      摘要:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extracting technology of SALVIAE MILTIORRIZA. METHODS Taking extraction yields of tanshinoneⅡA,Salvianolic acid B and solid as investigation index, the best extraction process was screened by single factor and orthogonal experimental design. RESULTS The optimum condition of extraction process is that the decoction pieces were decocted with 6-fold alcohol of 65% concentration for three times,thirty minutes each time.CONCLUSIONS The optimum extraction process is straightforward ,stable and feasible.

      摘要:[Abstract] Objective: To study the changes of glycyrrhizic acid in eight decoction. Method: Different decoctions were prepared and analyzed by L8(27) orthogonal design, the contents of glycyrrhizic acid in each decoction was determined by UPLC and variance analysis was processed. Result: The glycyrrhizic acid content was decreased when Licoroce compatible with other herbs. For Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Rice, the difference of glycyrrhizic acid was significant(P<0.05), for Gypsum, the influence were insignificant(P>0.05), and the interactions between two of three are insignificant too(P>0.05). Conclusion: The content of glycyrrhizic acid in decoction was reduced by Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Rice.

      摘要:Objective To make the optimum process conditions of extraction for Qinqiao Kanggan granules. Method Applying optimum extraction of Qinqiao Kanggan granules coptidis with baicalin and dry-paste as marker was investigated by orthogonal design. Results Optimum processing condition was as follow: water extraction three times with 8 double,2hr. Conclusion This method is simple and applied rightly in mass production.

      摘要:The content on total saponins from semen litchi was estimated by either solvent or ultrasonic wave, used panaxadiol as a standard by 722 spec-trophotometer through the colourimetric method of vanillin perchloric acid . Orthogonal test tables L9(33)and L9(34)were used with the optimum factors of extracting temperature,extracting time,ethanol volume,etc respectively.Extract with ethanol, extraction time, the rate of solution to solid, extraction temperature and ethanol density as the factors affecting extraction ratio were studied. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of solvent are determined as follows:temperature 80℃,ethanol concentratin 70%,ratio of raw material to liquid 1:22 and extraction time 3 h.The content of total saponins in the crude extract from semen litch is 6.267 %.The optimum conditions of ultrasonic wave were as follows:extraction time 50min, the rate of solution to solid 1∶22, ethanol density 90%.the best ratio of extraction after extractant optimized with acid is 1.813%. The results showed that ultrasonic wave extraction was more efficient than the solvent extraction and shortened the extracting time largely.

      摘要:Objective: To identify the suitable extraction method and polarity for estrogenic active substance in Selaginella tamariscina (Beauv.)Spring, through the estrogenic active screening of different extracts of Selaginella tamariscina from different extraction methods. Methods: Selaginella tamariscina was extracted by 70% ethanol to obtain the total fraction, the total fraction was separated by polyamide column to obtain the water fraction、50% ethanol and 80% ethanol fractions; Selaginella tamariscina was refluxed by 95% ethanol to obtain the 95% ethanol extract, and the residue was decocted by water to obtain the residue water extract; the residue water extract was removed polysaccharides to obtain non-polysaccharides part of water-soluble components. Then adopt the uterine weight method in mice to detect the estrogenic activity of all these different extracts. The 95% ethanol extract and the residue water extract were analysised by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprint. Results: Compared with the control group, the total fraction、high dose of the residue water extract and non-polysaccharides part of water-soluble components group significantly increased uterus coefficient (p<0.01), while the other groups of Selaginella tamariscina showed no significantly effects (p>0.05); HPLC fingerprint demonstrated that amentoflavone was the main component of the 95% ethanol extract, but no amentoflavone was observed in the residue water extract. Conclusion: The extraction method of 95% ethanol refluxing and the residue water decocting was more suitable for extracting the estrogenic active substance of Selaginella tamariscina; the non-polysaccharides part of water-soluble components play an important role in estrogen activity in Selaginella tamariscina; HPLC fingerprint result suggested that amentoflavone was not the estrogenic active component of Selaginella tamariscina.

      摘要:objective: optimize of extraction technology for the saikosaponins from Bupleurum. Methods: The extraction technology for the saikosaponins from Bupleurum was optimized by adopting a single factor experiment and an orthogonal experiment with the use of the extraction rate of the saikosaponins from Bupleurum as the assessment index. Result: The optimized extraction technology for the saikosaponins from Bupleurum was as follows: the powder of Bupleurum with a diameter less than 355μm was subjected to reflux extraction for 2 times with 80% ethanol(regulate pH to 8) at 80 ℃, each extraction lasting 60min. For each extraction, the solvent to solid ratio is 8. Conclusion: the result showed that the extraction technology for the saikosaponins from Bupleurum simple, reliable, repeatable and suitable for production in industry.

      摘要:Objective: Tibetan hulless barley β-glucan (THBG) is a natural bioadhesive material. The present study was aimed at developing a THBG-based mucoadhesive gel of resveratrol, a potential cancer therapeutic agent richly obtained from the roots of Polyclonum cuspidatum and some other traditional Chinese medicines with low oral bioavailability, for nasal systemic delivery. Method: A 2% resveratrol nasal gel was prepared with 4% THBG as a matrix and 1% menthol as a penetrant, and characterized in terms of its physical properties (including pH, viscosity, gel strength, water holding capacity and mucoadhesion), in vitro cumulative release and in vitro transmucosal cumulative delivery in porcine olfactorymucosa. The administration convenience of a specially designed controllable nasal injector and mucosa irritancy of the selected gel were also evaluated in healthy volunteers. Result: The nasal gel was found to exhibit pseudoplastic rheology with properties of high viscosity, low gel strength, high water holding capacity, strong mucoadhesion, good spreadability, easy administration and no irritation. The percents of cumulative release in vitro and transmucosal cumulative delivery in vitro at 8h were 93.86% and 62.46% respectively, and the drug release behavior in two tests were observed to fit the Weibull distribution model well. Conclusion: The results demonstrated that the THBG-based nasal gel of resveratrol is a patient-friendly dosage form with desirable bioadhesion, distribution, and release performance, and the THBG is suitable for using as the matrix of mucoadhesive preparations.

      摘要:Objective: This research aims to improve the taste of andrographitis compound particle, and to research the preparation technology of taste masking suspension particle which suits children. Method: Particle coating was applied to prepare taste masking particle, through building the relation of concentration with mouth taste and dissolution of dehydroandrographolide of two inspection methods to evaluate the effect of taste masking. On the basis of taste masking, the suspension of taste masking particle was prepared that can be taken by children suitably. Result: Eudragit E100 coating is good for tasting masking. The suspension particles made with the method of coating dispersed in water evenly and tasted good. Conclusion: The coating particle has good effect on taste masking. And the preparation of taste masking suspension particle is suitable for children patients to take.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the extracting process of total flavonoids for Urena lobata. Method: Independent variables were ethanol concentration, reflux time, and solvent, dependent variables were extracting rate of total flavonoids. Central composite design and response surface methodology were used to optimize the extracting process. Result: Analysis indicated that the optimum conditions were 55% ethanol, 21 min, 17 mL solvent for extractable conditions. Conclusion: The optimum process is simple and more convenient for extracting, by which higher total flavonoids content in Urena lobata L.can be obtaind.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total triterpenoids from Inonotus obliquus by orthogonal test based on single-factor experiments. Method: The factors such as extraction solvent, extraction temperature, extraction time and material to solvent ratio were optimized by orthogonal test. Result: The factor of extraction time was the most significant parameter for the process, and then extraction temperature, sample to solvent ratio was the last one. The highest extracion rate of total triterpenoids by ultrasound-assisted extraction could arrive at 5.06% using isopropanol as solvent and the sample to solvent ratio was 1 ∶10 at 50 ℃ extracted for 30 min. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process for total triterpenoids was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: The efficacy of transdermal absorbent enhancement for four kinds of Chinese traditional medicine Angelica sinensis, Syringa oblata, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Cinnamomum cassia on the different structure substance was evaluated, which will provide the theoretical basis for the selection of Chinese medicine of cosmetics. Method: The guinea pig abdominal skin was used as the skin model; the polysaccharide (seaweed polysaccharide), peptides (oat peptides) and flavonoids (Licorice flavonoids) were used as the objects to be promoted; azone was used as the positive reference. The experiment of Franz diffusion cell was used to evaluate the transdermal absorbent enhancement of four medicines to the different substance. Result: The efficacy of transdermal absorption enhancement was: A. sinensis>S. oblata>S. miltiorrhiza>azone>C. cassia. The quantity of the transdermal absorption enhancement was investigated, which showed that 0.8% A. sinensis ≥ 1% azone. Conclusion: There were no obvious structure-activity relationships between transdermal absorption enhancement and the targets. The mechanism is concluded to be the theory of stratum corneum structural changing.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Yizheng Huomai pill. Method: The content of the total amount of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid was detected by HPLC and orthogonal experiment was used to research the best procedure with the rate of extractum as index. Result: The optimum process was A1B2C3D2, 10 fold of 90% ethanol, decocting 2times and 1.5 h each time. Conclusion: The optimum technology of Yizheng Huomai pill is simple, stable and effective.

      摘要:Objective: To research the extracting technology for Tuibai decoction. Method: Orthogonal design method is used to assay psoralen and isopsoralen in Tuibai decoction prepared with different extracting methods. The best extracting method is designed according to the result of these studies. Result: Quantity of water and decoction time had significant influence to the results of extraction. The best extracting method was 10 times of quantity of water, soaked for 1 h, and decocted for 2 times, and 1h for each time. Conclusion: The optimized extracting method is cheap and effective, and easy to operate.

      摘要:Objective: To screen the technological parameters of the fresh Morindae Officinalis Radix in process with salt. Method: The ranges of salt concentration,soaking time,and steaming time were pretested with the single factor method.The comprehensive experiments were arranged with orthogonal design. Result and Conclusion: The optimal processing conditions are as follows:the concentration of sodium chloride is 20%,soaking time was 45 minutes,and the steaming time was 1.5 hours.

      摘要:Objective: To study the cleaning scientificalness of Epimedium wushanense. Method: UV-spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids;HPLC was used to determine the content of three kinds of flavonoids namely epimedin C,icariin,icarisideⅡ. Result: The content of total flavonoids in leaf blades,leaf stalks,leaves of E. wushanense was 9.185%,2.143%,3.364% respectively;the content of epimedin C was 5.346%,0.653%,1.577% respectively;the content of icariin was 1.430%,0.047%,0.321% respectively;the content of icarisideⅡ was 0.328%,0.077%,0.078% respectively. Conclusion: The chemical compositions of flavonoids of leaf blades,leaf stalks,leaves have no obvious difference,but the content of them is different. The content of total flavonoids of leaf blades is more than 4 times that of leaf stalks. It has scientific value to remove the leaf stalks.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of Anabasine in Radix Alangii Preparata by HPLC. Method: The chromatographic column was Alltech Apollo C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-buffer (0.2 g heptane sulfonate,3.5 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate volume to 1 000 mL)(9 ∶91) as mobile phase,flow rate 1.0 mL ·min-1;detection wavelength was at 259 nm;column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: Maple octagonal base was linear in range of 0.024 95-0.499 g ·L-1 (r=0.999 9,n=5). The average recovery was 98.73% (n=6),RSD 0.915%. Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible,specific,and can be used as the system in the Radix Alangii Preparata method for the determination of Anabasine to control the quality of Radix Alangii Preparata.

      摘要:Objective: To study the active component of Chinese traditional medicine Lapis Micae Aureum in simulated gastric juice and water extract. Method: Simulated gastric juice and boiled water were used for leaching,and then both of the leaching rates were measured. The major elements of the extracts were determined with ICP-AES. Result: The leaching rate of simulated gastric juice was above 5%,that’s much higher than water leaching rate,which was less than 0.4%. The major leaching elements in extract of simulated gastric juice were Ca and Mg,and also there were some Fe and Al. Conclusion: It is reasonable that Lapis Micae Aureum usually used as pills and powder rather than decoction in clinical. Ca and Mg may relate to its therapeutical effect.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and morphine in Keke capsule. Method: The analysis carried out on a Sino Chrom ODS-BP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).Mobile phase comprised with methyl cyanides,0.01 mol ·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate,phosphoric acid and triethanolamine under a ratio as 5 ∶95 ∶0.2 ∶0.4.Detect wave-length was at 222 nm.Flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1under room column temperature.Sample size was 10 μL. Result: The calibration curves were linear over the range of 0.16-0.8 g ·L-1 for ephedrine hydrochloride and 0.012-0.06 g ·L-1 for morphine respectively.The average recoveries were 99.09% for ephedrine hydrochloride with RSD 1.24% and 98.44% for morphine with RSD 1.45% respectively. Conclusion: The determination method is rapid,simple,and repeatable,and can be used for the quality control of Keke capsule.

      摘要:Objective: A method was established for the determination of five inorganic anions (F-,Cl-,NO-2,NO-3,PO3-4) in Gentiana rigescens by ultrasonic assisted extraction-ion chromatography. Method: The effects of the sampling volume,eluent proportion,flow rate and column temperature on the separation of the anions were investigated. The effects of deionized water and NaOH (3.0 mmol ·L-1) in different extraction time were also investigated. Result: Under the following chromatographic conditions:sampling volume of 100 μL,eluent of Na2CO3+ NaHCO3(3.50 mmol ·L-1+1.0 mmol ·L-1),flow rate of 1.2 mL ·min-1,column temperature of 30 ℃ for F-,Cl-,NO-2,NO-3 and PO3-4,the detection limits of 5 anions were 0.097 6-1.098 4 mg ·L-1,the linear range of the calibration curves were 2-25 mg ·L-1,2-20 mg ·L-1,2-100 mg ·L-1,10-55 mg ·L-1 and 40-100 mg ·L-1,the relative standard deviations (RSD) of the peak height were 0.98%,1.20%,0.77%,0.87%,2.26%,and the RSD of the peak width were 0.58%,1.27%,0.73%,0.92%,2.33%. With extraction for 30 min by NaOH (3.0 mmol ·L-1),centrifuging with 10 000 r ·min-1for 20 min,and filtration by 0.45 μm filter membrane,for F-,Cl-,NO-3 and PO3-4,the spike recovery were 110.38%,106.18%,96.47%,117.23%,whereas,the spike recovery of NO-2 was not detected. Conclusion: It is satisfied with using this method to determine the content of 5 anions in different parts of G. rigescens.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC-DAD method for determination of the Hypoxanthine in Qinbaiqingfeinongsuo pills. Method: The separation was performed in a Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with a mobile phase of methanol-water (2 ∶98) in a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1 elution at 254 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Result: The linear range of Hypoxanthine was 1.94-31.04 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.14%,RSD 1.28%. Conclusion: This method is simple,reliable,accurate,which offers advantages of higher sensitivity and precision.It can be used for quality control of Qinbai qingfei nongsuo pills.

      摘要:Objective: To establish TLC fingerprint of Evodia rutaecarpa for the place of production,the authenticity of identification and quality control. Method: TLC was used to analyze comparatively 12 groups of crude drugs E. rutaecarpa from Guizhou Yuqing,9 groups of crude drugs E. rutaecarpa from other different places of production and 2 Counterfeits. Result: The TLC chromatogram and the contour chromatogram of 12 groups of crude drugs from Guizhou Yuqing were very similar,which had 6 spots and 6 corresponding peaks. The intensity of each peak was different,reflecting that the content of chemical ingredients contained in E.rutaecarpa from different places were different.The main kinds of ingredient in E.rutaecarpa from different places were nearly the same,but the content of each component was different. The two kinds of counterfeits had no such characteristics. Conclusion: The method was simple and easy to operate,which can be used widely,such as rapid tests in procurement and production. And it provided a scientific basis to judge the quality of E.rutaecarpa and standardized planting of GAP,as well as to draw up the standard operating procedures of planting and the quality control of E.rutaecarpa.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of jujuboside A and ginsenoside Rb1 in GSSM granules. Method: SUPELCO Discovery C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water as a mobile phase in a gradient program at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The detector drift tube temperature was set at 104 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 2.8 mL ·min-1. Result: The average recovery were 98.67% and 100.32% for jujuboside A and ginsenoside Rb1 respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of GSSM granules.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents and antibacterial activity of essential oil from Adenosma indianum Method: The essential oils were extracted from Adenosma indianum by steam distillation. The amount of the constituents from the essential oil was determined by normalization method,and the constituents separated were identified by GC-MS. The antibacterial tests of MIC and MBC for the essential oil were studied by using tubes serial dilution method. Result: There were 57 constituents from Adenosma indianum by SD that composed of about 92.19% of the total essential oil were separated and identified. It mainly contained cedrol (26.02%) and limonene (13.46%). The essential oil showed some antibacterial effect to staphylococcus aureus and drug-resistant strains of staphylococcus aureus,etc. Conclusion: It can provide scientific basis for the effective substances of A.indianum.

      摘要:Objective: To set up a method for determination of the content of buddleoside in Yinju-qingjie tablets. Method: HPLC method was used;chromatographic condition included Appollo C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) and the mobile phase consisting of methanol-2% acetic acid (52 ∶48),with a detection wavelength at 326 nm and the temperature at room temperature. Result: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.024 9-0.398 9 μg for buddleoside(r=0.999 8);the average recovery of buddleoside was 101.5% with RSD of 1.91% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the determination of the preparations.

      摘要:Objective: Established a assay method for the content of active component in Melastoma candidum. Method: The raw materials was hydrolyzed by adding methanol-25% hydrachloride aqeous solution(4 ∶1) mixture and the result quercetin in the solution was assayed RP-HPLC method. Shimpack VP-ODS(4.6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm) C18 column was used,the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (50 ∶50),the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 360 nm. Result: The calibration curve of quercetin was linear in 21.2-169.6 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 5). The average recovery is 96.3%,and its RSD was 1.54%. Conclusion: The method was convenient,accurate and of good recovery and was effective for the assay of quercetin in M. candidum.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oil from the plant of Clausena anisum-olens. Method: The essential oil was extracted from C. anisum-olens by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. Result: Essential oil from stems,roots,leaves,fruits and flowers contain 4-methoxy-6-(2-propenyl)-1,3-benzodioxole,which respective accounted of the essential oil for 32.89%,38.09%,28.97%,58.40% and 100.00%. The main types of the compounds are aromatic hydrocarbons,alkane,olefin and fatty acids. Conclusion: The essentia1 oil of different organs of C. anisum-olens is studied. It provides scientific bases for the C. anisum-olens exploitation and usage.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Gujing Maisiha capsule. Method: The content of main component,eugenol was determined by GC method. Stigma Croci,Flos Caryophylli,Rhizoma Cyperi were identified by TLC. Result: The negative comparison displayed no disturbance. The linearity of founded method was in the range of 0.211 2-2.112 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 99.3% and RSD was 0.55% (n=6). Conclusion: The method was available for quality control of Gujing Maisiha capsule.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of protopine and tetrahydropalmatine in Tongning Gel. Method: The liquid chromatography was carried out using Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),with detection wave length at 280 nm,acetonitile-phosphate buffer as mobile phase,gradient elution.The column temperature was at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Result: The calibration curve of protopine was linear in the range of 0.100 6-5.03 μg(r=1),and the recovery was 99.14% (RSD 1.34%). The calibration curve of tetrahydropalmatine was linear in the range of 0.100 8-5.0 4 μg(r=1),and the recovery was 101.1%(RSD 1.18%). Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible,which can be used for quality control of Tongning Gel.

      摘要:Objective: To have a serum pharmacochemistry study on chuanxiong extract. Method: HPLC fingerprints of chuanxiong extract and serum of rats after taking the extract were established with serum pharmacochemistry method. The serum samples taken after taking chuanxiong extract were compared,the constituents absorbed into the serum after taking chuanxiong extract was determined. Result: Seven constituents migrating to the blood were detected, of which 4 were metabolites, 3 were prototype constituents. Conclusion: After taking chuanxiong extract,the constituents absorbed into blood were ligustazine and ferulic acid whose serum pharmacochemistry signs could provide evidence for the pharmacological action and quality control of chuanxiong.

Method :Take the cinnamon,cinnamon drew red halloysite and cinnamon compatibility of purified red halloysite three groups of compatibility of medicinal herbs,adopt heating reflux extraction and volatile oil extraction meanwhile extraction and collected water extraction liquid and naphtha two composition points,to extract use HPLC analysis. Adopt chromatographic column:Phenomenex-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),column temperature 30 ℃, velocity was 1.0 mL ·min-1,detected wavelength was 254 nm,mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphate(B),binary linear gradient elution 0-30 min,90% B-65% B(10% A-35% A);30-50 min,65% B(35% A)conditions,determination of water extraction fluid cinnamic acid and cinnamaldehyde content. Adopt chromatographic column:Phenomenex-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),column temperature was 30 ℃.Velocity was 1.0 mL ·min-1,detected wavelength was 280 nm,mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphate(B),0-30 min,65% B(35% A)conditions,determination of cinnamaldehyde content of volatile oil. Result: Cinnamon drew compatibility red halloysite and cinnamon purified water extract-alcohol compatibility red halloysite in liquid cinnamic acid content of single Fried cinnamon herbs according to drop respectively 30.71%,53.54%,cinnamaldehyde not detected. Volatile oil of cinnamaldehyde content decreased respectively 7.21%,75.89%. Conclusion: Cinnamon and red halloysite after cinnamic acid and compatibility of cinnamaldehyde content decreased,and drop extent with relevant red halloysite percentage.

      摘要:Objective: This paper compared cultivar with the other three kinds of Ningxia Hui medicine-Acontium flavum,involving the comparison of their roots,stems and leaves in pharmacognosy. The purpose was to supply experimental data for the quality control and abundant growth of A. flavum. Method: The shape and properties identification,microscopical identification and physical and chemical inspection were utilized for comparision. Result: There was no significant difference between the cultivar and the other three kinds of wild A. flavum through characteristic,microscopical,physical and chemical identification. Conclusion: In the point of view of pharmacognosy,the areas of Ningxia liupanshan,heicigou and yueliangshan were suitable for the planting of A. flavum.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate pharmacokinetics for paeoniflorin of Fuyankang enema in rabbits and provide scientific basis for clinical application. Method: The pharmacokinetic study of paeoniflorin after rectal administration and administration by gavage with single dose was investigated by using above HPLC method respectively,the pharmacokinetics parameters was calculated with 3p97 programs. Result: Administration by gavage,the paeoniflorin wasn’t detected in the rabbit plasma by HPLC method established and the pharmacokinetic parameter of wasn’t obtained. After rectal administration,the curve of paeoniflorin plasma concentration-time could be described by a one-compartment model,correlation pharmacokinetic parameter described as follows: ka was 3.190 9 h,ke was 0.943 8 h,t1/2(ka)was 0.217 2 h,t1/2(ke)was 0.734 4 h,Tmax was 0.542 1 h,Cmax was 5.239 7 mg ·L-1,AUC0-4h was 9.260 2(mg ·L-1) ·h. Conclusion: The result indicated the absorption of paeoniflorin after rectal administration Fuyankang enema is much more superiority to administration by gavage.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the absorption characteristics of aesculin in different intestinal segments of rats. Method: The study was performed by intestinal perfusion model in rats to observe the effect of absorption sites and concentrations on absorption kinetics of aesculin. Result: Aesculin had specific site in rat's intestine, absorption rate constants were 0.185 0, 0.186 5, 0.065 7 min-1 in duodenum, jejunum and ileum respectively. Conclusion: Aesculin was rapidly and completely absorbed in whole segments of intestine. The behaviors conformed to passive-transport mechanism and first-order kinetics. All the above indicated that aesculin could be formulated to a sustained-release drug delivery system.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the joint therapeutic effect of Liuwei Dihuangwan (LD) combined with hepatocarcinoma HSV-tk/GCV suicide gene on the exp ression of connexin (Cx),clarity the therapeutic mechanism of LD. Method: Ninety Kunming mice were randomized into 4 groups:model group,LD group (10 g ·kg-1 ·d-1), suicide gene therapy group (intraperitoneal injection of guanosine ganciclovior) and the combined group.The transplanted tumor mice model of H22 hepatocarcinoma was established by subcutaneous inoculation of H22 and H22/tk cells.We selected the tumor tissue of hepatocarcinoma tumor-bearing mice for conventional preparation,carried out biopsy of DAB immunohistochemical staining,and used the SABC immunohistochemical assay to detect the expression of Cx26,Cx43,Cx32. Result: The positive expression was found in cytoplasm and cell membrane under the microscope. Cx43 expression appeared in tumor adjacent tissues,especially where infiltrated by fibrous tissue had strongly positive expression,but cancer cells in the tumor nodules had relatively weak expression. We found the expression of Cx26 and Cx32 were in tumor cell,especially near the tumor tissues where infiltrated by adipose tissue showed strong positive expression. The expression of connexin in LDB treatment group and suicide gene therapy combined with LD treatment group was obviously stronger than that in tumor model group. The differences of expression of Cx between suicide gene therapy combined with LDB treatment group and showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Suicide gene therapy combined with LD in treatment group can significantly improve the expression of Cx26,Cx43,Cx32,especially Cx32.It indicates that the enhancing effect of LD on suicide gene bystander is related to gap junction.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Jingyuankang capsule on the expression of apoptosis-related genes Caspase-3, Fas and FasL mRNA in bone marrow cells and make a study of the mechanism of the medicine. Method: Sixty mice were randomized into 5 groups:control group, model group, positive control group(Leucogen, 32 mg ·kg-1), Zhenqi Fuzheng group(3 g ·kg-1), Jingyuankang group(4 g ·kg-1). The model was induced by ip cyclophosphamide(100 mg ·kg-1) for 3 days. Mean while the above treatments were given for 7 days. The expression of Caspase-3, Fas and FasL mRNA in bone marrow cells of model mice with myelosuppression was measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Result: The Jingyuankang group had the lowest expression of Caspase-3, Fas and FasL mRNA, compared with that of the model group, the difference was significant;while compared with the control group, there was no significant differences. Conclusion: These results confirmed preliminarily that Jingyuankang capsule could decrease the expression of apoptosis-related genes Caspase-3, Fas and FasL, through affecting the apoptosis-related pathway to prevent the blood cells from apoptosis caused by chemotherapy.This might be an important mechanism of Jingyuankang capsule treating the chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression.

Method: Drug-containing serum was prepared and analyzed by HPLC. Furthermore,A549/DDP cells were divided into DDP group,drug-containing serum + DDP group and normal serum +DDP group.After incubated 24h,cell apoptosis was evaluated by laser flow cytometry and the expression of Bcl-2,Bax and p53 protein in cells was investigated by laser scanning confocal microscope. Result: There were ginsenoside Rb1,emodin,aconitine in drug-containing serum. Compared to DDP group,the apoptosis rate of drug-containing serum + DDP group rose to (21.82±3.27)% (P<0.05),the expression of Bcl-2 significantly dropped to 2.81±0.02 (P<0.05) and the expression of Bax and p53 significantly rose to 2.90±0.08 and 3.58±0.09 (P<0.05) respectively. Conclusion: Wenxia recipe medicated serum could significantly induce apoptosis of A549/DDP,decrease the expression of Bcl-2 and increase the expression of Bax and p53.This study showed that Wenxia recipe might reverse the mutidrug-resistance of A549/DDP cell by inducing apoptosis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Cordyceps militaris extracts (YCC) on regulating serum lipids and antioxidation. Method: We established high-fat diet-induced hyperlipidemic golden hamster model. After the four-week administration of YCC (200 mg ·kg-1), the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-c), and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-c) in serum were assayed with the method of chromatometry to observe the effects of YCC on serum lipid regulation; we also evaluated the scavenging activity of YCC against a array of free radicals, including 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical(DPPH), superoxide anion, hydroxyl radical, peroxyl radical, hydrogen peroxide and peroxynitrite based on molecular level reactions in vitro; at the same time, we evaluated the effect of YCC on cupric ion-induced human low density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation. Results: Compared with model group, YCC decreased the levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-c significantly, while increased the ratio of HDL-c/LDL-c (P<0.05) at the dose of 200 mg ·kg-1. The IC50 of YCC against DPPH and hydrogen peroxide are (125.6±3.4) mg ·L-1, (758.9±11.2) mg ·L-1 respectively. The maximal scavenging activity of YCC against peroxyl radical, peroxynitrite and hydroxyl radical is (86.5±14.5)%, (64.4±3.3)%, (44.1±6.0)%. In addition, YCC prolonged the lag phase of LDL oxidation process at 50, 100 mg ·L-1. Conclusion: YCC displayed serum lipid regulating in vivo and antioxidative activity in vitro.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Euonymus fortunei. extract (EF) and E. hederaceus extract (EH) on removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding. Method: Kunming mice were randomly divided into eight groups:EH and EF treatment (32.0,16.0,8.0 g ·kg-1,ig) groups,aspirin(100 mg ·kg-1,ig) group and control group,ig,the anticoagulant effect of EH and EF was observed by measuring blood coagulation time in mice with capillary tube method.In another study,Kunming mice randomly divided into nine groups:EH and EF treatment (32.0,16.0,8.0 g ·kg-1,ig) groups,Fufang Fufangteng mixture(bainianle)(5.2 g ·kg-1,ig)group,model group and control group,to observe the changes of WBC,RBC,Hb level. Wistar rats were randomly divided into nine groups:EH and EF treatment (32.0,16.0,8.0 g ·kg-1,ig) groups,Fufang Dansen tablet(0.6 g ·kg-1,ig)group,model group and control group. Rat model of acute blood stasis syndrome was established to observe the influence of EF and EH on hemorheological parameters. Result: Under the doses of EH (32.0,16.0 g ·kg-1) and EF(32.0 g ·kg-1),the experiments showed that EH and EF could significantly extend the clotting time;Under the doses of EF(32.0,16.0 g ·kg-1),EF and bainianle could increase the WBC,RBC count and HB value significantly in hemopenia mice;Under the doses of EH (32.0,16.0 g ·kg-1),EH could reduce the parameters of hemorheology in rats with acute blood stasis syndrome,including whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,rigidity index of RBC,and EH (32.0 g ·kg-1) could reduce HCT,erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),the content of TC and TG. Under the doses of EF(32.0,16.0 g ·kg-1),EF could reduce the parameters of hemorheology in rats with acute blood stasis syndrome,including whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,ESR,whole blood reduced viscosity,and EF (32.0 g ·kg-1) could reduce rigidity index of RBC,aggregation index of RBC,HCT,ESR and the content of TG. Conclusion: Both extracts have the effects of activationg blood circulation and removing blood stasis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Schisandra compound on the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis,the carbohydrate and blood-lipid metabolism in male rats underwent experimental navigation and strenuous exercise. Method: Thirty-one SD male rats were randomly allocated into three groups,quiet group (group A),stress control group (group B) and Schisandra Chinensis Fructus compound administration (10 mL ·kg-1,2/d,ig,one week) group (group C). Both group B and C underwent wearing floating with psychological stress,then the corticosterone(CORT),cholesterol(CHO),triglyceride(TG)and blood glucose levels of the three groups were measured. At the same time,we excised the pituitary tissue to observe the number of the positive expression of ACTH and NPY cells by immunohistochemistry. Result: ①In group B the plasma glucose level increased ·L-1,P<0.01],TG and CHO levels decreased significantly compared to group A ·L-1,P<0.01];CHO ·L-1,P<0.05]. In group C,the plasma glucose level increased ·L-1,P<0.05] and TG level decreased significantly compared to group B ·L-1,P<0.05],but there’s no obviouse difference in serum CHO level(1.83±0.19) mmol ·L-1. ②By immunohistochemistry,we found that in group C the number of the positive cells of ACTH and NPY in the pituitary tissue were increased compared to group B. However,the number of the positive cells of ACTH and NPY in both two groups were less than group A. ③In group C,the number of the lipid granules increased obviously compared with group B,which is less than that in group A under electron microscope. Conclusion: Schisandra compound has the effects on adjusting serum levels of blood glucose and blood-fat,and can protect the structure of pituitary and adrenocortical cells.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effects of water extract of Corni Fructus on the melanin synthesis in the co-culture system of human melanocytes and kertinocytes. Method: The proliferation,the tyrosinase activity and melanin contents of A375 and Hacat co-culture cells were measured by MTT,dopaoxidase and NaOH methods,respectively. Result: The tyrosinase activity and melanin content were decreased significantly (P<0.05) by the water extract of Corni Fructus. Dose dependence of the water extract was observed from 0.75 -12 g ·L-1. But the cell proliferation was not inhibited markedly (P<0.01). Conclusion: The melanin synthesis of A375 and Hacat co-culture cell system was decreased significantly by water extract of Corni Fructus. And tyrosinase activity inhibition was proved to be the mechanism of melanin decrease.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antioxidant activity of Coreopsis tinctoria extracts in vitro Method: The radical scavenging,hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical(DPPH) radical by C.tinctoria extracts were detected and analyzed by using spectrophotometry and multiple linear regression analysis.The correlation between contents of C. tinctoria extracts and their antioxidant activity in vitro was surveyed and compared with Vitamin(VC). Result: The radical scavenging capacity of C. tinctoria extracts could be observed in hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and DPPH radical showed performance. At the selected concentration from 0.2 g ·L-1to 1.0 g ·L-1,the scavenging effects on free radicals had certain dose dependent relationship with C.tinctoria extracts oncentration.When the concentration of 50% Alcoholic eluate from C.tinctoria reached 1.0 g ·L-1,the maximum scavenging rate on hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and DPPH radical was 86.19%,97.90%,71.85% and its radical scavenging effects could be paralleled to VC. Conclusion: C. tinctoria extracts showed strong antioxidant activities.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Puwei Pill (PWP) on expressions of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) protein in gastric tissue in rats with chronic gastric ulcer(CGU). Method: The animals were divided into five groups. CGU model was built by using acetic acid. Then the protein expressions of EGF and EGFR in gastric tissue was determined by immunohistochemical staining and western blot so as to evaluate the pro-mucoca growth mechanism underlying PWP resisting of CGU. Result: Compared with the model,PWP could obviously increase the expressions of EGF and EGFR protein in gastric tissue. Conclusion: PWP plays the role of resisting of CGU through increasing the expression of EGF and EGFR protein in gastric tissue.

      摘要:Objective: To study preventive effect of Lifei Huaxian Fang, a prescription based on Shengjiang San, on pulmonary fibrosis. And to investigate its effect on signal transduction molecules, transformation of transforming growth factor β1 (factor-β1, have TGF-β1) mediated by Sekclsky mothers against mediated dpp3 (Smad3), and to clarify the preliminary mechanism responsible for action. Method: One hundred Wistar rats weighing (200±20) g (half male and half female) were divided into 5 groups (n=20 each) randomly. The rats in model group and the treatment group were injected by bleomycin A5 within the trachea to establish pulmonary fibrosis model. Lifei Huaxian Fang administration dosage in the treatment group was 4.41 g ·kg-1 ·d-1. Prednisone administration dosage in the prednisone control group was 1.05 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1. The rats in the prednisone combined with Lifei Huaxian Fang group were ig treated by the above dosages jointly. For normal control group and model group were ig given the same volume of normal saline. By the 7th day and the first 28th day SABC method was applied to detect lung tissue TGF-β1, Smad3 expression in the rats with the help of BI-2000 medical image analysis system. The general situation, body weight and changes in pulmonary coefficient were observed for the rats. Alveolar inflammation and fibrosis degree in lung were evaluated by pathological slides with staining of hematoxylin-Masson. Result: The results suggest the success of mould establishment. The lung inflammation, fibrosis and lungs coefficient were significantly reduced in the treatment group compared with that in the model group. In each of the treated groups, the alveolar degree was lightening obviously, TGF-β1, Smad3 expression were reduced, compared with those in the model group. The effects in the group of combined prednisone with Lifei Huaxian Fang were more obvious. Conclusion: Lifei Huaxian Fang has certain treatment effect for pulmonary fibrosis in the model rats induced by bleomycin A5. The mechanisms may be related to inhibition of the excessive expression of TGF-β1 , Smad3.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Qiaojing Bushen capsule(QJBS) on the kidneyharmin rats of diabetes models. Method: Diabetes rats model are established by 30 mg ·kg-1 streptozocin(STZ) and the high fat feed. The SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:model control group,Xiaokewan-treated group,high-doses QJBS group and low-doses group QJBS group. Filling the stomach with the medicine,once a day,continuously 8 weeks,we observed 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) excretion rate and the blood and urinates creatinine and the endogenous endogenous percentage clearance in rats of each group. Result: Compared with the model group,medicinal treatment group can reduce 24 hUAER excretion rate obviously and the blood endogenous content,but increases the urine endogenous excretion quantity and the urine endogenous percentage clearance. QJBS and other medicinal groups can improve the kidney pathological change in varying degree. QJBS low dosage group’s function was not remarkable. Conclusion: QJBS could inhibit mice kidney damage induced by STZ of type 2 DM.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Chaenomeles speciosa polysaccharide (CSPS) on the histological changes and the production of inflammatory cytokines in mice with adjuvant arthritis (AA). Method: Male mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,CSPS high and low dose groups,positive control group (n=10 in each group). Each group was started to give medicine twice daily before model establishing for continue 3 days. After model establishing on the 8th day,medicines were given twice daily for continues 16 days. The CSPS groups were ig given the medicine 400,200 mg ·kg-1 respectively. The positive control group was ig given PAT,5.6 mg ·kg-1. The normal and model groups were ig given normal saline. AA was induced by intradermal injection of complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) into the right hind footpad of mice. Paw swelling of AA mice was measured with volume meter. The indexes of spleen,thymus and liver were analyzed. In vitro proliferation of spleen cells was examined using MTT assay. The tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) levels production of spleen lymphocytes were measured by ELISA. Result: CSPS significantly inhibited the primary and secondary paw swelling,and decreased immune organs indexes. The spleen lymphocyte proliferation reaction of AA mice was decreased by treatment with CSPS. CSPS markedly reduced TNF-α and IL-1β levels,and increased IL-4 level in spleen lymphocyte of AA mice. Conclusion: CSPS could suppress the arthritis of AA mice. Its active mechanism may be related to inhibition of proliferation of lymphocyte and regulation for inflammatory cytokines.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Puerarin lobata extract on matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3) and transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) in rats with cervical disc degeneration. Method: Firstly,we optimized extraction method of puerarin and determined the optimum extraction process.Secondly,we established the imbalance model of dynamic and static force of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration.The eligible rats were randomly divided into 6 groups (28 rats in each group):the three groups administered with extract of P. lobata at low, moderate and high doses (1.4,2.8,5.6 g ·kg-1 ·d-1)respectively, false operation group, model group, and the control group administered with Jingfukang granule(0.7 g ·kg-1 ·d-1). After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of giving medicine respectively, take 6 specimens in each group, and observe its feature of the degeneration cervical intervertebral disc by using HE dyeing. The others were taken to measure MMP-3 and TGF-β1 contents of the degeneration cervical intervertebral disc in each group. Result: Morphological observation shows, the treatment group, compared with model group,fiber morphological structure was relatively complete,annulus fibrosus was in regular arrangement, the nucleus pulposus was comparative full, endplate vascular congestion conditions were improved. Eight weeks treatment was more effective than that of 4 weeks. Model group MMP-3 was increased significantly, TGF-β1 content was remarkable lower. Compared with saline group, the three groups administered with extract of P. lobata at low, moderate and high doses showed significant effects on reducing the content of MMP-3 and increasing the content of TGF-β1. As the treatment time increased, this effect tended to increase. The moderate dose and high dose(2.8,5.6 g ·kg-1·d-1) showed no significant difference in reducing the content of MMP-3 and increasing the content of TGF-β1. Conclusion: P. lobata extract can turn up the TGF-β1 and turn down MMP-3 content of the Extracellular matrix. It is possibly reason sible for palliativing the cervical intervertebral disc degeneration.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protection of Ganle Keli (GL) on liver fibrosis in rats. Method: Rat liver fibrosis was induced by CCl4 twice a week for 12 weeks. GL was used daily via lavage starting from the 7th week of CCl4application. Contents of ALT,AST,MDA,SOD and Hyp were determinate by chromatometry. Liver samples were collected after experiments,stained by HE and immuninochemistry of NF-κB. Moreover TNF-αmRNA expression in liver tissue was detected by RT-PCR technology. Result: GL could significantly reduce ALT,AST and MDA contents,increase the level of SOD. Meanwhile GL could effectively prevent the expression of NF-κB and the degree of hepatic fibrosis,and significantly reduce TNF-αmRNA in rats with liver fibrosis. Conclusion: GL has protective effect on liver fibrosis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of effective fraction of Xianglian Pill on acute ulcerative colitis (UC) induced by dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) and 20% alcohol in mice. Method: Acute ulcerative colitis was induced by DSS and 20% alcohol,and effective fractions of Xianglian Pill were given by stomach for 7 days at the same time. The genera situations and histopathological changes were observed during the experiment disease activity index (DAI) and colon length,intestinal weight index,spleen weight and The levels of serum MDA were evaluated. Result: Effective fraction of Xianglian Pill greatly ameliorated the symptom of UC and histopathological changes as compared with UC control. The levels of serum MDA were obviously reduced. Conclusion: Effective fraction of Xianglian Pill is much helpful to the colitis mouse induced by DDS and 20% alcohol.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the anti-arthritic effects and the possible molecular mechanism of Periploca forrestii against rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Method: After establishing Freund’s adjurant arthritis (AA) rat model,the P. forrestii’s anti-arthritic effects and molecular mechanism against RA were studied through observing the changes of paw swelling,body weight,viscera index and levels of interleukin 1β(IL-1β),interleukin 6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) after medication. Result: P. forrestii could effectively inhibits articular swelling,decrease thymus index and regulate down the content of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the serum and inflammatory tissue soak of AA rats. After 12 days,there were significant differences (P<0.01) in paw swelling of AA rat between P. forrestii group and model group; the thymus index of model group was 1.50%,and P. forrestii group was 1.12%,there were significant difference between the two (P<0.01); the content of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in serum and inflammatory tissue fluid all reduced in P. forrestii group,they were significant (P<0.05) compared with model. Conclusion: P. forrestii has good anti-arthritic effects and the possible mechanism may be related to its down regulation of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α.

      摘要:Objective: To study effects of extracts from Portulacae Herba on spatial learning performance in senile mice induced by D-gal,and to explore the related mechanism. Method: The experimental mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,model group and the n-butanol extracts from Portulacae Herba (0.5,0.25 g ·kg-1 ) groups,the ethanol extracts from Portulacae Herba (1,0.5 g ·kg-1) groups.Except the control group was given sc normal saline in the cervical back part.The rest of the mice were given sc D-gal(1 g ·kg-1) once daily continually for 42 days,while the mice were given medicines accordingly.Learning and memory performances were tested with Morris water maze test,and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in brain tissue of the senile mice,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were determined. Result: The n-butanol extracts from Portulacae Herba (0.5,0.25 g ·kg-1) groups and the ethanol extracts from Portulacae Herba (1 g ·kg-1) group could obviously shorten the escape latency in senile mice.The n-butanol extract (0.5 g ·kg-1)and the ethanol extracts from Portulacae Herba (1,0.5 g ·kg-1) groups showedincrease in the frequency of passing the plateform within 1 min for the mice.The ethanol extracts (1 g ·kg-1) groups could decreases content of MDA and improve activity of SOD and GSH-Px in brain tissue.The ethanol extracts (1 g ·kg-1) groups could decrease content of MDA. Conclusion: The different extract from Portulacae Herba can ameliorate the spatial learning and memory performances of senile mice.The mechanism may be related to decrease in MDA in brain tissue and increase in activities of SOD and GSH-Px.The n-butanol extract from Portulacae Herba appears to be better than the ethanol extract from Portulacae Herba.

      摘要:Objective: To study protective effects of total polyphenols from the seeds of Toona sinensis (TSTP)on hepatic injury at early stage in diabetic rats. Method: Diabetic models were induced by once intraperitoneal injection of STZ (55 mg ·kg-1).Then the blood glucose was detected after 72 hours. when hypoglycemic point>11.1 mmol ·L-1 the rats model were successful. Diabetic rats were randomly divided into model group,glibenclamide group(10 mg ·kg-1) and high-(75 mg ·kg-1) and low(45 mg ·kg-1)-doses of TSTP groups. At the same time,8 rats were choosen as normal group. All groups were fed qd for 14 consecutive. At fifteen day, all rats were anaesthetized and then were killed to remove Hepars and collect the blood sample. The fasting blood glucose(FBG), AST,ALT were detected. the liver index was calculated. The pathological changes of the liver were evaluated with HE. Result: TSTP can decrease FBG. High-and low-doses of TSTP groups FBG at 7 days were (11.79±2.75),(12.55±3.35) mmol ·L-1and at 14 day were (10.18±2.34),(11.80±2.74) mmol ·L-1,Compared to modles,the FBG decreased(P< 0.05,P< 0.01);ALT and AST did not decrease. High dose group decrease liver index(3.616±0.358 3),improve pathological morphous. Conclusion: TSTP has a protective effect on liver injury at early stage in diabetic rats.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of Yuanzhi Qingnao Keli (YZQNKL) on learning and memory ability and biochemical indexes in dementia model of mouse. Method: This research used ICR mice,injected D-gal and the nitric acid sodium lead to induce dementia in mice. Treatments were carried out with drugs. The maze was used to evaluate the learn ability of mice. The brain tissue biochemical indexes(SOD GSH-Px and MDA)were determined by spectrophotometry.Pathological dyeing and morphological examnation were carried out to investigate changes in cortex and hippocampal neurons. Result: YZQNKL of 750 mg ·kg-1 improved learning ability singnificantly compared with that of the controls (P< 0.01). YZQNKL of 750 mg ·kg-1 could obviously increase the levels of SOD (1.64±0.26)U ·mg-1,GSH-Px (0.297±0.051)U ·mg-1(P<0.01)and reduce MDA(2.71±0.80)μmol ·g-1in brain tissue(P<0.05). Conclusion: YZQNKL may improve learning and memory ability,and increase levels of SOD,GSH-Px,and reduce MDA in brain tissue.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Sini Decoction (SND) on learning and memory ability of vascular dementia (VD) in rats and the related mechanism. Method: VD model of rat was established by repeated cerebral ischemia/reperfusion after the decrease in blood pressure induced by sodium nitroprusside. Thirty rats were randomly divided into Sham-operated group; VD model group and SND group (3.5 g ·kg-1, ig 28 d). The learning and memory ability was tested with Y-maze and water maze. The production of NOS, NO and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in cerebral cortex and hippocampus was detected. Result: Learning and memory abilities were decreased, NOS and NO were increased, the activities of GSH-Px were reduced in VD group, compared with those in the sham-operated group (P<0.05). In SND group, the learning and memory ability was increased, NOS and NO were decreased and the activity of GSH-Px was increased, comparedwith those in the VD group (P<0.01). Conclusion: These findings suggested that SND could improve the learning and memory ability in VD rats, which may be due to the increased anti-oxidative ability of brain tissue.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Xiaoer Zhike Granule on airway hyperresponsiveness and inflammation in asthmatic rats. Method: The rat model was performed by intraperitoneal injection of 1mL A1(OH)3 gel containing OVA 100 mg and 1mL NS containing BCG vaccine 3 mg. The rats were constructed by immunization of intraperitoneal injection on the 0 day and the 7th day,and the experiment was performed on the 15th day, while giving Xiaoer Zhike Granule high, medium and low doses (15.7, 7.85, 3.925 g ·kg-1 respectively). On the 22th day airway resistance rats was tested. The content of serum HMGB-1 and IgE, IL-4, IL-13 in lung homogenate were determined. Result: Xiaoer Zhike Granule at high, medium and low doses could inhibit airway pressure in rats ( P <0.01), it could inhibit the increasing in serum HMGB-1 and lung homogenate IgE content ( P <0.05, 0.01). The high and medium doses could inhibit the content increasing of lung homogenate IL-13, IL-4 ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Xiaoer Zhike Granule can lower airway responsiveness in asthma rats by inhibiting inflammation, cytokine content, so that it can treat pediatric coughing after upper respiratory tract infection.

      摘要:Objective: To study on anti-inflammatory,analgesic and acute toxicity effects of the aqueous extract and alcohol extract of Onychium japonicum. Method: Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of O. japonicum were observed by means of dimethylbenzene induced ear edema model,acetic acid writhing test. LD50 of the aqueous extract of O. japonicum (1.62 g ·mL-1),and that of the alcohol extract of the herb (2.34 g ·mL-1) and with its maximal dose (40 mL ·kg-1) resp ectively by intragastric administration were observed. Result: The aqueous extract and alcohol extract of O. japonicum could significantly inhibit the inflammation caused by xylene (P<0.05),the inhibition rate were 35.9%,32.5%,29.5% and 31.0%,30.0%,24.6%,respectively,and inhibit writhing caused by 0.7% acetic acid in mice. The maximal tolerance dose for acute toxicity of the aqueous extract and alcohol extract of O.japonicum was 56.5 g ·kg-1 and 85.7 g ·kg-1 (raw medicine amount). Conclusion: O.japonicum has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The aqueous extract and alcohol extract of Onychium japonicum did not show any acute toxicity.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of combined Chinese and Western medicines in early diabetic nephropathy (DN) in rats. Method: The male wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:normal and DN groups. Experimental DN was induced in DN group with streptozotocin (STZ),and the normal group was given equal volume of distilled water. Then the modeled rats were subrandominzed into model group and benazepril (5 mg ·kg-1)+herbal group (50 g ·kg-1). Benazepril+herbal group was medicated respectly,the other two groups were given distilled water. After the rats had been treated for 8 weeks,transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),collagen Ⅳ,angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),monocyte/macrophage(ED-1) in the renal tissues of the rats were detected by immunohistocytochemistry. Result: Compared with model group,the thickened glomerular basement membrane,increased mesangial cells,proliferated mesangialmatrix,and enlarged mesangial area became lightened in benazepril+herbal group after treatment.Moreover,TGF-β1, collagen Ⅳ, AngⅡ and ED-1 were reduced when compare to model group,but which were higher than normal group. Conclusion: This recipe combined with benazepril can reduce the pathological damage of early DN and postphone the development of DN.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Huashi Liquid on the content of D-xylose and ghrelin in serum of rats with dampness retention syndrome. Method: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Huashi liquid of high,middle and low-dose groups, with 8 rats in each group.Dampness retention syndrome was induced in all rats,except the normal group, by modified enviromental and fatigue method for 6 days.After the model was formed, the normal and model groups were fed with saline(NS)in 20 mL ·kg-1 dose, Huashi liquid of high,middle and low-dose groups were fed Huashi liquid in different dose(4, 8, 16 g ·kg-1)respectively,once time per day for 8 days. Then the content of D-xylose in serum was detected with colorimetric method, and the content of ghrelin in serum was detected with double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Result: The splenic asthenia symptom was significant,D-xylose(P<0.01)and ghrelin(P<0.05)were decreased and the hyperaemia,edema in the gastric mucosa existed in model group,compared with the normal group.In gastric mucosa of all the Huashi liquid,symptom such as hyperaemia, and edema were disappeared,the splenic asthenia symptom improved,D-xylose(P<0.05)and ghrelin(P<0.01)significantly increased,compared with the normal group. Conclusion: Huashi liquid could improve the splenic asthenia symptom and repair the gastric mucosa,the mechanism maybe related to increasing in D-xylose and ghrelin in serum.

      摘要:Objective: In the present study we addressed the ability and the mechanism of simvastatin to reduce ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) through up-regulation of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) expression. Method: Thirty male SD rats were divided into three groups. Rats in treatment group were given Simvastatin (10 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1)ig 3 days before operation;rats in the control group were given only saline pre-operatively. We induced IRI in these two groups by left renal pedicle clamping for 45 min and performed right kidney resection. Rats in the sham operation group only received right kidney resection. All the animals were sacrificed 24 h after IRI. Blood samples were drawn before the surgery and 24 h after IRI for renal function measurement. Renal morphology and expression of ED-1 and HO-1 were investigated by histological means,immunohistochemistry and Western blot,respectively. Result: Simvastatin pre-treatment reduced quantitative renal damage and attenuated renal dysfunction. Simvastatin treatment increased HO-1 expression on the protein level in the kidney. By immunohistochemistry we identified infiltrating macrophages as the major source for HO-1 expression at 24 h post-ischemia. Conclusion: Simvastatin treatment up-regulates HO-1 in circulating monocytes. The local delivery of HO-1 by infiltrating monocytes/macrophages exerts local anti-inflammatory effects after IRI and thus might reduce tissue destruction.

      摘要:Objective: To study effects of the self-made series of prescriptions of invigorating kidney and regulating periphery. On inhibin B(INHB) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in rats with premature ovarian failure(POF). Method: Ninety rats were randomly divided into 9 groups(n=10):the blank control group,model control group,positive control group,the group of high dose Ⅰprescription of invigorating kidney(68.67 g ·kg-1),the group of low dose Ⅰprescription of invigorating kidney(34.30 g ·kg-1),the group of high dose Ⅱprescription of invigorating kidney(61.40 g ·kg-1),the group of low dose Ⅱ prescription of invigorating kidney(30.70 g ·kg-1),the group of high dose prescription of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruatinon,the group of low dose prescription of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruatinon.In addition to the blank control group,the other groups were induced as POF models by CTX.After 20 days’ treatments,the serum levels of INHB and VEGF were detected,and structure of ovary was observed under the lightmicroscope. Result: The method of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation could obviously increase the serum levels of INHB and EGF,and increase all kinds of follicles and the quantity of the yellow body organization of the ovary. Conclusion: The method of invigorating kidney could improve the ability of ovarian reserve in POF rats.This might be one of the mechanisms of early intervention for premature ovarian failure.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of treatment about residual numbness of lumbar spinal stenosis postoperative on large doses of Astragalus membranaceus(Chinese herb). Method: Fifty-nine cases of limbs numbness of lumbar spinal stenosis postoperative from 2004 to 2009,were randomly divided into two groups,A. membran aceus group(31 cases) and western medicine group(28 cases), and all of cases were followed-up 1,3,6,12 months after operation.All patients were examined by residual symptoms, neurological function and JOA score. Result: The efficacy of the A. membranaceus group is better than the western medicine group(P<0.05). Conclusion: A. membran aceus could be used as a good Chinese herbal medicine to recover postoperative neurological function.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the change of the growth and mTOR signal transduction pathway after treatment with inhibitor in human endometrial carcinoma cell ishikawa in vitro.To provide an experimental foundation of the research on the pathogenesis of human endometrial carcinomas. Method: MTT and Clone formation test were used to determine the proliferative effects of two inhibitors on tumor cells.The mRNA levels of mTOR,the downstream phosporylated substrate S6K1 and STAT3 protein were assayed by RT-PCR and Western blot,respectively. Result: Rapamycin alone or combined with RG-14260 could inhibite cell proliferation and lower survival rate of ishikawa cells.The effect of rapamycin combinated with RG-14260was better than that of RG-14260 and rapamycin alone.There were high expression of mTOR mRNA and downstream phosporylated substrate S6K1 and STAT3 protein in ishikawa cells.But these index above were decreased after treatment with inhibitor. The effect of Rapamycin combinated with RG-14260 was more obvious than that of Rapamycin alone. Conclusion: mTOR signal transduction pathway play an important role in the formation and progress of endometrial carcinoma cells.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects and possible mechanism of Tongmai Tangyanming capsule on the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(DR). Method: Sixty-eight DR patients were randomly divided into 36 of tongmai tangyanming capsule treatment group and 32 of control group.30 of normal subject as normal group.The levels of VEGF were measured in three group pre and post treatment. Result: Serum levels of VEGF in DR group were significantly higher than those of the normal group (P<0.01).after 8 weeks treatment, when comparing with that before treatment, the levels of VEGF were decreased(P<0.01); Compared with control group, the levels of VEGF in the treated group decreased significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion: Tongmai tangyanming capsule can effectively decrease the levels of VEGF in DR patients, so that partly suppresses the development of diabetic retinopathy.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Sanchong Buyang Huanwu Decoction on acute cerebral infarction and its inflnences on hemorheological parameters. Method: One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (52 cases) and control group(48 cases).The control group was treated with conventional treatment (intravenous infusion of Danshen injection,edaravone injection and ozagrel liquid,oral enteric-coated aspirin tablets,atorvastatin calcium).The treatment group took Sanchong Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of conventional therapy. The 2 groups were continuously treated for 30 days.Changes in the clinical outcome (neurological impairment),and blood rheological parameters(blood viscosity and mean flow velocity) of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result: After treatment for 30 days,the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The blood viscosity and neurological deficit scores of two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The blood viscosity and neurological deficit scores of the treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05). The blood flow velocity of two groups were significantly higher than that of before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01),The blood flow velocity of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Sanchong Buyang Huanwu Decoction can significantly reduce blood viscosity,significantly increase cerebral blood flow,it is safe and effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the relationship between child eczema and food-specific IgG antibodies(sIgG),and to evaluate the effect of favoiding the intolerant food on the treatment of eczema. Method: Food-SIgG in blood serum of 68 children(aged rang 2-14 years)with eczema were examinated.All patients were randomly allocated into 2 group:cases-group and and controls-group,received avoiding the intolerant food plus pharmacotherapy(n=31)and pharmacotherapy alone(n=31),respectively.The effect of two group was evaluated after 2 months. Result: Positive food-sIgG in serum was detected in 62 patients,with the positive percentage of 91.2%.The effective rate of cases group was 87.10% after the 2nd month,while 32.25% of controls group.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: Hight positive percentage of food-sIgG was found in patients suffering from eczema,indicating a possible correlation of eczema symptom and food-intolerance.Avoiding of intolerant food had an enhanced effect for pharmacotherapy to child eczema.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss some unresolved problems in myocardial ischemia/reperfusion research and to review some approaches for successfully combining adjuvant therapies with coronary artery opening. Method : The researches in myocardial ischemia/reperfusion in recent years were reviewed. Result: Reperfusion can produce significant salvage of ischemic myocardium. According to reports, the operation was carried out in 60-90 min for effective reperfusion and optimal myocardial salvage which conveys decreased short-term and long-term mortality compared with longer ischemic times. Reperfusion has negative effects on ischemic myocardium, which collectively are referred to as myocardial reperfusion injury,which complicates with arrhythmias, microcirculatory disturbances and progression to cell death of critically injured cardiomyocytes. Progressive unregulated remodeling is the important mortality in acute myocardial infarction. The development of clinical care systems that can routinely deliver very timely coronary opening and reperfusion,the limitation of myocardial reperfusion injury,the strategies to retard adverse remodeling are the difficult issues in reperfusion. Promising approaches are being explored including pre-conditioning and post-conditioning,activators of the reperfusion injury salvage kinase pathway and stem cell therapy. Conclusion : Myocardial reperfusion after ischemia is a double-bladed sword: the advantages mixed up with the problems. These challenges could be overcome by combining adjuvant therapies with reperfusion.

      摘要:In order to discover and identify effective compositions from various compounds of Chinese medicine, and provide the basis for clearing its efficacy, based on the cnki and foreign related magazines, this article extracts related ideas from 26 recent reports of the literature, and has reviewed discovery technical means for effective constituents of Chinese materia medica with pharmacological activities for guides and discovery technical means for effective constituents of Chinese materia medica based on the processes of metabolism and disposition the two main research methods. And the review introduces discovery strategies for effective constituents of Chinese materia medica, especially focus on the discovery technical means (such as in vitro everted intestinal sac, Caco-2 cell model and serum medicinal chemistry) for effective constituents of Chinese material medica based on the processes of metabolism and disposition. Traditional discovery means for effective constituents of Chinese material medica with pharmacological activities for guides and recent developed discovery technical means for effective constituents of Chinese material medica based on the processes of metabolism and disposition both have their advantages and shortcomings, comprehensive application can achieve good complementary. Meanwhile, effect come from integrated various components is the basic approach of action for Chinese medicine. Therefore, in the process of the effective components discovery, to find out the main effective components from traditional Chinese medicine with complex composition is a better way agreeable with the characteristics of Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Fluorescence analysis has been widely used in various pharmaceutical analysis of compound drug and body liquid for its high sensitive, selective, simple, reproducible and less consumed characteristic features. In this paper, the application of common and new type fluorescence analysis in pharmaceutical analysis was signified. The main fluorescent analysis methods include glue beam radio sensitizing fluorescence analysis, inverse glue beam radio sensitizing fluorescence analysis, rare earth fluorescence probe method and synchronous fluorescence analysis.New type of fluorescence analysis have fluorescence destroy analysis, chemo metrics methods, chromatography coupled techniques and fluorescence flow injection fluorimetry testing technology.       摘要:The authors introduced the research progress and strategy in the toxicity of Dioscoreae bulbifera rhizome with the main bioactivity of antitumor action by looking through the related information and references,further analyzing and reviewing them.Previous studies showed that D.bulbifera rhizome could induce toxicity,especially for hepatotoxicity.However,up to now,the toxic chemical components are still not clear.The relationship between the antitumor active and toxic components and the mechanisms are not known,too.Therefore,we should carry out further studies on mechanism-based antitumor action and toxicity of the D.bulbifera rhizome,to determine the safe and effective therapeutic window,and even to explore detoxification and enhancement actions by combination with other medicines so as to ensure its safety and validity in clinic application.Besides,the present paper may also provide the research guidance in thoughts for other toxic Chinese medicine.

      摘要:By consulting recent literature,this article summarized the advances in studies on chemical composition,pharmacologic action,processing and quality control of Pseudostellariae Radix.In recent years various kinds of compounds have been separated first time from Pseudostellariae Radix;related reports have been made about the fact that Pseudostellariae Radix can improve chronic heart failure or memory,lower blood sugar and resist oxidation,and also about the primary processing condition of Pseudostellariae Radix;the theoretical basis for us to remove fibrous roots has been proposed.The content of Pseudostellarin B,saponin,polysaccharide,heavy metal has been determined;amino acid and volatility composition have been analyzed;the research has been made on pesticide residue and fingerprint of Pseudostellariae Radix.The reference has been provided for the further research into Pseudostellariae Radix.

      摘要:It is very important that hyperactivity of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical (HPA) axis is one of the pathophysiological mechanism of depression.Previous studies have festimated that plasma level of corticotropin-releasinghormone(CRH),adrenocorticotropichormone(ACTH),glucocorticoid (GC) have increased significantly,meanwhile the sustained increasing level of GC has reduced the number of the hippocampus in the glucocorticoid receptor (GR),and mineralocorticoid receptor (MR)/GR ratio became imbalance,therefore destroying the hippocampal neurons.The hippocampus itself could mediate the activities of HPA axis,the destruction of hippocampal neurons has become so weaker to mediate the HPA axis;while the increasing level of GC,so that the number and function of GR have reduced,GC negative feedback inhibition to HPA axis has decreased to make it function more hyperactivity.

      摘要:Diabetes mellitus is a common metabolism disease which can seriously destroy human’s health. It is our advantage to prevent and treat diabetes mellitus with traditional chinese medicine. Coptis chinesis is one of the traditional chinese herbs which can treat diabetes mellitus. In recent years,its new pharmacological actions have been reported,which are antitumour,hypoglycemic response,improving the functions of cardiovascular,and so on. Hypoglycemic response is one of the important pharmacological functions of C.chinesis. With the deeply researching of C.chinesis pharmacology,and the continuous founding of pharmacological mechanism,new preparation will be widely applied in the clinic. This paper reviewed the experiments of the compounds containing C. chinensis treating diabetes and its complications in nearly 10 years. It provides reference for the further study and clinical application.

      摘要:The differences between classical pharmacokinetic sampling methods and microdialysis sampling technology was compared to investigate the applicability of pharmacokinetic study and the sample data processing particularity by using microdialysis technology from the sampling model,sampling principle,applicability,development trends and the relevance between sample concentration and body concentration. The data processing specificity of microdialysis samples were deeply thought according the study object characteristics. The microdialysis samples data correction method was summaried on this basis to improve the pharmacokinetic study results robustness and reliability by using microdialysis method.

      摘要:Intense exercise-induced fatigue is a common symptom, which suppressing motor ability. This influence can be seen in these aspects: imbalance of neurotransmitters and receptor, sharp decrease of energy content, a steady escalation of radicals, accumulation of metabolic products, loss of immunity, et al. This fatigue could lead to loss of normal motor function, even illness in the future. Theanine with a broad development prospects, which is a safe nature product, have multiple physiological functions. The preparing technique and development in depth of theanine is recent hot fields. It has been reported that theanine can calms the stress, relieve hepatic injury, fight cancer, even recover condition of central nervous system of athletes, prevent a decrease in immune function after an intense strenuous exercise, had the function of reinforcing weight loading swimming ability. Theanine would be developed in the anti-physical fatigue medicine and function food field.

      摘要:Objective: CHF syndrome differentiation of the literature was collated and analyzed to explore the CHF syndrome differentiation type of objective laws. Method: Over the past 10 years, CHF Syndromes of literature, theoretical calculations using gray card type data series on gray and clustering. Result: 13 permits will be based, clustering is: Heart Qi and Yin deficiency, yang deficiency of water pan, yin yang dried off, blood stasis, phlegm. Conclusion: CHF traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) Syndrome Differentiation of the objective law, for the further development of CHF TCM diagnostic criteria and evaluation criteria provides efficacy and references.
