      摘要:Abstract:Aim:Perorm serum pharmacochemistry study on extract in Shuxiong Tablets. Methods:HPLC research on the serum fingerprints chromatograms of Shuxiong tablet extract based on blood serum chemical pharmacy: After SD rats are administrated by gavages, samples are taken respectively after certain periods and measures are made on serum chromatograms of both mixed extracts and each single extract, then analysis is made. including 16 components can be detected in the fingerprint serum, including 5 of the serum itself, and the other 11 may come from the original compound and their metabolites. Conclusion:the 6 major components of Shuxiong tablet (ligustazine、hydroxysafflor yellow A、ferulic acid、notoginsenoside R1、ginsenoside Rg1、ginsenoside Rb1) which are in the blood or transitional elements in the blood. The serum chromatograms of Shuxiong tablet are established on the basis of serum HPLC fingerprint chromatograms and compound HPLC fingerprint chromatograms. Results:HPLC research on fingerprint chromatograms is simple and reproducible, and the fingerprint chromatograms can reflect multi-ingredients in the Shuxiong tablet, therefore, this study provides a reliable method for the effective quality control of Shuxiong tablet, and prepares for in-depth study on the tablet.

      摘要:[Abstract] Objective: To study on quality standard of Hedyotis Diffusae Wild. in the Qingshen granule. Method:Thin-layer chrmatography was used to identidy Hedyotis Diffusae Wild., The content of Deacetyl asperulosidicacid methyl ester was determined by HPLC. The HPLC consisted of Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm ? 250 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water (3.5: 96.5) as mobile phase, flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1, detection wavelength at 276 nm. Result:The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by HPLC was distinct, accurate and reproducible.The linear range of Deacetyl asperulosidicacid methyl ester was 0.042 μg ~ 1.35 4 μg(r = 1.000 0). the average recovery was 99.96% With RSD of 1.66%(n = 6). Conclusion: The methods are accurate and quick in qualitative identification and quantitative assay of this preparation, can be used for the quality control of Qingshen granule.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Pericarpium trichosanthis. Method: The HPLC method was used on an Agilent TC-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 mm) chromatographic column with acetonitrile-0.2% ice acetic acid as mobile phase in gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 260 nm with the flow rate of 0.8 mL.min-1, and the column temperature is 25 ℃, the sample injection was 20 mL. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of Pericarpium trichosanthis was established. The methodological investigation result was good. 13 common peaks were existed in the fingerprint and five common peaks were confirmed. The similarities of 10 batches of Pericarpium trichosanthis are > 0.9. Conclusion: The method is stability, and the established fingerprint can provide a basis for quality evaluation of Pericarpium trichosanthis.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize formulation process of matrine gels and evaluate its in vitro release characteristics. Method: The content of matrine was measured by HPLC,mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(6:94),detection wavelength 210 nm.Dynamic dialysis method was adopted to determine in vitro release rate of matrine gels,taking composite score of cumulative release rates at 1,5,10 h as index,orthogonal test was applied to optimize formulation process with amounts of carbomer-940,matrine and azone,gels pH as factors. Result: Optimized formulation process of matrine gels was obtained,dosages of carbomer-940,matrine and azone were 1.0,2.0,0.5 g,respectively;Gels pH was adjusted to 6.8 eventually.In vitro cumulative release rate at 1,5,10 h were(10.17±0.35)%,(74.90±0.70)% and (94.53±0.74)%,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized process was simple and feasible,these prepared matrine gels had sustained release properties.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of pharmaceutical excipients on moisture absorption of total flavonoids from Ilex pubescens. Method: Moisture absorption percent of total flavonoids from I. pubescens was determined by powder moisture absorption method;Taking initial velocity of moisture absorption,moisture absorption accelerated speed,equilibrium moisture absorption time,equilibrium hygroscopicity,critical relative humidity and others parameters as indexes,effects of pharmaceutical excipients on moisture absorption of total flavonoids from I. pubescens were investigated. Result: The critical relative humidity of total flavonoids from I. pubescens was 78.1%,and it was increased by lactose,magnesium stearate,talc powder and calcium hydrogen phosphate.Moisture absorption process and equilibrium hygroscopicity of samples all accelerated treating by some excipients in order of PVPP>CMS-Na>croscarmellose sodium>dextrin>starch;Moisture absorption accelerated speed and equilibrium hygroscopicity of samples all reduced to different degrees treating by other excipients in the order of calcium hydrogen phosphate>talc powder>lactose>magnesium stearate>aerosil>MCC. Conclusion: Rational usage of excipients could improve moisture absorption and stability of total flavonoids from I. pubescens.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology of Armeniacae Semen Amarum. Method: With composite score of the content of amygdalin and degree of enzyme inactivation as index,based on single factor tests,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize processing technology of Armeniacae Semen Amarum by taking processing time and the amount of water as factors.The content of amygdalin was determined by HPLC,mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water (15:85),detection wavelength at 210 nm. Result: The best processing technology of Armeniacae Semen Amarum was as following: processed 10 min with 10 times the amount of water. Conclusion: This optimized processing technology was stable and feasible,it had a certain significance to regulate processing technology of Armeniacae Semen Amarum.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate thermal stability of ginsenosides Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in water decoction of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma. Method: Contents of ginsenosides Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 were determined by HPLC,acetonitrile(A)-water(B) system was taken as mobile phase with gradient elution(0-12 min,19%A;12-60 min,19%-36%A),detection wavelength was 203 nm.Effects of heating time and temperature on contents of index components from water decoction and mixed standard solution were investigated by single factor tests. Result: When heating time came to 12 h,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1and notoginsenoside R1 had different degree of degradation,and they degraded rapidly when temperature increased.It's reduced to 30%,50%,30% of the initial content at 100℃;While contents of these three kinds of saponins in mixed standard solution was almost no conversion. Conclusion: Contents change of three kinds of saponins in water decoction of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma was not primarily caused by temperature,but it may be due to effect of specific substances in Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize formulation process of dispersible tablets of Bauhinia championi and establish its quality control method. Method: Taking disintegration time as index,central composite design and response surface methodology was adopted to optimize preparation process of dispersible tablets with amounts of MCC,L-HPC and PVPP as factors;HPLC was used to determine contents of 3',4',5',5,7-pentamethoxyflavone and 3',4'-methylenedioxy-5',5,6,7-tetramethoxyflavone by taking acetonitrile(A)-water(B)(0-20 min,30%-40%A;20-36 min,40%-48%A) as mobile phase,detection wavelength was 324 nm,then in vitro dissolution of dispersible tablets was investigated. Result: Optimal prescription was as following:MCC 58%,L-HPC 9.2%,PVPP 9.8%,magnesium stearate 1.0%;Disintegration time of dispersible tablets was 40 s and its in vitro dissolution was more than 90% within 30 min. Conclusion: These prepared dispersible tablets of B. championi had characteristics of fast disintegrating profile and high dissolution,which was suitable for clinical needs.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the ethyl acetate-soluble chemical constituents of fibrous roots of Liriope muscari. Method: The compounds were separated by using various kinds of chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods. Result: Eight compounds were isolated from the fibrous roots of Liriope muscari. Their structures were established as 3,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-3-(4-hydroxybenzyl)chroman-4-one (1), 3,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-6-methyl-3-(4-hydroxybenzyl)chroman-4-one (2),(4R, 5S)-5-(3-hydroxy-2,6-dimethylphenyl)-4-isopropyldihydrofuran-2-one (3), aurantiamide acetate (4),emodin (5),stigmasterol (6),N-p-coumaroyltyramine (7), β-daucosterin (8). Conclusion: Compound 1 was isolated and established as a novel homoisoflavanone. Compounds 4-6 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound 8 was isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an LC-MS-MS method to determine the in vivo recovery of aconitine in microdialysis probes and study its stability. Method: The recovery of aconitine was detected by retrodialysis method. The effect of flow rates,concentrations and time on recovery was studied. Result: At the same concentration, the recovery decreased with the increase of the flow rate.Aconitine recovery was independent of aconitine concentration in the external medium by using retrodialysis method. Aconitine recovery had good stability. Conclusion: Microdialysis sampling can be used for the pharmacokinetic study of aconitine and retrodialysis method can be used for the determination of aconitine recovery in vivo.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of three constituents about isofraxidin, lasianthuslactone and codonolactone. Method: The separation was performed on a Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) eluted with acetonitle and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase in a linear gradient mode. The flow rate was kept at 1 mL·min-1and the column temperature was set to 30℃, the UV detector wavelength was set at 230 nm. Result: The linear ranges were 2-100 ng for isofraxidin, 2-100 ng for lasianthuslactone, 4-200 ng for codonolactone, and the three components had a good linear relationship (r>0.999). Result of three components recovery tests were 96.1% (RSD 2.3%), 94.4% (RSD 2.0%), 94.2% (RSD 1.9%). The content of isofraxidin is more in Chloranhus multistachy, it is 18 μg·g-1;the codonolactone and lasianthuslactone were higher in C. fortumei, the content was 2.4,1.2 μg·g-1. Conclusion: Through the validation, the method is proved to be sensitive, accurate, repeatable, and can be used for quality control of C. plants.

      摘要:Objective: The research aimed to establish a UPLC-MS-MS method for the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 in Gastrodia elata. Method: The samples, G. elata herbs, were extracted by ultrasonic with methanol, filtered by glass fiber filter paper and purified by immuno affinity columns (IAC). Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 in G. elata were researched by UPLC-MS-MS. Result: The linear relationships of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2were good in the scopes of selected concentration. The precision, repeatability and the accuracy were all satisfactory. There was a good result in using the reference material to validate this method. The method is used to determine the concentrations of the four aflatoxins in 30 batches of G. elata herbs and none were detected. Conclusion: The method is scientific, convenient and rapid to take. It can be applied into the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 in G. elata herbs. And it provides objective references to help to evaluate the quality of G. elata herbs accurately and comprehensively.

      摘要:Objective: The interaction between six micromolecules of cholic acids (CAs) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy (FS) combined with FT-ATR-IR and the six CAs were cholic acid (CA), deoxycholic acid (DCA), hyodeoxycholic acid (HDCA), chenodeoxych-olic acid (CDCA), taurochenodeoxycholic acid (TCDCA), ursodesoxycholic acid (UDCA) respectively. Method: According to the dynamic quenching rate constants Kq of Stern-Volmer equation, we could infer the fluorescence quenching mechanism of BSA under the simulated physiological conditions (at pH 7.40 and ionic strength=0.15 mol·L-1). The binding constants KLB, binding site numbers n, every type of conjugation effort according to the stemvolmer equation, Lineweaver-Burk equation, langmuir equation; thermodynamic parameters. Synchronous fluorescence technique and FT-ATR-IR. Result: CAs could insert into the BSA molecule initiatively with the ratio of 0.5:1, namely two protein molecules binding with one of cholic acid compounds molecular to become ground-state complex substances which resulted into intrinsic fluorescen-ce quenching. And with the increasing concentration of CAs, their combination tended to saturation. But the combination of CAs and BSA were relatively weaker as the binding constant KLB is lower than that of inter-acttions of other drugs with protein. The interaction force was mainly hydrogen bonds or Vander Walls force between CAs and BSA, with the possible force of electrostatic interaction. The influence on the framework of BSA was not obvious. Conclusion: There is certain binding interaction between CAs and BAS which provides the conditions for storage and transport of protein in the body. At the same time, the interactional mechanism was clarified, and the theoretical basis was provided for the further study of the inner mechanism and biological effect in organism of CAs and the proteins.

      摘要:Objective: To study on quality standard of Olden landia diffusa in the Qingshen granule. Method: Thin-layer chrmatography was used to identidy O. landia diffusa. The content of deacetyl asperulosidicacid methyl ester was determined by HPLC. The HPLC consisted of Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water (3.5:96.5) as mobile phase, flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, detection wavelength at 236 nm. Result: The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by HPLC was distinct, accurate and reproducible.The linear range of deacetyl asperulosidicacid methyl ester was 0.042-1.35 4 μg(r=1.000 0). the average recovery was 99.96% with RSD of 1.66%.       摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint analysis method for the quality control of Abrus mollis. Method: A HPLC method was adopted. Chromatographic assay was performed on a Lichrospher C18column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at room temperature with methanol-0.1% TFA (35:65) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 272 nm. 10 batches samples of A. mollis were determined for similarity comparison. Result: A HPLC fingerprint analysis method of A. mollis was established. 9 common peaks were assigned, and 4 peaks of them were confirmed by comparing with reference standards. Similarity of 10 batches of A. mollis was more than 0.98. Conclusion: This method was rapid, accurate and reproducible, it could provide a reference for quality evaluation and control of A. mollis.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determining peoniflorin, costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in compound berberine tablets. Method: Three components were separated by C18 chromatographic column with a gradient mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, detection wavelength was 225 nm, and column temperature of 30℃. Result: The linear ranges of peoniflorin, costunolide, and dehydrocostus lactone fell within the ranges of 0.180 9-3.618,0.129 85-2.597,0.120 8-2.416 μg, respectively. The three components showed good linear correlations (r=0.999 8, 0.999 7, 0.999 6).The recoveries were 99.0% for peoniflorin, 98.4% for costunolide, 97.9% for dehydrocostus lactone,respectively. The relative standard deviations were 0.94%, 1.62% and 1.21%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for quality control of compound berberine tablets.

An HPLC method was adopted with column Kromasil C18(4.60 mm×200 mm,5 μm ).The mobile phase was consisted of 0.05%phosphoric acid-water-acetonitrilegradient elution. The flow velocity was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was at 203 nm. Result: Fifteen components were detected in the fingerprint serum, 4 come from the original compound and their metabolites. The 6 known major components of Shuxiong tablet (ligustazine, hydroxysafflor yellow A,ferulic acid,notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1) which showed that they were elements in the blood. The serum chromatograms of Shuxiong tablet were established on the basis of serum HPLC fingerprint chromatograms and compound HPLC fingerprint chromatograms. Conclusion: The measure of HPLC fingerprint chromatograms is simple and reproducible, and the fingerprint chromatograms can reflect multi-ingredients in the Shuxiong tablet, therefore, this study provides a reliable method for the effective quality control of Shuxiong tablet, and prepares for in-depth study on the tablet.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a feasible method for the content determination of piperine in Monglia Medicine Harigaburi-10 tablets by HPLC. Method: An HPLC method was adopted with column Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water (70:30). The flow velocity was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was at set at 343 nm. Result: The calibration curve showed a good linearity within the range of 0.010 7-0.085 6 μg. The average recovery was 101.8% (n=6), RSD 1.8%. Conclusion: This method is convenient, rapid and reliable for quality control of this preparation.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC-MS-MS method for the determination of paeoniflorin content in Niuhuang Jiangya pills. Method: Using a Agilent 20RBA×SB-C18 column (2.1 mm×30 mm, 3.5 μm), the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water solution(75:25), with 5 mmol ammonium formate solvent mixture that prepared for the LC conditioning. The flow rate was 0.4 mL·min-1, column temperature was 25℃. Using gas-auxiliary electrospray ionization source. Paeoniflorin (MRM m/z 525~449) were detected by the LC-MS. Result: The linear range was 20-2 000 mg·L-1,r=1.000 0.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 99.56% with RSD of 0.86%. Conclusion: This method is simple, efficient and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin in Niuhuang Jiangya pills.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from arthritis powder of Qiang medicine by GC-MS. Method: The water distillation was used to extract the volatile oil, GC-MS technology was used to analyze the components of the volatile oil, and area normalization was used to determine the relative content of each component. Result: Thirty-three chemical components were identified, which was 86.47% of total components. The relative amounts of 5 components were above 5%. They were paeonol (13.20%), linalool (10.94%),(+)-calarene (9.48%), sylvestrene (7.93%), tricyclo [5.2.2.0(1,6)] undecan-3-ol,2-methylene-6,8,8-trimethyl-(5.01%). Conclusion: The experiment provides some evidence of quality control and further pharmacodynamics study foundation of arthritis powder.

      摘要:Objective: To provide a scientific reference and method for quality evaluation according to the determination of the content of 5 standards of different specifications of cinnamon cinimaldehyde. Method: The assay was performed by HPLC on an Agilent C18column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) by DAD detector at the wavelength of 290 nm with column temperature at 30℃, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (35:65) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, and the sample size was 10 μL every time. Result: Cinnamaldehyde sample volume had good linear relationships in the range of 0.009 801-0.980 1 μg with peak area, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8 (n=6). The average recovery of cinnamaldehyde was 99.10% and the RSD was 2.20%. Conclusion: There are obvious differences in the content of cinnamaldehyde in different specifications of cinnamon and the adulterants. The content of cinnamaldehyde in Cortex Cinnamomi was the highest (42.11 mg·g-1), and Cassia broken was the lowest relatively speaking (27.97 mg·g-1). The cinnamaldehyde content of Cinnamomum burmannⅡ was similar to Cassia broken, however, the content was only 13.44 mg·g-1 in Lindere umbellata. The present study can provide a scientific reference for clinical use of C. cassia Presl.

      摘要:Objective: To determine contents of total heavy metals and acid-soluble heavy metals in Dieda Shenggu capsules. Method: Dieda Shenggu capsules were pretreated with artificial gastric juice,contents of total heavy metals and acid-soluble heavy metals from Dieda Shenggu capsules were determined by ICP-MS(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry) full quantitative model. Result: Recoveries of As,Pb,Hg,Cd and Cu were in range of 89%-95% in total metal recovery test,but there were 95%-105% in acid-soluble heavy metal recovery test.Contents of total heavy metals from three batches of samples were less than 10 μg·L-1,the content of arsenic salt was less than 2 μg·L-1,contents of acid-soluble heavy metals and total heavy metals were appropriate in the same batch of sample without significant difference. Conclusion: Contents of As,Pb,Hg,Cd and Cu were not necsssary to be included within quality standards of Dieda Shenggu capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To study the character of the microscopic identification and active ingredients' TLC identification of the of the leaves of Dalbergia odorifera. Method: The drug properties,microscopic and TLC identification of the leaves of D. odorifera T.Chen were adopted. Result: The microscopic characteristics of Dalbergia odorifera leaves mainly were that ray cells, phloem cells contain rich calcium oxalate crystals,paracytic type stomata was mainly on the lower epidermis,and the non-glandular hairs were composed of two cells which were variable size with wall warts significantly.The TLC of the both producing area could be used to detect the isoflavone 6-hydroxy-biochanin A and biochanin A. Conclusion: The method of the microscopic identification and TLC can differentiate the leaves of D. odorifera effectively.

      摘要:Objective: To study Buzhong Yiqi decoction‘Yiqi Shengyang' compatibility mechanism based on metabonomics. Method: The nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR) was used to establish the rat serum metabolic fingerprinting techniques.The orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant was applied for analysis of metabolite profiling difference between model group and Buzhong Yiqi decoction group,increased Cimicifugae Rhizoma-Bupleuri Radix dosage group, Buzhong Yiqi without CⅡcifugae Rhizoma-Bupleuri Radix group, and through the variable importance in projection (VIP) biomarkers in serum were selected, the markers were compared to find the differences. Result: the moderating effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on spleen deficiency syndrome was reflected in the way of energy metabolism, glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism regulation revision, while increased Cimicifugae Rhizoma-Bupleuri Radix dosage group, Buzhong Yiqi without Cimicifugae Rhizoma-Bupleuri Radix group improved three big nutrients metabolism to a certain extent in models group rats, but failed to restore the rat model' energy metabolism fundamentally, still in anaerobic respiration. Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi decoction has adjustment effect on spleen deficiency of the strongest, mainly reflect in the recovery of amino acid metabolism and energy metabolism.

      摘要:Objective: To study and compare the serum concentration and pharmacokinetics of disperible tablets of Pueraria lobata flavone and Yufeng Ningxin tablet in rats. Method: The mice were given disperible tablets of Pueraria lobata flavone and Yufeng Ningxin tablet, HPLC was used to test the serum concentration at different time points and design conditions of pharmacokinetics by statistical software. Result: The Cmax of disperible tablets of Pueraria lobata flavone and merchant tablet was (20.21±0.18),(9.90±0.25)mg·L-1. The dispersible tablet Tmax was (0.50±0.03) h,merchant tablet being (1.09±0.02) h. Conclusion: Disperible tablets of Pueraria lobata flavone has rapid absorbtion, the onset time was rapaid and the pharmacokinetics was superior to the control group.

      摘要:Objective: To study pharmacodynamic of Huahong tablets and its main component——quercetin's pharmacokinetics in vivo in order to investigate the preliminary correlation of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics(PK-PD). Method: Analgesic effect of Huahong tablets was studied by the writhing testinduced by acetic acid and hot plate method in mice, the serum concentration of quercetin as Huahong tablets active ingredient was determined by HPLC assay, and correlation analysis on effect-time curve and effect-blood concentration curve;PK-PD model were fitted on drug effect-plasma concentrations with WinNonlin software. Result: Huahong tablets have a significant analgesic effect between 1 and 3 hours, compared with the peak time of the concentration-time curve of quercetin, analgesic effect was lag certainly. Conclusion: Huahong tablets have a significant analgesic effect, pharmacodynamics of Huahong tablets and its main component-quercetin's pharmacokinetics are relevant. The relationship between increment percentage of analgesic threshold and plasma concentrations can meet the simple maximum effect PK-PD model;the relationship between inhibition rate of analgesia and plasma concentrations meet the simple maximum effect PK-PD model.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of apigenin on the growth inhibition and apoptosis in human lung cancer cell line SPC-A1. Method: Lung cancer cell line SPC-A1 were cultured in vitro routinely with different concentration(5-80 μmol·L-1).Cell proliferation was detected by MTT.Hoechst 33258 was used to detect the morphological change of apoptotic cells.Stained by Annexin V and propidium iodide(PI),the cells were observed by flow cytometry for apoptosis. Result: The proliferation of human lung cancer cell line SPC-A1 could be inhibited and apoptosis could be induced by apigenin.The inhibition rate and apoptosis rate were different with the different concentrations.The 50% inhibitory concentration(IC50) at the 24,48,72 h was 319.02,37.23,18.59 μmol·L-1 respectively. Apoptotic body could be observed by Hoechst 33258 dying.Flow cytometry showed that apigenin could induce SPC-A1 cell apoptosis distinctly at different levels. Conclusion: Apigenin could inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of human non-small cell lung cancer SPC-A1.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effects of total flavonoids from the leaves of Carya cathayensis and their four monomer compounds, namely pinostrobin chalcone, pinocembrin, chrysin and wogonin on angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)-induced proliferation and migration in rat vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC). Method: VSMC were primary cultured by tissue sticking method. VSMC proliferation was induced by 100 nmol·L-1 AngⅡ for 12 h after treatment of serum starvation at the initial density of 2.0×104/mL. VSMC migration was induced by 100 nmol·L-1 AngⅡ for 12 h at the initial density of 6.0×104/mL. Both of them were treated with 12.5-62.5 mg·L-1 total flavonoids, 10-50 mg·L-1 pinostrobin chalcone, pinocembrin, chrysin and wogonin for 12 h. Cell proliferation was measured by direct counting the cells and cell migration was determined using the wound healing assay, respectively. Result: 12.5 mg·L-1 total flavonoids significantly inhibited AngⅡ-induced VSMC proliferation in a does dependent manner while 50 mg·L-1pinostrobin chalcone, chrysin and wogonin slightly inhibited AngⅡ-induced VSMC proliferation. 12.5 mg·L-1 total flavonoids, 10 mg·L-1 pinostrobin chalcone, pinocembrin, chrysin and wogonin significantly inhibited AngⅡ-induced VSMC migration in a does dependent manner. Among them, the total flavonoids, chrysin and wogonin showed a higher inhibitory effect compared with those of pinocembrin and pinostrobin chalcone. Conclusion: The total flavonoids from the leaves of C. cathayensis can effectively inhibit AngⅡ-induced VSMC proliferation and migration, while their four monomer compounds present better suppressive activities on AngⅡ-induced migration than those of proliferation in VSMC.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Simo decoction on expression of secretin(Sec) and substance P(SP) in cold-constraint stressed mice, and to explore the mechanism of Simo decoction(SD) on functional gastrointestionl disorders(FGIDs). Method: Gastrointestinal dysfunction model was established by exerting the factors of cold-constraint stimulation. And then randomly treated with distilled water, Dicetel(20.3 mg·kg-1) and SD at dosage of 1.8, 0.9 g·kg-1were given, for continuous 14 days. The content change of Sec and SP in serum was tested by ELISA. The expressions of Sec and SP in brain tissue were measured by immunohistochemical staining. Result: The expressions of Sec in brain and serum of model group were decreased, and SP in model group was increased, compared with the normal group(P<0.01).The SD could increase the expression of Sec in brain tissue and serum,and reduce the expression of SP, which also had significant differences compared with the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was remarkable difference between SD high and low-dose group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Simo decoction can regulate the expression of Sec and SP in cold-constraint stressed mice,which is one of possible mechanism.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of shikimic acid from Illicium verum on controlling hepatoma carcinoma HepG-2 cell proliferation and expression of nucelar factor-κB(NF-κB)p65. Method: The growth inhibition rate of hepatoma carcinoma cell line HepG-2 was determined with MTT methods by different concentration of shikimic acid which effected the tumor cells for 24, 48, 72 h. The liver tumor cell morphology which was impacted by different concentration of shikimic acid was observed in the inverted microscope. Apoptotic cell were detected by immunofluorescence techniques with Hoechst33342 staining after different concentrations of shikimic acid affecting 48 h. The western blot technique was used to observe the effects of hepatoma carcinoma HepG-2 cells of expression of NF-κB(p65). Result: Growth inhibition of hepatoma carcinoma cell line HepG-2 treated with shikimic acid was worked out time dependence and dose dependence. By inverted microscope it could be found that among the group of cells treated with shikimic acid for 48 hour, with the increase of drug concentration, the morphology change of cell apoptosis became more and more obvious, and the number of tumor cells were less. It could be observed that with the increase of drug concentration,the number of apoptosis cells increased, and as the concentration of shikimic acid reached 1 g·L-1,more and more apoptosis body were found. NF-κB (p65) protein expression with the shikimic acid concentration decreased significantly. Conclusion: Shikimic acid can markedly control the growth of hepatoma carcinoma cell, Shikimic acid treated hepatoma carcinoma HepG-2 cells, that down-regulated the expression levels of NF-κB(p65) protein. The mechanism of apoptosis induced by hepatoma carcinoma HepG-2 cells may be related to down-regulate the expression levels of NF-κB(p65).

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of the volatile oil, decoction including oil and decoction without oil of the compatibility of Schizonepetae Herba and Saposhnikoviae Radix on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury (ALI) in mice, and further reveal the anti-inflammatory effect and material basis of the compatibility. Method: The ALI model was established by intraperitoneal injection of LPS (5 mg·kg-1) in mice. Except that dexamethasone group's mice were given the drugs once time by intraperitoneal injection before experiment, other groups' mice were given drugs by intragastric administration once a day for 5 days.Then, the model was established after 30 minutes of the last administration.Six hours after LPS injection,the blood,serum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and lung tissue samples of mice were collected. White blood cell(WBC) count of blood,lung index,the ratio of wet lung to dry lung weight (W/D), myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in lung tissue, total protein concentration in BALF, and the level of interleukin 6 (IL-6), interleukin 10(IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum were measured respectively. Result: The volatile oil(45.19 μL·kg-1),decoction including oil(6.67 g·kg-1,including oil 20 μL)of the compatibility significantly decreased the white blood cell(WBC) count,lymphocyte(LY) count, as well as decreased the lung index, the value of W/D, MPO activity and MDA content in lung tissue and the level of IL-10 and TNF-α in serum.Decoction without oil(6.67 g·kg-1)of the compatibility significantly decreased the WBC count, LY count and the value of W/D, MDA content in lung tissue.The volatile oil also decreased the level of IL-6 in serum. Conclusion: The volatile oil, decoction including oil of the compatibility of Herba Schizonepetae and Saposhntkoviae Radix show a protection action against the inflammatory pathological changes of lung tissue in ALI mice,which indicates that they have obvious anti-inflammatory action and the mechanisms may be related to anti-oxidation and inhibiting the release of inflammation cytokines.The volatile oil part maybe the important material basis of the compatibility for expressing anti-inflammatory effects.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Bushen Yangxue prescription,on expression of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) and Bcl-2 associated X protein(Bax) protein in ovaries of mice with immune premature ovarian failure(POF). Method: BALB/c female mice model of POF was established by multiple sites subcutaneous injection of zona pellucida 3 of mice, and then the modeled mice were treated with low,middle and high dosage Bushen Yangxue prescription,and positive control medicine of Estradio Valerate. Follicle-stimulating (FSH),17-estradiol (E2),lactogenic hormone (LH) were detected by radioimmunoassay method. Expression levels of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in mice ovarian were detected by western blot method. Result: Compared to Estradio Valerate group, FSH,E2,LH of low,middle and high dosage Bushen Yangxue prescription group were improved. Compared to the black control group,the expression of Bcl-2 protein of model group decreased obviously and the expression of Bax protein of model group increased obviously, Bcl-2/Bax ratio of model group decreased(P<0.05).Compared to the model group,the expression of Bcl-2 protein of high-dosage Bushen Yangxue prescription group and Estradio Valerate group increased obviously(P<0.01);the expression of Bcl-2 protein of low and middle dosage Bushen Yangxue prescription group increased obviously(P<0.05),the expression of Bax protein of different dosage decreased obviously(P<0.05). All the data showed a dose-response relationship to some degree in expression of Bcl-2 protein within low,middle and high dosage Bushen Yangxue prescription group. Conclusion: It is indicated that rapid apoptosis of follicle may result in premature ovarian failure,and Bushen Yangxue prescription can improve the function of ovaries by up-regulating the expression of Bcl-2 protein and down-regulating the expression of Bax protein in ovarian.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate effect of the Carapax trionycis' total amino acids and oligo-peptide' content of the aqueous extract and alcohol extract on monoamine oxidase (MAO) activity. Method: C. trionycis aqueous extract and alcohol extract were prepared, then glutamic acid and C trionycis' oligo-peptide were used to establish standard material content respectively to calculate aqueous extract and alcohol extract total amino acid and oligo-peptide content, and observe the effect on MAO in vitro. Result: The extracted yield of the aqueous extract and alcohol extract was 20.6% and 5.4%, respectively;the oligo-peptide content of the aqueous extract and alcohol extract was (48.13±3.72)% and (20.17±2.49)% respectively;the total amino acid content of the aqueous extract and alcohol extract was (23.68±1.76)% and (55.88±2.41)% respectively;the aqueous extract and alcohol extract have inhibitory effect on MAO and the inhibition rate was (65.12±1.34)% and (50.95±1.13)% respectively. Conclusion: After the water was extracted, the extract yield is better than that of the alcohol extract;the aqueous extract and alcohol extract have inhibitory effect on MAO activity, and the effect of the aqueous extract is slightly stronger than that of the alcohol extract;the aqueous extract oligo-peptide content was higher than that of alcohol extract;alcohol extract total amino acid content is higher than that of the aqueous extract.It is better to extract the C using water, and water soluble constituents and alcohol soluble components in C have inhibitory activity on MAO and they are effective chemical constituents.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Guling grease (GLG) and dismantlement preparations on extracellular matrix degradation and chondrocyte apoptosis on osteoarthritis(OA),and to discuss the mechanism. Method: A total of 60 famale SD rats randomly were divided into normal group(NG) and GLG group, Gugao group(GUG), Linggao group(LG),celecoxib(CLXB) group, model group(M),10 rats in each group osteoarthritis model was established using cold-solid method,after the modeling,LG,GUG,GLG were given according to the dosage of 10.41 mL·kg-1·d-1(equivalent to dosage 33.31 g·kg-1·d-1),CLXB was given celecoxib 20.83 mg·kg-1·d-1. After 10 weeks,the rat knee cartilage tissue was collected, the staining of Hematoxylin-eosin(HE),safranin-fast green(SA/FG), safranin-alcian blue(SA/AB) were used for histopathological observation, according to the improvement Mankin articular cartilage pathology score standard conducted classification score,C/EBP homologous protein/growth arrest and DNA damage inducible gene 153,(CHOP/GADD153) protein expression were detected by western blot method,the fluorescence quantitative real time PCR was used to detect the expression of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2),Bcl-2 associated X protein(Bax),matrix metallo-proteinase-3(MMP-3),tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)mRNA on cartilage cells. Result: Compared with the M group GLG group down-regulated endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS) associated CHOP/GADD153 protein generation obviously(P<0.01),promoted the expression of Bcl-2mRNA,reduced the expression of apoptosis gene BaxmRNA(P<0.01),then raised the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax;At the same time,compared with M group GLG group reduced the expression of MMP-3 mRNA significantly(P<0.01),increased the expression of TIMP-1 mRNA(P<0.01),reduced the ratio of MMP-3 mRNA/TIMP-1 mRNA.Compared with NG M group reduced the expression of Bcl-2,TIMP-1 mRNA (P<0.01)and increased the expression of Bax, MMP-3 mRNA significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: GLG could regulate GADD153 abnormal formation, further regulate the expression of apoptosis-related target genes and inhibit cartilage cells abnormal apoptosis and block extracellular matrix abnormal degradation,then inhibit OA articular cartilage degeneration, protect articular cartilage,its function is superior than the dismantlement preparatio.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect of geniposide on photoaging HaCaT cells and explore its possible mechanism. Method: The logarithmic growth phase cells were inoculated at a density of 1×106/mL in 6 hole plate, at a density of 5×104/mL in 96 hole plate.The model of photoaging HaCaT was established by irradiating of 64 mJ·cm-2 (Intensity of 0.61 mW·cm-2 multiply time of 105 s)UVB. The different concentrations of geniposide(5×10-5, 5×10-6,5×10-7 mol·L-1) were used for photoaging cell. The superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity,malondialdehyde(MDA) content were assayed by kit respectively. The mRNA levels of p38,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were determined by RT-PCR. The secretion levels of TNF-α and IL-6 of cultured HaCaT cells were detected by ELISA. Result: After the UVB irradiation, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were decreased, the content of MDA,TNF-α and IL-6, the mRNA levels of p38,TNF-α and IL-6 were increased(P<0.01). After treatment with 5×10-5,5×10-6mol·L-1 geniposide, the activities of SOD were risen to(34.72±2.03),(38.96±3.56) U·mg-1, the activities of GSH-Px were risen to(28.11±2.76),(40.02±3.63) U·mg-1, the content of MDA were reduced to (4.82±0.42),(4.60±0.41) nmol·mg-1, the mRNA levels of p38 were reduced to 0.97±0.09,0.94±0.09, the mRNA levels of TNF-α were reduced to 0.57±0.05,0.53±0.05, the mRNA levels of IL-6 were reduced to 0.65±0.06,0.64±0.06, the content of TNF-α were reduced to (34.05±2.43),(25.55±1.84) ng·L-1, the contents of IL-6 were reduced to (28.51±1.95),(19.32±1.55) ng·L-1. Compared with the model group, the differences have statistical significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The geniposide can inhibit the injury by UVB for HaCaT. And its mechanism may have relationship with the inhibition of oxidative damage, regulatory p38 signal pathway, adjusting the expression of TNF-α and IL-6.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Cinobufacini injections on the proliferation and protein phosphorylation, YAP(P-YAP) expression of hepatocar HepG-2 cells(HHC). Method: Cell proliferation was assessed by cell counting kit-8(CCK8) assay.Cell apoptosis and cycles were shown through flow cytometry method(FCM). The expressions of P-YAP protein were analyzed by Western blot. Result: Cinobufacini injections significantly inhibited HepG-2 cell proliferation, promoted apoptosis(P<0.05)in dose-and time-dependent ways, blocked cycles at the S-phase in a dose-dependent way;increased the expression of P-YAP in a dose-dependent way after 1 h (P<0.05), had no significant influence on the expression of P-YAP after 12 h, decreased the expression of P-YAP in a dose-dependent way after 24 h(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cinobufacini injections can inhibit proliferation, increased P-YAP expression may be one of its anti-tumor mechanisms.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Zhengshi Fumigation and Washing Medicine Ⅰ (ZSFWM Ⅰ) and its effect on the levels of interleukin 1β(IL-1β) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in rats with acute soft tissue injury. Method: Adult SD rats and KM mice were divided into control group, ZSFWM Ⅰ (0.013,0.026, 0.053 g·mL-1) group, Yunnan Baiyao tincture (0.01 g·mL-1) group randomly. Mice pain model induced by hot plate and acetic acid, rats acute and subacute inflammation including plantar edema induced by albumen and granuloma induced by cotton ball were made to observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of ZSFWM Ⅰ. Acute soft tissue injury rat model was made and divided into different groups randomly, ZSFWM Ⅰ or Yunnan Baiyao tincture was given to the stricken animals. Injury tissue were taken from the animals after strike 2,4,6 days, the IL-1β and PGE2 contents were measured through ELISA and western blot. Result: ZSFWM Ⅰ could significantly mitigate the pain response induced by heat and acetic acid in mice(P<0.05), it also could relieve the plantar edema and inhibit the proliferation of granulation tissue in rats(P<0.05). In addition, ZSFWM Ⅰ could significantly decrease the levels of IL-1β and PGE2 in injury soft tissue (P<0.01). Conclusion: ZSFWM Ⅰ has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It can inhibit the increase of IL-1β and PGE2 expression in injured soft tissue, which may be one of the mechanisms that ZSFWM Ⅰ can the treat acute soft tissue injury.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects and mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Wan on inhibiting angiogenesis in a rat model of endometriosis. Method: Rat endometriosis model was induced by autologous transplantation. The rats with endometriosis were divided into control group (negative control), low dose Guizhi Fuling Wan group (4.13 g·kg-1), high-dose Guizhi Fuling Wan group (8.26 g·kg-1) and gestrinone group (positive control, 0.23 g·kg-1). There was also a sham-operated group. After treatment for 28 days, the rats were killed by cervical dislocation. The expression of prolifarating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and CD31 in ectopic endometrium was assessed by immunohistochemistry. The level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in peritoneal fluid (PF) was determined by ELISA. The mRNA expression of VEGF and hypoxia inducible fuctor-1 HIF-1α in ectopic endometrium was evaluated by real-time PCR. Result: After treatment, Guizhi Fuling Wan could suppresse the expression of PCNA and CD31 in ectopic endometrium, decline concentration of VEGF in PF (P<0.05), and reduce mRNA expression of VEGF and HIF-1α in ectopic endometrium (P<0.01). Conclusion: Guizhi Fuling Wan significantly suppress angiogenesis in a rat endometriosis model, and the mechanism may be related to the inhibition expression of VEGF and HIF-1α.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and asthma-relieving effects of total flavones from Nigella glandulifera (TFNG). Method: KM mice, SD rats and New Zealand rabbits were selected as experiment animal, randomly devided into saline control group, positive control group, TFNG low dosage and high dosage groups (mouse 100, 400 mg·kg-1,rat 71.5, 286 mg·kg-1). The mice external ear swelling induced by dimethyl benzene and rats cotton ball granuloma experiments were employed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect;asthma experiment induced by spraying the whole mice, isolated lung perfusion and isolated ileum smooth muscle experiments in guinea pigs were employed to evaluate the asthma-relieving effect. Result: TFNG 100, 400, 71.5 mg·kg-1 could significantly inhibit dimethyl benzene-induced mice ear swelling and TFNG 286 mg·kg-1 could siginificatey inbibit cotton pellet granuloma in rats(P<0.01);the low and high dosage (100, 400 mg·kg-1) TFNG could significantly prolong the mice asthmatic response latency (P<0.01);the low, middle and high dosage TFNG (3, 6, 12 g·L-1) could increase the perfusion of the isolated guinea pig lung, reduce the smooth muscle contraction of isolated guinea pig ileum significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: TFNG has some anti-inflammatory and asthma-relieving effects.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tongmai Huazhuo decoction in treating phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction coronary heart disease. Method: One hundred and twenty patients with phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction coronary heart disease were divided into three groups,namely western medicine group (routine treatment which includes Isosorbide dinitrate and Aspirin), traditional Chinese medicine 1 group(treatment of western medicine and Tongmai Huazhuo decoction), traditional Chinese medicine 2 group(treatment of western medcine,Gualou Xiebai Guizhi decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction).The curative effect was observed after 4 weeks. Result: The syndrome efficacy rate of both traditional Chinese medicine 1 group and 2 group was apparently higher than that in western medicine group(P<0.05).Indexes of triglycerides(TC),low-density-lipoprotein-C(LDL-C), apolipoprotein B100(ApoB100),lipoprotein α[LP(α)] of the two traditional Chinese groups were significantly lower than those of western medicine group(P<0.05),and high-density lipoprotein-C(HDL-C),ApoA1 was higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05),but there were no differences between traditional Chinese medicine 1 group and traditional Chinese medicine 2 group. Conclusion: Tongmai Huazhuo decoction has a obvious effect in treatment of phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction coronary heart disease.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the curative effect and side-reactions of Bufei Xiaoji decoction in the treatment of patients with advanced drugs-resistant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Method: A total of 228 cases who suffered from failed treatment by first-line chemotherapy and possessed Qiyinl and phlegm stasis symptom were randomly divided into control group (114 cases) and treatment group (114 cases) from Ruikang hospital affiliated to Guangxi university of Chinese medicine. The control group accepted second-line chemotherapy for four weeks as a cycle, lasted two cycles. The treatment group was given Bufei Xiaoji decoction on basic treatment, for 4 weeks as a cycle, lasted two cycles. Result: One hundred and ninty-seven patients indicated clinical efficacy. In treatment group efficiency, the improvement rate of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom, CEA and CYFRA21-1 levels decreased, Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree white blood cell(WBC) and hemoglobin(HGB) reduced, gastrointestinal reactions, kidney damage incidence and one-year survival rate was superious to the control group (P<0.05);In Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree of thrombocytopenia and liver damage, there was no differences. Conclusion: Bufei Xiaoji decoction can improve the quality of life of the advanced drugs-resistant NSCLC,and enhance the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy and reduce chemotherapy toxicity, which suggests that Bufei Xiaoji decoction may have advantage in the reversal of lung tumor multidrug resistance.

Method: The randomized, double blind, multicenter, and negative control method was adopted to observe the efficacy of Yuanshengtong capsules in treatment of 240 cases with rheumatoid arthritis. Result: In the treatment group,the relief of pain, the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes,the related signs, and the joint function wassuperious to the control group. And no adverse reactions was observed. Conclusion: The Yuanshengtong capsule in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is effective.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the effect on interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and interleukin-8(IL-8) and the clinical efficacy of Lishi Tongluo decoction on treating acute gouty arthritis(AGA) and hyperuricaemia. Method: Ninety two patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=46) and control group (n=46). The control group were given celecoxib capsules, 0.2 g/time, one times/d, orally.Benzbromarone tablets were taken after breakfast, 50 mg/time, one times/d. Lishi Tongluo decoction was given to the patients in observation group, one dose/d, conventional decoction,2 times daily and 4 weeks as one cycle. Arthralgia, tenderness and score of joint swelling and joint mobility were recorded before and after treatment. Times of symptom relief in acute phase and recurrence rate in three months were also recorded. Serum uric acid (UA), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), IL-1β and IL-8 levels were tested. Result: The total efficacy of the observation group (93.47%) was significantly better than the control group (76.08%) (P<0.05). Arthralgia, tenderness and score of joint swelling and joint mobility of the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.01). Times of symptom relief in acute phase of the observation group were shorter than the control group (P<0.01). Recurrence rate in three months of the observation group (8.69%) were lower than the control group (28.26%)( P<0.05). UAand ESR levels of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.01). IL-1β and IL-8 levels of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Lishi Tongluo decoction could significantly relief the clinical symptom of patient with acute gouty arthritis(AGA), improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the recurrence rate,promote the excretion of uric acid and reduce inflammation injury, which was worthy of being promoted for clinical use.

      摘要:Objective: To observe clinical effects of dialectical synthesis of Chinese medicine on severe cases hand-foot-mouth disease with complication of central nervous system damage and the influence of dialectical synthesis of Chinese medicine on neuron specific enolase (NSE). Method: Sixty subjects were randomly divided into observation group(n=30) and control group (n=30). Both groups were treated according toand ‘expert consensus’. Observation group were given ancient medicine Lingjiao Gouteng decoction and Changpu Yujin decoction on the basis of control group, for 10 days. The cases of body temperature returned to normal, blood picture back to normal, blood sugar back to normal, tremors disappear and mental health improvement in 3 days were recorded. The disappearing time of erythra, herpes and oral cavity ulcer healing time were recorded. Blood routine examination and blood glucose were monitored. Conventional and biochemical tests of cerebrospinal fluid and neuron specific enolase(NSE) test were proceeded in 0, 5, 10 days. Result: The cases of body temperature, blood picture, blood sugar back to normal in observation group were more than control group(P<0.05). Temperature returned to normal time, skittishness and tremors disappearing time, erythra, herpes disappearing time, oral cavity ulcer healing time and hemogram, blood glucose, cerebrospinal fluid returned to normal time in observation group were superior to control group(P<0.01). The total effective rate of observation group (93.3%) was superior to control group(73.3%)(P<0.05). The level of NSE and albumin in 5, 10 days of both groups were declined than before(P<0.01), the level of NSE and albumin in observation. Conclusion: The application of dialectical synthesis of Chinese medicine on patients with severe cases hand-foot-mouth disease with complication of central nervous system damage on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can split-second control symptoms and signs of children, shorten the course of the disease, protect the children neural function, improve the clinical efficacy of therapy and it is worth using.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Astragal Polysaccharides combined with Iodine-125(I125)in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) clinical curative effect and mechanism of action. Method: A total of 60 cases of patients of advanced NSCLC were randomly by digital divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group using I125 particle implantation method, the observation group was treated with Astragal Polysaccharide (APS) 250 mg, once a day. The course of treatment was 42 days. Before treatment in patients with tumor size, KPS score before and after treatment, the cell immune function were detected before and after treatment (NK, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+) and serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA-21-1) level. Result: after treatment, the observation group and the control group the total effective rate were 83.33% and 73.33%, no significant difference between the two groups;after treatment, the observation group KPS increase and stable rate were 90.0%, more than 63.3% of control group (P<0.01);the control group after treatment NK, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ did not change significantly, after treatment were observed in group NK, CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ increased and higher than that of the control group, CD8+ decreased and was lower than the control group(P<0.01);serum CEA, CYFRA-21-1 levels in the two groups were decreased than that before treatment, after treatment, the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: APS combined with I125 in the treatment of advanced NSCLC, can improve the quality of life of patients, improve immune function, and has certain anti tumor effect and synergistic effect on the I125, worthy of further study.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the effect of Penyanping decoction plus Pudi decoction on the immunoregulation of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (hot and damp stasis junction). Method: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=60) and control group(n=60). Control group was given Huangtengsu dispersible tablets after menstrual clean, 4 tablets each time, 3 time each day, for 20 days, matrine suppositories, 1 capsule each time, 1 time each day after menstrual clean for 3 days, for 20 days. Observation group was given Penyanping decoction after menstrual clean, 200 mL each dosage, 1 dosage each day, all for 20 days, Pudi decoction, 1 dosage each day after menstrual clean for 3 days, for 10 days. Both groups were observed for 3 menstrual cycle. Immune globulin G, immune globulin A, immune globulin M(IgG, IgA, IgM) of pretherapy and post-treatment were tested by rate nephelometry. Complement in blood serum(complement-C3, complement-C4) were measured by Single radil immunodiffusion. T lymphocyte subtype of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were detected by flow cytometry. The level of interleukin-2, interleukin-10, tumor necrosis factor-α(IL-2, IL-10, TNF-α)were tested. Result: The cases of abnormal IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and C4 in observation group were less than control group(P<0.05), the level of IgG, IgA, IgM of both groups after the treatment were lower than before, and the level of C3, C4 of both groups were higher than before(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The level of IgG in observation group were lower than control group, and the level of C3, C4 in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The cases of abnormal CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ in observation group were less than control group(P<0.05), the level of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in observation group were higher than control group, the level of CD8+ in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The level of IL-2, IL-10 of both groups were risen, and observation group were higher than control group, the level of TNF-α of both groups were declined, and observation group were lower than control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Penyanping decoction plus Pudi decoction can adjust humoral immunity, regulate T lymphocyte subtype and the level of inflammatory cytokines, promote equilibrium so as to be benefitial for disease rehabilitation. It may be significant mechanism of action.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Yanhuning combined with Azithromycin in treatment of the child mycoplasma pneumonia. Method: Pubmed,Embase,CENTRAL,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database were searched for clinical trials. The two evaluators choose trials and evaluated quality, valid data were entered Meta-analysis. Result: Twenty-nine randomized clinical trials(RCT) and 3 105 cases were included. From the results of Meta-analysis, the effectiveness of Yanhuning group was superior to the control group in the overall efficiency,defervescence time, cough disappeared time, rales disappeared time, X-ray disappearance time and healing time. Conclusion: The anhuning combined with Azithromycin may have a certain effect on the mycoplasma pneumonia, but more high-quality RCT shhould be needed.

      摘要:Influenza A virus has a wide range of host animals and mutates easily. Nowadays anti-influenza A drugs used in clinic limit to two main classes which are the M2 ion channel blocker and the viral neuraminidase inhibitors. So some virus strains have shown drug resistance in some areas. Natural medicine or traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in China. With the development of science and technology, more and more scientific researchers use experimental pharmacology methods to study natural medicines for preventing and treating influenza A. Natual medicine has shown great potential and advantages in clinical and scientific research because of its wide biological activity and low toxicity. This paper introduces some active ingredients of anti-influenza A virus in natural medicines discovered in recent years.
