摘要:Objective:To prepare colon-targetting tablets containing total alkaloids of Sophora alopecuroides and evaluate sophoridine release profiles in vitro.Method:Wet granulation technique was employed to prepare guar-based matrix tablets,optimizing the formula by drug release studies in successive different mimicking media in vitro.Result:These results indicated that the granulations of various formulations showed good flow characteristics,hence,good compressibility.The granulation of formulation A was more fragile,with the increase of the amount of guar,while the granulations of formulation B-D became less fragile.At compression force of 25 kN,the hardness of formula-tion C was maximal,probably due to better proportion of the fine fraction and coarse fraction of the granula.The guar-based matrix tablets released 13.5% to 25.6% of sophoridine in the first 6 h,and released rapidly 55.4% ~ 75.1% in SCF for the first 6 h.Bilayer matrix tablet met required physical properties,its initial release was lagging.Within first 6 h,there was only 6.78% released from matrix tablet,and almost no drug released within 2 h,and the guar ma-trix completely dissolved in 24 h.Dissolution data of various formulations was fit best to Higuichi model,and its re-lease mechanism belonged to bulk erosion.Conclusion:Total alkaloids of S.alopecuroides colon-site targetting tablets could deliver total alkaloids of S.alopecuroides to desire site and its preparation is reasonable.

摘要:Objective:To prepare osmotic pump controlled release tablets of panax notoginoside.Method:The factor influencing the drug release was investigated by the single factor;orthogonal design was used to get the quantitative relationship among the release.Result:The drug release profile in vitro was influenced by membrane weight and the amount of PEG400.The optimum formulation was:PEG400 90%,NaCl 30%,and the membrane weight 5%(as the percent of the core).Conclusion:The panax notoginoside osmotic pump tablets are attainable by constant speed delivery.

摘要:Objective:To establish the optimum preparation of total flavonoids from Flos Carthami and Ra-dix Astragali.Method:By water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,the optimal conditions,such as ex-traction temperature,extraction time,solvent quantity and extraction times were determined by orthogonal design.The total flavonoid was further prepared by AB-8 macroporous resin chromatography.Result:The optimum extrac-tion procedure was determined with 16 times of water,60 ℃,2 hours and 3 times.of extraction.The total fla-vonoids could reach to 78.6% and hydroxy safflor yellow A(HYSA) reach to 10.07% after further purification with AB-8 macroporous resin chromatography.Conclusion:This technique is suitable to prepare total flavonoids of Flos Carthami and Radix Astragali.  
摘要:Objective: To research the effect and drug resistance of Duhuo Jisheng Tang on knee osteoarthritis (OA). Method: Select 113 patients met the inclusion criteria Were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=56) were treated with Duhuo Jisheng Tang. Patients in control group (n=57) were treated with Glucosamine sulfate. The therapeutic course was 4 weeks in both groups. Based on Lequesne function index of OA pain evaluation of Signs and symptoms of knee joint functional activities. Result: The total effective 96.43% in treatment group,82.45% in control group, between two groups the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),The treatment group Superior than the control group.two groups after treatment the Pain and functional index score were significantly lower, before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001), The treatment group score lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).After 4 weeks of withdrawal efficacy of the control group significantly decreased (compared with the end of treatment, P<0.01), while the treatment group was not significantly lower efficacy (compared with the end of treatment, P>0.05). Conclusion: Duhuo Jisheng Tang effect of knee osteoarthritis is superior to the efficacy of Glucosamine sulfate,and has good security.  
摘要:Objective:To study the optimum conditions for the purification of salvianolic acid by macro-porous resins.Method:The macroporous resin was selected and the purification process was evaluated by measuring the content of salvianolic acid B.Result:The HPD-300 maoroporous resin was the most effective one among the resins.The optimum conditions were screened,the adsorption capacity of HPD-300 macroporous resin was 172.4 mg/g,pH was 3.5;and the volume of 70% ethanol as eluent was 3 BV.By this method,the yield of salvianolic acid B was 88.11%;and the purity was 72.80%.Conclusion:The method is effective for purification of salvian-olic acid.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize the Saussurea involucrate sustained-release tablets and to study the release mechanism of the mainactive composition of Saussurea involucrate.Method:The amount of HPMC and MCC,the ratio of starch with lactose were screened by using method of orthogonal design and by selecting cumulative release of chlorogenic acid and rutin as index.Mathematic models were used to imitate the drug release.Result:The optimum formula was as follows the amount of HPMC K15m was 17%,the ratio of starch with lactose was 2∶ 1 and the amount of MCC was 1%.The release of chlorogenic acid and rutin was conformed to Higuchi equation.Conclusion:The release of two mainactive composition of Saussurea involucrate could be well described in vitro and give good foundation for rationality of formula design.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Chaiqin Qinggan Formular. Method: A HPLC method was established to simultaneously determine the contents of baicalin, paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizin in the extractions of Chaiqin Qinggan Formular. Based on the orthogonal design of L9(34) and the weighted method, three factors including the multiple water, decocting time, and extracting times were evaluated. Result: Significant effect was observed in extracting times. The best extraction process is A3B1C3. Conclusion: The extraction technology optimized with multiple components evaluation is reasonably practicable.  
摘要:Objective:To study and optimize the extracting technology of the volatile oil from motherwort fruit.Method:Orthogonal test was used for studying the effect of four extracting factors(extracting pressure,extraction temperature,soaking time,extraction time) and three levels on the fatty oil’s volume by supercritical fluid extraction.Result:The optimum extraction condition of the oil from motherwort fruit was:50 MPa of extracting pressure,45 degrees,soaking thirty minutes and extracting twenty minutes.Conclusion:The process is scientific and useful for the studying of new drug with fatty oil.The unsaturated fatty acid in the oil was 86.31%.  
摘要:Objective:The technology of enriching phenolic acids was researched from Lycopus lucidus Turcz by macroporods resins.Method:The peak areas of protocatechualdehyde,caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were compared from the ten kinds of macroporous resins’desorbED solutions under the same HPLC condition to determine the kind of macroporous resins.The contents of protocatechualdehyde,caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were chosen as assessment index to decide the concentration of ethanol.Result:The two kinds of macroporous resins,HPD-600 and AB-8 from Hebei province were optimized.The adsorption resin of HPD-600 was appropriate to enrich protocatechualdehyde and the eluant was 50% ethanol;the adsorption resin of HPD-600 was appropriate to enrich caffeic acid and the eluant was 95% ethanol;the adsorption resin of AB-8 was appropriate to enrich rosmarinic acid and the eluant was 95% ethanol.Conclusion:This experiencelaid a foundation for the enrichment technology of the phenolic acids from Herba Lycopi,it provided the key technology for the further research of Herba Lycopi’s consititutions.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of different dosage azone on transdermal absorption in vitro of osthol and methyl salicylate in Dieda Huoluo Microemulsion Spray.Method:The experiment of percutaneous penetration in vitro was operated with the methods of Franz diffusion cell and hairless mice skin,and the penetration quantity of osthol and methyl salicylate was determined by HPLC,and calculate the trandermal rate and lag time.Result:The releasing permeated amount of osthol and methyl salicylate in vitro followed the zero releasing equation.The results showed that the trandermal rate was slower as increased the dosage of azone.Conclusion:The formulation of microemulsion and volatile oil in preparation contributed to the good transdermal absorption in vitro of osthol and methyl salicylate.It’s not necessary to add azone to the preparation.  
摘要:Objective: To study the qualitative and quantitative methods for Jieshitong Tablets. Method: Desmodii Styracifolii Herba , Plantaginis Herba and Pyrrosiae Folium in Jieshitong Tablets were identified with the method of TLC. Quercetin and kaempferol were determined with the method of HPLC. Result: By TLC, the spots of three herbal drugs were well separated and without interference. Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the linear range of quercetin and kaempferol was 0.128 4~0.342 4 μg and 0.118 8~0.316 8 μg, respectively. The average recovery of uercetin and kaempferol was 97.7% and 97.3%, respectively. The RSD (n=6) was 0.7% and 0.8%, respectively. Conclusion: The method set up could effectively control the quality of Jieshitong Tablets.  
摘要:Objective:To discuss the preparation,quality control and clinical efficacy of Huachangtongbian Tablets.Method:The TLC,HPLC were used for the identification and characterization of Chinese herbal medicines preparation and determination of chrysophanol respectively;The antitheses was used in the clinical observation.Result:The preparation technology is feasible.Clear spots were noted in the TLC of Cassia occidentalis and rhubarb;Chrysophanol was linear in the range of 0.016 ~ 0.24 μg(r = 0.999 7) with the maximum absorption at 413nm.The average recovery was 98.25%(RSD 1.40%,n = 6);125 cases with habitual constipation were used in clinical observation.The total effectiveness in the treatment group was 92.0%,significantly better than 76.0% in the control group.Conclusion:The preparation formula is reasonableand the technology is feasible.TLC and HPLC methods can be used in the quality control of the preparation,with which better clinical efficacy was observed and no adverse reactions occured.

摘要:Cyclic AMP is one of the bioactive components in the extract of Fructus Jujubae, which is reported to be involved with the treatment of depression. To investigate the content of cAMP in the plasma and hippocampus according to the time variation after a single administration of the extract orally at the dose of 0.35 g ·kg-1 in mice, the plasma and hippocampi were collected at the time of 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 h and the ELISA method is used to determine the content of cAMP. As a result, the content of cAMP in plasma reaches to the maximum at the 0 h, and then decreases gradually from the 0.5 h to the 8 h. However, the content reversely increases rapidly from the 8 h to the 12 h, while decreases again in the following 12 hours. As to the hippocampi, differences are significant. The cAMP content in hippocampi is ascending gently in the first 6 hours and increasing quickly in the following hours. It is an indication that some bioactive substances in the extract of Fructus Jujubae are likely to be the specific inhibitor of Phosphodiesterase type Ⅳ (PDE4). Therefore, the extract treated to the mice can inhibit the activity of PDE4 and increase the content of cAMP in the plasma and hippocampi during the time of 6 to 12 h. Thus, a possible mechanism for the antidepressant like effect of the extract of Fructus Jujubae is involved with the inhibition of PDE4.

摘要:Objective: To study the soluble calcium ion content of different compatibility of Baihu Decoction and to discuss the compatibility regularity of Baihu Decoction. Method: ICP-AES was used to detect the content of soluble calcium ion of each single herb and their different compatibility in Baihu Decoction. Result: The results showed that all the herbs in Baihu Decoction contained calcium. Gypsum had the highest content of calcium, followed by Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Licoroce, Rice had the lowest. The calcium ion dissolution content was increased when Gypsum and Licoroce compatibled together; but not influenced by Gypsum and Rice and reduced by Gypsum and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae. Also the calcium ion content was increased when all herbs of Baihu Decoction presented together. Conclusion: The results reflected the prescription principles of traditional Chinese medicine sufficiently. Gypsum is the monarch drug and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae is the minister drug, both of them have antipyretic effect. Licorice is the assistant drug to restrain some Rhizoma Anemarrhenae’s negative effects on the calcium ion solubility of gypsum, and increase the antipyretic effect of the monarch drug and the minister drug. So the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine has its own regularity and rationality, it has important guiding significance to the further research on the pharmacological effects of mineral drugs in Chinese herbal compound.

摘要:Objective:To compare oleanolic acid content of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae prepared by different wines,prepared by distilled water and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae itself.Method:HPLC was used to determine the content of oleanolic acid.Result:The content of oleanolic acid after prepared by different wines(different concentrations of ethanol) was in a rising trend.And oleanolic acid reached to the highest content when prepared by high alcohol concentration of liquor.Conclusion:Different type of wines had a certain effect in the content of oleanolic acid of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae.And the content of oleanolic acid increased along with the increase of alcohol content of liquor.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the relativity between the body surface characteristics indicated by Evans blue and the hemorrheological parameters in rats with blood-stasis syndrome induced by macromolecule dextran. Methods: The rats were treated by injected 10% macromolecule dextran solution confected by 0.5% Evans blue, 10% macromolecule dextran solution confected by sodium chloride, 0.5% evans blue, or sodium chloride respectively through the caudal vein, then observed and photoed the exosymptom change presented by Evans blue in ear and tongue of the rats, and detected the hemorrheologic variation of the rats at 30, 60, 120, and 240 minutes after the treatment, and analyzed the relativity between the body surface characteristics indicated by Evans blue and the hemorrheological parameters in rats with blood-stasis syndrome. Results: In the rats treated by 10% macromolecule dextran solution confected by 0.5% Evans blue, the blue petechia in rat auricle and tongue were observed after 30 minutes, which aggravated as the time went by, and the whole ear of rat changed to dark blue and the blue petechiae of tongue enlarged to more than half of tongue after 240 minutes, while in the rats treated by 0.5% Evans blue,the rat auricle was semitransparent and the tongue color was uniform. In therats treated by 10% macromolecule dextran solution confected by Sodium Chloride, the blood viscosity increased significantly in different shear rate in 30 and 60 minutes, and the plasma viscosity, the aggregation index of erythrocyte, and the integral of aggregation index significantly increased at 30, 60, 120, and 240 minutes compared with the rats injected by sodium chloride. The index of red blood cell deformation and the integral area of deformation index at 30, 60, 120, and 240 minutes in the rats injected by sodium chloride are slightly lower than that in rats treated by 10% macromolecule dextran solution confected by sodium chloride, though there was no significantly difference can be detected. Conclusion: The surface characteristics in rat model with blood-stasis syndromcan be observed directly through the exosymptom change of ear and tongue when 0.5% Evans blue was confected into the 10% macromolecule dextran solution, and it correlated with the degree of blood stasis showed by the hemorrheologic variation. It indicates that the exosymptom changes in rats with blood-stasis syndrome induced by macromolecule dextran can be reflected objectively by Evans blue.  
摘要:Objective:To study the wine-processed techniques of venenum bufonis and screen out the optimum processing technique.Method:The orthogonal test was applied to study the wine-processed techniques.HPLC fingerprint was used to determine the total retention rate of cinobufagin and resibufogenin.Result:Relative importance of factors affecting wine-processed techniques were as follow:processing time > processing temperature > ratio of botanical and auxiliary materials.The processing time had a remarkable effect.Chemical compositions decreased after venenum bufonis was processed by wine.The optimum processing technique was that venenum bufonis was processed at 60 ℃ by 55% ethanol and ratio of 1∶ 2 for 12 h.Conclusion:The method is steady with a simple operation and can provide a basis to set up a standardized wine-processed technique of venenum bufonis.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Shenxiong Huayu Capsule on cerebral ischemia reperfusion and its underlying mechanism in rats. Method : Male Sprague-Dawley rats (n=48) were divided randomly into four groups: sham group,model group, low dose of Shenxiong Huayu Capsule treatment group and high dose of Shenxiong Huayu Capsule treatment group. Global cerebral ischemia model was formed by improved four-vessel occlusion as described in the Pulsinelli's method. Changes in cerebral tissue morphous in hippocampal region were observed with light and electron microscopes 1d after operation. Learning and memory function (Morris water maze) were performed daily from 3d to7d after injury. Result: Compared with the sham group, the neurons, axons and capillaries in the models were damaged,and the latency to find the platform was prolonged(P<0.05). Compared with the model group,the damage of brain tissue in the Capsule treated rats was decreased,latency to find the platform were shortened (P<0.05). The above mentioned improvements were more significant in high dose of Shenxiong Huayu Capsule group. Conclusion: Shenxiong Huayu Capsule has good therapeutic effect on global ischemia-reperfusion injury and the mechanism is related to the attenuating of cerebral ultrastructure damage.  
摘要:Objective:To establish the optimum ISSR-PCR system of Polygonum capitatum.Method:The Mg2 +,dNTPs,primers and Taq DNA polymerase,were investigated to optimize the ISSR-PCR reaction system of Polygonum capitatum by orthogonal tests.Result:The optimized ISSR-PCR system of P.capitatum included 1 × DNA polymerase buffer(10 mmol.L-1 KCl,8 mmol.L-1(NH4)2SO4,10 mmol.L-1 Tris.HC1,pH 8.0),3.0 mmol.L-1 MgCl2 200 μmol.L-1 dNTPs,2.0 U.25 μL-1 Taq DNA polymerase,0.25 mmol.L-1 primer,40 ng.L-1 DNA template,in 25 μL PCR reaction systerm.By temperature gradient PCR,the optimum annealing temperature was determined as 48 ℃.Conclusion:The optimized system laid the groundwork for ISSR molecular analysis of P.capitatum Buch-Ham.ex D.Don.  
摘要:Aim: To determine the in vitro effect of Radix Saposhnikoviae (RS), Largehead Atractylodes Rh (LA) and white paeony root (WPR) on the colonic smooth muscle strips of rats and study the possible mechanisms. Method: The colonic longitudinal smooth muscle strips of rats were prepared. Sodium chloride (9 g ·L-1) was used as the control groups. We observed the effects of WPR, LA and RS on the spontaneous contraction of the muscle strips. To study its mechanisms further, we also observed the effects of three tool drugs (naloxone, propranolol and phentolamine) on the strips. Result: Compared with the control group, both LA and WPR had the promoting role on the in vitro contraction of colonic smooth muscle strips. In addition, the activity of LA was stronger than WPR. RS of different concentrations showed dose-dependent inhibitive effects on 10~40 g ·L-1 in the spontaneous contraction of colonic muscle strips. When acetylcholine was Added, RS showed dose-dependent inhibitive effects on the contraction of muscle strips. Compared with the NS+RS group, the area of NLT+RS group had significant difference (P<0.05), so were the peak and area of FTLM+RS group (P<0.01), while NS group was insignificant. Conclusion: RS showed inhibitive effect on the spontaneous in vitro contraction of colonic smooth muscle strips of rats, while LA and WPR showed promoting effect. The mechanisms of inhibition are supposed to have close relations with the α-adrenoceptor and maybe also related with the M-cholinergic receptor.  
摘要:Objective:To provide scientific foundation for establishing harvesting time of best quality of herb.Method:Protocatechuic acid was determined by HPLC to study dynamic trends of its content of the Cynomorium songaricum in different growth stages.Using Eclipse XDB C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) as the stationary phase,acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid(10∶ 100∶ 0.1) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml.min-1,259 nm as the detection wavelength,the injection volume was 10 μL.Result:The protocatechuic acid content of C.songaricum Rupr.changed regularly.The content was higher at preemergence stage than that of unearthed.The content at unearthed stage was higher than that in flowering stage.And In flowering stage was higher than fruiting stage.Conclusion:Protocatechuic acid could be regarded as one of mark components,that the preemergence stage was the best.The research provided a scientific foundation for the right harvesting-time and the quality evaluation of Herba cynomorii.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Qianlieshukang Capsule in treating prostatitis. Method : Pharmacological investigations were carried out to study the impact of Qianlieshukang Capsule on rat's prostate fribrosis inflammation caused by Xiaozhiling and on rat's prostatitis caused by E.coli. Results: Qianlieshukang Capsule has significant effect for treating prostatitis induced by Xiaozhiling and that induced by E.coli, indicated by prostate weight, leucocyte count and lecithin density(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions: Qianlieshukang Capsule can alleviate prostate pathological changes in chronic prostatitis, and is effective in treating bacterial prostatitis incause by E.coli.  
摘要:Objective: To analyze the cosmetics-related mechanism of salvia miltiorrhiza and to lay the foundation for the relevant product development. Method: The cosmetics-related mechanism of salvia miltiorrhiza is summarized based on the related literatures and the application prospects of salvia miltiorrhiza in the field of cosmetics are analyzed. Result & Conclusions: Salvia miltiorrhiza has the function of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis and the function of removing heat from the blood to treat boils. Studies have confirmed that it contains a number of chemical constituents and pharmacologically effective. It is an ideal raw material of traditional Chinese medicine for Traditional Chinese Medicine cosmetics.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanisms and effects of glycyrrhizin in rat model of pulmonary fibrosis produced by Bleomycin. Method: Sprague Dawley rats(180±20) g were randomLy divided into 4 groups: pulmonary fibrosis group,NS group,DXM treatment group, glycyrrhizin treatment group.There were ten rats in every group.All rats in the treatment groups were intraperitoneal injection after 28 days when rats were produced pulmonary fibrosis,which was at the same time every day and lasts for 14 days.The treatment dose were DXM 3 mg/(kg ·d), glycyrrhizin dose 150 mg/(kg ·d).After the 15th days,Lung tissues were obtained,the left lung(1 cm×1 cm×lcm) was fixed in 10% formaldehyde,which were measured by immunity class TGF-β1,IFN-γ;the right lung was made into slice which cell apoptosis was detected.To draw 6~8 mL blood of the rats in all treatment groups and stand for 30 minutes,we can obtain blood-serum after the blood centrifuged for 15 mnutes,and the blood-serum war measured by ELISA TGF-β1、IFN-γ and IL-4. Result: 1.The extent of alveolitis and fibrosis of pulmonary fibrosis rats were quantified by grades. The pulmonary alveolitis and fibrosis of glycyrrhizin group and DXM group were signifieantly lighter than BLM group.2.Stronger TGF-β1 protein expression was deteeted in bronehiolar epitheliums of BLM group,poorer IFN-γ in BLM group.But the oppositions were in glycyrrhizin group and DXM group. TGF-β1 protein expression in BLM group was more significant deviation than in NS group(P=0.007),DXM group(P=0.000), glycyrrhizin group(P=0.001),but the difference was obvious between DXM group and glycyrrhizin group(P=0.018); IFN-γ protein expressions in glycyrrhizin group(P=0.004) and in DXM group(P=0.01) were more significant deviation than in BLM group.But IFN-γ protein expression no deviation between DXM group and glycyrrhizin group(P=0.618);3.The TGF-β1and IL-4 levels of BLM group were higher than all the treatment groups,but the IFN-γ level was contrary. The TGF-β1 level of BLM group was more deviative than glycyrrhizin group(P=0.005), DXM group(P=0.044), NS group(P=0.008); The IL-4 levels of NS group(P=0.013), DXM group(P=0.029), glycyrrhizin group(P=0.013)were more deviative than in BLM group; The IFN-γ leve of BLM group was more poorer than DXM group(P=0.001)and glycyrrhizin group(P=0.000), But the IFN-γ leve no deviation between DXM group and glycyrrhizin group(P=0.389). Conclusion: The study shows rats pulmonary fibrosis in the glycyrrhizin treatment group was less severe than that of BLM group. TGF-β1 and IL-4 protein expressions in the glycyrrhizin treatment group were poorer than in BLM group. The TGF-β1and IL-4 levels were the same.But IFN-γ protein expression and the IFN-γ leve in glycyrrhizin group were stronger.  
摘要:Objective:The research aimed to analyse the medicinal serum of Prepared Radix Rehmanniae and explore the material base of Nourishing Yin effects on Prepared RadixRehmanniae.Method:Based on Yin-Deficiency Rats model,established HPLC fingerprints of Prepared Radix Rehmannia,The constituents absorbed into blood were determined by comparing HPLC fingerprints of Prepared Radix Rehmanniae,medicinal serum of Yin deficiency rats and blank serum.Result:After oral administration,one Chromatographic Peak was found in the medicinal serum as the same location as Prepared Radix Rehmanniae.Conclusion:The Chromatographic Peak in the medicinal serum which is as the same location as Prepared Radix Rehmanniae is the original constituent of Prepared Radix Rehmanniae absorbed into blood.and might be active component of nourishing yin.Further studies of them is helpful to clarify the bioactive material Base of Prepared Radix Rehmanniae.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the Stachydrine (Sta) on norepinephrine (NE)-induced hypertrophy of neonatal rat cardiac myocyte sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium uptake capacity and activity of SERCA. Method: different concentrations of Stachydrine (10-4,10-5,10-6 mol/L) on the NE-induced cardiac hypertrophy model group intervention, by rat cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium uptake of protein levels and the ability to Stachydrine reflect on NE-induced hypertrophy of neonatal rat cardiac myocytes studied. Result: Stachydrine can significantly reduce the protein content of myocardial cells and reduce Protein / DNA ratio; Stachydrine in a dose-dependent increase NE-induced cardiac mast cells in sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium uptake and activity of SERCA. Conclusion: Stachydrine on NE-induced cardiac mast cells in sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium uptake have a certain degree of increased dose-dependent relationship between certain, with the concentration of Stachydrine improvement of sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium uptake rate and activity of SERCA has improved markedly.

摘要:Objective: To determine the contents of tetramethylpyrazine and ferulic acid in Kangxuanyun Granule.Method: C18 Column was used with methanol acetonitrile for chromatography-1% acetic acid glacial(1∶ 1∶5) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL.min-1.The detecting wavelength was set at 280 nm.Result: The content of ferulic acid and tetramethylpyrazine can be determined by HPLC.The linearity of tetramethylpyrazine was good in the range of 0.002 4 ~ 6.900 0 μg,r = 0.999 8;The linearity of ferulic acid was good in the range of 2.040 0 ~58.650 0 μg,r = 0.999 0.The average recovery of tetramethylpyrazine was 98.75%,RSD 1.12%,the average recovery of ferulic acid was 98.45%,RSD 0.63%.Conclusion: The method is simple reliable accurate and can be applied as the quantity control method of Kangxuanyun Granule.  
摘要:Objective: To prepare colon-targetting tablets containing total alkaloids of Sophora alopecuroides and evaluate sophoridine release profiles in vitro. Method: Wet granulation technique was employed to prepare guar-based matrix tablets, optimizing the formula by drug release studies in successive different mimicking media in vitro. Result: These results indicated that the granulations of various formulations showed good flow characteristics, hence, good compressibility. The granulation of formulation A was more fragile, with the increase of the amount of guar, while the granulations of formulation B-D became less fragile. At compression force of 25 kN, the hardness of formulation C was maximal, probably due to better proportion of the fine fraction and coarse fraction of the granula. The guar-based matrix tablets released 13.5% to 25.6% of sophoridine in the first 6 h, and released rapidly 55.4%~75.1% in SCF for the first 6 h. Bilayer matrix tablet met required physical properties, its initial release was lagging. Within first 6 h, there was only 6.78% released from matrix tablet, and almost no drug released within 2 h, and the guar matrix completely dissolved in 24 h. Dissolution data of various formulations was fit best to Higuichi model, and its release mechanism belonged to bulk erosion. Conclusion: Total alkaloids of S. alopecuroides colon-site targetting tablets could deliver total alkaloids of S. alopecuroides to desire site and its preparation is reasonable.

摘要:Objective: To prepare osmotic pump controlled release tablets of panax notoginoside. Method: The factor influencing the drug release was investigated by the single factor; orthogonal design was used to get the quantitative relationship among the release. Result: The drug release profile in vitro was influenced by membrane weight and the amount of PEG400. The optimum formulation was: PEG400 90%, NaCl 30%, and the membrane weight 5%(as the percent of the core). Conclusion: The panax notoginoside osmotic pump tablets are attainable by constant speed delivery.

摘要:Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method to determine the dissolution of β-asarone in Shenqiyinao Capsules.Method:The column was Lichrospher(r) 100 RP-18e(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase composed of methanol-0.1% glacial acetic acid solution(60∶ 40) and the temperature of column was 35 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1 and the detective wavelength was at 257 nm,external method.The dissolution of the β-asarone was determined by basket stirring technique with 0.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate 500 mL at a speed of 100 r.min-1.Result:The linear range of β-asarone was 0.007 ~ 0.352 μg.The dissolution of β-asarone was above 70% at 30 minutes.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate and suitable for the quality control of Shenqiyinao Capsules.

摘要:Objective: To establish the optimum preparation of total flavonoids from Flos Carthami and Radix Astragali. Method: By water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, the optimal conditions, such as extraction temperature, extraction time, solvent quantity and extraction times were determined by orthogonal design. The total flavonoid was further prepared by AB-8 macroporous resin chromatography. Result: The optimum extraction procedure was determined with 16 times of water, 60 ℃, 2 hours and 3 times. of extraction. The total flavonoids could reach to 78.6% and hydroxy safflor yellow A(HYSA) reach to 10.07% after further purification with AB-8 macroporous resin chromatography. Conclusion: This technique is suitable to prepare total flavonoids of Flos Carthami and Radix Astragali.  
摘要:Objective:To establish the method of determining the content of narigin and hesperidin and neohesperidin in Fructus Auranti pieces by HPLC.Method:Ultimate 3 000 Cl8 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(pH was adjusted to 3 by phosphoric acid)(23∶77).Wavelength was 283 nm,flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,column temperature was 30 ℃.Result:naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin linear ranges were 0.316 4 ~ 1.582 4 μg(r = 0.999 9),0.041 2 ~ 0.206 0 μg(r = 0.999 9),0.188 0 ~ 0.940 0 μg(r = 0.999 9).The average coefficient of recovery were greater than 96.11%.Conclusion:This method is highly specific,accurate and reliable and has good repeatability.It is suitable for the determination of the content of narigin and hesperidin and neohesperidin in Fructus Auranti pieces.It can be widely used for the quality control of Fructus Auranti pieces.  
摘要:Objective: To study the optimum conditions for the purification of salvianolic acid by macroporous resins. Method: The macroporous resin was selected and the purification process was evaluated by measuring the content of salvianolic acid B. Result: The HPD-300 maoroporous resin was the most effective one among the resins. The optimum conditions were screened, the adsorption capacity of HPD-300 macroporous resin was 172.4 mg/g, pH was 3.5; and the volume of 70% ethanol as eluent was 3 BV. By this method, the yield of salvianolic acid B was 88.11%; and the purity was 72.80%. Conclusion: The method is effective for purification of salvianolic acid.  
摘要:Objective:A method was developed for the quantitative determination of protocatechuic acid in Trogopterus xanthippes Milne-Edwards by HPLC.Method: The analyst was determined by HPLC with a Hypersil GOLD C18 column and a mobile phase of menthol-1% acetic acid-water(5∶ 95),at a flow rate of 1 mL.min-1.The UV detection wave length was 260 nm.Result: The assay exhibited a good linearity in the concentration range from 0.019 9 to 0.099 5 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9.The analyst ’s precision,stabilization,reappearance and recovery were all in limited range.Conclusion:This method was reliable and could be used for the quality control of Trogopterus xanthippes Milne-Edwards.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the Saussurea involucrate sustained-release tablets and to study the release mechanism of the mainactive composition of Saussurea involucrate. Method: The amount of HPMC and MCC,the ratio of starch with lactose were screened by using method of orthogonal design and by selecting cumulative release of chlorogenic acid and rutin as index. Mathematic models were used to imitate the drug release. Result: The optimum formula was as follows the amount of HPMC K15m was 17%, the ratio of starch with lactose was 2 ∶1 and the amount of MCC was 1%. The release of chlorogenic acid and rutin was conformed to Higuchi equation. Conclusion: The release of two mainactive composition of Saussurea involucrate could be well described in vitro and give good foundation for rationality of formula design.

摘要:Objective: To study and optimize the extracting technology of the volatile oil from motherwort fruit. Method: Orthogonal test was used for studying the effect of four extracting factors (extracting pressure, extraction temperature, soaking time, extraction time) and three levels on the fatty oil’s volume by supercritical fluid extraction. Result: The optimum extraction condition of the oil from motherwort fruit was: 50 MPa of extracting pressure, 45 degrees, soaking thirty minutes and extracting twenty minutes. Conclusion :The process is scientific and useful for the studying of new drug with fatty oil. The unsaturated fatty acid in the oil was 86.31%.  
摘要:Objective: The technology of enriching phenolic acids was researched from Lycopus lucidus Turcz by macroporods resins. Method: The peak areas of protocatechualdehyde, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were compared from the ten kinds of macroporous resins’desorbED solutions under the same HPLC condition to determine the kind of macroporous resins.The contents of protocatechualdehyde, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were chosen as assessment index to decide the concentration of ethanol. Result: The two kinds of macroporous resins, HPD-600 and AB-8 from Hebei province were optimized. The adsorption resin of HPD-600 was appropriate to enrich protocatechualdehyde and the eluant was 50% ethanol; the adsorption resin of HPD-600 was appropriate to enrich caffeic acid and the eluant was 95% ethanol; the adsorption resin of AB-8 was appropriate to enrich rosmarinic acid and the eluant was 95% ethanol. Conclusion: This experiencelaid a foundation for the enrichment technology of the phenolic acids from Herba Lycopi, it provided the key technology for the further research of Herba Lycopi’s consititutions.  
摘要:Objective:To bulid the method for determination of baicalin,jasminoidin and paeonol in Qindan Particles by HPLC.Method:An Aigilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase of baicalin was CH3OH-H2O-P(47∶ 53∶ 0.2),the detection wave lenghth was set at 280 nm.And the mobile phase of jasminoidin was acetonitrile-H2O(15 ∶ 85),the detection wave lenghth was set at 238 nm.For paeonol,the mobile phase was CH3OH-H2O(45∶ 55),the detection wave lenghth was set at 274 nm.All flow rates were 1.0 mL.min-1.Result:Under each condition,the calibration curves of baicalin,jasminoidin and paeonol were linear at the ranges of 0.006 ~ 0.096 mg.L-1,0.005 ~ 0.080 mg.L-1 and 0.005 ~ 0.050 mg.mL-1,respectively.And the each average recoveries of the method were 98.8% for baicalin(RSD 0.75%,n = 9);99.7% for jasminoidin(RSD 0.94%,n = 9);98.4% for paeonol(RSD 1.41%,n = 9).Conclusion:The developed method is simple,accurate and repeatable for determination of baicalin,jasminoidin and paeonol in Qin-dan Particles.  
摘要:Objective :To study the effect of different dosage azone on transdermal absorption in vitro of osthol and methyl salicylate in Dieda Huoluo Microemulsion Spray. Method :The experiment of percutaneous penetration in vitro was operated with the methods of Franz diffusion cell and hairless mice skin,and the penetration quantity of osthol and methyl salicylate was determined by HPLC,and calculate the trandermal rate and lag time. Result :The releasing permeated amount of osthol and methyl salicylate in vitro followed the zero releasing equation. The results showed that the trandermal rate was slower as increased the dosage of azone. Conclusion :The formulation of microemulsion and volatile oil in preparation contributed to the good transdermal absorption in vitro of osthol and methyl salicylate. It’s not necessary to add azone to the preparation.  
摘要:Objective:To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the active section with lowering blood sugar of agrimony.Method:The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographies.The structures of compounds isolated were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties.Result:Eight compounds were isolated from the active section with lowering blood sugar of agrimony.And their structures were identified as β-sitosterol(1),daucosterol(2),taxifolin(3),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(4),hyperin(5),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),ferulaic acid(7),gallic acid(8).Conclusion:Compounds 3,7,8 are isolated from agrimony for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: To discuss the preparation, quality control and clinical efficacy of Huachangtongbian Tablets. Method : The TLC, HPLC were used for the identification and characterization of Chinese herbal medicines preparation and determination of chrysophanol respectively; The antitheses was used in the clinical observation. Result : The preparation technology is feasible. Clear spots were noted in the TLC of Cassia occidentalis and rhubarb; Chrysophanol was linear in the range of 0.016~0.24 μg( r= 0.999 7) with the maximum absorption at 413nm.The average recovery was 98.25% (RSD 1.40%,n=6); 125 cases with habitual constipation were used in clinical observation. The total effectiveness in the treatment group was 92.0%, significantly better than 76.0% in the control group. Conclusion : The preparation formula is reasonableand the technology is feasible.TLC and HPLC methods can be used in the quality control of the preparation, with which better clinical efficacy was observed and no adverse reactions occured.

摘要:Objective:To study on whether Rubia cordifolia L.contains toxic compositions of lucidin and lucidin-3-O-primeveroside(EUK-4).Method:RP-HPLC,HPLC-DAD,LC-MS were used to evaluate R.cordifolia from 6 different regions.Result:The same signal with EUK-4 was detected for all the herbal samples,and in the sample of ②⑤⑥ the same signal with lucidin was fourd.Conclusion:R.cordifolia contains the genotoxicity composition of lucidin :lucidin-3-O-primeveroside(EUK-4).  
摘要:Objective : To optimize the matrix formula of Rouguiyou cataplasm. Method : Orthogonal experiment was used to design formula by measuring tack, cohesion and physical properties; percutaneous permeability in vitro was tested by using the franz diffusion cell, the permeation amount of cinnamaldehyde within 12h in vitro was examined by HPLC. Result : The optimal formula was acquired with carbomer 1.3g, glycerol 30 g and PAAS 5.5g, and the percutaneous rate is 13.44 μg ·cm-2 ·h-1. Conclusion : The established preparation technique of cataplasm was feasible, and its percutaneous permeability in vitro was stable.  
摘要:Objective:To study the essential oils of T.viscidum.Method:The essential oils were extracted from T.viscidum by steam distillation,The amount of the components from the essential oil were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.Result:The main chemical constituents of T.viscidum were Terpenes and Terpenes oxygenated compounds.Conclusion:It has provided scientific foundation for exploitation and utilization of T.viscidum.  
摘要:Objective:To analyze the chemical composition and their relative contents of Zhenggushui.Method:Acapillary column HP-5MS was used.The column temperature was controlled by a program and the MS analysis was performed with EI and quadrupolemass analyzer.The chemical composition was identified by NIST2002 searching and mass spectra comparing and their relative contents were determined by using normalization method of chromatographic peak areas.Result:There were 30components were found and 29 of them(more than 97%) were identified.Conclusion:The GC-MS is a simple,rapid and sensitive method for the chemical composition analysis of Zhenggushui.  
摘要:Objective: To compare oleanolic acid content of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae prepared by different wines,prepared by distilled water and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae itself. Method: HPLC was used to determine the content of oleanolic acid. Result: The content of oleanolic acid after prepared by different wines(different concentrations of ethanol) was in a rising trend. And oleanolic acid reached to the highest content when prepared by high alcohol concentration of liquor. Conclusion: Different type of wines had a certain effect in the content of oleanolic acid of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae. And the content of oleanolic acid increased along with the increase of alcohol content of liquor.  
摘要:Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method to determine the contents of oleanolic acid in ErzhiPills.Method:The samples was separated on a Venusil X B P-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),using methanol-0.4 % ammonium acetate solution(83 ∶ 17) as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL.min-1 and detection at 210 nm.The column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃.Result:the linear range of oleanolic acid was at 0.1004 ~ 1.807 μg(r = 0.999 8).The average recovery of oleanolic acid was 99.7%,RSD 1.75%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for quality evaluation of Erzhi Pills.  
摘要:Objective: To study the wine-processed techniques of venenum bufonis and screen out the optimum processing technique. Method : The orthogonal test was applied to study the wine-processed techniques. HPLC fingerprint was used to determine the total retention rate of cinobufagin and resibufogenin. Result : Relative importance of factors affecting wine-processed techniques were as follow: processing time > processing temperature> ratio of botanical and auxiliary materials. The processing time had a remarkable effect. Chemical compositions decreased after venenum bufonis was processed by wine. The optimum processing technique was that venenum bufonis was processed at 60 ℃ by 55% ethanol and ratio of 1 ∶2 for 12 h. Conclusion : The method is steady with a simple operation and can provide a basis to set up a standardized wine-processed technique of venenum bufonis.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the optimum ISSR-PCR system of Polygonum capitatum. Method: The Mg2+, dNTPs, primers and Taq DNA polymerase, were investigated to optimize the ISSR-PCR reaction system of Polygonum capitatum by orthogonal tests. Result: The optimized ISSR-PCR system of P.capitatum included 1×DNA polymerase buffer (10 mmol ·L-1 KCl, 8 mmol ·L-1 (NH4)2SO4, 10 mmol ·L-1 Tris ·HC1, pH 8.0), 3.0 mmol ·L-1 MgCl2 200 μmol ·L-1 dNTPs, 2.0 U ·25 μL-1 Taq DNA polymerase, 0.25 mmol ·L-1 primer, 40 ng ·L-1 DNA template,in 25 μL PCR reaction systerm. By temperature gradient PCR, the optimum annealing temperature was determined as 48 ℃. Conclusion: The optimized system laid the groundwork for ISSR molecular analysis of P.capitatum Buch-Ham.ex D.Don.  
摘要:Objective: To provide scientific foundation for establishing harvesting time of best quality of herb. Method: Protocatechuic acid was determined by HPLC to study dynamic trends of its content of the Cynomorium songaricum in different growth stages. Using Eclipse XDB C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)as the stationary phase, acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid(10 ∶100 ∶0.1)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml ·min-1, 259 nm as the detection wavelength, the injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The protocatechuic acid content of C. songaricum Rupr. changed regularly. The content was higher at preemergence stage than that of unearthed. The content at unearthed stage was higher than that in flowering stage. And In flowering stage was higher than fruiting stage. Conclusion: Protocatechuic acid could be regarded as one of mark components, that the preemergence stage was the best. The research provided a scientific foundation for the right harvesting -time and the quality evaluation of Herba cynomorii.  
摘要:Objective:To establish the quality control method for Yutongling Capsules.Method:Sanguis draconis,Radix Notoginseng,Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Yutongling Capsules were identified by TLC.Dracorhodin was determined by HPLC.Result:The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and specific.Dracorhodin was linear in the range of 0.252 ~ 1.260 μg((r = 0.999 4),with a average recovery of 98.72%(RSD 1.65%).Conclusion:This method can be used to control the quality of Yutongling Capsules.

摘要:Objective:Notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 in Gucining capsule were determined by HPLC.Method: ODS C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(19.5 ∶ 80.5) as mobile phase.Detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.Result:The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 was 3.192 ~ 30.4 μg,1.1 ~ 10.48 μg respectively.The average recovery was 94.4%,97.64%,and RSD was 0.61%,2.30%(n = 5).Conclusion:The method can be used for the drug control.

摘要:Objective:To analyze the main chemical constituents of the essential oil in flower of H.manihot Method:The essential oils were extracted from flower of Hibiscus manihot L..by s microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) and steam distillation(SD).The amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method.The components separated were identified by GC-MS.Result:There were 34 components from Tooan sinensis Roem.by MAE that composed of about 99.35% of the total essential oil were separated and identified;There were 37 components from Tooan sinensis Roem.by SD that composed of about 94.81% of the total essential oil were separated and identified.Conclusion:The present study provide scientific bases for exploitation of flower of H.manihot in reason.

Method :Using spectrophotometry to determination total tannin content of different sources excrement of Trogopterus xanthipes Milne-Edwards. Result :The total tannins of excrement of Animals feed Cacumen Platycladi were higher than the simple of natural state, feed Folium Rhusii, Folium Fraxini and Cacumen Platycladi the tannin content is higher than only feed Cacumen Platycladi simple and natural state simple. Conclusion :This method can be used the quality evaluation of excrement of Trogopterus xanthipes Milne-Edwards and provided scientific basis for prepare breeding materials.

摘要:Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method to determine the dissolution of β-asarone in Shenqiyinao Capsules. Method: The column was Lichrospher(r)100 RP-18e (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase composed of methanol-0.1% glacial acetic acid solution (60 ∶40) and the temperature of column was 35 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the detective wavelength was at 257 nm, external method. The dissolution of the β-asarone was determined by basket stirring technique with 0.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate 500 mL at a speed of 100 r ·min-1. Result: The linear range of β-asarone was 0.007~0.352 μg. The dissolution of β-asarone was above 70% at 30 minutes. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Shenqiyinao Capsules.  
摘要:Objective:To determine the content of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Yankening Tablets by HPLC.Method:Using Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),the methanol(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B)was used as the mobile phase.Using gradient elution,0 ~ 10 min,75% ~ 85% A,10 ~ 20 min,85% ~ 90% A.The flow rate was 1.0 mL /min.The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Result:The linearity of this method were for 0.016-0.0960 mg,0.120-0.072 0 μg for rhein,0.016 0-0.096 0 μg for emodin,0.036 4-0.218 4 μg for chrysophanol,0.015 6-0.093 6 μg for physcion.There coveries of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion were 96.6%,97.2%,96.9%,98.1% and 96.2%.RSD were 0.76%(n = 5),1.35%(n = 5),1.57%(n = 5),1.25%(n = 5) and 0.62%(n = 5),respectively.Conclusion:This method was rapid,accurate and can be used as one kind of Yankening Tablets’quality control method.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the method of determining the content of narigin and hesperidin and neohesperidin in Fructus Auranti pieces by HPLC. Method : Ultimate 3 000 Cl8 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (pH was adjusted to 3 by phosphoric acid) (23 ∶77). Wavelength was 283 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, column temperature was 30 ℃. Result: naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin linear ranges were 0.316 4~1.582 4 μg(r= 0.999 9), 0.041 2~0.206 0 μg (r =0.999 9), 0.188 0~0.940 0 μg (r= 0.999 9). The average coefficient of recovery were greater than 96.11%. Conclusion : This method is highly specific, accurate and reliable and has good repeatability.It is suitable for the determination of the content of narigin and hesperidin and neohesperidin in Fructus Auranti pieces.It can be widely used for the quality control of Fructus Auranti pieces.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effects of oxymatrine(OMT) on myocardial remodeling after acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in rats.Method:AMI was reproduced in male SD rats by ligation of the left coronary artery.The survived rats were randomly divided into five groups as following:model group,OMT50,25,12.5 mg.kg-1 OMT,50 mg.kg-1 captopril,and sham group which was treated as the model group except the operation of arteria coranaria ligation.After eight weeks ligation,the cardiac function was assayed by hemodynamics parameters,the degree of myocardial remodeling was analyzed by cardiac weight indexes,ventricles remodeling parameters and the content of hydroxyproline.Result:The cardiac functions of rats in model group were significantly exacerbated.Cardiac weight parameter,entricular remodeling parameters,and contents of hydroxyproline in ventricule were significantly increased that means degree of myocardial remodeling is increased.After continuous administration of OMT for 8 weeks,the cardiac functions of the rats in OMT group were significantly ameliorated,and the degree of myocardial remodeling was significantly alleviated.Conclusion:OMT could ameliorate the experimental myocardial remodeling induced by AMI in rats.  
摘要:Objective: A method was developed for the quantitative determination of protocatechuic acid in Trogopterus xanthippes Milne-Edwards by HPLC. Method : The analyst was determined by HPLC with a Hypersil GOLD C18 column and a mobile phase of menthol-1%acetic acid-water(5 ∶95), at a flow rate of 1 mL ·min-1. The UV detection wave length was 260 nm. Result : The assay exhibited a good linearity in the concentration range from 0.019 9 to 0.099 5 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The analyst’s precision, stabilization, reappearance and recovery were all in limited range. Conclusion: This method was reliable and could be used for the quality control of Trogopterus xanthippes Milne-Edwards.  
摘要:Objective:To study the mechanism of the Chinese medicine Weichangshu on mitochondrial kinetic energy of stomach in diabetic mellitus(DM) rats by measuring the changes in morphology,structure,function and protein of mitochondria.Method:Standard Sprague Dawley rats(150-170 g) were randomly divided into 4 groups,including a control group,DM model group,DM + WeichangshuⅠgroup(750 mg.kg-1),DM + Weichangshu Ⅱ group(1 500 mg.kg-1).The mitochondrial morphology and structure were detected using transmission electron microscopy.The changes in mitochondrial transmembrane potential,respiratory chain and mitochondrial proteins were detected using flow cytometry,fluorescence labeling and Western blot respectively.Result:Weichangshu could ameliorate the mitochondrial morphology,structure and respiratory chain of stomach in diabetic mellitus rats.Mitochondrial transmembrane potential,ATP level and activity of cytochrome C oxidase were increased.The release of ROS was decreased.The expression of Bcl-2 was up-regulated and the expression of bax was down-regulated.Conclusion:Weichangshu could promote the gastrointestinal motility,which might be related with the regulation of mitochondrial kinetic energy.

摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of shanzhiside methylester in the preparations of Lamiophlomis rotata . Method: HPLC analysis was performed on Symmetry C18 (5 μm) column and gradient elution ∶91), 9-20 min, acetonitrile-water (15 ∶85)] was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml ·min-1. The column temperature was 20 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 235 nm. Result: The linear range of shanzhiside methylester was 9.6~115.2 μg ·mL-1 (r=0.999 8) and the average recovery was 97.69%. Shanzhiside methylester could be detected from all preparations and the content variedgreatly. Conclusion: The method can be applied to determine the content of shanzhiside methylester in the preparations of Lamiophlomis rotata .  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the anti-tumor and antioxidative effect of iridoid glucosides from Boschniakia rossica(IGBR) in VX2-bearing rabbits.Method:The VX2 transplanted rabbit model was established and the rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups:model,high and low dose IGBR,and 5-Fu.Animals were treated with IGBR and the survival times of rabbits were recorded.In additional groups of rabbits treated with IGBR for 21 days,then the tumor weights were estimated and the growth inhibition ratios were calculated,and the serum activities of glutathione S-transferase(GST),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),as well as the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) were detected by colorimetric method.Result:The administration with IGBR prolonged the survival time,inhibited the growth of transplanted tumor,increased the serum activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-PX,and reduced the serum MDA level in VX2-bearing rabbits.Conclusion:IGBR could prolong the survival time of VX2-bearing rabbits,exhibit an inhibitory effect on the growth of transplanted VX2 tumor,probably via the improved anti-oxidative capability.  
摘要:Objective:To study the dose and time dependent hepatotoxicity and pathological change induced by Radix et Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensis(RRST) in mice.Method:After 14 days observation,the medial lethal dose(LD50) of RRST decoction with oral administration in mice was calculated.In addition,the liver weight /body weight index was measured,and pathological change of liver under microscope was observed.Result:The LD50 value of RRST of batch A(No.081012) was 31.935 g(crude drug) /kg,with the 95% confidence level between 30.509 ~ 33.506 g(crude drug).kg-1;that of batch B(No.0904295) was 16.39 g(crude drug).kg-1,with the 95% confidence level between 14.426 ~ 18.38 g(crude drug).kg-1.The time dependent study indicated that the enlargement of the liver and the liver weight /body weight indexes of the mice 6 hour after oral administration with decoction A at the dosage of 30g(crude drug).kg-1,or decoction B at the dosage of 12.4 g(crude drug).kg-1,were obviously increased when compared with that of the normal control mice.The hepatic damage was most serious in 24 hours.The dose dependent study indicated that oral administration with decoction A at the dosage of 16.4,10,3.2,and decoction B at the dosage of 12.4,10.8,10,9.2,8,7.2 g(crude drug) / kg caused increase of liver weight /body weight indexes,and dose dependent damage of the liver tissue.Conclusion:One-time oral administration with large dose of decoction of RRST may induce acute hepatotoxicity and even death in mice in a time and dose dependent manner.

摘要:Objective: To bulid the method for determination of baicalin, jasminoidin and paeonol in Qindan Particles by HPLC. Method : An Aigilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase of baicalin was CH3OH-H2O-P (47 ∶53 ∶0.2), the detection wave lenghth was set at 280 nm. And the mobile phase of jasminoidin was acetonitrile-H2O (15 ∶85), the detection wave lenghth was set at 238 nm. For paeonol, the mobile phase was CH3OH-H2O (45 ∶55), the detection wave lenghth was set at 274 nm. All flow rates were 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result : Under each condition, the calibration curves of baicalin, jasminoidin and paeonol were linear at the ranges of 0.006~0.096 mg ·L-1, 0.005~0.080 mg ·L-1 and 0.005~0.050 mg · mL-1, respectively. And the each average recoveries of the method were 98.8% for baicalin (RSD 0.75%, n=9); 99.7% for jasminoidin (RSD 0.94%, n=9); 98.4% for paeonol (RSD 1.41%, n=9). Conclusion : The developed method is simple, accurate and repeatable for determination of baicalin, jasminoidin and paeonol in Qin-dan Particles.  
摘要:Objective:To study the skin local pharmacokinetics of Sinomenine Patch.Method:The microdialysis technology was used as sampling tool combined with isotope tracer method.The HPLC-UV detector and liquid scintillation counter was selected as detection tool.The relative loss(RL) was determined by using delivery method.The liner probes were implanted into the subcutaneous tissue to determine the real-time,in vivo concentration of sinomenine.The skin microdialysis sample was calibrated by relative loss and fitted with compartment and non-compartment model.Result:The compartmennt model was not the good model.The non-compartment parameters showed that the maximum skin concentration appeared at about 6 h after drug administration and the mean residence time(MRT) was about 18 h.Conclusion:The microdialysis technology could collecte the local skin pharmacokinetics characteristics of transdermal administration and of sinomenine was the appropriate study tool.

摘要:Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the active section with lowering blood sugar of agrimony. Method : The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographies. The structures of compounds isolated were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties. Result : Eight compounds were isolated from the active section with lowering blood sugar of agrimony. And their structures were identified as β-sitosterol (1), daucosterol (2), taxifolin (3), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4), hyperin (5), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),ferulaic acid (7), gallic acid (8). Conclusion : Compounds 3,7, 8 are isolated from agrimony for the first time.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the migration ability and mechanism of dendritic cells(DC) by Feiliuping extract and its modified formula.Method:The migration ability of DCs were determinated by transwell bordens,the expression of CCR7,CXCR4 on surface of DC were detected by RT-PCR.Result:Different TCM has different influence on migration ability of DCs.And ability was different with different chemotactic factor.The expression of CCR7,CXCR4 on surface of DC were different with different TCM,CCR7 in Yiqi group was the highest,while Huoxue group,FLP group lower,Jiedu group is the lowest.Comparing with Yiqi group,Huoxue group & Jiedu group(P < 0.05).CXCR4 in Yiqi Group & FLP group was highest,Huoxue group is lower,Jiedu group is the lowest.Comparing with blank serum group and FLP group,Yiqi group,Jiedu group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Yiqi herbs strengthens migration ability of DCs,while Jiedu herbs inhibits.The difference was related to the expression chemotactic factor receptor on DCs surface.

摘要:Objective: To study on whether Rubia cordifolia L. contains toxic compositions of lucidin and lucidin-3-O-primeveroside (EUK-4). Method :RP-HPLC,HPLC-DAD,LC-MS were used to evaluate R. cordifolia from 6 different regions. Result :The same signal with EUK-4 was detected for all the herbal samples, and in the sample of ②⑤⑥ the same signal with lucidin was fourd. Conclusion :R. cordifolia contains the genotoxicity composition of lucidin :lucidin-3-O-primeveroside(EUK-4).  
摘要:Objective: To study the essential oils of T. viscidum. Method :The essential oils were extracted from T. viscidum by steam distillation,The amount of the components from the essential oil were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Result :The main chemical constituents of T. viscidum were Terpenes and Terpenes oxygenated compounds. Conclusion :It has provided scientific foundation for exploitation and utilization of T. viscidum.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the influences of Tangbikang on the serum nerve growth factor(NGF) concentration and NGF mRNA expression in sciatic nerve in rats with diabetic penipheral neuropathy(DPN).Method:70 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:normal control 10 and diabetic penipheral neuropathy 60 by weight.Diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ,55 mg.kg-1.The diabetic models were affirmed upon blood glucose ≥16.7 mmol.L-1.And the diabetic rats were randomly divided into five groups:model group,methycobal treatment group,Tangbikang different dose treatment groups.After drug administration for 8 days,all the rats were sacrificed at week 8;The blood serum was obtained and NGF were detected;The sciatic nerve NGF gene was detected by the Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR).All statistical calculations were made using the SPSS16.0 statistical package.Result:After the treatment by the middle and high dose of Tangbikang,the NGF level(P < 0.01,P < 0.01) in the blood serum increased greatly.The expression of NGF gene incresed(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Tangbikang can increase the NGF protein and gene expression to play an important role of peripheral nerve protection.  
摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical composition and their relative contents of Zhenggushui. Method : Acapillary column HP-5MS was used .The column temperature was controlled by a program and the MS analysis was performed with EI and quadrupolemass analyzer. The chemical composition was identified by NIST2002 searching and mass spectra comparing and their relative contents were determined by using normalization method of chromatographic peak areas. Result : There were 30components were found and 29 of them(more than 97%) were identified. Conclusion : The GC-MS is a simple,rapid and sensitive method for the chemical composition analysis of Zhenggushui.  
摘要:Objective:To study on the antithrombotic effect of bornel.Method:Thrombosis test,platelets aggregation,and determination platelet [Ca2 + ]i were carried out to investigate the effects of borneol on the following indexes:weight of thrombus,the concentration of serotonin in platelets,platelet aggregation rate,and intracellular free calcium concentration in platelets.Result:Ig 140 mg.kg-1 borneol daily for 7 days inhibited arterial thrombosis induced by FeCI3,increased the concentration of serotonin in platelets,and inhibited the platelet aggregation induced by 5-HT(P < 0.05);with or without the presence of extracellular Ca2 +,bornel inhibited the increased [Ca2 + ]i induced by 5-HT.Conclusion:Borneol has anti-thrombosis,and its mechanism may be related to inhibitory effects for the release of platelet 5-HT,for platelet aggregation and for the increase of platelet [Ca2 + ]i.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the regulating effect and mechanism of the cactus fruit polysaccharides(CPFP) for blood pressure in spontaneous hypertension rat(SHR).Method:Fifty male SHR at the age of 15 weeks were randomly divided into SHR model group,CPFP high dosage group(H),CPFP middle dosage group(M),CPFP low dosage group(L) and captopril treatment group.Another ten male Wistar rats were served as normal control group.The experimental rats were observed for chang in blood pressure during 24 hours after the first administration.The CPFP were administrated for 9 weeks.The systolic blood pressure(SBP) of experimental rats were observed weekly during nine weeks.The contents of angiotensin I,II(AngI,AngII) and endothelin(ET) were determined by radioimmunoassay respectively,and the plasma renin activity(RA) was calculated according to forming speed of AngI after 9 weeks.Result:After 9 weeks,the SBP level in L,M and H group was depressed obviously with the obvious dose-effect and time-effect relation(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The levels of AngII and ET in H group were significantly lower than that in SHR model group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion:CPFP can effectively reduce blood pressure in SHR.Reducing the levels of AngII and ET may be account for CPFP effect on SHR.

摘要:Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method to determine the contents of oleanolic acid in Erzhi Pills. Method :The samples was separated on a Venusil X B P-C18 column ( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) ,using methanol-0.4 % ammonium acetate solution (83 ∶17) as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL ·min-1 and detection at 210 nm. The column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃. Result :the linear range of oleanolic acid was at 0.1004~1.807 μg (r=0.999 8). The average recovery of oleanolic acid was 99.7%,RSD 1.75%(n=6). Conclusion :The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for quality evaluation of Erzhi Pills.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Phyllanthus emblica L.on liver fibrosis indexes in liver fibrosis rats caused by porcine serum.Method:The rats were injected with porcine serum though intraperitonea to lead to the liver fibrosis,and the rats were given the extraction of P.emblica.With the methods of radioimmunity assay,the HA,PⅢNP,LN,SOD,MDA and Hyp were tested at the same time,the TNF-α,TGF-β were also tested.By doing so,the action mechanisms of P.emblica was explored.Result:The extraction of P emblica was able to reduce the content of TNF-α,TGF-β,HA,PⅢNP,LN,MDA and Hyp.It also increased the activity of SOD.The actions were in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion:P.emblica have a good role in anti-liver fibrosis induced by porcine serum in rats.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the effects of Qingre Jiedu Fang(QRJD Fang) on the secretion of endotoxin,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in intra-abdominal infection rats.Method:After giving 30 min of i.g QRJD Fang or cefi xime(ANT),rat model of acute bacterial peritonitis was set up.Endotoxin,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in serum were determined respectively in 6h,12h,18h,24h after acute bacterial peritonitis in the four groups(control group,model,QRJD Fang group,ANT group).Result:Compared with the control group,serum endotoxin,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in the model were increased obviously(P < 0.01),while the indexes in QRJD Fang group and ANT group were decreased(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion:QRJD Fang could obviously inhibit the secretion of inflammatory cytokints,such as endotoxin,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in the acute intra-abdominal infection rats.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the quality control method for Yutongling Capsules. Method: Sanguis draconis, Radix Notoginseng, Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Yutongling Capsules were identified by TLC. Dracorhodin was determined by HPLC. Result: The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and specific. Dracorhodin was linear in the range of 0.252~1.260 μg((r=0.999 4), with a average recovery of 98.72%(RSD 1.65%). Conclusion: This method can be used to control the quality of Yutongling Capsules.  
摘要:Objective:To evaluate the effects of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction,prescription minus Puhuang-Wulingzhi drug pair and Puhuang-Wulingzhi drug pair on hemorheological parameters in rat mode of acute blood stasis,and the influence on platelet aggregation and clotting time in vitro.Method:Rat mode of acute blood stasis was used to evaluate the Changes in hemorheology,the function of blood coagulation and ovarian.The platelet aggregation was tested with Born′s method and thrombin time(TT) method in vitro was established to determine the clotting time.Result:The results stated that Shaofu Zhuyu decoction showed significant improvements in the hemorheological indexes of rats in the model of blood stasis and regulation for the secret function of rat ovarian.Meanwhile,the result of vitro assay showed that Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction had significantly inhibitory effects on the platelet aggregation and prolonged clotting time.The effects of Puhuang-Wulingzhi drug pairare superior to the group of prescription minus Puhuang-Wulingzhi drug pair on reducing whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and extending clotting time in vitro.Conclusion: Shaofu Zhuyu decoction can improve the indexes of hemorheology in rat model of blood stasis,and showed significant inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation and clotting time.Furthermore,Puhuang-Wulingzhi drug pair plays the major role in the biological effect for the whole prescription.

摘要:Objective: Notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 in Gucining capsule were determined by HPLC. Method: ODS C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(19.5 ∶80.5) as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Result: The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 was 3.192~30.4 μg, 1.1~10.48 μg respectively. The average recovery was 94.4%, 97.64%, and RSD was 0.61%,2.30%(n=5). Conclusion: The method can be used for the drug control.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Yuxianling granule(YXLG) on the hippocampal nerve growth factor(NGF) and cognitive function in epileptic rats.Method:150 SD rats were used for the experiment,and 10 of them were randomly selected as the blank control group.The rest animals were treated with pentylenetetrazol(PTZ) to establish the model.The rats consisting with the model standard were divided randomly into 4 groups,including model group,YXLG group,sodium valproate group and lamotrigine group..Using gavage administration,the drug doses were 810 mg.kg-1,122 mg.kg-1,10.1 mg.kg-1 accordingly.The model group and control group were given the same volume of distilled water daily.All the treatment was 1 times daily,lasted for 28 d.The animals weretested by open field test for measuring changes in cognitive function.Immunohistochemical method was employed to observe the expression of NGF.Result:Compared with the model group,YXLG could increase the opening test results in rats with pentylenetetrazol-induced epilepsy,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).YXLG could enhance the average gray value of NGF-positive cells and reduce the average optical density of NGF-positive cells,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The reason that YXLG improves the cognitive function of the epileptic rats may be related with the reduced expression of NGF in epileptic rats.

摘要:Objective:To observe effect of different therapeutics on damage of pulmonary fibrosis(PF) induced by oxygen free radicals in rats.Method:The rats were randomly divided into the groups(normal control group,model group,Xuefu Zhuyu group,Shashen Maidong group,Sanzi Yangqin and Erchen group and Prednisolone group).The rats were injected with bleomycin A5 hydrocloride solution into the lung through trachea for duplicating the PF model except for the normal control group.The rats were continuously given the different drugs by gavage for 28 days.The dynamic changes of body weight,pulmonary index,the activity of SOD and the contents of MDA in serum were measured.Result:The pulmonary index in the model group was increased and the body weight significantly decreased,and SOD activity was lowed and MDA was elevated than those of the normal control group at the same period(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group,the weight loss,pulmonary index and MDA in serum in the treatment groups were lessened while the SOD activity increased at different levels.Conclusion:The different therapeutics of Traditional Chinese Medicine has intervention effect to different degrees on the damage induced by oxygen free radicals for PF model rats.

摘要:Objective: To analyze the main chemical constituents of the essential oil in flower of H. manihot Method: The essential oils were extracted from flower of Hibiscus manihot L.. by s microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) and steam distillation (SD).The amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method. The components separated were identified by GC-MS. Result: There were 34 components from Tooan sinensis Roem. by MAE that composed of about 99.35% of the total essential oil were separated and identified; There were 37 components from Tooan sinensis Roem. by SD that composed of about 94.81% of the total essential oil were separated and identified. Conclusion: The present study provide scientific bases for exploitation of flower of H. manihot in reason.  
摘要:Objective: To determine the content of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Yankening Tablets by HPLC. Method: Using Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the methanol(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid (B)was used as the mobile phase. Using gradient elution, 0~10 min,75%~85% A,10~20 min, 85%~90% A. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Result: The linearity of this method were for 0.016-0.0960 mg, 0.120-0.072 0 μg for rhein, 0.016 0-0.096 0 μg for emodin, 0.036 4-0.218 4 μg for chrysophanol, 0.015 6-0.093 6 μg for physcion. There coveries of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion were 96.6%, 97.2%, 96.9%, 98.1% and 96.2%. RSD were 0.76% (n=5), 1.35% (n=5), 1.57% (n=5), 1.25% (n=5) and 0.62% (n=5), respectively. Conclusion: This method was rapid, accurate and can be used as one kind of Yankening Tablets’ quality control method.  
摘要:Objective:To discuss the preventive and therapeutic effects of Kadsura coccinea on experimental hepatic fibrosis in rat and to explore its mechanism.Method:The rat model of hepatic fibrosis was induced by giving CCl4,rich fat and poor protein.Having a controlled trial with colchicines,Kadsura coccinea’s effects on alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),albumin(Alb),hyaluronate acid(HA),laminin(LN),type Ⅲ procollagen(PC Ⅲ) in serum and malondialdehyde(MDA),dismutase(SOD),hydroxyproline(Hyp) in liver tissue were determined.The pathological section of the rat’s liver was examined under an optical microscope.Result:Kadsura coccinea significantly decreased the activity of ALT,AST and the level of HA,LN,PCⅢ in rat serum,and the level of Hyp,MDA in liver tissue.It also increased the level of Alb in serum and the activity of SOD in liver tissue.The degree of necrosis of liver cells,liver fat’s degeneration and collagen fiber hyperplasia were alleviated significantly.Conclusion:Kadsura coccinea shows significant preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental hepatic fibrosis.The possible mechanism of its preventive and therapeutic effects may be related to its anti-lipid peroxidation.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods for Xiyue Granule. Method: Rhizoma Curcumae Longae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Bupleuri and Radix Dipsaci in Xiyue Granule were identified by TLC. Astragaloside Ⅳwas determined by HPLC. Result: The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and specific;Astragaloside Ⅳ was linear in the range of 0.53~13.28 μg,and the average recovery was 99.1%(RSD=0.78%). Conclusion: The method can be used for the quality control of Xiyue Granule.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the protective effect of Danju Capsule on vascular endothelial dysfunction induced by angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ).Method:The Ang Ⅱ-induced contraction of rat aortic rings was tested in tissue bath.The expression of endothelin(ET)-1 mRNA was evaluated by RT-PCR in human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) stimulated by Ang II.The activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK) and nuclear transcription factor(NF-κB) and its inhibitor(IκB-α) were detected by Western blot in HUVEC.Result:The results showed that 1 × 10-7 mol.L-1 Ang Ⅱ increased contraction of rat aortic rings,ET-1mRNA expression,ERK1 /2 phosphorylation,NF-κB p65 displacement and IκB-α phosphorylation degradation,which were significantly inhibited by Danju Capsule in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion:Ang Ⅱ may be involved in the initiation and progression of cardiovascular diseases by injuring vascular endothelium directly and causing endothelial dysfunction.Danju Capsule was shown to protect against Ang Ⅱ induced endothelial dysfunction,suggesting that Danju Capsule may play a role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effects of oxymatrine (OMT) on myocardial remodeling after acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in rats. Method: AMI was reproduced in male SD rats by ligation of the left coronary artery. The survived rats were randomly divided into five groups as following: model group, OMT50, 25, 12.5 mg·kg-1 OMT, 50 mg·kg-1 captopril, and sham group which was treated as the model group except the operation of arteria coranaria ligation. After eight weeks ligation, the cardiac function was assayed by hemodynamics parameters, the degree of myocardial remodeling was analyzed by cardiac weight indexes, ventricles remodeling parameters and the content of hydroxyproline. Result: The cardiac functions of rats in model group were significantly exacerbated. Cardiac weight parameter, entricular remodeling parameters, and contents of hydroxyproline in ventricule were significantly increased that means degree of myocardial remodeling is increased. After continuous administration of OMT for 8 weeks, the cardiac functions of the rats in OMT group were significantly ameliorated, and the degree of myocardial remodeling was significantly alleviated. Conclusion: OMT could ameliorate the experimental myocardial remodeling induced by AMI in rats.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Fushen Granule on the expression of TAK1 and during renal interstitial fibrosis in rat and explore the possible mechanism.Method:Rat model of renal interstitial fibrosis was produced by unilateral ureter obstruction(UUO).60 Sprague-Wistar male rats were randomly divided into six groups:sham group(N),UUO model group(M),fosinopril group(F0,10 mg.kg-1.d-1),Fushen Granule group 1(F1,7.5 g.kg-1.d-1),Fushen Granule group 2(F2,15 g.kg-1.d-1) and Fushen Granule group 3(F3,30 g.kg-1.d-1).All the rats were sacrificed at 14 days after UUO.It was carried out to measure the level of tubulointerstitial damage by HE and Masson staining.The mRNA and protein expression of TAK1 and α-SMA was detected by real-time PCR and Western blot.Result:The renal interstitial fibrotic area and the expression of TAK1 and α-SMA in M group were significantly higher than that in the sham group(P < 0.01).In comparison with M group,each intervention group with Fushen Granule or with fosinopril could markedly decreased the expression of TAK1 and α-SMA,especially in Fushen Granule group 2(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion:Fushen Granule may downregulate the levels of TAK1 and decrease renal interstitial fibrosis.It is inferred that it may be one of the mechanisms for Fushen Granule to suppress renal tubular damage and interstitial fibrosis.

摘要:Objective: To study the mechanism of the Chinese medicine Weichangshu on mitochondrial kinetic energy of stomach in diabetic mellitus (DM) rats by measuring the changes in morphology, structure, function and protein of mitochondria. Method: Standard Sprague Dawley rats (150-170 g) were randomly divided into 4 groups, including a control group, DM model group, DM+ WeichangshuⅠgroup (750 mg·kg-1), DM+ Weichangshu Ⅱ group (1 500 mg·kg-1). The mitochondrial morphology and structure were detected using transmission electron microscopy. The changes in mitochondrial transmembrane potential, respiratory chain and mitochondrial proteins were detected using flow cytometry, fluorescence labeling and Western blot respectively. Result: Weichangshu could ameliorate the mitochondrial morphology, structure and respiratory chain of stomach in diabetic mellitus rats. Mitochondrial transmembrane potential, ATP level and activity of cytochrome C oxidase were increased. The release of ROS was decreased. The expression of Bcl-2 was up-regulated and the expression of bax was down-regulated. Conclusion: Weichangshu could promote the gastrointestinal motility, which might be related with the regulation of mitochondrial kinetic energy.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaozheng Decoction(XZD) resolve in treating endometriosis model mouse and to explore its Liquid of abdominal cavity PGF2α、serum CA125.Method:Divide into four groups,the group treated with physiological saline,the group treated with Western medicine,the group treated with traditional Chinese medicine of high dosage,and the group treated with traditional Chinese medicine of low dosage,each group with ten mouses.By ELISA to observe endometriosis model mouse’s serum CA125andliquid of abdominal cavity PGF2α.Result:XZD reduce the serum CA125,liquid of abdominal cavity PGF2α,of endometriosis model mouse and has some restrained function for endometriosis.Conclusion:XZD has an effect may be achieved by reducing the serum CA125,liquid of abdominal cavity PGF2α,restraining unusual proliferation of endometriosis.

摘要:Objective: To establish a quality control method for Danning Dispersible Tablets. Method: TLC and HPLC were used. Result: Calculus Bovis Antifactus, Rhizoma Corydalis, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were identified by TLC. Silybin was determined by HPLC. ZORBAX RX-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)column was used and the column temperature was set at 40 ℃. The mobile phase was consisted with methanol-water-acetic acid (42 ∶58 ∶1) and the flow rate was 1.0mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was at 288 nm. Conclusion: The method established can be used to control the quality of Danning Dispersible Tablets.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of total paeony glycoside on secretion of gastric juice and serum biochemical indexes for ulcer model in rat,and to reveal the mechanism.Method:Rat gastric ulcer model was established by pyloric ligation,and gastric juice was collected for rats in all groups.The gastric juice volume,total acidity and the activity of pepsin were measured.Nitric oxide(NO) content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in rat serum were determined.Result:Total paeony glycoside could inhibit the gastric juice volume,total acidity,the activity of pepsin in the rat model.Furthermore it could significantly increase NO content and SOD activity,and reduce the MDA content in rat serum.Conclusion:The anti-gastric ulcer mechanism of total paeony glycoside is likely achieved by promoting defense factors,and improving the bodys antioxidant capacity.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor and antioxidative effect of iridoid glucosides from Boschniakia rossica (IGBR) in VX2-bearing rabbits. Method: The VX2 transplanted rabbit model was established and the rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: model, high and low dose IGBR, and 5-Fu. Animals were treated with IGBR and the survival times of rabbits were recorded. In additional groups of rabbits treated with IGBR for 21 days, then the tumor weights were estimated and the growth inhibition ratios were calculated, and the serum activities of glutathione S -transferase (GST), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), as well as the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected by colorimetric method. Result: The administration with IGBR prolonged the survival time, inhibited the growth of transplanted tumor, increased the serum activities of SOD, CAT and GSH-PX, and reduced the serum MDA level in VX2-bearing rabbits. Conclusion: IGBR could prolong the survival time of VX2-bearing rabbits, exhibit an inhibitory effect on the growth of transplanted VX2 tumor, probably via the improved anti-oxidative capability.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhuzhitong Oral Liquor. Method: 10 batches of Oral Liquor were collected. The HPLC determination method was established after comprehensive and standardized methodology validation: C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(adjusted to pH6.0 with triethylamine) (40 ∶60). The detecting wavelength was 280 nm. Result: The linear detection ranges of tetrahydropalmatine were 5.09~71.23 μg ·mL-1 (r=0.999 97), and the average recovery was 101.28%(RSD 2.05%); The content of tetrahydropalmatine shall not be less than 80 μg per mL. Conclusion: This method is convenient, rapid and accurate, which could be used for quality control in Yuanhuzhitong Oral Liquor.

摘要:Objective:To compare hepatotoxicity of Olibanum and Myrrha.Method:48 Wistar rats were divided into four groups by random.3 groups were intragastrically treated with Olibanum + Myrrha,Olibanum,Myrrha that doses were all 2.1 g.kg-1 once a day for 12 weeks and the control group with water.The animals were anesthesia by chloral hydrate after fasting for 12 hours and serum biochemical indices were determined.Liver was weighted and liver coefficient was calculated,and MDA in liver tissue was determined.Histopathological examination for the liver was also performed with lightmicroscope.Result:TC in serum and MDA in liver tissue of the animals with Olibanumhe + Myrrha and Olibanumhe increased significantly compared with animials of control group.The liver coefficients of all groups administrated were significiantly higher than that of control group,which was Olibanum > Olibanum + Myrrha > Myrrha.Histopathologic examination showed that 2 rats of the Olibanum group had fatty degeneration in liver but the animals of other groups didn’t.Conclusion:Hepatotoxicity of Olibanum was higher than Myrrha in rats.  
摘要:Objective:In order to search potent means for exercise-induced muscle damage,effect of Radix Astragali injection on serum creatine kinase(CK) and isoenzyme of creatine kinase(CK-MM) level in rats after two kind of Exhausting Exercises was observed.Method:50 Wister Rats were randomLy divided into 5 group:normal control group(n = 10),once exhausting exercise group(n = 10),multiple exhausting exercises group(n = 10),Radix Astragali injection filled the stomach and once exhausting exercise group(n = 10),Radix Astragali injection filled the stomach and multiple exhausting exercises group(n = 10).After 4 weeks test,serum CK and CK-MM were tested.Result:Afer exhausting exercise,CK and CK-MM in blood serum as well as were higher than that in normal control group(P < 0.01).the change was prevented by Radix Astragali injection(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Radix Astragali injection may help reduce exercise-induced muscle damage afer two kind of exhausting exercises.

摘要:Objective: To study the dose and time dependent hepatotoxicity and pathological change induced by Radix et Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensis (RRST) in mice. Method: After 14 days observation, the medial lethal dose (LD50) of RRST decoction with oral administration in mice was calculated. In addition, the liver weight/body weight index was measured, and pathological change of liver under microscope was observed. Result: The LD50 value of RRST of batch A (No. 081012) was 31.935 g (crude drug) /kg, with the 95% confidence level between 30.509~33.506 g (crude drug)·kg-1;that of batch B (No. 0904295) was 16.39 g (crude drug)·kg-1, with the 95% confidence level between 14.426~18.38 g (crude drug)·kg-1. The time dependent study indicated that the enlargement of the liver and the liver weight/body weight indexes of the mice 6 hour after oral administration with decoction A at the dosage of 30g (crude drug)·kg-1, or decoction B at the dosage of 12.4 g (crude drug)·kg-1, were obviously increased when compared with that of the normal control mice. The hepatic damage was most serious in 24 hours. The dose dependent study indicated that oral administration with decoction A at the dosage of 16.4, 10, 3.2, and decoction B at the dosage of 12.4, 10.8, 10, 9.2, 8, 7.2 g (crude drug) /kg caused increase of liver weight/body weight indexes, and dose dependent damage of the liver tissue. Conclusion: One-time oral administration with large dose of decoction of RRST may induce acute hepatotoxicity and even death in mice in a time and dose dependent manner.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza against acute liver injury induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in mice.Method:Fifty NIH mice were randomly divided into five groups,low-dose(3.9 g.kg-1) of SMPS(SMPS-L),middle-dose(7.8 g.kg-1) of SMPS(SMPS-M),and high-dose(15.6 g.kg-1) of SMPS(SMPS-H)were given daily via gavage for a period of 7 days.The control group and model group were given an equal volume of saline.Seven days later,the mice were given LPS(5 mg.kg-1)(control received saline alone) via lateral tail vein injection.Three hours after the injection of LPS,the mice were weighed and the blood was collected from mice orbit.The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione(GSH) in the liver tissue were measured by colorimetric method,and the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) was determined.The pathological change of liver was observed using light microscope.Result:SMPS could significantly reduced contend of MDA and the serum levels of ALT,nevertheless the levels of GSH significantly increased.Conclusion:SMPS offers obvious effects on protecting acute liver injury induced by lipopolysaccharide.  
摘要:Objective: To study the skin local pharmacokinetics of Sinomenine Patch. Method: The microdialysis technology was used as sampling tool combined with isotope tracer method. The HPLC-UV detector and liquid scintillation counter was selected as detection tool. The relative loss(RL) was determined by using delivery method. The liner probes were implanted into the subcutaneous tissue to determine the real-time, in vivo concentration of sinomenine. The skin microdialysis sample was calibrated by relative loss and fitted with compartment and non-compartment model. Result: The compartmennt model was not the good model. The non-compartment parameters showed that the maximum skin concentration appeared at about 6 h after drug administration and the mean residence time (MRT) was about 18 h. Conclusion: The microdialysis technology could collecte the local skin pharmacokinetics characteristics of transdermal administration and of sinomenine was the appropriate study tool.

摘要:Objective:To study the influence of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(Hw) on hemorheological indexes in rats with chilblains.Method:Rat chilblains model was established through soaking rats’ feet in low temperature 40% alcohol solution.The contents of TXB2 and 6-k-PGF1α in plasma of the rats taken by Hw through different ways such as oral administration,the immersion,and the oral administration + soak(IS) were determined.Result:Compared with the normal control group,blood viscosity,blood plasma viscosity,index of RBC aggragation and index of deformation in rats of model group were significantly increased(P < 0.05),TXB2 were significantly increased(P < 0.05) and 6-k-PGF1α decreased(P < 0.01).Compared with the rats of model group,TXB2 decreased(P < 0.05) significantly in plasma of the rats with the Hw taken by the IS;PGF1αincreased(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) in plasma of the rats with the Hw taken by the oral administration and the IS.The Hw groups taken by different ways had improved hemorheological indexes to varying degrees.Conclusion:The model of chilblains brings about the unbalance of immunological function,microcycle barrier and a state of forming thrombus easily.The Hw groups taken by different ways can adjust the abnormal changes in immunology,the unbalance of TXA2-PGI2 and improve blood rheology targets,and the group of Hw taken by the IS is better than those of the other two Hw groups.

摘要:Objective: To observe the migration ability and mechanism of dendritic cells (DC) by Feiliuping extract and its modified formula. Method: The migration ability of DCs were determinated by transwell bordens, the expression of CCR7, CXCR4 on surface of DC were detected by RT-PCR. Result: Different TCM has different influence on migration ability of DCs. And ability was different with different chemotactic factor. The expression of CCR7, CXCR4 on surface of DC were different with different TCM, CCR7 in Yiqi group was the highest, while Huoxue group, FLP group lower, Jiedu group is the lowest. Comparing with Yiqi group, Huoxue group & Jiedu group(P<0.05). CXCR4 in Yiqi Group & FLP group was highest, Huoxue group is lower, Jiedu group is the lowest. Comparing with blank serum group and FLP group, Yiqi group, Jiedu group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Yiqi herbs strengthens migration ability of DCs, while Jiedu herbs inhibits. The difference was related to the expression chemotactic factor receptor on DCs surface.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the influences of Tangbikang on the serum nerve growth factor(NGF) concentration and NGF mRNA expression in sciatic nerve in rats with diabetic penipheral neuropathy (DPN). Method: 70 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: normal control 10 and diabetic penipheral neuropathy 60 by weight. Diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ, 55 mg·kg-1. The diabetic models were affirmed upon blood glucose ≥16.7 mmol·L-1. And the diabetic rats were randomly divided into five groups: model group, methycobal treatment group, Tangbikang different dose treatment groups. After drug administration for 8 days, all the rats were sacrificed at week 8; The blood serum was obtained and NGF were detected; The sciatic nerve NGF gene was detected by the Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR). All statistical calculations were made using the SPSS16.0 statistical package. Result: After the treatment by the middle and high dose of Tangbikang, the NGF level (P<0.01, P<0.01)in the blood serum increased greatly. The expression of NGF gene incresed (P<0.01). Conclusion: Tangbikang can increase the NGF protein and gene expression to play an important role of peripheral nerve protection.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Qinzao Jiufei recipe and Astragalus membranaceus on radioprotection of lung and expression of plasma transfroming growth factor beta-1(TGF-β1) and Interleukin-1(IL-1)in partial mid and late stage chest tumor patients with lung radiotherapy.Method:The partial mid and late stage chest tumor patients were randomized into control group and therapy group,therapy group with Qinzao Jiufei recipe 200 mL,po,bid and Astragalus membranaceus 10 mL,po,bid before radiotherapy and continued for 6 mouths,Plasma TGF-β1 and IL-1 were examined before and at the end of radiotherapy,Clinicalsymptoms,lung function and high-resolution computed tomography of thorax were evaluated at 15 days after radiotherapy.Result:Before radiotherapy,plasma TGF-β1 for(4.49 ± 2.01)ng.mL-1 in therapy group and(4.47 ± 2.01)ng.mL-1 in control group,at the end of radiotherapy,the level of plasma TGF-β1 in control group was much higer than in therapy group [(11.67 ± 5.62)ng.mL-1 vs(5.79 ± 2.52)ng.mL-1,P < 0.001],before radiotherapy,plasma IL-1 for(24.87 ± 15.03)pg.mL-1 in therapy group and(25.44 ± 17.18)pg.mL-1 in control group,at the end of radiotherapy,the level oplasma IL-1in control group was much higer than in therapy group[(65.37 ± 35.32)pg.mL-1 vs(30.13 ± 20.21) pg.mL-1,P < 0.001].Five months and ten months after radiotherapy,patients in the therapy group whose CO diffusion capacity of lung(DLCO) declined were less than those in the control group(P < 0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups.Occurrence rate of radioactive pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Qinzao Jiufei Recipe and Astragalus membranaceus can inhibit overexpression of plasma TGF-β1and IL-1 after radiotherapy,and may reduce the severity of dysfunction lung injury.Qinzao Jiufei recipe and Astragalus membranaceus can prevent and treat of radioactive lung injuries.  
摘要:Objective: To study on the antithrombotic effect of bornel. Method : Thrombosis test, platelets aggregation,and determination platelet i were carried out to investigate the effects of borneol on the following indexes:weight of thrombus,the concentration of serotonin in platelets,platelet aggregation rate,and intracellular free calcium concentration in platelets. Result : Ig 140 mg ·kg-1 borneol daily for 7 days inhibited arterial thrombosis induced by FeCI3,increased the concentration of serotonin in platelets,and inhibited the platelet aggregation induced by 5-HT(P<0.05);with or without the presence of extracellular Ca2+,bornel inhibited the increased i induced by 5-HT. Conclusion : Borneol has anti-thrombosis,and its mechanism may be related to inhibitory effects for the release of platelet 5-HT,for platelet aggregation and for the increase of platelet i.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the regulating effect and mechanism of the cactus fruit polysaccharides (CPFP) for blood pressure in spontaneous hypertension rat (SHR). Method: Fifty male SHR at the age of 15 weeks were randomly divided into SHR model group, CPFP high dosage group (H), CPFP middle dosage group(M), CPFP low dosage group (L) and captopril treatment group. Another ten male Wistar rats were served as normal control group. The experimental rats were observed for chang in blood pressure during 24 hours after the first administration. The CPFP were administrated for 9 weeks. The systolic blood pressure(SBP) of experimental rats were observed weekly during nine weeks. The contents of angiotensin I, II (AngI, AngII) and endothelin (ET) were determined by radioimmunoassay respectively, and the plasma renin activity (RA) was calculated according to forming speed of AngI after 9 weeks. Result : After 9 weeks, the SBP level in L, M and H group was depressed obviously with the obvious dose-effect and time-effect relation(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The levels of AngII and ET in H group were significantly lower than that in SHR model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: CPFP can effectively reduce blood pressure in SHR. Reducing the levels of AngII and ET may be account for CPFP effect on SHR.

摘要:Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the anti-viral effects of a Chinese Herbal Formula(invigorating the kidney and the spleen gelatin capsule) in treating chronic hepatitis B Virus carriers.Method:This was a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled study.90 patients enrolled in the study who were satisfied with the following criteria:presence of hepatitis B surface antigen and hepatitis B e antigen,HBV DNA level greater than 7 log 10 copies /mL,and normal alanine aminotransferase level(30 ~ 40 U.mL-1 for male,and 20 ~ 40 U.mL-1 for female).They were randomly divided into trial group(n = 60) and control group(n = 30).During the trial period,patients in both trial group and control group received medication invigorating the kidney and the spleen gelatin capsule and a placebo for 48 weeks respectively,4 capsules per time,3 times perday.The serum HBV DNA level,serum markers of HBV(HBsAg,HBsAb,HbeAg,HBeAb,HbcAb) and serum biochemistry of liver functions(ALT,AST,GGT,TBil) were measured at the before and 48th week of the treatment.And the indexes of safety,such as blood analysis,stool analysis,urinalysis,renal functions and electrocardiogram were also detected.Result:After treatments,the median decrease in serum HBV DNA levels was 3.4 log 10 copies /mL in the trial group and 0.1 log 10copies /mL in the control group(P < 0.01).Serum HBV DNA < 3log 10copies /mL was observed in 13 of the 60 subjects(21.7%) in the trial group and 1 of the 30 subjects(3.3%) in the placebo group(P < 0.01).The proportion of patients with HBeAg loss was 20%(12 /60) and 3.3%(1 / 30) respectively in the trial group and control group(P < 0.01).The ratio of HBeAg seroconversion to anti-HBe was 15%(9 /60) in the trial group and 0%(0 /30) in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Invigorating the kidney and the spleen gelatin capsule is effective in inhibiting the copy of hepatitis B virus and increase the ratio of HBeAg seroconversion,which can be used to treat Chronic Hepatitis B Virus carriers.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Phyllanthus emblica L. on liver fibrosis indexes in liver fibrosis rats caused by porcine serum. Method: The rats were injected with porcine serum though intraperitonea to lead to the liver fibrosis, and the rats were given the extraction of P. emblica. With the methods of radioimmunity assay,the HA, PⅢNP, LN, SOD, MDA and Hyp were tested at the same time,the TNF-α,TGF-β were also tested. By doing so, the action mechanisms of P. emblica was explored. Result: The extraction of P emblica was able to reduce the content of TNF-α,TGF-β,HA,PⅢNP,LN,MDA and Hyp.It also increased the activity of SOD. The actions were in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: P. emblica have a good role in anti-liver fibrosis induced by porcine serum in rats.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Qingyi granule on the lung injury induced by severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Method:SAP consists of 58 patients with combination therapy group(n = 32)and conventional western medicine treatment group(n = 26).The two groups were observed in patients with abdominal pain and ease the time,peristaltic recovery time,time to correct hypoxemia,treatment before and 72 h after treatment of blood endotoxin(ET),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) levels of change and re-line upper abdominal spiral CT scan assessment of the progress of pancreatitis patients.Result:The combination therapy group treated with conventional Western medicine incidence of hypoxemia were 43.75%,76.92%(P < 0.05);ARDS incidence rate of 9.38%,respectively,34.62%(P < 0.05);treatment 72 h after the combination therapy group of blood ET,TNF-α,IL-6 than conventional western medicine treatment group blood ET,TNF-α,IL-6 levels were significantly decreased(P < 0.05);in the combination therapy group the time to ease abdominal pain,bowel recovery time,hypoxemia corrected time,CT scan shows the extent of progress of pancreatitis was significantly lower than the proportion of conventional western medicine treatment group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Qingyi particles through the protection of the intestinal barrier,reducing bacterial translocation,lower serum endotoxin,TNF-α,IL-6 and other inflammatory mediators,and correct the body imbalance between proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory system,and many other mechanisms of play a role in the comprehensive protection of the lungs.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Sijunzitang with chemotherapy in treating gastrointestinal cancer multidrug resistance gene-positive patients.Method:By immunohistochemical methods in our hospital 117 cases of gastrointestinal cancer pathology specimens for detection of multidrug resistance gene,and multidrug resistance gene in which 55 patients were positive for clinical studies,treatment group 28 cases,using Sijunzitang combined with chemotherapy for treatment;the control group 27 cases,only with chemotherapy.Result:Toxic side-effects in patients treated by Sijunzitang combined with chemotherapy were significantly lower than that in chemotherapy group,the completion of chemotherapy rate was 96.4%.In chemotherapy alone group,due to neutropenia or serious gastrointestinal response and chemotherapy had been suspended for some cases,to completion rate was only 70.4%.The treatment group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ period of 5 years survival were 75.0%,63.6%,22.2%,while the control group were 55.6%,37.5%,10.0%.Conclusion:Sijunzitang with chemotherapy has definite effect for the treatment of gastrointestinal tract cancer multidrug resistance gene-positive cases.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of Qingre Jiedu Fang (QRJD Fang) on the secretion of endotoxin, TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in intra-abdominal infection rats. Method: After giving 30 min of i.g QRJD Fang or cefi xime(ANT), rat model of acute bacterial peritonitis was set up. Endotoxin,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in serum were determined respectively in 6h,12h,18h,24h after acute bacterial peritonitis in the four groups(control group, model, QRJD Fang group, ANT group). Result: Compared with the control group, serum endotoxin,TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in the model were increased obviously (P<0.01), while the indexes in QRJD Fang group and ANT group were decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: QRJD Fang could obviously inhibit the secretion of inflammatory cytokints, such as endotoxin, TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in the acute intra-abdominal infection rats.  
摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effects of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction, prescription minus Puhuang -Wulingzhi drug pair and Puhuang -Wulingzhi drug pair on hemorheological parameters in rat mode of acute blood stasis, and the influence on platelet aggregation and clotting time in vitro. Method : Rat mode of acute blood stasis was used to evaluate the Changes in hemorheology, the function of blood coagulation and ovarian. The platelet aggregation was tested with Born's method and thrombin time (TT) method in vitro was established to determine the clotting time. Result : The results stated that Shaofu Zhuyu decoction showed significant improvements in the hemorheological indexes of rats in the model of blood stasis and regulation for the secret function of rat ovarian. Meanwhile, the result of vitro assay showed that Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction had significantly inhibitory effects on the platelet aggregation and prolonged clotting time. The effects of Puhuang -Wulingzhi drug pairare superior to the group of prescription minus Puhuang -Wulingzhi drug pair on reducing whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and extending clotting time in vitro. Conclusion: Shaofu Zhuyu decoction can improve the indexes of hemorheology in rat model of blood stasis, and showed significant inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation and clotting time. Furthermore, Puhuang -Wulingzhi drug pair plays the major role in the biological effect for the whole prescription.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Yuxianling granule (YXLG) on the hippocampal nerve growth factor (NGF) and cognitive function in epileptic rats. Method: 150 SD rats were used for the experiment, and 10 of them were randomly selected as the blank control group. The rest animals were treated with pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) to establish the model. The rats consisting with the model standard were divided randomly into 4 groups, including model group, YXLG group, sodium valproate group and lamotrigine group. . Using gavage administration, the drug doses were 810 mg ·kg-1,122 mg ·kg-1,10.1 mg ·kg-1 accordingly. The model group and control group were given the same volume of distilled water daily. All the treatment was 1 times daily, lasted for 28 d. The animals were tested by open field test for measuring changes in cognitive function. Immunohistochemical method was employed to observe the expression of NGF. Result: Compared with the model group, YXLG could increase the opening test results in rats with pentylenetetrazol-induced epilepsy, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01). YXLG could enhance the average gray value of NGF-positive cells and reduce the average optical density of NGF-positive cells, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The reason that YXLG improves the cognitive function of the epileptic rats may be related with the reduced expression of NGF in epileptic rats.

摘要:Objective: To observe effect of different therapeutics on damage of pulmonary fibrosis (PF) induced by oxygen free radicals in rats. Method: The rats were randomly divided into the groups (normal control group, model group, Xuefu Zhuyu group, Shashen Maidong group, Sanzi Yangqin and Erchen group and Prednisolone group).The rats were injected with bleomycin A5 hydrocloride solution into the lung through trachea for duplicating the PF model except for the normal control group. The rats were continuously given the different drugs by gavage for 28 days. The dynamic changes of body weight, pulmonary index, the activity of SOD and the contents of MDA in serum were measured. Result: The pulmonary index in the model group was increased and the body weight significantly decreased, and SOD activity was lowed and MDA was elevated than those of the normal control group at the same period (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the weight loss, pulmonary index and MDA in serum in the treatment groups were lessened while the SOD activity increased at different levels. Conclusion: The different therapeutics of Traditional Chinese Medicine has intervention effect to different degrees on the damage induced by oxygen free radicals for PF model rats.

摘要:Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effects of application of Zicao ointment with partial clousure and ice compress in the treatment of the effusion of chemotherapy drugs.Method:To observe the injury situation of local tissue recovery,control group patients with effusion of chemotherapy drugs were cared with partial clousure and ice compress intermittently after 24 hours;therapy group patients added application of Zicao onitment based on the control group.Result:The overall efficient rate of therapy group 32 patients was 100%,and control group 20 patients was 90% 。There was significant difference between these two groups(P < 0.05).Conlusion:It is efficient to prevent the effusive tissue injury with western and Traditional Chinese Medicine method,and is better than single western method.

摘要:The spontaneous models of T2DM which were successful screened and conserved have been mainly in rodents.The occurrence and development of T2DM in this models is similar to mankinds,so they have important application value in the study of T2DM,such as physiology,pathology and new clinical medicines.Nowdays,these models mainly include signle gene mutation mouse(ob /ob,db /db,KK-ay),NZO and NSY mouse,GK,OLETF and ZUCKER rats,Psammomys Obesus.In order to improve the application of these models for T2DM,the characteristics of each model about mechanisms,physiology and pathology were described in this article.  
摘要:Objective: To discuss the preventive and therapeutic effects of Kadsura coccinea on experimental hepatic fibrosis in rat and to explore its mechanism. Method: The rat model of hepatic fibrosis was induced by giving CCl4 , rich fat and poor protein. Having a controlled trial with colchicines, Kadsura coccinea ’s effects on alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), albumin(Alb), hyaluronate acid(HA), laminin(LN), type Ⅲ procollagen(PCⅢ) in serum and malondialdehyde(MDA), dismutase(SOD), hydroxyproline(Hyp) in liver tissue were determined. The pathological section of the rat’s liver was examined under an optical microscope. Result: Kadsura coccinea significantly decreased the activity of ALT, AST and the level of HA, LN, PCⅢ in rat serum, and the level of Hyp, MDA in liver tissue. It also increased the level of Alb in serum and the activity of SOD in liver tissue. The degree of necrosis of liver cells, liver fat’s degeneration and collagen fiber hyperplasia were alleviated significantly. Conclusion: Kadsura coccinea shows significant preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental hepatic fibrosis. The possible mechanism of its preventive and therapeutic effects may be related to its anti-lipid peroxidation.  
摘要:As an important active ingredient of liquorice,glycyrrhizin has anti-virus,anti-inflammatory,anti-allergy,anti allergy,anti-tumor and immunomodulatory effects.Which concern the role of immune regulation.Glycyrrhizin play a double role on cellular immunity and humoral immunity.Glycyrrhizin is an effective biological response modifier,the performance of the immune regulation in the immune active cells,cytokines,complement.Glycyrrhizin can enhance the helper T lymphocyte proliferation and activity,the promotion of lymphocytes IL-2,INF-γ,IL-1 and other cytokines,inhibition of IL-4,IL-10,IL-8,etc.It also has anti-complement activity,selectively inhibiting the activation of the complement system approach.Because of the immunomodulatory effects,glycyrrhizin has been widely used in clinical practice.In psoriasis,chronic idiopathic urticaria,bronchial asthma,chronic liver disease,AIDS and cancer and other diseases as the main drug treatment achieved good results.The immunomodulatory effects of glycyrrhizin is reviewed in this paper according to the investigation of the world.

摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of Danju Capsule on vascular endothelial dysfunction induced by angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ). Method: The Ang Ⅱ-induced contraction of rat aortic rings was tested in tissue bath. The expression of endothelin ( ET)-1 mRNA was evaluated by RT-PCR in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) stimulated by Ang II. The activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) and nuclear transcription factor (NF-κB) and its inhibitor (IκB-α) were detected by Western blot in HUVEC. Result: The results showed that 1×10- 7 mol ·L-1 Ang Ⅱ increased contraction of rat aortic rings, ET-1mRNA expression, ERK1/2 phosphorylation, NF-κB p65 displacement and IκB-α phosphorylation degradation, which were significantly inhibited by Danju Capsule in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Ang Ⅱ may be involved in the initiation and progression of cardiovascular diseases by injuring vascular endothelium directly and causing endothelial dysfunction. Danju Capsule was shown to protect against Ang Ⅱ induced endothelial dysfunction, suggesting that Danju Capsule may play a role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.  
摘要:Objective:To review the progress in studies on mechanism of gardenia iridoid glycosides for treatment of cerebral ischemic injury,so as to provide more information on gardenia iridoid glycosides for further research and application.Method:The literatures published home and abroad in recent years were consulted and summarized.Result:Gardenia iridoid glycosides are the main chemical components in Fructus Gardeniae.Modern studies show that gardenia iridoid glycosides not only have protective effects in liver gallbladder,antipyretic,sedative and other effects,but also have protective effects against ischemic brain injury.Currently there are more studies about gardenia iridoid glycosides against ischemic brain injury,and the mechanism is multifaceted.Conclusion:More studies are needed on the mechanism of gardenia iridoid glycosides for treatment of cerebral ischemic injury.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Fushen Granule on the expression of TAK1 and during renal interstitial fibrosis in rat and explore the possible mechanism. Method :Rat model of renal interstitial fibrosis was produced by unilateral ureter obstruction (UUO). 60 Sprague-Wistar male rats were randomly divided into six groups: sham group (N), UUO model group (M), fosinopril group (F0, 10 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1), Fushen Granule group 1 (F1, 7.5 g ·kg-1 ·d-1), Fushen Granule group 2 (F2, 15 g ·kg-1 ·d-1) and Fushen Granule group 3 (F3, 30 g ·kg-1 ·d-1). All the rats were sacrificed at 14 days after UUO. It was carried out to measure the level of tubulointerstitial damage by HE and Masson staining. The mRNA and protein expression of TAK1 and α-SMA was detected by real-time PCR and Western blot. Result: The renal interstitial fibrotic area and the expression of TAK1 and α-SMA in M group were significantly higher than that in the sham group (P <0.01). In comparison with M group, each intervention group with Fushen Granule or with fosinopril could markedly decreased the expression of TAK1 and α-SMA, especially in Fushen Granule group 2 (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion:Fushen Granule may downregulate the levels of TAK1 and decrease renal interstitial fibrosis. It is inferred that it may be one of the mechanisms for Fushen Granule to suppress renal tubular damage and interstitial fibrosis.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaozheng Decoction(XZD) resolve in treating endometriosis model mouse and to explore its Liquid of abdominal cavity PGF2α、serum CA125. Method: Divide into four groups, the group treated with physiological saline, the group treated with Western medicine, the group treated with traditional Chinese medicine of high dosage, and the group treated with traditional Chinese medicine of low dosage, each group with ten mouses. By ELISA to observe endometriosis model mouses serum CA125andliquid of abdominal cavity PGF2α. Result: XZD reduce the serum CA125,liquid of abdominal cavity PGF2α ,of endometriosis model mouse and has some restrained function for endometriosis. Conclusion: XZD has an effect may be achieved by reducing the serum CA125, liquid of abdominal cavity PGF2α,restraining unusual proliferation of endometriosis.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of total paeony glycoside on secretion of gastric juice and serum biochemical indexes for ulcer model in rat, and to reveal the mechanism. Method: Rat gastric ulcer model was established by pyloric ligation, and gastric juice was collected for rats in all groups. The gastric juice volume, total acidity and the activity of pepsin were measured. Nitric oxide (NO) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in rat serum were determined. Result: Total paeony glycoside could inhibit the gastric juice volume, total acidity, the activity of pepsin in the rat model. Furthermore it could significantly increase NO content and SOD activity,and reduce the MDA content in rat serum. Conclusion: The anti-gastric ulcer mechanism of total paeony glycoside is likely achieved by promoting defense factors,and improving the bodys antioxidant capacity.  
摘要:Objective: To compare hepatotoxicity of Olibanum and Myrrha. Method: 48 Wistar rats were divided into four groups by random. 3 groups were intragastrically treated with Olibanum+ Myrrha, Olibanum, Myrrha that doses were all 2.1 g·kg-1 once a day for 12 weeks and the control group with water. The animals were anesthesia by chloral hydrate after fasting for 12 hours and serum biochemical indices were determined. Liver was weighted and liver coefficient was calculated, and MDA in liver tissue was determined. Histopathological examination for the liver was also performed with lightmicroscope. Result: TC in serum and MDA in liver tissue of the animals with Olibanumhe+Myrrha and Olibanumhe increased significantly compared with animials of control group.The liver coefficients of all groups administrated were significiantly higher than that of control group, which was Olibanum>Olibanum+ Myrrha>Myrrha. Histopathologic examination showed that 2 rats of the Olibanum group had fatty degeneration in liver but the animals of other groups didnt. Conclusion: Hepatotoxicity of Olibanum was higher than Myrrha in rats.

摘要:Objective: In order to search potent means for exercise-induced muscle damage, effect of Radix Astragali injection on serum creatine kinase(CK) and isoenzyme of creatine kinase(CK-MM) level in rats after two kind of Exhausting Exercises was observed. Method: 50 Wister Rats were randomLy divided into 5 group: normal control group(n=10), once exhausting exercise group(n=10), multiple exhausting exercises group(n=10), Radix Astragali injection filled the stomach and once exhausting exercise group(n=10), Radix Astragali injection filled the stomach and multiple exhausting exercises group (n=10). After 4 weeks test, serum CK and CK-MM were tested. Result: Afer exhausting exercise, CK and CK-MM in blood serum as well as were higher than that in normal control group(P<0.01).the change was prevented by Radix Astragali injection(P<0.01). Conclusion: Radix Astragali injection may help reduce exercise-induced muscle damage afer two kind of exhausting exercises.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza against acute liver injury induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in mice. Method: Fifty NIH mice were randomly divided into five groups, low-dose (3.9 g ·kg-1) of SMPS (SMPS-L), middle-dose (7.8 g ·kg-1)of SMPS (SMPS-M),and high-dose (15.6 g ·kg-1) of SMPS (SMPS-H)were given daily via gavage for a period of 7 days. The control group and model group were given an equal volume of saline. Seven days later, the mice were given LPS(5 mg ·kg-1) (control received saline alone) via lateral tail vein injection. Three hours after the injection of LPS, the mice were weighed and the blood was collected from mice orbit. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH)in the liver tissue were measured by colorimetric method, and the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) was determined. The pathological change of liver was observed using light microscope. Result: SMPS could significantly reduced contend of MDA and the serum levels of ALT, nevertheless the levels of GSH significantly increased. Conclusion: SMPS offers obvious effects on protecting acute liver injury induced by lipopolysaccharide.  
摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction (Hw) on hemorheological indexes in rats with chilblains. Method: Rat chilblains model was established through soaking rats feet in low temperature 40% alcohol solution. The contents of TXB2 and 6-k-PGF1α in plasma of the rats taken by Hw through different ways such as oral administration,the immersion,and the oral administration+soak(IS) were determined. Result: Compared with the normal control group, blood viscosity, blood plasma viscosity, index of RBC aggragation and index of deformation in rats of model group were significantly increased (P<0.05), TXB2 were significantly increased (P<0.05) and 6-k-PGF1α decreased (P<0.01). Compared with the rats of model group,TXB2 decreased (P<0.05) significantly in plasma of the rats with the Hw taken by the IS; PGF1αincreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in plasma of the rats with the Hw taken by the oral administration and the IS. The Hw groups taken by different ways had improved hemorheological indexes to varying degrees. Conclusion: The model of chilblains brings about the unbalance of immunological function, microcycle barrier and a state of forming thrombus easily. The Hw groups taken by different ways can adjust the abnormal changes in immunology, the unbalance of TXA2-PGI2 and improve blood rheology targets,and the group of Hw taken by the IS is better than those of the other two Hw groups.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Qinzao Jiufei recipe and Astragalus membranaceus on radioprotection of lung and expression of plasma transfroming growth factor beta-1 (TGF-β1) and Interleukin-1(IL-1)in partial mid and late stage chest tumor patients with lung radiotherapy. Method : The partial mid and late stage chest tumor patients were randomized into control group and therapy group, therapy group with Qinzao Jiufei recipe 200 mL,po,bid and Astragalus membranaceus 10 mL, po,bid before radiotherapy and continued for 6 mouths,Plasma TGF-β1 and IL-1 were examined before and at the end of radiotherapy,Clinicalsymptoms,lung function and high-resolution computed tomography of thorax were evaluated at 15 days after radiotherapy. Result: Before radiotherapy, plasma TGF-β1 for(4.49±2.01)ng·mL-1 in therapy group and (4.47±2.01)ng·mL-1 in control group,at the end of radiotherapy,the level of plasma TGF-β1 in control group was much higer than in therapy group ,before radiotherapy, plasma IL-1 for(24.87±15.03)pg·mL-1 in therapy group and (25.44±17.18)pg·mL-1 in control group,at the end of radiotherapy,the level oplasma IL-1in control group was much higer than in therapy group .Five months and ten months after radiotherapy,patients in the therapy group whose CO diffusion capacity of lung (DLCO) declined were less than those in the control group(P<0.05), there was significant difference between the two groups.Occurrence rate of radioactive pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qinzao Jiufei Recipe and Astragalus membranaceus can inhibit overexpression of plasma TGF-β1and IL-1 after radiotherapy,and may reduce the severity of dysfunction lung injury. Qinzao Jiufei recipe and Astragalus membranaceus can prevent and treat of radioactive lung injuries.  
摘要:Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the anti-viral effects of a Chinese Herbal Formula (invigorating the kidney and the spleen gelatin capsule) in treating chronic hepatitis B Virus carriers. Method: This was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. 90 patients enrolled in the study who were satisfied with the following criteria: presence of hepatitis B surface antigen and hepatitis B e antigen, HBV DNA level greater than 7 log10 copies/mL, and normal alanine aminotransferase level (30~40 U·mL-1 for male, and 20~40 U·mL-1 for female). They were randomly divided into trial group (n=60) and control group (n=30). During the trial period, patients in both trial group and control group received medication invigorating the kidney and the spleen gelatin capsule and a placebo for 48 weeks respectively, 4 capsules per time, 3 times per day. The serum HBV DNA level, serum markers of HBV(HBsAg,HBsAb,HbeAg,HBeAb,HbcAb) and serum biochemistry of liver functions(ALT,AST,GGT,TBil) were measured at the before and 48th week of the treatment. And the indexes of safety,such as blood analysis, stool analysis, urinalysis, renal functions and electrocardiogram were also detected. Result: After treatments, the median decrease in serum HBV DNA levels was 3.4 log10 copies/mL in the trial group and 0.1 log10 copies/mL in the control group (P<0.01). Serum HBV DNA <3log10 copies/mL was observed in 13 of the 60 subjects (21.7%) in the trial group and 1 of the 30 subjects (3.3%) in the placebo group (P<0.01). The proportion of patients with HBeAg loss was 20% (12/60) and 3.3% (1/30) respectively in the trial group and control group (P<0.01). The ratio of HBeAg seroconversion to anti-HBe was 15% (9/60) in the trial group and 0% (0/30) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : Invigorating the kidney and the spleen gelatin capsule is effective in inhibiting the copy of hepatitis B virus and increase the ratio of HBeAg seroconversion, which can be used to treat Chronic Hepatitis B Virus carriers.

摘要:Objective: To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Qingyi granule on the lung injury induced by severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Method: SAP consists of 58 patients with combination therapy group (n=32) and conventional western medicine treatment group (n= 26).The two groups were observed in patients with abdominal pain and ease the time, peristaltic recovery time, time to correct hypoxemia, treatment before and 72 h after treatment of blood endotoxin (ET), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin -6 (IL-6) levels of change and re-line upper abdominal spiral CT scan assessment of the progress of pancreatitis patients. Result: The combination therapy group treated with conventional Western medicine incidence of hypoxemia were 43.75%, 76.92% (P <0.05); ARDS incidence rate of 9.38%, respectively, 34.62% (P <0.05); treatment 72 h after the combination therapy group of blood ET, TNF-α, IL-6 than conventional western medicine treatment group blood ET, TNF-α, IL-6 levels were significantly decreased (P <0.05); in the combination therapy group the time to ease abdominal pain, bowel recovery time, hypoxemia corrected time, CT scan shows the extent of progress of pancreatitis was significantly lower than the proportion of conventional western medicine treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qingyi particles through the protection of the intestinal barrier, reducing bacterial translocation, lower serum endotoxin, TNF-α, IL-6 and other inflammatory mediators, and correct the body imbalance between proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory system, and many other mechanisms of play a role in the comprehensive protection of the lungs.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Sijunzitang with chemotherapy in treating gastrointestinal cancer multidrug resistance gene-positive patients. Method: By immunohistochemical methods in our hospital 117 cases of gastrointestinal cancer pathology specimens for detection of multidrug resistance gene, and multidrug resistance gene in which 55 patients were positive for clinical studies, treatment group 28 cases, using Sijunzitang combined with chemotherapy for treatment; the control group 27 cases, only with chemotherapy. Result: Toxic side-effects in patients treated by Sijunzitang combined with chemotherapy were significantly lower than that in chemotherapy group, the completion of chemotherapy rate was 96.4%. In chemotherapy alone group, due to neutropenia or serious gastrointestinal response and chemotherapy had been suspended for some cases, to completion rate was only 70.4%. The treatment group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ period of 5 years survival were 75.0%, 63.6%, 22.2%, while the control group were 55.6%, 37.5%, 10.0%. Conclusion: Sijunzitang with chemotherapy has definite effect for the treatment of gastrointestinal tract cancer multidrug resistance gene-positive cases.

摘要:Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effects of application of Zicao ointment with partial clousure and ice compress in the treatment of the effusion of chemotherapy drugs. Method: To observe the injury situation of local tissue recovery,control group patients with effusion of chemotherapy drugs were cared with partial clousure and ice compress intermittently after 24 hours;therapy group patients added application of Zicao onitment based on the control group. Result : The overall efficient rate of therapy group 32 patients was 100%,and control group 20 patients was 90%。There was significant difference between these two groups (P<0.05). Conlusion: It is efficient to prevent the effusive tissue injury with western and Traditional Chinese Medicine method, and is better than single western method.

摘要:The spontaneous models of T2DM which were successful screened and conserved have been mainly in rodents. The occurrence and development of T2DM in this models is similar to mankinds, so they have important application value in the study of T2DM, such as physiology, pathology and new clinical medicines. Nowdays, these models mainly include signle gene mutation mouse(ob/ob,db/db,KK-ay),NZO and NSY mouse, GK,OLETF and ZUCKER rats, Psammomys Obesus. In order to improve the application of these models for T2DM, the characteristics of each model about mechanisms, physiology and pathology were described in this article.  
摘要:As an important active ingredient of liquorice, glycyrrhizin has anti-virus, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy, anti allergy, anti-tumor and immunomodulatory effects. Which concern the role of immune regulation. Glycyrrhizin play a double role on cellular immunity and humoral immunity. Glycyrrhizin is an effective biological response modifier, the performance of the immune regulation in the immune active cells, cytokines, complement. Glycyrrhizin can enhance the helper T lymphocyte proliferation and activity, the promotion of lymphocytes IL-2, INF-γ, IL-1 and other cytokines, inhibition of IL-4, IL-10, IL-8, etc. It also has anti-complement activity, selectively inhibiting the activation of the complement system approach. Because of the immunomodulatory effects, glycyrrhizin has been widely used in clinical practice. In psoriasis, chronic idiopathic urticaria, bronchial asthma, chronic liver disease, AIDS and cancer and other diseases as the main drug treatment achieved good results. The immunomodulatory effects of glycyrrhizin is reviewed in this paper according to the investigation of the world.

摘要:Objective: To review the progress in studies on mechanism of gardenia iridoid glycosides for treatment of cerebral ischemic injury, so as to provide more information on gardenia iridoid glycosides for further research and application. Method: The literatures published home and abroad in recent years were consulted and summarized. Result: Gardenia iridoid glycosides are the main chemical components in Fructus Gardeniae. Modern studies show that gardenia iridoid glycosides not only have protective effects in liver gallbladder, antipyretic, sedative and other effects, but also have protective effects against ischemic brain injury. Currently there are more studies about gardenia iridoid glycosides against ischemic brain injury, and the mechanism is multifaceted. Conclusion: More studies are needed on the mechanism of gardenia iridoid glycosides for treatment of cerebral ischemic injury.
