      摘要:Objective: To establish the optimal extraction technology of Gegen Qinlian decoction. Method: A HPLC method was established to simultaneously determine 12 active ingredients in the extractions of Gegen Qinlian decoction. Based on the orthogonal design of L9(34) and the weighted method, three factors including the multiple water, decocting time, and extracting times were evaluated. Result: Significant effect was observed in extracting times. The optimal extraction technology was 8 times volume of water extracting 3 times with 1 h for each time. Conclusion: The extraction technology optimized with multi-index comprehensive evaluation method is reasonably practicable. It could be used in future large-scaled preparation of Gegen Qinlian decoction.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology of extracts from L. japonicae and F. suspensa in Shuanghuanglian by AB-8 macroporous resin. Method: The content of total phenolic and total flavonoids were used as indexes.Purification technology was optimized from proportion of diameter-height,adsorption concentration, adsorption speed and eluent concentration,etc. Result: Optimum purification technology was as follows: extracts of L. japonicae and F. suspensa were diluted to concentration was 1.5 g·mL-1by water, ratio of diameter-height 1∶10, proportion of maximum adsorption to resin volume was 1∶3.3,eluted by 3 BV of water, 4 BV 70% ethanol as the eluent. Conclusion: This process of purification technology was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology of ginger carbon by central composite design/response surface methodology. Method: Sand-scorch processing technology was adopted with processing temperature, medicine thickness, processing time as independent variables, and absorption power, the contents of tannins, 6-gingerol and 6-shogaol as evaluation indexes,levels of independent were regressed by multiple linear and fitted by binomial, response surface methodology was used to select optimum processing technology,and predictive analyzed. Result: Complex correlation coefficient of binomial fitting was high, and overall 'normalized value’ was 0.870. Optimal processing technology were:processing temperature 310 ℃,medicine thickness 0.55 cm,processing time 15.5 min. Deviation between result of optimum craft verification test and binomial fitting equation forecast value was -2.59 %. Conclusion: Central composite design/response surface method could be used to optimize extraction technology of ginger carbon,and it was simple,had good prediction.

      摘要:Objective: To study and optimize smashing tissue extraction technology of total paeony glycoside. Method: Total paeony glycoside was extracted by smashing tissue extractor, the content of paeoniflorin and albiflorin were determined by HPLC,and used it as main indexes.Optimum smashing tissue technology was investigated by L9(34) orthogonal test. Result: Optimum smashing tissue extraction conditions were as follows:Radix paeoniae was dipped in 30 times the amount of water for 6 hours and extracted by smashing tissue extraction for 2 minutes with voltage of 70 V. Conclusion: Smashing tissue extraction method could be used to extract of total paeony glycoside,and it was feasible, simple and rapid and had good application prospect.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare clinopodii saponin microspheres with acrylic acid resin Ⅱas material and evaluate its release in vitro. Method: Clinopodii saponin microspheres were prepared by spray drying technique.Preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal test design with appearances,yield and entrapment efficiency as indexes.In vitro drug release of microspheres were carried out in two different media of artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal fluid. Result: Clinopodii saponin microspheres showed good spherical geometry,smooth surface and suitable size distribution under scanning electron micrographs.Yield was(97.53±2.39)%,entrapment efficiency was (92.87±4.2)%.Little release of clinopodii saponin microspheres were observed in artificial gastric juice.In artificial intestinal fluid,release of clinopodii saponin was less than 30% in 1 h,close to 60% in 3 h,then release slowly,more than 80% in 8 h. Conclusion: Prepared clinopodii saponin microspheres had good appearances,high yield and high entrapment efficiency.

      摘要:Objective: Selected optimum preparation condition of isoliquiritigenin β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion, in order to improve solubility of water-soluble drugs. Method: Preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal test with inclusion ratio and yield as indexes,energy change of different inclusion mode and inclusion ratio was compared by computer simulation experiment,inclusion was identified by IR and XRD power diffraction,and inclusion ratio was tested by fluorometry. Result: Inclusion was prepared by saturated aqueous solution method.Optimum inclusion condition was:molar ratio of isoliquiritigenin to β-CD 1∶2, inclusion time 5 h,temperature 60 ℃.Incusion efficiency could exceed 98%,possible inclusion approach was:A ring of isoliquiritigenin was external to 1arger side of β-CD, B ring of isoliquiritigenin was external to smaller side of β-CD. Conclusion: This result showed that water solubility was obviously increased of inclusion.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare testosterone undecanoate (TU) microemulsion, and microemulsion cataplasm was prepared with water-soluble polymer materials as accessories. Method: Isopropyl myristate was chosen for oil phase,Cremophor EL was selected as surfactants,Larbrasol was used as auxiliary surfactants to prepare microemulsion.PVP K-90 and NP-700 were used as matrix to prepare cataplasm.Quality of prepared cataplasm was investigated,transdermal penetration of TU was determined by in vitro diffusion cell method. Result: TU loading ability of prepared microemulsion cataplasm was 400 μg·cm-2.Percutaneous penetration of TU was 3.822 μg·cm-2·h-1. Conclusion: This selected microemulsion prescription had low viscosity,fine particle and stable quality.TU microemulsion cataplasma had good extension, moisture, viscosity,and obviously drug control-release ability.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize microwave extraction technology parameters of Fufang Buwu syrup. Method: Optimization of microwave extraction technology parameters for Fufang Buwu syrup by response surface analysis method. Result: Ratio of material-liquid, extraction time and microwave power had significant impact to yield of psoralen,optimum extraction conditions were as follow:ratio of material-liquid 1∶10,microwave power 40%,extraction time 26 mins. Under this technology, yield of psoralen reached maximum,with estimated value and verified value being of 36.33%,36.38%. Conclusion: This process was simple energy saving and high extraction ratio to old process,and had good reproducible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction and preparation technology for compound abscess plaster. Method: Extraction technology has chosen the content of chlorogenic acid as index, multiple of added water,boiling time, concentration of alcohol precipitation were as test factors by L9(34)orthogonal test.Samples were determined by HPLC.Preparation technology has chosen film-forming and film appearance as index, and taken One-factor test to find out optimum film-coating agent and accessories. Result: Optimum extraction technology was A3B3C1.Optimal preparation technology was PVA-178 811 g, PEG-4 002 mL,concentrated liquid 42 mL,stired,soaked 1 h, dissolved in hot water,then added 42 mL 95% ethanol, 2 mL glycerol, 1 mL azone,amount of ethylparaben,stired well. Conclusion: This technology was stable with high content of chlorogenic acid. It was compatible in film-forming, appearance and film forming time. This technology could be chosen as optimum extraction technology.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize water extraction process of compound Celastrus orbieulatus capsule. Method: Extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with the content of dulcitol and protocatechuic acid determined by HPLC as index. Result: Optimum extraction technology was that extracted 3 times with 12 times the amount of water with 2 h each time. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was scientific, stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To study on effects of different enhancers and their combinations on transdermal permeability of curcumine,and to evaluate feasibility of transdermal delivery. Method: Multiple penetration enhancers were chosen,The content of drug in receiving liquid was determined by in vitro diffusion cell method and UV spectrophotometry,and investigated its effects on in vitro transdermal permeability of curcumine. Result: Penetration enhancers, such as Beta cyclodextrins (β-CD), Hydroxypropyl beta cyclodextrins (HP-β-CD), peppermint oil,camphor,borneol,ethanol,and their combinations all had peneration enhancing effect except for Azone, HP-β-CD had the most. Conclusion: Satisfactory penetration of curcumine through rat skin could be obtained by choosing proper enhancers.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate alcohol extraction technology of Drynaria fortunei,Radix dipsaci, Flos carthami,Eupolyphaga seu steleophaga from Jiegu Zhitong tablet. Method: Orthogonal method was used to optimize alcohol extraction conditions of main ingredients from Jieguzhitong tablet.Took yield of alcohol extracts, extraction of naringin as indexes to optimize ethanol concentration, alcohol volume,extraction time. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows:reflux extracted 2 times with 80% ethanol,the first time extracted 2 h with 6 times the amount of 80% ethanol,then extracted 1.5 h with 5 times in second time. Conclusion: The extraction technology of Jiegu Zhitong tablet was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize of extraction technology for isoflavones from Pueraria lobata. Method: Optimization of extraction technology for isoflavones from P. lobata by response surface analysis method with isoflavones from P. Lobata as index, and verification of optimum extraction technology. Result: Optimal extraction technology was as follows: ethanol concentration 65%,ultrasonic extraction time 28 min, solid-liquid ratio 1∶29,extraction ratio of isoflavones could be up to 4.87%. Conclusion: It was feasible to optimize extraction processing of isoflavones from P. lobata by response surface analysis methodology.

      摘要:Objective: To study on elution property of pigment and protein contained in polysaccharide from Chrysanthemum indicum. Method: Compared six different types of macroporous resin (LSA-700B,LSA-21,D101,XDA-8,AB-8,XDA-7) for purification effect of polysaccharide from C. indicum by selecting three indicators of decoloration rate, deproteinization rate and retained rate of polysaccharide; and investigated influence of temperature, polysaccharide concentration, pH, rotational speed and elution rate on purification property. Result: Optimum purification conditions of resin LSA-21 were as follows: temperature 40 ℃, polysaccharide concentration 7 g·L-1, pH 5, rotational speed 180 r·min-1 elution rate 3 BV·h-1, diameter/height ratio 1∶8.In these conditions,decoloration rate was up to 80.90%, deproteinization rate was 52.84% and retained rate of polysaccharide was 82.59%. Conclusion: High purification ratio and retained rate of polysaccharide could be obtained by means of purification with LSA-21 macroporus resin.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang. Method: The content of astragaloside and paeoniflori were determined by HPLC. The optimum extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design; the content of astragaloside, paeoniflorin and the ratio of dry extraction were regarded as the detection index. Result: The optimum extraction was as follows: soaking in ten times amount of water for half an hour, extracting three times, every time for one and a half hour. Conclusion: The optimum technology was stable and feasible for the extraction of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the electrophoresis condition of determining the content of tetrahydropalmatine and protopine in Corydalis Rhizoma simultaneously by the method of capillary electrophoresis, and to establish the determination method. Method: Single factor method was used to optimize the composition, concentration, pH value, separation voltage and injection time that can influence the buffer solution. And the optimized electrophoresis condition was used to detect the contents of tetrahydropalmatine and protopine simultaneously. Result: The buffer solution was 60 mmol·L-1 of sodium dihydrogen phosphate (pH 7)-methanol (5% THF) (65∶35). The running voltage was set at 17 kV and the voltage of sample injection was at 40 kPa. The time of sample injection was 3 s with temperature of 20 ℃ and detection wavelength of 283 nm. With the optimized condition the complete separation can adopte within 20 min. Conclusion: The electrophoresis condition of determining the two content in Corydalis Rhizoma was established, that is a simple, accurate and reliable method, which provides the basis of determining content with capillary electrophoresis method and also provides a reference for the quality control of Corydalis Rhizoma.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of orientin and isocrientin in different harvest times of Polygonum orientale. Method: Orientin and isoorientin were separated on Agilent C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm) column and detected at 350 nm.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Orientin and isoorientin were linear within the range of 0.068 2-0.682 μg(r=0.999 7),0.386-3.860 μg(r=0.999 3)respectively.The average recovery was 99.94%(1.08%),99.67%(1.09%). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, and it can be used for the quality control of P. orientale.

      摘要:Objective: Studying the best extraction method of flavonoids and its change in various parts of Dioscorea opposita Thunb to take full advantage of yam resources and to avoid wastage. Method: Using ethanol ultrasonic extraction method and orthogonal experimental design to select the best extraction method of total flavonoids and determing the content by spectrophotometry. Result: The extraction method of total flavonoids in D. opposita is: ultrasonic extraction with 15 mL of 95% ethyl alcohol 3 times, each time 45 min. The leaf flavonoid content is the highest, followed by skin raw yam flour, cane, yams Bubil. Conclusion: Total flavonoid content in D. opposita in different parts were significantly different.

      摘要:Objective: Choose Bupluerum chinense collected from songxian, henan province as the object, to study the chemical compositions and the dynamic change law of B. chinense extracts. Method: The extracts were extracted by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), and the composition of chemical constituents of SFE was determined by chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Result: Fifty-nine peaks have been separated and 36 peaks of them have been identified, which accounting for 74.32%-90.45% of total extracts. The relative content of the fatty acids which extracted by SFE-CO2 was 45.10%-80.95%, the aldehydes was 1.61%-5.65%, the ketones was 0.65%-1.28%. Conclusion: The fatty acids, the ketones and the esters in B. chinense are obviously different in different harvest period. The fatty acids reached the highest relative content on December, the others reached the highest content on May. This analysis can provide a certain scientific basis for the growth and collection of B. chinense.

      摘要:Objective: A method of UPLC fingerprinting analysis was developed for the quality evaluation of crude drug of Polygonum cuspidatum. Method: The Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm) column was used. Acetonitrile and water containing 0.5% acetic acid were used as mobile phase of UPLC with gradient elution, monitored with the wavelength of 290 nm. Flow rate was set at 0.3 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 35 ℃. Thirty eight batches of P. cuspidatum samples collected from different areas and markets were analyzed for similarity analysis (SA), hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) and principle component analysis (PCA). Result: The chromatographic fingerprint was completed with eleven recognizable peaks and four of them (polydatin, resveratrol, emodin, physcion) determined. Thirty eight batches of samples were classified as three clusters by HCA and PCA, and thirty six of them exhibited similarity more than 0.900 by similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine (2004B Version). Conclusion: The established method could rapidly attain the identification and quality evaluation of crude drug of P. cuspidatum.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of schizandrin, schisantherin A, deoyschizandrin,γ-schishandrin and tanshinone ⅡA in Yixinshu tablet. Method: The Phenomenex Kinetex C18 column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water by gradient elution,the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Result: The linear ranges of schizandrin,schisantherin A, deoxyschizandrin,γ-schishandrin and tanshinone ⅡA were 21.56-215.6 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9),6.500-65.00 mg·L-1 (r=1),3.460-34.60 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9), 6.920-69.20 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9) and 2.400-24.00 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9) respectively.The average recoveries of five components were 97.92% with RSD 2.34%,100.28% with RSD 2.57%,98.34% with RSD 2.73%,98.06%with RSD 1.61% and 99.13% with RSD 1.42%. Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and repeatable.It can be a method for quality control of Yixinshu tablet.

      摘要:Objective: To study on isolation the polysaccharide from Imperata cylindrica and to establish a method for the determination of the molecular weight of the polysaccharides in Imperata cylindrica, and to measure its composition and mole ratio through HPLC. Method: The polysaccharide in Imperata cylindrica was Isolated and purified through the way of the staged alcohol deposition. Dextran was used as standard sample to draw the molecular weight standard curve, and the molecular weight of Imperata cylindrica polysaccharides was determined by HPLC, the polysaccharide was hydroyzed by acid to analyze monosaccharide composition and the mole ratio by HPLC. Result: The molecular weight of Imperata cylindrica polysaccharide was 8 292.2. According to HPLC IC1 was composed of Rhamnose, Xylose, Fructose, Mannose and Glucose, the mole ratio of these monosaccharides was 1∶11.45∶1.26∶1.02∶59.23. Conclusion: This method is simple accurate and sensitive.

      摘要:Objective: To improve the quality standard for Shenling Jianti Powder. Method: Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Glycyrrhizae were indentified by TLC. The content of liquiritin in Radix Glycyrrhizae was determined by HPLC. The HPLC system consisted of Diamosil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), acetonitrile-0.5%acetic acid(10∶90)as mobile phase, flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, detection wavelength at 276 nm. Result: The method of TLC was simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility. The linear range of liquirtin was 0.037 08-0.370 8 μg(r =0.9998). The average recovery rate was 101.6% and RSD was 1.9%(n=6). Conclusion: The developed method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Shenling Jianti Powder.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the differences of bergenin content in different parts of S. stolonifera from different regions in Guizhou province, and provides the scientific basis for reasonable medication and quality control of S. stolonifera. Method: The bergenin content in different parts of S. stolonifera was quantitative analyzed by HPLC. Result: The difference of bergenin content in identical part of S. stolonifera from the different regions was significant, and the bergenin content in the different parts of identical S. stolonifera was different too; and that in leaves was better than in stems, which in the roots was the lest. Conclusion: The method for determination of bergenin in the different parts of S. stolonifera was established, which was exact, simple, fast, stable and reproducible so that may be used as one of the methods for quality evaluation of S. stolonifera.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content and the related substances of oleanolic acid 3β-phthalic monoester disodium salt (OAPES) by HPLC. Method: The separation was performed on Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm), column temperature at 35 ℃ with mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(80∶10∶10). The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1 with detection at 210 nm. Result: There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0.052 5-0.997 5 μg(r=0.999 9), the least detective range is 3 ng. The precision in a day is good (RSD 0.38%). The average recovery was 99.53%(n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, specific and sensitiveness for the determination OAPES content and its related substances.

      摘要:Objective: To establish quality standards for Mayi Rhinitis Spray. Method: The content of ephedrine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in the Mayi Rhinitis Spray was determined by HPLC, and the qualitative analysis for Herba Ephedrae,Flos Magnoliae, Cortex Phellodendri were performed using TLC. Result: There was good linearity for ephedrine hydrochloride within the range of 7-35 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9), and its average recovery was 98.64% with RSD at 1.69% (n=9). There was good linearity for berberine hydrochloride within the range of 1.4-70 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 7), and its average recovery was 98.30% with RSD at 1.84% (n=6). Herba Ephedrae, Flos Magnoliae, Cortex Phellodendri could be accurately identified by TLC. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Mayi Rhinitis Spray.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for quality control of Xuanduan Tongluo capsule. Method: To establish qualitative analysis in teasel,rhizoma cibotii, radix paeoniae rubra and parasitic loranthus.To determine the content of teasel saponin Ⅵ by HPLC,chromatographic column was Agilent-C18 with acetonitrile-water(30∶70)as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 212 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Provide to try article color spectrum amid, correspond the spot in same color of location with the collate article or the collate medicine material color spectrum, feminine gender have no jam. Teasel saponin Ⅵ was separated with a good linearity in the sample size ranges of 0.45-3.6 μg,the average recoveries was 98.31%,with RSD 1.42%. Conclusion: The method is simple,specific and reproducible to control the quality of Xuanduan Tongluo Capsule.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint method and compare the changes of chemical consitituents of Jinxuan Zhike Xunxisan and its active ingredients group. Method: Chromatographic was investigated by RP-HPLC and the procedure analysis was performed at 35 ℃ with the methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid in gradient elution as the mobil phase. The detection wavelength was set at 335 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The standard HPLC fingerprint and five main chromatographic peaks with the isolated compounds was obtained and the average similarities among the processed products of an active ingredients group were over 0.945. Conclusion: The method is reliable, accurate and provides a reference for the quality control of an active ingredients group.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the content of salvianolic acid B in different processed Salvia miltiorrhiza products. Method: The content of salvianolic acid B in different processed S. miltiorrhiza products was determined by efficient liquid chromatography. Result: In the processed products, the content of salvianolic acid B in liquor S. miltiorrhiza was the highest, that in vinegar S. miltiorrhiza was lower, followed by health Salvia, rice fried Salvia and fried Salvia, and that in Salvia carbon was the lowest. Conclusion: Salvianolic acid B is unstable in heat. Ethanol and acid additives can increase the thermal stability of salvianolic acid B.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Xueshan Jinluohan Zhitong Balm. Method: The tetrahydropalmatine in Xueshan Jinluohan Zhitong Balm was determined by HPLC. CAPCELL PAK C18(4.6 mm×250 mm 5 μm)column was used. The modbile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (adjusted pH to 6.0 with triethyplamine) (38∶62) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and UV detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Result: The tetrahydropalmatine were linear at the range of 0.010 84-0.130 08 μg, respectively. The average recovery was 97.74% and RSD was 1.75%(n=9). Conclusion: The established method is accurate, reliable and specific. The quality of Xueshan Jinluohan Zhitong Balm can be controlled by the method.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical mechanism of Astragali Radix influence on Aristolochiae Fangchi and Stephania Tetrandra. Method: Aristolochic acid(AA) in aqueous extract of Aristolochiae Fangchi combined with Astragali radix and Tet in the aqueous extract of Stephania Tetrandra combined with Astragali Radix were determined by the method of HPLC. Result: The transfer rate of AA was 86.21% and 51.86% separately in aqueous extract of Aristolochiae fangchi and combined with Astragali Radix. The transfer rate of Tet was 56.45% and 63.03% separately in aqueous extract of Stephania Tetrandra and combined with Astragali Radix. Conclusion: The AA and Tet were all lose in the process of water extract. Matching that Astragali radix could decrease the dissolution rate of AA and increase the dissolution rat of Tet.

      摘要:Objective: To compare chemical constituents of the essential oil of Litsea glutinosa (Lour.) C.B.Rob. were extracted by steam distillation (SD) and supercritical-CO2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO2). Method: The chemical components of the essential oil were separated and identified by GC-MS, Their relative contents were determined by normalization of peak area. Result: In essential oil extracted by SD 33 peak were separated and 19 of them were identified representing 71.94% of the total contents. The volatile constituents were mainly the (Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol (43.90%), (E)-2-Hexenal (7.42%), 2,4-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-Phenol (4.80%). In essential oil extracted by SFE-CO2 55 peak were separated and 33 of them were identified representing 81.51% of the total contents. The volatile constituents were mainly the squalene (11.85%), eucalyptol (9.95%), (+)-.alpha.-Terpineol (5.34%). Conclusion: The constituents of essential oils extracted by SFE-CO2 were different from that of extraction by SD. The result provided evidence for understanding the constituents of essential oils and explitation of Litsea glutinosa (Lour.) C.B.Rob.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the pinecone of Pinus yunnanensis. Method: These compounds were isolated by silica gel, MCI gel, Sephadex LH-20 gel and so on. And their structures were identified based on spectral analyses (MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR). Result: Five compounds were isolated and their structures were characterized as dihydrokaempferol (1), 7,15-dihydroxydehydroabietic acid (2), protocatechuic acid (3), vanillic acid (4), n-dodecane (5). Conclusion: Compounds 1 - 5 were isolated from P. yunnanensis for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: The liposoluble constituents from Herba Gueldenstaedtiae Vernae were analyzed by GC-MS. Method: The liposoluble constituents were extracted by solvents petroleum ether and further identified by GC-MS and their relative content was calculated by area normalization method. Result: Through comparison with mass spectra database, twenty-two components, which accounted for 98.12% of the peak areas, were separated and identified. The major components were 3-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-propylamine (23.178%), α-dihydrocaranine (20.388%), 2-methoxy benzenethiol (11.387%), 3-methylheptadecane (9.278%), (Z)-3-hexadecene (7.000%). Conclusion: The liposoluble constituents have high application value in medicine and food industry and mainly consisted of alkane, olefin, ketone, phenol, alcohol, aldehyde, ester, etc. The present experiments provided a scientific basis for the further exploitation and utilization of this herb.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of 6-BA, naphthyl acetic acid(NAA), carbon source and pH on the cell suspension culture, and to explore the optimal conditions for establishing the cell suspension culture system. Method: The fresh weight and dry weight were investigated in a cell cycle, the growth curve and growth rate curves were drawn. The combination of 4 factors and 3 levels of 6-BA, NAA, carbon source and pH were optimized by orthogonal test method. Result: The growth cycle of Siraitia grosvenorii cell suspension culture was 21 days, the lag phase was 0-6 d, the log phase was 7-21 d, there was transient stability in the stable phase, the decline phase achieved on the 22th day. The highest fresh weight and dry weight were achieved on the 21th day, and reached 693.0 g·L-1and 416.0 g·L-1 respectively, the maximum growth rate reached 0.040 g·L-1 ·d-1. The NAA level was the key factor of establishing the cell suspension culture system of S. grosvenorii, the effect of the four factors was NAA>6-BA>pH>carbon source, the optimal level was MS+1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.02 mg·L-1 NAA, 4.0% sucrose and pH 5.5-6.0 initial medium. Conclusion: The cell suspension culture system of S. grosvenorii can be established successfully by tissue culture.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate in vivo pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution of silybin gelatin microspheres in rats. Method: With silybin injection as reference,pharmacokinetic model and parameters were calculated by 3P97. In vivo tissue distribution and targeting of silybin gelatin microspheres in rats were evaluated by targeting efficiency. Result: Pharmacokinetic data fitted a two-compartment model,main pharmacokinetic parameters of silybin gelatin microspheres were as follows: t 1/2α=(0.572 8±0.108 6) h, t 1/2β=(20.686 6±1.058 8) h, CL=(0.003 8±0.001 4) mL·h·kg-1, AUC0→∞=(211.095 0±10.272 8) mg·h·L-1.Targeting efficiency of it in liver,spleen,heart and kidney were 2.093,1.986,0.634,0.259. Conclusion: Compared to silybin injection,silybin gelatin microspheres could improve tendency for liver and spleen,and help improving its therapeutic effect.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antidepressant-like effect of water extract of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (WERAT)and its mechanism on the nervous system. Method: In the learned helplessness test, rats were divided randomly into five group: control group, non helpless group, imipramine(100 mg·kg-1) and WERAT (100,200 mg·kg-1). The test was administered via the oral rout, and using computer-aided controlling image analysis system for shuttle box, the rats were exprosured to inescapable footshock(IS) for the learned helplessness model. Then the conditioned avoidance testing was processed and the times of escape failure(EF) were recorded. In addition, mice were divided randomly into five groups: control group, fluoxetine (30 mg·kg-1) and WERAT(50,100,200 mg·kg-1). 5-hydroxy-DL-tryptophan(5-HTP) induced the head-twitch number of mice were investigated by the accentuation of 5-HTP test. Result: In the learned helplessness test, compared with the control group, the times of EF of IS rats were significantly increased from days 3-5(P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.01), WERAT at dose of 100 mg·kg-1 per day significantly reversed the effect of IS on EF from days 3-5(P<0.05,P<0.01, P<0.05), and WERAT at dose of 200 mg·kg-1 per day also more significantly reversed the effect of IS on EF from days 3-4(P<0.01);WERAT could distinctly increased the frequency of head-twitch in the 5-HTP induced head-twitches test. Conclusions: The results of this study demonstrate that WERAT possesses significant antidepressant-like effect in the learned helplessness mode and its mechanism may be related to enhance the function of 5-hydroxytryptamine nerve systems.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of 3 kinds of extract of Yunmuxiang on gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of mice,and to find the material basis of Yunmuxiang which affact gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of mice. Method: Using modified determination of content of phenol red to observe the effect of 3 kinds of extract of Yunmuxiang on gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of mice in normal state, hyperthyroidism state caused by neostigmine, inhibiting state caused by atropine. Result: Volatile oil of Yunmuxiang could significant decrease gastric emptying rate of phenol red of normal mice(P<0.01),could significantly improve gastric emptying rate of phenol red in the state of inhibition caused by atropine(P<0.01),could significantly decrease gastric emptying rate of phenol red in the state of hyperthyroidism caused by neostigmine(P<0.05). Conclusion: The extract of Yunmuxiang can inhibit gastric emptying of normal mice,can improve gastric emptying of mice in the state of inhibition caused by atropine, antagonistise gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of phenol red in the state of hyperthyroidism caused by neostigmine. Volatile oil and low-polar substances are more likely to the material basis of Yunmuxiang which affact gastrointestinal tract of mice.

      摘要:Objective: To observe effects and mechanism of the Santali Albi Lignum different extracts on small intestine propulsion and gastric emptying. Method: Mice were randomly divided into control group and groups of extracted parts. The treatment groups take corresponding exreacts with dose of 1.9 g·kg-1, once a day for 3 days. Phenol red emptying method was used, normal, neostigmine and atropine load mice were used for experimental models. Result: Santali Albi Lignum water liquid, ethanol-extraction liquid, naphtha, water liquid ether extract part of the gastric inhibited emptying normal mice (P<0.05), the stomach and retention rate increased. Santali Albi Lignum water fluid, liquid water extract-alcohol ethanol-extraction, liquid ether extract part inhibited emptying in atropine gastric inhibition models (P<0.05), the residual rate decreased, and Santali Albi Lignum water decoction inhibited small intestine movement in atropine mice models (P<0.05), promoting rate increased. The decoction of Santali Albi Lignum, ethanol-extraction liquid, naphtha, ethanol-extraction liquid ethyl acetate extract inhibited gastric emptying in neostigmine induced mice model (P<0.05)。The performance for the retention rate increased, the decoction of Santali Albi Lignum, ethanol-extraction liquid, naphtha, water liquid ether extract parts and ethanol-extraction liquid ether extract parts and ethanol-extraction liquid ethyl acetate extract inhibited small intestine propulsion in model mice induced by neostigmine (P<0.05), promoting rate reduced. Santali Albi Lignum water liquid part, ethanol-extraction liquid part, naphtha parts and ethanol-extraction liquid petroleum ether parts and ethanol-extraction liquid ether inhibited mice induced gastric emptying in model mice induced by neostigmine (P<0.05), emptying rate increased. Conclusion: Santali Albi Lignum on small intestine propulsion and gastric emptying have two-wayregulation function, Santali Albi Lignum water fluid, ethanol-extraction liquid in atropine and neostigmine models have significantl inhibition Santali Albi Lignum, and volatile model experiments showed obvious inhibitory effect on intestines convulsion,therefoer decoction of ethanol-extraction, liquid, naphtha is the effective parts.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction on uric acid and urate transporter 1 (URAT1) gene in hyperuricemia mice, that to search for the mechanism of reducing uric acid. Method: Sixty Kunming male mice of SPF grade were randomly divided into high-, medium-, low-dose Xiezhuo Chubi decoction group, Benzbromarone group, model group and control group. All mice were established with yeast method combined with uricase inhibition method to build hyperuricemia model except control group. The corresponding drugs were administrated at the 7th day (Xiezhuo Chubi decoction 37.5, 18.75, 9.375 g·kg-1·d-1,benzbromarone 20 mg·kg-1·d-1, ig, once per day for 15 days). The blood was obtained to detect uric acid levels. Simultaneously, the kidneys were removed to detect mRNA expressions of URAT1 with fluorescence quantitative PCR. Result: Imposed by different factors to each group, oral administration of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction could significantly reduce the uric acid in mice in a dose-dependent manner (209.00±24.54),(234.50±31.38),(273.88±25.04)μmol·L-1 (P<0.05). The effects of high-and medium-dose Xiezhuo Chubi decoction group were similar with benzbromarone group (208.70±33.70) μmol·L-1. The mRNA expressions of URAT1 were decreased significantly in Xiezhuo Chubi decoction group than that in model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiezhuo Chubi decoction could reduce the uric acid effectively. Its mechanism might be the action of inhibition to the mRNA expressions of URAT1 in kidney.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the relationship between changes of chemical components and diuretic effect before and after salt processing Alisma orientalis from different habitats. Method: Thin-layer chromatographic (TLC) method and high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method were used to detect the changes of chemical components of A. orientalis from difference habitats before and after salt processing. Meanwhile, the diuretic effect of these samples was observed by the metabolic cage collecting method. Result: TLC results showed that there was a great variation in the kind and content of A. orientalis from difference habitats before and after salt processing. But there was no significant difference in HPLC result. A. orientalis from Fujian, whether unprocessed or processed, could markedly decrease the urine volume in normal rats. Unprocessed A. orientalis from Jiangxi had no effect on the urine volume but could be significantly decreased by salt processed A. orientalis. Both before and after salt processing A. orientalis from Guangxi and Sichuan could obviously increase the urine volume in normal rats. Conclusion: The results indicated that the changes of chemical component before and after salt processing A. orientalis from different habitats may be the main factor affecting their diuretic action in the normal rats.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anti-tumor effect of resveratrol-solid lipid nanopartieles(Res-SLN)on mouse H22 hepatocellular carcinoma in vivo. Method: KM mice bearing H22 tumor cells were used in this study. It were randomly divided into tumor model group;CTX group(25 mg·kg-1);low, middle, high dosage groups of Res-SLN(35,70,105 mg·kg-1);suspensions group of Res(105 mg·kg-1); auxiliary materials group.The anti-tumor activity of Res-SLN on solid tumor mice was evaluated by tumor mass weight and tumor inhibitory ratio, and the life-prolongation effect on ascitic tumor mice was assessed by average survival time. The influence on the immune organs was evaluated by the indexes of thymus and spleen of mice with transplanted tumor. Result: Res-SLN had significant inhibiting effect on transplanted tumor growth in mice. Inhibitory rates of Res-SLN in low, middle, high dose groups on H22 mice were 61.95%,72.39%,85.52%, respectively. The differences of indexes of thymus and spleen were insignificant between the ORI-SMEDDS group and model control group. Res-SLN in the middle, high doseage groups had an effect on prolonging the life of mice with transplanted tumor, the statistical difference being significant as compared with the model group. Conclusion: Res-SLN shows certain inhibition on the growth of transplanted H22 tumor with dose-dependence, and the inhibitory effect is stronger than oridonin.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Qi supplement and blood activation prescription (QB)and its disassembled prescriptions medicated serum on the secretion of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) 9 and MMP-2 by human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) post-transfected pcDNA3.1-VEGF165. Method: Constructing pcDNA3.1-VEGF165 restructuring plasmid, then it was transient transfected in HUVEC with Fugene HD transfection reagent. Prepare QB and its disassembled prescriptions medicated rat serum, saline normal serum. Seed the post-transfected HUVEC with 5% serum. The expression of VEGF was detected by using Western Blot. The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Result: (1)The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the QB group is higher than the saline group. There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). The expression of VEGF in the Blood Activation (BA) group and the Qi supplement (QS) group are lower than the QB group. Both groups have statistically significant difference when compare with the whole group(P<0.01). (2)Either the secretion of MMP-2 in the QB group or in the BA group is higher than the saline group. Both groups have statistically significant difference when compare with the Saline group(P<0.05,P<0.01). The secretion of MMP-2 in the QS group is lower than the QB group. There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). (3)The secretion of MMP-9 in the QB group and its disassembled prescriptions group are higher than the Saline group. Only the whole group and the BA group have significant with it(P<0.01,P<0.05). The secretion of MMP-9 in the disassembled prescriptions groups is lower than the whole group. Both groups have significant with the whole group(P<0.01). Conclusion: QB can not only promote the expression of VEGF, but also increase the secretion of MMP-9 and MMP-2. BA plays a main role in this. The therapeutic angiogenesis mechanisms of QB may be related to increase the secretion of MMP, accordingly promote endothelial cell migration, and improve vascular permeability.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the preparation of quercetin chitosan composite film,and toobserve its effect on dental ulcer repair. Method: Using chitosan as carriers, composited membrance was prepared by adding quercetin. Rabbit dental ulcer was induced by NaOH.Sixty model rats were divided into matrix group(CS, the membrance without quercetin),composite membrance group(QUCS), Bingpeng San group(BPS),control group.The drugs were given 2 times a day,until the ulcer was healed. The goss,ulcer area, ulcer volume and healing speed, macroscopic were observed Edema,hyperemia and healing of ulcer surface were observed. Result: Compared with the control group,the QUCS could shorten and lessen the average healing time、average healing time、ulcer surface obviously (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: QUCSFM has obvious treatment on rats oral ulcer induced by NaOH.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of secreting type antibacterial peptides from Musca domestica Larvae in mice with abdominal infection. Method: Thirty-two BALB/c mice were selected and divided randomly into four groups. Experiment group 1(prophylactic intervention of antibacterial peptide): 10 mg·kg-1·d-1 antibacterial peptide was administered prophylactic before bacterial infection for 3 days. Experiment group 2 (remedial intervention of antibacterial peptide): 10 mg·kg-1 antibacterial peptide was administered after bacterial infection. Model group: normal sodium was administered after bacterial infection. Normal mice were control. The number of bacteria in ascitic fluid was examined in 4 h and 12 h after bacterial administration. These contents were measured of plasma Tumor nercosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), nitric oxide(NO) and endotoxin in 4, 8, 12 h, and 24 h after bacterial infection. Result: There was a distinct content decrease of plasma TNF-α, IL-6, NO and endotoxin in antibacterial peptide pretreatment group compared with those in model group. In remedial intervention group, bacterial number in ascitic fluid and endotoxin content in peripheral blood were obviously lower than those in model group, while changes of other indexes were not as obvious as those in pretreatment group. Conclusion: The secreting type antibacterial peptides from M. domestica could show the immunoregulation in bacterial infection mice.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of the flavonoid quercetin on monosodium urate(MSU) crystal-induced inflammation in rats, as well as the swelling of joint, inflammatory factors and antioxidant activity. Method: Forty-eight male SD rats (200±20) g were divided into six groups with 8 rats each group. Group I (control group) was treated with distilled water, Group II served as model group induced by monosodium urate (MSU) crystal and was treated with distilled water (ig), Groups III-V were treated with quercetin (100, 200, 400 mg·kg-1 body weight, i g), Group VI MSU crystal-induced rats were treated with indomethacin (3.0 mg·kg-1 body weight, ig). quercetin, indomethacin or distilled water was given orally, once daily for seven consecutive days throughout the experiment. On the fifth day, inflammatory reaction was induced by intra-articular injection of 3% MSU crystal suspension 100 μL inside the ankle joint of the right hind limb. The inflammatory reaction was measured by the circumference of the joint with a tie line method at 2, 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 h, the tissue homogenate of liver, synovial tissue of joint and serum were used for assaying the inflammatory mediators such as interleukin-1β(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α), prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and antioxidant status including malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colorimetry. Result: The quercetin had an inhibitory effect on edema in experimental gouty arthritis in a dose-dependant manner, suppressed MSU crystal-induced chemokine production IL-1β, TNF-α, PGE2, decreased levels of the lipid peroxidation end-product MDA, as well as enhanced the activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD, GSH-Px, CAT. Conclusion: The present results clearly indicated that quercetin exerted a strong effect of treatment on acute gouty arthritis by anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the antipyretic mechanism of Buzhong Yiqi Tang. Method: The rats were assigned into the normal group,spleen-qi deficiency with fever group,Buzhong Yiqi Tang group, 10 rats in each group. The rats of spleen-qi deficiency with fever group and Buzhong Yiqi Tang group were treated with excess fatigue plus out of constant diet to copy spleen-qi deficiency rat model. The body temperatures were measured each week. From the 18th day, Buzhong Yiqi Tang group rats were fed with medicine 6.83 g·kg-1. The ones of the normal group and spleen-qi deficiency with fever group with physiological saline for 5 days. At 8:00 am on the 22th day, the rats of Buzhong Yiqi Tang group and the spleen-qi deficiency with fever group were respectively intraperitonealy injected with lipopoly saccharide(LPS,80 μg·kg-1) to induce fever. The rats of the normal group with physiological saline. The rectal temperature was measured at 30,60,120,180,220 min after ip LPS and the mean body temperature curve draw. Then cAMP and PGE2 in hypothalamus were measured. Result: Compared with the normal group, the rectal temperature curve of spleen-qi deficiency with fever group rises significantly at every research spot (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with the spleen-qi deficiency with fever group, the temperature, cAMP and PGE2 of Buzhong Yiqi Tang group were obviously decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Tang has antipyretic effect on the spleen-qi deficiency with fever model. Its antipyretic mechanism may be connected with reducing central pyrexia amboceptor PGE2 and cAMP.

      摘要:Objective: This experiment studies the anti-fatigue capability of water extracts from the roots of Caragana sinica in mice. Method: Take Kunming mice,and they are divided into control group and experimental group randomly. The experimental group is divided into three dose groups which are high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group(15,10,5 g·kg-1·d-1), and the three dose groups are irrigated the stomach with the drug individually; while the control group is given the same volume of distilled water. After 15 consecutive days, all the mice both in the control group and the experimental group are subjected to burden swimming and biochemical index detection. The time of the burden swimming was recorded. Meanwhile, half of the mice both in the control group and in the experimental group are measured about their the contents of blood lactic acid(LA), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and liver glycogen(LG) after swimming without rest; while another half are measured after they rest for 30 min. Result: The water extracts from the roots of C. sinica could significantly increase the mice’s ability of burden swimming, decrease the content of LA and BUN, and accelerate their clearance rate after exercise and increase the reserve and recovery rate of LG. Conclusion: Water extracts from the roots of C. sinica can significantly improve the anti-fatigue effects.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Bugu Fangshu decoction on osteoprotegerin(OPG) in osteoporosis rats. Method: The experimental animals were divided into 4 groups, and the model was made by administration of retinoic acid. The osteoporosis rats were treated by middle-dose Bugu Fangshu decoction(MDB group, 20 g·kg-1), high-dose Bugu Fangshu decoction(HDB group 40 g·kg-1). Expression of OPG in bone tissues and morphological changes of bone tissue were observed. Result: Retinoic acid ig 2 weeks, the model control group rats significantly sparse trabecular bone, trabecular bone area percentage of (22.52±3.15)%. spectral area of OPG bone density (IA) value of 0.29±0.15, significantly lower than the normal group (P<0.01), shows that successful model. After treated by Bugu Fangshu, the percentage of trabecular bone area of MDB group and HDB group is (36.41±1.40)% and (37.58±1.40)%, significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). The OPG IA of bone is 2.41±1.40, 3.07±0.40, was significantly increased (P<0.01), significant improvement in pathological changes in bone tissue. Conclusion: Bugu Fangshu decoction could increase significantly the expression of OPG and improve pathological changes of osteoporosis obviously.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of polysaccharides extracted from Radix Codonopsis Lanceolatae(PCL) on blood glucose and immune function in rats with diabetes mellitus(DM). Method: The rat DM model was established by alloxan injected intraperitoneally. The therapy group rats were administrated PCL at 0.1 or 0.5 g·kg-1 dose. The level of fasting blood glucose was detected by enzyme-chemical method on the 0,7,14,21 day of PCL therapy; the body weight and weight of thymus and spleen were measured for spleen and thymus index; lymphocyte proliferation was observed by MTT method for stimulation index(SI). Result: Compared with normal control group, the level of fasting blood glucose of DM model group significantly increased(P<0.01), 3 weeks later, the thymus extremely withered, spleen lymphocyte transformation ability obviously decreased(P<0.01). Compared with DM model group, PCL could observably reduce blood glucose after 2 weeks treatment (P<0.05). 3 weeks later, thymus index of PCL therapy group enhanced significantly(P<0.05, P<0.01), and SI increased obviously in the high dose PCL therapy group. Conclusion: PCL can decrease the level of fasting blood glucose in DM rats, meanwhile, cellular immune function can be improved significantly.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of total polyphenols extracted from Toona sinensis Roem on acute inflammation in injury induced by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Method: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham operation group, model group and total polyphenols extracted from T. sinensis groups in 3 doses. Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats was induced by legating the left coronary artery (LAD) 30 min followed by a 120 min reperfusion, while rats in sham group were sutured only. Ligature success was indicated by elevation of segment, yet reperfusion success was indicated through gradual resolution of T wave with ST segment, and appearance of infract Q wave. After reperfusion, blood from abdominal aorta was collected,and serum were prepared. Then content of IL-6 and TNF-α in serum were detected. Finally, 10 mg myocardium tissue was cut from left ventricle ischemic area, and expression level of NF-κB p65 mRNA was tested. The rest myocardium tissues were prepared for pathological sections. Then the morphological changes in left ventricle ischemic area was observed through optical Microscope. Result: Content of IL-6 and TNF-α in model group serum were (638.88±188.94), (216.23±58.67) ng·L-1 respectively. Compared with rats in model group, after administrated with polyphenols extracted from T. sinensis Roem, the content of IL-6 and TNF-α in serum was declined. NF-κB p65/β-actin in left ventricle ischemic area myocardium tissue of model group was 0.61±0.05, while myocardium tissue NF-κB p65/β-actin in total polyphenols extracted from T. sinensis groups were decreased significantly. Compared with model group, the morphological injury of cardiomyocytes in total polyphenols extracted from T. sinensis groups were alleviated significantly. Conclusion: Total polyphenols extracted from T. sinensis can play an intervention role on acute inflammation during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats.

      摘要:Objective : To investigate the protective effect on cardiomyocyts against anoxia/reoxygenation(A/R) injury in Guanxin Danshen compounding of the best ratio, if lignum acronylchiae oil and/or lignum acronylchiae total flavonoids was removed, or tanshinone from salvia miltiorrhiza was added, of the contribution of various components on the efficacy. Method : Taken cultured neonatal rat ventricular cardiomyocytes for 4 days were randomly divided into seven groups: Control group; (1) A/R group; (2) 1% DSMO group; (3) the group treated with the best ratio; (4)-(6): these groups respectively treated with lignum acronylchiae oil and/or lignum negative total flavonoids, or salviol of different dose 1, 2, 4 mg added; cell viability, superoxide dismutase(SOD), Catalase, glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities, malondialdehyde(MDA) contents and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activitied were detected. Result : In Guanxin Danshen compounding of the best ratio, the protective effect of cardiomyocyte against A/R injury was significantly decreaed if lignum acronylchiae oil and/or lignum acronylchiae total flavonoids was removed, these changes of anti-lipid oxidation indexes such as SOD, Catalase, GSH-Px activities and MDA contents were more obvious than other indexes; Once salviol was added, the protective effect on cardiomyocyte against A/R was enchanced with different degree, espcially LDH and cell viability was obvious and 2 mg salviol was the best protective effect. Conclusion : In the Guanxin Danshen compounding of the best ratio, lignum acronylchiae oil and lignum acronylchiae total flavonoids were necessary; Adding 2 mg salviol could enchance the protective effect on cardiomyocyte.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Dai medicine Baogan Yihao (BGYH) on acute and chronic liver injury. Method: Three kinds of animal model were established in this study. Acute model of immunological hepatic injury was established by iv Bacillus Calmetle-Guerin(BCG)+Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in mouse, and ConA respectively. Rat model of chronic hepatic fibrosis was developed by ih of (CCl4). BGYH with high, medium and low doses were orally administrated. Activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and spartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum was determined, and pathological changes in liver were also examined. Result: BGYH at the concentration of 20.4 g·kg-1 showed significantly inhibition on the acute immunological liver injury in mice induced by BCG+LPS and ConA; BGYH at the concentration of 0.56 g·kg-1 also inhibited the chronic hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl4 in rat model. And BGYH showed protection for hepatic lesions in animal models. Conclusion: BGYH can obviously protect acute and chronic liver injuries.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Compound Kushen Injection on analgesia, hemostasis in mouse, and to observe to the anti-stress (induced by hypoxia and low temperature swimming) effect of the injection in tumor-bearing mice. Method: The hot plate method, the body-twisting method, capillary and broken tail method were used for evaluating the effects on analgesia and hemostasis accordingly, anti-stress effect of the injection was observed in the hepato-tumor-bearing mice. Result: Compared with controls, compound Kushen injection of 4, 2, 1 g·kg-1 could obviously increase the pain threshold for heat in mice, significantly extend the body-twisting incubation period and reduce the counting, obviously reduce the blood coagulation and bleeding time, and significantly prolong the hypoxia tolerance duration and low temperature swimming time in the tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion: Compound Kushen Injection has obvious analgesia and hemostatic effect, and can enhance the anti-stress ability in tumor-bearing mice.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Scutellaria extract to cytochrome P450 enzymes CYP1A2 CYP3A4, CYP2E1 and CYP2C19. Method: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the study of 4 probe drugs in rats plasma. The rats are divided in 2 groups randomly. One group were given Scutellaria extract once daily, another received normal saline once daily as the blank control. After 10 days of treatment, the rats were given 4 probe drugs by tail intravenous injection and the plasma were obtained at 0, 5, 10, 15, 30, 15, 60, 180, 360, 540, 720 min. The plasma concentration of 4 probe drugs was determined by RP-HPLC. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by Kinetica 5.0. Result: The metabolism of dapsone, chlorzoxazone and omeprazole are slowed down significantly while the T1/2of all 4 probe drugs were increased. The MRT0→∞of chlorzoxazone and omeprazole were increased significantly. Conclusion: Scutellaria extract tended to be the inhibitor of CYP1A2, CYP3A4, CYP2E1 and CYP2C19. But CYP3A4 and CYP2E1 were affected significantly.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Shufeng Jiedu granules on hand-foot-mouth disease by observing the death protective effect of the granules on suckling BALB/c mice infected by enterovirus 71 in vivo and the inhibition effect on enteric viruses in vitro. Method: Prophylactic and therapeutic administration of Shufeng Jiedu granules were applied to EV71 H strain infection suckling BALB/c mice at 2, 1 and 1/2 clinical equivalent dose of 3-year-old children respectively. We observed the degree of infection, death number and calculated the death rates and life extension rates. The in vitro inhibition of Shufeng Jiedu granules at five non-toxic dosages anti EV71 H strain, CoxB3 strain, CoxB4 strain and CoxB5 strain were determined by CPE method on Vero cells. Result: Shufeng Jiedu granules could decrease the degree of infection and death rates,simultaneously increase life extension rates significantly. Shufeng Jiedu granules showed significant preventive and therapeutic effects on suckling BALB/c mice infected by enterovirus 71.At no-toxic dosages, Shufeng Jiedu granules inhibited CoxB3 strain, CoxB4 strain and CoxB5 strain visibly. Conclusion: Shufeng Jiedu granules show notable preventive and therapeutic effects on hand-foot-mouth disease in vivo and in vitro.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Danggui Beimu Kushen(DGBMKS) decoction on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the prostates of chronic bacterial prostatitis(CBP) rats and investigate the mechanism. Method: Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups(10 each):control group,the model group,western medicine group,high,middle and low-dose groups of DGBMKS decoction.The CBP model was established by injecting E.coli into the dorsal lobes of the prostate.High,medium and low doses of DGBMKS decoction were 11.67,5.83,2.917 g·kg-1,and norfloxacin dose was 9.3 g·kg-1.Drugs were given on the 15th day after operation for 4 weeks.The expression of TNF-α and its mRNA in the prostates of rats were measured. Result: Compared to the model group,the expression of TNF-α and its mRNA were significantly decreased in the high,middle and low-dose groups of DGBMKS decoction(P<0.01),especially most decreased in the high-group. Conclusion: The mechanism of DGBMKS decoction treating CBP may be related to reducing the production of TNF-α in CBP rats.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of combining traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine in treatment of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Method: ninety patients with ACS in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy with aspirin, clopidogrel and heparin, the observation group was given conventional therapy as the control group and TCM complex prescription named Tongxinluo capsule. Result: The total efficiency in the control group was 80.00% and 95.56% in the observation which was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); In the observation group adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) incidence was 6.67%, significantly lower than 22.22% in the control group (P<0.05). There were no serious bleeding events between the two groups. Conclusion: The therapy of combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of ACS is safe, and has significant efficacy in clinical, its adverse reactions can be tolerated, it is worthy of clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: Study the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenfu injection (SFI) in treatment of peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM). Method: The patients meeting diagnostic criteria for PPCM were divided into treatment and control groups, then the change of the related examination, ECG and echocardiography in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result: The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 93.33% and 82.14%, respectively. The statistical difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: SFI can improve clinical efficacy of treatment on PPCM with a shortened course of disease.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine with activating blood circulation and norishing Yin in treatment of female chloasma. Method: Two hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into control group and the treatment group. 110 patients in treatment group was treated by Taohong Siwu and Liuwei Dihuang decoction with 3% topical hydroquinone cream; 110 cases in control group were treated by western medicine vitamin C and E. with 3% topical hydroquinone cream. Treatment lasted 2 months. Result: The cure rate in treatment group was 37 cases, markedly effective was 41 cases, improved 25 cases, in effective 7 cases, The total effective rate in was 93.6% and 56.4%, in treatment and control group, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine treatment with activating blood circulation and norishing Yin in treatment of female chloasma is an effective prescription.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the change of serum neopterin(NPI) levels before and after treatment in patients with asymptomatic human immunodefilienly virus (HIV) carriers. Method: ELISA method was used to determine serum NPI levels of 32 patients with asymptomatic HIV infection and 22 healthy subjects were entered control group. Result: Before treatment there was statistical significance in NPI compared with the healthy control group (P<0.05), after 6 months of treatment by Fuzheng Paidu tablet, there was statistical significance in the change of NPI (P<0.05), self-comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal immune activation induced by increased serum levels of NPI may be one of the pathological factors in patients asymptomatic HIV infection, Fuzheng Paidu table can reduce the level of serum NPI in asymptomatic HIV carriers,which may be one of the possible mechanisms.

      摘要:Objective: To observate the effect of Qishen Yiqi Dripping pills on cardiac function and levels of plasma NT-ProBNP level in patients with heart failure induced by ischemic cardiomyopathy. Method: Eighty patients with heart failure induced by ischemic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy. Forty patients in treatment group were treated by Qishen Yiqi Dripping pills on the basis of control group. Treatment lasted 8 weeks. Level of cardiac function, 6 min walking distance,echocardiography index, plasma NT-proBNP level in two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result: After 8 weeks,level of cardiac function,6 min walk distance and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) of patients in treatment group were significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05),and level of plasma NT-proBNP was significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qishen Yiqi Dripping pills can improve cardiac function, exercise tolerance, life quality and ventricular remodeling of patients with heart failure induced by schemic cardiomyopathy.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Xuanfei Qingjie Huoxue prescriptions for the treatment of infant bronchial pneumonia. Method: From May 2009 to May 2011, 98 cases of infant bronchial pneumonia were divided into control group and observation group, each for 49 cases. The patients of control group were given western medicine, the patients of observation group were given Xuanfei Qingjie Huoxue prescriptions on the basis of control group. Continuous application 10 days between two groups. The effect were observed. The out time of fever, cough, expectoration and lung rale were compared in two groups. Result: The total rate was higher in observation group than that of control group (95.92%VS81.83%,P<0.05). The out time of fever, cough, expectoration and lung rale were shorter in observation group than that of control group, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xuanfei Qingjie Huoxue prescriptions for the treatment of infant bronchial pneumonia has good results, is superior to simply western medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze ginkgo dipyridamole injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method: Via treated acute cerebral infarction patients with foundation treatment based on application of dipyridamole injection, we compared the treatment effect for the documented application traditional treatment combined with Dan hong injection treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Result: The patients with treatment of joint ginkgo injection, the total effective rate was 94.6%, which was significantly higher than the 83.8% in the control group (P <0.05). The average score after treatment MBI was (84.5±17.7), FMA score average (92.5±14.3), were significantly higher than those in the control group treated (72.5 ±14.3), (84.6±11.9) (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Ginkgo dipyridamole injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction had an ideal, safety effect.

      摘要:To investigate the rules and characteristics of prescriptions used by Pro.YAN Zheng-hua to treat digestive diseases. Prescriptions used to treat digestive diseases between 2009 and 2010 were searched. 253 cases were analysed by datamining and statistic method. In this study, there were ten herbs frequency of which in prescriptions was more than 40%, such as orange peel, tuckahoe, Shenqu, red peony root, white peony root, Fructus aurantii, white atractylodes rhizome, Cyperus, Amomum villosum, bergamot. In the 74 herbs(frequency more than 5%), the warm-hot herbs accounted for 40%, the cold herbs accounted for 32.86%, sweet, bitter herbs each accounted for 50%,pungent herbs accounted for 41.89%;herbs belonging to spleen accounted for 50%, herbs belonging to stomach accounted for 48.65%,herbs belonging to liver accounted for 44.59%.Professor YAN Zheng-hua believed that soothing the liver and regulating Qi,regulating spleen and stomach could be the basic therapy principle for digestive diseases.

      摘要:Objective: Cancerous pain is one of the most frequently appeared symptoms. It is also the common, early and painful symptom in patients with osseous metastasis. In recent years, by combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, and by the combination of traditional internal therapy with external therapy, there are significant progresses in the clinical research on treatment of cancerous pain induced by malignant metastasis. Some of the therapeutic approaches have gained satisfactory efficacy, with advantages of treating both the principal and the secondary aspects of a disease, less side effects and lower cost. Clinical research emphasizes multi-centered, randomized, double blind, sufficient large sampling, reasonably established control group, standardized evaluation criteria for cancerous pain. Meanwhile, attentions should be paid to the evaluation parameters for clinical benefits, the quality control of medicinal preparations, and the research on the effective components responsible for the efficacy. These issues are goals and the problems should be reached and solved in the near future.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for lung abscess collected in the book of 'The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary’ using TCM inheritance system. Method: The prescriptions used for lung abscess in the 'book of The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary’ were collected, , the composing principles were analyzed using revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering in the TCM inheritance system after data entry. Result: Based on the analysis on 132 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database was computed, 46 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions weree mined from the database. Conclusion: TCM inheritance system can be used for entry, administration, search and analysis of the prescriptions and is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.
