      摘要:Objective:By comparing activity of emulsin, the content of amygdalin in different processed products and their toxicity, to explore processing mechanism of Persicae Semen. Method: Activity of emulsin in Persicae Semen was determined by picric acid test.The content of amygdalin in different processed products was determined by HPLC, mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 and detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.Toxicity of different processed products was compared by acute toxicity experiment. Result: Crude products of Persicae Semen could make picric acid test turn red while processed products could not change.The content of amygdalin in crude products was 3.48% and significantly decreased to 2.53% after six months;the content of amygdalin in processed products(3.19%) was lower and decreased to 3.10% after six months.LD50 of water extract of processed products was 55.907 g · kg-1 which were not peeled, it was 82.943 g · kg-1 when processed products were peeled. Conclusion: Emulsin in Persicae Semen is inactivity after being processed, amygdalin is prevented from enzymolysis and loss.Toxicity of Persicae Semen is reduced after processed and peeled, processed products should be peeled to be used.This study can provide a reference for processing technology research and specification of Persicae Semen.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize matrix formulation of Paridis Rhizoma total saponins cataplasms and establish its determination. Method: With ductility, fabric penetration, uniformity, shaped type, skin following nature, adhesion and repeated exposing paste as comprehensive evaluation indicators, on the basis of preliminary experiments, taking dosages of gelatin, sodium polyacrylate, glycerine and polyvinylpyrrolidone-K30(PVP-K30) as factors, matrix formulation of this preparation was optimized by uniform design.HPLC was adopted to determine contents of polyphyllin Ⅱ and polyphyllin Ⅶ with mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-water(B) for gradient elution(0-40 min, 30%-60%A;40-50 min, 60%-30%A;50-55 min, 30%A), flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and detection wavelength at 203 nm. Result: Optimum matrix formulation was gelatin-sodium polyacrylate-PVP-K30-glycerine-glycinate aluminum-azone-total saponins from Paridis Rhizoma(2.0: 4.0: 1.25: 15: 0.16: 1.2: 4);polyphyllin Ⅱ and polyphyllin Ⅶ had good liner relationship in the ranges of 0.055-5.5 μg and 0.086 8-8.68 μg, respectively;contents of them in this cataplasms were 1.06, 3.79 mg · g-1, respectively. Conclusion: Prepared cataplasms have great drug loading capacity, good adhesion and appearance.Established HPLC method is convenient, accurate and reliable with good reproducibility, which can be suitable for quality evaluation of this preparation.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate desalination purification effect of Eupolyphaga enzymatic hydrolysate by DA-201C macroporous resin. Method: Desalination test of Eupolyphaga enzymatic hydrolysate was adopted by DA-201C macroporous resin, effects of pH and concentration of sample solution, type and amount of eluent on Eupolyphaga small peptides were investigated by single factor tests.Folin method was employed to determine the content of small peptides with detection wavelength at 650 nm. Result: Optimum desalination process was as follows:resin-sample solution of 1: 1, the concentration of sample solution for 10 mg · L-1, pH of 7.0, adsorption rate of 1.5 BV · h-1, washed impurity with 3 BV of water and eluted by 3 BV of 75% ethanol;desalination rate was 99.1% with small peptides recovery of 86.05%. Conclusion: This optimized desalination process is simple and feasible, it can achieve desired purpose of Eupolyphaga enzymatic hydrolysate.

      摘要:Objective:To compare product appearance and internal quality of Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus under four different origin processing technologies without vulcanization, in order to provide experimental evidence for selecting a origin processing technology which is advanced and suitable for promotion. Method: Taking product appearance, moisture content, peimine and peiminine content as indicators, effects of four different origin processing technologies on product appearance and internal quality of Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus were compared, including shell powder drying, sliced drying, freeze drying and microwave drying.HPLC-ELSD was adopted to determine contents of peimine and peiminine with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-diethylamine(70: 30: 0.03), flow rate of 0.8 mL · min-1, drift tube temperature of 85 ℃ and carrier gas flow rate of 2.2 L ·min-1. Result: Product appearance was quite different under various process conditions, freeze drying product was the best;moisture content conformed standards in the 2010 edition of〈Chinese Pharmacopoeia〉.Linear ranges of peimine and peiminine were 0.925-4.625 μg and 0.94-4.7 μg;average recovery of total content of peimine and peiminine was 98.58% with RSD of 1.3%.Total content of peimine and peiminine had some differences under various process conditions, freeze drying product was the highest, microwave drying and sliced drying followed, shell powder drying product was the lowest. Conclusion: Quality of Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus should focus on security of origin processing technology, microwave drying process can be instead of traditional origin processing technologies.

      摘要:Objective:To compare extracting effects between vacuum and atmospheric extraction processes of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix. Method: HPLC was employed to determine contents of matrine and oxymatrine with mobile phase of acetonitrile-ethanol-3% phosphoric acid(80: 10: 10) and detection wavelength at 220 nm.Taking composite score of total mass fraction and ratio of matrine and oxymatrine as index, based on single factor tests, orthogonal design was used to optimize vacuum and atmospheric extraction processes conditions of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix. Result: Optimal conventional extraction process was extracted thrice with 8 times the amount of water for 1 h of each time;total mass fraction and ratio of matrine and oxymatrine were 1.19% and 0.430, respectively.Optimum vacuum extraction process was extracted thrice with 8 times the amount of water at 70 ℃, 1 h for each time;total mass fraction and ratio of matrine and oxymatrine were 1.18% and 0.079, respectively. Conclusion: Total mass fraction of matrine and oxymatrine has no significant difference by conventional and vacuum extraction process, but ratios of these two components have large differences.It shows that vacuum extraction can reduce toxicity of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix extracts, this optimized technology is stable, feasible and suitable for industrial production of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize preparation technology of ligustrazine hydrochloride liposomes which provides a reference for clinical application of ligustrazine. Method: Ligustrazine hydrochloride was quantified by HPLC method, mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% triethylamine solution(glacial acetic acid adjusted pH to 5.0)(60: 40) with detection wavelength of 295 nm.Ligustrazine hydrochloride liposomes were prepared by film dispersion method with phospholipid and cholesterol as raw materials, taking encapsulation efficiency as index, orthogonal design was adopted to optimize preparation process with hydration time, weight ratio of cholesterol to phospholipid, weight ratio of ligustrazine hydrochloride to phospholipid and the concentration of phospholipid as factors.encapsulation efficiency, morphology, particle size, Zeta potential and stability of ligustrazine hydrochloride liposomes were investigated. Result: Optimum preparation technology was as follows:hydration time of 30 min, ratio of cholesterol to phospholipid 1: 2, ratio of ligustrazine hydrochloride to phospholipid 1: 15, the concentration of phospholipid 3%;under these conditions, liposomes were nearly spherical with average encapsulation efficiency of (70.27±0.58)%, particle size of (22.9±6.8)nm and Zeta potential of (-29.79±1.24)mV, they were stable under 4 ℃ for 2 weeks. Conclusion: This optimized preparation technology is rational and stable, which can help to improve absorption and prolong effective time.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction process of total polypeptides from Moschus and provide a reference for species identification and quality evaluation of Moschus. Method: The content of total polypeptides was determined by Folin phenol method.With the content of total polypeptides as index, orthogonal test was adopted to optimize extraction process by taking extracting time, the amount and type of solvent as factors. Result: Optimum extraction process of total polypeptide was as follows:with Tris-HCl buffer(pH 8.0, 0.025 mol · L-1) as extracting solution, grinding time of 3 h, solid-liquid ratio of 1: 100;the content of total polypeptides was 20.71%, after freeze-drying, yield of total polypeptides was 62.4%. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process is stable and feasible with high extracting rate, this method can provide experimental basis for quality analysis of Moschus.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction technology of total saponins from Actinidia arguta roots and provide a reference for development of this medicinal part. Method: With extraction time, ethanol concentration and ratio of solid to liquid as independent variables, extracting amount of total saponins as dependent variable, extraction technology of total saponins from Actinidia arguta roots was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology.UV was employed to determine the content of total saponins with detection wavelength at 547 nm. Result: Optimum technological parameters were as follows:extraction time of 73 min, ethanol concentration of 65%, solid-liquid of 1: 13;extracting amount of total saponins was 1.67 mg · g-1, which was coincided with the model predictive value of 1.69 mg · g-1. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology is simple, reliable and suitable for extracting total saponins from A. arguta roots.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize purification process of total flavonoids from Bauhinia championii by D101 macroporous resin and provide a reference for preparations development of these components. Method: With purity and recovery of total flavonoids as indexes, based on single factor tests, orthogonal design was used to optimize purification process by taking eluent concentration, elution rate, pH and concentration of sample solution as factors.UV was employed to determine the content of baicalin with detection wavelength at 278.5 nm. Result: Optimal purification process was as following:the concentration of sample solution 15.5 g · L-1, pH of sample solution 2-3, the maximum sample volume of 16.85 mg · g-1, sampling rate of 0.125 BV · h-1, diameter and height ratio of 1: 6, eluted by 4 BV of 60% ethanol with elution speed of 1 BV · h-1.Under this process, purity and recovery were 48.95% and 96.08%, respectively. Conclusion: This optimized purification process is stable, feasible and suitable for purifying total flavonoids from B. championii, which can effectively improve its purity and recovery.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize enzymatic extraction process of Cuscutae Semen, in order to increase extracting rates of hyperin and total flavonoids. Method: With the content of hyperin as index, effects of enzyme species, enzyme dosage, enzymolysis time, pH and temperature on enzymatic extraction process were investigated by single factor test.With composite score of extracting amounts of hyperin and total flavonoids as index, orthogonal test was used to optimize enzymatic extraction process with enzyme dosage, enzymolysis pH and temperature as factors.HPLC was employed to determine the content of hyperin with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(17: 83) and detection wavelength at 360 nm. Result: Cellulase was selected, its optimum extraction technology was as follows:enzyme dosage 2.0%, enzymolysis time of 2 hours, enzymatic hydrolysis of pH 4.0, enzymolysis temperature at 45 ℃;extracting amounts of hyperin and total flavonoids were 1.408, 26.966 mg · g-1, respectively. Conclusion: This optimized extracting process is stable, reasonable and applicable to industrial production of Cuscutae Semen.

      摘要:Objective:The polysaccharide was separated and purified from Oldenlandia diffusa and the immuno-enhancing activity was evaluated in immunosuppression mice by intraperitoneal administration. Method: The crude polysaccharides were separated and purified by tangential-flow ultrafiltration, then the relative molecular weight was measured by gel column chromatography. The structure was analyzed by pre-column derivatization HPLC. The activity of the homogeneous polysaccharide was investigated by carbon clearance on immunosuppression mice. Result: A new homogeneous polysaccharide named ODP-1 was obtained from O. diffusa. The relative molecular weight of ODP-1 was about 20.88 kDa. ODP-1 was composed of mannose, rhamnose, galacturonic acid, glucose, galactose and arabinose with the molar ratio of 0.005: 0.033: 0.575: 1.000: 0.144: 0.143.Immune activity indicated that ODP-1 can improve the clearance index, phagocytic index, the index of thymus and spleen of immunosuppression mice. Conclusion: ODP-1 from O. diffusa is a homogeneous polysaccharide with immuno-enhancing activity.

      摘要:Objective:The aim of this paper was to study the HPLC fingerprint for oligosaccharides site in Rehmanniae Radix, and to provide reference for Rehmanniae Radix of the quality control according to the oligosaccharide composition. Method: Analysis was performed on an Agilent Zorbax NH2 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), with the acetonitrile-water as mobile phase in gradient elution mode. The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL ·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. The injection volume was 20 μL. The detector was ELSD, drift tube temperature was set at 90 ℃, nitrogen flow rate was set at 3.0 L · min-1, and the gain volume was 10.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were used to fingerprint pattern recognition. Result: Various peaks of thirteen batches of samples have been separated, and 12 peaks were identified as characteristic fingerprints in which six peaks were defined. And samples were divided into two categories. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprint can provide the basis for the quality control of Rehmanniae Radix.

      摘要:Objective:The study aimed to evaluate the quality of commercial samples of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex based on the contents of six active compounds. Method: An HPLC-DAD method was established to determine the contents of four polar constituents, magnoflorine, syringin, magnoloside A, magnoloside B. The HPLC separation was carried out on an Agilent Zorbax C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mixture solution of water-acetic acid (pH 3.0) and methanol as the mobile phase applied in a gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1. The wavelength was set at 265 nm for magnoflorine and syringin and 328 nm for the two magnolosides. The contents of magnolol and honokiol were determined using our previous method. Result: The average recovery of the four polar compounds ranged from 97.63% to 103.84% with RSDs less than 5.00%. The contents of honokiol/magnolol, magnolosides, magnoflorine, syringin in samples decreased in turn. The contents of polar compounds except syringin in the bark samples were higher than those in the decoction pieces (P<0.05). Contents of magnolol and honokiol in some samples didn't reach the requirement in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition). Conclusion: The developed HPLC method is accurate and reliable. Generally speaking, the thick samples with good appearance possess higher contents of the active constituents than those thin and edge-damaged ones.

      摘要:Objective:The aim of this study was to establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the contents of plantamajoside, polydatin, specnuezhenide and resveratrol in Huzhentongfeng capsules. Method: HPLC was used to determine the contents. The analytical column was Agilent SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The liquid phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: The mass of plantamajoside, polydatin, specnuezhenide and resveratrol with peak areas were within the concentration ranges of 0.099 6-1.992 μg(r=0.999 9), 0.123-2.46 μg(r=0.999 9), 0.145-2.90 μg(r=0.999 9), 0.025-0.50 μg(r=0.999 8), and the average recoveries were 99.27%, 99.43%, 98.83%, 98.07%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid and simple, highly reproducible and specific so that it could be used as one of the quality control methods of Huzhentongfeng capsules.

      摘要:Objective:The aim of this study was to establish a pre-column derivation HPLC method for chromatographic fingerprint of Lycii Fructus Polysaccharide. Method: Lycii Fructus sample was hydrolyzed with Trifluoroacetic Acid(TFA) and derivated by 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone(PMP). The monosaccharide composition of Lycii Fructus polysaccharide was carried out by reversed-phase technique on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column with a mobile phase composed of 0.1 mol · L-1 phosphate buffer (pH 6.7) and acetonitrile in the ratio of 84.5: 15.5.The flow rate was set at 0.8 mL · min-1, the wavelength was set at 250 nm, and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: There were 12 peaks from the fingerprint and 8 peaks were D-Man, L-Rha, D-GlcUA, D-GlcN, D-Glc, D-Gal, D-Xyl, D-Ara. The similarity of the 10 batches of Lycium barbarum samples was more than 0.99. Conclusion: The HPLC method with pre-column derivatization is appropriate for the analysis of monosaccharide composition of Lycii Fructus polysaccharide and the method is simple, quick and accurate.

      摘要:Objective:The aim of this paper was to study the chemical constituents of Ramulus of Cinnamomum cassia. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column, sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Result: Sixteen compounds have been isolated from the EtoAc and N-butanol fractions. They were identified as E-cinnamic acid (1), vanillin (2), 4-hydroxy-2-methoxycinnamaldehyde (3), sinapaldehyde (4), (E)-3, 3'-dimethoxy-4, 4'-dihydroxystilbene (5), (2S)-1-O-heptatriacontanoyl glycerol (6), tricosanoic acid (7), stigmast-4-ene-3, 6-dione (8), 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl henicosanoate (9), heptadecanoic acid(10), β-sitosterol acetate (11) coumarin (12), E-cinnamic alcohol (13), 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid (14), vanillic acid (15), and syringaldehyde (16), respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 3-9, 14, 15 were obtained from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective:To determine the contents of amino acids of different origin of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis. Method: The amino acids in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis pretreated with phenyl isothiocyanate (PITC) and the content of derivatives was determined by HPLC.The determination was performed on CAPCELL PAK C18SG300 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase A consisted of sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer solution (adjusted pH to 6.5 with acetic acid)-1% acetonitrile and mobile phase B consisted of sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer solution(adjusted pH to 6.5 with acetic acid);gradient elution.The column temperature was 25 ℃, flow rate was 0.6 mL · min -1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Result: The recovery of free amino acid and total amino acids were in the range of 92.48%-97.30% and 90.95%-95.63%, the RSD values are less than 3%. Different origin of free amino acid content of 10 samples in the range of 0.210 5%-0.571 2%, the total amino acid content in the range of 3.670 8%-6.890 4%, the essential amino acids accounted for the proportion of total free amino acids in the range of 0.094 4%-0.186 0% and accounted for the proportion of total amino acids in the range of 0.338 5%to 0.374 1%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate, with good repeatability and stability, can be used for the detection of amino acids in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis, there was significant difference between the different origin of Dendrobium candidum samples of amino acid, there are differences in the proportion of essential amino acids.

      摘要:Objective:The aim of this study was to establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the contents of Rosemary acid and Luteolin in defatted Perilla. Method: Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used, with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(55: 45) as mobile phase. The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL · min-1, the detection wavelength was set at 330 and 350 nm, with the column temperature at 30 ℃. Result: The linear response ranges were 9.91-158.55 mg · L-1 with regression curve Y=108.83X+0.136 8 (r=0.999 9) for rosemary acid, and 0.997-15.952 mg ·L-1 with regression curve Y=119.63X-3.677 8(r=0.999 9) for luteolin. The average recovery of rosemary acid and luteolin were 99.68% and 100.34%, respectively (RSD 2.01%, 2.86%). Conclusion: A simple, accurate and reproducible HPLC method has been provided for simultaneous determination of rosemary acid and luteolin in defatted Perilla.

      摘要:Objective:The study aimed to establish a convenient analytic method to identify herbal tea particles from different kinds or sources. Method: The two-dimensional and three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of 35 herbal tea particle samples were determined, and the characteristics and differences of the spectra were comparatively analyzed. At the same time, the characteristic spectra parameters. λEx, λEm, IEx and I>Em, were extracted. The analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0. Result: There were significant differences exhibited in their fluorescence spectrum of herbal tea particles from different kinds and sources. However, slight differences of fluorescence spectra were observed in different production batches of herbal tea particle in the same type from the same factory. The identification analysis matched well with the actual results. Conclusion: The fluorescence spectroscopy combining with computer pattern recognition is a useful method in the rapid identification of herbal tea particles.

      摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of benzoylmesaconine, benzoylaconine, benzoylhypacoitine and hypaconitine in Wuqi Qufengsan tablets. Method: The assay was performed on a Hanbon-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran (25: 15, phase A)-0.1 mol · L-1 ammonium acetate(containing 0.5 mL glacial acetic acid per 1 000 mL, phase B) with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1, column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was at 235 nm. Result: Excellent chromatographic separation was achieved for four studied alkaloids with good linearity(r>0.999 0), the average recoveries were 101.10%(RSD 2.1%), 101.09%(RSD 2.2%), 102.04%(RSD 1.6%), 97.83%(RSD 2.7%). The limits of detection were 3.4, 1.7, 2.2and 0.8 ng respectively. Conclusion: This method was simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be used to determine the content of benzoylmesaconine, benzoylaconine, benzoylhypacoitine and hypaconitine in Wuqi Qufengsan tablets.

      摘要:Objective:To establish quality control specification of Drymaria cordata, and provide experimental basis for developing and utilizing of this medicinal plant resources. Method: Property identification, microscopic identification were used to identify pharmacognostical characteristics of D. cordata by TLC, sample volume was 5 μL, developing agent was cyclohexane-chloroform-acetic ether-formic acid(20: 3: 8: 0.3).Moisture, total ash and extract content were determined. Result: Morphological and histological characters of D. cordata from different origins showed good consistency.TLC identification was distinct with strong specificity.Quality standards of this product was set as following:moisture≤12.0%, total ash≤13.0%, content of alcohol soluble extract≥18.0%. Conclusion: This established method can be used for quality criteria of D. cordata.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determining contents of brucine, strychnine and aconitine in Guci pastes leachate by RP-HPLC. Method: Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was constituted by acetonitrile(A)-water(B)(containing 0.01 mol · L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution, adjusted pH to 3 by phosphoric acid) for gradient elution(0-22 min, 11%A;22-23 min, 11%-33%A;23-36 min, 33%A;36-37 min, 33%-11%A;37-40 min, 11%A) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1, detection wavelength was set at 235 nm for aconitine, 260 nm for brucine and strychnine. Result: Linear ranges of brucine, strychnine and aconitine were 0.026 4-0.264, 0.039 6-0.396, 0.016-0.160 μg;their average recoveries were 98.44%, 98.63% and 99.08% with RSD of 1.84%, 1.66% and 0.97%;their average concentrations in samples were 1.29, 1.92, 0.79 mg · L-1, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be provide experimental basis for quality control of Guci pastes.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Brucea Javanica oil latex Injection by HPLC-ELSD and provide a reference for the quality evalation of Brucea Javanica oil latex Injection. Method: The sample were determined by shimadzu 2010C HPLC and Alltech 2000 ESLD with Waters C18 analytical column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) , by using acetonitrile-dichloromethane(65: 35) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and the detection temperature of 70 ℃, column temperature 30 ℃, inject volume 10 μL. Result: Its fingerprint exhibited better separation for each peak, revealing amount of finger information, based on the ten batches of Brucea Javanica oil latex Injection, eight common peaks were selected in chromatograms. The precision reproducibility and stability of the method is good, and RSD of the relative retention time and relative peak area were less than 3.0%, the similarity is greater than 0.99, according to the technical requirements of fingerprint on Chinese tradirional medicine . Conclusion: Proposed HPLC fingerprint is convenient, reliable and can be used as the important evidences for the quality control of Brucea Javanica oil latex Injection.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the chemical components of Gardenia jasminoides. Method: The isolation and purification of components were performed using various column chromatography, and the chemical structures were identified by physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis. Result: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 6"-O-[(E)-p-coumaroyl]-p-coumaroyl] -gentiobiosylgenipin (1), 3-O-caffeoyl-4-O-sinapoylquinic acid (2), 6"-O-trans-sinapoylgenipin gentiobioside (3), chlorogenic acid (4), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol (5), scopoletin (6), scoparone (7), 3-methoxyosmanthuside H (8), medioresinol (9), 5'-methoxyisolariciresinol-3α-O-β-D-gluco pyranoside (10). Conclusion: Compounds 5-10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of roots of Artocarpus nanchuanensis. Method: The constituents were isolated from the ethyl acetate portion of 95% ethanol extraction of A. nanchuanensis roots by column chromatography over silica gel, Diaion HP20 macroreticular resin, MCI CHP 20P gel, Sephadex LH-20 gel, ODS gel, etc. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of physical chemical properties and spectral data. Result: Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(1), 2, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(2), p-coumaric acid(3), (+) catechin(4), (E)-ferulic acid methyl ester(5), p-E-hedroxycinnamic acid methyl ester(6), norartocarpetin(7), trans-oxyresveratrol(8), moracin M(9). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 5 and 6 were isolated from Moraceae for the first time. Compound 3 was firstly reported the occurrence in the genus Artocarpus, and compounds 7-9 were characterized in A. nanchuanensis for the first time.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents in seed of Sophora alopecuroides and to determine their antitumor activities in vitro. Method: Compounds were isolated and purified by means of silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 gel columm chromatography, and recrystallization etc. Their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic analysis including 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and spectral data. The cytotoxic activities of the alkaloids compounds on C6 cell in vitro were evaluated by MTT method. Result: Seven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the seed of S. alopecuroides. Their structrues were identified as (+)-matrine(1), (+)-oxymatrine(2), (-)-sophocarpine(3), (-)-9α-hydroxysophocarpine(4), (+)-oxysophocarpine(5), (-)-9α-hydroxysophoramine(6), (-)-13, 14-dehydrosophoridine(7), and a non-alkaloid named indolyl-3-carbaldehyde(8). Conclusion: The compond 8 was isolated from the genus sophora for the first time. Compounds 1-3 and 5 showed significant inhibitory activity towards C6 glioma cells.

      摘要:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of rutin, quercetin and populnetin in Rhododendron chrysanthum from Changbai mountain and compare their contents by different extractive methods. The HPLC equipped with the Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution. The detection wave length was set at 360 nm and the flow rate was 0.8 mL · min-1, and the temperature was set at 30 ℃. The linear ranges of rutin, quercetin and populnetin were good, the average recoveries were 99.9%(RSD 1.2%), 99.2%(RSD 2.8%), 101.8%(RSD 2.3%), respectively. The method is simple, quick, accurate and repeatable for quantitative analysis. The supersonic extraction showed the highest content of flavonoids among the three extractive methods. The method can be used for quality control of R. chrysanthum from Changbai mountain.

      摘要:Objective:To evaluate the antibacterial activities of five Chinese medicines and their chemical constituents against five multidrug-resistant clinical bacteria isolates. Method: A micro-twofold dilution method was performed to detect the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). The growth curve of bacteria was recorded by measuring A595 successively and the protein expression profile was mapped by SDS-PAGE. Result: Rhei Radix et Rhizoma was effective against the strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis with the MIC of 6.25-12.50 g · L-1. Caryophylli Flos exhibited a broad spectrum actibity and suppressed all the tested bacteria isolates to grow with the MIC of 3.13-25.00 g · L-1. The rest medicines, namely Taraxaci Herba, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Curcumae Longae Rhizoma appeared no antibacterial activities.No monomer constituents show antibacterial activities against pseudomonas aeruginosa. Emodin, aloe-emodin and eugenol showed better antibacterial activities against G-negative bacteria than other bacterial isolates. Emodin was observed with the MIC of 1.95-15.63 mg · L-1and aloe-emodin with the MIC of 2.34-75.00 mg · L-1. Eugenol was the only constituent that could suppress Acinetobacter baumanii with the MIC of 5.32-10.64 mg · L-1. No antibacterial activity of curcumin, caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid was found. Growth suppression and changes of protein expression were observed with strains of S. aureus in the presence of emodin. Conclusion: Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Caryophylli Flos, as well as their chemical constituents, emodin, aloe-emodin and eugenol, can significantly inhibit some multidrug-resistant clinical bacteria strains. Emodin, aloe-emodin and eugenol play an important role in the antibacterial activities of these two Chinese medicines, respectively. The further researches would be carried out to elucidate their exact functional mechanism.

      摘要:Objective:Through studying time change rule of compositions derived from Coptidis Rhizoma absorbed into the blood, to clear in vivo directly effective substance and metabolic process of Coptidis Rhizoma. Method: Serum pharmacochemistry method was adopted to study distribution, number and state(prototype components or metabolites) of chemical compositions from Coptidis Rhizoma absorbed into the body, then investigate its variation with time. Result: This study determined five components(epiberberine, jateorhizine, coptisine, palmatine and berberine hydrochloride) among these nine components from Coptidis Rhizoma absorbed into the body;in addition to peak 2 identified as metabolites by analysis, other peaks were in prototype form into the body.After peak 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 were absorbed into the blood, blood drug concentration reached its peak in a certain period of time(120 min), peak time was longer, and then was eliminated with the blood circulation in the body.After peak 3 and 4 were absorbed into the blood, blood drug concentration decreased, but their relative contents were increased, which indicated conversion of other components to them. Conclusion: Main components of compositions derived from Coptidis Rhizoma absorbed into the blood can be detected at 60 min after administration, they reach peak value at 120 min, their contents at 240 min are similar to these at 60 min;minor components can be transformed from other components.Effective components directly in the body may be determined by analyzing components of drugs from serum after taking medicines orally, scientific administration and combination scheme of traditional Chinese medicine can establish by according to change rule of components from serum after taking medicines orally.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the pharmacological activity of ent-11α-hydroxy-15-oxo-kaur-1b-en-19-oic-acid (5F), a compound isolated from Pteris semipinnata, in vitro and in vivo inflammatory conditions. Method: The in vitro inflammation model was established using lipopolysaccharides(LPS)-induced RAW264.7 cell and different concentration of 5F was added in the culture medium. The cytotoxicity of 5F was measured by CCK-8 method. The contents of nitric oxide (NO) was examined by Griess method, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) were determined by ELISA method. The expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and cyclo-oxygen-ase-2 (COX-2) were assayed by Western blot. The in vivo anti-inflammatory effect of 5F was evaluated with croton oil or arachidonic acid-induced mouse ear edema models. Result: 5F showed no cytotoxicity on RAW264.7 cells at the concentrations from 0 to 40 mg ·L-1. 5F (10, 20, 40 mg · L-1) could markedly decreased secretions of NO, TNF-α and IL-1β (P<0.01) in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells. 5F(20, 40 mg · L-1) exhibited the inhibitory effects on PGE2 and IL-6 releases (P<0.01). 5F (40 mg · L-1) could inhibit iNOS and COX-2 expression (P<0.05). Similarly, oral administration of 5F (100 mg · kg-1) for 1 week diminished mouse ear edema induced by croton oil or arachidonic acid (P<0.05). Conclusion: 5F has anti-inflammtory effects, which might be mediated by inhibiting the expression of iNOS and COX-2, decreasing the inflammatory factors such as TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, NO and PGE2.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Ailuo Kechuanning on therapeutic effect of rats with chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease(COPD). Method: Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) smoke was used to COPD rat model; the experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Ailuo Kechuanning group(7.75, 15.52, 31.04 g · kg-1 · d-1).The normal control group, model group were given intragastrically the normal saline solution, while other groups were given corresponding herbal drugs intragastrically(7.75, 15.52, 31.04 g · kg-1 · d-1) for 14 days.Study of effects lung function, blood gas indexes and pathology change of Ailuo Kechuanning in the rats of all groups before and after treatment. Result: The levels of forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1second(FEV1), FEV1/FVC, forced expiratory flow (FEF)25-75, maximum midexpiratory flow(MMF), peak expiratory flow(PEF) and potential of hydrogen(pH), arterial oxygen pressure(PaO2), arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2) were markedly lower, while partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery (PaCO2)keep higher in the model group compared with those in the normal control group(P<0.05, P<0.01).The levels of FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEF25-75, MEFV, PEF and pH, PaO2, SaO2 were markedly higher, but PaCO2 were lower in the Ailuo Kechuanning group (15.52 g · kg-1 · d-1 than those in model group, lung tissue inflammation significantly reduce. Conclusion: Theeffects of Ailuo Kechuanning for treatment of COPD may improve the pulmonary function and protect the lung tissue.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the anti-aging effect of ethanol extract of Fraxini Cortex (EEFC)in subacute aging mice. Method: Sixty ICR mice were randomly divided into the blank group (physiological saline 100 mg · kg-1), the model group (D-galactose 100 mg · kg-1), the positive group(D-galactose 100 mg ·kg-1+vitamin E 30 mg · kg-1), the low dose group D-galactose 100 mg · kg-1+EEFC 37.5 mg · kg-1), the dose group (D-galactose 100 mg · kg-1+EEFC 75 mg · kg-1), the high dose group(D-galactose 100 mg · kg-1+EEFC 150 mg · kg-1), each group of 10.And mice were treated by intragastric administration for 60 days, at the last day of performing intragastric administration, taking out the blood from eyeball, then took out the brains, thymus, spleens, livers and skin, and measure the viscera index of brains, thymus and spleens.Finally detected the superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase(CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), malondialdehyde(MDA), total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC). Result: Compared with the blank group group, the model group the viscera index of brains, thymus and spleens decreased obviously(P<0.05, P<0.01), T-AOC, SOD, CAT in serum, livers, brains and skin decreased, and MDA increased. The viscera index of brains, thymus and spleens have increased a lot(P<0.05, P<0.01) after treateded EEFC. All dosage groups of EEFC could increase the activity of SOD, CAT in serum, livers, brains and thymus(P<0.05, P<0.01), and reduce the content of MDA in these organizations(P<0.05, P<0.01), meanwhile the T-AOC was increased obviously(P<0.05, P<0.01), and increase the activity of GSH-Px in serum and skin. Conclusion: EEFC has anti-aging effect on the subacute aging model mice which were Established by the injection of D-galactose.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Ailuo Kechuanning on expression of aquaporin5(AQP5) and mucin 5AC(MUC5AC) genes in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Method: Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)smoke was used to COPD rat model;the experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group, model group.Normal group, model group was given physiological saline(15.52 mL · kg-1 · d-1) by intragastric, Jizhitangjiang group(10 mL · kg-1 · d-1), Ailuo Kechuanning group (7.75, 15.52, 31.04 g · kg-1 · d-1), ig for 14 days. The expression of AQP5 and MUC5AC genes in the trachea, bronchus and lung tissue were detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical techniques. Result: Compared with the normal group, the expression of mRNA and protein of AQP5 were weakened, but the expression of MUC5AC mRNA and protein were enhanced in model group, the expression of AQP5 protein was negatively correlated with MUC5AC protein(P<0.01)in the trachea and lung tissue of model group.Compared Ailuo Kechuanning mediate-dose group with the model group, the expression of AQP5 gene was enhanced. However, the expression of MUC5AC gene was decreased, the expression of AQP5 protein was negatively correlated with MUC5AC protein(P<0.01)in the trachea and lung tissue. Conclusion: The mechanism of Ailuo Kechuanning regulating COPD airway mucus hypersecretion may increase AQP5 gene and inhibit MUC5AC gene expression.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Jiawei Danggui Buxue Tang(JWDGBXT) on daunomycin-induced nephropathy (DN) by in rats. Method: SD rats were divided into four groups, including normal controls, model group, benazeprilgroup(1 mg · kg-1) JWDGBXT(10 g · kg-1). The adriamycin atdose of 6 mg · kg-1 was used to establish the model. The benepril or JWDGBXT was given by intragastric administration. 7, 28, 42 and 56 days after the treatment, the levels of microdosis proteinuria were tested. The renal tissue was processed for the examinations of light microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Then the renal tissue was assayed by the way of RT-PCR and Wetern blot to observe the level of nephrin, nestin and vimentin. Result: Compared with the normal group, model group had obvilus changes at the 24 h urine protein(P<0.05). Moreover, JWDGBXT could significantly reduce protein uria in rats with daunomycin-induce nephropathy than model group and benepril group(P<0.05). The intercapillary cells had different hyperplasy of the SD rats. The pathological changes of renal tissue at renal tubular and renal interstitial were analyzed. Then, the level of nephrin, nestin and vimentin of the renal tissue was detected by the way of RT-PCR and Western blot. The level of nephrin, nestin and vimentin wa improved. Conclusion: JWDGBXT could decrease the level of proteinuria, protecte the podocytes and suppress the hyperplasy of the intercapillary cells. All of the actions may be associated with the cytoskeletal protein:nestin and vimentin.

      摘要:Objective:To study the brain neurotransmitter influences of component comptibility of Sini Tang(CCSNT) to hypothyroidism. Method: The hypothyroidism mode was made by 1% propylthiouracil (PTU) solution 15 days, treat the animal which has hypothyroidism with CCSNT of high, middle, low dose (9.6, 4.8, 2.4 g · kg-1, ig) and positive drugs Euthyrox 0.01 g · kg-1, ig, at the same time the mice should give the PTU(0.01 g · kg-1, ig);after the end of the experiment, take the brain and make 10% brain homogenates, use the enzyme-linked immunosorband assay (ELISA) kit to measure the norepinephrine(NA), 5-hydroxytryptaphane(5-HT)and dopamine(DA) concentration. Result: Compared with the blank group, in the model group the concentration of NA and DA are decreased(P<0.05), concentrations of 5-HT is significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with model group, the concentration of NA and DA of CCSNT high dose, middle dose and the Euthynx group, are significantly increased (P<0.05);the 5-HT level of all the treatment group are decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion: CCSNT has same effect of Sini Tang to neurotransmitters of hypothyroidism.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu Tang on lung index of pulmonary fibrosis(PF) rats induced by bleomycin (BLM). Method: Nintys healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:sham operation group, model group, prednisone group(4.2 mg · kg-1), Buyang Huanwu Tang high-dose, middle-dose, low-dose groups(18.48, 9.24, 4.62 g · kg-1), 24 rats in each group. Pulmonary fibrosis model was established by injected with BLM by tracheal intubation, sham operation group was intratracheally instilled with equal NS, then every rats was raised drugs through a gastric tube one times a day. To observing general status of PF rats (such as the condition of mental, diet, hair, behavioral activity), the changes of lung index, to measure alveolar catarrh and pulmonary fibrosis degrees in left lung dyed with HE. Result: ①Lung index:at all time points, a significant increase in lung index of model group were higher than that of sham operation group (P<0.01);other medicated groups had different decreases in lung index by comparison with model group (P<0.01);compared with the prednisone group, the lung index of Buyang Huanwu Tang middle-dose group showed an obviously decreased tendency on the 14th and 28th day (P<0.05), this condition of that in Buyang Huanwu Tang low-dose group on the 28th day (P<0.05), Buyang Huanwu Tang high-dose group than in prednisone group the lung index of some high at there time points, but were significantly lower than the same period in the model group. ②Pathomorphology:compared with the sham operation group, the model group and each medicated groups were mainly featured with destroyed alveoli, thickened alveoli septum and the deposition of collagen fibers on different level;the medicated groups could improve the alveolar catarrh and pulmonary fibrosis on pathomorphology in varying degree by comparison with the model group (P<0.01);the effect of reducing alveolar catarrh and pulmonary fibrosis of Buyang Huanwu Tang middle-dose group had an advantage over that of the prednisone group on the 14th and 28th day (P<0.05). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Tang could obviously control the growth of lung index, and alleviate alveolar catarrh and pulmonary fibrosis, the specific mechanism of that were expecting for further study.

      摘要:Objective:To determine the protective effect of Lycium chinense water extract (LCM) on acute lung injury(ALI) induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Method: The BABL/c mice were randomly allocated into control group, LPS model group, dexamethasone (2 mg · kg-1) group, LCM (10 g · kg-1), and LCM (20 g · kg-1) group by intraperitoneal injection. The bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) samples were analyzed for the concentration of numbers of neutrophilic, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondi aldehyde (MDA), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), and the lung samples were taken for histologic evaluation and for determination of wet-to-dry(W/D) lung weight, the protein levels of SOD and MDA were detected by Western blot analysis. Result: Pretreatment with LCM prior to the administration of intratracheal LPS significantly induced a decrease in lung wet weight/dry weight ratio, in total leukocyte number and neutrophil percent in the BALF, and in MDA activity of lung in dose-dependent manners, and in IL-6, the TNF-α in the BALF and MDA protein in lung and increased SOD protein in lung(P<0.01), compared with model the group. At the same time, compared with the blank group, pretreatment with LCM also significantly improved the SOD activity(P<0.05) and decreased the MDA activity in lung (P<0.05). Conclusion: These results showed that anti-inflammatory effects of LCM against the LPS-induced ALI.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Danzhi Jiangtang capsule on protein expression of adiponectin (APN), adaptor protein containing PH domain, PTB domain and leucine zipper motif1 (APPL1) and glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) in skeletal muscle in obese rats fed with high-fat diet. Method: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into basal diet group (NC group), untreated high-fat diet group (HF group), high-fat diet plus Danzhi Jiangtang capsule (FD group, 470 mg · kg-1 · d-1), high-fat diet plus pioglitazone (PIO group, 10 mg · kg-1 · d-1), high-fat diet plus Danzhi Jiangtang capsule and pioglitazone (FD/PIO group, 470 mg · kg-1 · d-1 for Danzhi Jiangtang capsule plus 10 mg · kg-1 · d-1 for pioglitazone). These treatment drugs were added to the animals by intragastric administration for 4 weeks. The animals in NC group continued to be given the basal diet and distilled water by intragastric administration. The contents of triglyceride in skeletal muscle were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer, and protein expression of APN, APPL1 and GLUT4 were determined by immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis, respectively. Result: ①The contents of triglyceride in skeletal muscle were significantly higher in HF group than in NC group (P<0.01). Compared with HF group, The contents of triglyceride in skeletal muscle in each intervention group were reduced significantly (P<0.05).②Immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis revealed that protein expression of APN, APPL1 and GLUT4 in skeletal muscle in HF group were signicantly lower than in NC group (P<0.05). Compared with HF group, The APN, APPL1 and GLUT4 expression in skeletal muscle in each intervention group were increased significantly(P<0.05).③Pearson correlation analysis showed that the contents of triglyceride in skeletal muscle were positive correlated with HOMA-IR (r=0.63, P<0.01). By contrast, the contents of triglyceride in skeletal muscle were negative correlated with protein expression of APN, APPL1 and GLUT4 (r=-0.57, -0.51, -0.62, respectively, all P<0.01). In addition, HOMA-IR was negative correlated with protein expression of APN, APPL1 and GLUT4 (r=-0.57, -0.51, -0.62, respectively, all P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Danzhi Jiangtang capsule can upregulate the expression of APN, APPL1 and GLUT4 in skeletal muscle of obese rats, reduce lipid deposition in skeletal muscle, thus improve skeletal insulin resistance.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effect and mechanism of Xiaozheng wan for mouse melasma model of progesterone composed of UV radiation induced. Method: Female ICR mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Baixiao dan group (3 g · kg-1), Xiaozheng Wan low-dose group (1 g · kg-1), middle dose group (2 g · kg-1), high-dose group (4 g · kg-1), except the normal group and the model group was given normal saline, the rest of the group at the suggest doses administered by gavage for 36 days. And at the beginning of the administration except the normal group, the other groups were using progesterone intramuscular injection (20 mg · kg-1), while 320 nm ultraviolet irradiation of one hour, once a day for 36 days, to cause chloasma mouse model. After the end of the experiment, measuring liver and skin tyrosinase (TYR), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) content, the other to take part irradiated skin pathological and immunohistochemical determination of skin black cells. Result: The treatment group significantly reduced liver and skin TYR content, compared with model group with a significant difference (P<0.01);skin can reduce the content of MDA, but no significant difference;effect on the skin and liver SOD is low. Conclusion: Xiaozheng wan chloasma composite model in mice can inhibit melanin production role.

      摘要:Objective:Artificial cultivation and anti-tumor effects of polysaccharides extracted from the fruit bodies of Lactarius volemus were studied. Method: The polysaccharides of L. volemus were extracted with boiling water. The proliferation inhibition of L. volemus polysaccharides on K562 cells was adopted by 4, 5-dimethylthiazo(-2-yl) -2, 5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) method. The tumor apoptosis was investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and agarose gel electrophoresis. Result: Artificial cultivation of L. volemus was achieved successfully. The growth of L. volemus mycelium was stimulated by carrots and pine roots, and the fruiting bodies were obtained in the third year. Polysaccharides of L. volemus had some anti-tumor activity which inhibition effect was strengthened significantly with increasing polysaccharides concentration. The maximum inhibition rate was reached at 88.2% with concentration of L. volemus polysaccharides at 100 mg · L-1 after 72 h. We found L. volemus polysaccharides promoted K562 tumor cells apoptosis that cell morphology contraction, significant reduction in microvilli by SEM. Meanwhile DNA ladder was appeared by agarose gel electrophoresis, which strength enhanced with increasing concentration of L. volemus polysaccharides. Conclusion: L. volemus may be a potential source for medicinal and edible mushrooms.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Jinkui Shenqi Wan(JKSQ) on insulin receptor (InsR) gene expression in skeletal muscle. Method: With 4 weeks fed high fat high sugar diet, male SD SPF rats of 6 weeks were induced diabete by intraperitoneal injection with streptozotocin. After 4 days the model rats were randomly divided into model group, metformin group, JKSQ low dose group and high dose group. The normal group and model group were given physiological saline, metformin group was given metformin (100 mg · kg-1), JKSQ low dose group and high dose group were given JKSQ (10, 20 g · kg-1) by gavage for 4 weeks. Hexokinase (HK), 6-phosphofructokinase-1(PFK) activity of skeletal muscle were detected. The mRNA and protein expression lever of InsR were detected with RT-PCR and Western blot. Result: As compared with normal group, HK and PFK activity decreased in model group (P<0.01), the mRNA and protein expression of InsR were decreased markedly (P<0.01). During 4 weeks with drug treatment, as compared with the model group, medicine HK and PFK activity were significantly increased in positive control group, JKSQ low dose group and high dose group (P<0.05);while each of the above groups InsR expression on mRNA and protein were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: JKSQ can increase the mRNA and protein lever expression of InsR, and increas HK and PFK activity, to promote the oxidation of glucose utilization in skeletal muscle.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of anti-respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)with ethanol extract of Mori Folium in vitro. Method: The antiviral activity of ethanol extract of Mori Folium was tested by the technique of cell culture, with ribavirin as the positive control. Virus cytopathic effect (CPE) and methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) method were used to measure half toxic concentration (TC50), half inhibitive concentration (IC50)and therapeutic index(TI)after Mori Folium extract interaction with Hep-2 and RSV. Result: Mori Folium extract inhibited RSV infection in dose-effect relationship with small toxicity, large antiviral index and security range(P<0.05). Its TC50, IC50, TI was 6.56, 1.015 g ·L-1, 6.46 respectively. Conclusion: Ethanol extract of Mori Folium has a significant anti-RSV effect in vitro.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the mechanism and the rapeutic effect of Reduning injection(RDN) on acute lung injury(ALI) in rats. Method: Sixty rats were randomly divided into six groups, normal group, model group, positive control group (dexamethasone, 2 mg · kg-1), high-, medium-, low-dose RDN groups (10.16, 5.08, 2.54 g · kg-1).The ALI rats was induced by ipopolysaccharide(LPS) except for rats in normal group. The effects of wet /dry weighto (W/D) ratio in lung, the total protein contents of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), myeloperoxidase (MPO) in serum and interleukin(IL) -1β, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α, IL-10 in lung homogenate were observed. Result: The W/D ratio, BALF, the content of MDA, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-10 were decreased, the activity of MPO was inhibited and the activity of SOD was activated in model group. The above indexes were all improved in all dosage of RDN groups(P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: RDN can improve the pathological changes of lung tissueand reduce the oxidative stress reaction of ALI process. Its mechanism may be achieved by reducing the inflammatory factor in vivo.

      摘要:Objective:To determine the protective effect of total flavones from Clematis filamentosa (TFCF) on myocardial ischemia (MI). Method: Thirty-six rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group, model control group, compound danshen tablet group (250 mg · kg-1), low-, moderate- and high-dose TFCF groups (8, 16, 32 mg · kg-1). MI was induced in rats by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery except for rats in the sham operation group.Changes of segment ST of electrocardiogram, myocardial enzyme activity, and myocardial infarction area were observed. Thirty mice were randomly divided into the normal saline group, compound danshen tablet group (360 mg · kg-1), low-, moderate- and high-dose TFCF groups (12, 24, 48 mg · kg-1). Hypoxia tolerance test was performed by placing the mice into the closed bottle and their survival time was measured. Result: Compared with the model control group, TFCF could reduce ST segment elevation at different time points (P<0.05), decrease the serum levels of aspartate transaminase(AST), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB) (P<0.05, P<0.01), and reduce the rate of MI in acute myocardial ischemia rats (P<0.01). A certain dose-effect relationship was observed. TFCF also could remarkably prolong the mouse's survival time in hypoxia test (P<0.05). No significant difference was found between TFCF and compound danshen tablet. Conclusion: TFCF is proved to have an obvious protective effect on the experimental MI model.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Eucommia ulmoides flavonoids astragalin and baicalein on the expression of osteoblast specific transcription factor Osterix and the ratio of osteoproteger and receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand (OPG/RANKL). Method: MC3T3-E1 Subclone 14 osteoblasts were cultured with different concentrations of astragalin, baicalein and vitamin D3 for 24 h. MTT detection method was used to detect cell proliferati. The expression of Ca2+ was detected by ELISA. The expressions of OPG, RANKL, OST were detected by Western blotting. Result: Compared with the control group, astragalin and baicalein can significantly promote the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 Subclone 14 (P<0.05), increase the expression of OPG and Osterix obviously (P<0.05), and reduce the expression of RANKL (P<0.05). Conclusion: It shows that astragalin and baicalein from E. ulmoides flavonoids can promote MC3T3 E1 Subclone 14 osteoblast proliferation, and raised Osterix and OPG/RANKL.

      摘要:Objective:To explore the protective mechanism of Yinchenhao decoction in liver injury which caused by abnormal expression of iNOS in obstructive jaundice rats.And to provide the theory basis for reasonable use traditional Chinese medicine during perioperative period. Method: Select 48 adult SD rats, randomly divided into two groups① 24 rats in obstructive jaundice reperfusion model group (group OJR), ② 24 rats in obstructive jaundice reperfusion model plus traditional Chinese medicine group (OJRC group). Relieve obstruction of the two groups in day 7 after the biliary tract obstructed and put rats to death in day 1, 3, 7 after the obstruction removed.Detect serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), serum total bilirubin (TBIL), observe the expression of iNOS mRNA and iNOS protein in the liver tissue. Result: Yinchenhao decoction can significantly reduce the content of serum TBIL, ALT (P<0.05), and inhibit iNOS expression of mRNA and iNOS protein in rats liver tissue (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yinchenhao decoction can inhibit the expression of hepatic iNOS, so as to promote the recovery of liver function in rats with obstructive jaundice.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Xiaoma Zhitong capsule on nerve conduction velocity in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Method: One hundred and two patients were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(52 cases). The patients in control group received 500 mg methycobal and placebo 3 times daily, and the patients in observation group received 500 mg methycobal 3 times daily and Xiaoma Zhitong capsules 4 times daily. Patients in both groups received a 3 4-week periods of treatment. Curative effect, motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)in two groups were observed, activity of aldose reductase(AR), nitric oxide(NO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were compared between two groups. The curative effect was evaluated by toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)and visual analogue score(VAS). Result: The total effective rate of control group was 90.4%, which was higher than control group(74.0%, P<0.05). MNCV and SNCV of patients in two groups were improved after treatment, and there was statistically significant difference in the observation group(P<0.05). Levels of AR were decreased(P<0.05), NO and SOD were increased(P<0.05)in the observation group as compared with the control group(P<0.05). TCSS score in control group and treatment group were(6.27±1.17), and(4.52±0.93), respectively. VAS score in control group and treatment group was(5.33±0.64)and (4.26±0.53), respectively. and the observation group had lower results(P<0.05). Conclusion: Using Xiaoma Zhitong capsule combined with methycobal had definite curative effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy, it could obviously improve the peripheral neuropathy of diabetic patients. The effect may be related to regulating the activities of AR, NO and SOD.

      摘要:Objective:To discuss clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation(AECOPD). Method: Clinical data of 58 cases with AECOPD treated in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Dec 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. 30 cases of control group received normal treatment, and 28 cases of combination group received normal treatment combined with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction treatment. Symptoms, signs, arterial blood gas analysis, blood rheology results, lung function of two group were compared 10 days after treatment. Result: Clinical signs and symptoms points of two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01), and clinical signs and symptoms points of combination group was (3.1±0.7), which was lower than control group(P<0.01). Total efficiency of combination group was 97.5%, which was higher than 69.7% of control group(P<0.01). High shear whole blood viscosity, low shear viscosity of whole blood, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index of combination group after treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.01), which were lower than control gorup(P<0.01). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction treatment for AECOPD can improve clinical efficacy.

      摘要:Objective:A randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, multi-center prospective clinical trial was conducted to the superiority and efficacy study of Yitangkang in treating patients with metabolic syndrome. Method: One hundred and sixty-five patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The western medicinal targets (glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, body mass index), and traditional Chinese medicinal (TCM) indicators (TCM patterns indicators, TCM syndrome indicators, quality of life score, etc.) were compared between groups before and after treatment. Result: ①Yitangkang can improve fasting glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, blood pressure and body mass index of patients. ②Yitangkang can increase the compliance rate of fasting glucose, 2-hour postprandial glucose and body mass index. ③Yitangkang can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and systemic conditions, and improve the quality of life in patients with metabolic syndrome. Conclusion: ①Yitangkang can reduce the clinical risk factors by decreasing the blood glucose and weight of patients with metabolic syndrome. ② Chinese medicine treatment can delay the progression of the metabolic syndrome and improve the quality of life of patients, which are worthy widely applied.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Baizi Yangxin decoction combined with Shugan Ningshen powder in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Method: One hundred and twenty patients with generalized anxiety disorder were chosen and randomly divided into the control group (60 patients) and trational Chiese medicine (TCM) prescription group (60 patients). Patients in control group received escitalopram oxalate and patients in TCM prescription group received Baizi Yangxin decoction and Shugan Ningshen powder. The clinical efficacy, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score, hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) score, simple health survey scale(SF-36) score and recurrence rate between two groups were compared before and after treatment. Result: The clinical efficacy of TCM prescription group were better than control group with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The SAS score, HAMA score and SF-36 score after treatment of both groups were better than before with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Besides, the effect of TCM prescription group were better than control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of TCM prescription group were lower than control group with statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with western medicine, using Baizi Yangxin decoction combined with Shugan Ningshen powder could efficiently improve the anxiety symptoms and the quality of life, and reduce the risk of recurrence in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of auxiliary treatment of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with domperidone in treating functional dyspepsia. Method: Eighty patients with functional dyspepsia were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group. Patients in observation group received auxiliary treatment of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with domperidone. Patients in control group received domperidone alone. Then the therapeutic effect, clinical symptoms, plasma motilin level and psychological state between two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate in observation group (90%) was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The abdominal pain, abdominal distention, acid regurgitation, belching scores in observation group were (0.72±0.06), (1.64±0.08), (0.62±0.08) and (0.95±0.04) respectively, which were lower than control group (P<0.05). The plasma motilin of (398.68±120.14) μg · L-1 in observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). The somatization score, obsessive-compulsive symptoms score, interpersonal sensitivity score, depression symptom scores, anxiety symptoms score, hostile score, terror symptom score, paranoid symptoms score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Using Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with domperidone is helpful to improving clinical symptoms, promoting level high expression of plasma motilin, alleviating negative emotions and improving effect of treatment.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on type 2 diabetes (T2DM) treated with professor FAN Guan-jie ' s experienced prescription of Chinese medicine . Method: One hundred and twenty-eight patients according with the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table. Patients in treatment group (64 cases)received the treatment of Chinese medicine and patients in control group (64 cases) received the treatment of acarbose. The body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose (FBG), two hours postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG), glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low densith lipoprotein (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), area under insulin curve (AUCi) were observed before and after treatment. The score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms and signs were compared, and the the clinical efficacy was evaluated. The safety was evaluated by hepatic and renal function, and the blood routine was examination. Result: The study found that the total effective rate was 82.81% in the treatment group and 76.56% in the control group, there was no significant difference. The total effective rate in the TCM symptoms was 89.06% and 53.13% in the control group, showing significant difference (P<0.01). After the treatment, the HbA1c, FBG, 2hPBG in both groups were significant improved (P<0.05, P<0.01).The BMI, AUCi, blood fat level in the treatment group were significantly improved, as compared with that in the control grou (P<0.05, P<0.01). No adverse events were found in the treatment group. Conclusion: Professor FAN Guan-jie 's experienced prescription of Chinese medicine has chear effect in treating patients with T2DM.Besides, it is beneficial in improving the clinical symptoms, losing weight, increasing the curve area of insulin and decreasing the level of blood-lipid. Therefore, it is worthy to be applied widely in clinic.

      摘要:Objective:To observe curative efficacy and influence on heart rate variability (HRV) of modified Wumei pills in treating patients with ventricular premature systole of coronary heart disease (VPSCHD). Method: Eighty patients with VPSCHD were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group received amiodarone hydrochloride tablets. Based on the treatment in control group, patients in observation group added modified Wumei pills. The patients received 1 4-week periods of treatment. Before and after treatment, changes of ventricular premature beat and HRV were recorded by 24-hourdynamic electrocardiogram, and scores of palpitation, choking sensation in chest, chest pain and breathe hard were graded once before and after treatment. Result: The ventricular premature beat effect of observation group was superior to that of control group (P<0.05), and the electrocardiogram effect of coronary heart disease was better than that of control group (P<0.05) through ridit analysis. Symptom scores of heart palpitations, chest tightness, chest pain, shortness of breath and the total score in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment (P<0.01). HRV parameters in both groups including standard deviation of normal number of intervals, each sequential 5-min R-R interval standard deviation during 24 h period, the root mean square difference of adjacent normal R-R interval and the percentage of phase difference between adjacent normal R-R was ≥50 ms heart beat being occupied the total R-R were higher after the treatment (P<0.01). The improvement of HRV parameters in observation group was superior to that in control group (P<0.01), and the number of ventricular premature beat in observation group was less than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Modified Wumei pills could reduce number of ventricular premature beat, relieve clinical symptoms, and improve HRV parameters in patients with VPSCHD. It has certain curative effect on both ventricular premature beat and coronary heart disease.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huadu Yuchang decoction and its influence on nuclear transcription factor-κB (NF-κB) of intestinal mucosa, human β-defensin-2 (HBD-2) and serous proinflammatory cytokine in treating ulcerative colitis (UC) which belonged to spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome in tradition Chinese medical (TCM) syndromes. Method: Eighty patients with UC were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group took mesalazine enter-coated tablets, to swallow not chew, 1 g per time, 4 times per day. Moderate patients who were in bad condition added prednisolone tablets, 10 mg per time, 3 times per day. Based on the treatment of control group, patients in observation group added Huadu Yuchang decoction after decocting for two times, 1 dose per day, divided for 2 times. The patients in two groups received 8-week period of treatment. Scores of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome, colonoscopy and gastric histology were graded before and after treatment. Condition of positive expression of intestinal mucosa NF-κB and HBD-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method, and serous interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were detected. Result: After treatment, scores of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome, colonoscopy and gastric histology in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Condition of positive expression of intestinal mucosa NF-κB and HBD-2 in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Levels of IL-1, IL-8 and TNF-α were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). According to ridit analysis, the comprehensive curative effect in observation group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). Syndromes curative effect of TCM syndromes in observation group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Huadu Yuchang decoction could ameliorate symptoms, improve peptic ulcer healing, and therefore had obvious clinical effect in patients with UC. Its mechanism of action may be related to inhibiting proinflammatory cytokines and protecting barrier function of intestine mucosa.

      摘要:Objective:To discuss the curative efficacy of Fufang Xuduan Jiegu pills on limbs fracture healing and the influence on bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), insulin-like growth factor (IGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Method: Ninety patients were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group received one alfacalcidol twice daily and patients in observation group received one Fufang Xuduan Jiegu pills twice daily for 6 weeks. The disappeared times of pain, swelling and ecchymosis in two groups were recorded. The growth of callus was observed using X-ray. The levels of BMP, IGF and VEGF were detected before and after treatment. Result: The healing efficacy of clinical fractures in observation group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05) through ridit analysis. The disappeared times of pain, swelling and ecchymosis in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.01). Callus growth score in observation group was higher than that in control group at the sixth and eighth week after treatment (P<0.01). Levels of BMP-2, IGF-I, IGF-Ⅱand VEGF in observation group were superior to those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Fufang Xuduan Jiegu pills could promote the formation of callus and the healing of fracture. The action mechanism may be achieved by accelerating the expression of BMP-2, IGF-I, IGF-Ⅱ and VEGF.

      摘要:Objective:To discuss the inhibition of cancerous toxin of preinvasive liver cancer (PLC) by longer-term using of Herba Hedyotis from clinical symptoms, quality of life, liver function and tumor microenvironment. Method: Seventy-five patients with PLC were randomly divided into the control group (34 cases) and the Herba Hedyotis(observation) group (41 cases) by random number table. Patients in the control group received Fufang Banmao capsules, 3 capsules twice daily. Patients in the observation group received Hainan Herba Hedyotis 250-500 g fresh herb, or 60-120 g dry herb 3 or 4 times daily after decocting for two times. Patients in both groups were followed until death or for at least 6 months Cardinal symptom and signs, quality of life (Karnofsky Performance Status, KPS) were graded. Tumor respone was evaluated on the basis of solid tumor size by CT or MRI before and after treatment. Survival rates in both groups were calculated. Levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate amino transferase (AST), γ-glutamyltranspeptidase (γ-GT) and its isozyme, and alpha fetoprotein (AFP) were detected. Levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) were also detected. Result: The solid tumor curative effect in observation group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05) from ordinal data card analysis. The main signs and symptoms scores in observation group were lower than those in control group, while the KPS score in observation group were higher than that in control group at the third and sixth month after treatment (P<0.05). Levels of ALT, AST and γ-GT in observation group were inferior to those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The survival rate of 58.8% in control group was lower than 80.5% in observation group during the 6 months (P<0.05). After treatment, the VEGF, TGF-βand AFP in observation group were inferior to those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Long-term using of Herba Hedyotis can relieve a variety of clinical symptoms, reduce the damage to liver cells, shrink tumor mass, improve inflammatory microenvironment and inhibit tumor angiogenesis of PLC patients. Thus, the benefits in improving patients' survival rates are obtained.

Method: One hundred and sixty patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) after LEEP were randomly divided into control group (80 cases) and observation group (80 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group received externally mercurochrome on wound, orally 0.5 g azithromycin tablets once daily for 5 days, and orally 10 mL Leonurus Japonicus Houtt. Oral Liquid 3 times daily. Patients in observation group received externally of chitosan biological sponge dressing. Orally 0.5 g azithromycin tabletsonce daily for 5 days, and orally 1 dose Zhidai Huadu decoction divided twice daily. The patients in two groups received 1 8-week period of treatment. Time and volume of vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding and intention status of wounds were recorded during the follow-up. Human papilloma virus (HPV) and desoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in mucus and secretion around cervix were detected before and after 12 weeks of operation. Levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and TNF-α of cervical partial discharge were detected before and after 8 weeks of operation. Complications such as late hemorrhage, postoperative infection, cervical scar formation, adhesion and stenosis were recorded. Result: The curative effect of observation group was superior to that of control group (P<0.05) through ordinal data card test. The average time and amount of vaginal bleeding in observation group were less than those in control group after treatment (P<0.01). The average time and amount of vaginal discharge in observation group were less than those in control group (P<0.01). Positive rate of HPV DNA in observation group was 8.75%, which was lower than 23.75% in control group after 8-week treatment (P<0.01). Levels of IL-4, IL-10 and TNF-α in cervical partial discharge of observation group were decreased, which was obviously lower than those of control group. The level of IL-2 in observation group was increased, which was higher than that in control group after treatment (P<0.01). The cumulative incidence of complications of 7.5% in observation group was significant less than that of 27.5% in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Using Zhidai Huadu decoction combined with chitosan sponge dressing could reduce the average vaginal bleeding/discharge time and vaginal discharge blood/liquid volume, remove HPV residual infection, reduce complications incidence in cervical lesions patients after LEEP surgery. The action mechanism may be related to regulating imbalance of Thl/Th2 and improving antiviral ability.

      摘要:Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of severe sepsis patients. Method:The medical literatures (1990 to 2013) were searched from fllowing data sources:Medline, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure VIP and Wanfang citation database online version, and randomized controlled trial about Xuebijing combined with ulinastatin in severe sepsis patients were collected. Meta-analysis of included trials was performed using Rev Man 5.2 software. Result:Total of 8 trials involving 735 patients was included. Of the 2 trials had a Jaded score of 3, 2 trials had a Jaded score of 2, and 4 trials had a Jaded score of 1.Meta-analysis showed that the time of mechanical ventilation in Xuebijing combined with ulinastatin compare with Xuebijing and ulinastatin alone was respectively [MD=-2.10, 95%CI (-2.88, -1.31), P<0.05], [MD=-3.92, 95%CI (-4.59, -3.25), P<0.05];the days of ICU were respectively[MD=-2.07, 95%CI (-2.98, -1.17), P<0.05], [MD=-3.76, 95%CI (-4.57, -2.96), P<0.05];APACHE-Ⅱ was respectively [MD=-2.78, 95%CI(-4.85, -0.71), P<0.05], [MD=-4.19, 95%CI(-5.64, -2.75), P<0.05];procalcitionin (PCT) was respectively [MD=-0.44, 95%CI(-0.54, -0.33), P<0.05], [MD=-0.61, 95%CI (-0.67, -0.55), P<0.05];tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) was respectively [MD=-1.38, 95%CI(-3.02, -0.25), P<0.05], [MD=-5.91, 95%CI(-11.02, -0.80), P<0.05];interleukin 6(IL-6) was respectively [MD=-32.96, 95%CI(-48.26, -17.66), P<0.05], [MD=-60.42, 95%CI (-109.19, -11.65), P<0.05];lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was respectively [MD=-6.38, 95%CI (-9.18, -3.58), P<0.05], [MD=-11.08, 95%CI (-14.42, -7.75), P<0.05]. Conclusion:Using Xuebijing combined with ulinastatin can reduce the time of mechanical ventilation, the days of ICU and APACHE-Ⅱ, and decrease the level of proinflammatory cytokines, such as PCT, TNF-α, IL-6 and LPS. The efficacy of Xuebijing combined with ulinastatin in severe sepsis patients should be determined by more high quality RCTs because of small number and poor methodological quality of included studies in this meta-analysis.

      摘要:In the process of modernization research of traditional Chinese medicine, more and more advanced technologies are applied. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), as an important research tool, is also used in the study of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR is a highly sensitive nucleic acid quantification technique that is developed on the basis of technology of PCR. In PCR reaction system, fluorescent dyes or fluorescent probes are added; then the PCR reaction is monitored in real time by using fluorescence signal accumulation; and finally the unknown template is analyzed quantitatively by using standard curve. With the characteristic of simple, fast, efficient, high-throughput and high sensitivity as well, real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR overcomes the deficiency of traditional one greatly and gradually becomes an important means of studying the Chinese medicine at present. The applications in the diagnosis of TCM, pharmacology research of TCM, essence research of TCM syndrome and the study of acupuncture mechanism are introduced in this review. Many studies have showed: Molecular mechanism of the prescription, single herb and effective components at tissue, cell and molecular levels could be explored and target site of drug could be found by using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR; Additionally, it helped to reveal the pathophysiological basis of TCM symptoms and provide new ideas for elucidating the biological essence; What's more, the science of traditional Chinese medicine has been validated at the genetic level of molecular biology. Based on these studies, real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR would be widely used in the research of traditional Chinese medicine.
