摘要:Objective: To prepare camptothecin-loaded core-shell type nano-micelles (polyethylene glycol-poly benzyl-L-glutamate,PEG-PBLG) and investigate its drug-loaded characteristics and in vitro properties. Method: Camptothecin-loaded(CPT) nano-micelles with PEG-PBLG was prepared by dialysis and freeze-drying method,in vitro release characteristics of CPT/PEG-PBLG nano-micelles was measured by UV,and its cytotoxicity for HepG-2 cell was investigated. Result: Camptothecin could be entrapped in PEG-PBLG nano-micelles,drug loading content of EG-5 was 11.13%,whose molar ratio of BLG block was 35%;CPT/PEG-PBLG nano-micelles had in vitro burst and sustained release profile,it could accelerate release speed in alkaline medium,cumulative release rate of EG-5 micelles was 60.34% at pH 1.1,but it was 73.72% at pH 10.0;When the concentration of camptothecin ≤50 mg·L-1,CPT/PEG-PBLG nano-micelles displayed much less cell cytotoxicity than the same concentration of camptothecin positive group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Preparation technology of CPT/PEG-PBLG nano-micelles was simple and safe without pollution for environment,it would reduce cytotoxicity of camptothecin for clinic treatment value of tumor.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology of Coptidis Rhizoma steamed with rice wine. Method: Taking glucose utilization variation rate of insulin resistance(IR) model of 3T3-L1 adipocyte and total contents of active ingredients(columbamine hydrochloride,epiberberine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride) as indexes,uniform design test was adopted to optimize processing technology with rice wine consumption,moistening time and steaming time as factors. Result: Coptidis Rhizoma steamed with rice wine could significantly reduce level of glucose in the culture medium.The best processing technology was as follows:rice wine consumption 20%,moistened 2 h and steamed 8 h;Average glucose utilization variation rate was 33.076%,whose relative error was 2.63% with the predicted value of regression model;Average total contents of three kinds of alkaloids was 8.167% with relative error was 1.15% by comparing with the predicted value. Conclusion: Coptidis Rhizoma steamed with rice wine had a role in improvement of IR;This optimized processing technology was stable and feasible.

摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology of Paeoniae Radix Alba with terra flava usta. Method: With composite score of contents of paeoniflorin and albiflorin as response value,response surface methodology/central composite design was adopted to optimize processing technology by taking temperature,time and ratio of Paeoniae Radix Alba to terra flava usta as independent variables.HPLC was adopted to determine contents of paeoniflorin and albiflorin with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(14:86) and detection wavelength at 230 nm. Result: Optimal processing parameters were as follows:fried 11 min at 200 ℃,Paeoniae Radix Alba-terra flava usta (10:3);Under these conditions,average contents of paeoniflorin and albiflorin were 3.198% and 0.800%,respectively. Conclusion: Optimized processing technology was stable and reliable.After fried with terra flava usta,contents of paeoniflorin and albiflorin from Paeoniae Radix Alba were higher than raw products.

摘要:Objective: To optimize clarification process of extracts of total saponins from Polygalae Radix with ZTC1+1-Ⅱ clarifier. Method: With solids removal rate and retention rate of tenuifolin as indexes,based on single factor tests,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize clarification process of extracts of total saponins from Polygalae Radix by taking the concentration of extracts,reaction temperature,stirring speed and dosage of ZTC1+1-Ⅱ clarifier as factors.HPLC was adopted to determine the content of tenuifolin with mobile phase of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid(65:35) and detection wavelength of 210 nm. Result: Optimal clarification process was concentrated extracts to 0.125 g·mL-1,added component B with dosage of 0.8 g·L-1 by insulation stirring,then added component A with dosage of 0.4 g·L-1 after two hours,bath temperature of two components were 80 ℃,stirring speeds were 90 r·min-1,insulation time and stirring time were 20 and 10 min,respectively;Retention rate of tenuifolin and solids removal rate were 84.56% and 21.97%,respectively. Conclusion: ZTC1+1-Ⅱ natural clarify agents had good clarification effect on extracts of total saponins from Polygalae Radix.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize alcohol precipitation technology of changkang granule,and investigate rationality of alcohol precipitation technology by pharmacodynamics. Method: With impurity removal rate and contents of multi-component(hyperoside,berberine,paeoniflorin and prim-O-glucosylcimifugin) as comprehensive evaluation index,single-factor tests were used to optimize alcohol precipitation technology by taking the concentration of alcohol precipitation and relative density of extract as factors,efficacy of water extract before and after alcohol precipitation was compared through intestinal propulsion test of mice. Result: Optimum alcohol precipitation process was as follows:concentrated extracting liquid to relative density of 1.13(70 ℃),added 95% ethanol until the concentration of ethanol to 85%. Conclusion: Good impurity cleaning effect was obtained by optimized alcohol precipitation technology and efficacy was fully kept,it provided experimental basis for scientificity of water extraction-alcohol precipitation technology.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of berberine in Chaishao Changning capsules and investigate effects of different decoction ways on the content of berberine. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of berberine with DIKMA ODS-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(per 100 mL plus sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.1 g)(50:50) and detection wavelength at 345 nm.Effects of mixed decoction and single decoction of Coptidis Rhizoma with other herbs on the content of berberine were investigated. Result: Berberine had a goog linear relationship with 2.4-24 mg·L-1 with r=1,the average recovery was 101.14% with RSD of 2.48%.Average contents of berberine from decoction and separate decoction samples were 0.128 2,0.078 6 mg·g-1 with RSD of 1.02%,1.25%,respectively. Conclusion: The content of berberine from mixed decoction samples was significantly higher than single decoction samples,but it should be made conclusion through clinical trials.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total phenolic acids and chlorogenic acid from Inulae Radix. Method: With extracting amounts of total phenolic acids and chlorogenic acid as indexes,based on single factor tests,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize microwave-assisted extraction technology by taking extraction time,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature as factors.The content of total phenolic acids was determined by UV;HPLC was adopted to determine the content of chlorogenic acid with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(13:87) and detection wavelength at 327 nm. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration of 35%;extracted 5 minutes with solid-liquid ratio of 1:23,extraction temperature at 75 ℃;Under these conditions,extracting amounts of total phenolic acids and chlorogenic acid were (6.78±0.19) and (1.53±0.09) mg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion: Optimized microwave-assisted extraction process was effective with low energy consumption,which was suitable for industrial production.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize purification process of bibenzyl compounds from Dendrobium aurantiacum with macroporous resin and investigate its antioxidant ability before and after being purified. Method: With static adsorption capacity and elution ratio as indexes,five types of macroporous resin(X-5,HPD-300,D-101,AB-8 and S-8) were used to purify bibenzyl compounds by static adsorption-elution test.Single factor tests were adopted to investigate effects of the concentration of sample solution,the largest sample volume,ethanol concentration and other factors on purification process of bibenzyl compounds,and antioxidant ability of bibenzyl compounds was determined. Result: HPD-300 type of macroporous resin was selected,its optimum purification process was as follows:the concentration of sample solution 9.04 g·L-1,the largest sample volume of 1.25 BV,sampling flow rate at 0.5 mL·min-1,separately eluted with 5 BV water and 70% ethanol at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Under these conditions,purity of bibenzyl compounds could reach 67.07%,which increased 4.25 times by compared with unpurified.IC50 of refined and crude bibenzyl compounds for superoxide anion radical were 0.408 and 0.985 g·L-1,but they were 7.856 and 7.827 g·L-1 for hydroxyl radical,respectively. Conclusion: HPD-300 type of macroporous resin had an excellent purification effect for bibenzyl compounds of D. aurantiacum,its purity and antioxidant ability were improved remarkably.  
摘要:Objective: To analyze correlation between the content of ligustrazine and storage period of different kinds of vinegar for processing. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of ligustrazine with mobile phase of methanol-0.2 mmol·L-1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(46:54) and detection wavelength at 270 nm.Fifteen batches of vinegar with different kinds and storage periods were collected,correlation between the content of ligustrazine and storage period was analyzed by Spearman statistical method. Result: Among these fifteen batches of vinegar,the content of ligustrazine was undetectable in three batches of white vinegar or white rice vinegar,the content of ligustrazine in other batches of vinegar were in the range of 10.1-109.5 mg·L-1,correlation coefficient between the content of ligustrazine and storage period was 0.926. Conclusion: The content of ligustrazine had a large difference in different kinds of vinegar,and it showed a significantly positive correlation with storage period.

摘要:Objective: To optimize water extraction process of Yixin Tongmai mixtures. Method: With contents of salvianic acid A sodium and calycosin-7-glucoside,yield of dry extract as indexes,L9(34) orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of the amount of water,decocting time and times on extraction technology.HPLC was adopted to determine contents of salvianic acid A sodium and calycosin-7-glucoside with detection wavelength of 280 and 260 nm,respectively. Result: Effects of each factors on water extraction technology was in order of decocting times >the amount of water >extracting time,optimal extraction conditions were as follows:decocted 3 times with 15-fold water,0.5 h each time;Under these conditions,average extracting amounts of salvianic acid A sodium and calycosin-7-glucoside were 4.928 and 0.399 5 mg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable and feasible,which was suitable for standardization production of Yixin Tongmai mixtures.

摘要:Objective: To analyze the content of microelement in Ganoderma tsugae and provide the basis for medication safety of G. tsugae. Method: The content of 29 microelement in G. tsugae was determined by ICP-MS. Result: In G. tsugae pileus, the content of heavy metals Pb, Cu, As was (4.21±0.29), (12.55±1.12), and (1.26±0.08) μg·g-1 respectively, Cd was not detected. In G. tsugaestipe, the content of heavy metals Pb, Cu, As was (3.63±0.04), (16.59±1.24), and (1.58±0.05) μg·g-1 respectively, Cd was not detected. The content of Al, Fe, Zn, Mn in G. tsugae pileus was higher than in stipe. Conclution: The content of heavy metals Pb, Cu, As, Cd in G. tsugaewas Pb<5 μg·g-1, Cd<0.3 μg·g-1, Cu<20 μg·g-1, As<2.0 μg·g-1, which was accorded with the limits of medicinal plants and preparations for the import and export of green industry standards of China.  
摘要:Objective: Comparison of diterpene pigments of Fructus Gardeniae on different processing methods with ginger juice. Method: Ginger gardenia were processed in accordance with the "National Traditional Chinese Medicine processing standard" and "Beijing Chinese Herbal Preparation Standards", the HPLC method were used to determine the content of two ginger gardenia on three diterpene anthocyanin pigment and a diterpene aglycone. Result: Crocin-1 and crocin-2 in two ginger gardenias were significantly decreased, crocin-3 showed no significant changen and the content of crocetin were increased significantly compared with Fructus Gardeniae. Conclusion: It has greater impact on diterpene pigments in two kinds of ginger gardenia, especially on the way of adding ginger juice. The "fired after mixing ginger juice" method is more significant than "adding ginger juice after fired". It is necessary to develop a further research on pharmacological effects of crocin-1 and crocin-2, in order to reveal the processing principle of two kinds of method.

摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for quantitative determination of 2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-7-methylanthraquinone (anthraquinone Ⅰ) and 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyanthraquinone (anthraqui-none Ⅱ) in Hedyotis diffusa. Method: A Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with a mobile phase of methanol-water (60:40) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was set at 272 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 4.0-160 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 6) for anthraquinone Ⅰ and 4.0-160 mg·L-1(r=0.999 5) for anthraquinone Ⅱ. The average recoveries (n=9) of anthraquinone Ⅰ and anthraquinone Ⅱ were 99.27% and 99.08%, respectively. The sample solution was steady within 24 h. Conclusion: The method is precise and accurate for determination of 2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-7-methylanthraquinone and 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyanthraquinone in H. diffusa.  
摘要:Objective: To in investigate the variation of the Gardenia jasminoides, the products stir-fried into dark brown and stir-fried into carbon to provide experimental basis for revealing the stir-frying principle of gardenia slices. Method: The absorption capacity of carbon and the content of the tanning between the G. jasminioides and its processed products were compared. Result: The absorption capacity of carbon and the content of the tanning of G. jasminoides were obviously increased after processed, and the pH value of the G. jasminoides stir-fried into carbon was generally higher than the G. jasminoides stir-fried into dark brown. But the electrical conductivity of G. jasminoides and its processed products shows variation without law. Conclusion: The variation of the absorption capacity of carbon and the content of the tanning between the G.jasminioides and its processed products can be used as index of the research on the G. jasminoides and its processed products, the pH value can be used as index of distinction between the G. jasminoides stir-fried into dark brown and the G. jasminoides stir-fried into carbon. The research can provide a reference for making the processing standard of G. jasminoides.  
摘要:Objective: To synthesize and characterize a Co (Ⅱ) complex of kaempferitrin and to perform its interaction with DNA. Method: A Co (Ⅱ) complex of kaempferitrin was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG-DTG and ESI-MS. The interactions of the Co (Ⅱ) complex and kaempferitrin with DNA were investigated by UV-Vis, fluorescence spectra and CD spectra. Result: Experimental results indicated that Co (Ⅱ) complex and kaempferitrin can both bind to DNA by intercalation modes, but the binding affinity of Co (Ⅱ) complex is much higher than that of kaempferitrin. Conclusion: KR-Co (Ⅱ) complex with DNA interactions was stronger than KR, suggesting KR-Co (Ⅱ) complex with greater activity than KR.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Gardenia(Gardenia jasminoids) decoction pieces which is made with Zhangbang method,so as to provide a reference for its quality control. Method: Chromatographic separation was carried out by an Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XBD-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)and gradient elution was performed by mobile phase containing acetonitrile and water. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. The detector was set at 238 nm(0-20 min), 440 nm(20-40 min). Result: A consistent Zhangbang Gardenia decoction pieces HPLC fingerprint pattern containing 9 common peaks was obtained. We also compared the similarities between the fingerprints of 11 batches decoction pieces from different areas and the standard one we have established. Similarities ranges from 0.495 to 0.952. Conclusion: Similarities between the 10 batches Zhangbang Gardenia decoction pieces we obtained from Zhangshu Tianqitang decoction factory was certainly good. Similarities between the 11 batches from different areas but all were made with the same method and the standard fingerprint we had established for Zhangbang method is quite uneven.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the standard of evalating the quality of pieces of Atractylodes macrocephala through the combination of traditional morphological descriptions and content of some active components by HPLC. Method: The pieces of A.macrocephala were classified based on their color, shape, smell and texture and the content of atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ by HPLC. Result: The content of atractylenolide was higher in those Atractylodes pieces that were yellow or more yellow, had clear yellow or reddish brown spots of oil cavity and that were scleroid with big cracks. The content of total atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ is nearly to 0.6 mg·g-1. Conclusion: The results of traditional evaluation of pieces of A. macrocephala and the content of atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ are basically the same.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the methods of identification of TLC and determination of HPLC in the Juglandis Semen. Method: Glansreginins A in Juglandis Semen was identified by TLC method and the content was determined by HPLC method. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm). The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. A gradient elution of acetonitrile-water containing 1% acetic acid was used. Result: The TLC method had high sensitivity and showed clear spots of glansreginins A;the glansreginins A showed a good linearity within the range of 24.26-242.6 mg·L-1, and the average recovery rate was 96.4%(RSD 2.7%). Conclusion: The methods are simple, reliable and repeatable. They can be used for the quality control of Juglandis Semen.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a quality control method for simultaneous determination of multi-index component in Gymnadenia conpsea from different regions, and analyze the climatic factors on the impact of G. conpsea's active ingredient content. Method: The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5.0 μm). Methanol-0.1%H3PO4 was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: The linear range was precise. The stability and repeatability were less than 2.50%. The average recoveries were ranged from 96.97% to 101.55%, and the RSD was less than 1.46%. The 19 kinds of climatic factors and 3 kinds of geographic factors were used cluster analysis, Gymnadenia conpsea samples were analyzed by Diva-Gis. Experimental results showed that the index component content from different places of origin had remarkable differences. Meanwhile climatic factors also had relevance participate in the active ingredient content of G. conpsea. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reproducible, which presented a scientific and comprehensive evidence for controlling the quality and using the sustainable of G. conpsea.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the measurement method of the multi-component with a single-marker(QAMS) of Shuganjianpi pill,and verify the accuracy, adaptability, geasibility of QAMS in the quality control. Method: Shuganjianpi pill was used as the research object and the hesperidin was used as the internal reference. The relative correlation factor (RCF) of naringin and citrus genus glycosides B were established, and the RCF in the determination of naringin and citrus genus glycosides B was adopted. The external standard method(ESM) was used to determin the naringin and citrus genus glycosides B, and the results of the two determination methods were compared. Result: Linear experiment, hesperidin:Y=56 644X-2 272.9 (r=0.999 8), naringin:Y=41 070X+779.59(r=0.999 9), citrus genus glycosides B:Y=33 619X+2 289.8(r=0.999 9),linear relationship was good;RCF, naringin:RSD 0.286%, citrus genus glycosides B:RSD 0.259%;there was no negative interference,specificity was good;precision enperiment, hesperidin:RSD 0.48%, naringin:RSD 1.02%, citrus genus glycosides B:RSD 0.97%;repeatability enperiment, hesperidin:RSD 0.94%, naringin:RSD 0.89%, citrus genus glycosides B:RSD 1.27%;recovery experiment,hesperidin:average recovery was 99.26%,RSD 0.90%,naringin:average recovery was 99.30%,RSD 0.92%, citrus genus glycosides B:average recovery was 98.34%,RSD 0.78%. The method was accurate and reliable;determination result of QAMS:naringin 6.11,6.09,6.13 mg·g-1, citrus genus glycosides B 4.96,4.93,4.99 mg·g-1;ESM:naringin 6.12,6.08,6.17 mg·g-1, citrus genus glycosides B 4.98,4.95,5.01 mg·g-1, there was no significant difference in the results of determination between the two methods. Conclusion: Using QAMS can determine the hesperidin, naringin and citrus genus glycosides B in the Shuganjianpi pills simultaneously with convenience preciseness and raliablity, which effectively improve the level of Shuganjianpi pill quality control.

摘要:Objective: Studies on the saponins from the roots of Bupleurum marginatum. Method: The thin layer chromatography (TLC) was performed to identify saponins qualitatively, and a HPLC method was used for the determination of saponins in the roots of B. marginatum. The RP-HPLC system consisting of C18 (4.60 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column and a solution system of acetonitrile-water with gradient elution, the detection wavelength was at 210 nm, the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1, the column temperature was set at 35 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The linear ranges of saikosaponin A and saikosaponin D were 440-8 800 ng (r=0.999 7), 488-9 760 ng (r=0.999 2) respectively. The average recoveries (n=6) were 99.88%(RSD 0.41%), 100.23%(RSD 0.46%) respectively. The amounts of saikosaponin A and saikosaponin D were in the range of 0.48%-1.08%. Conclusion: The whole grass of B. marginatum as a traditional chinese medicine has its scientific nature.  
摘要:Objective: To study the changes of procyanidin B2 and epicatechin in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice. Method: The content of procyanidin B2 and epicatechin in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice was determined by HPLC. Result: The content of procyanidin B2 and epicatechin in the acidic artificial gastric juice increased significantly with time,and the pepsin had little effect on them.The content of procyanidin B2 and epicatechin in artificial intestinal juice without trypsin also increased,and the trypsin could reduce the content and had some effect on procyanidin B2. Conclusion: Acidic artificial gastric juice may be the main reason for the increased content of procyanidins B2and epicatechin in the Fagopyri Dibotryis Rhizoma extraction,and the binds of pancreatin and procyanidin B2 and epicatechin may be the main reason of the reduced content.

摘要:Objective: To determine and compare the amino acid and trace elements in Green Fructus Forsythiae and Grown Fructus Forsythiae from Shanxi Anze and discuss the nutritional composition,provide the reference evidence for the development and utilization of Green Fructus Forsythiae and Grown Fructus Forsythiae. Method: The amino acid components and trace elements (Ca,Fe,Zn,Cu and Pb) were analyzed by amino acid analyzer and atomic absorption spectrometry,respectively. Result: Seventeen amino acids were contained in Green Fructus Forsythiae and Grown Fructus Forsythiae,the total amino acid content was 6.54% and 5.27%,the essential amino acids content was 2.57% and 2.10%,respectively.Trace elements such as Ca,Fe and Zn,etc,were determined in Green Fructus Forsythiae and Grown Fructus Forsythiae,the content of Ca was up to 2 380,3 408 μg·g-1,the content of Fe was 188,298 μg·g-1,Pb was lower than 5 μg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion: There are abundant amino acids compositions and trace elements in Green Fructus Forsythiae and Grown Fructus Forsythiae from Shanxi Anze, they could be used as raw materials of health products and drugs.The amino acids content of the Green Fructus Forsythiae is more than the Grown Fructus Forsythiae,the trace elements content of the Grown Fructus Forsythiae is more than the Green Fructus Forsythiae.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of the flowers and leaves of Malus halliana Koehne. Method: By used α-glucosidase inhibitory model in vitro and with acarbose as positive control, the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of the flowers and leaves of M. halliana were evaluated. Result: Different extracts from the flowers and leaves of M. halliana all had inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase, among which leaves of M. halliana 70% ethanol extract (IC50=69.68 mg·L-1) had the highest inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase, it was far higher than that of the positive control acarbose (IC50=1 213.38 mg·L-1). 70% Ethanol extract, petroleum ether extract and ethyl acetate extract of leaves of M. halliana were higher than that of corresponding extract of flowers of M. halliana,while n-butanol extract of leaves was lower than that of n-butanol extract of flowers, and they were all higher than that of acarbose. In addition, the concentration of all extracts showed positive correlation with inhibitory activity, and also showed a certain degree of concentration dependence. Conclusion: Different extracts from the flowers and leaves of M. halliana all had inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase, but different extracts of the inhibition rate had certain difference.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the fingerprint of Spatholobus suberectus by UPLC. Method: The UPLC-DAD method was performed on Aquity BEH C18 (2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm)column with the gradient mobile phase of methanol (A) and 0.1% formic acid (B) solution at flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Eighteen samples from various places were analyzed.Clusters analysis and principal component analysis(PCA) were applied to study the chemical pattern recognition of UPLC fingerprints. Result: Ten samples were selected to establish the common pattern of S. suberectus. Conclusion: The method provides a fast, simple and comprehensive method for the quality control of S. suberectus.  
摘要:Objective: To study pharmacokinetics of veratric acid in rats. Method: Veratric acid was administrate to rats by oral gavage,blood samples were collected at various time points,HPLC was adopted to determine the content of veratric acid in blood samples by taking 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester as an internal standard,mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-1% acetic acid(B) (0-11 min,5%-57%A;11-13 min,57%-5%A),detection wavelength was set at 256 nm,plasma concentration-time curve was drawn,pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by Kinetica 4.4 software. Result: After oral gavage administration,veratric acid existed secondary peak phenmenon in rats,Tmax were (45.00±10.00) and (31.00±8.22) min,respectively;Cmax of high and low dose groups were (176.85±28.89) and (68.14±12.58) mg·L-1,t1/2 were (87.74±20.74) and (227.18±93.78) min,AUC0-∞ were (50 363.50±11 667.7) and (18 830.32±4 354.35) min·mg·L-1,MRT0-∞ were (201.39±16.72) and (227.40±21.37) min,respectively. Conclusion: Veratric acid had a long in vivo acting time due to its quick absorption and slow elimination.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a sensitive and reliable ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass sepctrometry (UPLC-MS-MS) method for simultaneous determination and pharmacokinetics of gallic acid and paeoniflorin in rat plasma. Method: Following a protein precipitation with acetonitrile for plasma samples after iv Paeoniae Radix Rubra extract to rat. The analysis was achieved by BEH C18 (2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.7 μm)column and the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and water (both 0.1% formic acid included) follow step gradient elution. A TQD tandem mass spectrometry equipped with electrospray ionization source was used as detector and operated by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) negative ion mode of the transitions m/z 169.0→125.0,m/z 525.1→449.1 for gallic acid and paeoniflorin, respectively. Result: Good linearity was achieved with concentration over the range of 0.056-41.2, 0.36-265.1 mg·L-1 for gallic acid and paeoniflorin,the intra-and inter-day precisions were lower than 10.5%, while the low, mid and high concentration levels extraction recoveries were 87.5%, 103.3%, 89.5%,and 88.5%, 105.0%, 107.4% for gallic acid and paeoniflorin, respectively. The MRT of the two compounds were all blow 37 min in rats. Conclusion: The method was proved to be suitable for the pharmacokinetics of Paeoniae Radix Rubra extract, which offers advantages of rapid, high sensitivity and selectivity.  
摘要:Objective: The tissue distribution characteristics of stilbene glycoside (THSG) and its β-cyclodextrin inclusion in 8 tissues after oral administration to rats were studied. Method: The samples of 8 different tissues were collected at 15, 30, 60 min, respectively. The content of THSG was determined by HPLC-UV. Result: The HPLC-UV method established was available for analysis of THSG in tissues and met the requirements of biological sample analysis. There was no significant difference of THSG concentration in the spleen, lung, brain and pancreas between THSG group and β-CD-THSG complex group. However, the concentration of THSG in the tissues materials of heart, kidneys and fat was higher by given β-CD-THSG complex. In addition, tmax of THSG in tissues was delayed by given β-CD-THSG complex, which was observed obviously in heart, liver, spleen and fat tissue. Conclusion: β-CD inclusion only changed the tmax of THSG in the tissues, and will not cause the accumulation in the tissues.

摘要:Objective: To study Liuwei Dihuang wan drug serum on SD rat bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDC) proliferation. Method: Made Liuwei Dihuang wan drug serum, drug serum was observed under the action of cell growth, cell count and cell viability test.Using tetrazolium salt (MTT) method to detect different concentrations and time Liuwei Dihuang wan pills drug serum changes under the action of cell proliferation, finding the best Liuwei Dihuang wan concentration and time. ELISA assay supernatants of dendritic cells secrete cytokines IL-12 concentration. mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) test which stimulate T cell activation and proliferation. Result: Compared with the control group, mature DC-containing serum significantly promote the DC cell proliferation, and this proliferation of drug-containing concentrations of 15%, reaction time 48h of the most significant. Its IL-12 secretion significantly increased (P<0.05). Liuwei Dihuang wan drug serum mature DC cultured allogeneic lymphocytes proliferation stimulating effect, and with the enhanced role of the increase in the number of cells (P<0.05), showed a dose-effect relationship. Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang wan drug serum has induced the role of rat bone marrow dendritic cells proliferation.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of compound Yishen Yangnao capsule (YSYN) on multi-infarct dementia (MID) rats and its mechanism. Method: The multi-infarct dementia model, were induced by injecting compound thrombosis inducer into the external carotid artery.Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into model group, YSYN high dose group (960 mg·kg-1),middle dose group (480 mg·kg-1), low dose group 240 mg·kg-1, western medicine positive group (Ebixa,0.5 mg·kg-1), YSYN+Ebixa group (480 mg·kg-1+ 0.5 mg·kg-1),sham operation group.From 3 days after modeling, corresponding drugs were given once daily, lasting four weeks. The Morris water maze was used to test the abilities of learning-memory, enzyme-linked immunsorbent was used to assay the levels of norepinephrine(NE) of hippocampal tissue, and chemocolorimetry was used to assay the levels of acetylcholinesterase (AchE), cholinacetyltrans-ferase(CHAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). Result: Compared with sham operation group, learning memory abilities of model group rats were significantly decreased (P<0.05,P<0.01), the content of AchE significantly rose (P<0.05) and CHAT and GSH-Px significantly decreased. Compared with model group, the YSYN could significantly improve the abilities of learning memory in MID rats(P<0.05);decreased the level of AchE increased the level of CHAT,NE and GSH-Px (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: The YSYN could significantly improve the abilities of learning memory in MID rats, and has a good protective effect on MID rats. Its mechanism may adjust the level of NE,AchE,CHAT and GSH-Px of hippocampus tissue.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of ethyl acetate extract from Centella asiatica on PC12 cell Alzheirmer's disease(AD)model induced by β amyloid 25-35 fragment (Aβ25-35)and the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the brain of SAMP8. Method: The cell suspension(1×104 cell/mL) was seeded into 96-well plates for 24 h. For preventive trial, 10 μmol·L-1Aβ25-35 and drugs were added into 96-well plates. For treatment trail, drugs were added 24 h after 10 μmol·L-1 Aβ25-35 was added into the cells. After 72 h, MTT assay was used to detect the prevention and treatment effect of AD model which made in PC12 cell induced by Aβ25-35 fragment after treated with ethyl acetate extract of C. asiatica, and fluorescence microscopy was applied to observe the morphological changes of the PC12 cells. For animal trail, forty senescence accelerated mouse-prone 8(SAMP8) were divided into 5 groups. There were 8 mice in each group. Each mouse was intragastricly administrated for 2 months. The contents of SOD and GSH-Px in the brain of SAMP8 were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Result: Different concentrations of ethyl acetate extract had different degrees of protection on PC12 cells, the results of fluorescence microscope was the same as MTT.ELISA demonstrated that the contents of SOD in high,mid-dosage ethyl acetate extract and Huperzine(Hup-A) groups were higher than that in control group,and the contents of GSH-Px treatment with mid-dosage ethyl acetate extract and Hup-A increased compared with control group. Conclusion: Ethyl acetate extracts of C. asiaticashows some degree of protective and therapeutic effects on the damage of PC12 cell caused by the Aβ25-35 fragments in vitro. Furthermore, ethyl acetate extracts of C. asiatica has antioxidant, scavenging oxygen free radicals effects which results in delaying senescence via enhancing the contents of SOD and GSH-Px.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the time-effect relationship of Shaoyao Gancao decoction on carrageenan-induced inflammatory markers. Method: Acute inflammatory model was induced by carrageenane. Time-effect relation of paw swelling inhibition ratio, myeloperoxidase(MPO),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) was tested respectively at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 h. Result: The result showed that Shaoyao Gancao decoction had significant efficacy of anti-inflammatory. Inflammatory markers such as paw swelling inhibition ratio, MPO, COX-2, PGE2 were inhibited at different time points obviously. High-dose Shaoyao Gancao decoction could effectively reduce carrageenan-induced paw edema at 1,2,3,4,5,6 h. It also could significantly decrease the production of MPO at 2, 4, 5, 6 h, COX-2 at 4,5,6 h, PGE2 at 2,3,5,6 h. But low-does Shaoyao Gancao decoction could effectively reduce carrageenan-induced paw edema at 2,4,5,6 h,and decrease the production of MPO,PGE2 at 2,6 h, and COX-2 only at 6 h. Conclusion: Shaoyao Gancao decoction had significantly inhibit effects on carrageenan-induced different inflammatory markers(swelling rate, MPO, COX-2 and PEG2) in the timing relationship at different some time, and different concentration Shaoyao Gancao decoction had different action time. It shows that Shaoyao Gancao decoction have the characteristic of the time-effect relationship.  
摘要:Objective: To Compare the changes of different rat models of liver-stagnation syndrome, spleen-deficiency syndrome and both liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome with thyroid function and study on the effective of application soothing liver Qi and tonifying spleen Qi formula to those rat models. Method: The male wistar rats were randomly assigned into the normal group (group 1), the liver-stagnation group (group 2), the spleen-deficiency group (group 3), the liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency group (group 4), the drug treatment to liver-stagnation group (group 5), the drug treatment to spleen-deficiency group (group 6) and the drug treatment to liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency group (group 7)with ten rats for each group. The models were established by chronic restraint method in group 2 and 5, by excess fatigue plus out of constant diet method in group 3 and 6, by chronic restraint-fatigue-diet disorder method in group 4 and 7 for 4 weeks. On the 15th day, rats of group 5,6 and 7 had been fed with medicine of Chaishu Sijunzi decoction 3.57 g·kg-1 for two weeks. The ones of the normal group and model group 2, 3 and 4 were fed with equivalent physiological saline for two weeks. On the 29th day, all rats of serum levels of 3,5,3'-triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxin,3,5,3,5'-tetraiodothyronine (T4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and both of serum and hypothalamus tyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH) were detected. Result: Compared with group 1,serum T3, T4 and TRH decreased significantly and serum TSH increased significantly in group 2, 3 and 4 (P<0.05), hypothalamus TRH decreased significantly in group 3 and 4 (P<0.05), hypothalamus TRH had no significantly changing in group 2.Compared with group 2,serum T4 increased significantly and serum TSH decreased significantly in group 5 (P<0.05). Compared with group 3,serum T3 increased significantly and serum TSH decreased significantly in group 6 (P<0.05) and hypothalamus TRH had increasing tendency in group 6.Compared with group 4,serum T3 and hypothalamus TRH increased significantly and serum TSH decreased significantly in group 7 (P<0.05) and serum T4 had increasing tendency in group 6. Conclusion: The function of hypothalamus-ptuitary-thyroidal axis was abnormal at different degrees in rat models of liver-stagnation syndrome, spleen-deficiency syndrome and both liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome with hypothyroidism. Liver-stagnation syndrome was mainly involved the function of releasing impairment with hypothalamus TRH. Both of spleen-deficiency and liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndromes were not only involved in releasing impairment, but also involved in synthesis restraining with hypothalamus TRH. The formula of soothing liver Qi and tonifying spleen Qi can improved the function of thyroid gland and thyroidal axis to those rat models;however the best improvement of comprehensive regulating function was to liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome model.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of jujuboside(JBSD)on glutamic acid(Glu),γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) and γ-aminobutyric acid A receptor (GABAAR) expression in the brain of syndrome insomnia old rats. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:blank control, syndrome model group,positive medicine group,high and low-dose JBSD treatment group. Multiple factors model were established with subacute senescence induced by D-galactose, Yin and blood-deficiency induced by cyclophosphamide and hydrocortisonum,and the rapid eye movement(REM) sleep deprivation(SD) induced by maded-self multiple platform method (MMPM).After three weeks of administration, the levels of amino acid neurotransmitters Glu and GABA in cortex and hippocampus were detected by HPLC,and GABAAR expression were detected by immunohistochemical staining and retrovirus-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). After intervention of jujuboside,those indicators were studied. Result: Compared to environmental control group, in model group the content of Glu and GABA and the ratio of them increased in cortex and hypothalamus (P<0.01, P<0.05),GABAAR immunochemistry absorbance was rose significantly (P<0.01) in cortex and hippocampus, and GABAAR mRNA expression showed higher significantly (P<0.01) in cortex.While the indicators tended to the normal range after the treatment of JBSD (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: JBSD can reduce the toxic effects of amino acids in brain,and downregulating GABAAR expression in the rat brain may be one of the mechanisms in treatment of the syndrome insomnia.

摘要:Objective: To explore the main ingredients from Motherwort injection for coagulation system. Method: By measuring the coagulation values, platelet aggregation and fibrinolysis to explore the effects of the main ingredients from Motherwort injection on blood coagulation system. Result: In vitro, trigonelline obviously prolonged activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), both choline chloride and trigonelline inhibited platelet aggregation, but no significant fibrinolytic activity. Conclusion: Both choline chloride and trigonelline are the active ingredients of Motherwort injection for coagulation system. The extraction and separation of active ingredients expand the clinical application of Motherwort injection and provide a good scientific basis for the quality control of Motherwort injection.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the dose-effect relationship and‘dose threshold’parameter of Gegen Qinlian decoction in treating the picrylsulfonic acid solution (TNBS) indeced-ulcerative colitis rats. Method: The experimental ulcerative colitis model induced by TNBS/ethanol,except for the normal group, then divided into model group, sulfasalazine group, and Gegen Qinlian decoction 1.65,4.95,8.25,11.55,14.85,18.15,21.45,24.75,28.05 g·kg-1, administered once a day for 5 days.then measured and calculated the disease activity index (DAI) index, and detected the myeloperoxidase(MPO), malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD levels in tissue homogenate.Through used the GraphPad Prism 6 software to establish the dose-response and calculate the dose-related parameters. Result: By the comprehensive analysis of experimental data,the dose-effect relationship of MPO appeared the‘S’shape, and the dose threshold parameters are as follows:D20-D80 15.39-17.11 g·kg-1, median dose:D50 16.25 g·kg-1, the threshold dose:D20 15.39 g·kg-1. Conclusion: Gegen Qinlian decoction showed dose-response curves as‘S’shape in treatment of ulcerative colitis rats, suggesting a dose-dependent range is between 15.39 g·kg-1 to 17.11 g·kg-1.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Huihui Gansong Yin (HGY) on the proliferation of rat glomerular mesangial cells(MCs),cell cycle, fibronectin(FN), collagen type Ⅰ alpha 1(Col1α1)and collagen type Ⅳ alpha 1(Col4αl)induced by high glucose. Method: The serum containing HGY was prepared by adopting the method of serum pharmacology of TCM. Rats were divided into the blank group (distilled water,10 mL·kg-1), glurenorm group(10 mg·kg-1), HGY group(5,10 g·kg-1). There were 10 rats in each group. At the end of the 3th day serum was obtained. HBZY-1 cells(MCs) were divided into 5 groups:10% blank serum group, high-glucose+10% blank serum group, high-glucose+10% serum containing glurenorm 10 mg·kg-1, high-glucose+10% serum containing HGY 10,5 g·kg-1. MCs were cultured in 96-well plates(2×104/mL). After 24, 48, 72 h incubation with above indicated administration, the CCK-8 assay was used as a qualitative index of cell proliferation. Another MCs were cultured in 25 cm2 cell culture bottles(2×104/mL). The cells were harvested 48h after treatment. Cell cycle analysis was performed by flow cytometry. FN,Col1α1 and Col4α1 mRNA were measured using real-time PCR. Result: Compared with 10% blank serum group, high-glucose(30 mmol·L-1)induced obvious proliferation of the MCs(P<0.01). High-glucose induced decrease of cells in G0/G1 phase(P<0.01),but increased cells in S phase(P<0.01). High-glucose induced high levels of the expression of FN, Col1α1 and Col4α1 mRNA in MCs(P<0.01). The above indicated administration, no matter for 48 h or 72 h, suppressed high glucose induced MCs proliferation and arrested with the cell cycle at G1/S phase, meanwhile, attenuated the expression of FN, Col1α1 and Col4α1 mRNA in MCs induced by high glucose(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: The serum containing HGY could arrest with the cell cycle at G1/S phase and inhibit the proliferation of MCs induced by high glucose. The mechanism is likely to be related that HGY suppressed high glucose induced expression of FN, Col1α1 and Col4α1 mRNA in rat mesangial cells.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the anti-tumor and immunoregulation effects of Feiliuping on S180 tumor-bearing mice. Method: The ICR mice inoculated subcutaneously with S180 cells were randomly divided into five groups:the negative control group, the positive control group (Zilongjin, 2.60 g·kg-1, ig), high-, moderate-, and low-dose of Feiliuping groups (25.00, 12.50, 6.25 g·kg-1, ig). Normal mice without S180 were designated as normal group. After corresponding treatments for 10 days, the tumor inhibitory rate, index of thymus and spleen, rate of peritoneal macrophage phagocytizing chicken red blood cell, level of serum hemolysin, spleen lymphocyte transformation, and NK cell killing activity were tested. Result: Feiliuping could obviously inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma, the tumor inhibitory rates of high-, moderate-, and low-dose groups were 51.88%, 32.33%, 37.59%, respectively, however, the indexes of thymus and spleen of mice were not changed. Feiliuping significantly improved the killing activity of peritoneal macrophages and NK cells, increased the level of serum hemolysin, promoted lymphocyte transformation on mice of S180 cells-derived tumor. Conclusion: Feiliuping can inhibit the growth of S180 implant tumor and enhance the immune function of the tumor-bearing mice, the tumor growth inhibition and immune capability enhancement of Feiliuping are more effective than Zilongjin.

摘要:Objective: To observe the myocardial protective effect and related mechanism of the Tiaozhi Tongluo capsule (TZTL). Method: MIRI model combined with hyperlipemia was established,56 male Wistar rats were divided into following seven group:hyperlipemia group, normal group, sham group without hyperlipemia, Atorva statin group, TZTL 8.64, 4.32,2.16 g·kg-1·d-1 group.After feeding of high fat diet for 4 weeks,the drug intervention was carried out, then the left arteria coronariia was legated for 30 min, following reperfusion for 24 hours. At the end of the experiment, the blood and myocardial homogenate samples were collected for measurement of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) for blood lipids, cardiac enzymes[lactic clehydrogense(LDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)]. Result: The blood lipids, cardiac enzymes and MDA levels were significantly increased and antioxidant enzyme content decreased obviously in model group. All treatment groups could decrease the cardiac enzymes and MDA levels, and increase the SOD, CAT and GSH-Px levels. Conclusion: The TZTL can reduce the free radicals agrregation and improve the effectof antioxidase.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the vasorelaxant effects of cyclovirobuxine D on isolated rat thoracic aorta rings and to investigate the possible mechanism. Method: The vasodilation of cyclovirobuxine D at various concentrations (range from 1×10-5 to 6×10-4 mol·L-1) on potassium chloride (KCl) or phenylephrine (PE)-precontracted aorta rings was observed.KCl or PE-induced contraction was also recorded after the aorta rings were preincubated with CVB-D at the concentration of 6×10-4 mol·L-1.When the aortic rings were incubated with different inhibitors,the effect of CVB-D on aortic rings was examined and investigated. Result: In KCl or PE-precontracted aorta rings,CVB-D showed dose-dependent vasorelaxant effect at the given range of concentrations on the rings preconstricted by KCl or PE.Futhermore,CVB-D exhibited stronger vasorelaxation effect on the aorta rings with intacted endothelium compared to the aorta rings denuded endothelium.Additionally,CVB-D preincubation could inhibit KCl or PE-induced contraction,while nitric oxide(NO) synthase inhibitor(L-NAME) or selected NO sensitive soluble guanylate cyclase(sGC) inhibitor 1H-[1],[2],[4]-oxadiazolo[4,3-α] quinoxilin-1-one(ODQ) block the vasodilation effect of CVB-D. Conclusion: CVB-D has relaxation effect on rat isolated thoracic arterial rings in a dose-dependent manner,the relaxant effect may be related to the NO-sGC-cGMP(nitric oxide-soluble guanylate cyclase-cyclic guanosine monophosphate) pathway.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the expression changes of p53 mRNA and its related genes in 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium iodide(MPP+)-induced SH-SY5Y cells and observe the protective effects of puerarin against the cell death. Method: SH-SY5Y cells were incubated to 70% confluence,the medium containing 50,100, 150 μmol·L-1 puerarin was added to SH-SY5Y cells,at 3 h after drug application 1 mmol·L-1 MPP+ was added to culture. The viability of MPP+-induced SH-SY5Y cells under different doses of puerarin was assayed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)at 48 h. The apoptosis rates were detected by flow cytometry with Annexin-V/PI fluorescence staining. The expression of p53 mRNA and its related genes was assayed by real-time quantitative reverse transcription-PCR(RT-PCR)at 24 h. Result: The puerarinpretreatment could apparently increase the viability and inhibit the early apoptosis of the MPP+-induced SH-SY5Y cells in the experiment(P<0.05). Annexin-V/PI fluorescence staining results showed that puerarin could reduce the apoptosis rate of MPP+-induced SH-SY5Y cells. Real-time PCR results showed that the MPP+ could increase the expression of p53 mRNA, but the expression of p53,p21,Bax,Caspase-3 mRNA was down-regulated in puerarin pretreatment groups compared with the MPP+ group, and the expression of MDM2 and Bcl-2 mRNA was up-regulated simultaneously. Conclusion: The expression of p53 mRNA in SH-SY5Y cells can increase by MPP+ and puerarin can regulate the p53 and its related genes and play a protective role against the death of MPP+-induced SH-SY5Y cells.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the possible mechanism of Liqi Xiaoying tablet on rat goiter. Method: Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into six groups:normal control group, model group, Liqi Xiaoying tablet low, middle and high dose group, euthyrox group. In addition to the normal control group, the rest of the rats in each group were fed daily propylthiouracil (20 mg·kg-1) to establish the model, Liqi Xiaoying tablet low, middle and high dose group were fed simultaneously 2.4,4.8,9.6 g·kg-1 of Liqi Xiaoying tablet solution, positive drug group was given 7.8 μg·kg-1 of euthyrox. Sixty days later the animals were sacrificed and serum thyroid tissue specimens were collected. Rat thyroid index calculation, serum free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels, thyroid pathological changes were observed,immunofluorescence staining was used to saasy thyroid tissue basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), B cell lymphoma/lewkmia-2(Bcl-2), transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) expression changed. Result: Compared with normal group, in model group, serum FT3,FT4 levels increased (P<0.05), TSH decreased (P<0.05), significantly enlarged, thyroid (P<0.01), bFGF, Bcl-2 expression was significantly increased, TGF-β expression was significantly decreased. Compared with model group, Liqi Xiaoying tablet could significantly reduce goiter index (P<0.05), but change of serum FT3,FT4,TSH levels was not obvious, reduced the pathological changes of the thyroid, bFGF,Bcl-2 expression (P<0.01), elevated TGF-β expression (P<0.01). Conclusion: Liqi Xiaoying tablet has the role of anti-goiter, its mechanism may be associated with bFGF,Bcl-2,TGF-β.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the role of Smilax glabra in the protective effect of acute mercury poisoning in rats. Method: The rats were divided into five groups:normal control group, model group,high,middle and low dose of S. glabra group.The control group was only given 0.9% saline by subcut aneousinjection andthe other groupswere injected with HgCl2 of 2.5 mg·kg-1 once a day for two days,the high,middle and low dose of S. glabra group were orally given twice a day for three days after the last injection, the influence of S. glabra aqueous extract on the serum blood urea nitrogen(BUN), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP),the urinary protein,the levels of mercury in urine,renal cortex and liver and the renal histopathological changeswereobserved. Result: Compared with the blank control group,the serum BUN, the urinary activities of LDH and ALP,the urinary protein,and the levels of mercury in urine, renal cortex and liverfrom the chlorinated mercury groupwere increased significant(P<0.01).Further more,compared with the model group,the serum BUN,the urinary activities of LDH and ALP,the urinary protein,and the levels of mercury in urine, renal cortex and liver from the high or medium S. glabra aqueous extract group were reduced significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The results of kidney pathological histology observation showedc that S. glabra had an obviously improvementon the acute mercury poisoningrats. Conclusion: S. glabra can improve the liver and kidney function of mercury poisoning in rats and decrease the accumulation of mercury in vivo,the S.glabra shows definite preventive and therapeutic effect on acute mercury poisoned rats.  
摘要:Objective: The purpose is to observe the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Tongluo decoction in the cooperation with uterine hydrotubation in the tubal infertility and its influence on tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6)and blood rheology. Method: Ninety-four cases of patients were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (49 cases) according to the digital method. Patients in the control group adopted the uterine Hydrotubation. based on this, patients in the observation group took Huoxue Tongluo decoction with add and subtract treatment, 1 dose/day, conventional water decoction, about 200 mL/time, taking in the morning and the night. the treatment course of two groups is two months. The patients took one year follow-up, recording pregnancies condition (including rate of intrauterine pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy rate and pregnancy abortion rate).The uterus oviduct images were taken to evaluate the tubal patency before and after treatment. The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 and blood rheology before and after the treatment were detected. Result: The intrauterine pregnancy rate of observation group is 40.8%, which is better than 20.0% of control group (P<0.05). The comparison of ectopic pregnancy rate and pregnancy abortion rate of two groups does not have statistically significant differences. the tubal patency rate of observation group is 63.3%, which is better than 42.2% of control group (P<0.05). the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 was decreased after treatment, while the more significant decline occurred in the observation group (P<0.01). the improvements of whole blood viscosity (low, medium, high), whole blood reductive viscosity (low, medium and high shear), erythrocyte aggregation index and plasma viscosity of observation group after treatment were all better than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Huoxue Tongluo decoction cooperated with uterine hydrotubation can promote the fallopian tube recanalization, increase intrauterine pregnancy rate. The immediate and long-term efficacy is significant. The mechanism may be related to reduce inflammatory damage, promote inflammation absorption, and improve microcirculation in the pelvic region.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of the Tianlong compound on patients with influenza A. Method: Nasopharyngeal swab specimens were collected from the individual who had developed influenza-like-symptoms,and Flu A NP antigen was rapidly tested using dot immunoenzyme filtration assay(DIEFA),then the influenza virus A RNA of the positive samples were detected using quantitative real time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).Positive samples were finally diagnosed with the influenza A. The diagnosed 58 cases with influenza A infection were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) group(25 cases,taking Tianlong compound),control group (25 cases,taking symptom relief medicine only)and tamiflu group(8 cases,taking tamiflu(phosphoric acid oseltamivir).The treatment durations in the three groups were three days,then the differences among the three groups on curative effects, the duration of fever and the Ct value of the influenza A virus RNA were analyzed before and after treatment. Result: The curative effect of each case in the TCM group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significantly statistical(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the TCM group and the tamiflu group.The duration of fever in the TCM group and the tamiflu group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),however, there was no significant difference between the TCM group and the tamiflu group.Compared with the prior treatment,the Ct value of the influenza A virus RNA was increased after treatment in the TCM group and the tamiflu group,the difference was both statistically significant(P<0.05),but without significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The Tianlong compound was effective in shortening the duration of fever,relieving symptoms and reducing the number of the influenza virus.  
摘要:Objective: The purpose is to observe the curative effect of Weifuchun tablet combined compound Tianqi Weitong tablet in intractable peptic ulcer(PU). Method: Eighty cases of patients were randomly divided into control group (41 cases) and observation group (39 cases) according to the sequence of outpatient service.the patients in the control group took rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated Tablets,20 mg/time,2 times/day(morning and evening).the treatment course was 28 days;Colloidal bismuth pectin capsules,150 mg/time,3 times/day.the treatment course for 28 days;Clarithromycin granule,0.5 g/time,3 times/day,treatment course for 14 days;Amoxicillin capsule,0.5 g/time,3 times/day.After the treatment,treat patients with Famotidine tablets,20 mg/time,1 times/day.the treatment course continued 4 weeks.Based on the control group, patients in observation group increase with Weifuchun tablet,4 pieces/time,3 times/day;Weifuchun Tablet,4 pieces/time,3 times/day.The treatment course of two tablets were both 8 weeks.Record the main symptom integral before treatment.By gastroscope to evaluate the histologic regenerative mucosal maturity and ulcer stage.Calculate the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori (HP). Result: After the treatment, the gastroscope curative effect rate of the observation group was 95.1%, superior to 76.9% of the control group,(P<0.05).he traditional Chinese medicine syndrome rate of observation group was 95.1%,superior to 71.8% of the control group,(P<0.05). By chi-square test,after the treatment,the evaluation of regenerative mucosal histology rate of the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). The scores of epigastric pain、abdominal fullness and distention,indigestion and loss of appetite of observation group was lower to the control group(P<0.01).the eradication rate for HP of the control group was 59.26%,the observation group was 76.67%,the observation group was higher than the control group,but there was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: Base on the groovy triple therapy of western medicine,intervening the refractory peptic ulcer with the Weifuchun tablet and compound Tianqi Weitong tablet,can promote the ulcer healing,improve the quality of anabrosis,eliminate the clinical symptoms of PU,improve the curative effect of illness and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.the short-term curative effect was obvious,it deserves being used in clinic.  
摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Gegen Tongmaiyin to plasma nuclear factor-kappaB(NF-κB) in patients with atherosclerosis,and explore its curative effect and mechanism. Method: Ninty-seven patients were randomly divided into control group and Gegen Tongmaiyin group(treatment group).Rosuvastatin was used to cure patients of control group.On the basis of this conventional treatment, Gegen Tongmaiyin was added to cure patients of treatment group, water decoction,one dose a day.After 8 weeks,plasma total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),apolipoprotein A(ApoA),ApoB,lipoprotein(a)(Lpa) were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Plasma NF-κB was measured by ELISA. Philips ie33 ultrasound machine was used to measure carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and Carotid atherosclerosis plaque integral. Result: Compared with before treatment,plasma TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,Lpa strikingly decreased, and HDL strikingly increased(P<0.05, P<0.01).Compared with the control group,plasma TC,LDL-C,ApoB of treatment group significantly decreased after combination treatment with rosuvastatin and gegentongmaiyin (P<0.05).Which indicated curative effect of the combination of rosuvastatin and Gegen Tongmaiyin was superior to conventional treatment in curing atherosclerosis. Carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and carotid atherosclerosis plaque integral showed atherosclerotic plaque of treatment group significantly diminished compared with before treatment and control group (P<0.05). Plasma NF-κB of treatment group significantly reduced in contrast to control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Gegen Tongmaiyin can effectively adjust blood lipid levels,and then intervene the occurrence and development of Atherosclerotic plaque.Downregulating plasma NF-κB may be its mechanism of how to preventing atherosclerosis.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Jianpi Qingre Huayu decoction on the patients with precancerous lesion of gastric carcinoma and discuss the possible mechanism of the prescription. Method: Sixty cases were divided into control group and treatment group (n=30 each), according to their clinical number. In the treatment group Jianpi Qingre Huayu decoction was given to the patients with one decoction divided into 2 times daily and in the control group Weifuchun tablets were given 4 pills every time and three times a day. Clinical effect, symptoms integral, endoscopic images, pathological changes integral and the helicobacter pylori eradication rate were observed in each group. the expression of mucin 5 AC protein in every group was investigated using immunohistochemistry. Result: The clinical effect, endoscopic images, and the effect on pathological changes in treatment group were better than in the control group, having significant difference (P<0.05). the helicobacter pylori eradication rate in treatment group was 65.0% was higher than in control group, which was 26.3%(P<0.05). After treatment the symptoms and pathological changes integral in treatment group decreased more than in control group(P<0.01). the MUC5 AC protein expression in treatment group MUC5 AC increased more than in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of Jianpi Qingre Huayu decoction improved the symptoms in patients with precancerous lesion of gastric carcinoma and may prevent the development of precancerous lesion of gastric carcinoma.the mechanism of this function maybe relate to the increase of the expression of MUC5 AC protein.

摘要:Objective: The purpose is to observe Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction's prevention and cure on deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of control effect and mechanism action after major orthopaedic surgery. Method: One hundred and ninety-seven cases of patients were randomly divided into control group (96 cases) and observation group (101 cases) according to numeric method.Both groups were treated with regular DVT preventive measures.Besides control group injected Low-Molecular-Weight Heparins Calcium injection,1-2 hour before the operation,abdominal subcutaneous injection of 2 500 U,after the operation,patients treated with abdominal subcutaneous injection,2 500 U/day.The treatment course was 14 days.Based on control group,observation group added Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction, 1 does/day,conventional water decoction, orally.The treatment course was 14 days.Observe the form of DVT and record its occurrence rate.Observe the postoperative wound limb swelling degree.Detect serum tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1) and interleukin-6(IL-6).Check the blood coagulation function and serum D-dimer (D-D). Result: After the treatment, the occurrence rate of DVT in the 14 courses treatment of observation group was 7.9%, lower than 22.91% of the control group(P<0.01).At the seventh,fourteenth day of the surgery, degree of swelling of observation group were lighter than control group (P<0.01).At the fourteenth day of the surgery,the TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 of observation group were lower than control group (P<0.01). as for fibrinogen(FIB),change is not obvious in control group,but in the observation group the FIB is reducing from the first day after the surgery.at the fourteenth day of the surgery,the D-D of both groups reduced,observation group was inferior to control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction can reduce injury swelling,serum levels of FIB and D-D,reduce the inflammatory reaction and prevent the happening of the DVT after major orthopaedic surgery.It deserves being used in clinic.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Bufei Yishen treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis caused by chronic respiratory failure. Method: In this study, idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis caused by chronic respiratory failure patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group took the routine treatment measures. The study group was given Bufei Yishen traditional Chinese medicine and therapy method above. The clinical efficacy and blood gas index were compared between two groups. Result: The total efficiency of study group (90.32%) was significantly higher than those in control group (67.74%) (P<0.05). The main index of patients in the two groups after treatment SaO2, PaO2, PaCO2, HCO3, pH and blood gas were significantly improved after treatment, but the study group improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: While the conventional western medicine foundation treatment with Bufei Yishen decoction, curative effect of IPF induced lung and kidney deficiency type chronic respiratory failure, which can effectively improve pulmonary function. It has certain advantages than the pure western medicine treatment, and is the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is safe and effective.  
摘要:Objective: To research the distribution discipline of syndrome differentiation and syndrome factors on rheumatiod arthritis(RA) by system evaluating the neoteric literature of RA, and to give some evidences on the research of standardization and objectivity about traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. Method: According to retrieval strategy and inclusion criteria collect neoteric literature, to standardize the title of syndrome and extract syndrome factors, build up a literature data-base by epidata 2.0 software and analyze the data by SPSS 13.0 software. Result: the common types of syndrome are‘Yin’-deficiency of liver and kinder, Bi syndrome of wind cold and dampness, stagnation of heat dampness, Bi syndrome of wind heat and dampness, stagnation of phlegm and stasis, stagnation of cold dampness, deficiency of‘Qi’and‘Xue’.etc. The principal positions of the illness are liver, kinder and spleen. The principal characteristics of the illness are dampness, fire (heat), cold,‘yin’deficiency, wind. Conclusion: Now the title of syndrome and the standard of diagnosis of syndrome are so complicated that hard to be used in clinical application and academic communication. So lead in the new concept of syndrome factors will establish the foundation for implementing quantization diagnosis about syndrome factors and the combination of syndrome factors.

摘要:Direct compression process was the preferred method for preparation of tablets,but itwas highly influenced by powder characteristics such as flowability,compressibility,dilution potential and so on.Demands of excipients in direct compression process could be satisfied by powder engineering with co-processing of single excipient in particles level.This review briefly introduced advantages of direct compression process,choosing object of co-processed excipients and co-processing methods,some of market available co-processed excipients were concluded and analyzed,and combined with laboratory research,application prospect of co-processed excipients was discussed.  
摘要:To analyze and summarize the chemical constituents in Sophora flavescens, and provide some evidences for the comprehensive research and development of its resource. The previous literatures on the chemical constituents of S. flavescens were checked and then analyzed. The chemical studies were focused on the roots of this plant and the reported compounds mainly included alkaloids, flavonoids, triterpenoid saponins, lignans, phenolic acids, and etc. Among the isolated compounds, 41 alkaloids and 108 flavonoids were detailedly described and their structures were presented. However, few investigations were carried out on non-medicinal aerial parts of this plant, such as the stems, leaves, flowers, fruit and seeds. The further research on the aerial parts of S. flavescens is interest of the comprehensive development of plant resources.
