摘要:Objective: To optimize optimum extraction process and purification process of total saponins from Melilotus officinalis . Method: Orthogonal test was designed for investigating optimum extraction and purification technology for M. officinalis with the content of total saponins as index,respectively. Result: Optimum extraction process of total saponins were:extracted 3 times with 14 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 1 h each time,extraction solvent to reflux for 1.0 hour and 3 times.Optimum purification process was:concentrated extract passed through D101 resin with eluting by 6.0 BV 70% ethanol,elution flow rate was 3.0 mL·min-1,adsorption flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Conclusion: This optimized process was simple,stable and reliable.

摘要:Objective: To establish preparation technology of Qige oral liquid. Method: With the content of astragaloside iv as evaluatiom index,optimum preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal design test and single factor test. Result: Optimum technology was:extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of water for 2 h each time,the concentration of ethanol precipitation was 60%,Tween-80 was used for solubilizing volatile oil. Conclusion: Water extracting technology and refining process of Qige oral liquid met production technology requirement.  
摘要:Objective: To compare effect of different drying methods on the content of active components from Scutellaria baicalensis, to find out optimum drying method for S. baicalensis. Method: S. baicalensis was processed by six drying methods including natural drying in the sun, natural drying in the shade, oven drying under 60 ℃, vacuum drying, infrared drying and microwave drying. Result: The content of active component(baicalin) was the highest(average content was 14.43%) by infrared drying;But it should adopt natural drying in the sun for S. baicalensis by comprehensive analyzing of the cost,the content of active component and practicality. Conclusion: Optimized drying method for S. baicalensis was stable and high controllability.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize optimum extraction technology of Danxia Rupi tablet. Method: Tanshinone ⅡA was used as index for alcohol extraction part,extraction time was selected for single factor test.Residue after ethanol extracting and other herbs were extracted by water together,L9(34) orthogonal experiment was used to determine extraction technology of Danxia Rupi tablet with danshensu as index,extraction time,the amount of solvent and extraction times were investigated as main factors affecting water boiling. Result: Optimum extraction process was:for alcohol extraction part,extracted 1 time with 10 times the amount of 95 % ethanol for 2 h.Water extraction part extracted 3 times with 10 times the amount of water for 2 hours each time. Conclution: This optimum technology was simple, feasible and adapt to industrial production, which could provide references for further investigation of Danxia Rupi tablet.

摘要:Objective: To optimize optimum extraction process of daphnoretin from W. indica. Method: Orthogonal design test and single factor test was used to optimize extraction conditions of daphnoretin from W. indica with the content of daphnoretin as index,and investigated effect of ultrasonic power,amount of methanol,extraction time and extraction times on extraction technology. Result: Optimum extracting technology of daphnoretin from W. indica were: extracted 2 times with 16 times the amount of methanol for 1.5 h each time, ultrasonic power was 160 W. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technique was simple,reasonable and feasible, which could be used in extraction of daphnoretin from W. indica.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize conditions and parameters of purification and separation technology for total flavonoids from Sarcandra glabra with HPD-600 macroporous resin. Method: By using the content and recovery rate of total flavonoids from S. glabra as indexes,effect and factors of purification and separation technology were investigated. Result: Optimum purification technology was:pH of sample was 5.0, the concentration of total flavonoids was 15-20 g·L-1, proportion of sample solution and resin was 10∶1,eluted with deionized water of 3 BV, eluted with 70% ethanol of 3 BV,purity of total flavonoids from extract was more than 80% and transfer rate was more than 85%. Conclusion: HPD-600 resin had a better purifying effect on total flavonoids from S. glabra, which was suitable for industrial production.

摘要:Objective: To investigate optimum extraction technology conditions of polysaccharides from Yupingfeng by ultrasonic-assisted extraction,and to compare extraction rate of polysaccharides between compound extraction and unilateral extraction. Method: Optimum extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal design test,compared with traditional extraction technology,and compared extraction rate of polysaccharides from Yupingfeng by compound extraction and unilateral extraction. Result: Result showed that optimum technology conditions were:ultrasound temperature 55 ℃, ratio of solid-liquid 1∶20, ultrasonic time 20 min,under these optimum conditions,extraction rate of polysaccharides from Yupingfeng was 14.25%, extraction rate of impregnation method was 5.44% in 180 min,extraction rate of conventional mixing method was 7.35%. Conclusion: Compared with traditional extraction methods(impregnation method and mixing method),ultrasonic extraction had some advantages,such as time-saving, energy saving, high efficiency and so on. It offered sufficient conditions for large-scale and efficient production of modern medicine enterprises.

摘要:Objective: To optimize frying process of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Sichuan and establish its quality standard. Method: Using the content of effective components from Salvia miltiorrhiza as indexes,such as protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid A and B, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and IIA, frying process of S. miltiorrhiza in Sichuan was optimized by orthogonal test;These indexes were detected by quality standards method described in 2010 edition of 〈Chinese Pharmacopoeia〉. Result: Temperature (70-80 ℃ had greatest impact) and time (5 min had greatest impact) had significant effect on frying process of S. miltiorrhiza. Conclusion: Optimum frying technology was as follows: frying temperature 70-80 ℃, frying time 5 min.Quality standard of frying S. miltiorrhiza was reasonable and feasible.

摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of total triterpenoids from Phellinus igniarius,and determine its inhibitory activity on human glioblastoma U251 cells in vitro. Method: Orthogonal test were implied to optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction process with yield of total triterpenoids as index,the concentration of ethanol,ultrasonic temperature, extraction time and liquid-material ratio were optimized.MTT assay was used to determine inhibition rate of total triterpenoids on proliferation of U251 cells,Morphological changes of apoptosis of U251 cells were observed through inverted phase contrast microscope. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were determined as:the concentration of ethanol 70%,extraction time 20 min; extraction temperature 60 ℃, liquid-material ratio 1∶25,under these conditions,yield of total polyphenols reached 9.40 mg·g-1.Total triterpenoids from P. igniarius could inhibit hyperplasia of glioblastoma U251 cells in dose-dependent manner,apoptotic body formation were observed under inverted phase contrast microscope. Conclusion: Ultrasound-assisted extraction technology was an effective and rapid method for extracting total triterpenoids from P. igniarius with short time and high yield,total triterpenoids from P. igniarius could inhibit proliferation of glioblastoma U251 cells,and induced apoptosis on tumor cells.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize film-forming materials and additives of Zizhu Zhixue film coating agent with a satisfactory film-forming property. Method: Film-forming materials and additives were selected by synthetic weighted mark method with film-forming time and appearance quality as evaluation indexes. Result: Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA1788-PVA124 1∶3) dissolved by 90% ethanol as film-forming material,and added glycerin 1 mL and Tween -80 0.2 mL. This prepared Zizhu Zhixue film coating agent had advantages of short film-forming time and film-forming property was well. Conclusion: It suggested that these film-forming materials and additives in this test could be used for forming process of Zizhu Zhixue film coating agent.

摘要:Objective: To prepare total saponins of Panax notoginseng combined with icariin chitosan microspheres(PNS-ICA-CS-MS)and study influence of preparation technology parameters on drug encapsulation efficiency of PNS-ICA-CS-MS. Method: PNS-ICA-CS-MS was prepared by emulsion crosslinking method with chitosan as carrier.Based on result of single factor test,optimum preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal design method with drug loading and encapsulation efficiency as indexes. Result: Optimum preparation technology conditions were the concentration of emulsifier 4 %, the concentration of chitosan 4 %,proportion of oil-water 8∶1 and stirring speed 400 r·min-1. Conclusion: PNS-ICA-CS-MS were good shape and high encapsulation rate and its technology was stable.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extracting technology of Sophora flavescens. Method: Taking extraction rate of matrine,oxymatrine,total flavonoids from S. flavescens radix and yield of dry extract as index, extraction process of S. flavescens was optimized by single factor test and central composite design-response surface methodology. Result: Optimum condition of extraction technology was extracted 2 times with 11-fold, the amount of 65%ethanol for 65 minutes each time. Conclusion: Optimum extraction process was reasonable,stable and feasible.  
摘要:Objective: To select optimum preparation technology and of germinal coating agent and to evaluated its quality control. Method: Optimum extraction technology was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design experiment with the content of stilbene glucoside as index; with PVA 124as film forming mateial and film-forming time and film quality as indexes,optimized optimum molding technology by orthogonal design test. Result: optimum extraction conditons of germinal coating agent was:refluxing extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 1.5 h each time;optimum molding process conditions was:extract of traditional Chinese medicine 35 mL,PVA124 7 g,glycerine 2 mL,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.75 g. Conclusion: Preparation technology of this coating agent was reasonable,simple, and quality control method was reliable.

Method: L9(34) orthogonal design was used to select optimum extraction technology.Yield of extract,yield of n-butanol extraction site,yield of ethyl acetate extraction part and the content of phillyrin were used as criteria.The content of phillyrin was determined by HLPC. Result: Optimal extraction technology was as follow:extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of water for 2 h each time. Conclusion: This extraction technology was reasonable, stable and feasible.

摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of ultrasonic-composite enzyme synergistic method on extraction rate of polysaccharide from Lobelia chinensis. Method: With L. chinensis as raw material, polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic-composite enzyme synergistic method,extraction technology of polysaccharide from L. chinensis was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Optimum technology conditions were as follows: pH 4.0, ratio of solid-liquid 1∶40, ultrasonic time 25 min, the amount of enzyme 1.0%. Conclusion: Ultrasonic-composite enzyme synergistic method had features of high extraction ratio, simple process, energy-saving.

摘要:Objective: To study the scavenging activities of Xiaoaiping injection for ABTS·+ by HPLC to trace the active constituents on-line. Method: Solution of Xiaoaiping injection was passed through HPLC to enter into the PEEK coil contained the ABTS·+ working solution, and signals were recorded, and their chemical constituents were identified by standard references, and their scavenging rates were calculated. Result: Neochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid were identified, about the scavenging activities for ABTS·+, and their scavenging rates were 9.9%, 22.5%, 16.5% respectively. Conclusion: Phenolic acids in Xiaoaiping injection make a significant contribution to the scavenging activities for ABTS·+. It is shown that the method for on-line detection is an advantageous tool to rapidly determine antioxidants from traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective: To establish the chromatographic fingerprint analysis for the quality control of the content of flavonoids in Sanjie Zhentong capsules. Method: Under the operation of ultrasonic extraction,the flavonoids from Sanjie Zhentong capsules were extracted in the 50% methanol. With Waters Symmetry@ C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column, and gradient elution was performed by mobile phase containing acetonitrile and water. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wave length was at 203 nm. The temperature of column was maintained at 30 ℃. And data were analyzed by ‘Similarity evaluation software for chromatographic Fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine' software to compare the quanlity of 11 batches of capsules samples. Result: Fifty common peaks were selected in chromatography, and all the common peaks were separated effectively. Conclusion: The accuracy, repeatability, and stability of this method were satisfied.The method developed can be used to evaluate the quality of Sanjie Zhentong capsules synthetically.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for detecting the residues of caprolactam and oligomer in the salvianolic acid extracts. Method: Acid hydrolysis of polyamide resin was optimized. Salvianolic acid extract was hydrolyzed under this optimized condition, which was further enriched and purified using SPE solid extraction column. HPLC was employed to detect caprolactam and aminocaproic acid, the hydrolyzed oligomer. Chromatographic column was AtlantisRRT3(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).Mobile phase was methanol-water with step gradient elution; Column temperature was at 30 ℃.Flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1.Detection wavelength was at 209 nm. Result: Linear relationship was good in the range of 7.012 6-0.004 5 g·L-1 with a regression coefficient of 0.999 5.Recovery of aminocaproic acid was 96.25%,RSD 1.17%.Recovery of polyamide resin was 101.27%,RSD 4.33%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate for determination of caprolactam and oligomer in the salvianolic acid extract.  
摘要:Objective: To study the content changes of gallic acid,5-hydroxymethyl furfural, emodin,2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside and emodin monomethyl ether in Polygohum muhiflorum during processing and establish a method of determination by HPLC. Method: The separation was performed on a KinetexTM C18 column(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.6 μm),using acetonitrile and water(0.5% acetic acid pH 2.9)as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.8 mL·min-1; column temperature was at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 254,270,284, 320 nm, respectively. Result: The linear ranges of gallic acid,5-hydroxymethylfurfural,emodin,2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside and emodin monomethyl ether were 0.585-58.5,0.54-53.5,1.07-107,1.23-123,0.564-16.92 mg·L-1, respectively. The content of gallic acid was increased significantly and 5-HMF was a new component after processing, and timing had a little effect on the content change of gallic acid, however, the content change of 5-HMF was higher and higher in the process of time till 72 h. Meanwhile, the content of stilbene glycoside was decreased in the process of time during processing and dissociative anthraquinone, emodin and emodin monomethyl ether, both of them were increased by processing after 32 h the content reach the maximum. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of P. muhiflorum. Further research of the correlation between the content changes of these 5 components in P. muhiflorum and pharmacodynamics as well as dose-effect relationship should be done.

摘要:Objective: Study on the synthesis of lonicerin and its protective effect on liver cell injured by triptolide. Method: Lonicerin was synthesized with neohesperidin through dehydrogenation and demethylation by iodine and aluminum trichloride respectively and its protective effect on L02 cell injured by triptolide in vitro was evaluated by 3-(4,5)-dimethylthiahia20(-z-y1)-3,5-di-phenyterazoliumromide(MTT) assay for the first time. Result: Lonicerin was synthesized and had the protective effect on L02 cell injured by triptolide in vitro. Conclusion: The synthetic route for lonicerin with high yield was simple, feasible, economic and convenient for industrial manufacture. Lonicerin had the protective effect on L02 cell injured by triptolide.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the influences of the natural vitamin E on stability of Angelicas Sinensis Radix Oil, and provide scientific basis to ensure the stability of preparations made from Angelicas Sinensis Radix Oil. Method: Isothermal acceleration was taken with initial average rate method to detect the change of the refractive indexes. Rusult: At 293 K, the time of Angelicas Sinensis Radix Oil resolved 10%,20%,30% was t0.9=8.68 d, t0.8=18.37 d, t0.7=29.36 d;after added 0.01-1 natural vitamin E,the resolve time extended to t0.9=22.25 d, t0.8=47.10 d, t0.7=75.29 d. Conclusion: The stability of Angelicas Sinensis Radix Oil advanced 2.56 times after added 0.01∶1 natural vitamin E. The natural vitamin E could obviously enhance the stability of Angelicas Sinensis Radix Oil.

摘要:Objective: HPLC fingerprints of Jianwei Xiaoshi tablets were established to provide an effective method of quality control for it. Method: XDB C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate aqueous as the mobile phase by gradient elution; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was at 220 nm. Fingerprint similarity evaluation software was used to determine common fingerprint peaks, calculate the similarity, and compared with 4 counterfeit Jianwei xiaoshi tablets on the market. Result: Under 13 Jianwei Xiaoshi tablets in Jiang's fingerprint, 17 common peaks were identified, the similarity was greater than 0.97, and the similarity of fingerprint of counterfeit products was less than 0.90. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprint established has better precision and reproducibility, and can effectively characterize the quality of Jianwei Xiaoshi tablets and control the product quality.  
摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Lycopus lucidus Turcz.var.hirtus Regel. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column, RP C18and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physic-chemical properties and spectral data. Result: Eight components were isolated and identified as betulinic acid(1),arjunetin(2),oleanolic acid 28- O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3),apigenin-7-O–β-D-glucopyranoside(4),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(5),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide methyl ester(6),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide buthyl ester(7),dibutyl phthalate(8). Conclusion: Compound 2,3,4 and 7 are isolated from Lycopus lucidus Turcz.var.hirtus Regel for the first time.

摘要:Objective: To study the flavonoids constituents of the aerial parts of Blumea balsamifera. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, medium pressure column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by spectral methods and chemical analysis. Result: Twelve compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 3,3’,5,5’,7-pentahydroxyflavanone(1), 3,3’,4’,5-tetrahydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone(2), chrysoeriol(3), 3’,4’,5-trihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyflavone(4), diosmetin(5), 3,3’,4’,5-tetrahydroxy-7-methoxyflavone(6), 3,5-dihydroxy-3’,4’,7-trimethoxyflavone(7), chrysosplenol C(8), 3,3’,5-trihydroxy-4’,7-dimethoxyflavanone(9), blumeatin(10), 3,3’,5,7-tetrahydroxy-4’-methoxyflavanone(11), 3’,5,5’,7-tetrahydroxyflavanone (12). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1, 3-5 and 8 were isolated from the genus Blumea for the first time, and compounds 6, 7 were isolated from B. balsamifera for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: Discussion the influence of trace elements on effective components of Chinese herbal medicine. Method: Using Inertsil ODS C18column, the methanol-phosphoric acid was used as the mobile, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: The linear range was 10-100 mg·L-1, while the average recovery was 101.4% with RSD of 1.42%. Conclusion: Spraying iron fertilization can promote the effective component content of Corydalis yanhusuo, copper and zinc fertilization don’t show obvious effect.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Zuogui Wan. Method: The method was applied with Sunfire C18 column by methanol-water (25∶75, adjust pH to 6.5 with sodium dihydrogen phosphate) as the mobile phase, with the flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was set at 215 nm. Result: Oleanolic acid was linear in the range of 0.05-1.0 μg (r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 97.7% (RSD 1.39, n=6). Ursolic acid was linear in the range of 0.1-2.0 μg (r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 98.3% (RSD 0.82, n=6). Conclusion: The method can be used for determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Zuogui Wan.  
摘要:Objective: To determine copper by the double-wavelength spectrophotometric. Method: A new double-wavelength spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of copper. Result: The experimental results shown in the best condition the apparent molar absorptivity of copper was 0.005 0-0.160 mg·L-1. Conclusion: The method is applied to the direct determination of copper in Chinese traditional medicine of with satisfactory results.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Faeces Trogopterori(FT). Method: The separation was performed on a Diamonsil ODS C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm ) and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(A)-0.5% aqueous acetic acid (B), with an optimized gradient program of 0~15 min, 85%-65% B,15-35 min, 65%-40% B, 35-40 min, 40%-25% B, 40-60 min, 25%-10% B, 60-65 min, 10%-0% B. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1and the wavelength was set at 265 nm. The experiment was performed under room temperature. Result: The HPLC fingerprint of FT was established, in which 14 co-peaks were searched out and 3 peaks were identified with reference substances. All of the similarities were greater than 0.90.The precision,stability and repetition were good. Conclusion: The characteristic and specialization of the fingerprint were good, which can provide the basis for its quality control and effective substance.  
摘要:Objective: To ananlyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Sweet Broomwort Herb in Guangxi and determine their contents. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from Sweet Broomwort Herb by steam distillation, the amount of the components from the volatile oil was separated and identified by GC-MS, and the relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method. Result: Fourty nine compounds were separated by GC and 30 of them were identified, which accounted for 93.97% of volatile oil. The major components were 2-pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl-(19.75%),caryophyllene(15.33%),alpha.-caryophyllene(10.14%),(cyclobuta[1,2:3,4]dicyclopentene,decahydro-3a-methyl-6-methylene-1-(1-methylethyl)-,[1S-(1.alpha.,3a.alpha.,3b.beta.,6a.beta.,6b.alpha.)](6.53%),caryophyllene oxide (4.90%), (+)-epi-bicyclosesquiphellandrene (4.69%), Ar-tumerone (4.57%), heptadecane (4.13%), tetradecanal (2.33%), phthalic acid, isobutyl undecyl ester (2.11% ) et al. Conclusion: The volatile oils mainly consisted of fatty acid, esters, alcohols, aldehydes, hydrocarbons; the analytic results can provided evidence for quality control and further exploitation of Sweet Broomwort Herb.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the assay of naphthoquine by non-aqueous titration, so as to provide more data for the quantitative determination of naphthoquine. Method: The non-aqueous titration was carried out by using glacial acetic acid as solvent, α-naphthalphenol benzyl alcohol as indicator, and titrated with perchloric acid volumetric solution at a concentration of 0.1 mol·L-1.Meanwhile, the end point of titration was validated by auto- potentiometric titration, and study the precision, intermediate–precision, stability and recovery of the method were also studied, and compared the method with two other methods,UV and HPLC. Result: End point of the non-aqueous titration was obvious (blue→greenyellow), which was also identified simultaneously by Auto-potentiometric titration. The average recovery was 100.0% with RSD 0.1% (n=6). The results of comparison showed little difference among the three kinds of methods. Conclusion: The method of non-aqueous titration has a good accuracy, repetitiveness and easy to carry out, which is suitable for the assay of naphthoquine.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from Prunella vulgaris. Method: The compounds were separated by using various kinds of chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods. Result: Eight compounds were isolated from the spikes of P. vulgaris. Their structures were established as 2α,3α-24-trihydroxyursa-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1), rotundic acid 28-O-α-D-glueopyranosyl(l→6)-β-D-glueopyranoside (2), quercitrin (3), quercetin (4), stigmast-7-en-3β-ol (5), β-sitosterol (6), stigmasterol (7), α-spinasterone (8). Conclusion: Compounds 1-3 were isolated from this genus for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determining vitexin in Microcos Folium. Method: HPLC determination was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid(30∶70) as mobile phase. The column temperature was at 35 ℃, and detection wavelength was set at 339 nm. Result: Vitexin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 88.96-2 224 μg. The average recovery was 98.61% and RSD was 1.32%. The contents of vitexin in Microcos Folium of Guangdong was higher than that of Guangxi. Microcos Folium of Guangdong was all in line with the standards stated in current pharmacopeia. Conclusion: The method is quick, simple and reproducible, which can be used to control the quality of Microcos Folium.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Liuwei Dihuang Wan on the animal senile dementia models with Deficiency of the Kidney. Method: Forty eight mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, Liuwei Dihuang Wan group and sailuotong(SLT) group. To establish the senile dementia, the mice of the model group, Liuwei Dihuang Wan group and SLT group were treated by subcutaneous injection of hydrocortisone from first day to 40th days, and then intracerebroventricular injection of amyloid β-protein(25-35) (Aβ25-35) at 20th days, and the mice were given the same volume of normal saline in the control. From 21th day to 40th day, Liuwei Dihuang Wan-treated mice and SLT-treated mice were orally administered with Liuwei Dihuang Wan(8 g·kg-1) and SLT (32 mg·kg-1), respectively,animals in control group and model group were given an equivalent amount of distilled water. From 31th days, the following changes including body weight, locomotor activity, learning and memory, the fatigue resistance, serum corticosterone, immunological indexes and the histopathology factors of brain were observed. Result: Compared with the control group, the model group showed that weight grew slowly, autonomic activity decreased, the ability of learning and memory impaired, exhaustive running time shortened, thymus index, spleen index and spleen cell stimulation index decreased, the level of serum corticosterone reduced. And after 20 days of administration of Liuwei Dihuang Wan, all such indexes of mice were significantly improved(P<0.05,P<0.01), while SLT-treated mice showed no significant effects compared with the model group. Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang Wan can significantly improve senile dementia with deficiency of the kidney, but SLT is not suitable.  
摘要:Objective: To observe in vitro effect of intestinal absorption solution of Yuanhu Zhitong preparation on the tension of rat thoracic aortic ring in order to provide new method for pharmacological experiments of traditional Chinese medicine in vitro. Method: Firstly, intestinal absorption solution of Yuanhu Zhitong preparation was prepared by everted gut sac method in vitro at 4 different time points(0.25, 0.5, 1, 2 h). The thoracic aortic was quickly removed after rats were sacrificed by dislocation. Then aortic rings were pre-contracted by KCl(45 mmol·L-1), and the tension of thoracic aortic ring was observed by adding different volumes (50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1 600 μL) of the intestinal absorbed solution from Yuanhu Zhitong preparation, experiments were performed in six replicates (n=6 per group). Result: The vasorelaxation rate was enhanced with the increased volumes of intestinal absorption solution at 2 h , the results indicated that the vasorelaxation was enhanced and a dose-effect relationship was found; Compared with control group of intestinal absorption solution without Yuanhu Zhitong prepation, when the volume of 200 μL was added, P <0.05; when the volume of 400, 800, 1 600 μL was added, P <0.01. When the volume of 1 600 μL was added, the vasorelaxation of 4 groups were all enhanced, compared with control group of intestinal absorption solution, ther was statistical significance in 0.5 h group, P <0.05; 1 h, 2 h group significance at P <0.01, the results indicated that the vasorelaxation was also enhanced with the delayed absorption time of Yuanhu Zhitong preparation and a time-effect relationship was observed. Conclusion: The results show that the intestinal absorption solution of Yuanhu Zhitong preparation may have significant vasorelaxation activity with a manner of dose-effect and time-effect relationship.  
摘要:Objective: The purpose of the study was to investigate the role of LPS (lipopolysaccharide) in acute lung injury (ALI) and protective effect of Xuanbai Chengqi(XBCQ) decoction. Method: Thirty two Wistar species male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group, LPS treated group, dexamethasone group and XBCQ group, 8 rats each group. LPS (6 mg·kg-1) was injected into the caudal vein of rats to perform ALI model. Normal controls and model group were given the same volume of physiological saline. The dosage of dexamethasone was 5 mg·kg-1ip. The dosage of XBCQ was 7 560 mg·kg-1ig. The experiment lasted for 3 d.CD14 and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) mRNA in lung tissue were measured by real time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-PCR). The pathological manifestation of the lung was observed. The mechanism was also analyzed. Result: Compared with normal group,the protein content of bronchoaleolar alveolar lavage fluid,body index of lung,expression of CD14 and NF-κB mRNA, expression of CD14 protein were greatly increased in LPS treated group. Compared with LPS treated group, the protein content of bronchoaleolar alveolar lavage fluid, body index of lung, expression of CD14 and NF-κB mRNA, expression of CD14 protein were decreased in XBCQ group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Light microscope indicates large areas of pulmonary hemorrhage and necrosis were in model group. The pathological manifestations of XBCQ group were much more ameliorated than those of the model group. The inflammation of bronchiole was reduced. Conclusion: XBCQ decoction lessens the injury of lung tissue and has protective effects on rats with ALI induced by LPS. The mechanism is possibly related to the inhibition of the expressions of CD14 and NF-κB mRNA in injured lung tissues.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the protection of active fractions from Pseudostellariae Radix on primary cultured cardiac myocytes injury induced by norepinephreine(NE). Method: four fractions from Pseudostellariae Radix : petroleum ether extract, acetic ether extract, N-butanol extract, and water extract, were obtained by systematic solvent extraction. The primary cultured cardiac myocytes were prepared from the 1-3 d SD neonatal rat, and then 200 μL cell suspension was cultured in 96 well plates by 1×105/mL. Preincubated with different fractions extracted from 0.1, 0.25 g crude Pseudostellariae Radix /mL 30min, and then the cardiac myocytes injury was reproduced by 1 μmol·L-1 NE for 24 h. The degree of cardiac myocytes injury was detected by MTT assay. Result: The N-butanol and water fractions extracted from Pseudostellariae Radix could significantly protect primary cultured cardiac myocytes against NE-induced injury by increasing the A570 (P< 0.05 compared with NE group). Further studies suggested that N-butanol fraction eluted by 25% ethanol and polysaccharides fraction extracted from water fraction at 0.1, 0.25 g crude Pseudostellariae Radix /mL could significantly inhibit the decrease of A570 induced by NE (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Primary screening of bioactive fractions indicated that the N-butanol and water fractions extracted from Pseudostellariae Radix protect primary cultured cardiac myocytes against NE-induced injury. Further studies showed that N-butanol extract eluted by 25% ethanol and polysaccharides from Pseudostellariae Radix are the major bioactive fractions which inhibit NE-induced primary cultured cardiac myocyte injury.

摘要:Objective: To investigate whether the absorption of shikonin can be enhanced by using shikonin microemulsion. Method: The uptake and intestinal permeability of shikonin and shikonin microemulsion were observed by using single-pass intestinal perfusion model and reverted gut sac method. Result: The shikonin microemulsion could be absorbed in whole intestinal segments. The absorption rate constants(Ka) of shikonin microemulsion at duodenum,jejunum,ileum and colon was 0.213 4, 0.221 8, 0.217 6, 0.221 1 min-1, respectively;the apparent permeability coefficients(Papp) of was 0.035 69,0.036 37,0.036 32,0.037 27 cm·min-1. Ka and Papp at colon were significantly higher than that at the other regions of intestine(P<0.001). Ka of shikonin microemulsion in intestine had no significant difference in the range of 15-60 mg·L-1.The uptake and absorption rate of shikonin microemulsion increased with 106.1%; the permeability coefficient with 123.02%. The absorption process obeyed the Fick's law in the range of 15-60 mg·L-1. Conclusion: The absorption shikonin microemulsion is enhanced by increasing the permeability through a passive mechanism.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Qiyuan cream flavored(QYCF) on blood glucose and blood lipids in the diabetic rats with type 2 diabetes. Method: Ten of 70 Wistar male rats were selected as normal group, other rats were used to establish type 2 diabetic model by the injection of streptozotocin(STZ) of 35 mg·kg-1through intraperitoneal with high sugar and high fat for 7 days. Then, the rats were divided into model group treated with normal saline, 0.5 g·kg-1metformin hydrochloride group,2.5 g·kg-1 dosage of QYCF, 5 g·kg-1 dosage group of QYCF and 10 g·kg-1 dosage group QYCF. After 3 weeks of administration level of blood glucose and lipids was observed. Result: Compared with fasting blood glucose(FBG) level in model group (22.00±1.30)mmol·L-1, FBG level in low,medium and high dose QYCF group was(16.00±1.22),(14.63±1.30),(13.25±1.28) mmol·L-1,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with serum insulin level of model group (11.86±0.79) μg·L-1, serum insulin level of QYCF groups was (16.17±0.99), (18.11±0.75), (19.07±0.77) μg·L-1, respectively(P<0.05). All the three QYCF groups could reduce the serum total cholesterol, triglyceride concentration and low density lipoprotein(P<0.05),raising high density lipoprotein(P<0.05) in rats. Conclusion: QYCF has the effects of reducing blood glucose, improving blood lipids and raising serum insulin.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Shenling Baizhu San on the murine model of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) induced by dextran sodium sulfate. Method: IBD was induced by taking the drinking water added 5% dextran sodium sulphate (DSS) for 7 days. The BALB/c mice of different groups were ig administrated with normal sodium, 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA),Shenling Baizhu San (12,6,3 g·kg-1), respectively. Body weight, feces description, hemafecia,disease activity scoring(DAI),reactive oxygen species (ROS),myeloperoxidase(MPO), content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in bowel tissue and histological scoring,and expression of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 protein were observed. Result: Levels of ROS, MPO and MDA in DSS induced group were increased significantly and expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6) protein were also increased. Three doses of Shenling Baizhu San could decrease ROS,MDA and MPO content, down-regulate TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 protein expression. Conclusion: Shenling Baizhu San can protect the damage in DSS-induced IBD in mice,which may be related to regulating inflammatory factor and scavenging oxygen free radicals.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the anti-atherosclerosis (AS) effect of serum containing Tanyu Tongzhi Fang(TYTZF) on the activation of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) and the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) injured by oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL). Method: SD rats were equally divided into five groups in random: the control group, TYTZF low dose group, TYTZF middle dose group, TYTZF high dose group(24,47,72 g·kg-1·d-1) and simvastatin group(18 mg·kg-1). After administration, the serum was taken for testing. HUVECs were treated with serum containing TYTZF and simvastatin respectively and incubated with ox-LDL (100 mg·L-1) for an additional 3 h or 24 hours. The mRNA levels of NF-κB p65 and ICAM-1 were measured by real-time PCR and the protein expression of ICAM-1 was detected by Western blotting. The activation of NF-κB p65 was observed with immunofluorescence method. Result: The expression of NF-κB p65 and ICAM-1 in serum containing TYTZF group and simvastatin group were significantly lower than that in modle group (P<0.05), especially in the high-dose serum containing TYTZF group and simvastatin group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The mechanism of TYTZF anti-AS may be related to the inhibitory effect of NF-κB pathway, thereby reducing the expression of ICAM-1 in vascular endothelial cells.

摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidation of polysaccharide extracted from Fructus Gleditsiae abnormalis. Method: The scavenging activities of the polysaccharide in vitro on hydroxyl radical (·OH), superoxide radical (O2-·) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) were investigated by modified chemical systems. Result: The polysaccharide with 50% alcohol precipitation of the relative molecular mass of 5 000-100 000 performed the scavenging activities on superoxide radical higher than Vit C. Polysaccharide with 30% alcohol precipitation of the relative molecular mass more than 10 000, polysaccharide with 50% alcohol precipitation of the relative molecular mass 5 000-10 000, polysaccharide with 74% alcohol precipitation of the relative molecular mass more than 5 000 and polysaccharide with 88% alcohol precipitation presented hydroxyl radicals scavenging increasing with concentration increasing in 0.00-1.00 g·L-1 range. Also the largest scavenging rates were all more than 90%. The polysaccharides from Fructus gleditsiae abnormalis also showed certain scavenging activities on hydrogen peroxide, 74% alcohol precipitation polysaccharide with relative molecular mass more than 5 000 scavenged 20.18% of hydrogen peroxide at 0.07 g·L-1. Conclusion: The polysaccharide extracted from Fructus Gleditsiae abnormalis can scavenge·OH, O2-·and H2O2 effectively. The antioxidant potential of polysaccharides from Fructus Gleditsiae abnormalis is presumably related to their relative molecular mass.  
摘要:Objective: Toinvestigate the protective effect of curcumin on oxidative stress injury induced by myocardial ischemia reperfusion(MIR) in rats in cardz pumonary by pass(CPB). Method: Sixty healthy SD rats were randomized in to six groups:shamgroup,MIR group,PEG group,MIR+high dose curcumin treatment group,MIR+ middle dose curcum in treatmen tgroup,MIR+low dose curcum in treatment group.My ocardial IR was carried out by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery for 30 min followed by reperfusion for 60 min.Dif-ferent dosages of curcumin were administered 30 min before the ligation.Blood was collected at the end of reperfusion for detecting changes of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),lactate dehydrogenase1(LDH1),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and malondialdehyde(MDA).The myocardial infarct size was also estimated. Result: Curcumin pretreating dose-depend-ently decreased the contents of AST,LDH,LDH1 and MDA,and the myocardial infarct size,and increased the activity of SOD with dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Curcum in exerts protective effects on myocardial is chemia reperfusion injury.  
摘要:Objective: To observ effect of Huangqi Gegen decoction on insulin resistance(IR) and gene expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ(PPAR-γ) in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) rats. Method: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into nomal group,model proup.The rats of normal group were fed with common food while the others with high calorie food for 4 weeks and injected with low dose of STZ. The level of fasting blood glucose(FBG) and 2 hours blood glucose(2 h BG) of glucose load were measured by routin method in rats with hyperlipemia after one week. The rats with nomal FBG level and 2 hBG level ≥7.8 mmol·L-1 were as model rats. The model rats were randomly divided into model group, rosiglitazone group, and high, middle, low dose of Huangqi Gegen decoction groups(8,4,2 g·kg-1). After intervention by drugs for 8 weeks, FBG, fasting insulin (FINS), leptin, TNF-α level of all rats were measured and insulin sensitivity index(ISI), insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) were calculated accordingly. At the end of experimental treatment, the total mRNA of greater omental adipose tissues were extracted and the genic fragments of PPAR-γ were amplificated in order to detect their expression levels. Result: Huangqi Gegen decoction could enhance ISI, reduce HOMA-IR, plasm Leptin and TNF-α level in model rats, and increase the expression of PPAR-γ mRNA. Conclution: Huangqi Gegen decoction can improve IR condition of the model rats and its mechanism is probably related to its effect of reducing plasm leptin and TNF-α level,enhancing the genic expressional level of PPAR-γ.

摘要:Objective: To observe changes of mesenteric microcirculation in rats with syndrome of blood deficiency, based on micro image analysis. Method: Acetyl phenyl hydrazine(APH) was subcutaneously injected on the back of rats to establish a blood deficiency model. The blood flow of mesenteric microcirculation was observed based on BI-2000 medical image analysis system, and the microcirculation image was acquired and analyzed through LabVIEW IMAQ Vision software, and the blood velocity was measured by tracing leukocyte. Result: ①The color of mesenteric microcirculation in blood deficiency rats was dim, microvascular was deformed and its vascular wall was damaged. ②The change of blood velocity of mesenteric microcirculation was matched with findings of modern research. ③Blood flow of mesenteric microcirculation in blood deficiency rats showed a line flow state with particle and a aggregation flow state, and blood velocity was lower compared with common group(P<0.05). Conclusion: There exists vescular wall injury in rats with syndroms of blood deficiency, as well as blood stasis and exudation. Measurement of blood velocity by image ananlysis based on LabVIEW objectively can reflect pathological changes of mesenteric microcirculation in rats syndroms of with blood deficiency which shows that microscopic medical image analysis technique in terms of research traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of blood deficiency has a good application prospect.

摘要:Objective: To observe effects of soybean flavone on osteoporosis in rats with deficiency of the kidney. Method: Female rats born 12 monthes were executed orariectomy to establish osteoporosis model. After 60 days, total flavonoids of soybean, with dose of 250, 125, 62.5 mg·kg-1,was ig given for 90 days. The content of ALP, Ca2+,P3-, Na+ estradiol(E2) in serum, the content of Ca2+,P3-,Na+,Mg2+in bones was measured,respectively. The bone density of tibia was messured. Result: The level of Ca2+, E2 of in serim was increased in total flavonoids 250, 125 mg·kg-1 groups, but had no obvious effect on the content of P3-,Na+,ALP in blood; The content of Ca2+ in bones was increased, but had no obvious influence on Na+,Mg2+ in bones, meanwhile the bone density wa increasedd. Conclusion: Soybean flavone has effects on osteoporosis in rats with deficiency of the kidney  
摘要:Objective: To Study the effect of Danlong Dingchuan decoction(DDD) on expressions of matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9), tissue inhibitor-1 of metalloproteinase(TIMP-1) and airway remodeling in asthmatic mice. Method: Fifty six SPF BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, western medicine group and DDD group. The three groups except normal group were induced as asthmatic model in allergized mice with ovalbumin(OVA). During the 41-69 days in the experiment, the normal and model group were treated with normal saline. Meanwhile, the western medicine group and DDD group were respectivelytreated with dexamethasone and DDD. At the end of experiment, we observed the pathomorphological changes in lung issues and took the sample blood to detect MMP-9 and TIMP-1 using ELISA. Result: The pathological changes in lung tissue showed that DDD can significantly reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells and inhibit bronchial smooth muscle thicken.The level of MMP-9 were significantly increased except the normal group(P<0.05),and TIMP-1 in lung tissue were increased in model group(P<0.01). In western medicine group and DDD group, the content of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were significantly decreased(P<0.01),but the relative value of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: DDD can inhibit the secretion of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 which suppress airway remodeling in asthmatic mice.  
摘要:Objective: To study the protection of Qisheng Yiqi pills on rats with myocardial infarction (MI). Method: Left coronary artery of Sprague-Dawley rats were ligated to make MI model. The rats were randomly subjected to MI model group, three different Qisheng Yiqi pills dose(15, 30, 45 mg·kg-1·d-1) groups, fluvastatin control group(30 mg·kg-1·d-1) and sham-operated group,each group consisted of 12 rats. The MI group and normal control group were fed 0.9% sodium chloride 30 mL·kg-1·d-1. Eight weeks later, the rats were sacrificed, blood was collected, and the serum separated was used for assaying the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine phosphokinase (CPK). Immediately after the sacrifice, the heart was excised and homogenized. The homogenate was used for assaying the activity of antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione-peroxidase (GPx), and glutathione (GSH). Segmental heart samples were used for hematoxylin and eosin stain and histological evaluation. For measurement of capillary density, sections were immunohistochemically stained with a specific primary antibody. Capillary density was defined as the capillary to cardiomyocyte ratio. Apoptosis was determined using TUNEL kit. Result: Compared with the Sham-operated group, Qisheng Yiqi pills and fluvastatin group, the activities of marker enzymes, LDH, CPK in the serum of the MI group were significantly increased(P<0.05). While the activities of SOD,CAT,GPx and GSH in the heart of MI group were significant decreased than the normal control group, Qisheng Yiqi pills and fluvastatin groupP<0.05), compared with sham operated mice, the MI group indicated compensatory cardiac hypertrophy, and the capillary density was significantly decreased(P<0.05). While in the Qisheng Yiqi pills group, the capillary density was significantly increased(P<0.05)and the number of TUNEL positive cells was significantly lower than the MI group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qisheng Yiqi pills can significantly reduce myocardial damage, counteract the oxidative stress induced by myocardial infarction in rats, increase microvessel density, and decrease cardiomyocyte apoptosis.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of the herbs for removing heat from blood to arrest bleeding in Boye decoction on thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha(6-keto-PGF1α) in rats with bleeding caused by cold of insufficiency of spleen-stomach. Method: The SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control, model, Boye decoction and herbs for removing heat from blood to arrest bleeding in Boye decoction. The model of cold of insufficiency of spleen-stomach was made by intemperance of taking food for 14 days. Interventions started from the 8th day of modeling, the control group and the model group were ig given normal saline. Boye decoction group was given the decoction at a dose of 9 g·kg-1 daily. The group of herbs for removing heat from blood to arrest bleeding in Boye decoction was given at 6 g·kg-1 daily. All the interventions were for 7 days. The effect on TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in SD rats was observed by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Result: Boye decoction could significantly increase the level of TXB2 and decrease the level of 6-keto-PGF1α, compared with model group and the group of herbs for removing heat from blood to arrest bleeding in Boye decoction. The group of herbs for removing heat from blood to arrest bleeding in Boye decoction did not show significant difference compared with the model control. Conclusion: The main hemostasis mechanism of the herbs for removing heat from blood to arrest bleeding in Boye decoction is likely related the regulation of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effects of quercetin on the injured vascular endothelial cells and its mechanism. Method: Endothelial cell culture was in vitro. The endothelial cell injury model was established by cultured with H2O2 for 18 h, Quercetin at dose of 8,4,2 mg·L-1 was cultured with the cells before the model establishment. Flow cytometry was used for determining endothelial cell death rate. Endothelial cell was detected by ELISA for medium thrombomodulin(TM) content; spectrophotometric determination was used for the culture medium lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity. Result: Compared to the model group, quercetin can lower endothelial cell death rate,reduce the content of TM and activity of LDH in the culture medium. Conclusion: Quercetin can obviously protect endothelial cells, and its protective effect is related to against lipid peroxidation, protection of the cell membrane.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effects and its mechanism of supplemental Sini San on hepatic fibrosis in rats. Method: The immunohepatic fibrosis model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum.in to rats.Eighty Wister rats were divided into eight groups: normal control group,model control group, prevention group(7 g·kg-1), high dose group (14 g·kg-1),mediate dose group (7 g·kg-1), and low dose group (3.5 g·kg-1)of supplemental Sini San, colchicin control group (0.2 mg·kg-1), Sini San control group(4 g·kg-1). Except the normal control group,all the other groups were injected with pig serum without inactivation into abdominal cavity, twice per week and 0.5 mL each time, lasting 10 weeks. The prevention group was given supplemental Sini San, 10 weeks at the same time when establishment of models began, the other groups were treated with correspoding drugs after 6 weeks of modelling,and lated 10 weeks.The changes of the biochemical indicator in serum and hepatic fibrosiswere were detected respectively. Result: Compared with model group, the serum content of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),r-glutamyl transpeptadase(GGT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and typeⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅳcollage, hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin(LN) were depressed obviously,the content of hydroxyproline (HYP) in liver tissuewas significantly lower in supplemental Sini San mediatedose group. Conclusion: Supplemental Sini San has a treatment;action on hepatic fibrosis model rats.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of the combination of Drynaria fortunei and Ploygonum multiflorum on alpha-glycosidase activity. Method: Following groups including enzyme, the combination of extracts of D.fortunei and P. multiflorum,acarbose and the positive drug, blank control and controls of the herbal extracts were established. The activity of different micro reaction systems like α-amylase or α-maltase, which were added to acarbose and the above correspoding groups, was determined by Bernfeld, and GOD. Result: The aqueous extract,sodden ointment of the combination of D.fortunei and P.multiflorum showed significant inhibition on α-maltase's activity with dose-effect relationship,consistent with the role of acarbose,but the inhibition was reversible and mixed. Conclusion: The aqueous extract and sodden ointment of D. fortunei and P.multiflorum combination have inhibition on α-glycosidase.

摘要:Objective: To explore effects of total glucosides of peony(TGP) on experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) and the possible immunologic mechanisms. Method: Fifty female rats were randomly divided into five groups: the normal group,EAE model group and TGP low,medium, high dose,10 rats each group. TGP low,medium and high dose group were ig given 50,100,200 mg·kg-1·d-1,while the EAE model group was given equal dose of physiological salt water. The latent period and the maximal disease score of the rats and the level of Thl cytokines interferon gamma (IFN-γ )and tummor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in blood serum were observed. Result: Each dose group of TGP had lighter symptoms than the EAE model group, the latent period was longer and the maximal disease score was lower than EAE model group. The level of TNF-α and IFN-γ in blood serum was lower than the EAE model group, which shoued a manner of dose-effect dependent. Conclusion: TGP has therapeutical effect on EAE,and the effect may be related to the decreased level of IFN-γ and TNF-α.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of water extract from Polygalae Radix on learning and memory abilities and index of hematology in mice. Method: Eighty four Kunming mice were randomized for learning and memory test and motion test. In learning and memory test forty eight mice were randomly divided into control group, low-dose, middle-dose and high-dose group of extracts from Polygalae Radix. After continuous intragastric administration of twenty one days, the ability of learning and memory was observed and the activity of superoxide dismutases (SOD) and the content of maleic dialdehyde (MDA) was determined in brain. In motion group thirty six mice were randomly divided into control group, swimming group and Polygalae Radix group. Except control group, swimming training was executed in the other groups for three weeks. After the last weight-loaded swimming, the RBC and Hb were determined. Result: Compared with control group the latency period of the mice which were given the middle-dose and high-dose extracts from Polygalae Radix were significantly shorten(P<0.05),and the times of passing through the flatform were significantly increased(P<0.05).As well as the activity of SOD significantly increased and the content of MDA significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05). In motiontest, the weight-loaded swimming time of the mice which were given extracts from Polygalae Radix was signicantly extended compared with control group(P<0.05). Compared with blank group the red blood corpuscle and hemoglobin level in control group were significantly depressed(P<0.05).However, the red blood corpuscle and hemoglobin level in Polygalae Radix group were increased compared with control group(P<0.05)and similar with blank group. Conclusion: The water extract from Polygalae Radix can enhance the ability of learning and memory in mice, raise the activity of SOD and depress the content of MDA. The water extract from Polygalae Radix can increase the ability of motor and suppressed the change of red blood corpuscle and hemoglobin after strenuous exercise.

摘要:Objective: To study the experimental antipyretic and antiemetic effects of the powder of Baoji Wan before and after irradiation. Method: Rat fever model was established by yeast to observe the antipyretic effect of the powder of Baoji Wan before and after irradiation. Pigeon vomiting model was induced by using copper sulfate to investigate the antiemetic effect of the powder of Baoji Wan before and after irradiation. Result: The powder of Baoji Wan could significantly reduce the temperature of yeast-induced fever in rats before and after irradiation, compared with the control group (P<0.01 and P<0.05). The powder of Baoji Wan could significantly reduce the number of copper sulfate-induced vomiting in pigeons, compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The powder of Baoji Wan has antipyretic and antiemetic effects before and after irradiation. The effect's comparison for before and after irradiation, the difference was not significant.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effects and pharmacological mechanism of anti-type-I hypersensitivity of Guizhi Jia Gegen Tang(GGT). Method: Mice were randomized into six groups, the control, chlorpheniramine, dehydrocortisone and low,moderate,high dosage of GGT. Using the type- I hypersensitivity animal model, the effects of six groups on the passive cutaneous hypersensitivity and capillary permeability were compared. Result: Administration of GGT attenuated significantly the diameter of blue plaque induced by the anti-serum with different dilution(P<0.01),of which both the moderate and high dosage of GGT have similar potency of chlorpheniramine. The increase of capillary permeability induced by 5-hydroxytryptamine or histamine and the voix pedis swell evoked by histamine were counteracted by all the three dosages of GGT (P<0.01) alike chlorpheniramine. Conclusion: The antagonism against the mediators of inflammation may contributed to the anti-type-I hypersensitivity of GGT.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Taohong Siwu granule(THSWG)on with acute myocardial ischemia injury induced by pituitrin(Pit) in rats. Method: The 70 rats were divided into normal control group, model control group, amiodarone 0.094 5 g·kg-1 group, CSDP 2.7 pills·kg-1 group, THSWG 18.36,9.18,4.59 g·kg-1 group. The rat acute myocardial ischemia injury was induced by femoral vein perfusion with Pit, and the percentage changes of the T wave and the heart rate were observed after 30, 60, 90 min of administration. And other rat acute myocardium ischemia models were established by sublingual venous injection of Pit, the levels of the serum creatine phosphokinase(CK) and the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) of the rats were examined after taking THSWG for 5 days. Result: Compared with the model control group, the percentage changes of the T wave and the heart rate were significantly reduced(P<0.01), the levels of the serum CK and LDH of the rat models were also significantly decreased(P<0.01) after taking THSWG. Conclusion: THSWG could protect the rats against acute myocardial ischemia induced by Pit.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the protection of Gankang tablets on liver injury induced by chemical drugs in animals. Method: Sixty mice were andomly divided into six groups: the normal group,the model group,high-dose Gankang group (19.8 g·kg-1), middle-dose Gankang group (13.2 g·kg-1)and low-dose Gankang group (6.6 g·kg-1),Hugang tablet group (150 mg·kg-1). Except for normal group and model group, the other mice were orally administered corresponding drugs once per day for seven days.Then, the treated groups and model group were ip given 0.2%CCl4(20 mL·kg-1) once to produce acute liver injury on fifth day. The Serum was collected after 48 h to detect level of aspartate aminotransferase (AST),alanine aminotransferase (ALT). Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: the normal group,the model group, high-dose Gankang group (22.68 g·kg-1), middle-dose Gankang group (11.34 g·kg-1)and low-dose Gankang group (5.67 g·kg-1),Hugang group (3.8 g·kg-1). The treated groups were ip 10%CCl4(5 mL·kg-1)once every two week for eight weeks to establish chronic liver injury, whereas the normal were ip given equal volume saline. To observe the hepatic pathological and biochemical indexs changes in rats. Result: Gankang tablets can reduce the level of ALT(47.31±9.37), (60.14±11.25)U·L-1 and AST(231.67±19.26),(272.11±15.25)U·L-1of serum in mice which compared with the model group, the high-dose groupor and the middle-dose group showed a significant difference. Gankang tablets can also significantly reduce levels ALT and AST of serumin rats, increasing Albumin (ALB)(40.7±1.5),(39.6±1.8)g·L-1levels in serum and decreasing tolol bilirubin (TBIL)(9.22±1.90),(9.34±2.78)μmol·L-1 levels after eight weeks. There was a significant difference compared with model group. Conclusion: Gankang tablets have significant therapeutic effects on CCl4 induced acute liver injury and chronic liver injury.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Rhodobryum giganteum water extract on cardiocytes injured by hypoxia and explore its mechanism from the perspective of oxidative stress. Method: The injured cardiocyte model induced by hypoxia was established as follows: 3×105-5×105/mL primary cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes seeded in 96-well plates were cultured for 48 h in serum-free DMEM/F12, and then placed in hypoxia (37 ℃, 94%N2, 1%O2, 5%CO2) to incubate for another 24 h. 1,2,3,4,5 g·L-1 water extract of R. giganteum was added to cultivated injuried cardiocytes, and after 24 h, the activity of the cells was carefully determined by A value with MTT method. Activity of super oxide dismutase (SOD), malonaldehyde (MDA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) in medium was assayed by automatic biochemistry anaIyzer. Result: The A values indicated that 3, 4 g·L-1 R. giganteum water extract groups increased activity of the cells significantly compared with the model group (0.498±0.012) (P<0.05, P<0.01). And it could reduce LDH, CK activity and MDA levels and increase SOD activity in medium, and 3 g·L-1 group was much better than other dose groups. Conclusion: Water extract of R.giganteum has protective effect on cardiocytes injured by hypoxia, the mechanism may be related to inhibiting oxidative stress.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of serum containing Jiangzhi Pinggan decoction on insulin resistance(IR) in HepG2 cell line. Method: The model of IR in HepG2 cell line was established, and the serum of normal rats and rosiglitazone was colledted as the control, then the changes of IR related indexes in HepG2 cell line induced by Jiangzhi Pinggan decoction containing serum were detected with method of cell culture, PAS and glucose uptake analysis. Result: The model of IR in HepG2 cell line was established successfully, and compared with the model of IR, in Jiangzhi Pinggan decoction containing serum group and rosiglitazone group, the glucose uptake, glycogen content and glycogen granules in cells were elevated significantly both in the basic state and in insulin stimulate state, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: IR in HepG2 cell line could be alleviated with Jiangzhi Pinggan decoction containing serum.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Method: One hundred and eight patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly devided into observation group (54patients) and control group (54 patients), the observation group were given ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection, and the control group were given compound danshen injection, The Neurdogical Funtional Deficit Scores(NFDS), effective rate, hematological indexes, and the adverse reaction between the two groups were observed. Result: The NFDS of the two groups was significantly lower than before(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the observation group was significantly lower than control group after treatment(P<0.01); the total effective rate of the observation group(88.9%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.2%)(P<0.05); the hematological indexes of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the observation group was significantly lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01); there was no severe adverse reactions during the theatment. Conclusion: The theatment of Ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection is effective, and with less side effects in the treatment for acute cerebral infarction.

摘要:Objective: To analyze the relationship between arteriosclerosis index(AI) and clinical menifestation in elderly with lower limb atherosclerosis. Method: One hundred and twenty three cases of elderly patients with lower extremity arterial disease were used for distinguishing the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Syndrome pattern, detecting serum lipids levels, and calculating the AI. Result: Three kinds of syndrome such as blood stasis, spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome, dampness heat syndrome is more common all with low level high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), the levels of total cholesterol(TC) and arterial hardening exponent in blood stasis and dampness heat syndrome patient were higher than that of spleen and kidney yang. Conclusion: Blood stasis and dampness heat syndrome in lower extremity atherosclerosis patients was more severe than patients with spleen deficiency type. AI can be used as subjective index of reference for distinguishing syndromes of blood stasis from damp-heat syndrome.  
摘要:Objective: To observate the the therapeutic effect of Tengxie Yaofang combined with microecological preparation for irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Method: Seventy eight patients with IBS were randomized into two groups, 40 cases for treatment of Tongxieyao Decoction combined with microecological preparation(Changtai mixtures), and the other 38 cases treated with Pinaverium Bromide Tablets as the control group. The diarrheic related index and life quality were recorded during the four-weeks therapy. Result: The therapeutic score indicated that the former group outstrip the control group with higher recovery rate of 77.5% vs 55.3% and high life quality. Conclusion: Tongxie Yaofang combined with microecological preparation have better therapeutic effect in treating IBS.  
摘要:Objective: Evaluation of Chinese medicine efficacy on breast cancer. Method: Relevant literatures were reviewed via database and assessed via randomized controlled trial (RCT) scale.All reviewed literatures were assessed via Jadad quality scale.Data statistical analyses were performed by Rev Man 4.1 software. Result: A total of 4 randomized controlled trials literature with a total of 839 patients met the inclusion criteria was analyzed. Quality of life improvement rate was showed as fellow: heterogeneity test P=0.80, combined effect size OR=3.06,95% CI (2.18,4.30); combined effect of the amount of the test Z=6.49,P<0.000 01, Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy have an advantage over chemotherapy in the improvement of quality of life. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the quality of life of Breast Cancer patients.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Fangji Huangqi tang on arterial blood-gas analysis and cytokines of patients undergoing one-lung ventilation. Method: Forty-six patients with esophageal cancer undergoing open thoracic operation, American standards association(ASA) level Ⅰ-Ⅱ, were randomLy divided into two groups (n=23 ). Group B, the control group, were given routine treatment, while group A were given the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) intervention in addition, by taking Fangji Huangqi tang in 7 days preoperational orally. 3 mL peripheral blood samples were taken from the radial artery while bilateral-lungs ventilation after anesthesia induction (T1), 60 mins after one lung ventialation(OLV) (T2), 120 mins after OLV (T3) and 120 mins after the operation (T4) for PaO2, SpO2 and assay of plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) and pdymorphonuclears(PMN) value. Result: PaO2 and SpO2 of group A were significantly higher than group B when T2, T3 and T4 (P<0.01). After anesthesia, the SOD values decreased while the MDA and PMN values increased in both two groups. In T1,T2,T3 and T4 periods, the decline of SOD value in group A was significantly less than that of group B (P<0.01); while in T2,T3,T4 periods, the increase of MDA value in group A was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.01); while in T1,T2,T3 and T4 periods, the increase of PMN value in group A was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The TCM intervention of Fangji Huangqi tang can effectively protect the lung function from the damages caused by OLV and ischemia reperfusion injury lung (LIRI).  
摘要:Objective: To observie the clinical efficacy of the Jiawei Zhisou san in treatment of cough variant asthma (CVA). Method: The CVA patients were randomly divided into two groups,Twenty-eight cases entered treatment group of Jiawei Zhisou san, 25 patients were treated with salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhaler (seretide) 50/250 ug as control group,twice a day,two groups were treated for 14 days. Result: The total effective rate of observation group was 92.86%,the total effective rate of the control group was 72%,the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05),traditional Chinese medicine effectively improved individual symptoms like cough and sputum in observation groupand more effective than the control group,but improvement of throat itching,chest tightness,shortness of breath was similar to control group. Conclusion: Jiawei Zhisou san has a good effect on patients with cough variant asthma.

摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of Toutongning capsule in the treatment of patients with migraine and its effects on blood platelet and hemorrheological paramters. Method: Three hundredend thirty-sixty patients with migraine were divided randomly into two groups: Toutongning treatment group (treatment group)168 cases (giving Toutongning capsule, 3 capsules each time,3 times a day), Xibiling treatment group(contral group) 168 cases(giving Xibiling capsule, one capsule each time, 2 times a day).A treatment course is composed of 2 weeks. The therapeutic effects and the changes of blood platelet and hemorrheological paramters were observed in two group. Result: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the contral group were 89.9% and 72.6%,respectively(P<0.05).The changes of blood platelet and hemorrheological paramters were significantly higher after teratment than those before teratment in teratment group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Toutongning capsule can restrain the blood platelet gather,decrease whole blood viscosity, improve the blood circulation,and which is safe and effective in treating Patients with Migraine.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and argon laser in the treatment of diabetic retionopathy (DR) Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ stage. Method: Forty-six patients with DR Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴstage were divided into 2 groups,both 2 groups suffered from photocoagulation treatment, in process of treatment, the dosage was adjusted at any time with the minimum output power reaching Ⅱ grade of spot was advisable.The treatment group received combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and argon laser, for follow up period of 6-12 months,to observe the change of two group after treatment, vision, eyeground and fundus fluorescence angiography after treatment. Result: For two groups patients vision was improved, retinal microaneurysm, hemorrhage and exudation area were markedly reduced,but treatment group was better than control group, fundus fluorescence angiography in treatment group was obviously improved than befor therapy, and better than control group. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine and argon laser seems to be more effective in treatment of DR Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴstage by improving retinal microcirculation, increasing metabolize, and promoting the absorb of hemorrhage and effusion as supplement of argon laser.

摘要:To review the research about the pharmacological effects of organic acids in chinese herbs and its application in cardiovascular diseases.To summarize and analyze related literature about the pharmacological effects of organic acids in chinese herbs and its application in cardiovascular diseases in recent years in China and abroad.Organic Acids in Chinese Herbs has a wide range of pharmacological effects,such as anti-inflammatory response,anti-platelet aggregation,antioxidant and inducing tumor cell apoptosis and so on.The effects of anti-inflammatory response, anti-platelet aggregation and antioxidant may have potential clinical application value for cardiovascular system diseases.We should attach importance to organic acids in chinese herbs and its application in cardiovascular diseases. It is important to clarify the material basis for efficacy of Chinese drugs and provide a new method for preventing and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

摘要:To review the intestinal tract metabolism research methods and intestinal flora metabolism of Chinese medicine, its gives the reference for the Chinese medicine metabolism research. Literatures in recent years about the intestinal bacteria metabolic of Chinese medicine compositions have been summarized and analyzed. Currently, there are four aspects for intestinal bacteria metabolism research, and more studies on five types of Chinese medicines-flavonoids, saponins, alkaloids, anthraquinones and monoterpenes are developed. Chinese medicines were mainly biotransformated by intestinal micro-flora with hydrolysis, most glycosides were translated into aglycones which were easily be absorbed and utilized. Researches on intestinal drug metabolism have a guiding significance in combined Chinese and Western medicines used in clinical.Intestinal bacterial metabolism of Chinese medicine compositions researches help us to understand the mechanism of drug action , and promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Microdialysis (MD) is a sampling technique that can be employed to monitor biological events continuously. When it is coupled to an sensitive and selective analytical system online, microdialysis can provide near realtime information on the time-dependent concentration changes of analytes in the extracellular space.Online systems for the analysis of microdialysis samples enable fast, selective and sensitive analysis while preserving the temporal information. It can improve the stability of the samples and save the time and cost. When developing an online assay based on microdialysis sampling, several parameters must be taken into consideration. These parameters include: the recovery of the probe, volume of sample available for analysis, concentration range of analyte in the sample, sensitivity and limit of detection of the analytical method scheme and the speed of analytical method. Analytical methods employed for online analysis include liquid chromatography (LC), capillary (CE) and microchip electrophoresis and flow-through biosensor devices. Factors that affect the online systems include the interfaces,the column and the detectors was discussed.

摘要:Pharmaceutical companies in Heilongjiang Province and its associated economic benefits, Analysis of intellectual property protection.Using the relevant regression method, the present study analyzed the relationships between the patent output and the economic output in the three listed pharmaceutical enterprises from 1999 to 2010,and the patent status of the main 49 pharmaceutical enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. The two listed pharmaceutical companies patent output was positively correlated with there incomes, which had a good linear regression relationship between the analysis of variance with significant effects. There were 19 pharmaceutical enterprises without a patent application in the 49 pharmaceutical enterprises. 24 pharmaceutical enterprises have no more than 10 pieces of patent application. Two listed pharmaceutical companies in Heilongjiang Province in remarkable effectiveness of patent protection, but there are still some companies do not realize the importance of patent protection. So it still needs to strengthen patent protection measures to raise awareness of pharmaceutical patent protection.

摘要:To Survey and provide some suggestion to the amendment of the package inserts of Chinese patent drug and references of rational drug use in the clinic by analyzing the problems existing in these package inserts.Item setting and contents of eighty-six package inserts of Chinese patent drug were analyzed in our hospital.The common problems existing in the package inserts of Chinese patent drug were absence of important items such as pharmacokinetics,dosage of children and elder patients,dosage of pregnant and lactation women,adverse drug reactions,drug interaction,contraindication,precautions,pharmacological and toxicity action etc,item setting is simple, ‘nuclear’ is too more to hard to understand.The research of traditional China medicine should be strengthened,the regulations related package inserts of Chinese patent drug need be amend. It is urgent to standardize the package inserts of Chinese patent drug, standardizing the package inserts of Chinese patent drug for guarantee the safe and reasonable use of medicines.

摘要:Make a suggestion concerning the selection of Chinese Patent Medicine lists recorded in pharmacopoeia of the people’s republic of China volume I (2015 version). Analyzing Chinese Patent Medicine lists which contains endangered species and National Protected animals strain, recorded in pharmacopoeia of the people’s republic of China volume I (2010 version) ; Analyzing Clinical Medicine lists and Minority Medicine lists recorded in pharmacopoeia of the people’s republic of China volume I (2010 version) .The Selection principles and the re-estimation of Species in pharmacopoeia of the people’s republic of China volume .The proportion of the selection of Clinical medicine.The selection of medicine which contains endangered species and National Protected animals strain. The selection of national medicine. The selection of medicine species has been disconnected with the application of basic medicine, medicare medicine and endangered species. Expect to establish the catalogue of selected medicine concerning the pharmacopoeia of the people’s republic of China. Make definite and clear of the selection principles of medicine specie, which should conclude the basic medicine and medicare medicine as well. Adjust the proportion of clinical medicine, in order to fulfill the demand of clinical work. The selection of medicine which contains endangered species should obey the law of nation. Acquire more application of traditional national medicine. Confirm more communication and combination with the related Department of medicine in China.  
摘要:This article will discuss the problems from the aspects of prescriptions, matching, dosage, effect and indication and index of contents of several preparations created by Zhang Zhongjing in pharmacopoeia of people's republic of China. We searched articles and documents including contribution about Treatise on Cold-induced Febride Diseases,dictionary of prescription, the alteration of name, effective part ,processing method between the antiquity and current,then compared the above documents with the relevant praeparatum created by Zhang zhongjing in pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China from prescriptions, matching, dosage, effect and indication.At last, analyze the different contents index in relevant medicinal substances and preparation. There are some questions should be discussed incluing change the medicines in decoction disappropriately, the name of and essence does not match,improper conversion of weight between the ancient and current,same prescription but different descriptions of their effect and indication,indicative contents are all lower than normal from the aspects of prescriptions, matching, dosage, effect and indication and index of contents in some preparations respectively. Besides,there are some doubt in the prescriptions such as Lizhong pill and SiNi decoction from the aspect of medicine herbs assortment and dosage.So I suggest that the government should make a unified criterion about the conversion of weight between the ancient and current,and hence the standardizaion management of pharmacology ,usage,dosage and processing about toxicant herb medicine .
