摘要:Objective:To study the phase state of Danggui Buxue decoction.Method:The phase state of Danggui Buxue decoction was described by means of HPLC(for ferulic acid),HPLC-ELSD(for astragaloside Ⅳ),UV spectrophotometry(for total polysaccharides),biuret method(for total protein) and laser diffraction technique(for particle size and particle size distribution),in combination with optical phenomena.Result:In Danggui Buxue decoction,ferulic acid,astragaloside Ⅳ,total polysaccharide and total protein could be detected,particle size distribution was in the range of 50-100 nm,1 000 nm and above,and Tyndall phenomenon could be observed clearly.Conclusion:The phase state of Danggui Buxue decoction was composed of the true solution in homogeneous state,and colloidal solution,suspension or emulsion in heterogeneous state.Danggui Buxue decoction was a disperse system.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the extraction process for the homoisoflavones from Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati.Method:The optimum extraction condition was selected by orthogonal design,including ethanol solution concentration,solvent to material ratio,and extraction time.The content of three homoisoflavones was determined by HPLC.Result:The optimum extraction process was as follows: extracting twice with 12 times amount of 80% aqueous ethanol for 1 h.Conclusion:The study will provide theoretic basis for the industrialization of homoisoflavones from Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati.

摘要:Objective:To establish a technical process for the purification of syringin and eleutheroside E from Acanthopanax senticosus.Method:AB-8 type of macroporous adsorbents was used to separate and purify syringin and eleutheroside E,and HPLC was adopted to analyze the content and yield of syringin and eleutheroside E.Result:The optimum process for the purification was as follows:the concentration of sample solution was 0.5 g·mL-1;adsorption flow rate was 2 BV·h-1;eluent was 30% ethanol;the dosage was 9 BV;elution flow rate was 1 BV·h-1.Conclusion:Extract of A.senticosus by AB-8 resin,30% ethanol elution positions can syringin,eleutheroside E,yield and quality of the scores achieved satisfactory results.

摘要:Objective:To study the feasibility of extracting salvia miltiorrhiza by smashing tissue extraction and microemulsion technology.Method:To measure the content of tanshinon ⅡA in salvia miltiorrhiza microemulsion extracting solution by HPLC.Making microemulsion as a solvent to extract salvia miltiorrhiza by smashing tissue extraction,heating countercurrent extraction,ultrasonic extraction and compare the extraction rate of tanshinonⅡA.U-sing orthogonal design to analyze on effect factors of the smashing tissue extraction.Result:The extraction rate of tanshinon ⅡA is 80%~90% by smashing tissue extraction and microemulsion technology.Extraction frequency and microemulsion dilution multiple of smashing tissue extraction have very significant impact on the extraction rate of tanshinon ⅡA.Conclusion:Combination smashing tissue extraction with microemulsion technology to extract the active compounds of salvia miltiorrhiza has efficient and fast characteristics and better application prospect.
摘要:Objective:To study the influence of different compatibilities between Coptidis Rhizoma and Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex on dissolution of honokiol and magnolol.Method:High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of honokiol and magnolol in all decoctions of Coptidis Rhizoma and Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex.Result:The maximum content of honokiol and magnolol was extrated when the ratio of Coptis to Magnolia was 1∶ 3 and 1∶ 1 respectively.The maximun total content of both components was extracted when the ratio was 1∶ 1 and the minimum when the ratio was 2∶ 1.Conclusion:Different compatibilities ratios between Coptidis Rhizoma and Magnolia Officinalis Cortex affected the dissolution of honokiol and magnolol,and it was probably related to the berberine alkaloids in Coptidis Rhizoma.
摘要:Objective:To optimize the best method of processing Radix Aconiti under high-pressure.Method:Orthogonal test was used to study the effect of three factors including processing time,processing pressure and processing mode.The content of di-ester alkaloids and total alkaloids was determined as the investigative index,at the same time,properties of process was evaluated by the grading methods of synthesizing multiple guidelines to optimize the best method of processing Radix Aconiti under high-pressure.Result:The optimized processing technology was A5B3C3,that is,after wetting with waters,processing under high pressure at 1.5 kg·cm-2 for 150 min.Conclusion:This method was simple,practical and easy to control,can be used for processing Radix Aconiti as a new meth-od instead of traditional processing technology.

摘要:Objective:Optimizing the extract process for Yinxieling tablet.Method:The content of peoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid in the extract was used as the index,and the concentration was determined by HPLC.The concentration of alcohol,extract time and number of times were considered.The orthogonal test was used for optimization.Result:The optimum extract process was as follows:70% alcohol extracted for 0.5 h,the extract number of times was twice.Conclusion:The optimum process provided a high yield for both three components,and easy to carry out.

摘要:Objective:To select the Optimal extraction process of phenylethanoid glycosides in cistanche tubulosa.Method:Orthogonal multi-index comprehensive evaluation.Result:The optimal extraction process is that: phenylethanoid glycosides are extract by the method of heating reflux,and recirculate with 20 times 40% alcohol for 2 h,twice;extract evaporated to no alcohol taste and dried at 60 ℃.Conclusion:This experiment provide reference data for the extraction of phenylethanoid glycosides in Cistanche tubulosa,and provide a basis for further development.
摘要:Objective:To optimize the ethanol precipitating technique of Kuanxin oral liquor.Method:The orthogonal design was used to investigate the impact of relative density,concentration and depositing time on ethanol precipitation,with the yield of dry extractum and the content of danshensu as the effective component in Salvia miltiorrhiza.Result:The best ethanol precipitated technique was the relative density of the Liquor to be condensed to 1.10,adding 95% ethanol to 70% of ethanol concentration and depositing 12 hours.Conclusion:The optimizing ethanol precipitated technique was simple and practicable,suitable for practical production.
摘要:Objective:To improve the dissolution character in vitro of slightly soluble bergenin by using solid dispersion technology,and investigate the effect of the formulation of core tablets and coating on bergenin solid dispersion osmotic pump tablets release in vitro and optimize the formulation.Method:The bergenin solid dispersion was prepared by fusion method,and the phase solubility and dissolution test was also determined.The release in vitro was studied through cumulative release measuring.And the optimal formulation of bergenin solid dispersion osmotic pump tablets was selected via the single-factor method and orthogonal design.Result: The amount of plasticizer was found to have effect on release in vitro of bergenin solid dispersion osmotic pump tablets.The tablets with optimized formulation could achieve the desired one-order release profile during 12 hours and the cumulative release over 90 percent.Conclusion:The release behavior of the monolithic osmotic pump tablets based on the intermediat of bergenin solid dispersion followed one-order kinetics equation.

摘要:Objective:A GC method for the quantitative determination of neocurdione in anti-influenza dropping pills was established.Method:The column was ZB-WAX(100% PEG-20M,0.25 μm×0.25mm×30 m).Temperature programming was used with injector temperature and FID temperature at 280 ℃.Result: Neocurdione was linear in the range of 0.605-3.025 μg(r=0.999 1).The average recovery was 99.7%(RSD 1.67%,n=9).Conclusion:The methed was sensitive and reliable,and can be used to determine the content of neocurdione in anti-influenza dropping pills.
摘要:Objective:To study the correlation of HPLC fingerprint on the decoction pieces and decoction of Rhizoma Ligusticum.Method:HPLC with Zorbax SB-Aq was used,acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(gradient elution)as a mobile phase,detection wavelength was at 290 nm,flow rate was 1 mL.min-1,and column temperature was 35 ℃.Result: Twenty common peaks were separated in the decoction pieces of Rhizoma Ligusticum,the similarity of 10 samples was 0.821-0.994.16 common peaks(pesk 1-pesk 16) were separated in the decoction of Rhizoma Ligusticum,the similarity of 10 samples was 0.958-0.998.The extraction percentages of 16 peaks of the decoction were 10.67%-111.63%,there were larger difference.The similarity between the decoction pieces and decoction was 0.481-0.970.Conclusion: The much composition of Rhizoma Ligusticum could be extracted by traditional decoction method.The results can provide a reference for the study of the fingerprint of Rhizoma Ligusticum,Rhizoma Ligusticum decoction or preparations containing Rhizoma Ligusticum.
摘要:Objective:To establish an identification and conten determination methods of Rukang Tincture.Method:Radix Cynanchi Paniculati and Resina Draconis were identified by TLC.The content of paeonol in Rukang tincture was determined by HPLC.Result:Radix Cynanchi Paniculati and Resina Draconis could be detected by TLC.Determine the content of paeonol by HPLC,paeonol showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.03-0.27 g·L-1(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 99.01% with RSD of 2.22%(n = 6).Conclusion:The established methods are simple,accurate,reliable and can be used for the quality control of Rukang tincture.

摘要:Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of saikosaponin A in the extract of Chaiqin Qinggan formula.Method:The column of Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water with a gradient elution program with the flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.The evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD) was used as detector.Drift tube temperature was at 105℃,and the gas flow rate was 2.0 L·min-1.Result:The logarithmic calibration curves were linear in the range of 1.7-8.5 μg(r=0.999 4).The average recovery was 96.6% with the RSD value of 1.8%(n = 5).Conclusion:The method can be used to determine the content of saikosaponin a in the extract of Chaiqin Qinggan formula.

摘要:Objective:To establish a wavelength conversion method for determination of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in honeysuckle simultaneously.Method:The separation was performed on a Hypersil gold C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm).Acetonitril-0.05% H3P04 was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 327 nm and 350 nm.Result:The linear range(n=5)was 0.06 × 103-0.42 × 103 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9) and 0.716-5.728 g·L-1(r=0.999 95) respectively.The average recoveries(n=6) of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin were 101.15% and 99.80% respectively.Conclusion:This method is sensitive,reliable and can be applied to determine chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in the raw material of honeysuckle.
摘要:Objective:The research provided reference for the exploitation and quantity control of Ficus leaves.by determinating quality and quantity analysis of Ficus leaves.Method:Determine the qualitative analysis of Ficus leaves by TLC and UV and determinate the quantitiy of psoralen and bergapten range by HPLC.Result: Between 0.083 2-0.832 μg psoralen has a good linearity,recoveries between the 97.0%-104.1%,and RSD is 2.80%;bergapten range between 0.038 4-0.230 4 μg has a good linearity,recoveries between 97.1%-103.4%,RSD is 2.19%.Under the conditions of two ingredients stability,reproducibility and precision are good.Conclusion:The study result can be used to provide basis to determine the quality control of Ficus leaves.

摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of Ginsenoside Rb1 in Lianli Tang.Method:The HPLC method was applied with Agilent Zobax Extend-C18 colunmn by acetonitrile-water(25∶75) as the mobile phase,The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 40℃ and the UV detection wavelength was 203 nm.Result:The contents of ginsenoside Rb1 in two batch samples are 1.58 mg·g-1 and 1.47 mg·g-1.Conclusion:The method is stable and reliable,and can be used to assay ginsenoside Rb1 then control the quality of Lianli tang.
摘要:Objective:To establish a method for the deter mination of pulchinenoside B4 in Baitouweng decoction by HPLC-ELSD.Method: A HPLC methods detected by HPLC-ELSD has been developed: Agilent Ecilpse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile and water(28∶72);The temperature of the drift tube was set at 100 ℃,the flow rate of gas at 2.8 L·min-1.Result:pulchinenoside B4 in Baitouweng decoction could be deter mined by HPLC-ELSD.The line arrange of pulchinenoside B4 was 1.156-10.404 μg.The recovery was 98.9%(n = 5,RSD 0.7%).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,with good repeatability,and can be used for deter mination of pulchinenoside B4 in Baitouweng decoction.

摘要:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Rhizophora stylosa.Method:The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatograph and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph.Their structures were elucidated through their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis such as 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and FT-IR.Result: Eight compounds were isolated from R.stylosa,they were identified as β-amyrin(1),stigmasterol(2),betulinic acid(3),daucosterol(4),rutin(5),D-mannitol(6) and sixty alkyne(7).Conclusion: Compounds 1,2,3,6 and 7 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
摘要:Objective:To develop a quantification method for the detection of salbutamol,a cough medicine,adulterated illegally in some cough preparations of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Salbutamol was detected by HPLC on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) with methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate(adjust pH to 7.0 with phosphoric acid)(5∶95) as a mobile phase.According to the detected compound retention time,compared with the reference substance,the chemical drug salbutamol that was adulterated illegally into TCM preparations could be identified.Result:The conditions developed in this study could entirely separate from the cough medicine salbutamol added into TCM preparations.Using this method to detect 20 kinds of preparations and compared with the corresponding standard substances,salbutamol was not detected in 20 kinds of samples.Conclusion:The method is selective,sensitive and can be used as an effective means to detect illegal TCM preparation.
摘要:Objective:To develop a method for the determination of five anthraquinone derivatives(aloeemodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion) in Niuhuang Xiaoyan tablets.Method:High performance liquid chromatography was performed on an ZORBAX SB-C18column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as a mobile phase by gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1;the detection wavelength was set at 226 nm;the temperature of column was at 40 ℃;the injection volume was 5 μL.Result:Five compounds were separated at baseline within 50 min with good linearity.The regression equations were Y=6 754.2X +2.078 9,r=0.999 9(for aloe-emodin),Y=4 191.1X-1.566 2,r=1.000 0(for rhein),Y=5 029.4X-0.7929,r=0.999 9(for emodin),Y=4 558.6X-2.863 7,r=1.000 0(for chrysophanol),and Y=3 105.0X +114.41,r=0.990 7(for physcion).The average recoveries(n=6) were:aloe-emodin 100.8%(RSD 1.8%),rhein 100.3%(RSD 1.4%),emodin 100.6%(RSD 1.2%),chrysophanol 103.2%(RSD 2.4%) and physcion 100.5%(RSD 0.9%).Conclusion:HPLC is a simple,accurate,stable,and reliable method in determining the content of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Niuhuang Xiaoyan tablets,and it can be used for quality control of this preparation.

摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC for determining the content of tetrandrine in Xixian Fengshi tablet.Method:An HPLC method was developed.The chromatographic conditions were as follow: Diamonsil C18 column and methanol-0.3% diethylamine(75∶25) as mobile phase,detection wavelength at 280 nm.Result:The recovery range of tetrandrine was 0.191 25-1.53 μg,r = 0.999 8.The average recovery rate was 97.4% and RSD was 1.3%.Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate,with good repeatability,and can be used for determination of tetrandrine in Xixian Fengshi tablet.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the influence of astragalosides from three producers on lymphocyte proliferation.Method:The influence of astragalosides from three producers on lymphocyte proliferation was examined with normal lymphocytes and lymphocytes activated by ConA by MTT.Result: All samples remarkably restrain normal lymphocyte proliferation,possess the best effects under 166 mg·L-1,remarkably restrain the proliferation of lymphocyte activated by ConA under 16.6-166 mg·L-1,and remarkably promote the proliferation of lymphocyte under 1.66 mg·L-1.Conclusion: Astragalosides from different producers show similar tendency in immunocompetence,however,with different intensity of action.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Zhongfeng Zaobei Huatan Capsules(ZFZBHTC) on nerve protection and the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in the rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Method:Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into a sham operation group,an ischemia-reperfusion(I /R) group,a high-dose of ZFZBHTC group(1.62 g·kg-1·d-1),a moderate-dose of ZFZBHTC group(1.08 g·kg-1.d-1)and a low-dose of ZFZBHTC group(0.54 g·kg-1·d-1) with 10 rats in each group.The rat model of cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion was prepared by Zea Longa method.The impacts of ZFZBHTC on neurologic function and the expression of bFGF were observed.Result:Compared with the sham operation group,Group I-R presented severe neurological deficits and the increase of bFGF expression in the cortex and hippocampus.Compared with Group I-R,neurological deficits of rats were relieved significantly and bFGF expression increased distinctly in ZFZBHTC groups,of which the high-dose group presented the most significant effect on nerve protection,and the integrated optical density of positive cells in areas of bFGF was 153.20 ± 0.76.Conclusion:ZFZBHTC acts on the protection of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats,which is probably correlated with its increase on bFGF expression.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on prothrombotic state(PTS) in spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR).Method:Twenty-four SHR were randomly divided into the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction treated group,captopril treated group and model group;eight Wistar-Kyoto Rats were used as the blank group.The groups were treated by Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,captopril and distilled water respectively for six weeks.Blood pressure(BP) were measured at the beginning of the experiment and the end of every week in the experiment,and after six weeks,thromboxane A2(TXA2),6-Keto-prostaglandin(6-K-PG),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),tissue type plasminogen activator(t-PA),Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1),homocysteic acid(Hcy) and von Willebrand factor(vWF) of plasma were determined respectively.Result: Huanglian Jiedu Decoction could control the BP of the SHR and decrease the content of TXA2,ET-1,Hcy,vWF(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) and increase the content of 6-K-PG,NO(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion:Huanglian Jiedu Decoction could control the BP and improve the PTS in the SHR.

摘要:Objective:To observe influence of Tiaomaiyin drug and its separate components on three kinds of experimental arrhythmia in animals.Method:The animals were randomly divided into a model group,a group treated by whole Tiaomaiyin,a group treated by main components for Liangxue Qingre function,a group treated by assisted components for Yiqi Yangxin function,a group treated by assisted components for Xingqi Tongmai function and a group treated by a known effective drug(Propafenone).By recording ECG,the effects of Tiaomaiyin and its separate components on ventricular arrhythmia induced by Aconitine in rats,that induced by Ouabain in guinea pigs,and that induced by ligating coronary artery were observed.Result: The whole Tiaomaiyin drug and the components for liangxueqingre function inhibited all the three kinds of ventricular arrhythmia in the three kinds of animals,respectively.Conclusion: The whole Tiaomaiyin drug and the components for Liangxue Qingre action provide the function against experimental arrhythmias.
摘要:Objective: Therapeutic effects of the extract from Gentianopsis paludosa on experimental ulcerative colitis were observed in mice.Method:Experimental ulcerative colitis(UC) was made by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS) /ethanol enema in mice.Animals were fed with GTP(1.07,2.14,4.28 g·kg-1) ig for continuous 14d.Changes in body weight,diarrhea,histomorphology of colonic mucosa and spleen index of morphology were observed.Result: The extract from G.paludosa could improve diarrhea and worsening of body constitution to varying degrees in the animals with UC induced by trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid(TNBS) solution of ethanol,and significantly alleviate gross morphological damage and intestinal adhesion,improve ulcer scores,and significantly inhibit spleen enlargement.Conclusion: The extract from G.paludosa of offers beneficial function for ulcerative colitis in mice,and can reduce pathological damage in colonic tissues.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Rauwolfia verticillata(Lour.)Baill.var.hainanensis Tsiang(R.verticillata) on inflammation.Method: Inflammation models were established by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-induced ear swelling and the swelling-induced changes of skin capillary permeability in mice,albumen-induced toe swelling in rats,and tampon embedding-caused granuloma in rats,respectively.Effects of the aqueous extract from roots of R.verticillata on the inflammation were observed.Result:The aqueous extract of 1 725 mg·kg-1 in dose inhibited 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-inducing mouse ear swelling by 69.64%(P<0.01),and it could also significantly inhibit accentuation of membrane permeability(P<0.05).The inhibitory effect of the aqueous extract of 1 194 mg·kg-1 in dose was similar to that of 12.6 mg·kg-1 of aspirin(P<0.01) in inhibiting abnormal skin capillary permeability induced by albumen-induced rat toe swelling(P<0.05),and it was higher than the inhibition produced by 12.6 mg·kg-1 of aspirin in inhibiting tampon embedding-induced granuloma formation in rats(P<0.05).Conclusion:The aqueous extract from roots of R.verticillata(Lour.)Baill.var.hainanensis Tsiang performed significant anti-inflammatory effects on animals.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the mechanisms of Weichangshu in promoting gastrointestinal motility.Method:Gastrointestinal smooth muscle cells were primarily cultured with tissues.Animals were divided into a lowdose of Weichangshu group(LW),a moderate-dose of Weichangshu group(MW),a high-dose of Weichangshu group(HW),a cisapride group(CI) and a normal control group(NC).The gastrointestinal smooth muscle cells were interfered with tested reagents for 24 h in different groups(normal group with DMEM for Group NC)),and with 3-Amino,4-aminomethy1-2′,7′-difluorescein,diacetate(DAF-FMDA) for 30min for reaction,and release of NO was detected by using a Flow cytometry.Result:Compared with Group NC,the fluorescence intensities of NO release were significantly reduced in Group HW and Group MW(P < 0.01,P < 0.05),which were similar to Group CI.Conclusion: Inhibition of generation of NO in gastrointestinal smooth muscle cells followed by inhibition of activation of correlated enzymes to antagonize formation of cGMP,leading to increase of intracellular Ca2 + to trigger series of physiological functions to accelerate gastrointestinal smooth muscle contraction may be involved in the mechanisms of Weichangshu for promoting gastrointestinal motility.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanisms of Buyang Huanwu Decoction(BYHWD) in improving blood viscosity in aged rats by observing changes of the components of erythrocyte membranes.Method: Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided to a young control group,a model group,high-dose of BWD group and a low-dose of BYHWD group with 10 rats in each group.The related indexes in hemorheology and the components of erythrocyte membranes were determined 19 days after giving medicine.Result: Blood viscosity of aged rats was higher than young rats obviously.The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of aged rats were decreased by BWD obviously.The contents of cholesterol and MDA in erythrocyte membranes were decreased.Red blood cell deformability,and the contents of sialic acid and SOD in erythrocyte membranes were increased.Conclusion: Decrease of blood viscosity by BYHWD may be related to its effect on metabolism of lipid,enhancement of ability of anti-oxidation,decrease of the contents of oxygen radicals and improvement of the carrying capacity of negative charge in erythrocyte membranes.
摘要:Objective: The inflammatory model in vitro was used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Polygala japonica effective ingredients.Method: RAW264.7 macrophage line was induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) to set up the inflammatory model.To study the effect of P.japonica effective ingredients on the inflammation factors by assaying the concentration of nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6).The mRNA expression of TNF-α and IL-6 was assayed with real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR) too.Result:P.japonica effective ingredients could significantly reduce the release of NO,IL-6 and TNF-α in LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophage line,and obviously decrease the mRNA expression of TNF-α and IL-6,too.Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory mechanism of P.japonica effective ingredients may be related to reducing the release of inflammation factors in macrophage cell and inhibiting the mRNA expression of TNF-α and IL-6.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Fufang Shanju on vital organs and uric acid in spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR).Method: Thirty-five male SHR aged 16-weeks were randomly divided into SHR group(distilled water 5 mL·kg-1),high medium and low(0.45,0.15,0.05 g·kg-1) dose groups of Fufang Shanju,Captopril(0.03 g·kg-1) positive control group(n=7 each).Moreover,7 WKY rats were used as normal control group(distilled water 5 mL·kg-1).SHR were intragastrically administrated once daily in 16 weeks.After the last adminstration,they were weighed,taken blood from abdominal aorta,detected hepatic and renal function and uric acid in the blood plasma.Hearts,livers and kidneys were taken,weighed and calculated organ coefficient.Result: Compared with model group,the left ventricle coefficient for the medium and low dose groups of Fufang Shanju and the whole-heart and left ventricle coefficient of high dose group were significantly lower(P<0.05).There were no obvious effects on hepatic and renal function in each dose group of Fufang Shanju.However,plasma uric acid showed decrease in dose-dependent manner(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion: Fufang Shanju can improve cardiac hypertrophy and reduce uric acid in blood plasma of SHR.Also,there are no obvious effects of hepatic and renal function.Captopril shows no effect on reducing plasma uric acid.

摘要:Objective:To study effects of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus on hepatocellular carcinoma cells(HCC) and its influence on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),transforming growth factor-alpha(TGF-α) and to discuss its mechanism of action.Method:We examined the inhibition of PLC /PRF /5 cells after incubation with the extract of L.lucidi Fructus by 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT).We examined the expressions of VEGF,TGF-α by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).PLC /PRF /5 tumor-bearing mice mode was established by the inoculation of cancer cell suspension subcutaneously in mice’s right anterior limbs.We examined inhibition rate of tumor in mice treated with L.lucidi Fructus for 14 d intragastrically.We further examined the expressions of angiogenic factors in HCC xenografts by immunohistochemical methods.Result:The extract of L.lucidi Fructus can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cell growth as well as the expressions of VEGF and TGF-α.Conclusion:The extract of L.lucidi Fructus has anti-tumor effect,and the release of VEGF and TGF-α might be one of it’s anti-tumor mechanism.
摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Aβ42 deposition on the expression of hippocampal inflammatory cytokines and phosphorylated mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) signal molecules,and the intervention by Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder(JWDSS).Method: Alzheimer’s disease(AD) model was established by stereotactic injection of fibrillar Aβ42 into the hippocampus of 12 week-old female SD rats being divided into 6 groups.JWDSS(70.654,35.327 g·kg-1·d-1) was given for intervention,and celebrex(0.183 g·kg-1·d-1) was used as control.Expression of inflammatory cytokines and phosphorylated MAPK pathway signaling molecules were observed by immunohistochemistry(SABC) methods and SABC images were analyzed by an image analyzing software.Result: Compared with the control group,the positive stained areas of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-6 and phospho-p38(p-p38),p-JNK and p-MEK3 /6 increased with decreased staining intensity in the modelgroup.Protein expression quantity was inversely proportional to the staining intensity.The positive stained areas of IL-1β,IL-6 and p-p38,p-JNK and p-MEK3 /6 in the treatment groups decreased and their staining intensity increased,compared with the AD model group.Conclusion:Aβ42 deposition in hippocampus can induce inflammation of the brain and over-expression of IL-1β,IL-6 and p-p38,p-JNK,p-MEK3 /6.Inhibiting the over-expression of inflammatory cytokines and phosphorylated MAPK signaling molecules may be a major antagonistic mechanism of JWDSS for AD.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Xixin oil on blood histamine content and pathomorphological change in nasal mucosa of guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis(AR).Method:Forty FMMU guinea pigs were randomly divided into control group,AR model group,Xinqin granule group and Xixin oil group,with 10 cases in each group.Generally sensitized guinea pigs were received repeated local sensitization in nasal cavity with ovalbumin.Guinea pigs in control group and model group were given normal saline,while guinea pigs in Xinqin granule group were given 4.65 g.kg-1 Xinqin granule and 0.45 g.kg-1 volatile oil for Xixin oil group.Pathomorphological changes in nasal mucosa were observed and blood histamine was determined for each group.Result: Xixin oil could significantly reduce the amount of nasal secretions,sneezing and the degree of nasal scratching of AR guinea pigs.The degree of nasal mucosal inflammation in Xixin oil group was improved and the content of histamine was decreased obviously.Conclusion:Xixin oil can alleviate local symptoms and improve the degree of inflammation after local invasion in nasal mucosal of guinea pigs with AR.The possible mechanism might be related with inhibition of histamine release,which play an important role in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral solution on the mice infected by influenza virus A(H1N1).Method:ICR mice were infected by influenza A(H1N1) with nasal drops(20,10,5 mL.kg-1),the lung index,death rate,death protection rate and life prolongation were observed and the levels of cytokines in blood serum were detected by ELISA.Result:With treatment of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral solution,the lung index,death rate of ICR mice were decreased significantly,while the life span of mice was prolonged.There was no remarkable effect of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral solution on the cytokine levels in serum.Conclusion:Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral solution could inhibit viral pneumonia for mice infected by influenza virus A(H1N1)significantly.
摘要:Objective:To Compare the antiepileptic effect of vitamin plus Dingxian capsule with Dingxian capsule containing vitamin.Method:One hundred and twenty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 12 groups(PTZ group,sodium phenobarbital group,tested drugs Ⅰ group Ⅱ group;PTZ group,Valproate group,tested drugs Ⅲgroup,Ⅳgroup;pilocarpine group,sodium phenobarbital group,tested drugs Ⅴgroup Ⅵgroup),n = 10 each respectively.With pentylenetetrazol and pilocarpine,epilepsy grand mal preparation,small seizures and psychomotor seizures model,were established.The seizure time within 30 minutes,frequency and time of death convulsions were observed and recorded.Result: Ⅰ and Ⅱ significantly prolonged the time of death(P<0.01);Ⅱ couldsignificantly prolong epileptic seizures latency in mice(P<0.01).Ⅲ and Ⅳ could significantly reduce seizure frequency(P<0.01),prolong the time of death(P<0.01),Ⅳ lowered seizures rate in mice(P<0.01).Ⅴand Ⅵ Could extend significantly the time of death for psychomotor epilepsy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Six tested drugs have significant effect for treatment of grand mal epilepsy,petit mal and psychomotor seizures induced by PTZ and pilocarpine.Dingxian capsule containing vitamin has a better role than vitamin plus Dingxian capsules for treament in seizures mice.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Zhiwei Fuwei concentrated pill(FW) for superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,malondialdehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO) content in model rats,of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),and to investigate the mechanism of FW in prevention and treatment of CAG.Method: An experimental CAG model was established by comprehensive factors,including using alternative ingestion with 30% ethanol and 2% sodium salicylate mixed solution and 10 mmol·L-1 sodium deoxycholate,drinking of 0.05% ammonia daily,combining with active immunization,followed by either hunger or gorge in wistar rats.The SOD activity and MDA content in serum and gastric mucosa were determined after 75 days of FW treatment(1.67,0.84,0.42 g·kg-1).Result:The high and low dosage of FW could promote SOD activity in serum significantly(P < 0.01).The high dosage could promote SOD activity in gastric mucosa.The FW could reduce MDA content,and increase NO content in gastric mucosa.Conclusion:FW can make SOD activity,MDA and NO content tend to be normal by antioxidating and scavenging free radicals to prevent and treat CAG effectively.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of total alkaloid of Sophora alopecuroides(TASA) on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) expressions and therapeutic effects in S180 tumor-bearing mice.Method:The model of S180 tumor-bearing mice was established.The animals were divided into control group,tumor control group,cyclophosphamide(CTX) group,TASA high,middle and low dose groups(80,40,20 mg·kg-1).After administration of TASA for 10 days,the general conditions of mice were observed.The rate of inhibition of tumor was detected.The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were measured by ELISA.Result:The contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in TASA group were higher than that in tumor-bearing control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:TASA can inhibit tumor growth in vivo by increasing the activity of TNF-α and IL-6.

摘要:Objective:To validate the anti-hypoxia activity in mice for hydrolysates come from the enzymatic process of meat of reared Crocodylus siamensis.Method:The protein content of five kinds of hydrolysates one from enzymolysis of the meat of reared crocodylus by pepsin,trypsin,papain,neutral protease and neutral protease plus papain separately was measured.The effect of anti-hypoxia of the products was observed in mice.Result:The protein content of hydrolysate come from enzymolysis of the meat of reared crocodylus by pepsin is the most.And hydrolysate of pepsin 0.55,1.10 g·kg-1 could extend survival time(there is significant difference between treatment group and control group,P<0.05) after intragastric administration of the hydrolysates once a day for 20 days.Conclusion: Hydrolysate of pepsin has effect of anti-hypoxia.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(HJD) on blood lipid and oxygen radical metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemia rats.Method: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,untreated group,lipitor group(0.2 mg·kg-1),and low-and high-dose HJD group(6,12 g·kg-1).Except the normal control group,rats in the other groups were fed with high fat diet for 15 days to induce hyperlipidemia.Then the rats were administered with corresponding drugs for 8 weeks.After treatment,the serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TAG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were assayed.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and the level of malondialdehyde(MDA) were measured.The histological changes in liver tissues were observed.Result: Compared with the untreated group,HJD could significantly decrease the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and MDA,increase the serum level of HDL-C and the activities ofSOD and GSH-Px,and relieve the fatty degeneration of hepatic cells.Conclusion: HJD has the potential effect to regulate the lipid metabolism of hyperlipidemia rats,increase antioxidant activity and improve the histopathological injury of the liver.
摘要:Objective:To observe Qinxiang granules(Qinxiang Zhixie tablets) influence on small intestinal mucosa lymphocytes in suckling mice with HRV infection.Method:The suckling mice were randomly divided into 7 groups,the normal control group,the other six groups as the model of HRV infection.The normal control group was treated with NS,and the other experimented groups differently treated with Qinxiang granules(High dose/medium dose/low dose,1.44/0.72/0.36 g·kg-1),ribavirin(0.11 g·kg-1),Changkang tablets(0.52 g·kg-1) for 5 days.The changes in small intestinal was observed.Result:Compared with the normal control group,in each treatment group and model group reduction of small intestinal CD4+lymphocytes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with model group,in the treatment groups small intestinal CD4+lymphocytes were increased in high,medium dose groups and ribavirin group the increase was significant(P<0.05);comparied with normal control group,in each treatment group and model group,the number of small intestinal CD8+lymphocytes was increased to various degree.Compared with model group,in the treatment groups small intestinal CD8+lymphocytes werereduced,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qinxiang granules can increase small intestinal CD4+,lower CD8+in suckling mice.The Qinxiang granules is conducive for enhancing the protection of the intestinal mucosa with lymphocytes,and reducing mucosal lesions.
摘要:Objective:To explore the effects of paclitaxel on the growth and apoptosis of human carcinoma of mouth floor KB cells.Method: Growth inhibitory effect of paclitaxel on KB cells was detected by MTT assay and IC50 value was calculated.Human carcinoma of mouth floor KB cells were cultured with 0.25,0.5 and 1 μmol·L-1 paclitaxel for 48 h.The cell apoptosis was detected by DAPI staining and flow cytometry.Western blot was used to explore the effects of paclitaxel on apoptosis-regulated proteins,such as Bax,Bcl-2 and pro-caspase-3.Result: Paclitaxel inhibited the growth of KB cells.A typical feature of apoptosis was observed by DAPI staining.The flow cytometry showed that the apoptosis rate increased after paclitaxel treatment.Western blot showed that the expression of Bcl-2 decreased and Bax increased,and caspase-3 was activated.Conclusion: Paclitaxel can inhibit the growth of human carcinoma of mouth floor KB cells and induce its apoptosis,which might be one of anti-cancer mechanisms.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Huoxue Tongluo ointment on radiculalgia of rats.Method:Rats with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy were used as the animal models.The ointment(0.4,0.2,0.1 g·kg-1) was applied to the rats continuously for 15 days after surgery.Qiangsheng Ointment was used as the positive control.The rats’ independent behavior and the degree of radiculoneuritis response were observed.The pain threshold value of the rats was measured by pressing the rats’ feet.The rats’ cervical nerve roots were observed by histopathological method.Result: The rats applied with high-and-middle-dosage of the ointment,their pain threshold value were evidently improved,and their radiculopathy severity was improved,the pattern animals’ recover of behavior changes was also encouraged.Conclusion: Huoxue Tongluo ointment has a evident effect on the prevention and cure for radiculoneuritis pain in rats.
摘要:Objective:To study the whitening effects of the fruit extract of Pyracantha fortuneana(Maxim.) Li and investigate its effects on the release of histamine in peritoneal mast cells as well as discuss the possible mechanism.Method:In order to observe the whitening effects of the fruit extract of P.fortuneana,the tyrosinase inhibitory rate of its fruit extract was determined,and the content of melanin and the activity of tyrosinase in B16 cells treated with the fruit extract were also tested.On the other hand,in order to observe the effects of the fruit extract of P.fortuneana on histamine release,the histamine level in mast cells stimulated by Compound 48 /80 and treated with its fruit extract was measured by high performance liquid chromatography with an electrochemical detection(HPLC-ECD).Result:The fruit extract of P.fortuneana had significantly inhibitory effects on the activity of tyrosinase and the content of melanin in B16 cells.Moreover,the fruit extract also reduced the histamine level in mast cells stimulated by Compound 48 /80 in a dose dependant manner.Conclusion: The fruit extract of P.fortuneana could obviously inhibit the activity of tyrosinase and the release of histamine in mast cells,which provides experimental evidences for its usage as a whitening agent.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities of Polygonum perfoliatum L.Method: The total antioxidant capacity was determined by using the [2,2′-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothizaoline-6-sulfonic acid]diammonium salt(ABTS) radical scavenging,1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-2-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) assay and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity was determined by external screening model.Result:The ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of P.perfoliatum L.had antioxidant activity,and the methanol extract had the best activity;the Trolox equivalents in ABTS,DPPH and FRAP methods were 701.60±25.35,338.66±11.26,392.52±12.89 μmolTE·g-1 respectively.Three extracts of P.perfoliatum L.had good α-glucosidase inhibitory activity,and the methanol extract was the best,which IC50 value was 16.14 mg.L-1.Conclusion:The methanol extract had the best antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities,speculated it would be used for the treatment of diabetes.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the influence of Xialongfang on adhesion,invasion and migration in SGC-7901 gastric carcinoma cells.Method:Human gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells were cultured in vitro,and treated with different concentration Xialongfang(0-200 mg·L-1).Cell adhesion was detected with cytoselect 48-well cell adhesion assay.Cell invasion was analyzed with Transwell invasion assay.Cell migration was detected with scratch wound healing assay.Result:50-200 mg·L-1 Xialongfang significantly inhibited the invasive capacities of SGC-7901 cells and inhibited cell adhesion at 100-200 mg·L-1.Wound healing assays showed a significant reduction in the migrated cells after treated for 24 h or 48 h at 50 mg·L-1 Xialongfang.Conclusion:Xialongfang significantly decreased the adhesion and invasive capacities of SGC-7901 cell lines and inhibited cell migration.

摘要:Objective: To verify and further define the active components alignment of antipyretic and provide the scientific basis date for the clinical curative effect of quality standards on Huangjinju.Method:On the basis of determining the active components alignment by HPLC analysis about classic prescription,take the fever model rats were made by dry yeast and provide the model of the fever for 10 hours of temperature detection,and set up the Huangjinju decoction group and the active components alignment group(high,middle and low dose) and the Positive group to compare with the model group,while similar symptoms common drugs used to synchronize the control Shuanghuanglian oral.Result:Comparing with the model group,there was significant difference(P < 0.01) among the control group and the treatment group(P < 0.05).the active components alignment(high,middle and low dose) groups when body temperature in rats 2-6 hours after treatment temperature were lower than the model group,with significant antipyretic effect.Conclusion: The active components alignment of Huangjinju(baicalin,Chlorogenic acid,orientin and vitexin) really have significant antipyretic effects,so they are the active components alignment of antipyretic on Huangjinju.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Huixiang Zhizhu soup(HX-S) on abdominal verticalposition plain film radiography in rats with adhesive intestinal obstruction,and provide experimental evidence for the realitionship of abdominal morphological features change with the adhesive intestinal obstruction of HX-S.Method: The Wister rat model of adhesive intestinal obstruction.One hundred and eight rats were randomLy divided into the normal group,model group,Dachengqi soup(DS)group,HX-S low dosage(HX-SL)group,HX-S middle dosage(HX-SM)group and HX-S high dosage(HX-SH)group.Succeed in the model,each group were given medicine.The rats were narcotized after three days,five days and seven days adopt to film abdominal verticalposition X plain,with 6 rats in each subgroup.Observe the change of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Result: Compared with those in normal group,there are some pneumatosis and hydrops,intestinal dilatation,gas and liquid plane obxiously in model group;Compared with those in model group,the level of pneumatosis and hydrops decreased obviously,intestinal recovery,pneumatosis and hydrops disappeared in DS group,HX-SL group,HX-SM group and HX-SH group,intestinal obstruction remission.Conclusion:HX-S has good action effect in rats with adhesive intestinal obstruction.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of leaves of Exochorda serratifolia on the glucose tolerance in normal and diabetic mice and to study the hypoglycemic effect on STZ induced diabetic mice.Method:First,diabetic mice model was induced by STZ(150 mg·kg-1).Normal or diabetic mice were given a single dose of the water extract from leaves and the 80% EtOH extract from leaves,and the changes of glucose tolerance were observed respectively;Second,The water extract and the 80% EtOH extract was administrated at different does(9.5,3.8 g·kg-1) to the STZ induced mice for 10 days.The mice of positive control group were given meformin hydrochloride(333 mg·kg-1).And then,the levels of blood glucose were inspected.Result:The water extract and the 80% EtOH extract could lower the serum glucose levels 1 h and 2 h after glucose administration in normal or diabetic mice.And the water extract could lower the the serum glucose levels 2 h after given glucose in diabetic mice(P<0.05);The blood glucose level was lower remarkably in the hyperglycemia mice that were administrated at high dose of the water extract of leaves of E.serratifolia(P<0.05).Conclusion:The leaves of E.serratifolia could improve the glucose tolerance in normal and diabetic mice induced by STZ and also had an hypoglycemic effect on STZ induced diabetic mice.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Longyanshen flavonoids(LF) on epicardial electrogram(EECG)and myocardial enzymes in acute myocardial ischemic dogs.Method:We adopted anesthetized thoraco-opened dogs to establish the acute myocardial ischemia models by ligation of the left anterior descending branches,the influences of LF were measured by the changes of EECG and myocardial enzymes.Result:It was observed that LF could reduce the severity and area of myocardial ischemia(∑-ST and N-ST).Moreover,LF not only decreased the content of free fatty acids(FFA) and LPO in serum,as well as the activity of CPK and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in serum,but also improved the activity of SOD,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS).Conclusion: LF has a protective effect on myocardium in experimental myocardial ischemic dogs.
摘要:Objective: To study whether different doses(high,medium,and low doses) Ginkgo biloba extract(EGb761) play a role in neuroprotectoion against beta-amyloid peptide-induced neuronal toxicity.Method: Hippocamal neurons was stimulated with beta-amyloid peptide,three doses EGb761(100,10,1 mg·L-1) were pre-incubated in injured hippocampal neurons.Neurons viability and apoptosis rate and number of NeuN + cell were detected.Result:There were statistically significant difference in neuronal viability,apoptosis rate and NeuN + cell between Aβ group and three doses EGb761 group(all P<0.05).Compared with Aβ group,neuronal viability and NeuN + cell of medium-dose group was significant higher and apoptosis rate was significant lower(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Three doses EGb761 groups increase injured neuronal viability and NeuN + cell and reduce neuronal apoptosis rate,medium-dose group has best neuroprotective effects.EGb761 plays an important role in neuroprotection of beta-amyloid peptide-induced neuronal toxicity.
摘要:Objective: To observe the chronic toxicity damage of the refined products of bupleurum saikosaponin with alcohol elution to rats who were continuously administrated for 45 days and its recovery condition.Method:Separately lavage different dose refined products of Bupleurum saikosaponin with alcohol elution to rats,and the high,middle and low lose-group are separately 60,30,15 mg·kg-1 caculated by total saikosaponin,the general conditions were observed and the related indexes were detected,such as the routine control of blood,hepatic function,renal function,the metabolism condition of lipids and the glycometabolism indexes;the rats were dissected and precisionly weigh the weight of heart,liver,spleen,lung,renal,and calculated the ratio of organ to body;thehistopathologic examination of hepatic tissue were examined.The remaining rats were stopped administrating,and recovered for 30 days,observed the recovery condition of rats,and the above indexes were detected.Result:Different dose refined products of Bupleurum saikosaponin with alcohol elution could induce the rats’ body weight decreasing,the level of alanine aminotransterase(ALT),aspartate aminotransterase(AST),total bilirubin(TBI),total protein(TPC),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) in serum obviously increasing,alburnin(ALB) in serum obviously decreasing,the liver weight and the ratio of liver to body increasing,and the hepatic tissue damage was obvious in the histopathologic examination of hepatic tissue;the above-mentioned change gradually aggravated with dose increasing,and it was the obvious discrepancy compared with control group.The influence on the content of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),glucose(Glu),cholesterol(CHO) and Cr was not obvious.The above indexes of recovered rats had no obvious discrepancy compared with control group.Conclusion:The long term and certain dose administration of refined products of Bupleurum saikosaponin with alcohol elution to rats could induce obvious cumulative toxicity,and the mainly toxical injury sites were liver and renal,after the 30 d recovery period observation,the toxicity was basically recovered.

摘要:Objective:To study the acute toxicity of cinnabar,Zhusha Anshenwan,mercuric chloride and mercurous chloride in mouse.Method: Mouse were orally given Zhusha Anshenwan(10,20 g.kg-1),cinnabar(0.3,16 g·kg-1),mercuric chloride(70 mg·kg-1) and mercurous chloride(61.2 mg.kg-1),and toxicity were assayed 8 hours later.Result:Compared with the normal group,the renal injury occurred in mercuric chloride group;The accumulation of mercury in mercuric chloride group was much higher than other groups;mercuric chloride and the high dose of cinnabar can cause liver and kidney pathological changes,The RT-PCR analysis indicated that the expression of MT-1 and MT-2 increased in mercuric chloride groups and the high dose of cinnabar,In Zhusha Anshenwan,low dose of cinnabar and mercurous chloride groups,tissue Hg accumulation was insignificant and No MT induction was abserved.Conclusion:Acute toxicity of cinnabar and Zhusha Anshenwan at clinical dosages is much lower than that of mercuric chloride.
摘要:Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Shenling Weixiao capsule combined with domperidone on the deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi type functional dyspepsia.Method:One-hundred and eight patients were divided into two groups in random,54 cases were treated by Shenling Weixiao capsule combined with domperidone in treat group,54 cases treated by domperidone in conrtol group.Both have a course of 14 days treatment.Result:The effective rate of the treat group’s 90.7% was better than the conrtol group’s 72.2%(P<0.05).As to the improvement of gastric emptying function,the treat group had a better result than the conrtol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic method of Shenling Weixiao capsule combined with domperidone have a better clinical effect than that of domperidone only used.
摘要:Objective:To observe Tangshen 1st capsule treatment early diabetic nephropathy and affect of levels on plasma AngⅡ and GMP-140.Method:Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups to the order of visits,treatment and control groups;control group were given general treatment;treatment group were treated based on the oral Tangshen 1st capsule(raw Huangqi 30 g,Shudi 12 g,Shanyao 15 g,Shanyurou 12 g,Zexie 15 g,Fuling 15 g,Danpi 12 g,Dansen 20 g,Qianshi 15 g,Jinyingzi 15 g),12 weeks.Result:After treatment,the decreased levels of plasma Ang Ⅱ and GMP-140 compared with the control group there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tangshen 1st capsule in delaing the development of diabetic nephropathy have certain effection.
摘要:Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Tanreqing injection combined with ribavirin on handfoot-mouth disease.Method: Sixty childfen wjth hand-foot-mouth disease were randomLy djvided into treatment group and control group.The children in the treatment group were treated with Tangreqing and ribavirin,whereas the children in thecontrol group were treated with ribavirin.The improvement times of clinical symptoms and signs were observed.Result: The total effective rate was not significant between the twogroups,but the cure days was significantly shorter in tanreqing group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Therapeutic effect of Tanreqing injection combined with ribavirin for hand-foot-mouth disease is significant.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Jianpi Ningxin decoction on the threatened abortion with deficieng of spleen and kidney.Method:Sixty patients were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group(30cases,treated with Bushen Jianpi Ningxin decoction) and the control group(treated with progesterone and chorionic gonadotropin).Result: The total effeetive rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 83.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Both could significantly depress the integral of clinical symptom after the treatment.There was significant difference between these two groups on these symptoms improvement after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Jianpi Ningxin decoction is a safe and effective recipe in treating of the threatened abortion with deficiency of spleen and kidney.And it can distinctly improve the correlated symptoms.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety about interventional treatment for elderly patients with advanced primary liver cancer by Brucea javanica oil emulsion.Method: Fifty elderly patients with advanced primary liver cancer inpatients were randomly divided into treatment group(26 cases) and control group(24 cases).Using Seldinger’s technique in both groups hepatic artery interventional therapy was carried out.Treatment group was treated with B.javanica oil /lipiodol mixture perfusion embolization;the control group received conventional chemotherapy /lipiodol chemoembolization infusion.Two groups,as the case in general interval 4 to 6 weeks to repeat one intervention.An average of 2.6 times for every routine intervention were observed in patients with clinical benefit rate,toxicity and survival.Result: The clinical benefit rates of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The incidence of toxic side effects in the treatment group was less than that in the control group after the intervention.No death case after treatment of 3 months in two groups.However,to compare the 0.5 and 1-year survival rate,treatment group were 96.1%(25/26),50%(13/26),the control group were 83.3%(20 /24),33.3%(8/24).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Two group cases with a median survival time were 8.9 months and 6.7 months.Conclusion: Interventional treatment for advanced primary liver cancer by B.javanica oil emulsion is valid,low toxic side effects,especially suitable for elderly patients.
摘要:Objective: To deal with the reactive essence between the Chinese materia medica(CMM) formula and human body: multiple genetic chromatodynamokinetics(pharmacodynamics with chromatographic fingerprint),with‘Co-network compatibility and rainbow potential’according to properties and characteristics of disciplines.Method:The research characteristics of pharmacogenetics and pharmacy of CMM formula was analyzed,according to the effective mechanism of constitutes in CMM formula,combined with the requirements of modernization of CMM,to illuminate the modernization thoughts and methods of CMM.Result:The CMM formula,compared with west medicine,is an integer with multiple-constitutes carrying with original biologic genetic polymorphic information,synthesized out under primary and secondary metabolic enzymes,especially cytochrome P-450(CYP450) enzymes,imported into human body and metabolized by CYP450 enzymes,on metabolic actions with ‘co-network compatibility and rainbow potential’regularity,to show effects at end with receptors,similar to metabolic enzymes in primary channels of human being,with‘counter-treatment and complementation’reactions of multiple genetic chromatodynamokinetic by mass law.Conclusion:Conclusion:The pharmacodynamics essence between CMM formula and human body is multiple genetic chromatodynamokinetics among biology,abided by nature biology as common regularity,studied with biologic polymorphic methods.

摘要:Among kinds of methods used in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),chromatography fingerprint similarity is of high importance.And it is valuable for quality control of TCM to carry out research into chromatography fingerprint similarity algorithm.Three kinds of similarity algorithms were introduced,which were the number of similarity,similarity based on similarity calculation and similarity based on dissimilarity calculation.The characters and limitations of the above similarity algorithms were analyzed,and the methods to improve similarity algorithms were summarized.Lastly,the problems,improvements and applications of similarity algorithms were prospected.

摘要:Temperature-sensitive in situ gel is one kind of macromolecular polymer gel which is sensitive to temperature change.It is one of new materials which response to environment variation and is widely used in intelligent carrier material of drug delivery system.This paper reviews the aspects of several common temperaturesensitive in situ gels,including the characteristics,formula ratio and clinical application and provides scientific evidence for further studying this sort of macromolecular polymer,and also investigate their research prospects.

摘要:Objective:To clarify the evolution of the processing of Magnoliae officinalis cortex and to review the progress on this area.Method:The literature published in China and abroad was consulted and summarized.Result:The processing method of M.officinalis cortex was first described in Nanbei dynasty.Being fried with ginger juice was the mostly used processing method,and the purpose is to decrease the irritant on throat.The contents of magnolol and honokiol are used to evaluate the quality of the processed samples.Conclusion: Further study is needed to standardize the processing technology of M.officinalis cortex.
