      摘要:Objective: To establish a simple,effective and stable new method for sustained drug release in mice. Method: A novel drug delivery device (glass-silicone drug delivery device, GSDD) was constructed and drug delivery characteristics of the GSDD was investigated in vivo and in vitro by using progesterone. Result: In vitro experiments showed that GSDD has uniform and stable performance of sustained-release drug. In vivo experiments indicated that GSDD could be effective in a long time to maintain stability of release of drug in mice. Conclusion: GSDD provided a simple and effective method for release quickly drug to release long-time and stable in mice.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize enzymatic hydrolysis technology of Gecko. Method: Folin phenol colorimetry was adopted to determine the content of small peptide,and used it as index,investigated dosage and reaction time of pepsin and trypsin respectively. Result: Optimum technology was as followed:added 5 times water,bioled, kept in room temperature,adjusted to pH 2.0 by diluted HCl,added 2.0% pepsin to medicinal quality,oscillated 2 h at 37 ℃,adjusted pH to 8.0,added 2.0% pepsin to medicinal quality,oscillated 4 h at 50 ℃,kept in room temperature,centrifuged(5 000 r·min-1×5 min),separated supernatant,microfiltration(0.22 μm),ultrafiltration(3 000),collected filtration of relative molecular weight less than 3 000. Conclusion: Optimum enzymolysis process was steady.

      摘要:Objective: To establish purification technology of total alkaloids from skin of Bufo bufo gargarizans by NKA-9 macroporous resin. Method: The content of total alkaloid (5-HT) from skin of B. bufo gargarizans was chosen as index, optimized condition of adsorption and desorption of NKA-9 macroporous resin and established purification technology condition of total alkaloids from skin of B. bufo gargarizans. Result: Optimum purification process conditions were:used NKA-9 macroporous resin, adsorption temperature was 25 ℃, loaded 4 times the amount of column volume with pH of sample solution was 9;adsorption time was 8-10 h, firstly eluted with 6 times water of column volume, then eluted with 3 times 70% ethanol of column volume. Conclusion: Optimum process could be used for purification of total alkaloids from skin of B. bufo gargarizans.

      摘要:Objective: To study on effect of saponins from root bark of Aralia chinesis with different cutting methods. Method: Using fresh cutting method and dry cutting method to cut root bark of A. chinesis,determinated total saponins by spectrophotometry which is a specificity for saponins. At the same time,determinated the content of oleanolic acid by HPLC. Result: Regression equations revealed good linear relationships between peak-area ratios and concentrations. Oleanolic acid had good linearity in the range of 2.08-10.4 mg·L-1( r =0.999 5),average recovery was 98.33 %,RSD 0.83 %( n=6 ). The content of total sapnins from root bark of A. Chinesis with fresh-cut method was 8.26%, dry cutting was 6.59%.The content of oleanolic acid was 5.26 % and 5.23 % respectively. Conclusion: Root bark of A. chinesis using fresh-cut method was superior to conventional dry cutting method, it could effectively reduce losses of saponins component, it could supply reference for development and utilization of A. chinesis in future.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of genistein-loaded MePEG-PLGA namo-micelle with modified spontaneous emulsification solvent diffusion method. Method: Firstly, orthogonal design was used to preliminary screen prescription, and determine main influence factors. Then optimized prescription by central composite design (CCD) and response surface methodology (RSM). Main influence factors included concentration of genistein micelles in organic phase, concentration of MePEG-PLGA in organic phase and the ratio of water phase to organic phase, evaluation parameters included entrapment efficiency, drug loading and average diameter. Data were simulated using multi-linear regression and second-order polynomial equation. The better technology condition was predicted by response surface method. Result: According to the optimal formulation, the entrapment efficiency, the drug loading and the average diameter of the prepared namo-micelle were 84.43%,2.63%, 63.7 nm, respectively. Conclusion: Combined of orthogonal design with CCD and RSM was a convenient and feasible method to optimize preparation technology of genistein-loaded MePEG-PLGA namo-micelle and model developed in this study are proved to be predictable.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technical conditions and parameters of Dange dropping pills by macroporous resin. Method: Investigated adsorption property and elution parameters of macroporous resins by using the content of salvianolic acid B and puerarin as indexes. Result: Finally, purification technology was determined as follows:AB-8 was optimal resin type.Capacity of AB-8 macroporous adsorptive resin was as much as 2 times to sample load(φ ∶h=1 ∶6),flow rate of sample was 1 BV·h-1,5 BV amount of distilled hydrochloric acid solution(pH 4)used for eluting,and 3 BV amount of 50% ethanol as desorption solvent. Conclusion: Optimum refining process of Dange dropping pills by macroporous adsorption resin was simple and feasible with good effect of separation.It could decrease the yield of extract, and dose of drug was decreased.

      摘要:Objective: To obtain optimum extraction process of drug couple composed of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus. Method: Examined extraction time,extraction times,concentration and the amount of ethanol with chlorogenic acid, luteolin, quercetin and forsythiaside as indexes by multi-index comprehensive evaluation method. Result: Optimal extraction technology of the drug couple was as followed: extracted 3 times with 8 times amount of 60% ethanol for 2 h each time. Conclusion: The optimum extraction technology could provide a reference to study on the extraction technology of drug couple composed of Lononicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus.

      摘要:Objective: To provide basis on clinical application of dried earthworm. Method: Drying method including freeze drying, dried in the sun and dried by heat in different temperature were taken. Determined thrombolytic valences as index. Result: The valences of earthworm dried in the sun, dried at 40 ℃, vacuum drying at 40 ℃ and freeze-drying were no difference,but the valence was decreased significantly when temperature was higher than 50 ℃. Conclusion: Drying method of earthworm could be identified as drying in the sun or dried at 40 ℃.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology conditions of Ruji Yitieling cataplasm. Method: Extraction conditions was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design test.The content and dry extract rate of HSYA as indexes.Effects of soaking time,water volume,extraction time were investigated. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as followed:soaked 1.5 h,extracted 1 h with 10 times the amount of water in the first time, extracted 0.5 h with 8 times the amount of water in the second time. Conclusion: The optimum extraction technique was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Kun'an granules. Method: Arranged experiments with uniform design method, investigated main factors of solvent dosage,extracting time and extracting times, extract percentage and extraction rate of paeoniflorin were as index, multi-index comprehensive score was used to optimum water extraction process; investigated main factors of ethanol concentration,extracting times,ethanol volume and extracting time, extract percentage and extraction rate of total flavonoids were as index, multi-index comprehensive score was used to optimum water extraction process. Result: Optimum water extraction conditions were: extracted 2 times with 12 times the amount of water for 1.5 h each time;optimum ethanol extraction conditions were: added 9.6 times the amount of 30% ethanol, extracted 3 times for 2 h each time. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process was reasonable, stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an ion chromatography method for uncertainty analysis of sulfur dioxide in Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma. Method: Through establishing IEC standard curve method determination mathematical mode, the factors affecting the uncertainty were deduced. Each component of uncertainty was evaluated and calculated, from which the combined uncertainty and finally the extended uncertainty were obtained in 95% confidence intervals. Result: The determined content of sulfur dioxide in Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma of this test is (189.92±7.14) μg·g-1. Conclusion: The established mathematic model is applicable to the uncertainty analysis of sulfur dioxide in Chinese herbal medicine by ion chromatography standard curve method.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the chemical components between the nuts and sarcocarps of Schisandra chinensis. Method: A kromasil C18 column was employed for HPLC separation at 35 ℃ in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 220, 254 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Six standards were employed to identify the main peaks. Result: The HPLC chromatograms showed the remarkable variation between the water-and ethanol-extraction, nuts and sarcocarps. The ethanol-extraction and the nuts are mainly composed of lignans, and the polar components mainly in sarcocarps. Conclusion: The comparative results provide the scientific basis for clinical applications and comprehensive utilization about different parts of S. chinensis.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content of glucoraphenin and inspect the quality of roasted Raphani Semen from 10 cities. Method: The content of glucoraphenin, impurity and water-soluble extract are determined by HPLC and gravimetric method. Result: The content of glucoraphenin is from 3.35% to 8.02%, and the content of impurity is from 0.3% to 3.46%. The content of water-soluble extract is from 17.32% to 18.59%. Conclusion: The impurities test and determination of glucoraphenin content should be added to the quality standard of roasted Raphani Semen.

      摘要:Objective: To develop the fingerprint of Marsdenia tenacissima by UV-HPLC. Method: The RP-HPLC was performed on a Sinochrom ODS-BP column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 with gradient elution. The fingerprint was detected at 223 nm. Result: The mutual mode of HPLC-UV specific chromatogram was set up. 14 common peaks were observed on the fingerprints of M. tenacissima, and the second peak was tenacissoside A. Conclusion: This method is simple and fast, thus it may be used for the fingerprint of M. tenacissima. It may also qualitatively and quantitatively reflect the content variation of the main ingredients in crude drugs, which would be helpful to improve the quality control level.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method for quality control of Yisui Shenxue granules. Method: The herb medicines including medical dogwood, prepared fleeceflower root, milkvetch root, chinese angelica, malaytea scurfpea fruit and villous amomrum fruit were identified by TLC and the content of loganin in Yisui Shenxue granules was determined by RP-HPLC. Result: The herbs can be effectly identified by TLC. Loganin was linear in the range of 0.13-0.78 μg, and the average recovery was 101.3% (RSD 2.02%). Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid which can be used for the quality control of Yisui Shenxue granules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis for Platycodonis Radix by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light-scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD). Method: HPLC was performed on a Welch Materials XB-C18 analytical column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1 with ELSD detector. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃, the temperature of drift tube was set at 50 ℃, and the gas flow (N2) was set at 1.2 L·min-1. Result: The HPLC-ELSD chromatographic fingerprint of chemical constituents was established from the 12 batches of Platycodonis Radix and it had 16 characteristic common peaks. Conclusion: The developed method is repeatable and stable, which is helpful to control the quality of Platycodonis Radix.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the chromatography fingerprint of Morus alba L. by HPLC. Method: The samples are separated on Agilent Zobax C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase, gradient eluent, at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 at 30 ℃, the UV detection is seted at 360 nm. Result: Ten samples of M. alba in different origin of Guangxi was detected and 10 peaks in the chromatogram are common, there is a high similarity, the reproducibility and stability is good. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint can be used for identification of M. alba as well as quality control.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze and compare the chemical constituents in the volatile oils from white and purple flowers of Magnolia denudata. Method: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, and analyzed by capillary GC-MS. The constituents were identified based on the standard mass spectral data. The relative content of each composition was calculated by area normalization method. Result: Thirty-seven compounds were detected and twenty-six compounds were identified which were 83.97% of the total essential oil in the white flowers, forty-one components were separated and twenty were identified which were 77.06% of the total essential oil in purple flowers. Conclusion: Through the analysis and comparison of chemical constitutions in the volatile oils of the different color flowers of M. denudata, it has provided the scientific proof for the further developments of the essential oil.

      摘要:Objective: To obtain the optimum condition for the extract of essential oil from Artemisia annua by different extract methods and analyze the chemical composition of the essential oil by GC-MS and evaluate the antimicrobial properties of the essential oil. Method: The fresh aerial part of A. annua was extracted by Soxhlet extraction and direct distillation to yield two essential oil samples designated as oil-1 and oil-2, respectively, which were both subjected to antimicrobial activity screening and GC-MS analysis. Result: The optimum condition for Soxhlet extraction was at a solid-liquid ratio1:7.8 and extraction time of 3 h, while for direct distillation at a solid-liquid ratio1:7.4 and extraction time of 5 h. Oil-1 displayed inhibitory activity against Aspergillus niger, Mycocentrospora sp., Penicillium sp., and Penicillium marneffei with MIC values of 1.25, 1.25, 5.0, and 1.25 mg·L-1, respectively, while oil-2 showed antibacterial activity toward Corynebacterium pekinense, Bacillus subtilis, tetracoccus, and Proteus vulgaris with MIC values of 0.023 5, 0.023 5, 0.005 9,3.75 mg·L-1, respectively. According to the results from GC-MS analysis, 48 components from 55 peaks in the gas chromatogram of oil-1 and 39 components from 48 peaks in the gas chromatogram of oil-2 were identified. Conclusion: Comparatively, fungi were more sensitive to oil-1 in the antimicrobial test, which may be attributed to the antifungal components comprising 8.25% of the oil-1, including ketones, ethers, and oganic acids. However, oil-2 showed stronger antibacterial activity than oil-1due to the higher content of alkenes in oil-2 (65.42%) than that of in oil-1(26.49%), since alkenes were the major antibacterial components of the essential oil.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze and identify the chemical components in compound Ziling capsule by ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-quadrupole time of flight/mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-QTOF-MS). Method: These compounds were analyzed with an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm) by gradient elution using acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid. ESI source was used and data were acquired in positive and negative mode. The running time was 20 min. Result: Thirty compounds in compound Ziling capsule were identified by positive and negative QTOF-MS-MS data analysis, the elemental compositions analysis, comparison with the standard substance and the literature values. Conclusion: It is a rapid and accurate method for tracing to source of compounds in compound Ziling capsule.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method of simultaneous determining effective components in Fuyankang pills. Method : The content of paeoniflorin, salvianolic acid B and berberine were determined by HPLC. The analytes were separated using a system of acetonitrile-0.04 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase, and a linear gradient elution program. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelengths of paeoniflorin, salvianolic acid B and berberine were 230, 286, 265 nm, respectively. Result: The HPLC method was found to be sensitive and linear with the range of 0.077 08-0.770 8 μg for paeoniflorin (r=0.999 7), 0.113 9-1.139 μg for salvianolic acid B (r=0.999 9), and 0.027 8-0.278 μg for berberine (r=0.999 9), and the average recoveries for paeoniflorin, salvianolic acid B and berberine were 98.87%, 99.31% and 100.65%, respectively. There was great difference in the content of paeoniflorin, salvianolic acid B and berberine in Fuyankang pills from different manufacturers. Conclusion: The method is simple, specific and reproducible for the determination of paeoniflorin, salvianolic acid B and berberine in Fuyankang pills by HPLC.

      摘要:Objective: A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method (RP-HPLC) was developed for the simultaneous analysis of mangiferin, calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and calycosin in Anemarrhenae Rhizoma-Astragali Radix. Method: HPLC determination was performed on a Phenomenex Luna C18 (4.8 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) and detected at 250 nm. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphate solution with gradient elution. Flow-rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, and column temperature was 30 ℃. Result: The method was proved to be linear in the ranges of 36.733-550.999 ng, 33.376-166.88 ng and 44.544-222.72 ng for mangiferin calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and calycosin respectively. The average recoveries were 102.47%, 102.38% and 100.20% respectively. Conclusion: The results showed that the method is convenient, accurate and reliable for the simultaneous determination of mangiferin, calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and calycosin in Anemarrhenae Rhizoma-Astragali Radix.

      摘要:Objective: Analyzing the testing result of Xingnaojing injection and comparing and appraising the quality of different products. Method: Technical test and tcorrelation analysis were used to analyze the unqualified cause and calculating mean and relative standard deviation with testing data. Cluster analysis was applied to compare the stability of different products quality and differences. Result: Correlation analysis indicated that camphor was closely positive correlated to isoborneol (P<0.01) and osmetic pressure (P<0.05), and negative correlated to borneol (P<0.01). pH was negative correlated to isoborneol (P<0.05). The cause of pH unqualified is related to technical control. Mean and relative standard deviation indicated that the product of W enterprise is better than the others. Cluster analysis indicated the products can be identified. Conclusion : Each of three enterprises has its individual characteristics in materials and technical control. May choose according to needs.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Lvjiao Buxue granules for quality control of them. Method: An inertsil ODS2-C18 analytical column was used. The mobile phase A was 0.1% H3PO4 and mobile B was acetonitrile. The elution was in gradient mode and detection wavelength was set at 215 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1and the column temperature at 30 ℃.The analysis time was 95 min. Result: The similarity of 12 batches of Lvjiao Buxue granules was not lower than 0.90. Conclusion: This method is available for quality evaluation and can control the quality of Lvjiao Buxue granules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of the contens of baicalin in Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet. Method: Using HPLC method with Phenomenex Luna C18(2) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methol-0.2%phosphoric acid solution (58 ∶42, pH adjusted to 3.0 using triethylamine). The column temperature was at room temperature. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Result: The linear range of baicalin was 22.18-110.92 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9,n=5). The average recovery rate was 101.72%(RSD 1.66%,n=9). Conclusion: The method is selective and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control method of Qingre Xingnaoling tablet.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the microbial limit test of Xianyang Zhuangshen capsule. Method : Verified by the experiment with directly inoculated and culture diluting method, and measured the percentage recovery of bacterium. Result: The medicine had no antimicrobial effect with Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Aspergillus niger. The medium dilution method can e1iminate restraining effect of Candida albicans and Bacillus subtilis. Conclusion: It can eliminate the antimicrobial properties, and it can be used for the microbial limit test for Xianyang Zhuangshen capsule.

      摘要:Objective : To establish the UV spectorphotometry for the determining zinc oxide content in crude drug and processed pieces of Calamina. Method: Chromogenic method of zinc reagent was used. The content of zinc oxide in 9 batches of crude drug and 13 batches of processed pieces were determined by UV spectorphotometry. Standard curve method was used in the calculation of the content. Result: The average recovery rate of sample was 99.72% with RSD 1.85%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple for the determination of zinc oxide. It is suitable for quality control of Calamina herbs and pieces.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anticancer diarylheptanoids from Qinglongyi. Method: The chemical components from the EtOAc and CHCl3 extracts of the pericarps of Juglans mandsh-urica Maxim were isolated by chromatography with silica gel columns and AB-8 resin etc. For the obtainment of diarylheptanoids. Result: There are five compounds isolated which are 1-(4'-hydro-xyphenyl)-7-(3″-methoxyl-4″-hydroxyphenyl)-heptene-4-en-3-one (I),1-(4'-hydro-xyphenyl)-7-(3″-methoxyl-4″-hydroxyphenyl)-heptane-5-methoxyl-3-one(Ⅱ),3',4″-epoxy-1-(4'-hydroxylphenyl)-7-(3″-methoxyl-phenyl)-heptane-2-hydroxy-3-one(Ⅲ),4″-epoxy-1-(4'-hydro-xyphenyl)-7-(3″-methoxylphenyl)-heptane-3-hydroxy(Ⅳ),galleon(V). Conclusion: Compound I,Ⅱ were linear diarylheptanoids isolated from Qinglongyi for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: Different extraction methods of polysaccharides were compared in order to optimize a better method to extract polysaccharides from the raw and processing Cirsium japonicum. Method: Four methods were used to extract the raw and processing C. japonicum. The four methodswere as follows:① water extraction followed by alcohol precipitation; ② removing impurity by ethanol extraction; ③ultrasonic auxiliary extraction; ④extraction with alkali solution. Polysaccharides were detected by phenol sulfuric acid colorimetry. Result: The polysaccharide content extracted by above four different methods in the raw C. japonicum was 1.587%,1.908%,2.283% and 0.112%,and in the processing C. japonicum was 2.142%,0.425%,2.302% and 2.343%,respectively. Conclusion: The optimum method for the raw C. japonicum is ultrasonic auxiliary method which had significant difference while the best method for the processing of C. japonicum is removing impurity by ethanol extraction method.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Penicillium jiangxiense. Method: Isolation and purification were carried out on normal phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography etc. Structures of the compounds isolated were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Result: Thirteen compounds were identified as uridine (1), ergosterol (2), 1-monoolien (3), 2'-deoxyadenosine (4), thymidine (5), D-mannitol (6) palmitic acid (7), 20-hydroxydammar-24-en-3-one (8), 7,22-dien-3,5,6-triol-ergostane (9), helvolic acid (10), glycerol-β-steariate (11), luteolin (12), nicotinic acid (13). Conclusion: Compounds 4-13 were isolated from P. jiangxiense for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To perform a systematical study of the southern herbal drug Stephania longa including its plant source, characteristics, microscopic appearance of the stem, leaf and powder. Method: Classical pharmacognostical methods were used to identify the source and characteristics, and the paraffin sections, temporary water tablets and slide with chloral hydrate were used to identifiy and analyse the microscopic structure. Result: The S. longa was characterized by peltate leaves with pinkish-white back, long petiole and gnarled base. The stem angled with suberized epidermis, collateral vascular bundle, the fiber out of the phloem into a wreath. The palisade tissue is short with 2 lines of cells, and some small calsium oxalate crystals or column crystal near the veins. The lower epidermis has many mammary papillas, anomocytic type of stoma, with 4-6 accessory cells. Conclusion: The results can be used as evidence for identification, formulation of the quality-control standards of S. longa .

      摘要:Objective: The effect of physiological characters of Salvia miltiorrhiza induced by space flight was studied. Method: The contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein,catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities in S. miltiorrhiza induced by space flight were investigate and compared with the contrast lines of ground. Result: The content of photosynthesis pigment in S. miltiorrhiza induced by space flight was increased enormously, the content of chlorophyll increasing by an a verage 28.5% and the content of soluble sugar reduced by nearly 42% at different part in pre-flower period. The content of soluble sugar and the content of chlorophyll showed a negative correlation. Physiological enzyme activities of CAT and SOD were higher than the contrast lines of ground. Conclusion: Space flight has the influence to the photosynthesis and the physiological biochemistry of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Photosynthetic rate and enzyme activities of CAT and SOD were increased.

      摘要:Objective: To study the distribution and metabolism of bismuth in Weishu San in rat blood, providing the basis for further clinical studies. Method: Blood sample was collected at 5,10,15,20,25,30,40,60,120,180,240 min after feeding healthy rats with Weishu San suspension solution. The bismuth content detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Result: Measured data show that plasma concentrations of bismuth reached a peak at 0.5 h, peak concentration of 15 μg·L-1 or so, and then decreased rapidly, down to a lower level at 7 h. The absorption half-life of bismuth in rats was 14.691 min and elimination half-life was 293.422 min. The total body clearance of bismuth in rats achieve 1 571.044 L·min-1·kg-1. AUC was 2 063. 515 μg·L-1·min-1. Conclusion: Pharmacokinetic model of bismuth in rat meets two-compartment model with first absorption.

      摘要:Objective: To study relationship between physical and chemical parameters and effect of invigorating Qi and enriching blood of Danggui Buxue decoction, and to explore the feasibility of characterizing the quality of decoction by physical and chemical parameters. Method :Danggui Buxue decoction were prepared by four methods (extracting once with 8 times of water for 1 h; extracting three times with 8 times of water for 2 h; extracting three times with 10 times of water for 1.5 h; extracting three times with 12 times of water for 1 h), of which physical and chemical parameters such as surface tension, pH value, conductivity and osmotic pressure were determined at 25 ℃. Seventy-seven mice were randomly divided into 7 groups, with 11 in each group.Danggui Buxue decoction groups, E Jiao compound group, Blank group and model group were treated by Danggui Buxue decoction, E Jiao compound, normal saline respectively for eight days. Blood deficiency model mice were made by injecting cyclophosphamide from 5th to 8th day. Temperature and peripheral hemogram of mice were determined at 1.5 h after the last administration. Fifty-five mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, high-dose of Danggui Buxue decoction group, moderate-dose of Danggui Buxue decoction group and low-dose of Danggui Buxuedecoction group, with 11 in each group, whose effects on temperature and peripheral hemogram of blood deficiency model mice induced by injecting cyclophosphamide were studied too. Finally, relationships among physical and chemical parameters,effect and the content of main active ingredients of Danggui Buxue decoction were studied, and mathematical analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze these data. Result : Through polynomial regression analysis, not only correlation coefficient between physical and chemical parameters and the score of component content and effect, but also correlation coefficient between physical and chemical parameters and the score of effect were more than 0.920 0. It showed that physical and chemical parameters closely correlated with component content and effect of invigorating Qi and enriching blood of Danggui Buxue decoction. Conclusion : Physical and chemical parameters had a good correlation with effect of invigorating Qi and enriching blood of Danggui Buxue decoction. These results preliminarily suggest that such parameters could be used to characterize the quality of decoction.

      摘要:Objective: To illustrate the compatibility of Jinglingizi powder by investigating the influence of Jinglingzi powder with different compatibility on the enzymatic activity of cytochrome P450 3A4(CYP 3A4) from rat liver microsome. Method: The different compatibility of Jinglingizi powder was designed based on the orthogonal array L9(34). In vitro test, rat liver microsome incubation system was applied to detect the 50% inhibitory concentration of Jinglingzi powder with different compatibility. In vivo experiment, rats were administered orally with the different compatibility of Jinglingizi powder (dose: 9.75 g·kg-1) from day 1 to day 5, then injected probe drug testosterone. The biosamples from liver tissue were obtained by microdialysis probe, then to be analysed by HPLC. The concentration of 6-β-testosterone and testosterone were accurately determined. The ratio hepatic concentration of 6-β-testosterone to hepatic concentration of testosterone, was applied to describe the CYP 3A4 enzyme activity. Result: The half maximal inhibitory concentrations (IC50) of the extract of Toosendan fruit, Rhizoma Corydalis and Jinlingzi Powder(formula.1-9) on the enzymatic activity of CYP3A4 were (2.59±0.33),(0.87±0.30),(1.14±0.20),(1.00±0.13),(1.19±0.10),(2.33±0.15),(1.39±0.19),(1.14±0.20),(1.29±0.14),(1.43±0.32),(1.49±0.28) mg·L-1, respectively. In vivo test, the CYP3A4 enzyme activity was inhibited by the different compatibility of Jinglingizi powder, compared with the normal control group. The inhibited intensity of Jinglingizi powde followed the order: formula 1 (formula 4)> formula 7 > formula 2(formula 5) > formula 8> formula 3> formula 9. Conclusion: The CYP3A4 enzyme activity is inhibited by the different compatibility of Jinglingizi powder,compared with the normal control group. Compatibility of Jinglingizi powder synergetically down-regulate the the CYP3A4 enzyme activity.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into myofibroblast in vitro and the impact of Yiguanjian. Method: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were separated, cultured and identified, transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1 5 μg·L-1) was added to the third-generation cells to induce differentiation. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were divided into normal group, TGF-β1 induced group, TGF-β1 induced plus Yiguanjian group. 2 weeks later, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were harvested and detected using immunofluorescence and real-time quantitative PCR. Result: The result of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells’ identification showed the strong expression of CD44 and the weak expression of CD29. After TGF-β1 induced, the results of immunofluorescence and real-time quantitative PCR showed that the group of TGF-β1 induced the expression of smooth muscle ectin(α-SMA), the expression of α-SMA in the group of TGF-β1 induced plus Yiguanjian was significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate into myofibroblasts using TGF-β1 induction, Yiguanjian can prevent the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells’ differerntiation to myofibroblast.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the effects of pathological model Shuangshen Ningxin (SSNX)serum with normal SSNX serum on hypoxia /reoxygenation (H/R) injury H9C2 cell citality. Method: Model rat of myocardial ischemia injury was established by coronary arterial ligating. Anterior descending branch of coronary artery was ligated. Except for normal blank, model blank, sham operation group, Normal rats and model rats are consecutively gavaged with SSNX at high, medium and low doses 2 h after the operation for 5 days consecutively. Collect blood from abdominal aorta 30, 90 and 150 min after last drug administration, and prepare serum. Construct H9C2 myocardial cell H/R injury model. Respectively administrate serums containing drugs from normal rat and model rat to H/R H9C2 cells. Determine the cell citality by using MTT method. Result: There is a difference between normal blank serum group to model blank serum group in cell vitality(P<0.05). Compared to normal blank and model blank group, cell activity SSNX serum group of normal and myocardium ischemia rat model are obviously different (P<0.05); and the effects of SSNX serum group of normal is better than group of model at different time points (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effects of SSNX serum prepared by two ways, is analogous on the role in the trend,but is different on degree.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Olibanum and Myrrha on the activity of cytochrome P450 and its isoforms. Method: 56 mice were divided into control group and 3 groups treated with Olibanum+ Myrrha(3.15,2.10,1.05 g·kg-1) for 7 days. And other 48 mice were divided into control group and 3 groups that were intragastrically administrated once with Olibanum+Myrrha, Olibanum, Myrrha(3.15 g·kg-1). 30 min after last administration, mice were intraperitoneal injected with pentobarbital sodium, to observe the influence of Olibanum and Myrrha on P450. Forty rats were divided into four groups by random. 3 groups were intragastrically treated with Olibanum+ Myrrha, Olibanum, Myrrha(3.00 g·kg-1) once a day for 14 days and the control group with water. Liver microsomes of rats was prepared to investigate the influence on CYP1A2, CYP2E1 and CYP3A4 of Olibanum and Myrrha by three-drug cocktail approach in vitro. Result: The number of sleeping mice was significantly decreased of groups which were treated with Olibanum and Myrrha(3.15,2.10,1.05 g·kg-1) for 7 days, and yet the number was increased with once administration. The phenacetin and chlorzoxazone metabolic rates of Olibanum and Myrrha and its mixture groups were significantly higher than the control group in liver microsomes, and there was significantly different on dapsone. Conclusion: The activity of CYP1A2 and CYP2E1 was increased with the continuous use of Olibanum and Myrrha, and CYP3A4 was not significantly affected.

      摘要:Objective: To sduty the effect of compatibility of Astragali Radix effective parts on granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF), granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), tumor necrosis factor-β(TNF-β) in myelosuppression mice. Method: BALB/c mice were given cyclophosphamide intraperitoneally at 100 mg·kg-1 on the first, third, fifth day of the experiment to built myelosuppression mice model. The mice were divided into uninfluenced group, model group, Astragali Radix group, ketoside group, glucoside group, saccharon group, glucoside and ketone group. At the same time mice in uninfluenced group and model group were given water ig with the dosage of 10 mL·kg-1. Mice in Astragali Radix group were given the decoction ig with the dosage of 10 mL·kg-1. Mice in groups of compatibility of Astragali Radix effective parts were given corresponding medicine (ig) with the dosage of Astragali Radix 10 g·kg-1 for 15 days: ketoside group 0.227 g·kg-1 , glucoside group 0.610 g·kg-1, saccharon group0.514 g·kg-1, glucoside and ketone 0.678 g·kg-1 . Detected GM-CSF, G-CSF, TNF-β, levels in bone marrow cells with ELISA. Result: GM-CSF in glucoside group, saccharon group increased significantly(P<0.05). G-CSF in glucoside group, saccharon group increased significantly and were higher than Astragali Radix group(P<0.05). TNF-β in Groups of compatibility of Astragali Radix decreased significantly and glucoside group was lower than ketoside group, saccharon group, glucoside and ketone(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compatibility of Astragali Radix effective parts may regulate granulocytopoiesis through the regulation of cell factors. Astragali Radix polysaccharides with Astragali Radix flavone or astragaloside accelerated granulocytopoiesis significantly.

      摘要:Objective: Antioxidative activities of different polarity parts in extracts with ethanol from Ligustrum lucidum were studied in vitro to supply the separating base of antioxidative components. Method: The antioxidant properties of different parts in ethanol extracts of L. lucidum were evaluated by different antioxidant tests, including 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging activity, superoxide anion radical scavenging activity in vitro chemical simulated systems. Result: The antioxidant results of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and 1-butanol parts in ethanol extract show that the antioxidant effect of ethyl acetate parts wasthe strongest. Conclusion: Antioxidative components could be justified existing in the ethyl acetate parts initially.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of Filifolium sibiricum(FS)and its possible mechanism preliminarily. Method : Vitro experiments using micro dilution method to determine minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of 12 species common clinical pathogens. The anti-microbial activity of FS was observed mice mortality within 7 days by injecting dry yeast suspension of bacteria in intraperitoneal. Antibacterial mechanism was investigated by transmission electron microscope. Result: FS had different levels of bactericidal effects to 12 species common clinical pathogens. Especially for drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MIC is 0.43 g·L-1 and MBC is 0.86 g·L-1. In vivo high dose can protect animals infected by S. aureus, E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,drug resistant S. aureus and drug resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae. The dose group was still effect to P. aeruginosa and drug resistant S. aureus. Electron microscopy showed that FS can melt bacterial cell wall. Conclusion: FS antibacterial activity was superior than Shuanghuanglian oral solution in vitro to 12 clinical common pathogens, especially to drug resistant P. aeruginosa which the positive control group had no role. The vivo experiments results show that it has a protective effect to systemic infectied animal model, especially to drug resistant S. aureus infections still has a protective effect. It can destroy the cell walls of bacteria at the same time.

      摘要:Objective: To study effects of Codonpsis thalictrifolia on leydig cells. Method: Leydig cells were collected and cultured in vitro with different concentration of saponin to test quantity of testerone and cAMP and MTT absorbance. Result: When saponin concentration was 0.4 g·L-1, quantity of testerone was significantly increased(P<0.05), content of cAMP was significantly increased(P<0.01), and MTT absorbance was significantly reduced(P<0.01). Conclusion: The saponin of C. thalictrifolia can strengthen the capability of single leydig cell to secrete testerone, which is perhaps induced by the pathway of PKA.

      摘要:Objective :To study the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect and mechanism of the ethanol extracts from Musca domestica larvae(MDE) on febrile rats. Method :The rats fever model were made by dry yeast. Saline group was given equal volumes saline (ig); Model group was given equal volumes saline (ig)+ sc 15% dry yeast 20 mL·kg-1 of subcutaneous injection; Treatment group: MDE(1,0.5,0.25 g·kg-1), ig qd for 7 d, Rectum temperature (ΔT/ ℃)was measured and hypothalamus proataglandin E2(PGE2) and adenosine cyclophosphate(cAMP) were detected by RIA. Result :1,0.5,0.25 g·kg-1MDE had antipyretic effect on febrile rats and could reduce the content of PGE2 and cAMP·kg-1) (126.86±24.89) ng·g-1, (9.72±1.11) nmol·g-1],·kg-1) (180.12±34.58) ng·g-1,(10.05±0.26) nmol·g-1],·kg-1)(203.54±30.46) ng·g-1,(10.79±0.57) nmol·g-1],campared to the control(253.70±43.96) ng·g-1,( 12.15±3.11) nmol·g-1)(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion :The results indicate that ethanol extracts from M. domestica larvae has anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect, the mechanism may be related to reducing PGE2 and cAMP.

      摘要:Objective: Evaluating the feasibility of the degranulation methods in rats mast cells in vitro and in RBL-2H3 cells in vitro caused by traditional Chinese medicine injections (TCMI). Method: Mast cells were gathered from rats peritoneal, the experimental conditions were optimized, the positive drug C48/80 and various TCMI were incubated to observe rat peritoneal mast cells degranulation caused by TCMI,through counting the degranulation rate of rat peritoneal mast cells whitch staining by toluidine blue. The positive drug C48/80 and various TCMI with RBL-2H3 cells were incubated to, detect the release rate of β-hexosaminidase by the method of substrate’s colouration. Result: It showed certain concentration-response relations between the concentration of positive drug C48/80 and the degranulation rate of rat peritoneal mast cells; Shenmai, Guanxinning, Tanreqing, Qingkailing and Shengmai, total significantly caused mast cell degranulation, while the degranulation of mast cell and the concentration of drug had a certain positive correlation; and Shenmai, Huangqi, Yinxing, Tanreqing, Danxiang, Guanxin, Qingkailing, Shengmai which the release rate of β-hexosaminidase highen by RBL-2H3 cells. Conclusion: Some TCMI can cause rat peritoneal mast cells and RBL-2H3 cells degranulation in vitro, so they have certain potential application values and complementarity with the two methods evaluting anaphylactoid reaction caused by traditional Chinese medicine injection.

      摘要:Objective :To observe the effect of Tangshenqing No. 1 on the transcription and expression of AngⅡ and TGFβ1 in the renal issue. Method : One hundred and forty-six rats were divided into control group(six rats), model group(10 rats), active-drug controlled group(10 rats), and four treatment groups by Tangshengqing No. 1, each designed as low-dose, mid-dose and high-dose groups(10 rats/group). AngⅡ and TGF-β1 were tested by RT-PCR, Western blot, immunohistochemistry and pathomorphology. Result : Rats in treatment groups showed a significant down-regulated expression of mRNA and protein(P<0.01 or P<0.05); ECM sediment was also decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion :Tangshenqing No. 1 can curb the development of renal tissue fibrosis by regulate the mRNA transcription and protein expression of AngⅡ,TGF-β1.

      摘要:Objective: To study the components of the essential oil from the leaves of Lindera obtusiloba and the antimicrobial intensity. Method: Distillation in water vapor was applied to extract the essential oil from the leaves of L. obtusiloba and meanwhile gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to analyze the components of this plant. Meanwhile, paper disc diffusion method and plate serial dilution method were used respectively to study the anti-bacterial activity and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC). Result: The essential oil was extracted successfully and 46 compounds were identified. Also broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity was found. Conclusion: Main components of the essential oil from the leaves of L. obtusiloba are alcohol, sesquiterpenes, and a minority of esters, oxygenated components as well as some other compounds. And the antimicrobial intensity to the tested strains is: Staphylococcus aureus > Staphylococcus epidermidis > Enterococcus faecium > Escherichia coil > Penicillium citrinum > Staphylococcus albus > Bacillus subtilis > Candida albicans>Aspergillus niger > Pseudornonas aeruginosa.

      摘要:Objective: To observe effects of Qingluo Tongbi granule-containing serum on bone resorption of osteoclasts in vitro. Method : The content of sinomenine in Qingluo Tongbi granule-containing serum was detected by HPLC in different time point to decide the method for obtaining the drug-containing serum. The osteoclasts from newborn rats were cultured and the proliferation, TRAP activity and bone resorption were detected. Result: The rats were given the drugs for 7 days and the drug-containing serum was obtained one hour after the last administration. The serum could inhibit the proliferation, TRAP activity and bone resorption area of osteoclasts. Conclusion: Qingluo Tongbi granule-containing serum could restore the bone erosion by inhibiting proliferation, TRAP activity and bone resorption ability.

      摘要:Objective : Toxicity of tripterygium wilfordii often bring damage to digestive system, reproductive system, hematological and immune system, so reducing toxicity but maintaining therapy effect has been focused on tripterygium wilfordii studies in the past decade. Combining with traditional Chinese medicine compounds can reduce the toxicity but maintaining therapy effect of tripterygium. Whether Leizhi capsule (Ligustrum lucidum, Eclipta,plus tripterygium glucosides) can reduce toxity and increase effects of Tripterygium glucosides? So this study aims to explore the effects of Leizhi capsule in puromycin amino nucleoside(PAN) nephrosis rats. Method : Eighty male wistar rats were randomly divided into eight groups, including control group, model group, Leizhi capsule high-dosage and low-dosage group, tripterygium glucosides high-dosage and low-dosage group, triptolid group and valsartan group(with each group ten rats). PAN nephrosis medel was made by jugular vein injection of PAN (100 mg·kg-1),while control group rats were made by injection of physiological saline with equal volume. By irrigation stomach once a day for ten days, all rats had been given medicines as follows: physiological saline 2 mL for control group and model group, tripterygium glucosides 2 mg dissolved in Erzhi(containing Ligustrum lucidum and Drought Ephraim grass) solusion 1 mL or 1 mg dissolved in Erzhi solusion 0.5 mL for Leizhi capsule high-dosage or low-dose group, tripterygium glucosides 10, 5 mg·kg-1 for Tripterygium glucosides high-dosage or low-dose group, triptolid 2 mg·kg-1 for triptolid group and valsartan 7.5 mg·kg-1 for valsartan group. The blood and urine samples were collected, liver and kidney tissues were processed after killed. The glomerular morphology and podocyte ultrastructure were observed respectively. Result : In day 5, model rats were in low spirits, with less urine, ascites, malnutrition and weight loss. From day 7 to day 10, the nephrotic syndromes were worst in model rats, but without skin edema. Some rats died of serious ascites,the mortality is 30%(3/10). Morphologic changes include epithelial cells degenerationrenal tubular and transparent cast, but there are no obvious changes in glomerulus and renal interstitial. Meanwhile, the podocyte processes effacement was obvious in model groups in electronic microscope. The nephrotic syndrome of PAN rats treated with Leizhi capsule and tripterygium glucosides significantly improved, compared with that in PAN model group and other treatment groups. The urinary protein excretion was decreased, plasma albumin was increased, and high cholesterol/triglyceride levels were remission, and anemia improved. Serum creatinine increased mildly(P<0.05). In light microscope, epithelial cells degenerationrenal of renal tubular and transparent cast improved in both leizhi capsule and Tripterygium glucosides samples(P<0.05).Meanwhile, the degree and area of podocte processes effacement was significantly reduced in both leizhi capsule and Tripterygium glucosides groups in electronic microscope(P<0.05). Conclusion : Leizhi capsulecan reduce toxity and increase effects of Tripterygium glucosides by reducing proteinuria, improving anemia, lowering AST, improving podocte processes effacement, and reducing epithelial cells degeneration of renal tubular.

      摘要:Objective : To study the antibacterial effect of Scrophulariae Radix particle in infected mice. Method : Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were cultured for 18 hours and then 5% yeast liquor was added each of them to a suitable level which made 80%-100% infected mice death. Then each of the suitable bacterial liquor was inoculated into the abdominal cavity of mice who had given corresponding medicines for 7 days. Death rate and average survival time were both observed and analyzed within 7 days after infected. Result : 3.5, 2.8, 2.1, 1.4 g·kg-1 of Scrophulariae Radix particle and 3.5 g·kg-1 dose of conventional processed product can inhibit the death rate caused by S. aureus in mice and extend the average survival time; 3.5, 2.8 g·kg-1 Scrophulariae Radix particle and 3.5 g·kg-1 dose of conventional processed product can inhibit the death rate caused by P. aeruginosa in mice and prolong the average survival days. Conclusion : Directly administrated Scrophulariae Radix particle has the equivalent antibacterial activity with conventional processed products.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Juantongyin (JTY) on microvessel density(MVD) and antiangiogenesis in ectopic endometrium of rats. Method: To observe the effect of high-dose, middle-dose, low-dose JTY and danazol on MVD of endometriotic rats through setting up endometriosis model with rat self-endometria transplantation. Sixty rats were divided into 6 groups randomly:JTY high-dose group (42.9 g·kg-1), middle-dose group (14.3 g·kg-1), low-dose group (4.8 g·kg-1), and danazol group (0.021 5 g·kg-1),model group and control group (10 mL·kg-1) of saline. Result: There was a marked diversity among model group(89.23±26.27) mm3 and other groups(32.96±15.38),(15.75±8.36),(38.16±17.32),(42.91±19.54) mm3 (P<0.05) of the ectopic tissue volume. There was a marked diversity among model group(26.43±6.75), and other groups (18.61±5.89,12.24±4.82,14.36±4.13,16.53±4.56),(P<0.05) of the expression of MVD. Conclusion: JTY has inhibitory effect on the expression of MVD and angiogenesis in ectopic endometrium of rats, in a dose-dependent manner. JTY may be a new drug of antiangiogenesis in ectopic endometrium.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the inhibitive effect of Abrus mollis Hance on HBV. Method: The TC50 and TC0 of A. mollis to the HepG2.2.15 ceils were determined by MTT assay. The effect of 0 five different concentrations of alcohol extract of A. mollis on HBsAg and HBeAg in the HepG2.2.15 cells was determined by ELISA. Result: A. mollis had a inhibiting effect on the HBsAg and HBeAg with maximum inhibition ratio adding up to 33.1% and 40.1%,respectively, in which the affective time was 144 h and the density was 4 g·L-1. Conclusion: A. mollis can significantly inhibit HBV in vitro.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanisms underlying the prevention effect of Gexia Zhuyu decoction against porcine serum-induced liver fibrosis in rats. Method : Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups as follows: blank control group, Gexia Zhuyu decoction group, Porcine serum group, Porcine serum plus Gexia Zhuyu decoction group. The fibrosis model of rats was achieved by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum twice weekly for 12 weeks, and simultaneously Gexia Zhuyu decoction administered daily by gavage for 12 weeks. All rats were sacrificed at the end of experiment, and their blood and liver were collected for analysis. The liver histopathology was examined by HE staining. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were detected by biochemicalanalysis. MMP collagenase activity in the liver were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Result: Compared with the porcine serum group, the histopathology of rats given Gexia Zhuyu decoction improved significantly. ALT and AST in serum and MMP collagenase activity in liver were significantly decreased in porcine serum plus Gexia Zhuyu group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion : Gexia Zhuyu decoction may exert anti-hepatic fibrosis effect in rats via inhibition of hepatic injury and MMP collagenase activity.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of Shenlong Jiannao capsule on the expression of choline acetyl transferase(ChAT) in hippocampus of cerebral ischemia rats. Method :Two-vessel occlusion were adopted to reproduce the cerebral ischaemia animal model.Rats were randomly divided into 5 groups as following: sham operation group, model control group,positive control group with pisacetam,Shenlong Jiannao capsule groups(low and high dosage). Shenlong Jiannao capsule groups low and high dosage treated by gavage with Shenlong Jiannao capsule at the dosage of 0.4,1.2 g·kg-1·d-1. After 28 days,changes of neurological scores and pathological tissue sections of brain in rats were observed,immunohistochemistry were adopt used to assay the expression of ChAT in hippocampus of cerebral ischaemia rats. Result: Shenlong Jiannao capsule could improve the neurological scores, ameliorate the morphology and increase the number of ChAT immunoreactive positive neurons.Comparing to model control group, the neurological scores were improved(P<0.05),the expression of ChAT was increased in Shenlong Jiannao capsule group(P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenlong Jiannao capsule can ameliorate the cerebral injury involved in enhancing the ChAT protein expression.

      摘要:Objective :To investigate the improved hypoglycemic effects of total flavonoids in Momordica grosvenori on experimental diabetes. Method :Streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats were randomly divided into five group, the model group, the Metformin group, total flavonoids of M.grosvenori (80, 40, 20 mg·kg-1) groups and Metformin (8 mg·kg-1)group.The trement groups were orally administered once per day separately, model group were orally administered with distilled water.The blood glucose, SOD,MDA,lipidprofile and in sulin were determined after 28 days. Result : Total flavonoids of M. grosvenori could decreased the leve of blood glucose(P<0.05,P<0.01), lipidprofile and MDA;increased the activity of SOD(P<0.05),and restoring the serum insulin level(P<0.05). Conclusion : Total flavonoids of M.grosvenori are potential biological anti-diabetic activity.

      摘要:Objective: To study the tendency of effects with no descriptions in Prescriptions of Peaceful Benevolent Dispensary. Method: Based on the attributes of medicines in formulae, the attribution distance matrix was developed and applied to compute the weights of attributes in a tuple vector. The methods of average value, steepest descent, Lagrange mean value, and information quantity were applied to induce the efficiency of formula based on component medicines. Result: To quantify the results, the precision measure was used to evaluate the effectiveness of effect attribution reduction among these four methods by using different formulae in Prescriptions of Peaceful Benevolent Dispensary. By experiments, the precision of efficiency attribution reduction among these four methods is 61.5%, 79.2%, 68.2%, 70.8%, respectively. Conclusion: The results of average value method may be complex, the results of steepest descent method may be simple, the Lagrange mean value method may be a trade-off solution, and the results of information quantity method will be changeable based on thresholds. These methods can cross-refer and complement each other.

      摘要:Objective: To analysis the molecular mechacnism of the signal transduction Calcineurin-nuclear factor of activated T cells (CaN-NFAT3) in the treatment of heart failure with Sini decoction. Method: Sixty SPF grade SD rats were dividied into control group (n=10)and model group(n=50). Adriamycin was given intraperitoneally to fifty to copy the model of heart failure.The heart failure rats were divided into model group and Sini decoction treating group(high,middle and low dose group).Giving Sini decoction to the treatment groups for eight days,CaN activity kit and calcium content kit, NFATc protein relatively express kit, respectively, were used to detect the activity of CaN and calcium NFAT3 expression of the dephosphorylation protein. Result: Compared with model group,the activity of CaN in high dose group and middle dose group was obviously lower. The calcium content increased significantly. In the rats myocardial tissue, the light density ratio of dephosphorylation NFATc/β-actin was lower than model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The CaN-NFAT3 signal transduction pathways may be suppressed,which can explay the key molecular mechanism of Sini decoction in treatmentof heart failure.

      摘要:Objective: To verify the main pharmacological action of Yansheng granule. Method: The Yin-deficient mouse and rat models were set up by using warm-hot natured drugs, thyroxine and D-galactose and levothyroxine sodium,respectively,in order to observe the effect of Yansheng granule on the syndromes the pain threshold and humoral immunologic function of mouse. Result: In the Yin-deficient mouse model induced by Warm-hot natured drugs, Yansheng granule could decrease the autonomous locomotor activity, reduce Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate (cAMP) in plasma and pain sensitivity, and enhance immunologic function. In the Yin-deficient mouse model induced by thyroxine, Yansheng, granule could significantly decrease the autonomous locomotor activity,increase body weight growth rate and reduce the growth of thymus and spleen. Yansheng granule could significantly improve whole blood viscosity of rats under low shear rate, but there was no significant influence about plasma viscosity. Conclusion: Yansheng granule could improve the symptoms of animal Yin-deficient models. The results of our experiment could provide some theoretical and experimental evidence for the clinical application of this medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effects of Yishen granule on renal lesion in diabetic nephropathy (DN) rats. Method :DN rats with unilateral nephrectomy induced by STZ with single intraperitoneal injection at the dose of 55 mg·kg-1. Then the rats were randomly divide into the unilateral nephrectomy group, DN model group, Yishen granule groups in low and high dose (8.1, 16.2 g·kg-1), the positive control medicine group with lotensin(1.5×10-3 g·kg-1). The different drugs were given by intragastrical administration once a day and lasted 16 weeks. The rats in the unilateral nephrectomy group and DN model group were given isovolumetric distilled water. It was been observed that the effects of the different drugs on the serum levels of laminin(LN) and type Ⅳ collagen, as well as renal ultramicrostructure. Result: The serum levels of LN and type Ⅳ collagen were significantly decreased in Yishen granule high-dose group. It was been observed that the foot processes of podocytes, basement membrane thickening and endocapillary proliferation in glomerular filtration membrane were significantly alleviated in two Yishen granule groups. Conclusion: Yishen granule could improve renal tissue by decreasing the serum levels of LN and type Ⅳ collagen and inhibiting pathological changes of glomerular ultramicrostructure in DN.

      摘要:Objective: To screen the active fraction of Yunnan Baiyao on the angiogenesis of chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane(CAM). Method: Chicken chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis model was used to compare the different extracted parts of Yunnan Baiyao. The different extracted parts of Yunnan Baiyao were implanted on top of CAM when chick embryos developed on day 7, at the same time, normal saline and suramin were given respectively as control group and positive group. The number of newly growth vessels were counted. Result: The vessel number of the ethyl acetate and alcohol (95%,80%,60%) extracted parts were largely less than that in the normal saline control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The ethyl acetate and alcohol (95%,80%,60%) extracted parts had the activity of angiogenesis inhibition on CAM.

      摘要:Objective: Conduct clinical trials to investigate the tranquilization, anti-hypertension, and anti-hyperlipidemia effects of Jueming hainan holly tea, as well as its safety to humans. Method: Group of random, single-blind control methods. Result: Significant efficiency, efficiency, and total efficiency of the treated group were 44.67%, 47.33% and 92%, respectively. Significant efficiency, efficiency and the total efficiency of the control group were 45.5%, 46%, and 91.5%, respectively. Conclusion: Jueming hainan holly tea has better tranquilization, anti-hypertension and anti-hyperlipidemia clinical curative effects. This product is safe and reliable for clinical use.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine on chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Method: One hundred fifteen CFS patients meeting the inclusive criteria were enrolled from March 2008 to April 2010 and randomized into two groups. The 62 patents in the treated group were orally treated with Shenjing Recipe(200 mL of decoction), for 100 mL twice daily. The 53 patients in the control group were treated with vitamin B tablets (10 mg twice daily),and Oregano tablets(20 mg thrice a day). Result: After treatment the difference in scores of fatigue symptoms between the two groups was significant (P<0.01), the scores of various SCL-90 factors and the total scores significantly reduced in the treated group after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion: Shenjing recipe shows superiority in treating CFS.

      摘要:Objective : To sort and summarize the literatures about the studies and applications of several novel drug carriers in transdermal gels. Method : Literatures about transdermal gels around 20 years were consulted to summarize the developmental state of transdermal gels with novel drug carriers. Definitions, characteristics of several novel drug carriers were explained and the effects of these new type transdermal gels were compared with other transdermal preparations to give some suggestions and improvements to the application of traditional gels of traditional Chinese medicine compounds. Result : Compared with traditional gel preparation and other transdermal administrations, the transdermal gels with novel drug carriers were more effective in penetrating skin. They could enhance the stability of drugs and make the active components targeting and sustained-release. Conclusion : The use of novel drug carriers was focused on several common carriers and the drugs treating skin diseases nowadays. More novel drug carriers and drugs treating non-skin diseases would be included in the researches about transdermal gels in the future. The transdermal gel with novel drug carriers has comprehensive area of application in transdermal administration, and give more inspirations and thinkings to topical preparations of TCM compounds.

      摘要:Latest research advances of in-stent thrombosis control are illustrated in this review article. Endovascular interventional treatment technology is better than simple drug therapy effect and surgical vascular bypass in cardiovascular disease field. From percutaneous coronary arterial lumen angioplasty and bare metal stents to drug-eluting stents and stent restenosis has control within acceptable limits. However, complications after stent placement, 'in-stent thrombosis’ had plagued with drug-eluting stents development. This paper makes an overview of causes, mechanisms, prevention (antiplatelet, anticoagulant, thrombolysis) of 'in-stent thrombosis’ and clinical applications in recent years. It was demonstrated that some herbs have shown therapeutic effects in clinical practice and animal studies. In order to provide some references to solve the problem of stent thrombosis, the latest research progress were discussed based on the literature investigation.

      摘要:Objective: Study on applicable conditions and compatibility rules of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata and Bletillae Rhizoma in the same prescription. Method: There were 84464 herbal prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine, among which twenty-seven herbal prescriptions contained aconite and salep. The author analyzed their functions and mechanisms and regularity of application. Result: By analyzing 27 prescriptions that contained Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata and Bletillae Rhizoma, we found that the pathogenesis of all the recipes were Yang deficiency, coagulated cold and blood stasis. Compatibility rules were as follows. Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata was used as a sovereign drug to warm Yang, dispel cold and clear the way. Bletillae Rhizoma and Ampelopsis Radix were commonly used for eliminating slough, promoting granulation and astringing sores. Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Saposhnikoviae Radix were primarily applied to dispel pathogenic wind and resolve superficies. Angelicae Radix Sinensis and Rhizoma Ligustici were used to activate blood and dissolve stasis. Radix Aucklandiae and Semen Armeniacae Amarum were usually applied to harmonize and regulate the Qi activity. Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Scutellariae Radix were used as a supplementary drug to clear heat and toxin. So we inferred wind-expelling and cold-removing drugs as well as blood-activating and stasis-dissolving drugs might attenuate toxicity originated from Aconiti Lateralis Preparata compounding with Bletillae Rhizoma. Angelicae Dahuricae Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix might be an'antidote’ to Aconiti Lateralis Preparata compounding with Bletillae Rhizoma. Conclusion: It is not opposite absolutely because the aconite and salep can be used together under reasonable condition.

      摘要:Objective: This paper studied the patent status of the six representative national drug companies and their flagship products, such as the number of patent, patent category, and its authorization rate to put forward some suggestions for our national medicine industry development by analyzing the intellectual property protection status of folk medicine. Method: Using Chinese and foreign patent search engine soopat database, we searched the patent application status of the six representative of the national drug companies (Cheezheng Tibetan medicine Co.,Ltd;Neimenggumengyao Co.,Ltd; Xinjiangweiwuer Pharmacy Co.,Ltd; Guizhouyibai Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd; Yunnandaiyao Co.,Ltd; Yunnanbaiyao group Co.,Ltd) and their flagship products (Qizhengxiaotongtiegao of Cheezheng Tibetan medicine; Zhentonghuoluoding of Guizhouyibai; Yunnanbaiyaoqiwuji of Yunnanbaiyao), Patent application data cutoff date of disclosure or announcement March 10, 2011. Result: National medicine enterprise patent application was uneven in recent years, the patent application increased slowly; part of the flagship products had high patent quality and large invention patent ratio; national medicine industry development was inseparable from the protection of intellectual property rights especially patent. Conclusion: Intellectual property protection, particularly the patent system plays a pivotal role in the development of the 'folk medicine’, its manufacturers need to enhance awareness of the patent application, make full use of the patent protection system, focusing on patent strategy and patent structure type, take the '12.5’ intellectual property policy advantages to develop into a chain, and enhance the economic strength, so as to make contributions for national medicine going the world.

      摘要:Objective :Through the revision and collation of literature, we think about the traditional Chinese medicine which could cure the Recurrent Oral Ulcer by external using. Method :We used CNKI and VIP database, based on the oral ulcer, external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine, compound, clinical research, pharmacological research as the key words in order to access the nearly 10 years of related literatures, then we collect and analysis the single herbs and compounds traditional Chinese medicine which could treatment for recurrent oral ulcer. Result : The single herbs which could external using for recurrent oral ulcer include warm herbs such as Sarcandra glabra, Indigo Naturalis, Rhizoma Platantherae Chloranthae, aridi and cold herbs such as Asarum, Evodia, Flos Caryophylli, Scolopendra. The compounds include Ulcers scattered, Bingpeng San, Shuanghuanglian powder and so on. They are mainly to be local daubed and acupoint sticking applide. Conclusion : From the Angle of the cold-heat nature of traditional Chinese medicine, we referred to the related literatures and reviewed the traditional Chinese medicine which could cure the Recurrent Oral Ulcer by external using, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of oral ulcers.

      摘要:The research results of structural modification of dammarane-type saponins and their structure-activity relationships and other aspects were collected in this paper. The structure-activity relationships of dammarane-type saponins and the main structural modification methods including chemical method, biological transformation method and combinatorial chemistry method were introduced by researching the literature over the past two decades in National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and in the Medline database. By modifying the structure of dammarane-type saponins, the physical and chemical properties are improved, the biological activity and the bioavailability are enhanced, and the side effects are reduced. In this way, not only the clinical application range is expanded, but also a number of new compounds would be got for biological activity screening. This research provides the theory basis for making full use of dammarane-type saponins. And it is believed that dammarane-type saponins and their derivatives will play a more important role in the future science research.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the relationship between the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) formulae of different proportions and the treatment for diseases by using the method of statistical analysis. Method: We retrieved database containing 262 formulae of fructus schizandrae and zizyphi spinosi semen from the 'dictionary of traditional Chinese Medicine Formulae’,and then built the database to analyze the relationship among its ratio,corresponding rnajor disease and its department. Result: The ratio‘1 ∶1’appeared to be the most(46.95%)in the 262 formulae containing fructus schizandrae and zizyphi spinosi semen;which was most frequently used for the treatment of the diseases in internal medicines. Conclusion: Using the method of the statistical frequency analysis we can find the application pattern of the TCM formulae and provide a theoretical basis for effective application.

Emphasis on long duration, more complications, the pathogenesis need to grasp the holism concept, the treatment need to based on syndrome differentiation, which can be used for reference to deepth learn diabetes and its complications treated with TCM.

      摘要:The state of sub-health is a common hidden killer to human health currently. Investigation reveals that 75% of the population has the problem of sub-health,and 42.5% of them belongs to insomnia.In Western medicine, sedative hypnotics or even antipsychotic drugs are used for sub-health insomnia, with induced sleepy and tired in daytime or even cognitive impairment. Sometimes, dependence and drug resistance may also occur. However, the handling of sub-health insomnia by Chinese medicine is combined with the viewpoint of preventive medicine. It emphasizes prevention before the disease and the prevention of transformation when a disease is there. The advantages of treatment of sub-health insomnia by Chinese medicine lie in the differentiation of syndromes and the remedies accordingly, and above all the satisfactory efficacy. Acupuncture, psychological intervention and breathing exercise are all additionally involved if needed. The combined treatment may gain gratifying efficacy. Correction of bad sleep habit by keeping health with Chinese medical concept and maintenance of healthy life style are important for preventing of sub-health insomnia.Large-scale sampling with multi-centered design should be the future model in clinical research. It will help the understanding of the syndrome and differentiation distributions in sub-health insomnia, so as to enrich the therapeutic principal and means in the treatment of sub-health insomnia by Chinese medicine.
