      摘要:Prominent traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctors' effective prescriptions from experience are important carriers of development and inheritance of TCM academic.Some researches of prominent TCM doctors' prescriptions from experience were lacking evidence.The confirmations of compositions and indications were subjective.This paper proposed that a prominent TCM experiential prescription must come from clinical practice with cases as evidence.Under the guidance that ladder-like of progressive clinical evaluation method, a preliminary practice for discover of effective prescription has made by taking Xuantou Jiedu Yin from professor XUE Bo-shou as an example.The research included three steps, like preliminary finding, optimizing and verification.Optimization of effective prescription is the tread of ladder by observation research primarily, verification of effective prescription is the vertical surface of ladder based on validation study.This paper summarized that firstly should pay attention to accumulation of clinical cases in research process, including effective and invalid cases.Secondly, data from computer mining need man-machine communication.Thirdly, characteristics of TCM individualized differentiation should be retained, addition and subtraction of herbs in effective prescription is allowed in a certain rang.Lastly, improvement of research quality and method can promote transformation of achievement.

      摘要:Objective: To compare contents change of of nootkatone, cyperotundone and α-cyperone in raw Cyperi Rhizoma and its different vinegar-processed products, to investigate effect of vinegar processing methods on its quality starting from material base. Method: HPLC was employed to determine contents of nootkatone, cyperotundone and α-cyperone in vinegar-processed products with mobile phase of methanol-water (68:32) and detection wavelength at 242 nm. Result: Comparing to contents of nootkatone, cyperotundone and α-cyperone in raw Cyperi Rhizoma, contents of these three components in vinegar-steamed product decreased by 12.9%, 14.2%, 12.5%;in vinegar-boiled product, they decreased by 23.1%, 12.8%, 18.7%;in vinegar-fried product, cyperotundone increased by 14.4%, but contents of the other two components decreased substantially, nootkatone and α-cyperone decreased by 62.5% and 44.9%, respectively. Conclusion: Stir-baking with vinegar can increase the content of cyperotundone.Each vinegar processing method can decrease contents of nootkatone and α-cyperone.In term of the lowest change of total contents of these three components as the principle, vinegar steaming method is the best process.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize taste-modifying formula of compound Banlangen oral liquid for clinical application and promotion of this preparation. Method: On the basis of preliminary screening of taste-modifying agent.The best taste-modifying formula of compound Banlangen oral liquid composed of different sweeteners and aromatics was evaluated by fuzzy mathematics synthetic evaluation system. Result: Flavoring agent composed of sucralose and orange flavor had optimal taste-modifying effect.Optimum taste-modifying formula was as follows:added 1.5 g of sucralose and 0.5 g of orange flavor in 1 L of compound Banlangen oral liquid. Conclusion: Taste can be improved significantly than the original recipe (45% sucrose) by this new taste-modifying formula, which was optimized by fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation.It is more suitable for children to take, and provides scientific basis for industrial production of compound Banlangen oral liquid.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation process of ellagic acid microspheres and investigate its in vitro release mechanism for pharmacokinetic. Method: HPLC was employed to determine the content of ellagic acid with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water (23:77) and detection wavelength at 254 nm.Taking release as index, orthogonal test was adopted to optimize formulation process with contents of sodium alginate, chitosan, calcium chloride and mass ratio of sodium alginate-drug as factors, zero-order kinetics equation, first order kinetics equation and Higuchi equation were taken to fit in vitro release of ellagic acid microspheres. Result: Optimum formulation was as following:sodium alginate to ellagic acid of 3:1, sodium alginate of 2%, chitosan of 0.1%, calcium chloride of 2%.Realease of ellagic acid microspheres was 80.14% within 48 h, its in vitro release fitted Higuchi equation of Q=0.131t1/2-0.046 9(r=0.966 4). Conclusion: This optimized process is stable, practicable and repeatable.Ellagic acid microspheres show sustained release performance.

      摘要:Objective: To screen main effective composition of anti-inflammatory and analgesic in Strychni Semen by Pharmacodynamics test, to optimize in vitro penetration enhancers of brucine vesicles gels. Method: Key ingredients of anti-inflammatory and analgesic were determined by investigating effects of in different Strychni Semen extracts on articular swelling degree and flexion joint pain of adjuvants arthritis (AA) rats.Brucine vesicles gels was prepared by pH gradient method, transdermal experiment with Franz diffusion cell was employed to conmpare effects of different penetration enhancers on in vitro permeation of brucine vesicles gels. Result: Brucine was a major efficacy component of anti-inflammatory and analgesic in Strychni Semen.Different penetration enhancers all could promote in vitro permeation of brucine vesicles gels, which was in order of azone > polysorbate-20 > oleoyl polyoxyl-6 glycerides > gelucire 44-14 > isopropyl myristate > polyglycerol fatty acid esters > ethanol > 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone > water. Conclusion: Brucine has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, optimal penetration enhancer of brucine vesicles gels is 3% azone.

      摘要:Objective: To develop Jiedu Zhixie tablets into a new dosage form, which was stomach-colon two step and colon-targeted sustained release pellets.To investigate its preparation process and in vitro release. Method: Stomach-released and colon-targeted pellets were produced through roiling into ball method and pan coating technology, adjuvant materials and coating process were optimized by single factor tests.HPLC was adopted to determine the content of quercetin with mobile phase of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (53:47) and detection wavelength at 260 nm. Result: Mixed power of extract powder-carboxymethylcellulose sodium (8:1) was rolled into pellets with 95% alcohol as a wetting agent.Stomach-released pellets were prepared with increasing weight about 4% and 3% red iron as coating solution.Colon-targeted sustained release pellets were prepared with increasing weight about 6% and 6% combination solution of Eudragit L100-Eudragit S100 (1:2) as coating material.Stomach-released pellets released completely in artificial gastric fluid within 45 minutes.Colon-targeted sustained release pellets weren't released in artificial gastric fluid within 2 h, less than 20% were released in artificial intestinal fluid within 3 h, but pellets were slowly released in artificial colon fluid and released completely at 5 h. Conclusion: This preparation process is simple, reproducible and available for industrial production of Jiedu Zhixie pellets.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Tianma Anshen granules. Method: With dry extract rate and contents of gastrodin, schizandrin, rhynchophylline as comprehensive index, orthogonal design was adopted to investigate effects of the amount and concentration of ethanol, extracting time and times on extraction technology.Contents of gastrodin, schizandrin and rhynchophylline were determined by HPLC, mobile phase of gastrodin was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (3:97), detection wavelength was 220 nm;mobile phase of schizandrin and rhynchophylline was acetonitrile-0.001% triethylamine (45:55), detection wavelength was 250 nm. Result: Optimal extraction technology was extracted 3 times with 6 times the amount of 50% ethanol for 1 h per time.Extraction amounts of gastrodin, schizandrin and rhynchophylline were 2.69, 1.47, 0.18 mg·g-1, dry extract rate was 22.64%. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology is stable, feasible and suitable for industrial production of Tianma Anshen granules.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of different factors on the content of paeoniflorin in water extract and concentrated solution of Shujing Fangtong prescription, to optimize process conditions by analyzing thermal degradation kinetics of paeoniflorin. Method: HPLC was employed to determine the content of paeoniflorin with mobile phase of 0.05% potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile (85:15) and detection wavelength at 230 nm.Effects of different factors on the content of paeoniflorin in water extract and concentrated solution of Shujing Fangtong capsules. Result: Main factors affecting the content of paeoniflorin were heating temperature and time in preparation process of Shujing Fangtong capsules.Thermal degradation reaction of paeoniflorin in water extract accorded with thermodynamic first-order reaction equation, thermal degradation rate constant (K) increased significantly with increasing of temperature;its thermal degradation reaction accorded with thermodynamic first-order reaction equation of lgC=-0.002t+1.345(r=0.990 4) in concentrated solution at 80 ℃, K was 4.606×10-3, validity was 22.88 h, half-life was 150.46 h. Conclusion: High temperature and long time heating should avoid in preparation process of Shujing Fangtong capsules, vacuum concentration method and vacuum drying method should be adopted to reduce degradation rate of paeoniflorin.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum on dissolution rate of berberine in Coptidis Rhizoma by different extraction methods. Method: Taking compound Tingli Xiefei Lishui mixture for example, water and ethanol were selected as solvent, extraction methods included mixed extraction of four herbs and remaining three herbs without Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum, then the content of berberine in extract were compared.With extracting amount of berberine as index, orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction technology with the concentration and amount of ethanol, extracting times and time as factors.HPLC was employed to determine the content of berberine with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(50:50) and detection wavelength at 345 nm. Result: In water extraction process, the content of berberine was significantly differernt, average contents of berberine from mixed extraction of four herbs and remaining three herbs without Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum were 9.20, 13.53 mg·g-1, respectively.In ethanol extraction process, the content of bererine had little difference, which were 35.15, 36.12 mg·g-1.Optimum ethanol extraction process was as follows:reflux extracted 2 times with 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 1.5 h each time;extracting amount of berberine was 37.92 mg·g-1. Conclusion: With water as solvent, when four herbs mixed extractiing, Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum can reduce the content of bererine significantly.With ethanol as solvent, when four herbs mixed extracting, Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum has little effect on the content of bererine, and ethanol extraction method has higher extracting rate than water extraction method.This optimized technology is stable and feasible with good repeatability, and it can be used in industrial production of compound Tingli Xiefei Lishui mixture.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation process of Penyankang suppositories and provide a reference for its clinical application. Method: With extracting amounts of chlorogenic acid and salvianolic acid B, dry extract rate as comprehensive evaluation index, orthogonal test was adopted to optimize water extraction technology of Penyankang suppositories by taking extraction times, the amount of water and extraction time as factors;with comprehensive score of the content of tetrahydropalmatine and dry extract rate as index, effects of the amount of ethanol, extraction time and ethanol concentration on ethanol extraction technology were investigated by orthogonal test.Taking appearance, hardness, melting point and dissolution as indexes, forming process of Penyankang suppositories was optimized by single factor tests. Result: Optimum water extraction technology was as follows:extracted two times with eight times the amount of water for one hour each time;extracting amounts of chlorogenic acid and salvianolic acid B were 2.778, 30.314 mg·g-1.Optimum ethanol extraction technology was as follows:extracted two times with four times the amount of 60% ethanol for one hour and a half each time;extracting amount of tetrahydropalmatine was 0.758 mg·g-1.Optimized forming process was 36 type of adeps solidus as matrix, the content of polysorbate-80 1.5%, bath temperature at 50 ℃. Conclusion: These optimized processes are suitable, feasible and suitable for industrial production of Penyankang suppositories.

      摘要:Objective: To research the variation of atractylenolides Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma during the stir-frying with bran, and provide the scientific basis for both interpret the mechanization of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-frying with bran and the study on pocessing procedure. Method: In the process of stir-frying with bran, the samples were taken out at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 minute, respectively. There are 3 batches fried with bran. The content of atractylenolides Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ in the samples were detected by UPLC. Result: The content of atractylenolide Ⅰ was diminishing incessantly, the average rate of decline is 46.73% at 18 minute, the content of atractylenolide Ⅱ decreased slightly, the average rate is 13.63%;the content of atractylenolide Ⅲ decreased significantly, but the content of atractylenolide Ⅲ in the samples take out at 15, 18 min increased slightly from one batch. Conclusion: The contents of atractylenolide Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were changed dynamically in the process of stir-frying with bran, and the contents are affected by processing excipient, temperature and time.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the chromatographic fingerprints of volatile oil from Epimedii Folium by GC-MS. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from Epimedii Folium by steam distillation method, chromatographic fingerprints of which was detected and calculated by GC-FID, and the mutual fingerprints of ten kinds essential oil from Epimedii Folium was established. GC conditions:HP-INNOWAX column inlet temperature 260 ℃, the split ratio of 5:1;temperature program:initial temperature of 60 ℃, keep 10 min, with 2 ℃·min-1 rose to 250 ℃, 13 min to maintain. GC-MS parameters:column flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1, MS electron energy 70 eV, ion source temperature of 230 ℃, the quadrupole temperature 180 ℃, the transmission line temperature 280 ℃, full-ion scan mass range m/z 40-550, solvent delay 3 min. GC-FID parameters:column flow rate 1.5 mL·min-1, FID detector temperature 260 ℃, the hydrogen flow rate 30 mL·min-1, the air flow 300 mL·min-1, tail blowing nitrogen 30 mL·min-1. Result: The method was proved to be accuracy, reproducible and stability, by which the ideal fingerprints of volatile oil from Epimedii Folium were obtained.       摘要:Objective: Aim to study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate fraction of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma medicinal fungal. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by the system solvent extraction, thin-layer chromatography, column chromatography on silica gel, semi-preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were determined by comparison of their chemical properties and spectral data with those of the authentic samples and those reported in the literatures. Result: Six compounds were separated and identified as 20(S)-ginsenoside Rh1(1), 20(R)-ginsenoside Rh1(2), ginsenoside F1(3), 24(S)-pseudoginsenoside F11(4), 22, 23-didehydropseudoginsenoside RT4(5), 5α-ergosta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5, 6β-triol (6). Conclusion: Compound 5 was a new compound, named pseudoginsenoside RT7, and compounds 4 and 6 were isolated from Notoginseng for the first time, and all compounds were isolated from Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma medicinal fungale for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents and antibacterial activity of volatile oil from the fruits of Alpinia maclurei. Method: The volatile oils were extracted from fruits of A. maclurei by steam distillation, and its ingredients were identified by GC-MS. The antibacterial activity of volatile oils was tested using microdilution method. Result: 42 chromatographic peaks were detected and 31 compounds were identified, which constituted about 94.18% of the total volatile oil. The volatile oil of A. maclurei showed inhibitory activity against staphylococcus albus, bacillus cereus, staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis, escherichia coli and exhibited higher activity to inhibit pediococcus aureus, with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value of 12.5 g·L-1. Conclusion: Volatile oil was extracted from A. maclurei and the compounds were identified for the first time, containing many reactive components. The oil was found to possess antimicrobial activity against Pediococcus.

      摘要:Objective: A high-performance liquid chromatography-UV method was developed to determine the contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid in Bruceae Fructus oil. Method: A chromatographic process was set up by using column Ultimate XB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm). A mobile phase of 88% acetonitrile-12% phosphoric acid solution (0.1%) was used with flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1, column temperature at 30 ℃, and determine wavelength at 203 nm. Result: The calibration curve of oleic acid was linear between 19.219-615.00 mg·L-1, and linoleic acid was linear between 3.375-108.0 mg·L-1, with the average recovery 81.29%-108.44% and RSD of 1.3%-2.9%. The contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid in Bruceae Fructus oil were 68.10% and 12.49%. Conclusion: This new analytical method do not need the operation of pre-column derivatization, and with the advantage of simple, accurate and repeatable, which could be a critical reference for quality control of Bruceae Fructus oil pharmaceutical manufacture.

      摘要:Objective: To establish determinations of soluble arsenic salt and insoluble arsenic salt in Huafeng Dan in order to provide a reference for quality control of this preparation. Method: Contents of As2S2 and As2O3 in 18 batches of Huafeng Dan were determined by titration and UV spectrophotometry, respectively. Result: This established determination of As2S2 was reproducible with average recovery of 97.61%.Linear range of As2O3 was 4-16 μg with average recovery of 98.42 %.In 18 batches of samples, mass fraction of As2S2was 0.012-0.021 3 g·g-1 with average value of 0.018 4 g·g-1, difference coefficien was 13.3%;mass fraction of As2O3 was 75.24-124.55 μg·g-1 with average value of 92.99 μg·g-1, difference coefficien was 15.3%. Conclusion: These determinations are simple and accurate, they can provide experimental basis for improvement of quality standards of Huafeng Dan.Contents of As2S2and As2O3 in different batches of samples are quite different.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of dracohodin and tetrahydropulmatine in Dieda Shangyao cataplasm. Method: A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was adopted with programmed wavelength UV detection. A C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)was used for the analysis at 30 ℃. The separation was carried out with the mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid (60:40, adjusted to pH 6.0 with triethylamine) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1, and the sample size was 10 μL. The eluate was detected by programmed wavelength (0-20 min, 440 nm;20-35 min, 280 nm). Result: The linearities were from 0.037 0 to 0.592 8 μg for dracohodin, 0.026 5 to 0.424 0 μg for tetrahydropulmatine. The average recoveries of dracohodin and tetrahydropulmatine were 98.1%(RSD 1.4%)and 96.7%(RSD 1.7%), respectively. Conclusion: The established method was simple, accurate and highly reproducible that it could be used for quality control of Dieda Shangyao cataplasm.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of oleanolic acid in the fruit of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus. Method: Microwave digestion procedure was applied for digesting the glycosides of oleanolic acid. HPLC was used for determining the content. A Promosil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2% acetic acid (90:10). The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1. The UV detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Result: The fruits were digested with 9% HCl at 0.1 MPa for 0.5 h;the liner range of oleanolic acid was 0.781 6-3.908 μg(r=0.999 6). The average recovery of oleanolic acid was 97.3% (RSD 1.2%). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of the fruits of A. sessiliflorus.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid, galuteolin and dipsaeoside B in Lonicerae Flos using Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography, and inspect the quality of the Lonicerae Flos in Guizhou. Method: ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm× 100 mm, 1.7 μm) column was adopted. Two solution were acetonitrile and water containing 0.4% acetic acid, with gradient elution of (0-2 min, 7% A;2-2.3 min, 7%-28% A;2.3-10 min, 28% A;10-10.5 min, 28%-7% A), and velocity gradient(0-2 min, 0.35 mL·min-1;2-2.3 min, 0.35-0.25 mL·min-1;2.3-2.6 min, 0.25-0.15 mL·min-1;2.6-2.8 min, 0.15-0.1 mL·min-1;2.8-4 min, 0.1-0.2 mL·min-1;4-4.3 min, 0.2-0.3 mL·min-1;4.3-4.5 min, 0.3-0.35 mL·min-1;4.5-10.5 min, 0.35 mL·min-1). The PDA detection wavelength was 330 nm for chlorogenic aicd. The ELSD detection was for macranthoidin B and dipsacoside B. The temperature of drift tube was maintained at 60 ℃, the temperature of nebulizer was 48 ℃, with the nitrogen flow rate of 20 psi, and the column temperature was maintained at 50 ℃. Result: The linear response ranges of chlorogenic acid, galuteolin and dipsaeoside B were 0.304 5-1.522 5(R2=0.999 4), 0.449-1.436 8(R2=0.9993), 0.044 6-0.223 μg (R2=0.999 4), respectively. Conclusion: The method is convenient and accurate to determine the content of chlorogenic acid, macranthoidin B and dipsacoside B in Lonicerae Flos , and can shorten the measuring time and saves reagent effectively. The established method has used to measure quality of the Lonicerae Flos in Guizhou.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method for identification of Codonopsis Radix and Gentianae Macrophylae Radix. Method: In a glass reactor with diameter less than 0.125 mm of Chinese herbal medicine powder (accurate to 0.002 g) as the substrate of reaction, the H+-Mn2+-CH3COCH3-BrO3- for oscillation system. Temperature kept at 310 K and the stirring speed was 310 r·min-1. With saturated calomel electrode as reference, the platinum electrode as indicator electrode, the electrochemical workstation records of chemical potential in the oscillation system, along with the change of time. Draw E-t curve using Origin 7.5 software, get the non-linear electrochemical fingerprint. The character of parameters:the highest potential, induction time, oscillation oscillation cycle and service life, calculate the activation energy of reaction, using cluster analysis method to study. Result: The repeatability is good, the non-linear electrochemical fingerprint intuitively see the party to participate in the non-linear electrochemical fingerprint has obvious difference, also have obvious different characteristic parameters, sample cluster analysis divided into two categories. Conclusion: This method can be used to identify Codonopsis Radix and Gentianae Macrophylae Radix.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of baicalin; neohesperidin; salvianolic acid B in Qingre Dingxuan Mixture. Method: The chromatographic method was carried out on an Waters SunfireTM C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoricacid solution as the mobile phase by gradient elution.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The detection was set at the wavelength of 280 nm.The column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of baicalin; neohesperidin; salvianolic acid B were 0.08-0.79 μg ( r=0.999 9), 0.07-0.75 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.04-0.19 μg (r=0.999 8) respectively.The average recoeries were 96.5%, 96.9%, 97.4% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of different amounts of lime on yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza, and provid a reference for cultivation and autotoxicity ease of this herb. Method: With growth targets, yield and contents of seven kinds of active ingredients (salvianolic acid B, tanshinol, rosemary acid, tanshinone ⅡA, tanshinone Ⅰ, cryptotanshinone, dihydrotanshinone) as indexes, effects of different gradients of lime on growth and active ingredients of S. miltiorrhiza.HPLC was employed to determined the content of these seven components with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water for gradient elution and detection wavelength at 280 nm. Result: Effects of adding lime on growth and biomass of S. miltiorrhiza did not reach significant levels.But with addition of lime, salvianolic acids substances and tanshinones substances presented a significant negative correlation trending, salvianolic acids first increased, then decreased;while tanshinones decreased first, further increased.Salvianolic acids increased significantly and tanshinones reduced significantly when added 60 g·m-2 of lime in continuous cropping soil or added 45 g·m-2 of lime in the new soil.But the amount of lime added up to 75 g·m-2, there were no significantly difference in these two types of components with the control group. Conclusion: Effects of adding lime on growth and biomass of S. miltiorrhiza do not reach significant levels;but with addition of lime, salvianolic acids and tanshinones presents competitive trend, this may be related to regulation of pH to key enzymes of secondary metabolites biosynthesis pathway.

      摘要:Objective: This paper studies the effect of salvianolic acids on the related gene expression in the convalescent period of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in diabetic rats, in order to explore the mechanism. Method: The Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and model group. The single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ) 60 mg·kg-1 was used to establish diabetes mellitus. After the modeling, the rats were randomly assigned to sham group(SH), ischemia-reperfusion group(IR) and salvianolic acids treatment group, six rats in each group. The focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was used. The rats in the salvianolic acids treatment group would receive tail vein injection (21 mg·kg-1) after 3 hours of reperfusion, once per day for 14 days. The SH and the model group were injected with the same volume of saline. The related gene expression in the brain tissue was detected by the gene chip technique. Result: Fourteen days after the diabetic rats got a stroke, 67 differential expressed genes were detected, among the 41 genes were up-regulated and 26 genes were down-regulated [P≤0.05, fold chang (FC)≥2.0];fourteen days after the treatment of salvianolic acids, compared with model group 64 differential expressed genes were detected, among the 45 genes were up-regulated and 19 genes were down-regulated (P≤0.05, FC≥2.0). Conclusion: Salvianolic acids exerts regulation on the rat's cerebral gene expression during the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI), which provides a new clue for the further study of the mechanism

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the reversal effect of nitidine chloride(NC) on human oral squamous cell carcinoma KB/adriamycin(ADM). Method: The KB/ADM cells were cultured conventionally to 1×106, randomly divided into five groups:KB/ADM cells group, positive control verapamil group(VRP, 5 μmol·L-1), low dose group of NC(0.375 mg·L-1), middle dose group of NC(0.75 mg·L-1), high dose group of NC(1.5 mg·L-1), 3 parallel samples each.These groups were respectively added to the same volume of culture medium, 5 μmol·L-1 VRP, 0.375, 0.75, 1.5 mg·L-1 NC for 48 h.The cell sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs was demonstrated by MTT. The effect of NC on p-glyco protein(P-gp) expression was analyzed by flow cytometry. Multidrug resistance gene-1(MDR-1) expression was detected by RT-PCR. Result: Compared with KB/ADM cells group, the IC50 value of positive control VRP group, low dose, middle dose and high dose group of NC to ADM, vincristine(VCR), estoposide(VP-16), hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) were decreased significantly(P<0.01, P<0.05). The P-gp expressions in VRP group, low, middle and high dose group with NC were respectively (10.60±1.11)%, (68.57±2.56)%, (28.29±1.98)%, (8.03±1.46)%, compared with KB/ADM cells group(97.33±1.61)%, all of them were decreased significantly(P<0.01).The MDR1-mRNA expressions of positive VRP group, low dose, middle dose and high dose group with NC decreased by 39%, 22%, 46%, 69%(P<0.01)compared with KB/ADM cells group. Conclusion: NC can reverse the multidrug resistance of KB/ADM.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of phenolic alkaloids of Menispermum dauricum (PAMD) on the learning and memory and hippocampal in Alzheimer's disease (AD) model mouse. Method: C57BL/6 mouse were randomly divided into control group, Piracetan group(620 mg·kg-1), PAMD high-dose group(30 mg·kg-1), PAMD medial-dose group (15 mg·kg-1), PAMD low-dose group (7.5 mg·kg-1).By using intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose(180 mg·kg-1) in combination with microinjection of 10 μg incubated amyloidbeda protein1-42(Aβ1-42, 2 g·L-1) into the dorsal blade of the dentale gyrus in the bilateral hippocampus of mouse an AD model mouse was induced. All the mice were ig administrated with drugs or water in the same voume for 28 days. The Morris water maze was used to observe the learning and memory ability. After the treatment all animals were sacrificed, morphology of hippocampus was observed. Biochemical methods were used to determine the content of Aβ and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the brain tissue. Result: Compared with the control group, model group latencies and swimming distances significantly prolonged(P < 0.05), Aβ and IL-6 significantly increased(P < 0.05);compared with the model group, PAMD high-dose group and PAMD medial-dose group could significantly improve the learning and memory ability of model mouse(P < 0.05). In PAMD high-dose group and PAMD medial-dose group, the brain maintain normal morphological structure of nerve cells and the number of nerve cells was significantly increased, Aβ and IL-6 were significantly decreased(P < 0.05). Conclusion: PAMD could improve the ability of learning and memory of AD model mouse. PAMD can maintain normal morphological structure of nerve cells of AD mice. PAMD plays a certain role in the treatment of AD through inhibiting Aβ and IL-6.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Mori Cortex before and after honey processing on serum nitric oxide(NO), lipid peroxidation (LPO), interleukin-4(IL-4) and interferon(IFN-γ) of asthmatic rats, to study the anti-asthmatic mechanism of honeyed Mori Cortex. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, dexamethason 0.4 mg·kg-1group, the crude and honey processed Cortex Mori 1.08, 3.24 g·kg-1 groups.Asthma rat model was established by sensitization and stimulation with ovalbumin(OVA) conjuncted with Al (OH)3.The latent period of class Ⅱasthma in 10 min, bronchial alveolar lavage fluid(BALF) eosinophil number, the levels of NO, LPO, IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum were determined. Result: Compared with the control group, the latent phase was significantly shorter, the BALF eosinophil number and the levels of NO, LPO, IL-4 in serum were significantly increased in the model group(P < 0.01). The group could also significantly decreased the levels of IFN-γ(P < 0.001).Compared with the model group, the latent phase was significantly longer, the BALF eosinophil number and the levels of NO, LPO, IL-4 in serum were significantly reduced in honey processed Mori Cortex and crude Mori Cortex 3.24 g·kg-1 groups(P < 0.05). The groups could also significantly increased the levels of IFN-γ(P < 0.01). Conclusion: The Mori Cortex before and after honey processing can significantly reduce the number of inflammatory cells in BALF of asthmatic rat and impact the levels of cytokines, thereby improving airway inflammation in asthma and symptoms of bronchial asthma.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of modified Renshen Wumei decoction on aquaporins-4(AQP4)and related regulatory factors like potassium sodium adenosine triphosphate enzyme(Na+/K+-ATPase), protein kinase C(PKC). Method: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Baoerkang group, smecta group and modified Renshen Wumei decocotion group. The model was eatablished by multi-factors which includes the cold diarrhea medicine, swimming exhaustive method and hungery. After the modeling, control group and model group were given normal saline ig (20 mL·kg-1), the rest of the groups were respectively given Renshen Wumei decocotion ig (17.5 g·kg-1), Smecta ig (4.2 g·kg-1), Baoerkang ig (3.5 g·kg-1), once daily for 7 days. qRT-PCR etc techniques and methods were used to detect the gene expression level of colon AQP4, ATPase and PKC. Result: Compared with the control group, the gene expression of AQP4, ATPase and PKC in colon tissues of model rats were significantly lower(P<0.01);compared with the model group, modified Renshen Wumei decoction could significantly improve the gene expression level of AQP4, ATPase and PKC in the colon tissues (P<0.01). Conclusion: Modified Renshen Wumei decocotion can achieve engendering liquid and anti-diarrhea effect through adjusting gene expression levels of AQP4 and related regulatory factors Na+/K+-ATPase, PKC.

      摘要:Objective: Study on the expression of gastric tissue heat shock protein (HSP70) and HSP70 mRNA after exhaustive exercise in rats which pre-exercise supplement of mogroside(Mog), to preliminary research the mechanism of mogroside. Method: Fifty healty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into five groups, each consisting of 10 rats:the quiet group (NC), the exercise group (ME), the administration of Mog in low dose exercising group (MogL), the administration of Mog in middle dose exercising group (MogM) and the administration of Mog in high dose exercising group (MogH). The rats were administrated by professional gavage once a day half an hour before exercising. This administration was continuously gaved six days in one week, and lasted for six weeks. The low, middle and high doses are respectively 100, 200, 400 mg·kg-1, while the rats in control group were administrated of pure physiological saline at the same dose. The rats were killed after 6-week training. The expression of gastric tissue protein HSP70 and HSP70 mRNA were measured according the corresponding kit method respectively. Result: The expression of gastric tissue protein HSP70 and HSP70mRNA were higher in exercise control group than these in NC group (P<0.05). The expression of gastric tissue protein HSP70 and HSP70 mRNA in MogL, MogM and MogH were higher than these in NC group and ME group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Supplement of Mog could improve the expression of gastric tissue protein HSP70 and HSP70 mRNA. This could play an important role to reduce gastric ulcer, promote recovery, growth of cell and development after injury.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the intervention of Feixianfang(FXF) in lung inflammatory reaction and fibrosis. Method: Rats were randomly divided into 7 groups:the sham operation group, model group, FXF high dose group, FXF middle dose group, FXF low dose group, the control group of Western medicine was divided into two groups:Losartan group, and prednisone group. Rats were given bleomycin(BLM) to induce model via tracheal intubation, 3 mg·kg-1. Intragastric administration started from the next day after modeling. The rats were killed on 14 and 28 days after modeling, respectively. HE staining and Masson staining were applied to determine the degree of the alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis.RT-PCR were applied to detect plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(VCAM-1) gene expression. Result: FXF middle dose could inhibit the degree of alveolitis(P<0.05). FXF middle dose can inhibit the degree of pulmonary fibrosis and the gene expression of VCAM-1, PAI-1(P<0.05). Conclusion: FXF improve pulmonary fibrosis by inhibiting expression of VCAM-1 and PAI-1 genet.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Zishen Qinggan Jiangtang compound(ZQJC) on glucose, protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B(PTP1B)expression, superexide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) and free fatty acide(FFA) in type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) rats. Method: Ten rats were randomly selected as normal group, type 2 diabetes model was induced with high sucrose-fat diet and STZ ip for 30 mg·kg-1, rats were randomly divided into groups:model group, metformin(Met) group(0.14 g·kg-1·d-1, ig), ZQJCL group(0.9 g·kg-1·d-1, ig), ZQJCM group(1.8 g·kg-1·d-1, ig)and ZQJCH group(3.6 g·kg-1·d-1, ig), 10 rats in each group. fasting blood glucose(FBG) was detected at 2nd week and 4th week, and the level of SOD, MDA, FFA in the rats' serum and PTP1B expression in liver at 4th week were measured after the treatment. Result: Compared with the normal group, the blood glucose levels of model group were increased (P<0.01), PTP1B expressions in liver of model group were increased (P<0.01).After treatment, compared with model group, ZQJC group could obviously decrease the levels of FBG, MDA and FFA (P<0.05, P<0.01), improve SOD activity (P<0.05) and inhibit the PTP1B expression in liver. Conclusion: ZQJC has the effect of regulating glucose metabolism of the T2DM rats, inhibition of oxidative stress and PTP1B expression in liver could be one of the mechanisms.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Wumei pill and its subdivisions on Notch signal pathway in colonic epithelial cells of ulcerative colitis(UC) rats, and explore the main therapy and drug of traditional Chinese medicine. Method: The ulcerative colitis model was established by giving 2, 4, 6-three nitro toluene sulfonate(TNBS)/ethanol enemas. Eighty rats were randomly divided into 8 groups : blank group(physiological saline 10 mL·kg-1), model group ( physiological saline 10 mL·kg-1), Wumei pill group(53.2 g·kg-1), cold and heat application group(36.0 g·kg-1), heat group(21.32 g·kg-1), cold group(14.68 g·kg-1), tonic group(6.68 g·kg-1)and astringent group(10.68 g·kg-1). After 8 hours, all the groups were given Wumei pill or its subdivisions once a day. After 10 days, the colon tissue was collected for pathology examination and the Notch-1, Hes-1, Math-1 mRNA expressions of colonic epithelial cells of rats were tested by Real-time quantitative PCR detecting system(Q-PCR) method. Result: Compared with blank group, Notch-1, Hes-1 mRNA expression was significantly enhanced while Math-1 mRNA was decreased in model group rats(P<0.05). Notch-1, Hes-1 mRNA expression was significantly decreased while Math-1 mRNA was enhanced in Wumei pill group and cold and heat application group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The cold and heat application group play an important role in regulating the Notch signal pathway in Wumei pill, and the therapy of cold and heat is the main method for treatment of ulcerative colitis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the estrogenic effect of the incompatibility of Veratrum nigrum and Panax gingseng on immature mouse. Method: One hundied and twenty female Kunming mice, were randomly divided into 12 groups:the normal group, estrogen receptor antagonist (ICI) group (5 mg·kg-1), the V. nigrum (VT) group, (0.045 g·kg-1), the low-, middle-and high-dose P. gingseng (GS) groups, (12, 18, 24 g·kg-1), ICI+low-dose GS group(ICI 5 mg·kg-1+GS 12 g·kg-1), ICI+middle-dose GS group (ICI 5 mg·kg-1+ GS 18 g·kg-1), ICI+high-doses GS group (ICI 5 mg·kg-1+GS 24 g·kg-1), VT +low-dose GS group (VT 0.045 g·kg-1+GS 12 g·kg-1), VT+middle-dose GS group (VT 0.045 g·kg-1+GS 18 g·kg-1), VT+high-dose GS group (VT 0.045 g·kg-1+GS 24 g·kg-1). The uterus index, estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and the difference between uterine and vaginal histopathology were observed after 5 days. Result: Compared to the normal group, the uterus index increased (P<0.05), E2 increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), levels of LH and FSH decreased (P<0.05) in all doses of GS groups. Meanwhile, the growth and development of the uterus and vagina were promoted. While GS used with VT, uterus index decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), levels of E2 notably decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), levels of LH and FSH increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the degree of uterus and vagina atrophy was increased. Conclusion: VT could impair the estrogenic effect of GS in a certain dosage.

      摘要:Objective: The study was conducted to investigate the anti-metastatic effects of extracts from Saururi Herba (ESH) and its mechanisms. Method: Balb/C Nu mice were used to establish in vivo experimental metastasis model by tail-vein injection;in vitro invasion, in vitro migration and in vitro adhesion assay were performed to determine the effects of ESH on metastatic properties of breast cancer cells;Runx2 transcription factor assay and western blot method were used to detect the effects of ESH on activation of Runx2. Result: ESH exhibited significant suppression on the formation of lung metastatic foci of breast cancer in vivo (P < 0.01). Moreover, in vitro adhesion, migration and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells were inhibited significantly when these cells were incubated with ESH (P < 0.01). It was also shown that ESH had suppression activity of Runx2 and expression of p-Runx2 in breast cancer cells. Conclusion: ESH shows significant anti-metastatic properties. The mechanisms of this traditional Chinese medicine may be associated with suppression of Runx2 activation.

      摘要:Objective: To examine the potential effect of Averrhoa carambola root (Yaotaogen, YTG) extract on streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats. Method: Male Wistar rats fed a high glucose and hyperlipid diet for 4 weeks. Then diabetes mellitus model was induced by a single injection of STZ. Diabetes mellitus rats were divided into the metformin group, the model group, the high-, medium-, low-dose YTG extract groups (0.6, 0.3, 0.15 g·kg-1·d-1). Another 8 rats were assigned to the normal group. After 4 weeks, the levels of fasting blood-glucose (FBG), body weight (BW), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDLC), total cholesterol (TC), creatine kinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH), malondialdehyde (MDA), and the vitality of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) were measured. The hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining of myocardial tissue was conducted. Result: Compared to the normal group, the levels of FBG, CK, AST, CK-MB, LDH, HBDH, and MDA increased, BW and the vitality of T-SOD decreased in the model group (P<0.05). Compared to the model group, the levels of FBG, TG, LDLC, TC, CK, AST, CK-MB, LDH, HBDH and MDA decreased, BW and the vitality of T-SOD increased in all doses of YTG groups (P<0.05). Moreover, YTG could improve cell hypertrophy deformation and interstitial fibrosis apparently. Conclusion: YTG extract has a beneficial effect on heart function by relieving the heart damage in diabetic cardiomyopathy. The mechanism may be related to removing the free radicals.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the induced apoptotic effects and its mechanism of lycopene on human leukemia cell line K562 cells. Method: K562 cells were treated with different concentrations of lycopene (0, 20, 40, 60 μmol·L-1). Cell proliferation in K562 was observed by MTT. Cell apoptosis was inspected by Annexin V/PI double staining method. The expressions of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 were determined using RT-PCR and Western blot. Result: MTT and Annexin V/PI showed that the rates of proliferation inhibition and apoptosis were positively associated with the concentrations of lycopene (P<0.05). RT-PCR and Western blot indicated that the expression of Bcl-2 gene decreased negatively, but the expression of Caspase-3 gene decreased positively associated with concentration of lycopene (P<0.05). Conclusion: Lycopene could induce the apoptosis of K562 cells, which may be associated with lowering expressions of Bcl-2 and enhancing caspase-3 activity.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of quercetin, cianidanol, icarisid II, hyperoside and icariin on the inflammatory mediators of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and nitric oxide (NO), and to discuss the preliminary mechanism of Bushen Huoxue recipe in treating bone arthritis. Method: Qualitative analysis of five flavonoids in water extract of Bushen Huoxue recipe was performed using LC-MS technology, because they may have a potential effect on osteoarthritis. RAW264.74 murine macrophages was stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in vitro and divided into the blank group, the model group, the low-and high-dose of five flavonoids groups (20, 100 mg·L-1). The effects on IL-6, TNF-α and NO of five flavonoids were detected by ELISA. Result: Quercetin (100 mg·L-1), icariin (100 mg·L-1) and icarisid II (20, 100 mg·L-1) had a significant inhibition on the release of TNF-α. Cianidanol (100 mg·L-1), icarisid II (100 mg·L-1), quercetin (20, 100 mg·L-1) and icariin (20, 100 mg·L-1) had a significant inhibition on IL-6.Hyperoside (100 mg·L-1) and four the other flavonoids (20, 100 mg·L-1) had a remarkable inhibition on the release of NO. Conclusion: The mechanism of Bushen Huoxue recipe in treating osteoarthritis may be contributed by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators of TNF-α, IL-6 and NO. The results are helpful for exploring the material basis of Bushen Huoxue recipe.

      摘要:Objective: To obverse the effect of Yanshou decoction on skin aging in rats induceded by inhaling ozone and to explore its mechanism. Method: Fourty-eight male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:the normal group, the model group, the Vitamin E group (13.5 mg·kg-1), the low-, medium-, and high-dose Yanshou decoction groups (45, 90, 180 mg·kg-1), 8 in each group. Rats in the normal groups were exposed to fresh air. The other rats were exposed to ozone (1.2±0.2) mg·L-1 4 hours daily for consecutive 45 days. Meanwhile, the corresponding medicines were intragastrically administrated once daily for consecutive 45 days. The activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), plasma glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) or plasma catalase (CAT), the levels of serum lipid peroxidase (LPO) or dermis hydroxyproline (HYP) were detected and the cutaneous histopathology was observed. Morphometry of skin including epidermis thickness, collagen fiber, elastic fiber and reticular fiber ratio of changes in rats were compared. Result: Compared with the normal group, the activity of SOD, the contents of LPO in serum decreased, the activity of GSH-Px and CAT in plasma decreased, the contents of Hyp in skin tissue homogenate decreased in the model group (P<0.01). Moreover, it was discovered that the epidermis was thin, the basal cells decreased, few collagenous fiber was sparsely arranged, elastic fiber was shorter, and mast cell degranulation were present. Compared with the model group, the activity of SOD, the contents of LPO in serum and the activity of GSH-Px, CAT in plasma increased, the contents of Hyp in skin tissue homogenate increased in all doses of Yanshou decoction groups (P<0.01, P<0.05). The contents of soluble collagen, collagen fiber, elastic fiber and reticular fiber increased and the epidermis was thicker in the Yanshou decoction groups. Moreover, Yanshou decoction could prevent the skin mast cells of rats from releasing granules induced by ozone. Conclusion: Yanshou decoction could postpone the process of skin aging in rats inhaling ozone.

      摘要:Objective: To study the mechanism of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang (HGWT) in treating senile pruritus. Method: Totally 84 mice were divided into 7 groups: the normal group, the senile group, the senile pruritus group, the diphenhydramine group (0.65 mg·kg-1), the low-, middle- and high-dose HGWT groups (3.25, 6.5, 13 g·kg-1). The senile model was induced in mice by injecting D-galactose at 125 mg·kg-1 subcutaneously on the nape of the neck for continuous 42 days. The senile pruritus model was induced in mice by adding low molecular dextran at 1.25 mg·kg-1 intravenously from the 7th week. The mice were intragastrically administered with distilled water in the normal, the senile and the senile pruritus groups, and the others were intragastrically administered with the corresponding medicines once daily for 7 days. The scratching behavior & its lasting time were observed by a digital video camera. The skin's water content was measured by using drying method. Meanwhile, the sebaceous gland and sweat gland were observed by HE staining, the sum density of aquaporin 3 (AQP3) in skin, lung and liver were observed by immunohistochemistry method. Result: Compared with normal and senile groups, the scratching frequency and lasting time increased, the water content decreased, the number and secretion of sebaceous gland and sweat gland increased, and the AQP3 expression in skin, lung and liver decreased in the senile pruritus group (P<0.05). Compared with the senile pruritus group, the scratching frequency and lasting time decreased, the water content increased, the number and secretion of sebaceous gland and sweat gland decreased, and the AQP3 expressions in skin, lung and liver increased in the diphenhydramine and HGWT groups (P<0.05). Moreover, the results were better in the low- and high-dose HGWT groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: HGWT has a definite therapeutic effect in treating senile pruritus and its mechanism may be related to regulating AQP3 expression.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the inducing apoptosis effect and the underlying mechanism of Zangduqing (ZDQ) on human colon cancer SW480 cells. Method: SW480 cells were cultured with different concentrations of ZDQ (0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25 g·mL-1) for 12, 24, 36, 48 h in vitro. The cellular cytotoxicity was measured by using the MTT method. Then, SW480 cells were cultured with ZDQ (0.10, 0.15, 0.20 g·mL-1) for 24 h in vitro and a control group was assigned. The apoptosis was detected by the DAPI and annexin V-FITC/propidium iodide assay. The activities of Caspase-3, -9 were assayed by using Caspase apoptosis detection kit. Protein levels of Bax and Bcl-2 were determined by using Western blot. Result: MTT showed that ZDQ had obvious inhibiting effect on the proliferation of human colon cancer SW480 cells with a dose- and time-dependent manner. Compared with the control group, the ZDQ could significantly inhibit the proliferation of SW480 cells, enhance the activity of Caspase-9 and Caspase-3, up-regulate the level of Bax, down-regulate the level of Bcl-2 (P<0.01). Conclusion: ZDQ could induce the apoptosis of SW480 cells obviously, which may be mediated by the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate and screen the antibacterial activity of different extracts from Paliurus ramosissimus folium. Method: The P. ramosissimus folium was extracted by systematic solvents method and separated into five parts:petroleum ether extract, chloroform extract, ethyl acetate extract, n-butyl alcohol extract and water extract. The in vitro antibacterial activity on four strains of these extracts was screened. These four strains were Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the extracts was measured by the spread plate with double dilution drugs. Result: The extracts of petroleum ether, chloroform and water had no antibacterial activity. The extracts of ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol had different degree of antibacterial activity. n-butyl alcohol extract had obvious antibacterial activity with MIC of 0.714, 0.714, 0.357, 0.357 g·L-1, respectively. Ethyl acetate extract had antibacterial activity on four strains. Their potency of antibacterial activity was as follows:n-butyl alcohol extract > ethyl acetate extract> water extract. Conclusion: The extracts of n-butyl alcohol and ethyl acetate were the inhibitory effective sites of P. ramosissimus folium. The results provide a basis for developing new bacteriostatic drug.

      摘要:Objective: Based on the detection of tetrandrine in aqueous extract of Stephania tetrandra, this study aimd to elucidate the function discrepency of S. tetrandra and its main alkaloids-tetrandrinein effectiveness and toxicity, and to discover the relationship between them. Method: Tetrandrine content in the aqueous extract of S. tetrandra was determined by HPLC to define corresponding dose, then, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of tetrandrine and aqueous extract of S. tetrandra were studied by the method of hot plate and ear swelling in mice. Meanwhile, the contents of alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB) and total bilirubin (TBIL) in plasma of rats at the different time points drug treatment of 12 days, 24 days and 12 days after drug discontinuation were determined to detect the liver toxicity. Result: ①The content of tetrandrine in S. tetrandra was 8.99 mg·g-1, the transferring rate of tetrandrine was 30.03% in the aqueous extract of S. tetrandra. ②Aqueous extract of S. tetrandra and tetrandrine both have obvious analgesic action, but as to the short-term analgesic effect, tetrandrine was better than aqueous extract of S. tetrandra, while as for the lone-term analgesic effect, aqueous extract of S. tetrandra was better than tetrandrine. Referring to the anti-inflammatory effect, tetrandrine was relatively better than aqueous extract of S. tetrandra, but there was no significant difference. ③Both aqueous extract of S. tetrandraa and tetrandrine caused liver cell damage, but the mechanism was different.After drug discontinuation, the liver damage caused by aqueous extract of S. tetrandra was reversible while continuly deteriorated in the case of tetrandrine. Conclusion: As the major component of S. tetrandra, tetrandrine is not able to fully express the efficacy and toxicity of S. tetrandra, similarly, the other components of S. tetrandra could not prevent the toxic effects of tetrandrine. The function and mechanism are both different between the aqueous extract of S. tetrandra and tetrandrine.

      摘要:Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Juqin mixture aerosol inhalation in bronchiectasis patinets. Method: One hundred bronchiectasis patinets with phlegm-heat obstructing lungs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases each. Both groups were treated with conventional western medication including sputum drainage and short-term use of antibiotics, while Juqin mixture aerosol inhalation was added in the treatment group. The treatment course lasted 15 days. The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, the therapeutic effect and pulmonary function were observed before and after treatment. Result: After treatment, the syndromes scores including cough wheeze, thick yellow phlegm, hemoptysis or bloody sputum, feel of hot or thirsty, chest epigastric fullness, red tongue with yellowish or greasy fur, were all improved to different degrees in both groups. The scores of symptoms such as cough wheeze, thick yellow phlegm, chest epigastric fullness, red tongue with yellowish or greasy fur in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The clinical effective rates were 90.00% in the treatment group, higher than in the control group 73.47% (P<0.05). After treatment, the pulmonary function [forced vital capacity(FVC%) predicted values, forced expiratory volume in one second predicted values(FEVl%) and FEVl/FVC] improvement in the treatment group was better than in the control group. Conclusion: Juqin mixture aerosol inhalation combined with conventional therapy could significantly improve the clinical efficacy in bronchiectasis.

      摘要:Objective: The aim of this article was to investigate the efficacy and safety of Xiaoer Feike particles in the treatment of lung phlegm heat syndrome in children with acute bronchitis. Method: In this study, 150 cases of lung phlegm heat syndrome in children with acute bronchitis in our hospital were taken as research object, and were randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each one. Children in treatment group received the treatment of Xiaoer Feike particles;children in treated group received the treatment of Xiaoer Feike particles. The therapeutic efficacy and side effects were observed in the 8-day continuous course. Result: Curative effect of individual signs and symptoms, including the total effective rate of cough, cough up phlegm, lung characteristics, fever and sore throat treatment in treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);as for the disease curative effect, the total effective rate in treatment group was 96.00%, while the total effective rate in control group was 84.00%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);in terms of syndromes curative effect, the total effective rate in treatment group was 96.00%, while the total effective rate in control group was 85.33%, with significant difference between them (P<0.05);children in the both groups had no serious adverse reaction, there were no statistically significant difference between before and after medication situation in the both groups for drug vital signs. Conclusion: Effect of Xiaoer Feike particles in treating lung phlegm heat syndrome in children with acute bronchitis is significant and safe, and it is worth promoting in clinical.

      摘要:Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Syndrome of stable angina pectoris and physical and chemical examination of indicators. Method: Through the method of cross-sectional survey, patients from 12 sub-centers that met the inclusion criteria were collected, subject to chi-square test, binary stepwise logistic regression to explore the relationship between TCM Syndrome of stable angina pectoris and physical and chemical examination of indicators. Result: Correlation analysis and chi-square test results showed that the relationship between cysteine, uric acid, fasting glucose, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein, ejection fraction, activated partial thromboplastin time, C-reactive protein, carotid ultrasound, electrocardiogram(ECG), echocardiography and TCM syndrome of stable angina pectoris were significantly related (P<0.05). Binary stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that carotid ultrasound, ECG, echocardiography were closely related to each TCM Syndrome. And triglycerides and ejection fraction were specific in the disease group, with the odds ratio(OR) values of 1.432 and 0.764.The blood uric acid and fasting glucose were specific in phlegm and blood stasis group, with the OR values of 1.366 and 1.649.Triglycerides were specific in the gas and blood stasis group, with a OR value of 1.478. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the TCM Syndrome of stable angina pectoris and the physical and chemical examination index correlated, which is in line with clinical practice.

      摘要:Objective: This study aimed to observe the impact of Danshen injection combined with fallopian tube intubation deroppilation under hysteroscopic in the treatment of oviduct infertility on blood rheology and serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP). Method: In this study, 132 patients with oviduct infertility were randomlydivided into 2 groups. The control group (n=65) was treated with fallopian tube intubation deroppilation under hysteroscopic, while the observation group (n=67) was treated with Danshen injection in addition to the control group therapy. The tubal patency rate, one-year pregnancy rate and ectopic pregnancy rate of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. The blood rheology indexes and expression of hs-CRP of two groups before and after treatment were detected. Result: There was no significant difference in tubal patency rate between the two groups before treatment. The tubal patency rate after treatment in both of the two groups were significantly higher (P<0.05), while the tubal patency rate in observation group increased more than that in control group (P<0.05). The blood rheology indexes and hs-CRP expression levels in the both groups after treatment were significantly lower (P<0.05), while the observation group decreased more than that in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative of all patients was one year, and the one-year pregnancy rate in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05), while the pregnancy time significantly shortened (P<0.05), and the ectopic pregnancy rate decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of Danshen injection combined with fallopian tube intubation deroppilation under hysteroscopic for oviduct infertility could improve blood rheology and function in anti-inflammation, and the curative effect was significant.

      摘要:Objective: This study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of Tanreqing injection, Xiyanping injection and Xuebijing injection in adjuvantly treating children with acute suppurative tonsillitis. Method: A retrospective study from May 2012 to May 2014, according to the types of traditional Chinese medicine injections used, 338 children with a confirmed diagnosis of acute suppurative tonsilltis were divided into four groups (group A, B, C and D). Group D was given antimicrobial agents alone. Based on the group D, group A was given Tanreqing injection in a dosage of 0.3-0.5 mL·kg-1·d-1, with 100 mL 5% glucose injection in static drop once a day. Group B was given Xiyanping injection in a dosage of 5-10 mg·kg-1·d-1, with 100 mL 5% glucose injection in static drops once a day. Group C was given Xuebijing injection in a dosage of 1 mL·kg-1·d-1, in the maximum dosage less than 20 mL·d-1, with 100 mL 0.9% Sodium Chloride injection in static drops once a day. The clinical efficacy and safety of the four groups were observed and the statistical analysis were conducted. Result: The curative rate and total effective rate in the four groups were 29.07%, 21.25%, 37.63%, 15.00% and 83.72%, 72.15%, 92.47%, 56.25%, respectively. The time of clinical signs and symptoms recovery in group C was the shortest, while in group D it was the longest. The statistical test results revealed that group D was significant different from group A, B and C (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences between group A and group B, group A and group C. And the rate of ADR in group D was the least, but there were no significant differences in group A, B and C. Conclusion: Among the three TCM injections, xuebijing injection are the highest in total effective rate, the shortest in the time of drug treatment, but with the highest in the infusion phlebitis. So we suggest that it should be closely monitored during treatment.

      摘要:Objective: To objectively evaluate the curative efficacy and safety of Nvshi oral liquid combined Yuening capsules in treating feminine yin deficiency symptom (FYDS) accompanied with primary insomnia (PI). Method: One hundred and twenty FYDS patients with PI were randomly divided into the experiment group (60 cases) and the placebo group (60 cases) by a multicenter, randomized, double blind and placebo-controlled method. Patients in the experiment group received 10 mL Nvshi oral liquids, and 1 Yuening capsule twice daily. Patients in the placebo group received placebo of sham liquids and capsules, the same usage and dosage as the experiment group. All patients in two groups received 8 weeks of treatment. The melioration of patients' FYDS was graded by Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). Result: The total transformational scores of FYDS in the experiment group were lower than those in the placebo group during and after the interferential treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01), and there was statistical significance for the difference between two groups. The results of the experiment group were better than those of the placebo-controlled group (P<0.01). Scores of palm fever, dry skin and oral lips, oral color red, dry eyes, constipation and dry mouth to drink were lower (P<0.05, P<0.01), score of PSQI was lower (P<0.01), integral calculus value was higher (P<0.01) in the experiment group than those in the placebo group. After interferential treatment, scores of sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction were less than those in the placebo group (P<0.01). No obvious abnormal safety indicators in heart, liver and kidney function were found. Conclusion: Nvshi oral liquids combined Yuening capsules could ameliorate eminine FYDS and sleep quality, and it has good safety in treating patients.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the curative effects of Xiaopi Hewei decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) disease, and to investigate its influence on serum interleukin-8 (IL-8), IL-11 and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). Method: Ninety patients with CAG disease were randomly divided into the control group (45 cases) and the observation group (45 cases). Patients in both two groups took 30 mg lansoprazole tablets once daily and 10 mg domperidone tablets thrice daily for continuous 6 weeks. If Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is positive, standard quadruple eradication regimen was adopted. The patients in the control group added 9 g Xiangsha Liujun pills twice daily. Patients in the observation group added 1 dose Xiaopi Hewei decoction once daily. All patients in both two groups received 4 months of treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, signs under gastroscope and pathological integral were evaluated. Levels of serum IL-8, IL-11 and TNF-α were detected before and after therapy. Result: The curative effects and the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). Scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, signs under gastroscope and pathological integral in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P<0.01). After treatment, standards of IL-8, IL-11 and TNF-α in the observation group were inferior to those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on proton pump inhibitors and stomach medicine treatment, adding Xiaopi Hewei decoction could reduce clinical syndrome, improve gastric mucosa lesions, relieve the inflammation of patients with CAG disease. It is helpful to prevent precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue formula combined omeprazole in treating patients with peptic ulcer, and to investigate its influence on trefoil factor 2 (TFF2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Method: One hundred and three patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the observation group (52 cases) and the control group (51 cases). The patients in the control group received 20 mg omeprazole capsules orally twice daily. On the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group added Yiqi Huoxue formula. All patients in both two groups received 3 months of treatment. Scores of traditional Chinese medical (TCM) symptom were evaluated. Serum TFF2, VEGF levels and 1-year recurrence rate after 3-month treatment were observed. Result: The total effective rate of TCM symptom in the observation group was 94.23%, which was higher than that of 82.35% in the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate of gastroscope in two groups was 82.69% and 86.27%, while there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups. After 3-month treatment, the total symptom-score of both groups decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the result was lower in the observation group (P<0.05). The expression levels of TFF2, VEGF were obviously increased in two groups, but the results were higher in the observation group (P<0.05). After 3-month treatment, the negative rate of Helicobacter pylori infection in two groups was 73.5% and 65.6%, and there were no statistically significant differences between two groups. 8 cases got the standard of relapse in the observation group and 22 cases in the control group within one year, and there were statistically significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue formula combined omeprazole has significant effect in treating peptic ulcer, and it could improve the expression levels of TFF2, VEGF, reduce the recurrence rate within one year.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the protective effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating early-stage kidney damage aroused by hypertension, and to investigate its influence on inflammation and coagulation-fibrinolysis system. Method: Ninety-five patients were randomly divided into the control group (47 cases) and the combination group with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment (48 cases) by a random number table. Patients in the control group received 10 mg enalapril tablets and 10 mg amlodipine once daily. Based on the treatment of the control group, patients in the combination group added 6 g Liuwei Dihuang Wan thrice daily and 10 mL Huangqi Sanqi oral liquids twice daily. All patients in two groups received 12 weeks of treatment. Before and after treatment, 24-h microalbuminuria (mAlb), ratio of microalbuminuria and creatinine (ACR), cystatin C (CysC), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), plasmic D-dimer (D-D), fibrinogen (FIB), urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (CR) were detected. Scores of liver-kidney yin deficiency combined with blood stasis were graded. Result: The blood-pressure control and the curative effect of Chinese medical symptom in the combination group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, levels of mAlb and ACR in the combination group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). But the changes of levels of BUN and Cr were not obvious, and they were within normal limits. Levels of CysC, β2-MG, NAG, D-D, FIB, IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The effect of Liuwei Dihuang wan and Huangqi Sanqi oral liquid combined routine Western medicine therapy is superior to using Western medicine treatment alone. Its mechanism of action may be related to reducing the inflammatory response and regulating coagulation-fibrinolysis system.

      摘要:Objective: The aim of this study was to systematically evaluate the efficacy of Anluo Huaxian pills combined with nucleotide analogues in treating liver fibrosis resulting from chronic hepatitis B. Method: Medline, Embase, CNKI, CBM, VIP, and Wanfang database were searched to collect Randomized controlled trials (RCT) about cases of treating liver fibrosis resulting from chronic hepatitis B using Anluo Huaxian pills combined with nucleotide analogues. Result: Seven clinical trials were included. The Cochrane Collaboration's method was used for data analysis. Compared with using nucleotide analogues alone, the combination of nucleotide analogues and Anluo Huaxian Wan can significantly improve the degree of liver fibrosis and liver function indices. Combination medication might decrease serum levels of hyaluronic acid(HA) and laminin(LH), type IV collagen(IV-c), and in the respect of improving the liver function, combination medication might decrease serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartarte aminotransferase(AST). Conclusion: But the differences in the decrease of serum levels of PC-Ⅲ, improvement of splenomegaly and portal hypertension, increase of serum levels of albumin(Alb) was not statistically significant.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate responding mechanism of plants to elicitors. Method: Select yeast extract, ultraviolet-C(UV-C), low-temperature and heavy metals as research object, which had high retrieval frequency in science citation index(SCI).Effects of these four elicitors on plant secondary metabolism were comprehensive analyzed for summary. Result: Yeast extract, UV-C, low-temperature and heavy metals can induce or inhibit specific metabolism in plants, and produce corresponding secondary metabolic compounds in response to external stress. Conclusion: Secondary metabolism in plants is a self-protective mechanism to deal with various elicitors from environment, synthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites plays an important role in improving resistance of plants.Elicitors can improve productivity of secondary metabolites which are tend to have certain biological activities and pharmacological value in plants.

      摘要:Consulting related literatures at home and abroad, alkaloids isolated from Voacanga africana staph and the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopy Characteristics were summarized. At present, 69 alkaloids have been isolated and identified, all are monoterpenoid indole alkaloids. 46 of them are monoterpenes indole alkaloids, and 23 of them are bis (monoterpenes) indole alkaloids. These alkaloids have complex skeletons, rich types, classify them according to the changes of monoterpene structure. Through summarizing the rules of spectroscopic characteristics about alkaloids from Voacanga africana staph, it plays an important role to identify structure and attribution spectral data of this type of compounds.

      摘要:The law of compatibility is the key to complex prescription in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Researches on compatibility always focus on the relationships among the compatibilities, the chemical compositions and the pharmacological effects. TCM principle is guidance for the law of compatibility, and the research on theory is dominant. Among the researches on compatibility of complex prescription, studies on pharmacological effects, medicine chemistry and pharmacokinetic also have increased, and the studies related to orthogonal design, homogeneous design, correlation analysis and clustering analysis have become more and more gradually. Nowadays, the research concentrates on compatibility of different TCM, increased and decreased regulation in pharmacological effects after compatibility with different doses to discover the best relationship between medicine compatibility and dose compatibility. In some scope, the dose variations may not change the pharmacological effects;but in most cases, compatibility of different doses may change the physical or chemical characters of medicines, so the pharmacological effects and the characters in complex prescription might change, even produce new chemical components. Researchers explain the cognition and thoughts about complex prescription in the different aspects of views, such as TCM principles, pharmacological effects, chemical components, medicine chemistry, pharmacokinetic and the compatibility of effective components, and point out the compatibility of effective components study have become the characteristic study field recently. Researchers study the principle, method, and the law of compatibility on complex prescription in TCM and have made great progress in the basis of disparting prescription, finger-print method, and many other modern analytical instrument applications. In recent years, the research process have got lots of achievements in different aspects, from small pieces ready for decoction to chemical components, from vitro to vivo, from single method to multidisciplinary analysis. With the developments of modernization of TCM, new exploration about the complex prescription is attempted, and will be the foundation for TCM reaching to the world.

      摘要:In view of special chemical structure, wide and prominent pharmacological activity, less toxicity and other characteristics of anhydroicaritin, it has indicated that anhydroicaritin has high security and application prospects. By referring the revent literature of preparation methods and pharmacological activity of anhydroicaritin, this paper will provides information to carry out the new preparation methods and new pharmacological activity of anhydroicaritin. Analyzing and summarizing the revent literature, we found that Epimedium brevicornu. has very low levels of degradation products of anhydroicaritin which is the degradation products of icariin, and anhydroicaritin has the effects of estrogen-like, regulation of immune, inflammatory, promoting myocardial cell regeneration and differentiation, promoting bone protection, promoting nerve cell differentiation, impotence, anti-liver injury and fibrosis delay, anti-abnormal proliferative, anti-tumor and blood sugar lowering, and do not find it has significant side effects. With finding the new efficacy of anhydroicaritin at home and abroad, anhydroicaritin has great demand in the international marketin the future. So efficient and environmentally friendly methods for the preparation of anhydroicaritin attract the widespread attention. But it lacks of systematic review and finishing of preparation method and pharmacological activity of anhydroicaritin. anhydroicaritin has stronger pharmacological activity than the icariin and icariside. As a new, low toxicity and efficient drugs, anhydroicaritin has broad application space to guide further extensive and deep research of anhydroicaritin. The author Summarized the latest development of the preparation methods and pharmacological activity of anhydroicaritin in recent years to provide adequate documentation of reference for preparation and rational exploitationfor of anhydroicaritin.

      摘要:This paper summarized the clinical researches about Jianpi Bushen method in recent years, pointed out some problems and future research directions.The Ischemic stroke disease is the syndrom of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. The origin is deficient in vital Qi, which results in syndroms such as deficient in liver and kidney. Guided by the principle of reinforcing the vital energy and consolidating the constitution, the method of invigorating the spleen and kidney aims at the pathological foundation to regulate the Yin and Yang's balance of Zangfu viscera, Qi and blood. In addition, this method becomes more and more promising in treating ischemic stroke. To review the research progress on this method is helpful to promote brain protection of ischemic stroke, alleviate the symptoms of nerve functional lacking, and reduce the sequelae, it would be of positive meanings to guide the clinical treatment and research. In addition, the method for clinical study should be regulated, and the mechanism of Jianpi Bushen method in treating ischemic stroke should be explored deeply.
