摘要:Objective:Curcumin and pluronic P123 copolymer micelle was prepared to investigate the releasing properties of curcumin in vitro.Method: The nanomicelle was prepared by thin film aqueous method,and curcumin was determined by HPLC,releasing properties in vitro were investigated by dynamic dialysis.Result:The average diameter of curcumin pluronic P123 copolymer micelle was 64.97 nm with entrapment rate of 71.74% and drug-loading rate of 1.62%;the releasing properties in vitro were accorded with weibull equation.Conclusion:The effect of delayed release of curcumin in vitro by curcumin pluronic P123 copolymer micelle was good.
摘要:Objective:To establish an optimum method of extraction of polysaccharide from Dendrobium henryi.Method: Tradition water leach,cellulose enzyme,ultrasonic assistant and microwave assistant extracting procedures were used for polysaccharide extraction,and the phenol-sulfuric reaction was used for the determination of polysaccharide.Result:The optimum condition of extraction of Dendrobium polysaccharide was as follows: solid to liguid ratid was 1∶30 with enzyme of 200 U·mL-1 extracted for 2 hours at 50 ℃,pH4.5 in cellulose enzyme extraction;the third-gears microwave power was used for 8 minutes pretreatment,then extracted at 80 ℃ for 1.5 hours in the microwave assistance extracting;the ultrasonic power 300 W and 6 minutes of pretreatment were used with solid to liquid ratio of 1∶ 30,then extracted at 80 ℃ for 1.5 hours in ultrasonic assistance extreacting;and extracted at 80 ℃ for 1.5 hours with solid to liquid ratio of 1∶ 30 in tradition water leach extracting.Conclusion: The highest yield for Dendrobium polysaccharide extracted occurred in cellulose enzyme extracting,which was the preferred alternative.Tradition water leach extracting should be combined with ultrasonic assistant and microwave assistant extracting.
摘要:Objective:Optimization of the processing parameters was applied for the extraction of total glucoside of paeony in paeony dispensing granule.Method: Based on the results of single-factor-at-a-time-technique,Box-Behnken experimental design combining with response surface methodology(RSM) was employed,with the soaking time(X1),the water addition(X2),the extraction time(X3) as the independent variables.The response variable was the amount of total glucoside of paeony.Result:The optimization processing parameters was as follows: X1,X2 and X3 levels of 98.4 min,12 times and 69.8 min respectively.Conclusion:The observed responses were in close agreement with the predicted values of the mathematic models,and the Box-Behnken experimental design is suitable for optimizing the extraction of total glucoside of paeony in paeony dispensing granule.

摘要:Objective:To prepare the Arnebia euchroma extracts gel(AJEG)and examine the initial quality.Method:The AJEG were prepared through the orthogonal design to optimize the prescription,in which the glossiness,spreading ability,uniformity and the centrifugal resisting were evaluated comprehensively as indexes,with the amount of carbopol-940,propylene glycol and pH value as observing factors.The content of L-shikonin was determined by UV spectrophotometer.Result:The prescription optimized was composed of 0.7% carbopol-940,10% propylene glycol and pH was 6.5·L-shikonin was linear in the range of 5-30 mg·L-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9 and average recovery was 95.7% with RSD 3.06%(n = 6).The releasing in viro was characterized by the higuchi equation.Conclusion:The preparing technology was simple,and the quality of AJEG is controllable.The indexes were accord with the standard of gel.
摘要:Objective:To apply 101-clarificant to the preparation of the Xinfukang Oral Liquid in stead of ethanol subsiding method.Method: In order to determine the better technic of Xinfukang Oral Liquid,the origin technic and new technic from the description and the content of ginsenoside Rg1 and astragaloside Ⅳ were compared.Result: The new technic could retain active component better and reduce the production cycle times.Conclusion: The new technic is a ideal for the preparation of the Xinfukang Oral Liquid.
摘要:Objective:To optimize the molding technology of Xiaoer Baibu Zhike granule.Method: Investigated the affect of different excipients on the formability,hygroscopicity and critical relative humidity.Grading methods of synthesizing multiple guidelines were applied to optimizing excipients and composition of prescription for Xiaoer Baibu Zhike granule,selecting the dosage of stevioside,measuring the critical relative humidity.Result: The optimum composition of prescription consisted of 4 portions of extract powder,3 portions of lactose and 3 portions of soluble starch,the dosage of stevioside was 0.8%,the critical relative humidity was 56%.Conclusion: The molding technology was reasonable:good formability,high solubility and not liable to moisture absorption.
摘要:Objective:To seek out the optimal water-extracting and alcohol-precipitating technology of total polysaccharides of Yupingfeng(YTP).Method: Using the yield of YTP as assessment index,three factors were studied by orthogonal design,including ratio of material(g) to extracting solvent(mL),extracting time and ethanol concentration of precipitating polysaccharide.Result: The yield of YTP was 4.31% by the optimum process conditions listed as follows: ratio of material to extracting solvent was 1∶ 12,extracting time when the temperature was kept at 90 ℃ as 1.5 h;and the volume fraction of ethanol was 90%.Conclusion: These extraction process is feasible,and the experiment result can provide basic and instruction data for the ascertainment of water extraction technology of YTP.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for HPLC determination of icariin in Shenjiang Suoyang Yiqi tables.Method:The condition for HPLC was Agilent zorbax extend-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),agilent the detection wavelengths 270 nm.Result:The standard curve was liner in the range of 4.0-18.0 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6.The coverage recoverywas 99.63% with RSD 1.40%(n = 6).Conclusion:The method is simple,separating result,acuracy and reproducibility,can be used for the quality control of Shenjiang Suoyang Yiqi tables.
摘要:Objective:To establish a sensitive and specific HPLC method and a standard fingerprint for quality control of Carthamus tinctorius.Method: About 46 samples from different sources were analyzed by HPLC.By the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional chinese medicine(Version 2004A),mean chromatogram was generated as the representative standard fingerprint and the similarity of each chromatogram against the standard chromatogram was also calculated.Result: Twelve main marker peaks were selected in the standard fingerprint and 10 peaks of them were identified.The similarity of 76% samples was over 0.8.Conclusion: The quality control of crude drug can be evaluated by comparing with the standard fingerprint.The method can be applied for quality assessment of C.tinctorius.
摘要:Objective:To consummate the quality standard and provide theory evidence of Begonia herbs,by constituting the method of assaying of rutin in Begonia herbs.Method: The content of rutin of Begonia L.herbs were determined by HPLC.Diamonsil Chromatographic column(Diamond)-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm).Mobile phase was methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid gradient elution.Column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength 257 nm.Result: The content of rutin was influenced by different species,different origins and different medicinal parts,and the rutin content of leaf,stem which was higher than root.Among them,The content of rutin was the highest than others,which of Begonia cavalerei in Kaiyang Nanjiang canyou of Guizhou.Conclusion: The method by constituting is simple and convenient,reproducible,accurate.It can conduct method of assaying of rutin in Begonia herbs.It is right to collect the leaf and stem part of the herbs which provide a reliable basis for conservation and reasonable development of Begonia herbs resources in Guizhou.
摘要:Objective:To set up the quality standard of antiasthmatic dropping pills.Method: TLC was used for identification;ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were determined by HPLC.Result: Prunus armeniaca L.var.ansu Maxim.,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.and Ephedra sinica Stapf.could be detected by TLC.Ephedrine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0.033 05-0.396 6 μg(r = 0.999 9);the average recovery was 99.39%(RSD 2.11%,n = 6).Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0.023-0.276 μg(r = 0.999 7);the average recovery was 99.89%(RSD 2.55%,n = 6).Conclusion: The method was simple and accu-rate with a good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of antiasthmatic dropping pills.
摘要:Objective:To study on the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in different processed products and different years of growth of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus by RP-HPLC.Method: Kromasil-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used for the determination with the mobile phase consisting of [methanol-acetonitrile(50∶ 50)]-0.1% H3PO4 solution(85∶ 15);pH was adjusted to 6.5 with TEA;detection wavelength was at 205 nm;column temperature was set at 25 ℃ with the flow rate of 1 mL.min-1.Result: The content of oleanolic acid in different processed products was arranged in order of: steaming > scalding > steaming drugs with rice wine > crude drugs;the content of ursolic acid in different processed products was similar;the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in different years of growth was arranged in order of: ten years > five years > two years.Conclusion: The content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Ligustri Lucidi Fructus was related to the processing method and the year of growth.
摘要:Objective:To establish a simple,accurate method of HPLC to determine the gallic acid content of Polygonum capitatum,and to analysis 48 populations in different germplasm resources.Method: The method was developed with the condition as follows:XB-18 C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(4∶ 96) as the mobile phase with the speed of 0.8 mL.min-1 and the detection wavelength was 220 nm.Gallic acid was detected in 48 populations with 229 samples.Result: The linear range of gallic acid was 10.24-102.40 ng(r = 0.999 9) with the average recoveries of 97.32%,RSD 0.52%.The gallic acid content was 0.594 6%-0.147 5% in every sample,and was 0.131 3%-0.330 6% during 52 populations.Conclusion: The method is simple,specific,and suitable for the determination of the gallic acid content in P.capitatum.There are some differences in gallic acid contents during populations and whithin populations,especially,it was significant differences in some populations,such as Yunnan-tengcong,Guizhou-taijiang,Guizhou-nayong,Guizhou-yuqing,Guizhou-qinglong and Guizhou-bijie.It had higher contents of gallic acid in Taijiang-laodun,Nayong-yangchang,Yuqing-baini,Shibing-niudachang populations,Guizhou province,and they should continue to study as suitable growth areas for artificial cultivation of P.capitatum.
摘要:Objective:To establish a method for studing HPLC chromatographic fingerprint of Polygonum cuspidate,and to control the quality of P.cuspidate.Method:The DIKMA-C18(4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm) column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid of water solution with gradient elution of linear,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 303 nm.Result: Thirteen batches samples of P.cuspidate were analyzed and the chromatographic fingerprint was constructed with 13 common fingerprint peaks,whose area is larger than 90% of the total peak area.The similarity evaluation of 13 batches samples of P.cuspidate was more than 0.9.Conclution: The HPLC chromatographic fingerprint of P.cuspidate can express the chemical information completely and provide a scientific basis for controlling the quality of P.cuspidate.

摘要:Objective:To determine the content of luteolin in Cyperi Rhizoma and Cyperi Rhizoma fried with vinegar from different areas.Method: The content was determined by HPLC and the measurement conditions were used as following: kromasil C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm);mobile phase: methanol-water with 0.2% phosphoric acid(55∶ 45);the flow rate: 1.0 mL.min-1;measurement wavelength 350 nm.The temperature of column 30 ℃.Result: The linear range of luteolin was ranged from 0.040 81 to 0.367 2 μg(r = 0.999 4).The content of luteo-lin was 57.35 μg·g-1 in Cyperi Rhizoma from Tai’an Shandong,which was the highest in 8 different areas,and 17.82 μg·g-1,the lowest from Yunnan,China.The content of luteolin from most areas exceeded 22.00 μg·g-1.The content of luteolin in Cyperi Rhizoma fried with vinegar from different areas was higher than these herbs before fring with vinegar.Conculsion: The study supplies a scientific basis for the content of luteolin in Cyperi Rhizoma and Cyperi Rhizoma fried with vinegar.

摘要:Objective:To improve the quality standard of Xiao’er Shenzhu Jianpi Pills,the study of HPLC methodology was carried out to determine the hesperidin in the Pills.Method: The separation was performed on YMC-Pack ODS-A(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),using a mixture of methanol-water(40:60) as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1at 35 ℃;the detection wavelength was at 283 nm.Result: Hesperidin was linear within the range of 200.4-2004 ng(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery for hesperidin was 97.34%,and RSD was 1.27%.Conclusion: The method was selective,accurate and simple,and suitable for controlling the quality of Xiao’er Shenzhu Jianpi Pills.
摘要:Objective:The content of Ca and microelement in some testacean Chinese traditional medicines and extractions were determined to analyze the correlation of material basis,toxicity and efficacy.Method: The content of Fe,Zn,Mn,Sr,Mg,Cu,Pb,Cd,Hg,As was determined by AES or AFS and Ca was determined by complex-metric titration.Result: The average extraction rates of calcined concha arcae,concha haliotidis,clam shell,concha margaritifera usta and concha cypraeae were 2.37%,0.42%,0.38%,0.37% and 0.42%;the average content of Ca was 25.85%,13.78%,21.40%,21.42% and 13.78%.Conclusion: The concentration of microelement which is taken into body is higher than original medicinal materials by decocting.The concentration of Cd in these testacean Chinese traditional medicines was determined to exceed the standard recorded in Chinese pharmacopoeia.In order to improve security,a scientific standard about Cd should be established.
摘要:Objective:To compare the content of anthraquinones in the different processed products from Morinda officinalis How.Method: 1-methylanthraquinone,1,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-5-hydroxymethyl-anthraquinone,1,8-dihydroxy-3-hydroxymethyl-anthraquinone were determined simultaneously by HPLC.The separation was performed on a Agilent C18 column at 30 ℃ with MeOH-H20(60:40→85:15,25 min) as a mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 278 nm and the flow rate was 1.00 mL.min-1.Result: Three components were linear within the range of 0.019 9-0.199 2 μg,0.0331-0.3312 μg,0.019 7-0.196 8 μg,and the average recoveries were 98.50%-100.31% respectively.Conclusion: The method can be used for evaluating the quality in different processed pieces of M.officinalis.
摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of mirabilite on solubility of anthraquinones in Dachengqi decoction and Xiaochengqi decoction.Method: To prepare Dachengqi decocction and Xiaochengqi decoction with traditional method,the content of anthraquinones was determined with high porformence lilquid chromatograph.Result: In the same conditions the content of anthraquinounes was decreased when mirabilite was added.Conclusion: Mirabilite can decrease the solubility of anthraqunones when the mirabilite decocted with rhubarb.
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC-ELSD method for the content determination of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 in Sanqi Zhixue Capsule.Method: The analysis was carried out on a Hypersil ODS analytical column(4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water by gradient elution(0-12 min,acetonitrile 19% →36%).The detector drift tube temperature was set at 45 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 1.5 L·min-1.Result: The recoveries for notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were 97.86%,96.24% and 97.58% with RSD 1.36%,1.58% and 1.13%(n = 6) respectively.Conclusion: The developed method is simple,rapid,replicable,and can be used for the quality control of Sanqi Zhixue Capsule.
摘要:Objective: Study the chemical constituents of the radixs of Scutellaria baicalensis.Method: Use column chromatography and preparation thin layer chromatography to separate and purify the compounds.Structure analysis were carried out by buclear magnetic resonance(NMR) technology.Result: Ten compounds were separated and purified from chloroform parts of S.baicalensis,and identified as β-sitosterol(1),benzoic acid(2),oroxylin-A(3),wogonin(4),baicalein(5),dihydroroxylinA(6),skullcapflavone-Ⅱ(7),tenaxin-Ⅰ(8),5-methoxy-7-hydroxyflavonone(9),5,7,2′,5′-tetrahydroxy-8,6′-dimethoxyflavone(10).Conclusion: Compound(9) were discovered from S.baicalensis for the first time.
摘要:Objective: To get a crude perception of the composition and the molecular weight of astragalus polysaccharedes(APS).Method: Using high performance gel permeation chromatograph(HPGPC) and alcohol fractionation,we got a better outline of the composition of the polysaccharides and respectively analized their molecular weights.Result: The test results proved that APS breaks down to two parts with respect to their ranges of molecular weight.Conclusion: The part with low molecular weight exhibits the character of pure substance which is exploitable.
摘要:Objective: To establish quality control method of effective fraction from Catharsius molossus Linnaeus.Method: Amino acids were identified by TLC.Molecular weight was studied by sodium dodecylsulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE).The type and content of amino acids were detected by automatic amino acid analyzer.Result: For thin-layer chromatography(TLC),the spots of effective fraction from Catharsius molossus Linnaeus are clearly,and displayed similar spots with reference substances;For SDS-PAGE,the effective fraction were mixture of polypeptides,and molecular weight distributed from 6 × 103 to 14 × 103;For determination of amino acids,17 amino acids were detected except destruction of tryptophan.The content of free amino acid was 13.41%,and content of combined amino acid or peptide was about 9.27%.Conclusion: The method was sensitive,accurate,reproducible and exclusive.It can be used for quality control of effective fraction from C.molossus.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the regulatory effects of Jianpi Jiedu Recipe on microvessel density(MVD) and angiogenesis-related genes in the course of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) long-term infection induced gastric adenocarcinoma of C57BL /6 mice,and provide experimental basis for Jianpi Jiedu Recioe treatment of the H.pylori-related gastropathy.Method: C57BL /6 mouse gastric cancer model induced by H.pylori infected was established by gavage with H.pylori standard strain SS1,and mice were divided into 4 groups: Control(Cont) group-model(Mod)group and low-dose(LD)and high-dose(HD)Jianpi Jiedu Recioe group.After 72 weeks,MVD in gastric mucosa of each group was detected with Evision immunohistochemical method.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) and Ang-2 type 2 receptor(Tie-2) mRNA and protein expressionwere evaluated by real-time fluorogenic quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RFQ-PCR) and immunohistochemical method.Result: Pathological examination demonstrated that at the 72 th week,the mice gastric mucosa MVD were 2.50 ± 1.54,18.56 ± 2.62,14.61 ± 3.60 and 7.39 ± 1.75 in Cont,Mod,LD and HD group respectively.The MVD in Mod group was obviously increased than that in Cont group,P < 0.01;The MVD were significantly decreased in LD and HD Jianpi Jiedu Recioe group,compared with Mod group,P < 0.05,P < 0.01.FRQ-PCR suggested that the expression of VEGF,Ang-2,Tie-2 mRNA and protein in Mod group were obviously increased than those in Cont group,P < 0.01;However both the LD and HD Jianpi Jiedu Recioe could significantly reduce their expression in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion: H.pylori could increase MVD of gastric mucosa,and induce VEGF,Ang-2 and Tie-2 expression in the course of H.pylori infection-induced gastric adenocarcinoma of C57BL /6 mice,which might play an important role in the incidence of H.pylori-induced gastric cancer.Jianpi Jiedu Recipe could decrease MVD,and inhibit VEGF,Ang-2 and Tie-2 expression,which might be one of the important mechanisms of prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
摘要:Objective: To compare antipyretic,diuretic,anti-tumor and analgesic effects of extracts from cultural and wild Radix Sophorae Flavescentis.Method: The antipyretic action was monitored by dried yeastinduced fever in rats.The diuretic effect was observed in mouse model by collecting and testing urine volumes in different intervals.The analgesic effects were discussed by adopting acetic acid writhing and hot plate test in mice.Result: Both the extracts from cultural and wild Radix Sophorae Flavescentis 1,2,4 g·kg-1 significantly reduced the fever induced by dried yeast and increased urine volumes in rats at all the intervals.Both of them 3,6 g.kg-1 remarkably enhanced the threshold of pain by hot plate,reduced the numbers of writhing and prolonged the latencies of paw licking in mice,showing significant analgesic effects.Conclusion: There is no significant difference in antipyretic,diuretic and analgesic effects between extracts from cultural and wild Sophorae flavescentis.The results provide experimental evidence for cultural Sophorae flavescentis replacing wild ones in clinic.
摘要:Objective: To study the increased effect of Yexiaotong combined with radioactive rays on human esophageal cancer cells(TE-1) through experimental test.Method: The IC10 of Yexiaotong to TE-1 was obtained by MTT test.TE-1 cells were divided into two groups: one is treated by radiotherapy and the other by radiotherapy combined with Yexiaotong in 10% inhibition concentration IC10.Radiosensitivity was determined by clonogenic assay and quantified by calculating TER.Result: MTT assay showed that Yexiaotong had inhibitory effects on TE-1,and the 10% inhibition concentration was 61 g.L-1.Yexiaotong had a radio sensitizing effect,and the TER was 1.17.Conclusion: Yexiaotong can sensitize the effect of radiotherapy on TE-1,and the TER reaches 1.17,for which it is useful in radiotherapy in the future.
摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of Sini Powders on interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β) of rats with experimental ulcerative colitis(UC) and effects of so-called the monarch drug and ministerial drug in the prescription.Method: The experimental animals were divided into 5 groups,and modeling was made by immunization.IL-1β levels in rats’ colon mucosal tissues and serum were detected by ELISA.Result: Colon pathological changes with obvious inflammation were found after modeling.The levels of IL-1β in rats of the model group were higher than those in the normal group(P < 0.01).After feeding Chaishaozhi and Chaishao,IL-1β levels of UC rats were obviously reduced(P < 0.05).After feeding Sini Powders,IL-1β levels in UC rats’colon mucosal tissue were markedly reduced(72.62 ± 2.67)ng.L-1,(P < 0.01),but they were obviously increased in serum(1015.52 ± 176.47)ng.L-1.Conclusion: We speculate that Sini Powders can interfere with experimental UC by adjusting IL-1β levels.Sini Powders may play a role in inhibiting moving of IL-1β from the mononuclear cells in peripheral blood to intestinal mucosa,and the compatibility of the monarch drug and ministerial drug play a role in suppressing secretion of IL-1β.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of selenium chitosan(Sc) on proliferation of human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line K562 and explore its relationship with the expression of bcr /abl fusion gene.Method: After treatment with Sc,cell proliferation was determined with SRB and clonal assay.The abundance of P210bcr/ablprotein was examined with Western blotting.The expression of bcr /abl fusion gene was detected by RT-PCR.Result: Exposure of K562 cells to 50,100 and 200 mg·L-1 of Sc,respectively,for 48h could obviously inhibit proliferation and decrease their survival rate(P < 0.05,P < 0.01);After treatment with 50,100,200 mg·L-1 of Sc,respectively,for 48 h or 200 mg.L-1 of Sc for 12,24,and 48 h,the abundance of P210bcr/ablprotein in K562 cells was down-regulated in a concentration and time-dependent manner(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),but the expression of bcr /abl fusion gene was not changed.Conclusions: Sc could inhibit the proliferation of K562 cells cultured in vitro,and this effect was correlated with down-regulation of the abundance of P210bcr/abl proteins encoded by bcr /abl fusion gene.

摘要:Objective: To investigate protective effects of sapindoside on experimental myocardial ischemia in rats.Method: Using the method of ligation of left descending coronary artery to establish the rat model of myocardial ischemia.Besides a sham-operated group,successfully-made-model rats were divided into a model group,a positive control group,a low dose,a medium dose and a high dose of sapindoside groups with 10 rats in each group,in which the drug was given by stomach irrigating for consecutive 28 d.ECG of each rat was measured before surgery,immediately,and 1,3,7,10,14,21 and 28 d after surgery.The scope of myocardial infarction,the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and malonaldehyde(MDA) in each rat serum were measured after the drug was used for 28 d.Result: Within certain dose range of sapindoside,the ECG S-T segment elevation levels in model rats were obviously reduced,the myocardial infarct sizes were decreased,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in rat serum were enhanced,and the contents of MDA were reduced.Conclusion: sapindoside can effectively protect myocardial ischemic injury of rats.Its role may be related to scavenging oxygen free radicals,enhancing the activity of antioxidant enzyme,and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
摘要:Objective: To select optimal anion exchange resins appropriate for separating and purifying total organic acids from the fruit of Chaenomeles speciosa and to investigate analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the total organic acids.Method: The yield of total organic acids was used for selecting the optimal anion exchange resins and concentration of HCl.The analgesic effect of the total organic acids and alcohol extract of C.speciosa were observed and compared by the hot-plate test and writhing analgesia test,and their anti-inflammatory functions were observed and compared by the method of xylene-induced ear edema in mice.Result: Amberliter IRA-400(CL) was optimal,and the optimal concentration of HCl was 0.3 mol·L-1.The purity of organic acids was 65.15%.The total organic acids of C.speciosa(0.15,0.3,0.6 g·kg-1)had analgesic effect on the pain caused by hot and acetic acid,which could inhibit the inflammation induced by xylene and significantly reduce ear swelling of mice.Furthermore,there was no significant difference between the total organic acids and alcohol extract of C.speciosa(1.25,2.5,5 g·kg-1).Conclusion: The total organic acids of C.speciosa may be one of the effective components that have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effects of total polyphenols extracted from Toona sinensis on myocardial ischemia /reperfusion-induced injury in rats.Method: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: a sham operation group(Sham),a model group treated by ligation of the left coronary artery plus administration of 0.5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(Model),a group with model animals treated by intragastrical administration of a low dose of total polyphenols extracted from T.sinensis(50 mg·kg-1,XD),a group treated by a moderate dose(100 mg·kg-1,XZ),and a group treated by high dose(200 kg-1.XG).Myocardial ischemia /reperfusion-induced injury was made by legating the left coronary artery(LCA) for 30 min followed by a 120 min reperfusion in anesthetized rats.After reperfusion,the levels of phosphocreatine kinase(CK),troponin I(cTnI),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum were detected.Finally,the hearts of rats were cut into 5 pieces and stained by 1% TTC for 15 min;the degree of myocardial infarction was calculated.Result: Compared with the rats in model group,after administrated with polyphenols extracted from T.sinensis,the levels of CK,cTnT-I and MDA in serum were decreased,the activity of SOD was increased,and the severity of myocardial infarction was alleviated.Conclusion: Total polyphenols extracted from T.sinensis played a protective role in myocardial ischemia /reperfusion-induced injury.

摘要:Objective: To screen the anti-simian immunodeficiency virus(SIV) active parts of the extracts of stem of Streblus asper.Method: The inhibitory effects of different extracts on SIV were observed when SIV and CEMx174 cell system were employed as the models and azidothymidine selected as the positive control drug.And chemical constituents of the anti-SIV active parts were identified by the test tube method and round filter paper.Result: The results showed that the inhibitory rates of SIV antigen positive cells were 55.9% and 41.2% when 62.5 mg.L-1 of petroleum ether extract and 15.625 mg.L-1 ethyl acetate extract of the stem of S.asper were used.The petroleum ether extract might contain essential oil,grease,steroidal or triterpene material,while the ethyl acetate extract contain phenolic compounds,indicating that the extract had certain inhibitory effect on SIV in vitro,but the other extract of the stem had no such effect.Conclusion: Essential oil,grease,steroidal and triterpene or phenolic compounds in the stem of S.asper may be the substance that has certain inhibitory effects on SIV.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Astragali Complanati Semen(ACS) on model animals with spermatogenic disturbance and deficiency of kidney yang.Method: The models of spermatogenic disturbance were established by feeding gossypol acetic acid(GAA) in rats and intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide in mice,sperm quantities of animals in various groups were counted,sperm activities were observed,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone(T) were determined by radio immunoassay.The models of deficiency of kidney yang were established by feeding cortisone acetate.Rectal temperature,swimming time,spontaneous activity,testis weight,and seminal vesicle weight were measured.Result: SAC extract 0.2,0.4 g.kg-1 markedly improved sperm quantity,sperm activity and the level of T in serum,decreased aberration rate of sperm and the level of LH and FSH in serum.It could markedly improve rectal temperature,swimming time,locomotor activity,testis index,and semina1 vesicle index.Conclusion: ACS extract can markedly promote the generation of sperm in spermatogenie disturbance animals,ameliorate serum sex hormone levels,increase the level of quality of sperm,and has remarkable therapeutic effect on deficiency of kidney yang in mice.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the potency and safety of Jiangya Granules(Jyg) on hypertension.Method: Renal hypertension model was established by ligation of the left renal artery.Healthy rats were divided into a model group,a normal control group,a positive control group,a high dose of Jyg group,a middle dose of Jyg group and a low dose of Jyg group(11.4,5.7,2.9 g.kg-1)to observe the effect of Jyg on lowering blood pressure.In addition,the action of vasodilation was observed by microscope to record vessel diameters of arteriolae and veinules in mice’s ears.The experiments in acute toxicity were carried out by oral administration of Jyg to mice given twice a day with tolerable concentration and volume to observe their responses immediately after the administration and continuously for 14 days.Result: All the 3 different dosages of Jyg could significantly depress blood pressure of experimental renal hypertension in rats,and expand the arteriolae and veinules in mice’s ears.After 14 days’continuous observation,no mouse was found dead.Their weight increased,and no significant toxicity occurred by naked eyes.Conclusion: Jiangya Granule can obviously lower blood pressure,and it is preliminary proven to be safe.
摘要:Objective: To explore the influence of Jianfei capsule to leptin receptor(LR) behind signal transcription system and the mechanism at Molecular level.Method: The Seventy-seven male conventional Sprague-dawleg(SD) rats were divided into control diet group(n = ten) and high fat group(n = sixty-seven) randomly,there is no significant difference on the side of weight(P < 0.05).And control diet group were fed with normal diet and high fat diet respectively.After eight weeks,thirty-five rats from high fat diet group were successfully made into obese models.Their body weight were all higher 20% than the average weight in control diet group.They were randomly divided into three groups.Obese model group,high dosage group and low dosage group.All of the groups were replaced by normal diet.Respectively by 13.7,6.85 g·kg-1,high and low dosage group were given Jianfei capsule decoction(10 mL·kg-1·d-1),simultaneously,control group and obese model group were givenequivoluminal distilled water.After oral administration for four weeks,all of the rats were anaesthetized,weighted.After adopt blood from aorta abdominalisthe,Hypothalamic and genital fat,liver and heart were collected quickly.Gene expression of JAK1,STAT3,STAT6 of Hypothalamic and adipose tissue were detected by non-radioactive in situ-hybridization.Result:There are the high gene expression of JAK1,STAT3,STAT6 not only in Jianfei capsule but also in obese model group;there is some difference and dose-effect relationship between high dosage group with low dosage group.Third,different concentration Jianfei capsule can improve gene expression of JAK1,STAT3,STAT6 of hypothalamus.Conclusion:The mechanism that Jianfei capsule take effect through its influence to LR behind signal transcription system is still needed to be investigated further.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of nourishing kidney herbs on dopamine of striatal neurons in mouse model of parkinson ’s disease.Method: Fourty five Parkinson’s disease model mice were randomly divided into five groups:Epimedii Folium group,Ligustri Lucidi Fructus group,Polygonatum group,selegiline group and model control group.Nine normal male C57BL /6J strains of mice were used as the normal control group.The normal control group and model control group were adminstraed with water,the mice in Epimedii Folium group,Ligustri Lucidi Fructus group,Polygonati Rhizoma group and selegiline group were adminstraed with Epimedii Folium,Ligustri Lucidum Fructus,Polygonatum and selegiline water decoction(each 0.5 mL,bid).After for 4 weeks,striatal neurons were quickly separated in the ice.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the level of TH,HPLC-Electrochemical was used to detect the level of DA and metabolites.Result: The levels of TH,DA,DOPAC in Epimedii Folium group were significantly higher than that in model control group and selegiline group(P < 0.05),were not significantly lower than that in the blank control group;The levels of DA were significantly higherin Ligustri lucidi Fructus group and Polygonati Rhizoma group than that in the model group(P < 0.05),while the levels in Ligustrum lucidum group was higher than selegiline group(P < 0.05),but not higher than that in the blank control group.Conclusion: The nourishing kidney herbs Epimedium Folium,Ligustri Lucidi Fructus and Polygonati Rhizoma can improve DA of striatal neurons in mouse model of parkinson ’s disease,but the mechanism is not exactly the same.Further study is needed.
摘要:Objective: To elucidate the mechanism of antidepressant-like effect of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction’s active fraction(CLMAF).Method: The activity of monoamine oxidase(MAO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in cerebral tissue were analyzed,and the protective effect for the rat hippocamp neurons was analyzed with MTT colorimetery.Result: MAO-A activity,SOD activity and MDA content of forced swimming mice were inhibited and the lesion of rat hippocamp neurons induced by corticosterone was protected significantly.Conclusion: Mechanisms of antidepressant-like effect of CLMAF are related to inhibiting MAO-A activity and content of MDA and protecting hippocamp neurons.
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Alpinia officinarum extract on blood vessel of brain permeability.Method:Kunming mice were randomly divided into 9 groups(control group,model group,nimodipine group,watere xtract of A.officinarum 6.66,3.33,1.67 mg·kg-1 groups,Ethanol extract of A.officinarum 6.66,3.33,1.67 mg·kg-1 groups).The mice model of total cerebral ischemia was established with method of bilateral common carotid artery occlusion after 10 days of ig treatment.The brain water content was evaluated by detecting the wet weight and dry weight of brain;The detection of cerebral extra-vascular Evans blue(EB) content was used to observe the changes of cerebrovascular permeability.Result: After acute cerebral ischemia for 3 hours,compared with the control group,brain water content and EB content of brain tissue increased significantly(P < 0.05) in the model control group mice.Compared with the model group,the brain water content and EB content of brain tissue were significantly decreased(P < 0.05) in nimodipine group;the brain water content were significantly decreased (P < 0.05) in WEAH 6.66 mg·kg-1,EEAH 3.33 mg·kg-1 and 1.67 mg·kg-1;brain tissue EB content were significantly decreased(P < 0.05) in three doses of aqueous extract groups.Conclusion:WEAH and EEAH can decrease the cerebral water content and cerebrovascular permeability effectively.

摘要:Objective: To make in silico prediction of the biological effects of 11 main compounds in Danshen injection based on cheminformatics and systemic biological tools.Method: Based on the chemical structure of those compounds,target identification and enrichment analysis was conducted to determine the target proteins and possible mechanisms of those compounds using software package Metadrug(6.3) of GeneGo company.Result: Seven compounds were found have predicted targets.These predicted targets involved in many different activities of human body.Four compounds were not found have predicted targets.The results are crucial to the understanding of mechanism of Danshen injection.Conclusion: The result provided useful information for further research.It is expected it be helpful for understanding the mechanism of Danshen injection.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the affection of glycyrrhizin(GL) on the expression of CCL20 mRNA level in HepG2.2.15 cell line.Method: CCL20 mRNA level was examined by quantitative RT-PCR,cell proliferation was examined by MTT before and after treated with GL,and compared with the control group.Result: The expression of CCL20 was downregulated in GL-treated HepG2.2.15 cells(P < 0.01).GL in three groups under 200 mg·L-1could promote cell proliferation;400 mg·L-1 and 800 mg·L-1of GL inhibited the growth of cells(P < 0.01).Conclusion: GL inhibited the expression of CCL20 in dose-dependent manner in HepG2.2.15 cells,and inhibited or promoted cell proliferation.

摘要:This study aims to engineer a herbal formula under the guidance of Chinese medicine theories,then define the effective dosage ratio between the herbs and demonstrate the biological effects of the formulae on different parameters of healing using relevant in vitro assays.Six herbs which are frequently used for fractures were combined into five formulae according to the ‘Uniform Design’method.Assays of nitric oxide(NO) inhibition in mouse macrophages,human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) and rat osteoblasts proliferation were used to reflect the ‘anti-inflammation inflammatory’,‘circulation promotion’and ‘bone formation stimulation’functions.The results showed that all the formulae expressed significant activities of NO inhibition,and HUVEC cell and osteoblasts proliferation.Formula 5 with the largest doses(containing 30 g Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,9 g Fructus Gardeniae,9 g Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng,9 g Flos Carthami,30 g Ramulus Sambucus Willamsii,15 g Radix Dipsaci) demonstrated the best results in all the three assays.
摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Sanhuang Xiexintang on the expressions of nuclear-κB(NF-κB) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in gastric mucosa of rats after severe traumatic brain injury.Method: Female 35 and male 35(total 70) Wistar rats were collected.All rats were randomly divided into normal control group(10 rats),model group(30 rats),and Chinese traditional medicine group(30 rats).The two later groups at hour 6.24.72 post-trauma(each group 10 rats).Except the control group,the other rats were subjected to severe traumatic brain injury with a free-falling object which following Feeney’s method.A series of stomach samples were obtained directly 6.24 and 72 hours respectively after operation in every groups with optical microscope histopathology tests of stomach were performed.Immunochemistry(IHC) was used to detect the expression of IL-6,NF-κB on stomach at different time point.Result: In normal control group rats,the ecderon of gastric mucosa structurual integrity andglandular organ line up in order;In model groups the gastric mucosa appeared defect as well as inflammatory cell infiltrated,formed superficial erosion and vasodilatation nearby.In the Chinese traditional medicine groups especially in the 72 h group the mucosal damage could be lessened and the edema in capillary vessel and interstitial tissue could be alleviated;NF-κB and IL-6 were stained in endochylema.Every groups expressed.Compared with control group,the expression of IL-6 and NF-κB in model 24 h and 72 h groups were significantly increased(P < 0.01 ~ 0.05).Compared with model 24 h group,the expression of IL-6 in Chinese traditional medicine 24 h group were obviously decreased(P < 0.05);Compared with model 72 h group and the same 24 h group,the expression of IL-6 and NF-κB in Chinese traditional medicine 72 h group were obviously decreased too(P < 0.01 ~ 0.05).Conclusion: San huang Xiexintang inhibits the inflammatory reaction by inhibiting the expressions of nuclear-κB and interleukin-6,which may be one of the mechanisms of its stomach-protective effects.
摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of several extracts of Microsorum fortunei.Method: The ethanol,acetone and ethyl acetate extacts were obtained by cold-extraction,then the total flavone content was determined and the antioxidant activities of them were studied employing [2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethglbenzothiazoline-6-sultouic) acid ammonium salt](ABTS) assay.Result: The scavenging activities of all the three extracts on ABTS.+ radical were more than 80%,and the highest scavenging capacity reached 96.11%.Conclusion: All the extracts of M.fortunei had prominent antioxidant activity,which could be employed as natural antioxidants and health care products
摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Huixiang Zhizhu soup(HX-S) on superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialde hyde(MDA) and pathomorphology in rats with adhesive intestinal obstruction,and provide experimental evidence for the realitionship of SOD,MDA and pathomorphology change with the adhesive intestinal obstruction of HX-S.Method:The Wister rat model of adhesive intestinal obstruction.One hundred and eight rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,Dachengqi soup(DS) group,HX-S low dosage(HX-SL)group,HX-S middle dosage(HX-SM)group and HX-S high dosage(HX-SH)group.Succeed in the model.The rats were killed after three days,five days and seven days adopt the intestine tissue to,with 6 rats in each subgroup.The levels of SOD and MDA in intestine tissue were determined by radioimmunoassay,adopt the intestine tissue to observe the change of pathomorphology.Result: Compared with those in normal group,the level of intestine tissue SOD were decreased obviously,and the level of intestine tissue MDA were increased obviously in model group(P < 0.05);Compared with those in model group,the level of intestine tissue SOD were increasedobviously,and the level of intestine tissue MDA were decreased obviously(P < 0.05) and pathomorphology investigation small intestine injury had been restored in model group in DS group,HX-SL group,HX-SM group and HX-SH group.Conclusion: HX-S has good action effect in rats with adhesive intestinal obstruction,and its mechanism may be correlated with anti-intestine tissue peroxidation.
摘要:Objective:To observe the expression and localization of CD4+T cell and its co-stimulator factors(CSF) in the mucosa of ulcerative colitis(UC)rat with damp-and-heat syndrome,and to explore the conceivable immunology mechanism of Huangqin decoction to treat the disease.Method:The model of UC rats with damp-andheat syndrome were established by giving the high sugar fat food and put into an artificial bioclimatic chamber,resulting in damp-and-heat body constitution and then clysmaed with 2,4,6-trinitro-benzene-sulfonic acid.After that the rats were divided into the model group,Huangqin decoction group and mesalazine group.SP of Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression and localization of CD4+T cell,CD28,CD152,OX40 T cell subsets in mucosa.The above antigens were tested using Image pro plus 6.0,an image acquisition system based on the digital camera and software,by analyzing their mean density.Result:Compared with the normal rats(n=15),the expression of CD4 + T cell,CD28,CD152 and OX40 T cell subsets in mucosa increased for the model rats(n=38 in total and P<0.05),and targeted to distribution in the submucosa and inherent layers.Compared with the model control group(n=12),CD4+T cell,CD28 and OX40 in both Huangqin decoction(n=13) and mesalazine group(n=12) decreased(P<0.05),but CD152 did not,kept in the level of model gruop.There was no statistical difference of the level of the above antigens between Huangqin decoction(n=13) and mesalazine group(n=12,P>0.05).Conclusion: It is possible that the expression of the CSF for CD4+T cells maybe the immunology mechanism of the decotion to treat UC.

摘要:Objective: To observe the acute toxicity Fufang Tiecao capsule in rats and determine the safety dosage window.Therefore,we evaluated the safety of long-term prescription.Method: Given the extract of Fufang Tiecao capsule to the rats two times a day,and the extract of crude drug in whole was given to rats for six months at a dosage of 48,24,12 g.kg-1(as the 75,37 and 19 times of clinical use daily dose).Moreover,observed the growth and development,food intake,the indication of hematology and blood biochemical analysis,organ coefficient and histopathology.Result: there was not appeared the obvious acute toxic reaction on the rats,which were given the most tolerance dose two times a day,the dose groups of 48,24 g.kg-1 were found the reduction of PBC,HGB,MCHC,and the elevation of liver index,spleen index,RET,MCV,MCH and T-Bil(especially for the T-Bil).Individual liver cell of kupffer appeared the hyperplasia and formed hemosiderin,however,the spleen appeared the congestion and tumefaction,the hemosiderin was formed.The above phenomenon almost disappeared after four weeks of stopping treatment.Conclusion: There was no obvious acute toxic reaction for the rats which were given the extract of Fufang Tiecao capsule.The higher drug dosage probably caused the mild destruction of rats erythrocytes in six months.It disappeared after the stopping treatment.There was no obvious chronic toxicity reaction and delay toxicity reaction on the rats.
摘要:Objective:To observate the effect of Wushen Shunmai capsule on left ventricular function and QT interval dispersion in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after interventional treatment.Method: Ninety eight patients with AMI underwent coronary angiography and PCI treatment,were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group(48 cases) treated with conventional therapy,the observation group(50 cases) received conventional therapy plus oral Wushen Shunmai capsule.Two groups were treated continuously for 6 months.Left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end systolic volume,B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),standard 12-lead ECG were detected before and after treatment.Result:After 1 month of treatment,the plasma BNP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.01).After 6 months of treatment,the LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than that of before treatment and the control group(P < 0.01);the LVESV of the observation group was significantly lower than that of before treatment and the control group(P < 0.01);the QTcd of the observation group was significantly lower than that of before treatment and thecontrol group(P < 0.01,P < 0.05);the incidence of cardiovascular events of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05);the observation group found no adverse reactions.Conclusion: Wushen Shunmai capsule significantly improved left ventricular function after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with AMI on the basis of the conventional therapy,reduced BNP levels,shortened the QT interval dispersion significantly,to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events with good.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Qishenyiqi pills on ventricular structure and cardiac functions of patients with blood-stasis syndrome after myocardial infarction(MI).Method: Seventy-eight cases meeting the diagnostic criteria for MI and matched criteria were chosen and divided randomly into two groups: a treatment group and a control group.Animals in the control group were treated with routine medicine and those in the treatment group were treated additionally by Qishenyiqi pills.Effects in both groups were observed for 1 year.Changes of scores for evaluating symptoms by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and changes of heart structure and its functions shown by echocardiography were observed before and after the treatment in both groups.Plasma levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in the two groups were measured by ELISA before and after the treatment,and adverse reactions were also observed.Result: Symptom scores of the two groups decreased after treatment and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lowered than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of symptom scores evaluated by TCM was 89.5% in the treatmentgroup,and that in the control group was 75%,showing the efficiency in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group.The left ventricular internal diameter at end-systole(VESD) in the treatment group and control group were both improved,indicating the internal diameter and the volume of ventricle reflecting the thickness of the ventricle structure decreased.After the treatment,the left ventricle end-diastolic volume was significantly lowered in the treatment group,compared with that in the control group(P < 0.05),suggesting the volume of ventricle reflecting the thickness of the ventricle significantly decreased.The stroke volume,effective cardiac output,cardiac index and left ventricular ejection fraction in the treatment group were significantly developed after the treatment,indicating obvious improvement of cardiac contraction function and increase in cardiac output with a significant difference,compared with those in the control group(P < 0.05).After the treatment,the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),the marker of left ventricular thickness in the treatment group was significantly lowered than that in the control group,which was in accord with the decreasing trend shown by ultrasonic cardiograph,and the marker was more sensitive.Conclusion: Qishenyiqi pills can improve ventricular remodeling and cardiac functions of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after MI.

摘要:This article mainly introduces the effect and its mechanism of treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) by Chinese medical polysaccharides.These facts show that many Chinese medical polysaccharides can affect RA patient’s condition,including joint swelling,joint pain,immune organs pathological changes,joint morphology and so on.Based on the analysis of the mechanism for medicine,for the clinical application of polysaccharide prevention RA provides theory basis.

摘要:The Gram-negative opportunistic human pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa exists wide and also causes serious infections in hospitals.Two-component regulatory systems are designated to sense diverse stimuli and enact an appropriate and rapid adaptive physiological response,which are also involved in the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance.The major two-component regulatory systems include PhoP-PhoQ,PmrA-PmrB,CzcR-CzcS,CopR-CopS,GacA-GacS,RetS,LadS.Here we summarize the papers about these systems and provide insight into the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance in P.aeruginosa and novel therapeutic targets to conquer antibiotic resistance.
摘要:Objective: To study on the compatibility characters of Siwu decoction categorized formulae for different Xueyu Zheng.The common elements of nature,flavor,channel tropism and effects from drugs in formulae were to be discovered.Method: Based on the 2-dimension(2D) visualization methods and formulae information database,the 3-dimension(3D) methods were developed and applied in this study.Result: Some common characters among categorized formulae were found by comparing different formulae information graphs for different Xuexu Xueyu Zheng.The drugs in formulae often had pungent,sweet and warm in flavor and nature.And these drugs most followed liver,heart and spleen channel tropism.Conclusion: The 3D visualization mining methods were verified suitable for the traditional Chinese medicine formulae data mining research.
摘要:Objective: To analyze medication characteristic about hyperuricacidemia of clinical remedial literature in ten years.Method: To statistical analyzed Chinese crude drug to treat hyperuricacidemia medication frequency.Result: In 78 chapters literature,there are 136 Chinese crude drug to treat hyperuricacidemia,according to principle of classification in science of Chinese materia medica removing dampness and promoting diuresis are 14 species,frequency of occurrence is 22.4%;heat-clearing drugs are 20 species,frequency of occurrence is 17.1%;drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis are 15 species,frequency of occurrence is 13.6%;antirheumatic are 18 species,frequency of occurrence is 10.7%;invigorate vital energy drugs are 9 species,frequency of occurrence is 8.1%;the are hemostyptic,reinforce yang drug,antianemic,reinforce yin drug,drugs for relieving exterior syndrome,promoting digestion drugs,drugs for dispelling internal cold,dissipating dampness drugs,drugs for calming liver to stop endogenous wind,eliminate,and so on.Conclusion: To preliminary screening 20 Chinese herbal medicines predominance more than others medicines,the major traditional Chinese medicine type of syndrome are humid heat blockage arteries and veins,phlegm stagnation,chronic stagnant phlegm and haemostasis blockage arteries and veins,yang qi weak in hyperuricacidemia patients
