摘要:Objective:To establish the optimal extraction technology and to determine the quantity of ci-choric acid from Echinacea purpurea.Method: Nine experiments were carried out through L9(34) orthogonal de-sign.The contents of cichoric acid were determined by HPLC.Result: The best extraction condition obtained was 12 times amount 60% alcohol and extracted for 3 times,1.5 hours each time.Cichoric acid was linear within the range of 0.011 ~ 1.100 mg,r = 0.999 8.The average recovery is 99.51%(RSD = 1.01%,n = 6).Conclusion: This optimal technology is stable and workable,can be used in industrial production.The determination method is suitable for quality control.

Result: Microcrystalline cellulose as excipients had a good anti-wet performance, the extract powder and microcrystalline cellulose were mixed evenly in proportion of 7∶3, the 95% alcohol was used as the weting agent, its amount was 25% of extract powder. The granules of end product had a good fluidity , the critical relative humidity was about 50%, bulk density was 0.466 g ·mL-1. Conclusion: The molding technology is reasonable, and can provide reliable basis for production.

摘要:Objective:To explore the quality control standard of Alpinia officiarum Formula Granules and to provide reference for it.Method: TLC was used to identify Alpinia officiarum Formula Granules in different bat-ches.HPLC was used for the determination of galangin and kaempferol.The chromatographic column was phenome-nex Gemini C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm);the mobile phases were methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(58∶ 42);the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm;the flow rate was at 1.0 mL.min-1 and the column temperature was at 30 ℃ respectively.Result: The TLC spots were clear and well divided.Galangin was linear in the range of(0.104 ~ 1.044)μg,r = 0.999 3,and the average recovery was 98.05% with RSD = 1.96%(n = 6);Kaempferol was also linear in the range of(2.2 ~ 21.6)ng,r = 0.999 2,and the average recovery was 99.71% with RSD 1.86%(n = 6).Conclusion: This method can be used as a quality control standards for Alpinia officiarum Formula Granules.

摘要:Objective: To explore the quality control standard of Alpinia officiarum Formula Granules and to provide reference for it. Method : TLC was used to identify Alpinia officiarum Formula Granules in different batches. HPLC was used for the determination of galangin and kaempferol. The chromatographic column was phenomenex Gemini C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm); the mobile phases were methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (58 ∶42); the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm; the flow rate was at 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the column temperature was at 30 ℃ respectively. Result : The TLC spots were clear and well divided. Galangin was linear in the range of (0.104~1.044)μg, r=0.999 3, and the average recovery was 98.05% with RSD=1.96% (n=6); Kaempferol was also linear in the range of(2.2~21.6)ng, r=0.999 2, and the average recovery was 99.71% with RSD 1.86% (n=6). Conclusion : This method can be used as a quality control standards for Alpinia officiarum Formula Granules.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of measurement for determination of total flavonoids in Luoyin soft capsules by UV spectrometery.Method:Through establishing UV spectrometery method determination mode,the factors affecting the uncetainty were deduced,including standard solution preparation,sample pretreat-ment,color reaction,calibration curve and recovery tests.Each component of uncertainty was evaluated,from which the combined uncertainty and finally the extended uncertainty were obtaine in 95% confidence intervals.Result: The determined content of total flavonoids in Luoyin soft capsules of this test is(31.13 ± 1.61) mg.g-1.Conclu-sion:The established mathematic model is applicable to the uncertainty analysis of UV spectrometery method in the determination of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standard of Huanglianjiedu Hydrogel.Method: The high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination the contention of jasminoidin,berberine and baicalin;Luna C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used in the determination and the mobile phase of jasminoidin,berberine and baicalin were a mixture of acetonitrile-water(13 ∶ 87),acetonitrile-0.1 mol.L-1 K2HPO4(30∶ 70),and methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47∶ 53∶ 0.2) respectively.Result: The average content of jasminoidin was no less than 0.4%,and the average recovery and RSD were 97.21% and 1.5% respectively;The average content of berberine was no less than 1.2%,and average recovery and RSD were 99.11% and 2.45% respectively;The average content of jasminoidin was no less than 1.4%,and the average recovery and RSD were 98.74% and 1.6% respectively;Conclusion: This method can be adopted as a standard for the quality control of Huanglianjiedu Hydrogel.

摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC-ELSD method for the content determination of Chonglou SaponinⅠand Chonglou Saponin Ⅱin Qingyan capsule.Method:The analysis was carried out on a Hypersil C18 analytical column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water(48∶ 52).The detector drift tube temperature was set at 45 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 1.5L.min-1.Result: The recoveries for Chonglou SaponinⅠand Chonglou Saponin Ⅱ were 97.27% and 97.09% with RSD 1.22% and 1.40%(n = 6),respectively.Conclusion: The developed method is simple,rapid,replicable,and can be used for the quality control of Qingyan capsule.

摘要:Objective:To establish a quality analysis method for Venenum Bufonis and to study influence of different producing area on active composition.Method: TLC and HPLC were applied with analysis and determination of the content of cinobufagin and resibufogenin.Result: Venenum Bufonis from different producing area had the similar compositions.But the content of compositions was significantly different especially for resibufogenin in that the Venenum Bufonis produced in Shandong had the highest content of cinobufagin and resibufogenin.The difference of compositions displayed majorly in spot 2(resibufogenin),spot 3(cinobufagin),spot 4,spot 6 and spot 9 in TLC chromatogram and peak 3,peak 4,peak 6,peak 7,peak 8,peak 9,peak 14 and peak 15 in HPLC chromatogram.The HPLC chromatogram could also see that the content of peak 7,peak 8 and the content of peak 14(cinobufagin),peak 15(resibufogenin) had possible relationship.Conclusion: The quality of Venenum Bufonis from different producing area has significant difference.The established method is stable,feasible with a good reproducibility and specificity,and suitable for identification and quantitative analysis of Venenum Bufonis.

摘要:Objective: To study the influence of sun shade net cultivation on plant growth, premature bolting in Angelica sinensis and growth environmental factors. Method: Four treatments with 1 level at random were designed and repeated 4 times. Large, middle and small seedlings were planted separetly in each test plot. Result: Sun shade cultivation promoted Angelica sinensis plant growth: the plant height increased 13.1~23.1 cm; percentage of Ditylenchus destructor infected plants decreased 17.5%~33.19%; average fresh root weight increased 26.49~37.35g; yield increased 1 791~2 445 kg/hm2; and ethanol extracts content increased 7.08%~10.02%. Premature bolting of middle size seedlings decreased 5% and 5.5% respectively when covered with 75% and 50% sun shade net. 50% sun shade net cultivation demonstration showed that monthly average air temperature at 8:00 decreased 0.8~1.5 ℃, and that at 14:00 decreased 1.4~1.7 ℃; 10 days average air temperature in 8:00 decreased 0~3.1 ℃, and that in 14:00 decreased 1.0~2.0 ℃. Monthly average soil temperature in 14:00 decreased 2.1~3.8 ℃; 10 days average soil temperature in 14:00 decreased 1.4~5.4 ℃. 10 days average air relative humidity increased 1%~7%; soil water content increased 1.8%~3.7% 3 days after flurry rain. Conclusion: Sun shade cultivation could effectively promote Angelica sinensis plant growth, improve quality, inhibit premature bolting of middle size seedlings, enhance air humidity and soil water content, significantly enhance yield, reduce Ditylenchus destructor infected plants percentage.

摘要:Objective: To observe and compare the effects of Chaihu Shugan San,Sijunzi Tang and Chaishu Sijun Tang on the apperant syndrome of Liver-gi stagnation and Spleen-qi deficiency (GYPX) in rat. Method : Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, GYPX group, Chaihu Shugan San group, Sijunzi Tang group and Chaishu Sijun Tang group,10 rats in each group. The animals except the controls were experienced by chronic restraint stress+excess fatigue+improper diet to form the model. The model rats were astricted for 3 hours in every morning, swimed for 10 minutes in water(22±1) ℃ and fed every other day, for 28d;normal control group without any stimulation and with natural feeding. On the 15th day, medicated group rats were given Chaishu Sijunzi Tang 4.27 g ·kg-1, Chaihu Shugan San 4.2 g ·kg-1, Sijunzi Tang 4.53 g ·kg-1, 1 time/d accordingly; model group and normal group were given distilled water for 14 days. All the changes in behavior,body weight and temperature were observed and recorded. Result: Compared with normal group, the model rats shown the abnormal changes of behavior and the decrease of their weight and body temperature. Compared with model group, the behavior of the three medicated groups had improvement to some degrees. Chaihu Shugan San group’s rats increased the level of activity, emotional state of stability; Sijunzi Tang group’s rats improved markedly on the skin-fur appearance,appetite and the state of stool; Chaishu Sijun Tang rats had all respects such as the skin-fur, the level of activity, emotional reaction, sleep or appetite improved clearly. The three treatment groups’body weight and temperature all increased, of which Chaishu Sijun Tang group’s difference was obvious(P<0.05).There were significant differences among the three treatment groups in the increased body temperature(P<0.01).Compared with Chaihu Shugan San group, there was difference of the increased temperature(P<0.05)in Chaishu Sijun Tang group. Conclusion : Chaishu Sijun Tang had better effect on the model rats’apperant GYPX syndrome. There were some relativities among the three prescriptions,of which Chaishu Sijun Tang had the markest relativity with GYPX syndrome.

摘要:Objective:To observe and compare the effects of Chaihu Shugan San,Sijunzi Tang and Chaishu Sijun Tang on the apperant syndrome of Liver-gi stagnation and Spleen-qi deficiency(GYPX) in rat.Method: Rats were randomly divided into normal control group,GYPX group,Chaihu Shugan San group,Sijunzi Tang group and Chaishu Sijun Tang group,10 rats in each group.The animals except the controls were experienced by chronic restraint stress + excess fatigue + improper diet to form the model.The model rats were astricted for 3 hours in every morning,swimed for 10 minutes in water(22 ± 1) ℃ and fed every other day,for 28d;normal control group without any stimulation and with natural feeding.On the 15th day,medicated group rats were given Chaishu Sijunzi Tang 4.27 g.kg-1,Chaihu Shugan San 4.2 g.kg-1,Sijunzi Tang 4.53 g.kg-1,1 time /d accordingly;model group and normal group were given distilled water for 14 days.All the changes in behavior,body weight and temperature were observed and recorded.Result: Compared with normal group,the model rats shown the abnormal changes ofbehavior and the decrease of their weight and body temperature.Compared with model group,the behavior of the three medicated groups had improvement to some degrees.Chaihu Shugan San group’s rats increased the level of activity,emotional state of stability;Sijunzi Tang group’s rats improved markedly on the skin-fur appearance,appetite and the state of stool;Chaishu Sijun Tang rats had all respects such as the skin-fur,the level of activity,emotional reaction,sleep or appetite improved clearly.The three treatment groups’body weight and temperature all increased,of which Chaishu Sijun Tang group ’s difference was obvious(P < 0.05).There were significant differences among the three treatment groups in the increased body temperature(P < 0.01).Compared with Chaihu Shugan San group,there was difference of the increased temperature(P < 0.05) in Chaishu Sijun Tang group.Conclusion: Chaishu Sijun Tang had better effect on the model rats’apperant GYPX syndrome.There were some relativities among the three prescriptions,of which Chaishu Sijun Tang had the markest relativity with GYPX syndrome.

摘要:Objective: To study the rationality of combination prescription of Pearl Dropping Pills. Method: The pharmacodynamic study on healing of oral ulcerative macous membrane in rats was used as evaluation index. Method: Mice were ig the extractives of the Rheum palmatum L., Coptis chinensis Franch or Scutellaria Georgi to determine the acute toxicity. Conclusion: In Xiexin decoction, the acute toxicity of Coptis chinensis Franch may be decreased by Scutellaria Georgi, the mechanism may be related to the reactions between the alkaloid of Coptis chinensis Franch and flavone of Scutellaria Georgi. Perhaps this is the reason why Xiexin Decoction has little acute toxicity on clinical.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect on antipyretic and anti-inflammatory of Qingkailing Ingection(QKL) processed by ultrofiltration(UF).Method: By using antipyretic and anti-inflammatory as the major pharmacodynamic indicators,to investigate the effect of QKL on inhibition of rabbit increasing temperature induced by LPS,of rat hind paw edema induced by carrageenan and of rat cotton ball granuloma.Result:Both the group of QKL processed by UF and the group of original procedure have obvious effect on antipyretic after 1 hour.Compared with model group,P < 0.01,P < 0.05;They have obvious effect on anti-inflammatory after 2 hour.Compared with model group,P < 0.05,There is no significant difference between the two groups;14 mL.kg-1 dose group of QKL processed by UF and group of original procedure have inhibition of proliferative inflammation.Compared with model group,P < 0.01,P < 0.05,There is significant difference on dry weight of cotton balls between the two groups,P < 0.01.Conclusion:Compared with QKL processed by original procedure,QKL processed by UF has similar action of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory,to some extent,stronger effects.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect on antipyretic and anti-inflammatory of Qingkailing Ingection(QKL) processed by ultrofiltration(UF). 摘要:Objective: To study the effects and mechanisms of Chinese herbal medicine—Weikangning on gastric cancer. Method: Total of 120 SD rats were divided into control group, high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group,and fed with natural saline, 20, 10 and 5 g/kg of Weikangning decoction respectively. The experimental animals were finally killed for the preparation of drug-containing serum. The gastric cancer cell MGC-803 was cultured with the drug-containing serum drawn from the rats in different groups. The expressions of CyclinD1,CyclinD2,Cdk4,Cdk6 and p16INK4a were detected with immunohistochemistry method-SABC. The expression of mRNA of CyclinD1,CyclinD2,Cdk4,Cdk6 and p16INK4a were detected with RT-PCR. Result: In high,medium and low dose group, the gray scales and the OPDTI value of CyclinD1 had no remarkable change;the gray scales of CyclinD2, Cdk4,Cdk6 and the OPDTI values of p16INK4a increased significantly, but the gray scales of p16INK4a and the OPDTI values of CyclinD2,Cdk4,Cdk6 decreased remarkably, compared with those in control groups. Conclusion: The Chinese herbal medicine Weikangning decoction can decrease the expressions of CyclinD2,Cdk4,Cdk6, increase the expression of p16INK4a. This effect may be involved in mechanism of gastric cancer cell growth inhibition gain by the Weikangning decoction.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of ligustri-astragali casein co-peptid(LACP) on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cell differentiation and the related mechanism. Method : MTT assay for human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells; containing 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% concentration of LACP serum was used. The influence of LACP containing serum on differentiation was evaluated by investigation of cellular nuclear-mass ratio and telomerase activity. Immunocytochemical method was used to observe the effect of LACP drug serum on the A549 Bax/bcl-2 expression. Results : The four kinds of different concentrations of LACP serum inhibited A549 cell proliferation. Among them, 20% of LACP showed the highest inhibitory rate; and reduced the cells nuclear -mass ratio. LACP serum promoted A549 cell bax/ bcl-2 gene expression for apoptosis, and compared with the serum-free control group, the difference was significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion : LACP containing serum has certain inhibitory effect on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. LACP complex shows promotion to human lung cancer cell A549 differentiation. The mechanism may be linked to inhibition of telomerase activity. The complex induced apoptosis of A549 cells may be related to promotion of bax/bcl-2 gene expression.

摘要:Objective: To study protective effects of Huanglian Jiedu Tang (HLJDT) and its components Coptidis Rhiyoma(CR), Scutellariae Redix (SR) on oxidative stress- induced PC12 cell injury. Methods : Serum pharmacological method was used to study effects of HLJDT, CR, SR on the cell oxidative injury. The herb-contained serum, obtained at different time after dosing in rats, was added to the cultured oxidative PC12 cells. The viability of PC12 cells was determined by MTT colormetric microassay. Effects of decoctions of HLJDT,CR,SR, herberine and baicalin were investigated as well. Result: The herb-contained serum of HLJDT, SR,CR, baicalin and the decoctions of HLJDT, SR, baicalin had protective effects on cell injury so did baicalin at 0.15~10 μg ·mL-1. But herberine and the decoctions of CR had no effect. Conclusion: Obtained serum after ig. HLJDT and its components in rats have protective effect on oxidative stress-induced PC12 cell injury in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner. Baicalin may act as an antioxidant in the herb-contained serum of HLJDT as well as in the decoctions.

摘要:Objective: To observe the role of Phellinus Linteus and Coriolus Versicolor Capsules(PLCVC)on anti-tumor and anti-metastasis in Lewis lung cancer tumor mice model. Methods : Lewis lung cancer cells were inoculated subcutaneously into right axillary of C57BL/6 mice, after continuous treatment of 21 d, we sacrificed the mice, removed tumor and weighed, and calculated the rate of tumor growth inhibition. We stripped lungs, fixed by Bouins solution, and counted colony number of metastases on the surface of the lungs and between the lobe under anatomical microscope. Results : High, medium and low doses of PLCVC inhibited significantly Lewis lung cancer tumor growth in the tumor-bearing mice (compared with the model group, P<0.05), inhibitory rates were respectively 21.2%, 21.0% and 24.6%. The colony number of metastases of high dose of PLCVC was less than the model group(P<0.05). Conclusion : PLCVC can inhibit significantly Lewis lung cancer tumor growth of the tumor-bearing mice, and inhibit lung metastases of Lewis lung tumor-bearing mice, and the effect of high dose is the most obvious.

摘要:Objective:To research the effect of Lianqi Xiaoke Capsule on type 2 diabetic rats.Method: Type 2 diabetic rat model wase induced with high sucrose-fat diet for 4 weeks and streptozotocin ip for 30 mg.kg-1,all animals were grouped and administrated with drugs for 8 weeks.The fasting blood glucose,insulin,insulin sensitivity index,total cholesterol,triglyceride,superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde were assessed and pancreatic pathological changes were observed.Result: ① model group vs normal control group: the fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,malondialdehyde were obviously increased(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),otherwise insulin,insulin sensitivity index,superoxide dismutase decreased(P < 0.05),pancreatic damage were appeared;② Lianqi Xiaoke Capsule treatment groups vs.model group: the fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,malondialdehyde were significantly decreased(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),and insulin,insulin sensitivity index,superoxide dismutase increased(P < 0.05),pancreatic damage were ameliorated.Conclusion: Lianqi Xiaoke Capsule could decrease fasting blood glucose and blood lipids via ameliorating pancreatic damage and insulin resistance,and inhibition of oxidative stress.

摘要:Aim: To investigate the effects of Huachuanbaolie Granules(HCBL) on nonbacterial prostatitis and its anti-inflammatory and analgesia activity.Methods: Acute and chronic nonbacterial prostatitis model in rats were induced by carrageenin,Effects of HCBL on count of white blood cells,density of lecithin corpuscle in secretion and histological changes of prostates were observed.The anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated by xylene-induced ear edema in mice and cotton pellet-induced granuloma in rats.Analgesia activity was tested according to acetic acid-induced writhing in mice.Results: HCBL lowered the count of white blood cells,increased the density of lecithin corpuscle in secretion of prostates,and inhibited inflammatory infiltration,edema and fibroblast proliferation in carrageenin-induced acute or chronic prostatitic rats.Anti-inflammatory activity was confirmed in cotton pellet-induced granuloma in rat.HCBL could obviously decrease the writhing number induced by acetic acid and inhibit the ear edema induced by xylene in mice.Conclusion: The data suggest that HCBL has anti-inflammation and analgesia effects,It is an effective medicine for the treatment of prostatitis.

The anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated by xylene-induced ear edema in mice and cotton pellet-induced granuloma in rats. Analgesia activity was tested according to acetic acid-induced writhing in mice. Results: HCBL lowered the count of white blood cells, increased the density of lecithin corpuscle in secretion of prostates, and inhibited inflammatory infiltration,edema and fibroblast proliferation in carrageenin-induced acute or chronic prostatitic rats. Anti-inflammatory activity was confirmed in cotton pellet-induced granuloma in rat. HCBL could obviously decrease the writhing number induced by acetic acid and inhibit the ear edema induced by xylene in mice. Conclusion: The data suggest that HCBL has anti-inflammation and analgesia effects, It is an effective medicine for the treatment of prostatitis.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Ge Pi decoction on regulation of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)level to reverse early diabetic nephropathy(DN). Method: STZ diabetes model were induced by high lipoids and high glucose diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of small dose streptozotocin(STZ)(n=41). STZ-induced diabetes model of Wistar male rats were divided into the control group(n=14), the Traditional Chinese medicine(Ge Pi Decoction)treatment group(n=13), and the western medicine(benazepril)treatment group(n=14). After 8 weeks,detection of each group were carried out about weight, kidney weight index, blood glucose, urinary albumin microdosis, urinary albumin, blood and urine MCP-1,8-iso-prostaglandin F2a(8-iso-PGF2α)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and oservation were performed on the pathological change of the rats renal with light microscope. Result: Compared with those in the control group,the body weight and kidney weight index were decreased in the Ge Pi Decoction treatment(P<0.05). Microdosis urin-albumin, MCP-1, 8-iso-PGF2α and TNF were decreased significantly(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between Ge Pi Decoction treatment group and benazepril treatment group(P>0.05).In addition, there were positive correlation between 8-iso-PGF2α, MCP-1, TNF-α and UAER in each group. Ge Pi Decoction can relieve kidney hypertrophy, mesangial matrix hyperplasia and sclerosis. Conclusion: There are autoimmunity inflammation and oxidative stress in diabetic nephropathy.Ge Pi Decoction can inhibit various inflammatory factors in diabetic nephropathy.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of splenocytes on chimerism and GVHD after haploidentical MHC matched stem cells transplant with nonmyeloablative conditioning in murine model. Method: Thirty CB6F1 recipient mice were divided into group A, B and C. They were given 60Co of total body irradiation and infused with MHC haploidentical matched bone marrow plus different proportion of splenocytes. The level of the chimerism of the recipient mice was detected by flow cytometry. The manifestations and histopathological examination of GVHD were observed. The mortality of the recipient mice was observed. Result: Engraftments of group A and B were full donor chimerism after 21 days, engraftments of group C were full donor chimerism after 14 days. The clinical GVHD score in group C was obviously higher than that in group B(P<0.01), and that in group B higher than in group A(P<0.01). All the mice survived over 90 days. Conclusion: The higher dose of MHC haploidentical matched splenocytes will help to be full donor chimerism earlier, but it may aggravate GVHD.

摘要:Objective: To observe the curative effect of treating facial acne with the method of Qinggan Huoxue flow. Method: Total 67 patients with facial acne were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-seven patients were in the treatment group who were treated with the method of Qinggan Huoxue flow. And 30 patients were in the control group who were treated with western medicine. The cure duration was 4 weeks. The subsided circumstance of rash was observed. Result: In the treatment group,8 patients were cured(21.6%),14 were excellent(37.8%)and 12 were efficient(32.4%)but 3 failed to respond to the treatment(8.1%). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.9%. In the control group,2 patients were cured(6.7%),7 were excellent(23.3%)and 10 were efficient(33.3%)but 11 failed to respond to the treatment(36.7%). The total effective rate in the control group was 63.3%. Conclusion: It has significant effect in treatment of facial acne with the method of purging liver and promoting blood flow( P <0.01).

摘要:Objective:To observe and the efficacy of self-designed formula of Traditional Chinese Medicine for helping sustain health and dispeling disease to treat the nerve root cervical spondylosis.Method: Total 184 patients were randomly assigned two groups.Ninety-four cases were in the treatment group and 90 cases in the control group.The treatment group were applyed the formula for helping sustain health and dispeling disease,and the control group were applyed Nect Pain Capsules.Then we observed and compared the efficacy between them after 15 days.Result: The efficient rate in the treatment group was 68.09% and that in the control group was 53.33%.There were significant difference between them(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of formula for helping sustain health and dispeling disease to treat the Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis was significant.It is worth promoting and applying clinicaly.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of shenfu injection on recovery of heart beat in patients undergoing mitral valve replacement surgery. Method: Sixty patients undergoing mitral valve replacement were randomly divided into two equal groups: group S( n =30)and group N( n =30). Shenfu injection at a dose of 1 mL/kg was administered in group S and normal saline of 1 mL/kg was administered in group N before the aorta unclamping 60 s. Clinical data including the incidence of spontaneous recovery of heart beat after aorta unclamping and that of ventricular arrhythmia and the changes of ST-segment one minute after the recovery of heart beat were collected. Meanwhile the time of ante-parallel cycle time, aorta clamping, post-parallel cycle time and the dose of dopamine administered after surgery were recorded. Result: The time from aorta unclamping to spontaneous recovery of heart beat was shorter in group S( P <0.01). The incidence of spontaneous recovery of heart beat was higher, while that of ventricular arrhythmia is lower in group S( P <0.05). The changes of ST-segment was more mild and the post-parallel cycle time was shorter in group S. The dose of dopamine administered after surgery was fewer in group S( P <0.05). Conclusion: The administration of Shenfu injection at a dose of 1 mL/kg before the aorta unclamping one minute facilitated the spontaneous recovery of heart beat and reduced the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in patients undergoing mitral valve replacement surgery.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of berberine on T2DM resistance to external insulin and machine. Method: Berberine were given to patients with T2DM and resistant to external insulin and the dose was adjusted with FBG and 2hPG levels. Then fasting insulin level were determined after 35day and insulin resistance rate was calculated by HOMA formula. Result: All patient were effectively reacting to berberine since the14th day and it was the most obvious at the 21 th day.The dose of insulin was decreased by 30 percent at the 35 th day. Conclusion: Berberine can improve T2DM resistance to external insulin by increasing T2DM insulin sensibility.

Method: Total 45 tumor patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group( n =25)and the control group( n =20).Gan Bing gargle was used to oral cavity rinse in the treatment group, while western medicine was used in the control group. RTOG indicator were used to evaluate the severity of oral mucitis.The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Result: There was no significant differences between the two groups( P >0.05)in the efficacy when low dose of the drug was given,but there was significant differences between the two groups( P <0.05)when median and high dose of the drug was given. Conclusion: Our study showes that Gan Bing gargle is of obvious curative effect in treating stomatitis and it can reduce stomatitis occurrence for the patients receieved rhinopharyngocele radiotherapy.

摘要:Gastrointestinal tract is the main target organ that rhubarb acts upon. By analyzing the published papers recently related to rhubarb and gastrointestinal tract, the regulatory functions and the mech -anisms of rhubarb to gastrointestinal tract were outlined. The problems existed in the progress of rhubarb research and the research fields involving rhubarb that should be emphasized were also pointed out. Thus, this paper might pave the way for further development as well as clinical use of rhubarb.

摘要:Difference in dosage form for a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) means distinct processing technology. As the complexity of the therapeutic basis, together with the uncertainty of the active principles, different processing techniques result in great changes in therapeutic material basis. In these cases difference of dosage means not only the difference in dosage forms, but also actually the difference of drugs. It will be significantly important to explore the profound meaning of the dosage form of TCM.

Its Compatibility of Prescription principle demanded the treatment to epidemics should be Flexibly decided according to the season, disease and symptoms etc. The series prescriptions could be chosen according to 5 Yun and 6 Qi characteristics in different years, or according to No-seasonal Qi, or seasonal diseases. Patent Chinese medicines for epidemics also follow the above principle, such as the King Drug was determined according to YunQi in different years. It is important to have a in-depth study of compatibility of prescription principle for epidemics guided by YunQi theory for the improvement of TCM in prevention and control seasonal epidemics.
