摘要:Aim:To study the protective therapeutic action and mechanism of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction、Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Compound Danshen Decoction on the marrow- suppressed mice. Methods:the expression of the TPO、c-Mpl and GATA-1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR technique simultaneously. Result:Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction were shown to promote the expression of TPO、c-Mpl and GATA-1 mRNA in spleen of mice,through which they can accelerate the marrow cells of marrow-suppressed mice. Compound Danshen Decoction was not shown to promote the expression of Thrombopoietin(TPO)mRNA、Thrombopoietin receptor(c-Mpl)mRNA and GATA-1 mRNA in spleen of mice, but slso can accelerate Peripheral blood cells of marrow-suppressed mice. Conclusion:Peripheral blood cells of marrow-suppressed mice were increased significantly by Liuwei Dihuang Decoction、Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Compound Danshen Decoction.  
摘要:Objective:To set up a proper technology of refining of the aqueous extract of Wuzhuyu-tang. Method:7 kind components which had been improved to be absorbable pharmacological ingredients were chosen as index for refining. The static adsorption,dynamic adsorption and leakage curve experiments were done to choose a proper resin. By means of single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimum refining conditions were found,such as adsorption time,proportion of sample weight and resin volume,proportion of diameter and height, concentration of decoction and eluent,flow rate,eluent volume and so on. Result: The AB-8 resin had the best separating efficiency when the content in the aqueous extract was 0. 33g per 1mL equivalent to raw material,the ratio of dia-height was 1: 4,and the volume of 60% ethanol as eluant 8BV with desorption-power 0. 1BV /min. Conclusion: The content of 7 kind components were over 70% after refining,5 of them were over 90% . It is concluded that the optimized extracting and refining technology is reasonable and feasible.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effects of extractives from Pericarpium citri reticulatae(PCR) and Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth(PCB)on limb Ischem ia/Reperfusion(LIR)model rat’s gastro- intestinal motility. Methods: Adopt LIR model,observe the effects of PCR water extractives,Hesperidin, PCB water extractives,PCB water extractives plus volatile oil and Patchouli alcohol on LIR model rats’ gastric emptying function and small intestinal propulsive function. Results: Contrast to the normal control group ,The LIR model rats’ gastric emptying function and small intestinal propulsive function degenerated significantly(P<0.01). PCR water extractives,Hesperidin, PCB water extractives and PCB water extractives plus volatile oil could significantly mprove the LIR model rats’ gastric emptying function and small intestinal propulsive function(P<0.01),but Patchouli alcohol had no effect.There was significant difference between PCR water extractives group and Hesperidin group, between PCB water extractives group and PCB water extractives plus volatile oil group(P<0.01). Conclusion: In the aspect of improving the LIR model rats’ gastric emptying function and small intestinal propulsive function, PCR water extractives had better effect than Hesperidin,and PCB water extractives plus volatile oil had better effect than PCB water extractives, but Patchouli alcohol had no effect.

摘要:Technological conditions of carbonizing process of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis were selected by orthogonal test according to the contents of total polyphenol and water soluble extract combined with the characteristics of finished products. Pilot experiments conditions of the carbonizing process of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis were studied by using CG-Y7502 intellectualized herbal medicine roaster manufactured by Chun Jiang Institute of Automation. Result: Temperature for charring Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis was 200 ℃ for 22 minutes in laboratory when the weight of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis is 300 g. The weight of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis was 10 kg for 10 minutes at the speed of 26r /min,temperature ranging from 195 ℃ to 205 ℃ .  
摘要:ABSTRACT: Objective: To explore protective effect and mechanism of breviscapine against myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: 40 SD rats were divided into sham operation group , ischemia reperfusion group and breviscapine group randomly.Rats in breviscapine group were injected with breviscapine 25、50mg.kg1.d-1 respectively prior to ischemia reperfusion .other two groups were given NS instead of breviscapine equally at a week before the operation. Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury model was established. Apoptosis of myocytes was detected after operation in all groups by flow cytometry with AnnexinⅤ-EGFPand propidium iodiode ( PI) staining. The ultrastructural alterations were observed under the transmission electron microscopy. Results : breviscapine could decrease the occurrence rate of myocardial apoptosis during ischemia reperfusion injury obviously(P<0.05,P<0.01);The degree of injuring on ultrastructures of myocardial cell in breviscapine group is rather alleviated than in ischemia reperfusion group.Conclusion : breviscapine may protect myocardial cells during ischemia reperfusion injury and the protective mechanism may be obtained by inhibiting myocardial apoptosis.  
摘要:Objective:To prepare compound Danshen pellets. Method: The compound Danshen pellets were prepared by using a centrifugal granulator. The composition and process factors were optimized by adopting several indices such as sphericity of pellets,repose angle,bulk density and friability. Result: The optimal process parameters were as follows:the quality ratio of Borneol-β-Cyclodextrinclusion Complexes and MCC was 4∶ 3,binder solvent was 40% syrup,which including extractive. The rotating rate of plate was 200 r·min -1,the blower rate was 8L·min -1,the rate of air flow was 18 L·min -1,the spray air pressure was 0. 06 MPa,the rotating rate of spray solution pump was 12 ~ 17 r·min -1 and the rotating rate of powder feed machine was 15 ~ 20 r·min -1. The active components could release more than 85% in 15 minutes. Conclusion: Under the optimal conditions,the compound Danshen pellets prepared by using the centrifugal granulator have prefect shape and surface characteristics,the yield of target size pellets are more than 85% . The three index components could release fast and synchronically.

摘要:Objective: To study polar constituents of Mosla chinensis 'jiangxiangru’. Method: Silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and MPLC were employed for the isolation and purification.The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical methods. Result: Six polar compounds were identified as follows:methyl-3-(3',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)lactate(1)、corchoionoside C(2)、prunasin(3)、sambunigrin(4)、benzyl-D-glucopyranoside(5)and (s)-pencedanol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6). Conclusion: These compounds were isolated for the first time from Mosla chinensis 'jiangxiangru’and have not been previously described in genus Mosla.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the method for using semi-bionic (SBE) on Kangxuanyun granules as an example. Method: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions of SBE with the evaluation markers such as alisol B-acetate,tetramethylpyrazine,ferulic acid,total alkaloids,the total contents of emodin and chrysophanol,dried extract. Result: The optimized SBE conditions were as follows: The pH of the three extractions were in proper order 2. 00,7. 50,8. 50; the solvent volume was 10,8,6 times; and the extraction time was 2. 0, 1. 5,1. 5 h,respectively. Conclusion: The optimum extraction conditions are stable and practicable,and surpass the original extraction conditions.

Result: The eaten dry flowers volatile compounds rate is obviously higher. It is 0. 13% and 0. 06% (mL·g -1),but it is not change the relative content. Dry and fresh flower were identified about 34 and 19 species of chemical composition. Fresh flower contains more small molecular component,such as formaldehyde,benzene,phenylethyl acetaldehyde,etc. Conclusion: The eaten flower petals total volatile compounds and the relative content of each component has affected. The main components of fresh and dry flower petals are different.

摘要:Objective: To establish a fast method to evaluate the geographic origins of salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma and the contents of salvianolic acid B based on infrared spectroscopy (IR). Method: IR spectra of forty samples collected from 4 different origins were analyzed to search for the characteristic peaks on second derivative (2D) spectra to reflect the characteristics of origin,also to search for a characteristic peak on normalized spectra for fast quantitation of salvianolic acid B. Result: Some characteristic peaks on 2D spectra were found which reflect 4 different origins. The intensity of 1 262 cm -1 on normalized spectra was found to correlate well with the content of salvianolic acid B determined by high performance liquid chromatography, which realize the fast quantitative analysis of salvianolic acid B. Conclusion: The proposed IR method provides a new alternative of fast quality evaluation of salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma for manufacture of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective: To establish an accurate method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Paichuan Tablets. Method: Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-H2O(32 ∶68),the detector is Evaporative Light-scattering Detector,The drift tube temperture of 50 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result :A good linearity of astragaloside Ⅳ was obtained within the range of 0.41~2.45 μg, the average recovery was 100.04% and RSD was 0.14%. Conclusion :The method was simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Paichuan Tablets.

摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ferulic acid and icariin in the Liankang Tablets by HPLC. Method : The separation was preformed on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1 % acetic acid on 316 nm at 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result : The good linear correlation of ferulic acid was observed from 0.052 8 μg to 0.184 8 μg( r =0.999 9) and that of icariin was observed from 5.68 μg to 19.88 μg ( r =0.999 9). The average recoveries of ferulic acid and icariin were 99.8% to 101.1% and 99.9% to 101.5% respectively. Conclusion: The established method can be used as a quality controlling method for Liankang Tablet.  
摘要:Objective:To establish the determination method for oleanolic acid in dandelion by HPLC. Method: HPLC was carried out on Hypersil ODS2 C18 (4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃ using methanol-0. 5% H3PO4 (pH = 3. 5)(90∶ 10) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min -1 and detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Result:The oleanolic acid was linear within the range of 0. 872 ~ 7. 848 μg. The average recovery was 98. 25% and RSD was 1. 54% . Conclusion:This method is useful for quality control of dandelion.  
摘要:Objective:To determine the content of conduriol A in Guangxi Gymnema sylvestre(Retz. )Schult by TLCS. Method:Silica H thin layer plate was used; the developer reagent was benzene:ethyl acetate:methanol (10∶ 3∶ 5),the color reagent was 5% vanillin sulfate solution. The plate was at heating on 105 ℃ ,when the spot was clear; the detection wavelength was 538 nm and the reference wavelength was at 700 nm. Result: The conduriol A was linear in range of 1. 025 ~ 6. 150 μg; the average recovery was 98. 84% ,RSD = 2. 02% (n = 6). The average content of conduriol A was 2. 08% in was simple,sensitive,accurate and had good reproducibility. Conclusion: The method can be used the identification and determination method of Guangxi Gymnema Sylvestre( Retz. ) Schult and qualitatively.

摘要:Objective: To establish the determination method for oleanolic acid in dandelion by HPLC. Method: HPLC was carried out on Hypersil ODS2 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)at 30 ℃ using methanol-0.5% H3PO4 (pH=3.5)(90 ∶10) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1 and detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Result :The oleanolic acid was linear within the range of 0.872~7.848 μg. The average recovery was 98.25% and RSD was 1.54%. Conclusion :This method is useful for quality control of dandelion.  
摘要:Objective: To determine the content of conduriol A in Guangxi Gymnema sylvestre (Retz.)Schult by TLCS. 摘要:Objective: To investigate and screen the active compounds of Huanglianjiedu decoction(HLJD) for senile dementia. Method: Inhibition on acetylcholinesterase and antioxidant activity by HLJD was studied with ultraviolet spectrometry. The single herbs and the major compounds of HLJD were also determined and compared by a rapid and effective acetylcholinesterase inhibition assay and antioxidant assay. Result: The formula HLJD had a better antioxidant activity than single herbs except for Radix Scutellaria which is rich in polyphenolic compounds. The most active conpounds was baicalin ( IC50 = 12. 06 μg·mL -1 ). The results also indicate that the most active herbs and compounds for AChE inhibition were Coptidis Rhizoma (IC50 = 18. 89 μg·mL -1) and berberine ( IC50 = 9. 52 μg·mL -1); Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Gardenia as well as the major compounds of them showed no or lower inhibitory activity. Conclusion: It can be concluded that alkaloid compounds in HLJD contribute to the inhibitory activity for acetylcholinesterase and flavanoids compounds contribute to the antioxidant activity.

Method: The Radix Isatidis water extract underwent adsorption by HP-20 macroporous resin,the portion eluted by ethanol of different content was isolated and purified on silica gel column repeatedly. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectra data. Result: 6 compounds temporarily separated from Radix Isatidis water extract,were identified as: ( + )-isolariciresinol(1),lariciresinol-4-bis-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),lariciresinol-4, 4′-bis-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 ),epigoitrin ( 4 ),indole-3-acetonitrile-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ), 4-hydroxyindole-3-carboxaldehyde(6). Conclusion: For the first time,Compound 6 was isolated from Radix Isatidis.

摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Bimintong Capsule. Method: Rhizoma chuanxiong,Radix Angelicae pubescentis,and Radix saposhnikoviae were identified by TLC. The HPLC method was established to determine the content of osthole. A Shim-Pack ODS column was used with acetonitrile-water(60 ∶ 40) as mobile phases. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min -1. The detection wavelength was at 322 nm. Result: Rhizoma chuanxiong,Radix Angelicae pubescentis,and Radix saposhnikoviae could be identified by TLC and there were noninterference of the negative controls. Osthole was linear in the range of 5. 68 ~ 56. 80 μg·mL -1 ( r = 0. 999 8). The average recovery was 99. 27% ,and RSD 1. 01% (n = 6). Conclusion:The method established can be used as quality control for Bushen Jianpi Granule.  
摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of Oleanic acid and Ursonic acid in crude hawthorn berry. Method: The HPLC analysis was carried out through C18 column with detection wavelength set at 210 nm and the temparature set at 35 ℃ . The mobile phase was composed of MeOHH2O-H3PO4-TEA (87∶ 13∶ 0. 2∶ 0. 04) at a flow rate of 0. 9 mL·min -1. Result:The separation of Oleanic acid and Ursonic acid was 1. 4; the methodologic validation conformed to requirement of liquid chromato-graphy. The content of Oleanic acid and Ursonic acid in crude hawthorn berry was more than 0. 5 mg·g -1 and 1. 9 mg·g -1, respectively. Conclusion:The HPLC method can be used in the routine analysis of Oleanic acid and Ursonic acid in crude hawthorn berry.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Bimintong Capsule. Method: Rhizoma chuanxiong, Radix Angelicae pubescentis, and Radix saposhnikoviae were identified by TLC. The HPLC method was established to determine the content of osthole. A Shim-Pack ODS column was used with acetonitrile-water(60 ∶40) as mobile phases. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was at 322 nm. Result: Rhizoma chuanxiong, Radix Angelicae pubescentis, and Radix saposhnikoviae could be identified by TLC and there were noninterference of the negative controls. Osthole was linear in the range of 5.68~56.80 μg ·mL-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 99.27%, and RSD 1.01%(n=6). Conclusion: The method established can be used as quality control for Bushen Jianpi Granule.

摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of Oleanic acid and Ursonic acid in crude hawthorn berry. Method: The HPLC analysis was carried out through C18 column with detection wavelength set at 210 nm and the temparature set at 35 ℃. The mobile phase was composed of MeOH-H2O-H3PO4-TEA (87 ∶13 ∶0.2 ∶0.04)at a flow rate of 0.9 mL ·min-1. Result: The separation of Oleanic acid and Ursonic acid was 1.4; the methodologic validation conformed to requirement of liquid chromato-graphy. 摘要:Objective:The chromatographic fingerprint of Polygonum Cuspidate was established and the content of polydatin,resveratrol and emodin was measured,which created a new method for evaluating and controlling the quality of Polygonum Cuspidate. Method:Using the Similarity Evaluation System of Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( Version2004A) recommended by State Food & Drug Administration, 10 different original samples were analyzed and the chromatographic fingerprint of Polygonum cuspidate was constructed with 13 common fingerprint peaks,among which three main fingerprint peaks of polydatin,resveratrol and emodin were identified by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography ( RP-HPLC). Result:With the simple sample treating technique,the established fingerprint of Polygonum Cuspidate was stable and repeatable, which could be used to distinguish the superior polygonum cuspidate from the inferior polygonum cuspidate from different places and provide an important tool for further quality control of Polygonum Cuspidate.

Licorice is assistant drug to restrain some Rhizoma Anemarrhenae’s negative effects on the calcium ion solubility of gypsum,and increase the antipyretic effect of the monarch drug and minister drug. So the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine has its own regularity and rationality,it has important guiding significance to the further research on the pharmacological effects of mineral drugs in Chinese herbal compound.

摘要:Objective: To analyze and study the rule of prescription formulation based on the active components of the the Soup of Banxia ( Rhizoma Pinelliae),Baishu ( Rhizoma Atractyloids Macrocephalae) and Tianma ( Rhizoma Gastrodiae). Method: To take apart the soup according to the law of Monarch,Minister, Assistant and Guide,to determine the contents of gastrodin in Tianma which represents the monarch drug in different decomposed recipes using HPLC,and to research the essence of compatibility of the soup from the changes in gastrodin content. Result: The gastrodin in Tianma is 11. 4 mg /g,while the levels of gastrodin in Tianma + Banxia,in Tianma + Juhong,in Tianma + Gancao,in Tianma + Banxia + Baishu + Fuling + Juhong and in Tianma + Banxia + Baishu + Fuling + Juhong + Gancao are all higher than that in Tianma alone. Conclusion:Most of the drugs in the soup except Baishu and Fuling have various degree of promoter action for the extraction yield of gastrodin.

Method: Comparison of main traits of four ‘WEN85-5 ’ samples, Taking Catalpo, Polysaccharides and aqueous extracts as the evaluation indices of R. glutinosa. quality; The Correlation of Analysis on the main traits and quality. Result: The morphological variation of ‘WEN85-5’was significant; The species are bred,its traits are decreasing on the fertility,anti-disease and the quality With the increasing years. Conclusion: the variation of traits have influenced the yield and the quality of Redix Rehmanniae; The farmer should introduce the first cultivar or recover its traits.

摘要:Objective:To object the influence of a Chinese herbal compound granule with functions of cooling and promoting blood circulation on coagulation function and whole blood viscosity in rats with radiationinduced lung injury. Method:Ninety male wistar rats were randomly assigned to blank group,model group and treatment group with 30 rats in each group. The rats in model and treatment group were irradiated with 6 MV x-rays, 25Gy /fraction in the right lung and were given saline or Chinese herbal compound granule accordingly. The rats in blank group were given saline without radiation. Ten rats in each group were sacrificed at the time of 7 d,30 d and 90 d after radiation. The tissue pathology was conducted; Whole blood viscosity and coagulation indexes were evaluated. Result:The rats in model group developed radiation pneumonitis and fibrosis. The pathological changes of radiation injury in treatment group were slighter than the model group. The rats in model group were in the high coagulation and viscosity state in 7 d,in the low coagulation and viscosity state in 30 d,in the low coagulation and high viscosity state in 90 d. The coagulation time in the treatment group was longer in 7 d,shorter in 30 d and 90 d;The whole blood viscosity was decreased in 7 d,increased in 30 d,decreased in 90 d. Conclusion: Blood coagulation function disorder and viscosity abnormality occurred in the radiation-induced lung injury. The herbal compound granule with functions of cooling and promoting blood circulation can make appropriate adjustment and reduce the radiation-induced lung injury.

摘要:Objective: To study content variation of anthraquinones in Rhubarb before and after compatibilities with liquorice root, baikal skullcap root, red peony root, Chinese angelica, Chinese goldthread rhizome, costusroot and gardenia. Method: An HPLC method was established to determine the contents of free and glycoside-combined anthraquinones namely aloe-emodin, rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in rhubarb before and after compatibility. Result: The total anthraquinones were decreased after compatibility, especially when it was compatible with Chinese goldthread rhizome. Besides, the content of various anthraquinones was changed regularly after compatibility. Conclusion: The content of the five different anthraquinones was influenced by different compatibilities, which may contribute to decrease the toxicity of rhubarb.The study provides the basis when rhubarb is used in clinic.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of PRD(Pu Ren Dan) ultramicro-powder on the functional indexes correlated with glycometabolism in T2DM rats,including plasma glucose,glucose tolerance,glycosylated serum protein,serum insulin and insulin sensitivity index. And to investigate the hypoglycemic effect of PRD. Method: Wistar rats were fed fat milk,and small doses of streptozotocin was rapidly injected into tail vein. Animal models of type 2 diabetes with macroangiopathy characterized by insulin resistance were successfully prepared in a short time. The model rats were randomly divided into five groups including PRD low dose,PRD medium dose,PRD high dose,rosiglitazone maleate and model groups. Every group was respectively treated for 4 weeks with PRD low dose,PRD medium dose,PRD high dose,rosiglitazone maleate and water. Random plasma glucose of rats were respectively measured before treatment,after 2 weeks and 4 weeks with treatment. Fasting serum insulin and glycosylated serum protein content of rats were measured on the 4th weekend. And Insulin sensitivity index were calculated. Result:As compared with normal group rats,random plasma glucose and glycosylated serum protein content of model group rats were increased,while serum insulin and insulin sensitivity index significantly were decreased(P < 0. 01). Random plasma glucose and glycosylated serum protein content of rats were all significantly reduced in PRD low,medium,high dose and rosiglitazone maleate groups ( P < 0. 05 ~ 0. 01 ). Serum insulin content and insulin sensitivity index of T2DM model rats treated by PRD medium,high dose and rosiglitazone maleate were significantly increased( P < 0. 05 ~ 0. 01). Conclusion:Based on reducing the high level of plasma glucose and glycosylated serum protein content,PRD ultramicro-powder can enhance insulin sensitivity of T2DM rats and improve glycometabolism in T2DM rats.

摘要:Objective: The inflammatory model in vitro was used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of total saponins of Radix Glycyrrhiza. Method: RAW264. 7 macrophage line in mice was induced by LPS to set up the inflammatory model. To detect the effect of total saponins of Radix Glycyrrhiza on the release of inflammation factors and the key enzymes for arachidonic acid (AA) metabolism in synthesizing PGE2. Result: The total saponins of Radix Glycyrrhiza could significantly reduce the release of NO,IL-1 and TNF-α in LPS-induced RAW264. 7 macrophage line,and obviously decrease the synthesis of PGE2 by inhibiting PLA2 activity and the expression of COX-2. Conclusion: The anti-inflammatory mechanism of total saponins of Radix Glycyrrhiza may be related to reducing the release of inflammation factors in macrophage cell and inhibiting the key enzymes for AA metabolism pathway in synthesizing PGE2.

摘要:Objective: To study the repairing effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction ( BYHWD) on rat common peroneal nerve after peripheral nerve injury. Method: Common peroneal nerve injury induced by clamp was established for sixty Sprague-Dawley rats,then they were randomly divided into 6 groups for daily intragastric administration of drugs: BYHWD high-dose (25. 92 g /kg),BYHWD medium-dose (12. 96 g /kg),BYHWD lowdose (6. 48 g /kg),mecobalamin (625 μg /kg) as the positive control,normal saline for model group and normal saline for the sham operation group. The drug administration lasted for 18 days. Electrophysiology was performed 18 days after operation to determine the compound muscle action potentials ( CMAPs). The number of regenerated myelinated nerve fibers,thickness of myelin sheath and cross sectional area of tibial muscle were evaluated by histomorphology. Result: Amplitude of CMAP,the number of regenerated myelinated nerve fibers and thickness of myelin sheath in BYHWD high-dose and medium-dose group were all increased significantly compared with the model group. Conclusion: BYHWD contributes to axon growth and myelination reformation, thus promotes peripheral nerve regeneration in rats.

摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of PRD(Pu Ren Dan) ultramicro-powder on the functional indexes correlated with glycometabolism in T2DM rats,including plasma glucose,glucose tolerance,glycosylated serum protein, serum insulin and insulin sensitivity index.And to investigate the hypoglycemic effect of PRD. Conclusion: Based on reducing the high level of plasma glucose and glycosylated serum protein content, PRD ultramicro-powder can enhance insulin sensitivity of T2DM rats and improve glycometabolism in T2DM rats.

摘要:Objective:To study the mechanism of the chinese medicine Weichangshu on mitochondrial kinetic energy in diabetic mellitus rats stomach by measuring the changes of morphology,structure,function and protein of mitochondria. Method: Standard Sprague Dawley rats with a mean weight of 150-170g were randomly divided into 4 groups, including a control group, DM model group, DM + Weichangshu Ⅰ group, DM + Weichangshu Ⅱ group. The mitochondrial morphology and structure were detected using transmission electron microscopy. The changes of mitochondrial transmembrane potential,respiratory chain and mitochondrial protein were detected using flow cytometry,fluorescence labeling and Western Blot respectively. Result: Weichangshu could ameliorate the mitochondrial morphology,structure and respiratory chain in diabetic mellitus rats stomach. Mitochondrial transmembrane potential,ATP level and activity of cytochrome C oxidase were increased. The release of ROS was decreased. The expression of Bcl-2 up-regulated and bax down-regulated. Conclusion:Weichangshu could promoted the gastrointestinal motility,which might be related with the regulation of mitochondrial kinetic energy.

摘要:Objective: To explore the pharmacokinetic of Sinomenine transdermal patch. Method: The plasma drug concentration of rats arthritis model induced by Freund’s adjuvant was determined after administration with HPLC-UVD as analysis tools. The pharmacokinetics parameters was fitted with kinetica software package. Result: The exclusive analysis method was established with the following pharmacokinetics parameters: T(peak) = 10 h,Cmax = 455 ng /mL,MRT = 24 h. The pharmacokinetic characteristics was accordance with one-order rate and two – compartment model. Conclusion:The method is suitable to be applied to the pharmacokinetics research and further applied pharmacological study which will play a reference role in clinical application.

Method : Common peroneal nerve injury induced by clamp was established for sixty Sprague-Dawley rats, then they were randomly divided into 6 groups for daily intragastric administration of drugs: BYHWD high-dose (25.92 g/kg), BYHWD medium-dose (12.96 g/kg), BYHWD low-dose (6.48 g/kg), mecobalamin (625 μg/kg) as the positive control, normal saline for model group and normal saline for the sham operation group. The drug administration lasted for 18 days. Electrophysiology was performed 18 days after operation to determine the compound muscle action potentials (CMAPs). The number of regenerated myelinated nerve fibers, thickness of myelin sheath and cross sectional area of tibial muscle were evaluated by histomorphology. Result : Amplitude of CMAP, the number of regenerated myelinated nerve fibers and thickness of myelin sheath in BYHWD high-dose and medium-dose group were all increased significantly compared with the model group. Conclusion : BYHWD contributes to axon growth and myelination reformation, thus promotes peripheral nerve regeneration in rats.  
摘要:Objective:HPLC/MS/MS-based study on the changes of endogenous metabolites of Sprague-Dawley Rats administrated with water extract of Zanthoxylumschinifolium Siebet Zucc. Method:Ten Sprague-Dawley rats were successively administrated with Zanthoxylumschinifolium Siebet Zucc water extract (0. 342 8 g·kg -1 ) for 30 days. Agilent1200 6410 Triple Quadrupole mass spectrometer was used for the analysis of endogenous metabolites in rat urine samples. These data were analyzed by OSC-PLS-DA. Result: The difference in metabolic profiles between the control group and the dosed group was well observed by OSC-PLS-DA analysis after administration of 15 days,31 biomarkers were found, such as cytidine, decanoylcarnitine and N-acetylglucosamine 6-phosphate. Conclusion:The administration of Zanthoxylumschinifolium Siebet Zucc water extract could influence concentrations of endogenous matabolites related to anticancer,analgesic and hypolipidemic pharmacological actions. This work can provide basis for further researches on the interpretation of drug property of evodiae.

摘要:Objective: To study the mechanism of the chinese medicine Weichangshu on mitochondrial kinetic energy in diabetic mellitus rats stomach by measuring the changes of morphology, structure, function and protein of mitochondria. Method : Standard Sprague Dawley rats with a mean weight of 150-170g were randomly divided into 4 groups, including a control group, DM model group, DM+ WeichangshuⅠgroup, DM+ Weichangshu Ⅱ group. The mitochondrial morphology and structure were detected using transmission electron microscopy. The changes of mitochondrial transmembrane potential, respiratory chain and mitochondrial protein were detected using flow cytometry, fluorescence labeling and Western Blot respectively. Result :Weichangshu could ameliorate the mitochondrial morphology, structure and respiratory chain in diabetic mellitus rats stomach. Mitochondrial transmembrane potential, ATP level and activity of cytochrome C oxidase were increased. The release of ROS was decreased. The expression of Bcl-2 up-regulated and bax down-regulated. Conclusion :Weichangshu could promoted the gastrointestinal motility, which might be related with the regulation of mitochondrial kinetic energy.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Yizhiyin on learning and memory ability in the rats with Alzheimer’s disease induced by Aβ1-42 and the effect of antioxidation. Method:The rat model of AD were established by Aβ1-42 injection into hippocampus,then those rats were treated by three different doses of Yizhiyin. Morris watermaze test was used for detecting learning and memory ability. Immunohistochemisty was used for detecting the expression of β-Amyloid,and the superoxide dismutase ( SOD) and the hydroxy radical inhibition of brain were measured. Result:Compared with model group,the ability of learning and memory in high,middle and low doses group were improved ( P < 0. 01). The results of immunohistochemisty showed that there were a lot of β-Amyloid deposition in the brain of model rats and a sprinkle expression in high and middle doses group. The activity of SOD was increased compared to those in model group in brain in each treatment group ( P < 0. 01),the inhibition of hydroxy radical was increased ( P < 0. 01) in each treatment group except the low dose group. Conclusion:The Yizhiyin could improve the learning and memory capability in AD rats efficiently,and decrease the β-Amyloid deposition. The mechanism of the Yizhiyin should be related to the increase in SOD and the inhibition of hydroxy radical.

Method:30 male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups are all trained for 6 weeks with swimming. The last exhaustive swimming time,serum corticosterone,testosterone,and hypothalamic β-endorphin were observed. Result:Liqi Tiaobu Tang could extend the time for exhaustive swimming in rats(P < 0. 01),increase the content of T,and decrease the content of serum β-endorphin. Conclusion:Liqi Tiaobu Tang improves hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis function in the rat of fatigue induced by exercise. It may prevent the exercise fatigue.

摘要:Objective:To observe the immunohistochemical expression of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),transforming growth factor-β ( TGF-β),matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9) and lymphocyte subsets in brain and spinal cord tissue of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis( EAE) rats,and explore the mechanism of Erhuang Capsule,comparing the differences in action for the two dosage forms( capsule and decoction). Method:Lewis rats were immunized with the myelin basic protein ( MBP). Rats were divided randomly into nomal-group,EAE-group, prednisone-group,Erhuang Decoction group and Erhuang Capusule group after post immunization (PI). On the day 15th and the day 27th of PI,rats were killed and the immunohistochemical staining of IFN-γ、TGF-β、MMP-9、CD4 + 、 CD8 + 、CD3 + and CD19 + was performed on the sections of brain and spinal cord. Result:Compared with the EAE- group,Erhuang Decoction ( on day 27th PI) and Erhuang Capusule ( on day 15 and 27 PI) both can raise the expression of TGF-β in brain tissue. Erhuang Decoction,Erhuang Capusule and prednisone can decrease the expression of IFN-γ and MMP-9 in brain tissue and spinal cord tissue on day 15th and 27th PI;compared with the prednisone,Erhuang Decoction and Erhuang Capusule can decrease the expression of IFN-γ in brain tissue and spinal cord tissue on day 15th and 27th PI,they can also decrease the expression of MMP-9 in brain tissue and spinal cord tissue on day 15th PI. Compared with the EAE-group,the expresstion of CD4 + in brain tissue of Erhuang Decoction group was significantly lower than that of EAE-group on day 15th and 27th PI,while the expresstion of CD8 + raised and CD4 + /CD8 + decreased( The expresstion of CD19 + decreased on day 15th PI). On day 15th PI, there is no difference in the expression of CD8 + between the Erhuang Capusule group and EAE-group,others were the same as Erhuang Decoction group. Compared with the EAE-group,the expresstion of CD4 + in spinal cord tissue of Erhuang Capusule group was significantly lower than that of EAE-group on day 15th,while the expresstion of CD8 + raised and CD4 + /CD8 + decreased,on day 27th PI,the expresstion of CD4 + and CD4 + /CD8 + was decreased. There was no statistical difference between Erhuang Decoction and Erhuang Capusule. Conclusion: Erhuang Decoction and Erhuang Capusule both have the effect on upregulating the immunohistochemical expression of TGF-β in central nervous system of EAE rats,playing the same role as prednisone. They can also downregulate the expression of IFN-γ and MMP-9,are better than prednisone. Erhuang Decoction and Erhuang Capusule also can downregulate the expression of CD4 + and upregulate the expression of CD8 + ,to improve the ratio of CD4 + /CD8 + . The impact on indexs described above may be the functional mechanism of Erhuang Decoction and Erhuang Capusule. There was no significant difference between Erhuang Decoction and Erhuang Capusule. [

Method: 40 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,ischemia / reperfusion group and breviscapine group. Rats in breviscapine group were injected with breviscapine 25,50 mg· kg1· d -1 respectively prior to ischemia /reperfusion. The other two groups were given normal saline instead of breviscapine equally in volume at a week before the operation. The myocardial ischemia /reperfusion model was established by ligating the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery. Apoptosis of myocytes was detected after operation in all groups by flow cytometry with Annexin Ⅴ and propidium iodiode ( PI ) staining. The ultrastructural alterations were observed under the transmission electron microscopy. Result: breviscapine could decrease the occurrence rate of myocardial apoptosis during ischemia /reperfusion injury obviously( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). The degree of injury on ultrastructures of myocardial cell in breviscapine group is rather alleviated compared with that in the ischemia /reperfusion group. Conclusion: breviscapine may protect myocardial cells during ischemia /reperfusion injury and the protective mechanism may be achieved by inhibiting myocardial apoptosis.

Method: The forty eight Balb /c mice were inoculated with cell suspension of mouse hepatocellular carcinoma cell line H22 under the right axillary skin to establish the solid tumor model. Then they were randomly divided into four groups as follows: QHF group, DDP group,QHF + DDP group and NS ( normal saline) group. The inhibition rates of tumor growth in tumorbearing mice by drugs as an indicator were observed. The expression of VEGF,EGFR and MMP-2 in the tissue of mice tumor was detected with immunohistochemisty. Result:The weight of tumor was significantly lower in QHF, DDP and QHF + DDP group than that of in NS group(P < 0. 01),while the weight of mice tumor was significantly lower in QHF + DDP group than that of in QHF group. Their inhibition rate was 47. 45% ,63. 11% ,72. 95% , respectively. The expression of VEGF and MMP-2 in the tissue of mice tumor was significantly lower in QHF,DDP and QHF + DDP group than that of in NS group(P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01 and P < 0. 01). Moreover,The expression of EGFR in the tissue of mice tumor was significantly lower in QHF,DDP and QHF + DDP group than that of in NS group(P < 0. 01,P < 0. 05 and P < 0. 01). However,the difference between QHF + DDP group and other groups has no significance ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Both of QHF and small dose DDP have the anti-tumor and antiangiogenic effect in H22 mice of hepatocellular carcinoma. Moreover,one of anti-angiogenic mechanism may be concerned with the downregulation of the expression of VEGF,EGFR and MMP-2 in the tissue of mice tumor.

However, the difference between QHF+DDP group and other groups has no significance(P>0.05). Conclusion: Both of QHF and small dose DDP have the anti-tumor and anti-angiogenic effect in H22 mice of hepatocellular carcinoma. Moreover, one of anti-angiogenic mechanism may be concerned with the downregulation of the expression of VEGF, EGFR and MMP-2 in the tissue of mice tumor.

Conclusion:Prescription ingredients compatibility produces additive effects on WuLing Capsules therapy for hepaticfibrosis mice,they inhibit the protein expression of ERK and TGF-β1 /Smad signaling pathway in HSC-T6 by TGF-β1 activation,subsequently influence the transcription and synthesis of collagenⅠin HSC-T6.

The behavior changs was evaluated by the open-field test and fluid comsumption test. The plasma samples of the rats were taken for cAMP and cGMP determination by radioimmunoassay. The morphology changes of plantar sweat gland cells with HE staining in rats were investigated under light microscope. Result:All the indexes of the open-field test and fluid comsumption test in the model rats were significantly decreased,with significantly increased the content of plasma cAMP. Vacuole-like changes in plantar sweat gland cells in the model rats were obvious,and sweat gland ducts were expanded. You Lv Kang could improve the behavior of the rats. The level of cAMP was significantly decreased in the Liuwei Dihuang Wan and You Lv Kang groups,and the morphological appearance of plantar sweat gland cells showed to be basically normal,especially in the high dose group of You Lv Kang and Liuwei Dihuang Wan group. Conclusion: You Lv Kang can regulate β-receptor system and improve the pathological changes of plantar sweat gland cell. Nourishing Yin might be one of the mechanisms responsible for the effects.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the effect of the polysaccharide from Eclipta prostrasta L. on the immune function of mice. Method:Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,the low,middle,high doses of the polysaccharide,the positive drug group and normal control group,treated ig for 14 days. All the mice were experimented with peritoneal macrophage,hemolysin and hemolytic antibody plaques formation. Result:Compared with normal,polysaccharide of Eclipta prostrasta L. of three doses significantly increased the peritoneal macrophages phagocytic index and percentage(P < 0. 01),significantly promoted the hemolysin and hemolytic plaque formation in normal mice,particularly at the low dosage. Conclusion: The polysaccharide of Eclipta prostrasta L. can significantly increase the immune function in normal mice.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Puwei Pill(PWP) on the anti-oxidation and improvement of the gastric mucosal blood flow in the rats with gastric ulcer recurrence. Method:The gastric ulcer recurrence model was developed by intraperitoneal injection with interleukin-1β ( IL-1β ). Then the pathohistological structure in the recurred gastric ulcer,treated by PWP ( ig,90 d),was observed. The superoxide dismutase ( SOD),nitric oxide (NO),malondialdehyde(MDA) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in the plasma and ET-1A expressed in the gastric mucosa were determined. Result: PWP could significantly resist the recurrence of gastric ulcer,increase the SOD,NO activity and decrease the contents of MDA and ET-1 in plasma. At the same time,PWP could significantly inhibit the ET-1A expression in the gastric mucosa. Conclusion:PWP can prevent the recurrence of the gastric ulcer, which mechanism is probably related to the increase of anti-oxidation capacity and improvement of mucosal blood flow.

Method: Rat adjuvant arthritis model was established by Freund’s complete adjuvant to observe the joint inflammation;mice ear swelling by croton oil was also used. To evaluate the anti-inflamatory action of Jiangujuanbi Capsule,cotton ball granuloma in rats was used. Writhing method and hot plate method were used to observe the Jiangujuanbi Capsule’s analgesic effect in mice. Result: Jiangujuanbi Capsule could inhibit the rat arthritis,significantly reduce mice ear swelling caused by croton oil,and could reduce granuloma of rats. Jiangujuanbi Capsule reduce obviously the pain of mice which caused by acetic acid and hot plate. Conclusion: Jiangujuanbi Capsule has a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the the protective effects of Epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG) on the release of inflammatory cytokines and expression of neurotrophic factors in spinal cord-injuried(SCI) rats. Method: SCI model was reproduced by hemisection, and EGCG was administered for 24 h after hemisection 5 min after SCI. The concentrations of serum IL-6 and IL-8 were measured by ELISA assay, and the expression of neurotrophin-3(NT-3)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)protein in injured spinal cord tissues were determined by western blot. Result : EGCG significantly reduced the levels of serum IL-6 and IL-8, and increased expression of NT-3 and BDNF at the injured spinal cord in SCI rats. 摘要:目的:探讨活血补肾汤对椎动脉型颈椎病(cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,CSA)心率变异性的影响及颈交感神经对CSA的影响。方法:CSA患者(肾虚血瘀型)49例,随机分为试验组和对照组,分别予以活血补肾汤和颈舒颗粒,观测治疗前、后患者症状、体征、眩晕积分并测定心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)相关指标:心率全部窦性心率间期的标准差(standard diviation of NN intervals,SDNN)、低频(low frequencies,LF)、低频/高频(LF/HF)。结果:治疗后SDNN明显升高,LF、LF/HF显著降低(P<0.05);同时患者症状体征及眩晕改善程度与SDNN、LF、LF/HF有明显的相关性(r=0.545),而且眩晕程度与SDNN、LF有显著依存性(P<0.05)。结论:CSA患者存在HRV降低现象,活血补肾汤可能通过改善HRV,降低交感神经张力而发挥临床效应;颈交感神经张力增高是CSA的发病原因之一。  
摘要:Objective:To observe and study Isotretinoin soft capsules (TaiErSi) combined with Qing-gan Qu-cuo recipe in treating cyst jialing river acne. Method:50 patients cyst jialing river acne patients were randomly divided into two groups,Isotretinoin soft capsules (TaiErSi) 20mg,2 times every day. The treatment group ( n = 30) was added with qing-gan qu-cuo recipe daily. In the treatment of initial and 2,4,8 weeks,observing and studying the lesions’ recovery,assessing skin evaluation for 16 weeks and adverse reaction of recurrence. Result: The efficiency of treatment group and control group was 90. 0% vs 45. 0% . Total skin lesions means,inflammatory lesions means and noninflammatory lesions means of treatment group 8 weeks after treatment with before treatment, were statistically significant difference (P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The control group’s total skin lesions means and inflammatory skin lesions means of 8 weeks after treatment compared with before treatment were statistically significant differente (P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01),the noninflammatory lesions means of control group before and after treatment were no significant differente ( P > 0. 05 ). 8 weeks after treatment,total skin lesions means and noninflammatory skin lesions means of treatment group are better than those of control group significantly(P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01),the inflammatory lesions means of both groups 8 weeks after treatment were no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P > 0. 05). Conclusion:Isotretinoin soft capsules combined with qing-gan qucuo recipe in treating Cyst jialing river acne has reliable effect,low recurrent rate and less adverse reactions.

Method:Association rules analysis was applied to menopause data processing through setting minimum support and minimum confidence,using Apriori algorithm in the process. Result:23 association rules were discovered between sleep and somatization. symptoms. There were 10 two-way association rules,2 association rules,1 non-association rule. Conclusion:Rules of Sleep problems and Somatic symptoms can be discovered by employing association rules in analyzing menopause cases. And these rules provide im portant reference for prevention and cure of sleep issue.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenmai injection on perioperation T-lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cells for patients received cervical cancer. Method: 68 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups,34 patients were in each group. Shenmai group was received 50 mL Shenmai injection diluted with 300 mL 5% glucose 1 day before operation until 7 day after operation,and control group was received only 300 mL 5% glucose. Peripheral venous blood samples were taken before operation( T1),the end of operation(T2) and the seventh day after operation(T3) for determination of CD3 + 、CD4 + 、CD8 + 、CD4 + /CD8 + and NK. Result: The CD3 + 、CD4 + 、CD8 + 、CD4 + /CD8 + and NK were decreased in both groups at the end of operation (P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). On the seventh postoperation day,the CD3 + 、CD4 + 、CD8 + 、CD4 + /CD8 + and NK were returned to preoperational levels in both groups,but there was a significant change between the two groups( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Shenmai injection can improve the inhibition effects because of operation,and promote to recover the immunologic function for patients received cervical cancer.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of ShuYu Capsule in patients with vascular depresion (VD). Method: The investigational drugs were packed by blind method. A randomized,double-blind and controlled trial was conducted on sixty patients with VD. The sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30),orally ShuYu Capsule 3# tid and Fluoxetine capsule placebo 20mg qd,for 8 wk. and control group (n = 30),orally Fluoxetine capsule 20mg qd,and ShuYu Capsule placebo 3 # tid,for 8 wk. All subjects were assessed by HAMD,MMSE,CGI,NDS and Blood lipids. Result: ShuYu Capsule can be reduced the scores of HAMD,MMSE,CGI of Before and after treatment,The difference has statistics meaning ( P < 0. 05) between two groups; Can reduce the NDS grading and blood LDL-C level ( P < 0. 05) after 8 w in treatment group,But NDS grade and the blood LDL-C level can not be improved obviously ( P > 0. 05) in control group. Have not statistics significantly ( P > 0. 05 ) in the always efficient comparative difference between two groups of treatment. Conclusion: ShuYu Capsule has better clinical effect in vascular depresion,equal effect to Fluoxetine capsule.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of ShuYu Capsule in patients with vascular depresion (VD). Method: The investigational drugs were packed by blind method. A randomized, double-blind and controlled trial was conducted on sixty patients with VD. The sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30),orally ShuYu Capsule 3# tid and Fluoxetine capsule placebo 20mg qd,for 8 wk.and control group (n=30), orally Fluoxetine capsule 20mg qd,and ShuYu Capsule placebo 3# tid,for 8 wk. All subjects were assessed by HAMD,MMSE,CGI, NDS and Blood lipids. Result: ShuYu Capsule can be reduced the scores of HAMD,MMSE,CGI of Before and after treatment,The difference has statistics meaning (P<0.05) between two groups; Can reduce the NDS grading and blood LDL-C level (P<0.05) after 8 w in treatment group,But NDS grade and the blood LDL-C level can not be improved obviously (P>0.05) in control group. Have not statistics significantly (P>0.05) in the always efficient comparative difference between two groups of treatment. Conclusion: ShuYu Capsule has better clinical effect in vascular depresion,equal effect to Fluoxetine capsule.

摘要:Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tiaozhi Mistura in treating hyperlipemia and improving hemorhelogy. Method:To patients with hyperlipemia were chosen,and diveded into treated group and control group The treated group was treated with Tiaozhi Mistura and the control group with Xuezhikang The course of treatment was five weeks. Blood fat and hemorheology of the twe groups were observed Result:The improvement of TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C hemoviscosity,plasmoviscosity and hematocrit of the treated group Was more significant than those in the control( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Tiaozhi Mistura has good curative effect on hyperlipemia and improving of hemorheology.

摘要:Objective: In this paper, the femoral neck bone mineral density(BMD) data in patients with type 2 diabetes compared with those of the normal database are analysed in order to explore the influences of type 2 diabetes on bone mineral density in men and women with different ages. Method : The dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) is uesd to obtain the femoral neck BMD data in patients with type 2 diabetes by gender and age, then the means and standard deviations of BMD, low bone mass detection rates, and osteoporosis detection rates were calculated, and the results were displayed and analyzed. Result : The male and female patients with type 2 diabetes compared with normal bone neck BMD reduced in varying degrees. Conclusion : Type 2 diabetes affected the levels of BMD to varying degrees,and there were significant gender differences in low bone mass and osteoporosis incidence rates.

摘要:To explore the basic rules of clinical application about eighteen incompatible medicaments contained in prescriptions in modern time. 1964 formulas were screened out of TCM journal databases and studied based on the method of frequency analysis and maximal frequent item sets mining. The result showed that the prescriptions existed in all kinds of clinical trials,and were mainly used to treat the difficult and complicated cases such as cardio-cerebrovascular disease, cancer,and so on. Clinical effects of some drug pairs were influenced by the dosage ratio and administration ways such as oral combined externally application. This systematic review provided valuable information on the evaluation of clinical safety about eighteen incompatible medicaments,and it might be helpful to provide scientific supports and instructions for the clinical practices of the related Chinese herbal medicine.

Method: The chemical constituents and pharmacological activites of Arillus Longan were summarized and analyzed based on the related references which were published in domestic and overseas in recent years. Result and Conclusion: The Arillus Longan contains many kinds of active chemical constituents and has various pharmacological activites. This article provies valuable references for the further reasearch and development of Arillus Longan.

Method: The cosmetics-related mechanism of salvia miltiorrhiza is summarized based on the related literatures and the application prospects of salvia miltiorrhiza in the field of cosmetics are analyzed. Result & Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza has the function of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis and the function of removing heat from the blood to treat boils. Studies have confirmed that it contains a number of chemical constituents and pharmacologically effective. It is an ideal raw material of traditional Chinese medicine for TCM cosmetics.
