      摘要:Objective: To analyze composition principles of the prescriptions for the treatment of atrophic lung disease. Method: prescriptions for atrophic lung disease are collected, sorted and entered into the TCM inheritance system (V1.1) to analyze the composition principles by the methods of entropy and apriori. Result: Based on the analysis of 181 cases of prescriptions, twenty-three medications with more than 10 frequencies are mined from the database. Composition principles are obtained with apriori method: forty-two frequently used herbal pair (support≤13); thirty-five core combinations with 3 medications (support ≤8); 8 core combinations with 4 medications (support ≤6); also the association principles for those medications in the prescriptions are analyzed (support≤10, confidence≤0.6). Principles are obtained with entropy: thirty-two core combinations with implicit rules of 3 medications; nine new core combinations 9 new prescriptions are found by hierarchical clustering method. Conclusion: TCM inheritance system(V1.1) is a useful tool to analyze the composition principles of prescriptions.

      摘要:Objective:To assess the efficacy of modified Dachengqi decoction in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Method:We searched Chinese database on line by computer and chose articles according to the inclusive and exclusive standards. Then we evaluated the quality of the included articles strictly and obtain information. A Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 4.2.2 software to contrast the disappearing time of abdominal pain, recovering time of serum amylase,clinical efficacy and the hospital period. Result:Twelve clinical articles including 621 cases were analyzed.Compared with conventional treatment group,we detected significant differences between two group in disappearing time of abdominal pain [SMD=-1.75,95%CI(-2.10,-1.41),P<0.000 01], recovering time of serum amylase [SMD=-2.00,95%CI(-2.73,-1.27),P<0.000 01],clinical efficacy[OR=3.78,95%CI(2.27,6.28),P<0.000 01], hospitalperiod[SMD =-1.51,95%CI(-1.99,-1.03),P<0.000 01]. Conclusion:Modified Dachengqi decoction can significantly shorten the time of abdominal pain and the course of severe acute pancreatitis, and enhance clinical efficacy.

      摘要:Objective: Using Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance system to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for edema collected in 〈The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary〉. Method: Collect the prescriptions used for edema in 〈The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary〉, then enter them into the TCM inheritance system, by using revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster to analyze composing principles. Result: Based on the analysis of 742 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed, 64 core combinations and 32 new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion: TCM inheritance system can be used to enter, administrate, search and analyze the prescriptions and is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a new method to evaluate and optimize extraction technology conditions of traditional Chinese medicine-similarity bid method. Method: With ethanol extract and the content of osthol as indexes,effect of the concentration of ethanol,the amount of ethanol,dipping time and percolation speed on ethanol extraction technology of compound Shechuangzi tincture by L9 (34) orthogonal test,orthogonal variance analysis and similarity bid method were used to comprehensive evaluate and optimize extraction technology of compound Shechuangzi tincture. Result: For ethanol extraction technology for compound Shechuangzi tincture, results of orthogonal test showed that optimum process in laboratory was as follows: dipped 24 h with 13 times the amount of 70% ethanol at percolation speed of 3 mL·min-1·kg-1.while results of similarity bid method showed the best industrialization process was:dipped 72 h with 11 times the amount of 70% ethanol at percolation speed of 1 mL·min-1·kg-1. Conclusion: Similarity bid method was a new and effective way in selecting and optimizing optimum industrialized extraction technology for traditional Chinese medicine with higher extraction yield and lower cost, optimized technology was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of K-CoxB-JN. Method: The contents of saponins, flavonoids and lignins in ethanol extract, were determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry.Extraction technology of K-CoxB-JN was optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Optimum ethanol extraction conditions were:heating refluxed 2 times with 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol,1.5 h per time. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology was simple, stable and safe.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the content of total phenolic acid in Cibotium barometz and its processed products from different areas. Method: The content of total phenolic acid from C. barometz was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Result: The content of total phenolic acid in C. barometz from different areas varied from 3.72%-6.16%,and it was 3.09%-5.09% in its processed products. Conclusion: There was certain diference of the content of total phenolic acid in C. barometz from different areas,and the contents of total phenolic acid was reduced after processed.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare berberine hydrochloride self-microemulsion,and investigate its quality and in vitro dissolution. Method: Prescription was optimized by orthogonal design and pseudo-ternary phase diagram with degree of emulsification,emulsion speed,oil layer and mixed-layered as indexes,prescription composition and dosage of oil phase,emulsifier and co-emulsifier from self-microemulsion system were studied,to select optimum composition and proportion of BR-SMEDDS.UV spectrophotometry was used to assess quality of BR-SMEDDS and investigate its dissolution. Result: Optimum formulations of BR-SMEDDS were composed of BR-ethyl oleate-cremophor RH40-PEG 400 0.015∶0.120∶0.160∶0.120.Particle size of droplet was 80.59 nm.In inspection of quality,The concentration of berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in 4.488-22.44 mg·L-1with absorbance(r=0.999 9),average recovery was 100.9%,RSD 1.65%.The average content of samples was 97.4%,RSD 0.84%.Dissolution of BR-SMEDDS in artificial gastric juice was 80% in 20 min,it was higher than commercial tablets. Conclusion: BR-SMEDDS could improve dissolution of BR,and the preparation technology was simple,it would have a good applicable prospect.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Sanhuang pill. Method: Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize extraction technology of Sanhuang pill with the content of berberine hydrochloride as index, the content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum extraction process of Sanhuang pill was:extracted 2 times with 6 times the amount of water,1.5 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized technology of Sanhuang pill was simple, stable and effective.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of earthworm protein by wet ultrafine grinding technology. Method: On the basis of single-factor test,extraction technology of wet ultrafine grinding method on earthworm protein was optimized with soaking time, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and grinding time as influencing factors,yield of protein as response value.According to central composite test design principles,4 factors and 3 levels of response surface analysis method was used. Result: Optimum extraction process of earthworm protein by wet ultrafine grinding technology was as follows:soaked 4.7 h,solid-liquid rate 1∶11,extraction temperature 17 ℃,grinding time 10 min. Under these conditions,yield of protein could be up to 3.46%. Conclusion: Wet ultrafine grinding technology was suitable for extraction of earthworm protein.This optimize extraction technology was stable, feasible and suitable for large-scale promotion.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize enrichment and purification technology of total flavonoids from Leontopodium leontopodioid by macroporous resin. Method: Optimum macroporous resin and its purification technology was optimized by static adsorption/desorption and dynamic adsorption/desorption.The content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry method. Result: HPD100 macroporous resin showed good concentration and purification capabilities to total flavonoids from L. leontopodioid. Optimum technology conditions were as follows: 2 BV sample liquid (the concentration of raw drug was 0.1 g·mL-1) of L. leontopodioid was passed through HPD-100 resin in 2 h with adsorption rate of 1 BV·h-1,eluted by 5 BV water, 4 BV 30% ethanol, 3 BV 50% ethanol,respectively, elution flow rate was 4 BV·h-1.Eluate was collected to concentrating under vacuum.Under this optimized technology,the elution rate of total flavonoids was more than 90%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable,feasible,it was suitable for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total polysaccharides form Asarum insigne. Method: With ratio of solid-liquid, extraction temperature, extraction time and the concentration of ethanol precipitation as factors,orthogonal test was used for optimization of extraction process with yield of total polysaccharides from A. insigne as index. Result: Optimum extraction technology parameters of total polysaccharides form A. insigne were: solid-liquid ratio 6∶1, extracted 2 times at 80 ℃, per time 90 min, the concentration of ethanol precipitation 90%.Under these conditions,the average yield of total polysaccharides was 1.82%,RSD 1.93%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple, rapid,had good repeatability and stability.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology condition of Psoralea corylifolia by supercritical CO2fluid extraction. Method: Single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize extraction technology of P. corylifolia with extraction ratio of psoralent and isopsoralent as indexes,extraction temperature,extraction pressure and extraction time were taken as factors. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:1.5 times the amount of 95% ethanol as entrainer,extraction temperature was 65 ℃,extraction pressure was 20 MPa,extraction time was 2 h. Conclusion: This optimized technology of supercritical CO2 extraction was reasonable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To select separation and purification technology for total flavonoids from Glycyrrhiza uralensis that have inhibitory action on tyrosinase. Method: With the content of total flavonoids and tyrosinase inhibitory rate as indexes,separation and purification technology of total flavonoids from G. uralensis was optimized, and effect of different separation conditions on tyrosinase inhibitory rate were investigated in the same time. Result: Optimal separation and purification process for total flavonoids was:polyamide was 30~60 mech, pH of sample solution was 6,solid-liquid ratio 32.48∶1(extract of total flavonoids from G. uralensis-polyamide), the concentration of sample solution was 3.215 g·L-1,desorption solvent was 70% ethanol,desorption velocity was 3 mL·min-1·g-1,and elution volume was 1 BV. Conclusion: This optimized technology had advantages of low cost,high yield,safe,easy to operate.It was suitable for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To study on in vitro percutaneous absorption capacity of lappaconitine micromulsion. Method: Using improved Franz diffusion cell and excised mice skin as transdermal barrier,the content of lappaconitine was determined by HPLC.Optimum prescription of lappaconitine micromulsion was screened by calculating transdermal rate. Result: Lappaconitine microemulsion was clear and transparent,particle size,drug loading,permeation coefficient of lappaconitine micromulsion were 16.6 nm,5.21 g·L-1,12.74 cm·h-1,respectively. Distribution of particle size was narrow. Conclusion: Lappaconitine micromulsion had a good transdermal absorption capacity,it achieved desired requirement.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize clarification technology of Xiao'er Qingre Zhike oral solution. Method: To compare effect of three clarification technology(high-speed centrifugation method,ethanol precipitation method and ZTC1+1Ⅲadsorption clarify agent method) on yield of extract and relative content of ephedrine and baicalin which were active components in Xiao'er Qingre Zhike oral solution. Result: The best clarification technology was ethanol precipitation method,its technology conditions were:the concentration ratio of sample liquid 1∶1 with adding 95% ethanol to adjust ethanol concentration to 60%, refrigerated 6 h. Conclusion: Optimized clarification technology for Xiao'er Qingre Zhike oral solution was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of volatile oil from Shentong Zhuyu decoction. Method: With microwave power, liquid-material ratio and extraction time as independent variables,yield of volatile oil as dependent variable,multiple linear regression and binomial of each level of independent variables were fitted. Optimum technology was selected by central composite design and response surface methodology, and prediction was carried out through comparing the observed and predicted values. Result: Optimum extraction technology parameters were as follows: microwave power 266.77 W, liquid-material ratio of 7.29∶1,extraction time 4.215 h. Under this conditions,maximum estimated value of volatile yield was 1.06% which was agreed with model predicted value. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology was simple,reliable and high predictive.

      摘要:Objective: To study on prescription screening and preparation technology of genistein water-solubility suppository. Method: Optimum prescription of this water-solubility suppository with polyethylene glycol as main part was screened by orthogonal design test. Influence of different proportions of matrix on appearance and dissolution variable time limit of this suppository was investigated. Influence of molding temperature and cooling time on appearance and dissolution variable time limit of this suppository was investigated. Result: Range of influencing factors for genistein water-solubility suppository was S-40>glycerine>PEG 4000.The best prescription of genistein water-solubility suppository was PEG 4000-S-40-glycerol 6∶3∶4.Optimal molding temperature was 70 ℃,cooling time was 0.5 h. Conclusion: This optimized prescription was rational.Preparation technique was easy and practicable.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology parameters of total saponins from Panax quinquefolium by macroporous resin. Method: With the content of total saponins as index,purification technology was optimized by investigating the concentration of sample liquid,elution solvent and the amount of it,impurity solvent and the amount of it,et al. Result: Optimum purification technology was:0.8 BV sample liquid(0.5 g·mL-1) passed HPD-300 resin,eluted by 4 BV water and 3 BV 10% ethanol,eluted by 5 BV 70% ethanol,collected eluate,purity of total saponins was up to 50.83%(sum of ginseng saponin Rg1,ginseng saponin Rb1 and ginseng saponin Re). Conclusion: This method had a better separation and purification capacity for total saponins for Panax quinquefolium.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Baoxin dripping pill. Method: Ethanol extraction technology of Crataegus pinnatifida and Salvia miltiorrhiza was optimized by orthogonal test with salvianolic acid B as detection index.With the content of ferulic acid and stilbene glucoside as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize percolation process of Panax notoginseng and other herbs from Baoxin dripping pill. Result: Optimum extraction process conditions were determined as follows:C. pinnatifida and S. miltiorrhiza was extracted 3 times with 6 times the amount of 70% ethanol,1 h each time.P. notoginseng and other herbs were extracted by percolation technology, these herbs were soaked 18 h with 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol,dripping rate 10 mL·min-1. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology of Baoxin dripping pill was stable and feasible,it could be extended to industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a rapid, accurate and standardized method for identifying Gentianaceae mongolian medicine Digeda with DNA barcoding method, and to provide the basis of molecular authentication of mongolian medicine Digeda. Method: The mongolian medicine Digeda was amplified by PCR with universal primer and sequenced directly, the sequence was aligned and analyzed. Result: The complete rbcL, ITS, trnH-psbA and matK sequence of four Digeda species have been obtained, and the length of four sequences region varied from 388 to 940 bp. They were distinguished by rbcL, ITS or matK sequence. Conclusion: The trnH-psbA sequence was not suitable to identify the four species of Digeda. The ITS region could be a pretty good marker to distinguish mongolian medicine Digeda. DNA barcoding identification method is accurate and reliable and can be applied to identify the four kinds of Gentianaceae Digeda-species mongolian medicine materials.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method of fingerprint analysis on breviscapine in dispersive tablets and breviscapine material. Method: HPLC with Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used, acetonitrile-0.1 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution(add phosphoric acid adjust pH to 3.0), gradient elution as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 335 nm, flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1, and column temperature was 35 ℃. Result: The samples quality was assessed by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM(2.0 edition). The similarity was more than 0.99.Good precision, stability and repetition were showed. Conclusion: The method can be used in the quality control of breviscapine in dispersive tablets and breviscapine material.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of the content of quercetin and Kaempferol from different medicinal parts of Lespedeza cuneata. Method: Samples were analyzed on Daisogel Sp-ODS-BP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.20% phosphoric acid solution (63∶37). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min- 1, column tomparature was at 25 ℃. The UV wavelength was set at 360 nm. Result: The linear range of quercetin was 6.25-100 mg·L-1. The average recovery was 100.75% and RSD was 1.92%). The linear range of kaempferol was 0.638-20.4 mg·L-1.The average recovery was 99.76% and RSD was 1.99%. The concent of quercetin in root, branch and leaf was 9.00, 41.79, 221.86 μg·g-1. The concent of kaempferol was 3.09,7.52,40.72 μg·g-1. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be used as a content determination method for the medicinal parts of L. cuneata. It can provide evidence for the rational development and utilization of L. cuneata.

      摘要:Objective: Study on the content of active compounds in water extracts of Ephedra-Cinnamomi by compatibility of different ratio and to explain the mechanism of this compatibility. Method: The content of norpseudoephedrine (NMP), norephedrine (NME), ephedrine (E), pseudoephedrine (PE) and methylephedrine (ME), which are the major active compounds of Herba Ephedra, were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The content of coumarin, cinnamic alcohol and cinnamaldehyde, which are the major active compounds of Cortex Cinnamomi in the extracts were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Result: The content of NMP, NME, E, PE, ME, coumarin, cinnamic alcohol and cinnamaldehyde in water extracts of pairmedicine Ephedra-Cinnamomi was lower than that of single decoction. Conclusion: Combined Ephedra with Cinnamomi, the dissolution of chemical compounds was inhibited with each other in water extracts.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the flowers of Camellia sasanqua. Method: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and was identified by GC-MS. The composition of the volatile oil was determined according to peak area normalization method. Result: Ninteen components were separated and all compounds were identified from the flowers of C. sasanqua. Conclusion: Chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the flowers of C. sasanqua include organic acids, alkane, terpenoids and its derivatives. The main constituents were hexadecanoic acid (25.154%), heptacosane (22.310%), pentacosane (19.612%), nonacosane (9.673%) and eugenol (4.049%).

      摘要:Objective: The antioxidant activity of synthesized 3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde was studied. Method: Radical scavenging effects were determined, with 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical respectively. Result: It was found that 3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde had obvious scavenging effect on DPPH radical activity with IC50as 4.49 mg·L-1. It was better than positive controls, Vit C and t-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ). The scavenging ability on O-2 radical is stronger than TBHQ, with IC50=0.93 g·L-1, while on hydroxyl free radical, weaker than Vc and TBHQ with IC50=122.42 mg·L-1. Conclusion: The antioxidant activity of 3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde was obvious and could be developed to a medicine or antioxidant ingredient in food.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content of the hesperidin in six different kinds of pericarpium citri reticulatae and gained a method to estimate and control the quality of medical material and effectively. Method: The HPLC was adopted to do this examination, the separat on was performed on a Baseline C18 column (4.60 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), methanol-water (1% acetic acid solution)(50∶50) was used as the mobile phase with isocratic elution, the detective wavelength was at 283 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the column temperature was room temperature and the injecti on volume was 20 μL. Result: The hesperidin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.002-0.040 g·L-1(r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 102.3% (n=9), RSD 1.6%. The contents of hesperidin in peels of citrus was varied from different species. Conclusion: The method is simple and available, which can be used to determine and estimate hesperidin in different kinds of pericarpium citri reticulatae.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in hemp pectin. Method: The constituents were extracted by 70%-80% ethanol and purified by the macroreticular resin, Silica gel column chromatography, TLC. Spectroscopic methods were used to identify their structures. Result: Seven compounds were obtained and identified as nemerosin (1),vanillin(2),scoparone (3),rutin (4),umbelliferone (5),β-daucosterol (6),β-sitosterol (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1-5 were isolated from the part of the plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: to determine the content of diversified ingredients in Coreop sistinctoria. Method: Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry to examine the flavonoids; the total saponins adopt the weight method; arsenic determination use silver diethyl dithio carbamate spectrophotometry; the determination of hydrargyric use cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry; the determination of lead use graphite furnace atomic spectrophotometry;the determination of trace elements using nitric acid liquid as solvent,than manager it using microwave ultrasound method,and under the atomic absorption spectrophotometry examine it; amino acids by colorimetric method, comparing all kinds of component content of various kinds of Coreop sistinctoria useing Amino acids colorimetric method. Result: The protein content of Coreop sistinctoria is 13.32%, the total sugar is 26.81%, the flavonoids is 11.6% and the total saponins is 111.44 mg·g-1, the total amino acids is 9.83%. Conclusion: After detection, the protein, carbohydrate and the flavonoids content of Coreop sistinctoria is higher than other chrysanthemum, it provides a foundation for us in future use and developmentit.

      摘要:Objective: To study the influence of temperature on the stability of the triterpenes in Ganoderma lucidum. Method: Investigating the differences in the HPLC fingerprints of the ethanol extract of G. lucidum treated at different temperatures, and SPC-A-1 cells were used to evaluate the inhibitory effects in vitro of these different extracts on tumor cell growth by MTT assays. Result: Triterpenes contents of G. lucidum could be significantly affected by temperature. In the 20 selected chromatographic peaks, the area changes of peak 4, 14, 15, 16 were most obvious. Compared with unheated ethanol extract, the descending range of the four peak areas in the ethanol extract treated at 100 ℃ were 42.601%, 35.909%, 49.359%, 64.061%, respectively. Results in vitro showed that the ethanol extract treated at different temperatures had different anti-tumor activities. The IC50of unheated ethanol extract was 1.44 mg crude drug·mL-1, however, after the ethanol extract treated at 100 ℃, the IC50 increased to 2.77 mg crude drug·mL-1. Conclusion: Results indicated that temperature could significantly affect the contents of the triterpenes in G. lucidum. High temperature could easily lead to the loss of its active components, thus decreasing its anti-tumor activity.

      摘要:Objective: Studies on growth habit of Pueraria lobata and dynamic changes of the active substance content of puerariae Lobatae Radix. Method: The method of determining the content of alcohol-soluble chemical composition was in line with Pharmacopeia; puerarin,aidzin,daidzein were determinated by HPLC. The contents of flavonoids were assayed by ultraviolet spectroscopy. The contents of polysaccharide were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Result: This paper elementarily reveals growth habit of Pueraria lobata. The content of active substance appeared regular changes and was highest in August and September of perennial Puerariae Lobatae Radix. Conclusion: This result fruther provides scientific basis for resoures protection,rational development and comprehensive of P. lobata.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Rubiae Radix Et Rhizoma. Method: The analysis was carried out with Hanbon Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 nm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile (A), 0.1‰-trifluoroacetic acid (B), elution for 0-30 min. A was 10%-25% for 30-35 min. A was 25%-50% for 35-55 min. A was 50%-65% for 55-70 min. A was 65%-95% for 70-75 min. A was 90%-10%. Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Wavelength was 240 nm and temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. The injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The 15 common peaks had been marked and the similarity of 10 batches of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma was 0.824-0.989 which was analyzed with the Estimating System of Simlarity of 2004A Version (the Country's Pharmacopeia Committee) on the Chinese Medicine Fingerprint Chromatography.The fingerprint chromatography of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma was estabilished. Conclusion: The method can be used in quality control of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma with accuracy and better repeatability.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method to determine aflatoxins B1,B2,G1,G2 in Chinese Materia Medica and pharmaceutical intermediates microbiological contaminated by immunoaffinity column clean-up combined with post-column derivatization and HPLC-FD detection. Method: Using immunoaffinity column clean-up combined with post-column derivatization, the analytical method to detect aflatoxins B1,B2,G1,G2 was established firstly, and then 14 kind of Chinese Materia Medica and pharmaceutical intermediates microbiological contaminated was detected respectively. Result: The method with the great linear concentration range of 0.15-6.0 ng·mL-1 for aflatoxins G2, B2, and 0.5-20.0 μg·L-1for G1, B1 respectively, was stable and accurate. As a result, aflatoxins B1was detected in Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Platycladi Semen in the 14 kind of Chinese Materia Medica, while there were none of aflatoxins in the pharmaceutical intermediates made by Chuanxiong Rhizoma. Conclusion: The method established in this study was specific and accurate for the detection of aflatoxins in Chinese Materia Medica and pharmaceutical intermediates.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method for determinnation of ephedrine hydrochloride、pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and methylephedrine hydrochloride in Qianbai Biyan Pian by capillary elctrophoresis. Method: The separation was performed on a fused silica capillary of 67 cm×75 μm (60 cm of effective elength). 130 mmol·L-1Tris-HCl-60% CH3OH(pH 9.27) was selected as the running buffer. The separation voltage was 20 kV. The samples was injected by gravity(10 s,15 cm). The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Result: The linear range of determination for ephedrine hydrochloride、pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and methylephedrine hydrochloride were 42.9-92.4,2.4-57.6, 1.65-26.4 mg·L-1. The average recoveries were 99.7%,98.4%, 95.6%, precisions of the method were 2.70%,2.76% and 2.52%(RSD,n=6). Conclusion: The method is convenient, rapid, accurate for the quality control of Qianbai Biyan Pian.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the PE extract and the EtOAc extract of Saxifraga stolonifera. Method: Saxifraga stolonifera was extracted with 80% ethanol and isolated by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol. Chromatographic techniques were applied to separate and purify the compounds from the PE extract and the EtOAc extract, and their structures were confirmed on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Result: Ten compounds from the PE extract and the EtOAc extract were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (1), 1-hentriacontanol (2), glyceryl monostearate (3), daucosterol (4), 5α,8α-epid-ioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (5), tetracosane acid (6), p-coumaric acid (7), gallic acid (8), quercetin (9), bergenin (10). Conclusion: Compounds 2~7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method for quality control of Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pills. Method: Rhizoma Corydalis and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC. The content of thetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pills was determined by HPLC. Result: Rhizoma Corydalis and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae could be detected by TLC. Thetrahydropalmatine was linear in the range of 0.110-0.825 μg, and the average recovery was 97.69%,RSD was 1.81%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, which can be used for quality control of Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pills.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of desmethoxymatteucinol in Rhizoma Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis from different areas of China. Method: The analysis was performed on a column of YWG-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,10 μm), using methanol and water (78∶22) as mobile phase and the flow rate was at 1.0 mL·min-1 and detected at 298 nm under 25 ℃. Result: The linearity of calibration curve was in the range of 0.188 0-1.316 μg(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 99.38%,RSD 2.40%. The highest content of desmethoxymatteucinol in Rhizoma Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis from Shijiazhuang is 0.35%. The lowest content of desmethoxymatteucinol in Rhizoma Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis from Xicheng district of Beijing is 0.17%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, repatable and can be applied to determine the content of desmethoxymatteucinol in crude drug Rhizoma Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis.

      摘要:Objective: To determinate the content of germacron of 40 batches Curcumae Radix with germacron as control. Method: The amounts of germacron were determinated by RP-HPLC method with Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) column as analytical column, 210 nm as detective wavelength, acetonitrile-water (60∶40) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The standard curve of germacron was linear in the range of 0.045 8-0.687 μg (r=0.999 9), and the average recovery (n=6) was 99.2%, the range of germacron was 0.001 26%-0.224%. Conclusion: We provide the content of germacron of 40 batches of four species of Curcumae Radix is determined to provide data support for establishing scientific quality control standards.

      摘要:Objective: To decide the best compatibility proportion of Cimicifugae Rhizoma and Coptidis Rhizoma. Method: Six different compatibility proportions of Cimicifugae Rhizoma and Coptidis Rhizoma were chosen, the quantity of caffeicacid, ferulic acid, isoferulic acid, jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine were determined by using HPLC, and compare the curative effect was compared on the canker sore of rats which is caused by sodium hydroxide. Result: The grade of quantity of 2∶1 is the highest, and the curative effect is also better than the others. Conclusion: The best compatibility proportion of Cimicifugae Rhizoma and Coptidis Rhizoma is 2∶1.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelicae Dahurica by UPLC. Method: The content of Imperatorin and isoimperatorin was determined with UPLC in this preparation. The Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.9 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (55∶45)solution. The flow rate was 0.2 mL·min-1 and column temperature was at 30 ℃. The detecting wave length was at 300 nm Result: The two components had a good linearity relationship between 7.8-70.2 ng;5.04-45.36 ng.The average recoveries(n=6) were 98.82%(RSD 1.25), 100.14%(RSD 1.16). Conclusion: The methods is simple,accurate,rapid and reproducible, it can be used as an effectively method for the determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelicae Dahurica.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a determination method for paeoniflorin and Ferulic acid in Fukang tablets. Method: The determination was performed on a Phenomsil C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(17∶83)as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Result: Paeoniflorin presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 9.3-74.4 mg·L-1. The average rate of recovery was 98.47% with RSD 1.34%. Ferulic acid presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 5.2-41.6 mg·L-1. The average rate of recovery was 97.96% with RSD 1.44%. Conclusion: This method was simple,accurate and reproducible, it can be used as the basis for quality control of Fukang tablets.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a new high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) method for determination of paeoniflorin and geniposide in Jiawei Xiaoyao pills. Method: Paeoniflorin and geniposide in Jiawei Xiaoyao pill were determined by using HPCE. The background electrolyte system selected was 25 mmol·L-1 sodium borate buffer(pH was adjusted to 10.5 by caustic soda). Capillary electrophoresis was performed using 60 cm×50 μm fused silica capillary column,applied voltage was 25 kV; temperature was 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Result: The linear range of paeoniflorin and geniposide was 0.008 1-0.162 6 g·L-1 and 0.023 8-0.475 6 g·L-1(r=0.999 8 and 0.999 7),and the average recovery was 99.67%(RSD 1.27%)and 99.36%(RSD 1.53%). Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and reproducible,and could be used for the quality control of Jiawei Xiaoyao pills.

      摘要:Objective: Study on toxicity attenuation and efficacy reservation of Manchurian Dutchmanspipe Stem following five different processing methods, and to collect best processing methods. Method: Five methods of processing herbs with vinegar, honey, ginger, alkali and salt were compared focusing on the optimal toxicity attenuation effect with content of aristolochic acid, hederagenin and oleanolic acid (OA) from Manchurian Dutchmanspipe Stem as evaluated index detected by RP-HPLC. Result: Content of aristolochic acid in raw herbs and the herbs processed with vinegar, honey, ginger, alkali and salt was as follows: 0.27%, 0.12%, 0.15%, 0.20%, 0.14%, 0.18%; content of oleanolic acid (OA) in raw herbs and the herbs processed with vinegar, honey, ginger, alkali and salt was: 0.21%, 0.15%, 0.20%, 0.13%, 0.01%, 0.01%; content of hederagenin in raw herbs and the herbs processed with vinegar, honey, ginger, alkali and salt was: 0.11%, 0.08%, 0.09%, 0.07%, 0.01%, 0.01% respectively. Conclusion: The honey processing was regarded as the optimal processing method for Manchurian Dutchmanspipe Stem.

      摘要:Objective: To campare and evaluate the quality of Polygonum capitatum from different habitats. Method: Quercetin, quercitrin, gallic acid, general flavone and extractives of 41 wild and cultivated P. capitatum were determined by HPLC,US and water soluble extractive method.Through the content of five indicated ingredients as the index,the quality of 41 wild and cultivated P. capitatum was assessed by principal componentanalysis and cluster analysis method. Result: The differeces of quercetin, quercitrin, gallic acid, general flavone and extractives among P. capitatum from different habitats are significant. In addition to sample 2 from town of Liangyan Bijie County, the remaining samples are up to the medical requirements.The quality of P. capitatum in east of guizhou is the best. Conclusion: The chemical composition above in P. capitatum is more influenced by the place of origin and the type of soil comparatively than by the elevation.The wild P. capitatum in the west guizhou is widespread,but the content of the indicated ingredient-quercetin-is lower than the east one and other provinces, so reaches the same conclusion to the comprehensive quality. The content and the comprehensive quality of quercetin of P. capitatum in the east guizhou is better.,which proves the rationality of GAP base of P. capitatum in the southeast guizhou.This study build up the reference to the quality,excellent provenance selection and GAP production of P. capitatum.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a method for content determination of total polysaccharide in garlic polysaccharide. Method: Glucose was used as a reference substance, and phenol-sulfuric acid was applied as coloring reagent to determine the content of total polysaccharide. Result: The calibration curve of glucose showed good linearity in the range of 0.011 6-0.057 8 g·L-1 (r=0.999 5). The average recovery rate was 101.4%, and RSD was 2.1%. Conclusion: The determination method is simple, sensitive and accurate, which can be used for evaluating the quality of total polysaccharide in the garlic polysaccharide.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the total polyphenol content in the fibrous roots and tubers of Rhizoma Bletillae Striatae. Method: The content of total polyphenol in the fibrous roots and tubers of Rhizoma Bletillae Striatae was detected by folin colorimetry method using gallic acid as index,then using TLC method to qualitative compare fibrous roots with tubers of Rhizoma Bletillae Striatae. Result: There was a good linearity in the range of 5-25 μg for the gallic acid, the standard curve equation was Y=0.033 2X+0.000 1. The total polyphenol content in the fibrous roots was 0.895% while tubers was 0.394%. Conclusion: the total Polyphenol content in the fibrous roots of Rhizoma Bletillae Striatae is higher then tuber.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the preparation progresses of muti-herbs remedy, based on pharmacokinetic theory, taken Huanglian Jiedu decoction (HLJDT) example. Method: The plasma samples were collected at different time points, after oral administration of products of HLJDT by four different preparation methods, RP-HPLC was used to determine plasma levels of geniposide which was an index component and higher levels of HLJDT, then concentration-time curve was drawn. And DAS 2.0 software was used to simulate the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters. Result: Specificity and accuracy of the method were in line with the requirements of biological sample analysis. The analytical results showed that plasma concentration was a larger difference between the oral products made from the same formula HLJDT, but prepared in a different way. The AUC of sediment group of aqueous extract of the multi-herbs remedy (Ⅲ) was minimum and elimination of that was fastest; there was a significant difference comparing the AUC(0~∞)between aqueous extract of the multi-herbs remedy without sediment (Ⅱ) and aqueous extract of the multi-herbs remedy (Ⅰ) and the whole side of water extraction and alcohol precipitation refined extract group (Ⅳ) (P<0.05); the concentration-time curve of geniposide in sample Ⅳ showed flat trend; the Cmax of geniposide in aqueous extract of the multi-herbs remedy was the largest, but elimination of it was more faster than that of sample Ⅳ. Conclusion: comparing the pharmacokinetics of the four products prepared by different ways, prompted that the preparation processes of multi-herbs remedy on pharmacokinetics studies could be based on the demands of clinical drug formulations and that of dosing interval, which preliminarily provided a new idea to evaluate preparation processes of multi-herbs remedy.

      摘要:Objective: The LC-MS method was used to determine the content of major coptis alkaloids in rabbits plasma simultaneously and to investigate pharmacokinetics of berberine, palmatin and jatrorrhizine. Method: Blood samples were collected at different time after oral administration of different ratio of Coptdis Rhizoma and Euodiae Fructus. The plasma concentration of berberine, palmatin and jatrorrhizine was determined by LC-MS. Result: The pharmacokinetics parameters were calculated by two-compartment model, AUC0-t,t1/2α, t1/2β,Cmax of berberine were: 3 762,4 456,4 823 μg·L-1·min-1;51.33,38.93,39.02 min;6.69×106,0.45×106,4.77×106 min;6.47,6.65,7.64 μg·L-1;Tmax was all at 90 min.The pharmacokinetics parameters AUC0-t,t1/2α,t1/2β,Cmax of palmatin were:2 291,2 635,3 069 μg·L-1·min-1;43.16,46.95,50.57 min;3 440,3 598,2 788 min;3.41,4.83,5.32 μg·L-1;Tmax was all at 90 min.The pharmacokinetics parameters AUC0-t,t1/2α, t1/2β,Cmax of jatrorrhizine were: 521,429,806 μg·L-1·min-1;59.53,254.06,43.42 min;9 700,259,1 348 min;0.78,1.16,1.51 μg·L-1; Tmax was all at 90 min. Conclusion: The relationship between ratio of Coptis and AUC showed a good linearity.

      摘要:Objective: To set up an HPLC method for determination of morroniside and loganin in rat plasma, and study the pharmacokinetics of dispersible tablets of total glucosides from Cornus officinalis in rat plasma and tissues. Method: The procedure of HPLC was performed on a column of Diamonsil C18, taking methanol-water as mobile phase in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 and detection wavelength was 237 nm. The samples of plasma and tissues were prepared based on a simple protein precipitation with methanol. Result: The linear ranges of morroniside and loganin were, respectively, from 0.612 to 30.6 mg·L-1, and from 0.921 to 46.0 mg·L-1. The RSD values of intra-day and inter-day were less than 15%. The recovery was between 90.2% to 111.6%. After dispersible tablets of total glucosides from C. officinalis was administered orally, morroniside and loganin were found in plasma, stomach and small intestine samples. Conclusion: The method is simple and quick with a good repeatability, which can be used in the determination of plasma concentration of morroniside and loganin and pharmacokinetic study.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Shenzhu capsules on AP-1 and IL-2 of ERK signal pathway in the gastric cancer mice with spleen-deficiency and explore the molecular mechanism of Shenzhu Caspules in inhibiting the generation of gastric cancer mice with spleen-deficiency. Method: Seventeen mice were randomly selected as normal group. The other mice were administrated by 15 mL·kg-1·d-1Shanxi white venigar on the first day and 10 mL·kg-1·d-1from the second day for continuous 9 days and by 2.8 mg·kg-1·d-1 diethylnitrosamine(DENA) for 110 days to establish gastric cancer mice model with spleen-deficiency.The model mice were divided into model group, Weifuchun group, and 3 doses of Shenzhu capsules groups(440, 220 and 110 mg·kg-1·d-1). The mice of treatmental groups were administracted on the 111th day and for continuous 30 days. The general state of animals were observed,the HE staining was used to study whether Shenzhu capsules inhibited the occurance of gastric cancer with spleen-deficiency and the immunohistochemistry method was used to study the influence of Shenzhu capsules on the ERK1/2,AP-1 and IL-2 expression when the experiment was over. Result: The general state and pathological manifestation of Shenzhu capsule groups mice was improved obviously compared with that of model group ones. The Weifuchun and the 440, 220 mg·kg-1·d-1Shenzhu capsules could obviously strengthen expression of ERK1/2,AP-1 and IL-2(P<0.05,P<0.01).110 mg·kg-1·d-1Shenzhu capsules could obviously strengthen the expression of ERK1/2(P<0.01) but not obviously strengthen the expression of AP-1 and IL-2. Conclusion: Shenzhu capsules can inhibit the occurance of gastric cancer with spleen-deficiency by inactivating ERK signal pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To investigated the pathology effect of compound Qingqin on kidneys of rats with gouty nephropathy. Method: Male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:normal group and model group. The model rats were induced by adenine. After the model was determined successfully, all model rats were divided into model group, allopurinol group, compound Qingqin 377 mg·kg-1group, Qingqin 188.50 mg·kg-1 group and Qingqin 94.25 mg·kg-1group, each consisting of 5 animals. Each group was given the corresponding drugs for 6 weeks. All rats were killed at 16 h after last dosing, then kidneys were taken out and fixed immediately with 10% formalin, embedded with paraffin, serially sectioned and stained with hematoxylin eosin (H.E) and periodic acid-sliver (PAS). To be classified and scored the renal lesions under the light microscope and the relative area of mesangium matrix was measared by under the PAS dyeing. Result: The renal tubular cells degeneration necrosis and uric-acid salts crystals lesions in the compound Qingqin 377 mg·kg-1 group was significantly lightened than the model group (P<0.05), while its mesangium matrix relative area was no obvious difference from the model group. Conclusion :The compound Qingqin can significantly lighten the renal lesions of rats with gouty nephropathy after it is taken for 6 weeks by 377 mg·kg-1 and it has a protective effect to kidney.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the influence of Alisma orientalis gastrin content and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity, and to explore the invigorating spleen function of A. orientalis before and after processing. Method: Fifty healthy male SD rats were divided randomly into the control group, the bown product low dose group, born product high dose group, the processed products low dose group, the processed products high dose group, and control group was given physiological saline, the low dose groups were given corresponding drugs at dose of 2.0 g·kg-1, the high dose groups were given corresponding drugs at dose of 6.0 g·kg-1 twice a day for 7 days. Then, the gastrin levels and duodenal Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity, contraction amplitude, tension and the frequency of the isolated duodenal's smooth muscle of rats were measured in the Krebs solutions. Result: The gastrin content of processed products of high dose group was(3.77±0.49)ng·L-1, that was higher than that in born product high dose group s(3.24±0.13)ng·L-1(P<0.05). The Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity in processed products of high dose group was (13.31±1.99)pmol·g-1, that was higher than that in born product high dose group(11.77±1.37)pmol·g-1 (P<0.05). High concentration in processed and born product groups could increase amplitude and relative tension of duodenum (P<0.05). Conclusion: The influence of A. orientalis on gastrin level, duodena Na+-K+-ATP enzyme and duodenal's smooth muscle is obvious, and after processed, and the actions can be enhanced.

      摘要:Objective:To study effect and mechanism of Zuogui Wan in ovariectomized osteoporosis rats. Method: SD female rats were divided into 7 groups: normal, Sham operation (Sham), ovariectomized(OVX), Zuogui Wan high-[ZG(H)], Zuogui Wan middle-dose[ZG(M)],Zuogui Wan low-dose[ZG(L)] and nilestriol(N). The rat overiectomy-induced osteoporosis model was adopted, 21 days later, normal,Sham and OVX rats were ig given with dwas? tilled water. ZG(H,M,L) rats groups were ig given with Zuogui Wan at dosage of 6.4,3.2,1.6 g·kg-1, once per day. N rats were ig given with 0.021 g·kg-1,once per week. Sixty days later, the left hind distal femur at the 1/3 side was taken to test the pathological section for determining the percentage of trabecular separation (Tb·Ar). We determined the bone mineral density (BMD) of right hind proximate femur at the 1/3 and used the method of RT-PCR to test the expression of TGF-β1/Smad4 mRNA in kidney medulla. Result: Compared with OVX,ZG(H) and ZG(M) increased Tb·Ar and (P<0.05). No pathological change in kidney tissues was found. Compared with normal group, the expression of TGF-β1/Smad4 mRNA in OVX rats increased(P<0.05). Compared with OVX, the expression of TGF-β1/Smad4 mRNA in Zuogui Wan treated groups was down-regulated (P<0.05), which was more significant in the total groups of Zuogui Wanl than that in nilestriol group, and low dosage of Zuogui Wan showed a most obvious down-regulation. Conclusion: Zuogui Wan can prevent and treat postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)effectively. One of the mechanisms may be related to its interfering the TGF-β1/Smad4 signaling of the kidney tissue.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of pachymaran on elimination of jaundice. Method: Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group (10) and alpha-naphthylisothi (ANIT)-induced (40) model group. After 48 h of ANIT treatment, ANIT-treated rats were randomly divided into model group, pachymaran low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose groups (10 rats each group). At the end of the experiment all rats were sacrificed. Liver function, pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in liver were determined using real-time PCR analysis. Result: Compared with normal group: the acitivity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in the serum increased 6.31-fold and 8.31-fold, respectively (P<0.05 or P<0.0.1). The content of total bilirubin (TBil) increased 52.7-fold (P<0.05 or P<0.0.1) in ANIT-treated rats. Compared with the model group, pachymaran high-dose reduced significantly TBil content (P<0.01). Compared with normal group, linterleukin-1 beta(IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) mRNA levels increased significantly (P<0.01) and IL-4 was decreased remarkably (P<0.05) in ANIT-treated rats, while the pachymaran high-dose reduced IL-1β and TNF-α mRNA expression (P<0.05 or P<0.1), elevated liver IL-4 expression(P<0.05). Conclusion: Could be one important mechanism for pachymaran can reduce jaundice by regulating immunologic function in rats.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Paning decoction on behavior and oxidative stress reaction in rats with Parkinson's disease(PD). Method: The PD model were established through stereotoxic microinjection of 6-OHDA. Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: model group, positive group(madopar 0.125 g·kg-1)and the high,middle and low dose of Paning decoction groups(84,42,21 g·kg-1). In addition, a normal group and a sham operated group were established. The behavior (number of rotation) was observed before and after treatment. Moreover, the contents of reactive oxygen species(ROS), malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione(GSH), the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and superoxidedismutase(SOD) in themed brain nigro-striatum were detected. Result: Compared with the model group, the number of rotation was 237.26±19.23, 246.71±37.06 and 278.81±20.09 (in high, middle and low dosage groups, respectevly). the content of ROS were (231.02±10.11), (235.87±12.76), (247.93±11.30) U·mg-1, and the content of MDA were (4.56±1.25), (4.70±1.17), (4.63±1.06) nmol·mg-1, respectevly. The content of ROS and MDA were decreased significantly. On the other hand, the content of GSH were (6.20±0.81), (6.24±0.76), (6.18±0.90) mg·g-1,the activities of GSH-Px were (2.68±0.27), (2.59±0.34), (2.31±0.22) nU·g-1, SOD were (188.40±5.86), (170.87±9.80), (165.62±6.54) nU·mg-1, respectively. The content of GSH and the activity of GSH-Px, SOD were increased significantly. All the experimental data had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Paning decoction can improve the behavior in PD rats, furthermore can reduce the injury of oxidative stress.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protective effects of Cassia obtusifolia extract (COE) on oxidative stress of lens in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mice. Method: STZ (130 mg·kg-1) was intravenously injected through the tail vein to induce diabetes in mice, which were randomly divided STZ model, metformin positive control (300 mg·kg-1), and different dosages of COE (50, 150,450 mg·kg-1), with 10 mice in each group. Metformin and COE were given to mice once daily for 10 consecutive days by oral administration, while normal control and STZ model groups were given water only. Blood glucose level and parameters of oxidative stress were detected in mice lens. Result: STZ injection increased plasma glucose significantly and also induced oxidative stress in mice lens. Although COE was not effective on the elevated blood glucose level (P>0.01), it could significantly lower the contents of NO and MDA in lens (P<0.01). At the same time, ORAC and GSH levels of lens were significantly increased (P<0.01). The activity of T-SOD and GSH-Px was also increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: COE could improve oxidative stress conditions in lens of STZ-induced diabetic mice. The mechanism should be related to the elimination of free radicals and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Chaihu Shugan San on memory function in Alzheimer's disease (AD)rats. Method: Rats were randomly divided into six groups, including the model group (C), Chaihu Shugan San low-dose and high dose group (D, E), kidney group (F) are used by D-galactose and β-protein(Aβ) hippocampus co-injection modeling, Aβ after the success of modeling the first 9 d, D, E groups were given ig Chaihu Shugan San 10,20 g·kg-1, F group was given Naolibao 20 g·kg-1. Each group were 9 : 00 in the morning by 10 mL·kg-1 ig administration of volume, continuous ig 28 d. ig before and after the water maze behavioral testing, the last animals were killed for hippocampus-related indicators messenger RNA (mRNA) expression relative determination. Result: Chaihu Shugan San maze before and after high-dose group ig time finding the platform, respectively (17.34±3.35), (12.78±2.54) s, kidney groups were (17.79±2.25), (14.11±2.66) s, before and after the two groups of ig and ig with the same period in the model group, there was a significant difference(P<0.01). After administration of the two groups hippocampal protein phosphatase-2A (PP-2A) mRNA expression values were (0.230 4±0.035), (0.199 4±0.022 2), with the model group(0.099±0.028 8) more significantly increased (P<0.01), and cell cycle-dependent protein kinase 5 (CDK-5) and glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK- 3β) mRNA expression in high-dose group, kidney and high-dose group, low dose group were significantly lower (P<0.01). Conclusion: Chaihu Shugan San hippocampus by inhibiting GSK-3β, CDK-5 expression enhanced the expression of PP-2A, can reverse the Aβ-induced tau protein hyperphosphorylation, and thus the memory, cognitive disorders play a positive regulatory the role.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of learning and memory ability on lead poisoning mice treated by lentinan and calcium disodium edetate, and to explore the mechanism preliminarily. Method: Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups, control group, model group, positive control group, lentinan low dose group and high dose group. The mice in the control group were given intraperitoneal injection of saline at the same dosage, and the mice in other groups were given intraperitoneal injection of 2%Pb (Ac)2 solution (70 mg·kg-1) for 8 days. Then the mice in the control group and model group were given intraperitoneal injection of saline at the same dosage for seven days, and the mice in other groups were given intraperitoneal injection of calcium disodium edetate(80 mg·kg-1) for three days, at the same time the mice in lentinan low dose group and high dose group were given intraperitoneal injection of lentinan(1.5 mg·kg-1 and 3.0 mg·kg-1) for seven days. Step-down test and Morris water maze were used to monitor the learning and memory ability. In the mean time, the activity of choline acetyltransferase(ChAT) and ture choline esterase(TChE) was measured by biochemical methods.And the alterations in hippocampus slices morphology were assessed using microscope. Result: The learning and memory ability of lead poisoning mice could be markedly improved by lentinan high dose group. Compared with model group, the escape latency of mice in lentinan high dose group was markedly shortened(P<0.01), and the retention latency of mice was markedly lengthened(P<0.01), and the fault numbers were markedly reduced(P<0.01). The activity of ChAT was markedly decreased(P<0.01) and TChE was markedly increased (P<0.01).The degenerative changes of neuron in hippocampus slices were improved.Compared with positive control group. the escape latency of mice in lentinan high dose group was shortened(P<0.05), and the retention latency of mice was markedly lengthened(P<0.01), and the fault numbers were markedly reduced(P<0.01). The activity of ChAT was markedly decreased(P<0.01) and TChE was markedly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: The combined application of lentinan and calcium disodium edetate could improve the learning and memory ability in lead poisoning mice. The mechanism may be related to increasing the activity of ChAT and decreasing the activity of TChE and the improvement of the function of the central cholinergic system.

      摘要:Objective: To study the gene expression profile of Jinkui Shenqi Wan on the recovery of spermatogenesis in azoospermia mice. Method: Liquid busulfan 2% was injected (ip 40 mg·kg-1) in 12-week-old NIH male mice to prepare azoospermic model. Jinkui Shenqi Wan were administrated to azoospermia mice by gastric irrigation for 78 days (two spermatogenesis cycles) after 42 days of modeling. The testis total mRNAs of Jinkui Shenqi group and normal group were used to study gene expression profile by microarray. Result: The important fertility-related indicators such as body weight, reproductive organs and tissue mass index, sperm quality (motility, activity, concentration) and so on were improved significantly in azoospermia mice treated with Jinkui Shenqi Wan for 78 days. Jinkui Shenqi Wan played significant roles in recovering the spermatogenesis of testis in azoospermia mice. Compared with the normal group, microarray results showed that there were 804 genes (2.53%, 517 upregulation, 287 downregulation) with more than two times differential expression and 134 genes (0.42%, 127 upregulation, 7 downregulation) with four times differential expression, respectively. This suggested that the main role of Jinkui Shenqi Wan on recovery of spermatogenesis was positive and upregulation, negative and downregulation played secondery roles. Pathway analysis showed these genes expressed in: cell cycle, cytokine-cytokine receptor, Ecm receptors, Jak-Stat signaling pathway, Mapk signaling pathway, Notch signaling pathway, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway and Wnt signaling pathway. Conclusion: Testis spermatogesis of azoospermia mice can be recovered after administration of Jinkui Shenqi Wan by positive controlling genes related to cell proliferation through different pathways.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Shengtaiwang potion on the activity of anti-stress and superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) in blood serum, and then investigate its role in delaying senility and mechanism involved. Method: Mice were randomly divided into control group (saline), 5, 2.5 g·kg-1·d-1 groups of Shengtaiwang potion (oral administration). Then the tests of hypoxia resistance in nomal pressure, fatigue resistance (anti-tire swimming) and anti-chilling were performed. The content of MDA and activity of SOD in blood serum was also determined in each group, reapectively. Result: Compared with control group, Shengtaiwang potion could significantly increase the activity of SOD and decrease the concent of MDA in serum; and improve the ability of anti-hypoxia, anti-fatigue and anti-chilling, owing to extending the time of hypoxia resistance and anti-tire swimming in nomal pressure, decreasing the mortality in hypothermia, respectively. Conclusion: Shengtaiwang potion can improve the ability of anti-stress, had well anti-oxidation in vivo, and then delayed senility.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction on lipid metabolism and vscular endothelium in hyperlipidemia rat. Method: Using hyperlipidemia animal model replicated by hyperlipidemia forage, pravastatin sodium (3.6 mg·kg-1)and different doses of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decocotion (7.2, 3.6, 1.8 g·kg-1) were given to the model rats. Then the levels of total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG), high-density liporotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and levels of nitric oxide(NO), endothelin-1(ET-1) were assayed. Result: Compared with the normal group, the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in the model group were increased obviously, the level of NO was decreased, the level of ET-1 was increased.Compared with the model group, the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in the Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decocotion high dose group and the pravastatin sodium group were decreased obviously, the level of NO was increased obviously, the level of ET-1 were decreased obviously. Conclusion: The Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decocotion can regulate the lipid metabolism and improve vascular endothelium function in rat with hyperlipidemia.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of total saponins of the root from Thladiantha dubia Bunge(TSRT). Method: The experiment of xylene-induced ear swelling in mice, carrageenin-induced paw edema in rats, histamine-induced pigment oozing from skin vessel in rats and cotton pellet granuloma in mice were used to investigate the effect of TSRT on acute and chronic inflammation. Result: In mice ear swelling test, the ear swelling degree in all TSRT dose groups was lower than that in model group (P<0.01). In the test of carrageenin-induced paw edema in rats, at 1-4 h after carrageenin-induced inflammatory, paw edema degree in TSRT 200 mg·kg-1 and 100 mg·kg-1 groups were significantly lower than that in mode group (P<0.01), at 2-4 h after carrageenin-induced inflammatory, paw edema degree in TSRT 50 mg·kg-1 group was lower than that in model group (P<0.05). In the test of histamine-induced pigment oozing from skin vessel in rats, in all TSRT dose groups, the pigment infiltration area and pigment content were lower than that in model group(P<0.05-P<0.01). In the test of mice cotton pellet granuloma, weight of cotton pellet granuloma was lower than that in model group(P<0.05-P<0.01). Conclusion: TSRT has significent anti-inflammatory on acute and chronic inflammatory.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Naotong Capsule on N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor(NMDA) receptors and pyramidal cells in hippocampus of vascular dementia (VD) model rats. Method: Nineteen rats were taken at random into sham group, the rest were VD models established by modified Pulsinelli 4 vascular occlusions method (4-VO) and were randomly divided into model group, nimodipine group(12 mg·kg-1·d-1), Naotong Capsule large-dose group(1 200 mg·kg-1·d-1), Naotong Capsule middle-dose group(600 mg·kg-1·d -1), and Naotong Capsule low-dose group(300 mg·kg-1·d-1). Morris water maze was used to test learning and memory abilities of rats. The mRNA expression level of NMDA receptors (subunit 1 and 2B) were determined by the Real-time Quantitative PCR. And the morphology and number of neurons in CA1 region of the hippocampus were observed by light microscope. Result: Compare to the model group, the escape time was shortened(P<0.01), times of spanning the previous platform increased (P<0.01,P<0.05), the mRNA expression level of subunit 1 decreased(P<0.01) and the mRNA expression level of subunit 2B increased(P<0.01,P<0.05), pyramidal cells showed no obvious pathogenesis and more pyramidal cells with less pyramidal cells loss rate were found in Naotong Capsule large-dose and middle-dose treatment group. Compare to the Nimodipine group, times of spanning the previous platform increased(P<0.01), the mRNA expression level of subunit 1 decreased(P<0.01) in Naotong Capsule large-dose and middle-dose treatment group, and the mRNA expression level of subunit 2B increased(P<0.05), the number of neurons in CA1 region of the hippocampus increased(P<0.01) in Naotong Capsule large-dose treatment group. Conclusion: Naotong Capsule can improve learning and memory abilities of VD rats by decreasing the mRNA expression level of subunit 1, increasing the mRNA expression level of subunit 2B of NMDA receptor and by decreasing pyramidal cells injury and loss rate in CA1 region of the hippocampus, which may be one of the therapeutic mechanisms of VD.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Tang(tonifying middle-Jiao and Qi treatment) on myocardial apoptosis and expression of proteins Fas, FasL and Caspase-3 in hypothyroid rats. Method: The rat of hypothyroidism models were prepared by Kolaja method.Healthy wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group, Buzhong Yiqi Tang group, Letrox(L-T4)group. The morphological and ultrastructural changes were observed under optical microscope and electronic microscope respectively. Apoptotic cells were measured by TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) method.The expression of apoptosis-related proteins Fas, FasL and Caspase-3 were detected with immunohistochemical methods. TSH was measured by ELISA, Totel 3 Triodothy ronine(TT3)and Totel 4 Triodothy ronine (TT4) were measured by RIA;detect the iodine in urine. Result: Compared with control group,the apoptosis index and the expression of Fas, FasL and Caspase-3 reached the highest level in the model group,myocardial cell injured severely. After treatment the apoptosis index of Buzhong Yiqi Tang group(12.10±0.73) and L-T4 group(29.26±2.10) decreased,the expression of Fas, FasL and Caspase-3 also reduced,and the effectiveness of Buzhong Yiqi Tang group was better(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hypothyroidism causes increase of myocardial cell apoptosis,heightened expression of Fas, FasL and Caspase-3, while Buzhong Yiqi Tang might decrease the myocardial apoptosis and lower the expression of protein Fas, FasL and Caspase-3 significantly,it indicated that Buzhong Yiqi Tang has protective action on myocardial injury of hypothyroidism.

      摘要:Objective: To study the immunoregulation of the ethanol extracts from fruits of Acanthopanax gracilistylus in immunosuppressive mice. Method: The mice were randomly divided into the fruits of A. gracilistylus high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group(2.8,1.4,0.7 g·kg-1), positive control group, control group and model control group. Each group was administrated intragastrically at 20 mL·kg-1 for 10 days(n=10). The control group and model control group were administrated intragastrically with the same dose of distilled water. From the 7th day, except the control group, other groups were injected cyclophosphamide(80 mg·kg-1)intraperitoneally to produce the immunosuppressive mice model for 4 days. The weight of immune organs and the carbonic particle clearance methods were used to evaluate the effects of the ethanol extracts on non-specific immune function in immunosuppressive mice by spleen index, thymus index, carbonic particle clearance index and corrected phagocytic index; the serum hemolysin examination was used to evaluate the effects of ethanol extracts by serum hemolysin index. Result: The ethanol extracts had no significant impacts on spleen index and thymus in immunosuppressive mice, but could improve carbonic particle clearance index, corrected phagocytic index and serum hemolysin index of immunosuppressive mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The ethanol extracts of the fruits of A. gracilistylus can enhance non-specific immune function and specific humoral immune function in immunosuppressive mice.

      摘要:Objective: Experiments were carried on to compare the antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of Fritillaria unibracteata, F. unibracteata var.wabensis and F. thunbergii and identify if the F. unibracteata.wabensis can be used as the alternative resources of wild F. cirrhosa. Method: The antitussive effects of the 3 kinds of fritillarias s were investigated through testing the cough times and EDT50 induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice and the counts of cough induced by critic acid in guinea pigs. The expectorant activities were sdudied by testing the amount of phlegm secreted in mice and rats. The antiasthma effect was studied by the asthma time induced by acetylcholine chloride and histamine phosphate in guinea pigs.There were negative control, positive control and 3 kinds of fritillarias groups in every experiment. The dose of fritillarias in the antitussive experiment was 2.5 g·kg-1·d-1in mice and 1.5 g·kg-1·d-1in guinea pigs. The dose of 3 fritillarias in the expectorant experiment was 2 g·kg-1·d-1in mice and 1 g·kg-1·d-1 in rats, The dose of 3 kinds of fritillarias in the anti-asthma experiment was 1.5 g·kg-1·d-1. The administration time of every experiments was 5 days. Result: F. unibracteata var.wabensis cultivated has similar eliminating phlegm activities and antiasthma effects to F. unibracteata. It also has similar antitussive effects to F. unib-racteata and F. thunbergii Miq. Conclusion: F. unibract-eata var.wabensis cultivated can be used as alternative resources of wild F. cirrhosa.

      摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Coreopsis extract eluted by 50% ethanol on antihypertension and in vivo antioxidant function of hypertension mice. Method: Hypertension model of mice were induced by giving high salinity water continuously by gastric irrigation(ig) and keeping them in low-temperature environment 4 hours a day for 20 days. Then the mice were given drug continuously by ig for 28 days, measured blood pressure,collected blood and liver, and detected the activities of SOD,MDA in serum; meanwhile the livers were sampled for measurement of MDA content,activities of SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC. Result: Compared with blank group, the blood pressure of control group was depressed significantly; SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC activities of control group both in serum and livers were reduced significantly, results above indicated that the model was set up successfully. The drug can depress blood pressure,increase SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC activities, reduce the content of MDA compared with control group. Conclusion: Coreopsis extract can significantly depress blood pressure,increase the ability of antioxidant effect of hypertension mouse in vivo, and reduce oxidation injury caused by hypertension, protect blood vessel and internal organs had been injuried. All results indicated that it is one of the mechanisms of antihypertensive effects of Coreopsis extract.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Heat-cleaning and Pain-relieving liniment on actue gouty arthritis rats induced by sodium urate. Method: Forty-five SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group rats were smeared equal volume of excipient after modeling by time. Indomethacin group(0.004 5 g·kg-1) rats were administrated drugs one hour before modeling (10 mL·kg-1). Heat-cleaning and Pain-relieving liniment high dose(0.91 g·kg-1)group, medium dose(0.46 g·kg-1)group and low dose(0.23 g·kg-1) group rats were smeared after modeling at once, and the volume of rats ankle were detected at 6, 12, 24, 48 h after modeling. Result: Different doses of Heat-cleaning and Pain-relieving liniment all could obviously inhibit the pain of ankle, reduce the degree of swelling, and decrease the score of gait. There was a significant difference compared with the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: There was a better therapeutic effect of Heat-cleaning and Pain-relieving liniment on gouty arthritis rats by sodium urate.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of Siwu mixture on chemotherapy-induced decline in ovarian reserve function of rat and rat's ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis. Method: Forty female SD rats randomly divided into normal control group, Cisplatin model group, Siwu treatment groups and Premarin treatment group.Each set was 10 female SD rats. Model group, Siwu group and Premarin group were consecutive intraperitoneal injected of cisplatin (2 mg·kg-1·d-1)for 7 days. The normal group was consecutive intraperitoneal injected of the same amount of normal saline for 7 days. Then the normal group and model group were continuous intragastric infusion with pure watergroups(10 mL·kg-1·d-1) for 7 days, Siwu group was continuous intragastric infusion with Siwu mixture(10 mL·kg-1·d-1) for 7 days, and Premarin group was continuous intragastric infusion with premarin(10 mL·kg-1·d-1) for 7 days. Since the first day up, we made vaginal secretion real smear to observe rat's estrous cycle daily. At the experimental 14 day, we weighed and gave anesthesia to rats, to take serum of rats and using radio-immunity method measuring blood follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteotrophic hormone(LH), estradiol(E2) and progestins(Pro). We took double side ovarian of rats,with the same side slice for HE dyeing, and imaged micro measurement the particles cell layer maximum thickness at Image Analyzer, then using TUNEL method to detected particles cell apoptosis. Result: Compared with the normal group, the FSH and apoptosis index were elevated in model group rats,the difference statistically significant (P<0.05), while E2 is decreased. Compared with the model group, FSH and apoptosis index in Siwu group rats were lower,the difference statistically significant (P<0.05), while the E2 values were rise. Conclusion: Siwu mixture has a certain degree of inhibition effects on ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis in rat after chemotherapy, but cannot afford to completely fix it.

      摘要:Objective: To expLore the apoptosis effect of fructus corni polysaccharides on expression of Bax in Hela cells. Method: Hela cells were treated with various concentration of fructus corni polysaccharides for 24 h, the change of cells' apoptosis shape was observed by upside-down microscope,and expression of Bax was detected by immunohistochemistry streptaridin peroxidase. Result: Morphological observation appeared representative cell apoptosis and Bax expression up after fructus corni polysaccharides on Hela cells. Its degree was correlated with concentration. Conclusion: Fructus corni polysaccharides can promote Bax expression and induce cell apoptosis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect of Xueshuantong against cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity. Method: Female SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:normal saline(NS)group,model group, positive control group and the high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group of Xueshuantong, with 12 rats in each group. The model rats with nephrotoxicity were duplicated with injection of cisplatin by vena caudalis. Rats in model group, positive control group and the high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group of Xueshuantong were treated by amifostine,0.1 mg·kg-1, Xueshuantong, 15.63, 31.35, 62.70 mg·kg-1 once a day.The changes of serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),N-acetyl-beta-D glucosa minidase(NAG),urine protein/24 h,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) were measured and renal structure was observed after 10 days of administration. Result: Compared with the model group, contents of BUN,SCr in serum and urine protein /24hour, NAG in urine were significantly decreased in each treatment group (P<0.01 or P<0.05), the content of MDA was also significantly decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05)and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px was significantly increased (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The pathological slice indicated that renal structure was significantly improved. Conclusion: Xueshuantong can effectively relieve cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity by reducing the pathological changes of renal structure and improving the function in renal injury rats induced by cisplatin and inhibiting the oxidative damage of kidney.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Tiaozhi mixture on hyperlipidemic fatty liver in rats. Method: Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, Tiaozhi mixture therapy groups of high,middle and low doses(37.6,18.8, 9.4 g·kg-1), Methionine group(0.625 g·kg-1). In addition to the normal group, the other four groups were established to be hyperlipidemic fatty liver model by feeding with high fat diet for 10 weeks. Then the model group was given normal saline. The treatment groups were given corresponding drugs by ig administration daily for 4 weeks.Four weeks later, blood and hepatic lipid level and pathological changes of the liver were examined. Result:High dose of Tiaozhi mixture could lower the level of TC[(1.53±0.09)vs(3.30±0.49) mmol·L-1, P <0.01],TG[(1.73±0.09) vs (2.33±0.13) mmol·L-1, P <0.01],LDL-C[(0.50±0.16) vs (0.81±0.09) mmol·L-1, P <0.01] and reduce fat accumulation in hepatic cell of Wistar rats. Conclusion: Tiaozhi mixture has exact effect on the hyperlipidemia fatty liver in rats.

      摘要:Objective: To study the inhibition action of ethanol extract Toddalia asiatica in vitro against candida albicans growth and provide the theory basis for new drugs for the further development of the root canal disinfection. Method: Trace broth dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of the ethanol extract T. asiatica in vitro. Conventional scanning electron microscopy sample preparation was used to observe change of bacterial cells. The RT-PCR technology used to obtain complementary DNA, PCR amplification technology used to obtain SNF2 and PDE2 gene fragments of C.albicans virulence factors, products electrophoresis analysis was performed. Result: The MIC was 7.5 g·L-1, MBC was 15.0 g·L-1; scanning electron microscopy showed a irregular morphological changes of bacteria, the surface had obvious sag, crack; with the increased drug concentration, SNF2 and PDE2 expression was obviously declined. Conclusion: The ethanol extract T. asiatica on C. albicans has a good antibacterial action, which may be related to inhibiting expression of SNF2 and PDE2.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Chaipu decoction on expression of Bcl-2 in lung tissue in asthma guinea pigs. Method: Forty guinea pigs were randomized into normal control, model, dexamethasone (0.001 g·kg-1) and chaipu decoction (0.35 g·kg-1) groups with 10 guinea pigs each group. Asthma mouse model was prepared by injecting ovalbumin (OVA) into the abdominal cavity and inhalation of aerosol, and normal group, was given saline water. Each group was given relevant medicines by oral administration before 30 mins of suscitation corresponding, once every other day, for 2 weeks. All animals were sacrificed after the last stimulation. The white blood cell(WBC) count,the number of eosinophil(EOS) and the percentage of EOS in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of guinea pigs and the number of EOS in whole blood were examined. Pulmonary pathological changes were observed by HE stain. Bcl-2 protein expression was examined by immunohistochemistry. And Bcl-2 mRNA expression was detected with in situ hybridization. Result: Compared with model group, chaipu decoction group could significantly reduce the EOS count in whole blood, the WBC count,the number of EOS and the percentage of EOS in BALF(P<0.05); and the expression level of Bcl-2 mRNA and protein in the lung tissue were significantly decreased(P<0.05). In Chaipu decoction group, compared with dexamethasone group, the significant difference was not found. Conclusion: Chaipu decoction for asthma was able to reduce the proportion of EOS in BALF, alleviate the inflammation of airway and lung tissue of the asthmatic guinea pigs. Chaipu decoction for asthma could reduce the Bcl-2 mRNA and protein expression level.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Shiquan Dabu Tang on Lewis pulmonary metastasis angiogenesis and pulmonary metastasis after primary tumor excision, and explore its possible mechanism and clinical significance. Method: The C57/BL6 mouse Lewis pulmonary metastasis model was established, and mice randomly divided into primary tumor resection group (TR), primary tumor preserve group (TP) and Shiquan Dabu Tang group (SDT). Microvessel density(MVD) and cell multiplication of pulmonary metastasis was detected with SP immunohistochemical staining. The level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), angiostatin (AS) and endostatin (ES) was examined by ELISA assay. Result: The number of pulmonary metastasis, incidence of metastases and MVD were evidently inhibited by Shiquan Dabu Tang. Ki67 expression was significantly lower than control group. Conclusion: The excision of primary tumor can promote pulmonary metastasis angiogenesis and pulmonary metastasis, and application of Shiquan Dabu Tang after operation has instructive clinical significance in preventing tumor metastasis.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate efficacy of Shuxuetong injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method: One hundred and eighteen patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) were randomly divided into therapy group and control group.Therapy group was given Shuxuetong injection 6 mL by Intravenous infusion for 15 day,control group was given conventional therapy method.Neurologic defect scoring at admission and after treatment was performed. Result: Compared with control group. neurologic defect scoring in therapy group was improved significantly (P<0.01),the effectivet rate was higher than that in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Shuxuetong injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction has more significant effect, and the treatment is safe.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the prevention action of Cangguo spray on upper respiratory tract influenza virus infection. Method: Volunteers of 162 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group with 125 cases was treated with Cangguo spray, and control group with 37 cases was treated with normal saline spray.Whether there were the cases of influenza symptoms was observed in eath group during 14 days of treatment and 7 days of withdrawal. Result: Incidence of influenza symptoms in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: T Cangguo spray has a significant effect on upper respiratory tract influenza virus infection.

      摘要:Objective: To observe and evaluate the medication rule on diabetes Ⅱ patientstreated with TCM. Method: The 'type 2 diabetes'was considered as the key words,the 'traditional Chinese medicine therapy', 'traditional Chinese medicine treatment' as the second key words, through the database in 'VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals' between 1989 and 2011 years data were collected eventually after screening and actual analysis with 60 references, the medication of induction and statistical analysis were carried out. Result: In 60 pieces of literature on treatment of type 2 diabetes by traditional Chinese medicine TCM,134 kinds ofchinese medicine were used, the use frequency ranking top ten was Rehmanniae Radix, Poria, Trichosanthis Radix, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Coptidis Rhizoma, Astragali Radix, Corni Fructus, Scrophulariae Radix, Ophiopogonis Radux, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,respectively. Conclusion: The treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with TCM lie in the invigorating for deficiency, clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation to dissapate blood stasis, the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect.

      摘要:To summarize and introduce the advances on the analytical methods and pharmacokinetics of piperine, which is the major active constituent of the plants from the family Piperaceae. 85 references were found that containing the keywords of both piperine and pharmacokinetics in SciFinder Scholar Database till Tue Dec 21, 2010.In this paper, the pharmacokinetic of piperine was summarized, including biological specimen pretreatment, sample identification and absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion of piperine in vivo, and its enhancing the bioavailability of drugs. More studies on the pharmacokinetic and mechanism of how piperine enhance the bioavailability of drugs have been reported. The research of metabolic process and metabolin of piperine should be developed.

      摘要:The articles of synovial angiogenesis published from 1988 to 2011 were retrieved from PubMed and CNKI databases to summarize the relationship between angiogenesis and synovis, the regulation, models and experimental treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) of synovial angiogenesis in rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Synovial angiogenesis is a complex process regulated simultaneously by positive and negative factors and is associated with inflammation of RA. Synovial angiogenesis may be studied using in vitro or in vivo models of angiogenesis. Besides, collagen-induced arthritis, adjuvant-induced arthritis, synovial angiogenesis window chamber model and SCID mouse co-implantation model of RA and so on are also used. RA belongs to 'arthralgia syndrome' and 'collateral disease' in Chinese medical sciences (CMS). Synovial angiogenesis is "collateral disease" in CMS. TCM with the effect of expelling wind and eliminating dampness or activating blood and resolving stasis has the inhibitory activity for synovial angiogenesis. Angiogenesis plays a central role in the pathological processes of the beginning and ongoing of the chronic synovial inflammation in of RA. Unfortunately, at present time, there is no admitted remedy strategy for this pathological process. TCM is potential for treatment of RA. The above mentional publications provide helpful references for RA treatment and basic research.

      摘要:Integrated with pathogenic characteristics and Chinese medicine clinic of vascular depression (VD), the article are to collect literatures and explore theories on laws of medicine application about curing VD by 'Benefiting archaeus and Dissipating depression'. The article retieved related literatures about VD by databases such as China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI) and Chinese medical journal database (CMJD), analysed and summarized pathogenesis, therapies and laws of medicine application. The article proposed that the basic pathogenesis of VD was archaeus deficit and Qi-blood stasis. The basic therapy was'Benefiting archaeus and Dissipating depression'. Emphasis of 'Benefiting archaeus' was benifiting Yin,Yang, Qi and blood while 'Dissipating depression' stressed shun gas firstly, resolving phlegm to avoid developing, blood-activating and stasis-dissolving as a therapy, collateral-unblocking and toxin-relieving for injury treatment; regulating Qi and blood together, combination of dredging and tonifying and compound of solidness and softness were kept in mind. Hence, proper application of 'Benefiting archaeus' and 'Dissipating depression' reflects superiority of the concept of organic wholeness and treatment based on syndrome differentiation and is beneficial to solve clinical problems such as low sensitiveness, poor tolerance and vulnerableness to poisonous side effectes of anti-depression drugs on VD.

      摘要:To summarize chlorogenic acid in absorption site and mechanism,metabolic site and pathways,and effect on pharmcokinetic parameters of chlorogenic acid with crude drugs compatibility.Recent relevant information and references were summarized,and further analyzed and reviewed.The current study showed that chlorogenic acid could be absorbed in the stomach,small intestine and large intestine,which was absorbed into the bloodstream in the original form by the stomach and small intestine.In addition,the absorption of chlorogenic acid was also affected by fasting or satiety.The main metabolic part of chlorogenic acid was in the intestine,as well as some in the liver.Chinese compatibility can promote the absorption and distribution of chlorogenic acid in the body in order to quickly reach peak concentration.We should carry out further studies on the main absorption site,mechanism of absorption in the stomach,the role of the metabolites of chlorogenic acid on its activity,and provide useful references to understand the process of chlorogenic acid in vivo,explore the association between absorption and metabolism with activity,and study pharmacokinetic.
