the contents of MAO in brain were decreased notably, too ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Yishou Yin shows a good anti\|aging action on the subacute aging model induced by D-galactose, and this may be related to the activity of SOD, CHE and MAO in the body.  
摘要:Objective: Study on antitumor activity of Qilongyi Capsules,and its influence to SOD and MDA in serum of tumor-bearing mice. Method: Used models of human gastric cancer BGC-823,tumors S180, liver cancer H22 ascites tumors.And used the methods of Qilongyi Capsules which were divided into three groups,hig,middle and low. Result: The Qinglongyi Capsules had remarkable affects at suppressing tumor,its inhibition rate on the tumors over 68.1%(P<0.01) to tumor-bearing nude mice and over 61.2%(P<0.01) to tumor-bearing mice,can significantly increase SOD levels(P<0.05) and lower MDA level(P<0.05),and the life span was increased to 86.6%(P<0.01) for mouse with H22 and solid tumors. Conclusions: Through the experiments we can prove that Qilongyi Capsules has remarkable antitumor activity.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Concentrated Mineral Water and Chinese Hebal Compound (HYYPSCS) on gastrointestinal function in mice. Method: HYYPSCS (7700,3850 and 1925 mg·kg-1) was ig administrated once a day for 5 days. Acute gastric lesion was induced by ethanol in mice. The ulcer index,ulcer inhibition rate,SOD,MDA and the effect of HYYPSCS on intestinal activities was assessed. Result: Compared with ethanol group,HYYPSCS significantly reduced the ulcer index ( P <0.01),MDA activity ( P <0.01) and SOD activity was significantly increased ( P <0.05). Compared with Normal group,HYYPSCS can significantly excited intestinal propulsive function ( P <0.01). Conclusion: HYYPSCS can excite gastrointestinal peristalsis and has protective effect on the gastric lesion induced by ethanol in mice.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effect of cerebrospinal fluid containing Zhenganxifeng decoction (CSF-ZGXF) on pc12 cell induced by 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion (MPP+). Method: Neurotoxicity was induced by addition of MPP+ into PC12 cell cultures. And different doses of CSF-ZGXF were administrated 24 h before addition of MPP+ into PC12 cell cutrure. Cell viability, mRNA and protein of Bax and Bcl-2 expression was assayed by MTT, real-time PCR and western blot. Result: Optical density for PC12 cells treated with MPP+ for 48\|96 h was lower than that of the control group. The mRNA and protein expression of Bcl-2 was down-regulated and those of Bax was up-regulated in MPP+ groups compared with the control group. The mRNA and protein expression of Bcl-2 were up-regulated and those of Bax were down-regulated in CSF-ZGXF group compared with the MPP+ group. Conclusion: The results suggest that protective effect of CSF-ZGXF on PC12 cells may correlate with down-regulation of mRNA and protein expression of Bax and up-regulation of those of Bcl-2.  
摘要:Objective: To study the spectrum-effect relationship for active Components from Taohong Siwutang(THSWD) in dysmenorrheal model mice. Method: The effects of different extracted parts of THSWD were investigated in dysmenorrheal mice mode. The corresponding parts from THSWD and its constituent herbs were chemically analyzed using GC\|MS and bioassaies were carryied out using dysmenorrheal mice mode in vivo. Regression and correlation analysis was made to discern the relationship between each peak and the pharmacologic data. Result: The petroleum ether extraction of THSWD is the active component. Unsaturated fatty acids are the essential components of THSWD. The linoleic acid as the major constituent is also significantly correlated with latency period and the frequency of writhing reaction. The 9-octadecenoic acid, eicosanoic acid and heptacosane have a certain degree of synergy on the analgesic effect. Conclusion: The data suggest that the methods are helpful for screening bioactive components from complex mixtures, such as the extracts of TCM.

摘要:Objective: To inquire the dose-effect relationship of Chinese medicine prepared aconite root (PAT) on effect of reviving the Yang for resuscitation, and to provide the experimental basis for security administration. Method: Build the isolated frog heart failure model with low calcium Ren liquid and measure the myocardial contractile force of isolated frog heart failure model; Build mouse deficiency of kidney-Yang model with irrigating the stomach giving Hydrocortisone and measure plasma cyclic adenosine monophosphate (c-AMP) content, cyclic guanosine monophosphate (c-GMP) content, and the ratio of c-AMP and c-GMP, endothelinimmune(ET), organs thymus、spleen coefficient of mouse. Result: There was direct correlation between dose of PAT and effect of changing growth rate of the myocardial contractile force within 2.5-20 g \5L-1; There was direct correlation between dose of PAT and effect of changing c-GMP,c-AMP/ c-GMP,organs thymus and spleen coefficient within 0.72-5.78 g \5kg-1 dose range;There was direct correlation between dose of PAT and effect of changing c-AMP within 0.72-7.22 g \5kg-1 dose range; There was direct correlation between dose of PAT and effect of changing c-AMP within 0.72-4.33 g \5kg-1 dose range. Conclusion: The effect of reviving the Yang for resuscitation was notable and showed dosage-effect relationship. The conclusion from these experiments could hint the range of 5.56-44.44 g \5d-1 as clinic dose range, or toxicity become apparent.

摘要:Objective:To study the antiepileptic effect of different parts of Acori tatarinowii for pentylenetetrazol kindling rats. Method: Eighty SD rats were intraperitoneally injected with pentylenetetrazol solution at a dosage of 35 mg·kg-1 once every the other day for 14 times. The successfully kindled rats for epilepsy were then divided into 8 groups and drugs were ig given once a day accordingly. Volatile oil from Acorus tatarinowii was given at 50 mg·kg-1; the high doses of liquid extract with the volatile oil removed from A. tatarinowii at 28 g·kg-1; the medium dose of liquid extract with the volatile oil removed at 14 g·kg-1; the low-dose at 7 g·kg-1;β-asarone at 100 mg·kg-1;α-asarone at 70 mg·kg-1. Positive control group was given sodium valproate at 126 mg·kg-1. The normal group of 5 rats was given a normal ration without any special treatment. The model group was given the same volume of physiological saline. 36 days after the above mentioned treatments, the rats were injected intraperitoneally with the same dose of pentylenetetrazol, a test was done to determine the efficacy: the potential seizure observation time, the level and frequency of attacks, and the number of wet dogs. Result:The frequency of third-level seizure attack in the high dose group of A. tatarinowii water extracts without oil was reduced significantly(P0.05). The frequency of the second-level attack after the treatment by means of α-asarone was reduced significantly(P0.05), and the frequency of the third-level attack was also reduced significantly(P0.01). Conclusion:The ingredients for antiepileptic effect in A. tatarinowii are its water-soluble parts and α-asarone.  
摘要:Objective: This experiment aim to observe the relationship between sedative and hypnic actions of the Ursolic acid and quercitrin with nitric oxide (NO) and immune regulation mechanism of sleep. Method: The experiment respectively surveyed the indicatrix after intraperitoneal injection of ursolic acid and quercitrin in brain of both nomal and sleep-deprived rats. The assaying of NO is through the method of Griess. The assaying of LI-α and TNF-β is through the method of radioimmunity. Result: ① Two hours after intraperitoneal injection of ursolic acid in normal rat,the level of NO in every encephalic region and IL-1β in blood serum, hippocampus and hypothalamus were enhanced, as well as the amount of TNF-α was slightly increased. But compared with blank group, all results wasn’t different significant. ②Two hours after intraperitoneal injection of quercitrin in normal rat, the amount of NO in every encephalic region was cut down;The levels of LI-1β and TNF-α in blood serum and each encephalic was raised, especially the amount of LI-1β in hypothalamus was increade markedly compared with blank group. ③ Four hours after intraperitoneal injection of ursolic acid in sleep-deprivated rat, the amount of NO in brain were increased compared with either blank or model group,having significant different;the amount of IL-1β in blood serum was significantly elevated compared with either blank or model group. The levels of LI-1β and TNF-α in blood serum, hippocampus and hypothalamus were enhanced, but it was insignificant. ④ Four hours after intraperitoneal injection of quercitrin in sleep-deprived rats, the level of NO in every encephalic region were enhanced, compared with blank and model group,it had significant difference. The level of IL-1β in blood serum was enhanced compared with blank and model group, it had significant different. The amount of LI-1β in hippocampus and hypothalamus was increased significantly compared with blank group. The level of TNF-α in hypothalamus was enhanced significantly. Conclusion: The sedative and hypnic actions of ursolic acid and quercitrin are related with NO and immune regulation mechanism of sleep. Quercitrin of influencing sleep-deprived rat’ sleep is probably related to NO and immunoregulation mechanism. For nomal rat immunoregulation mechanism may be participate in.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Xingyi Jiangtangling on the of serum nitric oxide (NO)and plasma endothelin vessels (ET) in diabetic rats. Method: The model of diabetic rats was established by one-off high-dose intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin and then concomitant hypodermic injection with thyroid.Then the changes of theNo1-ET will be obtaind through observation and comparison between drug treatment group and the control model.Xingyi jiangtangling and liuweidihuangwan in the treatment group can not only decline the rat blood sugar but improve the changes of the No,ET-1. Result: that of the effects of the Xingyi Jiangtangling are better than the positive control group of Liuweidihuangwan obviously. It was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: Xingyi jianggtangling plays an important role in the process of improving blood flowing and reducing diabetic complications when it corrects the unbalanced NO and ET-1.

摘要:Objective: Experimental observation on effectiveness of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang for treatment of hyperlipidemia in order to provide pharmacodynamic basis for clinical treatment. Method: Rats were given high fat diet for 4 weeks, resulting in model of hyperlipidemia, meanwhile three doses of the modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang was given. Changes in body weight, TG, CHOL, LDL, HDL, apoA1, apoB, SOD, MDA were observed during the process. Result: Body weight of high-dose group was increased compared with the model group at the same period. Serum triglyceride in three dosage groups was significantly reduced, serum CHOL, LDL levels in high-dose group were significantly reduced compared with the model group (P<0.05). Serum HDL levels in three dosage groups were increased to some degrees compared with model group, however, without significance. The levels of serum apo A1 had no significant changes in three dosage groups, while apo B levels in the three dosage groups and in the positive control group of steatohepatitis appeared a trend of decrease, the most obvious one was in the high dose group compared with the model group. SOD activity was increased to various degree in three dosage groups while with reduced MDA content compared with model group, the most obvious one was the high dose group. Conclusion: The modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang can clearly improve the parameters related to hyperlipidemia.  
摘要:Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of the skullcap, Bupleurum chinense and their compatible extract on cell infected by Coxsackievirus B3m (CVB3m) in vitro. Method : We used microcell culture method to observe the effect of the skullcap extract, the B. chinense extract and their compatible extract on antivirus and cell protection. We detected the restrained indexes of the three kinds of drugs on CVB3m and the cell protection rate by the three kinds of drugs when the cell was infected by CVB3m. Result : The skullcap extract could directly kill CVB3m in vitro when its concentration was 1.563 g ·L-1, but the B. chinense extract and their compatible extract did not show this effect. The three kinds of drugs could protect cell infected by CVB3m.The effect of the B. group and the compatibility group was better than the skullcap groups when the drugs were administered in advance(P<0.05). The effect of the skullcap group and the compatibility group were better than the B. chinense group when the drugs were administered after infection (P<0.05). Conclusion : The three kinds of drugs can inhibit replication of CVB3m and protect cells from CVB3m. The effect of inhibiting virus of the Skullcap extract was better than the others. The effect of protecting cell of the B. chinense extract and the compatibility group were better than the Skullcap group.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of total saponins from balsam pear(TSBP) on insulin resistance, adiponectin, leptin in rat model of type 2 diabetes. Method : The mice model of type 2 diabetes was established by eating food containing high sugar and fat and injected a samll dosage of streptozotocin (STZ). The levels of FBG, FINS, adiponectin and leptin in blood plasma were measured, and ISI was calculated. Finally, the effect of TSBP in rat model of type 2 diabetes was evaluated. Result : Compared with control group, TSBP groups and diformin tablet group could significantly decrease the level of FBG and FINS (P<0. 01), and significantly rise ISI. TSBP groups could elevate the level of adiponectin, and decrease the level of leptin. Conclusion : TSBP can improve insulin resistance and has hypoglycemic action.  
摘要:Objective: To observe bacteriological characteristics, antimicrobial susceptibility, clinical characteristics of the diabetic’s urinary tract infection and clinical curative effect cured by the treatment of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. Method: 88 diabetics with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups and conventional antibiotic therapy was used in both groups. The treatment group (46 cases) additionally used traditional decoction. Observing diabetic’s urinary tract infection bacteriological characteristics, antimicrobial susceptibility, clinical characteristics, clinical symptoms before and after treatment and the index changes detected by laboratory. Result: Bacterial culture results show that, in recent years, bacterial group causing infections caused by the bacterium is still gram-negative bacilli. However, the ratio of gram-positive bacteria is higher than reported before. Susceptibility: gram-negative bacterium have higher sensitivity to imipenem, cefoperazone combining resistant to β lactam antibiotics enzymes. Gram-positive bacterium have higher sensitivity to vancomycin, piperacillin or amoxicillin combining resistant to β lactam antibiotics enzymes. Whereas quinolone antibiotic usually used for urinary tract infection have higher resistance relatively. The main factors causing infection are high blood sugar, high urine sugar and older age. The total effective rate in treatment group is 95.65% and comparison group is 88.09%. Comparison difference between groups has statistically significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment combining traditional Chinese and western medicine for diabetic patients with urinary tract infection has good effects of prevention and cure.

摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong Injection plus Buyang Huanwu decotion for treat Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients. Method :Ninety-six cases of Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients were divided into observe group 56 cases and control group 40 cases.two group were treat by basical treatment and Buyang Huanwu decotion, observe group were also treated by Shuxuetong Injection.The patients were observed The clinical therapeutic effects,the score of the nerve function defect grades and the changes of blood viscosity,Coagulative Factor after 15 days treat in two groups. Result :The total effective rate of the observe group was 91.1%and 82.5%for the control group, there were significant difference between two groups (P<0.05),the indicatorsin of observe group were more better than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: It is indicated that Shuxuetong Injection plus Buyang Huanwu decotion is an effective way in treatment of Acute cerebral infarction.

摘要:Objective: To discuss the evaluation of amebia plasper that may prevent and treat chemical phlebitis. Method : The test employed 24 health new zealand white rabbits, right ears as test group and left ears as control group. Test group and left group were all injected doxorubicin 5 mg with 2 g ·L-1 concentration and then established an injury model of rabbit ear vein.Test group were given amebia plasper, but control group were not. Result : There were statistically significant in the pathology of partial venous between test group and control on rabbit ear vein(P<0.05). Conclusion : Amebia plasper was a kind of effective medicine to prevent and treat phlebitis from reducing vein injury and protecting blood vessels.

摘要:Objective: To explore experiments of Chinese herbal compound prescriptions on for treatment of renal fibrosis though the published papers. Method: To search for 'Chinese medicine and renal fibrosis’ under the term of 'Document Title’ in China knowledge internet (CNKI), and the time was limited between 2000 to 2010 year, all the papers were then classified and summarized. Result : Our study showed that there were 25 papers including 15 Chinese herbal compound prescriptions . And 11 Chinese herbal compound prescriptions were important in them. Conclusion : The studies of Chinese herbal compound prescriptions go deep into the levels of cytology and protein expression in the treatment of renal fibrosis, but these experiments were still lack of systematic study.  
摘要:Objective: To outline the application of biotechnology in decreasing the toxicity and increasing the efficacy of Tripterygium. Method : The related literatures, including articles concerning biologically targeting drug delivery, modifying a ingredient by enzymes or cells, isolating effective components from endophytes and the overall fermentation of Tripterygium. Result : By delivering drugs to the lesion site, modifying an ingredient, isolating effective components from endophytes and overall fermenting of Tripterygium, the biotechnology could decrease the toxicity and increase the efficacy of Tripterygium at both monomer and overall level. Conclusion : The application of biotechnology, including biotransforming effective ingredients of Tripterygium by type and genetic engineering bacteria, screening the best targets from the related genes of biotical detoxification and toxicological effects, and synthesizing their inhibitors to get the efficacy components, will be an important direction in the research of Tripterygium.

摘要:Objective: To review advances of absorption pharmacokinetics study of scutellarin and strategies for its absorption enhancement. Method : According to the findings made in the related researches, absorption characteristic of scutellarin by peroral, nasal, pulmonary and transdermal delivery and the strategies for its absorption enhancement are summarized. Result : The low oral bioavailability could be attributed to its poor solubility both in water and in oil, MRP2-efflux function and metabolism in the gastrointestinal tract. Conclusion : The oral absorption of scutellarin could be enhanced by improving its solubility either in water or in oil, inhibiting drug efflux and developing micro and nano drug delivery systems. In addition, nasal, pulmonary and transdermal drug delivery might be considered as non-invasive systemic delivery of scutellarin.

摘要:Glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β) can be applied in the regulation of cellular differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis of cancer cells by means of moderating NF-κB signaling pathway and other protein factors. Meanwhile, it plays an important role in the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric conditions by involvement with the behavioral control of monoamine neurotransmitter. Moreover, GSK-3β mediates the development of neurodegenerative disease by affecting pathways other than Wnt. Consequently, GSK-3β is rapidly becoming a powerful target in the treatment of many critical illnesses. National researchers have made lots of efforts in the research and development of GSK-3β inhibitors, and attained great accomplishments. Therefore, development of various GSK-3β inhibitors to regulate protein factors and signaling pathways is a new strategy for treatment of main diseases.  
摘要:Objective: To define the present situation of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) decoction based on references in recent 30 years. Method: The case reports of adverse reaction caused by TCM decoction were collected from medical literature . Result: The case reports were increased in recent years. Thirty one cases were reported in 25 literatures. In the all cases about 32.25% were severe. The main adverse reaction was allergic reaction. The adverse reaction also happened in digestive system, nervous system and the hematological system. All the patients recovered by withdrawing the decoction and taking symptomatic treatment. Conclusion: TCM decoction can cause adverse reaction, even sometimes cause the severe reaction.Mueti-means and comprehensive analysis can help us to judge the right medicine which bring the adverse reaction and make the judgment more scientifically and accurately.

摘要:Purpose: This study was to evaluate the effect of two benzofuran derivatives on human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cells HepG2 and human hepatic L02 cells in vitro . Methods: 5,6- dimethoxy-2-isopropenyl-benzofuran (1) and 5-acetyl-6-methoxy-2-isopropenyl-benzofuran (2) were isolated from Ligularia veitchiana (Hemsl.) Greenm. Trypan blue exclusion staining, DCFH-DA fluorescence spectrophotometry, and ammonium molybdate colorimetric assay were used to evaluate cytotoxicity, reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, and catalase activity respectively. Results: The results showed that IC50 of compound 1 and 2 on L02 cells were (171.2 ± 3.3) μg · mL-1 and (79.0 ± 4.1) μg · mL-1, higher than that on HepG2, (84.2 ± 6.5) μg · mL-1 and (65.2 ± 1.9) μg · mL-1, exhibited more potent cytotoxic effect on tumor cells. After treated with the half inhibitory concentration (IC50) of compound 1 and 2 for 48 hours, ROS generated in HepG2 cells were 1.6 and 3.2 folds to the control group, and 1.2 and 1.8 folds in L02 cells respectively. Higher ROS generations in HepG2 cells than L02 were found. The catalase activity decreased from the control group (17.2±1.7) U ·mg-1Pr. to (12.8±0.4) and (6.4±0.1) U ·mg-1Pr. after treated with compound 1 and 2 in HepG2 cell respectively, and decreased from the control group (17.7±1.2) U ·mg-1Pr.to (14.3±1.5) and (8.6±0.5) U ·mg-1Pr. in L02 cells. Higher catalase activity reduced in HepG2 cells than L02. Conclusion: Based on the above results on cytotoxicity and ROS generation in HepG2 and L02, we supposed that the mechanism of the cytotoxicity for these two benzofuran deravatives may relate to ROS theory.
