摘要:Objective: To investigate inherent relevance between primary effective ingredients in Hunaglian Jiedu decoction and theory of adsorption and screen separation about macroporous resins under aqueous solution system of Chinese herbal compound, and to lay experimental basis for improvement of dosage forms about Hunaglian Jiedu decoction. Method: 11 type of commercially available macroporous resins were selected to carry out static adsorption and desorption experiments. The dynamic contents change of three categories of index ingredients including alkaloids, flavonoids and iridoid glycoside were compared before and after purification by RP-HPLC. Result: Both adsorption and desorption rates of three categories of primary effective ingredients in Huanglian Jiedu decoction by different macroporous resins had remarkable differences.X-5 and AB-8 resin had both higher adsorption and desorption rates for alkaloids with weaker polarity and bigger particle size; X-5,ADS-17,NKA-9 and D151 resin had a better enrichment effect for flavonoids with bigger surface area and pore size;X-5,S-8 and NKA-Ⅱ resin had better enrichment effect for iridoid glycoside with bigger average pore size,while ADS-7 and D151 resin had the same effect with stronger polarity. Conclusion: In aqueous solution system of Chinese medicine compound,using resin combination could optimize separation process of target products.

摘要:Objective: To optimize formulation of Saussurea involucrate transfersomes. Method: S. involucrata transfersomes was prepared by combining injection technique with high shear scattered method,effects of three independent variables including the concentration of phospholipid,ratio of drug-lipid and volume ratio of oil phase-water phase were investigated,with entrapment efficiency and drug loading of chlorogenic acid and rutin, mean particle size and normalized value as evaluation indexes,central composite design/response surface method was used to optimized formulation,test results were fitted by multiple linear and binomial nonlinear equations,and optimum formulation was selected by response surface method. Result: Binomial was optimum model to describe between indexes and factors.According to optimal preparation conditions of S. involucrate transfersomes,entrapment efficiency of chlorogenic acid and rutin were 83.44%,70.69 respectively, drug loading were 4.65%, 3.94% respectively, and average particle size with 154.6 nm,there was small deviations between theoretical value and measured value,this model had good predictability. Conclusion: Central composite design/response surface method was a feasible and convenient method to optimize prescription of S. involucrate transfersomes.  
摘要:Objective: To establish optimal extraction technology of gallic acid and total polyphenols from loropetalum chinense. Method: With the content of gallic acid and total polyphenols as indexes, four different methods(refluxing extraction, leakage extraction, soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction) were investigated,and orthogonal test was adopted to optimize extraction process parameters,including solvent, ratio of solid-liquid, extraction time and extraction times. Result: Refluxing extraction method was optimal extraction technology, optimum condition was as follow: 8 times the amount of 60% ethanol, extracted three times with 2 hours each time. Conclusion: This extraction process showed higher yield and good stability of gallic acid and total polyphenols,it was available for industrial production.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize separation and purification technology of total alkaloids from Houttuynia cordata by macroporous resin. Method: With the content of berberine hydrochloride, pepper lactam and aristololactam B as indexes,separation and purification capacity of total alkaloids from H. cordata was compared with different types of macroporous resin and different technology conditions. Result: HPD-100 macroporous resin had the best separation and purification capacity for total alkaloids in following technology conditions: sample concentration was 20 g·L-1 with pH 3, flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1,eluting reagent was ethanol solution of ammonia(ammonia concentration 0.5 mol·L-1,the volume fraction of ethanol 80%) with the amount of 4 BV,eluting velocity was 3.0 mL·min-1. Conclution: HPD-100 macroporous resin could be applied to purify alkaloids from H. cordata.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize forming technology of Sanyu ointment. Method: Emulsion-type matrix was screened in different ratio;Using appearance and stability as evaluation indexes, forming technology of Sanyu ointment was optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Optimal forming technology was:Took drug concentrated liquid was added triethanolamine, glycerol and ethylparaben heating to 85 ℃ as aqueous phase;Took stearic acid, glyceryl monostearate, liquid paraffin, white vaselin and lanolin heating to melt at 85 ℃as oil phase. Then added oil phase to aqueous phase with small-streams flowing, stirring at a speed of 550 r·min-1 to cool completely. Conclusion: Optimized forming technology was reasonable and feasible, which could produce stable preparation and was suitable for industrial production.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize separation and purification technology conditions of gentiopicroside,swertia bitter glycoside and swertia glycoside from Gentiana scabra. Method: The content of gentiopicroside, swertia bitter glycoside and swertia glycoside was determined by HPLC,optimum separation and purification process conditions of iridoid glycoside from G. scabra was screened by static and dynamic adsorption,desorption tests. Result: Optimum technology was:HPD300 macroporous resin was selected,the concentration of sample solution was 0.1 g·mL-1, adsoption flow rate was 1.0 BV·h-1,dosage of sample liquid was 10 BV, eluted by 2 BV water,then eluted with 8 BV 30% ethanol at eution flow speed was 2.0 BV·h-1. Conclusion: Gentiopicroside, swertia bitter glycoside and swertia glycoside from G. scabra were purified effectively with HPD300 macroporous resin,optimized process was simple, stable and feasble.

摘要:Objective: To compare extraction effect of scutellarin from Yandeng dripping pill by different extraction methods. Method: With the content of scutellarin and yield of extract as indexes,optimum extraction technology of ethanol refluxing, ultrasonic extraction and flash extraction were investigated by L16(45) orthogonal test,U10(106)and U4(54)uniform-designed experiments,respectively.And compared extraction capability of scutellarin from Yandeng dripping pill. Result: The average contents of scutellarin with ethanol refluxing method, ultrasonic extraction method, flash extraction were 3.26%,2.61%,2.15%;And average extraction ratio were 26.23%,14.02%,19.2%. Conclusion: The content of scutellarin and extraction ratio was the best by ethanol refluxing,it provided theoretical basis for extraction method of Yandeng dripping pill.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology of salt fried Dipsacus asperoids, study on effect of salt fried technology on the content of asperosaponin Ⅵ. Method: Orthogonal experiment was used to select processing technology parameters of salt fried D. asperoids with asperosaponin Ⅵ as evaluation index. Result: Optimal processing technology was:D. asperoids 500 g was soaked with 10 g salt for 45 min, roasted 8 min at 150 ℃. Conclusion: Optimized processing technology of salt fried D. asperoids could significantly enhance dissolution rate of effective constituent,this process was stable and quality was easy to be controlled,this research could refer to processing standards of D. asperoids.  
摘要:Objective: To define effect of chemical composition under decocting together with different group condition. Method: Different compatibility group was adopted,the content of target composition was determined after decocted,compared between two groups,and defined whether to decoct. Result: ①Manis pentadactyla and Chinemys reevesii decocted with drug containing volatile oil,it would not extract volatile oil in this way;②M. pentadactyla and C. reevesii could reduce decocting ratio of alkaloids;③Rheum palmatum could decrease decocting ratio of gentiopicroside;④drugs containing alkaloids could decrease decocting ratio of anthraquinone from R. palmatum. Conclusion: Animal drugs could affect extraction ratio of volatile oil;drugs containing gentiopicroside alkaloids could not decoct with R. palmatum.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Chanfukang granule. Method: The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC,combined with the content of N-butanol extract,uniform experiment was used to optimize extraction technology of Chanfukang granule. Result: Optimum extraction process was:soaked 1 h with 8 times the amount of water,extracted 3 times for 1 h each time. Conclusion: Optimized technology of Chanfukang granule was reasonable,stable and feasible,it was suitable for extraction of Angelica sinensis,Zingiber officinale and so on from Chanfukang granule.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of Bazhen Yizhi granule. Method: Using extraction rate of total polysaccharide and yield of extracts as the index,orthogoral design method was used to optimize water extraction technology conditions in preparation process of Bazhen Yizhi granule,and to study on granulating technology. Result: Optimal water extraction technology conditions were as follow: 12 and 10 times the amount of water soaked 0.5 h, extracted 2 times with 2 h each time;Granulating technology was:extraction liquid was spray dried after vacuum concentrated,wetting agent was 90% ethanol, extraction powder-accessories was 1:0.3,2.0% flavoring agent was added. Conclusion: This technology was stable and feasible, it could be suitable for preparation of Bazhen Yizhi granule.  
摘要:Objective: To compare effect of different extraction methods to extraction efficiency of polysaccharide from Caulis Polygoni Multiflori. Method: The content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method,study on different extraction methods for polysaccharide from Caulis Polygoni Multiflori with the content and yield of polysaccharide as indexes. Result: Sodiumhydroxide extraction method was the best by comparing with other five methods,yield and the content of polysaccharide were up to 25.13%,21.46%,respectively. Conclusion: Sodiumhydroxide extraction was proved to be a high efficiency and stable method for extraction of polysaccharide from Caulis Polygoni Multiflori.

摘要:Objective: To establish the content determination of diosmin by UV-Vis spectrophotometry,and investigate solubilization of methyl-β-cyclodextrin (RM-β-CD) on diosmin. Method: Standard curve of content determination for diosmin by UV-Vis spectrophotometry was drew,and methodology was studied,Phase solubility method was adopted to investigate solubilization of RM-β-CD on diosmin,apparent stability constant (Kc) was calculated. Result: UV detection wavelength of diosmin was 372 nm, and there was a good linear relationship among 8-32 mg·L-1,solubility of diosmin increased linearly with improving of RM-β-CD concentration,phase solubility curve was classified as AL type,Kc was 111.09 mol·L-1. Conclusion: RM-β-CD could obviously increase solubility of diosmin.  
摘要:Objective: Longxuejie colon-target tablet were prepared and investigated its in vitro release property. Method: Prepared core tablet containing Dranaena cochinchinensis,this colon-target tablet was prepared by hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, ethylcellulose and polyacrylic resin Ⅱ.Coating formulation was established with investigating drug release by single factor test,and orthogonal design was used to optimized coating formulation. Result: Optimal coating formulation was 3% weight gain of swelling coating layer, 2% weight gain of enteric coating layer, polyacrylic resin Ⅱ-ethylcellulose 1: 10, colon-target tablet had a lag time of 6 hours and cumulative release quantity reached to 80% within 5 hours. Conclusion: Longxuejie colon-target tablet had colon-release characteristics,and could achieve the purpose of treatment of colon site disease.  
摘要:Objective: To establish conditions for content determination and entrapment efficiency determination of gentiopicroside lipsome. Method: Establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of gentiopicroside by methodology investigation;Separated gentiopicroside from gentiopicroside lipsome by centrifugation and equilibrium dialysis method,and determined respectively,calculated entrapment efficiency. Result: HPLC conditions for determination of gentiopicroside lipsome were:mobile phase of methanol-water(30: 70),flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength 270 nm;The average entrapment efficiency with centrifugation was 69.67%, and it was 76.12% with equilibrium dialysis method. Conclusion: This established HPLC conditions could used for determination of the content of gentiopicroside lipsome,determined entrapment efficiency with centrifugation was less than equilibrium dialysis.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize separation and purification technology of total flavones form Oroxylum indicum by macroporous resin,and establish optimum technology parameters. Method: Purification capacity of 5 different macroporous resins for total flavones form O. indicum with absorption ratio and desorption ratio as indexes by combining static and dynamic adsorption-desorption method. Result: HPD100 resin possessed good adsorption capacity and desorption rate by comparing with other resins.Optimized conditions of dynamic adsorption-desorption experiment were:concentration of sample was 4.618 g·L-1 (pH 2.0) at absorption flow speed of 3.0 mL·min-1,washed with 3 BV water and eluted with 5 BV of 90% ethanol. Conclusion: Under this optimized technology,HPD100 macroporous resin could be used to purify total flavones of O. indicum,the content of total flavones was more than 80%.

摘要:Objective: Comparative study on stability of tanshinone emulsion and tanshinone freeze-dried emulsion. Method: Appearance of tanshinone emulsion and tanshinone freeze-dried emulsion and the content of tanshinone and reconstitution of freeze-dried emulsion were investigated by influential factors test and long-term sample test. Result: System stability of tanshinone emulsion had significantly reduced in 25 ℃ long-term sample test and thermal cycling test;The content of tanshinoneIIA was reduced to varying degrees in 4,25 ℃ long-term sample test and high temperature and light test.System stability of tanshinone freeze-dried emulsion showed good in long-term sample test and influential factors test;The content of tanshinoneIIA was reduced to varying degrees in 25 ℃ long-term sample test and high temperature and light test,but reduced degree was lower than that of tanshinone emulsion in tha same conditions. Conclusion: Tanshinone freeze-dried emulsion showed significantly better than tanshinone emulsion in improving stability of emulsion system and tanshinoneIIA.  
摘要:Objective: To compare the content of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural and gallic acid in the raw medical material and the different processed products of Cornus officinalis. Method: Kromasil®-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -water (5: 95), detection wavelength was at 240 nm for 5-hydroxymethyl furfural and methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (8: 92), and detection wavelength was at 271 nm for gallic acid, respectively. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: Compared to the C. officinalis, 5-hydroxymethyl furfural was a new competent and gallic acid was significantly increased. The content of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural and gallic acid in high-pressure processed products were higher than traditional pressure products, but there was no significantly difference. Conclusion: The HPLC method developed for determination of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural and gallic acid from different processed products of C. officinalis is simple and valid. This study can provide a scientific basis for establishing rational preparing process.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine the content of loganin in Mingmu Shangqing pill. Method: The analysis was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-methanol(1:8: 4)-0.05% phosphoric acid (8: 92) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, and at a column temperature of 40 ℃.The detection wavelength was at 236 nm. The content was calculated with external standard method. Result: The linear range of loganin was 40.43-1 213.02 ng(r=1.000 0). The average recovery was 98.2%,and the RSD was 0.8%(n=6) Conclusion: This method was simple, accurate, reliable and suitable to be applied to the quality control for the preparation.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of α-linoleic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid in Hemp Seed. Method: The Kromasil 100-5 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (80: 20),the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,the column temperature was at 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was at 203 nm. Result:: The linear ranges of α-linoleic acid,linoleic acid and oleic acid were 34.625-554 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9), 56.375-902 mg·L-1 (r=1) and 17.125-274 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 96.38% with RSD 0.93% for α-linoleic acid, 97.79% with RSD 0.92% for linoleic acid, 97.06% with RSD 1.51% for oleic acid. Conclusion: The method can be used to control the quality of α-linoleic acid,linoleic acid and oleic acid in Hemp Seed, which is simple,accurate,convenient,specific and repeatable.

摘要:Objective: Aim To study the chemical constituents of Co. chinensis Franch. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. Result: Seven compounds were isolated from the chloroform extract of C. chinensis Franch, whose structures were determined as (1), vanillic acid(1), lariciresinol (2),protocatechuic acid ethyl ester (3), berberine (4), 3,4,α-trihydroxy-methyl phenylpropionate(5), N-tran-feruloyltyramine (6), Oxyberberine (7). Conclusion: Compounds 3,5,6were isolated from this genus for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) for simultaneously determining four gingerol compounds in zingiberis rhizoma. Method: A HPLC method was developed as QAMS to determine 6-gingerol, 6-shogaol, 10-gingerol and 8-gingerol in zingiberis rhizoma.Using 6-gingerol as the internal reference substance,the relative correction factor(RCF) of the three components was determined by HPLC with good reproducibility.The contents of the four components in 28 batches of samples was determined by QAMS and external standard method. Result: No siginificant differences between the quantitative results of QAMS method and external standard method were observed. Conclusion: It is feasible and suitable to evaluate the quality of zingiberis rhizoma by QAMS.

摘要:Objective: To develop a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of harpagide and harpagoside in Zengye Chengqi Koufuye. Method: High performance liquid chromatography was performed on an Eclipse XDB C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.03% phosphoric acid with a gradient elution program as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, 210 nm as the detection wavelength,the temperature of column was at 30 ℃. Result: harpagide and harpagoside showed good relationship at the range of 0.257-1.284 μg(r=0.999 8,for harpagide),0.092-0.460 μg(r=1.000 0, for harpagoside), the average recoveries (n=5) were: 98.74%(RSD 0.58%),97.15%(RSD 1.02%). Conclusion: The results showed that the method is simple,accurate stable,and repeatable and it is suitable for quality control of Zengye Chengqi Koufuye.  
摘要:Objective: To rapidly analyse the three active components in Scutellaria extract by establishing calibration models with near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS). Method: One hundred batches of Scutellaria extract samples from 12 different pharmaceutical factories were collected and they were divided into a calibration set(80 samples) and a validation set(20 samples).In combination with the partical least square(PLS),the quantitative calibration models were established for baicalin, baicalein and wogonin. Result: All models had great calibration performance. The correlation coefficients of cross-validation(R2cv) were 0.994 8, 0.998 7 and 0.994 8,the root-mean-square error of calibration(RMSEC) were 0.440,0.022 5 and 0.011 1, the root-mean-square error of cross-validation(RMSECV) were 2.259,0.055 3 and 0.048 3.The rest 20 samples were used to evaluate the performances of the models,the correlation coefficients of prediction(r2) were 0.988 2, 0.996 5 and 0.990 9 and the root-mean-square error of prediction(RMSEP) were 0.486,0.027 1 and 0.011 0. Conclusion: The results indicated that the NIRS was simply; rapidly and exactly method for analysis of baicalin; baicalein and wogonin contents in Scutellaria extract.

摘要:Objective: To improve the quality standard of Flos Sophorae Tostus in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010), according to the limitation of the content of total flavonoids, rutin, quercetin in the processed pieces. Method: The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV-Vis Spectrophotometry. The content of rutin and quercetin were determined by HPLC. Octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as filling material. Mobile phase for rutin consisted of methanol-1% glacial acetic acid (32: 68). Mobile phase for quercetin was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(44: 56: 0.4). The detection wavelengths were all at 257 nm. Result: The content of total flavonoids, rutin, quercetin was no lower than 8%, 6%, 0.35% in flower and no lower than 20%,16%,0.3% in flower buds. Conclusion: These methods are simple, accurate and with good reproducibility. The established quality standards improve the quality control and provide experimental datas for safety and efficacy of clinical application of Flos Sophorae Tostus.

摘要:Objective: To determine the change regularity of the content of total flavones and icariin in different parts and harvest time of Epimedium koreanum to provide some new references for its optimized harvest time and further exploitation of its resource. Method: The content of flavonoids was determined by UV, and the content of icariin was determined by HPLC. Result: The content of flavonoids and icariin in E. koreanum is the highest in August, and it is the highest in the laminas and rhizomes, and the lowest in the stems and petioles. Conclusion: The laminas and rhizomes was of potential value in exploitation and utilization. It was suggested that August is the best time to harvest E. koreanum, and the stems and petioles should be discarded.

摘要:Objective: To develop a method for simultaneous determining aloe emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Siji Sanghuang tablets. Method: The method was conducted on Agela Venusil XBP-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile (A) and 0.1% phosphoric acid (B) with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 226 nm. Result: The linear ranges of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcione were 0.040-0.800, 0.040-0.800, 0.040-0.800, 0.040-0.800, 0.020-0.400 μg respectively, the average recoveries (n=6) were 97.62% (RSD 1.62%), 99.48% (RSD 1.24%), 99.72% (RSD 1.13%), 96.23% (RSD 1.19%), 95.68% (RSD 1.67%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, repeatable and can be used for the quality control of Siji Sanghuang tablets.

摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determining quercetin, kaempferol and gallic acid in Euphorbia humifusa herba. Method: The analysis was performed on a column Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm),the solvent system composed of methanol-0.4% phosphoric.The column temperature was at 30 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Quercetin,kaempferol and gallic acid were linear in the range of 0.070 2-0.702 0, 0.020 4-0.408 0,0.051 8-0.621 6 μg. The average recovery of quercetin,kaempferol and gallic acid was 97.80%(RSD 2.42%),98.02%(RSD 2.728%), 102.17% (RSD 2.83%). Conclusion: The method is quick,simple, and reproducible,which can be used to control the quality of Euphorbia humifusae herb.  
摘要:Objective: According to the market condition of the counterfeit of Jiangzhong Jianwei Xiaoshi tablets which were certified products under the present quality standard, a fast detection method was established, to accurately and rapidly screen on drug testing vehicles. Method: On the basis of the prescription, preparation technology, and market condition of the certified products and counterfeit, the drug Dioscoreae Rhizoma was identified by microscopic and TLC method. Result: The method is simple, rapid and reproduceable.The cost is low. Conclusion: It is suitable for rapid screening of Jiangzhong Jianwei Xiaoshi tablets on drug testing vehicles. The established method of detection on Dioscoreae Rhizoma by microscopic and TLC,which gives a supplement of the national standard, has a strong practicality.

摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of 3'-hydroxy puerarin, puerarin, 3'-methoxy puerarin, daidzein-8-c-apiosyl-(1→6) glucoside and daidzin in radix Pueraria lobata. Method: A Zorbax C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used; the mobile phase was methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid (25: 75). The detection wavelength was at 250 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃. Result: The accuracy, precision, sensitivity, specificity and linearity of this method met the requirements. The method was applied to 12 batches of radix Pueraria lobata. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate, which can be used in the quality control in radix Pueraria lobata.  
摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of albiflorin, paeoniflorin, 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside and penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucoside in Kundan Capsule. Method: The analysis was carried out on an Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 nm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile (A)-methanol (B)-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous (C) with gradient elution; the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm; the column temperature was at 30 ℃; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The calibration curves of albiflorin, paeoniflorin, 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside and penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucoside were linear in the ranges of 0.02-1.84, 0.03-1.65, 0.03-3.44, 0.01-0.81 mg (r>0.999 9) respectively. The mean recoveries of low, middle and high concentration of the four components were among 99.5%-102.6% (RSD 1.3%-2.1%), 98.5%-103.5% (RSD 0.5%-2.4%), 98.3%-104.2% (RSD 0.5%-2.2%). Conclusion: The method is accurate and sensitive, which can be used in the quality control of Kundan capsule.  
摘要:Objective: Establish a method of determination for flavor nucleotides. Method: Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was employed.Acetonitrile-water (containing 0.005 mol·L-1 tetrabutyl ammonium bromide and 0.05 mol·L-1 monobasic potassium phosphate) (2: 98) was used as mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Ultraviolet detection wave length was 250 nm. Result: The IMP (disodium inosinate)was linear in the concentration range of 0.50-4.00 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate (n=6) was 99.12% (RSD 0.56%). The GMP(disodium 5'-guanglate) was linear in the concentration range of 0.50-4.00 μg(r=0.999 99). The average recovery rate (n=6) was 99.18% (RSD 0.45%). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, which can be used to determinate the quality of IMP and GMP in flavor nucleotides.  
摘要:Objective: To determine content of polysaccharides of different processing drugs(plain-frying drugs, stir-heating drugs with wine and stir-heating drugs with salt) in Cuscuta australis.To explore the processing principle from the angel of changes of polysaccharides. Method: The conversion coefficient of C. australiss polysaccharides to mannitose was obtained by refined polysaccharides, and then the content of crude polysaccharides in C.australis and its processed products were determined by phenol-sulferic acid method. Result: Afer refining, monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides have no obvious changes. The color of solutions for testing showed good stabilization within 6 h and the average value of the recovery for polysaccharides measurement was 99.4% with 3.02% of RSD (n=6). The contents of polysaccharides and different processing drugs(plain-frying drugs, stir-heating drugs with wine and stir-heating drugs with salt) in C.australis were 6.71%,8.27%,8.54%,14.17%,with 0.59%,2.47%,1.40%,0.35% of RSD(n=3). Conclusion: The content of polysaccharides obviously increased after processed. Salt content is the highest;plain-frying and wine content took second place.  
摘要:Objective: To analyze the fat-soluble components of Caragana sinica. Method: The fat-soluble component was extracted by cold-soak extraction, and GC-MS was used to analyze their components. Result: 18 compounds were identified, amounting for 82.36%. Conclusion: The fatty acids were the main components, amounting for 63.31% of the total fat-soluble components.

摘要:Objective: To establish a quality standard of Shenghua pills for scientific evaluation and effective control of its quality to provide a reliable basis. Method: TLC was used for identification; ferulic acid was determined by HPLC,the separation was performe on YMC-Pack ODS-A(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), using a mixture of methanol-1% acetic acid solution (25: 75) as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength is 322 nm. Result: Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels., Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. could be detected by TLC. Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 52.0-520.0 ng (r =0.999 7); the average recovery was 98.01% (RSD 1.34%). Conclusion: The method was simple and accurate with a good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Shenghua pills.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate central ingredients of active components in Dachuanxiong fang (DF) by HPLC-DAD-MSn, so that the quality of DF as well as its preparations can be effectively and systemically controlled and the substance basis of DF can be explored. Method: HPLC fingerprint spectrum of the active parts of Dachuanxiong fang was established. HPLC-DAD-MSn was developed for identification of the active parts of Dachuanxiong fang. Result: Three components of the active parts of chuanxiong and 8 components of the active parts of tianma were identified. Conclusion: Research on central ingredients of active components in Dachuanxiong fang is favorable to the clarification of its active substance basis and perfection of quality stantard.  
摘要:Objective: In order to research at changes of several hydrolase activity of ginseng stems in the different growth stages of growing season. Method: With five-year old ginseng stems as material, neuter phosphoric acid buffer solution was adopted to extract thick liquid enzymes. UV spectrophotometry was applied to determine the activities of amylase (AMY), esterase (EST), acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and phytase (PHY) in ginseng stems in the different growth periods. Result: Activity peak of AMY was appeared in the spreading stage and the flowering stage, and no significant changes were found in other growth stage. Activity peak of EST was appeared in the spreading stage, the flowering stage, the fruit growth stage, and the activity was reduced in the root growing after fruit stage. Activity peak of ACP and ALP were appeared in every stage in the whole growing season. Activity of PHY was relatively high in the fruit growth stage. Conclusion: Five kinds of hydrolase activity of ginseng stems have their own characteristic changes in different periods, which may be closely related to material metabolism, growth quality of ginseng.  
摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the essential oils from Calonyction muricatum. Method: The essential oils were extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, and then the constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS), and then their relative content was determined by the area normalization. Result: Forty-six compounds were isolated and identified that composed about 92.80% of the total essential oils. The principal constituents are linoleic, palmitic acid, stearic acid, precocene Ⅱ. Conclusion: Fatty acid is the main constituent of the essential oil, accounting for 72.32% of the total.  
摘要:Objective: To study the foruier transform infrared(FT-IR) fingerprinting characteristics of Gegen Qinlian decoction and its active components alignments. Method: FT-IR was adopted to analyze and describe the characteristics by Gegen Qinlian decoction and the active components alignments. Result: The main characteristic peaks of Gegen Qinlian decoction are at 1 727, 1 614, 1 509, 1 448, 1 362, 1 272, 1 031, 838, 767, 582 cm-1, etc., and the crude drugs for decoction in Anhui region has the highest correlation coefficient with genuine medicinal materials. The FT-IR fingerprint characterization (1 800-400 cm-1) of the active components alignments for Gegen Qinlian decoction are 1 726, 1 607, 1 509, 1 451, 1 364, 1 238, 1 037, 891, 834, 591 cm-1, etc. Conclusion: The FT-IR fingerprint identification method can be used for quality evaluation for Gegen Qinlian decoction, and reflect the main features. It has obvious specificity.

摘要:Objective: To compare the content of naringin, neohesperidin, total flavonoids and volatile oil in different batches of Citrus aurantium and evaluate the quality. Method: The naringin and neohesperidin were detected by HPLC. The analytical column was a Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). A mixture of acetonitrile-water (pH was adjusted to 3.0 by phosphoric acid) (20: 80) was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate at 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The UV spectrophotometry for the determination of total flavonoids is as follows: detection wavelength was at 283 nm, and the reference substance was naringin. The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. Topsis was employed for evaluating quality with the content of naringin, neohesperidin, total flavonoids and volatile oil. Result: The naringin, neohesperidin, total flavonoids and volatile oil were in the ranges of 0%-6.12%, 0%-4.55%, 6.96%-18.99% and 0.2%-2.0% (mL·g-1) respectively. The quality difference of the samples was large. Conclusion: The content difference of the naringin, neohesperidin, total flavonoids and volatile oil in 17 different batches of C. aurantium was large. The content of naringin and neohesperidin in 6 batches of C. aurantium comes up with 〈Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010〉.The quality evaluation method was feasible.  
摘要:Objective: Microscopic identification characteristics research on Lotus corniculatus was performed to provide a reference for identification, utilization and quality standard of L. corniculatus. Method: Microscopic identification of the transaction and powder characteristic in roots, stems and leaves of L. corniculatus was studied. Result: There are primary rays in the root and fibers in the phloem; the rays of stem are broad, the pith also broad and as a cavity; palisade tissue of leaf through primary vein. There are many brown pieces in the powder. Conclusion: Those characteristics are microscopic identification significances, and it can be a reference for the identification of L. corniculatus.

摘要:Objective: To study protective effects and mechanism of serum containing Guipi decoction on bone marrow cells(BMCs) co-cultured with ethanol extraction of Tripterygium wilfordii in vitro. Method: BMCs were co-cultured in vitro with different concentrations of serum containing Guipi decoction and ethanol extraction of T. wilfordii. MTT assay was used to evaluate the growth proliferation of BMCs. The cell cycle and apoptosis rate were determined by flow cytometry(FCM) with propidium iodide(PI) staining and AnnexinⅤ/PI staining. Result: After treated with different concentrations of serum containing Guipi decoction, viability of BMCs was significantly increased. Cell cycle flow cytometry demonstrated that BMCs treated with different concentrations of serum containing Guipi decoction resulted in a decreased G0/G1 phase of BMCs and an increased S and G2/M phase and apoptosis rate was decreased. Conclusion: The different concentrations of serum containing Guipi decoction can significantly increase viability of BMCs, and significantly promote BMCs of G0/G1 phase entering proliferation cycle.

摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect of arctinin capsule on the nephritic rat induced by adriamycin (ADR). Method: Minimal change nephrotic rat model was induced by intravenous injection of ADR,male SD rat were randomly divided into 6 groups:Blank group, Model group, positive group, arctinin capsule high-dose group(767 mg·kg-1),middle-dose group(383 mg·kg-1)and low-dose group(192 mg·kg-1),treated for 6 weeks. Result: Campared with the rats in model group,arctinin capsule high-dose, middle-dose could reduced the proteinuria of the nephritic rat induced by adriamycin,increase the level of serum albumin(ALB);Arctinin capsule all the 3 doses could cut down the level of serum triglyeride(TG)and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1); Arctinin capsule high-dose(767 mg·kg-1) could increase the level of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD)and cut down the level of serum malondialdehyde (MDA);at the same time, arctinin capsule all the 3 doses could significanty ameliorated the change of pathology in renal. Conclusion: The protective action of arctinin capsule on the nephritic rat induced by adriamycin may be related to the purification on free-radical,the inhibition of lipid peroxidation and glomerular fibrosis.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Belamcanda chinensis extract on the contraction of isolated guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle by serum pharmacological method. Method: The guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle was isolated in the Kreb’s solution, and its contraction was induced by histamine (His). The inhibitory effects of serum-containing drug on contraction of isolated tracheal strips were observed, and the constriction rate was calculated in 3, 5,10 minute. Result: The serum-containing drug could significantly inhibit the contraction of the guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle induced by His, in the dose 0.46 g·kg-1 group in 3,5,10 min antispasmodic rate was 44.29%, 45.27%,48.30%; high dose (0.92 g·kg-1) in 3,5 min antispasmodic rate was 31.17% and 31.83%, compared with the control group there was a significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the effects were better in 5 minute. Conclusion: The B.Chinensis extract has inhibitory effect on contraction of tracheal smooth muscle induced by His.

摘要:Objective: To observe effect of the Aloe vera and its compound extract on inflammatory factors. Method: Cells diluted by 2×105/mL were inoculated into 96-well plates,100 μL per well, concentrations of druds was 250,125,62.5 g·L-1, MTT method was assay to test the toxic effects of macrophages. When the concentrations was 50,25,12.5 g·L-1 macrophage nitric oxide (NO) levels was measured. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to measure tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels in pure drug and lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced murine macrophage. Result: Aloe vera and its compound extract promoted releasing of NO, with a concentration dependent manner (P<0.01); Aloe vera could promote TNF-α secretion (P<0.01) and inhibition of IL-10 secretion (P<0.05), the compound inhibited LPS induced releasing of TNF-α and IL-10 (P<0.01). Conclusion: Aloe in 250-7.8 g·L-1 concentration has non-cytotoxic macrophages, compound extract has a certain toxic action, and can exert some influence on release of inflammatory factors.

摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect and mechanism of Xiaoyao San on rats’ acute liver injury induced by the decoction of Tripterygium wilfordii. Method: Sixty rats were randomly divided into control group, T. wilfordii model group, ganlixin group, low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups of Xiaoyao San. Each group was respectively fed with the corresponding dose of drug for 5 days. Then fed with decoction of T. Wilfordii for 4 days to make the model.alamine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione peroxidase GSH-Px in serum were measured and liver pathology is detected. Result: Compared with the control group, the serum ALT, AST and MDA of model group were significantly increased, SOD and GSH-Px decreased obviously(P<0.05). Pathological investigation showed liver fatty change and turbid degeneration. Compared with model group,all doses of Xiaoyao San could effectively decrease ALT,AST and MDA,increase GSH-Px (P<0.05), medium-dose and high-dose also increase SOD (P<0.05), the liver injury was alleviated. Conclusion: T. wilfordii-induced acute liver injury is associated with lipid peroxidation. Xiaoyao San has effect of protecting the liver injury induced by T. wilfordii and the mechanism has a relationship with inhibition of lipid peroxidation.  
摘要:Objective: To study whether the composition from Xiaoke pill has the inhibiting effect on the α-glucosidase, and find out the mechanism of reducing the blood glucose l. Method: The α-glucosidase was prepared from the upper part of rat small intestine and diluted by 5 times in order to reach the requirement of the kit. Sucrose (10 g·L-1) was used as the substrate, and acarbose (1 g·L-1) as the positive control. Different concentrations of Xiaoke pill, the composition and glibenclamide were added into the reaction system. the absorbance of the system at 550 nm was measured after reacting for 40 min under the temperature of 37 ℃.The α-glucosidase activity was detected by measuring the concentration of glucose produced. The inhibition ratio was calculated. Result: Acarbose(1 g·L-1) was shown to be an α-glucosidase inhibitor with an evident inhibition ratio (86.3%). The composition (2-200 mg·L-1) had an inhibition ratio of 18.8%-35.7%. Conclusion: The composition from Xiaoke pill has some inhibiting effect on the α-glucosidase of rat small intestine.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic activity of the extracts from the powder of Hericium erinaceus. Method: Type 2 diabetic mellitus(DM) model was induced by both administration of high lipid food for four weeks and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (170 mg·kg-1). The hypoglycemic effective parts were selected by measuring fasting blood glucose after 21 days of intragastric administration. The oral glucose tolerance test was carried out to define the hypoglycemic activity of the extracts. The effects on pathological changes of hepatic tissue, kidney and pancreatic tissue were observed with Hematoxylin and Eosin staining(HE)under light microscope. Result: The polysaccharides from the powder of H. erinaceus showed the ability of resisting DM induced weight-loss. Compared with control group, the fasting blood glucose of the DM mice which were administrated with the polysaccharides from the powder of H. erinaceus decreased significantly(P<0.01)at 14th and 21st day. Polysaccharides of high-dose group (400 mg·kg-1) could improve glucose tolerance in DM mice and resist the DM induced pathological changes of hepatic tissue, kidney, and pancreatic tissue. Conclusion: The polysaccharides from the powder of H. erinaceus can reduce the blood sugar of DM mice, improve the glucose tolerance of DM mice and protect the viscera of DM mice with dose-effect relationship.

摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of Sanhua Tang on blood brain barrier injury in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat. Method: The rats were randomly dividec into sham operation group,model group,low dose group of Sanhua Tang, high dose group of Sanhua Tang and nimodipine group. Blocking middle cerebral artery of rat with suture method was used to prepare cerebral ischemia reperfusion model. The content of EB in rat brain tissue was detected by colorimetry. The content of S100B protein was detected in serum of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat by enzyme linked immunoassay. Result: In sham operation group the content of EB,S100B protein was decreased. The content of EB, S100B protein in model operation group was significantly increased(P<0.01);compared with model operation group,in drug group the content of EB,S100B protein was significantly decreased(P<0.05); in large dose group of Sanhua Tang and nimodipine group the content of EB,S100B protein was more significantly reduced than other groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sanhua Tang can protect blood brain barrier injury of cerebral ischemia reperfusion rat.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Bukangling on hematopoietic function in radiation-injured mice. Method: Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups:control group, radiation injure group, high, medium and low dose group of Bukangling. 9, 18, 36 g·kg-1 of Bukangling were ig given for 10 days after they were radiated by60Co γ. The others were given normal saline. Peripheral blood routine was measured at the 5th and 10th day after radiation. DNA content,quantity of nucleocyte in bone marrow and (CFUs) in spleen were observed at the 11th day after radiation. Result: The number of peripheral blood routine was lower after radiation,but was higher after administration of Bukangling in medium and high doses group. DNA content was (1.05±0.27), (1.22±0.26)A, the quantity of nucleocyte in bone marrow was (5.12±1.22), (6.01±1.35)×106/L. The number of spleen nodules was (7.67±1.56), (8.52±2.12), they significantly increased in the midium and high doses compared with the radiation group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Bukangling can promote the recovery of the blood cells in bone marrow in radiation-injured mice.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of chrysophanol(Chry) on learning and memory impairment and lead level in lead pisoning mice. Method: Mice except control group were administered 7 mg·kg-1 lead acetate by peritoneal injection every day for 8 days to establish the mice lead poisoning model. Chry was ip injected for 14 days.Learning memory was examined by step-down test.The lead level of heart,spleen,liver and kidney was measured by hydride generated-atomic absorption spectrographic method.Antioxidant enzyme levels glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lipid peroxidation products (malondialdehydel MDA) in liver and kidney were determined. Result: Lead acetate could (induce the disorder of learning and memory of mice, lead acetate also could significantly increase the lead level of heart,spleen,liver and kidney in lead poisoning mice. Lead acetate could decrease the activities of SOD and GSH-Px of mice liver and kidney.Compared with model group, the lead levels of mice heart,spleen,liver and kidney were markedly decreased after treated with Chry(10.0,1.0,0.1 mg·kg-1) for 14 days(P<0.01).Chry(10.0,1.0 mg·kg-1) could significantly increase the SOD and GSH-Px activity and could decrease the content of MDA in mice liver and kidney(P<0.01).Chry(0.1 mg·kg-1) could increase the SOD and GSH-Px activity and could decrease the content of MDA in mice kidney(P<0.01),but Chry(0.1 mg·kg-1)had no significantly influence on the SOD and GSH-Px activity and the content of MDA in mice liver (P<0.01). Conclusion: Chry could obviously improve the learning and memory ability in mice with lead poisoning, and reduce lead levels in mice tissues with lead poisoning, Chry also could increase the activity of antioxidant enzyme and decrease the lipid peroxidation caused by lead poisoning mice.

摘要:Objective: To screen the antidepressant fractions from Cyperus rotundus and investigate the possible a mechanism. Method: The extract and florentine were orally given to mice at a dosage of 10 g·kg-1 and 0.08 g·kg-1 per day,respectively. The swimming test and the tail suspension test were applied to observe the antidepressant effect of C. rotundus extracts. The content of serotonin(5-HT), dopamine(DA) and noradrenalin(NE) was determined by RP-HPLC method to study the mechanism of C. rotundus extracts. Result: The ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions from the ethanol extract of C.rotundus significantly shortened immobility time in swimming test and the tail suspension test. The ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions from the ethanol extract of C.rotundus markedly increased the content of 5-HT and DA with no action of NE. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions from the ethanol extract of C.rotundus can produce an antidepressant effect, the mechanism of which may be related to affecting the 5-HT and DA nervous system. They may be the active part of C.rotundus.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of 3 groups of traditional Chinese medical prescription composed by resolving dampnes, reducing fever, warming Yang, promoting blood cirulation according to the different proportion on obesity rats. Method: Obesity rats model was established by feeding high calorie-diet. The selected rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control, model group, avandia group, resolving dampnes group, reducing fever group, and warming Yang group. Fasting blood glucose of rats were detected during the drug administration on 0 week,4th week and 8th week.After 8 weeks’ drug administration, oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT),triglyceride(TG),total Cholesterol(TC) were determined. Result: After 8 weeks treatment,the blood suger of each group are as follow: normal control(5.30±0.38)mmol·L-1,model group(6.82±0.87)mmol·L-1,avandia group(5.92±0.29)mmol·L-1,resolving dampnes, group (5.69±0.36)mmol·L-1,reducing fever, group(5.69±0.26)mmol·L-1,warming Yang, group(5.35±0.35)mmol·L-1 ,the TC of each group are as follow: normal control(1.07±0.08)mmol·L-1,model group(1.48±0.11)mmol·L-1,avandia group(1.08±0.19)mmol·L-1,resolving dampnes, group (0.98±0.07)mmol·L-1,reducing fever, group (0.94±0.16)mmol·L-1,warming Yang, group(0.95±0.09)mmol·L-1.The 3 groups of traditional Chinese medical prescription could reduce the content of blood sugar(P<0.05),TG,TC(P<0.05) and improve OGTT in obesity rats. Conclusion: The 3 groups of traditional Chinese medical prescription has therapeutic effects on obesity rats especially the warming Yang group.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of compound Naokang capsule liquid extract on apoptosis cascade reaction of hippocampus neurons in mouse aging model induced by D-galactose. Method: The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group (group E), D-galactose model group (D group), high dose group (A group), middle dose group (B group), low dose group (C group). 60 mg·kg-1 of D-galactose was sc given to the mice to produce AD model mice daily. Different doses of compound Naokang capsule liquid extract were given to model mice. The expression of apoptosis inducing factor (AIF) of hippocampus neuron,bax, cytochrome C(Cyt C) and Bcl-2 was tested by immunohistochemical staining and Western blotting. Result: The result of Western blotting showed that expression in the model group decreased, while the treatment groups were similar to the control group. The immunohistochemical staining results showed that, compared with control group, the number of AIF positive cells was reduced from 24.7±6.1 to 8.9±1.8,12.6±4.5,13.2±5.7; the number of Bax positive cells was reduced from 47.8±9.7 to 11.2±3.2,29.4±8.2,31.1±6.3, the number of Cyt C positive cells was reduced from 36.7±9.1 to 12.1±3.2,20.2±6.8,25.2±7.1, and the number of Bcl-2 positive cells was increated from 10.4±6.4 to 59.5±7.4,48.6±9.2,32.3±7.0. Conclusion: The apoptosis cascade reaction of hippocampus neurons in mouse aging model induced by D-galactose is obvious, which can be partly improved by compound Naokang capsule liquid extract.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Qingrun formula on inflammation and oxidative stress of rat with diabetes mellitus. Method: The rats with diabetes mellitus were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin and feeding with high sugar and high fat for 4 weeks. Rats with diabetes were randomly divided into five groups, three Qingrun formula groups, metformin group and model group. Other ten normal rats were made as control group. After 4 weeks, fasting blood-glucose and fasting insulin,level of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(INF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) of rats,the values of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were tested when the experiment finished. Result: Compared with the model group, the levels of TNF-α were decreased in the three Qingrun formula dosage groups(P<0.05);the contents of IL-6 and MDA were decreased in the low and middle dosage groups(P<0.05); the activity of SOD were increased in the middle and high dosage groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qingrun formula has improvement effect on blood sugar level in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which may be related to decreasing levels of cytokines and inhibit oxidative stress of the liver in rats with type 2 diabetic.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of ethanol extract and its four fractions from Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma on the despair animal models of depression. Method: ICR mice were divided into two batches,then every batch divided into control and five treatment groups.In the first batch, treatment groups were received ethanol extract at dose of 14.7,29.3,48.8,146.5 mg·kg-1and citalopram hydrobromide at 10.0 mg·kg-1for ten days. In the second batch, treatment groups were received four fractions at dose of 48.8 mg·kg-1 and citalopram hydrobromide at 10.0 mg·kg-1for ten days.1 h after the last administration,forced swimming test(FST) and tail suspension test(TST) were conducted for evaluation of behavior. Result: 95% ethanol extract(29.3,48.8,146.5 mg·kg-1) could significantly reduce the duration of murine immobility(P<0.05).Among four fractions n-butanol fraction and ethyl acetate fraction could significantly reduce the duration of murine immobility(P<0.05),and ethyl acetate fraction was better than n-butanol fraction. Conclusion: Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma possesses antidepressant effect, n-butanol fraction and ethyl acetate fraction could be the effective fractions.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of astragalus extract mixture and effective components on the cardiac functions in rat heart failure(HF) induced by adriamycin. Method: Ninety male SD rats were randomized into 7 groups, including control group, HF group, Digoxigein (DG) group, Astragaloside (ASIV) group, astragalus polysaccharide (APS) group, total saponins of astragalus (AST) group and Astragalus Extract Mixture (AEM) group. Twelve rats were used in each of all groups except HF group in which 18 rats were used. The animals in all experimental groups except control group were intra-peritoneally injected with adriamycin(ADM) every other day to produce HF model; the animals in all experimental groups except HF group were respectively treated with intragastric administration of DG, AEM or other effective components aboved at the same time when ADM was given. The drugs dose of DG,ASIV,APS,AST were 0.05, 50,1 000, 100 and 8 000 mg·kg-1respectively, The dose of Astragalus Extract Mixture in the AEM group is equivalent to the crude herb, Volume of gastric perfusion was 2 mL in the every groups. Survival Rate(SR), left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP), Heart Rate(HR), +dp/dtmax and T-dp/dtmax were recorded and compared among the all groups. Result: The values of SR, LVSP, HR and +dp/dtmax in HF group were significantly lower than those in all other groups (P<0.01). As compared with HF group, SR, LVSP and +dp/dtmax were significantly enhanced in all experimental groups among which, the indices of cardiac function in AEM group were improved more significantly. Further experiment showed that AEM can also increase HR and shorten T-dp/dtmax in HF rats. Comparatively, the therapeutic effect of AEM in HF rats was even stronger than DG as shown in the present study. The parameters such as LVSP and +dp/dtmax in APS group were improved, so that the therapeutic action of the APS to HF can be demonstrated. Conclusion: Astragalus extract mixture and the effective components of astragalus including ASIV, AST and APS can significantly enhance the survival rate and cardiac contractility in the rats with experimental heart failure. Astragalus extract mixture may be more effective and safer in the treatment of HF. Curative effect of APS to HF is so benificial and significant that can not ignored.  
摘要:Objective: To study the mobilization of peripheral blood stem cell in mice by compound fufangteng mixture. Method: Sixty mice were divided into four groups at random (n=15 each).Control group was treated with normal saline; fufangteng mixture group was treated with fufangteng mixture, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) group was treated with G-SCF, and Fufangteng mixture combined G-CSF group group was treated withy G-SCF and Fufangteng mixture. The number of peripheral white blood cell(WBC) and mononuclear cell(MNC) was counted after 6 days, the number of colony-unit-mix(CFU-Mix) colony was cultured by methylcellulose micro-culture, and number and percentage of stem cell antigen 1(Sca-1) cells were counted by flow cytometry. Result: The number of peripheral WBC and MNC was higher than pre-treatment, exceptfor control group. The number of WBC was (7.5±0.9), (9.0±0.6), (16.1±1.4), (19.8±0.4)×106/L(P<0.05) respectively, while the number of MNC was (4.0±0.7), (6.6±0.3), (10.5±0.9), (12.6±1.4)×106/L (P<0.05) respectively. The yields of CFU-Mix were higher than control group. Meanwhile, the percentage of Sca-1+ in peripheral blood stem cells was higher than control group, and the percentage was 0.79%,1.15%, 1.72%, respectively. Conclusion: Compound Fufangteng mixture has an obvious mobilizing effete on murine peripheral bloods tem cells. The effect of Fufangteng mixture combined with G-CSF is better than single usage of compound Fufangteng mixture or G-CSF.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of aqueous extract from Potentilla discolor Bunge (APB) on blood glucose and lipids level in type 2 diabetic rat model. Method: Three week-old Wistar male rats were divided randomly into two groups according to random data table: control group with rat standard diet and model group with high-fat diet (HFD)for 16 weeks in order to induce insulin resistance and type 2 diabetic model, the HFD group was intraperitonealy given small dose STZ. Then, the model rats were divided into 4 groups: model group, positive control group (pioglitazone 4.05 mg·kg-1), high-dose group (400 mg·kg-1) and low dose group (200 mg·kg-1) of APB aqueous extract,7 rats in each group. The control group and model group were fed with distilled water at 10 mL·kg-1. After 4 weeks of drug intervention, the fasting blood glucose (FBG), serum triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol (TC), serum free fatty acid (FFA), serum low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and serum high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) were examined. Result: Both the aqueous extract and the pioglitazone group significantly decreased FBG, TG, TC, LDL and FFA level, and increased the HDL level(P<0.05). Conclusion: Aqueous extract of P. discolor may offer an alternate treatment for diabetes by regulating fasting blood glucose and serum lipids levels in type 2 diabetic insulin resistance rats.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Chaipu decoction on ovalbumin(OVA) -induced asthma in rats and the dynamic expression of alpha-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA). Method: Seventy sprague dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into control group,model group(two weeks,four weeks and eight weeks),chaipu decoction-treated group(two weeks,four weeks and eight weeks). Asthma rat model was established by sensitization and stimulation with ovalbumin(OVA) conjuncted with Al(OH)3. The rat airway morphological parameters changes,the gene and protein expression of α-SMA in bron-chopulmonary tissue at different time points were observed by HE staining,RT-PCR and immuno-histochemical method. Result: ①The WAt/Pbm,WAi/ Pbm,and WAm/ Pbm were significantly increased in the asthma group on the two weeks,four weeks,and eight weeks compared with that in normal group(all P<0.05), and the WAt/ Pbm,WAi/ Pbm,and WAm/ Pbm were showed the trend of gradually increasing with the days of stimulation, the asthma group on the four weeks was higher than that on the two weeks, the asthma group on the eight weeks was higher than that on the four weeks (all P<0.05). The WAt/Pbm,WAi/ Pbm,and WAm/ Pbm on the two weeks,four weeks,eight weeks in the chaipu decoction-treated group. And that on the two weeks,four weeks in the asthma group were lower than eight weeks in the asthma group (all P<0.05).But that in the all chaipu-treated group were higher than the control group. ②The gene and protein expression of α-SMA on the two weeks,four weeks and eight weeks were significantly increased in the asthma group compared with that on the two weeks,four weeks,eight weeks in the chaipu decoction-treated group and control group(all P<0.05),and showed the trend of gradually increasing with the days of stimulation (all P<0.05); there was little expression of the gene and protein expression of α-SMA in the lung tissue of chaipu decoction-treated two weeks group compared with the control group;but all the chaipu decoction-treated groups were increased compared with that in the same week of asthma model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: α-SMA of asthmatic lung tissue is dynamic over expression in the onset of asthmatic. Our study suggest that chaipu decoction involve in the pathogenesis of asthmatic airway remodeling by downregulating the expression of α-SMA inhibiting the airway smooth muscle constriction and hyperplasia.

摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidant capacity of ginsenoside Re in vitro as well as the effect of nerve cells by serum deprivation. Method: The antioxidant effect in vitro of ginsenoside Re was assayed by eliminating 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical 2,2-Diphenyl-1-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl)hydrazyl (DPPH)free radical and determination of reducing power.Protection on nerve cells serum deprivation was assayed by cells counting kit-8(CCK-8). Result: Ginsenoside Re which clearance rate of free radical was less than 10% and the ability of reduction was less than 12%, potency was lower than vitamin E. But the protection on nerve cells serum deprivation was remarkable(the highest cell survival rate was 78%), and its potency was higher than the same concentration of vitamin E. Conclusion: The antioxidant effect in vitro of ginsenoside Re is weak and not acted by providing electron, but by providing nutrition support to serum deprivation damaged nerve cells to improve the survival rate of nerve cell,and then to achieve the inhibitory action to the trauma and apoptosis of nerve cells.  
摘要:Objective: To study the Guanmaitong capsules(GMT) on the experimental thrombosis. Method: Sixty SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups:the normal control group, GMT groups(0.67,1.34,2.68 g·kg-1, ig),Guanxindanshen capsules group(0.24 g·kg-1,ig)and indobufen tablets group(0.04 g·kg-1,ig).The experimental thrombosis model was induced by electric stimulation.Rats need to take medicine seven days.After thirty minutes of the last one, we should strip the carotid artery and ligate the two sides of thrombus. Weighting the weight of thrombus and statistics the average blocking rate would be done. Result: Compared with the noamal control group(50.99%)and(0.002 6 g), the average thromboembolism rate of GMT(40.25%,39.05%,37.11%) and the weight of thrombus( 0.001 9,0.001 7,0.001 5 g)could significantly decrease(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01). meanwhile existing the quantity-efficiency relations. Conclusion: The results showed that GMT could decrease the weight of the thrombus.  
摘要:Objective: Previous studies have demonstrated that fingered citron volatile produced antidepressant-like action in various mouse models with behavioral despair. The present study aimed to examine whether fingered citron volatile could affect the chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS)-induced depression in rats. Method: Ninety male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups as follows: control, model, positive control (orally given fluoxetine 10 mg·kg-1 for 21 days), low, middle and high dosages of fingered citron volatile (orally given 150, 300, 600 mg·kg-1 of fingered citron volatile for 21 days). All groups except control were exposed to chronic stress for 21 days to establish depression model and every rat was given corresponding drugs simultaneously. After 21 days, the behavior changes were measured by sucrose preference and open-field, serum corticosterone level was measured by radio-immunity and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) protein levels was measured by Western-blot. Result: CUMS being lasted for 3 weeks, caused depression-like behavior in rats, as indicated by the significant decrease in sucrose preference (from 88.1%±13.3% to 60.5%±9.8%) and in open-field scores (from 123.5±21.3 to 38.2±5.9 and from 72.5±12.7 to 17.1±5.1, respectively).Whereas serum corticosterone level was significantly increased in rats exposed to CUMS·L-1 to (117.6±19.3) μg·L-1], and BDNF protein expression were decreased (from 0.22±0.04 to 0.07±0.02) in CUMS-treated rats. Daily intragastric administration of fingered citron volatile (150, 300, 600 mg·kg-1) during the three weeks of CUMS significantly suppressed behavioral and biochemical changes induced by CUMS. As the sucrose preferences in 300, 600 mg·kg-1 fingered citron volatile were 70.7%±10.2% and 77.1%±11.9% (P<0.05 and P<0.01); the horizontal scores in 150,300, 600 mg·kg-1 fingered citron volatile were 87.7±15.4, 98.3±19.7 and 110.3±28.9 (P<0.05, P<0.05 and P<0.01); the vertical scores in 300,600 mg·kg-1 fingered citron volatile were 24.5±6.3 and 29.2±7.2 (P<0.05 and P<0.01); the serum corticosterone levels in 300,600 mg·kg-1 fingered citron volatile were (90.1±13.5) μg·L-1 and (77.5±10.7) μg·L-1(P<0.05 and P<0.01);the BDNF levels in 300, 600 mg·kg-1 fingered citron volatile were 0.15±0.03 and 0.18±0.03 (P<0.05 and P<0.01). Conclusion: The results suggest that the antidepressant-like actions of fingered citron volatile may be mediated by modulating the CORT concentration and increasing the expression of BDNF in hippocampus tissues.  
摘要:Objective: Although astragalus polysaccharide(AP) is known to have apoptotic effect in many cancer cells,the mechanisms are still poorly understood. We aim to test whether apoptotic effect of astragalus polysaccharide is regulated by the ERK1/2 pathway in HepG2 cells. Method: Cells were divided into 4 groups and treated with different pharmaceuticals:control, group 20, 40, 80 mg·L-1AP.We studied the effect of AP on cell survival using Western blot,cell viability measurement,TUNEL assay and mitochondrial potential analysis,caspase-3 activity measurement. Result: Astragalus polysaccharide has apoptotic responses in HepG2 cells,including mitochondrial depolarization and the apoptosis-specific proteins up-regulation, Bcl-2 down-regulation. Conclusion: These results suggest that ERK1/2 pathway is necessary for the effects of astragalus polysaccharide in inhibiting cell proliferation of HepG2 cells.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the killing effect and determine the optimum proportion of compo-nents formula of three garlic components on three human gastric carcinoma cells. Method: With three garlic effective parts (garlic oil, garlic total polysaccharides, garlic total saponins) as the research object, group and administration in orthogonal test were designed according to L16(45) orthogonal chart. MTT activities of human gastric carcinoma cell metabolism were used as indexes and data were analyzed by SPSS software. Result: The killing activity of three garlic effective parts is oil (1#)> polysaccharides(2#)> saponins(5#). The optimum proportion of three garlic components on MKN45 cells was 1#:2#:5#=1:20:10. There was no significant difference of three garlic components in affecting the inhibition rate on AGS cells. The optimum proportion of three garlic components on AGS cells was 1#:2#:5#=1:13.3:3.3.Garlic total saponins(5#)had significant effect on the inhibition rate of HGC-27 cells(P<0.01). The killing activity of three garlic effective parts was saponins>oil>polysaccharides.The optimum proportion of three garlic components on HGC-27 cells was 1#:2#:5#=1:200:50. Conclusion: Three human gastric carcinoma cells had different sensitivity to the killing activity of three garlic effective parts. The optimum proportions of three garlic components to three human gastric carcinoma cells were also distinct.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Bushen Jiedu Huoxue Recipe and Yiqi Buxue Recipe on preventing bone marrow suppression induced by cyclophosphamide (CTX) in mice, and provide the basis for clinical compatibility. Method: Eighty Clean grade Kunming mice were used and randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group, model group, Bushen Jiedu Huoxue group,Yiqi Buxue group. The mice were administrated normal saline, Bushen Jiedu Huoxue Recipe or Yiqi Buxue Recipe once a day continually for 10 days hrough gastric tue. Establish the experimental model of bone marrow suppression at day 8 by ip CTX 100 mg·kg-1,3 days continuously. Peripheral blood cells were counted at day7(the day before the CTX injection)and 1,3,5,7,10 days after the successful model set.; bone merrrow nucleated cell(BMNC)、colony-forming unit-granulocyte-macraphge(CFU-GM)、colony-forming unit-erythroyte(CFU-E) and burst-forming unit-erythocyte(BFU-E) were counted 1 day after the successful model set. Result: White blood cell and platelet counts were down to the minimum at day 1 and day 5 after modeling, respectively,and recovered to normal at day 5 and day 10.The number of BMNC, CFU-GM and BFU-E in Yiqi Buxue group and Bushen Jiedu Huoxue group were lower than the normal group, but much higher than that of model group(P<0.01). The ratio of Apoptosis of model group was significantly increased (P<0.01), which is about 14.7 times of normal control group. The other two groups were decreased obviously than model group (P<0.01). GM-CSF was significantly decreased (P<0.01) after modeling, however Bushen Jiedu Huoxue Recipe and Yiqi Buxue Recipe could greatly increase it (P<0.05). The serum EPO levels didn’t show much difference. Conclusion: Preventively use of Bushen Jiedu Huoxue Recipe and Yiqi Buxue Recipe could accelerate the recovery of white blood cell and platelet,and Bushen Jiedu Huoxue Recipe was better on promoting platelet to recovery. Both of Bushen Jiedu Huoxue Recipe and Yiqi Buxue Recipe can reduce the decrease of BMNC, CFU-GM and BFU-E, which was better in Bushen Jiedu Huoxue group; and can less the ratio of apoptosis of bone marrow cells, which was better in Yiqi Buxue group.  
摘要:Objective: To observe effects of Wendan granulein the treatment of gastrointestinal adverse caused by highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART). Method: One-hundred patients were divided into two groups randomly, treatment group was treated by wendan granule,control group was treated by placebo to observe the incidence of the gastrointestinal adverse and record the symptom score. Result: The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse caused by HAART in treatment group was 20.4%, while the placebo group was 48%. The symptoms score of gastrointestinal adverse between two groups showed a significant difference (P<0.05), and the score before and after treatment in two groups was different (P<0.05). Conclusion: The wendan granule can reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse caused by HAART. The treatment of Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms, especially the mild or moderate symptoms.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Hepatitis B immunityglobulin(HBIG) with different injection methods to interrupt inner-uterus transmission from mothers with positive epatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) and Hepatitis B Virus-DNA(HBV-DNA) serum to infants for the selection of the most effective and cheapest project. Method: One hundred and thirty-two pregnant women with positive HBsAg and HBV-DNA serum were randomly divided into four groups. 200 U HBIG was intramuscularly injected to 27 women of group A at 20,24,28,32,36,38 gestational weeks. 400 U HBIG was intramuscularly injected to 38 women of group B at 28,32,36 gestational weeks. 200 U HBIG was intramusculaly rinjected to 45 women of group C at 28,32,36 gestational weeks. There was no intervention in 22 women of control group. HBIG and HBVac were used to all the 132 newborns. Serum HBV-M and HBV-DNA of those infants were tested at 7 month of birth. Result: Intrauterine transmission rate of group A,B,C and control group was 7.4%,7.9%,11.1%,36.4%, separately. A significant difference was found between group A and control group,group B and control group,group C and control group(P<0.05). No significant difference was found among the interventional groups. Conclusion: It is effective and safe to use HBIG during pregnant. We can concluded that the method with 200 U injection 3 times can achieve the same effect with the other two methods (400 U 3 times, 200 U 6 times). Obviously, it can be the cheapest project.

摘要:Objective: To study the clinical significance of detecting serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Method: The serum levels of hs-CRP, cTnI, triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were detected in one hundred and two patients, and compared with those of 40 healthy subjects in the control group. Result: The serum level of hs-CRP in the stable angina pectoris(SAP) group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05). The serum levels of hs-CRP, cTnI, TC, TG, LDL-C in the unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group and the AMI group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05), and the serum level of HDL-C was significantly lower than that in the control group (all P <0.05). The serum levels of hs-CRP, cTnI, TC, TG, LDL-C in the SAP group and the UAP group were significantly lower than those in the AMI group (all P <0.05), and the serum levels of HDL-C in the SAP group and the UAP group were significantly higher than those in the AMI group (all P <0.05). The serum levels of hs-CRP, cTnI in the SAP group were significantly lower than those in the UAP group (all P <0.05). The serum level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with TC, TG, LDL-C(P<0.05), and was negatively correlated with HDL-C (P<0.05). The serum level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with cTnI (P<0.05). Conclusion: The detection of serum levels of hs-CRP, cTnI and blood lipids plays an important role in disease prediction and treatment of patients with CHD.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating infantile summer diarrhea. Method: One hundred and five cases of infantile summer diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group(55 cases) and control group(50 cases),observation group was treated with acupuncture and TCM based on differentiation of symptoms and signs,control group was given common western medicine. Result: The total efective rate in the observation group was 98.2%,while in the control groupwas 88%, respectively,comparison between these two groups showed a significant diference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of acupuncture cimbined with TCM showed better therapeutic effect in infantile summer diarrhea.

摘要:Objective: To observe the change of interleukin-6(IL-6) in peripheral blood and improvement of symptomsin the treatment of wind-cold-damp lumber disc herniation(LDH) with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy and Duhuo Jisheng decoction. Method: The patients were randomized into a 51-case control group treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction and a 52-case treatment group treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction and heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy in which some special acupoints (e.g. Zhiyang,Guanyuan,Weizhong etc.) were selected. IL-6 in peripheral blood was tested and symptomatic change was surveyed. Result: Modified MacNabt were used for therapeutic evaluation and it was found that the curative effect of treatment group was better than that in treatment group(P<0.05);after treatment IL-6 in both groups declined(P<0.05)and effectiveness of treatment group was better than thatin control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effectiveness of combined therapy of heat-sensitive moxibustion and Duhuo Jisheng decoction is significantly better than that of single decoction method, which may have been caused by that moxibustion stimulated heat-sensitive acupoints, and excite meridian transmission, promote movement of meridian Qi, provoke endogenous modulating system and regulate disordered physiochemical process.

摘要:Single herb and its active ingredients have a high selectivity and specific characteristics in the prevention and treatment of vascular dementia (VD),so more and more attention have been paid to the studies on single herb and its active ingredients. These studies mainly focus on the following kinds of herbs, such as: herbs with tonic effects Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Polygoni Multiflori Radix, Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma Seu Caulis, Astragali Radix, Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma, herbs wtih blood circulation-activating and stasis-dissolving effect Ginkgo Folium, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, Erigerontis Herba, herbs with Heat-clearing effect Astragali Radix, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Rehmanniae Radix, Gardeniae Fruetus, and other types Lycopodium serratum Thunb., Puerariae Lobatae Radix, Caryophylli Flos. Their efficacy mechanisms are mostly involved in: ①increasing the active material(for example ATP enzyme) to restrain from oxidative stress (OS). ②promoting the activity of the cerebral cholinergic system, such as protein, gene and so on.③inhibiting the renin-angiotensin system, calcium influx and the metabolism of free radicals to prevent neurons from cerebral damage. It was concluded that most studies on the treatment of VD were related to herbs with tonic effects or with blood circulation-activating and stasis-dissolving effects, and these herbs and their active ingredients showed wider effect-profiles on VD through regulating diverse pathological or physiological pathways of VD. These findings may provide useful information for future research and development of new drugs and clinical application in the treatment for VD.

摘要:Reviewed the domestic and foreign literature in recent years,this article analyzed research and application of complex network in traditional Chinese medicine. It is a pioneering attempt and exploration that makes use of complex network to research the knowledge and the law of traditional Chinese medicine who takes life system as object, and it has walked into the initial stage. Complex network can predict the analysis idea and plays an important role in innovating Chinese medicine theories and guiding the use of clinical medicine and new medicine invention through the research of Chinese medicine basic law, the construction of multiple target effect network of biological-traditional Chinese medicine-prescriptions-disease, acupuncture and acupoint application, concrete clinical treatment and so on.

摘要:Retrieved and inspected the 37 published articles of recent years on ‘Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments’ of Chinese herbs and CYP450 and analyzed the current situation on the impact of ‘Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments’ of Chinese herbs based on the CYP450. The methods in vivo and in vitro for studying the impact of ‘Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments’ on the CYP450 were put forward and the limitations of present research in methods. The in vitro study can not completely reflect in vivo and clinical research and concentration determination of mRNA of CYP450 can not overall reflect its activity were proposed. Some prospects in the study were given in order to discuss the scientific nature of ‘Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments’based on the CYP450. Both in vivo and in vitro experiments should be conducted and the effect of toxic ingredients metabolism on the production and enhancement of toxicity should be considered. These data may supply some references for research of the mechanisms of ‘Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments’.

摘要:To evaluate the safety and effects of Xinbao pill in treatment of sick sinus syndrome. Through searching the Cochrane Database of Controlled Trials, MEDLINE, EMbase, China Biological Medicine Database, Science Citation Index database, the United States, China, the total library network publishing academic journals, digital Academic Journal, Chinese Journal of database technology, the internet search in the research test, additional search-related conference proceedings and pharmaceutical information, two researchers independently read data included in the study the in way of cross-checking. Outcome measure indexes included: rate of pacemaker installed, the total cardiac Holter, the average heart rate, efficiency and adverse reactions.Ther qualitative analysis for data was performed by Cochrane Collaboration software Rev Man 5.0. Two hundred and twenty-two patients were included in four randomized controlled trial(RCT). Three RCT studies showed that effect of Xinbao pill was more obvious than the control group, 1 RCT showed no significant difference. 1 RCT showed the average heart rate, heart holter in Xinbao pill group was significantly increased. Xinbao pill may increase heart rate in sick sinus syndrome and improve symptoms. However, more rigorous design and large samples can be needed for further confirmation.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the regularity of chinese medicines in treatment of endometriosis based on syndrome differentiation in order to improve clinical efficiency of chinese medicines. Method: Eighty-six literatures were chose, and Chinese herbs were classified by SPSS. Result: The most frequently used Chinese herbs were Angelica sinensis, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Atractylodes macrocephala, Bupleurum Chinese, Cyperus rotundus. According to frequency of classified Chinese medicines, herbs with functions of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, invigorating for deficiency andclearing heat-toxin. Conclusion: Endometriosis has have close relationship with disorder of liver, kidney and spleen, and its pathogenesis is blood stasis. Therefore, it is suggeated that chinese herbs with functions of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, invigorating for deficiency should be uaed in order to achieve better clinical effect.
