      摘要:Objective: To investigate influence of different additions on stability of Calamine lotion,and then obtained optimum prescription of Calamine lotion. Method: Optimum additions were investigated with influence of CMC-Na, gummi tragacanthae, Tween-80, AlCl3 and sodium citrate on stability of Calamine lotion by sedimentation volume ratio experiment and redistributed experiment,additions was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Result: The best suspension agent was CMC-Na, Tween 80 could improve stability of suspension. Optimum prescription was:Calamine lotion 7.5 g, ZnO 2.5 g, Glycerin 2.5 g, CMC-Na 0.5 g, Tween-80 0.125 g, AlCl3 0.05 g. Conclusion: Prescription of Calamine lotion after optimization could improve stability of formulation greatly, and it was simple, feasible, it could be used in industrialized production.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Corydalis decumbens. Method :The content of bicuculline,protopine,tetrahydropalmatine,palmatine and yield of extract as indexes,optimization of extract technology by orthogonal experiment and correlation test and comprehensive balance method. Result :Optimum extraction condition was as follows: refluxing extracted 3 times with 11 times the amount of 70% ethanol by 2.5 h each time. Conclusion: This optimum technology was stable and feasible,it could keep effective components better.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize formulation of O/W microemulsion of Saussurea involucrate. Method :Both chlorogenic acid and rutin used as indexes,solubility in various solvents of extracts from S. involucrate was determined by HPLC,and obtained primary compositions of microemulsion formulation, formulations of S. involucrate microemusion was optimized by practicing pseudoternary phase diagram and determined its quality including viscosity, conductivity, refractive index, zeta potentia, particle size distribution respectively. Result :Maximum area of microemulsion in pseudo-ternary phase diagrams was obtained when Km was 1 ∶2. Optimum microemusion formulation was RH 40 as surfactant, alchol as cosurfactant and oleic acid as oil phase with its proporation as 4 ∶2 ∶1. Viscosity and mean particle size of S. involucrate microemulsion accorded with requirement of transdermal microemuslion.It was stable under high temperature and strong light condition(non-hierarchical,non-flocculation or precipitation of drug). Conclusion: Solubility of extracts from S. involucrate was improved by microemulsion. This microemulsion had characteristics of small particle,stability and suitable viscosity etc.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate suitability of microwave-assisted extraction technology used in leaf Chinese medicine. Method: Epimedium was taken as example.Three factors were investigated influence of microwave power, solvent-solid ratio, extraction time on yield of extracted for icariin and yield of dry extract by Box-Behnken design.Microwave-assisted Extraction Process for icariin was optimized by response surface design, and compared with traditional extraction technique. Result: Relation fitted quadratic model between yield of extraction for icariin,yield of dry extract and 3 factors investigated.Optimum extraction technology of icariin was:microwave power 800 W, solvent-solid ratio 16, extraction time 37 min.Under these conditions, average yield of icariin was 84.53%,dry extracta sicca was 22.47%. Conclusion: Microwave-assisted extraction of icariin had characteristics of low in time,high extraction ratio,no difference of chemical characteristics peaks and lower energy consumption. Microwave-assisted technology applied to extraction of leafy medicinal materials such as Icariin.

      摘要:Objective: To determine optimum preparation technology of annonaceous acetogenin dripping pill(AADP) by researching various factors on it. Method: Shape of dripping pill, hardness, dissolution time and pill weight as parameters to select formulation technology and dripping conditions of pill. The content of annonaceous total acetogenin was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Result: Optimum technology was: methyl-silicon oil as refrigerant, proportion of PEG4000-PEG6000 was 4 ∶1, annonaceous acetogenin to matrix was 1 ∶4, processing temperature was at 70 ℃, and cooling temperature was 5-15 ℃, dripping distance was 2 cm and ID/OD of emitter was 2/2.5 mm; The content of annonaceous total acetogenin was 2.53, 2.54, 2.66 mg. Conclusion: This process was simple, feasible and reproducible; Ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was simple, accurate and could be used to control quality of this dripping pill.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrahigh pressure extraction (UPE) technology of salidroside from Rhodiola crenulata by central composite design/response surface methodology. Method: Central composite design was adopted for getting optimal ultrahigh pressure technique parameters,and compared with conventional extraction’s(reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction,microwave extraction). Result: Optimal technology conditions of UPE for salidroside from R. crenulata were: solvent was 73.3% ethanol, ratio of solvent to material (mL:g) was 29.5, extraction pressure was 255.5 mPa, extracted 1 time with 2 min. Using this extracting process, extraction yield of salidroside was 9.29 mg ·g-1. It was 31.6% higher than reflux extraction, 20.3% to ultrasonic extraction and 9.7% to microwave extraction. Conclusion: As a novel extraction technology of Chinese herbal medicine, UPE procedure had higher extraction yield, lower extracting temperature, required a shorter time and was less power consumption. It had provided a brand-novel method for extraction of salidroside from R. crenulata.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of total saponins from Cimicifuga dahurica by central composite design/response surface methodology. Method: Independent variables were ethanol concentration, reflux time and solvent fold,dependent variable was extraction rate of total saponins from C. dahurica.Level of independent variables were regressed by multiple linear and fitted by binomial.Response surface methodology was used to optimize extraction process. Prediction was carried out by comparing observed and predicted values. Result: Optimal extraction technology was:extracted 3 times by 15 times the amount of 65% ethanol with 170 min each time,deviation between observed and predicted values was 0.4%. Regression coefficients of binomial fitting complex model was as high as 0.988 4. Conclusion: This extraction process of total saponins from C. dahurica by central composite design/response surface methodology was a simple method with high precision and good predictability.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of decoction from Atractylodis macrocephalae,and at this basis researched effect of processing with soil on the content and extracting rate of effective constituents. Method: L9(3)4 orthogonal method was employed to optimize extracted technology by using the content in composite score of soluble sugar and atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ as indexes.And respectively prepared decoction from raw A. macrocephalae、fried A. macrocephalae and soil-fried A. macrocephalae by this optimum extraction conditions,then compared the content and extracting rate of total sugar and atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ in standard decoction of each processed A. macrocephalae. Result: Optimum extraction process was:boiled 3 times with 14 times amount of water,1 hour each time. The content of soluble sugar and atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were significantly increased in these processed products. There was significant difference between raw product and processed product.The content of soluble sugar in soil-fried product were significantly higher than that in fried product. Conclusion: It showed that being heated with soil could beneficial to boiling chemical composition.

      摘要:Objective: To study on molding technology of Yanggan Yishui granule. Method: Category and ratio of accessories were investigated by taking moisture absorption percentage as index; Optimum molding technology were screened by taking moisture absorption percentage and molding rate of granule as indexes,and investigated angle of repose, moisture absorption percentage and critical relative humidity of granule. Result: Optimal ratio of soluble starch to β-Cyclodextrin was 2 ∶1, extract powder and adjuvants were mixed evenly in proportion of 1 ∶1,60% alcohol was added, dried at 60 ℃.Granules had a good fluidity,critical relative humidity was about 68%. Conclusion: This molding technology was reasonable, feasible and could provide scientific basis for production.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare delivery system of ursolic acid self-microemulsion, and establish bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of ursolic acid self-microemulsion by HPLC-MS. Method: Ursolic acid self-microemulsion delivery system was prepared with OP emulsifier, Tween-20, isopropyl alcohol and oleic acid,and investigated its stability, particle size and Zeta potential.In vivo bioavailability and pharmacokinetics in rats were evaluated by oral administration. Result: Ursolic acid self-microemulsion was stable within a month, average particle size and Zeta potential were 32.74 nm and 4.21 mV, respectively.Relative bioavailability of ursolic acid self-microemulsion and sustained-release tablets were 326.5% and 256.6%, respectively; and then relative bioavailability of microemulsion delivery system was 127.2% to sustained-release tablets. Conclusion: This prepared self-microemulsion delivery system could enhance bioavailability of ursolic acid.

      摘要:Objective: To study on microwave processing technology of Radix Aconite. Method: The content of six kinds of alkaloids and total alkaloids from different microwave processed products of Radix Aconite were determined by HPLC,and used them as index to compare with traditional processing technology,comprehensive evaluated microwave processing technology of Radix Aconite. Result: Optimum microwave process technology was as follows: after treated by moistening, processed 18-20 min under microwave heating with 60%, and the content of total alkaloids was higher than processed with traditional technology,the content of six kinds of single and double type alkaloids met requirements of 2010 "China Pharmacopoeia". Conclusion: This method was simple, feasible and easy to control, it could be used instead of traditional processing technology of Radix Aconiti as a new method.

      摘要:Objective: In order to guide the on-line detection of active components of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the on-line analysis method of NIRS was established for NH4Cl solution by using the near infrared spectroscopy technology. In addition, the impact of bubbles on the detection result was evaluated. Method: The near-infrared spectroscopy technique was used to determine the content of NH4Cl. The prediction model was established using partial least squares (PLS) method after rejecting outliers. Result: The predicted value calculated by the established model was quite close to the true value, which indicated a nice performance of the near infrared spectrometer in quantitative ability. The correlation coefficients (R2) and the root-mean-square error of cross-validation (RMSECV) of the quantitative calibration model were 0.991, 0.493 respectively. The root-mean-square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 0.222. The relative prediction error (RESP) was less than 10% when the concentration of NH4Cl was higher than 1.504 g ·L-1. In addition, the results showed that the impact of the bubble on the detection result was so small that it could be neglected. Conclusion: The error level of near-infrared spectroscopy technology could satisfy the on-line detection of traditional chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC) for sim ultaneous determination of piperine and piperlongumine in Piper longum. Method :Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used to separate the analytes using a mode with a mobile phase consisting of water with 0.25% formic acid (35) and methyl alcohol (65) at a flow rate of 1 mL ·min-1 and an operating column temperature of 40 ℃. The detection wave length was set at 343 nm. Result: All the constituents showed good linearity (r=0.999 9) in the range of the tested concentration, the average recoveries of the method were 100.4% and 102.2%,RSD were 2.6% and 2.5%.This method successfully determined 2 compounds in P. longum (from 8 different origins) simultaneously and quantitively. Conclusion: This is a more reasonable and credible quality control method for the Chinese traditional medicine of P. longum and it is simple, well reproducible.

      摘要:Objective : To study the chemical constituents from pine needle of Pinus crassicorticea and P. yunnanensis Franch.var tenuifolia. Method :The essential oils from Pinus crassicorticea and P. yunnanensis Franch.var tenuifolia were extracted by steam distillation. The volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) methods. The relative contents of these constituents were calculated by peak area normalization. Result : Sixty two compounds in the essential oil from P. crassicorticea were identified, counting for 95.565% of the total area of the peaks. The principal constituents were α-pinene (24.659%),β-pinene (11.471%),β-caryophyllene (9.932%) and terpinolene(5.167%). 55 compounds in the essential oil from P. yunnanensis Franch.var tenuifolia were identified, counting for 90.794% of the total area of the peaks. The principal constituents were α-pinene (22.542%)、β-caryophyllene (16.636%) and 1,2,4a,5,8,8a-hexahydro-4,7-dimethyl-1-(1-methylethyl)- naphthalene (5.085%). Conclusion :The essential oils from pine needle of P. crassicorticea and P. yunnanensis Franch.var tenuifolia were investigated for the first time.It had provided scientific foundation for exploitation and utilization of P. crassicorticea and P. yunnanensis Franch.var tenuifolia.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze and compare the volatile constituents which were extracted from the different parts of Betula luminifera by GC-MS. Method: The volatile components were extracted from the different parts of B. luminifera by t MAE-HS-SPME and the chemical components of them were identified by GC-MS and retention index. Result: 58 and 25 volatile constituents in the leaf and fruits of Betula luminifera were separated and identified. Accounting for 95.78% and 95.72% of the total peak areas, respectively. The major components in the leaf oil were pentadecane (5.50%), hexadecane (6.54%), (E)-1,2,3-trimethyl-4-propenyl- naphthaleene(5.13%), whereas the major constituents in the fruit oil were cis-β-farnesene (10.04%),β-bisabolene(24.81%),α-caryophyllene (25.61%) and α-bisabolol(16.42%). Conclusion: The results show that the two parts of the volatile components are quite different.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in Danhuangquyu tablets. Method: An Agilent NH2 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-absolute ethyl alcohol-3% phosphoric acid (82 ∶10 ∶8), the detection wavelength was 220 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result: Matrine showed a good linear relationship at the range of was 0.385-2.31 μg(r=0.999 6), the average recovery was 99.0%, RSD 0.85% (n=6); Oxymatrine showed a good linear relationship at the range of was 0.021 8-0.239 8 μg(r=0.999 2), the average recovery was 97.2%, RSD 1.0% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, and it can be used for the quality control of Danhuangquyu tablets.

      摘要:Objective : To establish the method of HPLC fingerprint and hierarchical cluster analysis for quality control of Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis. Method : About 27 samples from different sources were analyzed by HPLC. Acetonitrile and 0.385% ammonium acetate-acetic acid buffer were used as mobile phase by gradient eluting. Detection wavelength was set at 245 nm and column at 35 ℃. By the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine (Version 2004A), mean chromatogram was generated as the representative standard fingerprint. Result : Seventeen main marker peaks were selected in the standard fingerprint, and the similarity of 80% samples was over 0.87. The method is high sensitivity and good reproducibility and the Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis could be divided into five grades through the results of hierarchical cluster analysis. Conclusions :The fingerprint study and hierarchical cluster analysis method can be used for the quality control of Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis.

      摘要:Objective: HPLC method was established for determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Radix Actinidiae. Method: HPLC was carried out on ZORBA×300SB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃ using methanol-0.5% ammonium acetate (76 ∶24) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1 and detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Result: Linear correlation (r = 0. 999 7) of the peak area and the concentration of ursolic acid over the concentration range 0.492-2.460 mg ·L-1 was obtained. Linear correlation (r = 0. 999 9) of the peak area and the concentration of oleanolic acid over the concentration range 0.448-2.240 mg ·L-1 was obtained. The average recovery was 97.6%, 98.7% and RSD was 1.8%, 0.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Radix Actinidiae.

      摘要:Objective: To provide scientific experimental basis and reliable methods for establishing the quality standards and exploiting resources of the traditional Chinese medicine Gekko swinhonis. Method: To compare the habitat and organ difference of protein, the water-soluble protein of different parts (body and tail) of G. swinhonis from different habitats was extracted. The protein contents were determined and the experiments of PAGE were conducted. Result: The protein content of G. swinhonis varied with the habitat, and it also varied with the part from the same habitat. The PAGE electrophoretogram showed that except for the common bands, there was difference in the distribution and number of the protein bands among different samples. Conclusion: The method of coomassie brilliant blue staining is simple and fast with good correlation coefficient, and can be used to determine the protein content of medicinal materials. The experiment of PAGE is rapid, accurate and reproducible, and the protein electrophoresis fingerprint can serve as one of the important bases for the quality evaluation and resources exploitation of G. swinhonis.

Method :On the original basis, the TLC identification of atractylodes lancea, tangerine peel, perilla leaf, liquoric root, pineuia ternata and determination the content of honokiol and hesperidin by HPLC were also revised. The HPLC separation was performed on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), the mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid water was used as mobile phase in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 294 nm. Result: The spot in the TLC was clear, and with no interference from negative control. In the HPLC experiments of precision, reproducibility and stability, the samples could be separated entirely. For hesperidin, honokiol and magnolol, the linear range was 0.199 1-3.982 0 μg(r=0.999 9), 0.135 4-2.707 0 μg(r=0.999 9), 0.107 2-2.144 0 μg (r=0.999 9) respectively, the average recoveries were 98.36% with RSD 0.86%;100.6% with RSD 1.04%; 98.11% with RSD 0.70% respectively. Conclusion :The method was sensitive simple, accurate and reproducible, can be used to control the quality of Huoxiang Zhengqi Dripping Pill better.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of total flavonoids in the seeds of Impatiens balsamina. Method : An Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used at 30 ℃ with the mobile phase of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (55 ∶45). The detection wavelength was 365 nm and the flow rate wsa set at 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result :The linear response range for quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin were 0.111 2-0.556 0 μg (r=0.999 4), 0.007 711-0.023 23 μg (r=0.999 4) and 0.006 69-0.033 45μg (r=0.999 2) respectively. The average recoveries were 98.5% (RSD 1.3%,n=6), 97.3% (RSD 1.7%,n=6) and 97.6% (RSD 1.6%,n=6). Conclusion : The method could be used for determination of total flavonoids of the seeds of I. balsamina.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a sensitive and reliable ultra performance liquid chromat-ography tandem mass sepctrometry(UPLC-MS-MS) method for simultaneous determination and pharmacokinetics of orientin, vitexin and quercitrin in rat plasma. Method: Following a protein precipitation with methanol for plasma samples after iv Compound Hongcao injection to rat. The analysis was achieved by BEH C18 column and the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and water (0.1% formic acid included) follow step gradient elution. A TQD tandem mass spectrometry equipped with electrospray ionization source was used as detector and operated by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) positive ion mode of the transitions 449.2-329.2, 433.2-313.0, 449.2-303.4 for orientin, vitexin and quercitrin, respectively. Result: Good linearity was achieved for the three flavonoids,the intra-and inter-day precisions were lower than 15.71%, and the accuracy were from 86.25% to 112.44%. The MRT of the three flavonoids were all blow 21 min in rats. Conclusion: The method was proved to be suitable for the pharmacokinetics of Compound Hongcao injection, which offers advantages of rapid, high sensitivity and selectivity.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content of verbascoside in Callicarpa nudiflora. Method: HPLC was performed with chromatographic conditions as follows: Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid (16 ∶84),flow rate at 1 mL ·min-1,and the detection wavelength at 332 nm. Result: The linearity of verbascoside was good in the range 0f 8.24-206 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 98.74%,RSD was 2.31%,with good repeatability RSD was 2.12%, (n=6) Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible and reproducible,and can be used to control the qualitv of C. nudiflora.

      摘要:Objective : To establish the quality standard of Yixin Badiranjibuya Granules. Method : Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify Dracocephalum moldavica L. The content of tilianin from D. moldavica was determined by HPLC. Result : The specialization and reproducibility of the TLC methord was good. The linear range of tilianin was 0.101 8-1.221 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 99.29%(RSD 1.96%,n=9). Conclusion : The methord can control the quality of Yixin Badiranjibuya granules effectively.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Dicliptera chinensis. Method: The constituents of the EtOAc-soluble portion of 95% ethanol extract were isolated and purified by means of chromatography. Compounds were identified by their physical characteristics and spectral features. Result: Six compounds were isolated and identified as ferulic acid (1), daucosterol (2), gardenoside (3), chlorogenic acid (4), epicatechin (5) and kaempferitrin (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1 and 3-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective : To study the chemical constituents of Clematis armandii. Method: The constituents were separated and purified on the chromatography of silica gel, Sephardex LH20 and RP silica gel; their structures were elucidated on the spectra data. Result: Eleven compounds were identified as siderin (1), epipinoresinol (2), pinoresinol (3), (+)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-6-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo octane (4), matairesinol (5), lariciresinol (6), justieiresinol (7), syringaresinol (8), liriodendrin (9), tachioside (10), koaburaside (11). Conclusion: Ten compounds were isolated from C. armandii for the first time except compound 9.

      摘要:Objective : To isolate the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Pyrola decorata and identify their structures. Method: The constituents were isolated by chromatography methods; the structures of these compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: Seven compounds were isolated and elucidated as: quercetin (1), hyperin (2), isoquercitrin (3), quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside (4), quercitrin (5), gallic acid (6), 2″-O-galloyl-heprin (7). Conclusion : Compounds 1, 3, 5, 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To study the constituents from Chimonanthus salicifolius and their antioxidant activities. Method: Constituent isolation and purification was carried by kinds of column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis. ABTS method was used to evaluate the free radical scavenging activity of the isolated compounds. Result: Seven compounds (1-7) were isolated and their structures were identified as follows: scopoletin (1), scopoletin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (2), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (3), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (4), kaempferol (5), quercetin (6), emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7). The compounds 1, 5 and 6 showed higher antioxidant activity than positive control trolox with IC50 values 8.72, 1.53, 0.563 mmol ·L-1 respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 2, 3 and 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Some compounds had the significant antioxidant activity.

      摘要:Objective: To study the allergenicity of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian injection. Method: The allergenicity of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian injection was studied by using combination of two methods of double-antibody sandwich ELISA and immune fingerprint. Result: The allergenicity of baicalin was detected by using double-antibody sandwich ELISA; the result is positive; the allergenicity of baicalin was detected by using immune fingerprint; its sensitization rate was 86.28%. Conclusion: Baicalin was determined as allergen in Shuanghuanglian injection by using the above method, which can establish a method of analysis to screen allergens rapidly in traditional Chinese medicine injection.

      摘要:Objective: Research on dynamic change of the lignanoid content of Fructus Schisandrae fruits between different regions, growth periods, wild species and cultivated species in Liaoning province. Method: RP-HPLC method was applied to compare the index ingredients quantities of lignanoid in Fructus Schisandrae fruits. Result: In addition to the schisantherin A of cultivated species and the deoxyschisandrin of cultivated species in plain, in different growth periods other index ingredients and the overall 5 lignanoids content gradually elevated corresponding to the elongation of the growth periods and reached their peak at semi-maturation phase; comparing to semi-maturation phase, the index ingredients of Fructus Schisandrae fruits except the schisantherin A and the deoxyschisandrin of cultivated species in plain in their maturation phase decreased. Conclusion: The dynamic change of the index ingredients quantities of the cultivated Fructus Schisandrae fruits was familiar to that of the wild species in Liaoning province.

      摘要:Objective: To establish callus culture method for Coptis deltoidea. Method: The possible effective factors of callus condition were studied by comparing with different medium, explants, temperature and light conditions; the response surface methodology (RSM) based on the Box-Behnken design of experiment was used to optimize the optimum hormone combination of callus proliferation. Result: The callus induction rate of stem tips was the highest about 12.67%. In the optimum culture conditions, the temperature was(15±2) ℃ and it was dark. The main factors affecting the callus proliferation of C. deltoidea were 2,4-D and KT, followed by NAA. Conclusion: The optimal medium for callus induction of C. deltoidea was 6,7-V + 2,4-D 5.0 mg ·L-1 + KT 2.0 mg ·L-1 + NAA 1.0 mg ·L-1. The optimum propagating medium was 6,7-V + 2,4-D 4.6 mg ·L-1 + KT 3.8 mg ·L-1 + NAA 2.4 mg ·L-1.

      摘要:Objection : To study the yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza bge.var.alba inctroducted from Shandong Laiwu, planted in Hunan province. Method : Salvia miltiorrhiza bge and S. miltiorrhiza bge.var.alba were planted samely, and the number, size,weight of two plant's radix were counted.The content of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), microscopic characters of transverse section of radix were studied. Result :The content of chemical constituent accorded with the standard of pharmacopoeia, the yield of S. miltiorrhiza bge.var.alba was higher significiently. Microscopic characters of transverse section of two plants showed significient difference. Conclusion : S. miltiorrhiza bge.var.alba as a high qulity S. miltiorrhiza bge resource was fitted to plant in Hunan province for future development.

      摘要:Objective : To investigate the effects of compatibility of Danggui-Shaoyao-San (DSS) on the pharmacokinetics of its major components in rats. Method : The entire formula is divided into four groups: Paeoniae Radix Alba (S), Angelica Sinensis Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma (DC), Paeoniae Radix Alba-Angelica Sinensis Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma (SDC) and entire formula. The extract of each group was given to rats orally, and albiflorin, paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and ligustilide in rat plasma were determined by HPLC. Result : Combination of S and DC lead a multi-absorption process to albiflorin and paeoniflorin. In DSS their multi-absorption disappeared, with T max, MRT and AUC decreased. Compatibility of S with DC reduced the C max, T max, MRT, and AUC of ferulic acid, while there was no significant differences in DSS expect an increased C max as compared with SDC. Combination of S and DC sharply decreased C max and AUC of ligustilide, while its MRT and AUC were increased in DSS. Conclusion : The main effect of DC to S was leading to a multi-absorption of albiflorin and paeoniflorin, which maintained a relatively high plasma level in longer time. Combination of S with DC greatly decreased plasma level and bioavailability of ferulic acid and ligustilide. Assistant and guide drugs mainly affect albiflorin and paeoniflorin in SDC, which accelerated their absorption and elimination rates, and lower their bioavailability.

      摘要:Objective: The mechanism of Suoquan Wan(SQW) reducing urination was investigated by observing the change of the expression of β3- adrenergic receptor(AR)of mRNA in bladder detrusor of the natural aging rat. Method: Fifty aged rats (20 months) and 10 young rats (3 months) were chosen. Young rats were chosen as control, aged rats were randomly divided into five groups: model, Jinkui Shenqi pill group, SQW high,middle and low dose group, 10 rats in each group. The low, middle and high dose group of SQW were given the appropriate concentration (0.293,0.585,1.170 g ·kg-1 ·d-1). Jinkui Shenqi pill group was given appropriate liquid(1.08 g ·kg-1 ·d-1), once everyday for four weeks. The urination after the water load in rats at 5 h and 24 h was measured in metabolic cages.β3-AR mRNA expression was detected by PCR in the detrusor of the natural aging rats. Result : The 24 h urination of SQW middle and high dose group significantly decreased. The 5h urination after the water load in rats of SQW low, middle and high dose group also significantly decreased.β3-AR mRNA expression significantly decreased in the detrusor of the natural aging rats(P<0.05). SQW high dose can remarkably elevate β3-AR mRNA expression in the detrusor of the natural aging rats after administration SQW. Conclusion : SQW can remarkably elevate β3-AR mRNA expression in the detrusor of the natural aging rats, which was the possible mechanism of SQW reducing urination.

      摘要:Objective : To analysis the effects of invigorating Qi and promoting blood on hemorrhagic blood deficient in mouse by using qualitative analysis of uniform design and to find out the optimum prescription composition. Method: Twelve supplement Qi medicines, such as Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma, Panacis Quinquefolii Radix Et Rhizoma, Codonopsis Radix, Pseudostellariae Radix, Astragali Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Dioscoreas Rhizoma,Lablab Semen Album, Glycyrrhiae Radix, Jujube Fructus,Acanthopanacisi Senticosi Radix Et Rhizoma Seu Caulis, Ganoderma, and 6 supplement blood medicines, such as Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Rehmanniae Radix, Polygoni Multiflori Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba,Asini Corii Colla, Longan Arillus , were composed of 24 supplement Qi and engendering blood prescriptions according to U24(242) qualitative analysis of uniform design. The hemorrhagic blood deficient mouse model was obtained with 0.5 mL orbital bleeding. Peripheral blood cells were counted after 1 d, 4 d, 7 d, 10 d modeling to find the best diversify time of potency. The content of RBC, HGB, HCT, WBC, PLT of the obvious effective time and the relationship between effect with administration time were analyzed using principal component analysis method to find out the major cause. Multiple linear regression with dummy variable was set up to find out the best prescription composition. Result: The best diversify time of potency was on 7 d.RBC, HGB, HCT were the major cause indexes. The multiple linear regression were set up and the composition of Ginseng Radix and Astragali Sinensis Radix appears to be the best compatibility for the efficacy. Conclusion : The composition of Ginseng Radix and Astragali sinensis Radix is the best compatibility for blood loss anemia mouse. Qualitative analysis of uniform design is feasible to be used in the compatibility study.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Macleaya cordata extract(MCE) on experimental liver fibrosis. Method: Experimental liver fibrosis models were induced by injection of carbon tetrachloride in combination with the drinking of 5% alcohol on rats and Schistosoma japomicum infection in mice. The effect of MCE on anti-hepatic fibrosis was evaluated by comparing the liver index, tissue biochemical indices(ALT,AST),lipid peroxidation indices(GSH-Px,MDA,SOD),serum fibrosis indices(HA,PCⅢ,LN),the expression levels of Hyp and collagen type Ⅰ,Ⅲ(CoⅠ,CoⅢ),the liver pathology before and after MCE intervention. Result: In CCl4-induced liver fibrosis model in rats, Compared with model group, the liver index, the level of AST, the expression of CoⅠwere obviously decreased in MCE preventive groups, and high-dose preventive MCE could significantly reduce the content of LN and the expressionof CoⅢ,middle-dose preventive MCE could significantly reduce the content of MDA and the expression of CoⅢ. The liver index, the contents of HA,MDA, the expression of CoⅢ were significantly decreased in MCE therapeutic group; in S.japomicum-induced liver fibrosis model in mice, preventive MCE could significantly reduce the content of ALT, the expression of Hyp and CoⅠ; the liver index,the contents of PCⅢ,LN,HA,AST,ALT in serum and the expression of CoⅠwere significantly decreased in high-dose MCE therapeutic group, and middle-dose therapeutic MCE could significantly reduce the levels of PCⅢ,HA,AST,ALT. In addition, the hepatic histopathology were also improved in varying degrees after MCE intervention. Conclusion: MCE has preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental liver fibrosis by inhibiting hepatic lipid peroxidation and alleviating the inflammation.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effect and the mechanism of ginkgolide N (GN) model of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rat. Method: The model of ischemia (2 hours) and reperfusion (22 hours) induced by thread approach was reproduced for evaluating the effect of GN on the neurological symptoms, infarction area percentage, rate of brain water, content of malondialdehyde (MDA), activitiy of SOD in the brain tissues and the intracellular i in the cerebral cortex. Result: Compared with I/R group, GN high dosage group, middle dosage group and nimodipine group relieved signfecantly the neurological symptoms and reduced the cerebral infarction area percentage and content of brain water in rats, meanwhile all GN and nimodiping groups ameliorated the activity of SOD and decreased MDA content and[Ca2+]i level after ischemia and reperfusion injury. Conclusion: GN has the protective effect on rats with cerebral focal ischemia and reperfusion injury, which may be related to that GN can reduce the content of brain water, infarction area percentage, content of MDA and[Ca2+]i level and increase the activity of SOD.

      摘要:Objective: To study the cardioprotective effect of 17-methoxyl-7-hydroxyl-benzofuran chalcone (YLSC) in rats with myocardial injury induced by pituitrin. Method: Seventy SD rats were randomly divided into seven groups: normal group, vehicle group, model control group, positive control group and YLSC groups(1.25, 2.50, 5.00 mg ·kg-1). Pituitrin(0.75 U ·kg-1) was injected through sublingual vein to erect model of acute myocardium ischemia. The changes of ST segment on the Ⅱroad electrocardiogram and contents of creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB), Troponin (cTnI), myoglobin(MyoG) in serum were observed and compared. Meanwhile, myocardium pathological structures were accessed with HE staining. Myocardial ischemia sizes were measured by Evans blue and TTC staining when the experiment was over. Result: Compared with the model control group, YLSC could significantly decrease the height of ST segment at 15 s, 30 s, 1 min and 5 min in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.05 or P<0.01). It also could reduce myocardial ischemia sizes and contents of CK-MB, cTnI, MyoG in serum(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Furthermore,these damages induced by pituitrin including myocardium edema, hemorrhage and exudation of inflammatory cells were improved in YLSC treated groups. Conclusion: YLSC has obvious protective effects against pituitrin induced myocardial injury in rats.

      摘要:Objective: To study effect of Qingkai Xiaoyanfang and its components on rhinitis chronic in rat. Method: Two groups of SD rats were randomly divided into control group and rhinitis chronic model group, with 10 rats in control group and 70 in model group. NO2 or SO2 being as irritants rats were stimulated for 26 days, and injected estradiol benzoate(EB) im for 7 days to establish rhinitis chronic models. Then the 70 rats were divided into model group, Biyankang tablet group(410 mg ·kg-1), Huodanwan group(2 000 mg ·kg-1), Qingkai Xiaoyanfang group(46.6 mg ·kg-1), patchouli oil group(13.3 mg ·kg-1)and pig deoxycholic acid group(33.3 mg ·kg-1). The experiment lasted 30 days. The ethological performance of nasal symptoms, total IgE in blood serum, eosinophil(EOS) in nasal secretions and blood serum, the nose mucosa by light microscope were observed. Result: The model rats’ nasal symptoms score and secretions EOS count were increased, the nasal mucosa was thinned, and showed highly significant compared with the normal group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). After 4 weeks, Qingkai Xiaoyanfang and its components could obviously improve the symptoms induced by SO2, as the ethological performance of rats (2.10±0.32), EOS in nasal secretions (11.8±4.52) cells and blood serum, the thickness of nose mucosa(0.239±0.04)mm (P<0.01 or P<0.05). NO2 model group could effectively relieve nasal symptoms, reduced the nasal EOS infiltration (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and ameliorated other relevant symptoms. Of which the ethological performance score of Qingkai Xiaoyanfang decreased to (5.80±2.35), nasal EOS secretions declined to (35.6±8.07) cells and, the nasal mucosa thickness averaged (0.290±0.04) mm. Some corresponding symptoms were alleviated by the recipe. Its components could obviously improve the nasal symptoms and reduced nasal secretions EOS in rhinitis chronic rat models (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The results were statistically significant. Conclusion: Qingkai Xiaoyanfang which has better effects than its components on nasal secretions EOS and nasal mucosa thickness could relieve the symptoms on rhinitis chronic. It has potential therapeutic effects on rhinitis chronic.

      摘要:Objective :To compare differences between Xiayuxue decoction and its ingredients recipe in inhibiting hepatic fibrosis. Method: Rat liver fibrosis model was duplicated with intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum. After 8 weeks of modeling, Xiayuxue decoction and its ingredients were administrated for 4 weeks, and at the end of 12 weeks, rats were sacrificed to obtain samples for determination of liver function and examination of liver histology. Result: Compared with model group, improvement in liver function and liver pathology were found in Xiayuxue diction group; Liver function and histology in Xiayuxue dection group was superior to that in its ingredients recipe group. Conclusion: The main action mechanism of Xiayuxue decoction and its ingredients recipe against liver fibrosis is in inhibiting immune response and protecting liver cells, and Xiayuxue decoction is superior to its ingredient recipe.

      摘要:Objective :To observe the influence and the mechanism of Cilan Kangpi oral liquid on postoperative fatigue syndromes(POFS). Method :Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, model group, sham operation group, low-dose Cilan Kangpi group(4.7 g ·kg-1),middle-dose Cilan Kangpi group and high-dose Cilan Kangpi group.Using the resection of partial liver of rats to establish POFS model, anus temperature, physical activity, blood tests, albumin and transferrin were observed after Cilan Kangpi oral liquid was given for seven days. Result :Compared with model group, the frequency and height of rising head and in middle dose group in suspension experiment were obviously different (P<0.01), the recovery of anus temperature was different (P<0.01)after surgery; albumin and transferrin of high doses of rats were obviously improved (P<0.05). Conclusion :Cilan Kangpi oral liquid can shorten the duration and reduce the degree of POFS in model rats.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect and mechanism of breviscapine on cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity in mice. Method: The mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group, model group, breviscapine group treated by 25 mg ·kg-1(LBTG) and breviscapine group treated by 50 mg ·kg-1(HBTG). Other three groups were treated by a single injection of cisplatin(8 mg ·kg-1) ip to establish model except control group, then the mice in LBTG and HBTG were given different dose of breviscapine (25, 50 mg ·kg-1,ig) once a day for seven days. The renal tissue and change of BUN and SCr in their serum were observed. The change of SOD or MDA in there serum and renal cortex homogenate was also determined. Result: Serious damage in renal tissue was found, level of BUN and SCr was increased, and the content of MDA was increased, but the activity of SOD declined in serum and renal cortex homogenate in model group(P<0.01). Change of renal tissue was improved in LBTG and HBTG compared with model group, level of BUN and Scr was significantly decreased in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.05,P<0.01), the content of MDA was declined, but the activity of SOD was increased in serum and renal cortex homogenate(P<0.05). Conclusion: Breviscapine may reduce cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity and its mechanism may be correlative with that breviscapine would inhibit blood and rencal cortex lipid peroxidation increasing

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective mechanism of puerarin on acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)in rats,and to explain the antioxidative mechanism involved. Method: Rat MIRI model was induced by ischemia for 30 min and reperfusion for 180 min. At the end of the 3 h reperfusion period(or 24 h for infarct size), myocardial infarct size,myocardial apoptosis and the activity of antioxidative enzymes were measured. Result: Puerarin reduced infarct size,myocardial apoptosisand the serum level of malondialdehyde,increased the activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione-peroxidase activities and serum level of glutathione. Conclusion: Puerarin exerts significant cardioprotective effects against MIRI in rats,likely through its antioxidation and antilipid peroxidative properties.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antiobesity function of water extract from compound aromatic plants on diet-induced obese rats. Method: The model of diet-induced obese rats was prepared by feeding high-fat diet for five weeks, then three different doses(4 000, 2 000, 500 mg ·kg-1) of the extract were administered respectively by gavage for another five weeks. The body weight, body fat, obesity index and Lee’s index were measured. The serum activities of leptin(LEP), superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) were assayed by reliable reagent kits. Adipose tissue paraffin sections were examined under a light microscope. The pharmacodynamic mechanism of the extract was substantially analyzed. Result: All doses(4 000, 2 000, 500 mg ·kg-1)of the extract could significantly decrease body weight and body fat of obese rats(P<0.05), and the high dose performed best with obesity index remarkably decreased(P<0.05). All doses of the extract could significantly decrease the concentration of serum LEP(P<0.05), with a dose-dependent manner. The size of lipocytes of the high dose became smaller while the quantity of which in unit microscopic field gets larger markedly(P<0.01). All doses could significantly increase the serum activities of SOD and T-AOC, and decrease MDA levels(P<0.01), with a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: The water extract from the compound aromatic plants in this study functions well on weight control of diet-induced obese rats, and demonstrates distinctively anti-oxidation activity, which shows promising value of further application.

      摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Shenzhi Shuxue drop pills on focal cerebral ischemia model in rats. Method :The local cerebral ischemia in rat was made by middle cerebral artery occlusion,Successful model 48 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model control group,positive group (Xuesaitong tablets 0.04 g ·kg-1)and Shenzhi Shuxue drop pills high,medium and low dose group (0.936, 0.468, 0.234 g ·kg-1),in each group 8 rats.Rats were given above medicines of 10 mL ·kg-1intragastrically once a day for 14 days. Neurological score,infarct size ratio and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,malondialdehyde (MDA) content in inserum were observed. Result: Shenzhi Shuxue drop pills high,medium dose group and positive group could decrease neural behavioral score,reduce infarct area ratio,increase the activity of SOD content in serum(P<0.05,P<0.01).Shenzhi Shuxue drop pills high,medium and low dose group and positive group could decrease MDA content in serum(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Shenzhi Shuxue drop pills has protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia in rats,and its mechanism may be related toscavenging of free radical.

      摘要:Objective: To study synergistic effect of Chuanxiong Rhizoma with helicid. Method: Using in vitro absorption model of rat, effects of Chuanxiong Rhizoma on absorption of helicid were observed and accumulation absorptive amount (Q) was calculated. Rat migraine model was induced by nitroglycerin, level of 5-HT and CGRP were measued. Result: Q value of helicid with rhizoma chuanxiong was enhanced from 53.72 μg to 335.48 μg, increased pharmacodynamic action(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chuanxiong Rhizoma not only promote absorption of helicid, but increase pharmacodynamic action.Thus, the research result demonstrates the function of 'unification of drug and adjuvant’.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Xianhu mistura on experimental liver steatosis in rats. Method: Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, herbal therapy high dose group, herbal therapy low dose group, methionine group. In addition to normal group, other four groups were fed high fat diet for 10 weeks to established hyperlipemia model. Then the model group was given normal saline gavage, herbal therapy high dose group was given Xianhu mistura (31.5 g ·kg-1) gavage, low dose group was given Feiluotong mistura (15.75 g ·kg-1) gavage. Methionine group given methionine tablets gavage. Four weeks later blood biochemistry and pathological changes were examined to observe the effct of Xianhu mistura on common conditions,blood lipid level,enzyme,the ratio of liver to body weight and histological change of the fatty liver rats. Result: Xianhu mistura could decrease blood lipid level and the degree of hepatic and hepatocell necrosis. There was signifcant differences compared with DL-methionine group (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: Xianhu mistura has better effect in the treatment of hyperlipidemia fatty liver in rats.

      摘要:Objective :To investigate the effect of extract of grifola frondosa on Bcl-2 and Bax in spleen of spleen deficiency mouse. Method : Forty-eight KM mice were divided into 6 groups: normal group, spleen deficiency group, lentinan group(2 mg ·kg-1), three groups of extract of grifola frondosa(5,10,20 mg ·kg-1), ip ten days. Explore the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in spleen of spleen deficiency mice by SP immunohistochemistry staining and RT-PCR. Result : The expression of Bcl-2 decreased, and the expression of Bax increased in spleen deficiency group. After given the extract of grifola frondosa,the expression of Bcl-2 increased significantly (P<0.01), and the expression of Bax decreased significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion : The extract of grifola frondosa could maintain the immunologic function by upregulating the expression of Bcl-2 and downregulating the expression of Bax in spleen of spleen deficiency mice.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antitumor activity and immunity of Chansha capsules in mice. Method: S180 and H22 tumor-bearing mice model were randomly divided into six groups and given the medicine 10 days, the dosage was 8.6,4.3,2.15 g ·kg-1,respectively. The antitumor effect of Chansha capsules was observed by measuring the weight and inhibition rates of tumor in mice. The immunosuppressional model in mice was established by injecting cuclophosphamide, the effect of Chansha capsules on r immune functions were observed by determining the indexes of spleen and thymus of the model mice. Result: Chansha capsules could significantly inhibit the growth of S180 and H22 tumor-burdened mice. Compared with the normal group, the tumor weight of Chansha capsules group was reduced by 0.3-0.8 g, compared with the positive control group, Chansha capsules group had significant difference (P<0.05), the results of three repeated experiments were consistent, the inhibition rate of tumor was 19%-46%,18%-40%. Every dose group of Chansha capsules could increase the avoirdupois and index of spleen of the immunosuppressional model in mice. Compared with the normal group, high dose group could obviously prolong the survival time of S180 tumor-bearing model in mice. Conclusion: Chansha capsules can suppress the growth of tumors, improve the immunity of tumor-bearing mice and prolong their survival time to some certain extent.

      摘要:Objective :To observe the effects of Danqing soft capsule (DSC) on insulin resistance and leptin resistance in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Method :SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group, DSC high dose group, medium dose group, low dose group, and polyene phosphatidyl choline (PPC) group. rat non-alcoholic fatty liver model was established with high fat diet.DSC high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group were administrated with different concentrations, which are respectively equivalent to petroleum ether extract of salvia 0.456,0.228,0.114 g ·kg-1. PPC group was treated with PPC by 0.159 g ·kg-1ig.Control group and model group were given the same volume (1.2 mL ·kg-1) of distilled water ig. After treatment for 4 weeks, blood glucose was measured; levels of serum insulin and leptin were assayed by ELISA assay; expression of leptin receptor in the liver was observed by immunohistochemical staining; the index of insulin resistance was calculated. Result : Concentrations of FGB, FINS and HOMA-IR in control group, TCM groups and western medicine group were significantly lower than those of model group (P<0.01, P<0.05); the levels of leptin in serum and expression of ob-R protein in liver of control group, TCM groups and western medicine group were significantly lower than those of model group (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion :DSC can improve IR and leptin resistance in rats with NAFLD.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the hematopoietic effects and mechanisms of Bushen Jiedu Huoxue recipe and Yiqi Buxue recipe in the marrow-depressed mice. Method: Eighty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group, model group, Bushen Jiedu Huoxue group(20.55 g ·kg-1 ·d-1),Yiqi Buxue group (17.47 g ·kg-1 ·d-1). The marrow-depressed model was established by ip cyclophos-phamide (CTX)100 mg ·kg-1 for 3 days. After model establishment, the mice were ig treated with different recipes for 10 days. Peripheral blood cells were counted by microcellcounter; bone marrow nucleated cell and the amount of colony forming unit-granulocyte-macrophage(CFU-GM),colony forming unit-erythrocyte(CFU-E)and brust forming unit-erythocyte (BFU-E) were counted to study the effects of the proliferation of hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC)11 days after the successful model set. Result: The Bushen Jiedu Huoxue recipe and Yiqi Buxue recipe could increase the number of WBC,PLT,bone mallow nucleated cell(BMNC),promote the proliferation of hematopoietic progenitor cell(HPC).The quantities of CFU-GM,CFU-E,BFU-E were significantly higher than the model group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Both of Bushen Jiedu Huoxue and Yiqi Buxue can promote the colony formation of bone marrow hematopoietic progenitor cells, and alleviate the effect of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy, while the former one was more significant in improving thrombocytopenia, to promote their recovery. Its mechanism may be vary in the bone marrow hematopoietic cell differentiation process or in the micro-environment.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of Chinese herb Astragalus on peritoneal structure and function during the peritoneal dialysis especially on tight junction(TJ). Method: Ninty-six chronic nenal failure (CRF) SD rats were divided into 4 groups: control group (NS), model group(4.25% peritonal dialysis solution(PDS) and LPS), low Astragalus group (1 g ·kg-1, ip) and high Astragalus group(2 g ·kg-1, ip). A 2-hour peritoneal equilibration test was performed after 4 weeks. Peritonal clerance ratio, total protein, and net ultrafiltration volume were determined. Peritoneal membrane histology was evaluated by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Immuno-histochemical staining and reverse transcript-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) techniques were used to investigate zonula occluden-1(ZO-1) and laminin (LN) expression. Result: Ultrafiltration volume and BUN clearance rate were remarkably reduced in model group (P<0.05), and the expression of HA concentration was increased (P<0.05). In model group, peritoneal membrane histology showed mesothelial cells detached from peritoneal membrance and matrix accumulation by light microscopy, and distruction of TJ was also showed by transmission electron microscopy. While Astragalus groups showed less injury in the peritoneal mesothelial cell. Immuno-histochemical staining showed the expression of ZO-1 was lower and the LN was higher in model group,as well as Astragalus group. And the RT-PCR showed the same levels. Conclusion: The treatment of Astragalus can improve the function of peritoneal dialysis by protection of peritoneal tissues including peritoneal mesothelial cell and tight junction. However, it doesn’t play a significant role in the expression of ZO-1.

      摘要:Objective :To observe the affection of angelica astragalus ethanol-extraction (AAE) on experimental itchy skin model. Method : The incubation period and the times of itch in mice pruritus model induced by dextran, and the itching threshold in guinea pig induced by phosphoric acid histamine were researched. The inflammatory edema of ear induced by xylol in mice and the increase in mice’s capillary permeability by histamine phosphate were also investigated. The effects of AAE (5.0, 10.0, 20.0 g ·kg-1, ig. for 7 d in mice; 8.6, 7.2, 14.4 g ·kg-1 ig, for 7 d in guinea pigs) on all of this models were investigated comprehensively. Result : All dosages of AAE could decrease the times of itch and prolong the incubation period in mices, high and middle doses of AAE obviously inhibit the local itching of guinea pigs and decrease the ear swelling degree or the area of urticaria and the Evans blue absorbance also. Conclusion : There would be antipruritic, antipruritic and anti inflammatory effect of AAE. It has therapeutic effect on experimental pruritus.

      摘要:Objective : To establish two-kidney one-clip(2K1C) renovascular hypertensive rat model with improved Goldblatt classic hypertensive rat model. Method : Seventy male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: modol group and sham-operation group. Left renal artery of model rats was occluded by clips from back incising. Left renal artery of control rats was liberated but not narrowed, other operation was as same as the model rats. After the operation, we evaluated results by observing blood pressure. Result : The model rats had high survival rate(94.5%) after operation. The model establishing rate was 89.1%. Compared with control rats and the results before the surgery, the blood pressure in model rats was significantly increased after 3 days of surgery and increased continuously(P<0.05). Conclusion : The modification of 2K1C renovascular hypertensive models by narrowing left renal arteries by medical silk suture from back incising in rats is a simple operating and safe approach, suggesting the practical utility of this new method.

      摘要:Objective: To study effect of ethanol-extractions of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Syzygium aromaticum, Magnolia officinalis, Louicera japonica, Rheum palmatum this 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine on bacteriostasis activity to Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus aureus, and then investigate different proportion of the ethanol-extractions by orthogonal test on antimicrobial effect of both Gram positive bacteria. Method: The ethanol-extractions of S. miltiorrhiza, S. aromaticum, M. officinalis, L. japonica, R. palmatum were enriched to 0.2 g ·mL-1. Inhibition zone diameters were measured to evaluate the bacteriostatic effects and the different ethanol-extraction compatibility. Result: Propionibacterium acne was highly sensitive to S. miltiorrhiza ethanol-extraction with the inhibition zone diameter of (23.27±3.68) mm. It showed moderate sensitivity to Syzygium aromaticum and Magnolia officinalis ethanol-extractions, the inhibition zone diameters were (18.82±2.27) and (17.78±1.88) mm accordingly. Staphylococcus aureus was highly sensitive to S. aromaticum and M. officinalis ethanol-extractions, the inhibition zone diameters were (21.94±0.74) and (19.52±1.09) mm respectively. It showed moderate sensitivity to R. palmatum and S. miltiorrhiza ethanol-extractions, the inhibition zone diameters were (14.43±2.24) and (16.01±0.88) mm. The best mixed proportion of alcohol extract of S. miltiorrhiza, M. officinalis and S. aromaticum was 1 ∶1 ∶1. The inhibition zone diameters of the compound to Propionibacterium acne and Staphylococcus aureus were (20.07±1.26) and (20.57±0.38) mm respectively. Conclusion: Alcohol extracts of S. miltiorrhiza, M. officinalis, S. aromaticum have high antibacterial activity to two species of bacteria. The best mixed propotion for alcohol extracts of S. miltiorrhiza, M. officinalis, S. aromaticum on antibacterial activity to two bacteria appears tobe 1 ∶1 ∶1.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the levels of Guanxin Tongmai capsule on interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor kecrosis fator-α(TNF-α),endothelial cells micro particles(EMPs) and von willebrand factor(vWF) in patients with coronary heart disease and the action mechanism of Guanxin Tongmai capsule. Method :Sixty patients were divided randomly into treatment group(Guanxin Tongmai capsule 3# Tid) and control group(Tongxinluo capsule 3# Tid). After 4 weeks treatment , the results of IL-6,TNF-α,EMPs and vWF and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Result :There were no significant difference between the treatment group(85.7%)and the control group(90.0%) on ECG ,no significant difference between the treatment group(92.9%)and the control group(93.3%) on clinical effect. The content of IL-6,TNF-α,EMPs and vWF in the two groups were both significantly decreased after treatment, no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion :Guanxin Tongmai capsule could decrease the content of IL-6,TNF-α,EMPs and vWF in the patients with coronary heart disease. Guanxin Tongmai capsule can play a considerable role compared with Tongxinluo capsule ,the action mechanism may be anti-inflammatory.

      摘要:Objective: To estimate the clinical effects,lung function and safety of Shenqi Bufei Tang on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patient with Lung-Qi deficiency syndrome. Method: A randomized,stratified,single-blind,controlled trial was designed.60 stable COPD patients with Lung-Qi deficiency syndrome in mild or moderate degree were allocated by random number table to therapy group(T, n =30) and control group(C, n =30).The patients received single conventional therapy in the group C and conventional therapy and Shenqi Bufei Tang in the group T for 3 months. Efficacy measures were clinical symptom and lung function and adverse effect in the course of the treatment and after the treatment. Result: The markedly effective rates were 55.17% and the effective rates were 89.66% in treatment group VS. the markedly effective rates of 23.33%, the effective rates of 66.67% in the control group. The clinical symptoms improvement of the therapy group were better than that of the control group ( P <0.05). There was a uptrend to FVC,FEV1,FEV1% pred,FEV1/FVC of the group T after treatment, but there were not significant difference as compared with before treatment. There was a downtrend to FVC,FEV1,FEV1% pred,FEV1/FVC of the group C after treatment, but there were no significant differences as compared with before treatment. There were significant differences in FVC,FEV1,FEV1%pred,FEV1/FVC between the group T and the group C ( P ≤0.05). Conclusion : The management of the conventional therapy associated with Shenqi Bufei Tang could improve the symptoms and stabilize lung function significantly compared with the single conventional therapys on stable COPD patient with lung-Qi deficiency syndrome. Shenqi Bufei Tang may be beneficial and safe in treatment of stable COPD.

      摘要:Objective :Cough powder study for the treatment of post-flavored cough variant asthma clinical effects. Method :In our hospital form May 2010-February 2011 treated one hundred and two patients with cough variant asthma patients, according to the principle of voluntary patients, patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group fifty-one cases. Group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hospital homemade flavored Cough Powder, control group was given intravenous salbutamol aerosol Doxofylline joint. Surrounded by a course of treatment, two groups of patients after the treatment were observed. Result : After a course of treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 92.16%(47/51), 82.35%(42/51), two group with significant difference( P <0.05); lung function in force in one second after the breath volume(FEV1), after the peak expiratory flow(PEF) were significantly improved after treatment were significantly different( P <0.05), after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion :Cough powder for the treatment of post-flavored cough variant asthma treatment significantly improved, compared with the comparison group more obvious effects on the clinical use of this variant asthma treatment methods have reference value.

      摘要:Objective: To observe clinical efficiency of Shugan Huoxue Mingmu decocotion combined with methylprednisolone pulse therapy. on acute optic neuritis(AON). Method: Fifty patients (54 eyes) with AON were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were given methylprednisol impacting and the general adjuvant therapy. The treatment group was given Shugan Huoxue Mingmu decocotion. The treatment course was 1 month,and the clinical observation lasted two courses. Before and after treatment,visual acuity, fundus, visual field and other changes were observed. Result: The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 92.0% in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The changes in visual acuity, fundus, visual field of the treatment group were improved compared with control group. Conclusion: Shugan Huoxue Mingmu decocotion combined with methylprednisolone can significantly improve clinical symptoms of AON patients and increase visual acuity, reduce the average threshold sensitivity of vision, the optic nerve edema and promote the absorption of retinal hemorrhage.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the efficiency and safety of triple therapy in the treatment of rheumatism arthritises providing the evidene for the standard treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine integrated with western medicine. Method: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with triple therapy including: ①oral modified angelicae pubescentis andloranthi decoction; ② traditional Chinese medicine fumigation; ③oral salicylazosulfapyridine (SASP). The control group was treated with oral SASP and meloxicam tablets. The treatment course was 3 months for both groups. Before and after treatment, biochemical indices such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factor (RF),C-reactive protein(CRP),and other indicators of improvement. Result: Compared with the control group,the treatment groupcould significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs (P<0.01), ESR and CRP also decreased significantly in the two groups after treatment. Conclusion :Triple therapy for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can achieve the positive efficacy which would be worthy of a wide clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the inhibiting the proliferation and the mechanism of human embro fibroblasts (MRC-5) by curcumol. Method: The effects of curcumol on the proliferation of MRC-5 were determined by MTT assay. The cotents of collagen accumulated were determined by the optical density at 540 nm of picro-sirius red staining. The cell cyclic retardation was examined by using flowcytometry. Result: MTT showed that curcumol(50-200 mg ·L-1) had an inhibitory effect on the proliferation and had reduced collagen of secretion in MRC-5. The better time in the 96 hour. The cell cycle analysia showed that curcumol(50-200 mg ·L-1) increased the percentage of G0/G1 phase cells, updown the percentage of S and G2/m phase cells. Conclusion :Curcumol can increase the percentage of G0/G1 phase cells,delay cell replication, inhibit the proliferation and collagen of secretion of MRC-5.

      摘要:Objective: To Study the distribution of syndrome differentiation by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for acute cerebral infarctiona (ACI) in Chongming area and relationship with the blood viscosity. Method: Three hurdred and fourteen patients with ACI were divided into five groups: the syndrom of upward invading of wind-fire,wind-phlegm blocking,phlegm-heat FU-organ excess, blood stagnancy due to Qi-deficiency, wind syndrom due to YIN-deficiency according to the differentiation standard of syndromes based on TCM. Blood viscosity was detected and the proportion of ACI patients with above syndroms were analyzed. Result: The proportion of wind-phlegm blocking and blood stagnancy due to Qi-deficiency were higher than other groups(P<0.05). The blood viscosity of five group was higher than normal roups(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the statistical difference was found in five groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The results indicates that there exists a relativity betweenblood viscosity and syndrome differentiationbased on TCM and in Chongming area, wind-phlegm blocking and blood stagnancy due to Qi-deficiency may be main syndrome of ACI.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Peiben Quyu granules in treat ing chronic renal failure and the microinflammation caused by spleen and kidney deficiency and bturbid damp stasisi. Method: Eighty chronic renal failure patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and turbid damp and stasis were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases as treatment group,40 cases as control group; treatment group was given Peiben Quyu granules, control group was given western medicine like Ketosteril Pian etc. Result: The total efficacy rate was 77.5% in the treatment group and 52.5% in the control group, the curative effect of the index of renal function and microinflammation in the treatment group was better than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Peiben Quyu granules has a good curative effect on treating chronic renal failure with the spleen and kidney deficiency and turbid damp and stasis.

      摘要:Study Nogo-A and its receptor NgR (Nogo receptor) in promoting nerve regeneration and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),to find out the progress of TCM in repairing impaired central nervous system(CNS) that related to drug targets of Nogo-A and NgR. Based on the understanding of the expression and function of Nogo-A, the Nogo-A monoclonal antibody and the NgR antagonist, understanding more about the mechanism of repairing damaged CNS had an important clinic significance for the drug in treating neurite outgrowth inhibition following CNS injury. TCM can induce CNS produced beneficial micro-environment to promote nerve regeneration. The intervention of TCM can inhibit the expression of Nogo-A and NgR that can inhibit the occurrence of nervous. But Nogo-A in the research of the treatment of brain damage is still in the basic stage, reports on using TCM (Suifukang, Shouwuxianhai tablet, Sanqi Panax Notoginseng, Panaxtriol saponins, Xiaoyao powder, Buyang Huanwu decoction, Zuogui pill, and Yougui pill, etc.)to regulate the expression of Nogo-A and its receptor are few, the mechanisms are unknown.Therefore discussing the potential value of drug development and targets of Nogo-A and NgR is necessary. This review is providing a reference to TCM used in clinical treatment of diseases that are bound up with targets of Nogo-A and NgR, and new drug research and development of TCM that promote nerve regeneration in the future.

      摘要:The diabetes complications and rearrange and analysis Buyang Huanwu Tang in the treating II Diabetes. To Buyang Huanwu Tang and diabetes and ten thousand to give priority to captioned CNKI the data from 1979 the literature retrieval.Of the 350 papers to retrieval ofliterature and blood-activation therapy for diabetes history, clinical application and animalexperiments are analyzed. Qi difficiency and blood stasis are the main causes and mechanism of diabetes. Buyang Huanwu Tang soup in the treatment of diabetes complications and clinical results were satisfactory reason is caught qi difficiency and blood stasis the main contradiction.If kidney Yang deficiency in pathogenesis or Yin scorching as the main contradiction, should according to card swap cures, regardless of the pathogenesis and square or bad shots take effect also difficult. Animal experiments from molecular level initially revealed Buyang Huanwu Tang soup in the treatment of diabetes and the mechanism of complications.,But in the level of gene are to be further discussed. We should pay attention to his own in the treatment of diabetes link or targets of research, deep inside his own research in the treatment of diabetes of the effective components and extraction method, developed new drugs for the treatment of diabetes theoretical basis.

      摘要:Introduce the characteristic and research status for physiologically based pharmacokinetic model (PBPK). This article systemized and analysed the construction, features and application status of the PBPK model by reference 21 literatures from Pubmed. Currently, PBPK model has been widely used in the safety evaluation of toxic compounds, drug metabolism research, the influence of the drug by the enzymes and transport proteins, drug-drug interaction, and the research and development of new drugs. Although PBPK model has many advantages, and won the most encouraged evaluate results, but it need support of mathematics and computers, and cooperate of a multidisciplinary professionals, which including systems biology, medicine chemistry, pharmacology and statistic, etc, to further exploration and perfect.

      摘要:To carry out the literature arrangement and analysis about chemical instability of Tween-80 (polysorbate 80) and its compatibility and preparation. We took Tween-80 as a keyword, indexed systematically some databases of PubMed, Wiley Online Library, Science, ScienceDirect, Highwire, Biomed Central, and CNKI up to now, picked up 35 related references, and summarized according to the kinds of organic reaction. The organic reactions, giving expression to the unstable property of Tween-80, included hydrolysis, complexation, autoxidation, polymerization, photodegeneration, and an undefined reaction. When the injection containing Tween-80 is researched and developed, the probalble interaction of Tween-80 and medicinal molecule and the procedure and condition of all links from raw material choice to clinical usage should be considered thoroughly. We should prevent the appearance of any unstable phenomena and prepare safe and stable injection preparation containing Tween-80.

      摘要:To evaluate the clinical effect of simotang for gastrointestinal dysfunction with no gastrointestinal surgery. We searched CNKI,VIP,wanfang (1989—2011) to identify randomized controlled trials about simotang for gastrointestinal dysfunction patients with no gastrointestinal surgery. The methodological quality was assessed and the data was obtained according to the Cochrane Reviewer’s Handbook and related methods.Meta-analyses were performed using Rev Man 4.2.7 softwar.Forty-four eligible studies were included.The results of meta-analyses showed that simotang could shorten the anus exhaust time than the control group ;Simotang can reduce the incidence of abdominal distension ;Simotang can improve the adequacy of lactation than the control group .Find no adverse reaction. Comparied with the control group, simotang can improve the therapeutic effect on the patients whose gastrointestinal dysfunction with no gastrointestinal surgery and have high security. But because the literatures exist a low quality and partial, its curative effect still needs the strict, randomized, double-blind tests to be confirmed.

      摘要:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating postoperative gastric cancer. We searched CNKI,VIP,WanFang (2001 to 2010) for randomized control trials about traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer.Trial screening,quality assessment of included trials,and data extract were conducted. Statistical analysis was conductedby using RevMan 5.0 software. A total of 21 randomized controlled trials were included, meta analysis showed, ① KPS score has 10 RCTs. 5 RCTs of classification variables no heterogeneity, KPS score 2.35,95%CI(1.78,3.10),P<0.01], 5 RCTs of continuous variables no heterogeneity, KPS score ,the differences are significant. ② Immune function 5 RCTs have heterogeneity and use random effects model.CD3 CD4 ,CD4/CD8 . The differences are significant. ⑤ Blood toxicity 7 RCTs have no heterogeneity, and use fixed effects model. Leucopenia reduce above Ⅱ degrees ,HB reduce above Ⅱ degrees ,PLT reduce above Ⅱ degrees . The differences are significant. Traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy is effective in curing postoperative gastric cancer. It can improve KPS score, immune function and survival rate, and reduce gastrointestinal reaction and blood toxicity.But the quality of studies is low,more large-scale multi-center randomized trials are needed.

      摘要:To investigate application status of eighteen incompatible medicaments in primary hospital. We searched 78,238 recipes originated from a county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and 9 health clinics in towns and townships between 2008 and 2011.All recipes containing eighteen incompatible medicaments were statistically analyzed. Two handred and fifty-five recipes containing eighteen incompatible medicaments were found. There were 198 recipes in aconite group and 57 recipes in radix glycyrrhizae group. No recipe in veratrinigri group was found. Radix Aconiti Lateralis preparata in combination with Rhizoma Pinelliae was the most common formula of all eighteen incompatible medicaments. Most clinicians hold a negative attitude to application of eighteen incompatible medicaments. Application of eighteen incompatible medicaments in primary hospital is objectively existent, and it is not absolutely contraindicated.
