      摘要:Objective: To analyze dissolution changes of anthraquinones from Rheum tangaticum in different compatibility ratio of R. tangaticum and Coptis chinensis. Method: After decoction and hydrochloric acid were hydrolyzed by heating,CHCl3 extraction method and so on,RP-HPLC method was used to analysis dissolution of five anthraquinones from single-boiled of R. tangaticum and compatibility decoction. Result: In five combination ratios of R. tangaticum-C. chinensis(1∶2-2∶1), dissolution of emodin, emodin, chrysophanol, and physcion had different degrees increased,dissolution of rhein decreased greatly. Conclusion: In range of specific compatibility ratio, compatibility with C. chinensis had solubilization effect for major anthraquinones from R. tangaticum.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss purification technology conditions of total flavonoids and total saponins from Llex pubescens by macroporous resin. Method:With absorption rate and transfer rate of total flavonoids and total saponins as indexes,investigated concentration of sample liquid,pH,ratio of diameter to height of macroporous resin column, ratio of macroporous resin to crude drug,concentration of eluted ethanol and other factors. Result: Optimum purification conditions were as follows:concentration of sample liquid was 0.4 g ·mL-1, pH of sample liquid was 4.5, ratio of crude drug to macroporous resin was 1∶8, ratio of diameter to height of macroporous resin column was 1∶15,total saponins were eluted by 12 BV water,10 BV 30% ethanol and 10 BV 70% ethanol respectively. Conclusion: Macroporous resin could be used to purify total flavonoids and total saponins from L. pubescens, the content of total flavonoid and total saponins reached more than 50%.

      摘要:Objective:To establish purification technology of total alkaloids from Uncaria rhynchophylla with cation-exchange resin. Method:Total alkaloids from U. rhynchophylla was selected as indicator,and investigated separation technology conditions of total alkaloids from U. rhynchophylla by ion-exchange resin. Result:Seven hundred and thirty-two cation-exchange resin was chosen,flow rate of sample was 1 mL ·min-1 of flow rate,then eluted with 10 BV water and 6 BV 80% ethanol,finally eluted with 1% aqueous ammonia 80% ethanol,the content of total alkaloids from U. rhynchophylla was up to 50%. Conclusion:This technology was simply,the content of total alkali was high,suitable for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective:To discuss analgesic,anti-inflammatory and promote bowel movements role of Zhipufang which extracted by 4 different extraction technology,determined optimum extraction technology route. Method:Used mouse drift,xylene-induced inflammation,intestinal propulsion and other pharmacodynamics as indexes,observed effect on duration time of mouse tail-flick,degree of ear swelling and bowel movements from four extraction technology lines for Zhipufang(① water boiling.②65% ethanol precipitation after water extraction.③ 65% ethanol extraction. ④Magnolia officinalis and Salvia miltiorrhiza 65% ethanol extraction,then water extraction with rest drugs). Result: Technology route ① of Zhipufang had significantly inhibited to pain which caused by thermal stimulation in mice,had significantly inhibited to xylene-induced ear swelling in mice,had significantly role in promoting to bowel movements in mice. Conclusion: Extraction method of Zhipufang water decoction was simple,convenient,it could be used as extraction technology for Zhipufang.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate feasibility of brain release of asarone hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin solution agent by intranasal administration. Method:Compared injection and nasal administration perfusion in rabbit of asarone hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin solution agent,feasibility pathway of drug release in brain was investigated after intranasal administration. Result:The content of asarone in blood, olfactory brain, brain and ethmoidal concha had higher quantity by nasal perfusion group than that by intravenous injection group. Conclusion: In pathway process of asarone hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin solution agent enter brain by ethmoidal concha,the content of asarone was higher by nasal perfusion than injection,so it had practical feasibility of brain release by intranasal administration of asarone.

      摘要:Objective:To study on effects of in vitro percutaneous penetration of different penetration enhancers for three active ingredients from Fufang Kali Ziran gel,and to screen out effective transdermal absorption enhancers. Method:In vitro transdermal test was used by modified Franz diffusion cell method and in vitro rat skin,effect of cumulative penetration volume and penetration rate from transdermal absorption enhancers for three active ingredients(psoralen, isopsoralen and osthole) was determined by HPLC. Result:Different enhancers were found to have different degree in vitro penetration enhancing effect on psoralen, isopsoralen and osthole in Fufang Kali Ziran gel,determined 2% azone had optimum promoting effect as enhancers to three active ingredients. Conclusion:2% azone could promote effective penetration of three active ingredients from Fufang Kali Ziran gel. This process of penetration absorption could be in line with Higuchi equation.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize preparation technology of Fufang Sihuang suppository. Method:To improve extraction rate of active ingredients, technology was divided into alcohol extraction Ⅰand alcohol extraction Ⅱ, while single-factor test and orthogonal test was adopted to optimize preparation conditions which 70% ethanol used as extraction solvent, by using berberine as qualitycontrol criteria of alcohol extractionⅠand baicalin as qualitycontrol criteria of alcohol extraction Ⅱ to optimize extraction technology. Result:Optimum technology for alcohol extraction Ⅰwas as follows:extracted 3 times with 8,6,6 times the amount of 70% ethanol, extracted 1 h each time. Optimum technology for alcohol extraction Ⅱ was as follows:extracted three times with adding 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 1 h each time at 80 ℃. Conclusion:This extraction process was reasonable, practicable, high extraction rate of active ingredients, it could provide a reference for production of Fufang Sihuang suppository.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction technology of Qingfang Tongyu powder. Method: Based on single factor experiment,used the content of sinomenine and tetrandrine, the amount of solids as indexes, extraction technology of Qingfang Tongyu powder was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Result: Optimum extraction technology was:refluxing extracted 2 times with 8 times of the amount of 70% ethanol with 1.5 h each time. Conclusion: This optimum extraction technology was stable,safe,simple and easy.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare baicalin liposome and investigate effect of in vitro apoptosis on liver cancer HepG2. Method: With encapsulation efficiency as main index,investigated preparation method and prescription form,optimum prescription technology were selected,studied form,stability and other physical and chemical properties,and effect of apoptosis on liver cancer HepG2 were investigated. Result: Liposome was oval under electron microscope, it was stable under refrigerated conditions, prepared by film encapsulation efficiency was (34.62 ± 0.89)%. Cell apoptosis rate was positive correlation with dosage and action time of preparation. Conclusion: This method was simple and feasible. This preparation had significantly in vitro inhibition on HepG2 cell.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate optimization of preparation technology for paeonol cation liposome gel. Method:Paeonol cation liposome gel was prepared by dispersion-ultrasonic combined with grinding method,with encapsulation efficiency,particle size and ξ potential as indexes,L9(34)orthogonal design was used to optimize preparation technology, factors were chosen as amount of substance ratio of DC-Chol /Chol,lipid/drugs, hydration time and ultrasonic condition. Result:Optimum preparation technology was as follows:weigh of DC-Chol was 160 mg,Chol 300 mg and HSPC 500 mg, added into 40 mg paeonol solution dissolved by 15 mL chloroform, evaporated and removed organic solvent to form uniform film at 40 ℃, added 10 mL pH 6.5 phosphate buffer solution to hydrate for 2 h, probe ultrasound for 3min, and then filter by 0.8,0.45 μm microporous membrane, liposome solution was obtained. Meanwhile, took carbomer 1.0 g, added into liposome solution, swelled completely, dropped into 0.3 g glycerin, ground to form uniform gel preparations. Conclusion:Using film dispersion-ultrasonic and gridding method, we prepared cation liposomes gel containing paeonol with liposome having high entrapment efficiency,uniform size distribution and moderate ξ potential, gel preparation had moderate viscosity and slight irritation.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize preparation technology of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion compound for volatile oil from Baijin Fuan particle. Method:With extraction volume of volatile oil in different time as indexes,orthogonal design was used to optimize extraction processes of volatile oil from Baijin Fuan particle which including Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Curcuma longa,Paeonia suffruticosa. With encapsulation efficiency of β-CD encapsulated volatile oil as index,orthogonal design was used to optimize volatile oil inclusion process of Baijin Fuan particle. Result: A. sinensis,L. chuanxiong,C. longa,P. Suffruticosa were crushed into meal, added 5 times the amount of water, soaked 2 hours and extracted 5 h by steam distillation.Took β-CD 5 times the amount of volatile oil, added 1 time the amount of 20% ethanol, ground into paste, added volatile oil, continued to grind 2 hours, low-temperature drying. Conclusion:This optimized process was rational and with high yield of active constituents.

      摘要:Objective:To study on purification technology conditions of total flavonoids from Carthamus tinctorius by macroporous resin. Method: Absorption rate and desorption rate of total flavonoids were taken as indexes, investigated absorption and desorption ability of 6 different types macroporous resin to safflower flavonoids,determined AB-8 was optimum macroporous resin.Purification conditions of AB-8 macroporous resin were optimized. Result:Optimum technology conditions were as follows:liquid concentration was 50 g ·L-1 (pH 2), flow rate of sample was 4 BV ·h-1; eluted with 3 BV the amount of 30% ethanol by speed of 2 BV ·h-1.After purified with AB-8 macroporons resin,purity of total flavonoids was up to 54.04%,purity of hydroxysafflor yellow A was up to 28.76%, separation effect was good. Conclusion: AB-8 resin was fit for separating and purifying of total flavonoids from safflower.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize technology conditions and parameters of separation and purification for total phenolic acids from Salvoa miltiorrhiza by macroporous resin. Method:Based on the content and transfer rate of total phenolic acids from S. miltiorrhiza as indexes,determined optimum separation and purification conditions of total phenolic acids from extract. Result: Optimum purification conditions were as follows: HPD100 macroporos resin was used by 20% ethanol as elution agent with ratio of resin to material drug 3∶2,ratio of diameter to height of resin column 1∶3,volume of elution agent was 8 BV,and concentration of sample was 48 g ·L-1.In these conditions,purity of total phenolic acid from S. miltiorrhiza could reach above 60%,and transfer rate was about 45%. Conclusion: Macroporous resin method was easy to operate and solvent-saving with good promotion prospects.

      摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for content determination of loureirin A, B and 7,4'-dihydroxy flavone in extract of resina draconis. Method:Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) was used with a step gradient of acetonitrile-1%glacial acetic acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1.The sample amount was 10 μL and the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃. The detection wave length of loureirin A,B was 278 nm and 7,4'-dihydroxy flavone was 330 nm. Result:There was good linear relationship in the range of 10.05-60.36 μg for loureirin A(r=0.999 8),10.08-60.48 μg for loureirin B(r=0.999 8) and 3.26-19.56 μg for 7,4'-dihydroxy flavone(r=0.999 8). The average recovery of loureirin A was 108.6% with relative standard deviation(RSD) of 0.99%, loureirin B was 109.6% with RSD of 1.03%, and 7,4'-dihydroxy flavone was 102.5% with RSD of 1.24%. Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of extract of resina draconis.

      摘要:Objective: The aim was to study the chemical constituents of essential oil from the Guangxi mangrove Thespesia populnea (L.) Soland. ex Corr. leaf. Method: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation.The constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS,and then the relative contents was calculated with area normalization. Result: Fourtyfour kinds of compounds were separated, 37 kinds of compounds which accounted for 89.75% were identified. The principal chemical constituents are 1,2,3,5,6,8a-hexahydro-4,7-dimethyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-,(1S-cis)-Naphthalene (16.14%),α-Farnesene (13.16%),1-methyl-4-(5-methyl-1-methylene-4-hexenyl)-,(S)-Cyclohexene (8.12%) and n-Hexadecanoic acid (8.52%). Conclusion: The study provided scientific basis for giving full play to medicinal value of this mangrove.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the dissolution rate of chlorphenamine maleate in Keteling capsules. Method: The dissolution rate was determined by HPLC,with 0.1 mol ·L-1 hydrochloric acid as dissolution medium and rotation speed at 100 r ·min-1,and the detection wavelength was as 264 nm. Result: The good linear relationship and the average recovery rate for chlorphenamine maleate were in the range of 0.012-0.072 μg (r=0.999 8)and 98.05%,RSD 2.34%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for the determination of the dissolution rate of chlorphenamine maleate in Keteling capsules.

      摘要:Objective: The color reaction of xylenol orange with aluminum was studied to establish a new quantitative analysis method for aluminum in borax by spectrophotometric method. Method: Aluminum could react with XO to form a stable amaranth complex in HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 3.0 in the presence of surfactant Tween 20. The absorption was detected at 550 nm, and aluminum content was calculated. Result: A good linear relationship was obtained between the absorbance and concentration of Al in the range of 0.3-0.13 mg ·L-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.998 4, the relative standard deviation(RSD) of the repeat test was 0.83%;the average recovery rate was 98.83% with RSD of 2.31%, the detection limit was 0.032 mg ·L-1. Conclusion: This method is simple, convenient, quick, and has stable color reaction, so it can be used for the quantitative analysis of aluminum in borax.

      摘要:Objective: For reasonable development and utilization of the resource of Juglans mandshurica, the dynamic variation of juglone content in the leaves and fruits collected in different months was investigated. Method: Juglone content in the leaves and fruits of Juglans mandshurica was determined by HPLC. Result: Juglone content in the fruits (1.93 mg ·g-1) was more than that in the leaves (0.30 mg ·g-1). Juglone content in the leaves increased with the growth of leaves, and decreased with the withered of leaves. Comparing with the immature fruits, juglone content in the ripe fruits decreased obviously. Conclusion: Juglone content in the immature fruits was the highest.

      摘要:Objective:To study the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from the aerial parts of Artemisia frigida. Method: Effect of the total flavonoids on clearance rate of superoxide anion O-2 ·, hydroxyl radical ·OH and DPPH · were determined with rutin and Vc as positive control. Result: The total flavonoids have free radical scavenging capacity to some extent, and have higher activity than that of Vc and rutin on hydroxyl radicals ·OH, DPPH · and O-2 · scavenging. Conclusion: The total flavonoids from the aerial parts of A. frigida have substantial antioxidant capacity.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a fingerprint analysis method for amino acids composition of Yupingfeng decoction by HPLC and explore its various combinations on amino acid composition. Method: According to pre-column derivatization method for 2,4 - dinitrofluorobenzene, gradient elution with N, N-dimethylformamide-0.025 mol ·L-1 sodium acetate (1∶100, with 36% acetic acid adjust pH 6.0)- acetonitrile at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1 in a Kromasil C18 (4.6 nm×250 mm, 5 μm) Column. The temperature of column was at 40 ℃. The UV detection wave length was set at 360 nm. Incoming sample amount was for 10 μL, analysis of time was for 70 min. Result: Eighteen co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks, 15 kinds of beneficial amino acid composition were identified. Except for the fingerprint similarity value of one batch was 0.916,the fingerprint similarity value of the other nine batches was above 0.98. The impact of amino acid fingerprint is in descending order Astragalus membranaceus,Fried Atractylodes macrocephala Saposhnikovia. Conclusion: The fingerprint is characteristic, can be used for the quality control of Yupingfeng decoction,and can provide a reference for the research of the changes of chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an analysis method to determine astragaloside in Tibetan medicine Preparation Ganxianxiao granules by SPE-HPLC-ELSD. Method: Samples were processed by the SPE,and determined on an Alltima C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm),the mobile phase consisted acetonitrile-water (33∶67) with flower rate at 1.0 mL ·min-1 and column temperature at 35 ℃,while drift tube temperature was 110 ℃ of ELSD, by the carrier flow was 2.7 L ·min-1,and injection volume was 20 μL. Result: The linear ranges of astragaloside was 1.014-20.280 μg (r=0.999 3),with the average recovery were of 100.1% (RSD 2.6%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and it can be used for the quality control of Tibetan medicine Preparation Ganxianxiao granules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality control standard of qizhizhoufei capsule. Method: Radix Astragali,Hirudo,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus were identified by TLC. The content of Astragaloside in qizhizhoufei capsule was determined by HPLC. Hypersil ODS-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used, with methanol-water(75∶25) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1,the column temperature was at 40 ℃.Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD): the temperature of drift tube was 75 ℃,the flow rate of carrier gas was 2.1 L ·min-1. Result: The TLC identification methods for the Radix Astragali,Hirudo,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus was highly specificity, the negative sample didn’t interfere the identification of TLC. The average recoveries (n=6) of astragaloside was 97.97%,RSD was 2.21%. The linear range of astragaloside was 0.28-1.68 μg. Conclusion: The method is simple, repeatable and may be used for the quality control of qizhizhoufei capsule.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of preservatives in traditional chinese oral liquid preparation. Method: The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.02 mol ·L-1 ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase(gradient elution).The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1, the detective wavelength was set at 240 nm, and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: Benzoic acid, sorbic acid and parahydroxybenzoate ester have a good resolution and linear correlation in certain range, respectively (r>0.999). The average recoverieswere 95.5%-100.8% (RSD 1.5%-1.8%). Conclusions: The method is simple, reliable and accurate for determination of preservatives in traditional chinese oral liquid preparation.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an identification of the oily Chinese materia medica by thin-layer chromatography (TLC). Method: Thirtysix samples of oily Chinese materia medica were collected, saponified with 5% KOH in methanol, and made test solutions at a concentration of 1 g crude drug in 1 mL ethyl acetate. α-Spinasterol, β-sitosterol, oleanolic acid, and karounidiol were taken as reference solutions. The spots on the TLC chromatogram were identified. Result: All of the oily Chinese materia medica has a good TLC chromatogram. Impatientis Semen, Arctii Fructus, Leonuri Fructus, Myristaticae Semen, Cnidii Fructus, Ligustri lucidi Fructus, and Trichosanthis Semen show a spot of α-spinasterol. All of the Chinese materia medica shows a spot of β-sitosterol but Impatientis Semen, Momordicae Semen, and Seed of Trichosanthes kirilowii. Myristaticae Semen, Ligustri lucidi Fructus, and Trichosanthis Semen show a spot of oleanolic acid. Trichosanthis Semen, seeds of both Trichosanthes kirilowii and Trichosanthes rosthornii, show a spot of karounidiol. Conclusion: It’s the first study to demonstrate that Arctii Fructus, Leonuri Fructus, Myristaticae Semen, Cnidii Fructus, and Ligustri lucidi Fructus contain α-spinasterol, Myristaticae Semen and Trichosanthis Semen contains oleanolic acid, and Semen Pruni contain β-sitosterol. The oily Chinese materia medica can be identified by the TLC under same condition.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method to determine the contents of ferulic acid in Fructus Toosendan from different origins. Method: The HPLC analysis was performed on a UltrasphereTM-ODS column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (15∶85) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The detective wavelength was at 322 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.010-0.160 μg (r=0.999 9), and the average recovery (n=9) was 97.88%. The contents of ferulic acid in Fructus Toosendan from different origins was in the rage of 0.006 7-0.027 9 mg ·g-1. Conclusion: The content of ferulic acid in Fructus Toosendan samples from different origins is quite different. The method reported in this study is suitable for the quality control of Fructus Toosendan.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide from Ligustrum lucidum Ait.(PLLA) and analyze monosaccharide compositionof PLLA. Method:With the extraction efficiency of polysaccharide as the index,an orthogonal design test was adopted to optimize the extraction process.The phenol-sulphuric acid colorimetric method was used to determine the content of PLLA. The PLLA was hydrolyzed by sulfuric acid,the hydrolyzate was assayed by HPLC. Result:The best extraction process of PLLA was added 10 times amount of water for 3 times and 3 hours for each time at the temperature of 100 ℃.PLLA composed of rhamnose, arabinose, mannose, glucose and their molratio is 3.71∶3.21∶1.00∶16.06. Conclusion: The method is simple,quick and accurate.This method could be applied for the analysis of monosaccharide composition and quality control in PLLA.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the content of microelement in Gardeniae Fructus from different habitats. Method: The content of Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu contents in Gardenia Fructus was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). Result: The results showed that the recovery rate was between 95.05%-97.89%, the relative standard deviation (n=6) was between 1.66%-2.87%. Conclusion:The method was quick, simple with high sensitivity. It is a reliable method for the determination of the microelements in Gardenia Fructus.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC- ELSD method for the determination of sipeimine in shedan chuanbei powder of different process of production. Method: The column of TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.06% diethylamine-water. Drift tube temperature of ELSD was 40 ℃, gas flow was 2.4 L ·min-1 and gain was 1. Result: The sipeimine calibration curves were linear in the range of 1.032-20.64 μg, r=0.999 97). The average recovery was 98.90% with the RSD value of 2.89% (n=6). Sipeimine of the sample in Shedan Chuanbei Powder production process were 0.333 6, 0.318 6, 0.293 0 mg ·g-1. Conclusion:The method can be used to determine the content of sipeimine in Shedan Chuanbei powder.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the 6 lignans components content such as schizandrol A in different granularity of Schisandra chinensis in order to confine clinical best effective utilization rate. Method: Through the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determinate 6 lignans components content such as schizandrol A in different granularity of Schisandra chinensis after water decoction to contrast the effective component utilization rate. Result: The crushed group of Schisandra chinensis was obviously higher than the not crushed group about the 6 lignans components content such as schizandrol A. The contents of 6 compounds in 50,65,80,100 mesh of crushed Schisandra chinensis were increased with the particle size reduction,but there was a little differences. Conclusion: The crushed group is well than the not crushed group,the fine particle size increased the cost of work,So when clinical use in Fructus Schisandrae should advisable of using the 50 mesh thick powder.

      摘要:Objective: The fatty acid components from the rhizome of Rodgersia aesculifolia which were produced in Liuba of the Qinling-Daba mountains in Shaanxi province. Method: The contents and chemical compositions of the fatty acids in rhizome of R. aesculifolia have been investigated and determined in this paper. Fatty oil was extracted with petroleum ether. The oil was determined by GC-MS after the preparation of the methyl esters with BF3-CH3-OH. Result: The experimental results showed that there were 24 components of fatty acids in the oil of R. aesculifolia by GC-MS. There are linoleic acid(41.539%),α-linolenic acid(23.191%), pamitic acid(18.824%), stearic acid(3.408%), erucic acid(1.506%), oleic acid(1.388%) and nervonic acid(1.036%). The unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 70.314%. Conclusion: The exepriment reveals were some impotent fatty acids in R. aesculifolia. These results provide theoretical basis for chemical constituent research of R. aesculifolia and future extent research.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Angelica keiskei. Method: The constituents of A. keiskei were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatograph and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis such as IR, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS. Result: Seven compounds were obtained by separation and purification, they were identified as 1-cerotol(1), daucosterol(2), stigmasterol(3), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranside(4), luteolin-7-rhamno-glucoside (5), luteolin-7-O-α-D-glucpyranoside(6) and steviol-l3-O-β-glucopyranoside 19-β-glucopyranosyl ester octaacetate(7). Conclusion: The seven compounds were first isolated from A. keiskei.

      摘要:Objective: To study the Pharmacognosy of Symplocos chinensis. Method: We observed the powder and the microtome section of S. chinensis by microscope to describe its characteristics and Paintde it. We also assayed its acetate extract by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. Result: The structure of the root was similar to that of the stem. Many non-glandular hairs were found in the leaf surface. It could be observed that lots of non-glandular hairs and calcium oxalate cluster crystals were in the powder. The ethyl acetate extract of crude drug had two absorption peaks at 410 nm and 664 nm by UV-Vis spectrum. Conclusion: These results as above can be used for identification of S. chinensis.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the absorption, distribution, metabdism and excretion(ADME) of baicalin from Radix Scutellariae and wuweizi ester A from Fructus Schisandrae in rats. Method: SD rats were orally administration of the extracts from Radix Scutellariae 2.5 g ·kg-1, Fructus Schisandrae 2.5 g ·kg-1, or Radix Scutellariae 2.5 g ·kg-1 with Fructus Schisandrae 2.5 g ·kg-1 once separately. Then the blood samples were collected at 0.25, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24 h after treatment. Baicalin and wuweizi ester A were analyzed by HPLC. The data were processed with DAS 3.0 pharmacokinetic program. Result: The pharmacokinetic parameters of baicalin of Radix Scutellariae group were as follows: t1/2=(6.203±3.324)h, AUC=(41.868±28.254) μg ·L-1 ·h-1, Cmax=(2.883±0.684) μg ·L-1, MRT=(11.697±4.108) h, Vd=(568 112.69±81 364.658) L ·kg-1, CL=(98 526.569±93 774.892)L ·h-1 ·kg-1, and the Radix Scutellariae with Fructus Schisandrae group: t1/2=(10.686±1.533)h, AUC=(53.064±30.047) μg ·L-1 ·h-1, Cmax=(3.168±1.312) μg ·L-1, MRT=(16.147±1.79) h, Vd=(2 240 724.1±1 824 718.9)L ·kg-1, CL=(139 855.3±107 995.6)L ·h-1 ·kg-1. The pharmacokinetic parameters of wuweizi ester A of the Radix Scutellariae with Fructus Schisandrae group were as follows: t1/2=(21.544±14.611)h, AUC=(11.554±5.516) μg ·L-1 ·h-1, Cmax=(0.311±0.074) μg ·L-1, MRT=(34.139±18.532) h, Vd=(12 153 917±5 806 489.8)L ·kg-1, CL=(564 758.71±384 128.86) L ·h-1 ·kg-1; And the fructus schisandrae group were as follows: t1/2=(4.926±5.371)h, AUC=(4.988±3.029)μg ·L-1 ·h-1, Cmax=(0.287±0.071)μg ·L-1,MRT=(12.002±6.854)h,Vd=(3 091.656±1 585.602)L ·kg-1, CL=(615.571±250.643)L ·h-1 ·kg-1. Conclusion: The results indicated that the compatibility of Radix Scutellariae with Fructus Schisandrae can increase the blood concentration and prolong half-life of baicalin and wuweizi ester A,it may be related to the synergy protective action of Radix Scutellariae with Fructus Schisandrae on liver fibrosis.

      摘要:Objective: To study on influence of in vivo pharmacokinetics of paeonol(Pae) from different dosages of Tiangou Jiangya capsule in rats. Method: Three dosages(low,medium,high) of TianGou Jiangya capsule (equivalent to paeonol 6.884, 13.77, 27.53 mg ·kg-1) were fed to rats by intragastric administration separately. Plasma samples were collected at different time and treated with methanol to precipitate protein. The contents of paeonol in plasma were determined by HPLC.Pharmacokinetic parameters between groups were statistical analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Result: Plasma concentration of paeonol was beyond minimum detection limit and plasma concentration-time curve failed to detect at low dosage group; Maximum absorption of middle and high dosages of paeonol reached the maximum absorption in 5 minute, t1/2ka,Cmax,AUC0-∞,AUC0-360,CLz/F increased significantly with increasing of intragastric administration dosages.t1/2z, MRT0-360,Vz/F reduced Significantly with increasing of intragastric administration dosages. Conclusions:Pharmacokinetics parameters of paeonol had some differences after intragastric administration of different dosages of Tiangou Jiangya capsule.

      摘要:Objective: To study the influence of different preparation methods on the pharmacokinetics of main effective components in Guanxin formulaⅡ. Method: Beagle dogs were administrated orally with Guanxin formulaⅡand extracted effective components formula,respecttively. The plasma concentrations of danshensu and ferulic acid were assayed by LC-MS/MS after administration. The pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated by DAS2.0 pharmacokinetics software edited by SunRuiyuan,and then compared within different groups by statistic software SPSS 10.0. Result: As for danshensu,the Cmax and AUC of Guanxin formulaⅡwere significantly higher than the extracted effective components formula,with P<0.05,while Tmax and t1/2 possed no significant difference. But for ferulic acid,the Cmax of the former was significantly lower, while AUC and t1/2 with no statistic difference. Conclusion: The blood concentration and bioavailability of danshensu in Guanxin formularⅡwere higher, but for ferulic acid,they were significantly lower,which indicates that different preparation methods had different impacts on pharmacokinetics,and its parameters should be used to determine the best preparation method.

      摘要:Objective: To study expression of brain cydic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) pathway and intervention by Chinese medicine Yinao Jieyu prescription in depression rat model. Method: Depression model was established by method of Chronic unpredictable mild stress with isolated support, the expression of PDE4(3',5'-cyclic-nucleotide phosphodiesterase) and cAMP response element binding protein(CREB) was assayed by (PCR), in the rat brain model of depression left frontal cortex, hippocampus of the brain. Result: The hippocampus, prefrontal cortexand PDE4 were significantly higher than the normal group (P<0.05, P<0.01), CREB expression was significantly lower than normal group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Chinese side Yinao Jieyu significantly after intervention in the brain regulated the expression of PDE4 and CREB (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Yinao Jieyu prescription can regulate the expression of PDE4 and CREB in rat depression model,which may be related to regulating cAMP pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect of baicalin spray on focal cerebral ischemia in rats, and to explore its possible therapeutic mechaniam. Method: SD rats were randomly divided into seven groups: sham operation group, model group, baicalin’s spray groups with high,middle and low dose, nimodipine 0.4 mg ·kg-1 group and blank emulsion group. Baicalin’s spray groups were given baicalin (2.66,1.33,0.66 mg ·kg-1,respectively)by nasal administration, and nimodipine group was injected. After 5 days, focal cerebral ischemia model was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO).After 2 days of continued administration, the extent of neurological deficits was evaluated by Longa method and the content of brain water was assayed by weighing method, the level of SOD in serum and Ca2+-ATP in brain tissues were determined by the Ultravident Spectrophoto-metric. Result: Compared with the model group, neurological deficits scores of baicalin’s spray groups with high,middle,low dose group(1.06±0.80),(1.00±0.84),(0.89±0.94),was significantly decreased(P<0.01); the content of brain water(79.33±1.46)%,(79.34±1.01)% was significantly decreased(P<0.01), the low dose groups was also decreased(P<0.05). The content of SOD in serum (177.622±5.224) U ·mL-1),(160.350±41.139) U ·mL-1,(167.279±6.450) U ·mL-1,and the content of Ca2+-ATP in brain tissues (3.444±3.730),(3.192±1.298),(2.866±0.156) U ·mg-1 were highly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Baicalin spray has protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia injury; its machanism may be related to the anti-free radical and improvement of energy metabolism.

      摘要:Objective: To study the therapeutic effects and possible mechanism of tripterginum wilfordii polyglycoside (TWP) combined with leflunomide (LEF) on rat adjuvant arthritis (AA). Method: The murine collagen-induced arthritis model was established, then the arthritic rats were divided into control group, AA model group, LEF group, TWP group and TWP+LEF group; after treatment, the rats paw edema and arthritis index (AI) were evaluated; the levels of serum interleukin(IL)-1β, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) were detected by radioimmunoassay method, serum interferon-gamma(IFN-γ), IL-4 and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) by ELISA, and serum matrix metalloproteinases(MMP)-9 and MMP-2 by gelatin zymography assay. Result: ① Compared with AA model group, the hind paw swelling and AI in LEF group, TWP group and TWP+LEF group were significantly decreased (P<0.01), especially in TWP+LEF group (P<0.05). ② The levels of serum IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and PGE2 were notably higher in AA model group than control group (all P<0.01), which was significantly decreased in three treatment groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and their serum concentration was lower in TWP+LEF group than both LEF and TWP group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). ③ Compared with control group, the increase of serum IFN-γ and decrease of serum IL-4 was observed in model group (P<0.01). But the significant down-graduated expression of IFN-γ and up-graduated expression of IL-4 were found after treatment, particularly in TWP+LEF group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The combined use of TWP and LEF can significantly relieve the arthritis syndrome in AA rats by reducing the expression of serum cytokines, as well as inhibiting joint damage, and its therapeutic effect is better than used separately.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the inhibition of different compatibility ratio of emblica total phenolic acids and flavonoids on tumors and the effects on the immune system. Method: 100 μL (containing 5 000 cells / mL of tumor cells) RPMI 1640 culture medium was added to each well of 96-well plate, the MTT method was used to observe inhibition of human liver cell lines HepG2 by different compatibility ratio of emblica total phenolic acids and flavonoids in vitro, 64 mice were randomly divided into eight groups, namely normal control group and the total phenolic flavonoids emblica compatibility treatment group, oral administration was performed, once dayly, lasting 9 days. MTT was used to measure proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocyte transformation and determine the levels of serum interleukin(IL)-2 and interferon-gamma(IFN-γ) and immune function by different compatibility of emblica total phenolic acids and flavonoids ig 9 days. Result: The compatibility of different proportions of total phenolic flavonoids emblica significantly inhibited the liver tumor cells,when the ratio of flavonoidsand the total acid was 10∶1(110 mg ·L-1∶11 mg ·L-1) inhibiting rate was the highest. The compatibility of total Flavonoids(228 mg) and total phenolic acids (329.5 mg) promoted the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes, and stimulation index was higher than the control group,promoting secretion of lymphocytes factors. Same results were found in the compatibility of total flavonoids (4.56 mg)and total phenolic acids (6.59 mg). Conclusion: Emblica total phenolic acids and flavonoids significantly can inhibite cell proliferation and enhance the bodys specific immune function and non-specific immune function

      摘要:Objective:To study effect of Shugan granule on proliferation and activation of rat hepatic stellate cells in vitro and investigate the main mechanism of Shugan granule in protection of liver fibrosis. Method: The experiment was divided into the blank control group,Shugan granule 0.01 g ·L-1 group,Shugan granule 0.02 g ·L-1 group and Shugan granule 0.04 g ·L-1 group.HSC was intervented in vitro for 24 h, then cell proliferation were found by MTT,the morphological changes were detected,α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA) expression was investigated by Immunohistochemical method. Result: After 24 hours of incubation, Shugan granule at concentrations of 0.01,0.02,0.04 g ·L-1 reduced the rates of cell growth by 7.02%, 13.33%, 20.85%, respectively, showing inhibitory effects with concentration-dependent manner. Compared with the control group, cell proliferation and cell body extension was obviously inhibited by Shugan granule, the positive rate of expressed α-SMA in control group was(62.83±3.42)%, in Shugan granule 0.01 g ·L-1 group was(47.31±2.74)%, in Shugan granule 0.02 g ·L-1 group was(37.79±3.01)%, in Shugan granule 0.04 g ·L-1 group was(25.74±2.83)%,among control group and three Shugan granule intervention group there was a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Shugan granule can resist hepatic fibrosis through inhibiting the activation and prolifition of HSC.

      摘要:Objective:To study function of Weiweikang on treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) model rats. Method: Twelve rats were randomly selected from 70 Wistar rats as normal control group (normal group).The remaining 58 rats were made CAG model with the multiple stimulations for 6 weeks. The remaining 50 rats which were modelede successfully were randomly divided into five groups such as model group, Weiweikang whole formula group (the whole formula group), split part Ⅰ group (buyi group), split part Ⅱ group (quxie group)and western medicine control group (western medicine group). The rats in every groups were ig 0.9% saline (0.09 g · kg-1), Weiweikang decoction (8 g · kg-1), split part I decoction (5.5 g · kg-1), split part Ⅱ decoction (2.5 g · kg-1) and the neomycin-dimensional suspension (0.3 g · kg-1), once a day,respectively.After 90 days of treatment, the gastric mucosa pathological changes were observed, the changes of superoxide dismutas(SOD)and malonyl dialdehyd(MDA)content in blood serum were detect. Result: There was no marked difference in the different-iation of gastric mucosa pathematology and microanatomy between the whole formula group and the normal group. Compared with normal control group whose SOD is (239.88±6.32) U ·mL-1and MDA is (3.17±0.02) μmol ·L-1,SOD of model group with (174.59±12.81) U ·mL-1decrease significantly(P<0.01) and MDA of model group with (5.14±0.15) μmol ·L-1 increase significantly(P<0.01). Compared with model group,the other medication groups made a significant increase of SOD and made the level of MDA decrease significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05);Compared with model group with SOD (174.59±12.81) U ·mL-1,MDA (5.14±0.15) μmol · L-1,the other medication groups made a significant increase of SOD and the level of MDA decrease significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05);Compared with the whole formula group with SOD (233.91±9.03) U ·mL-1,MDA: (3.11±0.19) μmol ·L-1, the buyi group and quxie group made a significant decrease of SOD and made the level of MDA increase significantly (P<0.01 or P<0.05);Compared with the buyi group with SOD (221.58±5.71) U ·mL-1, the activity of SOD with (209.89±5.27) U ·mL-1 in serum was significantly lower in quxie group rats (P<0.05). Conclusion: Weiweikang can improve and reverse the gastric atrophy of experimental atrophic gastritis of rats,among which ingredinets with benefiting QI and nourishing YIN founctios play a major role and ingredients with expelling pathogen plays synergy action.Its mechanism may be related to scavenging resisting the free radicals.

      摘要:Objective: Novel liposomes composed of hydrogenated soybean phosphatidylcholine (HSPC) and soybean phosphatidylcholine (SPC) was prepared to encapsulate total alkaloids from seed of Strychnos nux-vomica L. The antitumor activity of the novel liposomes was compared with corresponding HSPC or SPC liposomes. Method: Liposomes containing the total alkaloids were prepared by ammonium sulfate transmembrane gradients and stealth liposome technique. The total alkaloids liposomes with different lipid composition were administrated to H22 tumor-bearing mice. The parameters such as inhibition of tumor were calculated and compared. Result: The inhibition rate of tumor was 29.05%, 29.29%, 45.11%, 37.23% for total alkaloids solution, SPC liposomes, HSPC liposomes and novel liposomes, respectively. Results of comparison of mice weight and immune organ index revealed that no toxic effect was found as to liposomes containing total alkaloids. Conclusion: Taken together, improved antitumor activity and the reduced price of phospholipids indicate that the novel liposomes may act as promising carriers for total alkaloids extracted from seed of S.nux-vomica.

      摘要:Objective: To comprave the difference in antitussive and expectorant activity between the different polar fractions of crude and processed Stemona tuberose Lour to support the traditional theory of honey-stir-baked S. tuberose. Method: The antitussive activity and the expectorant activity of different polar fractions of crude and processed S. tuberose, including water solution, total alkaloids and non-alkaloids were observed, the antitussive activity can be drawn by ammonia inducing cough and the expectorant activity be depended on detecting the quantity of phenolsulfonphthalein excretion in rat. Result: Compared with the black group, the different polar fractions of crude and honey-stir-baked Baibu showed distinct antitussive action (P<0.05, P<0.01 or P<0.001), except for the low and middle dose of the non-alkaloids. Otherwise, the high and middle dose of water solution, the middle and low dose of total alkaloids, the high dose of non-alkaloid in crude and processed S. tuberose,showed distinct difference(P<0.05). The antitussive activity of processed Baibu was more significant than the crude one. However, the result of expectorant experiment showed only the high dose of water solution of crude Baibu and the high dose of processed one had expectorant activity. Conclusion: The main position which strengthen antitussive activity after honey-stir-baked is the water solution and total alkaloids, neither crude nor processed S. tuberose showed strong expectorant activity, the conclusion can be drawn that the antitussive efficacy of S. tuberose is not in reducing the adhesiveness airway secretions.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Granula(FJG) on the activation of nuclear factor-kappa-B(NF-κB) in rats exposed to nickel(nickel sulfate, NiSO4). Method: Rat nephrotoxicity model was established by intraperitoneal injection of NiSO4 (2.5 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1).They were randomized into 5 groups,model group, FJG high dose group (20 g ·kg-1 ·d-1), FJG middle dose group(10 g ·kg-1 ·d-1), FJG,low dose group(5 g ·kg-1 ·d-1), meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid(DMSA) group(0.05 g ·kg-1 ·d-1). Twenty Wistar rats were randomly divided into NS group and FJG control group(10 g ·kg-1 ·d-1). Rats in each group were treated by intragastric administration once every day for four weeks. The levels of blood ureanitrogen(BUN),Creatinine(Scr) and 24 hours-proteinuria(24 h-UP) were measured.The activation of NF-κB was measured with immunohistochemistry methods. Result: In FJG groups,the levels of BUN,Scr,24h-UP and the activation of NF-κB were all decreased(P<0.05, P<0.01), compared with that of NiSO4 group. Conclusion: Inhibiting the activation of NF-κB,FJG could protect renal from injury induced by nickel.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of the alcohol extract of Thladiantha dudia fruits (AETF) on secondary dysmenorrhea induced by endometritis. Method: The secondary dysmenorrhea model of endometritis was established by implanting the plastic tube into uterus. Degree of uterus edema, hemorheology(blood viscosity, blood plasma viscosity, erythrocytes aggregation)and concentration of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) were observed. Result: AETF 0.3, 0.6, 1.2 g ·kg-1groups clearly decreased blood plasma viscosity and erythrocytes aggregation, depressed degree of uterus edema, as compared with model group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). AETF 1.2 g ·kg-1group clearly decreased blood viscosity, compared with model group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). AETF 0.6, 1.2 g ·kg-1groups clearly decreased concentration of PGE2 in the uterus, compared with model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effects of AETF on secondary dysmenorrhea induced by endometritis are related to amelioration of hemorheology and reduction of PGE2 concentration.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influences and mechanism of Shuwei decoction on gastric emptying and the content of serum nitric oxide(NO), stem cell factors(SCF) in functional dyspepsia(FD) rats. Method: The rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Muxiang Shunqi pill group, mosapride group, Shuwei decoction high dose group, shuwei decoction low dose group, 10 rats in each group. The model of FD was established by clasping their tails, 4 times each day, lated 7 days. After 3 days,except control and model groups, the rats were given corresponding drugs for 14 days. The gastric emptying, the content of serum NO and SCF were observed. Result: Compared with control group, gastric emptying was delayed in the model group rats(P<0.05), serum SCF level was decreased (P<0.05), serum NO level was increased(P<0.05). Compared with model group corresponding drug groups (Muxiang Shunqi pill group,mosapride group, Shuwei decoction low dose group, Shuwei decoction high dose group) improved gastric emptying ; obviously increased on serum SCF(μmol ·L-1) , decreased on serum NO(μmol ·L-1) , and structure change of ICC in gastric antrum improved. Compared with Chinese patent medicine group and Shuwei decoction low dose group, the gastric emptying was improved (P<0.05), serum NO was decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shuwei decoction can recovery the function of gastrointestinal motility by regulating the level of serum NO, SCF,promoting the gastric emptying.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the regulatory effect of Gouteng San on the proliferation and apoptosis of NIH-3T3 cell lines. Method: NIH-3T3 cells were cultivated in DMEM with 10% fetal calf serum and three groups such as youth, blank and model group were used. Cells at generation 30 were treated with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and then β-galactosidase dyeing kit was applied to observe cell morphology and aging indications to assure whether the aging mode was successfully established.Oral administration of Gouteng San was started for three constitutive days, twice daily. One hour after last administration, rats were anesthetized, and we drew blood from abdominal aorta for the preparation of Gouteng San medicated serum. NIH-3T3 cells were treated with Gouteng San medicated serum to observe cell morphology, aging indications, proliferation and apoptosis. Result: The cell morphology of model was changed and the proportion of cell senescence was increased significantly in model group than in normal control group(P<0.05).Therefore the aging model was successfully established by inducing NIH-3T3 cells aging via oxidative stress with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Gouteng San medicated serum can significantly attenuate the change of cell morphology, improve aging indications, foster proliferation, (P<0.01) and reduce cell apoptosis(P<0.01), with a distinct effect at 10 times doses. Conclusion: Gouteng San can promote proliferation and reduce apoptosis, thus prevent aging.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the molecular immunologe mechanisms of Zhenwu Tang for protecting kidney from injury. Method: Rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, in addition to the normal group, the remaining rats were operated for unilateral ureteral obstruction model(UUO), and then losartan (20 mg ·kg-1), Zhenwu Tang low and high dose (crude drug 2.1,9.8 g ·kg-1) were administered, respectively. Model group and control group were given saline. Serum were collected at day 29 after UUO modeling, and the cytokines including monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1β(IL-1β), IL-6 and adiponectin: were detected by multiple cytokine luminex detection. Result: The serum content of MCP-1, PAI-1, and IL-6 in UUO model was significantly higher compared with normal rats. The serum content of Adiponetin TNF-α, and IL-1β was no significantchange. Zhenwu Tang can significantly reduce elevated blood PAI-1, IL-6, MCP-1 levels. Conclusion: The molecular mechanism of Zhenwu Tang in remission of renal interstitial firosis may be related to reduce serum MCP-1, PAI-1 and IL-6 levels.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of nao-an capsule (a traditional Chinese medicine) on oxidative stress and Tau protein hyperphosphorylated in hippocampal neurons of diabetic rats. Method: Thirty-six-4-week-old Male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 group: the diabetic model group(untreaed).Naoan capsule 1 Group,treated with Naoan atonin (30 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1)by gavage, Naoan 2 Group,treated with Naoan atonin (200 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1)by gavage. Rat diabetic model was produced by streptozotocin,12 normal rats were assigned to the normal control group. The Y-electrical-maze test was used to verify the changes of learning and memory functions of the two groups at 8-week,12-week and 16-week.The hippocampus of rats were tested by immunohistochemical method.After 16-weeks the contents malondialhyde (MDA),activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of plasma and the hippocamp were measured. Result: The total reaction time and error number of diabetic rats in Y-electrical-maze was prolonged significantly. The contents of Tau hyperphosphorylation in the hippocampal neurons of the diabetic rat brain increased .Compared with the control group,plasma and hippocampal MDA of DM group rats increased, both GSH-Px and SOD activity decreased.Naoan capsule atonin increased reamakabli superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities and reduced malonaldehyde levels in plasma and hippocamp, and increased ability of learning and memory, reduced Tau hyperphosphorylation in the hippocampal neurons than DM group P<0.05. Conclusion:The cognitive dysfunctions may be caused by diabetes,which might be associated to increasingthe Tau hyperphosphorylation in the hippocampal neurons of the rat brain.Overproduction of reactive oxygen species and defficieny in antioxidant enzymes may contribute to the development of the diabetes’s pathological changes central nervous system. Naoan capsule may inhibit oxidative stress in plasma and hippocamp, amendment the cognition and Tau protein hyperphosphorylated in hippocampal neurons of diabetic rats.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule on the content of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), adenosine diphosphate (ADP), adenosine monophosphate (AMP) in myocardium of heart failure rats. Method: The anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to result in myocardial infarction and establish congestive heart failure (CHF) model with insufficiency of Heart-Qi. After 8 weeks symptoms of insufficiency of Heart-Qi appeared. Rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, Qili Qiangxin capsule groups with dose of 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 g ·kg-1 and valsartan group. After 4 weeks of continuous administration, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to detect the content of ATP, ADP, AMP in ischemia myocardium,and the energy charge was calculated. Result:Compared with sham group, the content of ATP, ADP, AMP in myocardium was obviously decreased in model group(P<0.01). Compared with model group, the content of ATP in high dose group of Qili Qiangxin capsule was obviously increased(P<0.05). The high dose group of Qili Qiangxin capsule could increase the energy charge (P<0.05, compared with the model group). Conclusion: Qili Qiangxin capsule can effectively inhibit the obstacle of energy metabolism and protect the cardiac function by up-regulation the contents of ATP.

      摘要:Objective:By studying the alkaloids of Sophora flavescens and Sophora tonkinensis in vitro antibacterial activity, the relationship between the antibacterial activity and structure was examined. Method: Using Oxford cup method, strains had been cultured for 24 hours at a constant temperature of 37 ℃,the antimicrobial effect of alkaloids in S. flavescens and S. tonkinensis was studied in vitro against seven strains(Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, P. alcaligenes, P. putida, Streptococcus pneumoniae, α-hemolytic streptococcus,β-hemolytic streptococcus). Result: The experimental results indicated the alkaloids in S. flavescens and S. tonkinensis showed the good inhibiting effect for seven strains,antibacterial activities of oxymatrine and oxysophocarpine were weak in vitro antibacterial activities of sophoridine showed remarkable effect for α-hemolytic streptococcus and β-hemolytic streptococcus, the inhibition zones by sophoridine were (2.60±0.10),(2.53±0.15) cm to α-hemolytic streptococcus and β-hemolytic streptococcus respectively. The inhibition zones by total matrine and total alkaloids in Tonkin sophora root were(2.43±0.21), (1.77±0.05)cm to β-hemolytic streptococcus respectively. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is some relationship between antibacterial activity and structure of alkaloids in S. flavescens and S. tonkinensis. Alkaloids as a natural antimicrobial components can be developed and utilized.

      摘要:Objective:To observe effect of Jiawei Sini San(JWSNS) serum on proliferation of hepatic stellate cells(HSC-T6) and to investigate the mechanism of hepatic fibrosis. Method:Thirty rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal serum, colchicine group and Jiawei Sinisan group, 10 rats each group. The normal serum group was given saline, 10 mL ·kg-1 ig, once each day; the colchicine group was given colchicine, 0.2 mg ·kg-1 ig, once each day; JWSNS group was given liquid of JWSNS 10 mL ·kg-1 ig, one each day. The three groups were administrated for 7 d. Drug serum was prepared with the medium to 5%, 10%, 20%, 40%; hepatic stellate cells was cultured, logarithmic growth phase of cells, was assayed by MTT for measuring serum leptin stimulation of 100 ng ·mL-1 HSC-T6 proliferation. Result: JWSNS serum inhibited the proliferation of hepatic stellate cells (P<0.05 or P<0.01) with,a dose-dependent manner; colchicine control group also inhibited the proliferation of HSC-T6 cells (P<0.05), but inhibition rate of 10% to 40%drug serum was significantly higher than that of colchicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion: JWSNS has the suppression on the proliferation of HSC-T6.

      摘要:Objective: To observe effects of combined prescriptions of Golden Cabinet on blood lipid and hemorheology in hyperlipedemia model rats. Method: Sixty SD rats were made hyperlipidemia models, divided them into model group, No.1 group of Golden Cabinet, No.2 group of Golden Cabinet,and the Sulfasalazine Tablets(SASP) group randomly and equally. TC, TG and hemorheological parameters were observed. Result: The levels of TC, TG of No.1 and No.2 group of Golden Cabinet were decreased significantly(P<0.05), and the parameters of hemorheology showed some degree of improvement(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined prescriptions for Golden Cabinet can effectively adjust lipid metabolic disorder and improve hemorheological parameters in hyperlipedemia rats.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of umbilical therapy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) noninvasive mechanical ventilation concurrent abdominal distension patients. Method: Sixty patients were randomly divided into A group: umbilical therapy with routine treatment group.B group: conventional treatment group the differencd between the 2 groups, was compared. Result: The heart rate, respiration, blood gas analysis index, complications, airway peak pressure, airway pressure, mechanical ventilation time and pulmonary infection confrol(PIC) window appears time in A group has obvious difference compared with B group. Conclusion:Umbilical therapy with mechanical ventilation AECOPD treatment can effectively reduce the more abdominal distention, vomiting, aspiration to occur, improve the patient in the flesh, lower airway pressure, airway pressure peak platform, make lung infection control window time appear early, shortened accept mechanical ventilation time and reduced tracheal intubation rate make patients more easy to accept.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule on patients with chronic heart failure. Method: Eighty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group with forty cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, the observation group added Qili Qiangxin capsule for 1 courses of 4 weeks. Cardiac function, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), plasma antidiuretic hormone (ADH) level change were observed. Result: The cardiac functions in observation group were improved markedly after treatment, ADH decreased significantly, which showed statistical significance (P<0.05) compared with control group. Conclusion: The effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure,can further improve the cardiac function and the prognosis.

      摘要:Objective:To review the application of placenta in the treatment of with chronic refractory ulcer and to investigate the form of placenta used as medicines. Method:The relevant articles were searched for in China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) network with the key words ‘placenta’,one hundred and thirty-eight articles were retrieved ,with the key words ‘placenta and ulcer’ 1 article was retrieved. This paper describes the records of the ancient literature of the Placenta, explores the main components of placenta and the role of these components in treatment of chronic ulcers. Then, the clinical application of the placenta was studied. Finally,we investigate the form of placenta used as medicines. Result: Placenta plays an important role in the treatment of patients with refractory chronic ulcer. However, placenta used as medicines mostly was internal medicine, hardly used for external. Conclusion: Placenta used as internal medicine can supplement yin and yang, qi and blood. Placenta used for external can accelerate the healing of the wound.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the syndromes distribution and characteristics of special syndromes of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Method: Purposive sampling in the southern and, selected Kashi first people’s hospital and Kashi chest hospital, ninety-eight patients were collected in southern. In northern Xinjiang selected traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region and its branch, western hills community investigated a total of 312 cases of COPD patients. Survey the patient generally, life characteristics, Chinese medical to determine the diagnosis and the syndrome differentiation. Result: Four hundred and ten patients with COPD in the majority of level 1 and level 2, 70%, FEV1% on lung function decreased significantly compared with FVC%. This survey shows that a total of 14 kinds of syndromes, purely excess 126 cases , purely deficiency 167 cases, deficiency-excess complex 117 cases, the higher frequency of syndromes is the kidne yang deficiency syndrome, lung qi deficiency syndrome, syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung, syndrome of wind-cold assailing the lung, kidne yin deficiency syndrome, northwest dry and cold syndrome, spleen qi deficiency syndrome, evidence, mainly in the northwest dry and cold syndrome is 1 level in the more common and relatively mild lung function;symptoms a total of 51 species, of which 40% of the symptoms appear shortness of breath, coughing, wheezing, throat dry, lack of strength, cough, chest tightness, forgetfulness, sweating, fear of cold, palpitation, weak knees, dizziness. Conclusion: patients with syndromes of Xinjiang mainly sputum, dry, deficiency, cold-based, according to the Chinese local conditions, and the time of the theory, in addition to conventional treatment of cough and phlegm, Xuanfei pingchuan, but still need to be appropriate according to geographical features temperature and lung moistening treatment, immediate and effective intervention can reduce the number of episodes of the disease and prolong remission time, quickly relieve the symptoms of COPD patients in Xinjiang in order to improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:This study investigated the applications of calcium phosphate cement (CPC) as drug deliver system. There is strong evidence that calcium phosphate cement is a nice drug deliver vector. Due to its unique properties, much attention has paied to CPC for drug deliver applications in both areas of research and application. In recent decades, different drugs have been loaded in CPC, including antibiotic(tobramycin, gentamicin and clindamycin), anti-tumor drugs (adriamycin, mitomycin, vincristine) and cell factors (bone morphogenetic protein and fibrin glue). Particularly, traditional Chinese medicines (astraglycan, Xiangdan injection, Danhong injection, Danshen injection) used in the drug delivery system were summarized to provide the reference for the further improvement of herbal remedies loaded in CPC as a drug delivery system to treat bone disease.

      摘要:Review the domestic and foreign literature in recent years.Sort and analyze the literature about experimental researches of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on anti- Helicobacter pylori infection.By literatrue retrieval in Wan fang medical database,China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database,and Foreign Medical Journal Full-Text Service,we made a summary and analyze its mechanism in research progress of vivo and vitro experiments.From the active ingredient screening,inhibitory concentration experiments,anti-bacterial mechanism of traditional chinese medicine and efficacy study of animal models of H.pylori,gradually extended to the observation of cellular and molecular level in previous studies.Future experiments should combine with traditional Chinese medicine theory closely,select herbs and compound reasonably,make animal model and differentiate and type syndrome namatively,design experiments scrupulously,in order to illustrate better,and lay a foundation for the in-depth studies and clinical applications.

      摘要:Index the literatures in CNKI and ScienceDirect databases from 1992 to 2011 choosing titles or keywords as ‘Scrophularia’ or ‘iridoid’. Up to now, iridoids in plants of Scrophularia L. reported home and abroad has increased from 27 in 1999 to 83 at present. Iridoid compounds are the main active ingredients of Scrophularia L., however, there is little systemic classification and summary on them. This paper sums up the chemical structure, the main bio-activity and the distribution of iridoids according to the research in Scrophularia L. over the last 20 years, hoping to give references for the further research and development of Scrophularia L.

      摘要:To analyze thenature, efficacy and taste of the external Chinese medicine with heat nature in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application. Using literature metrology and biostatistics, 134 types of external Chinese medicine with heat nature were selected to study their four properties, five kinds of flavou and actions. EPI Data 3.02 was used to establish the database and SPSS 13.0 was used. ninety-six types of external chinese medicies in selected chinese mediceines were characterized by pungent flour, accounting for 71.6%. Fourty three types were characterized by bitter floue accounting for 32.1%. Thirty seven types showed sweet flour, accounting for 27.6%. 9 type were salty flour, accounting 6.7%. Only 5 types indicated sour flour with 3.73%. The flour of external chinese medicines are most used for Rheumatism, which including 24 types, accounting 17.9%, the external Chinese medicine commonly used methods are external compress, which including 56 types, accounting 20.8%, also include the wash 38 types, accounting 14.2%, the cream 29 types patients; accounting 10.8%, the wipe 15 types, accounting 5.6%. The flour of external chinese medicines are mainly pungent and bitter, and composed of the toxic medicines,Actions are mainly in dispelling rheumatism, relieving painand removing blood stasis. The main application in clinic is in curing the perio, acne and the external hemorrhage.

      摘要:This topic systematically analyzed the research progresses of the treatment of Periostacum Cicadae and their combination in asthma. Presented a review of mechanism of Periostacum Cicadae and their combination in all aspects of diagnosis and treatment of asthma, Periostacum Cicadae and their combination in dispel coldness, antispasmodic asthma, decrease coldness and activating blood, eliminating phlegm, lung and liver or kidney simultaneous treatment, combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and other treatment methods of asthma on the basis of consulting plenty of domestic and foreign literature. Ancient and modern application proved that Periostacum Cicadae and their combination has better pharmacological effects in anti-convulsant, antipyretic, analgesic, immunosuppressive and anti-allergic, especially cough and phlegm, relieve bronchial smooth muscle spasm. As a orthodox medicine, it has attracted widespread interest of researchers and been proved a significant effect in asthma by a large number of reports. But all the achievements which are gained are summaries of personal experiences and lack standardized observation, safety evaluation process and objective evaluation standard, or is more limited in the indicators of the relevance of modern medical research. So they can't be good to clarify the specific treatment mechanism of asthma. Chantui with rich source and good therapeutic effect is a natural security animal drug. We should accelerate its modern pharmacological research and provide a theoretical basis to the future studies of clinical uses.

      摘要:To review the preparation with activating blood and removing stasis from 〈Chinese Pharmacopoeia〉 2010 from 〈Chinese Pharmacopoeia〉 2010. After screening the contents of the preparation with activating blood and removing stasis in 2010 pharmacopoeia, the quantities, formulation species, herbs in pharmaceutical prescription, indications and analytical methods used for quality control were collected, classified and analyzed. 148 preparations including 24 formulation were obtained. The five herbs used most were Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Flos Carthami, Angelica, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Notoginseng. The methods were mainly analyzed by thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography, which reflected the application status of traditional Chinese medicine with activating blood and removing stasis and quality control improved continuously. The review will help the researchers know the preparation with activating blood and removing stasis deeply and completely.Also,it will bring an instruction to the preparation’s next development and application. However, from the whole level required from the mordernization of traditional Chinese medicine, the number of new formulations and effective materials determined are still less. Also, the methods suitably used for quality control are not so much and the application for advanced analytical techniques has not been used widely.They need to be improved in the further time.

      摘要:To compare the composition of prescriptions for deficiency of spleen qi and the prescriptions for spleen and stomach qi. The autors filtered 54 and 284 prescriptions respectively from ‘Dictionary of Prescriptions in Traditional Chinese medicine’, and analyzed with Excel pivot table, association rules of SQL Server 2005-DMAddin, and factor analysis of SPSS 17.0. The result was that the same composition of their prescriptions were formed mainly by qi tonics and stomachics, plus carminatives, drugs for dispelling internal cold, and drugs for eliminating dampness. The basis formula is Citri Reticulatae pericarpium and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma. The difference were the prescriptions for deficiency of spleen qi were used to tonify spleen adding Ginseng Radix et Rhigoma, and the preccriptions for deficieney of spleen and stomach qi were used to tonify spleen adding Codonopsis Radix, at the same time, to activate qi flowing, eliminate dampness, and promote digestion.

      摘要:To evaluate objectively the clinical curative effect of the therapy of dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis for vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)with Meta-analysis. According to the method of Cochrane Systematic Review, CBM, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang (2001-2011), etc were searched. Randomized controlled trials of treatment by dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis for vascular cognitive impairment were collected for systematic reviews, extract data and Meta-analysis were analysed with Revman 5.0. A total of 13 trials were included in this study, including 944 cases patients. Those trials were low quality, the results showed that: ①the therapy of dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis had a better efficacy than the control group by mini-metal state examination(MMSE),Hamton Depression Scale(HDS),Scale for the differentiation of vascular dementia(SDSVD)(P<0.05), ②there was no significant difference shown by Berg Balance Scale(BBS), ③the therapy had a good safety. Available evidences manifests that dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis has a better efficacy and safety than the control group, but less attention is paid to clinical symptoms. Due to lower overall quality and potential publication bias of the studies. The rational design, the strict execution, the multi-central and large sampling, long time follow-up and double-blind randomized controlled trials with characteristics of Chinese medicine are needed in the future.
